2022 Purge Work of Ancient Negative Divine Mother Distortions

I’ve always had present life awareness of the profoundly negative distortions and perversions Team Dark (negative aliens, devils, demons, entities) did to Divine Mother Feminine and her energies long ago, early in the cycle in Duality frequency. I’ve always felt different aspects of it, clairvoyantly Seen parts of it, and been aware of locations on 3D Earth and the underground 2D elemental realm that were extremely saturated in it. Since childhood I’ve had both ancient memories plus present life clairvoyant visions of beastly underground 2D negative elementals and other hideous, distorted creatures perverted into dark monsters by Team Dark long ago. Also, from the 4D astral, from below the surface of the Moon, and other planets in our solar system that were intentionally distorted by Team Dark and made thoroughly negative and dark.

To understand what I’m talking about it’s necessary to have personal knowledge of the basic energetic differences between Divine Mother Feminine and Divine Father Masculine during the past Great Cycle in Duality frequency. The negative perversions and distortions done to Divine Father Masculine have manifested and been present differently than they have with Divine Mother Feminine.

The negativity, perversions, distortions and profound darkness Team Dark did long ago to Divine Father Masculine has been easier to see because it’s more out in the open, more obvious and greatly highlighted due to the longstanding global patriarchal rule on Earth. The negativity, perversions, distortions and profound darkness Team Dark did long ago to Divine Mother Feminine has been more difficult to see because SHE/IT is much vaster and somewhat less personalized. Divine Mother Feminine is the great, vast black background, whereas Divine Father Masculine has been—during the lengthy period in Duality frequency—obvious and specific because Team Dark aliens are patriarchal creatures.

Even though the Divine Father Masculine has been more easily seen throughout the time spent in Duality frequency, HE/IT too was intentionally severely distorted and perverted by Team Dark. These negative perversions were done to control humanity, human consciousness, and interfere with and block humanity’s natural ability to evolve over the Ages. Humans are not naturally violent, warring, raping, murdering, insane misogynists that believe themselves greater than Divine Mother Feminine, greater than female humans, greater than Mother Earth, greater than Mother Nature. All that came from Team Dark aliens and has played out throughout the past cycle in Duality frequency. But the time in lower frequency Duality with everything that went with it has expired and is being energetically removed, which is why the world and humanity are in the chaotic states they are now.

I’ve said it many times over these ascension years, the more we embody the NEW higher frequency Light energies, Triality templates and codes for ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans, the faster and more chaotic and violent the ending of all negative etheric, astral and physical patriarchal alien and human structures and realities becomes.

When anti-human and anti-female humans do or try to do negative things to other humans, you need to recognize that they are anti-human and anti-female people. Their actions, words and beliefs speak for themselves, but it’s up to everyone to instantly recognize the anti-human and anti-female people in this country and all others around the world. We’re deep in this now.

You know when something big happens down here in physicality, that similar things have been happening in higher dimensions and layers well before it shows up down here on physical Earth. One recent example of this was the June 2022 U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. When I saw that news online and on TV, it instantly explained a lot of the negative things I’ve been experiencing for most of 2022. I’ll list some of them by month with the hopes of it helping show how these physical and non-physical events are experienced and purged by some of us and our physical bodies. 2022 has been notably more difficult for those capable of going first into the higher frequency NEW while simultaneously further purging out more of the ancient negativity done to Divine Mother Feminine, Divine Father Masculine, and humanity by negative aliens, entities and negative anti-human, anti-female humans.

January 2022 — I noticed that another level of disconnect with other ascension teachers/writers had automatically happened. What they were saying had gone so far off course to me personally, that I couldn’t relate to them and what they write anymore. Another increased sense of having to continue on and do what I’m energetically capable of doing.

Many First Everythingers have been pushed very hard all year to accomplish specific ascension energy Work because we’ve been on a tighter than usual time frame in 2022. I’ll get to why in a moment. Things are accelerating, not slowing down, not stabilizing yet. They will eventually.

February — Ascension caused body aches and pains continue and get worse for days or weeks at a time each month. The more you Embody your Soul/Higher Self into this physical incarnate you living the Ascension Process, the greater your conscious awareness becomes of the other aspects of YOU and You this you experiences. I’ve been experiencing greater awareness and mind’s eye visuals of many of these other dimensional, other timelines, other aspects of ME across time, space and dimensions. This 2022 purge of the ancient negativity done to Divine Mother Feminine is being experienced by all aspects of ME as it’s a ME/Me/me group effort, and some of this I’ve been Seeing this year in much greater detail. I mention this because I know some of you have been clairvoyantly Seeing mind’s eye images of lots of other people, other beings, other positive alien beings and strangers this year flashing quickly through your Higher Awareness vision. This has always been individual group efforts and not only these physical incarnate aspects of us doing and living this evolutionary Ascension Process Work. Embody more means you’re becoming conscious of being more, much more.

March — Woke up one morning to a constant stream of negative thoughts about all sorts of past personal happenings with other people. It had an artificial, induced feel to it. I’ve been Working on my personal stuff and junk since 1991, so I’m aware of these things and how deeply I’ve already excavated each of them at this point.

Patriarchal males and neighbors acting out in negative, self-absorbed ways has gotten worse this year. They cannot cope with the incoming higher NEW frequencies, not to mention the Divine Mother Feminine Triality-based NEW Earth, NEW Humans template, and they’re getting louder, more aggressive and more unstable. Typical reaction by Team Dark tainted lower consciousness people who’ve not done any personal Inner Work on themselves during this evolutionary Ascension Process. The incoming higher Light energies cause many of them to react negatively in a wide variety of ways and go even further into mental and emotional imbalance and/or insanity.

Having negative dreams about past family and certain people. Self-blaming thoughts about certain people and my and their actions and non-actions and avoidance over personal things that need to be dealt with in these lives. Is this 2022 dream and others like it stemming from my expanding Higher Awareness insights? From greater personal Phase 2 Embodiment Process revelations? From more 2022 energetic purging? From more Team Dark manipulations? Both maybe?

March 2022 Karen Bishop emailed me for the first time. She said some very kind things which I was deeply grateful to hear from her. We emailed back and forth for a few months, mostly about how severe and physically disabling the energies have been on our physical female bodies.

April — Many low consciousness people and neighbors get worse during incoming high frequency Light energies, Divine Mother Feminine Triality template and more NEW code additions arrive. Just like they make our physical bodies, heads and more hurt in different ways, they cause energetically unprepared people increased instability mentally, emotionally and physically.

I’m needing to sleep more during the daytime this year. Nighttime sleeping in 2022, has felt like it’s changed so dramatically that it cannot be considered old nighttime sleeping at all, and certainly not receiving much restorative healing to our physical bodies while asleep every night. Because of these changes and the constant 2022 purging of negative Divine Mother Feminine Duality distortions, I’m needing more daytime naps this year.

May — Ascension sick and intense physical pains and aches all month. Further HighHeart expansions and greater embodiment into it this month. More negative daytime nap dreams. They’re ongoing and increasing in 2022 because things are quickly building to a larger than usual Separation point at the end of this year. Energy headache continues along with near constant ear ringing or squealing sounds and different tones. Crystalline NEW Humans of Light hear these energy caused tones, sounds and ringing in and around our heads.

Since January 2022 I’ve seen 12-21 and 12-22 repeatedly, indicating we’re energetically and physically rushing towards a culmination and much larger populated CHANGEOVER shift point after the December Solstice 2022. Also been seeing all of the triple numbers nearly every day and night all year. 111, 222, 333, 444 etc. Triality frequency is manifesting more strongly than it could in 2020 and 2021. Stairsteps.

June — Hot flashes have returned with a vengeance. The return of them in 2022 tells me some very big internal negative ancient distortions are steadily being burned away. More severe body pains and a constant energy headache.

A horrible month but a negative energy “glass ceiling” was broken by some Volunteers in June 2022. More negative ancient Team Dark alien etheric perverted, distorted human and reality systems were energetically broken, which is why some of us are feeling so incredibly used and abused again.

Heard again, five fast hard knocks on the outside wall of my house exactly where the head of my bed is on the inside. They’re not always five knocks but this time they were. (In past years and decades, they’ve been nine knocks.) This tells me some negativity is nearby and wanting me to know it.

Suddenly I’m once again experiencing (I cannot believe it at this point!) the negative ‘Alien Love Bite’ phenomena. I really thought I was out of range of this particular Team Dark negativity. Obviously not. Live, pay attention, learn more.

The male person of this ‘Alien Love Bite’ is someone I don’t know and never will, and have never been interested in. He’s a musician I was barely aware of. I’ve never thought of him so to suddenly have a burning romantic fixation on him is utterly ridiculous, yet that is how the so named negative ‘Alien Love Bite’ works. You’re suddenly infected with a love/romantic/sexual fixation on someone—usually a stranger but not always—and the intense emotions you’re feeling are a total con job. They’re not real but a negative emotional hook created and applied etherically on you by some Team Dark alien. You’re being negatively manipulated so you’ll produce specific emotional and sexual energies which that alien/entity syphons off for itself. And you thought you just had a crush on someone! No, you’re being negatively manipulated to produce specific energies and also be emotionally and mentally tortured by the whole thing. Classic Team Dark modus operandi.

I was able to energetically cut this negative ‘Alien Love Bite’ manipulation in three weeks’ time. The last time I experienced an Alien Love Bite was in 2004; it took me a full year to clear it from myself.

I found it telling that it happened again in 2022. When things get negative, dark and problematic, it’s always because more higher frequency NEW Light is being implemented so the negative dark from old Duality frequency does what it/they can to keep you and I and as much of humanity sidetracked and down in that old lower frequency range and not living the Ascension Process and/or doing whatever current energy Work we need to.

July — Negative, perverted sexual dream with the Alien Love Bite famous musician guy. Team Dark bastards will do anything to get another drop of parasitic lifeforce out of someone.

A week later, another negative sexual dream. This one took place in what looked like a dark, dank and dense astral negative opium den setting with lots of naked male and female strangers strewn about in a massive sex orgy. I’m viewing (not participating) this negative mass of intoxicated and sexually used humans being energetically drained by negative aliens and demonic entities. They’re easily syphoning off these people’s lifeforce energies via their drug use and non-love-based sexual activities. Those people’s energies are being removed by some Team Dark aliens and stored in clear tubes for feeding upon later. The humans are oblivious to it all and are happy being excessively high and sexual with opposite sex and same sex strangers.

August — Daytime nap nightmare I saw multiple huge 40-footlong negative black insect-like creatures coming out from a ceiling and wall seam opening they’d made and into my living space. (My full consciousness.) It was one of the most terrifying things I’ve ever experienced. In comparison to all the other things I’ve clairvoyantly Seen and encountered throughout my life, this probably sounds like it wouldn’t cause such an extreme fear reaction in me. It did however because these creatures were ancient negative primordial dark matter perversions from Duality frequency and level and Divine Mother Feminine.

A few times over the decades I’ve experienced negative other-dimensional / extra-dimensional aliens etherically enter my physical space at angle areas where part of the ceiling and a wall are connected. It’s like it is easier for them to come into this physical dimension via 90° angles of rooms in our physical houses. This is certainly not always the case but sometimes it has been.

Two days later while waking from a daytime nap I saw a Grey alien in a black bodysuit walking very close to my house in my backyard. I experienced an instant gut punch of fear seeing this, which is also unusual for me. I’ve seen numerous positive and negative, Service to Others and Service to Self ETs so it surprised me that seeing another Grey in August 2022 caused such an instant fearful gut reaction in me.

It’s been a really rough, nerve rattling, high stress, exhausting year as many of you already personally know. Self-care in these times is mandatory as we, our bodies, consciousness, psyches, CNS, HighHearts and all else continue accelerating through the negative what has been and into higher frequency what is rapidly manifesting.

There’s been a lot of interdimensional physical non-physical co-mingling this year and those of us who have existed in them. The dimensional “Veils” simply haven’t existed for a long time now and this year these bleed-throughs of other negative creatures, aliens, demons, entities etc. has been extra busy and more easily felt, seen and sensed by more people.

I think it was August that Karen Bishop and I were both so physically sick, and at times physically disabled, that we couldn’t produce extra energy to write something even semi-meaningful to each other. If Karen Bishop and I can’t even write short emails to each other, that should tell you how energetically extreme this intense 2022 has been.

The last week of August 2022, I had a second daytime nap nightmare—a napmare!—with the same enormous black insect-looking creatures. This time they were much closer to me in this daytime dream. They were getting closer and coming more fully into my living space which terrified me unlike anything else I’ve experienced. I heard myself screaming over and over in this daytime nightmare like I have NEVER screamed before. I woke myself up and got angry over it and started seriously taking up arms energetically over all this awake and asleep negativity and physical and etheric sexual manipulation and “sexual energy harvesting” attempts that have been happening for much of 2022. The revealing of these negative primordial underground (2D) gargantuan black creatures was what finally did it for me. I’ve not experienced these horrendous negative primordial creatures since they caused me to scream my way into conscious 2022 Lightwarrior Cleaner mode.

I’ve had awake and lucid dream conversations—which are both the same thing to me—with different demons over the decades. I’ve had close encounters and telepathic conversations with a few different negative Reptilian aliens. I’ve Seen and felt some different Draconian aliens. I’ve had close encounters of the worst kind with profoundly negative, distorted Divine Father Masculine aliens, entities, devils, demons and creatures and none of them scared me like these negative ancient, distorted Divine Mother Feminine Duality cycle insect creatures did.

Ancient primordial dark, dank, distortions and perversions done to Divine Mother Feminine of the past cycle in Duality frequency are infinitely more terrifying. Divine Mother Feminine is the vast black space of Creative Potential. When that is perverted, distorted and manipulated by negative aliens, it feels very different from many of the negative patriarchal anti-human, anti-female aliens and entities. Encountering the numerous different aspects and layers of negative perversions done to Divine Mother Feminine from the time of Duality changes one. There are monsters and then there are monsters so far beyond them that it’s hard to express, and hard for people to comprehend unless they’ve personally experienced some of them. The great myths and legends of the ancient past have nothing on us living these current ascension lives and the end of the cycle in Duality frequency!

September — Small tornado came through where I live and caused a fire that killed some people, animals and demolished properties and caused much damage in large rural areas here. Temps were between 110–116° here for ten days straight. During this time the overnight temps didn’t get below 90°. The daytime threat of electricity (air conditioners) being turned off by the electric co. was a constant concern. This year temps here reached 100° in April 2022, the earliest in the year we’ve reached 100° in this area ever.

The Queen Mother of England died September 8th. All sorts of Duality frequency and cycle patriarchal mothers are exiting this year. Certain females have been and still are totally patriarchal. There are many hardcore patriarchal females running for political positions here in the US now.

Hot flashes and the bottoms of my feet are wildly hot again. This tells me that in September I am deep into some serious, intense and very large personal and collective energy cleaning and purging, again. I’ve had a constant energy headache for months. I wake up some mornings lately with my eyes crusty and infected looking. Late September I discover a large grape sized lump in my crotch/groin. It’s sore and mildly worrisome because I’ve never had this before.

Some mentally ill homeless male broke into the empty house next door to me and has been squatting there for who knows how long. He’s physically come on to my property more than once. The only way on to my property is climbing over the fence(s). Don’t bother calling the police because they either won’t come or if they do, they tell you they can’t do anything about it. DIY Volunteer Lightworkers. The old expired system and its employees do not work and it isn’t fixable nor should it be. DIY in your own higher ways HighHearts. However, be prepared when negativity happens anyway regardless of what you’ve done energetically protection-wise around yourself and your home and property.

October — I just realized how extra expensive this year has been. Actually since 2020, but much more so this year with this insane inflation. My income hasn’t increased, donations have decreased, and this inflation is harming we the people. Refuse to live on the constant edge of poverty disaster anymore everyone.

The energy headache continues. Back, spine, shoulder, hip pains on left side (old female side of Duality cycle) experiencing increased pains, stiffness and soreness constantly. Eyes still going through more energy changes that cause tearing, crusting and a bruised feeling. My face suddenly broke out in tiny red watery pimples, even into my eyebrows. I’ve never experienced this one before. The 2022 energy purging of ancient Divine Mother Feminine negative perversions have been plainly visible on my face and body this year.

Mid-October I had two more terrible dreams about a couple male exes from decades ago, and about my son. This 2022 theme is undeniable. If you’re a Volunteer Lightworker Energy Transmuter, then besides whatever personal shadow stuff and junk you may have at this point, you’ve also been clearing and purging out more of the massive negativity done to Divine Mother Feminine, dark matter, humanity, elementals and other beings over eons and eons this year.

Life on prison planet means that many of us had tentacles placed in our sexual organs which had been connected to the massive shadow archontic beasts the NAA set up, connected to the hive mind Black Queen-Dark Mother network.”

It’s the last days of October 2022 as I write this, and the hot flashes are nearly gone. The red watery pimples on my face are almost completely healed and gone. The lump in my crotch/groin is gone. Eyes are better. The September and October constant energy and purging headache is reduced but still there. My hair still looks and feels lacking in vital lifeforce as is common due to these severe, massive energy transmutations and purging of ancient negativity. The constant loud ear ringing, squealing, single tone and often layered on top of it, two-toned tones have been present all year. Yesterday I felt and clearly recognized that the inside of my physical head is now a NEW crystal crystalline Triality system structure that’s receiving and transmitting NEW template Triality frequencies continuously. This will continue, evolve further, and expand even more over time.

