Growing Instability From Greater Higher Light Energies

I’ve hesitated writing about this latest side effect unpleasantness now while such positive November 2018 triple 11 energies and incoming NEW Angelic level codes are upon us all, and to be Embodied by those able to do so. However, these positive energies will further push other people into greater mental, emotional and physical instability if they’re not prepared to cope with these latest NEW energies. For those who are living the Embodiment Process now, these energies are just another layer and aspect of it all, but as we Embody these November 2018 and beyond NEW codes, that too will further push some people into greater instability.

So, as we continue the Embodiment Process and go through more evolutionary changes in our selves and physical bodies, consciousness and all else, so too will mass humanity be forced to evolve more and quickly as these NEW codes and Light energies arrive in this dimension and ascending Earth worlds. And as if that weren’t enough, November 2018 is the mid-term elections here and that too will add to the upheavals, chaos, hatred, negativity and dying of the old negative patriarchy and global patriarchal consciousness. The Separation of Worlds escalates greatly this month. Hold the higher in yourself and be the higher that you are and continue becoming by Embodying more and more of it each month, each year, each decade.

Over the past six months or so of 2018, I’ve witnessed more and more people around me getting increasingly unstable in different ways. A few times I’ve watched my mailman stop at my mailbox and put up the red flag (informing him that there’s outgoing mail he needs to collect from my mailbox) and quickly drive away. He didn’t even open my mailbox to get my outgoing mail, nor did he deliver any mail, he just put the red flag up and quickly drove away. Different mailmen have delivered the wrong mail to me and other people and other such mess ups this year. Different UPS and Fed-Ex drivers have delivered certain large boxed packages to me, that I’ve paid plenty for in shipping costs, only to have them throw them and/or flip them from edge to edge to edge instead of picking them up and carrying them. I’ve stood there watching these guys abuse my packages, some of which were broken, dented, shattered or scraped when I unpacked them and I had to repack and return them myself. I paid hefty Shipping costs for this?! Typical lower frequency crap and I’m so done with it and that level of consciousness.

The people doing my paychecks have gotten them wrong lately. Some handymen have just messed up jobs like they weren’t paying any attention at all. Some cashiers have made mistakes with money exchanges this year. Some phone refund people have also made mistakes with returns/refunds and removing the charge from my credit card and on and on. Mercury hasn’t been retrograde recently, people are just having a harder time living, working and functioning in these increasingly intense higher frequency Light energies and more Embodiers Embodying them which further accelerates the entire Ascension Process on Earth and beyond. This has been very noticeable this year in more people. Those of us who’ve been through changes like this years and decades before know very well how hard it is to suddenly find your mind not capable of focusing and remaining focused on something, anything, and how difficult physical earthly life can be because of it. We know but they do not, and as November 2018 (11-11-11 energies and Angelic codes) arrive, we’re going to see more of them not coping so well with these latest NEW energies and related changes in this and other countries.

Just do what you’ve done all along which is live the Ascension Process and your personal ongoing Embodiment Process, embody the NEW Light and codes, Consciously Create the NEW Earth, hold these higher frequency energies and continue being changed yourself which automatically further changes the external world(s). Yes the chaos will increase but it’s doing so because you and I have been and continue Embodying and the Separation of Worlds (bifurcation) accelerates greatly. Many believe that LOVE (in caps I mean) is warm and fuzzy when in fact it’s often so intense it seems brutal and heartless to the unaware. LOVE (in caps I mean) is Divine creativity, Divine creation and we’re very much in this now. Walk through the triple 11-11-11 energies of November 2018; Embody the November NEW Angelic codes; let the mid-term elections and post dramas and BS unfold and continue holding higher all along. Be the Light, radiate the Light, Wayshow with your constantly expanding NEW Light and let the rest fall where it may. ❤

Accelerated Incoming Higher Energies

We’ve Worked, watched and waited a very long time to finally be where we are now experiencing completely NEW energies and codes entering and overriding everything from the previous Evolutionary Cycle. I’ve expected to be out of my mind crazy happy about our reaching this point finally after the darkness and brutality of getting here, but I guess I’m too frazzled at the moment to give this the appropriate fanfare it deserves. Please ignore my current monotone state about this cosmic spiritual energetic milestone we’ve reached and do all the celebrating you want. At the moment I feel like an ancient god whose weary from the Great Work, ancient battles, chaos and endless personal transformations I’ve had to go through to get to this point within the Ascension and Embodiment Processes both personally and collectively. Since June of 2018, it’s been mega intense and shockingly positive and progressive, and of course there’s more coming.

There was a Full Moon on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 that was part of a Grand Fixed Square I was just informed. Whatever all has been unfolding this week, intensely so since the day of the Full Moon, it’s been profound and has caused further physical body energy changes every day. Wednesday morning I’d planned to go grocery shopping but after getting ready I suddenly got hit energetically and knew I wasn’t going anywhere that day other than to sleep almost immediately! I felt that familiar sensation pushing me to go to sleep (this was around 10:00 AM) quickly and get out of my physical body because more evolutionary upgrades were about to begin again. So I put my comfy grubby cloths back on and promptly passed out that morning with zero effort.

This sudden mandatory late morning get out-of-body nap was the most comfortable, nurturing, uplifted, silent, high frequency suspended state I’ve ever felt while napping during the daytime. It was blissful in its quietude, elevated isolation, peace and restful soul-deep comfort. It was energetically delicious and could not have been more opposite from what I usually feel, see, hear and experience during those sleep times when I’m suddenly energetically pushed out of my physical body during the late morning hours.

For many years this has been about suddenly being shoved out-of-body, primarily in the morning(s) but not always, energetically because more Embodying is about to begin. I’ve learned the hard way to not fight this process when I’ve made plans to do other things like go grocery shopping, mop the kitchen floor, blow the leaves out of my yard and so on. The Divine Ascension and Embodiment Process doesn’t give a hoot about my little earthly plans and chores; when it’s time to Embody something like more NEW DNA or more Crystalline/Christ frequency into your HighHeart, you are laid out flat in seconds to do so. End of story, end of puny human plans. More Embodiment, or get the car washed? Guess what wins every time and isn’t it good that it does.

Full Moon Wednesday, October 24th  I’m suddenly feeling this coming on again and head for my recliner chair to pass out and do some more Embodying. For many years this has gotten increasingly intense, audibly louder and almost violent at times while being lucid when asleep and witnessing my Light body and Physical body inch closer and closer energetically to full alignment and merge. The closer this Process has brought me to this alignment, the more loud and intense the inner body vibrations and sometimes violent shaking has grown while I was out-of-body and could experience and perceive it from that vantage point. From our lower Selves perspective this lengthy alignment Process inching its way to full merge has looked, felt and sounded like we’re in the center of a raging tornado. From a higher Self perspective it’s more like lining up two radically different energy frequencies close enough so that eventually they fully align, merge and unify in the physical body.

After experiencing this lengthy alignment Embodiment Process for many years, to suddenly experience the total opposite of it Wednesday and just float in quiet peaceful silence told me that some very important NEW level has been reached by me. And if I’m experiencing this now it means some others are too and more will soon follow.

When I woke up from this lovely mandatory nap on Wednesday, I sat there with a smile thinking how great that was and how it just kicked the poo outta going grocery shopping! While basking in this peaceful state and mood I noticed I was seeing patches of pale pastel colors on the white ceiling. Didn’t think much of it at first but as the minutes ticked on I realized my seeing these patches of pale pastel colors on the ceiling and elsewhere is a NEW side effect and clue about how we’re changing again. There’s no iridescence to them but with what’s coming in November 2018, I expect many more things, including each of us, will be changing greatly and getting increasingly iridescent.

Thursday, October 25th there were more careless, hair-brained screw ups by other people which tests me if I’d let myself be emotionally affected by them or not. I’ll talk a bit more about experiencing more and more unaware people not coping well with every NEW Light energy and NEW code that comes in and is Embodied by those of us Embodying in another article because it deserves its own space and attention.

