Learning To Function with Growing Multidimensional Consciousness

One of the main NEW Human abilities the evolutionary pioneers are having to learn now is relying on yourself, not another person, group, system, government, religion, channel, guru, ascension teacher, patriarchal leader etc. And I don’t mean in the old lower 3D Duality template survival consciousness and reality because that no longer exists, but in the Triality template of individual HighHeartLife sovereignty.

Do you know who your ‘Soul Mate’ is? IT’S YOUR SOUL.

In lower past separation and Duality frequency and consciousness, people believed their “Soul Mate” was an external other human. But in integrated Triality frequency levels, people are discovering that their Soul is their internal “Soul Mate”, and that they now must embody much more of IT within their current physical body, self and consciousness to vibrationally rise to the frequency range of NEW Human.

In the old lower 3D Duality reality and consciousness template we no longer exist in, because every individual was greatly separated within themselves, they physically banded together for strength, protection, love, food, support, power, safety and so on. When the name of the game was how far can we individually separate from Source, nature, and other aspects of ourselves? this was normal. It’s not anymore because we’ve evolved to high Triality frequency, consciousness and being where we’re currently in the ongoing Process of reconnecting more and more of what had been intentionally separated in ourselves to experience separation and Duality.

Descending involution required separating from large aspects of ourselves. Ascending evolution requires each of us to embody those large aspects and Soul within the physically incarnate you reading this. This you’ve been incrementally doing during the Ascension Process and will continue doing so. This is the meaning of Unity and Unity Consciousness in the Ascension Process and existence in higher Triality frequency.

What a reality shattering Turnaround and Return Trip back towards HOME, and all while remaining physically incarnate in your current body and life! Give credit where credit is due fellow First Everythinger trailblazers. Never buy into the constant negative media barrage doing all it can to convince you that none of this is actually happening and that patriarchal evil will reign eternal. Never doubt the natural, evolutionary Ascension Process just because it gets difficult, painful, exhausting and confusing at times. The Merriam-Webster Dictionary site says, “Our 2022 Word of the Year is ‘Gaslighting’.“ I suspect it’ll be a strong contender for 2023 as well.

I was quiet and gone throughout November 2022, because I was living more compressed yearend embodying, and this year, November was pretty surreal. I’ve gotten lost in linear time numerous times before but never to the degree and length I experienced throughout November. I honestly didn’t know if it was September, October, or November 2022 much of the “time”. I’d have it correct and locked in for a couple hours, then lose it repeatedly. From my perspective throughout the month of November 2022, I lived September and October while in November living it too, but I don’t mean linearly. It was an extended period of Spherical Consciousness where I was not locked into any of those three months specifically, but free flowing—or one could say wandering, meandering, deviating—nonlinearly within them all.

Said another way, with the old, limited consciousness, energies and very narrow frequency range we were born into now gone, it was a period for me, and many of you reading this, to get significantly more familiar with not always being dialed into, locked into, trapped in, or contained within only one time, space, consciousness and reality but multiple ones simultaneously. Spherical Consciousness. Expect a lot more of these types of abrupt, unfixed type of consciousness and reality experiences because it’s part of being an ascending, multidimensionally aware NEW Human with vastly less frequency restraints and reality borders to contend with, feel safe within, or define yourself and your life by.

When your consciousness needs to step out of the old patriarchal gaslighting bullshit box and stretch its rapidly growing spiritual legs, let it. It’s going to happen anyway so you might as well enjoy these unexpected periods where time and space and linear old reality aren’t! Be patient and trust what you’re going through, even when it’s nebulous, nonlinear, mysterious and much larger than what you’re used to. Give yourself the time, privacy and space to embody more and discover how that has changed you and your reality every time it happens if needed. I’ve said it before and repeat it again here; the Veils aren’t thin, they’re freaking gone! Learn how to “navigate” by not navigating in the old ways you and I are used to. There’s much more of these types of experiences to come for us all so be prepared for “reality” to suddenly not play by the old rules for the simple reason that we no longer exist down there.

In November I had some things I needed to mentally focus on and figure out like 2022 IRS tax changes I’d heard nothing about until PayPal emailed me and everyone with a PayPal account about them in October, and my health insurance, all things I’ve always abhorred because they’re of the patriarchal world. But because linear plotting and planning consciousness barely works anymore, I simply could not mentally focus to figure out any of these things in November. What was very clear however was that a few more NEW codes had been added to the NEW Human, NEW Earth Triality template mix in November. They were represented visually to me as a single large light gold colored round cut diamond, another as a deeper gold colored emerald cut diamond, and another as five tiny sapphire blue round cut diamonds in a tight row. Think geometric shapes, facets, cut patterns, and colors, not actual “diamonds” although the Triality-based codes all have Diamond energetics.

Remember back in the early years of the Ascension Process when suddenly many of us could see with our eyes closed? You’d be in bed in the dark with your eyes closed but could still clearly see your dimly illuminated bedroom in detail. Another NEW similar ability has been increasing in more of us this year and it is the ability to dream while awake and focused on something else.

Our inner frequency has elevated and changed so greatly that sometimes you’ll be consciously aware you’re awake and doing, thinking, focusing pointedly on whatever but simultaneously are also dreaming, asleep dreaming I mean not “daydreaming”. Think of a juggler juggling multiple balls at the same time, and occasionally someone throws in an additional ball, adding more for the juggler to juggle and not drop any of them. We’re doing the same sorts of things because of the Ascension Process, ongoing embodiment, expanding self, higher abilities, HighHeart and High Awareness Triality-based consciousness and more. Think less old separation and greater integration within your body, consciousness, self/Selves/Soul and experienced reality/realities. This too is a process and doesn’t all happen in one magical moment. It could of course but we’re not that fabulous yet in these physical bodies and incarnate consciousness. It’s easy to exit a body, it’s much harder to remain in one and actually do the long haul physically to the next higher evolutionary octave. Be aware of when you’re perceiving more than what you’re used to while awake.

Additionally, most of November 2022 was a collection of earthquakes and volcanos erupting. Also increased mass shootings in this country. If you’re a Sensitive and/or Earth Sensitive—which most ascending NEW Humans are or are quickly becoming—then the energetic and physical 2D underground and surface level Earth changes you’ve felt in your physical body in different ways. Remember the latest NEW code additions I mentioned earlier? The light gold round Diamond, the darker gold emerald cut Diamond, and the five tiny sapphire blue Diamonds in a tight row. The November 2022 addition of these latest NEW codes played a part in causing the numerous earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, the variety of body pains many have felt, the linear time dismantling experiences many of us went through last month, and the growing mental and emotional instabilities and illness in many people that cannot cope with these very high frequencies, Light energies, NEW codes and Triality frequency. Sensitives feel the NEW codes and every code addition when it/they arrive very strongly in our physical bodies, as does ascending Earth. Less separation and much more individual integration and unity with everything.

