I know it’s been extra rough emotionally, psychologically and painful physically throughout October and November 2020 because we continue to embody more and more of the NEW higher energy codes coming in. Coupled with that has been a nearly constant state of having personal life memories suddenly pop up into our consciousness for the last time I believe. Phase 2 of the Ascension Process has made a lot of things obvious this year, one of them is this continual personal last review look and emotional feel over many of our life experiences, relationships, memories and such. I’ve been doing this for the past 29 years so I was slightly surprised when it started up again in 2020 and has continued all year.

You know how you go through your physical stuff, your personal belongings before you’re going to move to another house or apartment? You do your best to reduce the packing work and entire moving load by going through your physical belongings before you start packing the things you intend keeping. Well, we’ve been doing this same thing all of 2020 physically, emotionally and mentally. We’ve had to go through our life stuff to have one last look and feel over it all before we release it all to move into the NEW minus our old stuff, memories, attachments, belongings, relationships, focus and so on. All of humanity has had to do this repeatedly all year in their different personal ways. For some it’s been more about releasing remaining life memories and attachments that were emotional. For a lot of other people it’s been physical in that they’ve had loved ones suddenly die which forced them into this process and radical life change shift. In our own ways, we’ve all been living this this year because it’s a big and important aspect of the current Separation of Worlds and Shift.

Awhile ago I wrote about how the First Wave of regular humans would start the Ascension Process when Phase 2 began in 2020. Some of you have one of those people in your lives. They may be a family member, a friend, a neighbor and you’ve been hearing about how much pain they’ve been experiencing this year. They go to doctors and/or the ER because of severe physical pains they’re suddenly having and as is usually the case, nothing is found “wrong” with them by unaware medical professionals. Welcome to the compressed evolutionary Ascension Process newbie humans. You want to know what’s going on in your body, head, heart and being? Go to and question those who’ve been living and embodying (lower case “e”) and/or Embodying (capital “E”) it themselves for decades to get the truth about this incredible process.

It’s not easy witnessing anyone suffer, be they seasoned Ascension Process Volunteers Embodying first, or unaware regular people, or unaware regular people who’ve just started embodying some of the NEW energies, Light, codes, DNA into their physical bodies, hearts and consciousness in Phase 2. It’s not easy witnessing others suffering while personally living greater embodiment and Embodiment in 2020 yourself. It’s not easy witnessing anyone suffer from Phase 2, directly or indirectly suffering from COVID-19, suffering from the death of a loved one(s) from this pandemic, suffering abrupt 2020 financial loses and the security jobs and paychecks gave people. It’s not easy for any of us to witness, feel, empathically feel and minute-by-minute live and journey through this ascension caused deconstruction of old familiar patriarchal physical reality, as corrupt and deadened as it is. It has not been easy for those Volunteers who’ve been living the Embodiment Process (capital “E”) for many years already but in 2020, at these much higher, faster and direct Phase 2 levels. None of this has been easy for any of us no matter which ascension stair-step we’re each currently functioning on. All year there’s been tremendous NEW higher still Light energies and more NEW codes coming in and being embodied at the same time as tremendous amounts of old lower patriarchal negativity have been constantly revealed and permanently removed. That is a lot for all of us to go through constantly all year. Don’t feel bad for occasionally feeling bad, sad, depressed, overwhelmed, beatdown and/or freed because of all this.

I hope the January 1, 2020 global Divine Cease & Desist Order is making more sense now that we’re near the end of this very difficult year. All of humanity, including every Volunteer, needed to be abruptly yanked out of their personal familiar daily patriarchal lives and reality because everything had entered Phase 2 of the Ascension Process and the old lower would be rapidly dismantled and permanently removed this year. It’s all looked, sounded, felt and seemed like 2020 has been about the global pandemic and all the things, actions, supplies and systems that were everyone’s old normal daily patriarchy based reality. That’s what it’s looked and felt like but it is so much more than that. We all HAD to be put in a timeout space of greater isolation from other people, and our own habitual daily actions, while this bottom of the patriarchy barrel reality has been ripped apart and revealed globally in the Light as what it has been — entirely corrupt and anti-human.

There are so many things to say about where we’re at right now, however, the main thing I want to impart is that the “Shift”, the “Event”, the “Separation” etc. is and has been happening every minute of every day and night all year. There are so many people that still believe that things will go from one state to another state in some spectacular Hollywood-like movie special effect. It will not. I’d like it to because, like everyone else, I enjoy a good show too, however I know that what many are waiting for and expecting and believing to look one way has, is and continues to happen right here, right now every minute of every day and night in ways they’re not even aware of.

We’re here, now we’re here, now we’re here, and now we’re here…

Said another way, the “Shift”, the “Event”, the “Separation” etc. has been and continues to be an ongoing process of those who are Embodying and everyone that’s embodying more of the NEW higher Light energies and codes while simultaneously continuing to release our personal pasts in all ways and the collective old lower past in all this chaos, constant change, greater dismantling and deconstructing, shocking delusions and escalating self-delusion in more people, patriarchal death-grip greed, and ascending and descending people.

Eventually we’ll become aware that while we were doing the we’re here now, now we’re here, now we’re here… stair-step Ascension Process we’ll realize that WE ARE HERE NOW! if you get what I’m saying. 😉 No special effects other than the old lower negativity, crap, BS, corruption etc. doesn’t exist in our HERE NOW space of ascended NEW Earth and NEW Humans.

And, this astonishing Ascension Process and Shift etc. has been going on outside of us and our physical bodies AND within ourselves and our physical bodies. The more we embody, and the more we Embody, the more the “Event”, the “Shift”, “Separation” happens right here, right now in, through and all around each of us. You and The Way are one and the same thing. ❤

  • I began Seeing Solar flashing and flickering within my personal energy field in June 2018.
  • I began Seeing the Crystalline Triality iridescent pastel and darker gemstone colored triangle shaped codes Δ in December 2018.
  • I began Seeing the Radiant Diamond codes in December 2019. These look like millions of beautiful faceted diamonds up very close and connected.
  • I began Seeing brilliant white-Light flat diamond shaped codes ◊ in November 2020.
  • I began perceiving brilliant white-Light circle shaped codes o in November 2020.
  • I expect to See more NEW energy Light codes which are typically geometric templates for ascending humanity in December 2020.

For those of you Embodying (capital “E”), this final ‘Phoenix’ phase of it has been wonderful, hard at times, deeply isolating in both wonderful and less than pleasant ways at times too, physically painful and profoundly freeing at the same time. Everything I just said about this is colossally inadequate.

When we Volunteered to leave our HOME, whatever lofty place that was for each of us then, and incarnate on physical Earth to help with the Ascension Process, we had to drop a lot of the Light we had in us to be able to incarnate into physical human bodies on very dark physical Earth. I repeat, we needed to drop a lot of our personal Light and all that naturally went with it at those higher HOME levels, dimensions and states of being just to be able to cram our huge Light selves into little dense physical human bodies and incarnate on what was a negative Earth world.

