Accelerated Incoming Higher Energies

We’ve Worked, watched and waited a very long time to finally be where we are now experiencing completely NEW energies and codes entering and overriding everything from the previous Evolutionary Cycle. I’ve expected to be out of my mind crazy happy about our reaching this point finally after the darkness and brutality of getting here, but I guess I’m too frazzled at the moment to give this the appropriate fanfare it deserves. Please ignore my current monotone state about this cosmic spiritual energetic milestone we’ve reached and do all the celebrating you want. At the moment I feel like an ancient god whose weary from the Great Work, ancient battles, chaos and endless personal transformations I’ve had to go through to get to this point within the Ascension and Embodiment Processes both personally and collectively. Since June of 2018, it’s been mega intense and shockingly positive and progressive, and of course there’s more coming.

There was a Full Moon on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 that was part of a Grand Fixed Square I was just informed. Whatever all has been unfolding this week, intensely so since the day of the Full Moon, it’s been profound and has caused further physical body energy changes every day. Wednesday morning I’d planned to go grocery shopping but after getting ready I suddenly got hit energetically and knew I wasn’t going anywhere that day other than to sleep almost immediately! I felt that familiar sensation pushing me to go to sleep (this was around 10:00 AM) quickly and get out of my physical body because more evolutionary upgrades were about to begin again. So I put my comfy grubby cloths back on and promptly passed out that morning with zero effort.

This sudden mandatory late morning get out-of-body nap was the most comfortable, nurturing, uplifted, silent, high frequency suspended state I’ve ever felt while napping during the daytime. It was blissful in its quietude, elevated isolation, peace and restful soul-deep comfort. It was energetically delicious and could not have been more opposite from what I usually feel, see, hear and experience during those sleep times when I’m suddenly energetically pushed out of my physical body during the late morning hours.

For many years this has been about suddenly being shoved out-of-body, primarily in the morning(s) but not always, energetically because more Embodying is about to begin. I’ve learned the hard way to not fight this process when I’ve made plans to do other things like go grocery shopping, mop the kitchen floor, blow the leaves out of my yard and so on. The Divine Ascension and Embodiment Process doesn’t give a hoot about my little earthly plans and chores; when it’s time to Embody something like more NEW DNA or more Crystalline/Christ frequency into your HighHeart, you are laid out flat in seconds to do so. End of story, end of puny human plans. More Embodiment, or get the car washed? Guess what wins every time and isn’t it good that it does.

Full Moon Wednesday, October 24th  I’m suddenly feeling this coming on again and head for my recliner chair to pass out and do some more Embodying. For many years this has gotten increasingly intense, audibly louder and almost violent at times while being lucid when asleep and witnessing my Light body and Physical body inch closer and closer energetically to full alignment and merge. The closer this Process has brought me to this alignment, the more loud and intense the inner body vibrations and sometimes violent shaking has grown while I was out-of-body and could experience and perceive it from that vantage point. From our lower Selves perspective this lengthy alignment Process inching its way to full merge has looked, felt and sounded like we’re in the center of a raging tornado. From a higher Self perspective it’s more like lining up two radically different energy frequencies close enough so that eventually they fully align, merge and unify in the physical body.

After experiencing this lengthy alignment Embodiment Process for many years, to suddenly experience the total opposite of it Wednesday and just float in quiet peaceful silence told me that some very important NEW level has been reached by me. And if I’m experiencing this now it means some others are too and more will soon follow.

When I woke up from this lovely mandatory nap on Wednesday, I sat there with a smile thinking how great that was and how it just kicked the poo outta going grocery shopping! While basking in this peaceful state and mood I noticed I was seeing patches of pale pastel colors on the white ceiling. Didn’t think much of it at first but as the minutes ticked on I realized my seeing these patches of pale pastel colors on the ceiling and elsewhere is a NEW side effect and clue about how we’re changing again. There’s no iridescence to them but with what’s coming in November 2018, I expect many more things, including each of us, will be changing greatly and getting increasingly iridescent.

Thursday, October 25th there were more careless, hair-brained screw ups by other people which tests me if I’d let myself be emotionally affected by them or not. I’ll talk a bit more about experiencing more and more unaware people not coping well with every NEW Light energy and NEW code that comes in and is Embodied by those of us Embodying in another article because it deserves its own space and attention.

Friday morning October 26th I rushed to the grocery store because it was needed and after I’d gotten home and put things away I suddenly got hit again energetically and got to my chair just in time to fall asleep and get out-of-body. I sensed this was coming and was grateful to get grocery shopping done before this week’s ongoing Embodiment business started again. I was quickly exited from my physical body late Friday morning and proceeded to spend an hour and a half in a lucid state while asleep witnessing and feeling my heart pound so hard it felt like my teeth were rattling and my body was moved slightly by each hard-hitting heartbeat. I’ve experienced this many times over the Ascension years as it’s a common side effect of our physical hearts and energy HighHearts evolving and expanding to Embody greater and higher frequency Light energies and/or Crystalline/Christ frequencies. But like everything else, this too has increased in intensity to the point that if one didn’t know what was happening with this intense heart pounding while at complete rest, one would think they were possibly having a “heart attack”. One is not having a “heart attack”; one is experiencing their heart and HighHeart expanding and elevating into greater Crystalline Christ frequency alignment Embodiment yet again.

Sounds so exciting and intriguing, and it is until you wake up from the latest cosmic spiritual Embodiment “alignment treatment” to find your physical body utterly exhausted, weak, sore from the inside out and in need of days of self-care, rest and recovery time after such profound energy expansions and Embodiment activities in one’s heart HighHeart. And that’s just been since Wednesday and there’s more coming as usual.

  • Pluto is/has crossed the ecliptic recently which is why I re-posted my April 2018 astrological article mentioning it. I’d forgotten all about it just like many of you.
  • November 2018 is the mid-term elections here in collapsing USA. Don’t fear the changes.
  • More unaware humans becoming noticeably imbalanced by these higher frequency energies being Embodied by many of us now.
  • Increased weather changes and Earth changes for the same reasons.

The 11 energies of November have always been important energy threshold crossover points within the ongoing Ascension Process. However, given how amplified 2018 (2+0+1+8 = 11) has been, this years November energies certainly will not disappoint.

Since June 2018, I’ve perceived a cluster of massive, never before experienced Energy Waves coming from the Angelics and Angelic realm and arriving in November 2018. That June awareness made me perk up and wonder what in the multidimensional cosmos was coming from the Angelics in November of this year?! I’ve had interactions with a few Angelic Lightbeings over these ascension years, but this is different and will be vastly more intense both personally and collectively, and consciousness, life and reality-changing for each of us and everyone else too.

Almost immediately after I had this June 2018 Angelic insight about November 2018, the typically painful but necessary energetic prep Work for this coming event began. Like many of you reading this, we’ve been constantly going through layer upon layer of inner expansions and rapid evolution within our heads, brains and brain endocrine glands—Pineal, Pituitary, Hypothalamus—skull, spines, eyes, hearts and more and it has hurt-a-plenty at times. The last week of August and much of September I thought my head was going to “explode” from these particular Light expansions taking place in there. I’ve experienced these types of intense head, brain, brain glands, skull, eyes and so on evolutionary Light onslaughts before too but this Mastery 11 year energies have definitely been next-level. [My previous article talked about some of them.] To wear a Light Crown/Crown of Light requires a lot of personal prep Work. Have you clairvoyantly Seen and/or dreamed of seeing an ornate Crown or triple Crowns recently? I have, and it (a single Crown) was the most ornate brilliant white diamonds and pearls creation I’ve ever seen. No wonder our heads have hurt so severely this year! It’s now time to put on our NEW Light Crown(s) and Consciously Create accordingly.

The other aspect of this that I’ve been fascinated by has been how, from my personal perspective and experiences, the Inner Body Vibrations have steadily evolved over the years. All these things are connected of course, but as usual there’s often sections, aspects and certain energy Embodiment events that are, for a multitude of reasons, kept from us/me. Oftentimes the end punchline to these yearlong and decades-long evolutionary Ascension Embodiment Processes are intentionally kept from us so we’re not swayed or focused, fearful, worried or distracted by what’s coming instead of living and Embodying in the current moment(s) so we’re capable of Embodying each layer that’s coming down the cosmic evolutionary road. In my case a whole lot of physical pains and pressures in my head, heart and/or certain body parts does the trick with this for me. These 2018 head pains and pressures—on top of everything else happening in the world and our personal lives—has kept me focused on not much other than what I’ve dealt with. For a few pain-filled months I never even thought about or remembered the Angelics incoming Energy Waves arriving in November because I’ve been soul-deep in what’s been happening in and through my physical body, consciousness, life and personal reality in preparation for that. Most of you reading this have been. NEW Angel energies and codes arriving in November 2018, wonderful, but until then I’ve got to go through what’s happening in my head, heart, body, HighHeart and Self/Selves. One evolutionary energy Stair-step at a time even though we’re bounding up them now faster than ever.

When the Inner Body Vibrations started in me around 2001, they went on for many years as slow but steady electrical-like inner vibrations inside my physical body. I’ve paid close attention to this Ascension Process side effect both while awake and while out-of-body since they started and they’ve steadily expanded in my body, and lastly my head, to become a constant full-bodied faster inner vibration. This inner body vibration has increased tremendously in speed, size and intensity over the years, going from a mild inner vibration in the beginning to intense and extreme almost violent inner shaking by 2017. That greatly amplified inner body vibration and eventual shaking evolved in late 2017 into flashing inner Lights which have amplified throughout 2018. [I’ve written about this in another recent article if interested.]