A reader emailed me a few days ago and shared a special but emotionally painful experience she’s been going through. Thanks S.H. ❤ She’s had a wild buck who’s come on her property for years. She’s enjoyed his visits and could recognize him because of the uniqueness of his antlers. In short, she loves and LOVES him greatly. Because of her love and LOVE for him—which he could easily feel—when it was time for him to die, he chose to do so on her property and where she could see him instead of in the forest alone. Why do you think this wild buck did this?

Because she has always loved and LOVED him with her whole HighHeart.

Her love LOVE was easily felt by this wild animal, and he knew he’d be safe going through his death process on her property with her witnessing it. The NEW Humans of NEW Earth will have very different, very loving and respectful relationships with all animals. Know this and watch for it in your life and in other people’s. Have you noticed how the wild animals are changing because we are?

Here’s some 2021 photos I took of a couple Coopers Hawks that I love LOVE deeply that come into my covered (city) patio area to drink, soak for 45 minutes in the birdbaths, splash about, and hangout in my intentionally created high frequency safe space. This year there’s been baby Copper hawks hanging out in my birdbaths for hours every few days. I had such a lovefest going with one of these Coopers hawks that he would remain in my patio on the white metal fence railing when I opened my door and went out there.

If you intentionally create and build it with HighHeart love and LOVE, know that wild animals feel that and will enter your safe energetic space. The animals have waited a very long time for humans to become HighHeart-based NEW Humans. Enjoy these budding evolved animal relationships but always use discernment too. We’re all new to this so go carefully, safely, wisely and respectfully. Radiate your love and LOVE towards them knowing they will definitely feel it and probably come in for a closer look and spend some time with you soaking up your pure love LOVE of them.

There’s been talk since 2020, that you need to gather with others. Some claim this is necessary to create and manifest new realities. The truth however is that we Volunteers have always Worked together in these lives of ascension from nonphysical levels of our multidimensional beings and consciousness. We don’t ‘need to’ physically band together, herd together in any ascension community group or groups to get the job/jobs done. We’ve always been far more capable than that, and now that we’re existing in Triality frequency template and codes (since 2020 and more so every year since), it’s vastly easier and faster to HighHeart Consciously Create and manifest in physical reality individually and as the unseen higher Group we’ve always been whether physically together or not.

You know how to gain access to NEW Earth? Become an internal frequency match with it.

There is no new group to join, no new pack of people you need to sheeple herd along with. NEW Human individuals are the “NEW group”. You and your embodied Soul, Triality template frequency codes, higher abilities and consciousness are an entire Group all by yourself, each one of you. That is the NEW Human base — individually integrated and empowered from a pure level of HighHeart being, consciousness, frequency and reality. Again, separation begets the need for groups and clustering together. Individual integration begets empowered, sovereign individuals. When a bunch of impowered sovereign individuals exist in the same space, that entire Group is tremendously more energetically potent and capable of very evolved NEW creativity. Notice I didn’t say the same room or building, but the same space, as in NEW Earth.

On NEW Earth each individual is no longer separated in themselves but greatly integrated, reunited, mated with their higher aspects which automatically produces the NEW Human individual. The only group you honestly need to be with is this personal, internal one inside yourself in your physical body.

Imagine how NEW Earth will function populated with individuals who’ve reunited many of their higher aspects of greater Self and Soul in their current physical bodies. Talk about multidimensional, Spherical consciousness, Triality-based ascended Aquarian Age Individuals and Groups of integrated Individuals! Most people cannot comprehend the 5D+ multidimensional crystalline, Diamond NEW Human of Light, and how creating and manifesting at this vastly higher level will be. Unfortunately, many people continue to apply old pre-ascension patriarchal perceptions on NEW internal, individual Triality reality and consciousness which is of course entirely wrong, a waste of energy and time, plus confusing to many people just learning about the Ascension Process and shift to a higher octave of being and external reality.

When PLUTO ENTERS AQUARIUS in January 2024—with no retrogrades back into Capricorn as it does throughout 2023—what I’m talking about will become much more obvious to far more people worldwide, and very quickly. Ascended Pluto in ascended Aquarius functioning in Triality frequency will completely rock the world and all of us in it. Here comes the sudden manifestation of many more NEW Human individuals of and for nothing but NEW Earth.

What’s the opposite sign to ascended Aquarius? Ascended Leo. What does ascended, Triality-based Leo rule? The Diamond, Christic frequency HighHeart and ascended, multidimensionally conscious NEW Human Creativity. Couple that with ascended Aquarian Uranian Higher Consciousness and Awareness and it’s a spectacular higher octave combination for NEW Humans to buildout NEW Earth. And remember, Uranus functions very quickly and causes instantaneous improved and expanded consciousness changes in humans, and even faster in ascending humans. I’ve said this before too but am repeating it here again. This Ascension Process ‘Shift’ into Triality-based, NEW Human, NEW Earth frequency is and will happen so much faster than most would believe possible. Those of us making these changes first because it’s our jobs to do so for global humanity, have been having to deal with releasing the old, the past, our personal pasts because we’re the first to embody the NEW.

Lastly, I want to let you know that due to these Phase 2 evolutionary Ascension Process changes, and my being a First Everythinger NEW Human, NEW Earth pioneer, it’s natural that my articles and how often I write them will change somewhat. When I can’t anchor myself in linear time and maintain it because I’m evolving beyond that, know that I won’t be writing anything during those surreal periods. I will however do my best from here on out to at least publish a short note letting you know I’m alive and okay but not capable of creating meaningful sentences yet! Isn’t this fun? Yeah, I know, but it’s becoming so finally, especially with our growing NEW superpowers.

“A Christ Has No Place To Lay Their Head”

The other day I was impulsed to go to a certain site because there was something I needed to see there. I’m well familiar with these higher nudges and long ago learned to heed them. And so, I intuitively followed this impulse to James Gilliland’s ECETI Newsletters page. [Links below.] Thanks for it James Gilliland and nonphysical Master, I needed it after this difficult summer. ❤

The first paragraph of his interdimensional exchange was what I personally needed to hear — from someone other than myself. I’ve been aware of this information for a very long time but it’s deeply comforting to hear it coming from someone else. It’s like eating food that someone else has cooked; it usually tastes better and is more deeply enjoyed because you didn’t have to prepare it.