We still have November and December 2022 left to move through. Some of this ancient negative purging Work may continue into those months as well, but it feels like the worst of this specific 2022 theme dark energy purging Work is behind us.

The reasons why many of us underwent this severe dark internal clearing and purging energy Work of the ancient negative distortions done to Duality frequency and level Divine Mother Feminine in 2022, is because that HAD to be gone by the time we enter January 2023.

Come January 2023, MANY MORE PEOPLE will begin entering (some knowingly, most unknowingly) the NEW higher frequency Triality-based Divine Mother Feminine template and matching NEW Light, codes and latest additions to these codes of ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans. Translated that means that rather abruptly a lot more “regular” people will suddenly have their consciousness and hearts come online energetically, enough so in January 2023 and afterwards, to physically enter and exist in the higher frequencies of ascending NEW Earth and the Triality-based NEW energies and templates.

This personal and collective negative stuff and junk had to be purged out by us this year in energetic preparation for a much larger group of people entering ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans and the NEW Divine Mother Feminine Triality-based energy template frequency and consciousness with the entrance into January 2023.

Before that time was reached however, the ancient negativity done to the Duality-based Divine Mother Feminine had to be cleared, purged in the ways we individually have been doing throughout 2022. Hopefully my month-by-month 2022 personal sharing will help in explaining much of the horrors, darkness, sickness, nightmares, body pains, Team Dark attacks, ‘Alien Love Bites’, sexual energy manipulation attempts, nightmares and daytime napmares many of you have probably been experiencing all year, or very condensed in September and October 2022.

I deliberately formatted this article month-by-month because I wanted to show what I’ve personally been experiencing all year in 2022. The last few days of October I checked Lisa Renee’s site because I wanted to see what she had to say about October 2022 specifically. When I read her October article, I knew I had to quote some of it in my article to show how these difficult, multi-leveled energy mission jobs are experienced by those of us that do these negative dark clearing, freeing up, purging energy Work. I hope that by my adding some of Lisa Renee’s October article quotes under my personal 2022 negative monthly experiences shows how her words—strange and surreal as they sometimes sound—are personally lived by many of you reading this.

Said another way, this adding on of greater numbers of people that are ready to evolve up to Triality frequency ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans and Divine Mother Feminine, will very quickly accelerate NEW Earth with its NEW Humans. Just like there were First Wave, Second Wave, Third Wave Volunteers that were activated when each of them was pre-coded to do so throughout Phase 1 of the evolutionary Ascension Process (1998–2019), the same will happen with the people capable of being the first group, the second group, and the third group and so on of NEW Humans evolving up to ascending NEW Earth now in Phase 2.

With the start of January 2023, what I’m going to call the First Group of ascending people will enter the higher frequencies of NEW Divine Mother Feminine, HER/ITs Triality-based template, codes, consciousness, HighHeart and more. After them the Second Group of ascending people—many of them will be aware of the Ascension Process but the majority won’t—will energetically arrive and so on. Don’t fixate on dates or years with this but stay in the NOW moment. This will unfold far faster than most would believe which is very good because we First Everythingers need some big energy relief coming in immediately, and it is because of the 2023 people reaching vibrational match to and with Triality and all that goes with it in, on NEW Earth for NEW Humans.

What’s really important about this is that with each ascending Group of people internally matching and therefore coming into NEW Earth Triality frequency, the entire evolution to this higher level and state of being will unfold faster and faster and faster. The more individuals that are capable of and ready for existence in Triality frequencies and matching Divine Mother Feminine NEW template energies and enter them, that automatically accelerates the entire process from each group forward. The First Group starting to arrive in January and February 2023 and beyond will automatically accelerate the manifestation of ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans. Depending on how things go, the Second Group will start arriving late in the year and that will again automatically accelerate more of the manifestation of NEW Earth for NEW Humans and on and on it will unfold, quicker than anyone would believe possible.

And lastly, I want to stress the importance of everyone clearly understanding that Divine Mother Feminine and Divine Father Masculine are no longer existing in and functioning under past lower Duality frequency and reality. Divine Mother and Divine Father now exist in Triality frequency and ongoing and increasing manifesting internal and external Triality reality. Individually they both are and will continue to become increasingly NEW, more complex, more individually unified, integrated and expanded Beings and Energies. They are no longer the ancient perverted, distorted things that humans were led by Team Dark to believe them both to have been. We’re all in NEW higher territory now, thanks once again to the intense energy purging Work many of you have done this year. Expect the NEW, on all levels and in all ways.

More DNA Restoration & Other Important Changes

I know we’re only halfway through June 2022, but gads, what a month so far! That said, every month of 2022 has been and felt like nothing we’ve experienced before, and it all keeps evolving higher and deeper into the NEW Earth template, codes and frequencies. Welcome to life in the 2022 Divine Mother Feminine template of ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans.

It’s amazing to think that after transmuting, cleaning, clearing, releasing and transcending all we have since the start of Phase 1 in 1998-1999, we’re still having our ascending asses handed to us in 2022 by this level of the evolutionary Ascension Process. If that realization doesn’t help humanity grasp just how seriously negative, dense, corrupt, dark and evil life on old pre-ascension process Earth was, nothing will.

♦ On June 14, 2022, I perceived that a good portion of human DNA that had long ago been deliberately unplugged by certain negative ETs, was restored to its original Divine template. What this will look like in mass humanity is yet to be seen, but evidently it produced a hostile response in some of the negatives. I include this because some have emailed me recently, sharing how they’ve been experiencing some lashing out from the negatives lately. This latest tantrum from them over this major DNA restoration will pass, like all the others happening now, but keep yourselves energetically protected nonetheless.

The more these evolutionary Ascension Process restorations back to Divine original templates—DNA and otherwise—happen to humanity, the more humans are automatically returning to what’s been called ‘Universal Society’. As humanity currently evolves via the Ascension Process, these DNA restorations, ongoing embodying of higher frequency NEW energies and so on, we’re exiting the Dark Ages quarantine Earth and humanity was placed in to contain the unnatural, inorganic distortions and limitations done to humanity, the planet and more by negative aliens long ago.

I’ve said this many times over the years and it needs repeating. With greater, higher consciousness, being and reality comes greater, larger personal responsibilities. NEW Earth for NEW Humans is not a 5D+ playground or Summerland haven where we’re free to act like unaware children on vacation. There are “tests” coming for each of us, as there always are with every ascension stairstep we’ve taken, to see if we truly understand something specific, plus if we are personally capable of vibrationally maintaining it in our bodies no matter what’s happening around us. Such is the case with these DNA restorations back to Divine templates, states and frequencies etc., and with humanity’s incremental entrance into Universal Society. I repeat, there are “tests” coming and many of them will have to do with how much people have grown in personal awareness about ETs, other Others, interdimensionals, extradimensionals, the Light, the Dark and how well and quickly we can discern who’s who and what’s what with all of them.

♦ Some of us made “first contact” with ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans in January and February 2022. By February 22, 2022, this contact became permanent physically because many of us had internally energetically embodied the same frequency levels within ourselves as the Divine Mother Feminine template. That was “first contact” — it was some of us reaching the same frequency internally ourselves as what ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans template is. The moment that frequency and vibrational match was reached in February 2022 by some of us, we’ve been internally energetically vibrationally maintaining NEW Earth and its matching template energies and frequencies within our physical bodies. We’ve been holding it and that space and frequencies ever since.

This is another big reason why some of us have been experiencing never before, very intense, constant Ascension Process symptoms every minute of 2022. It’s because we’ve embodied and are internally energetically and vibrationally holding, maintaining and incrementally physically manifesting ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans and its Divine Mother Feminine (and much more) template energies, Light, codes and more. (See my January and February 2022 articles about this if interested.)

It may sound like I’m talking about two different things here. (1) the latest DNA restoration of June 14th and (2) how some of us have been internally holding and maintaining the template energies of ascending NEW Earth within our physical bodies and HighHearts since January and February 22, 2022. These two things are not separate but ongoing, unfolding energetic events that have and will continue to take place internally within our rapidly changing physical bodies and selves.

♦ These 2022 symptoms are experienced slightly differently by each embodying them, but they basically have similarities most can relate to. Some of these NEW 2022 ones for me have been constant tiredness or exhaustion at this much higher level.

•A return of hot flashes this year. 😡 %*@+^!#~*

•Pains in the bones of one or both feet and toes up into one or both ankles. These pains are due to our “grounding” the NEW template of ascending NEW Earth through our physical bodies. As this NEW energy template structure becomes larger, this pain should diminish and disappear eventually. But for now in these early stages of our maintaining the energies of the NEW template for NEW Earth, our feet and ankles are really taking an energetic “beating” so to speak. Some however may be feeling this “grounding” anchoring into ascending NEW Earth radiating up through the entire bottom half of their physical bodies.

•A physical and energetic sensitivity and receptivity that extends beyond the physical skin of your body caused from our becoming Crystalline. You can both feel, receive and transmit now through what clairvoyantly looks to me like very thin crystalline “hairs” of Light protruding out through our physical skin by many inches. This sometimes feels mildly tingly and/or slightly stingy on the surface of the skin. We’re feeling and receiving and transmitting like living Crystals of Light that the NEW Humans are.

•Ongoing changes to my physical eyes and eyesight. This is due to the years of evolutionary changes that have been taking place inside our brain glands— Pineal, Pituitary primarily but the Hypothalamus as well. All three are now energetically, physically and ethereally functioning with and from much higher, faster Triality-based levels.

Some of the ways this has manifested for me so far has been how Light enters my physical eyes and travels instantly to the evolved/evolving trinity brain glands. In turn, that Light is now easily seen and held for much longer periods in my “Mind’s Eye” as very strong, vivid, incredibly colorful and elaborate images; usually but not always geometric shaped sixth dimensional (6D) energy building blocks and/or codes for many things that will eventually be added to the Divine Mother Feminine template of ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans.

Said another way, I’m often easily Seeing from my Pituitary brain gland, multidimensional energy patterns and codes, many of them specific 6D geometric building blocks for things that will be in NEW Earth. You can’t have your brain glands evolved, have more DNA restored to its Divine original state and not have reality/realities look, feel, function and behave very differently.

•This next symptom is a huge one for me, and probably many of you that are currently at this same level. It is the incredible increase in the need to sleep at any time of the day, and basically, every day now.

I’ve had to take daytime naps for many ascension years now, but this has changed so radically in 2022, that I’m now falling asleep multiple times every day out of absolute need.

Sleeping at night has, for me, become a joke since I started the physical level Ascension Process in early 1999. I’ve missed the good old days of being able to sleep deeply throughout the night but gone are the days as they say.

The reason why I’ve had to abruptly fall asleep or “pass out” during the daytime this year is due to my having internally reached the same high frequency level in January and February 2022 as the template energies and frequencies of ascending NEW Earth. It’s because of this energy correlation, this energy relationship, this energy interchangeability between myself internally with the template energies of NEW Earth that I’m experiencing this big increase in the all-out need to sleep more during the daytime. Many of us are experiencing this symptom in 2022 and this is why so don’t fight the need to nap during the daytime this year, and probably next year too.

Interestingly, this is actually a twofold process, and it took me some linear time to realize this.

This big increase in the need to suddenly fall asleep during the daytime in 2022 is (1) due to the things I’ve mentioned above, and (2) while we’re asleep in the daytime because we’re exhausted from maintaining the energies of ascending NEW Earth in our physical bodies, we’re simultaneously embodying more of them! This whole business is Double Duty so to speak. Don’t hate the messenger, I’m living it myself. Take a nap, or three if needed, and don’t feel guilty for doing so because you are, we are manifesting ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans while we’re passed out from exhaustion from holding it and that space within our physical bodies… while we do more of the same!

•This is why many of us have been increasingly feeling less and less a part of the old ascension community for the past few years, and almost completely in 2022. In Phase 2 of the Ascension Process, we’re wholly involved with manifesting ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans, and that is being done privately, in and through our individual physical bodies and HighHearts. For those living this first in and through their physical bodies and HighHearts, all the rest of everything is mostly unimportant, incorrect, a distraction, and wildly ridiculous.

It could very simply be said that Phase 1 of the Ascension Process was about each of us that were capable of energetically and physically transmuting the old lower patriarchal density and Duality through ourselves doing that to energetically clear the way for us to, in Phase 2, embody and maintain NEW Earth for NEW Humans by manifesting it through our energetic vibrational correlation with it. That of course is the higher overview perspective of all this. From down here in the physical trenches, it’s been a genuine pain in the everything for the past 23+ years!

And lastly, I want to share something a reader friend asked me last week because it made me laugh. She said, “Has everyone gone batshit crazy?” My answer was yes, and this article explains many of the reasons why.

Building To The Breaking Point

I mentioned last month that I’d had a vision of two large spheres, Earths, from a position out in space. One sphere was a much higher frequency, was positioned on top and was rapidly spinning counterclockwise, with the Milk Way galaxy . The second sphere was a lower frequency, was positioned below and not in perfect alignment with the higher sphere and was rapidly spinning clockwise. They were not physically touching each other but were still extremely close together. They were slightly different colors and didn’t have any of the usual recognizable landmasses and oceans visible but I knew they both were Earth worlds. They were two slightly different colored large spheres spinning faster and faster in opposite directions very close to each other. The tremendous energetic and physical irritation, pressure, discomfort and anxiety that both Earth spheres spinning increasingly faster in opposite directions is causing each other is at this point pretty much unbearable. It was easy to see and feel that a breaking point, a Separation breaking point is at long-last close at hand.

The higher positioned, counterclockwise spinning sphere is ascending Earth. The lower positioned, clockwise spinning sphere is descending Earth. If you are a strong frequency match with or even just barely within frequency range of ascending Earth, descending Earth is absolutely not your concern, responsibility, your job to fix, save, rescue, redirect or rehabilitate. It does not concern you whatsoever so don’t waste your precious energy, consciousness and time focusing on it and the people that are a frequency match with it. Do adults with important jobs to do, responsibilities and different lives fixate on the children in second grade elementary school? Of course not so don’t you do it. Those individuals are not ready to ascend now so understandingly and with higher frequency LOVE and emotional and energetic neutrality give them the freedom, time and other location(s) they still need to learn whatever each of them needs.

Most of you feel it, some acutely, some not much at all but most do feel it. What is it? It is the rapidly approaching final physical level mandatory, essential, absolutely necessary complete separation from the old dying patriarchal Earth world and reality. It is the full and complete physical level Separation of Worlds & Timelines between the ascending Earth and descending Earth.

Every time the Volunteers embody more higher cosmic energies and codes, higher frequency plasma Light and solar transmissions etc., the greater this increasingly unbearable frequency and consciousness extremes between the old lower and the NEW higher becomes, and in 2020, we’ve reached the near breaking separation point finally. Like I needed to tell you that nine months deep into unbelievable 2020! September, nine months and it’s very close now for the manifestation of NEW Earth permanently free from and of all old patriarchal everything. (Forgive me for that very linear sentence as this is and always has been much more than only linear.) That’s why the last quarter—September through December—of every Ascension Process year, and certainly epic 2020, is always so important, powerful, intense and unfolds extremely fast.

Most of you are aware of the back-to-back astrological transits, some so rare because they take hundreds of years to cycle through, that have happened, that currently are, and that will happen throughout the last months of 2020. I wrote most of them out in an earlier article if it helps you to see them listed. Every one of them, including all the astrological transits prior, plus every higher Light energy and level we’ve reached up to this minute have all been Ascension Process energy stair-steps, ALL of them including every time a Volunteer embodied/embodies some more higher Light and NEW codes into their physical bodies have gone towards what’s coming. It is not any one single astrological transit that’s going to be the one and only event that causes the Separation shift. It’s NOT any one single cosmic, galactic, solar, human, Master, Volunteer, ET, Angelic or any other such unaware nonsense that’s going to be the one and only thing that causes the Separation shift. It is ALL of it and more.

The coming incredibly rare December sign changes of Jupiter and Saturn into Aquarius only days apart and then conjuncting each other at 0° Aquarius on the December 21, 2020 Solstice is also not the one and only end-all event that’s going to cause the physical level Separation of Worlds or anything else. It’s ALL of this and more.

Only two days later on December 23, 2020 the last Mars (and Eris) in Aries square Pluto in Capricorn happens at 23° Aries 23° Capricorn which means the final Separation is entirely in-play physically. It is NOT any one single event, astrological transit, solar transmission, NEW cosmic code, or Volunteers embodying more and Embodying more, but ALL of them and more that’s causing the physical level Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Pull back, pull way back and open your heart and awareness to the much larger and more complex situations, happenings and multidimensional participants at evolutionary Work here.

Back to the vision of two large Earth spheres very close to each other spinning increasingly faster in opposite directions.

The colossal escalating energetic tensions and pressures I felt viewing this was disturbing and uncomfortable and surprisingly reminded me of something I experienced around 2003. I talked about this in A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution (2010) but will repeat it here because of this particular vision of the two Earth spheres.