Throughout the Ascension Process we Volunteers have been incrementally embodying more and more of our own Light that we deliberately left behind at our HOMES because we couldn’t carry all of it within us into such profound density, negativity and darkness that was Earth. In other words, we’ve been embodying more and more of our own Light into our current incarnate physical bodies and consciousness all these ascension years. Just that alone is a really big deal and reason to keep the stretchy pants on! 😉

And as if that weren’t enough, many of the Volunteers have also been living the Embodiment Process throughout the Ascension Process. The Embodiment Process is those Volunteers that want to do this too, embodying more and higher Light into their incarnate physical human bodies so eventually they and their physical bodies are within the same frequency range as their Higher Self/Selves, Soul and highest HOME frequencies are. They’re doing this so that the incarnate self, consciousness and physical body is capable of direct constant contact, communications and interactions with their own higher non-physical selves, Soul, Divine aspects etc. This is the real ‘we are all One’ thing — individual integration, unity and sovereignty with all aspects of yourself existing in different levels, layers, dimensions and realms etc.

The more of your own Light you embody into your physical body, and, the more higher ascension Light and NEW codes you embody into your physical body the more you vibrate at higher HOME frequency levels in your current physical body on ascending Earth that’s becoming NEW Earth. What was separated and left here and there has been being Embodied by those Volunteers that want to live this process now too. Eventually we embody enough—increase our Light quotient within our physical bodies—that we become fully Embodied, meaning we exist in and vibrate at the same frequency range in our physical bodies and selves as we are and do in our Soul and Higher Self/Selves. When this reaches that point where the fully direct and constant conscious connections are finally made between higher and lower selves, we become Embodied or Christed Crystalline frequency in the physical in our physical bodies. We are here and we are HOME at the same time because we are HOME. Some of the Volunteers that are the first to Embody are going through these final stages of this Embodiment Process now. October & November 2020 Living, Dying & Separating

 We’ve been so beaten about the head and shoulders this year that at times it’s been difficult to tell what all was causing what in our heads, and hearts, to hurt so severely. Has it been the media? The pandemic? Politics? Systems collapse? The unaware mentally manipulated human populations? After all, the real war really is over human consciousness. At lower levels this is the negative Aquarian Age method of controlling unaware humans. Is it lastminute Team Dark leftovers doing their best to harm we of the Light before we fully Separate and become vibrationally unreachable by negative beings, humans, energies and influences? It’s all that and much more as usual.

During the decade of the 2000s I wrote multiple articles about the Volunteers living the Phase 1 levels of the Body Rewiring and Brain Rewiring. The Volunteers began these first as we have all the Ascension Processes. We embody them in ourselves first thereby making them physically and energetically available within the physical dimension for the rest of humanity. As I’ve said a few times — Source throws out the “balls” (the NEW evolutionary codes, Lights, energies, waves, pulsations, DNA etc.) but there has to be a certain number of Volunteers physically incarnate and positioned in “outfield” (physical Earth) to “catch” (embody) all of the “balls” (NEW energies, energetic templates, codes, Light) and seed, set, anchor and manifest them into physical level frequencies, Earth, reality and our human bodies for future humanity. The Volunteers are those rare few “specialists” now incarnate in the physical dimension Earth “outfield” positions catching every evolutionary “ball” that Source, the cosmos, the Milky Way Galactic Center, and Galactic Others throw out to assist the entire Ascension Process here, there, everywhere. We are and always have been the physical level ascension energetic overwriters overriding everything on and in Earth and the old pre-ascension human species energy templates that became very distorted long ago. The Body and Brain Rewiring Processes were a huge aspect of that throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process.

With the start of Phase 2 of the Ascension Process January 1, 2020, the Volunteers have continued the Body & Brain Rewiring Process but at these incredibly higher, faster, more intense and complex Phase 2 levels and frequencies. This is why some Volunteers began hearing different inner ear ringing, screeching, single tones, multiple tones, high, higher, and then even higher pitched inner ear head sounds and other NEW sounds since January 2020. This has grown all year and now, 11 months into 2020, more Volunteers are hearing more NEW higher frequency inner ear, inner head, inner perceptual cosmic sounds, sound waves, sound pulsations, different tones, 7D celestial music, crystalline tinkling bell sounds, beautiful nonphysical 7D birdsong night and day, higher cosmic, galactic, photonic and solar waves and pulsations, single tones and now bi-tones and tri-tones. Earth, the Sun and solar system has orbited much deeper into the 7D Photon Band of cosmic Light and Sound since the start of Phase 2 in January 2020 and we’re hearing, feeling and seeing it.

Earth’s full and continuous orbit within a 7D Photon band of cosmic Light and Sound was reached in 2013, right after the final end of the Mayan calendar and Living Life Review of December 21, 22, 23, 2012. It started years before but by the start of 2013, Earth has been within 7D Photon band of Light and Sound continuously and orbiting deeper and deeper into it the entire time.

The Sun entered the Photon band in 1999. I believe this is why the first of the First Wave of Volunteers were Soul Contracted and energetically pre-coded to physically and biologically begin their individual Ascension Processes in 1998–1999 along with the Sun’s entrance into the cosmic 7D Photon band of Light and Sound at the same time. These two events are intimately and directly connected and literally Work on, in and through each other and have done so physically since 1999. This is another reason why the First Wave Volunteers especially have always had such a direct connection with the Sun and what it’s been going through since it physically entered the Photon Band.

“The Sun’s entry is halfway between March 22, 1987 and December 31, 2013: 1999–2000. Therefore, because the Sun’s corona extends out so far, the maximum impact on the Sun will be 1998–2001…”

From New Year’s Day 2020, I abruptly began hearing a different inner ear sound of random bi-tones. One tone is slightly higher, the other slightly lower and they constantly and randomly play in my inner hearing in no set pattern that I can discern. Over the first few months of 2020 I realized that these particular NEW higher frequency bi-tones are more NEW higher Light Sound vibrational codes transmitted to us from 7D, the seventh dimension which is Photonic and one of many 7D frequency Photon bands of Light and Sound.

With the start of October 2020, there were many more NEW higher frequency codes coming in that were unusually intense and extremely painful for some Volunteers and their heads, brain and trio brain glands the whole month. I wrote about this in a previous article so won’t get into it again here. I will say that throughout October and into November 2020, there have been substantial evolutionary changes and expansions that have taken place in many Volunteers’ heads, brains and the trio Pineal, Pituitary and Hypothalamus brain glands.