I’ve felt, heard and watched this inner vibration expand and speed up since 2001, so much that it recently morphed from an inner body vibration frequency to inner Lights that constantly flash, move and pulse inside my and our Embodying bodies and Selves. Said another way, our Light bodies and our Physical bodies have finally aligned, synced up and vibrationally merged and greatly expanded throughout 2018. This is manifesting as us literally seeing ourselves as physical Light beings who continue to Embody higher, higher and higher frequency Light Energies and NEW Codes. The coming November 2018 Angelic Energy Waves about to start being Embodied by those capable of doing so now are another very big and important layer of these ongoing evolutionary Ascension Processes and related external changes they automatically trigger.

A Dream Vision From The mid 1990s

   

Around the mid 1990s I had a dream that I knew then was highly significant but also didn’t fully understand what all it was revealing to me at that time. In this dream I saw a stunningly beautiful conscious energy thing come down from above and slowly and gently fold back and forth on itself like warm taffy or soft folded ribbon candy. It moved and flowed like thick liquid Light and folded gently on itself in a way that felt as meaningful as its overall appearance. It was shimmering iridescent pastel colors of pale pink, baby blue, mint green, lavender and pale yellow liquid Light. It felt profoundly loving and feminine but was beyond lower frequency masculine/feminine duality. It was a slow-moving, gentle liquid Light Energy Wave that was conscious and deeply beautiful in every way. In this old dream it was mainly just making a first conscious connection with me by revealing itself in this way and giving me plenty of time to view and feel it. It was many years later into my physical level Ascension Process that I began to understand it was an energy aspect from the Angelic realm. Many of the dreams and other dimensional experiences you and I have had throughout our current lifetimes have been about the Universal Ascension Process. Working in linear time space and simultaneously beyond it does, at times, get a little weird and mystically wonderful! Such is the evolutionary business at hand.

Greater Embodiment Produces Greater Old Negative World Collapse

I’ve tried many times to convey the difficult concept of having positive evolutionary changes happening simultaneously to increasing negative old patriarchal world “end times” events. This is hard to wrap one’s awareness around until you remember that lower and higher frequencies cannot co-exist in the same space. Then this bit of different frequency, consciousness and reality weirdness makes perfect sense.

Another aspect of my June Angelic insights about November’s 11 energies had to do with this simultaneous “better and worse” Separation of Worlds business. The November 11 energies have always felt to me like spiritual energetic thresholds we cross through in that month. November 2018’s 11 threshold we’ll pass through, no matter which world or Stair-step each person is currently on, will produce the largest collective shift for all groups and levels. If this confuses you, think back to last week or last month or four or five months ago and remember what all you and your body have gone through at this much higher amplified and quickened level. There have been important reasons for all those physical head and body pains, pressures, deeper Work on Self, and greater Crystalline Christ frequency Embodiment plus NEW DNA activations so that you’re capable of crossing this 2018 November threshold and Embody these NEW Angelic Light Codes. December 2018 should see some of us Embodiers going more Light than we’ve been able to before, plus more Light Crowns manifesting for more of us as well. But first we’ve got to live and Embody through the November 2018 Angelic Code arrivals.

  • Inner Body vibrations have increased and expanded to inner Flashing Lights.
  • Inner Flashing Lights are living Sun/solar connections between us and it, it and us. We have become Unified.
  • Inner Flashing Lights have triggered NEW Crystalline Rainbow DNA activation and Embodiment in some of us this year.
  • Crystalline Rainbow DNA activation and Embodiment has prepared some of us to be able to Embody NEW Angelic realm Codes in November 2018.
  • NEW Angelic Codes Embodied will further the Embodiment and activation of Crowns of Light/Light Crowns in December 2018 and 2019.

It’s astonishing how much progress has happened throughout 2018, and by reviewing what the Embodiers have and continue to achieve individually and collectively it’s clear that accelerated change is the norm. Get ready for more throughout November and December 2018 as you, me, we continue to evolve and Embody more and more. It shouldn’t be a surprise at all that 2019 is going to be extraordinary as well. Well done everyone, now get ready to Embody November Angel energies.

July & August 2018 Internal External Multidimensional Alignments

I’ve written about the Ascension Process Inner Body Vibrations many times over the years at both TRANSITIONS and HighHeartLife. I’ve shared how these inner vibrations have manifested and changed over the years in my own physical body and Light body, and what this process has felt like and sounded to me. As with all Ascension Process related transformations, this too has increased and grown in frequency and size over the years. Transmuting and ascending density up and out of the old lower frequencies takes linear time so that the Process doesn’t destroy our physical bodies or anything else.

Brief recap: I first became aware of Inner Body Vibrations within my physical body around 2001. They were very apparent when I was in the in-between state of sleep and slowly waking up and returning to my physical body or vice versa. Because I can intentionally hold and maintain this in-between state and consciousness, I utilized this multidimensional holding pattern ability to spend more time in this transitional state to investigate these internal vibrations happening in my physical body.

At first they would run “ON” for an exact count of three seconds, followed by “OFF” for an exact count of four seconds, then back “ON” again and so forth. This pattern lasted for the first couple of years but over time they slowly increased being “ON” for longer and longer periods until, years later, the inner vibrations were and are “ON” constantly. Stair-steps. Once they were running constantly, while in this in-between sleep and wake or wake and sleep I began also hearing what sounded to me to be a roaring of energy. This sound also increased over the years until it was comparable to standing at the edge of a runway with a huge passenger jet plane revving its engines for take off! It eventually became unbelievable loud and the inner vibrations shook and rattled me through and through. This entire Inner Body Vibrations business has never been physically painful thankfully; one of the only Ascension Process symptoms that hasn’t!

Since 2001, these inner body vibrations have expanded from small localized areas in my lower body, to constant full-body and head vibrations. Increasing inner Light energy frequencies within our physical bodies to the level they are today is the NEW normal level of our inner frequency rate. I first felt these inner body vibrations, then I also began clairaudiently hearing them and then another progression with them began for me after the Total Solar Eclipse last year in August 2017. Days after that 2017 Solar eclipse that traveled across the USA, I began clairvoyantly Seeing my inner body vibrations while in the in-between awake and asleep, asleep and awake state. It was then that I realized this entire inner body vibrations—embodying and Embodying increasing higher frequency and larger amounts of Light energies and NEW codes, DNA etc.—has been unfolding within me and my body in ways I wasn’t completely aware of and am still learning about this aspect of our ongoing Ascension and Embodiment Process. As we grow and expand so too does our Higher Abilities.

With the start of 2018, the pattern I had been clairvoyantly Seeing of my inner vibrations or frequencies changed into a completely new and more complex pattern of Lights. As always I searched for images that come the closest to what I See to share with you in my articles. I knew I wouldn’t find anything close to what I’ve been Seeing since August 2017, and every change of it since January 2018, so I’m having to use images that portray what I See but don’t actually look like them. The images used here are only to help show the progression of all this and bring us all up to date with the current conjunction or alignment with the Re-Alignment unfolding this month internally within us and externally also. So please know that the colors, shapes and patterns in these images are NOT the same as what I’ve Seen but are as close as I could get to the actual progression of all this.

The first level and frequency state of the inner body vibrations I clairvoyantly Saw in August 2017, looked somewhat like this image but it and all of them MOVE very quickly within this sort of rectangular shape. None of them were ever stationary but moved about rapidly. Again, different levels of increasing frequency, preparation and slowly approaching internal and external Re-Alignment. So this first representation was constantly moving quickly within this rectangular shape visual I saw.

The second level and frequency state I’ve seen since January 2018, looked more like this image; much more active and moving, pulsing randomly and quickly from corner to corner and all around ten times faster than the first visual and representative image. It’s easy to see that the frequencies have been and continue to quicken and amplify in vibration internally within us and externally as well.

The latest visual change to my inner body vibrations looks more like this image. It is vertical now with an opening in the center of all that super fast vertical up down movement. When I See this at this level of frequency now the whole thing is moving up and down so fast it’s shocking. This most recent progression change happened early July 2018, and continues today. While viewing it I feel it in my HighHeart and reverberating throughout me entire being and also See and Feel it taking place externally too in and to the Earth, Sun, solar system and more. As within, so without…

When I experienced the second increase shift with the start of 2018, I started to understand that what I was experiencing and Seeing was and continues to be my inner Light frequencies and Light and Physical bodies continually increasing vibrationally to be able of aligning with and Embodying the NEW energies that have already started entering us and external reality too. The symbolic opening in the center of the latest inner body vibration frequencies (and image) is a multidimensional area and opening that those First Everything-ers ready and able to Embody this are energetically coming into alignment with so as to Embody full Re-Alignment with the NEW much higher Ascension Process and NEW Earth.

If you understand astrological alignments then you know about conjunctions between planets. Over time a faster moving planet comes within orb of another planet(s) (very close to) which activates the energies of the conjunction between them. We First Everything-ers have been slowly coming within orb so to speak for many, many years with this July 2018 (and beyond) Re-Alignment opening where tremendous NEW higher frequency evolutionary Ascension and Embodiment energies and NEW codes etc. will flow through that opening and directly into each of us and external NEW reality. The July 27, 2018 Total eclipse of the Moon at 4° Aquarius 45′ is the other energetic bookend to last years August 21, 2017 Total Solar Sun eclipse. Those who are capable will experience Embodying the energies that come through this multidimensional internal personal and external alignment opening so that we are wholly and completely Re-Aligned with the NEW higher everything internally and externally.

Now is this the end-all be-all to the Ascension Process? Is this the “event” many have been talking about? No, it is not, it is another step, a very BIG and important step yes but another step in what’s been happening for a very long time now. Don’t get sidetracked now with thoughts about wondering what this will do to you, to others, to global reality. This is not the time to focus on the results of what you and I need to continue doing individually now to align with and Embody the Re-Alignment opening energies bringing higher NEW energies, codes, NEW Earth and everything else. This is happening already but it will get much more focused and intense as we move toward, through and beyond Fridays Total Lunar eclipse and 2018 Lion’s Gate transmissions. Don’t be surprised by whatever you experience from here on out because huge positive changes are being transmitted now. ❤ ❤ ❤

October 2017 Gateway Choice Point

I feel it’s important to immediately pass this information by Sandra Walter along to as many in the Ascension Communities because things have been and are in such a profound state of change and shift and lift… and there’s much more right around the Divine corner.