Without going into all the gory details, I came under intentional demonic attack from 2000 through 2004—and before and after but those are different stories—at my mother’s house. My physical level First Everythinger Ascension Process began the first of February 1999, and by April 2000, two Portal People brothers were deliberately maneuvered into physical place to rent the house next door to mom’s house where she and I lived at that time. These two brothers had one demon attached to one brother in particular but it controlled them both and all of their actions including all their same low frequency friends, family members and dogs. No big mystery with this — my Volunteer First Wave Ascension Process began on the physical level and Team Dark took prompt physical and etheric actions to counter that meaning horrendous continuous demonic attacks ensued.

Long unpleasant story short (read the book if interested in the Team Dark gore, tactics, attacks, use and manipulation of Portal People and animals), after years of constant demonic attack both directly from it and indirectly through its human Portal People puppets, I was able to etherically protect myself, mom and the house and property, for the most part. But it’s what happened both physically and etherically when I finally put in place energetic etheric protections that’s the point of my bringing up this related old Duality reality unpleasantness.

Once I finally realized what had actually been going on with this 2000 through 2004 situation and that a demon was in fact involved, and when physically needed working through its physical Portal Person and People, I etherically energetically constructed as potent Light protections as I was capable of at that time and condition I was in and the repercussions to my actions were immediate, obvious and dramatic. Within only hours of my putting up etheric Light protections around the house and property the demon discovered I’d done this and intentionally revealed itself to me clairvoyantly and then all hell broke lose energetically.

After constructing the Light protections etherically for only two nights and one day, and the demon discovering I’d done this, shortly after I’d gone to bed I was suddenly awakened by the very loud sounds of what sounded like rapid gunshots going off directly above our house and property and the nearby surrounding area. It sounded completely physical and I believed it was at that time and laid frozen in bed in the dark, scared that bullets might come flying through our house at any moment. I laid there listening to these extremely loud physical sounds that I thought were gunshots directly over our house and the large trees that lined the street. Every dog in the neighborhood started barking, howling and crying but there wasn’t any humans outside, any cars running, and no police or ambulance sirens came. Only the very loud sounds of multiple cracking gunshots overhead and every dog in the area howling and barking. There was nothing else because it was not physical gunshots, it was etheric energetic repercussions caused from the separation of the demon from me and our house and property.

When an etheric energetic break and separation happens between lower and higher, between higher and lower energies, frequencies, beings, spaces and worlds there is, or typically has been, extremely loud and very strong etheric and physical level breakage separation repercussions that are clearly heard and felt by those that are sensitive and aware enough to perceive them. Those people that are not sensitive and aware enough don’t hear, feel, sense or perceive anything. For them nothing happened but to the others that are aware it sounds and feels like heaven and earth just got rattled and shaken to its very core!

What I’m getting with all this is that old ‘As above so below’ universal law business. As above so below. As without so within. What happens collectively is what happens individually, vice versa and so on. Think about the etheric and physical levels being rattled and shaken very loudly and obviously because the energetic connections on the physical and etheric levels between that demon and me and our house and property in 2003 were finally broken by me. There were powerful repercussions because of that separation break on the physical and etheric levels and the demon and I both knew it.

Now think of the August 2020 vision I had of the two Earth spheres spinning faster and faster in opposite directions so close to each other. Think of and feel the unbearable building 2020 friction, pressures, tensions, anxiety, inorganic hostility and greed, the Divine organic evolutionary need for complete physical and etheric freedom from the old lower descending Earth sphere and people that still want or need it. Think of what’s probably going to happen when these two Earth spheres reach that energetic point where they finally break apart and separate fully from each other and go their own ways, free of the other. Think of the potential etheric and physical level repercussions of that separation, of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Think of my demon experience and hearing what sounded like really loud gunshots overhead up in the air all around me when that etheric energetic disconnection and separation finally happened. Now think of that but on a planetary scale.

What I’m suggesting is that most of us who are aware and sensitive to these sorts of ascension related energetic changes—the Volunteers—may, may hear, see, or See, feel, sense or in some way or ways perceive any number of completely NEW to us repercussions caused by the actual final and full physical level separation from what has been the old patriarchal Earth world and reality. If this happens when a Team Dark demon and/or alien or any other such being gets energetically evicted and removed from your or my energy field and personal life and reality it goes that the same just may hold true when planet Earth makes her final disconnect and separation from the lower old patriarchal Earth world.

I did NOT share these things, this latest vision, the potential upcoming repercussion happenings, my personal demon and Portal People experiences to scare anyone or make anyone feel unsafe or vulnerable. I shared them all to aid you if, if there are any type of etheric and physical level repercussions from our upcoming separation from the old lower Earth world and its lingering negative energies and consciousness etc. etc. I am NOT saying that this is absolutely going to happen some time soon. I am saying that it’s a strong possibility that we’re going to experience some form and level of energetic and physical level repercussions when the Separation of Worlds last break finally happens physically.

Here’s the good news about this. We’ve been going through this in those incremental energetic stair-steps continuously anyway since the Ascension Process started in the physical level. We’ve been going through this personally and internally and we’ve been going through it collectively and externally since the Ascension Process started physically. The only difference to all this is that we’re now really close to that final actual, physical breaking point, which I prefer to call freedom from what has been to go our own ways into what’s becoming which is NEW Earth with its NEW inhabitants.

Let me add here in case anyone has gone weak in the knees over this information that I’ve been aware of so many new to me higher dimensional and galactic and cosmic ascension participants since January 2020. It’s like they couldn’t come in so to speak until we’d reached Phase 2 levels and had embodied the 2018 Crystalline triangle Trinity codes, then the 2019 Radiant Diamond codes. The moment we’d embodied them and entered Phase 2 in January 2020, all sorts of additional ascension assistants from higher levels and Light realms and other systems have been very close by and intently Working in so many different ways to help we Volunteers do our jobs, plus ready us and ready Earth for this coming final phase of separating from the old lower patriarchal world. This also makes me think that there just might be some type of energetic etheric and physical level repercussions when this final separation happens. No fear everyone, just more Light info about some potential side effects on a planetary and galactic (and more???) scale that may be close at hand.

There’s plenty more to talk about but I want to keep this article focused on these possible upcoming planetary and larger side effects from the final separation. One other thing that’s very much related to this is what I’ve been calling the 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order. As the months of 2020 have unfolded we’ve all been HAVING to make adjustment after adjustment after adjustment and I’m not talking about the pandemic but about it and everything else too.

The Cease & Desist Order at first seemed and felt really big, global and mostly due to the pandemic but over time it’s proved itself to be so much more than that. It’s a Divine Order to stop doing anything and everything that’s related to, connected to, attached to the old lower Earth world we all were born into. When looked at, felt and considered from that level and scope, the Cease & Desist Order suddenly reveals itself to be a huge LOVING safeguard and heads-up notification for all of humanity to get ourselves where we each want and/or need to be because the last phase of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines is very close now. The Cease & Desist Order is not a great pain in the ass restriction as it may have felt to most at the start of 2020, but a Divine notice that things are now close to changing permanently physically and because of this every human alive needs to be super aware of their thoughts, emotions, focus, desires, beliefs etc. And for the Volunteers this is vastly more potent, needed and must be conscious from the HighHeart, not the old lower self or ego etc. every minute of every day and night. For the Volunteers the Cease & Desist Order is a constant reminder that we are no longer what we were and that there’s no going back for us without big and immediate less than pleasant consequences. This will only get much more so the closer the Separation gets and the more we embody and certainly the more we Embody. We are not what we used to be and trying to deviate from that will make it instantly known to you, to me, to each of us that we’ve strayed out of our energy lane and that there are instant consequences to our doing that.

Triality Life & Reality

Like the image above, the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process have been us steadily moving up ENERGY stair-steps until one finally reaches the landing of the next higher flight of stairs. One makes the directional turn to continue moving up the next higher flight of stairs where one is eventually met again with a higher landing and flight of stairs. On and on it goes, higher and higher up the ascending energy stair-steps and deeper and deeper into the Photon Light, the entire time one is being incrementally transformed by the Process and Journey itself.

I can easily say—as I know many of you also can—that the entire year of 2019 so far has been one of the most difficult, trying, exhausting, frustrating, physically and emotionally painful and simultaneously freeing ascension year ever. It has, at times, been brutal and continues to be brutal for many and that’s how the literal dismantling of dying worlds, realities and lower selves feels—brutal. There is no just ‘beam me up Scotty’ with compressed evolution, only steady laborious effort to get ones First Everythinger self up the multiple flights of energy stairs while doing a whole host of other related things.

For me every month of 2019 has been the equivalent of an entire flight of energetic ascension stairs. Many of us are bounding up multiple stair-steps at a time each month this year, which causes increased intensity in the physical side effect pains and pressures we’re feeling from doing this. How 2019 has been for you, and felt to your body, should help you grasp how all-encompassing this upcoming global Shift will be in January 2020. We First Everythingers, Forerunners, Embodiers etc. always go first to embody and anchor the NEW codes, energies and DNA into ascending physicality for the rest of humanity that will come into contact with them later. In this case, “later” is the start of 2020. Those humans capable of embodying them in 2020 won’t experience this evolutionary Shift into the NEW codes in the same ways we have and will transition into them more easily.

Old duality and duality consciousness and reality was you “here” and all the “good shit” waaaay “over there” somewhere, permanently out of reach and ultimately unattainable in any direct personal sort of way, if at all. Duality was about experiencing separation of everything down to the most ridiculous, minuscule levels in old patriarchal reality. Talk about brutal!

Trio, trinity, triality, triplex, trifecta, threesome, triad, triple crown, triplicate.

I love how you can know something at one stage and level but as you grow, expand, embody and become more you discover that what you first knew was only a very small part of something considerably larger and exceptionally more complex. It’s like discovering that a new toy has many more features and functions than you first realized. This has been the case for me with triality and trinity consciousness and reality. I’ve known only the beginner, “newbie” stages of it and over time have discovered that I am and I AM simultaneously all over the place Working constantly on the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process and much more. This is somewhat hard to express and I’ve tried many times over these ascension years in different ways and at different personal levels.

I’m “here”; I’m “not here”; I AM while I’m “here”; I AM while I’m everywhere; I am exhausted; I AM NEW; I am strengthened and empowered, and I keep going because there’s nothing else to do other than the Embodiment Process and ascension. Can you relate? More importantly, can you feel the tremendous increasing changes and amplifying freedoms from all of your, all of our collective personal Inner Work, effort, ongoing Embodiment, dedication and determination?

This next part is me trying to describe the nearly impossible non-linear, quantum, multiple aspects past, present, future me’s and their different levels and abilities and tasks.

When “I” freakout over whatever it may be in that moment, Denise me momentarily loses the higher overall functionality of my multidimensional Selves. Every time I’ve done this, it’s the old past Denise of pre-ascension Earth panicking over something that, for that moment, I believe I cannot deal with or fix etc. In other words, it’s past Denise feeling and believing she is powerless in that moment and situation, whatever it is. The keyword and insight with this is past.

When “I” Denise am altogether deep in painful ascension symptoms that make life nearly impossible to accomplish much of anything physically, that’s “me” in current present moment and time living the ascension Embodiment Process. It’s entirely focused, painful in multiple ways, and thoroughly isolating but it’s absolutely necessary and more important than one would believe.

Since 2013 I’ve many times beat myself up over the fact that once “I” am deep in another phase of severe and intense ascension caused symptoms and painful side effects there isn’t one damned thing I can do to get myself out of it. I cannot end the physical pains, nor can I end the emotional pains or the periods of depression when they’ve overwhelmed me. All “I” can do is live through them, and when I’m smart, pay attention to them all and learn whatever I can from the entire Process. In other words, all “I” have been able to do with those severe phases is ride it out.

I’m drawing attention to this because, like I said, I’ve often gotten upset with myself for not being able to reduce or override, shorten or quicken the severe ascension side effects that just freakin’ lay you flat for days or weeks. We’re all so programmed to do whatever we can to immediately “fix” or “heal” or “treat” when we feel bad, sick or sad. However, for those of us who are First Everythingers, Forerunners, energetic Pathpavers and Embodiers, it’s the present “me” and the present “you” living those aches and pains whose responsibilty and Mission it is to live, feel and be alchemically evolved by the higher frequency Light energies no matter how severe they are to our physical bodies and emotional selves. We’re supposed to go through these changes because we Volunteered to Embody first, Ascend first, anchor and Pathpave for present and future humanity.

My first true Work with learning about becoming Neutral was through my severe physical and at times emotional depression phases of the Ascension Process. Becoming Neutral about them was the easy way for me to accept, lay back, open myself in every way, relax and surrender to the alchemical Process of compressed evolution as a Volunteer, even when it really hurt(s). Becoming physically and emotionally Neutral about it all was the best and most graceful and grace-filled way I’ve found to deal with being a living transmutation container for compressed evolution, plus, learn about evolving beyond duality and being reactionary to integrated Triality and Neutrality frequencies, consciousness and being. You can turn pains into states of quantum Divine revelation and freedom if, if you’re willing to surrender and trust your Divinity and why you’re experiencing them. Or my natal Sun Chiron conjunction is finally transcending, or both. 😉

The present “me” and present “you” reading this who’ve been living it are the aspects that accomplish more than you’d first believe. If it weren’t for the present “you” and “me” currently living the Embodiment Process, the past and the future aspects of each of us wouldn’t be much help to us or us to them. It’s the “you” aspect in the current middle, the present Now Moment “you” that’s the one whose capable of embodying, Embodying, anchoring and therefore altering your physical body, consciousness, self and external reality for yourself and for everyone else. A really important aspect wouldn’t you agree?

When “I” Denise am altogether empowered, excited, full of Creative LOVE, in “cheerleader mode”, knowing and powerful, I am future “me” Denise whose ‘been there, done that’ already so she already knows what’s what and why and what’s coming next and so on. That future “me” knows all about the things that present “me” has, is and will be going through and Embodying etc. To the future “me”, everything is Divine and perfect, on scheduled and unfolding better and faster than intended.

Now, if you can take these three, these triple crown, triality, trinity, threesome aspects of yourself I just talked about—the past, present, and future “you’s” living the Ascension Embodiment Processes and all Working together to accomplish this in physical reality, if you can take them from linear to Spherical quantum consciousness then you’ll really get what I’m struggling to express. Go from linear awareness and seeming separation to, Hey babe, it’s ALL YOU and it’s ALL happening NOW!, and the entire Ascension and Embodiment Process makes much more sense to this present aspect self.

Past you freaks out over whatever from time to time. Present you is exhausted and beat to hell from being the Living Alchemical Container for the entire Ascension and Embodiment Process in the physical dimension in a physical body. Future you is the NEW Human, is the NEW Earth, NEW Humanity, the NEW YOU and is getting very excited because the other “you’s” have been at this business long enough that the “good shit” is on the brink of manifesting physically finally.

The key here is to never forget that you are also You and YOU, and even more and that ALL of you are and always have been Working together to get this thing called the Ascension Process done. And don’t ever forget that the present “you” is more powerful, strong and sacred than you have yet understood.

A few days ago I suddenly clairvoyantly Saw another massive energy Wave or energy pulsation coming towards us and Earth, but it was only a few feet away from me when I Saw it. The closeness and size of it made me go wide-eyed for a moment but it told me that there’s another huge energy pulsation about to hit us. I suspect it’s the September 2019 Equinox energies I Saw but what was more important to me was the knowing that there’s going to be nearly constant, I repeat, nearly constant energy waves or pulsations like this from here on out that will more quickly than anything prior, tear down the old past everything while simultaneously anchoring in much more of the future NEW energies, codes, consciousness, DNA and external reality in our present now. And this is just the beginner level of our becoming conscious of our multidimensionality, our being both linear and non-linear beings capable of Shifting all over the place, repeatedly.

What has been separated and far apart from each other are now only inches away, which means Triality past, present and future is about to become the NEW now everything individually, collectively and externally.

Because of all this and more, many of us have been and will be experiencing more so-called anomalies with linear time, linear space, linear consciousness and reality, the Separation of Worlds & Timelines, the Embodiment of our Higher Self/Selves with present us in our physical bodies and all that has been, is and will continue to quickly expand and evolve in each of us. Said another way, it’s gonna get even more weird and wonderful fellow Ascension and Embodiment co-Workers!

Because of all this don’t freakout or panic during those moments when “reality” just disappears from you and you’re left floating in the black vastness of a NEW level and state of being. It will soon be filled with NEW exceptionally good stuff. Don’t panic when linear time stops and you’re going about your business in timeless quantumness, Neutrality and lengthy Now Moment HighHeart being. Don’t panic when some negative old whatever or whoever etherically wafts through your home briefly on its way out. Don’t feel bad for feeling bad because who else can do what you can for you and for All? From here on out things are going to increasingly get both worse from one perspective and vastly better from another — the final Separation of Worlds. Ride this one out too just as you have for the past twenty, twenty-five or thirty years in this life. Be the many “you’s” and be them becoming consciously aware of each other all Working together so NEW Earth and NEW Humanity can happen and have a NEW place to step into.

