“A Christ Has No Place To Lay Their Head”

The other day I was impulsed to go to a certain site because there was something I needed to see there. I’m well familiar with these higher nudges and long ago learned to heed them. And so, I intuitively followed this impulse to James Gilliland’s ECETI Newsletters page. [Links below.] Thanks for it James Gilliland and nonphysical Master, I needed it after this difficult summer. ❤

The first paragraph of his interdimensional exchange was what I personally needed to hear — from someone other than myself. I’ve been aware of this information for a very long time but it’s deeply comforting to hear it coming from someone else. It’s like eating food that someone else has cooked; it usually tastes better and is more deeply enjoyed because you didn’t have to prepare it.

With the first paragraph in mind, know that when you have embodied a certain amount of Light in your physical body, heart and consciousness, you don’t need to say one word or do anything to instantly trigger certain people’s negative egos. I’ve experienced this numerous times since my physical level Ascension Process started in 1999. It took me awhile to figure out the different reasons why certain people responded to me so negatively however.

If I’d been on a soapbox publicly teaching or preaching somewhere, I’d expect to have someone object to what I was saying. However, I’ve experienced total strangers instantly verbally attack me in public simply because we came into close physical proximity with each other. I didn’t/don’t have to say or do anything; my physical presence alone was/is the catalyst for many people with negative egos to instantly explode at me. I’ve had strangers come at me in public—which you’d think would slow them down, at least somewhat, but never has—and yell and threaten me in front of other strangers watching the drama but never intervening, except once years ago. In each of these cases I’ve never done or said anything to warrant an unexpected rage attack from strangers, yet it’s happened numerous times during these ascension years. Like one isn’t already traumatized and jangled enough from living the Ascension Process, you also have to be prepared for random rabid verbal attacks from some stranger’s negative egos because of it!

Higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space is truth, not just some cute “new age” catchphrase. And so, the need for a NEW Earth for the NEW Humans so we finally do have ‘a place to lay our heads’. 

I know this is going to get worse for most with higher frequency Light inside them through 2023 and 2024. When you find yourself suddenly under negative ego fire, instantly discern how to deal or not deal with every situation and unstable negative ego person you inflame because you both still exist in the same space, for the time being that is. Discern what you should or should not do or say in each of these sorts of encounters. Never forget that you can and should energetically Consciously Create before, during, and after these experiences. Make yourself energetically felt even more and watch the positive aftereffects. “It’s called the wake of a Yogi.”  Indeed.

              The Empowering dream for all teachers, healers and everyday life 

“I was in between the sleep and awake state having a conversation with a master. I asked why people attack you when you are just trying to help them. She said you are not giving them what they want. You tell them what they need to hear not what they want to hear. People come to you for acknowledgement and support. While you support their light side you also acknowledge but don’t support their dark side. Just knowing their dark side makes you a threat to their egos and whatever is unhealed, no matter how deep they have buried it. The more spiritually advanced one becomes the more you mirror and amplify their wounds, traumas and wrong conclusions from past experiences. It is called the wake of a Yogi. It forces and accelerates the healing process. You are a threat to the posers, those living in denial and those who are not fully committed to their own healing and ascension.

The Master then said many who profess to be strong leaders are putting up a front to cover deep wounds and traumas, their own victim patterns. They are trying to work out their own patterns by helping others not knowing it is themselves they are trying to heal. Victims often come with agendas. When you do not fulfill their agenda, they shift to persecutors and you become the victim. Before you were the savior. The deeper the wounds the darker more vicious the attack. They have to assassinate your character to continue in the lie. Their egos are fighting for dear life to survive but their enemy is often fictitious. They are only fighting their own projections.

I asked how do you get out of the victim, savior, persecutor hamster wheel. She said by practicing loving detachment. Knowing the only reason people have power over you is because you want something from them. Whether it is love, acceptance, approval, support emotional or financial find it within. Become sovereign without seeking external fulfillment. Stay centered in your heart because that is your connection to God and from there you have the power to channel the love of God, the ultimate power of the Multiverse through you into any situation. Just be sure you know what God is, don’t settle for the images of bearded gods of ancient times. A better image is the one consciousness that encompasses all consciousness on all planes and dimensions throughout the multiverse which in its most unlimited understanding is the all loving all forgiving God, pure unconditional love, joy and bliss.

I told the Master it is not an easy walk. By nature we desire love, compassion, intimacy, we are hard wired for it. The Master said you live on a very wounded planet with a very wounded history, not just this life but a history going back millions of years. It is psychometrized into the very land itself. This is in the process of healing and when it comes to people some are further along in that process while others are lagging behind in denial not ready to face the pain, sorrow and release the past. One does not have to be healed or enlightened to find joy in each other’s company, that is an ongoing process, one just needs to make a commitment to the awakening and healing process. There will be ups and downs, that is life. Choose to be an observer of and take personal responsibility for one’s attitudes, emotions and the events unfolding in one’s everyday life. Always go back to the heart, your center depersonalize each situation, find the triggers within self that pulled you from your center and practice loving detachment. That is the path of Self Mastery.

I asked why is there so much competition, judgement, fighting in the spiritual and UFO community? The Master said because they just may not be as far as they think in their own self-mastery, stuck on the victim/savior/persecutor hamster wheel defending their egos. She also said you cannot help them unless they want help and many do not desire it. Many need to be right at any cost. Some are there to understand and heal themselves, while others are there to sow seeds of division, attack the characters of others. There are also those willingly and in ignorance being driven by unseen negative influences. They are not driven by truth or willing to let go of the lies. They are the planned opposition those controlling the narrative. Their lives off the stage are often opposite the image they project while in the spotlight. Watch their actions and who they associate with off stage, research where their funding comes from and where it goes. It is important to know their come from. What is their true motive for doing what they do? Is it fame, money, are they coming from impeccable integrity? Are they trying to fill a void that was not filled in childhood, a lack of love, acceptance and approval? The masks are all coming down. It is occurring in every walk of life, every institution. It is unavoidable. It is important for everyone to constantly check their come from often with brutal honesty. The ego will often override what is obvious to others. Set the ego aside and become a good listener.

Sit with yourself in nature, create sacred space by clearing any unseen negative influences, be brutally honest with yourself. Ask yourself why you are here, are you in self-service or service to others? Are you coming from your heart of hearts or from a wounded ego seeking external fulfillment? These are hard questions every master has to ask of themselves often repeatedly.

Unfortunately my son, you know people better than they know themselves because you come from the heart. Do not forget the quote, “A Christ has no place to lay their head.” Unfortunately, that is true on Earth in most cases unless you live in pristine nature. Lay your head in heaven, there you are known and loved. Create Heaven on Earth and live according to Universal Law. You will make mistakes and there will be a time to set firm boundaries. Gain the wisdom from the experience and try again from a wiser state. Sin is only an archery term; it means you missed the mark. Forgive yourself and ask the forgiveness of others and reload. Your work does not go unnoticed. That is why the masters and the lights in the sky are appearing. Do not allow the judgements and opinions of others define you. They are only defining themselves. Most cannot see beyond the wall of their own wounds, traumas and wrong conclusions from past experiences. They can only see what that wall is mirroring back to them.

Pray, meditate and continue in your practices. Know we are a thought and a feeling away. Trust in the plan, it is God’s plan, it will have many twists and turns, focus on the end goal. God/Creator/Great Spirit Wins.”

Major Personal Inner June 2022 Shift

Anyone else experiencing their personal inner self, desires and life intentions abruptly shifted in the latter half of June 2022? I certainly have been, and it was completely unexpected, swift, intense and very empowering.

I’d mentioned in my previous article that on June 14, 2022, I perceived that more human DNA had instantly been Restored to its original Divine template, instantly freeing humanity from the profound limitations done to human DNA thousands of years ago by certain negative aliens. These two June 2022 happenings are most likely related. The whole business is still unfolding within each of us, and I suspect there’s a lot more unforeseen personal inner self and life changes still to come. This is just a brief notice about how you may already be or soon will be experiencing some big personal inner shifts happening instantly within yourself, your physical body, consciousness, higher abilities, creativity, and overall NEW life direction.

What I’m talking about is not an external timeline change, but a major personal inner change in me, my body, my life focus and more. It feels like I was just released from what’s been an invisible lifelong personal prison template life reality — the intentional ancient negative unplugging of certain human DNA and the external reality that went with that action and agenda.

