I recently received an email question from Maria who has generously allowed me to quote her so this discussion can take place in an article. Thank you Maria. ❤ I know a lot of people have had this same question and confusion for many of these ascension years.

“Dear Denise,

Could we as a group just CLAIM ascension to 5D NOW. The destruction to the planet is so great. Living here is made so painful and difficult. Waiting for the masses to wake up is useless. Could we all just DO IT, just tell the Universe WE WANT IT NOW? Just let us do it. Waiting for it makes no sense. — Maria “

We don’t need to claim fifth dimensional ascension because we’ve been in it for a few years already, fully with the start of 2013. And I could not agree more that ‘waiting for the masses to wake up is useless’, so anyone still waiting for this, or anything or anyone else, stop squandering your precious Ascension Process days. Stop waiting and continue doing what only you can do within your personal Ascension and/or Embodiment Process. Forget about everything else and get yourself where you want to be right now. For most of us that is constantly living in and from your HighHeart while continuing to Embody more, higher and greater into your body and self. That is the formula that gets each of us to NEW Earth faster than anything else; more Source YOU Embodied. No intellectualizing it, just doing it continuously from your HighHeart.

First Everythingers, Forerunners, this has never been a passing of the baton relay race. It’s been about us going first to trail-blaze evolutionary migration routes, to energetically Path-pave the way to the higher NEW for those individuals ready to exit the old 3D frequencies and realities and evolve vibrationally behind us. We never stop doing what we do and wait for anyone. We continue doing our jobs which has been to become the NEW Earth ascended Collective, and we have, and Consciously Create a NEW matching frequency place to migrate to. All that and much more is done by us doing it all in our physical bodies. HOME is and will continue to manifest externally the more each of us internally Embodies more of our Higher Self/Selves/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self in our physical bodies. We are the living physical Alchemical containers that this entire Ascension Process is happening through in the physical. We don’t wait, we live it and Embody it.

There’s been a lot of incorrect, distorted and/or not fully understood information put forth on the Internet by well-meaning people—and many who weren’t—about the Ascension Process. Obviously this has made the whole business even more difficult for most people because it’s always been about who do you trust that’s writing, talking, teaching about the Ascension Process online? Whose been feeding you information that you want to hear? That you hope is true? That you believe is going to happen? Whose been selling you exactly what they know you want to hear? Whose been pitching continued dis-empowerment by telling you that you don’t have to do anything to ascend, to evolve? Whose been selling you that they can remove negative entities, attachments, energies etc. from your physical and etheric bodies for you? Whose been your go-to ascension guru and/or fixer? How much has it financially cost you? How much has it spiritually cost you?

A lot of people have taught, and many readers have believed and expected, that nearly all 8 billion humans alive on Earth now will, and with great joy, lightness and happiness, skip together hand-in-hand at the same time to the NEW ascended Earth. Not how it happens people, not this time because humanity is not nearly evolved enough to be able to all go together at the same time.

A lot of incorrect ascension information has been spread online about how everyone needs to wait for other humans to get with the Ascension Process program. This incorrect belief was another of many designed and intended to run out the ascension clock by those who don’t want humans to evolve now. Feed people endless lies about the Ascension in hopes that they miss it altogether because they were intentionally sidetracked, duped, derailed and had their consciousness intentionally re-directed AWAY from actually living the Ascension Process and to endlessly wait.

(1) The law of Free Will is still in effect in this cosmic neck of the woods so even though the Universal Ascension is taking place in our lifetimes, that does not mean and has never been a guarantee that all 8 billion humans alive on Earth now will experience the Ascension Process in their current lives and bodies. The possibility for that to happen has always existed, however, not every human incarnate now wants to evolve now or is capable of doing so at this time.

There’s still very many people who want to continue existing in the old patriarchal energies and no one, not even Divine Source is going to twist their arms and force them to take advantage of the present energies driving Universal evolution. The Ascension Process is done by choice, by a person wanting to evolve, wanting to become free, to know more, become empowered, be willing to take on more personal responsibilities and so on. Individuals who want more get more. Individuals who want what they’ve had will get even worse of it until they become tired of it and finally choose to evolve. Do those of you reading this honestly believe that you have the time to wait for anyone in that group? It could take many of them another Great Round of 225–250 million years before they’re ready.