Why Such Different Levels Of Ascension Pain?

“Like Anna, I also wonder and feel many times like asking you that the First Everythingers like Celia Fenn, Sandra Walter, Lisa Renee, Barbara Marciniak, Aluna Joy, Lee Karol (Kryon) Inelia Benz etc. – do they also feel so awful while going through this AP/EP and for so long like you, me and so many who comment in this forum? I have read a couple of their posts but it doesn’t seem so. Especially those who channel some entities while all of us are going through so much in our lives in the name of AP/EP for nearly 20 years now. So what is the reason for our prolonged agony of AP/EP and theirs not? Do you have some insightfulness from your higher perspective? Please share. Thank you.” — revital71

Anna and revital71 both asked me this in Comments under a previous article. Thank you both for your questions about this confusing and complex subject matter. ❤ There’s a variety of reasons why some Volunteer First Everythingers/Pathpavers experience much more ascension related physical pains and for longer periods than others. There isn’t one or two reasons for this but many. Here’s a few of them. In addition, all of the people revital71 mentioned above are NOT First Everythingers in my opinion, which is why they haven’t experienced ascension caused body pains like many other people have.

Compressed Evolution Is Painful

Some Ascension teachers/writers claim that if you are experiencing ascension related physical pains it’s entirely caused by your ego. That is true and true up to a certain point however it’s not true for most Volunteer First Everythingers/Pathpavers beyond a certain point.

Evolution hurts physically and in every other way too. When wildly higher frequency evolutionary Light energies, energy Waves, NEW codes, consciousness and DNA etc. comes into physical contact with a lower frequency physical human body with a matching frequency ego, consciousness and all the rest of it, it quite naturally causes not only physical pains but psychological, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic pains too. Not only is the physical body being repeatedly affected by higher Light energies continually pushing Universal, personal and collective across-the-cosmic-board evolution, but everything else is experiencing this too (cultures, societies, global belief systems, religious belief systems, financial systems and beliefs, political, governmental etc.) but each time by slightly higher and higher NEW frequency energies. These evolutionary Light energies have never been impacting each human at the same unchanging level and frequency but have constantly been doing so at slightly higher and higher levels over the past twenty years and counting. The reasons for this are simple; the physical human body, central nervous system (CNS) and complex psyche (and external physical reality etc.) could not handle going from such a dense carbon-based third dimensional dualized level, world and reality up to a much higher, less dense, crystalline-based fifth dimensional level and state of individually integrated unification and consciousness while remaining in their physical body. There are no instant Hollywood special effects with the Ascension Process. It is physically lived one energetic Stair-step at a time over linear time so the physical body, CNS and human psyche survive the colossal undertaking that is Universal evolution happening in this lifetime intact, undamaged and profoundly evolved.

There should be no shame or shaming in evolution. The difficulties, traumas, fears and uncertainties that every human ego goes through because of the natural evolutionary Ascension Process is normal for where we all began this process from! In the lower 3D pre-ascension Earth reality the human ego was lord n’ master and the dominant tool and perceptual lens on all of “reality”, so to suddenly have it start a Process of what it perceives is its unavoidable demise is terrifying so it fights hard for its continued survival, just like all else has that came from the old lower 3D patriarchal world. None of this is pretty, easy or pleasant for the most part but it is normal for compressed evolution. So I repeat, there is no shame or shaming in compressed evolution.

YOUR Volunteer Ascension Mission Ground Crew

Many of the ascension timeline Volunteer First Everythingers/Pathpavers were pre-incarnationally coded to automatically begin the Ascension Process in their physical bodies when the Sun reached the halfway point of it crossing the Galactic Equator around 1998—1999. The ‘Galactic Alignment’ period unfolded from 1980–2016, making the halfway point 1998–1999.

When the great call went out that help was needed with the upcoming Universal evolutionary Ascension Process, those who Volunteered to help intentionally inserted multiple aspects of themselves into different physical incarnations on Earth across thousands of years of linear time in different countries. They did this to individually learn and experience certain things themselves but to help with the Ascension Process that would begin on the physical level many thousands of years in the linear “future”. Many Volunteers intentionally placed different aspects of themselves in different “past lives” on Earth across the astrological Ages, thousands of years apart and most of them in different countries and cultures etc. The reasons this was done was to have varied quantum crash-course educations in many of the great Initiatory Mastery Schools across time around the planet. My past life book The Temple of Master Hotei was one of these, as were two past lives in ancient Egypt, the second one a few thousand years later, and a couple other incarnations in Europe and the UK areas. Why did most of the Volunteers do this? It was deliberate prep Work for the timeline incarnation when the Ascension and Embodiment Processes would begin physically on Earth. They all did this to help the aspect that would be the one physically incarnate during the time of the actual physical level Ascension and Embodiment Processes on Earth. I’m talking about you reading this.

This is why most of you reading this incarnated in this life and time with multiple highly knowledgeable Initiate incarnations and credentials behind you. They all were meticulously planned to take place in locations around the world in different times and cultures so as to best prepare and help THIS aspect of you directly living, embodying, Embodying, seeding and anchoring the Ascension Process and NEW Light energies, codes, consciousness, HighHeart and DNA into you and your body for all future humans and more too.

If some of you are whirling from that larger and more complex realization and perspective of how valuable this version of you actually is —no pressure of course—here comes the extra responsibilities, pains, traumas, wisdom, benefits and integration Work because you are the Ascension Process ‘Standard bearer of your Soul’ (an old Barbara Marciniak’s Pleiadian term) of your entire Ascension Mission Ground Crew.

When those who Volunteered to assist with the Universal Ascension Process placed multiple aspects of Itself into different incarnations in different times in different locations around the Earth, they did so to quickly and thoroughly educate themselves and give each aspect all of the Higher Awareness tools they needed to collectively aid the one aspect that would incarnate during the actual physical Ascension Process time on Earth. There are of course other aspects of US that did not incarnate into physical bodies in the third dimension but continued Working from different higher dimensions, different star systems, galaxies, Light realms and so on. I am however talking specifically about all those aspects of you/You/YOU that did incarnate physically on Earth across linear time to gain firsthand training and knowledge about being human, being physical, being in Duality etc.

As you hold that higher level perspective of yourself/selves and why they did this in your awareness, the next step is to reverse it all because it’s this version of you that’s currently bringing it all Home from the ascending physical dimension. The YOU that Volunteered and sent multiple aspects of Itself into different physical incarnations around Earth and across linear time, did so to quickly collect the necessary firsthand Initiate trainings, higher knowledge and important related experiences in both sexed bodies. YOU did this to aid the last aspect, which is this you reading this with your part of the Mission which is living the Ascension and Embodiment Processes in a physical body and seeding the NEW everything for humanity and more. This aspect of you is the one that’s doing all the other aspects the gift of energetically clearing everything each of them accumulated during all of their incarnations, which they did to help YOU here now. See how they prepared and gifted you with the training, tools and knowledge needed for this life and time of Ascension, and, how you’ve gifted them by energetically transmuting and clearing everything they held within each of themselves from having lived difficult lives learning all the things that were intended to help you do your part of the Ascension Process Work here, now?

You reading this are the aspect that’s been the one clearing all the past karma, traumas, negativity, wounds, etheric scars, negative etheric alien implants, guilt, fears, attacks, being different, being tortured and/or murdered for being the Light throughout the Darkest ages. You reading this are the aspect that’s been Working on resolving and clearing all the stuff and junk from all the other Volunteer Ground Crew aspects. Because of this and other reasons, you have had far more on your Ascension plate than most other people which means you’ve had more physical pains and other issues because you’ve processed far more over the past 20–30 years. Not everyone living the Ascension Process chose this quantum crash course multiple lives across linear time tactic which is why everyone does NOT have the same level of physical pains due to the Ascension Process. Not everyone was willing to risk so much and take on so many more pressures, responsibilities, pain, suffering, knowledge and power on within that one individual aspect—the you reading this—who was designed and greatly aided to incarnate and bring it all Home.

Beware Of The Egos

I know there are some ascension teachers/writers/lectures who have not publicly shared their personal Ascension Process journeys and related physical pains, emotional and psychological difficulties and attacks by Team Dark. I know some of the reasons why some decide to not share them with their readers. I know this because I’m someone who has intentionally shared my personal journey—the good, bad and the ugly of it—with my readers from the start and because of my honesty I’ve come under repeated ego-based, lack of higher awareness attacks, disrespect, preaching and promoting of other people’s information and insistence that I read it and/or someone’s channeled messages by certain readers. In their minds what I write about that’s based on my personal experiences and current Higher Awareness isn’t correct and they try to promote certain other people’s writings on my website. I could have spared myself all this bullshit by not publicly being honest and sharing what I’ve experienced but that’s not who and what I am and is the exact opposite of why I write about the Ascension Process. Light is information, even when it’s dark, unpleasant and painful.

Some Ascension teachers/writers haven’t publicly shared their personal ascension related pains and difficulties because they have always known that ego-based people with little to no Higher Awareness will immediately attack them for being honest, for being “transparent”. Those people are ever ready to lecture you about what all you’re doing wrong. They see your honesty as weakness and automatically attack and insult, disrespect and preach what they believe to be “the truth” at you. They believe you haven’t eaten enough broccoli, haven’t mediated enough, haven’t cleared your energy field enough, are the only evil, haven’t had enough body workers work on your body for you, haven’t read the right channeled material or found the right teacher, guru, book, belief system and on and on. To unaware egoic people your honesty about what you have and are personally experiencing at your current level and ability is entirely wrong because they are stone-cold clueless about embodying (lower case e) the Ascension energies, and Embodying (capital E) your Higher Self/Selves, Crystalline Christ frequency, Triality, Divine Mother Father Source and more. But that’s how egos roll.

More importantly to me is the Work, the journey itself, and oftentimes the difficulties and in this case the downright negativity of what I have, you have, we have personally experienced and learned that’s so important to honestly share with others. Again, compressed evolution hurts, and in this case it’s been negative, dangerous and highly unpleasant at times too because where we started the Ascension Process from was total Darkness and negativity. To me it’s all part of the Ascension Process and no one part of it is better or more desirous than any other. I’m not saying I want any more attacks from Team Dark but I’m also not fixated on bliss or nirvana or any other sort of endless fluffiness, that’s too much old Duality consciousness for me. Get rid of the monsters, open your HighHeart, then keep opening it a lot more and continue doing that because it’s time to let a lotta Source God All That Is is back in and be Embodied. I may feel totally different tomorrow about this but for today, I’m content being this much closer with Source in and through my evolving, Embodying physical body and self. Sensitives, Empaths & Ascension

This one is obvious. If you’re a Sensitive you automatically feel more from everything all the time and always have. If you’re an Empath you feel more from everyone else all the time and always have. Translated, you hurt more because you feel more yourself, and if you’re also an Empath you feel even more than that because you feel what other people feel. How adorable is that? And if all that wasn’t enough, during the current global Dark Night and Separation of Worlds, feeling humanity and Earth, Elementals and animals, planets and Suns etc. has been and often in 2019 is way too much which is another reason abundant quietude, privacy, physical stillness and self-care time is mandatory every day. The majority of pains Sensitives and Empaths have been feeling the past few years is due to the constant NEW and higher Light energies, NEW codes and DNA and simultaneously feeling humanity freaking out from experiencing the global Dark Night. It’s shit-show time out there and we’ve known it was coming for many years but none of that reduces what most of us are feeling coming from humanity and from the end of the global patriarchy. The amplified and in your face polarization taking place around the world is not easy for anyone and very much so for Sensitives and Empaths.

I feel other people whether I want to or not and in the world today with all that’s been going on in so many governments around the world, we empathic folks are being constantly bombarded by other people’s fears, egos, anger, hate, greed, stupidity, panic, lack of discernment, common sense and hourly increasing imbalance. For Sensitives and Empaths, which most Blue Rays and other Volunteers are, just being alive now hurts more in every way imaginable. Whatever, keep Embodying and doing your job but know that you won’t always have to feel them like you have.

Team Light & Team Dark

Another reason many of us have always experienced more Ascension related pains than other people is because we’ve been the first ones under constant attack by Team Dark. It’s because we incarnated with an agenda and Light from Source. We’ve been on the most important Mission imaginable—breaking humanity, Earth and all else out of invisible Team Dark prison. And because Team Dark hasn’t wanted to lose anything they stole long ago, they fight back hard and continuously to survive this Ascension Process and Separation of Worlds and Timelines.

When a group (the Ground Crew) intentionally arrives on Earth to stop you from para-siting off of humanity and Earth anymore, those parasites typically attack that group. They don’t run down the street and randomly attack Joe Blow watching TV guzzling beers or whatever. They attack and continue attacking people within that group who they know are here now to end their reign of terror on humanity and Earth. Not much else needs to be said about this aspect of why some of us experience far more pain and painful attacks etc. than others. If there’s no threat, there’s no attacks.

What Sign Are You?

Another reason some are far more affected by the ascension energies has to do with their ASC — sign ascending or on the cusp of the first house, their Sun sign, house emphasis, element(s) emphasis, aspects and everything natal astrology related. If you’re familiar with Astrology then you know that some signs are naturally far more sensitive than others, and some signs are much less sensitive and so on. So, in all fairness, every persons individual energetic astrological template blueprint—what astrologers call their Natal Charts—should be taken into consideration in all this too.

For those of you with astrological knowledge, and can see into your own current life’s natal chart and understand exactly why you have the planets in the signs and houses and aspects and even transits too throughout the Ascension and Embodiment Process. You know your natal chart from a higher level of awareness and purpose and that is directly connected back to the YOUR Volunteer Ascension Mission Ground Crew information. Don’t you know that YOU would have you energetically imprinted at physical birth in this ascension incarnation with exactly what you needed astrologically to not only learn from this lifetime but do your Ascension Mission Work as a First Everythinger to the best and highest of all your abilities? Every bit and aspect of all this is intentionally created with and for maximum and highest possible end results for this you aspect and for All else as well during this Ascension Process. View your Natal Chart with this in heartmind, along with all the transits that have taken place for the past 20–30+ years or so and you’ll be astonished at the complex perfection of it all. All that’s left is the living and Embodying of IT.

There are more reasons than what I’ve listed for why many of us feel ascension pains more intensely than most but this should give you a good sense of the many whys of it. So don’t ever feel bad for feeling bad via the Ascension and Embodiment Processes because there are many reasons, important reasons why you feel things in such amplified ways. Great job everyone, thanks and don’t stop doing what you’re so great at doing. It’s why you’re here now and much needed.

The above quotes were from Comments written by readers under my previous article, The Disappearing Darkness. I also want to mention an email I received recently from Lily who referred to my writings as ‘ascension all inclusive’, which I very much appreciated because that is exactly how I’ve always written about the Ascension Process; the good, the bad and the ugly of it all. We are Source, Light and Dark, joy and pain, horrors and profundity and all because Source is LOVE and LOVE is the eternal need to Create.

I want to thank Lauri for being honest about her not believing that Team Dark as I’ve called all negative aliens, beings, entities, devils and demons and human Portal People even existed. I’ve always known that for most people, like Richard, they’ve never known that negative aliens, entities, devils and demons etc. have even existed let alone done all they have to humanity, human consciousness, human DNA, physical 3D Earth, this solar system, the 4D Astral and more. It’s too much for many people to cope with psychologically and emotionally. It’s easier for them to believe the inversions, distortions and lies that negative aliens intentionally placed in human consciousness, the two main world religions and global history that all negativity is within humans. The denial of Team Dark’s existence and negative actions doesn’t make them magically disappear however, evolution does, which is exactly what’s been happening to us and everything everywhere.

Maureen touched on this in her Comment. I’ve written repeatedly about this exact topic at TRANSITIONS since 2007. I’ve written many articles there, some here, plus countless private emails to people from around the world who’ve written me since 2003 in deep pain and confusion because they were suddenly being attacked by unseen negative things and didn’t know why or how to stop it or protect themselves and their loved ones. As I’ve said many times over these ongoing ascension years, the moment a human is activated by the evolutionary Ascension Process energies, Team Dark instantly recognizes that a person has been energetically triggered to evolve beyond their frequency range, control tactics and etheric devices which include etheric AI devices, so they immediately begin trying to derail your evolution or stop it altogether if they can, and/or exhaust you from their repeated attacks so that you drop back down energetically into their frequency range where they continue feeding off of you. Frequency fences around humans and Earth and elsewhere have been very real both physically and etherically. It has been instantly known by Team Dark when a human is activated by natural evolutionary Light energies etc. and they react to that almost instantly and do their best to prevent any Light from entering what has been their hijacked territory and humanity for a very long time.

