Last Three Months of 2019

When I write the words embody or embodiment in lower case I mean one thing. When I write Embody, Embodiment and Embodiment Process capitalized I mean something different.

Lower case embody is what all individuals repeatedly experience that are living the Ascension Process and automatically embodying the evolutionary Light energies, NEW codes and more NEW DNA continually at higher and higher levels and larger and larger amounts over the weeks, months and years in their physical body during the Ascension Process.

When I capitalize the words Embody and Embodiment Process I do so to indicate the people that have been living the Ascension Process and embodying, but who’ve also chosen to Embody their Higher Self/Selves/Soul into their current physical body and self during the Ascension Process as well.

Because there’s some confusion over the Embodiment Process, I’m going to explain more about it from my perspective. I will do so as I do with everything I write about, from my personal experiences, memories and Higher Awareness to date.

It’s taken the First Everythingers these past two decades of linear time to incrementally embody (lower case) the incrementally delivered NEW Light, energies, codes and so on. The Ascension Process has HAD to unfold slowly like this otherwise it would have destroyed our physical bodies, minds and psyches if too much higher frequency Light had been delivered all at once. Because of this the Ascension Process had been an ongoing set of energy stair-steps we’ve been incrementally embodying for two decades and counting.

The Embodiment Process (capitalized) has basically been the same thing for the very same reasons. We’ve never been soul-less in these lives nor have we been Higher Self-less either, but, how much of our individual Souls and Higher Self/Selves we could safely cope with from having a direct and conscious line to while in our present physical bodies is another story.

The more Light and NEW energies etc. we’ve embodied over these ascension decades, the more of our Higher Self/Selves and Soul we’ve been incrementally capable of coping with an incrementally increasing way through what’s being called the Embodiment Process. Said very simply, one side effect of embodying more and more and higher and higher Light etc. into your ascending physical body means you are increasingly aligning vibrationally, energetically with your Soul/Higher Self/Selves. The more you and your physical body physically and energetically evolve and “ascend”, the greater and greater this energetic alignment between physical incarnate you becomes with your Soul and Higher Self/Selves in this direct and conscious way.

We’ve always had a very small amount of our Soul and Higher Self/Selves connected to us, us to them in these current physical bodies because life in physicality could not be sustained otherwise. We’d die physically without that mandatory tiny organic lifeline to our Soul and Higher Self. In old lower frequency 3D life and reality that was all anyone had and it was the “norm”. Not so however with the current evolution.

Due to the Ascension Process we’re living in these lifetimes, the option exists for those who want to go that extra mile so to speak and Embody greater and higher frequency Light energies. Doing that incrementally over the past two decades increases and raises ones energetic tolerance and expands their frequency range in their physical ascending bodies to such a degree that the Soul and Higher Self energy line to the physical body and incarnate self becomes entirely undiminished and maximal. That is what the Embodiment Process is and what it produces in those willing to go that extra mile.

Before the Ascension and Embodiment Process you were living with and barely surviving on the equivalent of say, only one spark plug to run your body vehicle, and only one little bar to phone and talk to HOME with. Once your Embodiment Process reaches a certain level—which is exactly what’s happening to many of us during these last three months of 2019—you’ll be running on unlimited spark plugs and unlimited bars! You will have evolved, expanded and dramatically increased your vibrational capacity to co-exist in your physical body in this direct, conscious, undiminished way with your Soul and Higher Self/Selves and not drop dead from! Now there’s something to write HOME about! 😉 HOME is well-aware of what you, me, we are up to with our individual Embodiment Processes and there’s excited preparations unfolding because of the profound improvements this will further cause everywhere.

The Volunteer First Everythingers or the First Wave group as they’ve been called, the Second Wave group, the Third Wave group and so on have been embodying since the start of their physical level Ascension Process. Not all of them however have chosen to also go through the Embodiment Process and currently reach full energetic, vibrational alignment range with their Higher Self/Selves/Soul and their current physical body and self at this time. The Embodiment Process option exists for everyone but not all have, have yet, or will take it on in this lifetime of ascension. This is a Higher Self/Selves/Soul pre-incarnational choice.

The Last 3 Months of 2019

The last three months of every one of these ascension years is extra important because they’re not only completing an entire year’s energies, levels and phases, but they’re the final three (triality, trinity) months where we’re more intensely pressured energetically to step-up, to rise up to the higher frequency energies we’ll enter on January of the New Year. The last three months of every ascension year are more intense because we’re completing a year’s worth of specific ascension energies, embodiment, Embodiment Process, energy Work and Missions and preparing for the powerful year-end trinity stair-step shifts to a higher frequency platform and phase of the upcoming New Year.

These last three months of grueling 2019 are different from all previous ones however. These last three months of 2019, including the day-specific 10-10 energies of October 10th, 11-11 energies of November 11th, and the 12-12 energies of December 12th are the last ones we’ll experience. We no longer need these specific last three October 10-10, November 11-11 and December 12-12 energy gateways because 2019 is depositing us in a very different NEW higher frequency and level of the Ascension Process. The rest of this will be fully activated physically January 2020 for mass humanity, which is why the entire year of 2019 was so difficult and still is for most First Everythingers. As we always do, we energetically Pathpave and Bridge with and through our bodies, the way for humanity coming up behind us.

There’s so much completion during these last three months of 2019. We’re currently at the energetic threshold between where we have been within the Ascension Process since 1998–1999, and where we’re about to start anew with it in January 2020.

The First Everythingers will feel this change in very different ways than how the unaware humans who’ll be energetically activated in October–December 2019 to BEGIN their Ascension Process. Think of this as the first group of unaware humans to start the Ascension Process. They are not Volunteers, they are the first group of unaware humans to start the Ascension Process and this will unfold for more and more unaware people throughout 2020. What we Volunteer First Everythingers energetically embodied, Pathpaved and anchored into ourselves, our bodies and Earth is only now STARTING to be used by this small first group of unaware humans. Not complaining here, just pointing this long-awaited event out. This is an obviously very big deal for each of them, but it’s also a huge change for each of us as well. Because of this we’re currently being freed-up from what we have been doing so we can now BEGIN our next higher levels of experiences, growth, Service, Work and so on.

And If You’re A Sensitive, Empath…

If you’re able to emotionally, etherically, energetically and physically FEEL other people’s energies and emotions because you’re a Sensitive / Empath, then you don’t need me to tell you that growing numbers of unaware people are currently spewing profuse amounts of fear, anger, hatred, confusion, shock, disbelief, panic, distrust, hopelessness and being all done with the old patriarchal everything, not that they even know that’s what it is. As miserable as it is for them to feel this way about current reality, and, how miserable it is for we Sensitives and Empaths to feel them and what they’re feeling now, having some of them finally reach the all done with level is a huge positive because it means they’re ready to evolve, “ascend”, “shift” up into a NEW higher way, not that they’re conscious of this either. Doesn’t matter, only that more and more unaware humans are ready to try something NEW and different. Because of this, more and more of the unaware humans are and will be triggered to BEGIN the Ascension Process now which is how they’re going to gain NEW higher ways of living on Earth and existing in their bodies and evolving consciousness.

