Major Personal Inner June 2022 Shift

Anyone else experiencing their personal inner self, desires and life intentions abruptly shifted in the latter half of June 2022? I certainly have been, and it was completely unexpected, swift, intense and very empowering.

I’d mentioned in my previous article that on June 14, 2022, I perceived that more human DNA had instantly been Restored to its original Divine template, instantly freeing humanity from the profound limitations done to human DNA thousands of years ago by certain negative aliens. These two June 2022 happenings are most likely related. The whole business is still unfolding within each of us, and I suspect there’s a lot more unforeseen personal inner self and life changes still to come. This is just a brief notice about how you may already be or soon will be experiencing some big personal inner shifts happening instantly within yourself, your physical body, consciousness, higher abilities, creativity, and overall NEW life direction.

What I’m talking about is not an external timeline change, but a major personal inner change in me, my body, my life focus and more. It feels like I was just released from what’s been an invisible lifelong personal prison template life reality — the intentional ancient negative unplugging of certain human DNA and the external reality that went with that action and agenda.

Because of this latest evolutionary change, I was instantly freed and evolved into a bit more of the NEW Human I am increasingly becoming. The same is true with those of you that have experienced these huge personal inner changes from around mid-June 2022. More people will be experiencing these same sorts of sudden personal inner changes and shifts in their bodies, DNA, lives and much more throughout 2022 and beyond.

  1. June 14th-ish Divine DNA Restoration done to human DNA.
  2. Any day after June 14th, sudden experiences of personal inner shifting’s to your body, life, desires and near future life.
  3. Any time after June 14, 2022, experiencing periods of feeling very physically ungrounded and tipsy. Not vertigo or dizzies as we’re used to, but more of an ungrounded, not yet anchored into the latest NEW symptom. Because of this the chances of falling or tipping over have been strong the last half of June 2022.

June 28th, I caught my toe on the vacuum hose after vacuuming the kitchen floor and fell fast and hard. Faster and harder than I usually do I mean.

Usually when I trip and fall, I experience time slowing down, my senses become super heightened, I experience the unfolding “crash n’ burn” fall in slow motion and do that feline thing of twisting my falling human body to land on a padded butt cheek instead of my face! This June 28th trip and fall was so fast that I wasn’t able to do my normal feline flip landing maneuver and went down really hard on one knee on the bare floor. Time did not slow down; I did not see what was coming; I did not make slow motion mid-fall body corrections to reduce possible physical injuries, I simply went down fast and hard in an unaware blur of WTF-ness?!

I’m okay, the bruises are fading, my Capricorn gladiator knees are fine, but I must have braced my fall with my arms because one forearm is black, blue and yellow and the other shoulder joint is so sore I can barely move it. It will be okay despite my not bouncing like I used to when I fell and could get up and shake it off. Very grateful I didn’t break or fracture anything however.

My point in sharing my falling a few days ago is because I’ve noticed that when we go through another of these major energy shift changes to a higher frequency level, and in this case on ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans, quite often some of us experience some type of “accident”. It’s all rather Uranian in that it happens super-fast, is unexpected, rattles you down into your Saturnian bones (or worse breaks them), and instantly forces you into changing your personal life, inner self, consciousness and personal reality.

I call these personal inner earthquakes.

They’re not external physical earthquakes, but internal personal quakes caused from us going through major energetic changes in a split-second. And, because some of these evolutionary energy stairsteps we’re traversing are seriously huge and rare, we sometimes experience a physical body “accident” shakeup. In this case it was a trip and fall for me. For some it may be less severe, or more severe, so everyone be aware of what you and your physical body are doing during these periods of intense inner and outer shifts and changes.

And 4., I suspect that all of these happenings are connected to one last big thing, which is our exiting out of the 23+ yearlong evolutionary sojourn through the fourth dimensional (4D) astral plane. By we I mean Earth, humanity and all life on Earth.

I’ve been working on a 2-Part (possibly more) article about this very topic. I mention it here because that information is connected to what we’ve just gone through in June 2022, and what will follow. The personal inner earthquake(s), the trip and falls, the sudden accidents, broken bones, the unexpected body and life changes, the June 2022 Divine DNA Restorations, the grand existing of ascending Earth from the 4D astral plane are all aspects of the major energy shifts and changes we’re currently going through step-by-step.

For now however, I and my icepack need to be intimate for a while again, and I may need to make it a threesome and include my heater pad as well. Hang on people and surf these energies, shifts and changes as best and as safely as you can. Welcome to becoming a NEW Human everyone.

• Embodiment Process — I’ve used this term to identify the Ascension Process of Embodying (capital “E”), the process of the incremental unification of individual people’s physical self and body with their Soul & Higher Selves in their current physical lives, consciousness and bodies.

Long ago when we first began involuting we began intentionally separating from Source and the vastness of who and what we naturally were prior to the start of our latest involution adventures in density and Duality. We separated much of ourselves from Source and greatly dimmed our Light to involute into greater and greater density across dimensions, space and time. Source wanted to experience ITS latest creation so IT sent fragments of ITSELF—that would be us—out into those creations to experiment within them, learn and grow from having gone into them, and finally report back (add to the great Creative Source pot so to speak) on all we had experienced.

Due to the evolutionary Universal Ascension Process, we’re going through the mandatory incremental energy stairsteps, phases and layers of individually embodying more and more, higher and higher frequency Light energies. What we intentionally dimmed to get ourselves involuted into different layers of increasing density of the past Great Cycle in Duality, we’re now HAVING to embody to evolve up to higher and higher states and levels of individual internal integrated being, consciousness, learning and creativity to exist and function in this new higher Great Cycle in Triality. We separated to involute into density and Duality but now we’re HAVING to INDIVIDUALLY embody, internally integrate, and become increasingly unified to transcend and evolve into less density, greater Light and higher Triality frequency. We’ve reached the farthest point of experimental, educational, creative separation from Source, Home and our Souls and Higher Selves—aka Duality—and are currently evolving back towards integrating those aspects of ourselves in and through our current incarnate physical bodies, which is the Embodiment Process.

I’ve often written this heroic spiritual undertaking in the format of — you/You/YOU. It’s juvenile but accurate and visually helpful to better grasp this evolutionary reunification process. Unified, Separated, re-Unified. The in breaths and outbreaths of Source/God/All That Is both creating and experimenting within ITS creations.

• embody — Lower case “e” embody term is intended to show how all humans are now HAVING to embody the many different evolutionary Light energies arriving from the cosmos, the Photon Band of 7D Light, the Milky Way Galactic Center, the Sun, other galaxies, certain other Stars and so on. These NEW Light energies, codes and templates arrive and humanity has to embody them, which triggers natural individual and collective evolution. Those people that are not ready or willing to currently embody them are being greatly affected (pressured) by them and are either becoming increasingly unstable, sick, or dying. There is no right or wrong in any of this, only a weeding out phase. Those people that are ready and willing to evolve are embodying these NEW incoming Light energies which is why they’re experiencing the many Ascension Process side effects.

So, we all lower case “e” embody the evolution inducing NEW Light energies or go elsewhere and do so at a later or much later date. But as is always the case with the Ascension Process, there needs to be those few individuals who go first, and typically that’s been some of the Volunteers. They go first because it’s their Soul contracted jobs to do so to energetically “Pathpave” in physicality for the rest of humanity to access later. We go first and embody and also live the Embodiment Process first too. But the Embodiment Process is something all evolving, ascending humanity will be incrementally experiencing, embodying and slowly becoming throughout the Ascension Process too. These major individual internal energetic integrations, merging’s and unifications take place within some Volunteers first, then different Wave Groups of humans are energetically triggered to begin the Process—one after another—until the entire human population on ascending NEW Earth are well into becoming the NEW Humans.

We all embody the incoming evolutionary ascension energies to eventually have enough higher frequency Light within us and our physical bodies to be capable of living and sustaining the ascension Embodiment Process. You increase your personal inner vibratory rate, your ‘Light quotient’, enough so eventually you and your physical body reaches the same high frequency range that your Higher Self/Selves and Soul exist within. All the incarnate earthly layers, parts and aspects of physical you increase their Light, frequency, and vibratory rate until physical you ascends to a frequency range match with Higher Self/Selves You and Soul YOU. The Embodiment Process is where you and You and YOU end the old separation and external focus and begin personally unifying and focusing internally within your physical self and body so you/You/YOU exist in higher Triality frequency as “One”. Unity must happen within you first because it’s an internal individual frequency necessity of the evolutionary Ascension Process.

• Needing to be Alone in Phase 2 —For those Volunteers reading this who’ve been living the Embodiment Process for years before Phase 2 started in January 2020, you have, as I have, been dealing with the unique in-between transitional stairsteps of personally living it.

As an individual living the evolutionary process of ascending from personal separation, Duality and external focus to higher personal integration, internal focus, and increasing unification into Triality, I’ve found that I NEED and WANT to be alone to do so in private and quiet. I haven’t ever wanted to be around people much of my Volunteer life anyway, but my living the Embodiment Process has increasingly caused me to need to be alone to continue doing so. It’s also meant I’ve needed much more rest, quietude, and daytime naps as well.

The Embodiment Process is trying and painful at times, not to mention profoundly personal, and the deeper into it I go, the more I’m honestly appreciating its uniqueness and rarity. The Embodiment Process, your personal Embodiment Process, should be 1000% full focus, “all in”, total you feeling and aware of every moment of it. It is beyond rare so pay attention to it and to you living it step-by-step. Be conscious of your personal evolution because I’m finding that doing so is making it easier to deal with how much (and how quickly) I am changing. You are in a mystical “heaven and earth”, higher and lower, spiritual and physical integration and unification Process with the Higher You and Soul YOU aspects and it should be given the time, inner focus, awareness and deep respect it deserves. You’ll want to remember this phase for as long as you can so never apologize for wanting and needing to be alone to do the deep dive into your personal internal ascension Embodiment Process.

Remember the January 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order? It meant Cease & Desist all things, not just one or two pandemic related restrictions but everything. In early 2022, some people are finally starting to grasp some of the many reasons for Phase 2’s planetary 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order.

The last thing I want or need is to congregate with some non individually integrated Tribe or Group of people. If you’re living the Embodiment Process you Know what I’m saying and why. Once you and your focus is turned back inwards, internally instead of outward, externally as it was throughout the past Dark Ages cycle, you discover that all you need can be had by you by focusing within yourself. As you evolve into greater and higher You-as-Source levels, you discover what being energetically ‘sovereign’ really means and personally entails.

• Knowing — If you’re living the Embodiment Process, one of many natural benefits of it is that you increasingly claircognizantly Know things in and from a higher, larger, more complex way and level. No ego involved in this as it’s honest fact which you too will discover living the Embodiment Process. After all, we’re talking about physical you evolving to the elevated frequency level where you and your physical body eventually exists at the same frequency rate as your Soul and Higher Self/Selves. Achieving that automatically means physical, integrated, unified, internally focused incarnate you will start Knowing more about most things, people, events etc. than you were capable of previously.

Everyone is HAVING to make this dramatic and difficult evolutionary change, along with all the other mega consciousness and reality changes. And they’ll unfold much faster in 2022 forward than ever before. Why? Because the NEW Divine Mother Feminine template is in place, humanity entered it in January 2022, and a handful of Volunteer first Embodiment Process individuals internally energetically reached ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans frequency personally in January and February 2022. You might need to re-read that sentence again or as many times as necessary to fully grasp the massive change we’ve all just made. We’ll see it and feel it incrementally unfold throughout all of 2022. This is just the start.