Lana’s Comment reflects these inversions and distortions done by negative aliens to humanity and Earth long ago. I too have had conscious memories since childhood of how Earth and humanity was BEFORE Team Dark arrived and did all they have to humans and it. Humans were and are naturally positive, empathic, honest creatures that want the best and greatest good for all of humanity, animals, Earth and all else. However, thanks to certain negative aliens believing themselves to be greater than Source God All That Is, they intentionally separated themselves from Source which meant they also separated themselves from the natural life-sustaining energies of Source. That mega egoic belief and action meant they’ve had to parasite off other Source connected beings, like humanity, to feed themselves, fuel their negative devices and agendas, and literally continue their existence. This was the reason Earth was quarantined for thousands of years. It’s been well-known far and wide what happened to Earth and humanity and to prevent that from spreading any further a quarantine was placed until the natural evolutionary Ascension Process began and humans started evolving out of that negativity. Humans are naturally NOT like how they’ve been for thousands of years but were intentionally distorted in multiple ways—genetically and other ways—by negative aliens into greatly reduced beings than what they were originally. Much of humanities DNA was deliberately disconnected by these negative aliens to prevent humanity from escaping Team Dark’s frequency range and influences. Their actions were to protect their only food and fuel sources—humanity. Humans were deliberately diminished into warring, insane, misogynist, greedy, violent, unthinking and unfeeling human monsters by alien monsters and their actions and control mechanisms, the two largest being global “church” and “state”. All of this is being torn apart in 2019 however and will be permanently gone by 2020. This is also why the Volunteers (Forerunners, Gatekeepers, Gridworkers, Lightworkers, Bluerays, Pathpavers etc.) have needed to be the first to embody the NEW Crystalline (Christ frequency) rainbow DNA and have them connect and active in our physical bodies first. We have been and still are Fore-running this too for the rest of humanity to evolve into.

The past Evolutionary Cycle was about Duality on all levels of expression, and Duality includes both the Light and the Dark and all of the beings, aliens, entities and humans that have existed and expressed in them both. The NEW Evolutionary Cycle we’ve evolved into exists at a higher, vastly more complex and larger frequency and level than what we’ve come from and it is about Unity, not Duality. This colossal heroic evolutionary ascent some of us have made, many are still making and many more have only recently begun, has to do with resolving their Duality on a personal, individual level and evolving out of that frequency and range, consciousness and external reality into the NEW Evolutionary Cycle that’s about Unity and every individual and therefore consciousness and reality having re-unified the “biggies” within themselves individually. What are the “biggies”? YOU, You and you—Higher Selves and higher dimensional Yous and incarnate you unifying on a conscious level within the physical body aspect of you here now and living the Ascension Process. Another is the re-unifying of the YOU, You and you with Source/God/All That Is on a conscious level—aka becoming sovereign energetically and in all other ways. No more “separation” and you “here” and Source God way out “there” somewhere etc. You and Source are ONE as is every other individual being and human etc. Another is the re-unification of the Divine Mother/Feminine and the Divine Father/Masculine within yourself no matter which sex body you were born with. This is one big reason why there’s been such an increase in many adults and even some children feeling and believing that they’re in the wrong sex body and then obsess over doing everything they can to have their current physical body surgically and chemically changed into the opposite sex from what it is. This aspect of evolving into greater and higher frequency Unity after hundreds of millions of years in profound Duality is extremely confusing and difficult for many people now. Separation was hard when it happened and now the process of starting to re-unify with all that has been separated is equally hard and downright terrifying to many humans, beings and aliens.

The quotes below are from Lisa Renee’s February 2019 monthly article. I quoted the first paragraph because it clearly describes the difference between Satanism and Luciferianism and how it’s been manifest on the physical Earth plane and in humanity for a very long time. Get past the emotional knee-jerk reactions, a desire to turn away from that knowledge, and any religious distorted beliefs you may still hold, plus those you’re not even aware of, and feel into the glaring and difficult truth about how profoundly distorted and inverted the Great Divine Mother Feminine and Great Divine Father Masculine energies have been in this past cycle. Duality at its deepest and inverted worst. Wonder why the Ascension Process has been so difficult, extensive and painful?

“…What makes it easy to confuse the two distinct and separate consciousness forces of Satanism and Luciferianism, is that they are comprised of female-male gender reversals that are both based in the Service to Self ideology. Satanism is without light, and is made up of black subtle forces conjured from the lowest female principle dimensions and black magic grids, while Luciferianism is the false light source conjured from the higher male principle dimensions, attempting to mimic and steal enlightenment from the Solar Consciousness of Christos-Sophia. We could think of a classic Satanist locked in the lower three layers of the negative ego, focused on the instinctual drives, while the Luciferian is attempting to gain higher knowledge through opening his third eye, by passing his heart center.”

This second paragraph below by Lisa Renee is something I’ve been consciously aware of since birth but never came right out and said it online for different reasons. I’ve hinted at it many times but knew it was not the time for me to say certain things outright about “the church” and religions. Now in 2019 it is however.

My 89-year-old mother consciously knew from early childhood that the “church” and what it preached was deeply distorted and evil. Most all Ascension Volunteers incarnated with this knowing about both “church” and “state” but many of them didn’t keep that knowing at a conscious level for a variety of personal and collective energetic reasons. My mother did. I did, not because she shared her beliefs and awareness’ with me as a five-year-old but because I consciously knew from that age that the two main world religions were horrendous intentional distortions created by Team Dark to both limit and more easily control global humanity. This is the primary reason many Volunteer children were so terrified when they consciously realized they were physically incarnate on hell Earth. We’d intentionally incarnated into the enemy’s camp and knew we needed to fly below the radar and tread very carefully until it was time to radiate and anchor Light in all the planetary Darkness and deal with the negative blow-back from our doing that.

If you can honestly think about the past many thousands of years on Earth from an awareness that Satanism and Luciferianism has been about the distortions crafted and inserted by Team Dark intentionally reversing, inverting and distorting original Source organic female and male energies from the highest levels of what we call Divine Mother Feminine and Divine Father Masculine, then most of the aspects within this topic make a lot more sense.

The next layer to understand is that this current Ascension Process, and for many of us the Embodiment Process, has been about the Volunteers literally transmuting, removing, overriding, clearing and replacing all of these ancient negative Team Dark inverted distortions done to humanity and Earth and more by embodying and Embodying the NEW organic Source generated evolutionary energies, Light, Crystalline (Christ frequency) energies, consciousness and DNA etc. into their physical and energetic bodies, hearts, HighHearts and anchored into and on Earth so they’re available on NEW ascended Earth for humanity to naturally evolve into. It’s never been enough to transmute and get rid of these ancient negative distortions and inversions, the Volunteers have also and simultaneously needed to replace all that with the NEW and it had to happen in and through them and their physical bodies. We are the Gates and the Grids, the NEW Solar Flashing Light, the NEW Crystalline rainbow DNA and the NEW codes received and Embodied on the physical Earth in our physical bodies restoring organic Source created and intended energies and blueprints for humanity now and in the future.

There’s been another push by the disappearing Team Dark since 2019 started but as usual it’s because a nearly constant stream of NEW codes, DNA and blueprints for NEW Earth, NEW humanity has been pouring in. Many of you are Seeing and feeling the NEW Crystalline DNA increasingly activating in your physical body month after month. Many of you have been Seeing and feeling the NEW blueprints and codes for the higher Evolutionary Cycle activating in yourself, your body, the Earth, the Elements, your personal life and reality and in 2019 in the external world reality. 2019 won’t be boring in the least as these separations culminate, fall away and more NEW is activated at the same time. This year is when each of us does our best to hold the higher NEW while everything of the old global patriarchal world quickly comes undone and disappears for good. Hold steady all year everyone and pay attention to our magnificent and very dramatic evolution out of Duality and darkness into Unity and Light. What an honor it is to be incarnate on Earth during this brief moment in cosmic evolution.

The Disappearing Darkness

I’ve experienced plenty of negative supernatural things throughout my lifetime that I didn’t include in A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution (2010), but feel should be shared now as the old lower frequency Duality disappears. All these negative Team Dark aliens, entities and inorganic distortion systems have diminished since 2011 and 2012, but some are tenacious and linger, fighting to survive the Ascension Process and Separation of Worlds. In 2019 we’re in a profound acceleration of these negative beings and their old Earth distortion creating control systems being energetically dismantled by a variety of natural evolutionary Light energies, Waves and pulses, numerous multidimensional Team Light beings and some of the aspects of you reading this. People need to consciously know how severe and pervasive the negativity has been in our current lifetimes during the Ascension Process on Earth. I’m sharing some more of my personal Team Dark experiences because they’re amazing, shocking, interesting and educational despite the negativity and suffering they’ve caused. This is where we’ve been with Duality, not where we’re evolving into Unity, so as you read please remain neutral in all ways. It just is what it has been and this is us evolving beyond that level and frequency range of the disappearing old cycle. Also, these two big trigger years below explain why Team Dark has increased they attacks on most of us.

With the start of 1999, the Sun entered the Photon Band of 7D Light, which is why many of us were energetically triggered to begin the Ascension Process on the physical biological level that year.
With the start of 2013, the Earth was finally fully within the Photon Band of 7D Light year-round, which is why it’s been as it has post December 2012.
In 2019 to early 2020, the evolutionary energetic separation from the old lower everything into the NEW higher will reach the final breakthrough breakaway point.

Because of the unaware Team Dark reversal spin talk I’ve gotten from some people online since 2003 after I’d shared personal experiences with these negative entities and aliens, I need to say this. One of the main tools of the trade that Team Dark has always used is reversing, inverting what is organic and true into reversed inorganic “spin” distortions so they can use it to preserve themselves. When you denounce Source you create a situation where you have to parasite from other living beings—like humanity—to sustain yourself because you’ve intentionally disconnected from Divine Source and those natural life-sustaining energies.

For many years a lot of people believed that if I or anyone was having negative encounters and experiences with Team Dark—negative aliens, many of their lesser creations, negative AI devices, devils and demons and lesser entities etc.—it was because there was something “wrong” with me, with us or something we needed to be doing or not doing etc. In other words, these people have falsely believed that if someone is experiencing attacks from nonphysical aliens and entities then it’s entirely because of you. Some people don’t even believe that Team Dark has existed, that’s how good a job they’ve done on humans and human consciousness.

If you or I Volunteered to incarnate on physical 3D old patriarchal Earth during the Ascension Process to transmute density and negativity and replace it with organic, Source created evolutionary Light, then know that you, me, we of the First Ascension Light stuck out like crazy in what was total Darkness on physical Earth. In other words, we glowed in the Darkness that was Earth and still do and because of that Team Dark saw us, felt us, recognized us and knew why we were incarnate on Earth in these lives during the Ascension Process. They knew immediately who and what we were and why we were here now, and from their perspective we’ve been Enemy # 1 from the first moment we incarnated. It took me the first few painful decades of this life to figure this dangerous fact out. It also took me a while to figure out that the more Light you incarnate with and increase from that point forward on a totally Dark controlled planetary system, the more potential you have to transmute and remove very large amounts of negativity, density, negative residual energies and timelines. Others with much less Light or no Light at all cannot do this so they pose no threat to Team Dark beings and their agendas. Many Volunteers, Starseeds, Lightwarriors, Bluerays etc. have been repeatedly attacked by Team Dark beings and their AI devices because we’ve always been a huge threat to them, not because we’ve done something “wrong”. See the reversal, the inversion, the flip spin about just this by unaware humans? See the lack of greater awareness in those people who shame and blame you for being attacked? See why I’ve gotten angry at times with people who’ve unknowingly drank the Team Dark Kool-Aid and preached shame, blame and lack of “love” at those of us who’ve been doing our ascension Mission Work while being attacked because of it? Being attacked by negative nonhuman aliens and entities is one thing, being attacked by unaware humans is in many ways even worse because they’re who we’ve tried to help all along.

This Comment by Charzi was on another article in response to my sharing a bit about what I experienced when in a Nursing Home visiting my mom in 2014. Thank you for it Charzi. ❤

Before I share some of these negative experiences it will be helpful to know that I was born with the abilities to clairvoyantly See, clairaudiently Hear, empathically Feel, clairsentience Sensing of others energies and emotions etc., and claircognizant Knowing. What makes being “psychic” even more interesting has been the Ascension Process. Not only have my ESP abilities from birth slowly evolved due to the unfolding Ascension Process, but what I’ve perceived and how has also changed repeatedly because the dimensional Veils have been nonexistent since 1998–1999. This has been weird, confusing and highly interesting from my perspective because from birth my ESP abilities took place in the 3D patriarchal Earth world frequency that existed before the Ascension Process began. Then they existed on the physical plane when the Ascension Process began, then dealing with the evolutionary journey from 3D physicality into and through the 4D Astral, then finally reaching the 5D frequency range where we physically are today. With conscious ESP and Higher Awareness abilities, those evolutionary transitions from one dimension with its frequency and inhabitants into another and another has been extraordinary, and at times confusing to physically live through and witness minus all the old familiar dimensional energy Veils and borders.

It was 2013 and I’d taken my mom to her female eye doctor to have her eyes checked to get an updated prescription for new lens. I’ve always hated doctors’ offices, medical labs, hospitals, Big Pharma, pharmacies, and pretty much all things patriarchal “medical”. If you’re clairvoyant and carrying a good bit of Light then you’d hate them and more too. The eye doctor’s office was packed as all doctors’ offices always are and I was doing my best to not be affected by the negativity, noisy organized chaos and the physical and etheric filth in the place while I was stuck there waiting. After a bit the male doctor that worked out of the female eye doctor’s office as a plastic surgeon, who was her husband from another country, came out of his work area and immediately locked in on me sitting there in the packed waiting room. I’ve experienced encountering Team Dark in the physical many times but evidently this was the first time this human male doctor had physically encountered someone from Team Light. I thoroughly enjoyed his unexpected shock and dismay and the shoe on the other foot type Ascension moment. I instantly knew who he was and he sensed what I was and it got intense very quickly. He froze in place and stood there staring at me with that deep unrestrained bottom-of-the-pit hatred that only Team Dark has when someone of Team Light is present. It’s impossible to express their absolute hatred of Team Light and of humanity in general.

I sat there energetically radiating and telepathing to him and his etheric alien Reptilian puppet-master who I could clairvoyantly See above him, that I wouldn’t take any crap from either of them. (Whenever I’ve found myself in the presence of Team Dark physically and/or etherically, I don’t go into fear but automatically into Lightwarrior mode and am deeply empowered. This is not a conscious linear thing or intellectual intention on my part but an instant automatic response and I’m very grateful for it.) I telepathed that I was willing to fight to the death right there in front of everyone in the office if necessary. After I expressed my Energy Signature I immediately began clairvoyantly Seeing images and Feeling the emotions and physical sensations that this human male plastic surgeon AND his Reptilian handler got from performing physical surgeries, mostly on female humans. It was the perfect profession for this human male and all others like him that are owned and operated by negative aliens and/or other Team Dark beings. These human doctors are nothing more than “middlemen” between the human patients and the nonhuman, nonphysical negative aliens and other entities that feed off of them and their surgeries, blood and pain.

The images they showed me were of the human plastic surgeon cutting open women’s faces, breasts, bellies and such and getting aroused and intoxicated from physically butchering female humans and males too. Both human surgeon and alien Reptilian were inflicting physical pain on humans, mostly female humans which was even better because they are so deeply hated by Team Dark beings. The doctor got to physically cut and carve on females and energetically feed his bloodlust and desire to butcher humans plus get paid a lot of money for his “services”. He grinned maliciously at me after their visual and sensory Energy Signature was sent to me and I smiled slightly back to let him know that I was already very aware of all this. After our telepathic exchanges the human surgeon retreated back into where he’d been prior and did not come out the remainder of the time I was there.

Another common experience I’ve had many times was when I’d have to take my mom to the lab for blood work. Like doctor’s offices, these places are always packed which only makes the whole experience even more miserable. Because lesser negative entities have a great energy bloodlust, they’re typically encountered in almost all medical labs, hospitals and other places where human and animal blood and pain is. This includes tattoo and piercing parlors etc.

I’ve gotten bitten a few times while waiting in the corner for the lab technician to draw blood from my mom. Both times I felt a sting and instant itching in my inner wrist, or the top of my hand and a tiny bump would manifest physically where I’d been bitten by the nonphysical parasite. That’s how infested these places are with nonhuman, nonphysical hungry parasitic entities swimming around like sharks waiting for someone to throw out more human chum for them, which the lab techs do day in and day out. Just being in that physical space where these negative parasite entities are for ten minutes was all it took for me to get bitten, and I put energy protections up around each of us before we leave in the car yet these types of things often still happen.

As many of you already know my mom was rushed via ambulance at 3:30 AM August 2014, to a hospital in another town that did heart bypass surgeries. They were going to do the bypass heart surgery the next morning just before noon. The speed of all this let me know it was a very serious situation. After a lot of freaking out on my part, I figured out where this hospital even was and got myself there around 10:30 AM. I’d never been on an Intensive Care hospital floor so it was a very strange and severe place for a Seer Sensitive to experience. Once I got into the surgical prep room where my mom was, I clairvoyantly Saw three tall Lightbeing Angels energetically holding the space around her at her head in that typical triangular formation; two flanking on each side and slightly behind the one positioned slightly forward. I instantly knew Seeing them that it meant she would survive the triple bypass surgery.