With the first paragraph in mind, know that when you have embodied a certain amount of Light in your physical body, heart and consciousness, you don’t need to say one word or do anything to instantly trigger certain people’s negative egos. I’ve experienced this numerous times since my physical level Ascension Process started in 1999. It took me awhile to figure out the different reasons why certain people responded to me so negatively however.

If I’d been on a soapbox publicly teaching or preaching somewhere, I’d expect to have someone object to what I was saying. However, I’ve experienced total strangers instantly verbally attack me in public simply because we came into close physical proximity with each other. I didn’t/don’t have to say or do anything; my physical presence alone was/is the catalyst for many people with negative egos to instantly explode at me. I’ve had strangers come at me in public—which you’d think would slow them down, at least somewhat, but never has—and yell and threaten me in front of other strangers watching the drama but never intervening, except once years ago. In each of these cases I’ve never done or said anything to warrant an unexpected rage attack from strangers, yet it’s happened numerous times during these ascension years. Like one isn’t already traumatized and jangled enough from living the Ascension Process, you also have to be prepared for random rabid verbal attacks from some stranger’s negative egos because of it!

Higher and lower cannot co-exist in the same space is truth, not just some cute “new age” catchphrase. And so, the need for a NEW Earth for the NEW Humans so we finally do have ‘a place to lay our heads’.

I know this is going to get worse for most with higher frequency Light inside them through 2023 and 2024. When you find yourself suddenly under negative ego fire, instantly discern how to deal or not deal with every situation and unstable negative ego person you inflame because you both still exist in the same space, for the time being that is. Discern what you should or should not do or say in each of these sorts of encounters. Never forget that you can and should energetically Consciously Create before, during, and after these experiences. Make yourself energetically felt even more and watch the positive aftereffects. “It’s called the wake of a Yogi.” Indeed.

The Empowering dream for all teachers, healers and everyday life

“I was in between the sleep and awake state having a conversation with a master. I asked why people attack you when you are just trying to help them. She said you are not giving them what they want. You tell them what they need to hear not what they want to hear. People come to you for acknowledgement and support. While you support their light side you also acknowledge but don’t support their dark side. Just knowing their dark side makes you a threat to their egos and whatever is unhealed, no matter how deep they have buried it. The more spiritually advanced one becomes the more you mirror and amplify their wounds, traumas and wrong conclusions from past experiences. It is called the wake of a Yogi. It forces and accelerates the healing process. You are a threat to the posers, those living in denial and those who are not fully committed to their own healing and ascension.

The Master then said many who profess to be strong leaders are putting up a front to cover deep wounds and traumas, their own victim patterns. They are trying to work out their own patterns by helping others not knowing it is themselves they are trying to heal. Victims often come with agendas. When you do not fulfill their agenda, they shift to persecutors and you become the victim. Before you were the savior. The deeper the wounds the darker more vicious the attack. They have to assassinate your character to continue in the lie. Their egos are fighting for dear life to survive but their enemy is often fictitious. They are only fighting their own projections.

I asked how do you get out of the victim, savior, persecutor hamster wheel. She said by practicing loving detachment. Knowing the only reason people have power over you is because you want something from them. Whether it is love, acceptance, approval, support emotional or financial find it within. Become sovereign without seeking external fulfillment. Stay centered in your heart because that is your connection to God and from there you have the power to channel the love of God, the ultimate power of the Multiverse through you into any situation. Just be sure you know what God is, don’t settle for the images of bearded gods of ancient times. A better image is the one consciousness that encompasses all consciousness on all planes and dimensions throughout the multiverse which in its most unlimited understanding is the all loving all forgiving God, pure unconditional love, joy and bliss.

I told the Master it is not an easy walk. By nature we desire love, compassion, intimacy, we are hard wired for it. The Master said you live on a very wounded planet with a very wounded history, not just this life but a history going back millions of years. It is psychometrized into the very land itself. This is in the process of healing and when it comes to people some are further along in that process while others are lagging behind in denial not ready to face the pain, sorrow and release the past. One does not have to be healed or enlightened to find joy in each other’s company, that is an ongoing process, one just needs to make a commitment to the awakening and healing process. There will be ups and downs, that is life. Choose to be an observer of and take personal responsibility for one’s attitudes, emotions and the events unfolding in one’s everyday life. Always go back to the heart, your center depersonalize each situation, find the triggers within self that pulled you from your center and practice loving detachment. That is the path of Self Mastery.

I asked why is there so much competition, judgement, fighting in the spiritual and UFO community? The Master said because they just may not be as far as they think in their own self-mastery, stuck on the victim/savior/persecutor hamster wheel defending their egos. She also said you cannot help them unless they want help and many do not desire it. Many need to be right at any cost. Some are there to understand and heal themselves, while others are there to sow seeds of division, attack the characters of others. There are also those willingly and in ignorance being driven by unseen negative influences. They are not driven by truth or willing to let go of the lies. They are the planned opposition those controlling the narrative. Their lives off the stage are often opposite the image they project while in the spotlight. Watch their actions and who they associate with off stage, research where their funding comes from and where it goes. It is important to know their come from. What is their true motive for doing what they do? Is it fame, money, are they coming from impeccable integrity? Are they trying to fill a void that was not filled in childhood, a lack of love, acceptance and approval? The masks are all coming down. It is occurring in every walk of life, every institution. It is unavoidable. It is important for everyone to constantly check their come from often with brutal honesty. The ego will often override what is obvious to others. Set the ego aside and become a good listener.

Sit with yourself in nature, create sacred space by clearing any unseen negative influences, be brutally honest with yourself. Ask yourself why you are here, are you in self-service or service to others? Are you coming from your heart of hearts or from a wounded ego seeking external fulfillment? These are hard questions every master has to ask of themselves often repeatedly.

Unfortunately my son, you know people better than they know themselves because you come from the heart. Do not forget the quote, “A Christ has no place to lay their head.” Unfortunately, that is true on Earth in most cases unless you live in pristine nature. Lay your head in heaven, there you are known and loved. Create Heaven on Earth and live according to Universal Law. You will make mistakes and there will be a time to set firm boundaries. Gain the wisdom from the experience and try again from a wiser state. Sin is only an archery term; it means you missed the mark. Forgive yourself and ask the forgiveness of others and reload. Your work does not go unnoticed. That is why the masters and the lights in the sky are appearing. Do not allow the judgements and opinions of others define you. They are only defining themselves. Most cannot see beyond the wall of their own wounds, traumas and wrong conclusions from past experiences. They can only see what that wall is mirroring back to them.

