I’ve been talking about the 1 energies of 2017, and the 9 energies of 2016, for many months now in hopes of driving an important point home, and that point is that BIG changes are about to finally manifest in the physical dimension in humans on Earth. The coming 1 energies of 2017 are not from the old lower range or cycle or cycles, but entirely from the NEW higher and that most can’t completely grasp yet.

Many of the Forerunners or ‘First Embodiers’ can feel in our bodies, consciousness, lives and HighHeart that something truly reality changing is hovering in the wings, mere inches away, excited to come in and replace all the old lower everything. Like I’ve said before, and like Sandra Walter says in her article(s), the more YOU/ME/WE each Work within ourselves to further evolve, “ascend”, grow wings and fly Home which is really anchor Home right here through our bodies and selves, the faster the entire Ascension Process manifests in the physical dimension in the human species. No pressure as this is a done deal already, nonetheless each Forerunner/First Embodier needs to consciously know this fact now if you don’t already.

Every time I get pissed off at someone or something now I instantly feel disappointed in myself. Every time I do, act, say, think or feel anything that’s from the old lower consciousness, I feel repulsed…by myself! I embarrass myself, I repulse myself, I disappoint myself and it only makes me want to further evolve even more.

This Ascension Process for the Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers etc. is like painting yourself into a corner; the only way out is up. We are very much there right now, in that corner, looking up because it—Embodiment of Higher—is our only way out of this.

The Light amplifies everything and that includes the Dark whether it’s inside you/me or outside of you/me. My feeling repulsed when I get angry or frustrated etc. (not in a state of Neutrality) is this lower stuff in me being amplified by the Light which makes it feel huge and ugly and I’m willing to do anything to not be out of Neutrality anymore! How about you? What are you willing to or ‘dare’ to release in yourself right now in 2016 that’s no longer a fit because you have evolved so far already? After all I’ve been through up to now, these small remaining bits and pieces in me are nothing to let go of once and for all. Tiny things left really in each of us, but the whole world, global reality and far beyond will leap upward into the NEW as we do what’s necessary within ourselves right now. 2017 is only fifteen minutes away my friends. I’d rather do the Inner Work now before its vastly more amplified than it is today! How about you?

For Forerunners this current period of our Embodiment is about our own ‘Spiritual Disclosure’ as Sandra Walter accurately calls it. For the masses, Disclosure is only about ETs and UFO and what the governments have withheld from the masses blah blah blah. It’s all rather boring to me being a Starseed myself; the human masses don’t even realize that ETs in the form of Starseeds are probably some of their next door neighbors, co-workers, friends or acquaintances. Remember that great line from an old song whose name I can’t remember ‘…one man’s ceiling is another man’s floor…’ ? Stair-step levels for the Forerunners, different Stair-step levels for the masses, but we’re all going up.

Every time I have some random stupid-ass thought (sorry but many of them are just plain stupid and pointless) I ask myself, In the great scheme of things Denise, how important is this really? And every time my answer to myself is, it isn’t. It’s a bad habit from the old lower times and consciousness that I’m increasingly repulsed by when they happen. Painted myself into a corner. Oh yeah, up, not horizontal round and round in mental and/or emotional tail-chasing from the past no matter how habitual, but up and out for good. Now in mid stupid-ass thought I stop myself because I actually remember how pointlessly zombie-like it is and intentionally redirect my consciousness to something I do want to focus on, which is my HighHeart. Once back there everything makes sense again in that NEW easier and immediate way.

I’ll wrap this up by reminding us all that it’s June 2016, the halfway point of the year and about nine minutes away from the September Equinox and last three months of 2016…that are going to be epic for everyone no matter which evolutionary Ascension Process stair-step they’re on. Do it now or do it later but know that you will do it because there’s nothing else to do but it at this point. Congratulations for reaching this point within the Process, but now, go that extra step and really make a difference for yourself and All. Thank You all for your ongoing Great Works. ❤

March into April 2015 Shift Trauma

Don’t be fooled by the title and believe that this was a March into April 2015 only event because it wasn’t. Every month is seeming to end and transition into the next month with more intensity, trauma in many cases, aches and pains both physical and emotional, and more chaotic pushing energies than the month before. It’s just that this latest shift out of the last few days of March into April was super intense and filled with “extra” crap n’ stuff, both good and plenty miserable.

Below is an email I received from Tom B. a couple of days ago. Thanks for letting me share it this way Tom. ❤ Also, in the Q & A section, Elle W. wrote a Comment about some of these things her husband recently experienced so I thought it would benefit more people if I combined these conversations into an article. First is Tom’s email letter.

“Hi Denise – Thanks for your recent articles and posts in the Q and A Section. I’ve been going through an extremely challenging time with Ascension symptoms over the last week and a half. Being able to read them has been validating. It’s comforting to know that I’m not the only one going through crazy, challenging times these days. Reading your articles and posts has been helping me get through some very challenging times lately.

The 28th I stayed in bed all morning and early afternoon. I had a series of epic waking dreams (for want of a better term) which lasted for hours. I can’t remember experiencing anything like that that lasted so long. I forced myself to get up and go to work that evening even though my intuition told me to stay in bed and keep having the strange waking dreams. That night at work I felt very depressed to the point of being suicidal. I haven’t felt that depressed in a long time.

Since then I’ve been experiencing severe fatigue, especially on the 30th. This morning I had a series of strange, emotionally draining dreams as I kept waking up and falling back asleep again several times. I also released a lot of old physical toxins after I got up the final time and started my day.

I’m finding it very challenging to keep a good attitude about all of this. I’ve been reading on your site and others that spring equinox through the eclipse on April 4th is a very intense time for Ascension. I’m trying to keep this in mind, but it hasn’t helped the last few days because I’ve been feeling so shitty during that time. I feel that things have only been getting worse for me lately, and today I just can’t shake that feeling. Please feel free to post this if you feel it’s appropriate. Thanks. Tom B.”

And secondly is Elle’s Comment in the Q&A section.

I just wrote to you about my first “recalled” ET contact (though I did have something on 2/22/12 in a dream that pointed me to having possibly “been from” another planet in a past life). I mentioned my husband was my confident and help mate in all this. I have been with this dear man for 40 years, and just yesterday (the day after contact), he had a complete and utter meltdown the likes of which I had never seen–he was not even sure life was worth living anymore. I know this is extremely personal, but I can’t/don’t believe this was a coincidence. I am ready to put down everything in my life and just nurture him back from this. He does believe in the possibility of psychic attack as he’d had experiences, but this is just too direct a correlation to miss, I think. Unreal.”

Here’s my Comment reply to Elle.

Elle W & All,

I’m not at all surprised by this actually. It’s hard, difficult, traumatic in fact when any of us are suddenly and unexpectedly compressed/pushed/propelled etc. upward on to a higher consciousness/frequency energy Stair-step. There’s typically some level of blow-back and repercussions to it because the ego self freaks out over having to change. Our egos deepest fear!

You’re 100% right that all this is no “coincidence”. In fact the ETs most likely are doing what they did for him as much as they did for you… but both of these events are happening for both of you on very different levels or Stair-steps as I call them. This again is typical of positive ETs; they use the least amount of energy to get the largest results. 😉 It takes some conscious interactions back and forth with these Beings before you begin to see how multidimensional they actually are and that they work this way with us too.

