Evolution From Duality To Triality

Since I first went online in 2003 I’ve been steadfastly purchasing online vector images of triangles. They’ve been so prominent and constant in my awareness and yet I didn’t immediately and fully consciously recognize what they were indicating during this Ascension Process. We’re often so preoccupied embodying and living the latest NEW higher frequency Light energies that we don’t always immediately recognize some of the colorful clues littering the ascension roadsides we’re so resolutely traveling.

As the ascension months and years unfolded I became increasingly consciously aware of what the triangles were signifying which is why I’ve been purchasing online vector triangles in all colors and patterns for so long. The triangle is a primary visual indicator and frequency of what we have been incrementally evolving into and embodying throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process. Now in Phase 2, Trinity (the triangle) is the NEW normal energetic frequency and consciousness reality structure template code that mass humanity must now evolve or ascend into themselves.

When I was a young child, I used to draw people in only one way. I did this for years and my drawings looked ridiculous and infantile and I knew it at the time but that didn’t matter to me —that was the only way I drew people for a few years. Here’s an example of how I drew people when I was a kid.

From age six until about ten the only way I drew people was exactly like this. There was never any deviation, additions or adornments. In my world my people were triangular Trinity Triality people with hair that always looked like this. Weird I know but now take a look at this image of ancient Egyptian goddess Hathor.

Aah yes, there’s some of my ancient and much-loved triangular relatives, the Hathors. There are others besides the Hathors with triangular Trinity shapes to their heads and bodies. We Volunteers and Starseeds have huge galactic, multi-galactic, and multidimensional family from our numerous different higher frequency Homes.

You know that heavenly sound and feeling of mountain wind blowing through the tops of pine trees at higher elevations? It’s a beautiful sound, feeling and vibration that goes right into your heart and often gives you a sense of homesickness, of deep longing for some place that feels more like your true HOME than what was pre-ascension physical Earth. If you’ve ever heard and been emotionally affected by the sound, feel and energy of the wind blowing through the tops of mountain pine trees, then hold that memory and emotional sensation as you read this next section.

I want you to view inside your brain and visualize the main three Trinity brain glands. The Pineal, what in the old lower frequency energies was connected to the Crown chakra, the Pituitary and what was the Brow or Third Eye chakra, and the Hypothalamus gland which works with the other two.

Instead of visualizing each of them as little fleshy endocrine glands, I want you to know that they’ve been completely Rewired throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process into tremendously more complex crystal points that are in Phase 2 an elevated, ascended functioning NEW trio of receiver transmitters of NEW Trinity Triality frequencies in your brain and head. I want you to perceive them as unified clear quartz crystal points somewhat like this photo.

Next I want you to hear, feel, See and perceive the continuous incoming cosmic, photonic, galactic center transmissions, energies being transmitted through the Sun, and from higher dimensions like higher elevation winds blowing constantly. Instead of these cosmic, galactic, photonic, solar winds, waves and pulsations blowing through pine treetops on mountains, I want you to know that they have been and continue to “blow” into the three Trinity, Triality-based crystal “trees” within your Rewired physical head, unified brain hemispheres and brain glands. These actions automatically causes them to vibrate higher and produce beautiful sounds, tones and frequencies much like the wind blowing through mountain pine treetops. We now have individual ‘Music of the Spheres‘ type thing happening in our heads, brains and endocrine brain glands which further sings, vibrates into our HighHearts causing it to further expand and automatically transmit those frequencies. And that automatically causes everything around us including humanity to be affected and rapidly evolved by what we are now capable of individually receiving and transmitting from our heads, brains and HighHearts and more.

We have Phase 2 level cosmic, galactic, photonic, solar and more energies, winds, waves and pulsations “blowing” into our Phase 1 Rewired heads, brains and brain glands that’s now causing each of them individually but more importantly all three of them—Trinity—to “sing” together in NEW connected, unified ways that were literally not possible energetically or physically before. Cosmic, galactic, photonic and solar winds are blowing into and through Volunteers’ Rewired trio Trinity crystal brain glands which is causing radiant tones, vibrations, ringing, buzzing, humming, high pitched singing sounds that have never been able to be embodied then transmitted in physical human bodies and brains before. Very well-done Volunteers! I know it’s been physically painful getting to this point, but we’ve done it and we’re receiving and transmitting the NEW Triality energies constantly now in Phase 2.  September 2020 put more “finishing touches” on this lengthy Rewiring Process both in our heads and brains and in our whole bodies too. This is another reason why many of us—female and male—have been having some old ascension symptoms return this year such as hot flashes, sudden vertigo, sudden intense heart pounding with accompanying pains and pressures in the entire front and back HighHeart areas, stiffness and soreness in those front and back spine and shoulder HighHeart areas, hot bottoms of the feet, more eye pains, greater eye sensitivity to both man-made light and organic higher Light, and more vision changes and visual distortions and anomalies etc. due to the brain gland trio Trinity changes and greater Separation of Worlds & Timelines.

Our heads and NEW Trinity Triality-based crystalline brain trio glands are making beautiful sounds and vibrations because the cosmic winds are constantly blowing through them now and that causes further evolutionary changes inside our heads, brains, Rewired endocrine system, DNA, hearts, HighHearts, skeletal structure, eyes, organs, CNS and all else. And then we transmit what we’ve received and embodied ourselves outward which automatically causes greater and faster changes in external reality and humanity and so on.

  Over the past few years I’ve often Seen my HighHeart look like an open crystal lotus flower. I’ve also Seen and felt a Diamond Sun in the center of that crystal lotus flower. The Diamond Sun radiates purifying white Light which causes the crystal lotus HighHeart to vibrate higher, expand more, and produce and transmit more NEW Trinity sounds and vibrational transmissions.

What’s been happening increasingly during Phase 2 2020 so far was as I mentioned above, impressively stepped-up in September 2020, and obviously for three days before the September equinox and three days after it. It’s because of this that so many of us have felt like very NEW mack trucks were sent by Source to roll over us and quickly push us to the next higher level of our embodiment and/or Embodiment Processes. I’m still embodying and acclimating this latest round because it’s been rather physically painful in its intensity. The winds have been constantly blowing into and through my head and three Trinity crystal brain gland “trees” for months making beautiful Triality sounds, tones and vibrations that automatically travel into my Crystal Lotus Diamond Sun HighHeart where the Process continues producing more, greater and higher still NEW sounds, tones, vibrations, radiations and transmissions. We receive, we embody, then we transmit it all into NEW Earth for NEW humanity to step into. The more we do this the faster the dismantling and worldwide chaos grows in the dying old patriarchal world and people because higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space. Never forget this natural and automatic embodiment fact Embodiers.

If you read the HighHeartLife comments you’ve recently read some readers sharing their dreams, visions and Higher Awareness’s of late. One of them mentioned she observed all lower vibrating things being quickly burned away in the higher Light. Another reader shared what she called a ‘mine sweeper’ sort of situation with these higher Light energies and what they’re doing to lower frequency things, beings, people and so on. I’ve often thought of this like it’s been depicted in classic vampire movies over the decades. The vampire(s) unintentionally comes into direct contact with organic Light which instantly causes their inorganic bodies to burn and turn to dust. Yes, higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space and so there’s increasing burning away, leaving, dying and separating due to the Separation of Worlds. The Phase 2 2020 and beyond Divine Cease & Desist Order is for every single person alive now. And whatever it is that each of us must now Cease & Desist is and has been promptly unfolding all year. It will continue the rest of 2020 and all of 2021 so do it now or do it later but know that you will do it, whatever it is that you and I and all of us absolutely must do now to vibrationally match the Phase 2 Separation shifts.

Channeled Insults & Disrespect

Phase 2 of the Ascension Process abruptly thrust us into the next higher level of The Process. I felt this tremendous shift at the start of January 2020, and it has not and will not diminish or ease up. Because of that huge energetic shift and physical level implementation of more NEW codes, Light and energies at the start of this hellacious year, I’ve written multiple articles in 2020 finally voicing some of my longstanding frustrations and disappointments about much and many within the ascension community. This is yet another I’m adding to my growing list of 2020 articles about certain ascension related situations, ascension teachers/writers, deluded ascension community people, physical and energetic conscious creational activities by some, the very different levels of individual development and focus, and non-physical channeled beings and their physical human channels that I won’t continue silently, politely suffering in Phase 2. None of us should at this point.

Yes, certain channeled non-physical beings is the focus of my disdain in this article. This is another topic I’ve kept my mouth shut about since I first got online in 2003 but no more. 2020 is difficult enough — we certainly don’t need or deserve non-physical beings criticizing us over much of anything at this point of the Ascension Process.

I won’t be talked down to by any non-physical being that sounds like a lowly egoic human treating those of us who Volunteered to physically incarnate on Earth now to Work the Ascension Process from the inside like we’re children. How dare any non-physical channeled being and its physical “talking head” human lecture Volunteers like an etheric parental figure.

I completely understand the occasional need for a channeled message from non-physical whoever through physical human whoever that’s intended to uplift the incarnate Volunteers when they’re going through an extra difficult period, such as what all of 2020 has been for the majority. However, over these ascension years I’ve often read different channeled messages that were anything but uplifting, accurate, inspiring, comforting, respectful and honoring of the incarnate Volunteers. Like I already said, often some of these channeled messages intended for the incarnate Volunteers sound way too much like an unaware human ego throwing its egoic and insensitive weight around at us. Personally I don’t need or want to be soothed, placated, adored or appreciated by them, nor do I need or want to be insulted, reprimanded, dressed down, lectured or criticized by any of them either.

Personally I find it way too much that any non-physical being not living the Ascension Process front and center physically like we incarnate Volunteers have feels it needs to lecture or scold us over anything. I’ve met a few low-level, not very developed, unaware and often downright heartless, insensitive ETs exactly like this. Beings both channeled and ET that too often feel they have some right to now and then demean we incarnate ascension Volunteers simply because we are physical and they are not. Stupidity, arrogance, ego, lack of development, lack of higher awareness, lack of heart, empathy, relateability to others human and otherwise is not something found only on physical Earth in physical humans, it’s galactic, it’s universal.

The developmental hierarchies of non-physical beings and aliens is very real, just as it is on physical Earth in physical humans. Just because it’s a non-physical being that’s being channeled by some physical human does NOT mean it is the highest, wisest, most honest, most developed, advanced and compassionate Being around. Same is true of ETs. Just because they’re ETs and have more advanced technologies and modes of physical and energetic travel than humanity does NOT automatically mean they are more advanced, more spiritually elevated, more wise, honest, sensitive, compassionate and aware. To often it’s just the opposite, which is another big part of your incarnate Volunteer self’s need to discover or more accurately remember and consciously know while you’re an incarnate Volunteer.

The more your HighHeart embodies vastly higher Light energies, the less these old lower level left brained channeled beings, ETs, ET technologies etc. will impress you, fool you, intimidate or cause you to second-guess yourself. Eventually you will discover that those beings and/or ETs that channel messages through human “talking heads” are vastly less advanced, developed and aware than you currently are incarnate Volunteer. Many of these channeled beings and ETs bosses, bosses boss is another aspect of you at much higher dimensions and energetic levels which is hilarious if you think about it. Some of these channeled beings and ETs are talking down to you because they are not capable of higher awareness and perceptions to recognize who and what you really are at this and multiple other levels, dimensions and timelines. And you thought all the egoic jerks were human!

Now that that’s out of the way let’s get to the higher purpose of this seemingly pissy and rebellious article.

The September 22, 2020 Libra Equinox is only days away. Typically Libra has to do with balance, equality, equilibrium, harmony, internal and external beauty and such. You shouldn’t need me or anyone else to tell you that all those lovely Libra traits probably won’t be very obvious this year. The world is on fire, flooding and worse, so much humanity continues dying, so many more people are currently mentally and emotionally unstable, and politics and governments worldwide are so utterly corrupt and repulsive we’re not going to discus it or any of them. “This is the end, my only friend the end…” the old Doors song goes. And thank god it is.

