Challenging 2022

Tomorrow, January 18, 2022, Uranus (ruler of Aquarius) goes Direct. January 20, 2022, the Sun enters Aquarius. Get ready to have a hardcore hair blown back sort of time of it for much of 2022 everyone. This is good actually but it’s going to be intense and on and off again questionable for much of 2022. Talk about a HighHeartLife test for all of us this year.

Uranus turned Retrograde back in August 2021. Five, six months is the typical length of time for Uranus to be retrograde, but it’s felt more like years than months this time. Most everyone has been having increasing difficulty and accuracy with linear time and events anyway, but Uranus retrograde since August 2021, has made it even more difficult to tell exactly how long things have been going on both personally and collectively. It’s felt like the brakes have been holding us in place for so long and we’ve been increasingly depressing the gas pedal and smoking the tires while having to go back and deal with whatever and whomever it was we each needed to since August 2021 or so. Everyone is very ready for the red Retrograde light to finally turn Direct green so we can burn rubber into the 2022 NEW finally.

It takes Pluto 248.4 years to transit through all of the zodiacal signs. 248.4 years. Half of that is 124.2 years, meaning it takes 124.2 years for Pluto to reach Opposition to its natal/birth sign and degree. People don’t live long enough to experience their natal Pluto Opposition or their natal Pluto Return. Countries do however, and here in the USA it’s 1776 natal/birth chart has Pluto at 27° Capricorn. As I write this transiting Pluto is at 26° Capricorn. Pluto reaches 27° Capricorn on February 3, 2022, only a couple of weeks away.

Using a typical 7° orb, Pluto has been within conjunction range of its natal 1776 USA Pluto Return sign and degree since February 2018. Just that explains a lot of the accelerating madness, corruption and overall dismantling that’s been rapidly unfolding here in the USA for years. Keep in mind that I’m talking specifically about the USA and its 1776 natal chart and those influences here in the USA, not in Africa, Australia, China, South America or anywhere else.

What has and is happening here in the USA has of course affected the rest of the planet because the USA (and the UK) long ago decided they were the controllers of the whole planet and humanity and beyond. Now transiting Pluto is approaching its exact Pluto Return to its 1776 natal 27° Capricorn on February 3, 2022.

Here in the USA our midterm elections will take place on November 8, 2022. That day Saturn is 18° Aquarius and Uranus 17° Taurus, a near exact Square in Fixed signs. (The Fixed signs are Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius. The bull, the lion, the eagle, the human.) Pluto is Direct at 26° Capricorn but will hit exact 27° Capricorn again in December 2022 into January 2023. Tensions will be higher than usual that day. Tensions will be higher than usual all of 2022 because that’s just where we are in this country and world now.

If you want astrological details about these things, please read your favorite astrologers take on them. What I’m pointing out is that 2022 is another very challenging year due to the Ascension Process and total CHANGEOVER we just entered this year into the entirely NEW Triality-based Divine Mother Feminine energy template for ascending NEW Earth and NEW Humans.

248.4 years ago, Earth and global humanity were enmeshed in Duality-based physical Earth reality and human consciousness. It was entirely different back then from how it is now, and how it’s going to unfold this year and next and so on. The old past 3D Duality-based political ways of red Republicans and blue Democrats is so profoundly corrupted that it cannot, will not and is not supposed to survive any further. Its time has come and gone and with it, it’s power and control over not only the USA but the rest of the world too. The time of corrupt and insane co-dependent enabling Duality-based bullshit between the USA reds and the blues is over. The USA’s 2022 Pluto Return will clear the old lower Duality-based field and that’s a very good thing. It won’t always be easy or comfortable but it hasn’t been for a very long time here in the USA and everywhere else on Earth. We’re talking Pluto here, and we’re talking the USA’s 1776 natal chart having it and its citizens (and this includes the rest of the world and its citizens) go through the USA Pluto Return during the Phase 2 Ascension Process and implementation of the NEW Triality-based Divine Mother Feminine template globally and beyond. Can you walk and chew gum at the same time? 2022 demands it of us all and much more.

It’s the end of Duality-based everything and this is going to be very hard for many humans to release and evolve/ascend up to NEW Triality-based everything. They’ve gotten so used to the endless Duality-based back and forth battles and fights with everyone over everything. Many people really enjoy the old lowly patriarchal physical, mental, and legal gladiatorial ways. But evolution pushes all forward regardless and those ready for higher Triality-based way of being, life, living, consciousness and reality are the “Pathpavers”, the First Everythingers in this too in 2022.

I’ve pondered this for many years and what I’ve perceived about it is something I’ve not heard anyone else talk or write about. I’ve written some about this in recent years but we need to understand it better and more clearly and honestly now that we’ve reached 2022.

Old Duality-based consciousness thinks and perceives ONLY in either/or, black/white, light/dark, male/female, powerful/weak, good/bad sorts of extremes. It is not capable of rising beyond Duality and perceiving anything that exists above it. Triality-based consciousness has transcended it and can perceive, think, feel, see and know from this higher level and frequency which is profoundly larger and infinitely more Creative. Everyone currently energetically capable of existing in HighHeart Triality-based frequencies of ascending NEW Earth are having to quickly Master our abilities of existing and living in this higher NEW state and level while we continue enduring greater collapse and removal of all lower world systems, structures, beliefs, consciousness, politics, governments and past global ways.

Like many of you I too would love it to be a quick flash of brilliant Light and poof, we’re all instantly within the higher NEW Earth with no lingering signs or people from the old lower past with its Duality-based consciousness. But that’s Duality consciousness! It’s either/or consciousness and we’re in the NEW higher frequency Triality-based template now which means we can see, feel and perceive the old lower Duality of the past and the NEW Triality of our present and future and more.

Simply put, if you’re capable of maintaining HighHeart Triality-based frequency within yourself, and some of you’ve been doing this since 1998–1999, then the majority of the inevitable 2022 chaos and collapse will continue to be safe and secure despite everything happening all around you. In other words, we’ll continue to be conscious of both the lower physical and energetic collapsing and chaos, AND we’ll be increasingly aware of the NEW higher template we’re now existing in.

Since my personal Ascension Process started in the physical dimension, wherever I’ve lived has been my safe space for the simple fact that it vibrated at a higher, faster rate than what existed outside my personal physical property lines. This is why it’s been miserable and physically painful when I—and many of you reading this—leave our higher frequency physical houses and spaces to go to the grocery store or anywhere else for food and non-food supplies. We leave our higher frequency houses and spaces and intentionally go into lower ones to buy food and whatnot. Once we return back to our higher vibrating, Light-filled physical houses and apartments, we then have to recuperate (pass out and sleep for hours) from our having gone back down into more dense lower levels and locations. We’ve been living this way for over two decades already so doing it some more in 2022 isn’t anything new to us.