On the other hand… as I’ve written recently, we’re typically attacked by Team Dark (TD) beings and/or lower energies etc. whenever we evolve up another Stair-step. They sense the change in our energetic frequency and they panic and attack to stop us, derail us, sidetrack us, to terrorize us back down into the old lower frequency level again. This too may be what and why your husband experienced what he did. We’re integrating and evolving beyond DUALITY after all! 🙂

I’m going to try to get something short written quickly today about this because I too experienced an attack March 31 into April 1st. Plus I recently received an email from a man whose experienced something similar and gave me permission to quote his letter. I know a lot of people have been going through this over just these past few days and it’s been super intense — I’m talking contemplating suicide intense! I’ll do my best to get it written and published today.

One more VERY important thing in this I want you to consider Elle.

“I am ready to put down everything in my life and just nurture him back from this.”

That’s exactly what TD is hoping for. You doing that in an attempt to help your husband is the worst thing you could do for him, and to yourself, and to the positive ETs that worked to have this contact happen with you primarily, and secondarily with him. This is one of those “tough love” tests for you and to not interfere with what he’s going through, and an expansive “step up” to another level of awareness and being test for him. I want you both to get the most out of what you’re each going though now.

In my case I’ve experienced portal people being activated, oftentimes to the point of sick obsession, at the end of March into the first day or few days of April. I’ve experienced these enough times over the years to know it’s not a “coincidence” either. And I experienced it yet again the past few days with my next-door neighbor. He however is not the issue; how I deal with or don’t deal with, focus on or don’t focus on etc. what he’s attempting to do to me is the issue.

As is often the case, those of us consciously aware of the Ascension Process and personally working hard to utilize those energies to evolve are at key times attacked, tested, confronted, sidetracked, tempted off the Path, greatly confused, increasingly depressed, exhausted, or even considering suicide, especially during extra potent and big energy influx shift periods such as what these past few weeks have been.

Another aspect of all this that’s easy to overlook or forget for those of us living, embodying, seeding/anchoring the NEW Light Energies first (codes, blueprints, templates etc.) is that the human Collective is in a wild state of energetic and emotional turmoil, chaos and wild negativity much of the time and they will be for a while so learn and discern and override it all as best you can.

Sensitives feel the human Collective despite our best efforts to not be effected or influenced by it/them. The trick is to be able to discern what’s yours and what’s the human Collective that you’re feeling inside your head, mind, heart, body and being as if it was yours! It’s easier to deal with when you can tell that it’s just you sensing and feeling lower energies and emotions coming from much of humanity. Hold your High Heart space and level in the midst of all this shifting, fighting, instability, insanity and chaos because in doing so you are Consciously Creating NEW space for NEW realities, worlds and incomprehensible amounts of wondrous NEW creations. Forerunning into NEW space and holding it open at higher levels is how we plow the fields for seeding for future crops. 😉 ❤

And then there’s the ultra-weird dreaming mini series type dreams most of us have had for weeks now… when you’re fortunate enough to even be able to sleep for a couple of hours that is! I’ve been falling asleep at night and then waking up two hours later absolutely positive that it must be four or five hours later. No such luck, I’ve only been asleep for two hours and then the rest of the night is thrashing and flopping and trying to not think stupid, self-defeating, pointless thoughts all night. In most but not all cases, much of this dreaming activity is Collective related too, but some of it is my personal “stuff” from decades or days ago. It cannot co-exist with more of the NEW merging now so we dream our little selves clear/clean again and again for as long as we need to.

Another thing I wanted to mention in all this is the solar winds that had been a blowin’ for the past few weeks. They felt extra potent and I felt them in my body as old Ascension flu aches and pains. My spine often gets tight and sore when a lot of NEW Light is pouring down in through the top of my head down into it. Doing nothing physically is all that helps with that it seems. Also, the air itself is much more charged with NEW Light which makes my nostrils bleed sometimes, my sinuses feel pressure and my lungs hurt when I take a deep breath.

In the end I think what many of us have felt recently is both ours AND the human Collective feeling the increasing energetic pressures of tremendous change and growth. Change and higher “company coming” 😉 to merge with us/us with it. Despite the BS and negativity, the aches and pains physical and emotional, I very definitely see and feel massive progress. I know the external world isn’t reflecting this nearly as much as we’d prefer at this point and yet, it and so very much more is happening. (I think it was around the start of February 2015 that I saw some higher dimension packed with unusual activity by great numbers of Lightbeings/Angelics working like crazy there. Many of them were needed, and still are evidently, to do certain very important things now which means some of us have been seemingly left on our own here in the physical. If you’ve felt your Angelic Ascension Assistants gone lately as I have, I believe it’s due to them being needed elsewhere for a while. They’ve been incredibly busy with profound changes too. Plus we’re needing to learn to function and create without our personal Ascension Assistants at our sides constantly.)

I know this article is all over the place but it’s the best I can do today with all that’s going on around me at the moment. Please know that I too have my really low days or hours even, and then I get back to High Heart level again and pick up where I left off. We all do this and it’s perfectly okay and expected as we become more proficient at all this in a physical body in a physical world. You are doing so much more than you realize yet so give yourself time to sit and seemingly “do nothing” while you receive even more into yourself.

Company is Coming

I published this article at TRANSITIONS in October of 2010. Because this Process is incremental and ongoing, I wanted to re-post it now at HighHeartLife during this particular phase of further integrating, merging and embodying more of this special company with our physical selves and bodies. The entire period from the 2015 March Equinox through the Lunar Eclipse on April 4, 2015 is this Process amplified and compressed even more than it’s been. In fact, all of 2015 is this Process more amplified than we’ve experienced before. It’s for this reason I thought this old article might help somewhat with what many of us are going through now in highly amplified ways. Special Easter company indeed.

In typical Denise fashion I perceive/receive higher complex information and large concepts in almost embarrassingly simplified ways. This is why I write the way I do; I cut to the chase and go for the bottom line because I usually don’t perceive/receive all the detailed filler information such as names, sub-zones, levels and such. It isn’t all that important to me in all honesty. Once I have perceived some main aspects of certain Bigger Pictures, I don’t need all the names and complex finer details. I perceive/receive the overall gist and feel of what’s happening, why and when.

10-10-10 AND GUESS WHO IS COMING TO DINNER?

I’ve decided to write this exactly as I perceived/received this information and not do as much interpreting, explaining and defining of reality as I usually try to do. We’re all needing to evolve to where we don’t depend on certain people and/or systems and/or only our left-brained intellect to define reality for us. After thousands of years of deliberate dark BS, lies and distortions from lower frequency people and global systems, we’ve reached spiritual adulthood now and need to start defining reality for ourselves. The body and brain Rewiring will enable us to do this and much more.

I’d like you to see in your mind’s eye exactly what I’ve seen, felt and know about the 09-09-09 through 12-21-12 transitions because I believe it’s how more of us are going to be perceiving/receiving higher Light information/knowledge now; decreased linear words (telepathic and physically written/spoken), with increased visual symbols as large chunks of complex Light information. Below are two highly simplified symbolic visual information concepts about the 10-10-10 energy stair step transition that I perceived/received a while ago. Actually it’s not only the triple ten’s of Oct. 10, 2010. Another level or phase (within the ongoing Ascension Process) was activated via the 09-09-09 of Sept. 9, 2009, and will continue to unfold quickly and dramatically now through the 10-10-10, and the 11-11-11, and the 12-12-12 and 12-21-12 remaining important energy transitions. See, feel and know these two symbolic visuals and interpret this phase of The Process for yourself.