(2) It takes individuals who’ve chosen to evolve being Alchemically energetically activated, altered, improved, expanded, upgraded and EVOLVED by the very energies present now to do exactly that. Each person has to live and embody the NEW higher energies, codes, DNA, rewiring processes, transformations and much more so they and their physical body can withstand such a profound evolutionary energetic leap from one dimension and matching frequency (old 3D), all the way through the old 4D Astral and reach the NEW 5D and matching energies of individual integration, re-unification of what had been separated in you and your physical body and self. Divine Source provides everything every being needs to naturally and organically evolve. But, if you trust a human more than Source generated evolution, and want to pay those humans to supposedly do your Ascension Work for you, then I’ve got some swamp land for sale for you!

Why Does It Still Hurt So Much?

Another common misunderstanding many have had is about why they don’t magically stop hurting physically because they continue Embodying more and more of their Higher Self/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self. We all have had the unspoken belief or expectation that the more of our Higher Self/Soul/Source we Embodied the less pain—and exhaustion—we’d experience.

Sorry but it physically hurts getting more and more incremental amounts of your Higher Self/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self Embodied into your physical body! We’ll reach a point where it won’t hurt at all, but until then, it physically hurts getting more vastly higher, faster frequency aspects Embodied into this incarnate you that Volunteered to do exactly this in a physical body. And the Embodiment Process is incredibly exhausting because our physical bodies are constantly expanding, upgrading, evolving, having more NEW DNA activating and running the NEW codes and energetically and physically becoming something totally NEW and profoundly different. So don’t believe that you’re doing something “wrong” again because it’s 2019 and you’re even more exhausted and in physical pain than you were five, ten or twenty years ago.

As if that weren’t enough, add to it the fact that you, me, we have been—many of us from 1999—changing worlds, timelines EVERY time we’ve left our physical homes and apartments to go into the old lower frequency world to do anything. Every time you’ve left your higher vibrating physical house to go grocery shopping, get the oil changed in your vehicle, get your hair cut, go visit a family member in the hospital, go to the mortuary etc., you have left your higher frequency world and reality and re-entered a much lower frequency world reality and had to deal with, interact with and try to communicate with the people that, to this day, still exist there.

I’ve been doing this repeated changing reality musical chairs maneuver since 1999, and it’s been astonishingly painful physically. Re-entering a lower, heavier density once you’ve transmuted much in yourself and your physical body causes great pain and often feels like you’re being crushed by the old density. The most pain-inducing place I’ve felt was always when I entered my bank. Yeah, old lowly money consciousness and control was the worst. The moment I’d enter the bank my body felt like it was being crushed by that old negativity and density and I’d do my best to not pass-out from it. Today it’s not painful physically to go into the bank. What is painful now is trying to communicate with many, not all but many, of the unaware people that happily exist in the lower frequency Earth world today. They don’t understand me and I don’t understand them and we both think the other one is “crazy” and it’s all just miserable trying to pretend I belong there with them. I really want this to go away quickly too because I honestly cannot understand or relate to most of the people in the lower frequency Earth world at this point of my Embodiment Process.

Your ability to do this, forget about everything else!, is profoundly exhausting and taxing on your physical body, your CNS, your psyche, your whole physical body because you are literally and intentionally changing worlds and then intentionally going back up to where you exist once you’ve gotten the groceries or whatever it was that sent you out and down in the first place. You need to be fully conscious of the FACT that you have, I have, we have been living our Ascension and Embodiment Processes while we’ve repeatedly “jumped timelines”, went from a higher vibrating world into a lower vibration world or worlds. Repeatedly! While Embodying, while everything else, and changing worlds, realities, timelines and frequencies also causes your physical body to hurt like all hell and become even more exhausted. Have you noticed you need a couple of hours or days to recover after you went down vibrationally into a lower frequency Earth world? Your physical pains are caused by both the higher NEW and the lower old. Your “wing span” is very great which is another reason for the pains and pressures you feel in your body. ❤

Those NEW “super powers” are there, underneath the latest Embodiment pains, pressures and incomprehensible expansions. You just don’t always recognize them immediately because of the pains, traumas, ongoing adjustments and your constant expanding perspective. But, you have to have noticed that some of your NEW “super powers”—higher abilities—have been increasing all along and that it’s gotten so easy and fast to Consciously Create now.