We exist, live and reside in our higher Light-filled selves, physical bodies and external physical houses.
We’re capable of physically leaving our higher frequency physical houses/apartments to temporarily go back down into the chaotic changing reality and frequency of our past to grocery shop etc.
We’re capable of perceiving both the higher NEW and the lower old and we’re capable of briefly making lower food runs then returning to our higher states and houses albeit with some often-serious stress n’ strain on our physical bodies when we do. This won’t always be the case because eventually there won’t be any need to go back down for anything. We’re not completely there yet however.
While we’re repeatedly doing items 1 through 3, we’re continuing to evolve ever higher and faster on Triality-based ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans. We are NOT just doing or being old Duality back and forth either/or of higher/lower. We’re doing all that while we continue to energetically Pathpave the NEW Way on ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans in and through our own physical bodies, HighHearts and HighHeartLives. In other words, we’re still Triality tasking and this will increase throughout 2022. It’s not one or the other but all of it and more, much more.

Remember back when Uranus was soon to enter Taurus? It did so with no more Retrogrades back into Aries in March 2019. Many astrologers were concerned about how that 7-yearlong transit might manifest financially. I don’t think anyone saw that a pandemic would be the epicenter ways and means that would quickly demolish the old global patriarchal systems and structures. There’s more I want to cover about Uranus in Taurus but from the 2022 NEW Divine Mother Feminine template. I’ll save that for another article however.

For now, know it’s going to be another volatile year, more so than earlier ones, but that does not mean that you are directly going to be affected by it. You’ll see it on your TV and Internet but not necessarily in your personal life unless that will benefit you and your life and Ascension Process. Otherwise, it’s happening “out there” while we Volunteer First Everythinger Pathpavers continue our lives on ascending NEW Earth. Hold the higher/highest. Keep your HighHeart and HighHeartLife growing and expanding no matter all the continual changes, chaos and death unfolding around you. This is the section of the Ascension Process where we hold the higher and remain in place and do NOT time jump into the near future. We stay where we now are on ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans and walk, live these changes into physical manifestation. Remember I’ve been telling everyone how this version of the NEW Divine Mother Feminine is not all “warm n’ fuzzy” but is a Light Warrior of the Highest LOVE Creation. 2022 will test us all as to how well each can Triality task during such profound global and human change.

Evolutionary Ascension Symptom Information for People New to this Process

I see daily search terms on my WordPress Stats page that people use to find information that leads them to websites like mine. I’ve written about the Ascension Process which is natural, highly compressed evolution at TRANSITIONS since 2007. I realize however that if someone is new to this process and not familiar with it or the terms teachers and people in the Ascension Community use when talking about it and the many unusual symptoms or side effects it naturally causes, that it all can be overwhelming and highly confusing. It’s because of this that I’m going to provide another article about these now common Ascension Process symptoms. If interested, please read through my older articles under this Category also.

I’ll try to remember to mention the most common of these symptoms or side effects but understand that, even though these are common, we each live, experience and interpret these inner changes in our own unique ways so keep an open mind and open heart when dealing with these issues that are vastly larger and more complex than anything humans have encountered before while in physical bodies on Earth.

Hot Flashes— Intense sudden inner heat caused by Kundalini Fire transmuting your old lower density and unresolved, suppressed, unloved aspects, emotional wounds, fears and so on. A lot of these Ascension symptoms are very much like the ones women experience during Menopause so don’t be shocked if you’re in a male body and suddenly are having “hot flashes”. Know they’re Kundalini related which is the same thing as Ascension related. Males must burn away all lower density and negativity along with those in female bodies.

These hot flashes can last for years, erupt and come out of different areas of your body, spine, back, chest, head, face, ears, bottoms of your feet, palms of your hands etc. Just try to stay as relaxed as you can while they happen as that allows the Process to take place a bit quicker and with less heat, sweating and misery.

Cold Spots— Intense sudden inner cold areas on your body, usually the chest and/or upper chest area around the heart and the NEW HighHeart (Thymus gland in upper center of your chest). When the old lower emotional Duality issues and energies have been burned away, transmuted, integrated and released into Neutrality, NEW higher frequencies replace them all. When these changes into the NEW take place, we often feel them as sudden patches (often large circles – chakra sized) of intense inner body cold that nothing warms up. Once we’ve integrated that particular NEW Light Energy at that area and level, we quickly warm back up. No fear, just let the higher frequency NEW energies take their place within you.

Inner Ear Ringing— Hearing constant inner ear, inside your head sounds of high-pitched ringing for days, weeks or months on end and for many years usually. This is typically caused by NEW Light Energies being transmitted by/through the Sun via solar flares, solar winds, solar storms and CMEs. I suggest that every time you experience this inner ear or inner head sound of ringing you double-check for yourself some website like SpaceWeather.com to see what the Sun is doing at that time. You’ll see the connection between what you’re hearing (and most likely also feeling in your body too) in your head and the Sun transmitting higher frequency Light Energies. All this is another way the Ascension Process energies are naturally causing humanity to rather rapidly and dramatically evolve or “ascend”.

Sudden Nausea— These intense energetic evolutionary changes often cause sudden nausea. Try to relax through it and know it doesn’t last long. The nausea comes in sudden waves but leaves just as quickly.

Lack of Sleep, waking up repeatedly all night— With so much going on in your physical and energy bodies, we’re often suddenly shoved back into our physical body after having spent some hours out of it each night. That plus our old sleep patterns and needs of the past no longer apply or are helpful with these higher frequency energies and consciousness. Often, we now sleep for fewer hours at night but also need to take cat naps during the day. You can receive hours of rest and recuperation now by being out-of-body for only a few minutes so allow yourself to take short naps throughout the day when needed and don’t worry about only getting 3-5 hours of sleep each night.

Sudden Food Allergies & other Ultra Sensitivities— It’s common to suddenly not be able to eat or drink or smoke or ingest the things you did prior to the start of your physical, biological Ascension Process. Your wild “party days” are probably over so just accept that you can’t abuse your body in your old favorite ways and/or eat or drink what you did before. Release the waffles, ice cream, beer, pot, the whatever it is for you that needs to now because it’s way too dense and low vibrating to be inside your evolving physical body. This is simply about the Alchemical Ascension Process and nothing personal, even though your favorite foods/drinks/activities have become toxic to the evolving you. Release, release, release.

