December 2021 NEW Codes Arriving Now

It was December 2018 I first started clairvoyantly Seeing the NEW Triality-based triangle shaped crystalline codes. At that time, they were added to all water on Earth, surface water and underground water, including the water within humans and all life on Earth. It was a tremendous evolutionary change and basically the first of many NEW Triality-based codes being delivered for ascending NEW Earth and NEW Humans.

It was December 2019 I first started clairvoyantly Seeing the NEW Triality-based Radiant Diamond codes for ascending NEW Earth and NEW Humans. Since that time, they’ve been incrementally energetically added to because they couldn’t come in at full capacity at first because it would have harmed us, Earth and all other life and so these NEW codes have been slowly embodying more and we embody them. These Radiant Diamond codes first looked like the first image, then more color saturated, then more complex since December 2019.

On December 1, 2021 I first clairvoyantly Saw the next layer of these NEW codes for ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans. To me it looked somewhat like a “snowflake” in that it was a much more complex shape than the Triality-based triangle shapes of 2018 and 2019. See the continual upgrading additions with all these NEW codes? It’s fascinating to observe how they are—which also means how we are—being continually incrementally added to, upgraded, evolved and expanded more each year.

Because the past two Decembers brought in more NEW Triality-based codes for ascending NEW Earth, NEW Humans, I’ve been curious to See what would manifest in December 2021. So far, it’s complex snowflake looking energy codes for our further evolutionary ascension, but they too will grow over time and become more complex.

The vector image I used to represent what I’ve Seen so far of this latest December 2021 incoming NEW code looks rather strange because half of it is solar and the other half is a snowflake. As strange as the image may seem, to me it’s an accurate representation of what I perceived on December 1, 2021. It took me a while with this one because I’d lost track of linear time and had no idea that tomorrow is December 4th and the New Moon Total Solar eclipse event (at 12° Sagittarius). Tomorrow! How did that happen? One reason tomorrow’s eclipse snuck up on me is because I’ve had fairly intense solar energy symptoms for the past week — vertigo dizzies, head and eye pains and sensitivities, digestive issues, inability to sleep at night, restless during the day, increased negative actions in certain people etc.

Anyway, I finally grasped why these December 2021 NEW codes looked to me like a seeming contradiction of being both the Sun and water, frozen water in snowflake form.

The first December 2018 NEW codes were embodied into the waters of Earth and of all life on Earth including humans. Now in December 2021, only weeks before the CHANGEOVER into January 2022’s NEW Divine Mother Feminine template for ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans, the Moon, the NEW Moon that is, is going to block the Sun briefly in tomorrow’s Total Solar eclipse.

During that time more NEW codes will be dispersed to Earth, humanity, and all life on Earth through the Sun, the NEW Sun that is, which will be received and embodied into the frozen waters —the crystalline snow and ice on Earth. That’s why the strange image of a half Sun and half snowflake actually is an accurate representation of what the December 4, 2021, New Moon Solar Eclipse will do.

There was another aspect of this December 4, 2021 New Moon Solar eclipse I perceived on December 1, 2021 that seemed harsh from one level but understandable from another. That awareness was that these incoming NEW energy codes for ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans arriving via the December 2021 NEW Moon and NEW Sun eclipse energies embodied into the frozen NEW waters on Earth will make some people “sick”. Sick like maybe “pandemic” type of sick. To others this will just be more evolutionary Ascension Process body and head symptoms for a while until we fully embody them. For certain other people however, these latest incoming NEW codes may make them feel very “sick” because they are entirely NEW higher energies intended for ascending NEW Earth and NEW Humans. Certain people will exit instead of embody these NEW codes for ascending NEW Earth, NEW Humans. This will continue throughout 2022.

Thank you for it Celia because I did not perceive the information about the Antarctic location for these particular NEW code energies. NEW Sun solar ice water snowflakes codes indeed.

My head feels like half of ascending NEW Earth is trying to get in through the top of it; I’ve got the severe inner freezing cold still; my ears, head and the space around it are squealing with louder than usual high-pitched high frequency “white energy noise”, and some joints hurt like crazy at the moment again. But so it goes when one is embodying more NEW Light energies and NEW codes into their physical and energy bodies for ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humanity. Do tomorrow proud Volunteers and expect the unexpected and the miraculous. These are not the old Moon, Sun, waters and energies of old Earth but of NEW Earth.