Pray, meditate and continue in your practices. Know we are a thought and a feeling away. Trust in the plan, it is God’s plan, it will have many twists and turns, focus on the end goal. God/Creator/Great Spirit Wins.”

Those That Glowed in the Old Dark & the Shine Hunters

Some of you may be wondering why in the world I’d be talking about this of all things in the 2020 Phase 2 Ascension Process and shift. I have my different reasons. Disclosure is consciously knowing more no matter what it is and humanity has finally collectively reached that point now which is another reason why there’s so much unattractive human squirming and thrashing about going on in the world this year.

Many Volunteers have energetically, vibrationally evolved beyond these old lowly negative beings, aliens, demons, entities and negative humans and their actions, agenda’s and frequency range. Certain other people haven’t yet, not far enough that is. This old negativity has been all of our past, our very near past, and for some of us our entire lives up until only the past few ascension years. It has no power over, in and around you if you have done enough required inner energy Work that naturally causes you to incrementally ascend vibrationally beyond that negative frequency and entire range where these negative aliens, entities, demons, beings and plentiful low frequency Portal People humans have existed.

Team Dark — my catch-all term for negative nonhuman, nonphysical aliens, entities, devils, demons and living humans that are easily utilized as Portal People by negative nonphysical, nonhuman aliens, beings and entities because those humans are themselves the same low frequency as the nonphysical, nonhuman beings.

Recently I watched a movie on TV, HBO. Personally I found it an unusually good movie because it had some accurate visual depictions and information about the dark side of old lower physical and astral Duality reality and some, only some of the Team Dark members and their habits depicted. The movie is Doctor Sleep (2019) and is the sequel to Stephen King’s classic The Shining (1980). Stephen King wrote Doctor Sleep in 2013, the movie of it was just released in November 2019. I hadn’t heard anything about either the book or the movie until I watched the movie a couple of weeks ago on TV. I’ve been busy, like most of you reading this, personally living these sorts of things and far worse and far better in profoundly amplified ways since the Ascension Process started in the physical in 1998–1999. Some of us have had our entire lives filled with negative Team Dark beings, attacks and a variety of experiences in the astral and physical because we’ve always had huge ‘shine’.

In the 1980 movie The Shining, Jack Nicholson played the character Jack Torrence, father of the little boy Danny “Doc” Torrence. Little boy Danny had the shine which was briefly explained to him by the elder black head chef at the Overlook Hotel, Dick Hallorann. Dick had the shine all of his life as did his grandmother who taught him about it and in turn he helped educate little boy Danny about the shine. Dick Hallorann was murdered by Jack Torrence for telepathically helping his son Danny in the haunted Overlook Hotel.

There’s a great scene in the beginning of Doctor Sleep where child Danny Torrance and his mother now living in Florida trying to start their lives over minus alcoholic husband and father Jack Torrence who died at the Overlook. This early scene has little boy Danny sitting on a park bench alone. Abruptly dead Dick Hallorann is sitting on the bench beside traumatized Danny and a really great and important conversation with more psychic shine education tips for Danny is had. In this scene Dick gives Danny a small box to mentally replicate to use to lock the ghost entities in that have etherically attached to him from the Colorado Overlook Hotel to his new Florida house and life. In the next scene Danny’s panicked mom is calling him and Danny is alone and Dick Hallorann and the little box are gone. You have to pay close attention throughout the movie to catch the quick physical to nonphysical and vice versa nonphysical to physical visual change depictions. As a lifelong Volunteer psychic, clairvoyant etc., I found these rapid and usually seamless shifts between one dimension, body and consciousness to another some of the most accurate I’ve ever seen depicted in any movie.

There’s a lot of important dialogue and clever visual depictions of extrasensory perception, astral travel, intentional conscious Out-Of-Body, clairvoyance, intentional remote viewing, telepathy, psychometry, energy vampirism, energy parasitism, organic humans that become inorganic, intentional temporary transference of awareness into another person’s physical body and more in this movie. If you know how to read between the lines you’ll discover Doctor Sleep is saying much about negative and even Satanic things like intentionally causing certain emotions and hormones to flood a humans physical and etheric bodies for specific reasons. Reasons like the steam isn’t steamy enough, the shine isn’t bright enough, isn’t big enough, and in general there simply isn’t enough Light in the human population. Ouch, some disclosure pain!

Humans enjoy certain physical flavorings on the different physical foods they eat — Team Dark has also enjoyed certain flavorings on the human energy food they consume, and to get those different flavorings they use different methods to cause humans to produce certain emotions and hormones to flood their physical and etheric bodies and blood. As some of you reading this may be recoiling at this point, I can guarantee you that you’ve experienced something similar many times in your life and didn’t even know it was an intentional manipulation and/or attack done on you by some Team Dark being. In other words, you were intentionally manipulated and “seasoned” by some negative so you would produce specific energetic “flavorings” before they energetically parasited off of you.

If you’ve seen the X-Men: First Class movie, Kevin Bacon plays the “bad guy” and that character intentionally has child Magneto’s mother killed in front of him to force the young boy into displaying his particular psychic abilities, which are manipulating metal. The boy is horrifically forced into using his higher ability because someone intentionally caused him unthinkable pain and anger by murdering his mother in front of him. In this movie this business about children and adults having “shine” is about recruiting and using them, not about energetically eating them. Different levels of negativity. Human energy parasitism is however a theme in all of these types of stories, which is a direct reflection of the old lower negative patriarchal Earth world we’ve lived our lives in — up until now that is.

“Some things, dark things, the shining is like food. The Overlook it always was just pictures to me but I didn’t shine like you, nobody shines like you.”

“The world’s a hungry place and the darkest things are the hungriest and they’ll eat what shines, swarm it like mosquitoes or leeches. Can’t do nothing bout that…” — dead Dick Hallorann says to alive child Danny “Doc” Torrence on a bench in Florida.

There were a few other scenes in Doctor Sleep that made me smile and I found interesting because I’ve lived them many times in many different ways under many different situations throughout my life. These particular scenes are the ones where Abra, Dan, and Rose The Hat intentionally shift their focus and consciousness which puts them in another frequency and usually their etheric bodies where physical rules do not apply. One of these scenes is when Abra stares out her bedroom window with the intention of locating and connecting with Rose. In one moment she’s physically in her bedroom staring out the window and in the next she’s coming in from another direction, another angle as her perception descends over/in/behind Rose’s physical body that’s in a physical grocery store pushing a shopping cart. The scene gets better as etheric blows are thrown and the physical repercussions of that do some physical damage.