Have You Noticed…?

Have you had a dream(s) since June 2019, where someone is trying to get you to do some more cleaning up of the old lower Earth world’s human filth? A common classic dream of this is having to go into a public bathroom and clean up everyone else’s filth left in there.

Have you noticed anyone trying to steer you into something or some place either in a dream or awake that’s of the old lower world recently? I mention this because of the recent increase in the old negativity doing its best to suck anyone back down into it before the Separation Shift completes. ‘Hey little girl, little boy, want some candy?’ the dark stranger offers. ‘Yeah no, I’m good, we’re good’. It’s been kinda like that lately with certain situations and people. Just be conscious of what’s going on and keep doing what you always have anyway First Everythingers. It’s not a threat really anymore at this point, just another sidetrack hustle attempt by desperate Team Dark Portal People. See the monsters but don’t stop to help them. That time is long past.

Have you noticed recently, I know you have, that your perspective on everything and everyone has and continues to change rather dramatically? It makes about everything seem very surreal and strange, otherworldly and fluid. If you’ve been experiencing this, it’s caused by your, my, our ongoing Embodiment Process and how that continues to change our perspective on, well, everything.

As you Embody more and greater of your Higher Self/Soul/Source-as-NEW-Self into your physical incarnate self aspect, naturally your perspective on everything and everyone is changing and will continue to change. You and YOU are merging in your physical body and that is and will continue to cause your view of everything to change and feel profoundly surreal, fluid and transient.

I’ve been doing my best to be consciously aware of this and any other changes caused by my ongoing Embodiment Process for the past couple of years. I’ve found that what used to be important to me isn’t any longer and other things have become deeply important. It makes sense that as we Embody more of our larger, greater Self/Soul/Source etc. into our bodies and selves that that increasing union or re-union is and will greatly change us in ways we couldn’t comprehend before this process started. Keeping this awareness in your HighHeart helps when “reality” gets very surreal again.

We’re in a state of profound transition in more ways than one so just roll with the seeming strangeness and Shifts and don’t hang your hat on anything yet because there’s much more of this to come from here on out. We are in the last phase of the Embodiment Process now in 2019 and 2020, which is why you need to expect the unexpected, remain fluid and flexible in your mind, heart and body and don’t expect you’ve reached HOME until you know you are HOME Embodied right in your physical body. We’re closer to this now than ever before but this last phase should, I suspect, get really interesting in about every way you and I can comprehend today!

Keep in heartmind the fact that the Tuesday July 16th Lunar eclipse happening at 24° Capricorn is conjunct the Saturn (17°) Pluto (22°) Capricorn conjunction that’s been in effect all year. This is yet another reason why you may be feeling additionally achy, sick, dizzy, nauseous and generally icky lately. I know, just way too much ascension times fun. 😉

How To Jump Timelines

To talk about jumping or switching timelines we first need to talk about different frequencies and different layers of frequencies. Think of energy vibrating at different frequencies, different rates of vibration and speed. View the image above and the different colors of each frequency band of energy in it.