November 22, 2021, the Sun entered the sign of Sagittarius. The reason I mention this common annual occurrence is because early November 22, 2021 I went grocery shopping and while there, surrounded by people doing lastminute shopping for Thanksgiving turkey day, I clearly felt the energies had changed dramatically, I’d embodied them and was being intensely affected by them. I walked differently, I looked out my eyes differently, I radiated this specific ascending NEW energy even more intensely than I did before this change, and I viewed the world and people in it differently as well. This November 22, 2021 Sun into Sagittarius change was unlike any monthly sign change I’ve ever experienced. Because this change was so obvious within myself, I went within for details while pushing my shopping cart through the grocery store.

What I perceived was that the January 2022 full entrance into the NEW Divine Mother Feminine template for ascending NEW Earth and NEW Humans was being increasingly felt now through the Sun’s entrance into Sagittarius and Volunteers that could embody this budding aspect of the January 2022 Divine Mother Feminine template energies presenting through Sagittarian Triality-based Fire would instantly do so.

I’ve been an astrologer since the mid-1970s and I’ve never thought of, perceived, sensed or felt feminine energies with Sagittarius. However, what I was hit with early November 22, 2021 was what I’ve been perceiving, sensing and writing about which is the full implementation of the NEW Divine Mother Feminine energy template starting January 2022 for ascending NEW Earth and NEW Humans.

I felt this November 22nd partial preview of what some of the NEW 2022 Divine Mother Feminine template energies will feel like and how it will affect people, their consciousness and much more. This partial preview came in through the Sun transiting 2021 Sagittarius, BUT entirely from the NEW Divine Mother Feminine template Triality-based crystalline Diamond Sagittarius Fire. There were no old lower frequency classic Sagittarian energies in it, only this NEW higher frequency, Triality-based, Divine Mother Feminine version of Sagittarius/Jupiter. This will happen when the Sun enters 2021 earth element Capricorn/Saturn on December 21st as well. All of 2022 will be this and much more.

Before the Sun enters Capricorn, it will make its annual transit across the Milky Way Galactic Center (GC) which from our current earth-based perspective is 27° Sagittarius 9′. December 18, 19, and 20 the Sun will conjunct the GC, and based on what I experienced on November 22nd with just the Sun entering Sagittarius, I believe this 2021 Sun conjunct the GC transit will deliver a large block of NEW, intense and amazingly different energies that are for and of the Divine Mother Feminine template for ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans.

Every year when the Sun conjuncts the GC during those 3 days (Triality) in December, the GC “downloads” whatever evolutionary ascension “updates” for humanity and Earth that are energetically needed for that time. This 2021 December Sun conjunct the GC transit will I feel be like nothing we’ve experienced before for the simple reason that we could not have survived it or embodied it before! Even at that it will seriously test all of us anyway but we’ve been in this highly amplified and accelerated mode since about mid-October 2021. Nevertheless, buckle your multidimensional cosmic seatbelts and keep your Radiant Diamond HighHeart open to embody whatever the December 18–20, 2021 GC preparation “download” energies of and for the NEW Divine Mother Feminine ascending NEW Earth, NEW Humans template are.

What I felt November 22, 2021 was (continues to be) tremendous, intense and was literally energetically plowing through all old negativity with tremendous Divine Mother Feminine empowered intent. It was Triality-based NEW Divine Mother Feminine integrated and in what some will at first interpret as fierce “masculine-like” Fire Lightwarrior mode. To feel that embodied in my physical and energy bodies in this larger, undiluted, unrestricted way was being HOME. There was only positivity for everyone and everything within this partial energetic preview introduction. There was zero patriarchal anything in it. There’s only NEW Divine Mother Feminine Triality in it and it feels, at this early stage of this massive CHANGEOVER, brilliantly fierce, wholly empowered, radiating Source-based intent to straightaway set up NEW Earth for NEW Humans.

