I know it’s been extra rough emotionally, psychologically and painful physically throughout October and November 2020 because we continue to embody more and more of the NEW higher energy codes coming in. Coupled with that has been a nearly constant state of having personal life memories suddenly pop up into our consciousness for the last time I believe. Phase 2 of the Ascension Process has made a lot of things obvious this year, one of them is this continual personal last review look and emotional feel over many of our life experiences, relationships, memories and such. I’ve been doing this for the past 29 years so I was slightly surprised when it started up again in 2020 and has continued all year.

You know how you go through your physical stuff, your personal belongings before you’re going to move to another house or apartment? You do your best to reduce the packing work and entire moving load by going through your physical belongings before you start packing the things you intend keeping. Well, we’ve been doing this same thing all of 2020 physically, emotionally and mentally. We’ve had to go through our life stuff to have one last look and feel over it all before we release it all to move into the NEW minus our old stuff, memories, attachments, belongings, relationships, focus and so on. All of humanity has had to do this repeatedly all year in their different personal ways. For some it’s been more about releasing remaining life memories and attachments that were emotional. For a lot of other people it’s been physical in that they’ve had loved ones suddenly die which forced them into this process and radical life change shift. In our own ways, we’ve all been living this this year because it’s a big and important aspect of the current Separation of Worlds and Shift.

Awhile ago I wrote about how the First Wave of regular humans would start the Ascension Process when Phase 2 began in 2020. Some of you have one of those people in your lives. They may be a family member, a friend, a neighbor and you’ve been hearing about how much pain they’ve been experiencing this year. They go to doctors and/or the ER because of severe physical pains they’re suddenly having and as is usually the case, nothing is found “wrong” with them by unaware medical professionals. Welcome to the compressed evolutionary Ascension Process newbie humans. You want to know what’s going on in your body, head, heart and being? Go to and question those who’ve been living and embodying (lower case “e”) and/or Embodying (capital “E”) it themselves for decades to get the truth about this incredible process.

It’s not easy witnessing anyone suffer, be they seasoned Ascension Process Volunteers Embodying first, or unaware regular people, or unaware regular people who’ve just started embodying some of the NEW energies, Light, codes, DNA into their physical bodies, hearts and consciousness in Phase 2. It’s not easy witnessing others suffering while personally living greater embodiment and Embodiment in 2020 yourself. It’s not easy witnessing anyone suffer from Phase 2, directly or indirectly suffering from COVID-19, suffering from the death of a loved one(s) from this pandemic, suffering abrupt 2020 financial loses and the security jobs and paychecks gave people. It’s not easy for any of us to witness, feel, empathically feel and minute-by-minute live and journey through this ascension caused deconstruction of old familiar patriarchal physical reality, as corrupt and deadened as it is. It has not been easy for those Volunteers who’ve been living the Embodiment Process (capital “E”) for many years already but in 2020, at these much higher, faster and direct Phase 2 levels. None of this has been easy for any of us no matter which ascension stair-step we’re each currently functioning on. All year there’s been tremendous NEW higher still Light energies and more NEW codes coming in and being embodied at the same time as tremendous amounts of old lower patriarchal negativity have been constantly revealed and permanently removed. That is a lot for all of us to go through constantly all year. Don’t feel bad for occasionally feeling bad, sad, depressed, overwhelmed, beatdown and/or freed because of all this.

I hope the January 1, 2020 global Divine Cease & Desist Order is making more sense now that we’re near the end of this very difficult year. All of humanity, including every Volunteer, needed to be abruptly yanked out of their personal familiar daily patriarchal lives and reality because everything had entered Phase 2 of the Ascension Process and the old lower would be rapidly dismantled and permanently removed this year. It’s all looked, sounded, felt and seemed like 2020 has been about the global pandemic and all the things, actions, supplies and systems that were everyone’s old normal daily patriarchy based reality. That’s what it’s looked and felt like but it is so much more than that. We all HAD to be put in a timeout space of greater isolation from other people, and our own habitual daily actions, while this bottom of the patriarchy barrel reality has been ripped apart and revealed globally in the Light as what it has been — entirely corrupt and anti-human.

There are so many things to say about where we’re at right now, however, the main thing I want to impart is that the “Shift”, the “Event”, the “Separation” etc. is and has been happening every minute of every day and night all year. There are so many people that still believe that things will go from one state to another state in some spectacular Hollywood-like movie special effect. It will not. I’d like it to because, like everyone else, I enjoy a good show too, however I know that what many are waiting for and expecting and believing to look one way has, is and continues to happen right here, right now every minute of every day and night in ways they’re not even aware of.

We’re here, now we’re here, now we’re here, and now we’re here…

Said another way, the “Shift”, the “Event”, the “Separation” etc. has been and continues to be an ongoing process of those who are Embodying and everyone that’s embodying more of the NEW higher Light energies and codes while simultaneously continuing to release our personal pasts in all ways and the collective old lower past in all this chaos, constant change, greater dismantling and deconstructing, shocking delusions and escalating self-delusion in more people, patriarchal death-grip greed, and ascending and descending people.

Eventually we’ll become aware that while we were doing the we’re here now, now we’re here, now we’re here… stair-step Ascension Process we’ll realize that WE ARE HERE NOW! if you get what I’m saying. 😉 No special effects other than the old lower negativity, crap, BS, corruption etc. doesn’t exist in our HERE NOW space of ascended NEW Earth and NEW Humans.

And, this astonishing Ascension Process and Shift etc. has been going on outside of us and our physical bodies AND within ourselves and our physical bodies. The more we embody, and the more we Embody, the more the “Event”, the “Shift”, “Separation” happens right here, right now in, through and all around each of us. You and The Way are one and the same thing. ❤

  • I began Seeing Solar flashing and flickering within my personal energy field in June 2018.
  • I began Seeing the Crystalline Triality iridescent pastel and darker gemstone colored triangle shaped codes Δ in December 2018.
  • I began Seeing the Radiant Diamond codes in December 2019. These look like millions of beautiful faceted diamonds up very close and connected.
  • I began Seeing brilliant white-Light flat diamond shaped codes ◊ in November 2020.
  • I began perceiving brilliant white-Light circle shaped codes o in November 2020.
  • I expect to See more NEW energy Light codes which are typically geometric templates for ascending humanity in December 2020.

For those of you Embodying (capital “E”), this final ‘Phoenix’ phase of it has been wonderful, hard at times, deeply isolating in both wonderful and less than pleasant ways at times too, physically painful and profoundly freeing at the same time. Everything I just said about this is colossally inadequate.

When we Volunteered to leave our HOME, whatever lofty place that was for each of us then, and incarnate on physical Earth to help with the Ascension Process, we had to drop a lot of the Light we had in us to be able to incarnate into physical human bodies on very dark physical Earth. I repeat, we needed to drop a lot of our personal Light and all that naturally went with it at those higher HOME levels, dimensions and states of being just to be able to cram our huge Light selves into little dense physical human bodies and incarnate on what was a negative Earth world.