Now think of how lower, dense, negative thoughts and emotions like fear, hatred, violence, warring, greed, corruption, negative ego, lying, manipulating people, deception, self-deception and hundreds of other low vibe, low-frequency thoughts, emotions and actions exist within the lowest, most dense of these different bands of frequency, such as the old Earth and world reality we all incarnated into. When we have any lower frequency thoughts, emotions or actions we automatically become energetically, vibrationally aligned with that same low-frequency world and matching external reality. When we have higher frequency thoughts, emotions and actions we’re automatically energetically, vibrationally aligned with matching higher frequency Earth world(s) and realities. When Forerunners Pathpave we’re aiming for, aligning with and anchoring ourselves within the highest frequency Ascension Earth world(s) and doing this causes all lower frequency worlds and people in them that are an energetic and consciousness match with them to increasingly exit from our reality. They don’t disappear from our higher view and perception, we’re just no longer energetically, vibrationally bound to them through being a frequency match with them.

If I want to jump timelines and go to a lower frequency one than I’m in now, then I would intentionally focus on lower, dense issues, beliefs, emotions, thoughts and/or actions, mine or other people’s. By doing this it’s very easy and almost instantaneous now in 2017, to drop out of a higher frequency and matching location down into a lower one or ones. You “fall” in other words, either intentionally or unintentionally and for whatever the reason(s) may be in that moment for you.

If I want to jump timelines and go back up to a higher or highest ascending timeline(s) then I intentionally get back into my HighHeart and expand myself, my current identity and sense of Self etc. back to that higher frequency which automatically allows me entrance back into a matching frequency Earth world. If I want to go even higher than this then it’s up to ME to open myself and my HighHeart even further and Embody more Light Energies — my Higher Self/crystalline Christ frequency/Divine Solar etc. which automatically shifts, lifts, ascends me up to higher and higher frequencies and states of being, consciousness and reality. This has always been about different levels and layers of frequency and our moving into and then beyond each one, going higher and higher every time when we’re ready and able to do so. Energy Stair-steps to higher and more vast levels of being and awareness.

Understand that different ascending Earth worlds and their timelines—and the descending Earth world—each exist within specific different frequency ranges, providing locations and spaces for everyone, like energetic Stair-steps to exist within whatever Earth world and reality that is an energetic frequency rate match to them in every moment. When we jump from one emotion to another, or one thought to another especially if they’re very different emotions and/or thoughts like say jumping from joy, security, empowerment etc. to suddenly being in fear, doubt, insecurity, dis-empowerment etc., then YOU are the one whose caused your own shift and timeline jump from one level of frequency with its matching Earth world and reality to another that matches whatever emotions, thoughts and/or actions YOU are doing or having or entertaining.

Yeah… much greater responsibility than ever before on old negative Earth world we all incarnated on to! Those old energy reality border fences don’t exist any longer so it’s now up to each of us to be HighHeart mindful of what WE are focused on. This is one more of many higher 5D abilities and responsibilities; being responsible for whatever rolls through your heart, mind, heartmind, body or reality. Do you know where your thoughts are? Where your emotions are? You’d better because now you’ll instantly find yourself somewhere else that’s a frequency match vibrationally to whatever it was that YOU were thinking, feeling, considering, believing, focused on or doing.

What YOU/ME/WE are focused on and being, emanating, radiating frequency-wise from moment to moment now will and does immediately tweak, shift, jump us from one frequency rate into another one or ones meaning we’re jumping timelines and different ascending Earth worlds and realities repeatedly with our own thoughts, emotions, beliefs, expectations and actions. You want to be in the highest ascending Earth world and timeline? Then it’s up to each of us to constantly be willing to release more of the old lower within ourselves, our bodies, thoughts and emotions, our beliefs, expectations and actions so WE can expand and Embody more higher frequency Light, meaning our Higher Self/Selves, greater crystalline Christ frequency energies, Divine Solar Self, and now Self-as-Source etc. Jumping timelines and Earth worlds now is as easy and fast as either lowering or elevating your thoughts, emotions and focus because doing so instantly changes the frequency range you’re both in and containing within your body, heart or HighHeart and consciousness. It’s YOU that changes the invisible energetic frequency dial that automatically aligns you with a matching frequency Earth world and timeline. Be aware of what you are dialing up or dialing down via your own focus, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, expectations and so on. This is going to expand through the cosmic roof via the August 2017 energies so be aware and in your HighHeart space and frequency because everything is changing now in huge NEW higher ways from anything any of us have experienced so far within this Ascension and Embodiment Process. ❤ ❤ ❤

Stresses from Repeated Timeline Jumping

Let’s further discuss what some other Ascension writers are currently talking about concerning Team Dark ratcheting up and adjusting their parasitic tactics in 2015 because we’re in the completion years of the Ascension Process/Galactic Alignment. Because of this we’ll all reach the eventual Expiration Date—Team Dark included—of being able to access, switch or “jump” into and out of different timelines. More about these many still available timelines and how many of us have been repeatedly jumping different ones in just a moment.