In another scene Rose The Hat is in mediation on the roof of her motor-home with the intention of locating where Abra physically lives in the United States. Rose is physically seated on her roof and quickly and easily the shift is made and she’s now etherically hovering above the earth with the starry night sky behind her and the glittering city lights below her. If you’re good at etherically viewing and traveling — I do not like the military term ‘remote viewing’ for the singular reason that it is military — this is what Rose is intentionally doing. She’s etherically searching for Abra and is using the child’s energies to guide her to Abra’s physical house. The only thing that’s wrong with this great scene is that it’s slow, a slow search journey of Rose etherically flying across multiple states. Usually these things take a split second and the distance between point A and point B or C, D, E etc. happens like the speed of light or faster but that isn’t very showy in a move, so Rose’s etheric search is much slower so we could enjoy and participate in her OOB travel. How she lands in the street in front of Abra’s house is visually clever too as is how she rotates her etheric body to drop feet-first through Abra’s bedroom window. Rose changed directions with this entrance into the physical house move and she does it again to escape Abra’s etheric trap. But it’s Rose’s crash landing back into her physical body on the roof of her motor-home and then off it down to the ground that I especially enjoyed. It was such a frantic desperate escape that it uncontrollably pushes Rose physically off the roof.

If you haven’t seen this yet, it’s an accurate depiction of when one has to make a hasty astral etheric escape from a Team Dark alien astral abduction and/or other negative etheric entities and quickly crash-land yourself back in your physical body in the physical dimension. How many of you have ever been asleep dreaming and then suddenly jerked awake with an abrupt physical crash-landing jolt? When you’re suddenly in astral free-fall headed quickly back into the physical dimension and your physical body, you often re-enter in these types of less than graceful ways because you came in too hot! Who cares however when Team Dark is chasing you all the way back to your physical body, or, you are frantically escaping the scene of some astral crime attempt on you! Who cares about coming in too hot in moments like this?! 😉

There’s another scene when Dan Torrence needs to contact Abra but the Crow is blocking this so Dan intentionally shifts his focus and enters his etheric body to connect and communicate with Abra in the backseat of the van. To depict this change of focus and shift from the physical to the etheric, the scene shows Dan physically in his room with the blackboard wall suddenly tilt and he slides across the floor and hits the wall that’s now tilted 90 degrees from physical normal.

Here’s another couple of reasons why I personally enjoyed these particular visual depictions in the Doctor Sleep movie. It’s accurate in many cases, at least in the past it was. The Ascension Process and our evolution and separation from this old lower frequency Duality reality has and continues to change all of this however. Multiple times over the decades while awake during the daytime and nighttime I’ve personally physically, not clairvoyantly, watched and felt negative aliens intentionally enter the physical dimension and frequency by entering at 90° angles where two walls and often the ceiling connect in physical houses and/or buildings. Multiple times I’ve watched and felt negative aliens do this, and I’ve watched and felt demonic entities do this and many other things as well. But, it seems that in PRE-ascension times and frequencies this was a common way that certain negative aliens and other Team Dark beings and entities etc. would enter the physical world and its frequency — by coming in at a 90° angle like they were slipping right in through a narrow joint area where two physical walls and the ceiling are connected. There’s other ways in too but I want to keep this connected to this movie and how these dimensional changes, angles, directions and related body changes etc. were cleverly depicted visually.

Another aspect of this movie I found interesting was how this small band of modern-day inorganic parasitic gypsies went from being organic humans to inorganic humans. As I said earlier, I haven’t read Stephen King’s Doctor Sleep book and it may contain more backstory about this. But this business of being Source connected organic and then not is another of many important topics evolving, ascending humans should be conscious of but that’s another article. Thanks to all for this movie and getting many of the multidimensional and etheric details correct in many cases. Phase 2 Level 2020 Embodiment Process

So, how is everyone doing? Can you believe we’re nearly halfway through 2020? Can you believe we’ve got to get through the second half of 2020, which includes the broken USA presidential election business and all that that will bring? And during the continued global pandemic, increasing economic collapse and who knows what else? Attempted coup by anyone at this point, barefaced dictatorship nation or _________ fill in the frantic, insane patriarchal blank. You can’t see me, well some of you can, but I’m rolling my eyes and shaking my head in genuine burned-out disgust. How time flies when you’re having so much _________ fill in the often hellacious shift blank. Have you mastered the ability to walk on water yet? To rise above the 2020 chaotic emotional waters of the physical level shift, Separation of Worlds, end of the end times, patriarchy devouring itself on camera every day, plus the abundant egos loudly proclaiming their different versions of reality?

Since January 2020 I’ve been, at one level of my being and external physical reality, downright burned-out and disgusted by most everything and everyone. One side effect of my insistence on retaining as much conscious awareness from birth as I could without it breaking me. I opted to retain conscious awareness from birth about what I Volunteered to incarnate into in this life, why and what I’d need to do while here. It was a situation of consciously remembering more than most Volunteers and risk the unpleasant side effects of that, or incarnate with full or partial amnesia and risk the unpleasant side effects of that. To me the latter was too risky for this important time and life of ascension so I insisted on being consciously aware of as much as I could and not have that break me in this Volunteer life. That’s had it’s downside too however. Couple that with the January 12, 2020 Saturn Pluto Capricorn conjunction shift point and the first half of 2020 has been as different for me as the start of the Ascension Process and Phase 1 was in 1999!

At another level of my being and internal and external energetic and physical reality, I am NEW and improved more and more each day. This extreme increase of old lower insanity and collapsing everything happening simultaneously to my personal Phase 2 level of Embodiment is… is… is hilarious, debilitating, obnoxious, cosmically schizophrenic-like, repulsive, thoroughly interesting, divinely perfect, horribly stupid and ridiculous but I repeat, divinely perfect.

Because BOTH things are happening simultaneously, and now in Phase 2 at much higher levels of the entire Process, I have the right–as do you–to state without judgement or ridicule from anyone that the collapse and demise of the old patriarchal Team Dark world and our personal, individual latter stage Embodiment Process is BOTH a giant pain in the ass and perfectly magnificent beyond anything. Talk about a transition!

There are many ascension teachers/writers who continue in Phase 2 to try and push people who’ve been living the Ascension Process to believe they need to group together physically and etherically. Like they’re not capable of Consciously Creating anything unless there are as many of us as possible grouped together all hard at Work focusing on something ascension related. I understand the reasons for this belief and needed beginner team effort however many are beyond that level and have been for years or decades.