On the other hand—sorry, it’s still present for the time being—are those people who continue to be entrenched in the old negative inorganic patriarchal everything, and the majority of them aren’t aware of this either. They just are where they are, believe what they believe, feel what they feel and don’t see or feel any reason to change anything at all.

I Know You’re Battle Weary But…

I know we’re all battle weary and the last thing we want to have to contend with now are Portal People, those mostly but not all unaware people who exist in old lower matching frequencies and range with nonphysical Team Dark aliens and entities etc. Because of the accelerated Separation of Worlds & Timelines shifts happening all year, and, because many of us are currently completing the last stages of our Embodiment Process during the last three months of 2019, more Portal People are been used, manipulated and directed to interfere and do harm in any ways possible to those of the Light.

Also, some Portal People are now being used to, in any way possible, get whoever they can from those first main three ascension Groups (which is about 98% of you reading this) to physically move, physically relocate, to go elsewhere for whatever the reasons. In many cases, not all but many, the Portal People are being directed and used by the negative unseen beings to get us to change timelines by trying to get us to physically move to another place, house, apartment, city, state, country, job and so on. This one is a new Team Dark tactic to me but it’s been happening to more of us this year and even more so right now.

Be aware, discern, pay attention everyone because humanity is under attack because so much is ending, changing and disappearing permanently right now and much more so throughout 2020. Because of all this Team Dark is stockpiling food and fuel supplies for themselves, which unfortunately still is energy producing humans, both aware humans and unaware humans. This is the final battle and Team Dark is frantic and are using some new tactics to preserve themselves. Do not be duped by anyone or anything now and that includes ascension teachers, spiritual teachers, spiritual people etc. Some have made abrupt 90 degree turns recently which indicates they’ve changed timelines for better or worse. That’s their business but pay attention people, be smart, wise, strong, sovereign and discerning at all times no matter how exhausted you are.

Did any of you honestly think or expect that Team Dark would just accept the Ascension Process and Lightworkers etc. transmuting, embodying and Embodying and Pathpaving and that there would be zero push-back or repercussions from them because of all this? I know how much I no longer want to deal with any of this ancient negativity, and we’re closer now than ever before with it being so. But, until we’re there, the negative unseen ones have been and will continue manipulating and using unaware low frequency, low consciousness people—Portal People—to attack, interfere with, derail, sidetrack, harass, confuse and exhaust those of the Light and Working with the Light. 2019 has been one after another after another of these intentional negative attacks through low frequency, low consciousness human Portal People to harm those of us doing our parts with the Ascension Process at this critical shifting point. The split is happening and the increase of Portal People attacks on us, nightmares for everyone, etheric attacks, etheric manifestations in the physical etc. in 2019 are part of it all so always be aware of the larger picture. Things have been and will continue to change dramatically from here on out, and because of this, Team Dark is doing whatever they can to continue existing as they have no matter who or what they have to use and/or destroy to do so.

The Embodiment Process Is Profoundly Personal & Indescribable

On a Lighter note. For many of the past ascension years I was concerned about how I’d handle what I’d feel coming from the human masses once we reached the point we have now within the Ascension Process. I have to say that it’s nothing like what I thought it would be ten, fifteen years ago. The Embodiment Process is the cause of that within myself, and as it continues to vibrationally expand, increase, uplift and align more and more of ME with Denise me and vice versa depending on ones perspective, it’s obviously changing everything both internally and externally.

The old ways and consciousness do not work in these NEW higher Light energies, NEW codes, NEW DNA, Embodiment and so on. We all find ourselves with some of our habitual old expectations that we’ve projected on to the ascended NEW both internally and externally, both personally and collectively. That’s just us growing and learning more, evolving and Embodying more. Over time one discovers that things are very different from what you had previously thought, believed or expected. With some more wisdom gained you continue surrendering, heartily finally, to your sacred personal Embodiment Process because you know IT knows exactly what IT’s doing. All you need do is clean out your basement some more to make more room for IT to move in permanently.

Every time we experience a change in Earth’s magnetic field, and within our bodies, I’m often affected by that emotionally and get weepy over simple things and sometimes things that normally would never cause me to tear-up. But when the magnetics are all over the place, human emotions usuallu are too.

Over the past few years of my Embodiment Process I’ve repeatedly experienced this unusual series of events within my physical body and my being. At first I couldn’t tell if it was these old familiar magnetic changes but the more I experienced this I became increasingly conscious that there was a clear Process happening within me that often would cause me to tear-up and weep gently without any emotions causing this whatsoever. In other words, I’ve often discovered my body “crying tears” and it was like I’d been left out of what caused it. It’s a rather strange sensation to find ones body weeping gently like a reaction to something and not because of any emotion.

Throughout much of incredible, monumental, please Divine Source never again 2019, I’ve become consciously aware of the unique Process of more NEW Light energies, codes and DNA being embodied and activated in my physical body and how that in turn would cause this second “phenomena” to happen simultaneously. That second “phenomena” being the Embodiment Process and another incremental part of my Higher Self/Selves/Soul connecting with Denise and her physical body.

Every time the Embodiment Process has happened incrementally throughout 2019, I’ve been able to better observe this Process while it was taking place in my physical body, consciousness and self. Needless to say, it’s a strange sensation and nothing like what I, and I suspect most of us expected the Embodiment Process to look and feel like.

Most recently during another of the now nearly constant Light energies coming in, I experienced what’s become fairly common for my physical body every time more Diamond Light energies arrive. They make my head, skull and sometimes eyes hurt and Pituitary (behind our eyes) expand with pains in my head and on my skull that move around during the days these energies are pouring in. I can See them enter the area above my physical head, then enter my head, and usually but not always further evolve my Pineal gland. This often causes more visions, usually of some of these NEW codes and other Light energies and/or blurred physical vision.

While I’m suffering these head, skull, eye pains and pressures (and other pains like body aches, severe belly and diaphragm bloat etc.), I’ll become aware that my body is gently weeping and tears are rolling down my face. When this happens I’m usually mildly surprised because I wasn’t feeling anything emotional that would cause me to tear-up. When I pull back a bit to figure out why my body, not me but my body, was reacting to these energies by gently weeping, each time I discover another incremental connection, alignment and more direct reunification with my Higher Self/Selves/Soul has taken place and that Embodiment Process often causes my physical body to gently weep tears of expansion and complete surrender. I’m not doing this weeping, my physical body is, and that’s been a strange discovery for me. We’re still very much in the midst of our personal evolutionary game of musical chairs!