I’ve written about this before in articles like We Knew Team Dark would make a Strong Last Stand https://highheartlife.wordpress.com/2015/06/01/we-knew-team-dark-would-make-a-strong-last-stand/ but it sounds like it’s time to share some more about this based on my lifelong experiences with Team Dark. I mention this only because I feel I have a somewhat unique perspective about this issue with Team Dark (TD) and this particular time after the primary 12-21-12 Expiration Date. I’ve intentionally waited to talk about this in any real detail until I’d experienced enough time (these recent years) without TD at my throat constantly. As you know by now, I write about things I’ve personally experienced so you know my material is based on actual physical and multi-dimensional events I’ve lived through multiple times. After spending 60+ physical years on Earth under total TD rule in this lifetime, I’ve worked, waited and watched very carefully for signs that I, as Denise I mean, was actually “ascending” beyond the frequency range and influences of Team Dark. That time has arrived for not only me but growing numbers of Forerunners, plus this will continue for more and more people around the planet.

There are times when some of my readers email me links to other Ascension writers or channeled material and I don’t respond only because I utterly cannot relate to any of it. Let me explain myself.

I cannot relate to it because I am not and will not ever be in that reality or timeline(s) where that/those things happen that some of these Ascension writers and/or channelers are talking about or predicting. That’s why I cannot relate to that particular material. Understand however that I’m not saying I don’t believe in that material and what it’s talking about because I most certainly do based on my own visions over my lifetime, plus what I’m aware of today. However, I’m saying that I will not now or ever exist within a timeline(s) where that, where those horrific TD creations will take place. I’ve already lived multiple physical Earth lifetimes under the cruelty and darkness of Team Dark, and after all I’ve gone through to help uproot and unseat them, I won’t ever exist anywhere where they and that lower level of frequency and consciousness is the so-called norm. Neither will the majority of you reading this so let’s talk about why in case you’re not certain about this issue.

Once I consciously understood the energetic mechanics of being emotionally reactive to the tactics, attacks and attempted ‘Smash & Grab’ maneuvers of TD either directly from themselves or indirectly through living manipulated and/or controlled humans (Portal People as I’ve called them), I finally was able to evolve (rise or “ascend”) above this frequency range of consciousness and reality/life/being etc. This of course took me many years of really intense personal work, misery and sheer frustration, but once I’d integrated enough Duality within myself causing me to move into more 5D frequency range and Unity or High Heart consciousness and reality/life/being, it suddenly was easy and natural to NOT be emotionally manipulated or emotionally reactive to negativity coming from others that was directed at me and just generally within “life”. In other words, I finally reached the frequency range where one naturally and automatically becomes emotionally Neutral to what’s going on with or through others around them. I became what Lisa Renee calls ‘the Neutral Observer’. I won’t water this down and say it was easy for me because it certainly was not, at least certain aspects of it were not, others were but it all took some serious personal Inner Work on my part to extricate (evolve, ascend) myself from that lower level of frequency and therefore consciousness, reality, life, world and being.

Let me add how blissfully wonderful it is to NOT be emotionally reactive in those old lower ways to anyone or anything. It is true freedom, it is peace, it is sanity and every human deserves it and the sooner the better. I suspect this level of frequency, being and consciousness has something to do with what’s been called, ‘Walking on water’. 😉

Once one is free from the lower frequency range where TD exits, feeds and creates from, one exists beyond that range (from 5D and beyond) and is a Neutral Observer because they’re integrated and resolved Duality and become Unified within. At this level of being it’s easier to See and Know the many whys of those other places, worlds, realities, creations and timelines and ‘it’s all good’, even the so-called negative stuff because you know and understand from higher levels of awareness.

