Every month of 2026 has for me, and I Know many of you reading this, been surprisingly severe and unrelenting, and on one hand, getting worse. Two corrections in that sentence — 1) None of us should be “surprised” by anything and 2) that things are getting worse because they’ve expired and are shift changing faster than anything we’ve experienced during the Evolutionary Ascension Process (EAP) to date.

I’m going to include some of my recent September 2026 multidimensional experiences to this INTEGRATING consciousness list. It is after all EAP Spiritual Maturation Time, which has in its #1 position the rapid increasing INTEGRATION of your Consciousness.

Past low frequency and consciousness Separation energy template and time has ended. I repeat, Separation time and consciousness (past lower Duality reality frequency) has ended. These past three years we’ve been making the EAP shift from extreme Separation consciousness and reality, into evolving INTEGRATING, INTEGRATED consciousness. What some call ‘unity consciousness’.

That means more and more of us have been, are and will continue to be rapidly perceiving, living and personally experiencing from our evolve-shifting-ascending INTEGRATING consciousness and physical, etheric and multidimensional consciousness. This is why we went through two+ earlier decades of EAP Body & Brain Rewiring processes, so we could safely make and survive the evolutionary shift from the lengthy and extreme Separation energy templates into much higher, faster and more complex INTEGRATED energy templates and lengthy new cycle.

Those of you who are longtime readers know I have extensive personal knowledge and conscious multidimensional memories, interactions and HighAwareness with what I call Team Dark. Team Dark (TD) has been my blanket term for all negative nonphysical, nonhuman aliens, devils, demons, lesser negative entities and human Portal People.

I don’t have this relationship with TD because I’m bored, unstable, religious or prone to ego-based exaggerations. I have it because I’m an EAP ‘Volunteer’ and have abilities to help end expired and/or TD hijacked worlds and aid the natives of those worlds (Earth in this case) to evolve beyond the frequency range of negative interdimensional oppressors and their consciousness and reality controls over the local species. That is why TD has been aware of me, because They know why I’m incarnate on physical Earth during the EAP. They know this about you too if you are an energetic threat to Them. TD doesn’t try to directly/indirectly kill you if you’re not a threat; they use you as a Portal Person to harm other people or worse and stop the Light and the EAP in any ways possible. If you are currently “waking up”, then you are becoming an energetic threat to TD as well, and because of this will most likely have personal experiences with Them too.

As I mentioned, all of 2026 has been increasingly difficult for multiple EAP reasons. The more sensitive and aware you are to more of reality, the more you feel and perceive the quickening compressed evolutionary changes happening in and to you, your physical and energy bodies, your consciousness, reality and physical Earth you live on. 2026 has been more difficult for me because the energetic environment continues evolve-changing so quickly now and my physical body sometimes has more difficulty with these issues than other times. It just is what it is, but this year has been rough for multiple reasons and there’s more to come during the remainder of 2026 and all of 2027.

The very atmosphere on Earth has changed dramatically in 2026 and it’s not comfortable if you’re an Earth Sensitive. At times this year it’s felt heavier, thicker and denser. Add to this the exploding emotional instabilities, anger, all color racism, financial insecurities and dozens of other things that affect us all, and the world hasn’t felt or been comfortable for most humans.

As an Earth Sensitive it’s not comfortable feeling in my physical body these increasing and quickening energies and changes the Earth is going through. INTEGRATING consciousness remember? Spiritual Maturation Time remember? Multidimensional consciousness becoming increasingly integrated into our NEW Human being etc. I cannot escape or not feel what’s happening to Earth energetically and physically through these multiple interconnected escalating EAP ‘Earth Changes’. I can however know more about them through my consciousness further INTEGRATING different aspects, issues and events that have always been perceived by all of us as totally Separate from each other or simply unknown.