Friday morning October 26th I rushed to the grocery store because it was needed and after I’d gotten home and put things away I suddenly got hit again energetically and got to my chair just in time to fall asleep and get out-of-body. I sensed this was coming and was grateful to get grocery shopping done before this week’s ongoing Embodiment business started again. I was quickly exited from my physical body late Friday morning and proceeded to spend an hour and a half in a lucid state while asleep witnessing and feeling my heart pound so hard it felt like my teeth were rattling and my body was moved slightly by each hard-hitting heartbeat. I’ve experienced this many times over the Ascension years as it’s a common side effect of our physical hearts and energy HighHearts evolving and expanding to Embody greater and higher frequency Light energies and/or Crystalline/Christ frequencies. But like everything else, this too has increased in intensity to the point that if one didn’t know what was happening with this intense heart pounding while at complete rest, one would think they were possibly having a “heart attack”. One is not having a “heart attack”; one is experiencing their heart and HighHeart expanding and elevating into greater Crystalline Christ frequency alignment Embodiment yet again.

Sounds so exciting and intriguing, and it is until you wake up from the latest cosmic spiritual Embodiment “alignment treatment” to find your physical body utterly exhausted, weak, sore from the inside out and in need of days of self-care, rest and recovery time after such profound energy expansions and Embodiment activities in one’s heart HighHeart. And that’s just been since Wednesday and there’s more coming as usual.

  • Pluto is/has crossed the ecliptic recently which is why I re-posted my April 2018 astrological article mentioning it. I’d forgotten all about it just like many of you.
  • November 2018 is the mid-term elections here in collapsing USA. Don’t fear the changes.
  • More unaware humans becoming noticeably imbalanced by these higher frequency energies being Embodied by many of us now.
  • Increased weather changes and Earth changes for the same reasons.

The 11 energies of November have always been important energy threshold crossover points within the ongoing Ascension Process. However, given how amplified 2018 (2+0+1+8 = 11) has been, this years November energies certainly will not disappoint.

Since June 2018, I’ve perceived a cluster of massive, never before experienced Energy Waves coming from the Angelics and Angelic realm and arriving in November 2018. That June awareness made me perk up and wonder what in the multidimensional cosmos was coming from the Angelics in November of this year?! I’ve had interactions with a few Angelic Lightbeings over these ascension years, but this is different and will be vastly more intense both personally and collectively, and consciousness, life and reality-changing for each of us and everyone else too.

Almost immediately after I had this June 2018 Angelic insight about November 2018, the typically painful but necessary energetic prep Work for this coming event began. Like many of you reading this, we’ve been constantly going through layer upon layer of inner expansions and rapid evolution within our heads, brains and brain endocrine glands—Pineal, Pituitary, Hypothalamus—skull, spines, eyes, hearts and more and it has hurt-a-plenty at times. The last week of August and much of September I thought my head was going to “explode” from these particular Light expansions taking place in there. I’ve experienced these types of intense head, brain, brain glands, skull, eyes and so on evolutionary Light onslaughts before too but this Mastery 11 year energies have definitely been next-level. [My previous article talked about some of them.] To wear a Light Crown/Crown of Light requires a lot of personal prep Work. Have you clairvoyantly Seen and/or dreamed of seeing an ornate Crown or triple Crowns recently? I have, and it (a single Crown) was the most ornate brilliant white diamonds and pearls creation I’ve ever seen. No wonder our heads have hurt so severely this year! It’s now time to put on our NEW Light Crown(s) and Consciously Create accordingly.

The other aspect of this that I’ve been fascinated by has been how, from my personal perspective and experiences, the Inner Body Vibrations have steadily evolved over the years. All these things are connected of course, but as usual there’s often sections, aspects and certain energy Embodiment events that are, for a multitude of reasons, kept from us/me. Oftentimes the end punchline to these yearlong and decades-long evolutionary Ascension Embodiment Processes are intentionally kept from us so we’re not swayed or focused, fearful, worried or distracted by what’s coming instead of living and Embodying in the current moment(s) so we’re capable of Embodying each layer that’s coming down the cosmic evolutionary road. In my case a whole lot of physical pains and pressures in my head, heart and/or certain body parts does the trick with this for me. These 2018 head pains and pressures—on top of everything else happening in the world and our personal lives—has kept me focused on not much other than what I’ve dealt with. For a few pain-filled months I never even thought about or remembered the Angelics incoming Energy Waves arriving in November because I’ve been soul-deep in what’s been happening in and through my physical body, consciousness, life and personal reality in preparation for that. Most of you reading this have been. NEW Angel energies and codes arriving in November 2018, wonderful, but until then I’ve got to go through what’s happening in my head, heart, body, HighHeart and Self/Selves. One evolutionary energy Stair-step at a time even though we’re bounding up them now faster than ever.

When the Inner Body Vibrations started in me around 2001, they went on for many years as slow but steady electrical-like inner vibrations inside my physical body. I’ve paid close attention to this Ascension Process side effect both while awake and while out-of-body since they started and they’ve steadily expanded in my body, and lastly my head, to become a constant full-bodied faster inner vibration. This inner body vibration has increased tremendously in speed, size and intensity over the years, going from a mild inner vibration in the beginning to intense and extreme almost violent inner shaking by 2017. That greatly amplified inner body vibration and eventual shaking evolved in late 2017 into flashing inner Lights which have amplified throughout 2018. [I’ve written about this in another recent article if interested.]

I’ve felt, heard and watched this inner vibration expand and speed up since 2001, so much that it recently morphed from an inner body vibration frequency to inner Lights that constantly flash, move and pulse inside my and our Embodying bodies and Selves. Said another way, our Light bodies and our Physical bodies have finally aligned, synced up and vibrationally merged and greatly expanded throughout 2018. This is manifesting as us literally seeing ourselves as physical Light beings who continue to Embody higher, higher and higher frequency Light Energies and NEW Codes. The coming November 2018 Angelic Energy Waves about to start being Embodied by those capable of doing so now are another very big and important layer of these ongoing evolutionary Ascension Processes and related external changes they automatically trigger.

A Dream Vision From The mid 1990s

   

Around the mid 1990s I had a dream that I knew then was highly significant but also didn’t fully understand what all it was revealing to me at that time. In this dream I saw a stunningly beautiful conscious energy thing come down from above and slowly and gently fold back and forth on itself like warm taffy or soft folded ribbon candy. It moved and flowed like thick liquid Light and folded gently on itself in a way that felt as meaningful as its overall appearance. It was shimmering iridescent pastel colors of pale pink, baby blue, mint green, lavender and pale yellow liquid Light. It felt profoundly loving and feminine but was beyond lower frequency masculine/feminine duality. It was a slow-moving, gentle liquid Light Energy Wave that was conscious and deeply beautiful in every way. In this old dream it was mainly just making a first conscious connection with me by revealing itself in this way and giving me plenty of time to view and feel it. It was many years later into my physical level Ascension Process that I began to understand it was an energy aspect from the Angelic realm. Many of the dreams and other dimensional experiences you and I have had throughout our current lifetimes have been about the Universal Ascension Process. Working in linear time space and simultaneously beyond it does, at times, get a little weird and mystically wonderful! Such is the evolutionary business at hand.

Greater Embodiment Produces Greater Old Negative World Collapse

I’ve tried many times to convey the difficult concept of having positive evolutionary changes happening simultaneously to increasing negative old patriarchal world “end times” events. This is hard to wrap one’s awareness around until you remember that lower and higher frequencies cannot co-exist in the same space. Then this bit of different frequency, consciousness and reality weirdness makes perfect sense.

Another aspect of my June Angelic insights about November’s 11 energies had to do with this simultaneous “better and worse” Separation of Worlds business. The November 11 energies have always felt to me like spiritual energetic thresholds we cross through in that month. November 2018’s 11 threshold we’ll pass through, no matter which world or Stair-step each person is currently on, will produce the largest collective shift for all groups and levels. If this confuses you, think back to last week or last month or four or five months ago and remember what all you and your body have gone through at this much higher amplified and quickened level. There have been important reasons for all those physical head and body pains, pressures, deeper Work on Self, and greater Crystalline Christ frequency Embodiment plus NEW DNA activations so that you’re capable of crossing this 2018 November threshold and Embody these NEW Angelic Light Codes. December 2018 should see some of us Embodiers going more Light than we’ve been able to before, plus more Light Crowns manifesting for more of us as well. But first we’ve got to live and Embody through the November 2018 Angelic Code arrivals.