Since the start of 2013, I’ve been experiencing less and less direct contact and attacks from nonhuman, nonphysical TD beings. I clearly remember the last physical attack I experienced by nonphysical, nonhuman TD beings however (I believe it was early 2011). I’d been asleep in the middle of the night dreaming when suddenly my dream turned very dark and because I’ve experienced this hundreds of times throughout my life, I knew TD had connected and was intentionally directing my dream, suddenly turning it into a horrific, violent bloody nightmare. That’s when I exit the dream, the out-of-body state (Astral) and quickly free-fall back into my physical body. This time however upon re-entry into the physical dimension and my physical body, Team Dark was right there in my physical bedroom, hovering a foot below my ceiling watching me, attacking me from the Astral and now the physical dimension too.

The attack in the physical lasted about an hour and a half from when I’d intentionally exited the TD created nightmare and I did great battle lying there in bed in the middle of the night while multiple TD creatures did their best to destroy me. I’m not being melodramatic, TD tries to murder some of us Forerunners because of the positive changes (Light, Energies etc.) we’re able to embody and anchor in this dimension. We’ve been in TD’s etheric cross-hairs since birth. Light is easily seen and felt in great expanses of Darkness such as what Earth has been for so long. TD works quickly and forcefully to snuff out any Light that intrudes into what they consider their territory.

What was different about this last physical attack however was TD could only manifest in my bedroom a foot below the ceiling; they could not, for the first time ever, descend any lower into the physical dimension to directly hit, attack me. There was, for the first time in my 60+ years, a cutoff point where TD could not go any further to directly reach me. I fought them mentally and emotionally that night years ago, exhausted but amazed at this profound change and glaring fact that things were indeed improving dramatically. That was the first event that informed me beyond any doubt that things had changed, had greatly improved all the way down to the physical dimension with how they’d always been for me and nonphysical Team Dark. They were literally running out of the ability to reach me directly in the physical. But, because these are some determined, tenacious creatures, I knew they wouldn’t just lay down and die because I wanted them to or because of the second coming Expiration Date to the Ascension Process/Galactic Alignment. No, TD would fight to stay in control and connected to their primary food and fuel sources—physical humanity—which meant they would continue tweaking whatever they needed to in order to not lose what they’ve had for so long. This brings us up to today where the tweaking is manifesting like crazy at certain levels in certain timelines.

I bought these two images a few years ago because they were the closest I could find to visually symbolizing how a Primary timeline/reality/world leads into multiple timelines/realities/worlds. They are good visual aids in helping better understand multiple timelines/realities/worlds and how we’re currently within those multiple timelines/realities/worlds, deciding which NEW one each of us wants to actually call home. The points where multiple lines in the images above representing different timelines touch each other, is I believe what the Hathors/Tom Kenyon refer to as ‘Nodes’. This brings me to another topic I’ve waited to talk about until I understood it better based on my having actually lived it multiple times. That topic is changing, switching or “jumping” different timelines and how we each are doing it, repeatedly, and for the most part aren’t even consciously aware that we’ve changed timelines/realities/worlds! Nonetheless our bodies and central nervous systems most certainly are and for many of us they’re having a painful, stressful time with our repeated timeline jumping. Even with all the Rewiring already done to our bodies and central nervous system and brains, the repeated 2014 and 2015 timeline jumping is affecting many of us in some rather strange and physically painful ways. More about this lovely Ascension related side effect in a moment. 😐

Last month or so I mentioned that I’d bought a “new” (old) house and how every few days I went over to it something in the house and/or in the backyard would be slightly different. I mentioned how one day I’d gone over there and the single tree in the backyard was overgrown and needed trimming badly just so you could walk around in the yard. Three days later I went back and that same single tree was completely dead! Four days after that I went back to my “new” house and the backyard was much deeper than it had been the last time I was there. There were also days when some things in the house didn’t work, but the next time I was there they’d work fine. Rooms would get larger, deeper or narrower and so on until I wasn’t sure what the heck was going on! Then one day I finally realized that I was changing timelines and in going to my “new” (old) house I was however going to a slightly different timeline most days, hence why the tree was dead in one but very much alive and overgrown in another and so on.