Another aspect and layer of these EAP escalating evolutionary energies and ‘Earth Changes’ etc. is the increase in and intensity of specific etheric and physical interdimensional attacks by Team Dark. Just like the different energies from EAP astrological transits, the different ingredients causing worsening extreme earth weather, solar and space weather, surface and subsurface earthquakes and volcanic activity and so on, an increase in etheric and physical attacks by TD is merely another ingredient, another layer, another aspect to what all is currently happening and quickening on Earth to more people.

No more Separation consciousness. The EAP is automatically pushing everyone currently capable of making continual evolutionary Consciousness Changes in themselves now to exit low frequency Separation / Separated consciousness and evolve-shift-ascend into larger, more complex INTEGRATING / INTEGRATED individual consciousness.

We’re increasingly having to become consciously aware that what used to be Separated because THAT was the frequency range and lengthy cycle and universal energy template we’ve all existed and functioned in for eons, has evolve-shifted into INTEGRATING, INTEGRATED consciousness. Separation and Duality cycle has expired and we’ve entered the next higher rung on the great massive cycle where we’re now having to quickly become consciously aware of the interconnectedness of everything. Like everything in this EAP shift, we’re making monumental evolutionary changes very quickly and sometimes all that is more difficult, painful, confusing, dangerous, dark and unpleasant than other times. The EAP shift from Separation, Duality, density, negative darkness and being controlled and oppressed by TD into individual Integration, Triality, Light and high frequency HighHeart consciousness and being is one hell of an epic evolutionary leap and in a short period of time. Sometimes it helps to take a few steps back to better grasp what all you, your body/bodies, consciousness, heart and soul have been going through nonstop since the EAP started on the physical level. It’s a lot and sometimes we need to remember this fact, so our tomorrows are a little less daunting.

The entire month of September 2026—and more so all of Equinox week—was a buildup of TD attacks on some of those who are perceived by Them as threats. I’ve never felt any equinox or solstice ever be as blatant and obvious about this as the September 2026 equinox week and month was.

The TD attack I experienced a couple nights after the September 2026 equinox wasn’t the most severe I’ve experienced but it was unpleasant. Later on it became sad and pathetic to perceive TD still doing these things at this point in the EAP. As TD attacks often are if you know how to discern them, it was filled with insightful EAP indicators. In the past TD has typically intentionally hidden Themselves from human awareness, but not this time. This time this ancient Piscean AGE archetypal devil-looking creature wanted me to See it and remember it as the source of this sleep suffocation attack. I also Knew the human(s) physically near me that have this same TD devil creature attached to her/him/them.

In Lisa Renee’s above quoted blog post she said TD has named their latest attacks ‘Last Breath’. That was exactly what I experienced repeatedly from 3:00AM until sunrise at 6:15AM every time I started to fall asleep during those hours that night. Every time I fell asleep my ability to inhale, to breath in air was completely blocked which instantly woke me up to quickly catch my breath. This TD negative nonsense went on continually from 3AM until sunrise every time I fell asleep. I knew what was happening and I clairvoyantly Saw the huge, plodding horned TD devil creature causing this attack. I Saw it and later heard it make a couple strange vocal noises directly behind me. I also smelled different unfamiliar chemical-like scents this devil creature gave off. Certain negative TD ETs give off very specific unpleasant scents, and many devils and demons do as well. This particular TD devil creature gave off multiple scents of unfamiliar chemical-like smells but without any burning and/or smoke scents mixed in with the chemical smells, as I’ve experienced over twenty years earlier.

If you’ve read A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution (2010), then you may remember a heartbreaking story I shared in it about a kitten I’d adopted from the local animal shelter around 2003. While driving home from the shelter this kitten suddenly made a strange physical move I’ve never seen any cat or kitten make. Its head was suddenly tilted back and the kitten panicked and struggled against whatever it was experiencing in those brief moments. I watched confused and concerned as this was happening but in a few seconds the kitten seemed to be released and curled back up in my mom’s lap in the passenger seat next to me. Long, horrible heartbreaking story short, another demon that was attacking me and my mom at that time attacked this kitten in the car coming home from the shelter. It did something to the kitten’s throat so it couldn’t eat anything or even drink water. It was the same thing as this September 2026 equinox week attack of stopping my ability to breathe when asleep. If you’re not clairvoyant and/or very sensitive and capable of instantly recognizing TD energy, then you NEVER discover what the real reason or reasons are for some of the strange things you experience, some of which are deadly or try to be.