MY FIRST HIGHER SELF 10-10-10 MESSAGE

In your mind’s eye envision a massive dense rain forest from overhead as if you were in an airplane looking down on it. There is absolutely nothing down there but dense trees and other thick vegetation. No cleared areas whatsoever, no roads, absolutely nothing but thick, dark, dense, scary and impenetrable rain forest. Do you see it? Can you hear the airplane’s little engine running far up above? Can you see the vast and dense rain forest below you? See it, hear it, feel it and hold it in your inner mind’s eye and heart as you keep reading, feeling and knowing.

The pilot of this small plane has one very important passenger on-board who desires to land in that dense Earth forest. Problem is, there’s absolutely no place to land the plane, and this very important passenger must land and step off on to the ground. This passenger will not parachute, but must land and touch the ground in this precise way. So the pilot and his very important passenger continue flying in large slow circles overhead, searching, waiting, searching far and wide, hoping to find a small landing strip somewhere below in the massive denseness.

Meanwhile…

You have a burning, unrelenting cosmic soul NEED to carve out a landing strip in the middle of a dense, dark, dangerous rain forest by yourself. WTF! Really? Do you realize how insanely difficult and dangerous that’s going to be? Are you aware that you may not be able to complete the landing strip in time for the small airplane to land? Shit… Hum… No, I can do it. It’s what I do and do very well so cheerio, fuck-it-all, I’m carving out a damned landing strip in the middle of a massive dense, dark rain forest alone and by-hand and I absolutely will not stop until it is completed!

Amazingly you’ve succeeded in carving out a large magnificent landing strip in the middle of a dense rain forest. You are however all cut up, bruised and bloody, beat to hell, unimaginably exhausted, and you just wanna sit down now and have a good long hard cry and little Pity Party for yourself. Go ahead, you’ve earned it for god sakes! You carved out a freaking landing strip in the middle of a dense dark jungle where angels fear to tread! Have that hard-earned, gut-wrenching, snot-flying, deep soul sobbing cry and be proud because you did it despite the enormous difficulties and dangers involved. (This fellow Lightworkers, Forerunners, Pathpavers represents Phase One of the Ascension Process which I’m sure you recognize.)

So there you are in all your Starseed/Lightworker/Wayshower/Pathpaver dirty, bloody and beat-up glory sitting exhausted and crying on your mighty fine-looking landing strip in the middle of a dense—but now much brighter, open and cleared—rain forest. You wait, and wait, and wait there for months, then years but no one comes. Insert more intense and dejected crying, confusion and anger along with short periods of real self-doubt here.

Then, one day you hear it, the ever so faint sound of a small airplane flying overhead far in the distance. OMG, could it be? Is The Great Day finally here? You bet your sweet Lightworker, Forerunner, tired Old Soul ass it’s finally here!

‘Da plane, da plane!’ your weary and nearly broken mind excitedly sings like a spiritual joke from that old TV show Fantasy Island. You hear the small plane finally approaching and you know its going to land on your beloved landing strip. Deep inside you also know that the real fun will start now. You glance at your watch to check the date and time and sure enough, it’s 10-10-10. Oh man, here it finally comes after all these brutal, isolated, painful and dangerous years of intense prep work.

MY SECOND HIGHER SELF 10-10-10 MESSAGE

See this next symbolic scenario in your mind’s eye and High Heart too for you already know all this but maybe haven’t put all the puzzle pieces together yet.

You’ve got very special company coming to visit you soon so you start the massive house cleaning, yard cleaning, window washing, buffing and polishing, washing and everything cleaning in preparation. This is so exciting and rare, but it is going to take plenty of time and serious energy-consuming cleaning and clearing work to get your house, yard, and yourself ready for the arrival of your very special company.

You start the massive cleaning, clearing and trash removal work on your house—inside and out—and in your yard too. You’ve got plenty of time to get it all done before your company arrives, however, you know your back is going to hurt like all hell doing it all, that you’re going to become profoundly tired and in a lot of extra pain and stress trying to do so much work, so much cleaning, so much polishing and prep work for this special company that’s coming. It doesn’t matter, you dive into all your cleaning and clearing work despite the extra aches, pains and fatigue that it causes your physical body and everything else. You rest when you can and get back to the intense cleaning and clearing work day after day. On top of all this however, you still have your daily regular life’s work and chores that also need to be tended to, but you somehow manage to get it all done.

It’s slow going and there’s far more dirt, junk and mess than you realized was there but you keep at it because you’re so excited to have this particular company coming. It makes the long and difficult cleaning and trash removal work worth it when you think about how much fun it’s going to be once this particular company arrives.

Finally, you take a long careful look around your house both inside and out, and check the yard to make sure it’s clean and beautiful. Most all the cleaning work is done now, and despite your being absolutely exhausted after endless months of cleaning and prep work, your house, yard and everything else is looking and feeling exceptionally nice, clean, tidy and ready for your very special company. You glance at your calendar one more time to check the date to see how long before your company arrives and you discover it’s only a few days now. 10-10-10 is right around the corner and your special company will begin arriving then. (This represents an aspect of Phase Two let’s call it of more Ascension work during 2009 and 2010 up to now.)

LIGHT APPEARS AT THE END OF THIS VERY LONG TUNNEL

You smile in anticipation and joy over having succeeded in carving out the difficult landing strip in the middle of the dense and nearly impenetrable rain forest on time. You smile in anticipation and joy over having succeeded in cleaning and clearing your entire house, yard, and everything else in preparation of the arrival of your special out-of-town company. And importantly, you finally understand WHO the special passenger is in the small plane that’s getting ready to land now; you understand WHO your special out-of-town company is that’s arriving with the 10-10-10 energies. You finally understand WHY you were so obsessed about carving a landing strip in the middle of a dense, dangerous rain forest by yourself (the old physical 3D world of Duality). You finally understand WHY you were so obsessed about cleaning and clearing your entire house and yard (the transmuting and resolving of polarity, karma, and all lower frequency energies within yourself, mind, heart and bodies that was Phase One of the Ascension Process). All of this long, painful and incredibly difficult prep work was absolutely necessary so that higher aspects of YOU could even “land” and then start to merge with, be embodied by you physically.

10-10-10 is the start of this intense phase of us embodying, continuously and increasingly housing within our physical bodies more of that has always existed at higher dimensions. You know why this can finally happen because you’ve done all the insanely difficult and painful work/cleaning/clearing for over a decade! Since 09-09-09, we’ve been inching our ways towards finally having these next particular transitions happen. The 10-10-10, 11-11-11, and the 12-12-12 and 12-21-12 Stair-steps or portals/gates are the last three important Ascension Process transitions we have to journey through. There’s more than just these three but they are huge in what and why!

The plane is finally landing, our special company is finally arriving via these remaining 10-10-10 and beyond energy increments or Stair-steps. Guess how amazing and easily creative it’s going to be to literally embody so much more of YOU (the pilot, his special passenger, your special company, plus you who did all the cleaning and landing strip prep work) in-body on the new 5D Earth from here on out? Hey, that sounds like your doorbell ringing… you’d better get it. ❤

Who Thought It’d Be THIS Hard At THIS Point?!

I know many people are having a tremendously difficult time now with the start of 2015, some of us started in 2014 and it’s merely continued into this year. I also know that many people are not experiencing difficult times, tremendous or otherwise. What I want to highlight in this topic is that neither group is doing anything “right” or “wrong” or “better” or “worse”. I repeat, neither group is doing anything “right” or “wrong” or “better” or “worse”. “Right” or “wrong”, “better” or “worse” etc. is old lower Duality consciousness. It is really important that everyone understands this fact and doesn’t go into judgements or preaching or old lower ego BS over anything at this point. Some have, some will, and some are learning how to write/express/communicate from a fifth dimensional Unity level of greater knowing with less and less or no attachment and zero judgement of others or of anything.