During Phase 1 of the Ascension Process I heard only one inner ear(s) and head sound at a time. First it was that high-pitched electronic-like sound sort of like Morse Code clicking. If you’ve ever heard hummingbirds make those very fast clicking sounds they and dolphins make, it was very much like that. The other common inner ear and head sound I heard often in Phase 1 was that high-pitched ringing, screeching, squealing sound that, over the years were heard in one ear, then the other, then both then throughout it and extending well above and all around your entire physical head. Also, the last few years of Phase 1—January 1999–December 2019—that high-pitched ringing continually went higher and higher.

With the entrance into Phase 2 of the Ascension Process in January 2020, I started hearing these cosmic bi-tones nearly all year. Whenever the Sun transmits I hear the very high-pitched ringing, squealing solar sounds along with the cosmic bi-tones sounds. In Phase 2 it’s multiple different higher frequency solar, comic, stellar, and Photonic Light and Sound tones, waves, pulsations sounds more of us are hearing.

It’s become obvious this year that the more the Volunteers inner brain trio gland “antenna” are upgraded, the more and higher sounds and tones we’re hearing. This is why I mentioned the 7D Photon band of cosmic Light and Sound and how we and Earth, the Sun and our entire solar system has been physically orbiting deeper and deeper into it for many years.

In October 2020 while experiencing severe monthlong head, brain and trio brain gland compressed evolution, I clairvoyantly Saw a microscopic image of what the Pineal, Pituitary and Hypothalamus glands themselves, their chemical and energetic compositions, and some of our DNA have been rapidly evolving into. The photo here is of physical pyrite crystals and I chose it because it’s the closest to what I Saw. It’s not exact of course just the closest please understand. Photos of what I Saw and what I continue Seeing and perceiving do not exist.

What I Saw was microscopic and showed how many Volunteers trio brain glands have been evolved into glands of Light that now contain NEW Triality Crystalline and Diamond Light codes, energy patterns, matching frequency chemicals, physical and etheric energy tissues and more NEW DNA. I also perceived that many of these 2020 ascension evolutionary DNA changes and embodied codes etc. are what some people would call extraterrestrial. I call them more of our original Divine organic being, DNA, nature, consciousness and abilities returning first to, in and through the Volunteers in Phase 2 and then made available for humans capable of evolving into them.

Throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process the Volunteers trio brain glands have been evolving in energetic stair-step fashion from dense physical carbon-based glands with the energy codes, templates, blueprints etc. that were normal for that old lower level and cycle of being, consciousness and reality. Incrementally however they’ve been embodying via the Body and Brain Rewiring processes, higher and higher Light energies until they could safely embody NEW Light-based Triality Crystalline and Diamond and other higher NEW codes into their trio brain glands. (I’m focusing here on the trio of brain glands but this process has been happening throughout our heads and bodies too of course.)

The start of Phase 2 of the Ascension Process January 1, 2020 in tandem with the physical level global altering shift the Saturn Pluto Capricorn conjunction of 1-12-2020 produced that day, has dramatically evolved and shifted many Volunteers and external reality. And as I continue writing this article today, November 12, 2020, some Volunteers have been living the intense personal process of crossing the ‘Golden Bridge of Light’ because they long ago chose to ‘undergo the Flight of the Phoenix’ to use Celia Fenn’s channeled terms, during the October 31st through November 11, 2020 greater living/dying/leaving/entering period.

If you’ve been living this as I have then you know what all and who all you’ve released all year but even more so over the past few weeks. It has not been easy and each Volunteer who has been living the ‘Flight of the Phoenix’ is acutely aware of what’s been required to make this particular Shift and Embodiment Process change. It is profoundly personal and only you, You and YOU and Source, Divine Mother and Divine Father have been involved in this particular process. Honestly, it feels to me at this moment (I may perceive it differently later) like the next immediate step after the profound December 21, 22, 23 2012 Living Life Review. It feels like I, like we went through the three daylong December Solstice 2012 Living Life Review then had to live these really difficult eight years to finally reach this October, November and December 2020 Volunteer ‘Flight of the Phoenix’ Living Dying Separation Shift Process. Again, if you’ve been living it too then you know how intensely personal it has been and continues to be. There are no words. There is only Higher Knowing and higher HighHeartLife.

This is a continuation of my August 16, 2020 More 2020 Disclosure  article. As has always been the case, the articles are like different chapters in a one-yearlong book. If you haven’t read the previous article and all the Comments under it, I would suggest you do so that this article makes more sense. Thanks. I’m going to repeat some things I’ve already said in comments under that article because they have to do with this article, plus a channelled article published today I believe by Tom Kenyon/the Hathors. I’ll add a link to it below my copyright notice.

As I mentioned before, my previous article was an energetic !!!RUSH ORDER!!! article which I’m very familiar with, having felt that extra intense push from higher levels to get specific information written and published as quickly as I’m physically able. Most every year of Phase 1 was that for me at TRANSITIONS, then less so at HighHeartLife, with less articles having that higher level important push behind them to get out asap. But my August 16, 2020 article had that massive higher push energy behind it so I worked on it fast for two days prior to its publish date. The whys of this will continue becoming increasingly obvious to most of us.

I got the previous !!!RUSH ORDER!!! article published as quickly as I could, then dealt with the hostile, angry, insulting and unaware comments by those that wrote them. The worse of them I didn’t even publish. And the grateful, thankful, higher awareness, higher consciousness comments came in too, each one I was and always am deeply grateful for. This one was as hot as it was because I was saying publicly what most haven’t and won’t but I’ve been doing this increasingly in each of my articles all of 2020. We’re in Phase 2 now and I’m so done with the extensive “enabling” of lower crap, negative human egos, lack of integrity, lack of higher awareness, old patriarchal habits used and perpetuated in the Ascension Process by certain teachers/writes etc. It’s time to call these things and people out and in case you haven’t noticed, this is a general theme globally in 2020 with everyone and everything that’s not of the NEW entirely.

Anyway… I published my previous article on Sunday, August 16, 2020 then that late afternoon and early evening dealt with the unhappy blow-back from some commenters over much of the material. I was not surprised but that doesn’t mean I enjoy verbally sparring with anyone who’s not yet embodied enough Light energies etc. to have lifted and shifted them to higher levels of consciousness, HighHeart and higher awareness. Plus negative egos and Team Dark in general benefit and want verbal sparring matches to happen because they temporarily derail the person with a higher awareness and fill the other person doing the baiting and/or outright attacking with blood-lust as they come in, oftentimes with well-written intellectual attack comments to kill the Light as they’re always so ready to do. Who gives a rats ass at this point? Seriously. You’re going to try to bait and hook me over masks? Over Qanon? Over the Orange Menace? It’s all beyond ridiculous but that’s the whole point with all of it.

Anyway… 🙄 I pushed fast and hard to write and publish my previous article quickly, then deal with the hostility over it, and the loving support and gratitude from the like others over it, then laid in my bed late that night and clearly felt that I had, that WE had accomplished another important life and shift through all that. It was easily energetically felt the night of August 16, 2020. I felt, as did some of you reading this did, that the energies lifted and shifted higher again that day and evening. It was good and positive but it took some Work as usual.