A half hour later the surgeon entered this prep room and the moment he saw me he looked surprised. I don’t know what that was about or what he saw but I immediately knew he was the surgeon because there was this dead Caucasian male in his late 70s or 80s with an etheric string-like attachment to this living physical surgeon. The dead man was etherically tethered to the physical surgeon and constantly floated along behind him up near the ceiling like a balloon on a string. I Saw this and said, “Hi, you must be the surgeon,” and we shook hands and he confirmed he’d begin doing the heart bypass on my mom in an hour. Three Lightbeing Angels and one dead human male attached to the surgeon like a balloon floating behind him constantly. I was surprised it was only one dead human attached to the surgeon because usually it’s more.

After this brief meeting and exchange with her surgeon I couldn’t get out of the hospital fast enough. I made a wrong turn driving home and ended up in another city. My unseen higher team yelled at me to turn into a Walgreen’s store that was right there and go in, which I immediately did. Just inside the door I was confronted by a lovely gay man “angel” the moment I entered and asked him, in tears, if he could tell me how to get to the city I lived in. He told me to go down the road that Walgreen’s was on—good one my higher assistants—and I’d end up back in my town. I hugged and told him why I was such a train wreck and that he was “my angle for the day” which made him cry. It was lovely and I’ve never been so grateful to a stranger than I was in that confused and lost moment of exhaustion. I returned to the hospital the next day and every other day after that while she was there, which was only seven days.

Next up was recuperation time in a Nursing Home for my mom after her triple bypass. Only two weeks after her triple bypass she had a stroke in the Nursing Home and was rushed to another hospital that specialized in strokes. After four days there she was transported back to the Nursing Home where she stayed for three full months. Keep in mind that this all happened in August through November 1st 2014 when she was released and I brought her home.

I’ve been in some truly horrible locations in the lower 4D Astral and this Nursing Home was comparable to that. It was that actually, meaning this physical Nursing Home existed in 2014, in the 4D Astral plane and frequency and I was nowhere near prepared for three months of having to go there for two or three hours every other day to bring clean pajamas for my mom, brush her teeth, make sure she drank enough water while I was there and so on. I’d arrive and walk into the center of that large building to where mom was and after spending two to three hours in that energy it was all I could do to physical walk my body back out and get outside and to my car. The density of that place was so extreme that my physical body would feel crushed by the heavy lower Astral frequencies and general negativity there and nearly cripple me to the point that I could barely walk out of the building and energies. The moment I was outside I’d feel the crushing pressures start to reduce but it would take the rest of the day for me to recover from having spent two hours in there.

When clairvoyantly Seeing and empathically Feeling things etc. has been the only life you’ve known, you get exceptionally good at ignoring the dark stuff that’s been everywhere constantly in very amplified ways since 1999 due to the start of the physical level Ascension Process. It’s there, you See it, you Feel it, it knows you can See and Feel it and you continue on like none of it is there but it very much is. Many of us have had to do this to survive the 4D Astral and old 3D Physical dimensions and worlds intermingled as we transitioned through them to reach higher frequency 5D. It’s literally been a case of humanity and Earth traveling through the fourth dimensional Astral plane for the past many, many years. Not so much fun for us but heaping piles of it for the Astral inhabitants. Look at the tourists everybody, dinner is served and we didn’t have to go anywhere to get it!

The point I’m wanting to make is that the Nursing Home and so many other physical places existed at that time in the energy level and frequency that was the 4D Astral plane. There was no energetic Veil to keep the 4D Astral from the 3D Physical and vice versa, they both were mixed together for most of these past Ascension years which is why the paranormal quickly became the normal in the physical world.

The Nursing Home where my mom was kept for three months in 2014 existed physically in the Astral plane. I haven’t been back in that place or any hospital since 2014 so I couldn’t say what condition they’re in today, and I’m not going to check! I know that my bank has improved greatly since 2013, and it too physically existed in the Astral plane for many years like almost every other place has. So as an ultra Sensitive, going into the Nursing Home and spending two to three hours there just about did me in. As my mom improved I shortened my time spent there to two hours only and would go every third day to visit because I required that much time to recuperate from having gone there.

While in the Nursing Home I clairvoyantly Saw, heard and felt low-level 4D Astral entities feeding off of the human elderly people there. I Saw some of these nonhuman entities crawling all over patients beds, up the walls and across ceilings of the many rooms, and crawling over the patients physical bodies in bed and in wheelchairs laboring to get into the human’s physical bodies. Some of them were trying to dig their ways into the human patients heads and other body areas and so on. Many of them looked like emaciated black monsters while some others were more developed, strong and individualized while others less so. In other words, there is, or has been, a massive and complex hierarchy of Team Dark aliens and lesser beings and entities. Imagine the absolute worst and you’ll be close to some of what I Saw taking place every minute I was in that Nursing Home. Imagine classic hell-scapes and you’re very close to the truth of these situations we’ve all been going through for many years as we’ve evolved our ways through the 4D Astral to physically reach the fifth dimension with our physical bodies.

Changing directions with this topic, I want to conclude with my latest extremely painful physical attack and why it happened. It began around February 6–7th 2019, and took a full eight days and nights before the intense physical pain stopped. This was faster than the previous time I experienced this same type of attack in late 2015. I mentioned that attack when it happened because I’d never experienced an attack like this, plus it happened while I was looking in a magnified face mirror plucking my eyebrows so I saw it happen. I didn’t see it take place this time but it was an identical experience as the 2015 event. It sounds weird and strange but let me tell you it was incredibly painful physically and took the majority of strength I had to get through. Extended periods of nearly constant severe pain exhaust and weaken you quickly which is what this latest event did. I’m still not back yet and know that I just have to get it together because there is NO downtime anymore. There is only the next Ascension related event and it’s only a couple of hours away now in 2019!

We’ve all heard about those old beliefs about why people cover their mouth with their hand when they yawn. It was to keep negative entities out so they wouldn’t rush into their physical body when you had your mouth wide open yawning. Sounds like an old wives tale from long ago until something similar happens to you! I wouldn’t have believed what happened to me, twice now, unless I’d physically seen it happen in 2015.

A tiny pinpoint size of white colored light suddenly came flying into my view in the magnified mirror I’d been looking in from my left side. It traveled fast horizontally above my upper lip and below my nose level. Once it reached the area directly below my left nostril it made a sharp turn and flew upward into my nostril and then into the flesh of the top of it. It was about three hours after this that it started hurting in that exact spot in my nostril and by the next day the entire left half of my nose was red, hot, swollen and incredibly painful. This same thing happened to me again in February 2019, but this time it was my right nostril and I didn’t see it happen. By the next day my right nostril was red, hot to the touch, swollen and growing in size. The swelling this time was worse than it was in 2015 and it went up to my eye and down into my jaw and the right gland under the jaw. This time it made me feel sick and greatly weakened and of course the physical pain was extreme.

Before this happened I was already in pain from the latest NEW Light energies blasting away inside my head, eyes, skull, brain glands etc. but then this attack happened and I’ve spent ten or eleven days in February just doing my best to survive ten minutes at a time. I called in my Ascension Angels as I call them, repeatedly, to help me with quickly healing and removing this attack wound and any residual etheric and physical materials it may have deposited in my bodies. I also wanted to know why it had happened, again, and in 2019 and what I perceived about this was complex, multidimensional, multi-Selved, galactic and universal and all due to the Ascension Process and massive Separation of Worlds that’s roaring along right here and right now.

I perceived some other higher dimensional galactic Selves of mine with plenty of long-term interactions with Team Dark aliens, which wasn’t new information to me as I’ve been consciously aware of two of them most of my life. However, it was how all aspects of ME and Me and Denise me are currently Embodying and unifying in these NEW-to-all-of-us ways that I found interesting, even though it hurt like hell from my end! Make more conscious unification’s with more of your aspects across time space and dimensions and these weird so-called “anomalies” make a lot more sense. This is both about Unity and Unity consciousness and reality and about “First Contact” which isn’t going to be like anything we expected it to be. Just like December 21, 2012, and now in 2019, we’re living it all but these aspects of “us” don’t yet have the much larger picture clearly in view yet but we’re getting there fast now.

Long complex story short, is that what happens in higher dimensions with the many other YOU’S is now immediately felt and experienced in multiple ways “down here” on physical 5D ascending Earth by this aspect of YOU/You/you. Growing Embodiment and unity and unity consciousness. I got attacked for some things a couple of my other Higher Selves did eons ago in another part of the Galaxy but because Denise is the aspect in physical ascending Earth reality, I got attacked by Team Dark. All aspects of ME, Me, and me are all ONE after all and the Embodiment Process is bringing this overused and greatly misunderstood term into very real nonlinear fact for more Volunteers in 2019. Much more of this to come so be open, flexible, empowered even when flat on your back recuperating from whatever wherever, and know that this is just a small beginning of our NEW lives lived in these NEW higher unified ways. This attack was seriously debilitating both energetically and physically and yet when I began to perceive the larger more complex and multidimensional state of affairs concerning it, I was mildly amused and informed the other ancient Higher Selves aspects that they owed me one for taking this nose hit for them, for us all.

First Contact is with the other Others that in this case are other aspects and Selves of YOU, You and you all getting increasingly re-connected with each other which is going to provide a very NEW and different perspective for all aspects and all Selves. This too is part of the current Separation of Worlds and much of it is taking place right inside of you and your physical body and the other aspects and Selves that are you too. The more we Volunteers, BlueRays, Starseeds, First Light Team etc. Embody, the more the Separation of Worlds happens both internally within each of us and externally in the physical and nonphysical worlds linearly and non-linearly simultaneously. My head feels like beams of Source Light LOVE are cutting into it as usual, my HighHeart is expanding and thumping again and my back is screaming so me and my war-torn nostrils are going to get horizontal for a bit and float in it ALL with Source and smile gently. It’s all very good. ❤

People Fighting for Old Lower Consciousness Beliefs

When I was around 8 or 9 years old, I got busted by a teacher who overheard me say something to my best friend as we walked across the playground during a class break one day. This teacher was the playground monitor and was simply watching us kids playing, trying to keep us from breaking our bodies on the swings and other recess play devices. My friend was from a family who were Christians and she often told me things about their religious beliefs. That information was repulsive, crazy and distorted to me even as a child but such is the case for most Starseeds and higher dimensional, higher realm Volunteers who’ve incarnated down into physical life on Earth to Embody and anchor the NEW Codes/blueprints/templates etc. of the Ascension Process.

Most of us incarnate with varying degrees of conscious awareness of where we came from, what it was like “up there” and so on. Many don’t but are pre-coded to be triggered into growing conscious awareness of their higher dimensional homes in this galaxy, in other galaxies, other star systems, in pure Light realms, in Angelic realms, in different positive ET systems and so on at certain points within their lives. I was one who insisted before leaving HOME on having as much conscious awareness and memories of where I came from as I could and still not blow a mental or emotional or psychic gasket from Volunteering to incarnate into what was a planetary septic tank known as 3D physical Earth. Higher and lower energies, frequencies and consciousness co-existing in the same space is a dangerous and difficult situation, but I would not incarnate into this Denise Ascension Process life and timeline without as much of Light realm HOME within me on a conscious level as I could cope with. Too much was at stake and a lifetime goes by at the speed of Light when it’s an Ascension related life and much more such as what this one is.

This best friend and I were walking across the playground and she’d said something to me about sin and hell and I responded that, “Hell is here on Earth,” which is what set the adult playground monitor teacher off like I’d lit her underwear on fire! She couldn’t grab me up by the scruff quick enough and drag my little heathen butt up to the office to be punished. Like I was saying, hell has been right here on Earth for a very, very long time.

This article is long overdue but thanks to each one of the tenacious human egos that have never hesitated to correct me and tell me in Comments and private emails about their beliefs, consciousness and lack of higher awareness how I’ve gotten it all wrong, this article’s for you. You’ve earned it, and now that we’re halfway through 2017 and it’s time for YOU to actually step up and evolve into greater conscious awareness, knowledge, HighHeart and so much more, those of us Forerunners (just as the term indicates) higher and farther along on these evolutionary Ascension Process energy and consciousness Stair-steps won’t suffer fools any longer. This article is for all the egoic, unaware people who honestly believe themselves to be more aware than the Wayshowing Forerunners and NEW World Teachers who have treated me, treated us, like online New Age Jehovah’s Witnesses endlessly pounding uninvited on our doors to force their negative, incorrect and limiting religious beliefs down our throats. It’s time for YOU to evolve, not continue trying to project old lower consciousness, beliefs, religious beliefs, incorrect New Age beliefs and other Team Dark distortions on to Ascension Process teachers, Forerunners and others actually living, being, doing and anchoring the AP for mass humanity and much more elsewhere. This is a fact, not a threat from me or anyone else.

Everyone has always believed that their religion is the one and only truth and that it’s going to last for ever and ever and freakin’ ever on Earth. Nothing could be further from the truth than that and that truth is here now and making itself increasingly felt by all worldwide. Religions as blind and unquestioning mind controlled obedience systems supposed to get one into heaven won’t work anymore; evolving into actually being, living and existing at vastly higher ways individually is. Welcome to the fifth dimension of NEW Earth(s). Here you are your own “savior”, your own “master”, your own Light, Way, Power Source and LOVE. The lazy don’t want to have to do this themselves after eons of being told they don’t have to because someone else did all that hard Work for them, then TD convinces everyone they crucified Christ and billions have bought it all. But this is what Ascension Process evolution and real higher truth is all about; individuals growing up and taking responsibility for themselves in every way. Co-dependency time is over and everyone is feeling this truth more and more every week, month and year now, and with what all has and continues happening in August 2017, it’s going to quickly become unbearable in every way to continue fighting for and holding on to any and all old lower frequency and consciousness beliefs and everything else. Lower and Higher cannot co-exist in the same space together so it’s evolve or go elsewhere (another ascending Earth world) that’s much lower in frequency but you still have to evolve, ascend up a lot anyway because Divine Source (that would be “God” with a capital G in case some are wondering) has already rewritten the whole thing because it’s time for a NEW higher level for All everywhere. Duality education is over, now it’s Unity education time everywhere but at an even higher level.

In my previous article, It’s Okay If August 2017 Is Difficult, I knew while writing it that, because I was honestly describing some current August 2017 Lion’s Gate pains and related difficulties the Forerunners have been going through recently, I knew that someone would write a Comment in it with their incorrect suggestions as to why I, why we were having a hard time of it. Because I knew this would happen because it’s happened article after article since 2007, I intentionally added this paragraph in it for those very people. Did it work? Did they even see it? Did they even recognize themselves in it? No, they usually don’t because that is how deaf, dumb and blind human ego consciousness is.

“When you honestly share what you’re experiencing and that its oftentimes painful and/or difficult etc., lower ego consciousness people instantly believe you’re doing something “wrong” and that’s why you’re experiencing pains and difficulties. That’s the only range of awareness low ego consciousness is capable of perceiving so of course they find fault in others due to their lack of greater awareness and understanding.”

It’s 2017 and unaware people are still trying to crucify Christ/Crystal Consciousness in people who do have it. The negativity takes real personal Inner Work to extricate yourself from oh unaware humans of Earth. But thanks to Divine Source rewriting everything now, everyone of us no matter which awareness level, which energetic Stair-step you’re currently standing on is HAVING to NOW evolve and expand out of the old lower frequency Codes and other negative Team Dark created humanity mind control constraints etc. whether you’re ready for it or not. And know that all of the old lower religious and spiritual and New Age etc. beliefs and belief systems don’t work in higher frequency levels of Light and Higher Awareness. Why? Because you know them as distortions and/or outright lies. End of story. End of lies. End of being deceived. End of self-deceptions. End of being able to deceive others. WE SEE AND KNOW you, we always have, but now you’re being forced to evolve, grow, expand and move out of your old lower ego and up into your HighHeart as the NEW seat and center of “you” and your awareness and reality.

Humans can continue to fight for, defend and promote their human ego selves and lower consciousness and lower consciousness beliefs, but I won’t allow it in MY higher frequency, higher consciousness, higher energy world. I’ve Worked very long and very hard, even as a Forerunner, to repeatedly and continually discover, remove, and evolve beyond all the old lower Earth world (and beyond) programs and belief systems and residual matching energies from them from myself, my physical and energy bodies, and my physical Earth world. Because as a Forerunner/Volunteer/Wayshower we do everything first, I know what I’m talking about because I’ve lived it and continue living it as I write this and will for the rest of my existence. I know how the human ego will fight to the freaking death for some ridiculous and incorrect and even negative thing or belief or whatever. Higher evolved consciousness doesn’t do this because it knows, it Sees, it Feels from a vastly higher level of being and consciousness and reality. No one can know this for themselves until they personally start to experience it and all that goes with it.

I grew up in Anaheim California in the 1950-60s. Back then Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland were just starting and the majority of the county was orange groves, hence why it was called Orange County. Who knew! When I was young, around 5 or 6, my parents took us to Knotts Berry Farm (because youngin’s, it too used to be a huge farm area where they grew berries and made their famous jams and jellies etc.). At one point we came across a goat pen where a baby goat was jumping around on everything. Being a Capricorn, my first physical goat encounter was extra meaningful and what I saw, felt, understood and remembered in those moments watching that baby goat eating trash and jumping around was a huge and incredibly important life moment and Higher Awareness for me. It was an important trigger for me and it did exactly what it was designed to do.