Sudden Need for Heavy Protein Foods— Some people will experience the need to ingest more meats and heavy protein foods than they would like or ever want but this too is, for some, part of the Ascension Process. If your body is burning through large amounts of protein quickly due to all the inner transmuting of lower dense negativity in whatever form that takes, know that you’ve got to eat more high protein foods while you’re going through this phase of the Ascension Process. A couple teaspoons of peanut butter can help tremendously in a pinch. Find which protein foods your body can handle during this phase and forget about what any of the unaware, old school Food Police people say about anything. They’re not living what you are so how could they possibly council someone that is living the Ascension Process? They cannot so use your own discernment with foods (and everything else for that matter).

Hair Loss & Thinning— During the really intense stages of the Ascension Process some will experience some hair thinning which is caused from so much energy going into transmuting and evolving instead of your hair. This won’t last forever so try to not panic or go into mourning over your hair falling out. Let your body do what it is and know it will integrate and shine once again.

Weight Gain, Weight Loss— Some people unintentionally pack on the pounds like crazy during all these intense changes. For some it’s protection, padding against the harshness of The Process and for others it’s a side effect of so much hormonal change etc. Other people lose weight because they can’t eat much due to all the Ascension related symptoms. Either way, know that this too will eventually balance itself out. Forget about trying to look like what society says is “beautiful” while you’re embodying more of God/Source/your Higher Self!

Diarrhea— Some will experience periods of diarrhea due to all the energetic purging they’re going through. That plus what you can and cannot eat now while going through all this. Just know this too is common during (ongoing) phases of embodying more higher frequency Light Energies that cause us to purge more old lower frequency energies usually in the form of old emotional stuff/issues etc.

Lung Congestion & Coughing— Another common way our body purges toxins is through our lungs which means sometimes they suddenly become congested and filled with gunk that you cough up and out. Like the diarrhea, it’s all about purging old lower density so you can embody greater and greater amounts of NEW, higher frequency Light energies. As more NEW higher comes in, more old lower must be expelled.

Head Pains, Pressures & Numbness— With so much change taking place just in the human head/brain and brain glands, don’t be surprised when you feel pressures, pains, really sore bumps, lumps and dents on your skull, and numbness in parts of your head, skull, face and sinuses. There’s a tremendous amount of higher frequency Light Energies coming into you and your physical body via the space above your physical head and skull and it flows down into your body. You will most likely also feel it descending via your spine and that too creates pressures and pains in the spine at certain points. Know that your inner voltage is being naturally but dramatically increased and this typically causes different pains and pressures and aches etc. in the head, skull, face, sinuses and down into the spine and other parts of your body as well.

Blurry Eyes & Other Vision Changes— The NEW higher frequency Light Energies cause major evolutionary changes in our eyes and optic nerves and during this ongoing process it’s common to repeatedly experience blurred vision, dry eyes, itchy eyes, eye tearing, light sensitivity etc. It’s common to also experience not being able to clearly see when you go into lower vibrating locations, stores, buildings, homes etc. Because your eyes and vision is evolving, it sometimes is difficult to see clearly in lower frequency places so know this and don’t automatically assume that you’re losing your sight. In a way you are, but it’s because you’re going to be able to See with greatly expanded Higher Vision.

Attacks by Negative Beings, Entities & living Humans— Many people experience this common Ascension related side effect. It has to do with the fact that you are evolving and rather quickly and these lower frequency Negative Beings/Entities/Humans etc. or Team Dark as I’ve called all of them, do not want to lose you as their food and fuel supply, so they attack anyone they sense that’s starting to “wake up” and evolve beyond their low-frequency range. This situation has however been GREATLY reduced by the Forerunners, the Lightworkers, the Pathpavers, the Wayshowers that went through all this years and decades before you. Some of it still exists however, but just know that this too is a level that you’ll pass through and beyond and that these lower negative beings, entities and unaware or damaged humans won’t be able to influence or affect you for much longer. Push through them and don’t look back as they’re not part of the NEW higher world and reality.

Strange Dreams, Attacks in Dreams, Lucid Dreams— Expect to have plenty of weird dreams during the Ascension Process. Also be prepared to experience some attacks and interference from the Negative beings/entities while asleep and out-of-body. It’s been easy for the negatives—Team Dark—to get at humans while they’re asleep and out of their physical bodies and some of this still exists at lower levels. However, as you continue evolving, this too will diminish and eventually disappear completely but,= it takes plenty of honest personal inner work on your part to move through this old dense layer of negativity. Protect yourself in whatever ways you prefer daily and nightly until you’ve evolved beyond the old Duality frequency range and discover you’ve made it to the higher frequency Unity range that exists well above and beyond it.

Growing Higher Awareness, HighHeart Consciousness & Abilities— It’s normal for humanities perceptual abilities and sensitivities to evolve during the Ascension Process. What many were totally unaware of and insensitive to before will suddenly be things they cannot escape, deny or ignore any longer. You will discover that you can feel other people, animals, all things and beings in this physical world and in nonphysical higher dimensions and worlds as well. This is your consciousness evolving and your HighHeart becoming the main seat and location of your perceptions and sense of Self. Let your HighHeart open and feel what you’ve not felt before. It’s sacred and further unifying but in individual ways. You won’t lose “you” because you can now feel more Others everywhere.

Inner Body Vibrations— This symptom is the one that confuses most people the most it seems. It’s also the one Ascension related side effect that lets you know you are indeed changing, evolving and quickly because you’re literally vibrating inside, buzzing inside, shaking vibrationally inside from the higher and faster frequency NEW Light Energies being embodied by you and your physical and energy bodies.

These inner body vibrations are you, literally, embodying higher frequency Light Energies that naturally cause you/me/humanity to exist at a faster, higher rate of speed/Light/being/reality. You are increasing your spin rate, your frequency rate, the amount of Light you could house in your physical body, brain, heart, nervous system, glands, bones and your being and consciousness. I’ve lived with this growing increase of embodied Light Energies since around 2001 or 2002 and I’m not only still buzzing, vibrating, shaking intensely internally today but it’s increasingly gotten more intense over the years as each of us continues embodying more Light which further decreases density and increases our individual inner/outer Light, frequency, consciousness and range of conscious functioning.

You’ll feel this higher, faster Light Energy inside your physical body in different areas at first but eventually it will be whole-body, whole-being. This is why we’re literally disappearing from the old lower frequency levels and densities of the past Earth world; we’re literally vibrating above them now. From that old lower point of view, we simply disappear; from our point of view, they disappear. Just continue vibrating faster and higher and don’t think this one to death either. Higher frequency beings, people, dimensions and certain things etc. simply vibrate faster than more dense beings, people, dimensions etc. do. This is you living the Ascension Process and feeling these changes and increases of frequency and Light inside your physical body.