Because of this latest evolutionary change, I was instantly freed and evolved into a bit more of the NEW Human I am increasingly becoming. The same is true with those of you that have experienced these huge personal inner changes from around mid-June 2022. More people will be experiencing these same sorts of sudden personal inner changes and shifts in their bodies, DNA, lives and much more throughout 2022 and beyond.

  1. June 14th-ish Divine DNA Restoration done to human DNA.
  2. Any day after June 14th, sudden experiences of personal inner shifting’s to your body, life, desires and near future life.
  3. Any time after June 14, 2022, experiencing periods of feeling very physically ungrounded and tipsy. Not vertigo or dizzies as we’re used to, but more of an ungrounded, not yet anchored into the latest NEW symptom. Because of this the chances of falling or tipping over have been strong the last half of June 2022.

June 28th, I caught my toe on the vacuum hose after vacuuming the kitchen floor and fell fast and hard. Faster and harder than I usually do I mean.

Usually when I trip and fall, I experience time slowing down, my senses become super heightened, I experience the unfolding “crash n’ burn” fall in slow motion and do that feline thing of twisting my falling human body to land on a padded butt cheek instead of my face! This June 28th trip and fall was so fast that I wasn’t able to do my normal feline flip landing maneuver and went down really hard on one knee on the bare floor. Time did not slow down; I did not see what was coming; I did not make slow motion mid-fall body corrections to reduce possible physical injuries, I simply went down fast and hard in an unaware blur of WTF-ness?!

I’m okay, the bruises are fading, my Capricorn gladiator knees are fine, but I must have braced my fall with my arms because one forearm is black, blue and yellow and the other shoulder joint is so sore I can barely move it. It will be okay despite my not bouncing like I used to when I fell and could get up and shake it off. Very grateful I didn’t break or fracture anything however.

My point in sharing my falling a few days ago is because I’ve noticed that when we go through another of these major energy shift changes to a higher frequency level, and in this case on ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans, quite often some of us experience some type of “accident”. It’s all rather Uranian in that it happens super-fast, is unexpected, rattles you down into your Saturnian bones (or worse breaks them), and instantly forces you into changing your personal life, inner self, consciousness and personal reality.

I call these personal inner earthquakes.

They’re not external physical earthquakes, but internal personal quakes caused from us going through major energetic changes in a split-second. And, because some of these evolutionary energy stairsteps we’re traversing are seriously huge and rare, we sometimes experience a physical body “accident” shakeup. In this case it was a trip and fall for me. For some it may be less severe, or more severe, so everyone be aware of what you and your physical body are doing during these periods of intense inner and outer shifts and changes.

And 4., I suspect that all of these happenings are connected to one last big thing, which is our exiting out of the 23+ yearlong evolutionary sojourn through the fourth dimensional (4D) astral plane. By we I mean Earth, humanity and all life on Earth.

I’ve been working on a 2-Part (possibly more) article about this very topic. I mention it here because that information is connected to what we’ve just gone through in June 2022, and what will follow. The personal inner earthquake(s), the trip and falls, the sudden accidents, broken bones, the unexpected body and life changes, the June 2022 Divine DNA Restorations, the grand existing of ascending Earth from the 4D astral plane are all aspects of the major energy shifts and changes we’re currently going through step-by-step.

For now however, I and my icepack need to be intimate for a while again, and I may need to make it a threesome and include my heater pad as well. Hang on people and surf these energies, shifts and changes as best and as safely as you can. Welcome to becoming a NEW Human everyone.

The Past 24 Hours

I’ve been working on another article, but after the past 24 hours, it felt like this needed to be said quickly. I’ll keep this brief because I didn’t sleep last night, again.

In 2022 I’ve been trying very hard to remember to scribble down notes on my intentionally extra-large calendar so I wouldn’t forget when certain things happen. It’s become increasingly difficult to remember when such and such happened, so this year I’ve been writing notes on my calendar to help me with this. Here’s an example of this very thing. It is 10:49 AM when I just started writing this. From about 10:30 AM it honestly felt and seemed to me that a full 30 or 35 minutes had passed, but every time I looked at the clock it was STILL 10:30 AM! From my perspective, it was 30-35 minutes of 10:30 AM. I’m completely serious and it frustrated me for a moment… whatever a “moment” is at this point.

This is another reason why I’ve been forcing myself to note things on my 2022 calendar. We’re in color outside the lines time because those old reality container lines don’t exist anymore. So, the past 24 hours have again been, for me and I suspect many, rather unpleasant to say the least. While I noted this on my calendar a moment ago, I saw that every Sunday in March 2022, I’ve written something down that happened on those days and all of them have been negative, intense, strange and unpleasant. What’s up with Sundays lately? Every Sunday in March 2022 except the Vernal Equinox on Sunday, March 20, 2022. For me it was a nothing day because everything happened before it. It was quiet that day for me and I very much enjoy quiet.

Now I’m not talking just about yesterday being ‘Oscar Sunday’ and it being what it’s become, which is to be expected all things considered at this point in the Ascension Process and Separation of Worlds. Early yesterday you could feel negativity in the air. Not excitement over it being Oscar Sunday, but outright negativity. There was and still is a tension, a rawness, a soul deep exhaustion and growing frustration in most everyone. Again, to be expected all things considered in 2022. More is coming the rest of this year into next, so we’ve all got to immediately learn how to release these increasing daily pressures and difficulties, growing lacks and constant changes. Remember the story I shared about a series of prophet dreams I had in the mid 1970s? Remember the story I shared about how my mom referred to these times as ‘the Mad Max times‘? Remember how she told me she would absolutely NOT remain alive and suffer through what she called the Mad Max times? We’ll, we’re in them and it’s rapidly becoming more obvious every day.

Friday, March 25, 2022, I began Seeing and feeling more NEW and higher frequency Diamond and Diamond Sun codes here in our physical reality. They’re beyond beautiful visually but they obviously cause some big-ass unpleasant side effects in everyone. To be expected… More to come with this too. “MORE SOLAR FLARES: This morning’s strong M4-class solar flare (described below) looks like it was just the beginning. Active sunspot AR2975 continues to flare. Since the instigating M4 event, it has produced additional C3, C9 and M1-class explosions. Stay tuned for more solar flares. Solar flare alerts: SMS Text.

SOLAR FLARE, TSUNAMI AND RADIATION STORM (UPDATED): A lot of things just happened all at once. Sunspot AR2975 erupted on March 28th (1129 UT), producing a major M4-class solar flare. The blast propelled a ‘solar tsunami’ through the sun’s atmosphere. You can see it rippling away from the blast site in this movie from the Solar Dynamics Observatory:

This tsunami was ‘radio-active.’ Its rippling leading edge beamed radio waves toward Earth. “I received a fantastic solar radio burst at 56 MHz,” reports Rob Stammes who recorded the outburst at his space weather observatory in Lofoton, Norway. At about the same time, the US Air Force says they recorded both Type II and Type IV solar radio bursts.

Ironically, while the sun was turning itself into a temporary radio beacon, it simultaneously wiped out some radio transmissions on Earth. A pulse of X-rays from the flare ionized the top of the atmosphere over Africa, causing a shortwave radio blackout:

Aviators, mariners, and ham radio operators in the area may have noticed fading and other unusual propagation effects at frequencies below 30 MHz.

Energetic protons accelerated by the flare+tsunami are now peppering Earth’s magnetosphere, causing a minor S1-class radiation storm. Our planet’s magnetic field is funneling some of these particles toward the poles where a second type of radio blackout is underway–a Polar Cap Absorption Event. Airplanes flying over these regions may find that their shortwave radios won’t work during the transit: polar cap absorption map.

Greater NEW and increasingly higher frequency incoming Light energies; more NEW codes of and for the Divine Mother Feminine template of ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans; more evolutionary solar energies for it; and increased destabilizing and separation within and from lower consciousness humanity. These are the Mad Max times, these are the final battle times, these are the final Separation of Worlds & Timeline times. We’ve all got to discover our own personal ways to cope with these times this year. And by cope I don’t mean old lower negative Neptunian cope, but higher evolved ways of coping with these tug-of-war separation pains we’re all subjected to now as what was goes its way, and what’s becoming increasingly becomes in a totally different way, space, level and location.