This September 2026 TD attack reminded me of some stupid, dumbass videos I saw many years ago on TV of young ‘dudes’ preventing their sleeping male friend from breathing. This September 2026 equinox week TD attack I experienced was on that level and very clearly indicated to me that it’s not our ‘Last Breath’ that’s happening, but Team Darks.

Pay attention, don’t be stupid, but learn more and expect pretty much anything from here on out. It may look, sound, smell and seem all super nasty yet it may be indicating something completely different than what it first seems, feels or appears. Team Dark’s main tool has been to invert Divine Source creations because They cannot create on their own. Apply this to the negative alien ETs and their alien-human hybrid activities etc. Some negative ETs are desperate to get into physicality for multiple reasons, while we’re evolving up and out of that low frequency range and world. INTEGRATING consciousness — pay attention and learn more and more still about everything on your own evolving NEW Humans.

Separation of Worlds

The Separation of Worlds has been happening from the moment the EAP started in the physical dimension. Evolve-ascending and not evolve-ascending have been happening simultaneously the entire time.

Everything I’m going to say next will be incredibly simplified so please keep that in heartmind as you read it. It would be best to FEEL the material to get a larger, higher sense of it.

Because I’ve been involved with astrology (in this life) since 1975, I’ve been more conscious of the higher and lower characteristics of Aquarius and Leo and Uranus and the Sun. All the signs and their ruling planets of course but we’re focusing specifically on Aquarius and Leo. I’ve written about this multiple times over the years, but it needs repeating in this particular article at this time. I’m focusing on Aquarius Uranus and Leo Sun because we’ve entered the astrological AGE of Aquarius (ruled by Uranus) and the opposite sign energies of Leo (ruled by the Sun).

Some low qualities, consciousness and development of Aquarius and Uranus are mental obsession, mental instability, mental illness, mental rigidity, fixations and obsessions, inability to mentally focus and remain focused on one thing, person or topic etc. Old patriarchal “genius” mental levels without any Leo Sun heart, compassion, empathy, sensitivity or feelings or ability to feel. Sounds much like a lot of the different negative alien ETs doesn’t it? All that advanced mental knowledge and high-tech but with no heart or ability or desire to empathize. All those advanced machines, negative etheric AI, clones, cloned slave workers, hybrids, super advanced high-tech and no ability to feel, empathize or organically create or procreate. All mind and AI and zero heart and empathy.

Some low qualities, consciousness and development of Leo and the Sun are ego, ego, ego and more ego. Lowly developed Leo typically has a burning need to be the center of attention constantly, yet that doesn’t guarantee those people have any real talent or gifts etc. that warrants any attention from other people. In their minds (Aquarius) they think and believe they’re highly talented, special people but the truth is they’re big egos needing attention energy/energies from other people the majority of the time.

Because TD cannot create on Their own, they take-take-take and take some more from humanity, Earth and sources to continue existing. Notice I did not say living but existing. Team Dark are nonphysical nonhumans and negative physical humans and They all take-take-take and take some more from humanity to continue Their existence. And nothing ever truly satiates Their eternal hunger because long ago They believed themselves to be greater than capital G “God”, so They intentionally Separated Themselves from IT and they’ve been “undernourished” ever since.

So low level and development Aquarius is mind/mental/thought which includes human made and negative ET made AI, Artificial Intelligence. Obsession over high-tech and things nonhuman and unfeeling. Low level and development Leo is ego/ego/ego with little to no actual talents or gifts to back up the ego demands from other people. Very energetically and emotionally parasitic, vampiric.

Compare these low qualities and characteristics of Aquarius and Leo with some high ones.