For a while I’ve felt many of my readers retreating somewhat, which I completely understand because I’ve done the same myself over these AP years when I’ve needed to and/or been having a difficult time of it. But lately there was a slightly different feeling to this and it didn’t feel good or right and I wondered if some interference was happening. No need to go into detail about that, just a brief mention that some get real happy when any of the Team Light folks become super exhausted, confused, beat down feeling etc. mainly because we’re not Working like we normally do. I bring this up because after I published my October 17th article yesterday, my familiar High Vibe Tribe readers were back again and the vast power I instantly felt from us reconnecting (unifying as a Group of Forerunners) and sharing with each other in Comments here at HighHeartLife, things shifted back instantly and very powerfully. ❤

I don’t think I’ve mentioned this in any article, I may be wrong, but earlier this year while driving and stopped at a red light I physically saw the Sunlight flashing repeatedly and quickly, almost like a solar strobe light. I didn’t see this directly looking at the Sun because I was driving, but I saw it physically and very clearly as I watched the Sunlight around me and the area flash repeatedly. I knew in that moment that we are very close now. Close to what some of you may be wondering? Close to everything flipping up into the NEW fully and completely.

I’ve also mentioned over the years about that amazing AP side effect of feeling a near constant Inner Body Vibration. Over the years this has increased to the level of feeling like I’m shaking intensely internally and almost constantly now. I’ve described this sensation like feeling how a huge passenger airplane revs up its engines right before the pilot releases the brakes and guns it down the runway as fast as possible to get airborne. Last week during these intense Solar winds/magnetic field blasts at a NEW higher level, while half-in and half-out of my physical body I observed this same Inner Body Vibration revved up to a speed that matches the energies coming out of the Sun now. I knew in that moment that these two things, these two Processes have reached that high enough level in the Sun/in most of us Forerunners (High Vibe Tribe) that we’re close to reaching “liftoff” finally. Sandra’s quoted article below hints at this. Don’t get too goofy giddy yet as we’ve got some more Work to do first, but Team Light, we’re super close now.

It’s always extra ugly, difficult and discouraging for a bit before major AP improvements arrive. I know many of you FEEL how dramatically things have improved in just the past 24 hours. Anyway, read and re-read Sandra Walter’s article below so this really gets into your HighHeart human you so you better understand a bit more about what’s been going on recently and why. You and your Creator abilities are needed now to override and overwrite some more old lower crap doing its best to drag this out and hang on as long as possible. Gateway Choice Point: Assisting the Collective Timelines

Blessings Beloved Light Tribe ~

“Our next acceleration and collective timeline choice-point arrives October 21-25. Gatekeepers opened yesterday for the influx (very strong on Mount Shasta last evening), and this morning the SUN began to get active, right on schedule.

As mentioned in last week’s article, these incoming amplifications hit much higher levels during the 21-25 in both October and November. Last week’s Divine Feminine influx provided a strong geomagnetic storms, prompting a strong release of Divine Feminine expression in the external (the Me too revelations and disclosure dynamics increased). Notice how quickly magnetic field stimulation causes polarity releases in the collective. This sets us up for the second half of October’s shifts; let us actively participate in this unfoldment.

We, as the High-Vibe Tribe, hold tremendous vibrational influence in the collective choice because of our activated Hearts and highest intent. Remember the quantum effect of raising our vibration; it pulls many others up. Highest trajectories are being attained by many; the Primary Christed Timeline has us locked into the experience of pure Presence. Our intent to lift as many with us into this new experience – right now – can assist the Secondary timeline tipping points. In brief, we can end the delay tactics by utilizing our pure intent through grounded activity.

Assisting the Collective Timelines

Let us use this New Moon (Thursday, 12:11pmPT) and the Gateway (October 21-25) to assist in OVERIDING and OVERWRITING the programs used to stretch time dynamics to delay the inevitable fall of old systems and the full experience of Ascension for all concerned. This is part of completing our Ascension; learning to use our collective consciousness to create what we desire in the Now.

Right now, this week, this Gateway, take as many steps as possible (please, just one will assist) in moving forward with your creative expression, new service work, anything that you have been procrastinating. One small energetic shift from each of us pushes the envelope to break through any remaining blockages to the highest timelines and outcomes – in the NOW.

Let us end the old waiting game through our collective action. Just one grounded, physical action in this reality to override the procrastination programming will help. Whatever it is for you: a conversation you put off, a new creation you’ve been desiring, an action to move forward, a Unity Meditation you’ve intended to participate in, a change you have delayed, something you always wanted to create … anything shifting the personal reality assists the global shift-point. It doesn’t have to be huge (although that is appreciated), just forward momentum in the Now.

Changes in the SUN

We continue to go deeper into this highly-charged area. I AM sure you have noticed the different quality of SUNlight as Solaris receives this consciousness-shifting energy. Gatekeepers ask if we can collectively call forth the flashing activity we have seen in our visions into the Now. Events are quickening – even with the manipulation – for the Secondary timelines. Our collective nudge will greatly assist this unfoldment of needed events. Certain things must occur to tidy up the lower experiences, and it can be quickened by benevolent action.

With the bifurcation in progress, many of us are beginning to experience the intended consciousness shifts which the Solar flashing activity will create on a global level. Many have seen the SUN flashing this year, both in vision and external reality, and this activity is opening our Hearts to the more palpable, consistent Now Presence. We are receiving the encodements and reality-shifting frequencies already. We are anchoring this, through embodiment, into the HUman heart collective to make it easier for all when the brilliant moment arrives. In this Now, that series of flashes already exists.

It’s always been fun to go through the Search terms at my sites because the best, most telling and oftentimes hilarious, honest questions are always there and make me smile or burst into laughter, and always make my HighHeart swell with joy and excitement over the Ascension Process (AP). I have to admit that I my all-time favorite is, “Why does my asshole vibrate?”  It’s a gem of a question isn’t it? Just wait until your whole body vibrates constantly questioner, which is what eventually happens as these higher frequency Light Energies moves through your entire physical and energy bodies triggering more and more highly compressed evolution to Rewire all aspects of you. Why? So you can exist within greater, higher frequency Light and a matching world and reality and not have it destroy you or your physical body.

Of all the search terms I’ve seen over the years the most often asked question has been about the mysterious AP side effect of inner body vibrations. 

It’s been interesting for me as an Elder Forerunner — Forerunner of the Forerunners, to see how more and more people have and are being activated by the AP over the years. It was easy to see on any stats page that shows search terms that direct people to your site for answers or insights about what they’re experiencing and why. Every year for over a decade more and more search terms about inner body vibrations have consistently shown up, revealing that greater numbers of people around the world have been and are being activated by the now very high frequency evolutionary AP Light Energies.

I’ve written about all these search terms and much more and they’re archived here at TRANSITIONS for anyone searching for information about the AP side effects. Just click on whatever topic heading you’re interested in under CATEGORIES in the sidebar area and all of the articles I’ve written under that topic will appear.

Now that we’re in 2017, greater numbers of people are and will be suddenly experiencing different AP symptoms/side effects. That’s why I’ve kept TRANSITIONS going over the past ten years; I knew that further down the AP road more people would suddenly need to know what’s happening to them and their consciousness, lives, body, mind, emotions, dreamlife, DNA and so on. 2016’s Zero Zone Third Wave

Waves Recap

Briefly for perspective because 2016 has felt to me like it’s been about fourteen years long!

  1. The first energy Wave of this cycle first manifested very intensely for me on December 19, 2015 and was all about love and LOVE. Lower love for a male human and higher I AM LOVE itself all by myself type LOVE.
  2. The second energy Wave of this cycle also manifested intensely for me on April 18, 2016 and was about loss and love. For many people this 2nd Wave was highlighted by the unexpected death of Prince the musician. There were other things besides this of course but his (and others) sudden early death emotionally affected many people earlier this year.
  3. The third energy Wave of this cycle manifested again very intensely for me on October 5, 2016, which makes me suspect more is to come later this month around the 18th or 19th. Most likely will if this 3rd Wave plays out like the two earlier Waves have.

I needed to have my car serviced which is something I never enjoy having to do but did so October 5, 2016. The chemicals in automotive stores and garages makes me feel horrible instantly, so to be trapped in them for hours to wait on mechanics to change the oil or anything else the car needs is to me a slow, toxic torture. I quickly get sick feeling, swell all over, ache and feel poisoned and that’s just from the chemicals I’m immersed in in those “holding cells”, aka “waiting rooms”. The other thing about these sorts of toxic entrapment with other people is unfortunately… the other people! Usually I’m either already in a higher space or I get myself there and radiate Light the majority of time I’m held hostage waiting on my car to be finished. I’ve always been this way and have never liked being held captive anywhere with people I’d rather not have to be trapped with for hours on end. Most of you can relate and for the same reasons.

My First 2016 Zero Zone Experience

 

However, this October 5, 2016 experience was 100% more amplified than anything I’ve ever experienced before and I simply was not prepared for it. I’d made an appointment the day before and told the man at the desk that I needed to get in and out as quickly as his mechanics could manage. I believed that making an appointment would help us all with this, was told by him that it most definitely would, but of course reality turned out to be the same old patriarchal lies of, say anything the customer wants to hear.