Now for some other aspects of my early morning November 22, 2021 Sun in Triality Fire Sagittarius grocery shopping super empowered intent experiences. How this energy affected me felt like being HOME finally. It feels normal, natural, sane, honest, safe because IT is Divine, IT is Divine Feminine, IT is pure, IT is undistorted, and IT is entirely Triality-based NEW Divine Mother Feminine. To me it was feeling higher dimensional mega empowered HOME energies here on physical Earth and in my physical body to a degree I’ve never felt before. It felt natural and normal to me because that’s where I came from, as did every Volunteer — from higher dimensions, frequencies, Light realms, Stars, Galaxies etc.

However, to many other people, all of whom in this case were males, what I experienced in the grocery store on November 22nd was profoundly different. What I found the most interesting about all of this was that as I lived IT, I also observed certain other people (all strangers) being affected by IT too in radically different ways than I was. How this Divine Mother Feminine incoming partial Sagittarius fire preview made me feel was very different than how it made some other people feel. Energy is energy but how it affects individuals is another story entirely, and my 11-22-2021 grocery shopping trip highlighted this for me in current time and it was not pleasant or easy to take.

Because I’ve been embodying the NEW energies since the Ascension Process started, how this Triality Fire Sagittarius energy carrying a small portion of the coming Divine Mother Feminine template affected me was very different from how it caused certain other unaware, less energetically evolved and prepared individuals. For me it was tremendous super empowered intent of and for ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans, but for the people that were literally all over me in unpleasant ways during this grocery shopping trip, it was like every negative ego-based patriarchal trait they had was amplified and directed at me. I know this wasn’t conscious on their parts but it happened nonetheless, it always does. The Light attracts and repels, intrigues and infuriates, spotlights and amplifies everything and that includes what has been old lower frequency patriarchal Duality reality and humanities lives and consciousness in it.

I’ve always felt the intensity of the Divine, the higher, the true and pure all my life but this November 22, 2021 event was a full-on GO indication that it’s time to drive the remaining old lower out and instantly embody and implement the NEW higher everything for everyone. Based on what I’ve been experiencing throughout 2021, and much more tightly and focused since October, those Volunteer First Everythingers that are currently capable of embodying these 2021 yearend CHANGEOVER into the 2022 NEW energies are, as usual, doing so first. For me it feels like a huge Volunteer accomplishment to have reached this stage of the Ascension Process and CHANGEOVER to ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans. Talk about a personal and collective milestone!

However, to many unaware people who’ve not yet embodied much of the NEW Light energies, NEW codes, and soon the NEW January 2022 planetary and species template, well, some of them are going to behave with WORSE self-absorbed, male elitist, patriarchal sense of entitlement and do-whatever-the-hell-I-want type actions and behaviors. We’ve been seeing the worldwide increase in this type of old lower consciousness and behaviors in some people for the past few years. It’s rebellion, resistance, hatred and revolt against anything and anyone that threatens the old global patriarchy and it is ugly, violent and deadly. After many thousands of years of running this planet and humanity on it, this CHANGEOVER will cause many people to lose it completely. My intent is not to cause fear about this, but remember my mom’s old term for what we’re living now? She always referred to our now time as “the Mad Max times” and she absolutely refused to live through them. She told me this multiple times decades ago, and so she died in late June of 2019, six months before the serious “Mad Max times” started globally — aka Phase 2 of the evolutionary Ascension Process and all that’s happened so far in it, which has been record breaking.

The November 22, 2021 Sun into NEW higher template Sagittarius energies felt like embodied empowerment and a fiery need to permanently remove the residual negativity. To some of the other males in the grocery store that day, I was the “enemy” and they locked on to me and did different things to let me know I was not wanted in what they still perceive as their world. My embodied Divine Mother Feminine NEW template for ascending NEW Humans response was to continue radiating the NEW and ignore them. Radiating the NEW is easy, ignoring all of them constantly is occasionally not so easy for me. Nonetheless power over, power through, power beyond, don’t slow down, and never look back. The NEW has arrived, deal with it everyone.

I’m sharing this to let you know that all of December 2021 is going to be increasingly intense physically, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually and energetically. January 2022 all this will CHANGEOVER fully into the NEW template and that will cause far worse negative reactions from certain people for a while. Where old Duality patriarchal consciousness, ego and attitudes linger, expect different forms of “toxic masculinity” from certain people that feel the Light and NEW template, and feel the NEW Light you’ve embodied and now radiate constantly and aren’t happy about any of it. No fear, just greater higher awareness, wisdom, and responsibility as your personal stewardship position on ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans begins anew in 2022 and beyond.