Hang in there everyone and make a point every day to do something that makes you feel a little bit better, if only for just a short while. Then use the heck out of it and do it or something else the next day and on and on until we’re through this section of the Separation of Worlds Ascension Process. Be creative with your daily needed personal self-care through these difficult and complex times. It doesn’t have to be big or elaborate, just meaningful to you personally to be truly beneficial. Rain is coming here in California today, which I just love, so I’m going to utilize every minute of rain and possible thunder sky drama that happens to sooth my body, heart, mind and soul. Be aware of the shit but remain focused on and in the non-shit and we’ll get through this phase with less scars. How was that for great high wisdom? 😀

• Embodiment Process — I’ve used this term to identify the Ascension Process of Embodying (capital “E”), the process of the incremental unification of individual people’s physical self and body with their Soul & Higher Selves in their current physical lives, consciousness and bodies.

Long ago when we first began involuting we began intentionally separating from Source and the vastness of who and what we naturally were prior to the start of our latest involution adventures in density and Duality. We separated much of ourselves from Source and greatly dimmed our Light to involute into greater and greater density across dimensions, space and time. Source wanted to experience ITS latest creation so IT sent fragments of ITSELF—that would be us—out into those creations to experiment within them, learn and grow from having gone into them, and finally report back (add to the great Creative Source pot so to speak) on all we had experienced.

Due to the evolutionary Universal Ascension Process, we’re going through the mandatory incremental energy stairsteps, phases and layers of individually embodying more and more, higher and higher frequency Light energies. What we intentionally dimmed to get ourselves involuted into different layers of increasing density of the past Great Cycle in Duality, we’re now HAVING to embody to evolve up to higher and higher states and levels of individual internal integrated being, consciousness, learning and creativity to exist and function in this new higher Great Cycle in Triality. We separated to involute into density and Duality but now we’re HAVING to INDIVIDUALLY embody, internally integrate, and become increasingly unified to transcend and evolve into less density, greater Light and higher Triality frequency. We’ve reached the farthest point of experimental, educational, creative separation from Source, Home and our Souls and Higher Selves—aka Duality—and are currently evolving back towards integrating those aspects of ourselves in and through our current incarnate physical bodies, which is the Embodiment Process.

I’ve often written this heroic spiritual undertaking in the format of — you/You/YOU. It’s juvenile but accurate and visually helpful to better grasp this evolutionary reunification process. Unified, Separated, re-Unified. The in breaths and outbreaths of Source/God/All That Is both creating and experimenting within ITS creations.

• embody — Lower case “e” embody term is intended to show how all humans are now HAVING to embody the many different evolutionary Light energies arriving from the cosmos, the Photon Band of 7D Light, the Milky Way Galactic Center, the Sun, other galaxies, certain other Stars and so on. These NEW Light energies, codes and templates arrive and humanity has to embody them, which triggers natural individual and collective evolution. Those people that are not ready or willing to currently embody them are being greatly affected (pressured) by them and are either becoming increasingly unstable, sick, or dying. There is no right or wrong in any of this, only a weeding out phase. Those people that are ready and willing to evolve are embodying these NEW incoming Light energies which is why they’re experiencing the many Ascension Process side effects.

So, we all lower case “e” embody the evolution inducing NEW Light energies or go elsewhere and do so at a later or much later date. But as is always the case with the Ascension Process, there needs to be those few individuals who go first, and typically that’s been some of the Volunteers. They go first because it’s their Soul contracted jobs to do so to energetically “Pathpave” in physicality for the rest of humanity to access later. We go first and embody and also live the Embodiment Process first too. But the Embodiment Process is something all evolving, ascending humanity will be incrementally experiencing, embodying and slowly becoming throughout the Ascension Process too. These major individual internal energetic integrations, merging’s and unifications take place within some Volunteers first, then different Wave Groups of humans are energetically triggered to begin the Process—one after another—until the entire human population on ascending NEW Earth are well into becoming the NEW Humans.

We all embody the incoming evolutionary ascension energies to eventually have enough higher frequency Light within us and our physical bodies to be capable of living and sustaining the ascension Embodiment Process. You increase your personal inner vibratory rate, your ‘Light quotient’, enough so eventually you and your physical body reaches the same high frequency range that your Higher Self/Selves and Soul exist within. All the incarnate earthly layers, parts and aspects of physical you increase their Light, frequency, and vibratory rate until physical you ascends to a frequency range match with Higher Self/Selves You and Soul YOU. The Embodiment Process is where you and You and YOU end the old separation and external focus and begin personally unifying and focusing internally within your physical self and body so you/You/YOU exist in higher Triality frequency as “One”. Unity must happen within you first because it’s an internal individual frequency necessity of the evolutionary Ascension Process.

• Needing to be Alone in Phase 2 —For those Volunteers reading this who’ve been living the Embodiment Process for years before Phase 2 started in January 2020, you have, as I have, been dealing with the unique in-between transitional stairsteps of personally living it.

As an individual living the evolutionary process of ascending from personal separation, Duality and external focus to higher personal integration, internal focus, and increasing unification into Triality, I’ve found that I NEED and WANT to be alone to do so in private and quiet. I haven’t ever wanted to be around people much of my Volunteer life anyway, but my living the Embodiment Process has increasingly caused me to need to be alone to continue doing so. It’s also meant I’ve needed much more rest, quietude, and daytime naps as well.

The Embodiment Process is trying and painful at times, not to mention profoundly personal, and the deeper into it I go, the more I’m honestly appreciating its uniqueness and rarity. The Embodiment Process, your personal Embodiment Process, should be 1000% full focus, “all in”, total you feeling and aware of every moment of it. It is beyond rare so pay attention to it and to you living it step-by-step. Be conscious of your personal evolution because I’m finding that doing so is making it easier to deal with how much (and how quickly) I am changing. You are in a mystical “heaven and earth”, higher and lower, spiritual and physical integration and unification Process with the Higher You and Soul YOU aspects and it should be given the time, inner focus, awareness and deep respect it deserves. You’ll want to remember this phase for as long as you can so never apologize for wanting and needing to be alone to do the deep dive into your personal internal ascension Embodiment Process.

Remember the January 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order? It meant Cease & Desist all things, not just one or two pandemic related restrictions but everything. In early 2022, some people are finally starting to grasp some of the many reasons for Phase 2’s planetary 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order.

The last thing I want or need is to congregate with some non individually integrated Tribe or Group of people. If you’re living the Embodiment Process you Know what I’m saying and why. Once you and your focus is turned back inwards, internally instead of outward, externally as it was throughout the past Dark Ages cycle, you discover that all you need can be had by you by focusing within yourself. As you evolve into greater and higher You-as-Source levels, you discover what being energetically ‘sovereign’ really means and personally entails.

• Knowing — If you’re living the Embodiment Process, one of many natural benefits of it is that you increasingly claircognizantly Know things in and from a higher, larger, more complex way and level. No ego involved in this as it’s honest fact which you too will discover living the Embodiment Process. After all, we’re talking about physical you evolving to the elevated frequency level where you and your physical body eventually exists at the same frequency rate as your Soul and Higher Self/Selves. Achieving that automatically means physical, integrated, unified, internally focused incarnate you will start Knowing more about most things, people, events etc. than you were capable of previously.

Everyone is HAVING to make this dramatic and difficult evolutionary change, along with all the other mega consciousness and reality changes. And they’ll unfold much faster in 2022 forward than ever before. Why? Because the NEW Divine Mother Feminine template is in place, humanity entered it in January 2022, and a handful of Volunteer first Embodiment Process individuals internally energetically reached ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans frequency personally in January and February 2022. You might need to re-read that sentence again or as many times as necessary to fully grasp the massive change we’ve all just made. We’ll see it and feel it incrementally unfold throughout all of 2022. This is just the start.

The small group of first Embodiment Process Volunteer individuals that reached personal internal energetic frequency with ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans, did so by 2-22-2022. On February 23, 2022, the invasion (I’m not going to talk about) began. Mind where you allow your focus to drift to now that we’re in the Divine Mother Feminine template. It’s more important than you may yet realize. Internal focus, or did you slide right back into external focus again? Do not feed the _______ (fill in the blank).

The further into the Embodiment Process you go, the more you Know the crystal-clear necessity of having to be an internally focused and Self-reliant (sovereign) individual instead of the old patriarchal externally focused parasitic individual.

• Living the Embodiment Process & occasionally desiring a Friend to communicate with — This is something I’ve been experiencing and struggling with myself for the past few years. The old me sometimes wants and believes it needs an external ascension friend to share the shit, the bliss, the amazements, the confusions, the exhaustion and the general frustrations with. At times the best of us wants a good, trusted, same level buddy to shoot the breeze with and not feel so alone in one’s personal ongoing Embodiment Process. However, we don’t always get what old lower us wants and believes it needs and for very good higher reasons.