Throughout the Ascension Process we Volunteers have been incrementally embodying more and more of our own Light that we deliberately left behind at our HOMES because we couldn’t carry all of it within us into such profound density, negativity and darkness that was Earth. In other words, we’ve been embodying more and more of our own Light into our current incarnate physical bodies and consciousness all these ascension years. Just that alone is a really big deal and reason to keep the stretchy pants on! 😉

And as if that weren’t enough, many of the Volunteers have also been living the Embodiment Process throughout the Ascension Process. The Embodiment Process is those Volunteers that want to do this too, embodying more and higher Light into their incarnate physical human bodies so eventually they and their physical bodies are within the same frequency range as their Higher Self/Selves, Soul and highest HOME frequencies are. They’re doing this so that the incarnate self, consciousness and physical body is capable of direct constant contact, communications and interactions with their own higher non-physical selves, Soul, Divine aspects etc. This is the real ‘we are all One’ thing — individual integration, unity and sovereignty with all aspects of yourself existing in different levels, layers, dimensions and realms etc.

The more of your own Light you embody into your physical body, and, the more higher ascension Light and NEW codes you embody into your physical body the more you vibrate at higher HOME frequency levels in your current physical body on ascending Earth that’s becoming NEW Earth. What was separated and left here and there has been being Embodied by those Volunteers that want to live this process now too. Eventually we embody enough—increase our Light quotient within our physical bodies—that we become fully Embodied, meaning we exist in and vibrate at the same frequency range in our physical bodies and selves as we are and do in our Soul and Higher Self/Selves. When this reaches that point where the fully direct and constant conscious connections are finally made between higher and lower selves, we become Embodied or Christed Crystalline frequency in the physical in our physical bodies. We are here and we are HOME at the same time because we are HOME. Some of the Volunteers that are the first to Embody are going through these final stages of this Embodiment Process now. The morning of Thursday October 8, 2020, we were having discussions in the Comments area under the previous article and I mentioned the full fracturing that happened in the ascension community with the start of Phase 2 of the Ascension Process in January 2020. That however is not the focus of this article. I’m going to quote myself and include some of what I said in those two Comments here.

First however it needs mentioning that some Volunteers are capable of emboding and Emboding more higher frequencies, more NEW, more and higher Light energies, NEW codes etc. than other Volunteers and before them as well. There is zero better than, less than to any of this, only simple facts. Every Volunteer is different and has their unique individual abilities, talents, focus, ascension mission Work and so on. Like I’ve said many times over the years, not all Volunteers, Starseeds, Lightworkers, Pathpavers, Embodiers etc. are all plumbers or roofers! All are needed with their individual specific abilities and focuses.

Another thing I need to mention is that I’m not always able to express and write about everything I’ve perceived about certain Ascension Process events and changes. Just because I’ve perceived something does not mean I’m allowed to instantly share every aspect about what I’ve perceived at that time. In many cases I am able to write about some of them immediately, then a little more a few months down the road, then some more even further into the year but always only when it is energetically appropriate to do so. This is a higher Law and necessary safeguard and how it’s always been, but sometimes even I forget this, and in my enthusiasm and desire to share information in my articles I’m given a strong red light STOP! awareness about sharing certain information before it’s time for me to do so. The physical external must be ready and able to have certain information expressed on the physical level first, and the moment it is I’m given a green light GO! awareness letting me know it’s energetically appropriate for me to now share whatever it was I may have perceived days, weeks, months or years earlier.

The times I’ve forgotten this higher safeguard and tried to write about certain information before it was energetically appropriate to do so, I’m painfully aware that I didn’t express what I wanted to in an article the way I’d intended but am unable to correct the situation and express the information fully no matter how hard I try. In other words, I am prevented from fully expressing something I’ve perceived, known, deeply felt and understood yet I fumble around getting frustrated with myself until I realize (again) that I’m being prevented from adequately expressing some specific information. What I’m going to discuss has been exactly this for me since January 2020, but the green light GO!  arrived for me concerning this particular information early morning October 8, 2020.

  • Most Volunteers repeatedly changing different timelines throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process
  • Most Volunteers repeatedly changing different ascending Earth worlds which are themselves slightly different timelines
  • Most Volunteers repeatedly exiting lower frequency “past” linear time to Work from higher frequency quantum “future” levels then intentionally go back down and reenter linear time physical reality on ascending Earth

Most Volunteers have repeatedly throughout Phase 1 changed or “jumped” from one to another and another and another timeline. That automatically also means that they have been changing or jumping or shifting repeatedly from one ascending Earth world to another and another and another for many different personal and overall collective ascension reasons throughout Phase 1. Lastly and most importantly really is that most Volunteers have also been intentionally and repeatedly leaving linear time to Work from higher quantum levels. Some would call this intentionally moving into the future and/or near future and then intentionally back down again into what we call our present time, lives and awareness here now on what I’m calling primary ascending Earth world.

“This next part is what I’ve felt I’ve NOT expressed or explained well so far this year. Deep breath because it’s quantum and about the Separation of Worlds & Timelines and about how we Volunteers are capable of repeatedly changing or “jumping” different timelines and ascending Earth worlds.

You know how the the unaware humans have rebelled against being forced to stop running around wherever and whenever they’ve wanted to in pandemic and economic collapse 2020?  They’ve been frustrated, irritated, angry and rebellious about their old familiar “freedoms” having been taken away from them this year due to the pandemic and economic collapse etc. They don’t have the old usual money and/or incomes they’re used to having plus they’re not able to run around, drive around, fly around and do all the things they’re used to doing and so on. Cease & Desist for them at those levels.

Now consider the different was the Volunteers have been affected by the 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order. We too have been forced to STOP our old Phase 1 AP habits and routines but it’s the why of this that’s so important and needs to be consciously understood by us all.

Most of us Volunteers are used to — even if you’re not acutely consciously aware of it — changing ascending Earth worlds and timelines, PLUS jumping or more accurately just moving forward/upward and then dropping back down in frequency and time.  Like the unaware humans are used to going anywhere they want whenever they want, so too have the Volunteers been used to going anywhere we wanted and needed to whenever it was required we did so. ”  —  by Denise from October 8, 2020 Comments.

From the start of Phase 2 in January 2020, and even more so with the one and only Saturn Pluto Capricorn conjunction of January 12, 2020, I’ve felt a tremendous need to stop doing all the old and familiar ascension related multidimensional hopping, linear time exiting to intentionally enter higher quantum levels to Work the Ascension Process from quantum levels, and then reentering lower frequency physical linearity and slightly existing in the “past” which is our current time, life and reality. The Phase 2 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order was felt like an incredibly important red light STOP! message from On High to all Volunteers to abruptly force us all to stop doing what we’d been doing in Phase 1 and pay attention because we’d just entered a very NEW and different level of the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process. I cannot express how strong and important a sense this Divine Order was and I’ve felt it inside my being and body since January 1, 2020. Despite all that, I haven’t been fully able to perceive all of the why’s to this, and I’m not saying I now am because I know there’s much more to come.