The small group of first Embodiment Process Volunteer individuals that reached personal internal energetic frequency with ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans, did so by 2-22-2022. On February 23, 2022, the invasion (I’m not going to talk about) began. Mind where you allow your focus to drift to now that we’re in the Divine Mother Feminine template. It’s more important than you may yet realize. Internal focus, or did you slide right back into external focus again? Do not feed the _______ (fill in the blank).

The further into the Embodiment Process you go, the more you Know the crystal-clear necessity of having to be an internally focused and Self-reliant (sovereign) individual instead of the old patriarchal externally focused parasitic individual.

• Living the Embodiment Process & occasionally desiring a Friend to communicate with — This is something I’ve been experiencing and struggling with myself for the past few years. The old me sometimes wants and believes it needs an external ascension friend to share the shit, the bliss, the amazements, the confusions, the exhaustion and the general frustrations with. At times the best of us wants a good, trusted, same level buddy to shoot the breeze with and not feel so alone in one’s personal ongoing Embodiment Process. However, we don’t always get what old lower us wants and believes it needs and for very good higher reasons.

Again, I’ve never wanted or needed to be around a lot of humans in this life, but I have experienced times over the past few years where a part of me would really enjoy being able to honestly talk with, even if just in emails, another person living the AP and the EP at similar levels and stages to what I personal am. This has gotten much more conscious for me, and I believe many of us since Phase 2 of the AP started in January 2020. Many of us are so anxious to finally reach that point where we’re on ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans and can stand around the NEW “watercooler at Work” and chitchat ascension and embodiment stuff with ascension friends and co-Workers. I believe we’re craving this now because we’re so very close to it. However, there’s more to this of course and it too won’t play out the way many of us have thought it might.

The point I want to make about this particular Embodiment Process un-scratchable itch is that most all of us have been, are, and most likely will a few more times, go through feeling alone and isolated, and since 2020, even from our fellow Volunteer First Everythinger co-Workers and friends. I’ve been feeling this and I want to share what I’ve learned about it so far.

In a nutshell this has to do with our personal Embodiment Process (EP). Many of us First Everythinger individuals are feeling the unpleasant sensations of our old non-unified, externally focused selves dealing with living the EP and CHANGEING OVER into NEW Triality-based, unified you/You/YOU NEW “Self” which is entirely internally focused. In some ways this, at times, reminds me of being six years old and going off to my very first day of school ever all by myself. That’s kind of where some of us are at now. Far more individuals are feeling this same sort of thing but at lower stairsteps of the Ascension Process (AP).

It frustrated me to occasionally feel the desire to talk with a trusted AP and EP someone briefly and then abruptly not. I have no doubts that I’ve confused a few online ascension co-Worker friends these past few years. Sorry about that but you too are or soon will be going through these same sensations as you adapts to You and YOU all being in the same room together constantly! Honestly, it’s one hell of a change and I’m not fully there yet but enough so to Know that some of the old habits linger for a bit while this incomprehensible, indescribable frequency alignment transformation takes place step by careful step.

In one moment I feel profoundly empowered, energetically ‘sovereign’, wise and rock-solid Triality golden. In another moment I feel the need for a trusted EP buddy to bitch, whine and complain to just to externalize some of this stuff to. However, the Embodiment Process isn’t about externalizing, but being fully and constantly capable embodying and living from Triality-based internal me/Me/ME state of NEW being and reality. In other words, I’ve been having “growing pains” again. Spiritual, energetic, godly evolving growing pains. Once each of us living this now reaches the point where we’re more comfortable with being totally internally focused, internally reliant, internally fed, LOVED, nurtured, entertained, at Home within ourselves individually, then I believe we’ll find it easier to interact with, communicate with like others when we Know it’s correct to do so, and without any old lower residual “need” on our parts. Like I said, growing pains — spiritual, energetic, consciousness, identity, human evolutionary growing pains.

I’ve been a long-time reader of your site HighHeartLife.

I’m 36 years old (turning 37 this month) and my AP and EP started December 2012 when my kundalini spontaneously exploded in my head. I had no prior knowledge of either kundalini or the AP/EP, and all the symptoms were severely debilitating and painful, and some of them scary. I found your site after a couple of years and could at least find solace in that I was not alone and not going crazy. I lived a normal life, had friends, boyfriend and a job. 

Fast forward to today and I haven’t been able to work or study for four years because of my symptoms (severe fatigue and severe brainfog are the two worst). I no longer have any friends (stopped asking them to hang out) and can’t spend time with my family any longer because no one feels right anymore. No one except my current boyfriend. They feel so far away, truly like they are on a different earth. I feel so god damn alone but at the same time have no interest in other people. My hobbies and interest have faded away also. It feels like this world has nothing to give me anymore. I feel no joy or happiness, I hardly have feelings at all. Is this what being neutral means? Because it is bland as fuck.

I hoped that things would start to improve at the turn of the year with the changeover but for me at least nothing has. Am I on New Earth?  If I am the experience is not better than Old Earth. It feels like my life has ended before it even got started. I am at the end of my rope, do you have anything hopeful to say?

One of my favorite lines in Carina’s letter is, “I feel so god damn alone but at the same time have no interest in other people.” I’ve felt this one too for a long time. Know Carina and everyone else reading this, that feeling this way at certain points within the Ascension Process, and much more so with the Embodiment Process, is perfectly normal for what we’re living and going through.

Another relatable line in Carina’s letter is, “It feels like this world has nothing to give me anymore.”  The reason for this Carina and everyone else also feeling this is because it doesn’t have anything to give you or me or any human anymore. That Earth world Expired fully in December 2012.

And another important line from Carina is, “I feel no joy or happiness…“.  Because my Sun is in Capricorn, for the longest time I thought this lack of “happiness” was just me. This Capricorn finds “happiness” and “joy” and “bliss” and “fun” etc. overrated in general but certainly so in a lifetime during this rare Ascension Process.

This is a photo my parents took of me at Disneyland at age 3 or 4. Horses and riding horses was my singular passion for a long time. Because I looked so serious and sad every time the carousel rotated past my parents, when the ride ended and everyone had to get off I begged them to let me ride it again which greatly surprised them both. They put me back on the ride again and I continued doing what I’d been doing when they took this photo, which was riding a real physical horse very fast and hard through the early 1800s British countryside in a 30-something year-old human male body. That guy knew you didn’t fool around on a horse while riding so hard, so I was riding just a seriously in my life and time as he was in his.

Point is that all of us incarnate on Earth now are NOT, I repeat NOT here now to “have fun” but to experience, to live, and to embody the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process. It’s an earned privilege to be incarnate on Earth at this time of the Universal Ascension Process. We’re not here to have fun, to party, to live in the old ways in the old lower levels with matching consciousness. We are not here now to “living happily ever after” or play and party our lives away. We’re here now to lift ourselves up in frequency, profoundly so, enough that we turn old lower Earth into ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans, which has recently been physically accomplished. We’ll have fun later, maybe around that “watercooler at Work” I mentioned above. For now however we’ve got Soul contracted evolutionary Work to finish throughout the rest of our current lives. It already has gotten much easier and it will continue to and much faster as well.

More Ancient Shackles Being Removed

But First…

During the month the Sun transited Aquarius—January 20 to February 18, 2021—I didn’t know if I was going to make it through that higher than ever before electrified Aquarian AIR month with body, old yesterday self, heart, CNS and psyche intact. I did not which was the whole energetic point. I did however come closer than I ever have before to closing up my online shop and disappearing.

There have been some parts of the Ascension Process that were personally really easy. There’ve been other times however that seemed like eternal pits of pain, suffering physically and emotionally, attacks, and depression. Aquarius 2021 was all that and so much more for me. I perceived, felt, lived through and with higher clarity and knowing perceived and felt more than I had expected during that month.

I’ve long remembered something I said to my sister way back in 1980 late one night seated around my kitchen table talking spiritual shoptalk. We’d been considering what the Age of Aquarius might be like. I said, “I wonder what it is that exists between the two Aquarian energy wave lines?”  Neither of us had a clue back then. I learned what it is, at this point that is, throughout the month of Aquarius 2021. What exists between the two Aquarian energy wave lines is the absolute necessity of personally mastering Neutrality in all ways with all things to surf those waves. Higher and higher highs, lower and lower lows, and in that seemingly empty space between the two Aquarian energy wave lines is the testing ground for reaching personal Neutrality mastery. 

                                   

In February 2020 my right shoulder started hurting, again, and that pain was with me all year. I knew then that something, or a small group of somethings in our physical and etheric bodies were being energetically worked on incrementally that entire year.

The ancient negative inorganic distortions placed in human bodies and all else must be removed for the NEW organic evolutionary codes and Light energies to be embodied and be the (only) operating system within humanity. Higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space and that most certainly includes human bodies.

It’s never been a situation of only more and higher NEW Light energies and codes coming in and being embodied, but also a process of incrementally more inorganic old implants and other such negative distortion devices being removed at the same time. This is often experienced by some people as much more painful periods of ascension aches, pains, pressures and such. Often that incredible inner cold side effect happens during periods when more old inorganic etheric implants are being removed and more NEW organic codes are being embodied. We often need to get under heavy blankets and quickly go to sleep during intense energetic changeout periods. And they’ve been almost constant since Phase 2 of the Ascension Process began in January 2020.

In February 2021, now with both shoulders and that entire front and back area of my body hurting, I clairvoyantly Saw something obscene. I’ve clairvoyantly Seen plenty of etheric obscenities in my lifetime but some of them still shock, horrify and repulse me then make me mightily angry when I first perceive them non-physically.

What I Saw in early February 2021, looked to me like some type of old Team Dark etheric harness. It had two vertical straps over my shoulders and one main horizontal strap across the upper front chest and the upper back area. This old pre-ascension negative etheric device was black in color and about 1.5 inches wide everywhere. It clearly resembled a harness — a negative etheric harness. The red straps in the photo are basically similar in placement and size to what I Saw but they were black and did not go below the physical heart area. There were no straps below the HighHeart level of this etheric human harness.

While viewing this negative etheric device I perceived its purpose and what it had done to humanity and why. Simply put it was an ancient Team Dark creation they intentionally etherically overlaid within humanity long ago to prevent them from naturally evolving. This heart area harness device hasn’t been the only negative inorganic distortion implanted in humanity long ago. There have been many.

This negative etheric harness was put in place to prevent humanity from naturally evolving, from naturally experiencing the activation of their HighHeart and HighHeart based consciousness, creativity and external physical reality. Like all these ancient negative devices, they were/are created by Team Dark to prevent humans from natural organic Source generated evolution. This particular heart area harness was to prevent the activation, embodiment and operation of the grand and very important evolutionary shift from the old lower frequency bottom three chakras up to the much higher frequency HighHeart Center as humanities NEW ascended focal point, in-body working station, primary consciousness seat and general distribution center if you will.

There were two additional black L-shaped extension straps to this heart harness device. They were vertical and rigid and went up to about ear level. They did not touch the head or ears but stopped at that height of the human body. They were top of the device demarcation lines was the impression I got.

I perceived this device was not only an etheric limitation, interference and prevention harness to the centered upper chest HighHeart energy Center, but was also connected into the NEW ascended throat and trinity brain glands energy centers. In other words, it was another of many attempts by ancient negatives to prevent humanity from organically evolving into, accessing and utilizing NEW ascending higher levels of being, consciousness, energies and abilities to Consciously Create NEW external world realities.