I was very consciously aware of the fact that, from my perspective, linear time while trapped there waiting on my car stretched out, slowed down, got really weird and unnaturally long. Long as in slow motion with even slower spots in that while all was painfully amplified. It was amazing that time just stopped for me and that it doing so where it did frustrated me far too much and I couldn’t do anything to stop my exaggerated frustrations over being trapped in a Sears automotive garage with patriarchal zombie-like, unaware mechanics that worked, moved and walked at the speed of sloth. It felt like I was in an old Twilight Zone TV show where time stops and the main character is literally stuck in some entirely miserable situation that he/she can’t get out of. This sensation was super strange and my reaction to what I was experiencing and feeling emotionally was equally strange to me, mainly because it was so incredibly amplified. I hated that I was that frustrated at everyone and everything and could not get myself emotionally up and out of that frequency or whatever it was that was happening. It was miserable, painful, hurtful, frustrating and heartbreaking and—here comes the punchline and big insight—it all was themed around the dying of the global patriarchal structures and unaware people (mostly males) that are paid to keep it going at all costs no matter what.

While I was stuck in the automotive center waiting on slow as molasses mechanics who were more interested in chatting with each other than doing the work they’re paid to do while the customers can watch them through a huge glass picture window in the “waiting room”, I still had the higher ability to question what I was experiencing, why, do my best to keep my mouth shut and not say anything mean and nasty, and learn whatever it was I was obviously being shown in that timeless Zero Zone moment. The whole situation I was experiencing was surreal yet I knew I HAD to go through it to get to the magic hidden “prize” at the end of said patriarchal torture and entrapment. That magic hidden prize was my finally perceiving that time had stopped for me and not for anyone else, all so I could see, sense and feel the rage, frustration and total disappointment I had over this entire patriarchal period of history on earth. Are you kidding me?! I just need my oil changed is all! Oh yeah Missy, “the oil” is getting changed right now! 😉

Everything hurt me physically, emotionally and spiritually and everything and everyone made me frustrated beyond belief. I knew and felt too much and couldn’t emotionally handle it all in that very public caged moment. I pained in all ways like the long rejected and maltreated Great Mother God over the profound patriarchal negativity in its many horrific forms. It was a 9 energy revelation (2016 is a 9 energy year) I experienced while in the Zero Zone of 0 timelessness that lasted long enough for me to be forced to slow down and review it, live it, feel it, acknowledge it in that timeless shift space and understand it all consciously and lastly of course release it all so I could be free. Thanks to exhaustion, a broken heart and final surrender this last step usually happens quite naturally and fairly quickly.

Once I got home I passed out for a couple of hours from exhaustion, toxic overload and pain which is always the physical body reboot I need. All of 2016 has been this mandatory get out-of-body almost every day during the daylight hours just to survive all that’s been happening energetically this year and reboot the more I/you/we embody the higher. So after some reboot out-of-body time post auto center patriarchal review trauma, I felt better when I woke up. I could understand what I’d gone through, felt, seen, reacted to in such exaggerated ways and why, and in its strange way was for me the last 9 energies review within the timeless Zero Zone space combined with this third energy Wave started back in December of 2015. For me all three of this cycle’s energy Waves have been about the patriarchy ending now with this 9 energy year and males in general; males not coping well at all with the ending of the patriarchal energies, consciousness, structures, beliefs, reality etc.

I’ve experienced amplified male negativity, unbalanced behaviors, face to face lies, cash theft, deceptions, disrespect, abuse and misogyny throughout 2016, and it’s due to the old global patriarchal structures and matching energetics collapsing and quickly disappearing. Most people, most males know nothing beyond what’s been the Collective “normal” on earth, and most males aren’t even consciously aware of how badly they treat females, all females because that has been “normal” for thousands of years. It’s been the norm so of course they don’t even see it in themselves because they’re in male bodies in a global patriarchal reality. Right now however, this six thousand plus yearlong patriarchal Collective and planetary rule and consciousness is all coming to an end in this 9 energy year, at the end of Galactic Alignment, end of many lengthy cosmic cycles, end of the Piscean Age, and simultaneous return of the Divine Feminine Mother God aspect being embodied in increasing numbers of incarnate female and male Forerunners and much more. Witnessing this, feeling this, multidimensionally participating in all this is glorious beyond belief for us Forerunners/Starseeds/Indigos but it also often hurts in ways hard to even express out loud. Many of you can relate.

For me the energetic theme of 2016 with its 9 energies of completion have been about Wave 1—getting one last good look and feel with being in love and with being LOVE in the world as it has been. Wave 2—feeling emotional loss and love in this physical world. Wave 3—with directly feeling the profound imbalances, wounds, rage, pains, mental, emotional and energetic illnesses, frustrations, injustice and disrespect that existence within a patriarchal-only world reality has caused female humans primarily but males as well.

In the patriarchal world of the past six thousand years or so, female humans have been considered the absolute lowest lifeforms on the planet. Not color, not race, not anything other than being female. Harsh but true and now all that and everything else related has to go and for many people, many males, this is extremely painful, difficult, confusing and totally unacceptable. Change of how it has been on earth (the global patriarchy) is unthinkable to most and this is why there’s such insanity and growing imbalance globally. This is a volatile, difficult time of global evolution for everyone. Be safe, be wise, be aware, BE the Light for yourself and everyone else too.

Recapping this fact has not been pretty, easy or pleasant in any way for any of us and yet it’s what’s been on our spiritual plates all year; the end of the global patriarchal rule, consciousness, beliefs, attitudes, expectations, habits, lifestyles, internal and external structures and so on. This sick puppy won’t come down all sweet and nice-like as has been felt all year as these 9 energies force all to honestly See and Feel and then Heal current and ancient damages done to all by all everywhere across time on earth and beyond. And we Forerunners thought 2014 and 2015 were rough! At this point we should be getting a better sense of how profound and positive the change is going to be with the start of 2017.

Some Potent 2016 Symptoms

I’ve had the sudden onset of severe heart pounding so hard it’s concerning many times during the Ascension Process, but it’s reached epic levels off and on since the first Wave of this 3-pack cycle back in December 2015. With each of this cycle’s energy Waves this intense heart pounding while at complete rest has happened multiple times. Sometimes it’s so strong it hurts in the chest area and into the back and spine. There’s nothing wrong with my physical heart and this has to do with the HighHeart embodying more higher frequency Light energies—Higher Self, Divine Source, Light LOVE—in this physical incarnate Self and body. To our ego selves this incremental embodiment Process feels like it’s going to destroy, going to kill the physical vehicle we call “the main stage” down here because it’s that powerful, that huge, that evolutionary. None of us have died from it yet and we won’t either, but if you become honestly concerned over what your heart and/or chest area is doing, then go to your physician and get checked so you feel more confident.

This HighHeart further embodiment Process causes sudden heart pounding, pressures and pains in the entire chest area and sometimes radiating into the back and spine as well. It also causes increased inner body vibrations that are at this point just about as loud and strong as the sudden heart pounding phases! All year I’ve felt these inner vibrations increasing in my head, at other times I feel my whole body and head vibrating more powerfully than ever before. Combine this with the amplifications taking place in our HighHearts and it’s obvious we’re on the brink now at the end of 2016, of becoming something very NEW, different and greatly improved individually. We are the living Light embodied and manifest in physical flesh.

No one can predict how you are or will experience these 2016 9 energies while simultaneously moving through this incredible and never before experienced Zero Zone completion space of the entire patriarchal time on earth. Based on what I’ve experienced all year with males, and what was so horribly amplified for me on October 5th, I suspect we’ll all go through our own personal “stuff” from lives lived in the patriarchy plus some planetary Collective “stuff” from it as well. Because the Zero Zone 0 energies happen while out of linear time, be better prepared than I was on October 5th for anything to manifest for just you to See, Feel, Know, Deal with, Heal and finally Release so you’re crystal clear of this past patriarchal 3D Collective and personal issues with it. This is major evolutionary Ascension Process work we’re doing, living and going through now so give yourself more credit, more private rest time, more LOVE and Gratitude for all you’re experiencing and embodying down here in the physical. We Forerunners/Starseeds/Pathpavers never seem to fully appreciate or credit just how important we actually are in these physical aspects on earth at this time. It’s invaluable, especially now so give credit where credit is due. ❤

This Zero Zone no time space will last through December 2016, so pay attention and do, see, feel whatever it is that’s presented. We’re releasing tons of old lower sick patriarchal distortions now and we’re doing it while in Zero Zone no time so it can feel extra surreal while unfolding. Know that this is normal for where we’re at now. No fear, just hang on and ride it through and thanks for doing what only you can do in all this. ❤

Another Acceleration & Increased Inner Vibrations

teal raysEvery year the energetic changeover from the last day of the month into the first day of the next month has become more potent and obvious. In many cases they’re almost a powerful as the Sun changing signs or a New/Full Moon. In the early AM hours of October 1, 2016, I heard a noise that sounded like we’re moving much faster now through space. It sounded like wind rushing past so quickly from greatly increased forward movement and this also felt like it caused a slight external vibration in the earth as well. Earth has been and continues experiencing Ascension related inner body vibrations just as Forerunners have and now increasing numbers of humans are. I also felt this acceleration in my body and being as I listened to this rushing, whooshing sound of earth and humanity speeding up as it moves, once again, into a higher frequency NEW space now.

While I was experiencing this I had a symbolic mind’s eye visual of driving a car on a freeway on-ramp and increasingly accelerating to match the faster moving traffic on the freeway. It felt like a merge of earth and us up another energetic Stair-step and hurriedly adjusting into this latest NEW accelerated space, direction, track and reality. I suspect the rest of 2016 will be this and much, much more because we’ve entered the Zero Zone already.

In September 2007, I wrote an article at TRANSITIONS entitled, The Ongoing Rewiring Process, and in it I mentioned I began feeling Inner Body Vibrations in different locations of my core in 2000 or early 2001. In four months it will be 2017, nearly seventeen years later and I’m still experiencing these Inner Body Vibrations, sometimes so strongly they’re more like shaking. Please make a HighHeart mental note of these dates because they are telling in themselves. Galactic Alignment reached its halfway point during 1998–2000, and we’re about to begin 2017, which is the end or very close to the end of Galactic Alignment. Like I’ve been saying recently, this Zero Zone will be like none we’re experienced in the two earlier decades of this Ascension Process/Galactic Alignment.