  • Inner Body vibrations have increased and expanded to inner Flashing Lights.
  • Inner Flashing Lights are living Sun/solar connections between us and it, it and us. We have become Unified.
  • Inner Flashing Lights have triggered NEW Crystalline Rainbow DNA activation and Embodiment in some of us this year.
  • Crystalline Rainbow DNA activation and Embodiment has prepared some of us to be able to Embody NEW Angelic realm Codes in November 2018.
  • NEW Angelic Codes Embodied will further the Embodiment and activation of Crowns of Light/Light Crowns in December 2018 and 2019.

It’s astonishing how much progress has happened throughout 2018, and by reviewing what the Embodiers have and continue to achieve individually and collectively it’s clear that accelerated change is the norm. Get ready for more throughout November and December 2018 as you, me, we continue to evolve and Embody more and more. It shouldn’t be a surprise at all that 2019 is going to be extraordinary as well. Well done everyone, now get ready to Embody November Angel energies. ❤

Is It Organic Or Inorganic?

“Unrelatedly, yes, time is very odd lately. I can’t seem to get anything done, my ability to focus has gone even wonkier than usual. House is horrendous at this point. I can’t help wondering if this mental weirdness is an infernal technology effect. I wonder also about all these body symptoms and fatigue possibly being from the same cause. Glacia Rain says we’re also being hit with a lot of emf frequencies designed to elicit specific responses (and she offers a technique I’m going to try). Denise, how can we sort out (if we even can) what’s being caused by these Team Dark EMF mind control / emotion-eliciting broadcasting technologies and what symptoms are being caused by Team Light? More to the point, can you teach us any techniques for keeping our fields clear of this kind of Team Dark EMF mind assaults? Keeping our sovereignty is getting a bit more tricky these days. Firstly, humanity has always been pummeled by artificial inorganic EMF (Electromagnetic frequencies), it’s just that they and other unseen man-made energies and energy waves have greatly increased and gotten more complex and dangerous over the past few decades, unintentionally and intentionally. It is the Aquarian Age after all, which means those past Piscean Age things that were dug, drilled, blasted, extracted and pumped up to Earth’s surface like oil and gas and more, continue shifting due to the entrance into the next astrological Age energies and are increasingly of the air and up in the air (Aquarius is an AIR sign) in the form of unseen energies and energy waves.

      

Secondly, using external techniques, tools, devices and such to combat these and other intentionally or unintentionally harmful artificial and non-human Team Dark alien-made energies is not the solution. Evolving beyond them is because it puts you, puts each of us beyond that frequency range that these humans and non-human aliens/beings/entities exist in and work from. Anyone can pay for lower frequency techniques, teachings and tools they want and believe are needed to protect themselves from these and other negative debilitating and suppressing types of energies. I’ll tell you however that if you trust the 7D Photon Light we and our Solar System now exists in, and trust the Source directed Light energies, waves, flashes, pluses etc. that have been and continue coming from the Milky Way Galactic Center, our local Sun, Central Suns and beyond, then you’ve got more higher evolutionary ascension tools at your constant disposal than you realize or know what to do with. The great news is that you don’t really have to “do” anything with them other than (1) understand that they’re here now and why and (2) take advantage of them by trusting that they are evolving you, your physical and energy bodies, consciousness, inner landscapes and external world reality and more.

I realize that younger readers don’t have as many decades lived in the old 3D Sunlight energies that existed before the Ascension Process started. To younger people the Sun has always looked and felt the way it does today, which is not anything like it used to look and feel before the 1990s.

I incarnated with built-in instructions to consciously pay attention to our Sun, where it was in the sky year-round, what color it was, how it felt physically, energetically and so on. As an elementary school age kid, I checked out the Sun every day when waking to school in the mornings and walking home each afternoon. As a kid I didn’t remember why it was so important for me to pay attention to the Sun and what color it was, but I knew it was important for me to do so. It was in the mid-1990s when I first noticed that the Sun had changed colors and felt profoundly different energetically. The Sun had always been a warm earthy yellow-golden color and felt a specific way; uncomplicated and steadfast. But suddenly the Sun and sunlight had changed from that old familiar 3D warm earthy yellow-gold color to a much more intense silvery-white color, had and still has massive visible energy radiating far out around it, and felt vastly more energetically complex and higher frequency. The Sun and sunlight has continued to grow more pristine silver-white in color from when this change started and now often looks liquid-like when it shines on the surface of some physical objects. The Sun and sunlight continues to evolve into much higher frequency energies that are more intense than the week before and this will not plateau anytime soon. All these natural cosmic evolutionary “machines” — our Sun and the Light it transmits, the Central Sun(s), Galactic Center, other galaxies and forces — are now present to automatically and naturally push everything into evolving into a NEW higher cycle, level, reality, consciousness and all else. Cost? Free. Instructions? Live it and be changed by it all.

How To Tell What’s Organic & What’s Inorganic

Here are some simple practices I recommend to teach you more than you think you’re learning.

Go outside and sit or lay down in the sunlight, be still, feel and discern as best you can today. Intentionally open your chest, your HighHeart upper chest area to the Sun and sunlight and radiate as much higher LOVE as you’re capable of today at the Sun. Trust me, it/they will feel you and what you’re doing. Hold this for as long as you can while simultaneously receiving the Light energies constantly radiating from the Sun. While doing, feeling, transmitting and receiving all this and more, ask yourself if your energy exchange and intentional conversation with the Sun feels organic to you or inorganic?

This can be done in your house/space/apartment and outside of it. Either way works. Try them both repeatedly. Immediately without thinking or laboring at this simply envision your entire property, home, space and you in it existing in a higher frequency level of Light and energies. This is the case for most of you reading this already but some need reminding of it and others need to focus themselves more in this direction intentionally. See yourself and where you now live, existing within ascended 5D Light energies and frequencies. See it, feel it, know that it already exists with you in it and that this is just a simple technique to help you realize this fact better. While doing and visualizing this, feeling it and being in it, question yourself if it feels organic to you or inorganic?

When you’re around other people and look at them and/or simply feel things emanating from each of them, what does that all feel like to you? Does it feel organic or inorganic to you or sometimes both? No judgements, just honest perceptions and you learning how to Read Energy Signatures of other people, places, objects, systems, belief systems, programs and so on for yourself.

When you suddenly feel and/or become aware of someone or a group of people or something that instantly makes you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, hated, vulnerable, pressured, in the “wrong place” or like prey, does all that feel organic or inorganic to you? [This is a trick question but I did it to clarify and prove a point.]

Whenever a nonphysical etheric Being(s) has intentionally made contact with you both awake and/or asleep, how did that Being and what he/she/it/them told you make you feel? Did he/she/it/them feel and seem organic or inorganic to you? Was the information they gave in the form of absolutes? Did he/she/it/them make demands of you in any way? Have any of these Beings ever given you information stating that it was and is the “only way” and needs to be strictly adhered to? If so, how did that whole encounter make you feel? Did it feel to you like it was very high frequency and organic, or did it make you feel like you were being coerced, manipulated, lied to and intentionally directed in specific ways that are inorganic? [This is another trick question because real organic Light and Beings of the Light would never behave like this, but is typically how most inorganic Team Dark beings and humans interact and communicate with people both physically, etherically, telepathically etc.

When you read, hear or watch certain information and are not moved by it, not instantly uplifted by it energetically, cannot relate to it at all, do you interpret that material as organic or inorganic?

 

Organic things, people, words, actions, emotions, thoughts etc. feel true, natural, safe, non-threatening, non-invasive, expansive, correct and natural. Inorganic things, people, words, actions, emotions, thoughts etc. feel unnatural, dense, heavy, oppressive, restrictive, invasive, manipulative, demanding, parasitic, narrow in scope and highly controlling. Organic radiates freely; Inorganic takes, distorts and uses to oppress and control others.  One feels natural and good and the other feels dense and restrictive.