Here’s the good news about all that ancient negative crap. Nothing and no one can, have or will prevent organic Source created evolution. Nothing and no one. Period. That’s not to say some won’t continue trying however as is obvious in current Earth reality. However, all the evolutionary tools you need to override all old negative etheric implants, plus all other current external physical bullshit tactics and tales won’t work if, IF you remain in the higher evolutionary process and don’t allow yourself to get pulled off it into where “they” want you, your consciousness and energies to be now.

It all comes down to which is more important, more interesting, more valuable to you every minute of every day and night? Natural organic Source created evolution, or, the latest incorrect stories by both people that don’t know what’s truly going on because they cannot reach higher levels of awareness and perception currently, and/or those people that very much want you, your energies and consciousness NOT naturally evolving now? Just do it or just get suckered off, pulled off, hustled off the Ascension Process path. Choice is yours but know that other humans have always been there doing their best to prevent this current natural evolution and you staying focused long enough to get yourselves enough energetic lift to finally and fully fly free above the lower chaos, ignorance and deceptions.

Some of you have been experiencing yearlong or longer physical body pains, aches, pressures, stiffness and restrictions in one or both shoulders, the HighHeart area in the upper front chest, and also the upper back and spine. Some of these pains in this specific area have been due to this old negative etheric heart area harness (“program”) being energetically undone, dissolved, overwritten and removed since Phase 2 started. Some of the pains in this same area have also been caused by the ongoing embodiment of more and continually higher frequency NEW Light, energies, codes, HighHeart expansions and Embodiment and so on. Higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space which means the dismantling of old negative etheric implants continues in our bodies as does the embodying of steadily increasing higher and higher frequency Light energies. Both are and always have been happening to those of us that are currently capable of doing such energetic Work in and through our physical and energy bodies. Both, simultaneously, meaning some extra pains and pressures for those capable of doing this type of Work.

 Some of the symptoms and energetic side effects of both the overriding and removal of old negative etheric implants and other etheric AI devices, AND the ongoing embodiment of continual higher frequency NEW Light energies, is more HighHeart expansions which typically cause center of the upper chest pains, hard body-rattling heartbeats, thumbing, pounding, moving sensations in the HighHeart area. Mild pain in the upper lungs when breathing deeply sometimes. Pain and increased pressures in the spine and vertebra in the back around the entire HighHeart area — from the top of the diaphragm level all the way up to the lower neck area of your spine. Pains up into one or the other or both shoulders and surrounding areas. That sudden inner freezing cold I mentioned earlier that’s been lasting longer and longer the deeper into these evolutionary shift changeouts we go. Remember during Phase 1 how the inner freezing cold only lasted for minutes? Now it can last for hours. Nightmares, astral hijackings, negative con jobs on shady astral lucid dream corners and such. Daytime wide awake bombshell disclosures in the form of you suddenly and MUCH more clearly knowing more from higher levels of perception about all sorts of personal, human collective, galactic and cosmic things.

As we travel deeper into the Age of Aquarius and Higher Awareness (Aquarius, Uranus, AIR), and Conscious Creativity (Leo, Sun, FIRE), the more important it becomes for each of us to master personal Neutrality about everything. This is about see it, See it, feel it, know it, know it with higher and higher, clearer and clearer Higher Awareness and NOT come unglued in any way because of any of it. The highs will only get higher and the lows only lower for the time being which means to survive in ascended Aquarian / Leo energies we’ve got to master Neutrality individually as we ascend to surf bigger and more complex energy waves and feel more and more. As more of the old negative harnesses are removed and replaced with Divine NEW, we’re naturally and automatically going to be suddenly and unexpectedly (Uranus) experiencing greater personal disclosures about our individual selves, our individual lives, about other people including family, about humanity in general, about Team Dark, Team Light and all, ALL else. And that my friends is easier when you’ve got some stabilizing Neutrality under your feet and in your HighHeart and around you and your personal reality.  [Comments remain closed.]

So Many in Ascension Community Still Perceiving Everything With Duality Consciousness

Like myself some of you have been aware during these ascension years that many people who present themselves online and/or physically as ascension teachers, writers, channels etc., plus large numbers of people within the ascension and conspiracy communities have been hijacked and aren’t even aware of it. Not only have they been hijacked but the majority of them still have only Duality consciousness they’re perceiving reality, politics, the ascension, COVID-19 and everything else with. That means they’re still focused externally for solutions, fixes, answers, saviors and leaders be that a president, an old patriarchal Duality reality two-party political party, a patriarchal Duality consciousness conspiracy group(s), a religious leader/leaders, and they’re doing this with old Duality consciousness still.

What’s been playing out politically in this country—very visibly and for important reasons worldwide—and what’s been playing out globally and in all areas of old patriarchal Earth life and reality are the same things that have been happening to everyone in the ascension and conspiracy communities. The ascension teachers, writers, lecturers, the videos they make of themselves, and people who channel are at the top of that list because they influence large numbers of readers globally with a click of their computer mouse. As great as personal computers and the internet are, like everything else they’ve been used negatively to intentionally hijack humans and human consciousness away from the natural evolutionary Ascension Process, NEW higher Triality frequencies and consciousness, and NEW Earth.

Some want you to remain in old lower frequency Duality consciousness fighting, rebelling, being and feeling victimized and disempowered, protesting, paying for everything while getting nothing, hating, attacking, projecting on to the dualized other person/people/group/groups because if you are focused on those things, you are not evolving beyond them. You are still in lower frequency Duality consciousness and, amazingly to me, many in the ascension community are convinced that is the ascension! It is not, it’s the end of Duality and patriarchy reality on Earth. It’s also some people’s negative ego and lack of discernment and higher awareness being hijacked by itself and/or by someone or something else and derailed and duped for all sorts of personal reasons into loitering in old lower frequency Duality consciousness and reality.

It’s sad, frustrating and hard to witness anyone including some well-known online ascension teachers, writers, lecturers, channelers be so easily hijacked in their personal Ascension Process either by some parasitic human Portal Person and/or some nonphysical, nonhuman negative alien or entity. However, this has been the case since the Ascension Process started.

The best protection from negative ascension hijackings is to honestly know what negative energy feels like. When you’re honestly familiar with that, you instantly sense IT in any physical portal person and/or any etheric alien, being, entity and instantly take whatever actions are necessary in that moment. To protect yourself from negativity during the ascension, you need to honestly know what that energy feels like and unfortunately most people don’t which is why so many have been hijacked, even by their own negative egos.

Because we’ve just completed the 2020 November and December holidays, many of you who dealt with family members, in-laws, friends and neighbors during them have fresh experiences (wounds, damage, frustrations, guilt, plus some big helpful insights) with portal people trying to hijack you and/or energetically emotionally parasite, control, guilt, create self-doubt and derail you in any way they still can.

If you’ve been strong, aware, discerning and brutally honest with yourself in every way you can imagine all these ascension years, then you’ve foiled countless physical human Portal People and etheric Team Dark attempts to hijack you and worse. Congratulations are in order as that is no easy task. Not only that, but you’ve learned a lot about yourself, consciousness, duality and duality consciousness, nonhuman Team Dark and human Portal People and negative ego and how all that has and continues working on, in and through those who’ve been hijacked and/or are still only using lower frequency Duality consciousness.

This next bit I’ve known about for the past few years, but it was confirmed a few days ago when I watched only two minutes of someone’s latest video. This so-called ascension teacher/writer/lecturer was hijacked a few years ago which is clearly visible in her eyes, lack of Light generally and in her eyes, her actions, words and by who is controlling her and her ascension teachings. Pay attention, feel, look, listen, discern as it’s all right there out in the open now, and in many cases, videotaping themselves! Learn and recognize what’s happened to her, to him, to them and that none of them are aware of any of it. Recognize these things but keep moving forward. Some people are roadkill, some are temporary roadkill, some will recover, some won’t. They are not your responsibility, you are. Keep doing what you came here to do Embodier and Pathpaver and know it will make things easier for those who still are looking at the ascension with only Duality consciousness at this point.

The January 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order was no joke — it was an unconditional mandate, a divine decree from On High that was for all of us incarnate on Earth now. Slow moving Shift. Slow moving Separation of Worlds is what’s been unfolding rapidly all of 2020, and for years before it, but much of humanity eventually got the Divine message in one form or another that (not that they knew that’s what it was) things had been instantly and permanently changed across Earth in January 2020. Because of that we all had to Cease & Desist most everything we’d been doing. That was a profound blessing and giant assist actually which some people have been slowly discovering throughout 2020. Many have not however. Most needed a few months to personally Cease & Desist what they’d been doing for so long, many resisting for a good while at that. As I’ve said many times over these ascension years, you can intellectually know something but living it as a manifest physical reality is a whole different story. Many ascension teachers, writers, channelers have taught and written about this, some for years, and yet when it suddenly became a manifest reality physically many of them resisted it for a variety of personal reasons.

I wrote a few articles in 2020 that dealt with some of these hard and unpleasant truths, and I did so because it needed, needs to be understood. Just because we’re all incarnate on Earth now during this very rare universal Ascension Process does not mean everyone makes it to the highest level or highest NEW Earth together or at the same time. There are many ascension teachers/writers/channelers and other people that have been pulled off, lured off, hustled off, romanced off, ‘Smash & Grabbed’ off the ascending path they were on for different personal reasons. Whatever personal weakness and blind spots you and I have are taken advantage of and used to derail you, me, each of us from our personal Ascension Process. That plus you cannot take those weaknesses and blind spots with you into the NEW codes and Light and NEW Earth.

You know why people and many ascension teachers/writers/channelers get derailed like this? Because they don’t live what they teach, write, preach or channel. You have to embody it yourself and even after that we’re all repeatedly tested at every higher energetic stairstep to see if each of us is capable of maintaining the latest higher frequencies we’ve embodied and not be derailed, tricked or manipulated by anyone or anything from what you’ve embodied energetically to date. If you cannot maintain the higher frequencies while under duress or while someone or something attempts to redirect you to where they want you to be and say or write to your readers what they want you to say and write, then you’ve been hijacked and won’t go higher until you solve your derailment hijack problems. In other words, you’ve “fallen” ascension teacher, writer or channeler because you couldn’t hold the latest embodied higher frequencies while dealing with whatever and whoever it was or still is that’s doing their best to bring you down vibrationally, or stop your personal ongoing Ascension Process, and/or use you and your writings or videos etc. to misinform people. And there’s been a lot of misinformation about the ascension since it started.

The Much More Intense Energies of Phase 2

Since the start of December 2020 the latest incoming Light energies have and continue to be vastly more intense than the month, months and year, years before. The ascension energy stairsteps go up, not down, so expect the energetic and physical side effects of that to continually increase and also change into more new and NEW and slightly different symptoms and abilities. This is our current lives and this compressed evolution won’t end in our lifetimes so except constant change for the NEW, higher and better.

There are moments, sometimes longer as in hours or days when the latest incoming NEW higher Light energies, solar transmissions, deeper Photon Light, NEW codes and Triality consciousness and reality get very, very intense and cause momentary concern over the pressures and pains and if your physical body can embody them. December 2020 into January 2021 has been that constantly.

Sometimes when the embodying of these much higher Phase 2 frequency energies briefly overwhelms me, it causes me to momentarily weep or moan aloud, but I always willingly surrender to yet another higher level of transformation and personal Embodiment. Sometimes this just hurts physically. Sometimes it’s more emotional, and sometimes it’s a profoundly spiritual moment of me embodying more of ME which sometimes feels like it could kill my physical body because, well, how do you fit a bit more of the Divine into your physical body, self and life? You sit or lay there and let IT happen a bit more. Then you do it some more a few hours later or the next day and the day after that and so on and so on and so on. Spiritual energetic “layering” like putting on more layers of clothes!