I’ve also written about how while in that in-between state of awake/asleep I can maintain that and better observe this Ascension related phenomena. While in this in-between state I’ve also heard this inner body vibration that, to me in that state, sounded like standing close to a massive raging waterfall, or a jet airliner powering up to take off. Our inner body vibrations often sound incredibly loud to us when we change our multidimensional position, our multidimensional point of perception.

Since 2000, I’ve paid close attention to this Ascension related process both awake, asleep and the most effective when in that mid in-between state. I’ve been aware of this inner body vibration slowly moving around in my trunk or core area first; slightly lower, higher, left side, right side and so on. Over the years I’ve felt this Rewiring Process move slowly up within my physical body, each section taking multiple years before it progressed upwards a bit higher. The years it worked in and evolved my lower and upper chest areas was extra intense because the physical heart and energetic HighHeart and other organs in those areas were constantly being Rewired to accommodate greatly amplified higher frequency Light Energies. This made the heart and HighHeart often feel like they were being battered about, punched, thumped, rolled over and repeatedly zapped or electrocuted. The entire time our Central Nervous System has been undergoing this complete evolutionary Rewiring Process too, which has made most of us feel like jumping out of our skins over the tiniest of sounds or other intrusions much of the time. Needless to say, this alone has been one heck of an evolutionary procedure to live through while everything else has transpired.

The next section to get worked on was my neck, throat and very tops of my shoulders which also lasted a few years. As this process has unfolded, my main thought has been, How’s this going to feel once it reaches my head and what’s it going to cause? It was the start of 2015, that this inner body Rewiring Process fully entered my head and it’s still taking place there today. When I’m in that in-between state I can feel it in my head, rattling my brains and brain glands with glorious, Divine evolutionary Light vibrating and shaking them into something very NEW and improved just as this process has done throughout my entire physical body since it started in 2000. I don’t exactly know what comes after this head Rewiring completes, but I suspect it will be really good and very exciting finally reaching full-body inner buzz if you will. So far this Rewiring Process now in my head, brain, brain glands and chakras etc. has had something to do with the ongoing increase in varying degrees of sudden revelations over all sorts of things, people, myself, events, situations and so on. This too will only expand as we do so expect to suddenly know a lot more about a lot of different things everywhere!

I feel a kinship and frequency match with all this with what I perceived on October 1st with the earth accelerating again, which has moved it/you/me/us into another NEW higher frequency space and place at this time. We’ll do this again in an even bigger way once we reach January 2017, and it will only expand throughout that year as well and in these very NEW positive ways. Many won’t see this as positive at all of course but as the “world is ending”, “the world has gone mad” etc. sorts of ways so hold your higher ground/space/elevation and HighHeart throughout all these mega changes into the NEW. The old is doing its best to not let this happen but it will of course but they’re throwing everything they’ve got at us and the Ascension Process now that we’ve reached the Separation of Worlds within the physical dimension to the degree we now have. As Galactic Alignment completes, so too does the the connections and bleed-throughs between the old lower patriarchal elite Team Dark (TD) world we all incarnated into, and the NEW higher world(s) and timeline(s) we’re evolving into now. We’ve reached the final cutoff point to all this and it’s why TD has been hammering away so fervently on everyone since January 2013. I know how often I and a small handful of others talk about the extreme negative happening side by side with the extreme positive and how contradictory that may sound to some of you reading this and/or other article of mine and these other teachers. To some it makes absolute sense because we’ve been in a stage and frequency range of Duality and are currently accelerating into a stage and frequency range of Triality or Unity which exists far beyond and well out of range from old lower Duality and its physical and nonphysical, human and nonhuman, organic and inorganic inhabitants. This is just how complex and multidimensional all this has actually been.

Sorry if this sounds like it’s jumping from one topic to another and back again, or not, but as you know all this and much more I’m not going to mention in this article but others are all related and connected. There is nothing other than this current evolutionary Ascension Process. Nothing, and hasn’t been all of our current lifetimes.

This article is about our entering what I’ve been calling the Zero Zone at the start of October 2016. I thought maybe we’d start feeling it more strongly at the start of November but this is another example of how accelerated everything is at the end of 2016. This acceleration won’t end or slow down but continue until we’ve adapted to existing at and in this NEW higher level coming out the end of this Galactic Alignment. More to come soon because there’s so much going on now and will continue to. Be wise, be strong, be the highest You that you can be from moment to moment now and do your best to not get distracted emotionally, mentally, psychically/energetically by the global clusterfook that’s unfolding as the old negative energetically devours itself in an attempt to remain in power and control.

“How Can I Stop these Inner Vibrations, Heat & Pains?”

I’ve repeatedly seen this question used in online searches, plus I’ve had many people email me over the years asking me how to STOP what they’re feeling taking place inside their physical body such as hot flashes, inner body vibrations and other strange Ascension related evolutionary changes they’re experiencing. There’s been a few Comments recently on another article about how to stop, how to fix, medicate, how to heal some painful Ascension symptoms which is why I’m writing about this.

I realize most people do not know what their bodies are doing or why they’re doing it now, but every time I read someone desperate to stop the natural evolution taking place within them, I feel for them but more importantly I want them to understand the reasons for these oftentimes painful symptoms or side effects. People, there’s nothing “wrong” with you or your body, you are evolving while remaining in your physical body and that grand Alchemical Process causes some pains, pressures, aches and confusions as should be expected. Welcome to the evolutionary Ascension Process.

It Isn’t Easy Casting-off Thousands of Years of Dis-empowering Mind Control Overnight

The other aspect of this Ascension related issue is how many people automatically and instantly want to STOP what they’re feeling in their bodies usually because it’s painful and/or scares them and they go in search of an external healer, doctor, medication(s), shaman, facility or whatever or whoever to get rid of the damned pesky evolutionary pains they’re feeling. Humanity has been so effectively brainwashed, mind controlled and redirected (herded) into all-encompassing dis-empowerment and believing that, if it hurts there’s something wrong so immediately go to some external person to fix the pain and problem and typically with chemicals/drugs and/or invasive painful tests and/or surgery.

If a person doesn’t know that they’re experiencing the evolutionary Ascension Process with its many weird and usually painful side effects, then I understand why they would first look towards old external lower frequency consciousness methodologies, people and consciousness to supposedly help them with those pains and symptoms that scares, hurts and confuses them. It is however the people who do know about the Ascension Process and its weird variety of usually painful side effects and yet STILL believe in, look to and use external people like doctors, healers, drugs, surgery, plant-based drugs, gemstones etc.— anything so long as it’s not them but someone and something else external that occasionally frustrates me.

I understand that those people are in transition, are in mid-stream, are in mid-Process, are only partially there so far and are falling back on the only methods of old 3D “help” they’re familiar with which are all external systems, people, tools, methodologies, drugs and beliefs. It’s going to take a bunch of Forerunners repeatedly walking on water to begin to convince people—even some already living it—that there are NEW, higher and very different internal ways of dealing with everything. Stair-steps as usual.

You Have an Innie or an Outie?

Do you always go, search, look, think, feel, expect, believe, anticipate etc. externally for everything, everyone? Or are you evolving into increasingly greater Self-empowerment, Higher Awareness, honest Self-reflection and always looking internally at your Self as Divine Source? Are you increasingly, naturally looking internally to problem solve, know more, hold more Light, Embody more within your physical body and earthly being which naturally increases your Self-As-Divine Source in and with all things?

Are you making the evolutionary shift from being a dis-empowered externally focused “outie”, to being an empowered internally focused “innie”?

That’s what’s going on with the Ascension Process; people casting-off the mind control lies of complete and utter dis-empowerment while simultaneously being evolved to greater and greater self-empowerment, to the point that they KNOW and live their lives as empowered Self-as-Divine Source beings in these current physical lives on Earth.

Your “soul mate” is the Greater, Higher YOU. Your “healer” is the you that’s evolving, “ascending” now. Your “savior” is the Greater, Higher YOU that you are discovering is NOT disconnected from you or you from IT but merging, marrying, unifying, integrating within your growing HighHeart right here in the physical. Your HighHeart is where you and YOU meet, merge and “ascend” into the NEW Higher YOU and that you is a total “innie”. Everyone must become an “innie” to exist within the HighHeart because then everyone is energetically equal and zero parasitism or any other such old negative crap can ever manifest. This is all part of the ongoing Ascension Process, but because it has to do with old belief systems about our bodies, health, healing, power, lack of power, being self-empowered, physical pain, sickness, consciousness, spirituality, energy and so on, it’s one big stubborn old turd for most people to work their ways through. And typically, it takes repeated attempts to finally get them all and reach real freedom.

A lot of people have reached another of many levels in early 2016, where they HAVE to cast-off some more (please notice I said some more) of their old limiting belief systems, thoughts and emotions now. This is necessary to continue, and to get each of us to do more releasing of the old at times like this, we’ll find we’re getting hit over the head again and again, each time more intensely, to help us realize that we’ve got something else in us that HAS to go now. The old lower and the NEW higher cannot co-exist and so we go through many energy Stair-steps between the two which gives us the time and space to do more Inner Work so we can take the next step and the next and the next and the next…

Honestly keep looking at where you and your consciousness are still an “outie”, are still focused externally. The Ascension energies feel increasingly intense until we release whatever it is at the time we need to and become a bit more of a self-empowered, self-reliant, internally focused “innie”. This will only increase dramatically this month of March 2016 with two eclipses and the Vernal Equinox so get with the higher program and look within to discover places where you are still looking without. The more you do this the easier and faster it becomes.