I’m going to list some of my Soul Contracted education and assistance periods from my life to help make the point I’m intending about the Phase 2 2020 Embodiment Process.

From my Volunteer physical birth in late December 1951, I always had two or three multidimensional ET beings nearby. One was from 5D Pleiades, another from 6D Sirius, and another from 8D Orion frequency. I’ve consciously remembered seeing and talking with them many times from age three. They were with me to keep me on Volunteer track and it was most likely ME that asked them to do this for me in this Volunteer life and time of Universal ascension. In fact, the 8D ET being is another aspect of ME at a higher level.

From around age five I had one primary etheric Guide until I reached my first Saturn Return which is age 29 for everyone. This much-loved Guide who, when I was a child used to scare me because I could clairvoyantly See him standing behind my floor-length curtains in my bedroom in his always faceless brown hooded monk’s robe nearly every night waiting for me. He was an assigned, contracted Guide who taught me for a certain number of years how to consciously direct myself and etheric body at night while out of my physical body. He gave me a condensed refresher course on how to intentionally and consciously get out of my young physical child body and then how to direct it, how to fly it anywhere once I was in my etheric body. During that time I didn’t understand all the reasons why he and I had to go through these repeated nighttime educations and astral flying lessons year after year. Once his contracted Guide time with me was completed at age 29 (1979-1980), I never saw him again. I was profoundly grateful to him for teaching me how to etherically get around as well as I could at that age because by my mid-twenties, Team Dark etherically showed up in my life to stop me from my Volunteer life and Work any way they could.

Older Volunteers, it’s so easy to now see how incredibly timed and specific our ascension lives have been because we’ve been on a very tight timeline from birth. Every detail was meticulously pre-planned and contracted before our births because once we hit incarnate physical Earth bodies and lives, many of us (not all but many) were On the Ascension Clock from birth.

My main three contracted ET family and friends were with me from birth until my physical Ascension Process started at age 47 at the beginning of 1999. About a year or so before this I was acutely aware all three of them were slowly and intentionally retreating from me. I put off asking them why they were leaving me for as long as I could, but when I finally did ask they immediately told me why they would never, for any reason whatsoever, interfere with my personal, individual Volunteer Denise Ascension Process. They helped me get to that point which was what all of us had contracted for. But, just like my main Guide, they too were only contracted to guide me, re-teach, remind and prepare me for what I could not entirely fathom the physical level Ascension Process would actually be for me, my physical body and all else when it began in the physical dimension February 1999.

My main Guide assigned to me from about age five until age 29 was then permanently gone. My from birth until age 47 start of my physical Ascension Process beloved three ET beings from three different dimensions and systems were next to leave. Since the start of my physical level, Phase 1 Ascension Process in 1999, I have been increasingly on my own with the Ascension and Embodiment Processes.

I’m not saying I don’t have occasional contact with other dimensional beings, ETs, Lightbeings, Angelics and such because I continue to since 1999. What I don’t have are ETs or beings or Angelics or Masters etc. whispering in my ear constantly, telling me what to do or not do, where to go, what to say or not say, what to write about or not write about and so on. I continue to have multidimensional contact yes, but I have not had Guides or other-dimensionals ETs or beings etc. directing me. There are many reasons for this, some just to show that you don’t need all that etheric high drama and entertaining energetic theatrics even though they’re profitable selling features for some ascension and conspiracy teachers and validation for the people who follow them that cannot discern if any of it is actually true or not. For me it’s always been, assist me up to a certain point then step away so I can Embody in and through this Denise self and body on my own thank-you-very-much. It’s about the end result, not the flashy phenomena before it in my opinion.

If you are living the Embodiment Process then you should have discovered that the Phase 2 higher level of it is very much connected to Source’s divine Cease & Desist Order that went out globally January 2020. Personally I want all my energy, focus and dedication spent on my own Embodiment Process in 2020 Phase 2. The best way I can help others and make their ascension faster and easier is for me to get my final phase Embodiment Process seriously ON in 2020 Phase 2! Crystals don’t cut it for me. Sacred sites don’t cut it for me. Ringing bells, singing bowls, burning incense, sage, sitting with others meditating, praying etc. doesn’t cut it for me. Attending spiritual, ascension, ET, UFO or any other such type events or lectures don’t and never in my life have cut it for me. I do not and never have attended such things ever. I AM here to do exactly what I have been since birth and before that as well.

More Is Less, Less Is More

Now that we’ve waded through that preliminary stuff what I really want to convey is that I have experienced a continual falling away of spiritual ascension related Guides, ET family and friends and Angelic interactions etc. since my physical Ascension Process started in February 1999 in the physical dimension. The further into the Ascension and Embodiment Processes I have gone, my multidimensional etheric entourage has steadily diminished, not gotten larger and more impressive. As always it’s the WHY of this that’s important. In this case it’s also a big insight into where everyone is honestly at now.

I have always written about ascension related things I’ve personally experienced, and multiple times at that. What I haven’t shared up until now, and I’m doing so now because it is Phase 2 and rapidly getting much more obvious to many finally, is that my higher dimensional contacts have steadily reduced since 1999, not increased since 1999. This was hard for me at first because I’ve lived my life from birth with amazing positive etheric beings always nearby so to have that end when it seemed like I would need them even more was both difficult and more isolating than living the Ascension Process was!

I have had a whole lot of Master Hotei moments of him showing up in my higher awareness and just raising one eyebrow at me over a specific question I asked of my Higher Self/Selves/Soul/Source. That one raised eyebrow from Master Hotei was my answer, and it was a giant, screaming one at that. Other times since 1999 it would be only a smallish smile on his face, never telepathed words or suggestions, only visual clues on his face to let me know I was heard and given an answer loud and clear. Other times I had certain Angelic beings do this same type of communicating with me when I’d asked a specific question. Suddenly there would be an Angelic face in my mind’s eye with a tiny grin, a loving smile, a slow cat-like eye blink letting me know so, so much without anything having been said or telepathiclly spoken. In other words, the occasional communications I’ve gotten since 1999 from some of my old nonphysical buddies have been less and less which in itself spoke tons of valuable information about my current state and level within the Embodiment Process.