I’m sharing this because I want you to know that embodying these 2020 and now 2021 higher still energies is not always a blissed-out affair. It can and sometimes is, but typically it’s a combination of both OMG! and I AM!  because we’re going HOME by becoming HOME by embodying more and more and more of our Higher Self/Soul into our living physical selves and bodies. OMG physical you meet divine higher YOU. This embodying and Embodying produces a NEW and different physical you/You/YOU, obviously. There’s no harm or shame or weakness in being occasionally overwhelmed by this Process. What you, me, we have been doing all along is cosmically breathtaking, and the Process entered Phase 2 one year ago this month, which means we’re doing even higher frequency, vaster and more complex cosmically breathtaking embodying now hourly since December 2020.

Some of the continued distortions being written and said by certain ascension teachers and ascension community people now is that we need to gather together in groups to accomplish and create higher level energetic things, realities, NEW Earth etc. I strongly disagree that this is now “needed” for embodiers and Embodiers to Consciously Create anything. We’re not in those old lower levels and states of being and consciousness anymore. What is needed now is that you gather together in a group that contains you and You and YOU to make your own personal, individual unified Triality based NEW Light human Self.

The NEW “groups” are you, You and YOU aligned, integrated, embodied and unified within and through the physical incarnate you and your body. When there’s more individuals who’ve done that in themselves, well, now we’ve got a NEW group of individuals that are whole within themselves, are energetically sovereign and empowered and don’t need anyone else to complete the package or gather together in groups to amplify the overall energy and quicken the manifestation of anything. What’s required is individuals becoming “groups” within themselves first by embodying the NEW energies, DNA and codes etc. It is internal, not external. It is individual, not a church service or spiritual gathering with other people. It is required that you get your own inner “group” embodied and unified within yourself FIRST. Once that is done the rest is cake… is NEW Conscious Creator cake. 😉

In as polite and gentle a way as I could, I just tried to show you how the distortions are serious hijack derailment attempts by some so-called teachers, writers, and channels in the ascension community. There are no shortcuts with the Ascension Process. There is Do-It-Yourself, embody the ongoing higher and higher still NEW Light energies, DNA and codes while continuing to walk your way through the maze of sundry lower frequency lies, cons, distortions, BS and general lack of Higher Awareness of others. You are on your own in all this however you’ve got You and YOU at your disposal which means you’re golden!

We dropped a lot of Light and our individual You and YOU aspects to get the greatly reduced you aspect incarnate into physical reality now to live and embody the ascension on physical Earth. This is the return HOME part of that whole trip. This is when we embody and Embody the You and YOU aspects of our Higher Selves and Soul in our physical body, self and consciousness. Instead of dropping and setting aside our other “layers” to incarnate in density, we’re now embodying them to become the HOME we want to return to. It’s called you/You/YOU of NEW Earth and we’re well on our ways. But you need to become your own “group” first, which is what many have been doing and we’ll continue doing it throughout 2021 at these much higher levels with these much higher frequency Light energies and NEW Triality codes. And yes it will at times still cause some physical and emotional pains, pressures and possible momentary doubts but you’ve been doing this long enough now to be familiar with the embodying steps. You’ve discovered, many times, that you repeatedly survive the continued onslaughts of embodying a bit more and a bit more at higher and higher still levels and frequencies. It’s time to stop second guessing yourself over this Embodiment Process and own it and be conscious of every time you embody a bit more.

Ignore the misinformation, distortions and negative egos of others that are not living what you are now. Ignore the 2021 continued chaos and BS because it’s going to take some more time to clear the old patriarchal swamp and swamp people. The NEW is here which is why the swamp is a frothing, rolling mess of Duality insanity at its very end of life. Know that the NEW is behind it all pushing it up and out of existence so the HOME we’ve been Working on embodying can begin manifesting physically. Do not get distracted by the lowly stuff, people and their consciousness. Maintain the NEW in yourself, your HighHeart and body and keep doing what you’ve been doing because it’s working perfectly. Thank you for your continued Service to the highest Light and the altogether NEW.

Put Your Stretchy Pants On & Embody More

I know it’s been extra rough emotionally, psychologically and painful physically throughout October and November 2020 because we continue to embody more and more of the NEW higher energy codes coming in. Coupled with that has been a nearly constant state of having personal life memories suddenly pop up into our consciousness for the last time I believe. Phase 2 of the Ascension Process has made a lot of things obvious this year, one of them is this continual personal last review look and emotional feel over many of our life experiences, relationships, memories and such. I’ve been doing this for the past 29 years so I was slightly surprised when it started up again in 2020 and has continued all year.

You know how you go through your physical stuff, your personal belongings before you’re going to move to another house or apartment? You do your best to reduce the packing work and entire moving load by going through your physical belongings before you start packing the things you intend keeping. Well, we’ve been doing this same thing all of 2020 physically, emotionally and mentally. We’ve had to go through our life stuff to have one last look and feel over it all before we release it all to move into the NEW minus our old stuff, memories, attachments, belongings, relationships, focus and so on. All of humanity has had to do this repeatedly all year in their different personal ways. For some it’s been more about releasing remaining life memories and attachments that were emotional. For a lot of other people it’s been physical in that they’ve had loved ones suddenly die which forced them into this process and radical life change shift. In our own ways, we’ve all been living this this year because it’s a big and important aspect of the current Separation of Worlds and Shift.

Awhile ago I wrote about how the First Wave of regular humans would start the Ascension Process when Phase 2 began in 2020. Some of you have one of those people in your lives. They may be a family member, a friend, a neighbor and you’ve been hearing about how much pain they’ve been experiencing this year. They go to doctors and/or the ER because of severe physical pains they’re suddenly having and as is usually the case, nothing is found “wrong” with them by unaware medical professionals. Welcome to the compressed evolutionary Ascension Process newbie humans. You want to know what’s going on in your body, head, heart and being? Go to and question those who’ve been living and embodying (lower case “e”) and/or Embodying (capital “E”) it themselves for decades to get the truth about this incredible process.

It’s not easy witnessing anyone suffer, be they seasoned Ascension Process Volunteers Embodying first, or unaware regular people, or unaware regular people who’ve just started embodying some of the NEW energies, Light, codes, DNA into their physical bodies, hearts and consciousness in Phase 2. It’s not easy witnessing others suffering while personally living greater embodiment and Embodiment in 2020 yourself. It’s not easy witnessing anyone suffer from Phase 2, directly or indirectly suffering from COVID-19, suffering from the death of a loved one(s) from this pandemic, suffering abrupt 2020 financial loses and the security jobs and paychecks gave people. It’s not easy for any of us to witness, feel, empathically feel and minute-by-minute live and journey through this ascension caused deconstruction of old familiar patriarchal physical reality, as corrupt and deadened as it is. It has not been easy for those Volunteers who’ve been living the Embodiment Process (capital “E”) for many years already but in 2020, at these much higher, faster and direct Phase 2 levels. None of this has been easy for any of us no matter which ascension stair-step we’re each currently functioning on. All year there’s been tremendous NEW higher still Light energies and more NEW codes coming in and being embodied at the same time as tremendous amounts of old lower patriarchal negativity have been constantly revealed and permanently removed. That is a lot for all of us to go through constantly all year. Don’t feel bad for occasionally feeling bad, sad, depressed, overwhelmed, beatdown and/or freed because of all this.

I hope the January 1, 2020 global Divine Cease & Desist Order is making more sense now that we’re near the end of this very difficult year. All of humanity, including every Volunteer, needed to be abruptly yanked out of their personal familiar daily patriarchal lives and reality because everything had entered Phase 2 of the Ascension Process and the old lower would be rapidly dismantled and permanently removed this year. It’s all looked, sounded, felt and seemed like 2020 has been about the global pandemic and all the things, actions, supplies and systems that were everyone’s old normal daily patriarchy based reality. That’s what it’s looked and felt like but it is so much more than that. We all HAD to be put in a timeout space of greater isolation from other people, and our own habitual daily actions, while this bottom of the patriarchy barrel reality has been ripped apart and revealed globally in the Light as what it has been — entirely corrupt and anti-human.

There are so many things to say about where we’re at right now, however, the main thing I want to impart is that the “Shift”, the “Event”, the “Separation” etc. is and has been happening every minute of every day and night all year. There are so many people that still believe that things will go from one state to another state in some spectacular Hollywood-like movie special effect. It will not. I’d like it to because, like everyone else, I enjoy a good show too, however I know that what many are waiting for and expecting and believing to look one way has, is and continues to happen right here, right now every minute of every day and night in ways they’re not even aware of.

We’re here, now we’re here, now we’re here, and now we’re here…

Said another way, the “Shift”, the “Event”, the “Separation” etc. has been and continues to be an ongoing process of those who are Embodying and everyone that’s embodying more of the NEW higher Light energies and codes while simultaneously continuing to release our personal pasts in all ways and the collective old lower past in all this chaos, constant change, greater dismantling and deconstructing, shocking delusions and escalating self-delusion in more people, patriarchal death-grip greed, and ascending and descending people.

Eventually we’ll become aware that while we were doing the we’re here now, now we’re here, now we’re here… stair-step Ascension Process we’ll realize that WE ARE HERE NOW! if you get what I’m saying. 😉 No special effects other than the old lower negativity, crap, BS, corruption etc. doesn’t exist in our HERE NOW space of ascended NEW Earth and NEW Humans.

And, this astonishing Ascension Process and Shift etc. has been going on outside of us and our physical bodies AND within ourselves and our physical bodies. The more we embody, and the more we Embody, the more the “Event”, the “Shift”, “Separation” happens right here, right now in, through and all around each of us. You and The Way are one and the same thing. ❤

  • I began Seeing the Crystalline Triality iridescent pastel and darker gemstone colored triangle shaped codes Δ in December 2018.
  • I began Seeing the Radiant Diamond codes in December 2019. These look like millions of beautiful faceted diamonds up very close and connected.
  • I began Seeing brilliant white-Light flat diamond shaped codes ◊ in November 2020.
  • I began perceiving brilliant white-Light circle shaped codes o in November 2020.
  • I expect to See more NEW energy Light codes which are typically geometric templates for ascending humanity in December 2020.

For those of you Embodying (capital “E”), this final ‘Phoenix’ phase of it has been wonderful, hard at times, deeply isolating in both wonderful and less than pleasant ways at times too, physically painful and profoundly freeing at the same time. Everything I just said about this is colossally inadequate.

When we Volunteered to leave our HOME, whatever lofty place that was for each of us then, and incarnate on physical Earth to help with the Ascension Process, we had to drop a lot of the Light we had in us to be able to incarnate into physical human bodies on very dark physical Earth. I repeat, we needed to drop a lot of our personal Light and all that naturally went with it at those higher HOME levels, dimensions and states of being just to be able to cram our huge Light selves into little dense physical human bodies and incarnate on what was a negative Earth world.

Throughout the Ascension Process we Volunteers have been incrementally embodying more and more of our own Light that we deliberately left behind at our HOMES because we couldn’t carry all of it within us into such profound density, negativity and darkness that was Earth. In other words, we’ve been embodying more and more of our own Light into our current incarnate physical bodies and consciousness all these ascension years. Just that alone is a really big deal and reason to keep the stretchy pants on! 😉

And as if that weren’t enough, many of the Volunteers have also been living the Embodiment Process throughout the Ascension Process. The Embodiment Process is those Volunteers that want to do this too, embodying more and higher Light into their incarnate physical human bodies so eventually they and their physical bodies are within the same frequency range as their Higher Self/Selves, Soul and highest HOME frequencies are. They’re doing this so that the incarnate self, consciousness and physical body is capable of direct constant contact, communications and interactions with their own higher non-physical selves, Soul, Divine aspects etc. This is the real ‘we are all One’ thing — individual integration, unity and sovereignty with all aspects of yourself existing in different levels, layers, dimensions and realms etc.