Because the Cease & Desist Order was a potent as it was for not only humanity but also for every Volunteer, I’ve felt a tremendous need to fulfill this NEW change and, as the Volunteer that I am, stay-at-home physically and stay-at-HOME internally in my HighHeart as much as I’m able and Work this primary ascending Earth world from it and not from other locations, other dimensions, other timelines, or from the quantum “future” and/or “near future” levels. This NEW Phase 2 demand for me and any other Volunteers that are capable of doing this in 2020, was so strong that I knew it was seriously important, plus that not everyone could do this particular ascension job in this way. It was the whole WHY of this that’s taken me all year to more completely understand and finally be able to write about finally in October 2020. When it’s time it’s time and not a minute before!

“So we all know why the unaware humans have been placed in the 2020 “lock-down” Cease & Desist Order, but have you figured out yet why you and all the rest of we Volunteers have been too this year? It’s clever as they always are!

We Volunteers have been placed in the 2020 Phase 2 “lock-down” Divine Cease & Desist Order because we’ve been needed to “stay-at-home” meaning remain in THIS timeline, on THIS ascending Earth world and constantly Stay-at-HOME within ourselves and our HighHearts no matter how difficult and trying that has been at times this year. Why? Because who else is capable of embodying, anchoring, stabilizing and maintaining the primary ascending Forerunner of the Forerunner NEW Earth world than we Volunteers?”

Throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process many of the Volunteers have been repeatedly needed to energetically Work and go into different timelines, many ascending and many not, and to repeatedly and intentionally exit linear time and enter higher and “future” and “near future” quantum levels and states and Work from there, and to repeatedly Work from multiple different dimensions on the overall Ascension Process. In other words, we Volunteers have lived our lives and done the Work from linear time, quantum levels, other dimensions, from the future, from the near future, from the past, from the current now moment that we call our current lives and so on. To go from all that which is perfectly normal to us, even if you don’t have conscious memory or awareness of all your different jobs in different locations, to suddenly needing to stay-at-home in 2020 and NOT freely run around the galaxy, the cosmos, multiple dimensions, change timelines repeatedly, shift into quantum levels and frequencies well above linear time space repeatedly to Work the Ascension Process from there for “a while” then reenter lower “past” our current ascension linear time space now is one hell of a change. One hell of a job change. One hell of a freedom restriction.

Like probably all of you reading this, I too have long wondered, pondered and considered how in the universe is the final big deal shift from old Earth, even if it’s ascending, to NEW Earth going to happen? Will it be like so many believe, something that happens in a flash and a boom and then ta da!, we’re there! ? Will Jesus show up and ta da!, it happens somehow that way? I could go on and on with this but I’ll spare us all these incorrect speculations about how this is most likely really going to happen. And please know that I’m well-aware that what I’m going to say about it may be wrong fully or partially and/or that it may change the closer we get to it, and/or will change the more the Embodiers Embody in themselves individually and so on. But nonetheless I’ve got to share what I’ve perceived, finally, about this particular aspect of all this.

A small group of close to completion Embodied Volunteers have been needed in Phase 2 2020 and 2021 to physically remain with and live on this primary ascending Earth to aid and hand deliver, HighHeart deliver, Embodied deliver, Earth Currier, walk, ride, steer, fully participate and HOME deliver this current primary ascending Earth world to already existing and awaiting us NEW Earth where the current one becomes NEW Earth.

A small group of Volunteers have been needed to abruptly change their personal ascension mission jobs from what they were throughout Phase 1 to what’s needed now in Phase 2, which is for some of us to stay-at-home on THIS ascending Earth world and not bounce around, shift, jump, change timelines, dimensions or exit linear time and this ascending Earth world and hand deliver it and ourselves on it to that level where our “past” ascending Earth world instantly becomes the “future” NEW Earth. This process is very much intertwined with our individual Embodiment Processes which you can feel into for yourselves. It’s all there in your HighHeart knowing.

Just like every Volunteer did NOT have the same exact ascension mission jobs or energy Work when Phase 1 of the Ascension Process began over two decades ago, the same is true when Phase 2 began January 2020. Every Volunteer is not needed to remain on only this ascending Earth and timeline this year into next to physically hand deliver, transport and merge with and become the NEW Earth. Those of you who’ve left like this year has hobbled you in place, kept you in an abnormal lock-down on this particular ascending Earth world and timeline, this is most likely the reason. You are one of the small group of Volunteers who are capable of staying-at-home and NOT changing timelines, NOT changing ascending Earth worlds, NOT exiting linear time for far more fabulous quantum levels and stay physically with this amazing process of primary ascending Earth becoming NEW Earth. As many of you have discovered this year, it’s easier and a lot more fun being the multidimensional, timeline jumping, quantum and Spherical Consciousness and reality gypsies we naturally are instead of hunkering down this year into next on primary ascending physical Earth world to, like professional armed guards delivering something profoundly rare and extremely valuable, stay very close with it every minute all the way to its final destination. And we’re close now. We’ll continue this topic in Comments under this article if interested in further discussions about this.

Evolution From Duality To Triality

Since I first went online in 2003 I’ve been steadfastly purchasing online vector images of triangles. They’ve been so prominent and constant in my awareness and yet I didn’t immediately and fully consciously recognize what they were indicating during this Ascension Process. We’re often so preoccupied embodying and living the latest NEW higher frequency Light energies that we don’t always immediately recognize some of the colorful clues littering the ascension roadsides we’re so resolutely traveling.

As the ascension months and years unfolded I became increasingly consciously aware of what the triangles were signifying which is why I’ve been purchasing online vector triangles in all colors and patterns for so long. The triangle is a primary visual indicator and frequency of what we have been incrementally evolving into and embodying throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process. Now in Phase 2, Trinity (the triangle) is the NEW normal energetic frequency and consciousness reality structure template code that mass humanity must now evolve or ascend into themselves.

When I was a young child, I used to draw people in only one way. I did this for years and my drawings looked ridiculous and infantile and I knew it at the time but that didn’t matter to me —that was the only way I drew people for a few years. Here’s an example of how I drew people when I was a kid.

From age six until about ten the only way I drew people was exactly like this. There was never any deviation, additions or adornments. In my world my people were triangular Trinity Triality people with hair that always looked like this. Weird I know but now take a look at this image of ancient Egyptian goddess Hathor.

Aah yes, there’s some of my ancient and much-loved triangular relatives, the Hathors. There are others besides the Hathors with triangular Trinity shapes to their heads and bodies. We Volunteers and Starseeds have huge galactic, multi-galactic, and multidimensional family from our numerous different higher frequency Homes.

You know that heavenly sound and feeling of mountain wind blowing through the tops of pine trees at higher elevations? It’s a beautiful sound, feeling and vibration that goes right into your heart and often gives you a sense of homesickness, of deep longing for some place that feels more like your true HOME than what was pre-ascension physical Earth. If you’ve ever heard and been emotionally affected by the sound, feel and energy of the wind blowing through the tops of mountain pine trees, then hold that memory and emotional sensation as you read this next section.

I want you to view inside your brain and visualize the main three Trinity brain glands. The Pineal, what in the old lower frequency energies was connected to the Crown chakra, the Pituitary and what was the Brow or Third Eye chakra, and the Hypothalamus gland which works with the other two.

Instead of visualizing each of them as little fleshy endocrine glands, I want you to know that they’ve been completely Rewired throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process into tremendously more complex crystal points that are in Phase 2 an elevated, ascended functioning NEW trio of receiver transmitters of NEW Trinity Triality frequencies in your brain and head. I want you to perceive them as unified clear quartz crystal points somewhat like this photo.