Since about mid-October 2021, many old ascension symptoms have been so amplified it’s taken some time to embody and adjust to them. One of them has been the inner freezing cold symptom many get from embodying more and therefore elevating up to another higher frequency level. Over time we acclimate and the inner freezing cold symptom dissipates, or so it’s been throughout Phase 1 of the Ascension Process. Not so however for me since October 2021. I’ve had the inner freezing cold symptom nearly constantly since October, and I’ve had it not just in my hands, feet, thighs and forearms but almost my entire body. I’m so cold now writing this I keep hitting wrong keys and typing things I keep having to delete. Time to dig out my typing gloves again! In the past the inner freezing cold symptom would last between an hour or two and only happen every few months. Since October 2021, it’s been about ten hours a day and it’s been every day which I’ve never experienced before. This increase of the inner freezing cold tells me the coming January 2022 CHANGEOVER into the Divine Mother Feminine template for ascending NEW Earth and NEW Humans is still going to be one huge energy jump/change/shift for all of us, even with all this energy preparation embodying we’ve been doing.

Another old familiar ascension symptom that’s been increased and expanded like crazy this year is the inner ear high-pitched sounds, ringing, squealing, screeching tones, sounds, monotone, bi and tri sounds playing constantly inside my head at louder levels than ever before. After twenty-some years of this I’m grateful this symptom doesn’t bother me much anymore. It’s just gotten much louder and has been constant for months.

Another old familiar one is the eating, not eating, digesting, not digesting food situation business. When we’re in another big phase of embodying more NEW Light, the eating of foods instantly becomes this old problem again. If you eat you feel bad, if you don’t eat you feel bad, if you eat very carefully and very little you still feel bad and often for many hours. Also, the whole digestive miseries return too. The awful heartburn, acid reflux, bloating, indigestion and elimination unpleasantries are once again back for who knows how long. Just drink enough water and be super aware and intuitive about whatever you eat and when and eventually these old symptoms will ease up as they always do. But embodying more NEW Light often doesn’t work well with physical food consumption so just be aware and wise with the whole eating business during these severe energy embodiment periods. I’ve felt my body change greatly this year and be increasingly freed from the past template energy structures and consciousness and belief systems around foods, eating, fasting, dieting, eating only certain foods etc. Everything is changing including this of course.

Another growing symptom is that the more and higher Light energies we embody and/or Embody, the less ability we have to fall back into lowly thoughts about anything. I got really pissed off about something a few weeks ago and instantly felt that in my physical body. It instantly felt harmful — I was harming myself and my physical body with angry thoughts about something that wasn’t worth my mutilating myself over. We’ve reached the you can’t go back down point. DO NOT FALL BACK DOWN into old habits because that cannot co-exist with this much Light at these higher levels that you’ve embodied.

And another increased ascension symptom, side effect, reaction is what I mentioned earlier about those certain people, often but not always males, who, at some level sense you’re radiating something they do not want in their space, world and reality. In other words, the evolutionary Light, the NEW everything that you’ve worked so long and so hard to embody and/or Embody is one massive irritant to low consciousness, low frequency people. This is why those of the Light have always been and still are attacked by the Dark, the negative, the fearful, the evil.

Remember those old scenes from the original Star Trek TV series where Captain Kirk orders ‘shields up’ because the Enterprise was about to come under attack? You might want to keep your shields up and reinforced as we traverse the rest of 2021 and all of 2022. Again, no fear just higher awareness and preparation for the freakout responses to this planetary and species wide CHANGEOVER and entrance into the NEW Divine Mother Feminine Triality crystalline Diamond template of ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans.