At this point my deepest hope is that you and you alone are finally discovering how powerful, wise and developed you actually are. Not the being channeling whatever in someone’s latest channeled message. Not the ET in some etheric Light ship. Not some ET with an ego, superior attitude, zero heart and too much technology but you.

You who are an incarnate Volunteer that in Phase 2 is being pushed to quickly and repeatedly come to conscious terms with the fact, the FACT that you already know far more than any channeled information by any non-physical being, ET or other Other, and most of the ascension teachers/writers. This September 2020 Phase 2 Libra equinox is going to push every real Volunteer to become more embodied, more Embodied, more consciously aware of your own personal integrated Higher and Lower self, Selves and aspects as ALL of YOU, You and you right here, right now. Not in the future near or far but right now. YOU are all of them and more and it’s time for you as a baseline 5D integrated, unified ascending crystalline being of Light in a human body form to be, live, express and Consciously Create from your own personal individual integrated Higher “heaven” Selves and your incarnate physical Volunteer “earth” Self. That’s what 2020 Libra equinox holds for the Volunteers. I don’t suspect it will be much different from how this year has been so far but that’s just fine and perfect all things considered. 😉

I AM the I AM that I AM. So are you, and it’s time we lived that FACT every minute of every day of the rest of our ascension lives. You should have discovered already in 2020 that the time of looking externally to others for guidance, reality interpretations, support, predictions, nurturing, sanity, honesty and so forth is over. It is crazy everywhere and the only thing that’s a comfort, a support, a guiding crystalline Light for me personally is ME, Me, and me, my HighHeart, and what I know for myself to date. Everything and everyone other than those things I am not interested in or attracted to in Phase 2. Neither should you be either IF you have embodied and/or Embodied enough at this point to know for yourself from your HighHeart. Expect the unexpected with this September 2020 Libra equinox, and for that matter the rest of this year up to and through the December 2020 Capricorn solstice and more. Dare to trust YOU, You, and you as Source embodied and aligned in new-to-you ways to be and live anew in the higher NEW.

More 2020 Disclosure

As I mentioned in Comments under the previous article, I’ve intentionally not talked much publicly about politics and/or conspiracies, nor have I named names of well-known people and so-called teachers/writers in the ascension, spiritual, conspiracy and “new age” communities either. I’ve certainly wanted to name names since 2003 when I first got online and discovered endless websites and blogs spreading negative interference and distortions, lies and lack of higher awareness in their writings and channelings. Not out of malice but to warn the readers, the followers. Nonetheless, it was not my job to do that in Phase 1 of the Ascension Process because people needed to figure out for themselves who is energetically the real deal and who is not. Unfortunately this has grown substantially since 2003, because more and more people have gotten websites and blog platforms to say and claim whatever they want whether true or not and hopefully make money doing so. Many readers and followers in these communities have needed to (dear god please make it so!) learn for themselves that so many of the ascension and conspiracy people who write, lecture, create videos and/or channel about the Ascension Process and related topics are not entirely accurate, as elevated as may first seem, distortion-free or free of negativity and deceptions from Team Dark. A little truth here and there feathered in with a lot of lies and distortions is nearly impossible for people to figure out and that is exactly why Team Dark aliens and entities and so many humans have done it and continue doing it to this day.

[Team Dark is my term for all negative non-physical, non-human, inorganic aliens, entities, demons, devils and living humans, referred to as Portal People, because they’re easily used and worked through by the negative non-physicals to harm, attack, interfere with and try to derail Volunteers, other spiritual and spiritually focused people, and unaware people who are “waking up” to the larger realities.]

Since the start of 2020, Phase 2 of the Ascension Process, I’ve received some emails from different readers all asking me the same questions, all voicing the exact same concerns, disappointments and confusions. This year it’s become increasingly obvious to we Volunteers who have NOT fallen prey to any Team Dark attempts to hijack us, crush us, trick us, sidetrack us, derail us, exhaust us, beat the life-Light out of us or rip us from our unfaltering Volunteer energy mission Work, that we finally come clean publicly about these things and people. Phase 2 is, among many other things, Disclosure time and that includes far more disclosure about things and people than most are expecting. Tough cookies say I — knowing more is rarely easy or pain-free but evolution demands it of us all.

Normally when I quote something someone said to me in an email, I get their permission to quote them if I want to share something they said. I did not do this with these 2020 emails I’ve received and am quoting below. It’s for this reason I’m not including these people’s names or initials but will instead use numbers to indicate different people. This should give you a good honest sense of how many Volunteers who have NOT drunk the Orange Kool-Aid, feel about Trump & Co. including the entire red party and the current negative borderline dictatorship coup situation. You can see it, feel it, hear it and smell the Descending Earth world reality flexing its darkness and brutality over the globally unaware. The Separation of Worlds is so in our faces, hearts and lives this year. I know it’s painful in every way to be so physically close to the Descending Earth world and its inhabitants but this phase won’t last much longer. Hold and continue being the higher and this insane negativity will go its way without us and we will go our ways without any of them. But, the big burning question remains about why so-called spiritual, ascension-aware people, and many ascension teachers/writers/bloggers are pro Trump & Co., pro QAnon and pro so many other similar things and people? WTF in other words! We’ll get to this in a moment.

Throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process—1998–1999 until end of December 2019—I and many of you who’ve read my articles and comments for many years basically kept our mouths shut about A LOT of things and people like certain channelings and channelers, certain ascension related books, videos, certain ascension teachers/writers, the ascension and conspiracy, spiritual and new age communities and their members etc. Many Volunteers First Everythingers have known since the start whose who and what’s what with all of these groups, communities, individual ascension teachers/writers, channelers, other people and groups of people, some who’ve remained anonymous (QAnon and like others) but have put tremendous amounts of intentional and unintentional lies, distortions, misunderstandings, negative religious residue, and flat-out incorrect and negative information about the ascension and related topics across the Internet for close to two decades now.

According to Travis View, who has studied the QAnon phenomenon and written about it extensively for The Washington Post, the essence of the conspiracy theory is that:

“there is a worldwide cabal of Satan-worshiping pedophiles who rule the world, essentially, and they control everything. They control politicians, and they control the media. They control Hollywood, and they cover up their existence, essentially. And they would have continued ruling the world, were it not for the election of President Donald Trump. Now, Donald Trump in this conspiracy theory knows all about this evil cabal’s wrongdoing. But one of the reasons that Donald Trump was elected was to put an end to them, basically. And now we would be ignorant of this behind-the-scenes battle of Donald Trump and the U.S. military—that everyone backs him and the evil cabal—were it not for ‘Q.’ And what ‘Q’ is—is basically a poster on 4chan, who later moved to 8chan, who reveals details about this secret behind-the-scenes battle, and also secrets about what the cabal is doing and also the mass sort of upcoming arrest events through these posts.”[26]

Followers of QAnon also believe that there is an imminent event known as “The Storm” in which thousands of people, members of the cabal, will be arrested, possibly sent to Guantanamo Bay prison or face military tribunals, and the U.S. military will brutally take over the country.[26] The result of “The Storm” will be salvation and a utopia on earth.[37] 

It’s also how many Volunteers feel and have in some cases for many years felt about certain ascension, conspiracy and spiritual teachers/writers/lecturers shockingly corrupted information, selves and consciousness. Just below the phony surface negativity. Outright lies. Half-truths mixed with Team Dark distorted information. Negative egos that they haven’t dealt with in themselves yet if they ever will in these lifetimes. Lingering religious beliefs and appetite for religious type theatrical displays that have replaced traditional church and alter paraphernalia with “new age” quartz crystals, burning sage, patterns of flowers on the ground and other such current and still external paraphernalia. Lack of pure clear Higher Awareness. Dangerous inability to discern energies, beings, people, so-called teachers/writers, ETs, the Light from the Dark / the Dark from the Light and so on.

Some didn’t think Disclosure included this and I know it’s not what you were expecting but it’s here in the Phase 2 level Light and reality. It’s hard “waking up” and it’s heartbreaking at times too and plenty disappointing. Wake up people and clearly and honesty see, feel and know how and where and why you’ve been duped, hijacked and held captive energetically by Team Dark. By Portal People. By too many ascension and conspiracy teachers/writers/lectures who haven’t been and still aren’t aware enough, experienced enough or personally knowledgeable enough themselves to quickly recognize Team Dark and resist them. Some well-known authors, teachers, lecturers who’ve repeatedly been on certain TV programs having to do with conspiracies, ETs/UFOs, and the paranormal but who couldn’t and still to this day cannot honestly discern energies, people, beings, Team Dark, events or information are on TV interpreting realities as they believe them for the unaware masses and getting paid and famous for it. And by those who repeatedly claimed, preached and taught that ‘all negativity is only inside you and nowhere else’, which conveniently gave non-physical Team Dark carte blanche to continue doing what they have to humanity.

Disclosure means you’re going to abruptly have to learn more about things, beings, aliens, people, groups, realities, consciousness, evolution, agendas, the Light, the Dark and old lower frequency Duality in general.

Do you remember Barbara Marciniak’s twenty-year-old channeled Pleiadian line — “The real war is over consciousness” ?

You stupid, foolish, dangerous unaware people. Fuck those who preach, teach and spread distorted information which is Light. Fuck the fluffies. Fuck the conspiracies. Fuck everyone who constantly and instantly credits the elite and governments and military and Team Dark for every goddamned thing that happens on Earth. There’s an earthquake somewhere, these people who claim to be of the Light and love Jesus are the people who always claim it was the “cabal” that caused it. There’s a heatwave somewhere, these idiots credit Team Dark cabal elite with creating and causing it. There’s an explosion somewhere, these are the people who, on their websites and blogs instantly and continuously give all the credit to the “bad guys” for it. I ask you, why would they repeatedly do this while out the other side of their mouths say they love Jesus and are of the Light? You can’t claim yourself and your group or readers or followers to be of the Light when you continuously give credit to the Dark for every single thing that happens around the world. Hell, fuck um all. Said with love, namasta, peace, light and love be with you and all that empty thoughtless crap that effortlessly spills like pre-recorded messages from the unaware lips of so many.

Global warming is Gaia having hot flashes because she’s going through The Change. Ever had hot flashes due to your going through ascension induced Kundalini risings? You think all that evolutionary pressure doesn’t create some natural heat to both Earth, the planets, humans and all else? No, no you’re right, it’s all caused by the cabal/elite/government/military because they are so all-powerful. Pick a side and get with the highly pressurized natural friction and heat causing Ascension Process.

I’ve said this before and I’m saying it again here. I’ve never wanted followers, I want steadfast self-empowered, intimately Duality wise and experienced ascension Volunteer Co-Workers.

I want individuals that are Lightwarriors who are personally conscious of Team Dark as Team Dark and never get confused, conned or doubtful about Team Dark and what’s what and whose who and what the Dark negative feels like and how it works, inverts and distorts everything. I want you to freaking know for yourself what BOTH the Light feels like and what the Dark feels like because when you personally know for yourself based on firsthand experiences with them BOTH—as in Duality reality and life—you instantly and easily can discern which is which. It is so easy to feel and so obvious IF you are honestly familiar with BOTH energy frequencies. Which is why the fluffies and all those people who haven’t been aware enough, conscious enough, discerning enough, wise enough, honest enough and willing to even question if Team Dark was a possibility have been so easy for Team Dark aliens, entities and demons to use and manipulate and spread disinformation which is intentionally distorted Light. You want to sacrifice your rare current life during this ascension on the Team Dark alter of stupidity and close-mindedness that’s your choice and your problem.

Newsflash, Team Dark wants you to believe they do not and have not existed. They’ve always wanted this. They don’t want you to “wake up” and discover that they exist and have run Earth, those elite and mass humanity plus much of the astral for eons. They don’t want you to discover that they exist, you supply their food and fuel, and they’ve used you to keep themselves inorganically alive and their agendas and inorganic timelines alive and going. Keep claiming that these negative aliens and beings and entire hierarchy of wholly negative inorganic Dark creatures don’t exist and that ‘all the darkness is only inside of you‘ —and you’re doing their work for them. But that’s what Team Dark does to humanity so very well — they get you to do their work for them.