Next I want you to hear, feel, See and perceive the continuous incoming cosmic, photonic, galactic center transmissions, energies being transmitted through the Sun, and from higher dimensions like higher elevation winds blowing constantly. Instead of these cosmic, galactic, photonic, solar winds, waves and pulsations blowing through pine treetops on mountains, I want you to know that they have been and continue to “blow” into the three Trinity, Triality-based crystal “trees” within your Rewired physical head, unified brain hemispheres and brain glands. These actions automatically causes them to vibrate higher and produce beautiful sounds, tones and frequencies much like the wind blowing through mountain pine treetops. We now have individual ‘Music of the Spheres‘ type thing happening in our heads, brains and endocrine brain glands which further sings, vibrates into our HighHearts causing it to further expand and automatically transmit those frequencies. And that automatically causes everything around us including humanity to be affected and rapidly evolved by what we are now capable of individually receiving and transmitting from our heads, brains and HighHearts and more.

We have Phase 2 level cosmic, galactic, photonic, solar and more energies, winds, waves and pulsations “blowing” into our Phase 1 Rewired heads, brains and brain glands that’s now causing each of them individually but more importantly all three of them—Trinity—to “sing” together in NEW connected, unified ways that were literally not possible energetically or physically before. Cosmic, galactic, photonic and solar winds are blowing into and through Volunteers’ Rewired trio Trinity crystal brain glands which is causing radiant tones, vibrations, ringing, buzzing, humming, high pitched singing sounds that have never been able to be embodied then transmitted in physical human bodies and brains before. Very well-done Volunteers! I know it’s been physically painful getting to this point, but we’ve done it and we’re receiving and transmitting the NEW Triality energies constantly now in Phase 2.  September 2020 put more “finishing touches” on this lengthy Rewiring Process both in our heads and brains and in our whole bodies too. This is another reason why many of us—female and male—have been having some old ascension symptoms return this year such as hot flashes, sudden vertigo, sudden intense heart pounding with accompanying pains and pressures in the entire front and back HighHeart areas, stiffness and soreness in those front and back spine and shoulder HighHeart areas, hot bottoms of the feet, more eye pains, greater eye sensitivity to both man-made light and organic higher Light, and more vision changes and visual distortions and anomalies etc. due to the brain gland trio Trinity changes and greater Separation of Worlds & Timelines.

Our heads and NEW Trinity Triality-based crystalline brain trio glands are making beautiful sounds and vibrations because the cosmic winds are constantly blowing through them now and that causes further evolutionary changes inside our heads, brains, Rewired endocrine system, DNA, hearts, HighHearts, skeletal structure, eyes, organs, CNS and all else. And then we transmit what we’ve received and embodied ourselves outward which automatically causes greater and faster changes in external reality and humanity and so on.

  Over the past few years I’ve often Seen my HighHeart look like an open crystal lotus flower. I’ve also Seen and felt a Diamond Sun in the center of that crystal lotus flower. The Diamond Sun radiates purifying white Light which causes the crystal lotus HighHeart to vibrate higher, expand more, and produce and transmit more NEW Trinity sounds and vibrational transmissions.

What’s been happening increasingly during Phase 2 2020 so far was as I mentioned above, impressively stepped-up in September 2020, and obviously for three days before the September equinox and three days after it. It’s because of this that so many of us have felt like very NEW mack trucks were sent by Source to roll over us and quickly push us to the next higher level of our embodiment and/or Embodiment Processes. I’m still embodying and acclimating this latest round because it’s been rather physically painful in its intensity. The winds have been constantly blowing into and through my head and three Trinity crystal brain gland “trees” for months making beautiful Triality sounds, tones and vibrations that automatically travel into my Crystal Lotus Diamond Sun HighHeart where the Process continues producing more, greater and higher still NEW sounds, tones, vibrations, radiations and transmissions. We receive, we embody, then we transmit it all into NEW Earth for NEW humanity to step into. The more we do this the faster the dismantling and worldwide chaos grows in the dying old patriarchal world and people because higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space. Never forget this natural and automatic embodiment fact Embodiers.

If you read the HighHeartLife comments you’ve recently read some readers sharing their dreams, visions and Higher Awareness’s of late. One of them mentioned she observed all lower vibrating things being quickly burned away in the higher Light. Another reader shared what she called a ‘mine sweeper’ sort of situation with these higher Light energies and what they’re doing to lower frequency things, beings, people and so on. I’ve often thought of this like it’s been depicted in classic vampire movies over the decades. The vampire(s) unintentionally comes into direct contact with organic Light which instantly causes their inorganic bodies to burn and turn to dust. Yes, higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space and so there’s increasing burning away, leaving, dying and separating due to the Separation of Worlds. The Phase 2 2020 and beyond Divine Cease & Desist Order is for every single person alive now. And whatever it is that each of us must now Cease & Desist is and has been promptly unfolding all year. It will continue the rest of 2020 and all of 2021 so do it now or do it later but know that you will do it, whatever it is that you and I and all of us absolutely must do now to vibrationally match the Phase 2 Separation shifts.

The Cease & Desist Order & Internal NEW Earth

The dismantling. Do you feel it? Do you feel it in your body and every cell, your heart, head and being? Of course you do. That extraordinary knowing that everything is changing dramatically, rapidly and permanently every second now. That sense that all of us are not altogether where it currently looks and seems like we are. That undeniable feeling that far more has already changed than what it appears when you view, hear, feel and observe the world around you. The absolute certainty that the Phase 2 2020 (and 2021) global upheaval and growing insanity of many is something that absolutely has to run its course physically worldwide externally and collectively and internally and personally. The demolishing of a massive ancient and intentionally distorted grotesque planetary structure—the global patriarchy and its systems and consciousness—that is and always has been entirely unsound and ultrahazardous to humanity, especially females, Earth and more.

As we know, evolutionary ascension changes always start at the highest non-physical levels and then Work their ways outward and downward until lastly, they reach the physical dimension and physical world. That happened fully in the physical on January 12, 2020 due to the one exact Saturn Pluto conjunction at 22–23° Capricorn and the Ascension Process.

I’ve written repeatedly this year about what I’ve been calling the Divine Cease & Desist Order that arrived with Phase 2 of the Ascension Process in January 2020 for global humanity and Volunteers — Starseeds, Lightworkers, Pathpavers, Embodiers included. Because at first this Divine Cease & Desist Order seemed like it was entirely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many didn’t investigate much beyond that level in the early months of 2020. The utter shock of a global pandemic happening now, in our lifetimes, during the Ascension Process was unforeseen and caught us all off-guard. Some ascension teachers/writers will deny this and back-peddle as has been done before. Be aware but don’t slow down for anybody in Phase 2.

As the early months of 2020 unfolded and I adjusted to the fact that a pandemic was laying waste to so many people’s bodies, lives and realities, as well as to the many more extended people’s realities worldwide—loved ones, families, friends, husbands, wives, partners, children, employees, co-workers etc.—I started to perceive beyond the obvious surface level of the pandemic and related general economic and personal money loss and collapse affecting everyone in varying degrees. What I discovered was exceedingly interesting, not to mention clever and efficient but that’s how all things from higher Divine levels work.