One can spend all their time, money and personal focus—consciousness—on external things like inorganic energies, EMF, chem-trails and all the other things and tools etc. used to keep you from living the Ascension Process, or, you can focus on it knowing that it is organic and here now to naturally evolve all ready and willing to do so from their physical bodies and hearts.

While writing that last sentence, specifically the part about the Ascension being organic, I grimaced a bit because I know I should talk at least a little bit about the fact that there is also an inorganic Ascension. Inorganic takes, distorts and uses to oppress and control others, remember?

False Light and Inorganic Ascension are intentional distortions created to trick, fool, grab, sidetrack, derail and pull down as many humans as the old lower negative beings and negative humans can. They’ve dressed it up to look, feel, sound and seem like the organic Ascension but it isn’t and the people who cannot tell the difference, cannot discern and read energies, cannot tell the difference between Light and Dark, people who get caught up in lesser issues intentionally designed to distract them with lower things and events etc. are easy targets and have gotten pulled into this other reality and timeline.

At the start of 2017, I felt a great reduction in the number of people, of readers that came to HighHeartLife to access my writings. At first I thought this sudden reduction was because they either didn’t like what I was writing about, how I do that, didn’t like me, or couldn’t relate in general which I completely understand. Whatever the reasons, I became acutely aware that with the start of 2017, a lot of people were not only not at my site(s) anymore but were gone from the space and level that I currently live in as Denise. I have paid close attention to this because I wanted to be consciously aware of the Separation of Worlds unfolding and how that looks and feels.

With the start of 2018, I felt another even larger reduction in the number of readers of my material. After the first few months of potent and intense 2018, it became undeniable why this accelerated drop-off of people was happening. Simply said, as the NEW higher Light energies, codes, evolutionary DNA changes and all else unfolds each year, more people are just not willing or desirous or ready to go further with the organic Ascension Process and intentionally go to a level that is more comfortable to them. Some of them just go back a few Stair-steps and continue working from there. Certain other people however have gotten so tired of all the mandatory work, the physical aches and pains, stress, responsibilities and constant evolution and inner and outer growth and change that they’ve bailed completely from the organic Ascension Process and opted instead for the inorganic Ascension. Most of them are unaware that what they’ve chosen is inorganic while some of them do know. At any rate the Separation of Worlds and other energetic Stair-steps and levels of the Ascension Process has increased dramatically since 2017 that I’m consciously aware of. No blame, no shame, no “better than”, no “less than”, no guilt, just people choosing what they want now. The Separation of Worlds isn’t just a clever term, wild fantasy or delusion, it is real and has happened and continues to happen even faster.

Moral of the story is, pay attention to where you let your attention wander to! It may be organic wandering which is fine and good, or it may very well be inorganic “advertisements” doing their best to snag, grab, pull, drag or derail you and your consciousness down into inorganic levels claiming to be Ascension but are more like lower frequency human holding pens with very short shelf-lives.

Do the evolutionary Ascension Process Work yourself or search for more external people, tools, gadgets, techniques, instructions and/or help from other people and their products that exist at lower levels? If you can feel, sense and discern the energetic differences between organic and inorganic, then you already know which way to go. I strongly suggest that you stay The Higher Path and do The Higher Work to gain the Higher outcomes even though it often hurts and is difficult but the choice is yours so chose wisely.

Hi Denise,

Thank you for all your writings. I am reaching out to you to ask if you could write a piece about how you activate, integrate and ground the new DNA-codes.

In my country, Denmark, the internet is floating with offers of paid help to do so, often healings/meditations sent to you online, sometimes live.

I have participated in quite a few but am getting rather tired of all the advertisements and payments.

I am not clairvoyant and sometimes doubt if enough is happening (like right now). I am sensitive and have known about the invisible worlds since childhood (born a day apart from you). I also know a lot has been happening to me especially in the past three years, I really feel quite different than three years ago – but I am not able to visually see the codes, geometries, numbers etc. as some are seeing. I have no problems seeing when meditating and also enjoy being a member of a spiritual circle. But I have never seen the codes in any form whatsoever, and when I am hit with psychical problems like now, when I have just moved to a new home and am very tired, I get in doubt.

Hope you can help me with clarification.

While I was working on my public response article to P’s questions, Lisa Renee wrote something on her blog a few days ago called ‘Spiritual Consumerism’. I’ll include a link to it below my copyright notice because it covers this topic so well.

Before we get to P’s question however, I want to discuss some other things first because the past few weeks have been unusually intense, different and transforming in ways most of us weren’t prepared for. We think we are but then months like June, July, August and September 2018 happen and we quickly discover we’ve reached a higher level of the continuing Embodiment Process—in this case specifically, activation of NEW DNA bridge connections that quickly evolve us, our physical bodies, consciousness, lives and very realities and how we perceive and interact with them and everything and everyone else. One can intellectually know that something is going to happen, but that’s nothing compared to actually living it and being increasingly transformed because of having lived and embodied it. Said another way, our individual evolutionary transformations continue and each phase, each level automatically alters everything some more. How prepared are you really for physical reality to change more dramatically than it has been? Our consciousness and reality cannot and will not remain the same while NEW DNA bridge connections are made. It’s impossible. We all know this but it’s different when it’s happening to you, in you and through you in ways it never has before. Thank Gawd for incremental Stair-steps!

The intense, higher frequency more complex evolutionary energies of 2018 have been nonstop, which often makes it hard to clearly separate (no separation anymore but increasing personal unification in one’s quantum Now Moment) one Ascension energy onslaught from the next and the next and so on. All of 2018 has been an ongoing Now Moment of becoming something different than I was, than you were in my/our previous Now Moment and on and on. This reminds me of those old illustration booklets that when quickly thumbed through becomes a moving picture show on paper instead of many motionless individual drawings. One Now Moment becomes the next one and from another viewpoint the thing is seen as one continuously moving image transforming from one frame into the next.

The last week of August 2018, was for me wildly intense and felt somewhat like when I began Menopause simultaneously with the start of my physical level biological Ascension Process in February 1999, and quite smoking cigarettes at the same time because my Higher Self/Selves has always preferred to ‘bundle’ my really big and difficult transformational processes into one huge steaming intense pile of… glorious personal transformation. O_o  Actually, all of 2018 has been like this for me and I’m certain many of you can relate. Sudden hot flashes, feeling like I’m going into shock, expanding spare tire Buddha Belly to a ridiculous and painful degree, sweaty and clammy, waves of nausea, reality changes, consciousness changes, emotional ups n’ downs, emotional neutrality, dreaming on steroids every time you fall asleep, clairvoyantly Seeing more things and lights, Seeing more NEW lights I’m emanating, Seeing lights emanating from other places, energies, beings, and continued Seeing massive multidimensional migrations of different levels of nonphysical beings, entities, people and energies. Seeing all that sounds kinda fun n’ exciting doesn’t it? Let me tell you it’s often been the complete opposite.

Honestly imagine physically seeing and clairvoyantly Seeing (but it all looks very physical), plus hearing and feeling so much nonphysical and energetic activity inside your house, your bedroom, your everywhere that it sometimes becomes distracting not to mention a massive lack of privacy and quiet time in your home. Have you ever seen the migration of physical birds in the sky? Imagine that same type of migration but on multiple dimensions happening for multiple months and years and it’s not birds but energies and beings, realities and thought forms, ancient negativity and NEW in-pouring energies replacing them all and on and on. Sometimes one wants to just stare at the ceiling and see nothing but the physical ceiling! Not so lately however due to the Separation of Worlds, our ongoing DNA bridge connections happening, our ongoing Embodiment Process continually evolving each person living it, and the old lower 3D patriarchal world and all that went with it running mad in the global streets for all, well almost all, to see and have to emotionally deal with. We’re in multidimensional, collective, evolutionary, Source-driven bundling of global humanity and everything else. Sounds kinda fun n’ exciting doesn’t it? And it certainly is and will continue to be. Deep grateful breath, smile into your HighHeart and remember what YOU really are and then carry on please. ❤

Also wanted to mention that the shift from August to September 2018 was unusually active with etheric and physical negativity and negative people intentionally doing negative things to harm others. The energies for that period were pretty severe for a few days and was felt as pockets of dark density and attacks all over the place with certain low consciousness people doing negative things to others. That’s how those people react to the high frequency Ascension Process Light energies because they’ve not done any inner clearing prep work in themselves.