I think we’re all somewhat guilty of thinking, believing or expecting that changing or jumping timelines will produce super dramatic and shocking changes, like say, suddenly finding oneself in another country or another planet which I know is happening to some people, but, in this particular case with my “new” house, the changes have been fairly small and unremarkable. Big backyard, smaller backyard; big live tree, smaller dead tree; big living room, smaller living room; something working, something not working and so on. In other words, pay attention to the small stuff because it’s revealing that we’re not always were we believe we are! Oh we knew it would get more interesting and it certainly is isn’t it?

What this has taught me is how responsible I really am for where I end up, from moment to moment now because so many different timelines are easily accessible to us now. It’s not enough during this time of available multiple timelines during the completion years of the Ascension Process/Galactic Alignment to just intend and envision yourself where you want to be; you’ve got to get much more specific and Creative it appears and how great is that actually? Like do you want the tree in your backyard to be alive or not? Dream bigger, aim higher in other words and be specific too evidently.

Between repeated timeline changing more and more of us have been doing and will continue doing for a few more years before the options close down, plus more NEW higher frequency Energies arriving this summer quarter, it’s no wonder our bodies and central nervous systems are overloaded. I’ve finally understood that the intense deep itching I’ve had since May 2015 is related to both these things — my repeated timeline jumping, plus embodying more of the NEW higher frequency Energies this year. The two things are interconnected and they’re causing some of us to have physical body reactions to them both.

My body itches along certain physical nerve pathways from so much higher NEW Energy and repeatedly changing timelines, often multiple times a day. I’ve also discovered that, in my case at least, certain areas where I’ve had old physical body injuries or problems are now having a bit of a harder time dealing with the latest NEW Energies and stress from constant timeline shifting. As usual, your mileage will vary with these latest symptoms so pay attention from your High Heart to correctly discern what’s causing what with your body, nervous system and mind.

The other thing I’ve experienced due to repeated timeline jumping in 2014 and 2015 is what I call “Monkey Mind” gets seriously over stimulated and then requires some work on my part to quiet it all down again and return to my High Heart. The constant timeline jumping makes me hyper, physically achy, sore and mentally exhausted at this point and I have to focus on my High Heart Center instead of the old lower left brained ways to subdue this side effect once I land again. As with all Ascension related things and symptoms, I and my body will adapt to the latest NEW and the repeated adventures in timeline jumping and so will yours. ❤ But when you can, rest and recuperate because all of this is a tremendous strain on our bodies and nervous systems. I had no idea how much so until this year when my physical body suddenly erupted with little skin volcanoes along different nerve pathways.

One more thing about TD’s latest Aquarian Age tactics on humanity. (Aquarius is an AIR sign meaning mental, meaning consciousness, meaning thoughts, thinking etc.) They’re using the new energies of the new Age just as everyone else is, which means we’ve all got to learn to discern the thoughts we have. As a psychic I’ve had a lifetime of learning to discern what thoughts, emotions, projections, intentions, fears, hates, mind’s eye visions and so on are actually mine and which are not. I’m familiar with how Denise thinks and feels emotionally so when a foreign or negative alien thought or emotion happens in my head I know it’s foreign and/or alien and not me, not from me, not my creation but someone’s or something else’s. This is an invaluable higher awareness tool and why I’ve preached individual discernment for years.