I discovered that this unexpected January 2020 Phase 2 Divine Cease & Desist Order was doing multiple things on multiple levels to and for humanity globally, collectively, individually, personally and beyond. It became obvious to me in the early months of 2020, that global humanity had been put in an unanticipated but extremely important and necessary Divine time-out  physically. It felt and looked increasingly to me like mass humanity has been and still is in this Divine mandatory Cease & Desist time-out — what single focused unaware humans have been calling the stay-at-home or the shelter-in-place human orders because there’s a pandemic and it’s highly contagious, super nasty and deadly for many people worldwide. All true because the COVID-19 pandemic is real, is highly contagious, is deadly for many people, is extremely nasty for others, and is only somewhat inconvenient for certain other people. That’s one hell of a wide range of potential physical effects from a virus. From death to profoundly ill to only some body aches for a few days to no symptoms at all.

As I already shared, in mid August 2020, my son called to inform me that his 26-yearlong female partner had suddenly died. She’d had her 51st birthday only a few days earlier so her abrupt death at home with my son profoundly shocked and traumatized everyone. It was caused by COVID-19 on that level. The number of people that her death has affected in ways they’re probably only starting to realize is numerous. I recently read someone saying that a lot of people are dying now so they can help the living go through the Ascension Process separation shift. That’s true, however, much more importantly is that the people dying in Phase 2, 2020 (and 2021), are instantly causing their living loved ones to CHANGE their ways dramatically, personally, individually and quickly so they are better internally energetically positioned, vibrating and energetically equipped to survive the mandatory shift separation to the next higher ascending stair-step Earth world. In other words, the millions of people worldwide that have died, are dying, and will be dying from the pandemic and/or everything else in 2020 and 2021 are profoundly helping push, force, cause and steer each of their living loved ones into higher frequency new lives, new consciousness and new external realities so they’re more energetically capable of making the current shifts and separation up and out of what has been and into the next higher ascending Earth world that they are currently a closest match with vibrationally.

Like I told my son recently, do not disrespect his wife’s death by not fully utilizing her gift of helping him (and every member of her family) change himself internally and his external life from what it has been at that level into what it now needs to become in a higher NEW one(s). The Divine Cease & Desist Order at work in multiple unexpected ways, including the death of millions of people worldwide who suddenly leave behind far, far more people, abruptly forcing them into personal change and growth ready, willing or not. The Shift Separation is here and everyone needs to Cease & Desist what each of us has been habitually doing, living, believing, expecting and unthinkingly perpetuating that is of and from the old lower patriarchal world and frequency.

Why would global humanity suddenly be put in a Divine time-out unless it’s to help them stop perpetuating what’s being rapidly dismantled now? Why would global humanity suddenly have a Divine Cease & Desist Order placed on them unless it’s to help them stop what they’ve been doing and being and shift from, separate from one state, level and focus to a higher NEW one? Why would millions of people, deeply loved people, suddenly die leaving their living family members, mates, partners, husbands, wives, children and friends to quickly have to change their lives, their routines, habits, consciousness and deepest selves? Because for many people it takes the sudden loss of a loved one or multiple loved ones and/or the sudden loss of their houses from fires, floods, storms, the loss of a job(s), their income(s), money, savings and on and on to finally get them to change internally and begin the Ascension Process of expanding their consciousness and hearts to higher and higher levels of being, awareness, life and reality. Things and people are being quickly removed in Phase 2, faster than ever before, because the living that remain now HAVE to make huge personal changes in themselves, their lives, their daily habits and routines and all else. If they don’t they may also find themselves suddenly exiting their physical bodies and lives because, for whatever their reasons, they didn’t, couldn’t, wouldn’t change themselves and their habits, beliefs and consciousness so they could evolve to the next closest ascending Earth world now.

I am not saying the highest NEW Earth world but the next higher frequency ascending Earth world. There are many of them and they all are ascending stair-step Earth worlds of different frequencies, levels and Light intensities for all the people that are ready to live higher, live better, live in the Light and be the Light themselves. Because no one—including every Volunteer—is capable of making only one single massive evolutionary leap from dark negative pre-ascension dense patriarchal Earth to the highest vibrating NEW Crystalline Earth, multiple ascending Earth worlds that are different in-between energy stair-step Earths are necessary for everyone on the ascending path.

That is one large aspect of what the 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order, the Divine time-out is for global humanity — sudden and unexpected changes to their personal habitual lives, daily routines, families, loved ones and all other groups of people they’ve been dependent on, parasitic with, parasitic on, attached to in some way(s) for reasons they now must cease doing because of the evolutionary Separation of Worlds. They now have to make these basic beginner Ascension Process changes in themselves to come up to a vibrational match with the lowest frequency ascending Earth world. If they vibrate higher than that they’ll automatically go to a slightly higher frequency ascending stair-step Earth worlds that is a closest current match with them and vice versa.

Master This Volunteer

Another aspect of the Phase 2 2020 and beyond Divine Cease & Desist Order time-out is specifically for Volunteers. Those of us who Volunteered to drop a whole lot of Light, temporarily disconnect from our other higher aspects, consciousness, memory of our already unified higher identity and deliberately descend into severe negativity and physical, energetic and etheric density and Duality did so to Work the Ascension Process from the inside, the physical inside. Many of our other aspects remained at those higher HOME levels, frequencies and dimensions. We all Work together however and support One another no matter where we’re “located” or more correctly, “focused” on at the “moment”.

We did this because there HAD to be numerous incarnate receiver lightning rod Volunteers incarnate in physical human bodies to receive and embody every speck of higher incoming Light, energies, NEW codes etc. and seed and anchor them into physical Earth and the NEW higher physical human body forms, energy patterns, internal energy grids, DNA and consciousness etc. for future humans to eventually evolve into. Some sooner than others.

We have been and continue to be living physical incarnate containers of the NEW higher everything of and for NEW Earth and NEW Humanity. Read that sentence again if you need to Volunteer. I know it sounds high & mighty but that’s only because it is extremely high & mighty! I shouldn’t need to tell you and your aching, beat-up, painful, constantly shifting, expanding and changing embodying body that! It’s very high and it’s mighty mighty in what it actually is and it’s all within you and your physical body. So now in 2020 Phase 2, please Cease & Desist and sit quietly, stay-at-HOME within your HighHeart in your body and self and remember you are a Volunteer who has embodied the NEW high & mighty and have been carrying it internally all the way down the physical Earth playing field and are about to step into the end-zone with it all. (I can’t believe I’m using sports terms to express what Volunteers do when I’m not terribly familiar with sports. I hope I got it right.)

Still so many in the ascension community feel and believe that their Ascension Process Work is all or mostly external, hence how those people continue doing old lower frequency external rituals and practices. If needed take another look at my simplistic displays of different colored ascending stair-step Earth worlds above. For ease of communication about this, let’s say that there’s many people aware of the Ascension Process and they’ve been Working on it in different ways for years or many years now. Let’s say they’re currently on the blue colored ascending stair-step Earth world displayed above.