Becoming A Divine Sun in 2016

I was going to wait a bit to finish writing this article because my ears are ringing like crazy again due to current incoming Energies prior to the 2016 Vernal Equinox, and my head hurts and I go from freezing inner cold to uncomfortable inner heat. Nothing new with any of this but the other day I went numb from the top of my head down my face to the horizontal line of my upper teeth which I’ve experienced many times over the past few years. At least when you go numb like this from tremendous Higher Light Energies pouring into your Crown chakra then your physical head and further down into your spine and body, some of the pain goes away for a bit!

While I was sitting there being highly aware of my head and face having gone numb, I thought of that song by that young man whose name I don’t know with the great catch phrase, ‘I can’t feel my face when I’m with you…but I love it.’ 

In my case, and all the rest of the Forerunners experiencing this, I changed those lyrics to personally fit me better at this moment: I can’t feel my face when I’m with you God…and I LOVE it.  

If I’m getting goofy, expanded and painful this soon before March 19th Equinox, it tells me I’d better work on this article now because those energies are affecting me and some of us already, just like they did in early December 2015 before the winter Solstice! The 2016 Vernal Equinox Stair-step could lift many of us from: I can’t feel my face when I’m with you God…and I LOVE it, to: I can’t feel (insert your name) Denise when I’m with you God…and I LOVE it.

Just imagine where the 2016 summer and fall Solstice and Equinox Stair-steps will take us with this Higher and Lower Self merging/embodying/sacred marriage etc.???

I AM all the time and with you God…and we LOVE it!

Sandra Walter said all this in a couple of her latest wonderful and far more articulate articles recently, and I’m very grateful for her doing so because no one else is writing about the Embodiment Process in the way(s) that I’ve been living it myself. Thank you Sandra Walter. ❤ This however is how I’m saying it now because it’s how it feels to me/Me/ME moving up these latest Equinox and Solstice Stair-steps.

Childhood Sun Worshiping

When I was about six years old I began a “ritual” of hosing down my parents concrete patio area next to a large planting of papyrus during the hot weather, laying down in the golden solar warmth and send LOVE to the Sun and the Solar Beings that lived in the Sun.

Huh?

I’d lay there in the warmth, water and nurturing golden sunlight next to Mom’s big papyrus plant and I’d be connected to my ancient Egyptian past lives and selves and many of my different Star Families from those past lives and this current one. Even more importantly was that I was consciously and intentionally connected to unimaginably evolved Solar Beings existing within the Sun. Denise, as a six-year-old child, was the seeded aspect and living conduit to, with and for multiple other aspects of “ME” as well as many Others.

My memories of doing this warm weather Sun loving, Sun worshiping, intentional Solar connecting is still so potent and crystal-clear all these decades later. The me that did this all those decades ago was very conscious and aware that at some point in “the future”, the adult me would be able to begin embodying those Solar energies that I was literally in love with and paying homage to, worshiping as a six-year-old (1957). In so many ways my Denise life has been a scramble of nonlinear, multidimensional, multiple timelines and multiple past lives connected to this life and self that I feel like a composite of them all…which I AM. I’m reminded of something Barbara Marciniak’s channeled Pleiadians said years ago about us, about these versions of us incarnate in these Ascension lives being ‘the Standard Bearers of our Souls’. That’s always felt true to me.

As a kid I would lie in the southern California sun (grew up in Anaheim) in our patio and commune with great, great Solar Beings that existed in the Sun (a higher dimension) and pour all my Love out at them in deep, intense gratitude and longing. Sometimes they responded and it was always very angelic-like. As a kid, I LOVED those Solar Beings more than anything or anyone else, even my Star kinfolk, and I remember wondering why that was at such a young age. The stars above were kinsfolk, but the Sun and Solar Beings and Energies in the Sun were my heart, my HighHeart love that I wanted to be with again like nothing else. No one else in my blood family were Sun worshipers, and I had never been told about “sun worshiping”, so where did this intense Soul desire and exalted LOVE for those Sun/Solar Beings come from in a child of six? It came from Higher Awareness, past life memories, and from my being open to multiple higher dimensions and timelines.

Bring that childhood story and feeling back to mid December 2015 through mid January 2016. Sorry if you’re getting tired of me going on and on about that period but it was monumental and the start of this level of the Embodying Ascension Process for me and many Forerunners. Feel the connections in NEW ways and try not to think too much.

Because I’d been so busy with selling my old house, packing, moving, unpacking and the dozens of other things that go with buying/selling/moving etc., it’s taken more time for me to look/feel/know deeper into what exactly I went through starting, for me, December 19, 2015 through mid January 2016. I knew in December 2015, that “IT” was major because I was suddenly in love and I was LOVE and my physical heart pounded so freakin’ hard for three weeks straight that I wondered if my physical body and heart would survive that first phase, that first taste of IT. Once my physical heart stopped pounding in early January 2016, I intended to deal with the second phase, the second taste of IT much better than I did the first time because I was so busy and exhausted because of moving.

So what is “IT” and what is it that I’m intending to do better via the second Stair-step (2016 Vernal Equinox)? Embody some more of the Solar Energies; the Solar Christ, Divine Light, Crystal Christ Consciousness, Higher Beingness etc. Said another way, I’m further working on going Home which is really about me/you/us embodying more Home in our selves and bodies here now. Same-same. You wanna go Home? Embody Home and you’re there all the time here, there, everywhere you are.

I AM all the time and with you God…and we LOVE it!

Duality consciousness perceives here/there, stay/leave, higher/lower, right/wrong  and so on. Integrated or “ascended” consciousness, Unity or Triality consciousness perceives so much more simultaneously and it’s all good and perfect. It all just IS and is perfect in a non emotional way. HighHeart is so graceful, so peaceful, so non dramatic and that feels like freedom after a lifetime in old lower world high drama Duality insanity!

I’ve used the term Stair-steps for years to express how the Ascension Process happens in incremental steps because it would kill us, destroy our physical bodies, shatter our nervous systems and psyches if it happened any faster. We’ve needed all this linear time to go through all we have and will via the Ascension Embodiment Process in our physical bodies. Eventually the Forerunners reach a level of development however where this pattern changes and things can safely happen a little—or a lot depending on your point of view again—much faster than they have been. We reached that point in mid December 2015, just before the winter Solstice, and some of us entered a higher level of the Embodiment phase from anything we’ve experienced before. Some of us entered the beginning phase of embodying Christ consciousness, Sun/Solar Christ consciousness Light in these physical bodies and selves and almost instantly our doing so has and will continue to rapidly change physical reality and beyond as well. How could our doing so not radically alter, expand and improve absolutely everything?

You know we move through Solstices and Equinoxes each year and how they’re big planetary Stair-steps. To simplify this  some more, the mid December 2015 Solstice could be called Stair-step 1 of the Embodiment phase. And because it was as potent as it was for many of us, I suspect the upcoming March 19, 2016 Vernal Equinox will launch some Forerunners up Stair-step 2 of the Embodiment phase. If not, then they’ll continue adjusting to where they are now and increase again at the June Solstice or the September 2016 Equinox and so on. If you need or want more time, then you take it, if not you keep moving up those Stair-steps and into more and more Embodiment at each 2016 (a 9 energy year) Equinox and Solstice in preparation for what’s going to be fully and constantly for All starting in 2017 (a 1 energy year within the NEW).

Remember, Galactic Alignment completes at the end of 2016, which means everything will exist within the NEW and only the NEW starting 2017. This is why the Forerunners who wish to stay in-body and Embody Higher and Lower, embody Sun/Solar Crystal/Christ Energy will do it incrementally throughout 2016. Our doing this helps, assists, creates and co-works with the NEW Cosmic Energies and blueprints/templates the NEW starting with 2017. Which came first, the chicken or the egg? The Forerunners Embodying in-body or Galactic Alignment completing? Neither as that’s old Duality consciousness. Answer is both and so much more because that is Unity, Triality, HighHeart consciousness.

Some Forerunners will move up to Stair-step 1 of the Embodiment phase on or before the March 19, 2016 Equinox. Others will move up to Stair-step 2 of it then and so on. But, what’s really amazing about this NEW phase is that every person that begins the Embodiment phase now (I’m stressing this because it is not like anything we’ve experienced earlier) amplifies, quickens and simplifies the entire Ascension Process for all of humanity and Earth and beyond. In other words, what took lets say 50,000 Forerunners to do before to Pathpave the Ascension Process for mass humanity, is now amplified tremendously when only one, two, three or four people moves into actual in-body Embodiment.

When what used to exist far away from us on Earth, like the Solar Beings and Energies/Consciousness in the old yellow-golden Sun of my childhood, is Embodied by you, me, by each of us incrementally in 2016 and beyond at this NEW, higher silver-white Photonic level, we literally change reality/realities in ways we could not grasp earlier. I now understand why. This is some big, heavy shit as they say 😉 and we are the Ones In Form doing it now. It’s almost incomprehensible to me to know that I’m becoming, that you are becoming, Sun/Solar Christic Beings individually much like my childhood golden Sun/Solar Beings I LOVED and laid in the warm sunlight praying to and sending my love and gratitude to.

I hope that was enough ‘breadcrumbs’ to help you better grasp the magnitude of what you/me/we are and will continue to do individually (Leo) and as a higher group (Aquarius) throughout 2016.

Life Post ‘Wave X’ & Blood Moon Eclipse Activation

With the completion of one more complex set of energetic Stair-step cycles within the overall Ascension Process cycles—in particular the 2014 through 2015 Blood Moon Eclipses and ‘Wave X’—post September 27, 2015 has automatically activated the rest of the planetary population to evolve now. It’s finally get with the Ascension Process program or leave time, and many more will be leaving now because of this. No judgements, just a case of personal choice. Not everyone intended or wanted to remain in their current physical body and evolve it, “ascend” it now from lower frequency and consciousness 3D dense Duality up vibrationally to 5D integrated Unity or Triality Light. Again, no judgement whatsoever, simply individual choice and/or a lack of greater awareness as to what’s really going on.