As TD tries to quickly stockpile as many energy producing humans as they can before the second and last Expiration Date of being able to access multiple timelines, everyone needs to pay honest attention to what’s rolling around in your head. Just because you’re having a thought does NOT mean it’s always your thought! 😮 I know, I know, but you can learn to discern and when you sense an alien rogue thought rumbling around in your head, never forget that you can simply turn away from it, ignore it, move on to something that you do want to think about or focus on mentally and/or emotionally. Just because some piece of negative Team Dark advertising got intentionally shoved into your head does NOT mean you’ve got to do anything about it other than recognize it, ignore it, roll your eyes at it and go back into what you want to focus on.

You know those obnoxious, invasive, noisy consciousness grabbing, motion-activated advertising machines in stores? You know how when you walk near them they activate and start sales pitching at you? What do you do with them but walk right on past them thinking how damned invasive and annoying they are. You do exactly the same when TD uses this tactic on you. It’s invasive and dark so don’t let them grab or steal your consciousness, your focus, your energy because TD does this to literally pull people into their timeline to have those humans fuel it and feed them in it. If that’s a world/timeline/reality you want to experience, fine, but if not then know where your consciousness and focus is and/or when it drifts and/or is manipulated, tricked or outright grabbed and redirected and get it back to where YOU want it to be. Global energetic sales pitching theft such as this latest Jade Healm business is just that, a Team Dark sales pitch and tactic to draw you into that timeline where it and other horrors does happen.

Look at the images above again and imagine one of those many lines is representative of a timeline where Team Dark still rules and runs that particular world and reality and is where Jade Healm and any other such stuff actually happens. Now look at those many lines in the images above and know that you have consciously, intentionally, deliberately chosen ANOTHER line/timeline where Team Dark doesn’t exist and never will and neither will any of their dark activities. Make a conscious choice in other words, and then know that you are not where any of that sort of stuff is or will happen. Do you want a live tree or a dead tree in your backyard? 😉 Seriously, it’s come down to this for all of us this year and a few years beyond. I’d rather be in my happy NEW place right now and let the TD dark war and consciousness games play out in their timeline that I have nothing to do with. How about you?

The other aspect of this that I’ve learned from having lived it for the past few years is that, once you reach a certain higher frequency, Team Dark can no longer reach you, touch you, attack you, affect you or influence you. You are free of them and their influences and become that ‘Neutral Observer’ to the lowly horrors done by TD and other dark humans.

This isn’t magic or karmic or the grace of god or any other such thing; it’s a natural end result of having done the Inner Work, traversed Duality, integrated it, energetically and emotionally neutralized it and finally evolved or “ascended” beyond it up into a 5D level of frequency which contains HighHeart Consciousness and being. Please don’t forget this and keep it as your motivational tool whenever needed. Team Dark can only attack you, parasite off of you, use you and control you when you are within frequency range of that lower level of consciousness, reality and matching dark timelines TD has been building up and stockpiling for many decades. Which timeline/world/reality do you want to exist in from here on out? If you don’t make the decision and do the required Inner Work, Team Dark will be ever so happy to grab you, your consciousness and energy to use as human food and fuel for themselves and their remaining timeline. This is the Separation of Worlds & Timelines, which one do you want to be in? Then be conscious of your consciousness and know you are plenty powerful enough to NOT get sucked into any negativity in a TD timeline even when they’re doing heavy recruiting and/or outright kidnapping such as what’s going on again.

Know that you have been and continue to jump different timelines most every day while wide awake, sort of like window shopping different worlds/realities/timelines to get a feel for which one you might want to settle into when the Time Of Choice comes to an end in a couple more years. Think of this as our time of learning about multiple timelines and probabilities and how we had the great gift to experiment, taste test and window shop to better consciously understand how all this business works now. It is a rare gift even though it causes varying degrees of stressful and physically painful side effects on most of us. Eventually this timeline jumping won’t hurt or exhaust us and we’ll have clear conscious knowledge about what it feels and looks like switching timelines in a physical body, which is rare and highly valuable personal information—aka Light.

Know too that you most likely will experience more ‘Smash & Grab’ attempts by TD to kidnap you into their negative timeline for the reasons already mentioned, that is if you haven’t as yet gotten enough lift up and out of that lower frequency range. If you have, then not much of this applies to you as you already know. 🙂