I am NOT saying the color blue, or any of the other colors I chose to use on those different Earth images, has anything to do with anything. I simply needed to use different colors to visually represent the many different ascending stair-step Earth worlds. In this particular example some in the ascension community are, say, currently existing on the blue colored ascending Earth world because they are a frequency match to it. Because of that, many in the ascension community that are aware but need to become much more aware at ever higher levels, continue Working primarily externally, not primarily internally within themselves. Other Volunteers are or have realized that the best, fastest and most effective way to get the ascension Work accomplished is done entirely internal within ourselves and our bodies. From that inner level and space of embodied HOME one can do it all and never leave physical home or energetic HOME. Stay-at-HOME  while staying-at-home and in the Divine time-out Volunteer and realize that it’s through you and your body that the NEW Earth exists and will become externally manifest once enough of us carry “it” into the symbolic physical end-zone.

As usual I’ve probably forgotten a good third of what I had planned on including in this article but that’s how it often goes. Good thing we’ve got Comments to continue this and expand on if we want or need to.

Building To The Breaking Point

I mentioned last month that I’d had a vision of two large spheres, Earths, from a position out in space. One sphere was a much higher frequency, was positioned on top and was rapidly spinning counterclockwise, with the Milk Way galaxy . The second sphere was a lower frequency, was positioned below and not in perfect alignment with the higher sphere and was rapidly spinning clockwise. They were not physically touching each other but were still extremely close together. They were slightly different colors and didn’t have any of the usual recognizable landmasses and oceans visible but I knew they both were Earth worlds. They were two slightly different colored large spheres spinning faster and faster in opposite directions very close to each other. The tremendous energetic and physical irritation, pressure, discomfort and anxiety that both Earth spheres spinning increasingly faster in opposite directions is causing each other is at this point pretty much unbearable. It was easy to see and feel that a breaking point, a Separation breaking point is at long-last close at hand.

The higher positioned, counterclockwise spinning sphere is ascending Earth. The lower positioned, clockwise spinning sphere is descending Earth. If you are a strong frequency match with or even just barely within frequency range of ascending Earth, descending Earth is absolutely not your concern, responsibility, your job to fix, save, rescue, redirect or rehabilitate. It does not concern you whatsoever so don’t waste your precious energy, consciousness and time focusing on it and the people that are a frequency match with it. Do adults with important jobs to do, responsibilities and different lives fixate on the children in second grade elementary school? Of course not so don’t you do it. Those individuals are not ready to ascend now so understandingly and with higher frequency LOVE and emotional and energetic neutrality give them the freedom, time and other location(s) they still need to learn whatever each of them needs.

Most of you feel it, some acutely, some not much at all but most do feel it. What is it? It is the rapidly approaching final physical level  mandatory, essential, absolutely necessary complete separation from the old dying patriarchal Earth world and reality. It is the full and complete physical level Separation of Worlds & Timelines between the ascending Earth and descending Earth.

Every time the Volunteers embody more higher cosmic energies and codes, higher frequency plasma Light and solar transmissions etc., the greater this increasingly unbearable frequency and consciousness extremes between the old lower and the NEW higher becomes, and in 2020, we’ve reached the near breaking separation point finally. Like I needed to tell you that nine months deep into unbelievable 2020! September, nine months and it’s very close now for the manifestation of NEW Earth permanently free from and of all old patriarchal everything. (Forgive me for that very linear sentence as this is and always has been much more than only linear.) That’s why the last quarter—September through December—of every Ascension Process year, and certainly epic 2020, is always so important, powerful, intense and unfolds extremely fast.

Most of you are aware of the back-to-back astrological transits, some so rare because they take hundreds of years to cycle through, that have happened, that currently are, and that will happen throughout the last months of 2020. I wrote most of them out in an earlier article if it helps you to see them listed. Every one of them, including all the astrological transits prior, plus every higher Light energy and level we’ve reached up to this minute have all been Ascension Process energy stair-steps, ALL of them including every time a Volunteer embodied/embodies some more higher Light and NEW codes into their physical bodies have gone towards what’s coming. It is not any one single astrological transit that’s going to be the one and only event that causes the Separation shift. It’s NOT any one single cosmic, galactic, solar, human, Master, Volunteer, ET, Angelic or any other such unaware nonsense that’s going to be the one and only thing that causes the Separation shift. It is ALL of it and more.

The coming incredibly rare December sign changes of Jupiter and Saturn into Aquarius only days apart and then conjuncting each other at 0° Aquarius on the December 21, 2020 Solstice is also not the one and only end-all event that’s going to cause the physical level Separation of Worlds or anything else. It’s ALL of this and more.

Only two days later on December 23, 2020 the last Mars (and Eris) in Aries square Pluto in Capricorn happens at 23° Aries  23° Capricorn which means the final Separation is entirely in-play physically. It is NOT any one single event, astrological transit, solar transmission, NEW cosmic code, or Volunteers embodying more and Embodying more, but ALL of them and more that’s causing the physical level Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Pull back, pull way back and open your heart and awareness to the much larger and more complex situations, happenings and multidimensional participants at evolutionary Work here.

Back to the vision of two large Earth spheres very close to each other spinning increasingly faster in opposite directions.

The colossal escalating energetic tensions and pressures I felt viewing this was disturbing and uncomfortable and surprisingly reminded me of something I experienced around 2003. I talked about this in A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution (2010) but will repeat it here because of this particular vision of the two Earth spheres.

Without going into all the gory details, I came under intentional demonic attack from 2000 through 2004—and before and after but those are different stories—at my mother’s house. My physical level First Everythinger Ascension Process began the first of February 1999, and by April 2000, two Portal People brothers were deliberately maneuvered into physical place to rent the house next door to mom’s house where she and I lived at that time. These two brothers had one demon attached to one brother in particular but it controlled them both and all of their actions including all their same low frequency friends, family members and dogs. No big mystery with this — my Volunteer First Wave Ascension Process began on the physical level and Team Dark took prompt physical and etheric actions to counter that meaning horrendous continuous demonic attacks ensued.

Long unpleasant story short (read the book if interested in the Team Dark gore, tactics, attacks, use and manipulation of Portal People and animals), after years of constant demonic attack both directly from it and indirectly through its human Portal People puppets, I was able to etherically protect myself, mom and the house and property, for the most part. But it’s what happened both physically and etherically when I finally put in place energetic etheric protections that’s the point of my bringing up this related old Duality reality unpleasantness.

Once I finally realized what had actually been going on with this 2000 through 2004 situation and that a demon was in fact involved, and when physically needed working through its physical Portal Person and People, I etherically energetically constructed as potent Light protections as I was capable of at that time and condition I was in and the repercussions to my actions were immediate, obvious and dramatic.  Within only hours of my putting up etheric Light protections around the house and property the demon discovered I’d done this and intentionally revealed itself to me clairvoyantly and then all hell broke lose energetically.