The more of your own Light you embody into your physical body, and, the more higher ascension Light and NEW codes you embody into your physical body the more you vibrate at higher HOME frequency levels in your current physical body on ascending Earth that’s becoming NEW Earth. What was separated and left here and there has been being Embodied by those Volunteers that want to live this process now too. Eventually we embody enough—increase our Light quotient within our physical bodies—that we become fully Embodied, meaning we exist in and vibrate at the same frequency range in our physical bodies and selves as we are and do in our Soul and Higher Self/Selves. When this reaches that point where the fully direct and constant conscious connections are finally made between higher and lower selves, we become Embodied or Christed Crystalline frequency in the physical in our physical bodies. We are here and we are HOME at the same time because we are HOME. Some of the Volunteers that are the first to Embody are going through these final stages of this Embodiment Process now. Building To The Breaking Point

I mentioned last month that I’d had a vision of two large spheres, Earths, from a position out in space. One sphere was a much higher frequency, was positioned on top and was rapidly spinning counterclockwise, with the Milk Way galaxy . The second sphere was a lower frequency, was positioned below and not in perfect alignment with the higher sphere and was rapidly spinning clockwise. They were not physically touching each other but were still extremely close together. They were slightly different colors and didn’t have any of the usual recognizable landmasses and oceans visible but I knew they both were Earth worlds. They were two slightly different colored large spheres spinning faster and faster in opposite directions very close to each other. The tremendous energetic and physical irritation, pressure, discomfort and anxiety that both Earth spheres spinning increasingly faster in opposite directions is causing each other is at this point pretty much unbearable. It was easy to see and feel that a breaking point, a Separation breaking point is at long-last close at hand.

The higher positioned, counterclockwise spinning sphere is ascending Earth. The lower positioned, clockwise spinning sphere is descending Earth. If you are a strong frequency match with or even just barely within frequency range of ascending Earth, descending Earth is absolutely not your concern, responsibility, your job to fix, save, rescue, redirect or rehabilitate. It does not concern you whatsoever so don’t waste your precious energy, consciousness and time focusing on it and the people that are a frequency match with it. Do adults with important jobs to do, responsibilities and different lives fixate on the children in second grade elementary school? Of course not so don’t you do it. Those individuals are not ready to ascend now so understandingly and with higher frequency LOVE and emotional and energetic neutrality give them the freedom, time and other location(s) they still need to learn whatever each of them needs.

Most of you feel it, some acutely, some not much at all but most do feel it. What is it? It is the rapidly approaching final physical level  mandatory, essential, absolutely necessary complete separation from the old dying patriarchal Earth world and reality. It is the full and complete physical level Separation of Worlds & Timelines between the ascending Earth and descending Earth.

Every time the Volunteers embody more higher cosmic energies and codes, higher frequency plasma Light and solar transmissions etc., the greater this increasingly unbearable frequency and consciousness extremes between the old lower and the NEW higher becomes, and in 2020, we’ve reached the near breaking separation point finally. Like I needed to tell you that nine months deep into unbelievable 2020! September, nine months and it’s very close now for the manifestation of NEW Earth permanently free from and of all old patriarchal everything. (Forgive me for that very linear sentence as this is and always has been much more than only linear.) That’s why the last quarter—September through December—of every Ascension Process year, and certainly epic 2020, is always so important, powerful, intense and unfolds extremely fast.

Most of you are aware of the back-to-back astrological transits, some so rare because they take hundreds of years to cycle through, that have happened, that currently are, and that will happen throughout the last months of 2020. I wrote most of them out in an earlier article if it helps you to see them listed. Every one of them, including all the astrological transits prior, plus every higher Light energy and level we’ve reached up to this minute have all been Ascension Process energy stair-steps, ALL of them including every time a Volunteer embodied/embodies some more higher Light and NEW codes into their physical bodies have gone towards what’s coming. It is not any one single astrological transit that’s going to be the one and only event that causes the Separation shift. It’s NOT any one single cosmic, galactic, solar, human, Master, Volunteer, ET, Angelic or any other such unaware nonsense that’s going to be the one and only thing that causes the Separation shift. It is ALL of it and more.

The coming incredibly rare December sign changes of Jupiter and Saturn into Aquarius only days apart and then conjuncting each other at 0° Aquarius on the December 21, 2020 Solstice is also not the one and only end-all event that’s going to cause the physical level Separation of Worlds or anything else. It’s ALL of this and more.

Only two days later on December 23, 2020 the last Mars (and Eris) in Aries square Pluto in Capricorn happens at 23° Aries  23° Capricorn which means the final Separation is entirely in-play physically. It is NOT any one single event, astrological transit, solar transmission, NEW cosmic code, or Volunteers embodying more and Embodying more, but ALL of them and more that’s causing the physical level Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Pull back, pull way back and open your heart and awareness to the much larger and more complex situations, happenings and multidimensional participants at evolutionary Work here.

Back to the vision of two large Earth spheres very close to each other spinning increasingly faster in opposite directions.

The colossal escalating energetic tensions and pressures I felt viewing this was disturbing and uncomfortable and surprisingly reminded me of something I experienced around 2003. I talked about this in A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution (2010) but will repeat it here because of this particular vision of the two Earth spheres.

Without going into all the gory details, I came under intentional demonic attack from 2000 through 2004—and before and after but those are different stories—at my mother’s house. My physical level First Everythinger Ascension Process began the first of February 1999, and by April 2000, two Portal People brothers were deliberately maneuvered into physical place to rent the house next door to mom’s house where she and I lived at that time. These two brothers had one demon attached to one brother in particular but it controlled them both and all of their actions including all their same low frequency friends, family members and dogs. No big mystery with this — my Volunteer First Wave Ascension Process began on the physical level and Team Dark took prompt physical and etheric actions to counter that meaning horrendous continuous demonic attacks ensued.

Long unpleasant story short (read the book if interested in the Team Dark gore, tactics, attacks, use and manipulation of Portal People and animals), after years of constant demonic attack both directly from it and indirectly through its human Portal People puppets, I was able to etherically protect myself, mom and the house and property, for the most part. But it’s what happened both physically and etherically when I finally put in place energetic etheric protections that’s the point of my bringing up this related old Duality reality unpleasantness.

Once I finally realized what had actually been going on with this 2000 through 2004 situation and that a demon was in fact involved, and when physically needed working through its physical Portal Person and People, I etherically energetically constructed as potent Light protections as I was capable of at that time and condition I was in and the repercussions to my actions were immediate, obvious and dramatic.  Within only hours of my putting up etheric Light protections around the house and property the demon discovered I’d done this and intentionally revealed itself to me clairvoyantly and then all hell broke lose energetically.

After constructing the Light protections etherically for only two nights and one day, and the demon discovering I’d done this, shortly after I’d gone to bed I was suddenly awakened by the very loud sounds of what sounded like rapid gunshots going off directly above our house and property and the nearby surrounding area. It sounded completely physical and I believed it was at that time and laid frozen in bed in the dark, scared that bullets might come flying through our house at any moment. I laid there listening to these extremely loud physical sounds that I thought were gunshots directly over our house and the large trees that lined the street. Every dog in the neighborhood started barking, howling and crying but there wasn’t any humans outside, any cars running, and no police or ambulance sirens came. Only the very loud sounds of multiple cracking gunshots overhead and every dog in the area howling and barking. There was nothing else because it was not physical gunshots, it was etheric energetic repercussions caused from the separation of the demon from me and our house and property.

When an etheric energetic break and separation happens between lower and higher, between higher and lower energies, frequencies, beings, spaces and worlds there is, or typically has been, extremely loud and very strong etheric and physical level breakage separation repercussions that are clearly heard and felt by those that are sensitive and aware enough to perceive them. Those people that are not sensitive and aware enough don’t hear, feel, sense or perceive anything. For them nothing happened but to the others that are aware it sounds and feels like heaven and earth just got rattled and shaken to its very core!

What I’m getting with all this is that old ‘As above so below’ universal law business. As above so below. As without so within. What happens collectively is what happens individually, vice versa and so on. Think about the etheric and physical levels being rattled and shaken very loudly and obviously because the energetic connections on the physical and etheric levels between that demon and me and our house and property in 2003 were finally broken by me. There were powerful repercussions because of that separation break on the physical and etheric levels and the demon and I both knew it.

Now think of the August 2020 vision I had of the two Earth spheres spinning faster and faster in opposite directions so close to each other. Think of and feel the unbearable building 2020 friction, pressures, tensions, anxiety, inorganic hostility and greed, the Divine organic evolutionary need for complete physical and etheric freedom from the old lower descending Earth sphere and people that still want or need it. Think of what’s probably going to happen when these two Earth spheres reach that energetic point where they finally break apart and separate fully from each other and go their own ways, free of the other. Think of the potential etheric and physical level repercussions of that separation, of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Think of my demon experience and hearing what sounded like really loud gunshots overhead up in the air all around me when that etheric energetic disconnection and separation finally happened. Now think of that but on a planetary scale.

What I’m suggesting is that most of us who are aware and sensitive to these sorts of ascension related energetic changes—the Volunteers—may, may hear, see, or See, feel, sense or in some way or ways perceive any number of completely NEW to us repercussions caused by the actual final and full physical level separation from what has been the old patriarchal Earth world and reality. If this happens when a Team Dark demon and/or alien or any other such being gets energetically evicted and removed from your or my energy field and personal life and reality it goes that the same just may hold true when planet Earth makes her final disconnect and separation from the lower old patriarchal Earth world.

I did NOT share these things, this latest vision, the potential upcoming repercussion happenings, my personal demon and Portal People experiences to scare anyone or make anyone feel unsafe or vulnerable. I shared them all to aid you if, if there are any type of etheric and physical level repercussions from our upcoming separation from the old lower Earth world and its lingering negative energies and consciousness etc. etc. I am NOT saying that this is absolutely going to happen some time soon. I am saying that it’s a strong possibility that we’re going to experience some form and level of energetic and physical level repercussions when the Separation of Worlds last break finally happens physically.

Here’s the good news about this. We’ve been going through this in those incremental energetic stair-steps continuously anyway since the Ascension Process started in the physical level. We’ve been going through this personally and internally and we’ve been going through it collectively and externally since the Ascension Process started physically. The only difference to all this is that we’re now really close to that final actual, physical breaking point, which I prefer to call freedom from what has been to go our own ways into what’s becoming which is NEW Earth with its NEW inhabitants.

Let me add here in case anyone has gone weak in the knees over this information that I’ve been aware of so many new to me higher dimensional and galactic and cosmic ascension participants since January 2020. It’s like they couldn’t come in so to speak until we’d reached Phase 2 levels and had embodied the 2018 Crystalline triangle Trinity codes, then the 2019 Radiant Diamond codes. The moment we’d embodied them and entered Phase 2 in January 2020, all sorts of additional ascension assistants from higher levels and Light realms and other systems have been very close by and intently Working in so many different ways to help we Volunteers do our jobs, plus ready us and ready Earth for this coming final phase of separating from the old lower patriarchal world. This also makes me think that there just might be some type of energetic etheric and physical level repercussions when this final separation happens. No fear everyone, just more Light info about some potential side effects on a planetary and galactic (and more???) scale that may be close at hand.