Again, I’ve never wanted or needed to be around a lot of humans in this life, but I have experienced times over the past few years where a part of me would really enjoy being able to honestly talk with, even if just in emails, another person living the AP and the EP at similar levels and stages to what I personal am. This has gotten much more conscious for me, and I believe many of us since Phase 2 of the AP started in January 2020. Many of us are so anxious to finally reach that point where we’re on ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans and can stand around the NEW “watercooler at Work” and chitchat ascension and embodiment stuff with ascension friends and co-Workers. I believe we’re craving this now because we’re so very close to it. However, there’s more to this of course and it too won’t play out the way many of us have thought it might.

The point I want to make about this particular Embodiment Process un-scratchable itch is that most all of us have been, are, and most likely will a few more times, go through feeling alone and isolated, and since 2020, even from our fellow Volunteer First Everythinger co-Workers and friends. I’ve been feeling this and I want to share what I’ve learned about it so far.

In a nutshell this has to do with our personal Embodiment Process (EP). Many of us First Everythinger individuals are feeling the unpleasant sensations of our old non-unified, externally focused selves dealing with living the EP and CHANGEING OVER into NEW Triality-based, unified you/You/YOU NEW “Self” which is entirely internally focused. In some ways this, at times, reminds me of being six years old and going off to my very first day of school ever all by myself. That’s kind of where some of us are at now. Far more individuals are feeling this same sort of thing but at lower stairsteps of the Ascension Process (AP).

It frustrated me to occasionally feel the desire to talk with a trusted AP and EP someone briefly and then abruptly not. I have no doubts that I’ve confused a few online ascension co-Worker friends these past few years. Sorry about that but you too are or soon will be going through these same sensations as you adapts to You and YOU all being in the same room together constantly! Honestly, it’s one hell of a change and I’m not fully there yet but enough so to Know that some of the old habits linger for a bit while this incomprehensible, indescribable frequency alignment transformation takes place step by careful step.

In one moment I feel profoundly empowered, energetically ‘sovereign’, wise and rock-solid Triality golden. In another moment I feel the need for a trusted EP buddy to bitch, whine and complain to just to externalize some of this stuff to. However, the Embodiment Process isn’t about externalizing, but being fully and constantly capable embodying and living from Triality-based internal me/Me/ME state of NEW being and reality. In other words, I’ve been having “growing pains” again. Spiritual, energetic, godly evolving growing pains. Once each of us living this now reaches the point where we’re more comfortable with being totally internally focused, internally reliant, internally fed, LOVED, nurtured, entertained, at Home within ourselves individually, then I believe we’ll find it easier to interact with, communicate with like others when we Know it’s correct to do so, and without any old lower residual “need” on our parts. Like I said, growing pains — spiritual, energetic, consciousness, identity, human evolutionary growing pains.

I’ve been a long-time reader of your site HighHeartLife.

I’m 36 years old (turning 37 this month) and my AP and EP started December 2012 when my kundalini spontaneously exploded in my head. I had no prior knowledge of either kundalini or the AP/EP, and all the symptoms were severely debilitating and painful, and some of them scary. I found your site after a couple of years and could at least find solace in that I was not alone and not going crazy. I lived a normal life, had friends, boyfriend and a job. 

Fast forward to today and I haven’t been able to work or study for four years because of my symptoms (severe fatigue and severe brainfog are the two worst). I no longer have any friends (stopped asking them to hang out) and can’t spend time with my family any longer because no one feels right anymore. No one except my current boyfriend. They feel so far away, truly like they are on a different earth. I feel so god damn alone but at the same time have no interest in other people. My hobbies and interest have faded away also. It feels like this world has nothing to give me anymore. I feel no joy or happiness, I hardly have feelings at all. Is this what being neutral means? Because it is bland as fuck.

I hoped that things would start to improve at the turn of the year with the changeover but for me at least nothing has. Am I on New Earth?  If I am the experience is not better than Old Earth. It feels like my life has ended before it even got started. I am at the end of my rope, do you have anything hopeful to say?

One of my favorite lines in Carina’s letter is, “I feel so god damn alone but at the same time have no interest in other people.” I’ve felt this one too for a long time. Know Carina and everyone else reading this, that feeling this way at certain points within the Ascension Process, and much more so with the Embodiment Process, is perfectly normal for what we’re living and going through.

Another relatable line in Carina’s letter is, “It feels like this world has nothing to give me anymore.”  The reason for this Carina and everyone else also feeling this is because it doesn’t have anything to give you or me or any human anymore. That Earth world Expired fully in December 2012.

And another important line from Carina is, “I feel no joy or happiness…“.  Because my Sun is in Capricorn, for the longest time I thought this lack of “happiness” was just me. This Capricorn finds “happiness” and “joy” and “bliss” and “fun” etc. overrated in general but certainly so in a lifetime during this rare Ascension Process.

This is a photo my parents took of me at Disneyland at age 3 or 4. Horses and riding horses was my singular passion for a long time. Because I looked so serious and sad every time the carousel rotated past my parents, when the ride ended and everyone had to get off I begged them to let me ride it again which greatly surprised them both. They put me back on the ride again and I continued doing what I’d been doing when they took this photo, which was riding a real physical horse very fast and hard through the early 1800s British countryside in a 30-something year-old human male body. That guy knew you didn’t fool around on a horse while riding so hard, so I was riding just a seriously in my life and time as he was in his.

Point is that all of us incarnate on Earth now are NOT, I repeat NOT here now to “have fun” but to experience, to live, and to embody the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process. It’s an earned privilege to be incarnate on Earth at this time of the Universal Ascension Process. We’re not here to have fun, to party, to live in the old ways in the old lower levels with matching consciousness. We are not here now to “living happily ever after” or play and party our lives away. We’re here now to lift ourselves up in frequency, profoundly so, enough that we turn old lower Earth into ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans, which has recently been physically accomplished. We’ll have fun later, maybe around that “watercooler at Work” I mentioned above. For now however we’ve got Soul contracted evolutionary Work to finish throughout the rest of our current lives. It already has gotten much easier and it will continue to and much faster as well.

The CHANGEOVER Into The 2022 Divine Mother Feminine Template

Because of what just happened to my original November 12, 2021 article and only the first few paragraphs of it being published and 85% of it disappeared, I’m going to try to cover the main aspects of it in this hurried REDO article. Ya know what pisses me off the most about all this? That I worked for two weeks on that article during all those solar flares and CME energies with body and head solar plasma aches, pains and pressures and all for not.

So where was I? Oh yeah, the ascension CHANGEOVER. I’ve been using that term to convey that we’ve been in a CHANGEOVER process of “shifting” from, of elevating away from, of moving from those many transitional bridge years where the Volunteers, Starseeds, First Everythingers, Embodiers, Lightworkers, Pathpavers had one foot in two different Earth worlds for over two decades now. One foot in the old lower patriarchal one that’s been disintegrating faster and faster, and the other foot in the transitional bridge ascending Earth. It was miserable, frustrating, uncomfortable, stressful and disappointing to be seemingly stuck in that in-between, ascension fence straddling position and life for so many years. But, all that ascension fence straddling is rapidly coming to an end because we’re about to enter January 2022.

In January 2020 when the one and only epic Saturn Pluto conjunction in Capricorn did all it did in mere seconds, I perceived then that in January 2022, the NEW Divine Mother Feminine template for ascending NEW Earth and NEW Humans would be physically manifest and we would enter it at that time. (This is the information that was vanished from my original November 12, 2021 article.)

This CHANGEOVER from the transitional ascension bridge years the Volunteers have lived their lives in for so long, is coming to an end in only weeks now. When every Volunteer and every human currently capable of physically entering this greatly elevated, higher frequency, faster vibrating, more complex, more intense NEW Divine Mother Feminine template that is the template of and for ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans, they will be existing entirely on ascending NEW Earth starting January 2022. Some will be conscious of this but most won’t. Many people with heart that are already a close enough internal energy match with this external NEW template will be living on, in it and won’t even know they’ve evolved, ascended up to it.

Here’s the cosmic law and rule, the general safeguard about this. Each individual HAS to have just enough same higher frequency in them internally (what some have called ‘Light quotient’ ) so they not only are a vibrational match with external ascending NEW Earth, but that their entrance into it doesn’t harm or kill them, their bodies, their CNS — central nervous systems — which is why the Rewiring Process was mandatory over the past 20+ years for humans and Earth. We’ve been in a continual state of preparation throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process for our full elevation ascension up to ascending NEW Earth which manifests fully in January 2022. It’s all been prep Work to get to where we are today and our entrance into ascending NEW Earth with its Divine Mother Feminine template come January 2022.