What I want you to know, to recognize when it starts happening to you, is that when your old much-loved nonphysical Guides, ETs buddies and family, your old Ascended Master Teachers and other Others stop coming to visit you, KNOW that it is because you are getting increasingly close to Embodiment yourself and no longer need them outright, certainly no longer need them in those old lower ways and levels of development you used to. You have evolved and changed and continue to which means your contacts are too and that is a huge positive even though at first you probably miss them terribly. Keep Embodying, keep moving yourself up those energy stair-steps and pay attention to how your personal multidimensional ascension related entourage continues disappearing. Less of them means more of you/You/YOU are Embodying in and through the physical incarnate you. Why would you need more of them when you continue to Embody more and more of YOU, your Higher Self/Selves/Soul/Source consciously through your physical body and self now? Answer. A gentle smile, a raised eyebrow, a slow loving Angelic eye blink.

Now you know why your special crew is or has been retreating from you over the years. Now you know why certain of your personal old beloved spiritual tools of the trade and other much loved old gadgets and habits no longer Work for you, no longer cut it for you, no longer satisfy you like they used to. You have evolved beyond them, you have outgrown them and they are glad and proud you have because they know they’ve done their jobs perfectly.

Know too that Embodiers are themselves NEW Codes.

Multiple Layers, Varied Elevations & Different Directions

As is always the case, the image above is as close a visual representation as I could find to what I’ve been Seeing for months. Pan back further, expand out much more, be acutely aware of the varied elevations between each line and you have a better visual of what I’ve been Seeing concerning this phase of our evolutionary Ascension Process. But, what all does that visual image represent?

It’s tempting to call these different lines “timelines” but that’s not what they are. They’re different lines of development, frequency, elevation and trajectory vibrating from different focal points, consciousness and realities within the evolutionary Ascension Process. A term I’m going to borrow here is from Tom Kenyon’s channeled Hathors and is ‘Nodes’ and/or ‘Chaotic Nodes’. According to the Hathors, ‘Nodes’ are areas where two or more of these different lines of development, worlds and trajectories intersect which cause energetic and physical reverberations through all involved. If you’re familiar with Astrology and aspects between planets, then you’re aware of the energy lines between two or more planets that make energetic aspects and connections with each other, producing squares, trines, sextiles, oppositions and so on. That is somewhat similar to this but on a cosmic evolutionary Ascension Process level with multiple worlds and realities instead of single planets. And of course this is much more complex and far reaching.

When I look down through these many different lines of development and trajectory pathways of Ascending worlds and realities from above, the lines farthest away from my viewing elevation are literally disintegrating into nothingness. The further and higher we evolve within the higher elevations of these lines of development and trajectory, the more quickly the lower ones disappear and are no more. We’re literally evolving beyond them, so with every ongoing energy Stair-step progression we create, visualize and make within the Ascension and Embodiment Process (AP and EP), the more the lower realities (lines) vanish. A certain higher frequency range and elevation must be reached to remain within the overall Ascension Process now. Highest and higher ones grow stronger and larger while lowest and lower ones disintegrate out of consciousness and external manifest realities.

Now in 2018, many of these different lines of development, elevation and world trajectories etc. are intersecting each other, producing a sense of growing global chaos, confusion, fears, anger and a general feeling of being highly unsafe and unstable in the worlds energetically involved. This is normal for where we’re at within the evolutionary Ascension Process, but that knowing doesn’t always make our lives more comfortable necessarily while they seemingly fall into growing chaos due to compressed evolution.

What I want to focus on about this however has to do with more and more Forerunners/Embodiers/Pathpavers etc. increasingly becoming consciously aware that they have been and are living with ever-increasing conscious multidimensional awareness, linear and non-linear or quantum awareness, physical and energetic existence within multiple levels of world realities, multiple dimensions, and all from their current ascending physical bodies, lives and expanding consciousness. Said simply, more Forerunners/Embodiers/Pathpavers etc. are increasingly becoming conscious of their multidimensional Selves and others and have been and increasingly are functioning in and from multiple different levels and dimensions simultaneously and are becoming increasingly conscious of this fact.

One of the main things about the Ascension Process (AP), Embodiment Process (EP) that I continue discovering is how my expectations about these things has been so wrong in that they’re not nearly as dramatic as I expected them to be. I’ve investigated this within myself to better understand all this and found that many of my expectations about the EP were based in old 3D experiences of being a psychic Seer, Empath, Sensitive etc. Here’s an example: Because I’ve been a Seer, Sensitive, Empath, Starseed, Human Angelic and more since birth, all my “psychic” experiences and perceptions happened in the old 3D Earth world and frequency. Because of this, when I would perceive something beyond 3D frequency, they were always big and bold and instantly obvious as coming from somewhere beyond the third dimension. Very simply, 3D was 3D and 4D astral was 4D and 5D was 5D and so on and it was instantly obvious when I was in another dimension and/or interacting with one or more of them and/or with beings and energies from them. All that changed slowly when the AP started and the evolutionary climb up out of 3D began and continued through the astral fourth dimension (4D) and finally into the fifth dimension (5D).

Another clear example about this slow steady evolutionary climb that continually alters one’s perceptions: When I used to clairvoyantly See 4D astral beings, aliens, entities and whatnot from old pre-ascension 3D physical Earth frequency, the contrasts were extreme and instant, leaving me with zero doubt about what I was Seeing, perceiving, interacting with, why, and where I was. Old 3D “psychic” perceptions where dramatic, loud, colorful, intense and often felt like huge neon signs hung in the space over your head informing you that what you were experiencing was indeed from the 4D astral or from 5D or higher. There was such profound and thick energetic borders or “veils” between the old 3D frequency we all were born into and the other dimensions that when I shifted from one to another, and back again, there was zero doubt or confusion on my part as to where I was at every moment. This clear conscious multidimensional awareness began blurring together when the AP started however.

In 1974-75ish my 19-year-old sister became a heroin addict, along with many other substances (and bulimia since age 13). She died from her lifelong self-inflicted and greatly Team Dark assisted abuses and personality fractures in 2017 at age 57. It was only months after she began using heroin that I was contacted by a demon through a lucid astral dream encounter. This demon had etherically energetically attached to her through her early drug use in 1975. This demon—and all other such negative nonhuman, nonphysical beings, aliens, entities etc.—often use living people who unknowingly open themselves like she did to then attack and/or try to feed off from other living people connected to the original Portal Person such as loved ones, family members, wives, husbands, friends, neighbors, co-workers and so on . In this case this demon wanted me to know that it had my younger sister and was coming for me. In this lucid dream it stood before me with my sister behind it in a zombie-like unaware stupor and brazenly talked directly to me informing me that my sister was the ways and means for it to get at me and take me out. Mind you, this happened in 1975, long before the AP was on any of our conscious radars. Team Dark however knew what was coming before we Elder Forerunners even incarnated in these lives.