What I did not know was that August 16, 2020 around 10 PM  my daughter-in-law unexpectedly and very quickly died at her and my son’s home in another state. They’d been together, and much of the time also worked together, for 26 years. My son (48) is devastated, plus I believe he also has COVID-19 which is what I sense caused his wife’s rapid death. She’s had asthma for most of her adult life.

My son called Tuesday morning August 18, 2020, crying and coughing like I’ve never heard him cough before and blurted out that his wife had suddenly died Sunday night August 16th. He said I tried to help her by doing CPR on her and my heart sank for him. I said in my comment about this the other day that my son does not know how to live without her. I even told daughter-in-law that over a decade ago and we laughed over it at the time even though we both knew it was true. None of the males in her life know how to live without her. We’ll see if, hopefully, that has finally changed.

So my son’s wife of 26 years suddenly dies from, I believe COVID-19. My son and only child is broken and shattered now and will be for a long time — if he survives having COVID-19 himself which I’m certain he now has. I’m well aware that, knowing all I do about him and his life and choices and actions etc., that he may just not be here much longer. Or, he may get it together and lift and shift himself up and out of where he’s been into a NEW higher level, life and reality. It could go any number of ways at this time. And of course I’m doing my best to deal with all aspects of all this and more. I got momentarily wobbly for two days over all this but feel better, stronger again today.

I’ve learned as many of you have that it’s a flaming shitstorm of unpleasantness emotionally and physically when someone vibrating higher suddenly has old lower frequency emotions like grief, fear, sadness etc. The higher and lower energies cannot co-exist in my, in your, in our bodies so it’s seriously miserable and we quickly HAVE to get it together and get ourselves back up to higher normal levels of being, life and reality in these sorts of situations. You know this if you’ve stepped outside the ‘eye of the storm’ for whatever the reason(s). You feel unusually horrid because NEW higher and old lower cannot co-exist in your or my or our physical bodies without it causing instant energy problems and pains. Feel, deal, heal and get the hell out of there as quickly as you can and back up HOME in your HighHeart. Soon none of us will wobble like this at all but will be fully capable of remaining higher no matter what happens.

I share this with you because like so, so many who have, are and will be experiencing these escalating sudden unexpected deaths of loved ones, friends, family, spouses and partners and personal life and collective reality changes will only increase this year and next. I call it all a big necessary part of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Other people call it other things but we’re all talking about the same thing.

This morning I received a mass email notification from Tom Kenyon’s website that he’s got a new article available. Because it is EXACTLY what I’ve been talking about and why, and because it is EXACTLY what my son, myself, his wife’s family and hundreds of thousands of people in this country and five million and counting worldwide are going through this year and next, I want to pass along Tom Kenyon’s channeled Hathors article from 2011 for the obvious reasons. Everyone needs this reminder in 2020. Thank you Tom Kenyon and the Hathors for it and for pulling it back into our lives right now. ❤ 

‘Chaotic Nodes’, ‘Transition States of Consciousness’, ‘null zone’, ‘Perceptual Markers’, ‘Personal Transition States, ‘ Collective Transition States’, ‘Physical Death’, ‘Portals of Opportunity’ are some of the great terms the Hathors use to express what we’re all going through now no matter which, as I call them, energy stair-step each of us are currently on.  There’s more I’d like to say about all of this but my physical body is again in that state of casting off more personal old lower and embodying more NEW higher and I feel weak physically because of it. Both sides are very potent. The embodying of so much more NEW energies recently makes my body shake internally, vibrationally and normally I can handle this fairly easily. Not as much due to my occasional thoughts about my son. Late June 2019 my mom died. January 2017 my younger sister and only sibling died. November 2016 my cat and physical ascension partner and best-est feline ascension buddy died. Fucking harsh stair-steps of ascension Separation. Oh, that reminded me of this.

From the very beginning of my writing about the Ascension Process and related issues online in 2003, I have never fit the stereotypical patriarchal spiritual and/or new age molds. I just said a mouthful there which is worth more deeply considering for a lot of different reasons. As many of you who’ve read me for years know, I’ve never had a current photo of myself displayed on either of my websites. I’m talking about those posed photos, you know the type, the doing your best spiritual or holier-than-thou, angelic, not-of-this-world, new age type glamor shot photo(s).

You also know that I never created an elaborate, outlandish, puffed up, triple-dipped in holier than thou type bullshit About/ Bio page about myself either. My god have you read some of them that other people have written about themselves and actually use on their websites?! They’re astonishing and very accurately do reveal exactly who and what those people are.

Let me give you my invented fantastical version of what I’m talking about. It is ego-based, self-promoting, market-based, full of crap hustle type online About / Bio page.  Over the years I’ve seen many much like this on some peoples websites.

Denise awoke two years ago and was instantly downloaded all of the information about the entire Universe. She can speak in ET tongues multiple Light Languages and can write, sing and meditate in them as well. Before her complete awakening two years ago, Denise worked for sixteen years in and for Corporate America. She uses those patriarchal tools to professionally market and promote herself and her spiritual and energy products online and at events around the world.

Denise trained under renowned Swammy Whatshisname and has a Diploma of Spiritual Excellence from his school which cost her a couple thousand dollars. She also has other expensive credentials she purchased from a variety of different spiritual and energy schools to add behind her name to give her greater patriarchal credibility, selling power, influence over unaware people, plus charge them a lot of money for her expensive memorized educations.

Denise has eaten nothing but organic broccoli since her awakening two years ago. After eating her strict diet of energetically infused organic broccoli she attaches and plugs into a sacred site and stares at the sun.

 

I’ve never in my 68 years lived or played by the patriarchal ego-based level and consciousness, including any of the New Age or other spiritual camps and groups either for the honest reason that I’ve never been any of those things in this life. The closest I’ve gotten to an elaborate About page is at TRANSITIONS where I shared some information about the start of my Ascension Process in early 1999. No ego puff, no spiritual fluff, no expensive patriarchal letters behind my name, no speaking in ET “light language” tongues, not one day of my entire life spent at a job working for corporate American, no expensive present life spiritual or energy schooling or trainings to add to my patriarchal spiritual New Age resume — only personal firsthand experiences that are often anything but attractive, elegant or fluffy blissy.