High Aquarius is HighAwareness, not heartless mental obsession. It’s HighAwareness of multiple dimensions, realities, abilities, beings, ETs and much more. It’s Triality-based, not lower frequency Duality-based. HighAwareness Knows without any linear thinking or thoughts required to reach a very thorough understanding of something. High Aquarius Uranus is HighAwareness Knowing which is nonlinear, nonspoken, nonthought instant high Knowing.

High Leo is HighHeart, not low ego-based emotional neediness that must feed off other people constantly to sustain itself. High Leo Sun is what some call ‘crystalline Christ/Kryst’, which is a level of evolved frequency, NOT a person or master or son of god. It’s a level of frequency and evolve-ascending humanity is in the EAP process of rising into that higher frequency and INTEGRATING higher consciousness and being.

High Aquarian Uranian HighAwareness combined with opposite sign energies of high Leo Sun HighHeart produces what I’ve been calling NEW Humans of NEW Earth.

These super simplified examples of the lower/higher characteristics of Aquarius Uranus and Leo Sun should make it quick and easy to instantly recognize who is evolve-ascending and who isn’t. Those people that in the AGE of Aquarius want AI to tell them what to think and do and believe instead of the past Piscean AGE Church and State controllers, are easy to spot. Those people that don’t want to think for themselves or discern truth from lies are easy to spot, and the more your consciousness INTEGRATES, the easier it will be to instantly Know on your own and not need to be told what to do or think or believe by anyone or anything else.

The Separation of Worlds is and has always been about different frequencies and the incarnate people of Earth currently capable of and desirous of evolving out of the old lower frequency and matching consciousness and reality that went with it, and those people that aren’t capable or desirous of evolving now during their current lives. The more EAP Light Energies of the evolved NEW templates you embody, the more you and your consciousness and all else INTEGRATES instead of continuing to remain separated, predatorial and parasitic. These two lower Duality extremes cannot co-exist so there’s a natural repelling away from each other that’s been happening throughout the EAP. In late 2026 this has become so obvious, so undeniable, so uncomfortable, frustrating and downright impossible to be in the same vicinity with any longer that it’s nearly impossible to continue existing side-by-side with humans and anything else that’s not currently evolving.

Have you noticed that it’s gotten much worse out in the world this year? So much so that most people you can’t say anything to out in public because certain people hate you so profoundly and want you gone as much as you want TD and all that went with Them gone. The tensions have gotten much worse this year between these different frequency groups of people and nonhumans, and this will continue until the EAP Separation of Worlds completes.

Discern, sense, feel, intuit, pay attention, and know when to ignore and be silent with those people that don’t and won’t understand what’s really happening and why and deeply hate you because you carry Light. Just like the intensifying earth and space weather, Earth changes and everything else including TD attacks, these pressures and difficulties of extreme ending old Duality are something evolving people are having to INTEGRATE in their personal consciousness, hearts and being. And sometimes doing so is a little more difficult than at other times. There’s ‘walking on eggshells’, and there’s what we’ve been experiencing which is living your daily and nightly lives on eggshells!

We’re still deep in what I’ve called ShiftWalking in past years, and we’ll continue in this stage and phase of the EAP for a few more years. Remember that the negativity is happening due to natural present evolution, not because you’re being picked on. You’re incarnate now during the EAP because you wanted to experience all of this, as in all of this! Others will incarnate later into what we’re now building. Not everyone is capable of demolishing expired worlds and realities while simultaneously laying the NEW energetic foundations for totally NEW, higher frequency ones. You’re doing far more than you may fully realize at the moment. Pace yourselves, rest as much as you and your body and nerves need at this point. Try to not take the hatred directed at you from certain human and nonhumans too personally. It seems like all hell is breaking loose now only because it is. It’s the why of it all that’s the point. Take extra good care of yourselves because it’s just going to be… searching for the best word for it… taxing for a while longer.

Becoming conscious that you are an aspect of Divine Source while emersed in a crazed, frantic cesspool of massive ancient negativity may not have been your personal high fantasy, but it’s the one you’ve got. It’s the one many of us have got. We’ll celebrate after the main Work is completed.