There are many, many more symptoms/side effects than these listed above. (See my other older articles about the Ascension symptoms if interested.) What’s more important for the people just beginning this Process now however is that you realize there are common symptoms we all go through, but we do so in our unique ways, which means we’ll each experience these and other symptoms in slightly different ways, intensities and duration. This is normal but don’t get hung up in your head, your old lower frequency left-brained intellect thinking the crap out of all these things. The Ascension Process is Alchemical and must be lived to change you, it is not and never will be an intellectual process. Live them and know that you’re being naturally and automatically evolved, changed by having lived them. It’s that simple, that difficult, that magical, that wonderful and that transformational.

What’s that Horrible Stench Masquerading as Light?

It’s the old demented, putrid Patriarchal Consciousness

I just noticed on my WordPress stats page a number of links coming in to HighHeartLife from Georgi Stankov’s website so I backtracked to see what and why this was, as I always do when large numbers of links show up at either of my blog-sites. What I discovered at his site does not surprise me in the least however. It’s the same old 3D patriarchal disrespectful old Boy’s Club type consciousness still blatantly lashing out at certain females. Alexander (don’t know him either) shared a link to my recent article there and was almost as disrespectful to me as Georgi was in an unaware sort of way, but it all makes sense to me as it always has. (I’m not bragging as this has been hard and hurtful for me over the years but I’ve learned and grown and that’s all that really matters in the end.)

In Georgi’s public response to Alexander’s public letter he stated that, ‘Apart from that I know Denise since long time…’

Aah, since long time. Let me inform everyone reading this that Georgi Stankov and I have never physically met and never ever will. Let me also add that, based solely on what Georgi Stankov himself said, he clearly does not know me at all nor would he ever want to.

I suspect that what Georgi Stankov meant was that he knows me nonphysically, which may or may not be true for him. I certainly know him from having read just a couple of things he wrote many years ago. That was all I needed to “know” him long time ago. But, I know him in the same way I know most other Ascension writers/teachers/channelers both good and bad, both of the Light and not of the Light; I know them from Higher Awareness. From that level of awareness nothing else matters because you know and you know the many whys for it all. Everyone who can honestly access Higher Awareness on their own can do this. It’s not some secret club but a hard-earned individual ability that one either has or does not have. Those who have it also have enough Heart to not need to insult, disrespect, attack or continue acting, thinking, writing and speaking like an old Boys Club macho patriarchal, knuckle-dragging misogynistic asshole.

OMFG this ancient sick Team Dark consciousness of unending hatred towards females everywhere is getting really boring. Gay rights and transgender rights have been blossoming while female rights continue to be attacked, slashed and reduced. Females of all ages and races are still considered lower than animals by the patriarchal old Boy’s Club. Wake the fuck up people and smell the Team Dark consciousness stench all over yourselves.

Try being in a female body in a patriarchal world. It takes balls the size of Jupiter to deliberately incarnate into a putrid, demented, murderous, negative misogynous patriarchal world in a female body with the intention of lifting the planet and human species up and out of the sickness it’s existed within for thousands of years.

Exactly. Deal with it.

I could have easily ignored this recent male trash-talk directed at me as I have repeatedly over the years, but after being subjected for months over gay rights and transgender rights etc., I’m not going to let this one slide, not this time. Pay attention people to who is still demeaning females in any way for any reason(s) as it will reveal much if you can’t yet instantly discern energies on your own or know from Higher Awareness. Only nonphysical and physical Team Dark has such hatred towards females and continually disrespects them (and worse) in so many ways.

This still physically aching (plenty of reasons for this that’s clearly not understood by some), long retired Belly Dancer female—who most certainly ain’t your wife Georgi!—is now going to write another ‘…there is little stimulating in her articles…’ ‘non-stimulating’ article for people with Heart and an honest desire to really evolve beyond the repulsive patriarchal misogynistic consciousness of old.

Please don’t bother looking this crap up but just recognize it for what it is, be aware of who is still doing it, and why it’s doing what it is again now and override it as we’ve always done. Thanks. ❤

Minutes ago I was impulsed to go to Barbara Hand Clow’s website and check her News page and sure enough, there was a new posting by her entitled, The Nine Underworlds of Creation and the Nine Dimensions from the Pleiadians, a channeled message by Barbara Hand Clow.

The only other material that I’m aware of that BHC channeled was her great book, The Pleiadian Agenda: A New Cosmology for the Age of Light published in 1996. So, this channeled article must be something special now at the end phase of the Galactic Alignment / Ascension Process cycle. I haven’t even read it yet but sense it will give us many explanations about why life and reality has been so difficult since 2014. The 11-11 through 12-12-14 Wormhole

I don’t know absolutely that this period we’re living and journeying through from 11-11 to 12-12 is indeed a “wormhole” but that’s what I’ve perceived. I’d call it an energy tube instead of a wormhole only because that’s what it looked like to me; a large, long, straight energy tube running directly from 11-11 through to 12-12. After 12-12 things change again and we enter a slightly different phase of this Process from 12-12 through the 12-21-14 December Solstice. Then there’s more phases after that of course, but for now, let’s get through the energy tube or wormhole or whatever it is. ⭐

I haven’t as yet, and I don’t know if I will, fully share about what all I’ve gone through due to my mom’s stroke and the related medical people and medical and health insurance systems insanity I’ve had to deal with from the moment I called 9-1-1 on August 28th. I’ve been unwillingly sucked into a dying old world with its dying old perverted systems that I’ve never liked or trusted and have avoided as much as I could my entire life. However, since August 28th it’s pretty much been all I’ve had to deal with daily. It’s only slowing down a little since November 28th, which is great for me, but it’s all still very Uranian feeling with bits and pieces of my and my mom’s so-called “lives” still in airborne slow motion free-fall from the life and reality-changing explosion that Aug. 28th suddenly brought us both.

I said that only to indicate how radical and life-altering much of 2014 has been for me personally, but I know for so, so many others as well. This current stage of the Ascension Process for the Forerunners has compressed and compressed and gotten tighter and more focused throughout all of 2014, but it certainly compressed (I’m using that word only because that’s how it’s felt from my perspective within physicality—amplify would probably be a better word) 100% more from the September Equinox. Epic amplifications week after week all year and you know that it’s all leading up to something even more amazing and no doubt life and reality-changing too. Bring it baby, bring it! 😛

Back to late 2014 wormhole-like energy tube journeying.

I mentioned recently (sorry can’t remember if it was in a Comment or another article) about how I can see with my eyes open and closed and how I’m dreaming while asleep and awake. What I hesitated including in that sentence then was that I feel very much like I’m no longer “alive” NOR do I feel like I am “dead” either. I feel like I’m somewhere between both. No, that’s not correct. It feels like I’m in a NEW state of transition beyond them that’s not full “life” nor is it full “death”, and like all other old lower frequency and consciousness 3D Earth world Duality things, this current situation of journeying through this 11-11 to 12-12 energy tube “wormhole” feels like I am, like we Forerunners are experiencing, embodying another level of NEW 5D Unity frequency and consciousness and therefore “life” and “reality”.