It’s like some kind of Divine LOVE-making just happened within my physical body and “I’m” late to that party! Doesn’t matter, only that this Embodiment Process continues, accelerates and expands constantly. Lay back, open your HighHeart wider, deeper and farther and observe what’s happening to, in and through you and You and YOU now and all the improvements that’s producing. It’s amazing and it’s accelerated tremendously because we’ve reached the last three months of 2019 where some complete their personal Embodiment Process and get shifted into the next NEW higher level and creativity. Think of this shift as the completion of and graduation from the past twenty ascension years up into the next higher level for each of us in the NEW of 2020.

Enter Embodiment Process Completion Phase

I recently received an email question from Maria who has generously allowed me to quote her so this discussion can take place in an article. Thank you Maria. ❤ I know a lot of people have had this same question and confusion for many of these ascension years.

“Dear Denise,

Could we as a group just CLAIM ascension to 5D NOW. The destruction to the planet is so great. Living here is made so painful and difficult. Waiting for the masses to wake up is useless. Could we all just DO IT, just tell the Universe WE WANT IT NOW? Just let us do it. Waiting for it makes no sense. — Maria “

We don’t need to claim fifth dimensional ascension because we’ve been in it for a few years already, fully with the start of 2013. And I could not agree more that ‘waiting for the masses to wake up is useless’, so anyone still waiting for this, or anything or anyone else, stop squandering your precious Ascension Process days. Stop waiting and continue doing what only you can do within your personal Ascension and/or Embodiment Process. Forget about everything else and get yourself where you want to be right now. For most of us that is constantly living in and from your HighHeart while continuing to Embody more, higher and greater into your body and self. That is the formula that gets each of us to NEW Earth faster than anything else; more Source YOU Embodied. No intellectualizing it, just doing it continuously from your HighHeart.

First Everythingers, Forerunners, this has never been a passing of the baton relay race. It’s been about us going first to trail-blaze evolutionary migration routes, to energetically Path-pave the way to the higher NEW for those individuals ready to exit the old 3D frequencies and realities and evolve vibrationally behind us. We never stop doing what we do and wait for anyone. We continue doing our jobs which has been to become the NEW Earth ascended Collective, and we have, and Consciously Create a NEW matching frequency place to migrate to. All that and much more is done by us doing it all in our physical bodies. HOME is and will continue to manifest externally the more each of us internally Embodies more of our Higher Self/Selves/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self in our physical bodies. We are the living physical Alchemical containers that this entire Ascension Process is happening through in the physical. We don’t wait, we live it and Embody it.

There’s been a lot of incorrect, distorted and/or not fully understood information put forth on the Internet by well-meaning people—and many who weren’t—about the Ascension Process. Obviously this has made the whole business even more difficult for most people because it’s always been about who do you trust that’s writing, talking, teaching about the Ascension Process online? Whose been feeding you information that you want to hear? That you hope is true? That you believe is going to happen? Whose been selling you exactly what they know you want to hear? Whose been pitching continued dis-empowerment by telling you that you don’t have to do anything to ascend, to evolve? Whose been selling you that they can remove negative entities, attachments, energies etc. from your physical and etheric bodies for you? Whose been your go-to ascension guru and/or fixer? How much has it financially cost you? How much has it spiritually cost you?

A lot of people have taught, and many readers have believed and expected, that nearly all 8 billion humans alive on Earth now will, and with great joy, lightness and happiness, skip together hand-in-hand at the same time to the NEW ascended Earth. Not how it happens people, not this time because humanity is not nearly evolved enough to be able to all go together at the same time.

A lot of incorrect ascension information has been spread online about how everyone needs to wait for other humans to get with the Ascension Process program. This incorrect belief was another of many designed and intended to run out the ascension clock by those who don’t want humans to evolve now. Feed people endless lies about the Ascension in hopes that they miss it altogether because they were intentionally sidetracked, duped, derailed and had their consciousness intentionally re-directed AWAY from actually living the Ascension Process and to endlessly wait.

(1) The law of Free Will is still in effect in this cosmic neck of the woods so even though the Universal Ascension is taking place in our lifetimes, that does not mean and has never been a guarantee that all 8 billion humans alive on Earth now will experience the Ascension Process in their current lives and bodies. The possibility for that to happen has always existed, however, not every human incarnate now wants to evolve now or is capable of doing so at this time.

There’s still very many people who want to continue existing in the old patriarchal energies and no one, not even Divine Source is going to twist their arms and force them to take advantage of the present energies driving Universal evolution. The Ascension Process is done by choice, by a person wanting to evolve, wanting to become free, to know more, become empowered, be willing to take on more personal responsibilities and so on. Individuals who want more get more. Individuals who want what they’ve had will get even worse of it until they become tired of it and finally choose to evolve. Do those of you reading this honestly believe that you have the time to wait for anyone in that group? It could take many of them another Great Round of 225–250 million years before they’re ready.

(2) It takes individuals who’ve chosen to evolve being Alchemically energetically activated, altered, improved, expanded, upgraded and EVOLVED by the very energies present now to do exactly that. Each person has to live and embody the NEW higher energies, codes, DNA, rewiring processes, transformations and much more so they and their physical body can withstand such a profound evolutionary energetic leap from one dimension and matching frequency (old 3D), all the way through the old 4D Astral and reach the NEW 5D and matching energies of individual integration, re-unification of what had been separated in you and your physical body and self. Divine Source provides everything every being needs to naturally and organically evolve. But, if you trust a human more than Source generated evolution, and want to pay those humans to supposedly do your Ascension Work for you, then I’ve got some swamp land for sale for you!

Why Does It Still Hurt So Much?

Another common misunderstanding many have had is about why they don’t magically stop hurting physically because they continue Embodying more and more of their Higher Self/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self. We all have had the unspoken belief or expectation that the more of our Higher Self/Soul/Source we Embodied the less pain—and exhaustion—we’d experience.

Sorry but it physically hurts getting more and more incremental amounts of your Higher Self/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self Embodied into your physical body! We’ll reach a point where it won’t hurt at all, but until then, it physically hurts getting more vastly higher, faster frequency aspects Embodied into this incarnate you that Volunteered to do exactly this in a physical body. And the Embodiment Process is incredibly exhausting because our physical bodies are constantly expanding, upgrading, evolving, having more NEW DNA activating and running the NEW codes and energetically and physically becoming something totally NEW and profoundly different. So don’t believe that you’re doing something “wrong” again because it’s 2019 and you’re even more exhausted and in physical pain than you were five, ten or twenty years ago.