Over the past few months I’ve been increasingly aware that we’ve reached the point where the “normal folks”, aka the unaware, the global sheeple people etc., are “waking up” to the fact that something huge is happening on Earth and to humanity that’s never happened before. Much of this is caused by America’s Orange Menace & Co., which was a big part of the evolutionary Divine Plan of why he, they are where they are now. Shit often has to get really severe and in-your-face before most humans are shocked awake and finally realize that they and everything else HAS to change for the better immediately. Most people are there now, but many aren’t and never will be in these incarnations and that’s okay except they cannot remain in the world that’s evolving and not personally evolve themselves and their consciousness. Hence the amplified madness, chaos, lying, hatred and lashing out and absolute desperate attempts by most to cling to the old patriarchal ways because that’s all they know and want.

What I’ve been sensing the past few months is that the Ascension Process online information is increasingly going mainstream. Because this country and others are rapidly falling apart in multiple ways, and the global warming beliefs and dozens of other things, more and more of the unaware people are and will be searching for information about why all these strange and never before experienced things are happening now. Those who were hardcore disbelievers of the Ascension Process and attacked and insulted those of us in the Ascension community since the subject first came up online, may be rethinking their beliefs and negative actions in 2018. Those who’ve been asleep and unaware of anything outside the old 3D patriarchal control reality box are being forced by all the people, events and happenings now to question what’s happening and why. Because of this, people who’ve never done a Google search for Ascension, evolution, spiritual evolution in our lifetimes, feeling strange things in my body etc. are or will be which will lead them to many years of online information and books about what the Forerunners have gone through and why for decades already.

This is good, great in fact, because all that much-needed information is online for humans awakening today, tomorrow and beyond to read through and discover the Ascension Process, its many weird symptoms and side effects and plenty of related information. But this, like everything else of the old lower 3D world consciousness has a negative side too unfortunately, which brings us back around to P’s question to me, and to Lisa Renee’s recent great ‘Spiritual Consumerism’ blog article.

My first encounters with some people intentionally making money off of spiritual seekers was back in the mid-1970s. I was repulsed by both the people making money off of others and by the unaware, eager to be told exactly what to do and pay great sums of money for it. From my perspective it was a big insult and waste of time and money but I’ve never been a human “sheeple” herd creature. My online readership have been the closest I’ve come to being part of a Group of like individuals in the physical and I am very grateful for that because it’s rare for Forerunners. Not so in other dimensions however but certainly is on the physical during this time of Ascension.

Because of my conscious awareness of having Volunteered multiple aspects of my Higher Selves to incarnate physically on Earth to live, embody, anchor and Embody the Ascension Process and eventually teach about it, I’ve never been part of those early “new age” fluffy groups, gurus and lectures etc. It always felt like negative Piscean Age religious BS and tactics dipped in “new age” BS and tactics with a hefty price tag attached. Needless to say I’ve always Pathpaved as a solo Forerunner because of these things and more, such as doing my best to fly under Team Dark’s radar in the early decades so I’d live long enough to embody the Ascension Process and then Embody on Earth.

It was sometime around 2005 that someone contacted me through an online spiritual forum wanting to know how much I charged to be a ‘Life Coach’. I’d never heard that term before and had to Google search it to find out what it even was. Once I’d discovered what that term meant, I wrote this person back to inform them that I didn’t and never would be anyone’s Life Coach. Again, I was repulsed by the very thought of one-on-one spoon-feeding spiritual information and cheer-leading people through their ego centered lives and consciousness and have the audacity to charge them a small fortune for it. It’s only lower consciousness and human ego that wants to have and tell other human egos that they have a ‘Life Coach’ and/or any other type of external spiritual “handler”.

Nonetheless, as the Ascension Process and it’s many strange symptoms and related pleasant and unpleasant events go more mainstream, there already are plenty of lowly 3D consciousness egos right there ready to help guide you through your evolutionary Ascension Process and related needs and questions, aches and pains, nightmares and confusions, negative attachments and other etheric problems, higher chakra openings etc. for a good chunk of money and usually all this is a multiple event process that one is charged for each time. To address these parasitic spiritual hustlers, cons and snake-oil people I’ll keep this short and to the point. Why would you pay anyone to evolve? Why should you pay anyone to have your mind expanded? Activate your higher chakras? Remove your negative inner junk? Why would you pay anyone for any of these or any other related Ascension Process “fixes” or “activations” etc. when they’re all happening automatically because the evolutionary Ascension Process is created and dispersed freely by Divine Source God The All That Is? I’ll add that by paying parasite cons only perpetuates that old negativity and lowly consciousness of the 3D past. Stop enabling it by being co-dependent with it and those parasite people and dive into your free Source activated evolutionary Ascension Process.

How you ‘activate, integrate and ground the new DNA-codes’ is continue living your life. Take a nap, intend, envision, ask your Higher Self for help and guidance, go into your heart, lay in the sunlight, listen to the wind, feel Earth, pay attention intuitively, constantly discern, feel and radiate as much gratitude from your HighHeart as you can produce, sit in quiet private stillness and know that you are being naturally evolved by the Ascension Process and nothing besides that matters. Forget about the showy egotism crap, the ego inflating stuff, spiritual competitions, old 3D ego-based “new age” and ascension labels, and forget about needing or wanting to clairvoyantly Seeing the NEW geometries or ETs or whatever. The more you live the Ascension Process, the more all these things and much more automatically start happening to you. All that’s really important is that you live the Ascension Process even when you don’t know what you’re doing, if it’s really happening, or if it’s even real. Don’t ever compare your personal and unique Ascension Process to anyone else’s personal and unique Ascension Process. We’re all different meaning what and how we each experience the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process is slightly different which is why I often say, your mileage may vary when writing about the Ascension Process.

I tell you all that if you’re breathing, you are living the natural evolutionary Ascension Process and related dimensional Shift or Separation of Worlds. You do NOT need to pay someone trying to hustle you out of piles of money to do this for you or guide you through it or make energetic corrections in you etc. You only need to live it because doing so automatically Alchemically transforms you, your consciousness, your physical body, your energy bodies, your DNA, your CNS, your brain, heart and much more. The Ascension Process is a Do It Yourself affair because that’s the ONLY way that we and our consciousness, our DNA, our very reality is changed is by embodying these NEW higher Light energies into our body and self. This is not an external affair nor is it something that another person, guru, preacher or master teacher can do for you; you HAVE to live it yourself so that you are energetically, vibrationally, physically Alchemically transformed by it. Don’t get sidetracked with anything else like comparing how many geometric shapes you saw or didn’t see or See. Not the point, not at all, never has been. ❤ I’ve been a Seer since birth and my clairvoyance and everything else has continually evolved into very different NEW tools of perception since I began the Ascension Process. Expect constant evolutionary caused change in you in all ways.

The Ascension Process, and if doing it the Embodiment Process (with a capital E), are between you, You, YOU and Divine Source and no one and nothing else beyond that matters. Don’t be fooled by people trying to get your money that they can do this for you or help you with it or guide you through it. Discernment people because there’s a next-level of human con assholes coming who want as much of your money as they can get out of you to help you with any and all aspects of the Ascension Process. Geese, if you want to give your money away I’d appreciate an occasional energy exchange Donation if what I’ve written has honestly assisted you in some way.

A couple of articles back I said something that I knew needed to be said and should have been said by me sooner. It was that you are not failing in your Ascension Process even though it may feel or seem like that to you from time to time. Think of every World Master you’ve ever read about or seen depictions of in movies etc. and how each of them had huge periods of personal internal and external struggle, self-doubt, confusion, pain, weakness and wanting to quit their Ascension Process when they went through it at that level. If they had self-doubts, which they did at times, then do not beat yourself up for experiencing the same things fellow evolving Ascender but in the amplified ways we are now which are profoundly different and more vast. Perspective. Honesty. Grace. Forgiveness. Determination. Dedication. Light. Love. LOVE. You and Source. Source and you. You as Source incarnate. Be still, feel, expand and know.