Mid 11-11 through 12-12 tube journey, that’s what this latest phase feels like to me personally. Instead of saying I’m alive or saying I’m dying or dead, it’s increasingly becoming I AM. Yeperoonies, that’s what it’s feeling like to me. The Unity or further Unifying of old lower Duality stuff like us either being (perceiving, becoming aware of ourselves to be either) “alive” or “dead” to now being consciously and simply I AM and I AM everywhere simultaneously. I do know that what all we’ve gone through—miserable and blissful alike—has to do with us beginning to actually perceive our NEW Selves from this integrated, unified, higher frequency state of being of I AM and begin to function and “live” our NEW “lives” from that level of Being and Consciousness. Like I said earlier, bring it baby, bring it!

This article is flying out of me with little forethought on my Denise part which I know means it’s good stuff 😉 so I’ll not edit or squirm over any of it but simply press the publish button. ❤

Escalating Attacks from Strangers

Yep, that sign about sums up the last half of July 2014 pretty darn well I’d say. Wowza fellow Ascension travelers, it’s been something lately hasn’t it?

And this sign rather simply explains why. I’m in the mood to write this entire article using 21st Century Internet “pictograms”! 😀

(Because it’s been rather intense lately, to cope with the extra difficult topics I oftentimes HAVE to laugh at and over them, make fun of them, and joke about it all. Sometimes I’ve got to, we’ve all got to just have a good, honest laugh over the sheer insanity and way over-the-top ridiculous bits, events, actions/reactions, characters, egos, and plentiful happenings that simply are part of the Ascension Process and evolving beyond Duality reality and consciousness… or not.)

So there I was, happily minding my own business when this male stranger makes a beeline for me to verbally attack me, insult me, threaten me, throw his crusty old patriarchal self-entitled belief around that he has the right to attack ANY female—stranger or otherwise—that he wants when and wherever he wants to!

This scenario is something I’ve had to deal with throughout my female life within a hostile patriarchal world, however, since the Ascension Process started around 1999 (obviously in the physical I mean), its only increased in how often it happens, plus the level of mental and/or emotional imbalance in each attacker is greatly escalating as well.

Now I know why this is happening and why it will continue to for longer than any of us would like, nonetheless, that sure doesn’t mean I enjoy any part of any of these attacks from anyone for whatever their reasons. Had this particular unstable senior male had a gun yesterday, you may have seen this story played on the TV news instead of from me sharing it here this way! But I know I won’t get gunned down or beaten physically in a grocery store parking lot by some mentally/emotionally unstable patriarchal a-hole. Close to it on occasion, but it won’t ever be allowed to go the whole way. Even though it looks, sounds and certainly at the time feels like it’s all about them, it’s actually highly valuable lessons in further Mastery for me… for you.

and just get back to and stay there in the higher frequency Neutrality/Unity no matter who is doing their best to pound you into the pavement. Practice makes perfect as the old saying goes. This is us, step by step Mastering reactionary behaviors, ours and their negative egos, and emotional body manipulations/reactions etc. in ourselves due to our time spent in dense patriarchal Duality.

Those traversing the Ascending path are affected by every Energy Wave, and now every NEW Energy Wave that arrives. We feel each of these in our bodies, consciousness, emotions and so on as we embody them and are evolved, “ascended” a bit more each time by them. This Process in 2014 is driving each of us to discover more aspects of our old lower selves which we’re able to remove faster now than ever before via this ongoing Divine Striptease. See whatever it is in yourself now (those mini revelations) that you must, peel it off and let it fall away so you’ll have cleared space within to embody more of the Higher, Greater YOU.

Those traversing the Decending path, and/or those who’ve chosen to not live the Ascension Process in their current bodies but continue embodying the old patriarchal energies and consciousness for as long as they can, are people who feel every NEW 2014 (and beyond) Energy Wave as a big “negative”; as increasing horrible pressures and personal restrictions which are causing them rapidly growing frustrations.

If you have trouble relating to this, just think back to before the start of the physical Ascension Process when the planet was entirely Dark/Negative and contained only minuscule specks of Light that was undercover here and there and how it felt to you to be living in that Dark energy/density/negativity. Well the energy shoe is now on the other foot in 2014, and the people who prefer the old Dark energy/density/negativity are being increasingly pressured by the continually growing NEW Light Energies, and needless to say, most aren’t coping well at all. Hence, attacking low folk coming at those who do embody the NEW Light within themselves.

In just July 2014, I’ve had certain of these people—every one of them strangers—come up to me and verbally attack, insult, demean, bully, push and threaten etc. in those familiar old negative patriarchal ways. By mid-July—everybody remember how something big and important was coming in around mid-July?—I was having one stranger pull this every few days (and I only leave the house when necessary) and each person has been more imbalanced, enraged and pushy than the last. I’m hoping this latest round peaked yesterday in the grocery store parking lot with Mister Senior Crazy Man. Yes Mars is in Scorpio squaring Sun in Leo and egos are loosing it all over the planet and everything else, however, this is more than only astrological energies manifesting; it’s them manifesting within the latest NEW higher frequency Light Energies pouring in now and growing numbers of polarized low folk are not coping well at all.

The trick for me (and for you) is to learn from and eventually Master holding, keeping, maintain higher frequency Neutrality or “Unity” and not allow myself (ourselves) to energetically “fall” or be manipulated back into lower Duality frequency and consciousness when these human triggers/tests/lessons suddenly land squarely on top of me. I’m getting there, and every time it happens I’m not as emotionally effected by the attack/attacker/attackers and am able to hold the higher space for longer periods. I compare this to learning to walk on water!

Just like the old crusty patriarchal war addicts are working hard to create WWIII now anywhere they can, individually many of us experience personal “wars”, “invasions”, “attacks” etc. via some person or persons—strangers or otherwise—all with the same intention as a WW; to derail us, stop us, slow us down and ‘Smash & Grab’ as many humans and human emotion and consciousness as possible to use in their Decending world as fuel supplies. Think of this as how they stockpile supplies for themselves and their Decending world and agendas. It’s up to each of us to learn how to not get derailed when these situations arise. It’s up to us to learn how to maintain 5D HighHeart Neutrality even while under heavy fire. This we’re doing and much, much more, even though it doesn’t always feel like it. 😉

Hang in there my fellow Ascension travelers and keep your HighHeart on what’s happening in and through you and not so much on what and who is falling apart around us. I know that’s easier said than done but we’re doing it nonetheless.