There’s plenty more to talk about but I want to keep this article focused on these possible upcoming planetary and larger side effects from the final separation. One other thing that’s very much related to this is what I’ve been calling the 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order. As the months of 2020 have unfolded we’ve all been HAVING to make adjustment after adjustment after adjustment and I’m not talking about the pandemic but about it and everything else too.

The Cease & Desist Order at first seemed and felt really big, global and mostly due to the pandemic but over time it’s proved itself to be so much more than that. It’s a Divine Order to stop doing anything and everything that’s related to, connected to, attached to the old lower Earth world we all were born into. When looked at, felt and considered from that level and scope, the Cease & Desist Order suddenly reveals itself to be a huge LOVING safeguard and heads-up notification for all of humanity to get ourselves where we each want and/or need to be because the last phase of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines is very close now. The Cease & Desist Order is not a great pain in the ass restriction as it may have felt to most at the start of 2020, but a Divine notice that things are now close to changing permanently physically and because of this every human alive needs to be super aware of their thoughts, emotions, focus, desires, beliefs etc. And for the Volunteers this is vastly more potent, needed and must be conscious from the HighHeart, not the old lower self or ego etc. every minute of every day and night. For the Volunteers the Cease & Desist Order is a constant reminder that we are no longer what we were and that there’s no going back for us without big and immediate less than pleasant consequences. This will only get much more so the closer the Separation gets and the more we embody and certainly the more we Embody. We are not what we used to be and trying to deviate from that will make it instantly known to you, to me, to each of us that we’ve strayed out of our energy lane and that there are instant consequences to our doing that.

2020 Eclipses: Points Where More People, Realities & Timelines Abruptly Leave

Typically eclipses are energy points where some people and things suddenly exit. They quickly die, leave and abruptly disappear from the world reality they were previously a part of. This has always been a common aspect of Solar and Lunar eclipses and not something specific to the current Universal Ascension Process.

However, the present Ascension Process utilizes Solar and Lunar eclipses just as it uses Equinoxes, Solstices, astrological transits and rare aspects between certain planets and energetic angles to evolve things more quickly. With Solar and Lunar eclipses, when the Lights go out for a few minutes, some people and other things quickly exit the world stage during that brief darkness. When the lights go out briefly due to eclipses during the Ascension Process, much of what needs to go quickly does so, and in Phase 2 2020 this is incredibly amplified to the point where entire old Earth world realities and timelines just were and will continue to be abruptly removed. Such was the case yesterday, June 5, 2020, during the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse at 15° Sagittarius 34′.

[That Lunar Eclipse was not conjunct the Milky Way Galactic Center as some have claimed. As of June 1, 2020 the GC is 27° Sagittarius 08.1′. Because it’s the GC we’re talking about here, a much tighter conjunction orb of only 1° on either side of 27° is used by most astrologers.]

Eclipses during the Ascension Process have been times when a lot is both removed and installed simultaneously. Out with more of the old and in with more of the NEW higher. Eclipses are comparable to when the magnetic field is reduced which allows the old codes, templates and residual old lower frequency energies that went with it to be permanently removed on very large scales and replaced with more NEW higher codes, templates and energies and so forth. Magnetic fluctuations in Earth and humans allow this as do all Eclipses which makes them both important and potent within the ongoing evolutionary process.

All day and night yesterday, June 5, 2020, felt even more strange than Phase 2 in 2020 has already been and that’s saying a lot! To me the whole day and night felt and visually looked like a tremendous amount of old lower Earth world realities, timelines, agendas, consciousness and people were permanently exited, permanently removed from this and all other old lower frequency Earth realities. To perceive this all day and night yesterday was amazing, rare and a great personal gift. And as is always the case with the Ascension Process, there was more going on at the same time and that was another big Phase 2 increase with the Embodiment Process in most of the Embodiers.

It’s nearly impossible to accurately describe what Embodying a bit more looks and feels like. I’ve tried and failed in my opinion every time I have. It’s nothing like what I, and I suspect most everyone else whose living the Embodiment Process now too, expected. It’s far more natural and normal with next to no special effects, high drama, flashy light-shows or other such highfalutin phenomena. Me and ME just get a bit closer aligned from my physical, incarnate Denise perspective. How each of us feels that is highly personal and individual I suspect which makes discussing this all the more difficult. It is I can say, not what I expected and far more natural and normal and isn’t that just perfect! It also makes one even more unwilling to tolerate egos, bullshit, lies, hustles and hustlers of all types and levels everywhere.

All day and night during yesterdays Lunar Eclipse I clearly felt and saw uncountable numbers of old lower frequency Earth world realities and timelines and people instantly and permanently deleted, removed from the ascending timelines. It was another massive level of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines removed from where I, and you reading this, currently are. It was another phase of grand sized deletion of numerous old lower Earth worlds and realities that would have never ascended and therefore needed to be permanently removed so as to continue cleaning up after our evolving selves. Simultaneously to this massive removal of old, not ascending other Earth world realities was an increase of my personal Embodiment. To express any of this or anything else, I have to use linear words in linear sentences in sequential linear paragraphs and hope that that makes the sense I intended it all to. However, the real reality is that it’s all happening at the same time — the old lower being permanently deleted in Phase 2 2020 because some more NEW higher is being Embodied by those individuals living the Embodiment Process in Phase 2 2020. You get even larger and because of that much more residual old lower reality clutter gets permanently deleted.

Then you brush your teeth and go to bed and continue energetically Working from those levels.

       

Then this will happen again but slightly differently with the June 20, 2020 Solstice that has a New Moon Solar Eclipse hours apart the same day. Expect an even larger level of this then. Expect what you may not yet be able to fully perceive as these Phase 2 Embodiment energy stair-step Eclipses and more are traveled by us. MUCH was permanently cleared yesterday that needed to be deleted while we Embodied some more of what each of us needed to. These actions will of course be reflected in the world reality we currently live in now. It will get worse out there because it’s getting better out there and all that is normal believe it or not. Well done Embodiers, two more to go and then what comes after that.

Today is the Last Day of 2019

At the start of December 2018, the heavy rains and snow suddenly started on the west coast areas of the USA. After a very long and very hot period of drought here in southern California, it was magnificent having it suddenly raining, and heavily here and for the whole winter season. For the past twenty years we’ve not really had winter in SoCal. We were lucky if the temperature dropped below 100 degrees, that’s how harsh it’s been and for so long. But December 2018 brought in a lot of NEW energies and codes that were inserted into the water, the rain and snow on Earth which is why it rained so heavily here until the season ended, leaving SoCal with almost twenty inches of rain in one short three month long “winter” season. I’ve always loved the rain so this was heaven-sent for me, and of course the California mountain ranges were packed with above average snow amounts. NEW codes embedding into the waters of Earth, us and everything.

The moment the heavy rains started here in the west in December 2018, I began clairvoyantly Seeing some NEW Light energies, plasma energies, some NEW codes and other beautiful Light waves, undulations and different triangular, trinity, integrated NEW unified patterns in iridescent pastel plasma fields and on white and also black background fields with vibrant gemstone colored triangular and other patters too. It was like a NEW light-show had arrived and I’ve been Seeing this since December 2018 when my eyes are open and closed. Reality has been energetically imprinted with NEW much higher frequency energies and codes since last December.

What I didn’t expect, silly me!, was that with the start of December 2019, these same NEW Light energies, plasma energies, NEW codes and other triangular patterns and such would all be turned up a few more notches energetically. In a nearly identical pattern to what happened with the start of December 2018, the same thing started again in early December 2019. This time I’ve been Seeing these same Light energies and plasma, NEW codes and triangular and other complex shaped 6D energy patterns be greatly amplified causing them to change colors somewhat. Plus there’s been a few new ones added as well in December 2019.

This is what the plasma energy has been looking like to me since December 2019. By the colors alone it’s easy to physically see and clairvoyantly See that the energies have been increased, elevated and intensified since the start of December 2019. Why? Because we’re about to enter 2020 and Phase 2 of the Ascension Process and we continue to evolve and embody and Embody higher frequencies, Light, DNA etc. each year. More about that in a moment.

Sometimes the plasma energies look—to me—like soft, fluid and gentle massive undulating sheets of rolling fields of energy.

And sometimes the plasma energies look like the Northern Lights. Massive undulating sheets of slowly rolling fields of higher frequency iridescent energies. A few years ago I Saw one of these from far out in space and it looked to me, from that perspective, like a massive gently rippling curtain hung in space.

This image is of actual physical cellophane, iridescent cellophane. I’m using it because it’s very similar to the beautiful iridescent plasma energies and other NEW patterns and codes that typically look like different triangular shapes pointing in different directions. If you want to get a better look at what many of these latest NEW December 2019 into 2020 plasma and energy codes look like, do an online search of iridescent cellophane and look at all the images of it. These latest NEW energies look very much like it.

In December 2018 most, but not all of the NEW Trinity or Triality codes (not the old Duality codes, they’re now completely gone) were in pale pastel colors much like this image.

This is what many look like at the start of December 2019. You can see how the color saturation has intensified since December 2018 up to and beyond December 2019. Stair-steps with all aspects of the Ascension Process. Many of the NEW codes are here and have been since December 2018, but they’ve been increasing in intensity ever since. This is one big reason why all of 2019 was so severe, intense and difficult.

In the late evening of Saturday, December 28, 2019, a nice male higher dimensional being suddenly was present in my Higher Awareness with an important message. Many of the Volunteers—Starseeds, Forerunners, First Everythingers, Pathpavers etc.—have recently been receiving this same message in slightly different ways, tailored specifically for each of us. They know how each of us here will best receive and retain all higher dimensional messages and vision information so they’re given to us in exactly those unique individual ways.

I had just gotten into bed this night and was still awake when he arrived in this Higher Awareness way with this message. You’ve most likely received the same message(s) but it probably sounded, looked or felt slightly different. Feel into all this. ❤

He communicated that these NEW currently arriving energies are pure, meaning they are naturally Neutral. They just ARE — they are not coded, and have not as yet been imprinted or molded or emotionally or energetically intentionally charged by any of we incarnate ascension Volunteers and Embodiers. That was the whole of that part of his message — these current NEW energies are naturally pure and therefore Neutral. Very blank slate in other words. Very we Volunteers now have brand NEW tools that we’re supposed to use to Consciously Create what we want the, our, NEW Earth and NEW lives and reality etc. to be. I specifically mean the Volunteers as this male being and other Others have and continue sending this message and others to all Volunteers now. It is intended for us and not for mass humanity at this point.

So, message is that there’s tons of NEW pure energies here now at the end of December 2019, and the end of Phase 1 of the Ascension Process. These particular NEW energies are not pre-coded like so many of the others I was talking about above and attempting to show what they look like at this point in those images. This is about pure NEW UN-charged Neutral energies that are our NEW Embodied Phase 2 of the Ascension Process energies and tools we are going to be individually—and occasionally in Groups of two or more—intentionally embedding, charging, molding and Consciously Creating to Work with in this NEW way and even higher level of our ongoing development.

Other parts of his message were about how there are all sorts of NEW higher dimensional participants—different Starbeings and different groups of Angelic beings—who’ve gotten involved with the Ascension Process right now because we’ve reached the end of Phase 1 of it and will tomorrow enter Phase 2 of it, even more so on January 12, 2020. These additional higher dimensional participants are now and probably will be more involved with we incarnate Volunteers as well. In other words, NEW Phase means some more NEW ascension assistants that are now helping the Volunteers with all these NEW changes in the Ascension Process and Separation. Everything is currently in a very big Shift phase out of how it’s been, how we Volunteers have been, and how it’s going to be as we all enter Phase 2 of the Ascension Process on NEW Year’s Day tomorrow.