Some Transitional NEW Year Discomforts

Throughout 2016, many experienced an increase in different types of phenomena that was related to our now constant movement into and embodying higher frequency Light energies. At this point it doesn’t matter much to me where exactly these higher frequency Light energies are coming from—the Milky Way GC, other galaxies, our Sun, transmitted to and through our Sun from other locations, other dimensions etc. They’re all caused by natural, automatic evolution and at this point within the Ascension Process I just want to move through each phase and level as best I can, with the least amount of drooling possible. Just wanted to see if you were paying attention, although there has been occasional drooling in past years when things got extra severe. euw I don’t have a burning desire or need to know from which specific quadrant of Creation these energies are coming from at this point within the Ascension Process; they all originate from Source and their singular purpose is to push everything and everyone into evolving. Some of us don’t need or want to dissect this spiritual evolutionary “Shopping List”, but just live it as decently as we can in each moment.

Some of this increased phenomena many of us have experienced throughout 2016, has greatly increased and gotten even more unusual and other worldly during this Zero Zone transition from 2016 (9 energies at a lower frequency level) into 2017 (1 energies in a higher level). We knew this particular shift was a big and important one for many reason that have been covered last year, but I doubt most were really prepared for the weird, surreal factor that it’s been and continues to be. That famous old line from the TV Star Trek series automatically plays in my head during those moments when I question where exactly I am — ‘…to boldly go where no man has gone before.’ Right, we’re going where no one has before, not exactly like we now are and it’s okay to get momentarily lost in space and time and have different symptoms and side effects from doing so.

Speaking of it being okay to have side effects from ongoing evolution. I’m so unimpressed with people who shame other people for experiencing Ascension symptoms and side effects. I understand why some people haven’t and aren’t experiencing Ascension symptoms but I don’t need to demean, insult or shame them for not having them. Really? For god sake it’s 2017. One more time for any in the cheep seats — discernment people.

The symptoms/side effects of this ongoing Living Alchemy Ascension Process have been intense for a good long while now and they won’t be ending any time soon now that we’re in 2017, so, haul your aching and sometimes confused and disoriented backside up these latest energy Stair-steps and acclimate. This is the routine, and after all these years and decades we’re old pro’s at this so just do it and take notes along the way if that helps you with it all. Validation and confirmation are always nice, but after two or three decades of doing this Oh Great Master of Light in disguise as a dumb-ass bumbling human, you know exactly what’s going on and why and that it hurts occasionally and why it hurts occasionally. Said with the utmost love, gratitude and respect. ❤

Here’s a bit from my latest mental note taking. Yes, being Conscious of Process has been a lifelong thing for me and I take mental notes especially when things get heavy-duty like they’ve been.

I can’t even remember if the inner ear ringing (the Vegas nerve vibrating from higher Light Energies affecting it and being embodied) started up again back in September or October but it’s been epic since November 2016 and it’s still going meaning we’re still “upgrading” like crazy in January 2017.

The head, skull, face, jaw, Brow chakra area business has also been very intense lately. So much so that I’ve had bouts of nausea caused by how badly the pains and pressures are inside my head from the Crown chakra above, down into my brain and multiple brain glands. There are, once again, some big evolutionary changes/improvements taking place in our heads, brains and specifically our brain glands.

Whenever my head and brain/brain glands go through these big “upgrades”, my physical eyes are always affected by it. They feel strange, hurt sometimes and are numb sometimes, which sounds weird but that’s how it often feels. They get dry and my physical vision becomes blurry while my Higher Vision becomes more clear, vast and complex. These two go together, which also sounds strange but there you go. Eventually the physical eyes acclimate to existing in greater higher frequency Light Energies and 7D Photonic Light and they too clarify and aren’t so dry and sore anymore… until the next energy Stair-step arrives that is and then we go through it all again.

The sense that the earth under my feet is shaking and/or just not being there in those old familiar ways has increased lately too. I’ll get to the recent amplification of actual physical earthquakes in a moment because they’re related and connected to our Ascension symptoms. These two go together because we’re symbiotic with earth/earth with us and what one goes through so too does the other of course.

I’ve had the strong feeling that the ground under my feet was shaking lately. I’ve also had this same sensation in my physical body — Inner Body vibrations — that have become so amplified lately it often feels like Inner Shaking. Personal inner “earthquakes” we could say, along with increased external physical earthquakes around the entire Pacific Ring.