Evolving into more Multidimensional Awareness

Every month we travel deeper into the NEW of 2014, the more difficult it is for me to clearly explain what I’m going through personally plus perceiving in general. The keywords here being clearly explain because things have been and continue to change nearly constantly (not to mention connect multidimensionally on a conscious level more and more for each of us) and will for the rest of our lives and well beyond.

Amidst all this are those old patriarchal people who are and will resist and fight to the very end to prevent any change from happening at all. Whether these are living humans or nonphysical beings (the Team Dark crew) resisting and fighting doesn’t matter because nothing and no one can stop what’s happened and continues happening. Nothing and no one anywhere.

What this leaves the rest of us with however is having to cohabit with them for a while longer, far longer than I’d personally prefer, but nonetheless it’s going to take the general masses longer to transition into the NEW meaning cast-off the old lower. Now here’s where it gets rather tricky and difficult to clearly explain these two different groups of people with their different levels of consciousness that are overlapping (irritating) each other in the NEW world. I know many of you are well-aware of this transitional situation and the tremendous pressures and across-the-board uncomfortableness it’s causing everyone and everything. This natural evolutionary transition and Shift out of Duality consciousness and reality frequency range into a vastly higher and larger frequency range isn’t easy for anyone on any Stair-step.

On the one hand you’ve got the people (and beings) resisting natural evolution and the profound changes it always brings. On the other hand you’ve got the Forerunners of the Forerunners and all the Waves, all the Groups flanking them bringing in what each Wave, Group, and Soul has, is, and will individually and collectively embody to help anchor the NEW in physicality for current and future incarnating souls. And all that’s just in physicality mind you! There’s all that’s happening in the different dimensions and timelines too, and we here in physicality are also working in those less dense dimensions simultaneously as well. Is it any wonder we’re so exhausted and achy down here anchoring things in the physical?

I’ve been increasingly aware in 2014 that my Denise consciousness is expanding, is increasingly able to safely house (embody) a little more and a little more each month of what’s always been out there all along. Translated this means that I have been—and I know increasing numbers of you reading this have been—living this yourselves and having to make constant adjustments and readjustments to your, to our evolving and expanding levels of perception and nonlinear (Spherical) consciousness. While so many cling tenaciously to the lower frequency range and all it held and represented out of greed, fear, habit, and lack of any greater awareness or spiritual flexibility, the rest of us continue being bombarded by Source/God/Divinity to consciously, willingly, wide open-heartedly embody a little more and a little more of what’s always been out there all along into these physical bodies, hearts, consciousness and reality. Since the start of 2014—and certainly since the last half of April 2014—it often feels to me like I am dying in a NEW way, am blissed-out sometimes also in a NEW way, am mildly “deranged” at other times, and am ascending into (Denise) self-Mastery all at the same time. It feels this way because many of us are doing exactly that now.

Do you really believe that the old lower people/beings/structures/consciousness/tools/technologies/weapons/wars etc. can continue under this Divine energetic LightLove intensity to naturally evolve? Of course they cannot and so we have this weird going in different directions sort of friction, but because it’s happening entirely within the NEW energies now, the friction created by all this often gets to be a bit much from time to time. Never forget that Team Dark (human and otherwise) wants everyone to continue believing that they are still all-powerful and in-charge of earth and humanity. They are not, but they’re banking on everyone continuing to think, believe and energetically feed that old frequency range and reality for them. Do not, not even for a moment. When you stop allowing your thoughts and emotions, your very consciousness itself to be intentionally usurped by Team Dark (humans and otherwise), their plans and tools die because they’ve never had any real energetic lifeblood flowing through them… other than what they deliberately stole/steal from unaware humanity.

Take a break Embodier of the NEW; take a nap, sleep and get out-of-body when you need to, eat/don’t eat when you need to, get in the water when you need, intentionally connect with Nature/Earth when you need to. You here now in this physical form are far more important than you probably realize, believe, or consciously remember yet. This you is the multidimensional aspect of YOU that’s here in physicality in this timeline embodying and anchoring the evolutionary higher LightLove frequencies into this dimension for self and current and future humanity. Seriously, think about this fact when you need a “reality check” Embodying Forerunners. We want to go “HOME” and this is us doing exactly that in and through our physical bodies over linear time within physicality in this timeline.

Some Miscellaneous Tidbits

Not only have we been going through some EPIC energies this year, especially this spring quarter (fall quarter in the Southern Hemisphere), but once again we’re getting hammered with X-Class Solar energies. If you pay attention you’ll notice that quite often there will be another flurry of Solar activity right before some major astrological change(s) such as what’s continuing in June 2014 (and beyond). June 10th and 11th there’s been, so far, three X-Class Solar emanations. (Believe me that it doesn’t matter if they’re “earth-facing” or not; we, humanity and all life on earth and earth itself is effected by every Solar flare, CME, Solar storm, windstorm etc.)

So if you’ve been feeling extra horrid lately, in whatever way(s) your body and nervous system etc. are by large Solar blasts, then this is most likely why. I fell asleep (make that passed out) yesterday from about Noon to 4PM because it all was just way too much and I had to get out-of-body for a while. Understand that I don’t consciously do this. I don’t think to myself, “X-Class Solar energies! Exist body for three or four earth hours!” No, not that clever, I just pass out naturally because some higher part of me knows that I’ll integrate it faster and better if I’m out-of-body briefly while things are very intense and big changes are happening to my physical body, my DNA etc. Once the sun goes down and the temperature cools and the natives settle down a bit, I start feeling better each night. Whatever… it just is what it is and we adjust and do what we do with the energies.

Another busy aspect lately has been our dreaming. Also when we’re awake perceiving multiple dimensions, timelines and different aspects of us and others in them.

Example: Have you been suddenly Seeing flashes of strangers faces and upper bodies in your Higher vision/Higher awareness lately? It’s like Seeing rapid flashes of different people, strangers to you in this life and time but you’re very much Seeing and Feeling them and in many cases they you.

What I’ve perceived about this happening now (because I’ve Seen this sort of thing many times over the decades and it meant something very different back then), is that many of us are Seeing and Feeling other people, other souls in other dimensions and other timelines lately and it’s all due to the Ascension Process and the occasional need to untie some knotted-up, bunched-up timelines in some area. When we work on these multiple intersecting timelines we often See and/or Feel these other people, souls, beings existing and/or working within other timelines too and sometimes they See and Feel us in our timeline here.

So if you’ve seen sudden flashes of strangers faces like this too, then know that you’re probably working on untangling multiple timelines and/or helping others to shut down certain timelines for a number of reasons. This is you being a Multidimensional Being, and you becoming more consciously aware of this fact in your current body in this dimension and timeline.