Most people with a little or a lot of lingering residual patriarchal religious consciousness still believed that to be “spiritual” one must look, sound, speak, move, posture, act and behave in very specific ways. Many believe that true spiritual people don’t cuss, get angry or animated much at all. Some believe that spiritual people should and should not wear certain colored clothes such as white to show one’s pure and elevated nature, or black or dark colors which they believe represents density and/or negativity which is old patriarchal Duality consciousness. Many believe that they should only wear certain types of clothing and fabrics. Some believe in wearing no jewelry while others believe they must wear certain quartz crystal jewelry–the brighter the better–and other gemstones and specific things to visually reinforce and clue their followers that they are indeed very spiritual, elevated and wise. Some go for the holier than thou look and routine, body posturing, gestures, vocal tones and speech because they still have negative residual Piscean Age religious distortions in their consciousness. Others are more drawn to old Eastern religious beliefs and guru types. Others attempt to come across as not of this Earth, which, newsflash, most of us aren’t anyway. Many believe that to be energetically elevated and more receptive to interactions with higher levels of consciousness, reality and beings they must eat and drink only certain pure foods and water plus fast regularly and on and on these lingering old lower consciousness beliefs from the global patriarchy and past Piscean Age energies go in so many people still today.

To me any and all of those sorts of things and behaviors are very repulsive and instant proof that those people are very much not what they’re trying so hard to convince others of. If you honestly are spiritual you don’t need any props, staging, lighting, any spiritual glam shot photos of yourself trying to do your best impersonation of what you currently believe Divine to look like in physical human form.

Oh how quickly they forget some of their own teachings, such as how every person naturally gives off an Energy Signature. Obviously they believe that no one can really See and read Energy Signatures of other people including every ascension teacher, writer, lecturer and person in front of video cameras. We See you, we read you, we know because we’re capable of honestly perceiving Energy Signatures of people and ascension teachers and other beings as well. There is no hiding, no lying or hustling in this Light at this level in Phase 2 of the Ascension Process. Egos think and believe that. The unaware think and believe that.

You know how most humans look, sound, act and move rather unattractively during puberty? We all went through it and the majority of us were an oily hot mess which is normal for what’s going on during puberty. In many ways humanity—including all the ascension teachers/writers—are currently in this Phase 2 level of the Ascension Process and Separation of Worlds and we’re all looking, sounding, acting, moving and behaving like we’re deep in the transformational throws of puberty, of evolutionary spiritual energetic puberty. We won’t always look, sound and act this way but for now we do and it’s not very attractive but it’s freaking compressed evolution we’re talking about here!

For starters everyone and I mean everyone is having to castoff the old Piscean Age and its opposite sign Virgo energies and consciousness and all else. Some people can do this faster, easier and more completely than other people. No judgement with this. Some people made it through puberty faster, easier and more completely than other people too. While all this rapid casting-off of the exiting Piscean Age energies, beliefs, reality habits and consciousness is taking place, we’re all having to step into and embody the new astrological Age energies of Aquarius and Uranus and its opposite sign Leo and its ruler the Sun. Waves of HighHeart higher awareness answers right there.

The point I’m wanting to make is that what has been seen, felt, believed—old patriarchal and Piscean Age XYZ spirituality etc.—to be all the things they were no longer apply to where we are today in Phase 2. We all, ascension teachers and mass humanity, are in a state of change the likes we’ve not experienced ever before while incarnate in this or any other life and body on Earth. I’m not talking about the future or near future but right now today. We’re all in awful and awkward “puberty” states of profound evolutionary transformation both internally and externally, both individually and collectively across the physical world. We’re anything but hot n’ sexy right now. We’re anything but wise and all-knowing right now. We’re anything but all together, slick and clever right now, and you know what else, it’s all normal and needed for what we’re going through right now. Personally and collectively so get over your old shit whatever it has been and just mature, just evolve, just let go of and dare to become all NEW and shiny… soon and in ways you did not and could not perceive last year or last decade. Put down your old beloved props, costumes, gadgets and tools and honestly, with your whole HighHeart step up into an unperceived as yet NEW and shiny you now. You want physicalization? It’s here and not what most were expecting but how exciting is that!

Phase 2 of the Ascension Process, and these final levels of the Embodiment Process if you’re doing that now too, are so different from Phase 1 and what everyone thought and expected them to be like. We’ve all perceived what we were each capable of perceiving at the time, at the time, but we continue evolving and changing which means we continue being able to perceive greater, higher and larger every day now. Don’t pretend you’re not in this current Phase 2 level of evolutionary “puberty” and awkwardness while hiding in your “bedroom” away from others. This is part of The Process we’re all in now, this physicalization, shifting, casting-off and separating from what has been. This part MUST be lived day by day by each of us in our own ways so that each of us becomes not only all NEW and shiny but energetically sovereign and empowered in all NEW and shiny ways too. So important this. Give yourselves this profound freedom now instead of clinging to the old lower past things. Trust that this current Phase 2 Process is doing exactly what it’s designed to do for every single human alive now. Trust it, let go of the past in all ways. Dare to become something entirely different and stop thinking you know everything about everything because you don’t and neither do I. I do know we’re becoming now and that we’ll become even more the more we release of the, of our pasts. 

Spirituality no longer looks like XYZ, especially now in Phase 2 of the Ascension Process. How naked can you allow yourself to get to become more of Source as yourself physicalized on Earth now? That was an unfair question because you don’t know yet, not really, but I very much hope you soon find out. I very much hope we all do. Use this strange time in NEW ways to do entirely NEW things within yourself and your life and reality. This is a big way we’re currently bridging from what has been to NEW Earth, NEW Humans.

Wasn’t Joking About 2020 Being the Start of PHASE 2

Phase 2 of the Ascension Process. They’re just words, intellectual terms, just mental speculations and possible near future considerations until one finds ones self suddenly physically living them. Such as been the case on most all fronts since January 2020 when Volunteers and global humanity entered Phase 2.

I can barely stand turning the TV on anymore because the amplifying negativity, the well lit lies, increasing insanity, frantic last-minute power grabs and unending greed has been worse every day in Phase 2. I can also barely stand turning my computer on and going online in 2020 for the same reasons, and I only frequent a few online sites that are the most elevated within the ascension community. Such is the super fast-tracked Phase 2 level of global dismantling of everything and everyone but now from within the NEW codes and much higher frequency Light energies. As if everything that’s been happening since January 2020 weren’t enough, each person reading this needs to keep in their HighHeart awareness the fact that there is a massive spectrum of people with extremely different levels of individual consciousness, development, abilities, awareness and personal focus. The same is true within the ascension community and ascension teachers/writers/lecturers. They however are functioning within a closer range of frequencies than the general unaware human masses.

There are so many different timelines because there are so many individuals with considerably different levels of consciousness, beliefs, awareness and focus. This is easily seen and felt within the ascension community and other related communities.

There are individuals and groups of individuals in the ascension community that are still, in 2020, waiting for, complaining about, arguing over, writing more books about, giving more lectures about, and entirely focused on why the government hasn’t come clean publicly yet about the existence of UFOs and ETs.

There are individuals and groups of individuals in the ascension community that believe, in 2020, that Jesus and a Lightbeing crew and ancient UFO craft and who knows what else are soon to come and save the ascension day and all of them too of course.