As if that weren’t enough, add to it the fact that you, me, we have been—many of us from 1999—changing worlds, timelines EVERY time we’ve left our physical homes and apartments to go into the old lower frequency world to do anything. Every time you’ve left your higher vibrating physical house to go grocery shopping, get the oil changed in your vehicle, get your hair cut, go visit a family member in the hospital, go to the mortuary etc., you have left your higher frequency world and reality and re-entered a much lower frequency world reality and had to deal with, interact with and try to communicate with the people that, to this day, still exist there.

I’ve been doing this repeated changing reality musical chairs maneuver since 1999, and it’s been astonishingly painful physically. Re-entering a lower, heavier density once you’ve transmuted much in yourself and your physical body causes great pain and often feels like you’re being crushed by the old density. The most pain-inducing place I’ve felt was always when I entered my bank. Yeah, old lowly money consciousness and control was the worst. The moment I’d enter the bank my body felt like it was being crushed by that old negativity and density and I’d do my best to not pass-out from it. Today it’s not painful physically to go into the bank. What is painful now is trying to communicate with many, not all but many, of the unaware people that happily exist in the lower frequency Earth world today. They don’t understand me and I don’t understand them and we both think the other one is “crazy” and it’s all just miserable trying to pretend I belong there with them. I really want this to go away quickly too because I honestly cannot understand or relate to most of the people in the lower frequency Earth world at this point of my Embodiment Process.

Your ability to do this, forget about everything else!, is profoundly exhausting and taxing on your physical body, your CNS, your psyche, your whole physical body because you are literally and intentionally changing worlds and then intentionally going back up to where you exist once you’ve gotten the groceries or whatever it was that sent you out and down in the first place. You need to be fully conscious of the FACT that you have, I have, we have been living our Ascension and Embodiment Processes while we’ve repeatedly “jumped timelines”, went from a higher vibrating world into a lower vibration world or worlds. Repeatedly! While Embodying, while everything else, and changing worlds, realities, timelines and frequencies also causes your physical body to hurt like all hell and become even more exhausted. Have you noticed you need a couple of hours or days to recover after you went down vibrationally into a lower frequency Earth world? Your physical pains are caused by both the higher NEW and the lower old. Your “wing span” is very great which is another reason for the pains and pressures you feel in your body. ❤

Those NEW “super powers” are there, underneath the latest Embodiment pains, pressures and incomprehensible expansions. You just don’t always recognize them immediately because of the pains, traumas, ongoing adjustments and your constant expanding perspective. But, you have to have noticed that some of your NEW “super powers”—higher abilities—have been increasing all along and that it’s gotten so easy and fast to Consciously Create now.

Have You Noticed…?

Have you had a dream(s) since June 2019, where someone is trying to get you to do some more cleaning up of the old lower Earth world’s human filth? A common classic dream of this is having to go into a public bathroom and clean up everyone else’s filth left in there.

Have you noticed anyone trying to steer you into something or some place either in a dream or awake that’s of the old lower world recently? I mention this because of the recent increase in the old negativity doing its best to suck anyone back down into it before the Separation Shift completes. ‘Hey little girl, little boy, want some candy?’ the dark stranger offers. ‘Yeah no, I’m good, we’re good’. It’s been kinda like that lately with certain situations and people. Just be conscious of what’s going on and keep doing what you always have anyway First Everythingers. It’s not a threat really anymore at this point, just another sidetrack hustle attempt by desperate Team Dark Portal People. See the monsters but don’t stop to help them. That time is long past.

Have you noticed recently, I know you have, that your perspective on everything and everyone has and continues to change rather dramatically? It makes about everything seem very surreal and strange, otherworldly and fluid. If you’ve been experiencing this, it’s caused by your, my, our ongoing Embodiment Process and how that continues to change our perspective on, well, everything.

As you Embody more and greater of your Higher Self/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self into your physical incarnate self aspect, naturally your perspective on everything and everyone is changing and will continue to change. You and YOU are merging in your physical body and that is and will continue to cause your view of everything to change and feel profoundly surreal, fluid and transient.

I’ve been doing my best to be consciously aware of this and any other changes caused by my ongoing Embodiment Process for the past couple of years. I’ve found that what used to be important to me isn’t any longer and other things have become deeply important. It makes sense that as we Embody more of our larger, greater Self/Soul/Source etc. into our bodies and selves that that increasing union or re-union is and will greatly change us in ways we couldn’t comprehend before this process started. Keeping this awareness in your HighHeart helps when “reality” gets very surreal again.

We’re in a state of profound transition in more ways than one so just roll with the seeming strangeness and Shifts and don’t hang your hat on anything yet because there’s much more of this to come from here on out. We are in the last phase of the Embodiment Process now in 2019 and 2020, which is why you need to expect the unexpected, remain fluid and flexible in your mind, heart and body and don’t expect you’ve reached HOME until you know you are HOME Embodied right in your physical body. We’re closer to this now than ever before but this last phase should, I suspect, get really interesting in about every way you and I can comprehend today!

Keep in heartmind the fact that the Tuesday July 16th Lunar eclipse happening at 24° Capricorn is conjunct the Saturn (17°) Pluto (22°) Capricorn conjunction that’s been in effect all year. This is yet another reason why you may be feeling additionally achy, sick, dizzy, nauseous and generally icky lately. I know, just way too much ascension times fun. 😉

June 2019 Separation Freedom

TWENTY-EIGHT YEARS AGO, on January 1991, my personal etheric-level PRE-Ascension Inner Work began via the once-in-a-lifetime astrological transit known as the Uranus Opposition. Everyone begins it at age 39, which for me was late December 1990, and with the start of 1991, I and my entire life exited my first 39-yearlong phase and entered a completely new and radically different phase.

The first 39 years of my life were spent dealing with my pre-incarnational commitments and contracts, many of which were clearing multiple past lives karma with certain people, plus some personal things I wanted to experience for myself in this life before my Expiration Date arrived on January 1991. All that was completed by me by age 39 on the physical-level and I fully exited my first 39 years of life at that time and entered the next etheric-level and phase of my mandatory deep Inner Work clearing all current and past life interactions, karma, emotional wounds, unresolved deeper level issues and energies and so on.

All my life I’d known that I had from birth until age 39–40 to accomplish all the things I did during that time, but I knew that by age 40 I would enter another “life” that would be nothing like the first 39 years. For me it was a type of death and rebirth at the start of 1991, at age 39, because everything I’d done and accomplished up to that point was finished and I was quickly—Uranian style—launched into the next phase of my life which was constant intense Inner Work done on the etheric-level in lucid dreams that were highly archetypal, shockingly insightful, incredibly potent and personally freeing. This phase consisted of my having to do constant etheric-level Inner Work on myself via the Uranus Opposition for four super intense years. After my Uranus Opposition completed, I entered another new phase of mandatory preparation Inner Work to even be capable of living, transmuting and embodying the Ascension Process on the physical and biological level when that phase started for me in February 1999.