Another aspect many of us have been living, feeling and dealing with has been that… I’m dying, I’m ascending, I’m expanding, I’m suddenly aware of so much more, I’m suddenly embodying more of my I AM into this physical body now. That’s kinda the show-stopper for sure isn’t it? The fun part about this is that it’s just the start of much grander things to come for each of us so don’t throw the towel in at this point! 😉

We’ve also got another Mars Square Pluto transit happening on June 14th which is combined with a Mars Opposition to Uranus on June 25th. Chiron goes retrograde on June 20th, and the 21st is the Solstice, followed by the New Moon on June 27th. In other words, June ain’t done yet so tighten your seat-belt and open your HighHeart to receive and release even more.

Post SHIFT: Winter 2013

As many of you know, when I go quiet as I have over these past few weeks it’s because I’m deep in another important Ascension related transition and I won’t write much until I have lived and embodied enough of it myself and started to get a decent conscious understanding of what’s happened and is still happening. This is how this Process works for me; I’ve got to live and embody it physically, then review the recent events, my perceptions, issues, insights, visions and whatever old or new physical and/or emotional aches and pains that I’ve been dealing with — then I’ll write about what I’ve discovered on my own from having lived it and embodied more.

Like all of you, I’ve had to live and learn my way through the “Three Days of Darkness” — 12-21-12, 12-22-12, 12-23-12 — aka the Life Review — and then every day and week after the blessed Expiration Date and Shift Point and deal with whatever inner/outer, personal/collective stuff that came up. And for many of us some good-size chunks of stuff has come up post 12-23-12. The post Shift ride was, for a while, pretty intense and like I said I’ve needed some time to sit and be with, feel, chew on, discern and discover for myself what happened to and for me personally during and since the “Three Days”… Life Review and even more from 1-1-13 on.

There’s been plenty of personal and collective stuff to wade through once we entered 1-1-13. Stairsteps remember? It’s still an unfolding Ascension Process of traveling those incremental energy Stair-steps in physicality. (I’m writing that word in bold to get a specific point across.) The Expiration Date (12-21-12) was reached and the old Evolutionary Cycle with all its energetic blueprints instantly expired and became null and void. Believe it or not, perceive it or not, THE SHIFT happened across the cosmic board on 12-21-12. A few days later (1-2-13) we had a major physical display of the “Fermi Bubbles” (discovered physically in 2010) suddenly BURSTING to show humanity (and who knows who else) that physical changes within the physical realm were indeed happening and NEW energies and NEW blueprints were gushing out from the Milky Way Galactic Center (GC) black holes for important reasons both energetically and physically. I know however that even the Milky Way GC physically spewing out massive, never-before-seen energies a few physical days after the 12-21-12 Shift won’t mean a damned thing to the mind-controlled population on Earth. Stairsteps, and we simply keep moving forward just as we always have.

The old planetary patriarchal systems and controls are, post Shift, hollow lifeless husks and here comes the really great and important news — with zero Team Dark backing powers behind them any longer. Even the living humans (residual planetary “elite” in all their forms and positions of so-called “power”) who were and still are mind-controlled puppets of and for Team Dark, no longer have that constant stream of negative energies assisting and sustaining them, maintaining them, fueling and feeding them and their plans from nonphysical Team Dark to control and manifest things… in this current transitional physical world I mean. The tricky part in early 2013 is however, that the majority of people on this planet don’t realize that Team Dark and those old matching energies and blueprints of the past Evolutionary Cycle have expired, have run out and are no longer available for anyone to use in any way in this timeline and world. That last part was key because they will eventually be fully energetically evicted from this transitioning Earth world and timeline (for ease of communicating these multidimensional and multiple Earths, realities and complexities), and will most likely end up on descending Earth B sooner rather than later.

The current difficulty for those not wanting anything to change and those of us who know that only positive change is what’s happening and will continue to on this world is and will be, for a while longer, coping with each other during this physical transition period out of the collapsing patriarchal rule with its consciousness and belief systems, and full activation in the new higher ways of being and living. Said another way… the full and actual physical Separation of Worlds. Transitions, especially ones in the lower physical dimension, take a bit more “time” to manifest and because of this most people don’t perceive or believe that anything has expired, changed, begun separating physically or started anew since the 12-21-12 Expiration Date and Shift Point. All of 2013 is going to be a very interesting year of rapid unfolding and change for every single human functioning on whatever Stair Step(s) they are currently on.

One of the more exciting happenings for me personally (and important clue for everyone) that’s happened since January 1, 2013 that I’m aware of, is that I’ve perceived and still am clairvoyantly seeing numerous very large (I mean really LARGE!) Lightbeings in dozens of massive circles overhead looking down at us with incomprehensible joy, pride, gratitude and amazement.

Now this is a really big deal for me personally because I used to clairvoyantly see and telepathically communicate with positive nonphysical Starbeings and Lightbeings since age three (that I’ve consciously remembered). That was my personal “normal” all my life up until the start of my physical, biological Ascension Process in February 1999. From that date until 1-1-13, my higher dimensional Family and Friends have for the most part been MIA because, and this is extremely important and something many of you have experienced too during the Ascension Process, I had to live through, embody, be transformed by the Alchemical Ascension Process on my own so I and my physical and energy bodies (Mental, Emotional etc.) would literally be transformed energetically.

There is only one way through the Ascension Process and that is to literally traverse the Alchemical Ascension gauntlet so you are divinely altered all the way down to a physical cellular level by those Alchemical Ascension Fires and transformed into something very new and much improved. And it is a solo event for each of us. We have to individually live, embody, experience and be transformed by that spiritual initiation by ourselves in and through the physical.

Because of this need to physically live my/your/our way through the Ascension Process, most of our old beloved higher dimensional, nonphysical Light and Star Family and Friends absolutely had to step back and remain completely hands off while we journeyed through this long, difficult and painful physical Ascension Process on our own. Yes they’ve always been aware of what we’ve done and why, much more so than many of us down here actually doing it, but they would not for any reason whatsoever interfere with me actually living this Process in and through my physical body. This is why I’ve not had my usual positive Starbeings/Lightbeings nearby constantly and always available to telepathically communicate with as I did all my life before February 1999. ET no phone home for long, long time and it’s been a bummer.

However, now that we’ve crossed the 12-21-12 Expiration Date and connection/alignment/download/Life Review with Source’s wave of Divine new energies, I’ve been clairvoyantly seeing these large circles of anxious Lightbeings in higher realms like parents waiting to cheer and congratulate me/you/each of us as we tumbled, stumbled, fumbled (I know some of you glided out like real pros! 🙂 ) our ways out the other end of all this. These many huge Lightbeings in numerous circular groups overheard look identical to the two Lightbeings that appeared to aid my mom and I in October 2012 because she’d collapsed in the grocery store.