There are individuals and groups of individuals in the ascension community that are still, in 2020, clinging to many if not all of their old Phase 1 ascension habitual energy Work routines and related physical activities in Phase 2. In case some haven’t noticed yet, Phase 2 is mightily different from Phase 1. In case you’ve not realized yet Volunteers, we’ve been given NEW Phase 2 ascension Work orders since January 2020.

If you’re a Volunteer whose chosen to live the Embodiment Process now too then you very much need to reevaluate and re-prioritize to match yourself and your actions with the Phase 2 energies. If you’ve chosen to not live the Embodiment Process you nonetheless still have to make personal, individual changes in yourself and your ascension related actions, plans and activities.

2020 Phase 2 level Embodiment Process carries greater individual responsibility than what we experienced in Phase 1 so we’ve all been having to make more individual adjustments in many different ways right out of the January 2020 Phase 2 gates. It’s just taken some Volunteers a little longer to realize this and make the necessary personal course corrections. However, Saturn turns retrograde on May 11, 2020 at 1°Aquarius and retrogrades back to 25°Capricorn until September 29, 2020. Also, Jupiter goes retrograde May 14th at 27°Capricorn and retrogrades back to 17°Capricorn until September 12, 2020. EVERYONE will now have to deal with Saturn retrograde for the next five months and make multiple personal, individual course corrections wherever each of us needs to, to do our Volunteer Work and individual Phase 2 Embodiment at these NEW and different levels.

There are individuals and groups of individuals within the ascension community that still, in 2020, believe that all negativity and evil comes from people and their shadow side, their shadow nature etc. and never from anything or anyone else on Earth or elsewhere. Evolution and increased awareness will reveal more of the details behind the past Great Cycle of learning humanity and Others have recently exited within Duality and separation frequencies and consciousness however.

There are individuals and groups of individuals within the ET, UFO and conspiracy and ascension communities that still, in 2020, believe that certain–what I would call Team Dark negative aliens and other interdimensional aliens, beings, entities and such–are really positive and just need you to willingly give them some of your organic life-force to help and feed and fuel them. In return for repeatedly doing that, receive certain limited higher types of abilities, experiences and interdimensional phenomena and/or weaponry tech etc. from them. In other words, some individuals, some very well-known, and some groups of individuals believe that to gain higher awareness and more advanced abilities they must willingly give away portions of their personal organic life-force to inorganic interdimensional, extra-dimensional aliens and entities. Discernment and energetically knowing both Team Light and Team Dark frequencies and beings is so important so that individuals can know for themselves whose who and what’s what and not fall prey to these interdimensional parasitic aliens and entities con jobs for whatever the reasons. God almighty, anything but evolve and learn to do it all yourself!

There are some ascension teacher/writer individuals and groups of individuals within the ascension community that still, in 2020, believe it’s necessary to physically go to certain locations such as sacred sites on Earth to do energy Work. Aren’t we Volunteers here to help Earth, Gaia become an entire “sacred site” planet in a higher dimension and NEW level and state of being? An ascended NEW Earth Star? Aren’t we Volunteers here to lay the NEW energetic foundations, embody higher DNA, build NEW energy roads, bridges and pathways etc. for humanity to use to become energetically capable of ascending to and living on NEW ascended sacred site Earth Star?

Aren’t you capable of doing the ascension Work from anywhere? At any time? Under really terrible, difficult conditions and ongoing interference and noise of one type or another? Are you aware that the majority of Volunteers are totally unknown super powerhouse individuals who’ve never been seen or known or physically gone to any sacred site to do ascension related energy Work? There are far more individuals who’ve constantly done ascension Work from their homes and chaotic lives with more responsibilities like children, a husband/wife, having to care for an elderly sick and/or dying parent(s), juggle a regular job with being a Volunteer and doing that Work constantly, owning a home and property needing continual maintenance and money and so on. There’s always been more of the unseen and unknown incarnate Volunteers Working from wherever they’re at while juggling kids, a mate, a sick parent, food, school, house, yard, pets etc. Those are the individuals that can do the energy Work while under the absolute worst of physical, emotional, financial and psychological conditions and aren’t even known or acknowledged by other Volunteers. For me, the fluff, pomp and “new age” ascension ceremonies and events individuals will never live up to the numerous unknown and unseen individuals around the planet who’ve Worked the Ascension Process from the severe negativity and density of every Shit Town USA, plus all other such cities and towns around the planet with zero recognition for their unending higher and wholly ego-less Service. You are seen and known and have always been Volunteers that I would trust before any other.  

There are some in the ascension community that still, in 2020, have a lot of old Piscean Age religious residue in them, their beliefs, words and actions about the Ascension. Many of them are a strange mixture of “New Age” preacher guru, Starseeds with different ET connections that can also speak in ET tongues, many with strong past lives lived in old East Indian schools of philosophy that are plainly visible in their current lives, consciousness and attitudes. Most all Volunteers have been there, done that and more but in Phase 2 need to get fully absorbed in the NEW and Embodiment and let their pasts go. Like many Volunteers, I’ve spent multiple earthly “past lives” being initiated into different mysteries in different mastery schools across Earth and time, all to aid this incarnate version during the Ascension and Embodiment Processes.   

There are numerous other examples but I hope the ones I’ve listed are enough to get you into individual Phase 2 level awareness, focus and activities. What you focus on now in Phase 2 especially is the timeline, frequency level and reality you’ll find yourself in because you are a vibrational match with it so be conscious of your consciousness, take full responsibility for what you are and are not doing now and make personal course corrections whenever needed. Phase 2 is very different and it needs each of us in the now living it, embodying it, Embodying and therefore anchoring it into NEW Earth for NEW Humanity from wherever each of us physically are. During Phase 1 of the Ascension Process the external was important but in Phase 2 the internal in each of us is the most important and powerful location.

Wasn’t Joking About Source’s 2020 CEASE & DESIST ORDER Either

While many in the ascension communities were intensely focused on their different plans and events for 2020, Phase 2 of the Ascension Process arrived across the energetic evolutionary board on January 12, 2020 and many found their plans abruptly stopped due to what I’ve been calling Source’s Cease & Desist Order.

Source’s divine Phase 2 Cease & Desist Order isn’t just about the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and how it has and will continue through more “waves” to force unaware humans into ‘stay at home’ life and reality. It also isn’t just about the staggering and complete economic and supply chain collapses and food shortages and disappearances that will play out this year and next. It’s also about the Volunteers having to live and respect the Phase 2 Cease & Desist Order too and make numerous individual changes as well. What worked and was our different energy Work in Phase 1 has changed in Phase 2 meaning the Volunteers are under Source’s Cease & Desist Order too and for very important reasons. Be willing to change, grow, learn more, become more Volunteers which is what this Cease & Desist Order is about for us at our current levels. It’s something totally different for mass humanity at their current levels and consciousness. 