Some Current Alignment Side Effects

I wanted to write a little something about the latest potent cosmic alignment blast that arrived after the August 11, 2018 Solar eclipse but I’ve needed some recuperation, integration and recovery time because it was that intense. From my perspective the ongoing Embodiment Process is simply intense, with certain massive phases such as what’s just happened on August 12 through the 13th thrown in that take all this to another level we’ve not experienced before, ever. By August 14th it felt like I’d adjusted and recovered just enough from the 12–13th blast, but this morning August 15th, another type of higher energy is here now. Such is 2018, Mastery on levels we didn’t even know existed.
As is always the case with the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process, your mileage will vary because we individually experience these evolutionary processes uniquely. We all agree that another big and very intense energy blast happened during the days mentioned, but how we personally experienced it, them, is unique to each of us.
About a half hour after I went to bed on Sunday August 12, 2018, an AI inorganic device creature thing manifested etherically in my room. Before it appeared etherically however, it manifested a really horrible burning smell which was so physical that I thought something was actually burning inside my house or possibly outside. As you know we’ve had multiple fires in this area for over a month but this particular smell was not the same smell as burning hillsides. This had a more chemical smell to it so I got up and checked the house inside then went outdoors to check on my A/C unit to see if it was okay. (In this heat it runs almost all day.) Everything was fine, in fact it smelled nice and clean outside so I went back to bed and turned off the light. It was about fifteen minutes or so after this that I clairvoyantly saw the etheric manifestation of an AI device creature thing manifest in the space at the end of my bedroom. I’ll share what it looked like to me ONLY for educational purposes, not to titillate or fixate on or fear.
[If you’ve read A Lightworker’s Mission then you may remember that a demonic entity and/or negative aliens—basically the same things—placed an etheric box-shaped AI device at the threshold of my physical bedroom door in that house. I could clairvoyantly see it sitting there for months and so too could one of our cats. He would jump over it every time he entered and exited my bedroom where our second cat acted like it wasn’t there.]
After smelling this unpleasant burning smell for almost a half hour while laying there in bed trying to figure out what it was and wasn’t, an etheric flat circular-shaped AI device the color of inorganic fake “White Light” appeared in the air a few feet away from the foot of my bed. It looked somewhat like a 2.5 foot circular shaped circuit-board that had AI intelligence. The second I saw it I knew what it was and that it was producing the horrible burning smokey chemical smell. That smell is fairly common when negative aliens, demons and certain Team Dark AI devices are present, but this time the smell was slightly different from what I’ve smelled before at another house between 2000–2004 while under demonic and negative alien attacks. (See A Lightworker’s Mission for more information about those events.) This event of August 12, 2018 just before midnight in my bedroom smelled slightly less strong, less potent than what I’ve smelled years before. Nevertheless I discerned the situation because, to be honest, I was surprised that a negative thing could manifest inside my house in 2018 and stink the place up to the extent it did. This negative burning smoky chemical smell lingered for three days and nights in my room and house after I removed the etheric AI intruder the night it manifested. Something else was happening in relation to this attempted attack and I wouldn’t understand it all until August 13th when something else happened. I was aware when I was viewing it of having a sense that this etheric AI device was about to die, about to be permanently destroyed and that this was its last attempt at doing harm to me.
The next day, Monday August 13, 2018 I awoke and scanned my room, house and property for the etheric AI intruder creature thing and it had remained gone. I could still smell the scent it produced in my bedroom and different areas of my house from time to time, but it was gone. I went about my morning routine and got things done that needed to be taken care of when suddenly I got hit and hit HARD with the most intense and potent ascension related cosmic alignment energies I’ve experienced to date. What I’m going to describe next, I’ve experienced dozens and dozens of times before over the years, but never as big and strong and powerfully as the energies that arrived most of the day on August 13, 2018.
Thankfully I got my morning choirs chores completed when these cosmic alignment energies arrived and the phase of Embodying them began for me about 12 hours after the negative etheric AI device and stink manifested in my bedroom. A short 12 hours later Source-sent evolutionary energies arrived to be Embodied by those of us able to house them in our physical bodies. I spent the entire day flat on my back with my heart pounding so hard in my chest than anyone else would have rushed me to the ER! I knew what it was however and immediately surrendered and fully opened myself to it, to this level of energy and Embodiment Process and let my heart and HighHeart pound and expand and push out a lot of old lower frequency stuff inside my body, my cells, my bones, my muscles and organs etc. I lay there and had my heart and HighHeart pound so hard all day as I viewed old lower frequency codes, energies, patterns, beliefs, habits, density, toxicity and so on literally be pounded out of me and my physical body by incoming higher frequency NEW Light energies. It was glorious… and painful… and freeing to a degree I’d not experienced to this extent ever before. As another layer of old density junk, gunk and muck within me was permanently pounded out like a chef hammering thin a slab of meat, I knew why the negative etheric AI device had manifested 12 hours earlier; it was taking its last attack swing at me before it was destroyed. 12 hours later some more of my own old lower stuff was also permanently destroyed via extended heart and HighHeart jack-hammering by Source delivered energies. When it’s time for another big layer of old lower residual stuff—personal and collective, positive and negative, internal and external—it ALL gets cleared out in many different ways.
After the energy pounding Embodiment Process I and many of you experienced since the Solar eclipse of August 11, 2018, my physical body was so sore and swollen, hot and beat up feeling like I’d been hit by a truck, that I had to do very little Tuesday the 14th because I was so weak and sore. Today, August 15th much of those side effect pains, weakness, body aches, bruised ribs front and back, internal heat and internal swelling from SO much super high frequency Light energies having been Embodied has eased up and I can do a bit more now. But because this latest cosmic blast was more intense than anything we’ve experienced before, give yourself and your physical body and anything else that needs it, plenty of time to recover from Embodying so much so quickly, and from releasing so much so quickly simultaneously.
This morning I feel different energies coming in, more Solar feeling and in the head than what happened the past three or fours days. 12 to 24 hours now seems to be the time we have between evolutionary cosmic energy onslaughts so use them wisely because the recovery down-time doesn’t last long before another bout arrives. So no, you’re not doing anything wrong nor are you failing your personal Ascension Process or Embodiment Process, neither have you gotten lost within the process or hung up on old lower stuff; you’ve just gotten hammered in whatever ways and areas you personally need by Divine Source and the cosmos so you can get another good-sized chunk of HOME Embodied within yourself and your physical body in this here and this now. ❤ ❤ ❤

Transitional Pains & Greater Higher Awareness & Sovereignty

  Many have felt some different Ascension Embodiment Process pains in 2018, myself included. For the most part they’ve been sudden and severe, causing many to second-guess whether something has suddenly gone haywire in the lower half of their physical bodies. Many have experienced severe pains in bones and/or joints in one or both feet, the heel(s), ankle(s), leg(s), hip(s) joints, and sometimes all the way up into the tailbone area and lower vertebra in the spine causing sciatica pains. I’ve dealt with this since the first few days of April 2018, and it’s continued into May. These mainly heel bone foot ankle pains reduced for me for about three days earlier this month and I celebrated but it was short-lived because they returned even stronger a few days later.

It’s common to feel the potent magnetic changes taking place in the Earth, the Sun and our physical bodies as sudden waves of usually short-lived nausea. I usually experience this in the mornings but it can happen any time of the day or night. Think of it as Ascension related energetic magnetic changes “morning sickness” for both sexed humans.

Another common symptom or side effect of these ongoing magnetic changes in Earth, the Sun and our bodies are periods of sudden weeping, crying over nothing, crying over the profound beauty, crying over the shocking horrors, crying because the blessed Ascension Process is simply happening. These massive magnetic changes impact some people far more intensely than others so don’t beat yourself up if you’re one who suddenly finds yourself crying over anything and nothing out of the blue.