I’ve written about my personal First Everythinger Forerunner Ascension Process years from February 1999 on already. Suffice it to say that it wasn’t easy, safe or pleasant but I didn’t Volunteer for easy, safe or pleasant.

November 2016, my best feline fur friend decided he’d had enough after nearly 12 Ascension Process years with me—which were not easy, safe or pleasant much of the time—and wasn’t going to stick around for the ‘Agent Orange’ phase of the global process and quickly passed away.

January 2017, my younger sister and only sibling passed away at 57 from a lifetime lived in bulimic self-abuse, heroin drug addiction and who knows what else, and the ever-present influences of dedicated evil that existed at those old negative depths.

Late June 2019, my mom passed away and finally got herself freed from a physical body that was damaged from her premature birth 89 years ago, and all of the disabilities, vascular dementia and coronary disease that accumulated over the decades.

They are FREE in their ways, and now I am FREE in mine which is a very positive thing so please don’t anyone feel sad about any of this. Freedom at this point in the Embodiment Process, the arrival of the NEW codes since December 2018 and the automatic Separation of Worlds Shift happening because of them is another natural stair-step within this Process. Each person in 2019 now must exist on a like-frequency stair-step reality no matter if that’s in a physical body or out of one. It doesn’t matter, only that these escalating spiritual energetic “musical chairs” type rapid shifting around being done by all of humanity on Earth and beyond it is taking place now in preparation for full entry into the totally NEW energies and codes on January 12, 2020. The July 2019 eclipses will cause many more people to suddenly die and FREE themselves of their physical bodies for a variety of personal reasons, every one of them Ascension related.

On June 2, 2019, I entered yet another milestone Ascension Embodiment Process change Shift and phase. It was directly connected to my mom’s accelerated physical and mental deterioration and eventual death at the end of June 2019. There have been many other phases within my personal Ascension and Embodiment Processes that have been extreme, severe, intense with highly focused negative attacks on me by certain lower frequency people and/or nonphysical, nonhuman beings. June 2019 however was overflowing with next-level, their “end times”, this is the Separation Shift! negative attacks made on me by many different people, all of them strangers.

From paramedics to head ER nurses to social workers and APS social workers to hospice nurses to online strangers, the entire month of June 2019 has contained the equivalent of about five linear years worth of severe and repeated physical attacks against me and so, so much more and all while I constantly was Embodying higher levels within my physical body. As is always the case, it’s the WHY of these attacks at the time they happen that contain more answers about what’s really happening. In my personal June 2019 case, they’ve had to do with the Separation of Worlds Shift that some went through last month due to our going more fully into our personal Embodiment Process, which automatically further accelerates the Separation Shift.

I am not going to share all I experienced throughout June 2019 as I normally would in hopes of that information assisting others. I have my reasons and they have nothing to do with what you may think or believe. It is not about my mom’s passing whatsoever as that was a tremendous freedom for her and even more so for me. I’m not sharing everything I experienced throughout June for reasons I also won’t explain.

Something I will share is the day my mom died a positive and intentionally nondescript etheric being Assistant became present etherically to me in her physical bedroom to Work with her, me, and with all three of us together and this is why.

The old negative Team Dark distortions, False Light, and their ‘long dark tunnel to the False Light’ death structure and system they created long ago to funnel dead humans into their recycle bin, forcing humanity to reincarnate quickly on Earth, is one more massive negative parasitic hijack system that’s recently been removed by Team Light. You’re welcome.

Because that ancient negative distortion created to recycle humanity into reincarnating on Earth has been dismantled recently, there is now a NEW organic Divine Source system in-place for dying humans leaving their physical bodies. Now there is an etheric Assistant that helps ascending 5D humans by directly escorting dying individuals to where they each need to go at that time. The dying human is now personally picked up from a very close energy level to the present 5D Earth and safely escorted and hand-delivered by the Assistant to a nonphysical 5D area for those who’ve just exited their physical bodies. Some others take over from there to further assist the recently dead human.

The human dying/death system has been returned to an organic Divine Source system finally. There is no more negative long tunnel to the other side that hijacked and deposited people into the False Light created by Team Dark to intentionally recycle them into earthly reincarnations to continue energetically fueling the negative aliens & co. food and fuel supplies. Just like all other Team Dark hijacked, distorted, pirated thefts of everything, they all have been permanently dismantled, obliterated and replaced with organic Source-created systems and structures.

Now an Assistant comes between the 5D physical and 5D nonphysical which is incredibly easy for everyone involved, to assist the dying human AND a living ascended/ascending, embodied/Embodied human relative, spouse, friend etc. if one is present, and if that person is consciously aware of what’s actually happening multidimensionally to assist the Assistant and dying human.

I spent most every minute of the entire month of June 2019, functioning at a quantum level and a linear level simultaneously longer than I ever have before. This happened only because I was having to deal with, speak to and interact with linear people and systems such as two hospitals in different cities, multiple doctors at each of them, paramedics, nurses, police, APS, hospice coordinators, hospice nurses, mortuary people and much more while my body continued Embodying greater HighHeart pounding solar and beyond Crystalline/Christ frequencies, more NEW codes and DNA all while doing my best to not show that any of it was even happening. I am different from who I was in May 2019, because I have Shifted into more Embodiment and real freedom.

In closing I want to add that just like the negatives long ago created their False Light to trick humanity in different ways, long ago they also created a False Ascension on a descending Earth and (brief) timeline. Unfortunately most people cannot honestly and accurately even discern and know for themselves which is which and which one they’re currently existing on.

For those honestly capable, here’s to being increasingly free in July 2019 and more so each month after it. Watch these sudden reality changing July eclipses this year.

It’s the old demented, putrid Patriarchal Consciousness

I just noticed on my WordPress stats page a number of links coming to HighHeartLife from Georgi Stankov’s website, so I backtracked to see what and why this was as I always do when large numbers of links show up. What I discovered at his site does not surprise me in the least however. It’s the same old pathetic patriarchal disrespectful old Boy’s Club consciousness still blatantly lashing out at certain females. Alexander (don’t know him either) shared a link to my recent article there and was almost as disrespectful to me as Georgi was in an unaware sort of way, but it all makes sense to me as it always has. I’m not bragging as this has been really hard and hurtful for me over the years, but I’ve learned and grown and that’s all that matters in the end.

In Georgi’s public response to Alexander’s public letter he stated that, ‘Apart from that I know Denise since long time…’

Aah, since long time. Let me inform everyone reading this that Georgi Stankov and I have never physically met and never will. Let me also add that, based solely on what Georgi Stankov himself said, he clearly does not know me at all nor would he ever want to.