Source’s Divine Cease & Desist Order is not aimed only at the unaware global human masses, it’s for everyone and at the top of that list are the ascension communities and related others. At lower levels of consciousness this Phase 2 Cease & Desist Order is to force all unaware people out of everything they’ve been habitually doing, being, focused on and living their entire lives. At higher levels of consciousness such as the ascension communities and related others that are all at varying levels of awareness and Higher Awareness, Phase 2 and the Cease & Desist Order is to force all of them out of everything they’ve been habitually doing, being, focused on and living throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process. At the very top of that group are, as should be obvious, the ascension teachers/writers. This Phase 2 Cease & Desist Order is Source decreed and it is for all living humans on Earth now and that especially includes every ascension teacher/writer and for very important reasons that should also be obvious. For those Volunteer ascension teachers/writers, plus all Volunteers who’ve chosen to live the Embodiment Process now too, Phase 2 needs you to focus exclusively on your personal internal Embodiment Process, not on external ascension related events or planning other events or sacred site playtime with friends or any other such Phase 1 level and frequency habits and activities. If you’re not living the Embodiment Process you still have to live with and in the higher Phase 2 energies and levels and Source’s Cease & Desist Order. It’s for them and us, us and them and all at the different levels of frequency, consciousness, ability and awareness that each group, groups and levels etc. are currently existing within.

At lower levels of consciousness the Phase 2 ‘stay at home’ and ‘stay 6 feet apart’ rules mean for people to stay at their physical homes during times of greater pandemic risk, and when around people outside their homes stay at least 6 feet apart from them physically. At lower levels of consciousness these new mandatory rules seem like it’s entirely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and a big part of it is. But, in typical higher level fashion, it also has to do with teaching unaware humanity how to stop being energetically parasitic and feeding off of other people in mindless herd-like fashion, invading other people’s energetic and physical space and spreading low frequencies and negative consciousness contamination between unaware people constantly. You have to view the pandemic and all else with Higher Awareness to perceive the more complex and amazingly positive aspects of Phase 2 and all that’s come so far with it. It isn’t anything like what so many people in a large section of the ascension and other related communities think the pandemic is. As those people always do, they give instant and complete total credit to Team Dark negative aliens and the global human elite for absolutely everything that happens. That should make you question why those people continue to give all the credit to the negative humans and non-humans every time anything happens on Earth, in humans or to humanity. Evidently, they believe that, despite the Ascension and Embodiment Process, Team Dark aliens, inorganic entities and global elite humans are more powerful than Divine Source and all of multidimensional Universal and beyond Team Light.

At higher levels of consciousness and being the NEW ‘stay at home’ rule means the Volunteers that are living the Embodiment Process now need to stay at HOME internally within themselves. Again, this should be obvious to more and more of us in Phase 2. Stay at home humanity, and Volunteers stay at HOME because your Embodiment Process has reached that level where you and I and all Embodiers are changing in increasingly obvious ways finally. Stay at HOME Volunteers because that is what’s needed in 2020. We’ll deal with later later, but for now we’re in the process of becoming HOME internally in our physical bodies, consciousness and physical selves constantly. If you really want to go HOME while in your current physical body, this is how it’s accomplished by every Embodier. Stay at HOME Volunteers. Stay at home humanity so you’ll be capable of the many TRANSITIONS into NEW HighHeartLife and reality.

Better Understanding UNITY

Throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process so many people perceived and interpreted Unity from old pre-ascension 3D levels of consciousness which was Separation and duality to the extreme. Since 2003 I’ve witnessed many people in the Ascension Community, including many teachers/writers, apply the only level of consciousness they each had at that time (or still have today) which is old lower frequency Separation duality consciousness on to what they believe ascended 5D frequency Unity is. They’ve been wrong however. We’ve ALL been wrong about certain aspects of the Ascension Process including myself (how many others have you ever heard or read any ascension teacher/writer admit this publicly?) because all of this is a great and grand ongoing multiple stair-step Process. We each know what we know from minute to minute, day by day until we’re again blasted with some more higher frequency Light, some more NEW codes, some more NEW DNA activation’s and then we know what we know from that level of our ongoing processes. This is why I’ve said over the years I’ve been writing online about the Ascension Process — here’s what I know today but I expect to know more tomorrow and the day after that and the day after that and so on.

Ascension (lower case “e”) embodiment Process

Old pre-ascension 3D Separation duality consciousness was lowly ego-based human herd consciousness, actions, beliefs and external reality. The basic and mandatory Ascension embodiment Process is the profound inner work of going through numerous formidable steps, layers, phases and processes of what was Separated and dualized in a person and body steadily into higher and higher frequencies of individual internal Unification. So easily said, not so easily accomplished yet it’s exactly what’s been happening.

Male and female energies that were Separated in matching old 3D patriarchal Earth reality are slowly integrated and re-united in both sexes internally within each persons being, physical body, consciousness, CNS, brain, heart and all else.

Mind and heart, intellect and emotional feeling are slowly integrated and unified individually which automatically activates the NEW higher frequency HighHeart center in both sexes.

Left and right brain hemispheres are Rewired so the Separation and duality inside the human brain, head and consciousness is capable of evolving into greater and higher levels of being, consciousness, energy and external reality. All of these things and more are the mandatory basic transformations humans must embody via the current Ascension Process to gain vibratory entrance into the next higher octave of evolutionary reality and exist on and with matching frequency ascended NEW Earth.

Ascension (capital “E”) Embodiment Process

For those individuals who’ve lived the embodiment Ascension Process but desire to go even further with it, the Embodiment Process is also available for any who desire to endeavor towards it as well. The Embodiment Process has one more important ingredient however, one more very big step and layer to the overall Ascension Process. Not all Volunteers have chosen to take it during this current evolutionary Ascension Process but some have. I’m one of those who’ve been living the Embodiment Process along with the baseline mandatory embodiment Ascension Process.

Higher Self, Selves, Soul and current incarnate lower self are slowly and steadily Worked into a close enough vibrational alignment match with each other that the lower self, the incarnate you reading this, is in all ways capable of safely and directly unifying with your Higher Self, Selves, Soul and Divine Source in and through your physical body and consciousness. The greater your “light quotient” and higher and faster you and your physical body vibrate, the more aligned you become with your Higher Self, Selves, Soul to the point where that old Separation and duality layer is also integrated and Unified in and through your physical body and incarnate self. 

This, just like the Ascension embodiment Process does not happen in a weekend or a month of weekends and then ta da!, you’re all “there” and done! The mandatory basics of the Ascension embodiment Process takes time just as the Embodiment Process with one’s Higher Self does. However, now that humanity entered Phase 2 of the Ascension Process in January 2020, and those Volunteers who’ve been Working on their individual Embodiment Process over the years, both are now in very NEW and different stages and levels we’ve not experienced before.