There were a couple of weeks in late December 2016 into early January 2017 where the possibility for some very large magnitude earthquakes in multiple locations around the Pacific Ring was very high. But, thank gawd, for decades now there has been a higher dimensional crew that monitors and directs/redirects Ascension related earthquakes and energies in earth. Only when absolutely needed will these higher dimensional crews redirect those energies that must be released because they’re caused by the Ascension Process, to physical locations that will benefit from things being collapsed. Some incarnate Forerunners/Lightworkers have also done this type of energy work with earthquakes and storms primarily, by intentionally redirecting them to less populated areas to save lives. (Some Souls want to experience death via high drama earth changes. Other Souls want to experience death quietly with as little high drama as possible, and some Souls want to experience death via Ascending their physical body. Options, lots of creative options always. No right or wrong, just what a Soul needs for greater overall balance of experiences and personal wisdom.)

Increased dizziness goes along with these other side effects which often is so severe that it causes nausea too. More heart thumps, flutters, rolling movement sensations and pains in the center HighHeart chest area. Combine all this and include the patriarchy devouring itself while pounding its chest over it all and not knowing anything about anything other than greed; the earth repeatedly shaking and quaking around the Pacific Ring like it’s trying to birth something NEW; mass exodus of humans out of their physical bodies right up to the last day of the previous 9-yearlong cycle (2016); amplified Ascension side effects and traveling through the Zero Zone with nothing under your feet but a wing and a prayer—and who needs more than that anyway right?—and it has been something else lately just like we knew it would be. I promise it’s gonna get more exciting for all throughout 2017, in high and wonderful ways, and in OMG sorts of ways too at times. This is the death of the old happening under the building of the NEW all taking place simultaneously. Aren’t you glad you started all that central nervous system Rewiring all those years ago? Our brains would shoot out our noses now if we hadn’t over all this profound compressed evolution manifesting very physically for ALL finally. Enjoy watching the masses “wake up”, get really pissed off and band together to intentionally create positive change for everyone. This is Phase Two to the 1960s and the Hippies Phase One revolutions against wars and the patriarchal “establishment”, and the Indigos are the “Hippies” of this phase of it. ❤ ❤

The end of December 2016, brought with it a whole cluster of earthquakes around the Pacific Ring. I rarely get worried about big earthquakes because I’ve repeatedly Seen that higher crew plus assisted with them over the decades. But, I had a couple of moments in December 2016 where things were popping all around where I physically live, literally I mean and I’m only a few miles off the San Andreas fault-line in SoCal, when I became momentarily concerned that there just might be a big local earthquake. Still might be although this is diminishing at the time of this writing. However, it’s been many years since I’ve felt the potential for multiple large earthquakes around the Pacific Ring (and right were I live too) this severe so it’s been somewhat stressful at times lately.

Because of this I’ve checked the USGS earthquake website every few days to see what, where and what size they’ve been recently. During this time I felt something very NEW was/is literally being birthed through the Pacific Ring. Years ago I wrote (at TRANSITIONS) about my having clairvoyantly Seen a new good-sized island being birthed in the Pacific Ocean well above the Hawaiian Islands. This feels closer now that we’re in 2017, along with other potential large islands surfacing around the Pacific Ocean area. It’s not old Lemuria resurfacing but something NEW and much higher frequency than original Lemuria was. Uooo...

Another thing, well two related things actually that I wanted to remember to include in this. One is how these higher frequency Light Energies have made the water, the liquid in my physical body and the water/liquids in my cells feel lately. In short that would be electrified, zapped from the inside. When this happens my body (and many of you reading this have experienced this treasure many times over the years) feels extremely inflamed from so much higher frequency Light Energies electrocuting the cells and fluid around each cell to bring home the goods so to speak which is further evolve the DNA — the multidimensional quantum DNA. So, one is probably feeling inflamed through-and-through again because, as Lauren Gorgo so aptly put it a few years ago, we’ve been ‘Electrocuted by God’ again. This happy side effect is related to ongoing evolution to our physical and nonphysical DNA, which spills over into the quantum NOW Moment because all this is multidimensional and exists both in and outside of physical reality and linear time space. Our spark plugs are being “upgraded” so to speak so we can travel greater distances in the multiple quantum NOW Moments and spaces and not blow an engine, or anything else. But I have to say that this particular Ascension related side effect is not much fun due to that sense of being inflamed and swollen throughout my entire body for days or weeks at a time.