Something else I want to include before I forget has to do with what’s being pushed now by some so-called ascension teachers/writers. It is the business about how we no longer need to be alone and should now get together, band together, tribe together physically. I have an important question for you. Why would individuals that are Embodying, that are Embodied and energetically sovereign enough in 2020 Phase 2, need to physically get together with other ascension people? Short answer is they do not. Longer answer is why they don’t. Again, discernment people!

Briefly, those who’ve also been living the Embodiment Process besides the Ascension Process, have internally reached a high enough level and Light amount and frequency in themselves individually in 2020 that they can accomplish just about anything all by themselves. There is no need for us, for those who are Embodied to join with other ascension people and groups because Embodiment means you, individually, have a constant working conscious energetic connection with your Soul, your Higher Self/Selves, with the Source field and this incarnate you self and physical body. In other words, you, You and YOU and more are all vibrating within a high enough frequency range plus are free enough from your old lower frequency ego that this continuous living energy alignment connection can happen and not have it kill your physical body or fry your mind or anything else. You are your own group and because you are energetically sovereign you don’t need to be with anyone else to fulfill you or to fill in any gaps in you etc. You are your own integrated, unified, transcended individual group and there’s very little that can top that. Yes, being with some like others for a while physically would be fun and a very NEW experience for us all but none of us needs this or them for the reasons mentioned.

So, question why anyone, especially a so-called spiritual ascension teacher/writer/guru/wanna be pack leader, would tell you that you need to stop being alone and should join in with like others. BTW, one of many natural benefits of reaching a high enough Embodiment level is that you are always in contact energetically, vibrationally, psychically, empathically and so forth with like others. We communicate with each other etherically, we feel each other etherically, we sense each other from higher levels of our being, consciousness and HighHeart and do not need to physically, externally be with like others. What the heck do these so-called teachers/writers think 5D and higher dimensional consciousness and life would be?! FYI, many readers are far more evolved and knowledgeable than some of the teachers/writers they read in Phase 1.

What’s The Solution To All This?

Glad you asked. Now that I’ve outed, blasted, insulted, cursed at and called out the people and groups I have, I’m now going to turn the focus directly on us, the Volunteers, because it is not about them but about us and you need to never forget that.

It was in the late 2000’s that I finally understood what I’m about to share. Some of you have already figured this out on your own and very well done you, but some Volunteers haven’t yet and need to immediately in Phase 2.

At lower frequency levels of what’s been Duality reality and consciousness, everyone had to deal with that duality which oh so easily keeps one in an endless state and frequency of back and forth with the “other side”. Team Dark beings and some humans know this and do everything they can to KEEP humans, humanity in that lower frequency of Duality which is like a dog chasing its tail. It does nothing but produce battles, fighting, back and forth arguing, projecting, violence and so on. Guess who benefits from all that? Correct, the low frequency Team Dark beings and humans.

The only way out of that level, frequency, consciousness and reality is to willingly and deliberately walk away from it yourself. Forget about everyone else and continue Working on yourself Volunteer. Keep embodying, keep Embodying, keep ascending and ignore what you’ve walked away from. It’s a planetary ghost town at this point. When you and I as Volunteers do this we literally energetically OVERRIDE everything and everyone in those lower frequencies hoping to high hell that you never figure this out and “ascend” out of that frequency range.

Team Dark beings and humans get something energetically from humanity. They get far, far more from one Volunteer when they can trick you or derail you or cause you self-doubt because you are, I am, we (sorry I’ve just got to use these terms here 😉 ) have really big intense Shine, we have very steamy Steam which means we’re really big energy game prizes for Team Dark beings and negative humans which is another reason why we’ve always been in their etheric and physical cross-hairs. (If you’re wondering what I mean by big Shine and steamy Steam please read or re-read my August 2, 2020, article Those That Glowed in the Old Dark and the Shine Hunters.)

When you’re focused on fighting Team Dark, the elite, the government(s) etc. you are energetically trapped in that frequency with them which they want and benefit from because you help energetically feed and perpetuate it and them. Live by the sword, die by the sword.

When you’re focused on cleaning up, removing, clearing etc. the old lower frequency patriarchal world stuff in Phase 2, you’re energetically trapped in that frequency. When you’re focused on these old lower things, beings, aliens, people, systems etc. you are NOT living the Phase 2 level Ascension Process and Embodiment Process if doing that too, which is exactly what they want. You are NOT doing what you’re now supposed to but are lingering in lower frequencies trying to “do good” when what’s really going on is you’ve gotten derailed and are being used by those lower beings and people. Without you and your misplaced focus, energies, emotions, remaining Team Dark beings and humans will quickly starve to death. Get your Light-filled Volunteer mega ‘shine’ and ‘steam’ self and energies outta there and up where you need to be all the time now Volunteer! The Volunteers are all done with the old lower patriarchal world and everyone in it. It and they are NOT our job, responsibility, focus or energy Work anymore. We are. I repeat, you are what’s important and needs to be 100% your focus now in Phase 2. Not them but you and you alone. The rest will naturally and automatically become increasingly obvious to you as you do this in yourself for yourself.

Conscious Creators are needed in Phase 2 for continued NEW Earth creating. Let the old lower frequency beings and people do their thing. You and I as Volunteers no longer need participate whatsoever in any of it. Walk away with a pure clear heart and exist and Work from HOME now constantly.

In Phase 2 we know that Team Dark exists, we know that the elite humans exist, we know aliens exist, we know about them and their agendas and do not need to remain there going over and over and over that same information like some in the conspiracy and ascension communities continue doing in Phase 2. You are where you’re focused people. The “war” really is over human consciousness. Do you know where your consciousness is at all times? Only you should be running your consciousness and focus, not anyone or anything else.

Know these negatives exist and that they do what they do and why but keep moving away from them and what all they do and don’t look back. If you linger down there you risk more than you should be willing to risk in Phase 2 and the current Separation of Worlds & Timelines Volunteer!

What’s another way that certain ascension and conspiracy teachers/writers, bloggers etc. can affect and influence you Volunteer? Because they exist much further back down a whole lot of energy stair-steps, their words, their writings and videos can cause some Volunteers to self-doubt themselves and which stair-step level they’re currently on. Like I said earlier, this is no longer about them but you and I as Volunteers. You see, many ascension and conspiracy teachers/writers are not even Volunteers so for you to doubt yourself because of something they said in a video, wrote in a book or article is just crazy and dangerous. Read their materials if you want but be honest with yourself, energetically discern every word and action for yourself and then make your decision about whether you want to focus on what they’re saying, selling, preaching, teaching. Not all ascension and/or conspiracy teachers/writers/lectures are what they claim to be. You know it and I know it and you and I have evolved beyond them and need to focus on what we’re supposed to now in Phase 2 at these much higher levels. Those people don’t even exist in the same world as you do now, some of which aren’t ascending but descending. Take your power Volunteer, walk away, be super aware, be selfish with your hard-earned sovereign energies and let those on lower stair-steps, lower earth worlds, lower frequencies and realities do their things. You are needed up here to do what only you can do for self and All.

This has gotten long so I’ll end it here even though there’s more to say about all these things. I don’t even want to go into detail about the QAnon things and the Trump things and all the other insane distortions. It’s not important or worthy of our time, energies and focus. We know what it/they are and we continue to OVERRIDE and Consciously Create far above them, above it all, that it just doesn’t matter what distortions they continue pushing. From the very beginning of my writing about the Ascension Process and related issues online in 2003, I have never fit the stereotypical patriarchal spiritual and/or new age molds. I just said a mouthful there which is worth more deeply considering for a lot of different reasons. As many of you who’ve read me for years know, I’ve never had a current photo of myself displayed on either of my websites. I’m talking about those posed photos, you know the type, the doing your best spiritual or holier-than-thou, angelic, not-of-this-world, new age type glamor shot photo(s).

You also know that I never created an elaborate, outlandish, puffed up, triple-dipped in holier than thou type bullshit About/ Bio page about myself either. My god have you read some of them that other people have written about themselves and actually use on their websites?! They’re astonishing and very accurately do reveal exactly who and what those people are.

Let me give you my invented fantastical version of what I’m talking about. It is ego-based, self-promoting, market-based, full of crap hustle type online About / Bio page.  Over the years I’ve seen many much like this on some peoples websites.

Denise awoke two years ago and was instantly downloaded all of the information about the entire Universe. She can speak in ET tongues multiple Light Languages and can write, sing and meditate in them as well. Before her complete awakening two years ago, Denise worked for sixteen years in and for Corporate America. She uses those patriarchal tools to professionally market and promote herself and her spiritual and energy products online and at events around the world.

Denise trained under renowned Swammy Whatshisname and has a Diploma of Spiritual Excellence from his school which cost her a couple thousand dollars. I’ve never in my 68 years lived or played by the patriarchal ego-based level and consciousness, including any of the New Age or other spiritual camps and groups either for the honest reason that I’ve never been any of those things in this life. The closest I’ve gotten to an elaborate About page is at TRANSITIONS where I shared some information about the start of my Ascension Process in early 1999. No ego puff, no spiritual fluff, no expensive patriarchal letters behind my name, no speaking in ET “light language” tongues, not one day of my entire life spent at a job working for corporate American, no expensive present life spiritual or energy schooling or trainings to add to my patriarchal spiritual New Age resume — only personal firsthand experiences that are often anything but attractive, elegant or fluffy blissy.

Most people with a little or a lot of lingering residual patriarchal religious consciousness still believed that to be “spiritual” one must look, sound, speak, move, posture, act and behave in very specific ways. Many believe that true spiritual people don’t cuss, get angry or animated much at all. Some believe that spiritual people should and should not wear certain colored clothes such as white to show one’s pure and elevated nature, or black or dark colors which they believe represents density and/or negativity which is old patriarchal Duality consciousness. Many believe that they should only wear certain types of clothing and fabrics. Some believe in wearing no jewelry while others believe they must wear certain quartz crystal jewelry–the brighter the better–and other gemstones and specific things to visually reinforce and clue their followers that they are indeed very spiritual, elevated and wise. Some go for the holier than thou look and routine, body posturing, gestures, vocal tones and speech because they still have negative residual Piscean Age religious distortions in their consciousness. Others are more drawn to old Eastern religious beliefs and guru types. Others attempt to come across as not of this Earth, which, newsflash, most of us aren’t anyway. Many believe that to be energetically elevated and more receptive to interactions with higher levels of consciousness, reality and beings they must eat and drink only certain pure foods and water plus fast regularly and on and on these lingering old lower consciousness beliefs from the global patriarchy and past Piscean Age energies go in so many people still today.

To me any and all of those sorts of things and behaviors are very repulsive and instant proof that those people are very much not what they’re trying so hard to convince others of. If you honestly are spiritual you don’t need any props, staging, lighting, any spiritual glam shot photos of yourself trying to do your best impersonation of what you currently believe Divine to look like in physical human form.

Oh how quickly they forget some of their own teachings, such as how every person naturally gives off an Energy Signature. Obviously they believe that no one can really See and read Energy Signatures of other people including every ascension teacher, writer, lecturer and person in front of video cameras. We See you, we read you, we know because we’re capable of honestly perceiving Energy Signatures of people and ascension teachers and other beings as well. There is no hiding, no lying or hustling in this Light at this level in Phase 2 of the Ascension Process. Egos think and believe that. The unaware think and believe that.

You know how most humans look, sound, act and move rather unattractively during puberty? We all went through it and the majority of us were an oily hot mess which is normal for what’s going on during puberty. In many ways humanity—including all the ascension teachers/writers—are currently in this Phase 2 level of the Ascension Process and Separation of Worlds and we’re all looking, sounding, acting, moving and behaving like we’re deep in the transformational throws of puberty, of evolutionary spiritual energetic puberty. We won’t always look, sound and act this way but for now we do and it’s not very attractive but it’s freaking compressed evolution we’re talking about here!

For starters everyone and I mean everyone is having to castoff the old Piscean Age and its opposite sign Virgo energies and consciousness and all else. Some people can do this faster, easier and more completely than other people. No judgement with this. Some people made it through puberty faster, easier and more completely than other people too. While all this rapid casting-off of the exiting Piscean Age energies, beliefs, reality habits and consciousness is taking place, we’re all having to step into and embody the new astrological Age energies of Aquarius and Uranus and its opposite sign Leo and its ruler the Sun. Waves of HighHeart higher awareness answers right there.