It just is what it is and it’s perfect from Soul level even when painful or miserable from our earthly physical level so get over it and deal with yourself and your “issues” whatever they may be and let others do the same. That is one of many qualities of Unity consciousness; the ability to know and see that everything is perfect no matter how unpleasant or “wrong” it may look, feel or seem at lower levels of awareness. Have you ever experienced an Angelic Lightbeing scold, shame, disrespect, guilt-trip or judge or talk down to you for anything? A much less evolved Starbeing with zero physical incarnational experiences yes at times (some of them do it far too often in my opinion in channeled messages like they’ve forgotten who they’re talking to and why) but never an Angelic Lightbeing or others of the same level of awareness and development.

Remember how tremendously difficult, painful and downright crazy it was when you/me/we were physically, biologically activated by the beginning of Galactic Alignment? Remember how we were needed to actually live through and embody this Process so we’d literally be Alchemically transformed by it from that point forward? Remember how most of us thought many times over those difficult years, “I don’t know if I can pull this thing off in this physical body!” Remember how you/me/we did it despite the pains, confusion, repeated attacks and attempts on our lives, sicknesses, unending exhaustion and all the rest of it?

We accomplished what we Volunteered to do and more during that phase, but now we’re at the beginning of the completion of the Galactic Alignment period (2015 through 2016ish) and entering increasingly into the NEW. That’s what’s changed, phases and levels is all, and some of us do these phases in different ways and different levels of intensity. Some of us “bliss” more while others of us “work” more but the bottom line is that we’re on the same Team working on the same Ascension Process. No “right” or “better” or “wrong” or “worse” involved whatsoever. Some of us sit on mountains or stare at oceans or the skies and do what we’re gifted at doing and are needed to do for Soul and All. Some of us work at lower elevations in the valleys at the foot of mountains and in dense cities doing what we’re gifted at doing for Soul and All. And some of us are feeling and embodying in different ways than others now at the completion end of the Galactic Alignment just as many of us did at the beginning end of it. Who’s “right” or “better” and who’s “wrong” or “worse” in that? Neither of course as all are vitally important to the overall Ascension Process mission.

When I’m personally having an extra difficult time (meaning usually all aspects — physical, emotional, mental, psychic etc.), I have a tendency to as many of us do to have that first thought of, ‘What am I doing wrong? What is it I’m not seeing or understanding now that I need to for the highest good of Self and All?’ I think it’s a common Team Light in human form thing to think during this Ascension Process. Another clue that you’re deep in something really important to your ongoing personal spiritual energetic growth is when your nonphysical Higher Light Team (Angelics, Starbeings, Masters or whoever they are for you) goes quiet. They’re still there of course but in the background at the moment, giving you/me/we the space, respect, Free Will and time we need to go through, discover, to live, embody and be evolved by whatever it is that we are at that time.

After I’ve had that first thought that I may not be seeing or understanding whatever it is that’s obviously needing me to make changes within myself, and I feel my Higher Light Team is waiting quietly on the sidelines for me to get through the latest situation/learning/transformation, I then begin to get a higher and larger understanding about what’s happening to me and to certain others at that particular time and why. When the situation is less intense none of those steps happen and I have direct access to Higher Awareness as usual and my Higher Light Team is close by all the time. Old lower negative programs would have us think and believe that we’re doing something “wrong” during one phase and not so during another phase. Again, Dualized thinking and perceptions, when in truth it’s all good as they say.

So, what’s this ramble about anyway? That you are NOT doing anything “wrong” or “worse” or “less than” any other Team Light Forerunner now in 2015 during the intense completion phase of Galactic Alignment (1998ish to 2016ish). Just because some of us are not yet maintaining a constant state of bliss or joy or happiness or abundance or beauty or youth or health or anything else we believe or feel we should at this point within the Ascension Process… does NOT mean you/me/we are doing anything “wrong” or “worse” or “less than” anyone else. Any heavy Cardinal signs and/or ASC and/or natal planets Forerunners reading this? That alone should tell you much about your abilities and role(s), especially during the transformational 2011–2016ish Cardinal squares and T-squares and oppositions years. There’s nothing whatsoever “wrong” with bringing up the rear.

HOME is Where the Heart Is

‘HOME is where the Heart is.’

We’ve all heard this common phrase, however, when considered from the perspective of the Ascension Process it takes on a very NEW and different meaning.

HOME (as in Source/God/the All That Is) is where the Heart (the evolved, ascended, fifth dimensional and higher human HighHeart) is.

We’re evolving, ascending from the bottom three chakras with their frequencies and matching consciousness and external world reality at that level and period of learning etc., up into the next higher layer (and dimension) that has the High Heart (thymus) as the main seat and viewpoint on “reality” from that frequency and matching consciousness. Sounds so simple, so easy and fast when just reading that sentence but we know better don’t we?

For weeks I’ve perceived—in my personal ways—these last few epic months of 2014. When the upcoming energetic events or Energy Waves are unusually big and intense, the information and/or things I perceive and See are typically more simplified and symbolic. When I get elaborate blocks of Higher Awareness info it usually means what’s coming up next for the Forerunners of the Forerunners and the Forerunners is not going to bring us to our spiritual knees and beat us about the head and shoulders. But, when the info I perceive and/or See is super simplified, symbolic and/or visual, then I know we’re about to experience some BIG incoming Energy Waves or NEW Light Codes that we must embody and anchor into this dimension, world, and level of consciousness and it’s most likely not going to be easy and painless.

To give you an example of what I’m talking about, here’s some recent Higher Awareness info I’ve gotten over the past 30–40 days or so. (So hard to keep track of “time” anymore!) I’m going to share this info exactly like I received it because that too is part of the information no matter how simplified and small.

‘HOME is where the Heart is.’

‘A December 2014 Gift is coming to you, for you Forerunner(s). It is Divine, miraculous and another very important transition. It is a Gift from Source but from your perspective it won’t feel like a gift at all when it arrives and you need to embody It. Catch this incoming Divine ball with your High Heart as best you can, even if it feels like it might destroy you. It will not. It is a Gift that will make more sense to you as 2015 unfolds.’

11-11 thru 12-12-14 is a “wormhole” or energy tube. From 12-12 thru the December 21, 2014 Solstice many of the Forerunners of the Forerunners will be receiving this latest NEW ‘Gift’ and will be dealing with (reeling from in many cases!) embodying it via our High Hearts. This will be very physical because it has to do with us embodying another good-sized chunk of our Source/God/the All That Is Selves into these current physical bodies, nervous system and consciousness consciously. We have plenty of time to do this up to and beyond the 12-21-14 Solstice so relax and surrender into this latest phase of the Divine procedure. More of Source or “God” is coming from HOME and merging with this physical ascending You incarnate here in physicality. Obviously this will have repercussions, big positive repercussions throughout 2015 for each of us. Newbie Masters…

Remember those beautiful old paintings of Jesus and Buddha blissfully opening their chests and revealing their High Hearts radiating HOME/Source/God/All That Is within themselves? Ready to do the same? It’s okay, just catch this incoming ball with your HighHeart and anchor it within yourself.