And yes, the COVID-19 pandemic is an incredibly important part of all this. Humans are lazy, stubborn and self-absorbed and most will require repeated global COVID-19 death threat Waves to (1) knock them out of their old tenacious habits, varied addictions, ways of being, perceiving reality, recreating and traveling etc., general living and (2) eventually permanently anchor them into the NEW higher Phase 2 level and Earth world.

At lower levels this pandemic is a fast exit for those who want to exit their bodies quickly in Phase 2. For the majority of global humanity it is the January 12, 2020 Saturn Pluto Capricorn conjunction manifest freedom from the entire old disintegrating world and reality on the physical level. For some other people the pandemic is running parallel to their personal Phase 2 level Embodiment Process. What looks like one event from only one level is actually multiple things happening on multiple levels and frequencies simultaneously. And, believe it or not, it is all deeply positive.

Like most everything else about the Universal Ascension Process, most of us don’t have an accurate and complete understanding about the Embodiment (capital “E”) Process. We ascension teachers/writers think we do, I thought I did, and I did somewhat up until the most recent phase of my personal Embodiment Process started at an entirely NEW higher and much more intense level recently. And as if that weren’t enough, it coincided with the start of our hearing about COVID-19 and it rapidly becoming a global pandemic. Welcome to Phase 2 and 2020!

I would go further back into late 2019 if I could but after what I’ve been through since January 2020, I can barely remember before then. What I do remember vividly is that I felt pretty bad physically since January 2020 through the first couple weeks of April. I felt sick beyond the old typical ascension flu aches and pains, headaches, chills and all the rest of those old familiar Phase 1 ascension symptoms. And as the news about the pandemic spread, and the pandemic itself spread and more and more people were reacting, dying, getting sick, freaking out etc., I struggled with not empathically or in any other way being affected by more and more humans reacting over all this. If you’re a Sensitive you know exactly what I’m talking about. Eye of the hurricane and all that.

Simultaneously to my feeling like physical death warmed over since January 2020, and even wondering a few times if I had “caught it” myself, my Embodiment Process very much went next level on me. I feel these things are directly connected. As I said earlier, many of us thought we knew about the Embodiment Process and how it would feel to us here in physicality the closer we got to full-tilt constant IT.  We thought we knew, I thought I knew, I suspected but I’m here to freely, openly and happily inform you that I was wrong. So is most everyone else too and that’s perfectly okay.

One of the biggest and most unrelenting distortions, misunderstandings or outright bullshit about gaining greater and higher awareness, Higher Self and incarnate self Embodiment connection is that it’s all so beautiful, peaceful, blissful, loving, fluffy, gentle and Piscean Age floaty-blissy wonderful. Based on the majority of what I personally have experienced to date it is nothing like that at all and actually pretty much just the opposite. At least in the beginning stages it is. It does mellow out as I acclimate to the latest NEW me/Me/ME/US.

We’ve been taught for thousands of years about how very spiritual states are blissy, loving, Nirvana-esk wonderfulness. And it may have been for a few hundreds and thousands of years before the current Universal Ascension Process started for a few. The reality now is very different because what we’re going through is far more complex, elevated and evolved. And I don’t have anything against things being occasionally messy, difficult, stupendous, blissy, Divinely blissful or Divinely difficult. It’s all the same thing to me because it’s all spiritual, Divine and evolutionary. Since the mid 1980s I’ve had conscious memory of raising my hand and Volunteering when the great call went out for help with the Universal Ascension Process. I said and I quote, “We’ll go,” as I instantly volunteered multiple aspects of myself that existed in a Light dimension. It’s all the same thing to me — freedom for not only humanity but others elsewhere and much more too.

Nearly every time I personally experience another big stair-step up in my Embodiment Process it is intense, usually causes some anger in me, causes some old lowly remaining tidbits in me to surface immediately and instantly be transmuted on the spot because that is mandatory in the eternally potent presence of your Higher Self, Selves, Soul and Divine Source and incarnate Embodying you getting even closer to full, constant and conscious re-Unification within you on the physical level.

There’s been nothing blissy or gentle about this for me when these larger Embodiment stages happen. Initially it’s intense, severe and most of the time not what I expected. It has plenty of absolute intolerance for anything and anyone that’s lying, bullshitting or misrepresenting anything to other people intentionally or unintentionally. Every time Higher and incarnate lower align and Unify through the dimensions and time space layer upon layers a little more it is intense and entirely intolerant of everything and everyone including any lower aspects of myself that are still carrying even a speck of density, distortion, ego, bullshit or misrepresentation etc. It gets easier after these first initial alignment contacts happen in me but at first is like a mad scientist throwing different volatile chemicals on each other which causes a flash explosion at first! That line about “higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same place” is 1000% true and not just a clever “new age” saying. It is literal, genuine and undeniable. You too will know this when more of your personal Embodiment takes place in physical incarnate you. And then you’ll do it again at higher, closer, ever more direct alignment levels and stages and then you too will know more about IT and how that feels in your physical body, self and psyche at those levels. You will know more and then even more than that and so it and IT goes for us all.

I AM A Sacred Site! I AM A Crystal City! I AM

The whole point of the Ascension Process, and certainly the Embodiment Process, is to become much more within yourself and your physical body, heart, consciousness and Soul. Instead of needing to physically go to physical sacred sites in this country and/or others to live, create, play or parasite off of, why not focus entirely on you becoming a living, breathing, walking, talking “Sacred Site” yourself?

Just like Higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space within me and my physical body due to the Embodiment Process, so too with all things, people, beliefs, actions and systems etc. in Phase 2 of the ascending Earth world. The more each of us live our individual Embodiment (capital “E”) Process in Phase 2 in 2020, the faster all the old lower stuff has to exit one way or another. Higher and lower truly cannot co-exist in the same space. Who would want it to do so? Embodiment in, all old lower out.

As the Embodiers go through deeper Embodiment stages this year, so too will the world go through more COVID-19 Waves if necessary to help remove those who desire to be released now, to redirect, isolate and hold in higher frequency place the rest of humanity who’ve just begun the Ascension Process. They are like children that need adults to give them, to force on them NEW rules, regulations and guidelines to assist them in releasing their old habits and energy patterns and embody the NEW codes, the NEW patterns, the NEW freedoms that they don’t even realize are freedoms yet. 

These processes will continue all of 2020 and beyond based on what I’m aware of at this point. It will be both easy and timeless and at times not so easy and lengthy and drawn out but compressed evolution is all that and so much more and everyone wanted to be here on planet Earth “ground zero” in the worst of ways to experience all this. Deep breath, steady HighHeart and know that so much more is actually taking place than what it looks like on the chaotic and deadly surface level.