Other common side effects of magnetic changes are vertigo, sense of slowly spinning or rotating, sudden dropping, rising, tipping over; changing sense of self as a singular entity and identity; head and body pains and pressures and heart and HighHeart sensations as well. Because the magnetic fields held codes of the previous Evolutionary Cycle in place, they also did the same for each of us and our bodies and individual sense of self and personal identities and so forth. So as the old magnetic energies and fields have disintegrated and disappeared, so too has our old 3D sense of physical-only self, our old lower frequency identities, our old 3D locations within linear time, and our old place and focus within life on Earth.

These planetary, solar and human body magnetic fields hold the energy codes and patterns in place throughout the entire Evolutionary Cycle. They are the magnetic glue that holds the energetic codes in place for that whole cycle and all life lived throughout it, so when we enter the completion phase of an Evolutionary Cycle such as what we’ve been living in these incarnations, these magnetic changes begin because the old Evolutionary Cycles energies and matching codes have reached their Expiration Dates and start reducing and eventually disappear altogether. This has been unfolding since 1998–1999, because we’ve been in this cuspal stage of transitions out of the old Evolutionary Cycle with its matching energies and codes while simultaneously evolving, ascending into the NEW Evolutionary Cycle with its matching NEW higher frequency energies and codes within a higher dimension within a higher Universal octave or level.

The old lower everything has wound down all these laborious AP decades while the Forerunners helped transmute and clear out copious amounts of residual negativity and density from the expiring old cycle on multiple dimensions while simultaneously Embodying increasing amounts of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s NEW energies and matching codes in their physical bodies and selves.

For all this and more to happen, the old 3D magnetic fields and codes had to expire and diminish over time and eventually be completely replaced by NEW more complex higher frequency magnetic energies and fields. That sentence sounds so simple and easy but as many of us know, living it in our physical bodies as First Everything-ers has been anything but! As the old magnetic energies and fields have reduced and disappeared, so too has our old physical identities, sense of self, locations we’ve called “home” within these current incarnations on Earth, and our awareness of ourselves and “reality” within 3D linear time. The old magnetic fields that held everything of the earlier Evolutionary Cycle in place are gone and have been replaced with NEW magnetic fields in ascending Earth, the Sun and in our physical bodies. This is easily felt in 2018 by those who’ve been involved with the AP all along, but to the unaware, it must feel like their only reality and sense of self and very lives are rapidly disappearing under their feet. And because these changes are increasingly obvious to the unaware people in 2018, their lower ego-based fears are front and center and squarely aimed at anyone who may possibly cause them more fear—work, worry, stress, effort, time, cost, focus, energy etc.—over anything than they already have.

The Dark, in all its many forms, has nowhere to hide anymore because there’s nothing left now but Light with more of it coming in and of higher and higher frequencies every day. This long-awaited shift change is causing all people’s fears—large and small—to instantly be easily seen, felt and recognized by more and more people. There’s nowhere to hide your/my/our fears and darkness anymore like in the bad old days of the precious cycle. This is happening multiple times every day for most everyone now in 2018; honest clear and in-your-face awareness of other people’s (and your own) remaining fears and anything else of a lower frequency that they/you/me are still clutching and hauling around in all this NEW Light. To do so hurts, is burdensome, repulsive, embarrassing and none of it goes with your outfit… 🙄

People are scared, on edge and ready to attack over the smallest of things because the NEW magnetic energies holding the NEW codes and patterns are unfamiliar to them and all the old familiar 3D patriarchal stuff, even though completely negative, not being available is terrifying to unaware people who don’t have a clue about what’s going on and why. There’s two distinct and easily seen and felt groups of people in 2018; those whose hearts have or are being activated to evolve now which produces compassion, honesty, openness, integrity and increasing inner strength, stability and individual sovereignty — and those still existing in the old lower frequency and consciousness range where ego was god, fear was food, and control over others was mandatory. What a thing to co-exist with for the time being, with eyes-wide-open and HighHeart flowing and dip into, move through and not be damaged or unbalanced by any of the lower frequency people and fear-based consciousness they still have and then leave and go back up into the NEW.

This article is nothing like what I’d intended but I’m going to let it ride anyway because who knows. Point is that big change continues in all ways on all levels and dimensions both internally and externally. As your NEW sense of Self continues to expand and evolve into something more NEW every few days, be glad and proud and stay open to even more NEW in you and You and YOU as all that continues to align into something NEW too. ❤

Multiple Layers, Varied Elevations & Different Directions

As is always the case, the image above is as close a visual representation as I could find to what I’ve been Seeing for months. Pan back further, expand out much more, be acutely aware of the varied elevations between each line and you have a better visual of what I’ve been Seeing concerning this phase of our evolutionary Ascension Process. But, what all does that visual image represent?

It’s tempting to call these different lines “timelines” but that’s not what they are. They’re different lines of development, frequency, elevation and trajectory vibrating from different focal points, consciousness and realities within the evolutionary Ascension Process. A term I’m going to borrow here is from Tom Kenyon’s channeled Hathors and is ‘Nodes’ and/or ‘Chaotic Nodes’. According to the Hathors, ‘Nodes’ are areas where two or more of these different lines of development, worlds and trajectories intersect which cause energetic and physical reverberations through all involved. If you’re familiar with Astrology and aspects between planets, then you’re aware of the energy lines between two or more planets that make energetic aspects and connections with each other, producing squares, trines, sextiles, oppositions and so on. That is somewhat similar to this but on a cosmic evolutionary Ascension Process level with multiple worlds and realities instead of single planets. And of course this is much more complex and far reaching.

When I look down through these many different lines of development and trajectory pathways of Ascending worlds and realities from above, the lines farthest away from my viewing elevation are literally disintegrating into nothingness. The further and higher we evolve within the higher elevations of these lines of development and trajectory, the more quickly the lower ones disappear and are no more. We’re literally evolving beyond them, so with every ongoing energy Stair-step progression we create, visualize and make within the Ascension and Embodiment Process (AP and EP), the more the lower realities (lines) vanish. A certain higher frequency range and elevation must be reached to remain within the overall Ascension Process now. Highest and higher ones grow stronger and larger while lowest and lower ones disintegrate out of consciousness and external manifest realities.

Now in 2018, many of these different lines of development, elevation and world trajectories etc. are intersecting each other, producing a sense of growing global chaos, confusion, fears, anger and a general feeling of being highly unsafe and unstable in the worlds energetically involved. This is normal for where we’re at within the evolutionary Ascension Process, but that knowing doesn’t always make our lives more comfortable necessarily while they seemingly fall into growing chaos due to compressed evolution.

What I want to focus on about this however has to do with more and more Forerunners/Embodiers/Pathpavers etc. increasingly becoming consciously aware that they have been and are living with ever-increasing conscious multidimensional awareness, linear and non-linear or quantum awareness, physical and energetic existence within multiple levels of world realities, multiple dimensions, and all from their current ascending physical bodies, lives and expanding consciousness. Said simply, more Forerunners/Embodiers/Pathpavers etc. are increasingly becoming conscious of their multidimensional Selves and others and have been and increasingly are functioning in and from multiple different levels and dimensions simultaneously and are becoming increasingly conscious of this fact. 

One of the main things about the Ascension Process (AP), Embodiment Process (EP) that I continue discovering is how my expectations about these things has been so wrong in that they’re not nearly as dramatic as I expected them to be. I’ve investigated this within myself to better understand all this and found that many of my expectations about the EP were based in old 3D experiences of being a psychic Seer, Empath, Sensitive etc. Here’s an example: Because I’ve been a Seer, Sensitive, Empath, Starseed, Human Angelic and more since birth, all my “psychic” experiences and perceptions happened in the old 3D Earth world and frequency. Because of this, when I would perceive something beyond 3D frequency, they were always big and bold and instantly obvious as coming from somewhere beyond the third dimension. Very simply, 3D was 3D and 4D astral was 4D and 5D was 5D and so on and it was instantly obvious when I was in another dimension and/or interacting with one or more of them and/or with beings and energies from them. All that changed slowly when the AP started and the evolutionary climb up out of 3D began and continued through the astral fourth dimension (4D) and finally into the fifth dimension (5D).