If I couldn’t tell in any other way — which I can — this new situation of seeing these huge Lightbeings in great circles above us would convince me that we have indeed exited the old Expiration Date blueprint energies and Shifted into this weird transitional in-between “nine month” phase. We need to use the winter quarter — December 21, 2012, Winter Solstice through to March 20, 2013, Spring Equinox — to review, recuperate, further release and prepare for the first chunk of new energies that will manifest within physicality via the first Spring Equinox post the Expiration Date Shift Point. (I deliberately called these new 2013 Spring Equinox energies the first chunk to express that, just as before the Shift, we’re still in and dealing with those Ascension Stair Steps meaning this Process will unfold incrementally throughout 2013 and especially so at each of the Equinoxes and Solstices. This Process isn’t over quite yet, and not ALL of the new energies will arrive on only the March 20, 2013, Equinox; they will arrive in Stairsteps throughout the year with the Equinoxes and Solstices highlighted.)

The coming 2013 Spring Equinox will no doubt be potent and packed with increasing HighHeart, Unity, Triality blueprint energies. We Forerunners need to take advantage of the winter months to further adjust, review and release whatever personal beliefs and/or emotional stuff we still have and/or has suddenly been dropped into our lives post Shift that needs to be looked at, felt and finally released. Don’t hate the messenger but we’re not done yet Forerunners. I know, I know, I felt the same way last month but I’ve experienced enough since 1-1-13 to understand a bit better what’s happening now and why.

As is always the case, things happen first in the higher frequency realms/dimensions and over time they work their ways down into the slower frequency realms/dimensions below, such as this physical one. This is the case with the Ascension Process and Shift out of the old and into the NEW; it simply takes more time for the new blueprint energies and external changes to filter down from higher levels and start manifesting in more obvious physical ways. At quantum levels all this has already happened, but from the lower frequency physical dimension and perspective we’re still within the unfolding Ascension Process at different levels of Stair Steps making further adjustments individually due to our having been immersed within the NEW blueprint energies released/releasing from the center of the Milky Way galaxy (Galactic Center-GC) during the planetary Three Days alive, living Life Review of 12-21-12, 12-22-12, 12-23-12. I’m gonna repeat this: at higher quantum levels all this has already happened, but for humanity in physicality it’s taking more time to reach us and Earth, plus all of us needed a bit more time to make a bit more personal transformations. The one thing does not cancel out the other thing because both things, both events, both levels of being and awareness (including all others besides just these two) are real and legitimate. It’s only ones current ability to perceive and understand that’s limited, not what is eternally unlimited.

From higher quantum levels all this has already happened, but for us here in more dense physicality (yes, dense even after all the transmuting and ascending we’ve done!) the really fun NEW stuff hasn’t fully and physically arrived yet. Oh, it’s on its way believe me, but it’s just going to take a bit more time within physicality to reach this lower frequency dimension and world. One physical nine-month gestation period from the Expiration Date and Shift Point (12-21-12) to the physical start of the Separation of Worlds (approximately September 22, 2013, Equinox) for us all to review, redo, rework, rethink, release and make any needed last-minute changes. This is more important than we realize or fully understand yet.

What I’m aware of today (but always expect to know more tomorrow) is that we’re still living the Ascension Process along with Earth and we’ve got to September 22, 2013-ish to correct, adjust, deal with, finish whatever it is we each need to internally/externally before the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s energy blueprints (which is based on Unity or Triality or HighHeart Consciousness or what we’d call fifth dimensional frequency) and the physical Separation of Worlds happens.

More will be discussed in future articles about the Separation of Worlds — these different Earth-like worlds and timelines — because it’s another important and confusing topic that people should consciously know more about now. People’s thoughts and belief systems, intentions and emotions etc. hold far more power post Shift and our thoughts/beliefs/focus will automatically energetically align you/me/each of us to one of these many different Earth-like worlds. YOUR personal thoughts, personal beliefs and mental and emotional focus will automatically align YOU with a matching frequency world, timeline, and group of similar frequency people. I strongly suggest that YOU be more mindful of your thoughts; more conscious of your consciousness; and take much more responsibility for what YOU allow to run wild and unchecked through your consciousness 24/7. Not doing so could cost you more than you’re willing to pay so it’s time, it’s last-minute time for YOU and each of us to realize that what we think and believe has profound consequences for each of us now like never before.

Since 1-1-13 we’ve heard plenty of automatic, pre-recorded, mind-controlled unaware responses and/or attacks from many people to ANY perceived threat of change or difference in perception by other people. These changes so far are minuscule at this point compared to how they’ll build throughout this “nine month” period and beyond! If the Consciousness Police people freak out to this degree already over simple things like foods and/or time and clock anomalies, I doubt they’re going to cope well with the sweeping positive changes coming week-after-week and year-after-year.

I was told by some higher dimensional nonphysical Blue Beings (I don’t know what else to call them) back in 2004 that, and I quote, ‘…They will begin to energetically devour themselves’, referring to all of the old patriarchal mind-controlled, unaware, dis-empowered humans around the planet. For the past couple of years we’ve seen this increasing “energetically devour themselves” type actions from some people based on their distorted belief systems (mind-control and the growing pressures they are causing them), egos, fears and hatred. For many, breaking free from the old negative mind-control belief systems is and will be much, much, harder and more painful and frightening than it will be for others.

This defensive attacking of others and utter unwillingness to expand one’s consciousness and belief systems beyond the old negative Team Dark mind-control systems will become increasingly painful for these people. It’s also no fun at all for those of us who these people target with their unawareness and need to “gate-keep” and police consciousness or attack and insult. We saw a lot of this suddenly at TRANSITIONS in January 2013 because many of us Forerunners were talking about Ascension-related food/digesting difficulties we’ve had for a very long time.

This is the current Stair Step we Forerunners are on now in early 2013. We’re each having to deal with whatever personal issue(s) we still have at this point within the Ascension Process and make whatever corrections and/or clarifications within ourselves and our awareness over where we truly want to end up; which of the Earth world we want to be on at the end of this “nine month” period. This is the stop and think, review, reconsider, adjust, realize more, get over it, and release more phase for most of us as we gestate ourselves throughout the physical “nine month” period. We each instantaneously realized what exactly it was that we individually need to correct within ourselves on 12-21-12 whether we consciously remember it or not, and we’ve all been gifted with this in-between transitional “nine months” time in physicality to make these personal inner adjustments, changes and releases etc. Thank you Source for this gift and I/we promise to use this time wisely. ❤