Very early this morning California time, I received an email from an Ascension co-Worker and dear friend who lives in Australia. After reading it I asked for her permission to quote it in my article I was going to publish today or tomorrow about the above message I was given on December 28, 2019. Thank you Meadow for letting me share your important and beautiful message you received today, December 31, 2019, here with everyone.  ❤

“It’s 11:15 pm  31.12.19.
I needed to let you know of an activation that has started in the last 25 minutes of crystal diamond energy over New Zealand (ruby colour) Australia (blue diamond) and South Africa (emerald). I have been called to ground this energy and am holding energetic hands with lightworkers across our 3 countries to make sure the new energies roll in right. I saw a portal open and around 1000 beings from across the galaxy have come to help hold and witness this event. A legion of Angels also arrived and sent a clarion call across the ages and dimensions claiming earth for the light. Source energy just came thru and touched it with their finger to seal the deal. My energy feels soothed, uplifted and light. Happy 2020 dear friend. We are doing this! — Meadow”

And All The Star Wars Movie Connections To Our Now

In Comments under my previous article I’d mentioned how I watched the December 2017 released, Star Wars: The Last Jedi movie on TV two days ago. That was the first time I’d seen it, and I haven’t as yet seen the latest one released December 2019, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Notice the dates and timing of all this because it’s all connected and reflecting the Volunteers, Starseeds, now the Indigos, and the end of Phase 1 of the Ascension Process. In The Last Jedi movie this was so wonderfully symbolized by Luke Skywalker and Master Yoda burning down the ancient Jedi Library. Why? Because Phase 2 of the Ascension Process is starting tomorrow, NEW Year’s Day January 1, 2020. We Volunteers have completed and evolved beyond all of Phase 1’s Ascension Process trials and tribulations so burn it down because we’re shifting into Phase 2 now.

There’s been many movies made over these ascension years that, mostly unknowingly, parallel and reflect the Ascension Process, the Volunteers, Starseeds, the Indigos, the Embodiment Process, the Separation of Worlds & Timelines, and the lengthy dimensional Shift we’ve gone through, difficult and dangerous as it was. All of the Lord of the Rings and Matrix movies showed aspects of the Ascension Process and evolution to a higher dimension altogether. What’s important to remember however is that you and I are the current living participants of all this. We are the NEW “myths”, living the NEW mythic adventures, battles, transformations and compressed evolution right here, right now in our very own personal lives, bodies, hearts and HighHearts. Triality Life & Reality

Like the image above, the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process have been us steadily moving up ENERGY stair-steps until one finally reaches the landing of the next higher flight of stairs. One makes the directional turn to continue moving up the next higher flight of stairs where one is eventually met again with a higher landing and flight of stairs. On and on it goes, higher and higher up the ascending energy stair-steps and deeper and deeper into the Photon Light, the entire time one is being incrementally transformed by the Process and Journey itself.

I can easily say—as I know many of you also can—that the entire year of 2019 so far has been one of the most difficult, trying, exhausting, frustrating, physically and emotionally painful and simultaneously freeing ascension year ever. It has, at times, been brutal and continues to be brutal for many and that’s how the literal dismantling of dying worlds, realities and lower selves feels—brutal. There is no just ‘beam me up Scotty’ with compressed evolution, only steady laborious effort to get ones First Everythinger self up the multiple flights of energy stairs while doing a whole host of other related things.

For me every month of 2019 has been the equivalent of an entire flight of energetic ascension stairs. Many of us are bounding up multiple stair-steps at a time each month this year, which causes increased intensity in the physical side effect pains and pressures we’re feeling from doing this. How 2019 has been for you, and felt to your body, should help you grasp how all-encompassing this upcoming global Shift will be in January 2020. We First Everythingers, Forerunners, Embodiers etc. always go first to embody and anchor the NEW codes, energies and DNA into ascending physicality for the rest of humanity that will come into contact with them later. In this case, “later” is the start of 2020. Those humans capable of embodying them in 2020 won’t experience this evolutionary Shift into the NEW codes in the same ways we have and will transition into them more easily.

Old duality and duality consciousness and reality was you “here” and all the “good shit” waaaay “over there” somewhere, permanently out of reach and ultimately unattainable in any direct personal sort of way, if at all. Duality was about experiencing separation of everything down to the most ridiculous, minuscule levels in old patriarchal reality.  Talk about brutal!

Trio, trinity, triality, triplex, trifecta, threesome, triad, triple crown, triplicate.

I love how you can know something at one stage and level but as you grow, expand, embody and become more you discover that what you first knew was only a very small part of something considerably larger and exceptionally more complex. It’s like discovering that a new toy has many more features and functions than you first realized. This has been the case for me with triality and trinity consciousness and reality. I’ve known only the beginner, “newbie” stages of it and over time have discovered that I am and I AM simultaneously all over the place Working constantly on the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process and much more. This is somewhat hard to express and I’ve tried many times over these ascension years in different ways and at different personal levels.

I’m “here”; I’m “not here”; I AM while I’m “here”; I AM while I’m everywhere; I am exhausted; I AM NEW; I am strengthened and empowered, and I keep going because there’s nothing else to do other than the Embodiment Process and ascension. Can you relate? More importantly, can you feel the tremendous increasing changes and amplifying freedoms from all of your, all of our collective personal Inner Work, effort, ongoing Embodiment, dedication and determination?

This next part is me trying to describe the nearly impossible non-linear, quantum, multiple aspects past, present, future me’s and their different levels and abilities and tasks.

When “I” freakout over whatever it may be in that moment, Denise me momentarily loses the higher overall functionality of my multidimensional Selves. Every time I’ve done this, it’s the old past Denise of pre-ascension Earth panicking over something that, for that moment, I believe I cannot deal with or fix etc. In other words, it’s past Denise feeling and believing she is powerless in that moment and situation, whatever it is. The keyword and insight with this is past.

When “I” Denise am altogether deep in painful ascension symptoms that make life nearly impossible to accomplish much of anything physically, that’s “me” in current present moment and time living the ascension Embodiment Process. It’s entirely focused, painful in multiple ways, and thoroughly isolating but it’s absolutely necessary and more important than one would believe.

Since 2013 I’ve many times beat myself up over the fact that once “I” am deep in another phase of severe and intense ascension caused symptoms and painful side effects there isn’t one damned thing I can do to get myself out of it. I cannot end the physical pains, nor can I end the emotional pains or the periods of depression when they’ve overwhelmed me. All “I” can do is live through them, and when I’m smart, pay attention to them all and learn whatever I can from the entire Process. In other words, all “I” have been able to do with those severe phases is ride it out.

I’m drawing attention to this because, like I said, I’ve often gotten upset with myself for not being able to reduce or override, shorten or quicken the severe ascension side effects that just freakin’ lay you flat for days or weeks. We’re all so programmed to do whatever we can to immediately “fix” or “heal” or “treat” when we feel bad, sick or sad. However, for those of us who are First Everythingers, Forerunners, energetic Pathpavers and Embodiers, it’s the present “me” and the present “you” living those aches and pains whose responsibilty and Mission it is to live, feel and be alchemically evolved by the higher frequency Light energies no matter how severe they are to our physical bodies and emotional selves. We’re supposed to go through these changes because we Volunteered to Embody first, Ascend first, anchor and Pathpave for present and future humanity.

My first true Work with learning about becoming Neutral was through my severe physical and at times emotional depression phases of the Ascension Process. Becoming Neutral about them was the easy way for me to accept, lay back, open myself in every way, relax and surrender to the alchemical Process of compressed evolution as a Volunteer, even when it really hurt(s). Becoming physically and emotionally Neutral about it all was the best and most graceful and grace-filled way I’ve found to deal with being a living transmutation container for compressed evolution, plus, learn about evolving beyond duality and being reactionary to integrated Triality and Neutrality frequencies, consciousness and being. You can turn pains into states of quantum Divine revelation and freedom if, if you’re willing to surrender and trust your Divinity and why you’re experiencing them. Or my natal Sun Chiron conjunction is finally transcending, or both. 😉

The present “me” and present “you” reading this who’ve been living it are the aspects that accomplish more than you’d first believe. If it weren’t for the present “you” and “me” currently living the Embodiment Process, the past and the future aspects of each of us wouldn’t be much help to us or us to them. It’s the “you” aspect in the current middle, the present Now Moment “you” that’s the one whose capable of embodying, Embodying, anchoring and therefore altering your physical body, consciousness, self and external reality for yourself and for everyone else. A really important aspect wouldn’t you agree?

When “I” Denise am altogether empowered, excited, full of Creative LOVE, in “cheerleader mode”, knowing and powerful, I am future “me” Denise whose ‘been there, done that’ already so she already knows what’s what and why and what’s coming next and so on. That future “me” knows all about the things that present “me” has, is and will be going through and Embodying etc. To the future “me”, everything is Divine and perfect, on scheduled and unfolding better and faster than intended.

Now, if you can take these three, these triple crown, triality, trinity, threesome aspects of yourself I just talked about—the past, present, and future “you’s” living the Ascension Embodiment Processes and all Working together to accomplish this in physical reality, if you can take them from linear to Spherical quantum consciousness then you’ll really get what I’m struggling to express. Go from linear awareness and seeming separation to, Hey babe, it’s ALL YOU and it’s ALL happening NOW!, and the entire Ascension and Embodiment Process makes much more sense to this present aspect self.

Past you freaks out over whatever from time to time. Present you is exhausted and beat to hell from being the Living Alchemical Container for the entire Ascension and Embodiment Process in the physical dimension in a physical body. Future you is the NEW Human, is the NEW Earth, NEW Humanity, the NEW YOU and is getting very excited because the other “you’s” have been at this business long enough that the “good shit” is on the brink of manifesting physically finally.

The key here is to never forget that you are also You and YOU, and even more and that ALL of you are and always have been Working together to get this thing called the Ascension Process done. And don’t ever forget that the present “you” is more powerful, strong and sacred than you have yet understood.

A few days ago I suddenly clairvoyantly Saw another massive energy Wave or energy pulsation coming towards us and Earth, but it was only a few feet away from me when I Saw it. The closeness and size of it made me go wide-eyed for a moment but it told me that there’s another huge energy pulsation about to hit us. I suspect it’s the September 2019 Equinox energies I Saw but what was more important to me was the knowing that there’s going to be nearly constant, I repeat, nearly constant energy waves or pulsations like this from here on out that will more quickly than anything prior, tear down the old past everything while simultaneously anchoring in much more of the future NEW energies, codes, consciousness, DNA and external reality in our present now. And this is just the beginner level of our becoming conscious of our multidimensionality, our being both linear and non-linear beings capable of Shifting all over the place, repeatedly.

What has been separated and far apart from each other are now only inches away, which means Triality past, present and future is about to become the NEW now everything individually, collectively and externally.

Because of all this and more, many of us have been and will be experiencing more so-called anomalies with linear time, linear space, linear consciousness and reality, the Separation of Worlds & Timelines, the Embodiment of our Higher Self/Selves with present us in our physical bodies and all that has been, is and will continue to quickly expand and evolve in each of us. Said another way, it’s gonna get even more weird and wonderful fellow Ascension and Embodiment co-Workers!