What impacted me so intensely about this baby goat was that it was eating trash—cardboard boxes, metal cans, tree branches, a piece of rope etc.—and I was horrified that he’d die from ingesting such terrible trash. I became deeply worried and uncomfortable that I was going to have to witness this beautiful little baby goat drop dead any moment because it was eating trash. In typical Capricorn fashion, I hide my fears and worries as best I could and my parents didn’t sense that anything was going on with me other than I was fixated on the baby goat. Thankfully they gave me the time I needed for this whole event to unfold. [Other people are often put on hold so to speak when higher Light (information, awareness, messages, exchanges etc.) comes in for Starseeds/Forerunners/Lightworkers/Wayshowers/Grid and Gatekeepers and other higher dimensional beings incarnate in human form on Earth to anchor the Ascension Process (AP). We’re given the “time” we need to receive the higher information, whatever it is, by linear time being put on hold and we step out of it and back into quantum higher frequency “Now Moment” awareness to receive, perceive and/or exchange communications with higher dimensionals etc. Once that’s done we slow down a bit vibrationally to reenter linear time space reality and frequency with no one around us the wiser about everything that just actually happened.]

As I stood there white-knuckled, heart pounding clutching the goat pen fence, Higher Awareness filtered down into me. It was — Goats eat trash and are able to transmute it into life sustaining food fuel for themselves. Holy shit! Really? OMG! Oh, I get it… I get it… I remember! I can do this too.

Like the baby goat, this Sun in Capricorn Volunteer Forerunner Wayshower Lightworker etc. Mt. Goat named Denise has always been able to easily, naturally and automatically transmute lower frequency “trash” into life sustaining higher frequency energies. I’m wired for this as many Volunteers from higher dimensions, realms and systems are. I don’t know how to not transmute lower stuff into higher frequency stuff. I excel at this, always have, some other things too 😉 and these are some of the reasons why I’m a Forerunner Wayshower now — I’m able to easily transmute lower frequencies (density, negativity, Duality energies) and turn them energetically back into a Neutral state vibrationally (transmute and resolve Duality or what had been dualized, split, fractured) and then build, Pathpave and increasingly Embody more and more of the NEW higher frequency Light Energies and Codes (which are templates, blueprints for the NEW Earth and NEW higher frequency, consciousness and reality humanity) and anchor them into my body and physical Earth and the Ascending timeline(s) for humanity coming up (“ascending”, evolving) behind me and the other’s doing this and plenty of other related AP Work.

Having said all that, I want those of you who need to know and understand this aspect of this Volunteer/Forerunner/Lightworker/Wayshower/Embodier business that even though I and like others can easily do this and much more, does NOT mean it doesn’t often cause me/us some very real physical pains, aches, pressures and so on because it most certainly does. I shouldn’t need to explain why because that should be obvious but will because we’re this far into this.

Just because we can transmute trash—negativity, density, duality etc energies.—into something else that’s much higher in frequency and plenty of other things that would make your heart beat fast and hard and your palms sweat, doesn’t mean that my being in a physical human body while doing this and oh so much more doesn’t hurt sometimes because it does, plus usually requires a good long nap afterwards for different reasons. Those who can do and we Forerunners do for ALL, everywhere, then we, I mean me here, pop a couple Tylenol Extra Strength and take a much-needed nap. [We Forerunners transmute, Embody, exchange information, move negative beings out, drop off Light/information, close down negative TD timelines, see higher dimensional hospital-like repair shops for quick energy body repairs when needed and more. We often do more while asleep and out of our physical bodies because it’s so much easier and faster and more gets done this way than when we’re in the physical in our physical bodies. So even our naps are Work in other words.] Then we wake up and rinse and repeat for as long as needed.

This is what Forerunners are and only some of what we do, have done, continue doing and why. If you honestly knew who we really are and what we’re really capable of doing, this whole thing would be so much better and easier for us all. If most of us consciously knew, remembered who and what we all are this whole thing would have happened even faster than it has! But, that’s not how it’s been because Team Dark (TD — Team Dark is my term for all human and nonhuman, physical and nonphysical people and beings such as negative aliens, negative ETs, beings, entities, devils, demons etc.) has done a profound number on humanity for thousands and thousands of years on Earth and this current Ascension Shift is and will continue to seriously rattle people’s egoic intellectual mind controlled prison cages and matching belief systems. Evolution is typically not easy, and certainly not in this case where the whole thing from the top down was about Duality in the highest levels and dimensions all the way out and down into physical Earth reality and human life and how things were hijacked along the way by TD beings. The many reasons why for all this isn’t the point of this article. If interested in some of the whys, Lisa Renee’s August 2017 Newsletter, Historical Timeline Trigger Events has a list of whys and when’s that’s worth a serious read through.

Another aspect of this topic is how often I get Comments at both my blogs and also emails from people telling me that all the negativity I talk about via Team Dark and what they’ve done and why to humanity isn’t true because, and I quote, “All of the negativity, the evil, the darkness is inside of you Denise.”

There are so many people who’ve bought into the belief that Team Dark doesn’t and never has existed and that any and all darkness and evil etc. is inside of me, you, anyone who believes in external negativity/darkness/evil etc. Isn’t that a hoot? Christ/Crystal energies and consciousness is “crucified”, meaning unreachable directly individually on a prison planet such as what Earth has been, and as if that isn’t enough, all the darkness is inside of me/you/them, anyone but the people claiming this as truth. Now, I ask you, who does this really sound like? Sounds a lot like a TD mind control con job, but dipped in New Age camouflage. Lots has been folks, lots.

I mentioned in my previous article that I could write a small book about all the super intense and weird and unpleasant things, visions and encounters with many in the low vibe tribe that’s happened since August 3rd. This hasn’t ended and I suspect it will continue because the Separation of Worlds and all that goes with it will continue for probably a full year. There’s plenty more Stair-steps for the Volunteers, Embodiers, Forerunners, Wayshowers and the September Equinox and related gateways are going to push the Volunteers into more NEW roles, jobs, energies and awareness. The more the Volunteers Embody, the faster the rest of everything and everyone else enters fully into the Ascension Process themselves, ready or not. More about this in other articles but sense that the old lower TD Crown of Thorns energies has been transmuted into individual Crowns of Christic frequency Light—via August and the Full Solar Eclipse with its corona of Light—and the September 2017 Equinox will be the Embodiers having their individual Crowns of Light Consciousness and Being Embodied. Guess how much that phase will further change everything? I suspect the December Solstice will be NEW in all ways too. Things beyond December 2017 haven’t jelled yet enough for me to See some of the many possibilities, which means what we do now in August and September 2017 is some more of the NEW foundations for what will be further built, Embodied and Consciously Created afterwards.

My point in this not so fun article is to let the unaware, the holders on to the old lower beliefs, the disbelievers and such know that you can believe whatever and whoever you want because it has been and will continue to be Freewill for all. What everyone has to understand however is that Divine Source/God/All That Is or whatever name you prefer has already rewritten the NEW Evolutionary Cycle from top to bottom and those Codes in the forms of different energies, solar, galactic, cosmic, universal, Source created have been embodied and Embodied by the Volunteers first as usual, then the rest of humanity starts later. You still have Freewill, but you have it in a completely NEW higher ascension level of being, existence, learning, creating and ongoing discovery. That is what everyone needs to understand now and be willing to release the old lower everything because it’s already done and gone. What’s replaced it all is tremendously higher in frequency (Triality and Unity instead of the old Duality and separation cycle) and is unfolding in a frequency of 5D already but very few people and even Forerunners realize this yet. Why you may be asking? Because far too many people are still trying to recreate the old lower everything because they don’t know how to do anything else. The Volunteer Embodiers do however.

One last thing to share. Yesterday I received in the mail a Jury Duty Summons starting on 9-11-2017. 9-11, oh Team Dark, you’re so predictable. You’re 9-11 timeline doesn’t exist in my higher NEW Earth world and personal reality.

There’s a thousand other things that could be said and shared but I suspect just this will offend a good number of people. 😐 Don’t hate the messenger. Get with the changes and be willing to grow, expand, evolve and change over and over again and this Separation of Worlds won’t feel as intense and unpleasant as it will if you continue your death grip on any old lower consciousness beliefs and reality. It’s a heads up, not an attack. Honestly. ❤

Stop Projecting Old Lower Consciousness & Beliefs on the NEW Ascending World/Worlds

This article is specifically for the people who continue projecting, expecting and applying old lower frequency consciousness, beliefs, tools and solutions on to the NEW higher frequency Earth World because it’s the only thing they’re aware of, and insist all the rest of us who’ve evolved beyond that level of consciousness do the same.

We will not go back down energetically to accommodate your lack of greater awareness, ego and/or negative ego, old belief systems, old habits and so on. Sorry but that’s not what evolution is all about. You stepping up many of those evolutionary Ascension Process (AP) energy Stair-steps is what it’s all about. And the fast easy answer to all this is that, when you evolve up those different energy, consciousness expanding, body evolving Stair-steps, you will be changed incrementally by having done so and that automatically upgrades your consciousness too. A win-win for not only you, but for everyone above and below you on those evolutionary Ascension Process energy Stair-steps.

I’ve always known how hard, and in most cases impossible, it is for anyone to be able to perceive above and beyond the lower frequency level that has been the old negative 3D Earth world we all incarnated into. I’m not special in this, everyone with a little or a lot of expanded awareness and Higher Awareness knows this about everyone that doesn’t have it themselves. It’s plainly and oftentimes painfully visible to us all, just not to you, not yet that is and we’re all doing our best to Guide you to move up these evolutionary AP energy Stair-steps despite the way you fight us, disrespect us, doubt us, and in many cases outright hate us. One thing I’d like all of you who I’m talking to specifically now in this article to do is realize that this lifetime, this evolutionary Ascension Process lifetime has been and still is hard for all of us. It does get easier the higher one goes, but getting there requires some epic personal Work on all of our parts. All as in ALL of our parts!

You know how a drunk and/or high person actually believes that you or anyone else cannot tell that they’re drunk and/or high? You know how people with mental and/or emotional illnesses etc. usually don’t know, see or realize that they’re not perceiving the world in the same ways the rest of us are? You know how all of these people — drunk, high, impaired in any way from any number of causes — always actually believes that they are just fine and that it’s YOU that’s all screwed up? This is no different than all of these other examples and you’re going to have to trust us on this one until you move up a few more energy Stair-steps to the point where you know for yourselves that this is true, which means you’ll get to experience the people below you on the AP giving you attitude and disrespect about what you’re doing, living, being, feeling, perceiving and Working very hard on. 🙂

As the high (Ascending) gets higher, the low (Descending) gets lower, so much so that eventually even many of the non-believers and narrow-minded, heartless low-vibe-tribe folks actually starts seeing and feeling the world and escalating insanity, violence, greed, ego and general negativity in every person that’s existing at that frequency around them. Once the Light is activated inside a person, they start the Process of having to honestly and consciously see, feel and know how negative, how bad, vile, corrupt and insane the old lower Earth world and reality was and is currently. Plus you get to see, feel and consciously know those lower frequency things—emotions, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, habits etc.—in yourself too. The Light gets in everywhere and illuminates everything for each person living this AP. “Waking Up” is hard and oftentimes painful in multiple ways for multiple reasons but that is what compressed evolution is, and that is what you are either living yourself at whichever energy Stair-step you’re on today, or fighting against, which will energetically draw you to a Descending Earth world that’s even worse than what has been on Earth for many thousands of years. Choose very wisely now, even if you’re not really sure about what all is going on. Look to the Light and your own HighHeart and follow them both until you know more for yourself.

Some few remaining timelines are Team Dark creations and they have been, are, and will continue going extinct, collapsing and disappearing because the old lower frequency fuel and food energies that Team Dark (TD) parasited off from humanity is no longer available to them. 1) That old lower timeline has Expired and 2) many incarnate in-body Forerunners have Worked on multiple dimensions and timelines for many years since 2012, deliberately shutting down, closing off and dead-ending many of TD’s synthetic Timelines that they created to hide in and perpetuate themselves and their ways and agendas in. We have successfully prevented them from moving into multiple future timelines and continuing what they’ve done for so long.

Back to these three Ascending and Descending options.

Those who’ve been living the AP and EP (Embodiment Process of uniting their Lower Self with their Higher Self in their current physical body and incarnation) are the ones that have been in the Primary highest Ascension Timeline. Many more people that are aware of the AP and have been living it for many years are currently existing in one or more of the numerous Secondary Ascension Timelines/Earth worlds. Quite often we shift or jump from one of the many Ascending Earth worlds that currently exist within this Secondary collection as we continue evolving and growing ourselves and our awareness. I’ve jumped from the Primary one to different Secondary ones many times over the years but I always Work my way back up into the highest frequency Primary one because that’s where I want to be. The Tertiary Earth worlds and timelines I do not go to for the simple reason that I’ve lived in one of them for the majority of my current lifetime, and have zero need to see any of them ever again. It took too much Work to anchor this Separation of Worlds & Timelines in the first place!

My point in elaborating on this current Separation of Worlds aspect of the AP is to hopefully let you reading this better understand that you can intentionally jump timelines, can intentionally Shift from any of the numerous Secondary Ascension Earth Timelines/Earth worlds. You can and do jump, shift from one to another and then another and maybe go back to one that you felt more comfortable in and so on. I want you all to also know that you can intentionally jump or shift from any of the many Secondary Ascension Earth Timelines/Earth worlds up to the highest frequency Primary Ascension Timeline and Earth world. Again, the choice is and always has been, yours, mine, each of ours. Like attracts like and is attracted to like. The frequency you are now, your rate of energetic spin (your Inner Vibration of your Lightbody) determines which of these three options you choose based on your own frequency, consciousness, HighHeart, development and focus. Needless to say, be very heartmindful of what you’re focused on and entertaining mentally, emotionally, energetically, physically, psychically, etherically etc. because it really counts now and will carry you somewhere you may not really want to end up at.

When I’m at HOME/home in my physical house I’m in the Primary Timeline. When I have to leave my house and property to say go shopping for groceries or whatever, I do my energetic best to bring the highest Primary HOME station with me. Some days doing this is easy while other days it’s nearly impossible for me for different AP reasons. Those times I jump or shift from the Primary Ascension Timeline, down into one or another of the Earth worlds that exists within the Secondary Ascension Timelines to get my shopping or whatever else I need to buy and/or have done. After that I go HOME to my physical house that exists with the Primary Timeline Earth world where I then need to recuperate from my having jumped Timelines and dimensions.

Even many people that have and still do exist within one of the many Secondary Timeline Earth worlds jump, shift between some of them within that frequency range, meaning they are jumping Timelines too but within the same frequency and dimension, but jump you do and often more times than you’re even consciously aware of! Are you starting to better understand what being a Multidimensional human is who can and does intentionally and knowingly, and many more who unintentionally and unknowingly jump Timelines and probable Earth worlds and realities all the “time”?

So when someone who exists in one or another of the many Secondary or Tertiary Timelines projects their current level of awareness, expectations, projections, habits and belief systems on to me or any other person existing in the Primary Ascension Timeline Earth world, we SEE you and we KNOW you and we RECOGNIZE you and where you’re at currently. You however cannot do this or see or feel or know beyond the frequency range and level you’re at in that moment. That will however change dramatically the second you make the constant effort to increase your spin-rate (vibrate faster and higher due to Embodying more and higher frequency Light energies into yourself and your physical body) and go even higher vibrationally. And, this never stops for any of us no matter which of these three options each of us is currently existing within that’s a frequency match to us at this time.

Because those people that currently exist within the Primary Ascension Timeline can easily feel and are consciously aware of others that currently exist in the Secondary Timeline Earth worlds, when you try to project your current level of awareness on to us, it’s pretty much like a drunk or high person trying to convince you that they’re not drunk or high. Tap dance as hard as you want but it won’t change what we already Know, See and Feel from our current frequency, dimension and level. In case anyone is thinking that I’m sounding profoundly arrogant with all this, know that I’m well-aware of the fact that there are great numbers of higher frequency Beings than me that perceive me from their even higher dimensions and levels of frequency and awareness. “One mans ceiling is another mans floor…”

Recap: You cannot haul old lower frequency stuff, beliefs, habits, thought-forms, emotions, structures, systems, laws, governments, expectations etc. into the NEW highest Primary Timeline. It does not work that way because, as Karen Bishop very correctly said over a decade ago, “Higher and lower cannot co-exist within the same space.” Thank You Karen. ❤

You cannot contaminate higher frequency spaces with lower frequency junk from the lower frequency, lower consciousness past. Period. So stop even trying and wasting your and our time trying to do so. It’s pointless, irritating and simply won’t fly at higher levels of existence. Oh you can remain in any of the many Secondary Timelines and continue trying to replicate old lower patriarchal beliefs and anything else but eventually even the people at those levels won’t allow it there either. Again, this is compressed evolution happening right now, right here to all of us and with more kick to it than ever before so, like I said earlier, choose wisely which Timeline you honestly want to find yourself in today, tomorrow, next month, next year etc.