The point I’m wanting to make is that what has been seen, felt, believed—old patriarchal and Piscean Age XYZ spirituality etc.—to be all the things they were no longer apply to where we are today in Phase 2. We all, ascension teachers and mass humanity, are in a state of change the likes we’ve not experienced ever before while incarnate in this or any other life and body on Earth. I’m not talking about the future or near future but right now today. We’re all in awful and awkward “puberty” states of profound evolutionary transformation both internally and externally, both individually and collectively across the physical world. We’re anything but hot n’ sexy right now. We’re anything but wise and all-knowing right now. We’re anything but all together, slick and clever right now, and you know what else, it’s all normal and needed for what we’re going through right now. Personally and collectively so get over your old shit whatever it has been and just mature, just evolve, just let go of and dare to become all NEW and shiny… soon and in ways you did not and could not perceive last year or last decade. Put down your old beloved props, costumes, gadgets and tools and honestly, with your whole HighHeart step up into an unperceived as yet NEW and shiny you now. You want physicalization? It’s here and not what most were expecting but how exciting is that!

Phase 2 of the Ascension Process, and these final levels of the Embodiment Process if you’re doing that now too, are so different from Phase 1 and what everyone thought and expected them to be like. We’ve all perceived what we were each capable of perceiving at the time, at the time, but we continue evolving and changing which means we continue being able to perceive greater, higher and larger every day now. Don’t pretend you’re not in this current Phase 2 level of evolutionary “puberty” and awkwardness while hiding in your “bedroom” away from others. This is part of The Process we’re all in now, this physicalization, shifting, casting-off and separating from what has been. This part MUST be lived day by day by each of us in our own ways so that each of us becomes not only all NEW and shiny but energetically sovereign and empowered in all NEW and shiny ways too. So important this. Give yourselves this profound freedom now instead of clinging to the old lower past things. Trust that this current Phase 2 Process is doing exactly what it’s designed to do for every single human alive now. Trust it, let go of the past in all ways. Dare to become something entirely different and stop thinking you know everything about everything because you don’t and neither do I. I do know we’re becoming now and that we’ll become even more the more we release of the, of our pasts. 

Spirituality no longer looks like XYZ, especially now in Phase 2 of the Ascension Process. How naked can you allow yourself to get to become more of Source as yourself physicalized on Earth now? That was an unfair question because you don’t know yet, not really, but I very much hope you soon find out. I very much hope we all do. Use this strange time in NEW ways to do entirely NEW things within yourself and your life and reality. This is a big way we’re currently bridging from what has been to NEW Earth, NEW Humans.

Presently I Just. Don’t. Care.

Throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process—1998–1999 thru end of December 2019—we had to leave behind most if not all of our family members, adult children, friends, husband/wife/mate in many cases, basically everyone and everything to live and embody the Phase 1 Ascension Process as Volunteer First Everythingers. With the start of Phase 2 of the Ascension Process in January 2020, many Volunteers have been discovering we’re now having to do the same thing again but with most if not all ascension teachers/writers/lectures and people in the ascension and conspiracy communities and more.

So far in 2020 next to nothing and no one has interested me whatsoever and ascension teachers/writers are at the top of that list.

In case some of you are thinking how disrespectful that comment sounds, I was momentarily disappointed when Phase 2 started in January 2020 and the majority in the ascension community continued on like nothing had changed at all. From my January 1, 2020 perspective everything changed dramatically and completely and I was surprised that certain others weren’t registering that stupendous shift into what I’ve been calling Phase 2 of the Ascension Process. I got over it just as you have. I also know many of you reading this have felt this way for a good while before Phase 2 started about them plus most of your, our old favorite authors too. At first it’s hard to realize that you’ve grown beyond them because you benefited from them in years and decades past, however, forge ahead alone and in your own way you must. You can blame these 2020 feelings and growing self-dependence on Phase 2 and your greater Embodiment Process. First Everythingers in this too. Do not misinterpret your expanding sovereignty. Own, trust, use and rely on your growing, expanding NEW you and Higher Awareness. Ascension guru surfing is over. Be your own everything because you and Source got this, you just need to realize that in Phase 2 and act on it.

This Phase 2 Embodier shift level was so concentrated and abrupt in me starting January 1, 2020 that it surprised me. Before this I had some teeny sense of belonging to a very small Phase 1 Ascension Process group of incarnate Volunteers. Not many but at least some back then. With the start of 2020 that ended and I again found myself alone in NEW territory having to figure it out while living and embodying and Embodying during these first six months in a 2020 ‘world in crisis’, patriarchal collapse, the global pandemic and all the rest. I know there’s a few of you reading this that have felt this tremendous personal inner shift from what your Volunteer life and energetic Work and Mission was throughout Phase 1, to what it abruptly revised into with our physical entrance into Phase 2 in January 2020. I also know many of you haven’t experienced this shift yet, and that many never will, and that is perfect and perfectly okay.

First Everythingers, continue walking forward on your ascension pathpaver Path. Do not stop. Don’t look back at Sodom and Gomorrah Part II tearing itself apart. Don’t watch Rome burning Part II. Don’t linger amidst the current global patriarchal Downfall of Atlantis Part II. Do not wait for anyone or anything because real First Everythinger, humanity needs you, me, we to do what only you, me, we can now so they have a NEW Earth world to enter when they’re able. Let go of your old Phase 1 ascension habits, focus, ascension teachers/writers, friends, forums and communities IF you have honestly grown beyond them. If you have then you already feel and know that your personal ascension path and Work shifted due to Phase 2. Don’t be afraid of or doubtful over your personal mandatory NEW shifts and changes. Don’t be afraid to rely on and trust your own internal HighHeart Higher Awareness to gain insights, answers and higher perceptions about what’s going on personally, collectively and far beyond that.

Everyone eventually HAS to make this evolutionary shift out of old lower addictive, habitual, disempowered total reliance on external sources, ascension teachers, spiritual gurus, religious leaders, governments, all old systems and other people in general. Old lower parasitic reality and behaviors by anyone is over. Old lower reliance on everything and everyone other than yourself is over. This is where everyone is in 2020 Phase 2 — mandatory change from what has been into what is becoming internally in individuals and in external world reality. When people’s consciousness evolves, external physical reality automatically rapidly follows. From Volunteers to the unaware human masses, everyone entered Phase 2 in January 2020 and everyone has had to make many changes in multiple ways since then. This will continue so get used to it. Get used to being a reality gypsy while more and more of humanity finally rather quickly moves from old lower to NEW higher levels and frequencies repeatedly throughout this shift. They’re now climbing the evolutionary ascension energy stair-steps which frees the Volunteers and first to Embody up to do the NEW higher things we’re now supposed to. 

Old everything was external, NEW everything is internal and the First Everythingers Embodying have been living this and increasingly discovering this is fact. Reaching a certain level within the Embodiment Process means one increasingly finds that they individually are now responsible for their own daily energy supply, their own energetic sovereignty, and increasingly their own personal reality. When that level is reached you quickly understand why Angelics and very advanced ETs and other highly evolved Others never waste energies on silly crap of any sort for any reason. When it’s your own personal divine Source life-force food and fuel that you are entirely responsible for and with, you don’t get stupid with it, you don’t get wasteful with it, you don’t get careless with it and you don’t give it away to anyone for any reason. This is another aspect of becoming increasingly individually sovereign energetically. Think of this as adult spirituality on an energetic level. It instantly changes your focus and knowing about a lot of things, especially on the physical level in Phase 2.

During Phase 1 of the Ascension Process groups of like-others were important, helpful and needed. During Phase 2 this has very much not been the case. Just the opposite in fact and this huge distinction and shift is extremely important on multiple levels for multiple reasons. In Phase 2, INDIVIDUALS are NEW “groups” unto themselves. This isn’t as mystical, confusing or lonely as it may seem at first. At lower levels of energy, consciousness, ability and development the incarnate ascension Volunteers benefited in different ways from being in these ascension groups online and/or physically during Phase 1, but that changed in January 2020 for many of them. Not all of them but many Embodying first in Phase 2. 

As I said in multiple articles in the first-half of 2020, Source presented an unexpected mandatory Cease & Desist Order in January 2020 and it was not just for or about the COVID-19 pandemic and mass humanity. It was also directed at every ascension Volunteer and every ascension teacher/writer/lecturer. The ascension Volunteers have not been exempt from that divine Cease & Desist Order because we were and are needed to make big personal, individual physical-level changes in ourselves and our Volunteer lives in Phase 2. Humans are creatures of habit and that includes Volunteers in human bodies. Know when to shift your personal individual ascension gears, focus, Work and abilities fellow Volunteers, First Everythingers, Starseeds, Pathpavers, Wayshowers.

Humans—this includes Volunteers—have been and will continue to be purposely physically separated from other people for very positive reasons in 2020, and probably into 2021 as well. Trust this because it’s much more than what’s currently known by most and is necessary at this time of ascension shift. Co-mingling has great and immediate consequences in Phase 2 2020 and I’m not talking about just COVID-19! Not everyone is capable of being physically near everyone else at this powerful point in this shift.

Because my body started somewhat acting like it was “sick” in late January 2020, I didn’t leave my house much. No big change here because I haven’t since 1999 for the simple reason that it physically hurt even more every time I left my home, property and higher frequency space to do anything in the lower frequency world. Most Volunteers have lived this way for these reasons. But, by late January 2020 my body was experiencing different symptoms such as occasionally running a low-grade fever and just feeling more “sick” and achy more often. By late February 2020 the pandemic was becoming known worldwide. For me it was a bit confusing in the early months of Phase 2 2020 as to what was ascension energy “sickness” feelings in my body, what were symptoms from the NEW 2018 and 2019 ascension codes being fully physicalized in 2020, and what if anything might be from COVOID-19, and how much was I as a sensitive and empath picking up from global humanity? And, was there any difference with any or all of these? 

I know there are lots of people that believe all sorts of things about what this pandemic is and isn’t and who or what caused it and why and so on. Personally I don’t care what other people believe about it. I trust what I personally know and feel internally based on my own Higher Awareness and perceptions and not on anyone or anything else externally. 

Due to the first mandatory ‘stay-at-home’  period I, like most of you, went out as little as possible and only for groceries and such. Because of this additional need to remain at home physically, it’s taken me longer to figure some of these strange new things out. Example: Every time since January 2020 that I’ve left my house and/or had close physical contact with anyone (such as the man I hired to remove my old PC and connect and setup my new one in my house), I’ve gotten “sick” for a day or two afterwards. Not pandemic sick but “sick” with a low-grade fever and increased body aches and pains and exhaustion. Every time! At first I blamed this on having to wear a #&^%*@% ‘I can’t breath’  face mask and no doubt some of my feeling more sick, head-achy and dizzy after a face mask wearing trip to the grocery store had/has something to do with mild oxygen deprivation symptoms.

But over these first six months of 2020 and all it’s produced so far (oh yes, there’s much more to come), it’s taken me a bit longer than usual to discern these new Phase 2 things. I’ve perceived many different things about them but this next situation I really wasn’t expecting. I perceived that where the Embodiers currently are within their individual Embodiment Process in Phase 2 is not altogether compatible with or physically and energetically comfortable for most unaware humans. In other words, we who are Embodying first now at these Phase 2 levels are often too much energetically for every lower frequency person, and vice versa, which is why I’ve gotten more “sick” feeling every time after I’ve been around lower vibrating “normal” people.