Because of all this don’t freakout or panic during those moments when “reality” just disappears from you and you’re left floating in the black vastness of a NEW level and state of being. It will soon be filled with NEW exceptionally good stuff. Don’t panic when linear time stops and you’re going about your business in timeless quantumness, Neutrality and lengthy Now Moment HighHeart being. Don’t panic when some negative old whatever or whoever etherically wafts through your home briefly on its way out. Don’t feel bad for feeling bad because who else can do what you can for you and for All? From here on out things are going to increasingly get both worse from one perspective and vastly better from another — the final Separation of Worlds. Ride this one out too just as you have for the past twenty, twenty-five or thirty years in this life. Be the many “you’s” and be them becoming consciously aware of each other all Working together so NEW Earth and NEW Humanity can happen and have a NEW place to step into.

Enter Embodiment Process Completion Phase

I recently received an email question from Maria who has generously allowed me to quote her so this discussion can take place in an article. Thank you Maria. ❤ I know a lot of people have had this same question and confusion for many of these ascension years.

“Dear Denise,

Could we as a group just CLAIM ascension to 5D NOW. The destruction to the planet is so great. Living here is made so painful and difficult. Waiting for the masses to wake up is useless. Could we all just DO IT, just tell the Universe WE WANT IT NOW? Just let us do it. Waiting for it makes no sense.  — Maria “

We don’t need to claim fifth dimensional ascension because we’ve been in it for a few years already, fully with the start of 2013. And I could not agree more that ‘waiting for the masses to wake up is useless’, so anyone still waiting for this, or anything or anyone else, stop squandering your precious Ascension Process days. Stop waiting and continue doing what only you can do within your personal Ascension and/or Embodiment Process. Forget about everything else and get yourself where you want to be right now. For most of us that is constantly living in and from your HighHeart while continuing to Embody more, higher and greater into your body and self. That is the formula that gets each of us to NEW Earth faster than anything else; more Source YOU Embodied. No intellectualizing it, just doing it continuously from your HighHeart.

First Everythingers, Forerunners, this has never been a passing of the baton relay race. It’s been about us going first to trail-blaze evolutionary migration routes, to energetically Path-pave the way to the higher NEW for those individuals ready to exit the old 3D frequencies and realities and evolve vibrationally behind us. We never stop doing what we do and wait for anyone. We continue doing our jobs which has been to become the NEW Earth ascended Collective, and we have, and Consciously Create a NEW matching frequency place to migrate to. All that and much more is done by us doing it all in our physical bodies. HOME is and will continue to manifest externally the more each of us internally Embodies more of our Higher Self/Selves/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self in our physical bodies. We are the living physical Alchemical containers that this entire Ascension Process is happening through in the physical. We don’t wait, we live it and Embody it.

There’s been a lot of incorrect, distorted and/or not fully understood information put forth on the Internet by well-meaning people—and many who weren’t—about the Ascension Process. Obviously this has made the whole business even more difficult for most people because it’s always been about who do you trust that’s writing, talking, teaching about the Ascension Process online? Whose been feeding you information that you want to hear? That you hope is true? That you believe is going to happen? Whose been selling you exactly what they know you want to hear? Whose been pitching continued dis-empowerment by telling you that you don’t have to do anything to ascend, to evolve? Whose been selling you that they can remove negative entities, attachments, energies etc. from your physical and etheric bodies for you? Whose been your go-to ascension guru and/or fixer? How much has it financially cost you? How much has it spiritually cost you?

A lot of people have taught, and many readers have believed and expected, that nearly all 8 billion humans alive on Earth now will, and with great joy, lightness and happiness, skip together hand-in-hand at the same time to the NEW ascended Earth. Not how it happens people, not this time because humanity is not nearly evolved enough to be able to all go together at the same time.

A lot of incorrect ascension information has been spread online about how everyone needs to wait for other humans to get with the Ascension Process program. This incorrect belief was another of many designed and intended to run out the ascension clock by those who don’t want humans to evolve now. Feed people endless lies about the Ascension in hopes that they miss it altogether because they were intentionally sidetracked, duped, derailed and had their consciousness intentionally re-directed AWAY from actually living the Ascension Process and to endlessly wait.

(1) The law of Free Will is still in effect in this cosmic neck of the woods so even though the Universal Ascension is taking place in our lifetimes, that does not mean and has never been a guarantee that all 8 billion humans alive on Earth now will experience the Ascension Process in their current lives and bodies. The possibility for that to happen has always existed, however, not every human incarnate now wants to evolve now or is capable of doing so at this time.

There’s still very many people who want to continue existing in the old patriarchal energies and no one, not even Divine Source is going to twist their arms and force them to take advantage of the present energies driving Universal evolution. The Ascension Process is done by choice, by a person wanting to evolve, wanting to become free, to know more, become empowered, be willing to take on more personal responsibilities and so on. Individuals who want more get more. Individuals who want what they’ve had will get even worse of it until they become tired of it and finally choose to evolve. Do those of you reading this honestly believe that you have the time to wait for anyone in that group? It could take many of them another Great Round of 225–250 million years before they’re ready.

(2) It takes individuals who’ve chosen to evolve being Alchemically energetically activated, altered, improved, expanded, upgraded and EVOLVED by the very energies present now to do exactly that. Each person has to live and embody the NEW higher energies, codes, DNA, rewiring processes, transformations and much more so they and their physical body can withstand such a profound evolutionary energetic leap from one dimension and matching frequency (old 3D), all the way through the old 4D Astral and reach the NEW 5D and matching energies of individual integration, re-unification of what had been separated in you and your physical body and self. Divine Source provides everything every being needs to naturally and organically evolve. But, if you trust a human more than Source generated evolution, and want to pay those humans to supposedly do your Ascension Work for you, then I’ve got some swamp land for sale for you!

Why Does It Still Hurt So Much?

Another common misunderstanding many have had is about why they don’t magically stop hurting physically because they continue Embodying more and more of their Higher Self/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self. We all have had the unspoken belief or expectation that the more of our Higher Self/Soul/Source we Embodied the less pain—and exhaustion—we’d experience.

Sorry but it physically hurts getting more and more incremental amounts of your Higher Self/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self Embodied into your physical body! We’ll reach a point where it won’t hurt at all, but until then, it physically hurts getting more vastly higher, faster frequency aspects Embodied into this incarnate you that Volunteered to do exactly this in a physical body. And the Embodiment Process is incredibly exhausting because our physical bodies are constantly expanding, upgrading, evolving, having more NEW DNA activating and running the NEW codes and energetically and physically becoming something totally NEW and profoundly different. So don’t believe that you’re doing something “wrong” again because it’s 2019 and you’re even more exhausted and in physical pain than you were five, ten or twenty years ago.

As if that weren’t enough, add to it the fact that you, me, we have been—many of us from 1999—changing worlds, timelines EVERY time we’ve left our physical homes and apartments to go into the old lower frequency world to do anything. Every time you’ve left your higher vibrating physical house to go grocery shopping, get the oil changed in your vehicle, get your hair cut, go visit a family member in the hospital, go to the mortuary etc., you have left your higher frequency world and reality and re-entered a much lower frequency world reality and had to deal with, interact with and try to communicate with the people that, to this day, still exist there.

I’ve been doing this repeated changing reality musical chairs maneuver since 1999, and it’s been astonishingly painful physically. Re-entering a lower, heavier density once you’ve transmuted much in yourself and your physical body causes great pain and often feels like you’re being crushed by the old density.  The most pain-inducing place I’ve felt was always when I entered my bank. Yeah, old lowly money consciousness and control was the worst. The moment I’d enter the bank my body felt like it was being crushed by that old negativity and density and I’d do my best to not pass-out from it. Today it’s not painful physically to go into the bank. What is painful now is trying to communicate with many, not all but many, of the unaware people that happily exist in the lower frequency Earth world today. They don’t understand me and I don’t understand them and we both think the other one is “crazy” and it’s all just miserable trying to pretend I belong there with them. I really want this to go away quickly too because I honestly cannot understand or relate to most of the people in the lower frequency Earth world at this point of my Embodiment Process.

Your ability to do this, forget about everything else!, is profoundly exhausting and taxing on your physical body, your CNS, your psyche, your whole physical body because you are literally and intentionally changing worlds and then intentionally going back up to where you exist once you’ve gotten the groceries or whatever it was that sent you out and down in the first place. You need to be fully conscious of the FACT that you have, I have, we have been living our Ascension and Embodiment Processes while we’ve repeatedly “jumped timelines”, went from a higher vibrating world into a lower vibration world or worlds. Repeatedly! While Embodying, while everything else, and changing worlds, realities, timelines and frequencies also causes your physical body to hurt like all hell and become even more exhausted. Have you noticed you need a couple of hours or days to recover after you went down vibrationally into a lower frequency Earth world? Your physical pains are caused by both the higher NEW and the lower old. Your “wing span” is very great which is another reason for the pains and pressures you feel in your body. ❤

Those NEW “super powers” are there, underneath the latest Embodiment pains, pressures and incomprehensible expansions. You just don’t always recognize them immediately because of the pains, traumas, ongoing adjustments and your constant expanding perspective. But, you have to have noticed that some of your NEW “super powers”—higher abilities—have been increasing all along and that it’s gotten so easy and fast to Consciously Create now.

Have You Noticed…?

Have you had a dream(s) since June 2019, where someone is trying to get you to do some more cleaning up of the old lower Earth world’s human filth? A common classic dream of this is having to go into a public bathroom and clean up everyone else’s filth left in there.

Have you noticed anyone trying to steer you into something or some place either in a dream or awake that’s of the old lower world recently? I mention this because of the recent increase in the old negativity doing its best to suck anyone back down into it before the Separation Shift completes. ‘Hey little girl, little boy, want some candy?’ the dark stranger offers. ‘Yeah no, I’m good, we’re good’. It’s been kinda like that lately with certain situations and people. Just be conscious of what’s going on and keep doing what you always have anyway First Everythingers. It’s not a threat really anymore at this point, just another sidetrack hustle attempt by desperate Team Dark Portal People. See the monsters but don’t stop to help them. That time is long past.

Have you noticed recently, I know you have, that your perspective on everything and everyone has and continues to change rather dramatically? It makes about everything seem very surreal and strange, otherworldly and fluid. If you’ve been experiencing this, it’s caused by your, my, our ongoing Embodiment Process and how that continues to change our perspective on, well, everything.

As you Embody more and greater of your Higher Self/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self into your physical incarnate self aspect, naturally your perspective on everything and everyone is changing and will continue to change. You and YOU are merging in your physical body and that is and will continue to cause your view of everything to change and feel profoundly surreal, fluid and transient.

I’ve been doing my best to be consciously aware of this and any other changes caused by my ongoing Embodiment Process for the past couple of years. I’ve found that what used to be important to me isn’t any longer and other things have become deeply important. It makes sense that as we Embody more of our larger, greater Self/Soul/Source etc. into our bodies and selves that that increasing union or re-union is and will greatly change us in ways we couldn’t comprehend before this process started. Keeping this awareness in your HighHeart helps when “reality” gets very surreal again.

We’re in a state of profound transition in more ways than one so just roll with the seeming strangeness and Shifts and don’t hang your hat on anything yet because there’s much more of this to come from here on out. We are in the last phase of the Embodiment Process now in 2019 and 2020, which is why you need to expect the unexpected, remain fluid and flexible in your mind, heart and body and don’t expect you’ve reached HOME until you know you are HOME Embodied right in your physical body. We’re closer to this now than ever before but this last phase should, I suspect, get really interesting in about every way you and I can comprehend today!

Keep in heartmind the fact that the Tuesday July 16th Lunar eclipse happening at 24° Capricorn is conjunct the Saturn (17°) Pluto (22°) Capricorn conjunction that’s been in effect all year. This is yet another reason why you may be feeling additionally achy, sick, dizzy, nauseous and generally icky lately. I know, just way too much ascension times fun.  😉