As we Forerunners continue to embody the NEW Light Codes or blueprints and more of Source/God/All That Is into these physical versions of “us” incarnate on Earth now, the old lower consciousness folks are increasingly losing it in different ways. The rapidly building contrast between the old lower and the NEW higher is shocking, painful, frustrating, confusing, and at times downright unbelievable in its sheer absurdity. That was me being polite about this! You know, you’re living it too. Just hang in there and catch the incoming ball or series of balls that Source is throwing out and we’re receiving, embodying and anchoring on to this world for All. Release what you think you know, what you expect, how you believe it happens, feels and so on and just receive it. We’ll deal with what comes after at that point, and don’t you know that it all will be vastly easier!

11/11: The Middle Stair-step of the last Three Months of 2014

During October 2014, via Higher Awareness, I saw and experienced a stunningly complex and beautiful image/experience that I want to share with you before the November 11-11 portal arrives. I wanted to share it with you sooner but the Care Facility discharged my Mom on November 1st. so my home life has changed considerably yet again. More possibly about this situation in a related future article, but for now I wanted to share this vision experience with you and how it’s part of the unfolding energetic Stair-steps of 10-10 of October and 11-11 of November and 12-12 of December of 2014.

Oftentimes I See, perceive things like this and they’re simplified complex symbols for what I am and/or you are and/or humanity is or soon will be experiencing due to the Ascension Process. Other times they’re literally other dimensional experiences. This particular vision was another of these, but it was so huge and vast and there were hundreds of thousands of Angelic beings and highly evolved Galactic Starbeings and some Lightbeings too involved. It was a very “big deal” in other words, but every step and phase and layer we go through with the Ascension Process is! Let me describe what I Saw and experienced and you do your best to Feel it and discern what you can about it for yourself.

Everything I’m going to describe was not physical and dense but of a much higher dimension and filled with very high frequency Light Energies. We weren’t even in our physical bodies but our higher frequency Energy Bodies, and we were having a necessary and highly delicate exotic “procedure” done to each of us by the different Angelics, Galactic Starbeings and Lightbeings helping us and the overall Ascension Process with this particular phase. This was sort of like a very high dimensional, Light-filled Angelic “Mash Unit” for the Forerunners/Path Pavers at this time in late 2014.

The Higher Awareness vision started with myself and thousands of other Forerunners/Path Pavers lying comfortably on what looked somewhat like etheric hospital gurneys in long rows for as far as I could see. I viewed the vast space I was in and marveled at how many of us physically incarnate “Volunteer” Forerunners, and how many Angelics and very advanced Galactic Starbeings and some Lightbeings were all together there working very quickly and precisely to complete this latest and absolutely necessary phase during the completion of the physical months of 2014.

There were anywhere from two to five or six Angelics, Galactic Starbeings and maybe one Lightbeing working on each physically incarnate Forerunner laying on a gurney in this vast space. There was no talking as it simply isn’t necessary at this level of being; there was only quick, intense and highly focused “procedures” being done to each of us by them and we were quietly watching. It was a massive “production line” of sorts and was extremely impressive and unique.

The “procedure” that was being done to each of us was what looked to me like them carefully but quickly laying sections of about 5×6 inch very delicate living gold LIGHT mesh on the surface of our Energy Bodies. They used long light-filled tongs that looked like extra long chop sticks almost to quickly but carefully lay each piece, each section of the living gold Light mesh on each of us. They did this “procedure” over and over until they’d covered much of our Energy Bodies.

As usual I searched through hundreds of images, photos and vector images in hopes of finding anything remotely close to what the living gold Light mesh sections looked like. All I can do is try to find an image(s) that comes the closest to what I’ve seen and buy it to use in my article(s) to help convey the information visually as well to my readers.

This vector image is pretty close to the gold color and mesh-like nature of these Light sections but it’s far too heavy and dense and has zero “life” or Light energies emanating from it so please just use it to get a sense of color and how small and delicate the patterning was in these living Light sections.

This photo has more “life” in it and shows a little better the delicacy and lightweight nature of the living gold Light mesh sections. Neither image or photo is 100% correct however but they’re close and they do help to give you an idea of what these things looked like. Now just image Angelics and Galactic Starbeings and a few Lightbeings using super long etheric “chop sticks” to delicately place every section of gold Light mesh on you. Yeah, something else indeed!

While I was having this “procedure” I looked around at the other Forerunners/Path Pavers having the same procedure to take it in and get an expanded sense of what all was happening and why. What I perceived about all of this was that it has to do with our Crystalline Light Bodies and last-minute tweaks and adjustments being done to them now by these great Beings to help us incarnate Forerunners more easily transition into them now, next month, next year or whenever each of us completes this amazing process. All this is directly connected to the yearlong 2014 12 Labors as I’ve called it in other articles and the last three BIG 2014 Stair-steps or Leap Points of October, November and December and their 10-10, 11-11, and 12-12 portals in each of those final three months.

I got the sense that these living gold Light mesh pieces were another layer or aspect to our Light Bodies and our multidimensional DNA and they all are being aligned and readied for us to begin using them in this totally NEW way. The heavy-duty onslaught of recent X-class and M-class solar transmissions—flares, CMEs etc.—happening since September are very much part of this “procedure” the Forerunners are embodying, living and anchoring into this physical world and dimension. This procedure is intimately connected as well to 2014’s 11-11 energies and portal that many of us will move through in only a couple of days. It’s all connected and all working towards the same goal of compressed evolution and Shift into something totally NEW and vastly improved. But know too that as fabulous as all this is and sounds and looks, it’s just one more of many other “procedures” and processes and layers we’ve already gone through and that there’s more to come so don’t think for a moment that this is it and we’re done.

In the end this latest vision reminded me somewhat of those elaborate couture fashion shows where all the models are lined up behind the curtain for the last minute go-over by the designer to make sure every model is wearing their clothing correctly and will display them in the very best light possible. This is sort of what we’re going through now in preparation for our stepping out on the “cat walk” (NEW world stage) to model (embody, live and use) the designer’s (Divine Source) latest fashion statement (the NEW 5D unity blueprints etc.). Wear it well my fellow Forerunners, wear it well, and much gratitude and Love to all in the higher dimensions for helping prepare us to put on our NEW Light Bodies and continue doing The Work here in the physical for mass humanity today and far into the future. ❤

2014 Spring Quarter Recap

I have that great old song by the Who playing in my head — ‘I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles…’ And it’s about time after all I’ve personally been through throughout the 2014 spring quarter months (fall quarter in the Southern Hemisphere). Like I said before, sometimes I, sometimes we just cannot see or connect all the components of the forest for the trees business until the time is most potent for us to do so. That time arrived for me on June 18th. Many of the Forerunners are coming out the other side of this latest journey through the forest during these last days before the June 21st Solstice. This means that those old things—whatever and whoever they were in our personal “forests”—needed to be seen and understood by us, completed and fully cleared because more NEW is incoming with the June Solstice for those ready to embody IT, which is replacing the old.

I want to give deep Gratitude to a handful of other Forerunners who I’ve not connected with for nearly a year for specific reasons, but who emailed me within three hours of each other on June 18th. That alone is another big clue that many are ready to move up one or more Stair-steps with the arrival of the June Solstice’s incoming NEW energies. These Forerunner co-worker souls are Beth, Will and Callista, and Barbara. Thank you each so very much for unknowingly helping me better connect these latest “dots” on June 18th. ❤

[This is most likely going to be another of those articles where I’m seemingly leaping wildly from one topic to another, but please know they’re all intimately connected and are those energy Stair-steps I’m always mentioning. Hindsight always makes it easier for us all to See the latest batch of Ascension Stair-steps we’ve just traversed… in preparation for the next set.]