Clarification — I’m not talking about Team Dark or Portal People with this, although Portal People are still in play at this point in the shift but not for much longer. I’m talking specifically about how some of the first to Embody Volunteers are not yet supposed to be in close and extended physical proximity with other humans and vice versa. Evidently at this point within the Separation of Worlds shift, this current Phase 2 2020 overlapping of lower frequency people with certain first Volunteer Embodiers who’ve Embodied enough individually to directly affect physical reality, is causing some symptoms and side effects of its own. The old lower and the NEW higher are now close enough in some situations that there’s some mixing of, some overlapping of energies between the two, much like a highly contagious physical virus. 😉  I’m affecting people that come into my personal space—which is much larger than six feet—and they are affecting me. They always have because I’m a sensitive and empath but I sure as heck don’t want to feel what the unaware people are experiencing themselves and/or are worried about experiencing due to the pandemic or anything else. None of us who are natural sensitives and empaths want to feel what COVID-19 feels like even as varied as it is in people. After 22 years of severe ascension symptoms and continual intense energy side effects, I don’t want to feel a drop of anything else that’s not mine in Phase 2. Just being honest about this at this point within my individual, personal Embodiment Process.

I’m certain that the final phase of the Embodiment Process will teach me, will teach every Embodier about all of this and more but for now it’s feeling like there’s energetic overlapping happening around the Separation of Worlds edges that’s normal for what’s currently happening in the physical dimension. It just doesn’t always feel so great in one’s physical body, be they Volunteer or regular human.

For the unaware global human masses Source’s January 2020 mandatory Cease & Desist Order was to FORCE all humans out of what they have been habitually doing and with no conscious awareness at all, thinking, believing, focused on, used to and expecting. What better and faster way than a pandemic to abruptly force mass humanity out of old lower frequency life, consciousness and external physical reality as it has been into this temporary but necessary period of separation from the old and shift into the NEW? For the Volunteers this mandatory Cease & Desist Order was to FORCE all of them out of what they have been habitually doing, Working on, thinking, believing, focused on, used to and expecting throughout Phase 1 into higher frequency Phase 2 of the Ascension Process, and Embodiment Process if they were doing that as well. There are no mistakes here with this pandemic and everything that’s happening and will happen because of it. There had to be something, some major global thing that would force everyone out of the old lower ways, habits and so on into this next higher phase. The profound diversity in global humanity and their radically different levels of current personal individual development and consciousness required an external something that would FORCE a sudden and complete planetary-wide change, and sadly for most humans, the threat of death was the only thing that would slow them down and hopefully shock them out of their continued mindless, unthinking repetitions, actions and very lives lived in the old lowly dying patriarchal reality.

  

The shift into Phase 2 has in very intense ways brought the Aquarian Age energies into play more physically than ever before. Because every astrological sign and Age has its opposite sign and energies functioning simultaneously, it’s important to think of Aquarius and its ruling planet Uranus in direct connection with the sign Leo and its ruling planet the Sun. The two images above are attempts at visually representing the ascended high qualities and energies of Aquarius Galactic Center sourced Diamond frequency Waves in this image, and the three triple Trinity Triality (not old lower frequency Duality) crystalline (Christ, Christic frequency, NOT a person) Diamond Hearts that is Leo and the Sun energies at ascended levels and frequencies.

Two other common qualities of Aquarius and its opposite sign Leo are, Aquarius groups and Leo individuals. At old 3D pre-ascension frequency levels and consciousness Aquarius were groups of people who had similar beliefs, intellectual development, consciousness, focus, intent etc. while old lower Leo energies were very much about human egos, total self focus, lower heart if there was something to be gained by it and so on.  In other words, at old pre-ascension levels Aquarian energies were either displayed as groups that all thought the same about whatever (old patriarchal group-think), or the occasional rebellious, often colorful eccentric outsider who lived how they wanted and enjoy being as non-conformist as they could be.

Another aspect I want to focus on again now that we’re halfway through 2020 is transiting Uranus (ruler of Aquarius) being in Taurus (an EARTH sign). Uranus first entered Taurus in May 2018 for a few months but retrograded back into Aries. It re-entered Taurus for the full seven-yearlong transit of that sign in March 2019. Uranus will enter Gemini (an AIR sign) in April 2026.

Briefly, Taurus has had to do with what humans value such as money, property, ability to buy what one wants etc. Taurus has to do with what humans believe holds great monetary value in the current world, what powers, abilities and freedoms money and wealth gives them and so on. These are common old pre-ascension level traits and consciousness connected to Taurus, they are not representative of higher level ascended consciousness humans and humanity. During this Phase 2 Separation of Worlds shift it’s getting increasingly easily seen in more people that what they now find “valuable” and of “value” is shifting, is ascending because they and their consciousness is, and this is only the very first signs of this in some people. This will continue spreading like the energetic, evolutionary wildfire it actually is and we Volunteers will finally breath a great sigh of relief as we increasingly see the “fruits of our labors” on ascending, shifting Earth and in ascending, shifting humans.

The very crude, but again absolutely necessary first steps of this Uranus in Taurus transit at Phase 2 levels is being seen in growing numbers of people as shifting values about other people, other groups (Aquarius) of people. The first ascended NEW Earth Aquarian Age signs of HighHeart consciousness and subsequent external reality manifesting in some unaware people. Let it unfold even though it’s rather crude and infantile at this point. It’s HUGE all things considered.

Another major thing humanity is having to deal with is caused by the pandemic. What do humans value in a pandemic? What do humans now find “valuable”, of “value” during this pandemic? (I can’t help myself so I’ll say it for us all — toilet paper! 😀  )  Yeah, true but what else? How about how many humans are deciding whether or not to wear face masks. How about how some are throwing childish adult tantrums in public over wearing or not wearing face masks? A lot of people are not coping well at all with everything that’s happened so far in these first six months of 2020. This will only increase as more things, issues and changes happen due to the shift out of the old and into the NEW. It’s going to get worse for a while because it’s been very, very dark for a very long time. So long in fact that humanity has forgotten what Light is, what freedom is, what peace is, what living safe, equal and respected is and on and on.

About how humans are having to decide or learn or with the very low frequency self-absorbed people be FORCED to comply so as to not make sick or possibly kill other people? People having to decide if life, possible sickness or death of self and others over-weighs their lowly hedonistic physical desires and addictions. If they want to go outside and play and party because that’s what’s still “valuable” to them then they’re doing it. BTW, lowly hedonistic wants and desires, addictions, lusts, obsessions etc. have always come under the old lowest negative traits of Taurus. Coincidence? Not hardly but evolution time is pushing many people into the present NEW higher frequencies and they are fighting it, resisting it, loudly bitching and complaining about it for all they’re worth. I recommend that people be very mindful of what they want and fight for during this shift Separation of Worlds because it, whatever it is, will carry them right to a world that has it.

How about how old lowly patriarchal monetary greed (more old lowly Taurus traits) is now increasingly seen in all of the lowest people? They don’t care about anyone other than themselves. If people want to hold on to old patriarchal power, wealth, fame etc. they value then they’re doing that even if it puts other people and groups of people at risk of getting sick or dying. The Phase 2 pandemic continues to flush out the very lowest traits like ego, monetary greed, selfishness, continued power over other people and groups of people, intentionally hurting humanity to remain in power, get what they want and so on. 

On the other hand, Phase 2 and the pandemic continues to flush out the old lowest negativity, which those who’ve been living the Ascension Process for many years or two or three decades knows means that you HAVE to let go of and fully release that negativity in yourself, whatever it was and how habitual it became for you and yours. For many people this is going to be far more difficult than they currently understand for the simple reason that they’ve never experienced it before. We can want something very much, and it is entirely deserved, but when it finally starts arriving it means that not only did you get what you wanted and needed to be freed from, but now you HAVE to let go of what’s been your only reality and life for decades, for hundreds of years for your ancestors. Getting freed from something means you’ve got a lot of Inner Work to do to release as many times as is necessary for you personally, everything that was your life and reality. It means you’ve GOT to grow up in ways you didn’t even know existed, repeatedly change and take on many new personal responsibilities and more. Welcome to our current compressed evolution. It’s worth the effort and periods of confusion however.

Humanity, and many Volunteers too, are going to be fumbling and stumbling around for a while as they all individually learn how to be free, how to no longer care about, want, lust after or need most of the old “valuables” that were everything to them before. The Uranus in Taurus transit hasn’t even hit full force in the money, financial, monetary areas yet but it is coming and fast now. When that arrives it’s going to FORCE everyone out of where we all have been all of our lives into a nationwide and worldwide period of chaotic transition much more intense than what’s already happened in the first-half of 2020. No fear as this is when we all get freed from the old negative patriarchal need to work for money so we can eat, shower and sleep somewhere and be taxed into carefully maintained poverty. As this chaotic shift plays out keep this in your HighHeart awareness, not that there’s no money or that it’s not coming in as it always did before and in the ways it did. Trust through these ascension shifts out of all the old negativity.

2020 Distribution of NEW ET Galactic Codes

In my May 21, 2020 article Flashing Lights In Your Eye I shared an experience I had during the day on May 19th. One ET being quickly etherically passed through my living room to deliver a specific energy upgrade. Immediately after that I experienced about 25 minutes of painless visual flashing of what looked like darker gemstone colored triangular Trinity codes in a few unusual moving patterns in my right eye. Read or re-read the article for more details.

I mention it here because something else happened recently that’s directly connected to this and other 2020 events. Over the weeks it’s become increasingly obvious that the Volunteers — those who volunteered to drop a lot of Light to be able to incarnate into a physical body on physical Earth to directly assist with the current Universal Ascension Process — Starseeds, Lightworkers, Lightwarriors, Embodiers, Transmuters, Gridworkers, Pathpavers, Wayshowers are incrementally embodying NEW ET Galactic codes, some specific ones etherically hand-delivered by certain ETs. Like everything else going on now, this too is part of Phase 2 of the Ascension Process in 2020.

At first I was going to wait until after the June 20, 2020 Solstice and same-day Solar eclipse happened before I wrote this but it feels like I should share these different incremental stair-step dispensations of some of the NEW Galactic codes throughout the process itself. Besides that, we’re moving so quickly and differently now in Phase 2 2020 that I may completely forget what I’ve recently experienced because we’ve gone so far past that so quickly. Because of this I decided to write about each of these NEW ET Galactic code steps and layers they’ve been dispensing this year as I experience and perceive them.

My May 29, 2020 article talked about how we naturally evolve beyond our old beloved Guides and ET family and friends and Others who’ve helped us during certain years and/or decades in these current ascension lives is very much a part of all this as well. Phase 2 Level 2020 Embodiment Process

[A few years ago I discovered while rereading one year’s worth of my articles that they start in January and unfolded throughout the year like connected chapters in a book. I can’t take full conscious credit for this, because for the most part, I was so involved living and embodying and Embodying that I wasn’t always fully aware of how interconnected each and every event, energy, negative attack, positive contact, NEW dispensation, change, old release and NEW addition was. Ascension forest for the trees sort of thing. This same business has been and continues happening in 2020, Phase 2 at breakneck speed even while immobile and seemingly “doing nothing” physically. That is so not the case in Phase 2 so continue to both stay-at-home and stay-at-HOME for as long as you know you need to this year.]

Friday, June 5, 2020 was the Lunar eclipse at 15° Sagittarius 34′, and I experienced tremendous amounts of old 3D Earth worlds and realities permanently deleted. It was more of and on an even larger scale, cosmic housecleaning of not ascending Earth worlds and timelines.

Sunday, June 7, 2020 I woke up with a very strange feeling of a lot of commotion happening multidimensionally with numerous different ETs and ET groups. I woke up that morning feeling and hearing them going through something that had them excited, involved and hurried. Some ETs were not entirely happy about what was happening so certain more advanced ETs were explaining the current situation to them. There were moments of confusion in some of the less evolved and aware “younger” ETs over these current massive code changes taking place. Some of them felt they were suddenly being unfairly overwritten, overrode energetically by the more advanced ETs. I experienced these different excited, but at times slightly chaotic interactions between different ET individuals and ET groups from the moment I woke up that morning until mid-afternoon, like I was an invisible Volunteer Starseed observer in a multidimensional corner! It was fascinating, not to mention mildly humorous witnessing these different ETs and ET groups—all of which are at different levels of development, awareness and ability themselves just like humans—being so excited and hurried, confused and focused.