It’s because we’re about to enter this higher, faster, more complex NEW template that is the template of ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans that all of 2021 has been so rough and physically painful. The energies that have come in all year have been extra intense and higher frequency themselves to help further elevate us so that we’re capable of entering the January 2022 NEW Earth template.

In December 2018 I started clairvoyantly Seeing some of the NEW crystalline Triality-based codes that are for ascending NEW Earth, NEW Humans and are part of the 2022 Divine Mother Feminine template. I wrote about Seeing them in 2018 and 2019 and included photos/images that were as close to what I was Seeing as I could find. The first of these December 2018 crystalline Triality codes looked much like this at that time.

In December 2019 I started clairvoyantly Seeing the NEW Triality-based Radiant Diamond codes that are also part of ascending NEW Earth’s  Divine Mother Feminine template. They are larger, more complex containers for the crystalline codes. They looked like this to me in 2019.

You can clearly see that the crystalline codes and Radiant Diamond codes have been and continue to be added to which is making them appear more color saturated, more rich, more intense, and increasingly more complex. When I first noticed that these NEW codes were changing, were being added to, were themselves embodying more higher frequency Light energies into themselves I realized that this too is an ongoing process of steadily increasing the frequencies and vibrations within the very NEW codes themselves. We assume that when something totally NEW and higher first manifests that that’s it, that’s what it is and how it’s always going to be when I’ve been Seeing for myself that that’s not the case at all. These NEW Triality-based crystalline and Diamond codes are, just like us, embodying higher and more of these NEW energies until they too, like each of us, reach full Light frequency capacity. Stairsteps, always stairsteps with all aspects of the Ascension Process.

In 2020, the NEW Triality crystalline and Diamond codes looked like this to me.

Then around mid October 2021 I Saw them energetically increase again and become even more complex, intense and potent. Currently they look more like this at the moment but I know they’ll continue being added to, “upgraded”, and become higher frequency, higher vibrating. Since October 2021 they now look like this.

We’ve learned that the NEW codes do NOT first manifest fully loaded so to speak! They first manifest for us to also embody with beginner levels of NEW Light in them and over time, like everything else with the Ascension Process, they are added to, they embody more, higher, faster, more complex layers upon layers upon layer to them which naturally changes and further elevates their appearance and of course their energies and abilities.

Now I want you to know that the 2022 NEW Divine Mother Feminine template for ascending NEW Earth and NEW Humans will do this same thing. It too will be incrementally added to, enlarged, made more complex, made more higher frequency, made more high vibrating and so on. That will start in 2022 and we all need to be aware of this and prepared for it.

These increases to the Triality-based crystalline and Diamond codes since they first arrived, and especially all year this year is why many of us have both felt better and felt worse. Many of the older solar and cosmic evolutionary energies we’ve completely embodied, acclimated to and have become comfortable with inside of our bodies, CNS, consciousness etc. However, all of 2021 these rapid and rather large upgrades and additional energies the NEW codes have embodied are to quickly push us, elevate us energetically up to a high enough level and rate that when we enter the Divine Mother Feminine NEW template in January 2022, we can cope with that because we’ve become a close enough energy match with it. So, this is the main reason why we’ve felt just pummeled and laid out flat by all the incoming energies this year. It’s because we’re about to CHANGEOVER into the NEW template. 

I want to clarify why I’m writing the term ascending NEW Earth in that exact way. New Year’s Day January 2022, those of us that are internally a close enough match with the NEW Divine Mother Feminine template will cross that invisible threshold and enter ascending NEW Earth. I write it this way because we won’t be entering fully ascended NEW Earth in 2022, but ascending NEW Earth in 2022. Stairsteps with this also.

When we’ve embodied more and much higher and faster NEW Light energies, codes and templates, when we’ve reached that much higher still level, then we’ll be in fully ascended NEW Earth, NEW Humans. Until then however we’ll be within this totally NEW situation, condition and location of our continued ascending on NEW Earth for the NEW Humans.

There’s more as usual but after what just happened with my original article about this information, I’m hitting the publish button immediately! Take that interference! I hope it helps answer some questions, confusions and maybe even some concerns about why 2021 has been so much more energy painful to embody than what we’re used to. We’re being pushed hard and fast to get enough elevation to be able to walk directly into the January 2022 (and rest of that year and beyond) NEW Divine Mother Feminine template with its ever increasing NEW crystalline and Radiant Diamond codes, and who knows what else.

Negative Timeline Fueling & Anniversaries

I was going to write this then decided against it, then thought I should, then not, and back and forth I’ve vacillated over this particular info at this particular time.

Some of you have probably been hearing about the latest actions taken by certain people around the world who’ve been pushing extra hard and very obviously to take greater control over whatever, wherever, and whomever it is that each of these groups want to. No matter which countries this is happening in, it is the old negative patriarchy still at work. They’re making more lastminute power grabs over more people and their lives and rights, over females bodies and rights, over all peoples rights, actions, thoughts, feelings etc. It’s happened and continues happening here in the USA, it’s happened/happening in Afghanistan, it’s happened/happening around the world and it’s escalating.

Because it’s September 2021 and the 9/11 event happened 20 years ago this month, that negative intentionally created timeline event is being highlighted and fueled up again now in different ways.

Without going into details I’d like you to mind’s eye envision the black cube Kaaba in Mecca with many people around it. Next I’d like you to envision the 9/11 Memorial ‘pools’ that are inverted black cubes with water flowing downward into ‘voids’ (remember that water amplifies energies) with many people around them.

Please recognize when you, your consciousness and emotional energies are being intentionally manipulated, collected and utilized humanity.

You can sense that multiple things around the world have built to a breaking point and that things cannot and will not be able to continue in this old Duality reality way. Team Dark is trying to maintain it but the big separation split is coming and many of you have felt it seriously escalating over the past decade but much more so over the past six years. The energetic tensions present now feel unbearable, oppressive and physically unsustainable. Lower and Higher frequencies cannot co-exist in the same space. No fear just honesty, awareness, Higher Awareness, HighHeart and taking full personal responsibility for the timeline you are currently on and want to continue being on.

These current escalations and different actions taken and multiple anniversary focuses to keep the 9/11 timeline functioning is because the NEW Divine Mother Feminine Crystalline/Christ Diamond template for ascending Earth is being fully implemented in the physical on and in Earth for humanity when we enter 2022. This is why the patriarchy has been pushing so hard these past few decades and recent years to grab more people and their consciousness, suppress more people, gain greater controls over global human females, steal whatever they can before the NEW Divine Mother Feminine planetary template energy is fully physically set on Earth.

Many of you already know and feel the negative densities being magnified and used again now for different reasons and timelines. Your job, our job is to do what we always do which is override it by holding higher space, focus, direction and continue steering ascending Earth and ourselves on the ascending NEW Earth timeline. All I’m saying is that many of you have already been feeling the old negative energy oppressions and related manipulations building. Stay in your HighHeart on the ascending Earth timeline. ❤ ❤ ❤

Ascension ‘Twisties’

Some of you may have watched or heard about the 2021 female gymnastic event where Simone Biles got the ‘twisties’ while competing on the Tokyo Olympic world stage. I’d never heard the term before but discovered it’s common for some athletes that hurtle their bodies through the air while rapidly spinning, twisting and flipping as gymnasts, divers, ice skaters and some skiers do to become disoriented and not know where up/down reference points like ground, floor, walls, ceiling are. Can you imagine occasionally experiencing that level of disorientation while your physical body is hurtling through the air? That was a trick question.

Spatial awareness is being aware of your physical surroundings and your physical position relative to them. Since the energies of the Age of Aquarius—an AIR sign—first began manifesting, more and more tricks and stunts are being done up in the air by more athletes and people wanting to catch air and do complex physical aerial maneuvers with their bodies. Included are aerial performances that take place entirely off terra firma. Bicycles, motorcycles, cars and monster trucks, skateboarders, skiers and others have all been increasingly expanding their ground tricks and stunts higher and higher up in the air. Physical athleticism and other performances and creativity will continue taking place up in the air and become more complex.

But this article isn’t about that or about those people, it’s about energetic and multidimensional awareness and the many ‘twisties’ type side effects Volunteers experience. Our ‘twisties’ are caused by the evolutionary Ascension Process and continually embodying greater NEW higher frequency Light energies, NEW energy templates and more complex energy Light patterns etc., codes, grids, DNA and more. We’re catching air and doing “tricks” and “stunts” in very different ways for very different reasons.