Another similar example of this was a pair of brothers (and their whole family and friends) that had a different demon attached to them through the one brother’s childhood negative sexual activities, which he continued into adulthood. His primary vise was negative sexual activities with other males. His brother was not into that but was an addict. Consider yourselves lucky I’m leaving all the really unpleasant stuff out of this! This male human’s attached demon was female which I found interesting to say the least considering he was only interested in other males. Read between the lines with all of this information. Feel into it and know more.

This guys female demon also did it’s best to take me out–kill me or possess me or drive me mad etc.—because this took place from April 2000 through 2004 and my AP had began with the start of 1999. It knew what I was (Team Light) and what I was doing (the AP as a Forerunner of the Forerunners) and what I would be doing in the near future (the EP and further Pathpaving for humanity) and that’s why those guys were manipulated to rent the house next door to us at that time. Four torturous years later we had to sell that house to get away from those demonically attacked, owned and operated human guys. We sold that house in 2004, moved and got away from those brothers and their extended same frequency family, but that demon continued to attack me in different ways through different humans (Portal People) that were easily manipulated by any Team Dark being/entity/alien/demon/devil etc. at our new house.

If you ever think that you can get careless for even a short few hours, think again. This is not the life to play with your life and let ultra-low-lives into it or your body or consciousness or anything else. We’re out of the woods when we’re out of the woods. How much energetic elevation do you have and do you believe you can go back down and fool around in lower frequencies with people who are still heavily influenced by Team Dark entities? Way too much to risk so maintain your higher altitude and continue climbing higher and higher.

Jump forward in linear time again to early 2015 when I’d bought my NEW old house. It was pre-owned by a woman in her mid-90s who’d been widowed for decades, had depression and not done much of anything to the house that was positive and uplifting for a long time. I knew all this the first time the realtor showed me the house because I could See and Feel it all for myself. But, because I’d been in the AP Duality battle trenches as a Forerunner of the Forerunners for decades already, I knew I could energetically clear that house of her depression and related negative residual energies. While cleaning what would become my bedroom in this house in 2015, I clearly saw a huge six inch in diameter spider run up my newly hung bedroom curtains and disappear behind them. I’ve never been terribly fond of spiders, so seeing one that large really bothered me and I knew I had to kill and remove it to ever feel comfortable in that room. I hunted that huge spider for about an hour, and then watched for it for months afterwards while I continued cleaning that house so we could move into it almost a year later.

Punch-line was that the huge spider I saw was not physical at all but an etheric astral spider and I didn’t realize this for months. Why? Because it looked to me to be totally physical and physically “real”. How could I have made such a simple mistake I wondered after a lifetime as a Seer Sensitive? Years and decades earlier I would have instantly known that the spider was etheric, like I did when I clairvoyantly Saw a herd of them the size of two-foot-tall dogs run across my bed in another house! (These and other 4D astral creatures are more common than most would believe, at least they were many ascension years ago.) Why was I having a difficult time perceiving different 4D astral level entities and critters as NOT physical? Short answer is that we’ve traveled through, ascended through the astral for many, many years from 3D to finally vibrationally enter the fifth dimension and frequency. Because of this AP journey my perceptions, and many of you reading this, have changed dramatically into something far more simple and undramatic-like in nature. We’ve become, are continuing to become increasingly conscious of our multidimensionality in 2018.

If you’ve never been clairvoyant then suddenly Seeing something is a big indicator that you’re perceiving beyond your old familiar frequency and consciousness level. If you’ve been clairvoyant all your life before the Ascension Process began, when you See/see things during it, they don’t always have that old familiar feel of coming from another dimension and level of frequency. They have for many of us, felt and looked and acted just like they were physical when in fact they were astral and the reason for this has been because we’ve been ascending through that dimension for many years. Most of you reading this are fully in the fifth dimension and level of consciousness and frequency and are getting familiar with that plus what it feels like and how things act and work for us as multidimensional ascending beings in human bodies.

My point in sharing all these old and unpleasant ‘Dark Arts Training’ (a Lisa Renee term I’m borrowing) experiences now is because they each existed in a different line of development and trajectory over these ascension years. The higher I evolve, ascend, Embody etc. the easier it’s becoming for me to simply perceive multiple dimensions, quantum Now Moment existence, other dimensional beings both positive and negative (what’s left of them at this point), linear and non-linear time, physical and non-physical realities and on and on. The big difference to me with all this is how UN-dramatic it all is; how natural and normal it all is because it is natural and normal and UN-dramatic to us the higher we continue to evolve, ascend, unify, Embody.

What was profoundly separated off into different dimensions and levels and layers, linear time and beyond linear time etc., all starts being perceived by each of us as just more stuff to perceive, Work with, Create with, learn from, further Create from and so on. It’s all much less dramatic and obvious and just more stuff from my current level of development and consciousness. So many expect super high drama, intense emotional reactions, spectacular higher sights, elevated visions and such and that’s true but what’s more shocking than that is how “normal” and natural it is. Another example of this ongoing EP business: To “meditate” I used to sit down, turn off TV, music or whatever and get quiet internally to intentionally focus on something to gain information. For months I’ve been trying to do this and get nowhere with these old 3D methods. However, when I just intentionally push my awareness (and/or intent) out further in all directions and perceive from my HighHeart (Feeling with little to no intellect) I instantly and effortlessly perceive from higher levels of awareness and greater being. And, I can do this while washing the dishes, taking a shower, staring at the ceiling etc. It doesn’t matter because I’m just perceiving more of “reality” simultaneously. The methods, tools, practices and expectations have dramatically changed—and will continue to—because we have dramatically changed, evolved, ascended and will continue to. Release the old 3D familiar and continue learning more NEW from this 5D level we’re at, you’re at today, but know it too will continue to change and expand as you do, as we do.

Interestingly, I’d intended to write about different things than what I have but I know to trust this and let it be. More things both internally within each of us and externally in the world and worlds and lines of development and trajectories are currently being “righted”, aligned, unified internally which automatically assists in further unifying everything that needs to be “righted” and aligned externally. Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Does it matter? Nope, that’s old Duality consciousness and we’ve ascended into quantum everything at once consciousness and realities. Release old AP and EP expectations and beliefs because old lower consciousness couldn’t comprehend these NEW higher, bigger, more complex levels and states of being, existence and creativity. We can say this same thing over and over again at different levels of our own personal Embodiment Processes so just expect the magnificent higher unexpected as you, me, we each continue evolving and expanding into very NEW beings individually and as a NEW higher Group Collective. ❤