I perceived some of the more advanced ETs explain to some of the “younger” ETs that their old codes for humanity have expired due to Phase 2 of the Ascension Process and that everyone has reached the point (in 2020) where much more complex, higher frequency, Light infused whole galaxy Galactic codes are being delivered to the physically incarnate Volunteers to embody and anchor into ascending NEW Earth world(s).

I’m smiling as I write this because, in its way these massive changeovers from how it has been to how it’s becoming is unfolding on Earth now and in the other dimensions at the same “time”. There is no place, no level, no dimension, no galaxy that’s not going through these evolutionary changes in their ways simultaneously to what we Volunteers in human bodies are currently experiencing at our levels and what unaware humanity on Earth is experiencing at their levels now. Many don’t want their old familiar lower level stuff — codes, rules, powers, control and all else — to end now and be replaced with much higher frequency, higher Light levels, higher evolved everything. Some very minor and brief “protesting” has taken place among some of the younger ETs recently because they too are going through these sweeping ascension related shifts and changes as humanity is, as Volunteers are, as everything is everywhere. 

Monday, June 8, 2020 I finally reached full physical level release from my mom’s hospital bill from one year ago this month. There was a small amount (not small at all when you’re unemployed!) on her hospital bill that her insurance didn’t cover, and a month after she died last June I received that bill. I’d just become unemployed the first week of June 2019 because of her entering the hospital, so to have this bill show up when I had zero income from June through September of 2019 was unnerving and pissed me off. I paid my dead mother’s remaining hospital bill in early August 2019 out of my savings because I knew they’d peruse payment any way they could and until hell froze over because that is who and what they are.

For me this was a big old ugly patriarchal deal but I paid it in full in August 2019 and was glad to be free of it all. Except… oh you knew something was coming with this! The hospital kept mailing me the same bill and amount every couple months from August 2019 until June 2020. There was billing confusion on their end but it irritated me to have this continue in my life for a whole year. Eventually it was resolved on their end and I was finally free from that last hanging on bit of parasitic old lower world crap on June 8, 2020. I share this only to show how these things are all connected and how the old world and those in it are hanging on for all they’re worth because they know nothing other than what they have known at that lower level of old patriarchal Earth reality.

Tuesday, June 9, 2020 I had increased slightly different feeling head pains and pressures from the bottom of my eyes up to the top of my head and even above that by about a foot or more. This was different from how it feels when any Pineal and/or Pituitary gland upgrades are happening in my head. I had moments of feeling disoriented a bit and have needed to sleep much more everyday during the daytime all of 2020. Volunteers have been having their Pineal and Pituitary glands repeatedly evolved, expanded, upgraded, turned more complex and crystalline etc. since they each began the Ascension Process, but this is Phase 2 level different and you can feel that difference in your head, eyes, awareness, consciousness, HighHeart and abilities. Do not fear this as it’s part of the current embodiment of some more of these NEW Galactic codes. Just like all else in the Ascension and Embodiment Processes this too will take some linear time for us to safely embody them all. From here on out however, expect the weird factor to amplify and in ways also NEW to you, even if you’re a Starseed. It’s been busy there and it’s been busy here and this will continue all year as the Volunteers continue embodying these many NEW, different, higher frequency and much more complex ET Galactic codes.

While the Volunteers continue embodying these NEW ET Galactic codes this year, those at lower levels of consciousness and focus continue to look to the external old world, people, groups and governments etc. to finally reveal all their long-hidden secrets about ETs, UFO and whatnot. We’re embodying NEW ET Galactic codes and those people continue playing around in the external expecting that the corrupt will suddenly come clean and share all publicly. What’s happening is that the Volunteers are embodying this first, just as they do with all the NEW energies, Light, frequencies and NEW codes etc., to make them available for mass humanity to quickly evolve, step into when it’s time for them to do so. It’s not going to happen externally — it’s going to happen internally.

From today until the June 20, 2020 Solstice and same-day eclipse, I suggest you sleep as much as your body and CNS now needs, give yourself and your body all the care, respect and room they need to embody so much NEW and so much higher frequency Galactic codes. This too is exciting but we and our bodies need to take this step-by-step to safely embody it all physically. We may be having more time anomalies during this period, more mild to moderate moments of disorientation, more head and eye Pineal and Pituitary glands pressures and visions and who knows what all! Our HighHearts are intimately connected to these NEW ET Galactic codes and brain glands upgrades so expect anything in that location, space and level now through the June 2020 Solstice. I suspect the July 4, 2020 (big hint there!) eclipse will be more whole body, more all-encompassing for the Volunteers, and more all-encompassing at lower levels for mass humanity — all very important within these ongoing Phase 2 evolutionary processes.

Wasn’t Joking About 2020 Being the Start of PHASE 2

Phase 2 of the Ascension Process. They’re just words, intellectual terms, just mental speculations and possible near future considerations until one finds ones self suddenly physically living them. Such as been the case on most all fronts since January 2020 when Volunteers and global humanity entered Phase 2.

I can barely stand turning the TV on anymore because the amplifying negativity, the well lit lies, increasing insanity, frantic last-minute power grabs and unending greed has been worse every day in Phase 2. I can also barely stand turning my computer on and going online in 2020 for the same reasons, and I only frequent a few online sites that are the most elevated within the ascension community. Such is the super fast-tracked Phase 2 level of global dismantling of everything and everyone but now from within the NEW codes and much higher frequency Light energies. As if everything that’s been happening since January 2020 weren’t enough, each person reading this needs to keep in their HighHeart awareness the fact that there is a massive spectrum of people with extremely different levels of individual consciousness, development, abilities, awareness and personal focus. The same is true within the ascension community and ascension teachers/writers/lecturers. They however are functioning within a closer range of frequencies than the general unaware human masses.

There are so many different timelines because there are so many individuals with considerably different levels of consciousness, beliefs, awareness and focus. This is easily seen and felt within the ascension community and other related communities.

There are individuals and groups of individuals in the ascension community that are still, in 2020, waiting for, complaining about, arguing over, writing more books about, giving more lectures about, and entirely focused on why the government hasn’t come clean publicly yet about the existence of UFOs and ETs.

There are individuals and groups of individuals in the ascension community that believe, in 2020, that Jesus and a Lightbeing crew and ancient UFO craft and who knows what else are soon to come and save the ascension day and all of them too of course.

There are individuals and groups of individuals in the ascension community that are still, in 2020, clinging to many if not all of their old Phase 1 ascension habitual energy Work routines and related physical activities in Phase 2. In case some haven’t noticed yet, Phase 2 is mightily different from Phase 1. In case you’ve not realized yet Volunteers, we’ve been given NEW Phase 2 ascension Work orders since January 2020.

If you’re a Volunteer whose chosen to live the Embodiment Process now too then you very much need to reevaluate and re-prioritize to match yourself and your actions with the Phase 2 energies. If you’ve chosen to not live the Embodiment Process you nonetheless still have to make personal, individual changes in yourself and your ascension related actions, plans and activities.

2020 Phase 2 level Embodiment Process carries greater individual responsibility than what we experienced in Phase 1 so we’ve all been having to make more individual adjustments in many different ways right out of the January 2020 Phase 2 gates. It’s just taken some Volunteers a little longer to realize this and make the necessary personal course corrections. However, Saturn turns retrograde on May 11, 2020 at 1°Aquarius and retrogrades back to 25°Capricorn until September 29, 2020. Also, Jupiter goes retrograde May 14th at 27°Capricorn and retrogrades back to 17°Capricorn until September 12, 2020. EVERYONE will now have to deal with Saturn retrograde for the next five months and make multiple personal, individual course corrections wherever each of us needs to, to do our Volunteer Work and individual Phase 2 Embodiment at these NEW and different levels.

There are individuals and groups of individuals within the ascension community that still, in 2020, believe that all negativity and evil comes from people and their shadow side, their shadow nature etc. and never from anything or anyone else on Earth or elsewhere. Evolution and increased awareness will reveal more of the details behind the past Great Cycle of learning humanity and Others have recently exited within Duality and separation frequencies and consciousness however.

There are individuals and groups of individuals within the ET, UFO and conspiracy and ascension communities that still, in 2020, believe that certain–what I would call Team Dark negative aliens and other interdimensional aliens, beings, entities and such–are really positive and just need you to willingly give them some of your organic life-force to help and feed and fuel them. In return for repeatedly doing that, receive certain limited higher types of abilities, experiences and interdimensional phenomena and/or weaponry tech etc. from them. In other words, some individuals, some very well-known, and some groups of individuals believe that to gain higher awareness and more advanced abilities they must willingly give away portions of their personal organic life-force to inorganic interdimensional, extra-dimensional aliens and entities. Discernment and energetically knowing both Team Light and Team Dark frequencies and beings is so important so that individuals can know for themselves whose who and what’s what and not fall prey to these interdimensional parasitic aliens and entities con jobs for whatever the reasons. God almighty, anything but evolve and learn to do it all yourself!

There are some ascension teacher/writer individuals and groups of individuals within the ascension community that still, in 2020, believe it’s necessary to physically go to certain locations such as sacred sites on Earth to do energy Work. Aren’t we Volunteers here to help Earth, Gaia become an entire “sacred site” planet in a higher dimension and NEW level and state of being? An ascended NEW Earth Star? Aren’t we Volunteers here to lay the NEW energetic foundations, embody higher DNA, build NEW energy roads, bridges and pathways etc. for humanity to use to become energetically capable of ascending to and living on NEW ascended sacred site Earth Star?

Aren’t you capable of doing the ascension Work from anywhere? At any time? Under really terrible, difficult conditions and ongoing interference and noise of one type or another? Are you aware that the majority of Volunteers are totally unknown super powerhouse individuals who’ve never been seen or known or physically gone to any sacred site to do ascension related energy Work? There are far more individuals who’ve constantly done ascension Work from their homes and chaotic lives with more responsibilities like children, a husband/wife, having to care for an elderly sick and/or dying parent(s), juggle a regular job with being a Volunteer and doing that Work constantly, owning a home and property needing continual maintenance and money and so on. There’s always been more of the unseen and unknown incarnate Volunteers Working from wherever they’re at while juggling kids, a mate, a sick parent, food, school, house, yard, pets etc. Those are the individuals that can do the energy Work while under the absolute worst of physical, emotional, financial and psychological conditions and aren’t even known or acknowledged by other Volunteers. For me, the fluff, pomp and “new age” ascension ceremonies and events individuals will never live up to the numerous unknown and unseen individuals around the planet who’ve Worked the Ascension Process from the severe negativity and density of every Shit Town USA, plus all other such cities and towns around the planet with zero recognition for their unending higher and wholly ego-less Service. You are seen and known and have always been Volunteers that I would trust before any other.  

There are some in the ascension community that still, in 2020, have a lot of old Piscean Age religious residue in them, their beliefs, words and actions about the Ascension. Many of them are a strange mixture of “New Age” preacher guru, Starseeds with different ET connections that can also speak in ET tongues, many with strong past lives lived in old East Indian schools of philosophy that are plainly visible in their current lives, consciousness and attitudes. Most all Volunteers have been there, done that and more but in Phase 2 need to get fully absorbed in the NEW and Embodiment and let their pasts go. Like many Volunteers, I’ve spent multiple earthly “past lives” being initiated into different mysteries in different mastery schools across Earth and time, all to aid this incarnate version during the Ascension and Embodiment Processes.   

There are numerous other examples but I hope the ones I’ve listed are enough to get you into individual Phase 2 level awareness, focus and activities. What you focus on now in Phase 2 especially is the timeline, frequency level and reality you’ll find yourself in because you are a vibrational match with it so be conscious of your consciousness, take full responsibility for what you are and are not doing now and make personal course corrections whenever needed. Phase 2 is very different and it needs each of us in the now living it, embodying it, Embodying and therefore anchoring it into NEW Earth for NEW Humanity from wherever each of us physically are. During Phase 1 of the Ascension Process the external was important but in Phase 2 the internal in each of us is the most important and powerful location.

Wasn’t Joking About Source’s 2020 CEASE & DESIST ORDER Either

While many in the ascension communities were intensely focused on their different plans and events for 2020, Phase 2 of the Ascension Process arrived across the energetic evolutionary board on January 12, 2020 and many found their plans abruptly stopped due to what I’ve been calling Source’s Cease & Desist Order.