Be wise enough right now to know that you don’t know more than you do know, then be wise and brave enough to travel up more energy Stair-steps so that your point of view becomes so much better and more expansive as will your options to continue to even higher and higher. Aim Higher, Embody More Light, Fly Through The Sun

One of the main things I’ve always hated about this Earth world reality, the one that Expired in December 21, 2012, the one you and me and all of humanity has lived our entire lives in up to this point, was that anyone could get in here! Sinners and Saints, geniuses and idiots, heartless and loving, sane and insane, honest and dishonest all incarnate within the same physical 3D Earth world reality together and all seriously rubbing each other the wrong way for eons. It wasn’t fair because the gaps—developmental, consciousness, spiritual, energetic, karmic, soul focus etc.—have been too great between all people causing most everyone huge and constant suffering on Earth.

The great news is however that, due to the Separation of Worlds happening now, this situation is ending because everyone will no longer be allowed to be crammed in together in one big open-school-reality like it has been. Global humanity is queuing up whether they’re conscious of this fact or not, with the frequency and therefore world, reality and timeline that THEY are a vibrational match with now! Not next week, not next year, not two or ten years from now but today, now, in every moment of every hour and day! If nothing else you should seriously slow down and honestly consider this fact for yourself here and now but also for yourself in YOUR near future too. People really need to honestly and fully understand this fact and phase of the Ascension Process because it’s far more important to you, to me, to each of us than most are aware of… and the majority of humanity sadly isn’t aware of it at all.

The other main thing I’ve hated about this Earth world reality all my life is that it was stolen, taken over, ‘jumped’ as Amy Allan calls it when a dead human or nonphysical entity takes over (or tries to) a living physical human, by Team Dark beings (negative parasitic aliens, beings, entities and a vast hierarchy of other negative beings) when Earth and humanity was already down due to the cataclysmic global event of about 10,500–10,600 years ago that caused the 23.5° planetary axial tilt in Earth and near extinction of humanity. While humanity stumbled around in the aftermath of that great planetary catastrophe trying to survive and adapt to the massive changes, Team Dark felt the unimaginable global human pain and suffering radiating outward through space-time and saw it as a great opportunity to swoop in and take over, which they did, and that’s what humanity has dealt with ever since; a global catastrophe followed fairly quickly by a planetary coup by Team Dark alien beings and a huge hierarchy of other negative entities. Until now that is, hence the current queuing of humanity with their matching frequency world and reality for this massive Separation of Worlds. Lisa Renee wrote about this, what I’m calling queuing of humanity, in her February 2017 article Consent which I quoted in full here recently, but she calls this ‘Consciousness Corridors’.

“Over the last several weeks, I have been aware of a large Universal Gate structure coming into view in our Solar System, which appears as a massive wheel with spiral spokes coming out from its center hub. It has become clear that this architecture is related to the Consciousness Corridors. This is how beings will be routed into their placements, or frequency match for the next cycle. What we are in Consent with largely determines which corridor we go through, and which timeline we align with moving forward into the next cycle.There is no better position than to be aware that this movement through trans-time is happening, and be able to consciously participate with it by intending to move into the most positive and highest expression for yourself and others.” — Lisa Renee

I have deliberately used certain images over the past seven-plus years now in an attempt to help readers understand this aspect, this end phase of the Ascension Process and the Separation of Worlds. I’m going to use some of them again here with the hope they make more sense now to more readers in describing this current and totally natural vibrational, frequency queuing and aligning of humanity into these different ‘Consciousness Corridors’.

As should be obvious from these different images, they each suggest that there are a variety of different paths, choices, frequencies, rays, ‘Consciousness Corridors’ and so on, and every human alive on Earth is currently vibrationally, energetically aligning with one of these different paths/frequencies based entirely upon the current frequencies they are producing themselves. No one incarnate on Earth now—or elsewhere for that matter—is exempt from this Ascension related Process of aligning with what’s a closest match to them frequency-wise right now. This is the Process of the Separation of Worlds or the Separation of World & Timelines as I’ve also written it over the years. This is it kids, right here, right now, and it’s so, so important and why some Ascension Teachers have repeatedly harped on doing your best to get as much altitude, as much lift, as much Light, as much awareness, as much HighHeart consciousness as you can in every moment of every day because THAT is what’s automatically pulling you/me/we/each person on Earth now towards a frequency match to them individually.

Let me give you a personal example about this Separation of Worlds phase of the Ascension Process and how Team Dark’s working like crazy now to snag, hook, grab and herd as many people as they can to be pulled into all the lower and lowest frequency queues or ‘Consciousness Corridors’ or paths etc. as they can. Why should be obvious at this point; they need humans to feed off to stay what they are. But, they’ve worked long and hard on this aspect for themselves too which I’ll get to in a moment.

After we reached the Expiration Date of the past Great Evolutionary Cycle (225-250 million years long at the very least) on December 21, 2012, we Forerunners entered a NEW Ascension related phase starting January 2013, and we’ve been dealing with and in NEW higher frequency situations, greater personal responsibilities, expanding consciousness, ongoing Embodying of our Higher Selves (energy template), further excavations of our personal “basements” (unconscious) and any residual stuff still in there, existing increasingly outside of linear time and a hundred other related things ever since. We’ve been busy in other words, and there’s nothing new about that. But, so too has Team Dark which I didn’t want to have to deal with post 12-21-12. Did I mention greater personal responsibilities and expanded consciousness? I did, and this is part of that too like it or not.

Oh yeah, the third thing I’ve always hated about this Earth world reality this life and most others is Team Dark.

Nonetheless, since 2014, like many of you reading this, I’ve had one thing after another get more difficult, get worse, get harder to deal with etc. Simultaneously, like many of you reading this, I’ve also had one thing after another get more positive, easier, faster, lighter, brighter, aware and loving etc. Experiencing Duality amplify so profoundly year after year as it has since December 2012, has not been easy to live with, understand, or energetically and psychologically cope with. The pull between these two opposite frequencies — one expanding into more and more higher frequency Light, the other compacting into even greater density and darkness — has been a real test and learning curve with Neutrality and HighHeart Consciousness. This energetic tug-of-war cannot continue of course because it would rip us all to pieces one way or another eventually, and for many Forerunners, it’s felt just like that since 2013. It’s not been easy since the Expiration Date for Forerunners or for the unaware and this brings us all to the actual Separation of Worlds happening now.

Since 2014, I’ve had repeated situations that have been ripe with possibilities to easily drag me down, down, down into lower frequency queues or ‘Consciousness Corridors’ which I fully recognized at the time. What’s taken me more time to learn and get a decent working grip on is that, due to my (and your and each of our) ongoing evolution in these Ascension lives, what I’ve known about Team Dark is expanding too. I was hoping they’d eventually just go away and disappear, and they will eventually, but until that point is reached I’ve got to deal with them and their changing/changed tactics whether I like any of this or not. It just is what it is and eventually I’ll be so bright n’ shiny via Light Love evolution that none of this will matter in the ways they have. Until then however, each one of us needs to know that Team Dark has also prepared for this time within the Ascension Process.

Because I’ve been “psychic” since birth, I’ve always Seen and felt other-dimensional beings and things in a basic set of ways. Thanks to the evolutionary Ascension Process and all it does to us however, what I’m able to perceive now and how I perceive it is very different from forty years ago, from ten years ago, from yesterday. Added to this ongoing developmental situation is the fact that Team Dark (TD) has also changed the majority of their tactics against Forerunners/Starseeds/Indigos/Wayshowers and also mass humanity. Changing with the Ages!

In the past I could easily clairvoyantly See, Feel, Hear etc. TD aliens, beings, entities. But because of this ongoing Ascension Process and an astrological Age change from Pisces (opposite sign Virgo) into Aquarius (opposite sign Leo), TD’s tactics and energies they’re using and stealing from have changed dramatically too and that has taken me some time to figure out, learn, recognize and know as well and as quickly as I did with their old ways.

Because I’m a Seer and TD knows this about all Seers (clairvoyants), they go out of their way now to never show themselves to me. That scare tactic hasn’t worked on me for years now, so TD changed things in a very clever way around 2014, and certainly by 2015. They now remain unseen or “cloaked” as best they can and direct heavy-duty energetic transmissions at me (and other Forerunners) in the hopes of me not recognizing them and allow myself to be fooled by them and carried along into another, always much lower frequency level. And they have been hitting really hard with these unseen, out of sight new tactics of directing specific frequencies at many of us to try to get us to focus on whatever is in their transmissions. I’ve discovered they are now typically very depraved and violent. Sexual, violent, depraved, sick and very lowly and these “transmissions” of theirs are aimed right at Forerunners trying to get us to fall energetically and not do what we’re here to do. Nothing new about this either, only how it’s being done has changed recently.

It’s one thing having some monster show up in your physical and/or nonphysical life and reality and try to beat the hell out of you or any number of other such things. But, it’s a very different story when the monsters deliberately remain hidden and instead attack via directing negative frequencies at you with the intention to get you to think and focus on specific very low-level perversions and such. The contrast between these transmissions and me in my current natural state are huge, but that doesn’t always make deflecting them any easier. It’s been a serious learning curve with these different TD tactics post 2012, with a couple of times coming way too close in my opinion. But, this is how some Forerunners learn, fighting for our very lives, sanity and souls! This happens for multiple reasons, but one important one is so we know it, we recognize it, we can instantly read its energy signature as Lisa Renee mentioned. Once this has been achieved, you don’t need anyone or anything else to define reality for you because you’ve experienced it firsthand, multiple times, and because of this you know all on your own. This is how it’s always been for Forerunners, but since 2013 we’re doing so on a NEW higher level. This will continue as we continue evolving in these bodies and incarnations. Say it with me everyone, bright n’ shiny, bright n’ shiny, bright n’ shiny now! 😉

Some Heading Out, Some Heading In

Throughout my lifetime I’ve had certain things highlighted in my consciousness, one of those things since early childhood was the Sun and its color and the type of Light it radiated. That highlighted awareness would be very helpful when our Sun began changing color due to approaching and eventually entering the Photon Band of Light. Another thing has always been about negative ETs and their creating human/ET hybrids business. There’s always been something much, much larger about this topic pulling at my awareness since the 1970s. A few days ago more huge chunks of awareness about that and related matters fell into place, much like what I described about knowing more about Team Dark because I am, we (Forerunners specifically I mean here) are evolving and have entered a NEW higher phase (2017) and need to know more about everything. Mass humanity is going through this too but at the level they’re capable of at this time. Stair-steps for everyone.

Some Forerunner Volunteers have out-of-body sleep state experiences (Service or Mission Work) where they actually go to physical locations so they can see for themselves what’s been taking place in hidden, secret, covert physical locations by secret, hidden so and so people and beings for decades. This is not remote viewing but actually going to these places on Earth and underground, plus on other planets and moons on both the surface and underground, and locations throughout our Solar System and beyond it while in our nonphysical bodies. Again, this happens so the Forerunner knows from firsthand experience and that information is instantly recorded and transmitted to other Team Light (TL) members in higher dimensions for a variety of reasons. It’s rarely enough for Forerunners to be told something; many of them need to directly experience it, whatever it may be at the time, so they know the truth and are familiar with different things, situations, beings and energy signatures of them all.

You know how Team Dark always flip things, inverts things, 180 degrees things that Divine Source has created for the simple reason that TD cannot create themselves because they chose to separate from Source long ago? Because of that, this is what they must resort to to continue their existence; continued theft of organic things, structures, grids, systems, humans, human bodies, human produced energies etc. and invert and distort them into inorganic things and structures so they can sustain themselves off of them. Think of the five-pointed pentagram symbol that represents human beings. Now think how TD flipped, inverted that symbol and energy upside down into what it’s been for a long time. This is what they do to survive, they steel, distort and pervert.

Back to the negative ETs and their long-term hybrid projects and other related ones.

For a few decades I’ve had this partial awareness that TD has worked like crazy, preparing for something big that was in my near future. I couldn’t see it clearly, only sense it partially, but it has bothered me for decades. The other day I finally got some more clarity about this and, to be honest, it blew my mind. It shouldn’t have but did for a few moments and then it all made perfect sense and I was back in Neutrality again.

In relation to this negative ET business and how they’ve been hustling up hybrids for decades now and plenty of other related projects, I kept thinking about the astrological Age change we’re all living through in these Ascension lifetimes from Pisces (Water) to Aquarius (Air). I know that TD adapts to and uses whatever the current astrological Age energies are, and so, they’ve shifted from the old Piscean, emotional (Water) and Emotional Body energies that have been prevalent to Aquarian energies (Air) with its focus on mental/mind/intellect/consciousness, Mental Body etc. Huge topic just this and I’m not going further into it here but just highlight it so you better understand the current tactics TD is using against humanity now and why.

TD never goes for the highest qualities and characteristics within an astrological Age but the lowest and they’re continuing with this via Aquarian Air energies and the opposite Leo ones too. Point is that there’s been a shift from their old Piscean Age methods to Aquarian Age ones and these are more technical, inorganic, dark and anti-human which I didn’t think was even possible. Silly me.

One branch of negative ETs have been working like crazy for decades building physical hybrids; half human, half whichever ET parts were also used. Other branches of these many negative ETs have focused on a different angle of building ways for them to enter a physical world reality via a physical human host. Other branches of these negative ET groups have worked more exclusively on the AI (Artificial Intelligence) aspect of this and not for just one reason but many.

I’m not writing about this so certain people can obsess over or fixate on all the details of the negative ETs interdimensional plans on getting themselves into the physical dimension and world in whatever ways they’ve come up with. I’m writing about this now ONLY because as you and I and everyone else whose been working for decades and lifetimes to Ascend to a higher dimension, state of being, body, consciousness, and world reality, Team Dark has done what they always do which is take what’s there naturally (organically via Source) and invert it, flip it, distort it for their own purposes. Said simply, as we Forerunners and other humans continue living the Ascension Process and evolving out of the old 3D physical world and reality, Team Dark is doing their best to descend into it and other similar physical Earth or Earth like worlds during this current phase of The Separation Of Worlds.

You can feel the truth of this in your gut and it’s very unpleasant and I’m sorry for that but this is what they’ve been working towards for a very, very long time; getting into physical human bodies in any way they can and/or stepping into physical human hybrids created decades ago for this very reason. Overshadowing isn’t enough for them anymore, nor is possession, or Portal People or any of the other tactics and methods they’ve used during the past Piscean Age or longer. No, they’re coming in, stepping in, moving in, taking up residence, evicting the human tenant from their own organic physical bodies in a number of different ways, many of which Lisa Renee has gone into great detail about over the years.

Recently a young woman wrote a Comment on another article and said, “…evil is on the way out…”. In fact the truth is that evil is on the way in while many of us evolve, ascend out of the lower levels and remaining inorganic TD created timelines. Breath, think about this, discern this information then apply it to every time you or anyone you know has come under some form of attack by TD and/or influence since 2012. Breath, relax, get Neutral but be honest because it makes all this easier to deal with.

A few months ago I Saw some massive something that’s manifested within the outer half of our Solar System. It looked to me at that time like a huge mass of something that didn’t feel negative at all, but was there for a very important reason. I also Saw that some nonphysical Beings and different highly evolved positive ETs had come into that area because they were curious about it and wanted to view it for themselves. What I Saw wasn’t exactly what Lisa Renee recently Saw out there too yet it’s the same thing, the same energetic tool or ‘architecture’ as she recently called it. Its presence has created quite a stir among different ETs and other nonphysical Beings and now that I know what it is, I understand why! This thing, this energetic architecture thing is what is and will assist all of humanity on Earth to their matching frequency location/world/reality to what each of them, us all, are vibrating at now. There has to be a redistribution of every human being incarnate into a matching frequency world and reality. This is another reason why so many people have been dying suddenly post December 21, 2012; they didn’t want to remain in their current physical body for whatever their reasons but will return to a matching frequency world and reality when their Higher Self and Soul believe it best to do so. Talk about musical chairs being played across the Milky Way galaxy and beyond! Talk about an exchange program! Who knew TD was planning on descending into physical bodies and physical reality simultaneously to many of us ascending out of it!

While ascending humans are dealing with all we have and continue to, Team Dark is busy with doing their best to get you, me, anyone they can to get side tracked and sucked down into a lower frequency road, path, queue etc. so we do not ascend but remain at lower levels so they can do more damage and enter our physical bodies so they can much more directly experience the severity and intensity that physical life and reality actually is. This is why certain Ascension Teachers have repeatedly preached about paying attention to what you’re thinking about, what you’re emotionally feeling, what your invested in mentally and emotionally.

No doubt I’ve forgotten some things I’d intended to include in this article, but this is what happens when I start getting fatigued after writing for a while. Much in this article you reader are beyond and I’m aware of that and so glad and proud of you for it. Some others however aren’t and need to know how powerful this time is now and why and that it could affect you today and for the rest of your life and beyond even so everyone needs to be focused on them and their evolutionary Ascension Process to make sure you/me/each of us queues up with the highest Ascension reality and timeline we’re capable of today and tomorrow and every moment. You will dip and slide and fall and climb your way back up again and again, I know this because I’ve been doing it since 2014. There’s still time left to get yourself where YOU want you to be and not where TD wants you to be. Focus and BE what you are now Forerunner, Embodier of Light LOVE Higher Self, Starseed, Indigo. In every Now Moment aim higher, embody more Light and fly through the Sun. ❤ ❤ ❤