I suspect that what Georgi Stankov meant was that he knows me nonphysically, which may or may not be true for him. I certainly know him from having read just a couple of things he wrote many years ago. That was all I needed to “know” him long time ago. But I know him in the same way I know most other Ascension writers/teachers/channelers both good and bad, both of the Light and not of the Light. I know them from Higher Awareness. From that level of awareness nothing else matters because you know and you know the many whys for it all. Everyone who can honestly access Higher Awareness on their own can do this. It’s not some secret club but a hard-earned individual ability that one either has or does not have. Those who have it also have enough Heart to not need to insult, disrespect, attack or continue acting, thinking, writing and speaking like an old Boys Club macho patriarchal, knuckle-dragging misogynistic asshole.

OMFG this ancient sick Team Dark consciousness of unending hatred towards females everywhere is getting really boring. Gay rights and transgender rights have been blossoming while female rights continue to be attacked, slashed and reduced. Females of all ages and races are still considered lower than animals by the patriarchal old Boy’s Club. Wake the fuck up people and smell the Team Dark consciousness stench all over yourselves.

Try being in a female body in a patriarchal world. It takes balls the size of Jupiter to deliberately incarnate into a putrid, demented, murderous, negative, misogynous patriarchal world in a female body with the intention of lifting the planet and human species up and out of the sickness it’s existed within for thousands of years.

Exactly. Deal with it.

I could have easily ignored this recent male trash-talk directed at me as I have repeatedly over the years, but after being subjected for months over gay rights and transgender rights, I’m not going to let this one slide, not this time. Pay attention people to who is still demeaning females in any way for any reason(s) as it will reveal much if you can’t yet instantly discern energies on your own or know from Higher Awareness. Only nonphysical and physical Team Dark has such hatred towards females and continually disrespects them and worse in so many ways. Fucking rights for everyone except human females! It’s beyond belief how obvious this has become.

This still physically aching (plenty of reasons for this that’s clearly not understood by some), long retired Belly Dancer female—who most certainly ain’t your wife Georgi!—is now going to write another ‘…there is little stimulating in her articles…’ ‘non-stimulating’ article for people with Heart and an honest desire to really evolve beyond the repulsive patriarchal misogynistic consciousness of old.

Please don’t bother looking this crap up but just recognize it for what it is, be aware of who is still doing it, and why it’s doing what it is again now and override it as we’ve always done. Thanks. ❤

Embodying the NEW First Physically & Dealing with the Negative Reactions

I have personally been dealing with one unpleasant situation after the next consistently since the start of 2014. Along with every one of those unpleasant situations were the people connected to each of them of course which is the more frustrating and sometimes shocking issue. These situations I’ve repeatedly dealt with for over a year now have all been so over-the-top ridiculous and negative, severe and crazy that I haven’t shared much about any of it. Over the months I became increasingly frustrated, discouraged, repulsed at times, more exhausted and saddened to my soul over what I’ve been repeatedly experiencing through certain “professional” people working in the old lower patriarchal systems with old lower consciousness — many of which are portal people as I’ve called them. More about portal people in a moment.

We all experience periods of this sort of thing. The Astrology folks will check to see which planets are where, which are retrograde and so on to help explain the things they’re encountering. The Ascension folks will also check to see what the Sun is doing and/or use any number of other personal methods for higher, greater insight and understanding about what is currently happening. Many in the Ascension Community will also check out their most trusted online Ascension Teachers/Writers latest words to compare what they’re saying with what they are personally experiencing. We all do this and it’s very helpful, most of the time.

However, over these many Ascension years there have been long periods where the majority of Ascension Teachers/Writers do not talk about (at least not publicly) certain topics because they’re negative, dark and unpleasant. That plus there’s many who simply do not know much at all about the Dark Side of the Ascension Process or the Dark Side in general. Maybe it’s not their field of expertise or part of their Ascension related mission Work or their focus. I understand that most people, most readers will always prefer to hear about how wonderful and great things are or soon will be instead of how difficult and trying it may be for a while longer. I get that believe me! Nevertheless, someone’s got to be honest about these difficult and unpleasant phases and the Dark beings within the Ascension Process and, like it or not, that includes the dark side of Duality reality and consciousness. We are after all transmuting, integrating and evolving beyond Duality within this physical dimension.

You’ve got to expect that at certain points within this Grand Process you will meet some very angry and determined Dark right along with that fabulous Light during different stages of this entire Ascension Process. And guess what? It’s okay! It’s normal for what you’re doing, living and embodying and what’s happening everywhere. You haven’t “failed” or done anything “wrong” nor are you personally responsible for it all because “you create your own reality” and it has this unpleasant dark crazy crap in it! The people who automatically throw that one at you in this situation are unaware of the many other layers of reality contained in the Ascension Process and all that goes along with it. You did not create the “monsters”, the Dark Side, Team Dark (TD) or portal people and neither did I, so for some people to instantly hurl that “you create your own reality” line at you are way off about this particular situation.

In the past I’ve written at TRANSITIONS and HighHeartLife a bit about what I’ve called Portal people. Portal people is my blanket term for other living humans used by Team Dark beings/entities/demons to affect, derail, sidetrack, attack, injure, make sick, make miserable people of the Light — Team Light which are the Forerunners, Wayshowers, Pathpavers etc. I’ve also referred to Portal People as living physical human Team Dark members.

1) Portal People are living humans that still function and perceive only within the old lower frequency and consciousness patriarchal Team Dark creations and belief systems.

2) Portal People have been used, manipulated, controlled and directed by nonhuman, nonphysical beings and entities as a direct way for them to reach into the physical world to further control mass humanity and global Earth reality.

Some of these living human portal people are consciously aware that they help nonphysical, nonhuman Team Dark beings and they thoroughly enjoy causing as much pain, suffering and misery as possibly, especially to anyone embodying Light in the physical dimension. Most portal people however are totally unaware that they’re used to attack, hurt, derail, impede, wound and traumatize certain Team Light Forerunners in human form in the physical dimension. Some of these portal people actually believe themselves to be Forerunners, Starseeds, Indigos etc. and are completely unaware of how and why they’re used by unseen negatives (nonhuman, nonphysical Team Dark beings) to harm and hinder Forerunners and the Ascension Process and prolong the old negative ways of life on physical Earth. I’ve experienced this many times over the years through a handful of people writing Comments at TRANSITIONS and HighHeartLife. I know that certain other Ascension Teachers/Writers have had to deal with this same situation many times, but most of them don’t talk about it publicly for the obvious reasons. I too have not shared many things over the years for the same reasons; you open yourself to even more attacks on the physical and etheric levels.