Source’s divine Phase 2 Cease & Desist Order isn’t just about the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and how it has and will continue through more “waves” to force unaware humans into ‘stay at home’ life and reality. It also isn’t just about the staggering and complete economic and supply chain collapses and food shortages and disappearances that will play out this year and next. It’s also about the Volunteers having to live and respect the Phase 2 Cease & Desist Order too and make numerous individual changes as well. What worked and was our different energy Work in Phase 1 has changed in Phase 2 meaning the Volunteers are under Source’s Cease & Desist Order too and for very important reasons. Be willing to change, grow, learn more, become more Volunteers which is what this Cease & Desist Order is about for us at our current levels. It’s something totally different for mass humanity at their current levels and consciousness. 

Source’s Divine Cease & Desist Order is not aimed only at the unaware global human masses, it’s for everyone and at the top of that list are the ascension communities and related others. At lower levels of consciousness this Phase 2 Cease & Desist Order is to force all unaware people out of everything they’ve been habitually doing, being, focused on and living their entire lives. At higher levels of consciousness such as the ascension communities and related others that are all at varying levels of awareness and Higher Awareness, Phase 2 and the Cease & Desist Order is to force all of them out of everything they’ve been habitually doing, being, focused on and living throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process. At the very top of that group are, as should be obvious, the ascension teachers/writers. This Phase 2 Cease & Desist Order is Source decreed and it is for all living humans on Earth now and that especially includes every ascension teacher/writer and for very important reasons that should also be obvious. For those Volunteer ascension teachers/writers, plus all Volunteers who’ve chosen to live the Embodiment Process now too, Phase 2 needs you to focus exclusively on your personal internal Embodiment Process, not on external ascension related events or planning other events or sacred site playtime with friends or any other such Phase 1 level and frequency habits and activities. If you’re not living the Embodiment Process you still have to live with and in the higher Phase 2 energies and levels and Source’s Cease & Desist Order. It’s for them and us, us and them and all at the different levels of frequency, consciousness, ability and awareness that each group, groups and levels etc. are currently existing within.

At lower levels of consciousness the Phase 2 ‘stay at home’ and ‘stay 6 feet apart’ rules mean for people to stay at their physical homes during times of greater pandemic risk, and when around people outside their homes stay at least 6 feet apart from them physically. At lower levels of consciousness these new mandatory rules seem like it’s entirely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and a big part of it is. But, in typical higher level fashion, it also has to do with teaching unaware humanity how to stop being energetically parasitic and feeding off of other people in mindless herd-like fashion, invading other people’s energetic and physical space and spreading low frequencies and negative consciousness contamination between unaware people constantly. You have to view the pandemic and all else with Higher Awareness to perceive the more complex and amazingly positive aspects of Phase 2 and all that’s come so far with it. It isn’t anything like what so many people in a large section of the ascension and other related communities think the pandemic is. As those people always do, they give instant and complete total credit to Team Dark negative aliens and the global human elite for absolutely everything that happens. That should make you question why those people continue to give all the credit to the negative humans and non-humans every time anything happens on Earth, in humans or to humanity. Evidently, they believe that, despite the Ascension and Embodiment Process, Team Dark aliens, inorganic entities and global elite humans are more powerful than Divine Source and all of multidimensional Universal and beyond Team Light.

At higher levels of consciousness and being the NEW ‘stay at home’ rule means the Volunteers that are living the Embodiment Process now need to stay at HOME internally within themselves. Again, this should be obvious to more and more of us in Phase 2. Stay at home humanity, and Volunteers stay at HOME because your Embodiment Process has reached that level where you and I and all Embodiers are changing in increasingly obvious ways finally. Stay at HOME Volunteers because that is what’s needed in 2020. We’ll deal with later later, but for now we’re in the process of becoming HOME internally in our physical bodies, consciousness and physical selves constantly. If you really want to go HOME while in your current physical body, this is how it’s accomplished by every Embodier. Stay at HOME Volunteers. Stay at home humanity so you’ll be capable of the many TRANSITIONS into NEW HighHeartLife and reality.

Better Understanding UNITY

Throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process so many people perceived and interpreted Unity from old pre-ascension 3D levels of consciousness which was Separation and duality to the extreme. Since 2003 I’ve witnessed many people in the Ascension Community, including many teachers/writers, apply the only level of consciousness they each had at that time (or still have today) which is old lower frequency Separation duality consciousness on to what they believe ascended 5D frequency Unity is. They’ve been wrong however. We’ve ALL been wrong about certain aspects of the Ascension Process including myself (how many others have you ever heard or read any ascension teacher/writer admit this publicly?) because all of this is a great and grand ongoing multiple stair-step Process. We each know what we know from minute to minute, day by day until we’re again blasted with some more higher frequency Light, some more NEW codes, some more NEW DNA activation’s and then we know what we know from that level of our ongoing processes. This is why I’ve said over the years I’ve been writing online about the Ascension Process — here’s what I know today but I expect to know more tomorrow and the day after that and the day after that and so on.

Ascension (lower case “e”) embodiment Process

Old pre-ascension 3D Separation duality consciousness was lowly ego-based human herd consciousness, actions, beliefs and external reality. The basic and mandatory Ascension embodiment Process is the profound inner work of going through numerous formidable steps, layers, phases and processes of what was Separated and dualized in a person and body steadily into higher and higher frequencies of individual internal Unification. So easily said, not so easily accomplished yet it’s exactly what’s been happening.

Male and female energies that were Separated in matching old 3D patriarchal Earth reality are slowly integrated and re-united in both sexes internally within each persons being, physical body, consciousness, CNS, brain, heart and all else.

Mind and heart, intellect and emotional feeling are slowly integrated and unified individually which automatically activates the NEW higher frequency HighHeart center in both sexes.

Left and right brain hemispheres are Rewired so the Separation and duality inside the human brain, head and consciousness is capable of evolving into greater and higher levels of being, consciousness, energy and external reality. All of these things and more are the mandatory basic transformations humans must embody via the current Ascension Process to gain vibratory entrance into the next higher octave of evolutionary reality and exist on and with matching frequency ascended NEW Earth.

Ascension (capital “E”) Embodiment Process

For those individuals who’ve lived the embodiment Ascension Process but desire to go even further with it, the Embodiment Process is also available for any who desire to endeavor towards it as well. The Embodiment Process has one more important ingredient however, one more very big step and layer to the overall Ascension Process. Not all Volunteers have chosen to take it during this current evolutionary Ascension Process but some have. I’m one of those who’ve been living the Embodiment Process along with the baseline mandatory embodiment Ascension Process.

Higher Self, Selves, Soul and current incarnate lower self are slowly and steadily Worked into a close enough vibrational alignment match with each other that the lower self, the incarnate you reading this, is in all ways capable of safely and directly unifying with your Higher Self, Selves, Soul and Divine Source in and through your physical body and consciousness. The greater your “light quotient” and higher and faster you and your physical body vibrate, the more aligned you become with your Higher Self, Selves, Soul to the point where that old Separation and duality layer is also integrated and Unified in and through your physical body and incarnate self. 

This, just like the Ascension embodiment Process does not happen in a weekend or a month of weekends and then ta da!, you’re all “there” and done! The mandatory basics of the Ascension embodiment Process takes time just as the Embodiment Process with one’s Higher Self does. However, now that humanity entered Phase 2 of the Ascension Process in January 2020, and those Volunteers who’ve been Working on their individual Embodiment Process over the years, both are now in very NEW and different stages and levels we’ve not experienced before.

And yes, the COVID-19 pandemic is an incredibly important part of all this. Humans are lazy, stubborn and self-absorbed and most will require repeated global COVID-19 death threat Waves to (1) knock them out of their old tenacious habits, varied addictions, ways of being, perceiving reality, recreating and traveling etc., general living and (2) eventually permanently anchor them into the NEW higher Phase 2 level and Earth world.

At lower levels this pandemic is a fast exit for those who want to exit their bodies quickly in Phase 2. For the majority of global humanity it is the January 12, 2020 Saturn Pluto Capricorn conjunction manifest freedom from the entire old disintegrating world and reality on the physical level. For some other people the pandemic is running parallel to their personal Phase 2 level Embodiment Process. What looks like one event from only one level is actually multiple things happening on multiple levels and frequencies simultaneously. And, believe it or not, it is all deeply positive.

Like most everything else about the Universal Ascension Process, most of us don’t have an accurate and complete understanding about the Embodiment (capital “E”) Process. We ascension teachers/writers think we do, I thought I did, and I did somewhat up until the most recent phase of my personal Embodiment Process started at an entirely NEW higher and much more intense level recently. And as if that weren’t enough, it coincided with the start of our hearing about COVID-19 and it rapidly becoming a global pandemic. Welcome to Phase 2 and 2020!

I would go further back into late 2019 if I could but after what I’ve been through since January 2020, I can barely remember before then. What I do remember vividly is that I felt pretty bad physically since January 2020 through the first couple weeks of April. I felt sick beyond the old typical ascension flu aches and pains, headaches, chills and all the rest of those old familiar Phase 1 ascension symptoms. And as the news about the pandemic spread, and the pandemic itself spread and more and more people were reacting, dying, getting sick, freaking out etc., I struggled with not empathically or in any other way being affected by more and more humans reacting over all this. If you’re a Sensitive you know exactly what I’m talking about. Eye of the hurricane and all that.

Simultaneously to my feeling like physical death warmed over since January 2020, and even wondering a few times if I had “caught it” myself, my Embodiment Process very much went next level on me. I feel these things are directly connected. As I said earlier, many of us thought we knew about the Embodiment Process and how it would feel to us here in physicality the closer we got to full-tilt constant IT.  We thought we knew, I thought I knew, I suspected but I’m here to freely, openly and happily inform you that I was wrong. So is most everyone else too and that’s perfectly okay.

One of the biggest and most unrelenting distortions, misunderstandings or outright bullshit about gaining greater and higher awareness, Higher Self and incarnate self Embodiment connection is that it’s all so beautiful, peaceful, blissful, loving, fluffy, gentle and Piscean Age floaty-blissy wonderful. Based on the majority of what I personally have experienced to date it is nothing like that at all and actually pretty much just the opposite. At least in the beginning stages it is. It does mellow out as I acclimate to the latest NEW me/Me/ME/US.

We’ve been taught for thousands of years about how very spiritual states are blissy, loving, Nirvana-esk wonderfulness. And it may have been for a few hundreds and thousands of years before the current Universal Ascension Process started for a few. The reality now is very different because what we’re going through is far more complex, elevated and evolved. And I don’t have anything against things being occasionally messy, difficult, stupendous, blissy, Divinely blissful or Divinely difficult. It’s all the same thing to me because it’s all spiritual, Divine and evolutionary. Since the mid 1980s I’ve had conscious memory of raising my hand and Volunteering when the great call went out for help with the Universal Ascension Process. I said and I quote, “We’ll go,” as I instantly volunteered multiple aspects of myself that existed in a Light dimension. It’s all the same thing to me — freedom for not only humanity but others elsewhere and much more too.

Nearly every time I personally experience another big stair-step up in my Embodiment Process it is intense, usually causes some anger in me, causes some old lowly remaining tidbits in me to surface immediately and instantly be transmuted on the spot because that is mandatory in the eternally potent presence of your Higher Self, Selves, Soul and Divine Source and incarnate Embodying you getting even closer to full, constant and conscious re-Unification within you on the physical level.

There’s been nothing blissy or gentle about this for me when these larger Embodiment stages happen. Initially it’s intense, severe and most of the time not what I expected. It has plenty of absolute intolerance for anything and anyone that’s lying, bullshitting or misrepresenting anything to other people intentionally or unintentionally. Every time Higher and incarnate lower align and Unify through the dimensions and time space layer upon layers a little more it is intense and entirely intolerant of everything and everyone including any lower aspects of myself that are still carrying even a speck of density, distortion, ego, bullshit or misrepresentation etc. It gets easier after these first initial alignment contacts happen in me but at first is like a mad scientist throwing different volatile chemicals on each other which causes a flash explosion at first! That line about “higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same place” is 1000% true and not just a clever “new age” saying. It is literal, genuine and undeniable. You too will know this when more of your personal Embodiment takes place in physical incarnate you. And then you’ll do it again at higher, closer, ever more direct alignment levels and stages and then you too will know more about IT and how that feels in your physical body, self and psyche at those levels. You will know more and then even more than that and so it and IT goes for us all.