How Much More Truth Should I Tell Now?

Good question, and one I’ve seriously pondered many times over the years I’ve written about the Ascension Process. It always comes down to discernment and knowing if and when it’s time for me to reveal some more of the truth I know in this general public way, or sit on it a bit longer, or never reveal all of it. Because of what I’ve been through during the 2014 spring quarter (March, April, May, June), also due to the recent re-connections made and what was said by the Forerunners mentioned above, I feel it’s time to reveal some more things with the hope that doing so makes the Ascension Process and Stair-step journey easier, less confusing, painful and dangerous. Truly.

The first thing I need to reveal are the deeper reasons why I suddenly stopped writing at TRANSITIONS and closed Comments there on September 21, 2013 fall Equinox. That was when I ended there, but when I created HighHeartLife here. What I’m about to say next is NOT intended to hurt, wound, harm or insult anyone. Truly.

The Crowds Thin Considerably

I reached a point where I knew I had to close TRANSITIONS and Comments there because there were too many Lightworker wannabes; too many open doors for Team Dark to get in through and harm and derail not just me but anyone else they could; so much parasitism; many only hunting for the latest Ascension info to quote on their blogs/forums; and so many who were not really living the Ascension Process or utilizing the information themselves. It was heartbreaking in more ways than one and I had to make some big and important changes for all of us standing on very different Stair-steps at that Expiration Date.

Energetically stopping my writings at TRANSITIONS and Comments there was a really difficult thing for me to do and I knew before I did it that I’d lose the majority of my then readers and I have. However, what needed to be done for the betterment of ALL was and always will be my HighHeart bottom-line, even if my actions appear to some people like something else entirely. It’s that “tough love” sort of thing where one needs to do some difficult and painful things but one does them with the highest hope and intentions that those actions will benefit many people and help them become stronger, wiser, more self-empowered and free etc. It’s that “do you continue feeding the people or do you teach them how to fish for themselves” business. I’ll always opt for trying to teach people to do the Ascension related Divine Striptease themselves so they can become more of what they are beneath the old 3D layers of density, Duality, ego, negativity, limited consciousness, Team Dark, confusion, distortions, fears etc.

When the blessed completion of 2012 was reached, the rest of humanity faced the next step(s) of having to personally start actually living and being changed by these Ascension Process energies. The Forerunners had been doing that and much more for a couple decades before that Expiration Date. Everyone was given those Nine Months gestation period from December 21, 2012 to September 21, 2013 to honestly prepare for the arrival of the NEW energies/blueprints of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle within physicality with the start of 2014.

By September Equinox 2013, I knew the Thinning of the Crowds would begin in multiple ways and it did and continues to. This is the actual and very real ‘culling’ (to borrow Barbara’s term) taking place on a global scale. I also knew that once the 12-21-12 Expiration Date was physically reached, the Ascension Teachers/Channelers/Writers/Lecturers would increasingly become obvious to people with Higher Awareness who could, can honestly discern, feel and know for themselves who the real Teachers are and who are not. The Ascension related information (Light) being given on websites, blogs, books, videos, lectures etc. by the real Teachers is something that from September Equinox 2013 forward MUST now actually be lived by the people reading that Light and not just discussed, argued over, judged, disrespected, passed along, quoted etc. We’ve entered the Separation of Worlds & Timelines and the NEW, which means we all must ‘walk the talk’ or deal with the consequences of trying to resist Divine Source and the Cosmos. Yeah, right, good luck with that!

Oh oh, Here Comes Divine Source/God!

One big aspect of this Ascension Process that most people don’t really understand yet but certainly will at some point, is that the farther into the NEW Higher Light Energies (Photonic, Galactic, Divine etc.) we/earth/this solar system and beyond travels, the more proficient each of us MUST become at embodying, functioning within and radiating the NEW Light of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle blueprints (Light Codes etc.) Even though we’re slowly evolving out of energy range from Team Dark and their old tools, tactics and consciousness, we’re simultaneously moving into more and more tremendously higher frequency Light Energies that we’ve got to be able to survive, embody, live and sanely and safely function within and not be fried or imbalanced by. Sounds so easy doesn’t it? We know differently however, but it’s so worth the effort. ❤

Looking at this from one direction it looks and feels sort of like, ‘Ha ha Team Dark, screw you, bye-bye, so long and farewell you evil bastards!’ And as we’re feeling all grand n’ glorious about these tremendous improvements, we turn around, only to discover that Divine Source/God is coming up on us (us on IT) at the speed of LightLove and we immediately think, ‘Oh no! How close to Divine Source/God can I actually get before I’m incinerated by the All That Is?’

Embodying more and more Light—and then Love—requires real and honest Inner prep-Work first. Period. Or you’ll fry to bits and really wish you’d gotten with the Higher program much earlier! This is where many are at now, and where far more will soon be. Heads n’ Hearts up about this now okay? 2014 Spring quarter gives way to summer quarter which gives way to fall Stair-step quarter and on and on and on… for miles and miles and miles. 😀

Can’t see the Forest for the Trees: Working the Timelines but with better Perspective

It’s far too easy for me, and I’m sure it is for some of you reading this too, to forget or overlook or ignore the fact that you/me/we are in this timeline working it like crazy from our physical bodies and beings in this physical dimension. That’s such a short, easy sentence and yet when honestly considered from another timeline, from another dimension and viewpoint it’s monumental! But, I sometimes momentarily forget this fact, usually when I’m deeply involved in another very important phase of my personal living/doing/working/embodying of the Ascension Process in and through this Denise suit and awareness from within this timeline and physical dimension. That’s when I momentarily lose my bearings within the greater forest and many trees. Thankfully however it never lasts too horribly long and I always return to my HighHeart and neutral vantage point where it all makes Divine perfect sense.

I mentioned in another article Evolving Into More Multidimensional Awareness about clearly Seeing (Higher Awareness vision) some strangers’ faces while asleep dreaming (and when awake as well), and how this is becoming something more and more people are and will be experiencing. Some of these strangers’ faces and upper bodies we’re are Seeing now in 2014, are other souls working other timelines in other dimensions and other realities. When I See them, they See me as well which is great, and in that timeless unspoken moment of recognition and Spherical Higher Awareness much is instantly known, transmitted, received, exchanged, felt and shared on a conscious level between us all for the benefit of ALL in all timelines.

In moments such as this, we here in our physical bodies in this physical world and timeline better understand or remember that we’re part of vast Team Light; Team Light working multiple dimensions and multiple timelines at the same “time” from within linear time and outside linear time both in physicality and outside it too. Point is that we’re needing to be much more conscious of our consciousness and our Multidimensionality now and that we, that different aspects of the Greater US exist in multiple locations and they are “Volunteers” or “Lightworkers” or “Pathpavers” etc. too just as we are here in this dimension and timeline.