The reasons why I’m focusing on this topic now is because of the phase we’re in within the Ascension Process—Galactic Alignment—and how it’s unfolding fully within the physical dimension and this physical world. It’s one thing encountering TD attacks, being hijacked, beatings, coups etc. in the 4D Astral dimension, but it’s something very different when those attacks and battles descend fully into the physical dimension and manifest here and that’s exactly what’s happening now. It has been since we reached the Expiration Date (12-21-12) and it’s been escalating ever since right along with the amplification of Light fully within the physical dimension. There are reasons why the Dark has been and still is lashing out wildly wherever it can; it doesn’t want to die or loose its power and food and fuel sources. Every time we have another increase of Light in physicality, another big download of Light Energies or Light Codes or the NEW as I usually say, Team Dark and the portal people increase their activities, attacks, interference, chaos and general negativity. Now, here comes the punchline with this whole situation and it’s often hard to wrap ones mind around because it sounds so contradictory but such has been Duality in physicality!

As the NEW Light continues to increase and become the new normal within this physical world, the Dark lashes out even more frantically and does all it can to hang on as long as possible. It’s that simple and that crappy, for a while longer that is. This schizophrenic-like mass global bipolar-like Duality insanity won’t last forever however for the simple reason that the two highly different frequencies of energy, reality, consciousness, being and creativity CANNOT co-exist within the same space. Hence the Separation of Worlds & Timelines business.

These negative beings, portal people, lower consciousness and old patriarchal systems and beliefs will hang on and fight to keep and maintain the old lower reality and consciousness for as long as they possibly can. As members of Team Light, it’s our job to keep on keepin’ on despite the portal people and the insane things they do to interfere, harm and mess with us. Some days this is easy to accomplish, other days not so much unfortunately, but we continue doing, being and radiating (seeding) the NEW Light Energies into the NEW Earth world and reality. They must evolve or go elsewhere to have what they want because it cannot and will not exist in the NEW.

A few days ago I was, once again, very frustrated by all this silly shit (I call it silly shit because that’s really all it is; ridiculous tactics by ridiculous people to prevent evolution and improvement!) and I was able to zoom out far enough to get a larger, higher perspective on this current state of miserableness so many of us have dealt with in 2014 and/or 2015. What I perceived went back to the Expiration Date as I’ve called it—12-21-12—and the ‘Three Days’ of December 21st, 22nd, and 23rd of 2012 as it was called by some others.

What I better understood from my recent zoomed out perspective was that after the Expiration Date and Three Days of December 21, 22 and 23 of 2012, some of us Forerunners (I think I was at the head of this list!) decided to take most of 2013 off and sleep, rest, stare at the ceiling and do nothing or just hibernate as much as we could for as long as we could. I know a lot of us Forerunners were SO utterly spent, SO done, SO exhausted that some of us just sort of shut down for a while, or for most of the year because we were that tired body and soul. I know I did. But… to shake me good and hard out of that yearlong 2013 hibernation breather, 2014 began and hasn’t slowed down since but is only escalating in 2015.

2014 and 2015 have been a period of constant miserableness for me personally for multiple reasons and it was seriously gettin’ me down this year. So while I was in this recent higher zoomed out position, I asked what the hell is going on now and why. What I perceived went back to the Expiration Date of December 21, 22 and 23, of 2012 and the individual Soul choices each one of us made back then and how those choices are currently manifesting for each of us through the completion phase of the Galactic Alignment/Ascension Process which is approximately 2017ish.

In that moment of personal greater awareness I understood that on December 22, 2012 when the Divine and I discussed what would be best for my Soul’s continued growth from that point through the completion of the Ascension Process/Galactic Alignment, we decided I’d continue to anchor in physicality for as long as Denise could so that the Ascension Process would be completed in physicality and so would I. In other words, I wanted to go through this extra final pain, silly shit and misery for a while longer because I intend to get it done and done right because “I” will never go through this level of physical immersion and transformation (the Ascension Process) ever again anywhere. My Soul’s resume will soon list, ‘been there done that’, meaning that someone else can “Volunteer” to descend to do this Ascension assistant business and more the next time it happens in some galaxy in some universe somewhere. Some of us are guaranteeing that we finish this thing in the physical trenches for individual Soul reasons while some others decisions had to do with forging ahead into the NEW in nonphysical ways more than physical. No one is right or wrong, no incorrect decisions here at all, simply individual Soul decisions for this now.

So, post December 2012 is the screaming, tantrum throwing, frantic, wild pillaging phase for the nonphysical Team Dark beings and physical human portal people. For those of us of Team Light, the contrasting energetic pressures have been increasingly difficult and will be until they’re finally not any longer. I can continue being miserable in my Soul’s and the Divine’s grand decision back on December 22, 2012, or I can get with the latest program and finish this thing as best as I’m capable of at this point. Some hours, days, nights are easier than others, but after all I’ve been through already I’m not throwing the towel in at this late date! Neither should you, so do whatever you can when you need to so you can reap the rewards of all the hard, difficult spiritual energetic Work you’ve already done via this Ascension Process. It’s going to finally get much easier in physicality so hang in there my fellow exhausted and bloody Forerunners and don’t take your HighHeart off the end goal no matter what silly, petty, portal people caused BS is trying to get you to do just that.

March into April 2015 Shift Trauma

Don’t be fooled by the title and believe that this was a March into April 2015 only event because it wasn’t. Every month is seeming to end and transition into the next month with more intensity, trauma in many cases, aches and pains both physical and emotional, and more chaotic pushing energies than the month before. It’s just that this latest shift out of the last few days of March into April was super intense and filled with “extra” crap n’ stuff, both good and plenty miserable.

Below is an email I received from Tom B. a couple of days ago. Thanks for letting me share it this way Tom. ❤ Also, in the Q & A section, Elle W. wrote a Comment about some of these things her husband recently experienced so I thought it would benefit more people if I combined these conversations into an article. First is Tom’s email letter.

“Hi Denise – Thanks for your recent articles and posts in the Q and A Section. I’ve been going through an extremely challenging time with Ascension symptoms over the last week and a half. Being able to read them has been validating. It’s comforting to know that I’m not the only one going through crazy, challenging times these days. Reading your articles and posts has been helping me get through some very challenging times lately.

The 28th I stayed in bed all morning and early afternoon. I had a series of epic waking dreams (for want of a better term) which lasted for hours. I can’t remember experiencing anything like that that lasted so long. I forced myself to get up and go to work that evening even though my intuition told me to stay in bed and keep having the strange waking dreams. That night at work I felt very depressed to the point of being suicidal. I haven’t felt that depressed in a long time.

Since then I’ve been experiencing severe fatigue, especially on the 30th. This morning I had a series of strange, emotionally draining dreams as I kept waking up and falling back asleep again several times. I also released a lot of old physical toxins after I got up the final time and started my day.