Some Common Recent Symptoms

This last Blood Moon eclipse and ‘Wave X’ energy activation Stair-step (actually a huge leap to another entire floor) is still literally ringing in my head and throughout my body. Because this latest blast was so strong, it may have left you feeling like you’ve got PTSD too; like your nerves are shot, fried, toasted in fact and that they haven’t acclimated completely yet to this latest energetic addition/upgrade/Stair-step.

confused-smiley I go through this my nerves are shot thing every time Earth and humanity is engulfed by another extra potent blast of NEW higher frequency Light Energies. My nervous system oftentimes takes weeks to adjust to housing and running more NEW Light and stop drooling, stop having my eyes rolling in circles, stop flying out of my skin over every sound, and stop having my hair standing up straight! I exaggerate, but only slightly! Geese this one was big and potent and I haven’t integrated it all yet as I know many of you reading this haven’t yet either, hence why I’m pushing myself to write this now instead of crawl under my Ascension blankie and adjust. I’ll ache, ring, hum, buzz and vibrate even more internally than before ‘Wave X’ fully arrived, but then I’ll adapt to this latest new NEW and it will become—for the time-being only—the NEW normal. But, it’s just another energetic Stair-step really, a great big one yes, but just another one.

sobbing Another side effect from this latest blast was the good old sudden weeping over anything High Heart expansions. I don’t get this one often, but when I do, it can’t be pleasant for anyone unfamiliar with the Ascension Process, which still is the majority unfortunately.

Example: The other day I’d hired a gardener to trim some bushes and remove some others at my “new” old house. He was in his seventies and thankfully had a younger male helper to do the really hard work. He’d bid the job the day before really low so I knew I’d pay him a bit more for the work anyway but didn’t say anything to him about this at that time. So he and younger helper guy are there working their butts off in the SoCal heat and I’m feeling for the 70-plus-year-old man. Hours later they finished and I paid him a little over a hundred dollars more than what he’d bid the job at and he got emotional, which is oftentimes all it takes to get me crying too.

I tearfully explained to him and younger helper guy that two months earlier I’d had another gardener cut down one large bush and greatly over charge me for it and not remove 3/4 of it! It took me a month and a half to cut the brush from it up and stuff my little trash barrel each week to finally get rid of what he should have hauled off himself for the price he charged me! I explained to the elderly gardener with Heart and integrity that that was the reason I was crying and that I was extremely grateful to him and his helper for doing such a good, clean job and hauling away all of the brush. It was one of those rare (but increasing) High Heart moments between two or more people with Heart and integrity and it’s always just the absolute best thing ever in my opinion…and it usually makes me cry, especially when Divine energies are flooding the planet anyway! So, slightly embarrassing because I don’t enjoy crying in front of strangers, but a higher bond and High Heart recognition was made between all three of us and that is priceless. Some are externally registering 5D consciousness and it makes me cry with joy.

So yeah, crying has been on the spiritual menu once again thanks to the latest Divine energies but just go with the flow and let your High Heart open more and embody even higher frequency Light which overflows out and touches all, even those that it doesn’t immediately register on externally. You provided the Light very directly and IT affected them in some way(s) even though it usually doesn’t show on their external packaging. Give it time.

transmuteheart Another side effect has been physical and energetic heart/Heart/High Heart thumps, bumps, lumps, thuds and bangs etc. Actual sensations of movements in the center (usually but not always) of your chest and upper chest like a sudden hit, thud, twist or rolling of your heart. It’s just energies, movements and expansions but it can sometimes take your breath away when it hits hard, and they’ve hit hard via these ‘Wave X’ and eclipse energies. This goes with the emotional aspects of suddenly crying and being extra emotional over the tiniest of things. Just let your High Heart blossom some more and don’t worry about the tears or thuds and thumps in your chest as things expand and shift in there.

sleeping smilie Another symptom of this latest change has been epic and very weird dreams. I fell asleep the other day in the afternoon because my head was killing me and had an epic weird dream which I think was a first for me in the afternoon.

There’s some very hurried purging taking place in us and our bodies and subconscious to make room for more of these higher Light energies being embodied by us now. To make room for that, oftentimes we’ll experience multiple strange dreams for nights on end as internal stuff gets moved around and/or deeper layers of our stuff bubbles up to the conscious surface to be seen in The Light so to speak so we can feel/deal/heal and release more of it. There’s always multiple layers and layers and layers to some of our stuff so don’t feel like you’ve “failed” when another layer floats up from your Basement to be released. You didn’t “fail”, it’s just another layer is all.

big-headache-smiley-emoticon Then there’s the headache, the head pressures, the head pains that nothing that I’ve discovered makes go away. Not sleeping, not over-the-counter headache pills, not ice packs, not silence, not anything but time, lots of time in many cases.

I can clairvoyantly See a vertical tube-shaped area about the width of my physical head above my head where higher frequency Light Energies etc. pour down into my physical head/skull/brain/brain glands etc. and then farther on down into my body. This down-flow usually completes at my High Heart meaning that higher frequency Light energy is being embodied and housed in my High Heart (Thymus gland) area. Every time another wave of Light energies comes in like it has over the couple of weeks, my head hurts terribly for days and my ears ring constantly. Again, all this is caused by higher Light energies quickly evolving us, our bodies, nervous systems, brains, consciousness etc. and further lessening our old 3D density and replacing it with even more Light. This Stair-step process hurts because we’re literally evolving, physically, so just deal with it as best you can and know the pain eases up eventually as you/me/we adapt to the NEW level and amount.

sick Another common symptom, even after all these years, is the old Ascension Flu aches and pains. I had this return too recently and had the old body aches and pains and occasional chills like one has with the flu. It’s not the “flu” but another Ascension related symptom caused by another avalanche of incoming higher frequency Light energies. Rest, sleep, nap, and self-care as much and as long as you need.

shocked The inner body electrical-like vibrations or shaking sensation has increased again too. The easiest time to feel this inner body buzzing is when you’re either falling asleep or waking up from sleeping. While straddling two or more dimensions and actually consciously aware that you’re perceiving more than only the physical dimension, it’s ease to feel and hear the roar of your own Lightbody vibrating faster and higher. It reminds me of a jet airliner revving up its engines before takeoff. The vibrations, shaking and noise increases as the pressure builds and then suddenly you’re airborne and all that pre-flight tension and racket is gone. This inner body vibration and shaking is you literally embodying more Light which feels and sounds to our old 3D selves like we’re about to explode! We’re not or I’d have done it years ago! 😉 This too is another common Ascension symptom and one like most others that repeatedly increases over time, and very much so with every NEW Energy Wave that arrives.

monkey  And because of all this compressed evolutionary Ascension activity, our old lower egoic “Monkey Mind” goes absolutely nuts and does all it can to draw your attention away from the higher things taking place in you and your consciousness and back to it. To get you to pay attention to it so it doesn’t “die away” and lose its power, it screams, yells and throws out every ridiculous random thing and thought it can to derail you, sidetrack you, pull you back down to old familiar lower levels of consciousness and focus. It’s freaking exhausting and more than a little ridiculous but it happens to the best of us more than a few times. The trick is to recognize it for what it is and why it’s doing its best to interfere with your latest Ascension amplification. Just repeatedly release it, whatever it is, and get back to where YOU want to be; what YOU want to be focused on and not what it wants. Just keep re-Centering yourself as many times as it takes and don’t give any of it any more focus than that. See it, know it, understand it and move beyond it.

More of Humanity just got activated by the Ascension Process

No matter which level, which Stair-step you’re at within the Ascension Process, ‘Wave X’ and the last Blood Moon eclipse of September 27, 2015 just pushed everyone up one or more of these energetic Stair-steps. This is one reason why the violence has increased again recently. Every time another energy Wave arrives it affects everyone on Earth whether they’re ready for it or not. Some are flexible enough to bend in these intense Divine evolutionary cosmic winds while others are not. And some just lose it and kill others and/or themselves. None of this is easy for anyone anywhere. Hold your High Heart and radiate the Light that you are to help others acclimate to these profound energy changes.

Another aspect of this is that ‘Wave X’ and the last of the 2014–2015 Blood Moon eclipses of September 2015 activated millions more people around the world, meaning they’re suddenly experiencing some of the old Ascension symptoms many of us Forerunners have lived with for the past seventeen years or more. These people are suddenly looking for answers to what they’re feeling and why, to what their bodies are doing and why. If these people come to you with their questions, confusions, complaints, fears and worries, discern first and answer from your higher wisdom and firsthand experience. Remember back to when you were first going through this and there wasn’t anyone to ask but your Higher Self and your Guides! We’ve just entered a whole NEW level within the Ascension Process along with most everyone else so be aware of these changes for yourself but also for others on Stair-step far behind where you are.

More of humanity will now exit their bodies because of this

Because of these big September 2015 changes, many more people will be suddenly and quickly exiting their lives and bodies. For whatever their personal Soul reasons, they’ve chosen to not remain in their current physical body and evolve/ascend it, but exit it and re-evaluate their options with the guidance of their Higher Self and Ascension Guides etc. Many animals have been and are doing the same now in greatly increased ways. No judgement at all, simply individual choice. For those of us remaining, it’s our jobs to maintain energetic neutrality as we observe what’s happening from day-to-day. From one level it’s going to look like things are falling apart, which they are because it’s time for that finally, but from a higher level you know what’s really going on and why and because of this remain emotionally neutral to the ensuing chaos, escalating death, and increasing imbalances in more people. Hold your High Heart and understand and it then goes “airborne” and makes perfect sense. ❤

As is always the case, well before the September Equinox I begin seeing, again, certain numbers and number combinations which is a sort of higher language. I’ve been repeatedly seeing, again, 10:10, 1:10, 1:11, 11:11, 1:11, 11:22, 12:12, 12:22, 12:23 and all of the triple numbers as well including triple 000’s. But, it’s the 10 of October, the 11 of November, and the 12 of December that’s been yelling at all of us, again, as we approach the final three months of 2015.