We’re not professional gymnasts, divers, ice skaters or skiers but many of you know about being an incarnate ‘Volunteer’ hurtling your physical body, self and consciousness through umpteen hellish layers of evolution density and darkness; through continually higher and higher still frequencies; through expired and collapsing old worlds and realities; through planetary growing insanity and chaos; and through space and time to a higher NEW frequency of personal being and external physical reality — aka NEW Earth for the NEW Humans. The Volunteers know all about feeling and living with the evolutionary ascension twisties because we are the professionals at that.

You may remember that I shared a couple months ago about how, while seated on the toilet, my physical body jerked so hard due to an embodiment energy impact that I nearly fell off the toilet. There are all sorts of energetic ascension caused ‘twisties’ that more and more people are experiencing now in Phase 2 of the Ascension Process and Separation shift.

Last week while driving to the grocery store, I once again became momentarily lost and didn’t recognize any landmarks. That instantly caused me to feel vulnerable and uncertain of myself and my driving abilities at that moment. During those disoriented few moments, I considered taking myself out of the game like Simone Biles did at the level she was operating on, and pulling into one of the numerous empty pandemic parking lots until I felt more sure of myself and was certain of where I was physically.

My spatial awareness was momentarily messed up because I was physically driving through sections of the city that are “dead”, empty energetically and physically, sections that are disappearing because they’re not ascending, followed a few yards down the road by areas that are. And, like all that isn’t enough, since 2020 we’ve been having to navigate the numerous pandemic caused changes to our personal familiar cities and town landscapes and landmarks as well. My god, honestly consider what all you’ve been going through and still are today since January 2020. Is it any wonder we occasionally get the ‘twisties’ from the physical level and higher energetic levels too? See why it was a trick question?

How many of you got lost in your familiar grocery stores because products on multiple isles on multiple shelves were gone? How many of you got lost in other familiar stores, streets, buildings, towns and cities because old familiar landmark stores and full parking lots are now gone or empty? Our old familiar physical reality walls, floors, ceilings, ground and other spatial reality structures and spaces have been dramatically changed, removed, and other sections of our cities and towns turned into mini ghost towns since 2020 due to the pandemic and so many business now permanently gone. We’re used to navigating our personal physical earthly world reality by its old familiar landmarks, stores, buildings, full parking lots, and full shelves. With so much of those locations gone since 2020, it’s easy to briefly become disoriented as you drive through the greatly altered landscape known as your personal city, town, neighborhood and local stores.

Very weird times we continue navigating during the Separation of Worlds & Timelines from Phase 2 in 2021. 2022 will dramatically push these physical reality changes to the next ascending level for everyone. Become a pro at moving through epic levels of change both personally and within the human collective and physically and energetically.

Another aspect of all these things I wanted to include are the undeniable increase in earthquakes and in volcanic activity, flooding, fires, severe weather and storms in 2021 and why.

I’ve been an Earth Sensitive from early childhood, and another of my pre-incarnational Volunteer soul contracts was to be aware of what the Earth was doing throughout the year, what the Sun was doing, how it looked color wise, where it was located throughout the year and so on. I remember being in elementary school and when I walked to and from school each day, I checked out the Sun and where it was throughout the year, and years, and what color it was, how it felt on my skin and body and so on. All that made little sense to me as an 8-year-old in the pre-ascension Earth world, only that I had to do it, but it made tons of sense when I first discovered that the Sun had changed colors and had (still does today) MASSIVE visible slowly rippling plasma energies undulating all around it in the mid-1990s. If I had not had that very clear conscious awareness of what the Sun used to look like and feel prior to the start of the Ascension Process, I wouldn’t have the vivid contrast in my awareness and body of the profound changes the Sun and sunlight has been going through due to its ascension related entry into this Photon Band of 7D Light many years ago.

Because I’ve lived in southern California since age 3, I’ve lived through thousands of earthquakes. I’ve been an Earth Sensitive — feel earthquakes (and more) that happened in other parts of the world before they happened physically all my life.

I’ll never forget this experience because it embarrassed me at the time. It was 1979 or 1980, can’t remember exactly, and I was with a boyfriend in Riverside, California in the afternoon in a packed restaurant. We’d ordered our food and were sitting there talking. The restaurant was unique in that it had numerous potted plants hanging from the ceiling. There were so many of them you couldn’t see the ceiling and this version of a hanging garden overhead in that restaurant was beautiful.

We’re sitting there talking, waiting for our food to come when I suddenly physically felt a large Richter scale earthquake. I looked up at the hanging plants overhead and every one of them was swinging wildly. I glanced at my boyfriend and stood up and yelled, ‘Earthquake!’ Yes, I did that, out loud, in front of a packed restaurant. I did not want to be in a building with a hundred other people during an earthquake and was ready to flee outside. Three seconds later while still standing looking up at the hanging plants, I saw that none of them were moving and everyone was looking at me like I was “crazy”. You could have heard a pin drop in the entire restaurant after what I’d stood up and yelled. My boyfriend knew me well enough to know that something else was going on that I had perceived. Nonetheless…  🙄

My great vindication came that evening on the TV World News. There had been a 7.6 earthquake in Mexico earlier that day that toppled buildings and caused causalities. I hoped that every person who’d been in the restaurant earlier that day and saw me stand up and yell ‘Earthquake!’, was seeing the TV News coverage of the big Mexico earthquake and thought of me. I hoped they all got a better understanding of what it’s like perceiving and feeling certain events before and/or during their actual physical happening, wherever they manifest on the planet.

I shared that old personal story to let you know that I’ve lived feeling and perceiving earthquakes around the planet all of my adult life. However, in Phase 2 of the Ascension Process (January 2020 through…) this has changed like so much else to where now I’ve barely felt any earthquakes happening even physically close to where I live. I mentioned in June 2021 that there’d been over 600 small earthquakes very close to where I live and I’ve felt none of them and that really surprised me so I inquired within.

After going within to investigate why I haven’t been feeling any local earthquakes near where I live I realized that I don’t exist on the Earth that’s having these increased 2021 earthquakes and swarms. August 4th there was a 3.5 earthquake in the city where I live, literally under my physical butt and I did not feel it! Normally I would have felt it coming days, weeks or months before it happened physically. The next evening there was a 3.1 quake in the same location and this one I did feel but entirely differently from what I’m used to. To me the August 5th earthquake in the city where I live felt like someone kneed the foot of my bed, which was not a cool thing to me due to many old Team Dark attacks and attempts that involved hitting my bed like this and other ways for different reasons. Those stories are another article however. My point is that this minimal physical kick to my bed was a small earthquake in the city I live and it felt nothing like what I’ve felt hundreds of small, medium and large quakes have for decades.

Again, my, your, our physical and non-physical, energetic and physical spatial awareness and higher sensory perceptions all have been and will continue going through the ‘twisties’ both physically and energetically. We don’t have old familiar “solid ground” under our feet now because we are in transition in multiple ways on multiple levels and our bodies are doing their best to keep us head up, feet down, and moving forward and not falling off the toilet or rolling out of bed or getting lost while driving to your local grocery store etc.

We’re experiencing ascension caused ‘twisties’. We’re experiencing Separation of Worlds & Timelines caused ‘twisties’. We’re experiencing old Earth transitioning and evolving into ascending NEW Earth caused ‘twisties’. We’re experiencing embodying more NEW DNA caused ‘twisties’. We’re experiencing entire energetic old to NEW Earth template CHANGEOVER caused ‘twisties’. We’re experiencing more NEW higher frequency Light energy caused ‘twisties’. We’re experiencing NEW internal and external Grids ‘twisties’. We’re experiencing greater old world disintegrating and disappearing reality gaps that cause different reality and location doubt ‘twisties’. We’re experiencing increasing Earth Changes that cause greater ‘twisties’ in many people. We’re experiencing all our old familiar physical and energetic landmarks and reality guiderails disappearing caused ‘twisties’. We’re experiencing leaving everything we’ve known and are familiar with to evolve to a higher NEW level and world and that is and will continue to cause ‘twisties’ of all types physical and non-physical.

The best “grounding” I’ve found for all this is being in my HighHeart, being focused on and within it, and becoming familiarized and totally comfortable with existing and perceiving from my HighHeart NEW Human center. That’s the best solution to all of these ascension caused side effect ‘twisties’  I’ve found. They’re only going to increase and quicken the closer we get to the great CHANGEOVER that 2022 brings. More about that soon.