I AM A Sacred Site! I AM A Crystal City! I AM

The whole point of the Ascension Process, and certainly the Embodiment Process, is to become much more within yourself and your physical body, heart, consciousness and Soul. Instead of needing to physically go to physical sacred sites in this country and/or others to live, create, play or parasite off of, why not focus entirely on you becoming a living, breathing, walking, talking “Sacred Site” yourself?

Just like Higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space within me and my physical body due to the Embodiment Process, so too with all things, people, beliefs, actions and systems etc. in Phase 2 of the ascending Earth world. The more each of us live our individual Embodiment (capital “E”) Process in Phase 2 in 2020, the faster all the old lower stuff has to exit one way or another. Higher and lower truly cannot co-exist in the same space. Who would want it to do so? Embodiment in, all old lower out.

As the Embodiers go through deeper Embodiment stages this year, so too will the world go through more COVID-19 Waves if necessary to help remove those who desire to be released now, to redirect, isolate and hold in higher frequency place the rest of humanity who’ve just begun the Ascension Process. They are like children that need adults to give them, to force on them NEW rules, regulations and guidelines to assist them in releasing their old habits and energy patterns and embody the NEW codes, the NEW patterns, the NEW freedoms that they don’t even realize are freedoms yet. 

These processes will continue all of 2020 and beyond based on what I’m aware of at this point. It will be both easy and timeless and at times not so easy and lengthy and drawn out but compressed evolution is all that and so much more and everyone wanted to be here on planet Earth “ground zero” in the worst of ways to experience all this. Deep breath, steady HighHeart and know that so much more is actually taking place than what it looks like on the chaotic and deadly surface level.

Phase 2: High-Speed Evolution

So, how are you enjoying Phase 2 of the Ascension Process so far? We Volunteers have Worked on and towards this phase of the Ascension Process for so long and now that it’s here most of us are awestruck by the breakneck speed, hard-driving Divine force and constant intensity of every freaking thing that’s happened since January 2020! The spiritual and energetic feel of all this, so far, feels like Divine Mother/Feminine and Divine Father/Masculine and Divine Source have been excitedly waiting in the wings for this moment for a very long time, and now that it’s here, they’ve rushed back in with such speed and force that it’s flabbergasted most of us and we even knew it was coming! Such is the eternal and always reality rattling LOVE and insatiable Creative drive of ALL for ALL.

Personally it’s felt like I’ve lived six lifetimes in just the past two weeks (the last week of February and first week of March 2020) and I’m not exaggerating or joking about this. Life and reality so far in Phase 2 2020, is like nothing any of us have ever experienced before. Don’t expect any of this to slow down, ease up, make old familiar linear sense or follow any old 3D patriarchal rules, beliefs or expectations of anyone, “professional” or otherwise. None of us exist there anymore. We’re in NEW territory with NEW energy codes — NEW templates for NEW Earth, NEW Humanity now and nothing will go back to how things were before and I mean this in every way you can think of and all the ones you and I can’t imagine yet. Let the past go because Divine Mother, Father, Source want to LOVE you long now in very NEW ways at NEW levels. 😀

The planet Uranus — sudden unexpected changes, higher consciousness, higher awareness — entered Taurus — money, finances, valuables, what people value, what people believe is valuable — one year ago in March of 2019. There was a lot of nervous speculating about what might happen to money, finances, banks, the stock market etc. once Uranus entered Taurus last year. Like many, I’ve had this in the back of my awareness for a year, wondering why we hadn’t been financially affected by the powerful lighting striking, earthquake-like energies of Uranus transiting earthy Taurus. It seemed to me like this was put on hold for some unknown reasons until numerous other pieces were positioned exactly where needed to create the perfect storm of rapid global patriarchal dismantling and changes surrounding money and finances etc. and more. Here we are a year later in March 2020 with the NEW Diamond codes in place physically for NEW Earth, NEW Humanity and the energies of Uranus in Taurus were activated because of a global coronavirus called COVID-19.

The old global patriarchal world realities have been suddenly and unexpectedly picked up and shaken hard to cause them to break apart much faster and quickly knock, shock and physically rattle humanity out of their old unconscious daily routines, habits, expectations, reliance on governments and external others, and most importantly their old consciousness. Uranus — sudden and unexpected changes and higher consciousness.

From one level Uranus transiting through Taurus looks and feels like exactly what it does now which is physical reality just got hit hard by this global virus which is automatically impacting the economy globally. Humanity has had their daily lives and old familiar and habitual reality rudely interrupted and redirected, which is exactly what Uranus does best. It suddenly forces people to become very conscious and present in the moment, like it or not. Global humanity has just entered the Ascension Process, Phase 2 of it. You and I however entered it around 1998–1999 or any time after that physical level start-date for the Volunteers, the Forerunners and Pathpavers. For all of us it was Phase 1 of the Ascension Process, and we just entered Phase 2 of it in January 2020, as did the rest of humanity but at very different levels. Uranus transiting Taurus now in Phase 2 is manifesting in BOTH levels for both groups and more. What looks like chaos, sickness and increased sudden deaths globally, the economy suddenly immobilized in all this NEW Light, people’s lives and routines suddenly exploded into something else etc. is simultaneously breaking apart the old molds of consciousness and physical reality and causing individuals to “wake up” to NEW better ways of living their lives and so on. What’s happening globally is two-fold in that it’s both rapidly breaking apart and destroying the old ways and forcing humanity into greater, higher NEW consciousness because it’s Phase 2 and the NEW Diamond codes for NEW Earth, NEW Humanity are physically present. Destruction, chaos, confusion and NEW creation all happening simultaneously for global humanity is their Phase 2 reality. For we Volunteer First Everythingers it’s that and so much more.

“Thank you for sharing your experience with your little girl, Kara. I hope it helps others like us in the same boat. I had a similar sickness with my daughter about 3 weeks ago. Fever, respiratory symptoms and I had absolutely no fear or doubt that she’ll be fine and in 3 days she was over it. Then my husband caught it, he had to go to ER, told it was a bronchial cold, was prescribed nebulizer, prednisone and ibuprofen. He took off of work for a whole week. Right after, I had a sore throat for two days and then I was fine.

My daughter was born aware, my husband is the typical left brained, logic ruled part of humanity, the masses, if you will. Denise’s comment about how the virus affects according to frequencies really cemented this thing home for me, thank you endlessly Denise!  👋❤️

That is the entire key to this global coronavirus situation, and most all other things too. The higher and faster vibrating your inner frequency is, the greater your ‘Light quotient’ is, the less chance there is that you would be physically affected by it. You literally are existing at and in a much higher frequency range than were this and all other viruses—physical and etheric—exist so you won’t catch it. You most likely will be affected however by the numerous side effects of this pandemic (because I didn’t know I had to look this up—pandemic is global, epidemic is national) such as the economic changes, reduction of or lack of your usual income, reduction of and/or lack of certain products etc. Bottom line is this, like all other things, is about different levels of frequency, consciousness, energy, awareness and emotions. The more Light you have embodied, the less risk you have of becoming sick from any lower frequency type of thing. The less Light you have embodied, the greater the risk you have of becoming sick from this virus or any others because you’re existing within the same frequency range of it/them and with lower consciousness and lower emotions such as fear, anger, panic etc.

Phase 2 will kill many people, others it is and will make very sick for a while, others only mildly and for a very brief time, and others won’t be affected at all. Different levels of frequency, and we all find ourselves in different ones based on how much Light energy we’ve embodied so far. I say once more, how many Guides, Angels, ETs and Ascended Masters have you ever encountered in any dimension who had credit cards, stacks of cash, the flu or a cold?

I remember during Phase 1 of the Ascension Process (the 2000s in this case) Karen Bishop often used this great accurate word to describe the Volunteers, Forerunners location and condition. The word she often used was ‘sequestered’. Do any of you remember this? She meant that we were literally isolated, removed and existing somewhere else, we were indeed energetically and physically ‘sequestered’ away in our homes and apartments living the Ascension Process first and far ahead of the rest of humanity. Because of this we had to be energetically stationed away from the rest of humanity and those lower frequencies because we were and continued to evolve beyond them. Hence, we were ‘sequestered’ in a small and isolated higher frequency range throughout Phase 1. We still are in Phase 2 and will be for a good while yet. However, Phase 2 started in January 2020 and now the rest of humanity is experiencing being sequestered from their old daily routines and lives due to this coronavirus. To many this forced sequestration is imprisonment in one’s house or apartment to prevent getting sick and spreading it further. To other’s this forced isolation are a sort of vacation time from work and the constant rush and insanity of daily life. To others this forced isolation will quickly open them and start to expand their consciousness and views of life and reality etc. Again, different frequencies and levels of Light, perception, awareness and emotions.

I remember reading something by Barbara Marciniak’s channeled Pleiadians back in the late 1990s or early 2000, about the possibility of ‘Twenty million people leaving the planet in one day.’ I wondered what in the world could cause that many people to die in one day? Earthquakes? Volcanic eruption? Tsunami? Mega storms? I didn’t know and couldn’t imagine it but I never forgot that statement by them so long ago. That is until the possibility of a global pandemic entered the picture with the start of Phase 2 in January 2020. Then that shocking statement becomes a very real physical possibility. I’ve said this many times before and will again here — there’s no “failure” in choosing to exit ones physical body and die. There are many, many people in Phase 2 that will quickly and suddenly be dying because they don’t want to or can’t for whatever their reasons remain in their current physical body and rapidly evolve, ascend it while in it. Those people don’t want to do that and that is perfectly okay. There is zero judgement about any of this but we all are now in Phase 2 of the Ascension Process and global change is here for everyone and all this has suddenly become very visible and physically real to humanity. More to come too, much more all year.

The last week of February into the first week of March 2020, I experienced a very strange feeling NEW next level of my personal Embodiment Process. There were no Higher Awareness visions as I’m used to with this one, it was unusual emotional feelings and greater inner expansion and adjustments. It was sudden and the impact of “it” strongly affected me for a solid week. In Phase 2, some people around the planet are contracting the coronavirus, I’ve been contracting more of my Higher Selves/Soul/Source as I know some other Embodiers are now too. 

The best I can describe “it” at this point is to say that more was Embodied into me, Denise and her physical body and personality. “It” was androgynous, felt foreign and weird to me for a while but I instantly loved and LOVED “it” profoundly. As the past two weeks unfolded, the really strange sensations of having just been greatly added to and expanded have become my latest NEW normal. I already know there’s more of this to come this year, just like everything else. When higher comes into contact with lower, everything is changed instantly until it happens again and again at higher and higher levels. 

There are stair-steps, different layers and intensities with the Embodiment Process—the intentional alignment with and energetic merging of all aspects of Higher Self/Selves/Soul with the physical incarnate self and body. The Embodiment Process is the reunification of, the putting back together again of all that was intentionally separated and put out of alignment for a Great Cycle or more, with the intention of learning and creating in that way, from that disconnected and dualized state. Each of us were, are ONE within ourselves but we’ve gone intentionally out of alignment with our higher aspects for all sorts of Source intended highly creative reasons. It’s just that during this Ascension Process some of us are also living this Embodiment Process too and Phase 2 is very much about the Embodiment Process personally, individually and also in how much it is connected with the rest of reality being changed and very quickly now.

About four years ago I started perceiving this joke in my awareness. You know that old joke that starts, ‘How many ________ (fill in the blank) does it take to screw in a light bulb?” Well, the joke I was hearing repeatedly for a couple of years went like this: “How many crystalline Diamond Embodiers does it take to screw in NEW Earth, NEW Humanity?”

Yeah, that’s how Higher communicates with me oftentimes. Hilarious, stunningly accurate, super simplified and straight to the HighHeart of the matter.