This 2015 final quarter feels to me like it’s already different from previous Ascension years. It feels to me like some of us are already feeling the effects of ‘Wave X’ and everything else that came before it. Even though I still feel pretty beat up, sore, head-achy, emotional and weepy in the best of ways, and my ears are still ringing constantly etc., besides all that and more I can simultaneously feel vast changes and improvements taking place within me and my physical body. I’m not saying it’s easy or pain-free because it isn’t, but I AM saying that it’s happening and greatly and very quickly now. 2016 will be this and more, much more as the Stair-steps become smaller and shorter making it faster and easier for us all to quickly fly up each one of them.

Give yourself the time to acclimate to these latest September changes internally and externally. Just because some day/date (in this case it was all of September 2015) has been reached obviously doesn’t mean all your aches, pains and problems end on that day/date too! They could and we’re getting to that point now faster than ever before. In the meantime, be kind to yourself, let your body rest, recuperate and prepare for the next big Stair-steps of 10, 11, and 12 2015. None of this is going to ever slow down or go away which means we’ve got to adjust to it, to the NEW Light energies and all that goes with them. When you stay in the “Now Moment” you’ve got all the time you need, plus the chaos taking place out of the eye of the storm doesn’t affect you. The “Now Moment” is most easily accessed right in your own High Heart.

Reality Check Time

How the month of April (Aries) has exploded into something so off the charts intense and driving the last two years is amazing and wonderful beyond words. Potent, changing, both pleasant and unpleasant at times. Just livin’ in the latest Twilight Zone space while linear time continues to compress even faster to the point that it’s almost meaningless anymore. There’s what did I become aware of today? What did I learn today? What did I feel today? What did I create today? consciousness and awareness instead of linear time and length of doing or length of not doing and so on. 5D High Heart consciousness in the physical Now Moment instead of linear, head down, forging ahead and pushing as hard and long as you can every day. We honestly don’t realize yet how much change we are actually in/living/being/doing/not doing but simply experiencing.

Weird dreams, the return of the 3AM Club again, some skull-boring painful sensations in skull/head and typically on the left side (TD intrusion), more NEW advanced Ascension related body and DNA changes and symptoms, increasing other dimension bleed through, witnessing some Team Dark Reptilians and/or other alien beings trying to view into this dimension and timeline to See what’s happening and why things are changing for them in ways they’re not happy about. (More about that one in a moment.)

One of these new “symptoms” has been something I’ve never experienced before and it is intense itching deep below the surface of the skin and feels like it’s nerve related. It’s how my body is currently responding to these latest changes in the Earth, the magnetic field and running through the NEW grid systems. Earth is shaking, twitching and spewing; I’m itching intensely, internally overheated once again, and sleeping about 2-3 hours a night. Beginning friction buildup symptoms from embodying more of the NEW higher frequency energies in our physical body grid systems—Central Nervous System—along with what the Earth and magnetic field grid systems are embodying too. As usual we’ll adjust.

From my waist to my ankles has been itching like crazy to the point I’m bruised, scabby and bleeding in spots and I can feel my DNA changing and expanding to embody more of the NEW energies just like Earth and everywhere else is. This phase of the Ascension Shift Process is making me itch like crazy but it won’t last long and I’m mentioning it only because it’s a rather strange symptom that some wouldn’t think was Ascension related. The body and brain Rewiring Process many of the Forerunners began well over a decade ago is now safely capable of embodying and running the NEW higher and much more complex Light Energies through it safely and not blow a fuse so to speak. This is however causing some of us to feel some new symptoms we’ve not experienced earlier. As miserable as it is wanting to scratch some of my skin off to get below the surface and really scratch that itch, this is a very positive sign that the NEW is flowing in and through me and my physical and energetic bodies. This too will amplify over time in that typical Stair-step fashion so we acclimate physically to these steady energetic increases. Expect more NEW and unusual because of this.

Another old Ascension symptom I’ve had since about 2001, is the deep, inner body vibration or buzzing electrical-like sensation. Over the years this one has expanded to the point now where it’s constant through and through my entire body from deep inside all the way to the surface of my skin and beyond. It’s developed and been embodied incrementally to whole body and inner to outer as well. This also indicates we’re embodying the NEW energies far more thoroughly than we may have consciously realized. So too is Earth, which means so too will reality on Earth for everyone. Things are going to change very quickly now because they can. Bye-bye Team Dark.

Another aspect of these early 2015 changes that I hadn’t even thought about before was, how would it feel when transiting Uranus started moving away from Pluto (the Cardinal Squares of the last three years or so) and how would that show up in my life, my awareness, my creativity, my body and so on? For starters it’s making many itch like crazy. 😉 These Cardinal Squares, T-Squares and Oppositions etc. have been so personal for me (natally I mean) that I never considered life after the Uranus/Pluto Cardinal Squares. Like many of you I’ve just tried to survive them during the last years of the Ascension Process / Galactic Alignment. I hadn’t focused on what may present after them, but so far, it’s been grand improvements via removal of Team Dark road blocks. Oh yes…lets talk about that! 😀

Since the Expiration Date—December 2012—I’ve been observing, paying close attention, sensing, waiting and waiting some more to personally see and feel any changes with Team Dark (TD) as the global and species controllers. After all I’ve personally been through as an older Forerunner/Volunteer/Lightworker/Duality Transmuter/NEW Energy Embodier Anchor etc., I absolutely wanted to see, for myself, TD leaving and being removed and their gruesome, nearly incomprehensible distortions done to humanity no longer working on humanity as they always have. I’ve worked and waited a lifetime (many actually) for what’s happening now; the ‘End Times’ of and for Team Dark.

Over the years I’ve been highly aware of when TD would increase their attacks against Forerunners and anyone else embodying any degree of Light. More Divine Light would enter physicality and they’d counter with increased attacks, interference, derailment attempts either directly or indirectly through portal people, more saber rattling, more ‘Smash & Grab’ tactics and on and on. These creatures never believed that their reign would ever end or ever change. They’ve never believed that the Ascension Process would work, would be successful because they’re arrogant monsters that believe themselves to be greater than Source. Sounds like the patriarchy doesn’t it? Same crew. Add to this that they’ve gotten away with all they have for so long that even they have bought in to the game play, the role-playing, the Divine Experiment and have become lost, trapped, obsessed within it and don’t remember that things always naturally wind down and evolve into something else.

Over the same years however, I was also highly aware of every time more Light would arrive and the controller ropes would loosen around human consciousness a bit more and a bit more. Then, one of those things I mentioned that I insisted in seeing for myself happened a few days ago and it became crystal clear that TD is no longer in control here or much of anywhere else for that matter. TD has had me and most every other Forerunner blocked, locked, suppressed, boxed in, held down, beaten down, repeatedly attacked, constantly monitored and abused since birth, but very much so since 1998-1999.

I have not been able to move to another house for the past decade, or to create change for myself in certain physical ways that I’ve wanted for many years because I’ve been held in place by my own Soul Contracts but more so by TD. I knew that when that long suppression finally released and doors opened for me, that huge positive changes would quickly manifest for more and more of the Forerunners and then others as this Shift continues. For me personally those doors blasted wide open last week after years of my pounding my head and heart against them. And from that point on so far things are happening so quickly that I’ve had to really work to keep up with them! Well over a decade of severe and intentional blockage and suddenly things are happening faster than I thought possible. I’ve acclimated to being blocked and have rushed lately to get back to normal expansive flow.

The other telling thing that happened recently on April 29th that let me know that what I’ve worked and waited a lifetime to see and experience is happening now in huge, absolute ways was a couple of Reptilian beings tried to look in on me clairvoyantly to See what they could about what’s happening now. These guys don’t like to show themselves so every time they’ve intentionally come through like this it was to See something and/or let me See something they wanted me to See.

This April 29th event only lasted one second, but if you’re familiar with perceiving this way that’s plenty of time to gain higher visual, emotional and energetic knowledge. Suddenly this small group of Reptilian beings came through with one in the front up very close to the “window” he’d created to look in and the others crammed up behind him trying to See over his shoulders. In that one second of time that he/they Saw me and I Saw him/them, I instantly energetically pushed out a huge “NO ENTRANCE” energy towards them and closed his “window”. This is unprecedented from what I’ve experienced in years and decades past.

In the past when a Reptilian or other negative TD being would intentionally show itself clairvoyantly to me, the Reptilian beings would cloak their thoughts so I couldn’t read them like I’m used to doing. These beings could easily create a trans-dimensional “window” to view through into this dimension and timeline to See for themselves, much like how past human Seers would do by gazing into a crystal ball or mirror or bowl of water etc. so they could See elsewhere.

Every time I’ve had up close face-to-face contact with a Reptilian being, the creature blocked me from reading him/them and discovering much of anything other than the creature wanted me to See it at that time. This time however was completely different in that the Reptilian beings were resorting to creating a “window” to look through to See into this world, dimension and timeline in hopes of figuring out what is going on and how we Forerunners have pulled this Ascension thing off down here in physicality. Said another way, these Reptilian beings are freaking out and panicked about the changes taking place now (the current evolutionary Shift and their Expiration Date) and were trying to use me as well to See and read what’s going on here. Now however, the shoe is on the other foot.

This time the Reptilian beings were instantly blocked from Seeing, blocked from reading energies, and blocked from Seeing and reading me here and gaining any information and in one quick second were Divinely and completely disconnected, shut out and gone. I sat there grinning from ear to ear knowing how truly important and telling this brief event actually is. This is some of those things, those events that I’ve worked and waited to See and experience, proving to me that the old lower is done and the NEW higher is manifesting in physicality. Just imagine the beauty, peace, abundance and happy creativity we (and humanity) will be able to do with TD and all the old TD blocks completely and permanently gone. We will impress the heavens even more than we already have so far. ❤