After constructing the Light protections etherically for only two nights and one day, and the demon discovering I’d done this, shortly after I’d gone to bed I was suddenly awakened by the very loud sounds of what sounded like rapid gunshots going off directly above our house and property and the nearby surrounding area. It sounded completely physical and I believed it was at that time and laid frozen in bed in the dark, scared that bullets might come flying through our house at any moment. I laid there listening to these extremely loud physical sounds that I thought were gunshots directly over our house and the large trees that lined the street. Every dog in the neighborhood started barking, howling and crying but there wasn’t any humans outside, any cars running, and no police or ambulance sirens came. Only the very loud sounds of multiple cracking gunshots overhead and every dog in the area howling and barking. There was nothing else because it was not physical gunshots, it was etheric energetic repercussions caused from the separation of the demon from me and our house and property.

When an etheric energetic break and separation happens between lower and higher, between higher and lower energies, frequencies, beings, spaces and worlds there is, or typically has been, extremely loud and very strong etheric and physical level breakage separation repercussions that are clearly heard and felt by those that are sensitive and aware enough to perceive them. Those people that are not sensitive and aware enough don’t hear, feel, sense or perceive anything. For them nothing happened but to the others that are aware it sounds and feels like heaven and earth just got rattled and shaken to its very core!

What I’m getting with all this is that old ‘As above so below’ universal law business. As above so below. As without so within. What happens collectively is what happens individually, vice versa and so on. Think about the etheric and physical levels being rattled and shaken very loudly and obviously because the energetic connections on the physical and etheric levels between that demon and me and our house and property in 2003 were finally broken by me. There were powerful repercussions because of that separation break on the physical and etheric levels and the demon and I both knew it.

Now think of the August 2020 vision I had of the two Earth spheres spinning faster and faster in opposite directions so close to each other. Think of and feel the unbearable building 2020 friction, pressures, tensions, anxiety, inorganic hostility and greed, the Divine organic evolutionary need for complete physical and etheric freedom from the old lower descending Earth sphere and people that still want or need it. Think of what’s probably going to happen when these two Earth spheres reach that energetic point where they finally break apart and separate fully from each other and go their own ways, free of the other. Think of the potential etheric and physical level repercussions of that separation, of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Think of my demon experience and hearing what sounded like really loud gunshots overhead up in the air all around me when that etheric energetic disconnection and separation finally happened. Now think of that but on a planetary scale.

What I’m suggesting is that most of us who are aware and sensitive to these sorts of ascension related energetic changes—the Volunteers—may, may hear, see, or See, feel, sense or in some way or ways perceive any number of completely NEW to us repercussions caused by the actual final and full physical level separation from what has been the old patriarchal Earth world and reality. If this happens when a Team Dark demon and/or alien or any other such being gets energetically evicted and removed from your or my energy field and personal life and reality it goes that the same just may hold true when planet Earth makes her final disconnect and separation from the lower old patriarchal Earth world.

I did NOT share these things, this latest vision, the potential upcoming repercussion happenings, my personal demon and Portal People experiences to scare anyone or make anyone feel unsafe or vulnerable. I shared them all to aid you if, if there are any type of etheric and physical level repercussions from our upcoming separation from the old lower Earth world and its lingering negative energies and consciousness etc. etc. I am NOT saying that this is absolutely going to happen some time soon. I am saying that it’s a strong possibility that we’re going to experience some form and level of energetic and physical level repercussions when the Separation of Worlds last break finally happens physically.

Here’s the good news about this. We’ve been going through this in those incremental energetic stair-steps continuously anyway since the Ascension Process started in the physical level. We’ve been going through this personally and internally and we’ve been going through it collectively and externally since the Ascension Process started physically. The only difference to all this is that we’re now really close to that final actual, physical breaking point, which I prefer to call freedom from what has been to go our own ways into what’s becoming which is NEW Earth with its NEW inhabitants.

Let me add here in case anyone has gone weak in the knees over this information that I’ve been aware of so many new to me higher dimensional and galactic and cosmic ascension participants since January 2020. It’s like they couldn’t come in so to speak until we’d reached Phase 2 levels and had embodied the 2018 Crystalline triangle Trinity codes, then the 2019 Radiant Diamond codes. The moment we’d embodied them and entered Phase 2 in January 2020, all sorts of additional ascension assistants from higher levels and Light realms and other systems have been very close by and intently Working in so many different ways to help we Volunteers do our jobs, plus ready us and ready Earth for this coming final phase of separating from the old lower patriarchal world. This also makes me think that there just might be some type of energetic etheric and physical level repercussions when this final separation happens. No fear everyone, just more Light info about some potential side effects on a planetary and galactic (and more???) scale that may be close at hand.

There’s plenty more to talk about but I want to keep this article focused on these possible upcoming planetary and larger side effects from the final separation. One other thing that’s very much related to this is what I’ve been calling the 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order. As the months of 2020 have unfolded we’ve all been HAVING to make adjustment after adjustment after adjustment and I’m not talking about the pandemic but about it and everything else too.

The Cease & Desist Order at first seemed and felt really big, global and mostly due to the pandemic but over time it’s proved itself to be so much more than that. It’s a Divine Order to stop doing anything and everything that’s related to, connected to, attached to the old lower Earth world we all were born into. When looked at, felt and considered from that level and scope, the Cease & Desist Order suddenly reveals itself to be a huge LOVING safeguard and heads-up notification for all of humanity to get ourselves where we each want and/or need to be because the last phase of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines is very close now. The Cease & Desist Order is not a great pain in the ass restriction as it may have felt to most at the start of 2020, but a Divine notice that things are now close to changing permanently physically and because of this every human alive needs to be super aware of their thoughts, emotions, focus, desires, beliefs etc. And for the Volunteers this is vastly more potent, needed and must be conscious from the HighHeart, not the old lower self or ego etc. every minute of every day and night. For the Volunteers the Cease & Desist Order is a constant reminder that we are no longer what we were and that there’s no going back for us without big and immediate less than pleasant consequences. This will only get much more so the closer the Separation gets and the more we embody and certainly the more we Embody. We are not what we used to be and trying to deviate from that will make it instantly known to you, to me, to each of us that we’ve strayed out of our energy lane and that there are instant consequences to our doing that.

From the very beginning of my writing about the Ascension Process and related issues online in 2003, I have never fit the stereotypical patriarchal spiritual and/or new age molds. I just said a mouthful there which is worth more deeply considering for a lot of different reasons. As many of you who’ve read me for years know, I’ve never had a current photo of myself displayed on either of my websites. I’m talking about those posed photos, you know the type, the doing your best spiritual or holier-than-thou, angelic, not-of-this-world, new age type glamor shot photo(s).

You also know that I never created an elaborate, outlandish, puffed up, triple-dipped in holier than thou type bullshit About/ Bio page about myself either. My god have you read some of them that other people have written about themselves and actually use on their websites?! They’re astonishing and very accurately do reveal exactly who and what those people are.

Let me give you my invented fantastical version of what I’m talking about. It is ego-based, self-promoting, market-based, full of crap hustle type online About / Bio page.  Over the years I’ve seen many much like this on some peoples websites.

Denise awoke two years ago and was instantly downloaded all of the information about the entire Universe. She can speak in ET tongues multiple Light Languages and can write, sing and meditate in them as well. Before her complete awakening two years ago, Denise worked for sixteen years in and for Corporate America. She uses those patriarchal tools to professionally market and promote herself and her spiritual and energy products online and at events around the world.