I’m finding it very challenging to keep a good attitude about all of this. I’ve been reading on your site and others that spring equinox through the eclipse on April 4th is a very intense time for Ascension. I’m trying to keep this in mind, but it hasn’t helped the last few days because I’ve been feeling so shitty during that time. I feel that things have only been getting worse for me lately, and today I just can’t shake that feeling. Please feel free to post this if you feel it’s appropriate. Thanks. Tom B.”

I just wrote to you about my first “recalled” ET contact (though I did have something on 2/22/12 in a dream that pointed me to having possibly “been from” another planet in a past life). I mentioned my husband was my confident and help mate in all this. I have been with this dear man for 40 years, and just yesterday (the day after contact), he had a complete and utter meltdown the likes of which I had never seen–he was not even sure life was worth living anymore. I know this is extremely personal, but I can’t/don’t believe this was a coincidence. I am ready to put down everything in my life and just nurture him back from this. He does believe in the possibility of psychic attack as he’d had experiences, but this is just too direct a correlation to miss, I think. Unreal.”

Elle W & All,

I’m not at all surprised by this actually. It’s hard, difficult, traumatic in fact when any of us are suddenly and unexpectedly compressed/pushed/propelled etc. upward on to a higher consciousness/frequency energy Stair-step. There’s typically some level of blow-back and repercussions to it because the ego self freaks out over having to change. Our egos deepest fear!

You’re 100% right that all this is no “coincidence”. In fact the ETs most likely are doing what they did for him as much as they did for you… but both of these events are happening for both of you on very different levels or Stair-steps as I call them. This again is typical of positive ETs; they use the least amount of energy to get the largest results. 😉 It takes some conscious interactions back and forth with these Beings before you begin to see how multidimensional they actually are and that they work this way with us too.

On the other hand… as I’ve written recently, we’re typically attacked by Team Dark (TD) beings and/or lower energies etc. whenever we evolve up another Stair-step. They sense the change in our energetic frequency and they panic and attack to stop us, derail us, sidetrack us, to terrorize us back down into the old lower frequency level again. This too may be what and why your husband experienced what he did. We’re integrating and evolving beyond DUALITY after all! 🙂

I’m going to try to get something short written quickly today about this because I too experienced an attack March 31 into April 1st. Plus I recently received an email from a man whose experienced something similar and gave me permission to quote his letter. I know a lot of people have been going through this over just these past few days and it’s been super intense — I’m talking contemplating suicide intense! I’ll do my best to get it written and published today.

One more VERY important thing in this I want you to consider Elle.

“I am ready to put down everything in my life and just nurture him back from this.”

That’s exactly what TD is hoping for. You doing that in an attempt to help your husband is the worst thing you could do for him, and to yourself, and to the positive ETs that worked to have this contact happen with you primarily, and secondarily with him. This is one of those “tough love” tests for you and to not interfere with what he’s going through, and an expansive “step up” to another level of awareness and being test for him. I want you both to get the most out of what you’re each going though now.

In my case I’ve experienced portal people being activated, oftentimes to the point of sick obsession, at the end of March into the first day or few days of April. I’ve experienced these enough times over the years to know it’s not a “coincidence” either. And I experienced it yet again the past few days with my next-door neighbor. He however is not the issue; how I deal with or don’t deal with, focus on or don’t focus on etc. what he’s attempting to do to me is the issue.

As is often the case, those of us consciously aware of the Ascension Process and personally working hard to utilize those energies to evolve are at key times attacked, tested, confronted, sidetracked, tempted off the Path, greatly confused, increasingly depressed, exhausted, or even considering suicide, especially during extra potent and big energy influx shift periods such as what these past few weeks have been.

Another aspect of all this that’s easy to overlook or forget for those of us living, embodying, seeding/anchoring the NEW Light Energies first (codes, blueprints, templates etc.) is that the human Collective is in a wild state of energetic and emotional turmoil, chaos and wild negativity much of the time and they will be for a while so learn and discern and override it all as best you can.

Sensitives feel the human Collective despite our best efforts to not be effected or influenced by it/them. The trick is to be able to discern what’s yours and what’s the human Collective that you’re feeling inside your head, mind, heart, body and being as if it was yours! It’s easier to deal with when you can tell that it’s just you sensing and feeling lower energies and emotions coming from much of humanity. Hold your High Heart space and level in the midst of all this shifting, fighting, instability, insanity and chaos because in doing so you are Consciously Creating NEW space for NEW realities, worlds and incomprehensible amounts of wondrous NEW creations. Forerunning into NEW space and holding it open at higher levels is how we plow the fields for seeding for future crops. 😉 ❤

And then there’s the ultra-weird dreaming mini series type dreams most of us have had for weeks now… when you’re fortunate enough to even be able to sleep for a couple of hours that is! I’ve been falling asleep at night and then waking up two hours later absolutely positive that it must be four or five hours later. No such luck, I’ve only been asleep for two hours and then the rest of the night is thrashing and flopping and trying to not think stupid, self-defeating, pointless thoughts all night. In most but not all cases, much of this dreaming activity is Collective related too, but some of it is my personal “stuff” from decades or days ago. It cannot co-exist with more of the NEW merging now so we dream our little selves clear/clean again and again for as long as we need to.

Another thing I wanted to mention in all this is the solar winds that had been a blowin’ for the past few weeks. They felt extra potent and I felt them in my body as old Ascension flu aches and pains. My spine often gets tight and sore when a lot of NEW Light is pouring down in through the top of my head down into it. Doing nothing physically is all that helps with that it seems. Also, the air itself is much more charged with NEW Light which makes my nostrils bleed sometimes, my sinuses feel pressure and my lungs hurt when I take a deep breath.

In the end I think what many of us have felt recently is both ours AND the human Collective feeling the increasing energetic pressures of tremendous change and growth. Change and higher “company coming” 😉 to merge with us/us with it. Despite the BS and negativity, the aches and pains physical and emotional, I very definitely see and feel massive progress. I know the external world isn’t reflecting this nearly as much as we’d prefer at this point and yet, it and so very much more is happening. (I think it was around the start of February 2015 that I saw some higher dimension packed with unusual activity by great numbers of Lightbeings/Angelics working like crazy there. Many of them were needed, and still are evidently, to do certain very important things now which means some of us have been seemingly left on our own here in the physical. If you’ve felt your Angelic Ascension Assistants gone lately as I have, I believe it’s due to them being needed elsewhere for a while. They’ve been incredibly busy with profound changes too. Plus we’re needing to learn to function and create without our personal Ascension Assistants at our sides constantly.)

I know this article is all over the place but it’s the best I can do today with all that’s going on around me at the moment. Please know that I too have my really low days or hours even, and then I get back to High Heart level again and pick up where I left off. We all do this and it’s perfectly okay and expected as we become more proficient at all this in a physical body in a physical world. You are doing so much more than you realize yet so give yourself time to sit and seemingly “do nothing” while you receive even more into yourself.