Some of these strangers’ faces I’ve seen are other aspects of some of you reading this, while some of them are other aspects of my Greater Self, while some of them are of people/beings/souls that Denise doesn’t fully remember yet at a conscious level. But as usual, it’s the why to this that’s interesting and telling to me. Because this article is long already, I’m not going to go into great detail defining or explaining this next statement:

Everyone needs to expand their concepts, beliefs and expectations about “First Contact”. There are multiple layers, levels and stages of what could be considered “First Contact”. Simply becoming more and more consciously aware of your own Multidimensional aspects/selves etc. existing in other timelines, dimensions and realities is one of many very real forms, levels and aspects of “First Contact”. The more of US that we’re consciously aware of in these physical bodies and consciousness on Earth, the easier it is for us to integrate and cope with face-to-face and heart-to-heart encounters with increasingly grand Beings that exist elsewhere. Never forget that many of those other aspects of you/You/YOU are ETs, are Angelics, are Ascended Masters, are Lightbeings etc.

Ending Certain Timelines & Genetic Bloodlines, DNA & Soul Contracts

Since late April 2014, I’ve been Working through past generations of my father’s and mother’s residual bloodline negativity. Did I bravely and knowingly set out to do this (yet again) but during the fifth of seven Cardinal Squares/Crosses? Hell no! This surprised me somewhat only because I’ve already been doing this same family bloodline Work off and on since 1991. Layer after layer of generational genetic energetic muck exist in these past, ancient even, family DNA bloodlines and timelines and many of us Forerunners have HAD to finish up (finish up being key) this particular Ascension Timeline Work this spring quarter of 2014. The whys of this have to do with the timeline Work we’re doing both here in this physical body and dimension, and also in many others as well.

After decades of chipping away at my own family bloodline junk, this Work suddenly exploded in my life and reality again this spring and it took me a while to eventually levitate myself energetically and emotionally up and out of that dark forest enough to reach a higher perspective and better See and Know what’s really going on now and why with this.

It has to do with many of the old timelines with their pre-Ascension energies, Soul Contracts, “karma”, genetic bloodline DNA from both father and mother needing to be intentionally ended, disconnected, transmuted, cleared and permanently removed. Why? Multiple reasons, the first being that we’ve literally outgrown them and that old DNA. They served their purposes across those past timelines with those past generations of our kinsfolk, but now many of them need to be ended, and that’s exactly what some of us Forerunners have been doing in highly compressed ways throughout the 2014 spring quarter. This old DNA (and many of the timelines and relatives it traveled through, such as WWI, WWII etc.) has Expired and therefore needed to be ended, removed, transmuted and cleared away just like that visual symbol I received about our Divine Striptease of repeatedly removing and casting-off layer-after-layer of “clothing” we’ve been wearing all our lives. That “clothing” is both energetic on historical levels and also our past family DNA bloodlines from daddy and mommy in this life going way, way back.

Much if not all of that in my case needed to end now because some more of the NEW is ready to be embodied by more of us on the other side of the June 2014 Solstice. We’ve cleaned out our old DNA closets and the timelines past family generations carried forward to us here now. Also, to prevent any remaining Team Dark beings from using, recycling any of these past timelines, genetics, DNA, energies etc. to template-off from in some other timeline(s) elsewhere, we Forerunners have worked to end certain timelines here and in other dimensions and realities and end, discontinue past DNA from our own family blood lines for these reasons.

I certainly hope I remembered everything I wanted to include in this article but it wouldn’t surprise me if I forgot some important bit somewhere. If so I’ll add it in another article. Here’s to an exceptional and all NEW 2014 June Solstice to everyone everywhere. ❤

Stunning simplistic bare-bones honest knowing, mini revelations, and profound insights into self and others, but, minus the lower emotional pain, thrashing about and egoic high-drama of old. This maturing spiritually feels real good and freeing.

If you too have suddenly, and I mean Uranian-like sudden, deep, honest crystal-clear Higher Awareness knowing things about your old self and others due to the April and May 2014 metamorphosis, then you too are becoming more of the NEW greater YOU thanks to the ongoing embodying process.

Funny how it never dawned on me that when this phase really got rolling in 2014, that it would naturally, automatically give us even greater awareness and Higher knowing about ourselves, other people, and pretty much everything else in varying degrees as we went along. This is basic stuff but easily overlooked or not considered yet this has been a big theme lately; seeing, knowing, understanding so much more from that blessed higher level of emotional neutrality — not old lower emotional pain and turmoil. Glorious progress…

I guess what I’m trying to say, what I wish to express, is how different, “weird” even its felt lately from this NEW space and level of ongoing embodiment of a little more of the Greater, Higher me into this physical Denise aspect. You look up, you look down, you look left, right, you look in, you look out but this, THIS is different in every way and I’m struggling to find words and terms that come closest to what I’m experiencing and what I know many of you are experiencing now too. We’re on brand NEW territory with brand NEW tools and I’ve always had trouble with words anyway, so this is a real challenge for me now because we’re needing NEW words and terms for our NEW lives, beings and reality etc. We’ll create them.

I’m getting larger energetically as more of ME is embodied into Denise and her physical body. Of course this naturally causes my, your, our perspectives about ourselves and others and everything else to change rather dramatically and very quickly. Like we didn’t know that would happen! We did know, but as is always the case, intellectually knowing something never comes close to the real thing when one lives it and is permanently changed/improved/expanded/evolved because of embodying it in every cell and fiber of their being and soul. That is Alchemical; the other is just the ego mind speculating as best it can about unknown higher frequency things.

This is where we’ve been lately, and where we’ll continue to be for a good long while I suspect. Let me also add some of the “symptoms” and reactions I’ve been experiencing during spring of 2014 due to these ongoing changes. I’m certain many of you will relate to this too.

The more Light and Love (the I AM) that I embody into Denise and her physical body, the more Light and Love I AM directly which is wonderful, however, many people do not respond well to this at all! I don’t have to say or do anything, I simply am irritating, disturbing and bothering the lower consciousness, lower frequency people by my mere physical presence. These people have not been doing the necessary Ascension related preparatory Work so, needless to say, those of us who have and are embodying more or our I AM presence into these physical bodies now are becoming increasingly irritating and repulsive to them in ways they don’t consciously understand but certainly don’t hesitate restricting themselves in reacting to!

The level of undeserved hate, general abuse and all around disrespect I’ve experienced from these lower frequency, lower consciousness people has escalated greatly in 2014. What a great test for one’s old lower ego self however! 😆 Just be aware of all these dynamics, on all sides, and don’t deliberately rub Light in their lower frequency wounds because they’re growing more and more unstable. No fear, just greater awareness and higher levels of responsibility for ones Light Love emanations on people not capable of dealing with any higher energies.

On the other hand, those people who have more of their HighHeart functioning—whether they did this knowingly and intentionally or not doesn’t matter—you instantly feel and know, plus they respond to you and your Light from their own radiating Light. One HighHeart recognizes and resonates with another that’s operating on the same or near level of frequency causing both people, both souls to vibrate like tuning forks to each others higher frequency Light Energies. Just imagine the global and cosmic Light music if you will, that more and more of us will increasingly be producing from the changes we’ve lived (continue to live) through. It will quickly alter the entire planet and beyond in ways yet only sensed briefly by our still expanding HighHeart consciousness and being.

On a more physical note, some of the “side effects” or “Ascension symptoms” caused by my, your, our ongoing embodying process that I’m feeling in 2014 are an even greater exhaustion (didn’t think it was possible for that one to get worse!). Also constant ringing in my ears, joint pain and stiffness; muscle weakness; sore lungs; absolute need to sleep more and nap throughout the day more than ever before; elaborate busy dreams; and increased food allergies/sensitivities yet again. And the big one for me is feeling like I’m in the midst of an incredibly important and rare Process of evolving from one state of being and awareness into another state of being and awareness and not knowing exactly what to do other than BE and pay attention! Yeah, that one’s a doozy for sure.