Trust the process and ignore those that want you to do things you do not want to do. They have no power or right. You are more powerful than you realize. We are more powerful than they’ll ever realize not that that’s even important. ‘Twisties’ on everyone, all the way to NEW Earth, NEW Humans.

Phase 2 & Health Issues

Since the start of Phase 2 of the Ascension Process in January 2020, some of you may have been experiencing one or more personal health issues. I’m not talking about covid-19, but about one or more physical body health issues you possibly accumulated at some point during the 1998–2019 Phase 1 years. I say that because I have, and I’ve been well-aware of the reasons why.

Within weeks of the covid-19 pandemic being discovered here in the U.S. in early 2020, I suddenly had a tooth start hurting, badly. I hadn’t had a tooth problem in years but suddenly, with a pandemic and much confusion raging, one of my teeth started hurting like crazy. The last thing I wanted was to have to go to any dentist and/or any doctor and/or any lab and/or any Urgent Care and/or any ER and/or any hospital during 2020 with a pandemic happening. Yet, there was my tooth throbbing away suddenly in early 2020. By November 2020 I finally had two teeth extracted, safely.

In early 2021 my gallbladder began informing me that things are not as they should be. (The gall of it all!) I’ve been taking liquid herbal gallbladder, liver, kidney cleanse and “stone” drops for the past month which are slowly helping. I wasn’t expecting my accumulated Phase 1 ascension health issues would surface as abruptly and intensely as they have in 2020 and 2021. To gain more information about this I inquired within for deeper answers.

I perceived that some of us who’ve lived, embodied and transmuted throughout Phase 1 are the first to embody some more NEW DNA that’s being made energetically available now in July and August, plus throughout the rest of the second half of 2021. I perceived that any of the Volunteer First Everythingers, Starseeds, Embodiers, Pathpavers who have any residual low energetic and physical Phase 1 ‘sludge’ in their bodies have been having to deal with it being abruptly surfaced in 2020 and 2021 (Phase 2) and dealt with in whatever way(s) each of us prefers. This rapid Phase 2 surfacing of whatever old Phase 1 accumulated internal gunk, stuff, junk and ‘sludge’ has been happening because we’re (now) about to start embodying much more very NEW DNA that is an energetic vibrational match with the NEW planetary Divine Mother Feminine foundational energy templates arriving fully in 2022. Stairsteps always.

This particular CHANGEOVER shift includes some of us currently embodying a larger than usual amount of completely NEW DNA in July and August specifically but also throughout the remaining second half of 2021. Why? So that we are first an energetic, vibrational and frequency match with and therefore easily capable of directly and instantly moving into the NEW Divine Mother Feminine planetary energy template that will be fully in place with the start of 2022.

Recently I found this interesting NASA photo of our Sun. Notice that NASA claims Solar Cycle 25 began December 2019, only weeks before Phase 2 started on January 1, 2020.

Included in these current major CHANGEOVER shift preparations has been an increase in earthquakes and small Richter magnitude earthquake swarms since Phase 2 and Solar Cycle 25 started. In June 2021 there was a swarm of over 600 small earthquakes close to where I live. No damage but the increase in Phase 2 earthquakes and swarms are another indicator of how massive these current global energy and template CHANGEOVERS to a much higher frequency actually are. I expect the weather everywhere will also reflect these current 2021 DNA template and planetary Earth and Sun template changes and will be a bit more volatile and unexpected too. Not to mention the escalation of greater mental, emotional and physical instability in growing numbers of people everywhere.

I noticed Celia Fenn mentioned in her July 14, 2021 ‘Message of the Day’ how the instability in certain people and their resulting actions has escalated where she lives. It has everywhere and it’s going to continue for a while so we all need to Hold The Higher, The Highest and continue piloting ascending Earth and us on it to ascended NEW Earth with our HighHearts. This seems like a good place for me to share something my mother (who died in late June 2019, only five months before Phase 2 started and the pandemic and everything else) and I often talked about back in the late 1970s.

In the mid to late 1970s I had a series of dreams that I knew at the time were packed full of important personal teachings, hints, clues and warnings about what would eventually manifest physically in my near future only a few decades later. That near future is our present now time.

These series of 1970s dreams were about my having to very carefully and quietly make my way through a dystopian, apocalyptic, completely shattered Earth world. There were crazed and armed marauder males running amok everywhere which meant no one was safe. There were no systems in place, no protections, next to no supplies etc., just chaos and violence in a collapsed Earth world.

In old articles at TRANSITIONS I’ve called this world the descending Earth. 

The point of this series of dreams I had in the mid to late 1970s was both to let me know that this was a strong future probable world reality, and, that if I and anyone else already on The Path stayed On The Path, we would eventually make our ways through that insanity and violence and end up in a very different higher place of Light, heart and goodness in all ways.

A few years after I had this series of dreams, which I shared with my mother at the time, a new movie was released in 1979 called ‘Mad Max’ starring a young Mel Gibson. After my mom saw the movie she always referred to my dreams, and our now time, as “Mad Max” times. Neither of us knew the term Ascension and all that would be because of it in the 1970s, so my mom labeled and always referred to it all as “Mad Max”. She knew and I knew exactly what was meant by that term and she’d told me multiple times in the 1970s and 1980s that she would absolutely NOT live through the horrors of “Mad Max” life and reality in her life. And she didn’t — she died five months before humanity entered Phase 2 of the Ascension Process where the dismantling of the global patriarchy and its systems and structures etc. fall to dust. Five months before full “Mad Max” life and individuals and continuing actions manifested around the planet more clearly than ever before.

As my series of important be aware 1970s reminder dreams were intended, they vividly reminded me to always stay on The Path, The Ascension Process Path and continue doing the ascension Work I Volunteered to come to Earth now to do. You do the same through this Separation of Worlds CHANGEOVER split and multiple shifts. You continue ascending on ascending Earth and let all others go their ways. Never stop Holding The Highest and steering ascending Earth to ascended NEW Earth with your HighHearts. We’re specialists more than capable of doing exactly this so continue doing it for All everywhere. Thanks for your continued Service Work and know that your body has been sick in 2020 and 2021 for important 2022 reasons you may have not been consciously aware of these past two difficult years.

December 2020 NEW Energy Template Code Complex

I’ve been very curious about what the incoming NEW December 2020 codes for 2021 and beyond would look and feel like.

In December of 2018, I first began clairvoyantly Seeing the incoming NEW Triality based frequency codes for 2019 as endless fields of beautiful pastel, iridescent and also darker gemstone colored triangle shapes and triangle patterns.

In December of 2019, I started Seeing the incoming NEW Triality frequency codes for 2020 and beyond as endless fields of brilliant, multifaceted Radiant Diamonds. These were and are not individual “diamonds” but a solid frequency field of exquisite different faceted Radiant Diamond facets. Many of these are triangle shaped like the previous years crystalline pastel Trinity codes, but they also contain other more complex shapes, facets and facet patterns.

Based on this it’s clear we’ve been living in and further embodying these NEW higher frequency Triality based codes which are energy, consciousness and physical reality templates and blueprints since December 2018. With the start of Phase 2 of the Ascension Process in January 2020, and everything that every one of us on Earth now have gone through all year, I have been very curious about what the December 2020 NEW Triality codes would look and feel like when they arrived and manifested in the physical.

Much to my surprise, what I’ve Seen so far before December 12, 2020 of the next stairstep level of Triality based codes have not been individual codes and code patterns like what arrived in December 2018 and December 2019 but a MASSIVE, intricate, stunningly beautiful entire template code complex that are beyond words, and vector images! Nevertheless I’m going to include some images here just to give you a sense and feel of what I’m talking about and how profoundly different and complete they are compared to what arrived in December 2018 and December 2019.

      

Say it with me everyone — stairsteps, energetic stairsteps always. We and Earth and everything else wouldn’t physically survive these massive, giant evolutionary upgrades and shifts otherwise.

Because what I’ve Seen of the December 2020 into 2021 next higher level Triality based code complex so far, it’s looking and feeling like a very large evolved being recently threw a MASSIVE, totally NEW and much more sophisticated and elaborate energy template “blanket” if you will over the entire physical Earth and all of us on it. It could be called the latest NEW Earth and NEW Humans energy template code complex.

This December 2020 massive planetary energy template complex “blanket” contains the 2018 Triality based crystalline pastel codes of December 2018, and the Radiant Diamond codes of December 2019. Based on this latest energy addition upgrade to the entire planet, I’d say that NEW Earth just became an energetic and physical reality in the first week of December 2020. And, if you’ve been feeling rather strange this month—more so than usual I mean—this is most likely why. We have an entire NEW higher frequency more elegant code template complex that’s just recently been laid on and embodied by ascending Earth.