Another clear example about this slow steady evolutionary climb that continually alters one’s perceptions: When I used to clairvoyantly See 4D astral beings, aliens, entities and whatnot from old pre-ascension 3D physical Earth frequency, the contrasts were extreme and instant, leaving me with zero doubt about what I was Seeing, perceiving, interacting with, why, and where I was. Old 3D “psychic” perceptions where dramatic, loud, colorful, intense and often felt like huge neon signs hung in the space over your head informing you that what you were experiencing was indeed from the 4D astral or from 5D or higher. There was such profound and thick energetic borders or “veils” between the old 3D frequency we all were born into and the other dimensions that when I shifted from one to another, and back again, there was zero doubt or confusion on my part as to where I was at every moment. This clear conscious multidimensional awareness began blurring together when the AP started however.

In 1974-75ish my 19-year-old sister became a heroin addict, along with many other substances (and bulimia since age 13). She died from her lifelong self-inflicted and greatly Team Dark assisted abuses and personality fractures in 2017 at age 57. It was only months after she began using heroin that I was contacted by a demon through a lucid astral dream encounter. This demon had etherically energetically attached to her through her early drug use in 1975. This demon—and all other such negative nonhuman, nonphysical beings, aliens, entities etc.—often use living people who unknowingly open themselves like she did to then attack and/or try to feed off from other living people connected to the original Portal Person such as loved ones, family members, wives, husbands, friends, neighbors, co-workers and so on . In this case this demon wanted me to know that it had my younger sister and was coming for me. In this lucid dream it stood before me with my sister behind it in a zombie-like unaware stupor and brazenly talked directly to me informing me that my sister was the ways and means for it to get at me and take me out. Mind you, this happened in 1975, long before the AP was on any of our conscious radars. Team Dark however knew what was coming before we Elder Forerunners even incarnated in these lives.

Another similar example of this was a pair of brothers (and their whole family and friends) that had a different demon attached to them through the one brother’s childhood negative sexual activities, which he continued into adulthood. His primary vise was negative sexual activities with other males. His brother was not into that but was an addict. Consider yourselves lucky I’m leaving all the really unpleasant stuff out of this! This male human’s attached demon was female which I found interesting to say the least considering he was only interested in other males. Read between the lines with all of this information. Feel into it and know more.

This guys female demon also did it’s best to take me out–kill me or possess me or drive me mad etc.—because this took place from April 2000 through 2004 and my AP had began with the start of 1999. It knew what I was (Team Light) and what I was doing (the AP as a Forerunner of the Forerunners) and what I would be doing in the near future (the EP and further Pathpaving for humanity) and that’s why those guys were manipulated to rent the house next door to us at that time. Four torturous years later we had to sell that house to get away from those demonically attacked, owned and operated human guys. We sold that house in 2004, moved and got away from those brothers and their extended same frequency family, but that demon continued to attack me in different ways through different humans (Portal People) that were easily manipulated by any Team Dark being/entity/alien/demon/devil etc. at our new house.

If you ever think that you can get careless for even a short few hours, think again. This is not the life to play with your life and let ultra-low-lives into it or your body or consciousness or anything else. We’re out of the woods when we’re out of the woods. How much energetic elevation do you have and do you believe you can go back down and fool around in lower frequencies with people who are still heavily influenced by Team Dark entities? Way too much to risk so maintain your higher altitude and continue climbing higher and higher.

Jump forward in linear time again to early 2015 when I’d bought my NEW old house. It was pre-owned by a woman in her mid-90s who’d been widowed for decades, had depression and not done much of anything to the house that was positive and uplifting for a long time. I knew all this the first time the realtor showed me the house because I could See and Feel it all for myself. But, because I’d been in the AP Duality battle trenches as a Forerunner of the Forerunners for decades already, I knew I could energetically clear that house of her depression and related negative residual energies. While cleaning what would become my bedroom in this house in 2015, I clearly saw a huge six inch in diameter spider run up my newly hung bedroom curtains and disappear behind them. I’ve never been terribly fond of spiders, so seeing one that large really bothered me and I knew I had to kill and remove it to ever feel comfortable in that room. I hunted that huge spider for about an hour, and then watched for it for months afterwards while I continued cleaning that house so we could move into it almost a year later.

Punch-line was that the huge spider I saw was not physical at all but an etheric astral spider and I didn’t realize this for months. Why? Because it looked to me to be totally physical and physically “real”. How could I have made such a simple mistake I wondered after a lifetime as a Seer Sensitive? Years and decades earlier I would have instantly known that the spider was etheric, like I did when I clairvoyantly Saw a herd of them the size of two-foot-tall dogs run across my bed in another house! (These and other 4D astral creatures are more common than most would believe, at least they were many ascension years ago.) Why was I having a difficult time perceiving different 4D astral level entities and critters as NOT physical? Short answer is that we’ve traveled through, ascended through the astral for many, many years from 3D to finally vibrationally enter the fifth dimension and frequency. Because of this AP journey my perceptions, and many of you reading this, have changed dramatically into something far more simple and undramatic-like in nature. We’ve become, are continuing to become increasingly conscious of our multidimensionality in 2018.

If you’ve never been clairvoyant then suddenly Seeing something is a big indicator that you’re perceiving beyond your old familiar frequency and consciousness level. If you’ve been clairvoyant all your life before the Ascension Process began, when you See/see things during it, they don’t always have that old familiar feel of coming from another dimension and level of frequency. They have for many of us, felt and looked and acted just like they were physical when in fact they were astral and the reason for this has been because we’ve been ascending through that dimension for many years. Most of you reading this are fully in the fifth dimension and level of consciousness and frequency and are getting familiar with that plus what it feels like and how things act and work for us as multidimensional ascending beings in human bodies.

My point in sharing all these old and unpleasant ‘Dark Arts Training’ (a Lisa Renee term I’m borrowing) experiences now is because they each existed in a different line of development and trajectory over these ascension years. The higher I evolve, ascend, Embody etc. the easier it’s becoming for me to simply perceive multiple dimensions, quantum Now Moment existence, other dimensional beings both positive and negative (what’s left of them at this point), linear and non-linear time, physical and non-physical realities and on and on. The big difference to me with all this is how UN-dramatic it all is; how natural and normal it all is because it is natural and normal and UN-dramatic to us the higher we continue to evolve, ascend, unify, Embody.

What was profoundly separated off into different dimensions and levels and layers, linear time and beyond linear time etc., all starts being perceived by each of us as just more stuff to perceive, Work with, Create with, learn from, further Create from and so on. It’s all much less dramatic and obvious and just more stuff from my current level of development and consciousness. So many expect super high drama, intense emotional reactions, spectacular higher sights, elevated visions and such and that’s true but what’s more shocking than that is how “normal” and natural it is. Another example of this ongoing EP business: To “meditate” I used to sit down, turn off TV, music or whatever and get quiet internally  to intentionally focus on something to gain information. For months I’ve been trying to do this and get nowhere with these old 3D methods. However, when I just intentionally push my awareness (and/or intent) out further in all directions and perceive from my HighHeart (Feeling with little to no intellect) I instantly and effortlessly perceive from higher levels of awareness and greater being. And, I can do this while washing the dishes, taking a shower, staring at the ceiling etc. It doesn’t matter because I’m just perceiving more of “reality” simultaneously. The methods, tools, practices and expectations have dramatically changed—and will continue to—because we have dramatically changed, evolved, ascended and will continue to. Release the old 3D familiar and continue learning more NEW from this 5D level we’re at, you’re at today, but know it too will continue to change and expand as you do, as we do.

Interestingly, I’d intended to write about different things than what I have but I know to trust this and let it be. More things both internally within each of us and externally in the world and worlds and lines of development and trajectories are currently being “righted”, aligned, unified internally which automatically assists in further unifying everything that needs to be “righted” and aligned externally. Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Does it matter? Nope, that’s old Duality consciousness and we’ve ascended into quantum everything at once consciousness and realities. Release old AP and EP expectations and beliefs because old lower consciousness couldn’t comprehend these NEW higher, bigger, more complex levels and states of being, existence and creativity. We can say this same thing over and over again at different levels of our own personal Embodiment Processes so just expect the magnificent higher unexpected as you, me, we each continue evolving and expanding into very NEW beings individually and as a NEW higher Group Collective. ❤