Keep on keepin’ on as the old saying goes and clear your personal slate as best you can so that whatever it is that’s coming in or ready to be embodied by us via the June 2014 Equinox can more easily do so on all levels.

I’ve been pretty quiet since 9-21-13 only because I’ve been going through some rather difficult times of big inner change. No, my arms and legs haven’t fallen off and no, my house hasn’t burned down, and no my life looks like it did last week and last month and the month before that, but man-oh-man am I changing! Some of you will relate completely with this while others will come into it when they come into it.

I was waiting to write something after the Sun exits Scorpio and enters Sagittarius (on Nov. 21st), take a good look-see around and have an honest, deep-level feel and after that write about my findings. I might still do that, but for now I wanted to write a little something about what’s been going on–from my perspective–and talk a bit about how it’s been affecting me.

Over the past few years, I’ve written articles at TRANSITIONS (now archived here) about what I’ve called The Princess and the Pea symptoms of feeling things, anything, all things like they’re amplified beyond belief. Like the Princess trying to sleep on top of twenty-five mattresses, she still can feel that little pea under the bottom mattress and to her it’s so pronounced that she can’t get comfortable or sleep.

As many of you know I’ve often used the term Stair-steps in an attempt to express that the Ascension Process is ongoing and has many layers, levels, stages and phases. I’ve also used this term to express that individuals go through those different Ascension Process layers and phases at different stages themselves so everyone is not experiencing the same exact things at the same exact times.

So when one is standing on Ascension Stair-step 264 lets call it for ease of communication and a helpful visual, what that person experiences, feels and perceives is what they’re capable of perceiving and transmuting/clearing at that Stair-step level at that moment. So when a person has a lot more letting go of and releasing old lower frequency stuff–whatever that is for each of us at the time–at symbolic energetic Stair-step level 264, that letting go of feels like it does at that level and each time we do this it feels very different because we’re changing, we’re clarifying, we’re lightening up a bit more every time it happens.

But as that person continues moving forward within the ongoing Ascension Process and travels up more energetic Stair-steps and reaches, lets say Stair-step 302, what they experience and feel at that level of having to let go of even more within themselves feels vastly more amplified, more intense, more severe and extreme than it did at lower Stair-steps. In other words, that Princess and the Pea business seems, from our evolving perspective, to get worse and worse not better and better! In fact it is getting better and better but to us it doesn’t feel like it because we’re still deeply within the Process and changing rapidly.The more one refines oneself energetically, it becomes that much less comfortable to hold ANY lower frequency stuff such as old beliefs, lower thoughts, emotions, fears etc. in us. So even though we continue to reduce the “peas” and/or the size of those “peas”, to us on the current higher level (higher Stair-step) it feels like that little pea has gotten larger not smaller! Seemingly ass-backwards I know, but this is only from our current perspectives.

I’ve been letting go of (transmuting and releasing) my personal stuff n’ junk pretty consistently since 1991 so you’d think I’d be an old pro at it by this point, and I am — many of us are. My point with this is that the farther up we go it seems from our perspective to be feeling worse when we have some old lower habitual thought, emotion, belief, expectation etc. Even though that pea under our many mattresses has been shrinking considerably due to the years or decades of Inner Work we’ve done already, from our current perspective, and especially since 9-21-13, any tiny pea(s) left within us now feels like an obnoxious huge boulder that causes us highly amplified physical and emotional pain and frustration. We repulse ourselves and we have to release and castoff whatever it is in us still that’s so offensive to us now standing in so much Light.

Walking up more and more of those Ascension Stair-step the more we enter into the amplifying Light and Divinity, and the more my wee shit and your wee shit (whatever it still is at this point) cannot go. Period. The pressure and pains and frustrations have grown to such an extreme for me since we crossed 9-21-13 that I’m constantly and easily seeing every little thing and limiting belief and old familiar BS habit etc. that I still have that’s causing me severely amplified physical, emotional, and mental pains and frustrations at this point.

I’ve been excruciatingly aware that something, or a number of somethings, have caused these severe amplification symptoms especially since 9-21-13, but what exactly it or they were I wasn’t clear on other than they’re natural side effects from the pulsing energy waves being transmitted from the Galactic Center (GC) of the Milky Way. Like that isn’t enough!… I’ve felt there’s been other triggers, other activators pushing each of us up more Ascension Stair-steps.

Like many of you I too have read about comet ISON and it reaching perihelion (closet to our Sun) on November 28, 2013. And, I too have read a few things by other people talking about what they believe comet ISON is and isn’t. Some believe comet ISON is a Galactic Federation Mother-ship disguised as a physical comet. Others believe comet ISON is Nibiru. Others believe it’s just a comet and nothing more.

Personally I don’t much care what comet ISON is or isn’t. It, whatever or whomever it is, is flying through our solar system and passing Earth and our Sun at a highly significant time and that is what’s important to me; that plus how it’s affecting me and the rest of humanity. Those are what’s important to me, not if it’s a GF craft or Nibiru or camouflaged ET space junk hurtling through space or whatever.

If we review how we’ve felt since 9-21-13 but do so standing on this higher energy Stair-step, you’ll notice that whatever your “pea” thing is within your life/consciousness/beliefs/habits etc. is, you should notice that it/they are being tremendously amplified by something or a group of somethings now and there are reasons for it. That is what should be on your heartmind, not if it’s Nibiru or ETs or whatever. Inner homework first, then you’ll automatically be able to interact with the positive ETs. 😉

I’ve had plenty of conscious and direct interactions with positive higher dimensional Beings and Lightbeings to know very well how tiny one instantly feels just being in their presence. It’s ridiculous because we Starseeds are them in dense human form as Ascension Process Volunteers. But, despite that, every time I’ve (in my Denise form I mean) been in the presence of other higher dimensionals, I feel very small, very dense, very stupid, and very stinky in comparison to Them. Just being honest. They don’t think that of me at all but being in the presence of so much higher frequency Light makes one’s density and other personal residual “peas” uncomfortably highlighted!

Now… how is that any different from say a comet that some people believe houses some GF members in some Mother-ship camouflaged to look like a physical comet? I don’t think it is any different at all, and from the way I’ve felt since 9-21-13, it feels very similar to how I’d feel in years past when higher dimensional Starbeings and/or Lightbeings would show up to interact with me in my house during the day while I was awake. I’d suddenly be In Love with Them (“swooning” is a normal reaction when in the energetic presence of positive higher dimensional nonphysical Beings) and I’d also feel like a stupid little twerp in Their presence, and I’d want to go Home, and–here comes the spiritual punch line to all this–I’d be motivated to do whatever it was I needed to do to reach those desires. Maybe, just maybe, comet ISON (and possibly other rare cosmic bodies) are NEW (to us) energetic triggers and merely other activators forcing us to continue evolving and changing rapidly now.

So again in my long-winded and seemingly weird roundabout way I’m trying to express that if you too have felt extra miserable since 9-21-13 and have had yourself shoved back into your face and awareness repeatedly trying to show you exactly what it is that you need to let go of now to make the pressures, pains and frustrations disintegrate… then I think comet ISON and the GC energies are doing exactly what they’re designed to do to help us, force us, up many more of those great Ascension Process Stair-steps and very quickly. You can however get all sidetracked and hung up or completely derailed over the packaging of the latest evolutionary Ascension trigger, or you can look within and do whatever personal Inner Work that’s needed now which will help you reach NEW levels of freedom and personal wisdom.