All the other energy events, astrological sign changes, Solstice and planetary conjunctions that are and will be happening the rest of December 2020 could be thought of as brand NEW matching frequency dipping sauces 😉 that go along with this NEW planetary energy template code complex.

There’s much more to come so be flexible and willing to change even more than you have throughout Phase 2 2020 so far. We’ve just gotten started. Vibrationally, stay above the “crazies” because once the AIR energies of Aquarius become even more activated this month in this NEW template, more people will become even more mentally imbalanced and unstable than they’ve been. These are massive energy changes humanity has and will continue to undergo and not everyone will deal with all of them with grace, ease, honesty, sanity or stability.

Evolution From Duality To Triality

Since I first went online in 2003 I’ve been steadfastly purchasing online vector images of triangles. They’ve been so prominent and constant in my awareness and yet I didn’t immediately and fully consciously recognize what they were indicating during this Ascension Process. We’re often so preoccupied embodying and living the latest NEW higher frequency Light energies that we don’t always immediately recognize some of the colorful clues littering the ascension roadsides we’re so resolutely traveling.

As the ascension months and years unfolded I became increasingly consciously aware of what the triangles were signifying which is why I’ve been purchasing online vector triangles in all colors and patterns for so long. The triangle is a primary visual indicator and frequency of what we have been incrementally evolving into and embodying throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process. Now in Phase 2, Trinity (the triangle) is the NEW normal energetic frequency and consciousness reality structure template code that mass humanity must now evolve or ascend into themselves.

When I was a young child, I used to draw people in only one way. I did this for years and my drawings looked ridiculous and infantile and I knew it at the time but that didn’t matter to me —that was the only way I drew people for a few years. Here’s an example of how I drew people when I was a kid.

From age six until about ten the only way I drew people was exactly like this. There was never any deviation, additions or adornments. In my world my people were triangular Trinity Triality people with hair that always looked like this. Weird I know but now take a look at this image of ancient Egyptian goddess Hathor.

Aah yes, there’s some of my ancient and much-loved triangular relatives, the Hathors. There are others besides the Hathors with triangular Trinity shapes to their heads and bodies. We Volunteers and Starseeds have huge galactic, multi-galactic, and multidimensional family from our numerous different higher frequency Homes.

You know that heavenly sound and feeling of mountain wind blowing through the tops of pine trees at higher elevations? It’s a beautiful sound, feeling and vibration that goes right into your heart and often gives you a sense of homesickness, of deep longing for some place that feels more like your true HOME than what was pre-ascension physical Earth. If you’ve ever heard and been emotionally affected by the sound, feel and energy of the wind blowing through the tops of mountain pine trees, then hold that memory and emotional sensation as you read this next section.

I want you to view inside your brain and visualize the main three Trinity brain glands. The Pineal, what in the old lower frequency energies was connected to the Crown chakra, the Pituitary and what was the Brow or Third Eye chakra, and the Hypothalamus gland which works with the other two.

Instead of visualizing each of them as little fleshy endocrine glands, I want you to know that they’ve been completely Rewired throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process into tremendously more complex crystal points that are in Phase 2 an elevated, ascended functioning NEW trio of receiver transmitters of NEW Trinity Triality frequencies in your brain and head. I want you to perceive them as unified clear quartz crystal points somewhat like this photo.

Next I want you to hear, feel, See and perceive the continuous incoming cosmic, photonic, galactic center transmissions, energies being transmitted through the Sun, and from higher dimensions like higher elevation winds blowing constantly. Instead of these cosmic, galactic, photonic, solar winds, waves and pulsations blowing through pine treetops on mountains, I want you to know that they have been and continue to “blow” into the three Trinity, Triality-based crystal “trees” within your Rewired physical head, unified brain hemispheres and brain glands. These actions automatically causes them to vibrate higher and produce beautiful sounds, tones and frequencies much like the wind blowing through mountain pine treetops. We now have individual ‘Music of the Spheres‘ type thing happening in our heads, brains and endocrine brain glands which further sings, vibrates into our HighHearts causing it to further expand and automatically transmit those frequencies. And that automatically causes everything around us including humanity to be affected and rapidly evolved by what we are now capable of individually receiving and transmitting from our heads, brains and HighHearts and more.

We have Phase 2 level cosmic, galactic, photonic, solar and more energies, winds, waves and pulsations “blowing” into our Phase 1 Rewired heads, brains and brain glands that’s now causing each of them individually but more importantly all three of them—Trinity—to “sing” together in NEW connected, unified ways that were literally not possible energetically or physically before. Cosmic, galactic, photonic and solar winds are blowing into and through Volunteers’ Rewired trio Trinity crystal brain glands which is causing radiant tones, vibrations, ringing, buzzing, humming, high pitched singing sounds that have never been able to be embodied then transmitted in physical human bodies and brains before. Very well-done Volunteers! I know it’s been physically painful getting to this point, but we’ve done it and we’re receiving and transmitting the NEW Triality energies constantly now in Phase 2.  September 2020 put more “finishing touches” on this lengthy Rewiring Process both in our heads and brains and in our whole bodies too. This is another reason why many of us—female and male—have been having some old ascension symptoms return this year such as hot flashes, sudden vertigo, sudden intense heart pounding with accompanying pains and pressures in the entire front and back HighHeart areas, stiffness and soreness in those front and back spine and shoulder HighHeart areas, hot bottoms of the feet, more eye pains, greater eye sensitivity to both man-made light and organic higher Light, and more vision changes and visual distortions and anomalies etc. due to the brain gland trio Trinity changes and greater Separation of Worlds & Timelines.

Our heads and NEW Trinity Triality-based crystalline brain trio glands are making beautiful sounds and vibrations because the cosmic winds are constantly blowing through them now and that causes further evolutionary changes inside our heads, brains, Rewired endocrine system, DNA, hearts, HighHearts, skeletal structure, eyes, organs, CNS and all else. And then we transmit what we’ve received and embodied ourselves outward which automatically causes greater and faster changes in external reality and humanity and so on.

  Over the past few years I’ve often Seen my HighHeart look like an open crystal lotus flower. I’ve also Seen and felt a Diamond Sun in the center of that crystal lotus flower. The Diamond Sun radiates purifying white Light which causes the crystal lotus HighHeart to vibrate higher, expand more, and produce and transmit more NEW Trinity sounds and vibrational transmissions.

What’s been happening increasingly during Phase 2 2020 so far was as I mentioned above, impressively stepped-up in September 2020, and obviously for three days before the September equinox and three days after it. It’s because of this that so many of us have felt like very NEW mack trucks were sent by Source to roll over us and quickly push us to the next higher level of our embodiment and/or Embodiment Processes. I’m still embodying and acclimating this latest round because it’s been rather physically painful in its intensity. The winds have been constantly blowing into and through my head and three Trinity crystal brain gland “trees” for months making beautiful Triality sounds, tones and vibrations that automatically travel into my Crystal Lotus Diamond Sun HighHeart where the Process continues producing more, greater and higher still NEW sounds, tones, vibrations, radiations and transmissions. We receive, we embody, then we transmit it all into NEW Earth for NEW humanity to step into. The more we do this the faster the dismantling and worldwide chaos grows in the dying old patriarchal world and people because higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space. Never forget this natural and automatic embodiment fact Embodiers.

If you read the HighHeartLife comments you’ve recently read some readers sharing their dreams, visions and Higher Awareness’s of late. One of them mentioned she observed all lower vibrating things being quickly burned away in the higher Light. Another reader shared what she called a ‘mine sweeper’ sort of situation with these higher Light energies and what they’re doing to lower frequency things, beings, people and so on. I’ve often thought of this like it’s been depicted in classic vampire movies over the decades. The vampire(s) unintentionally comes into direct contact with organic Light which instantly causes their inorganic bodies to burn and turn to dust. Yes, higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space and so there’s increasing burning away, leaving, dying and separating due to the Separation of Worlds. The Phase 2 2020 and beyond Divine Cease & Desist Order is for every single person alive now. And whatever it is that each of us must now Cease & Desist is and has been promptly unfolding all year. It will continue the rest of 2020 and all of 2021 so do it now or do it later but know that you will do it, whatever it is that you and I and all of us absolutely must do now to vibrationally match the Phase 2 Separation shifts.