Denise trained under renowned Swammy Whatshisname and has a Diploma of Spiritual Excellence from his school which cost her a couple thousand dollars. She also has other expensive credentials she purchased from a variety of different spiritual and energy schools to add behind her name to give her greater patriarchal credibility, selling power, influence over unaware people, plus charge them a lot of money for her expensive memorized educations.

She has ET beings tell her what’s going on although she cannot discern if any of the information they give her is actually true, accurate and has no distortions or ulterior motives in it or if the ETs are actually who and what they claim to be.

Denise can access the swirling quantum multiverse plasma shimmering translucent infinite Encyclopedia Galactica to gain highly complex and mostly useless unnecessary intellectual information about different energies, endless quantum levels and different phases in the ascension process.

Denise has eaten nothing but organic broccoli since her awakening two years ago. After eating her strict diet of energetically infused organic broccoli she attaches and plugs into a sacred site and stares at the sun.

 

I’ve never in my 68 years lived or played by the patriarchal ego-based level and consciousness, including any of the New Age or other spiritual camps and groups either for the honest reason that I’ve never been any of those things in this life. The closest I’ve gotten to an elaborate About page is at TRANSITIONS where I shared some information about the start of my Ascension Process in early 1999. No ego puff, no spiritual fluff, no expensive patriarchal letters behind my name, no speaking in ET “light language” tongues, not one day of my entire life spent at a job working for corporate American, no expensive present life spiritual or energy schooling or trainings to add to my patriarchal spiritual New Age resume — only personal firsthand experiences that are often anything but attractive, elegant or fluffy blissy.

Most people with a little or a lot of lingering residual patriarchal religious consciousness still believed that to be “spiritual” one must look, sound, speak, move, posture, act and behave in very specific ways. Many believe that true spiritual people don’t cuss, get angry or animated much at all. Some believe that spiritual people should and should not wear certain colored clothes such as white to show one’s pure and elevated nature, or black or dark colors which they believe represents density and/or negativity which is old patriarchal Duality consciousness. Many believe that they should only wear certain types of clothing and fabrics. Some believe in wearing no jewelry while others believe they must wear certain quartz crystal jewelry–the brighter the better–and other gemstones and specific things to visually reinforce and clue their followers that they are indeed very spiritual, elevated and wise. Some go for the holier than thou look and routine, body posturing, gestures, vocal tones and speech because they still have negative residual Piscean Age religious distortions in their consciousness. Others are more drawn to old Eastern religious beliefs and guru types. Others attempt to come across as not of this Earth, which, newsflash, most of us aren’t anyway. Many believe that to be energetically elevated and more receptive to interactions with higher levels of consciousness, reality and beings they must eat and drink only certain pure foods and water plus fast regularly and on and on these lingering old lower consciousness beliefs from the global patriarchy and past Piscean Age energies go in so many people still today.

To me any and all of those sorts of things and behaviors are very repulsive and instant proof that those people are very much not what they’re trying so hard to convince others of. If you honestly are spiritual you don’t need any props, staging, lighting, any spiritual glam shot photos of yourself trying to do your best impersonation of what you currently believe Divine to look like in physical human form.

Oh how quickly they forget some of their own teachings, such as how every person naturally gives off an Energy Signature. Obviously they believe that no one can really See and read Energy Signatures of other people including every ascension teacher, writer, lecturer and person in front of video cameras. We See you, we read you, we know because we’re capable of honestly perceiving Energy Signatures of people and ascension teachers and other beings as well. There is no hiding, no lying or hustling in this Light at this level in Phase 2 of the Ascension Process. Egos think and believe that. The unaware think and believe that.

You know how most humans look, sound, act and move rather unattractively during puberty? We all went through it and the majority of us were an oily hot mess which is normal for what’s going on during puberty. In many ways humanity—including all the ascension teachers/writers—are currently in this Phase 2 level of the Ascension Process and Separation of Worlds and we’re all looking, sounding, acting, moving and behaving like we’re deep in the transformational throws of puberty, of evolutionary spiritual energetic puberty. We won’t always look, sound and act this way but for now we do and it’s not very attractive but it’s freaking compressed evolution we’re talking about here!

For starters everyone and I mean everyone is having to castoff the old Piscean Age and its opposite sign Virgo energies and consciousness and all else. Some people can do this faster, easier and more completely than other people. No judgement with this. Some people made it through puberty faster, easier and more completely than other people too. While all this rapid casting-off of the exiting Piscean Age energies, beliefs, reality habits and consciousness is taking place, we’re all having to step into and embody the new astrological Age energies of Aquarius and Uranus and its opposite sign Leo and its ruler the Sun. Waves of HighHeart higher awareness answers right there.

The point I’m wanting to make is that what has been seen, felt, believed—old patriarchal and Piscean Age XYZ spirituality etc.—to be all the things they were no longer apply to where we are today in Phase 2. We all, ascension teachers and mass humanity, are in a state of change the likes we’ve not experienced ever before while incarnate in this or any other life and body on Earth. I’m not talking about the future or near future but right now today. We’re all in awful and awkward “puberty” states of profound evolutionary transformation both internally and externally, both individually and collectively across the physical world. We’re anything but hot n’ sexy right now. We’re anything but wise and all-knowing right now. We’re anything but all together, slick and clever right now, and you know what else, it’s all normal and needed for what we’re going through right now. Personally and collectively so get over your old shit whatever it has been and just mature, just evolve, just let go of and dare to become all NEW and shiny… soon and in ways you did not and could not perceive last year or last decade. Put down your old beloved props, costumes, gadgets and tools and honestly, with your whole HighHeart step up into an unperceived as yet NEW and shiny you now. You want physicalization? It’s here and not what most were expecting but how exciting is that!

Phase 2 of the Ascension Process, and these final levels of the Embodiment Process if you’re doing that now too, are so different from Phase 1 and what everyone thought and expected them to be like. We’ve all perceived what we were each capable of perceiving at the time, at the time, but we continue evolving and changing which means we continue being able to perceive greater, higher and larger every day now. Don’t pretend you’re not in this current Phase 2 level of evolutionary “puberty” and awkwardness while hiding in your “bedroom” away from others. This is part of The Process we’re all in now, this physicalization, shifting, casting-off and separating from what has been. This part MUST be lived day by day by each of us in our own ways so that each of us becomes not only all NEW and shiny but energetically sovereign and empowered in all NEW and shiny ways too. So important this. Give yourselves this profound freedom now instead of clinging to the old lower past things. Trust that this current Phase 2 Process is doing exactly what it’s designed to do for every single human alive now. Trust it, let go of the past in all ways. Dare to become something entirely different and stop thinking you know everything about everything because you don’t and neither do I. I do know we’re becoming now and that we’ll become even more the more we release of the, of our pasts. 

Spirituality no longer looks like XYZ, especially now in Phase 2 of the Ascension Process. How naked can you allow yourself to get to become more of Source as yourself physicalized on Earth now? That was an unfair question because you don’t know yet, not really, but I very much hope you soon find out. I very much hope we all do. Use this strange time in NEW ways to do entirely NEW things within yourself and your life and reality. This is a big way we’re currently bridging from what has been to NEW Earth, NEW Humans.