The second part to this same business is the sudden end to the long and horrible drought (and heat) that’s been so severe here where I live and in much of the country elsewhere too. These two things, these two side effects are, once again, related. One is us going through it and the other is earth going through it but it’s the same thing taking place at the same time just like the earthquakes and our inner shaking etc.

I mentioned that shortly after my best cat friend died in November 2016, eight days after election day here, that the rain arrived which let me know that one long miserable cycle was finally over. The rain has continued here on the west coast ever since and then travels eastward across the USA and gets colder and more intense as it goes. Just like the water/fluids in our cells are being zapped by higher frequency Light Energies also triggering further DNA evolution, the water in the form of rain and snow is now increasing to help wash away whatever needs to be cleansed and cleared via this element and embody higher frequency NEW Light Energies. It’s going to get easier to see and understand how what humans are going through via the Ascension Process and its side effects, so too is the earth and all life on Her. The ancients knew this and lived from this knowing but current humanity is just starting to consciously reconnect with earth/Gaia, and then with everything else too of course.

To wrap this up I’ll add quickly because I’ve got to get horizontal for a while, increased weird dreams. Hearing strange sounds that you’re not sure are even physical. I’ve heard tiny bells tinkling occasionally, plus strange beeps going off that sound like some machine or alarm yet I don’t have anything like that in my house so I’m not sure what it is I’m hearing with this. Other sounds that I can’t even describe because they’re not physical so I have nothing to compare them to. Strange in between worlds types of sounds.

There’s also been and continues to be a lot of very strange, foreign thoughts and emotions. I’ve had some stuff suddenly roll through my inner landscape space that shocked me at how dark, violent and outright strange it was. I’m pretty familiar with my own Basement, and this stuff ain’t coming from there! I also know to take an honest look/feel at it and then release it so it can move on to the trash bin where it and all other “trash” now goes. I don’t need to dance with it, spend extended time with it, love it, heal it, dissect or analyze it, just acknowledge it, feel it and then hand it over to Divine Source to reabsorb and keep moving forward.

And I’m just gonna say this and I’m sorry for getting so intimate but we should be beyond all that at this point! 😉 Urinating, going pee, going pee at night specifically has changed again recently and it’s connected to the water/fluids in our bodies and cells and DNA all being further infused with higher frequency Light Energies triggering greater evolution in all ways. Problem is that sometimes this one makes it a bit difficult to urinate at night and one has to really make an effort to get it all out. Gads what we go through in the name of evolution! Anyway, I thought I’d be brave and publicly admit this Ascension related side effect. If however you’re concerned about having to push hard in the middle of the night to get all the pee out, then see your doctor. Otherwise, be happy in the knowing that your DNA is being further evolved. 😀 Happy NEW Year everyone and expect the unexpected to not only continue but increase. No fear, just big changes.

Massive December 2016 Solstice Energy Wave

I’m not familiar with the man who created this video—but thank you for it kind sir—and I thought it should be shared for anyone that’s been feeling extra terrible over the past four or five days. It might be time to re-read my earlier article about the energetic connection between December Solstice 2012 and December Solstice 2016.

I’ve been getting zapped (static electricity) constantly since December 17th. I’ve also been crying for no reason whatsoever off and on since about then too. Stomach/gut area bloated again and feeling half sick from eating much of anything. My hair has been looking and feeling like it’s lacking vital life-force again. Also I’ve had the old Ascension Flu aches, pains and chills again, constant inner ear ringing, HighHeart chest and back/spine pains, severe inner cold, super sensitivity to just about everything and everyone, feeling a strange emotional sensation of ‘Life on earth is ending now!’ type thing that I sense is literally pulsing around the entire earth repeatedly and many, many people are feeling this in varying degrees and not understanding it or why they’re feeling like they are. Also have felt ‘wired and tired’ over the past few days with daytime naps or decent night sleep practically nonexistent for the past five days or so.

That ‘Life on earth is ending now!’ sensation is due to our having reached the end of 2016s 9 energies of completion at the December Solstice period (days before 12-21 and days after it) while we’re sailing through the Zero Zone of no time in between what’s ending and what’s starting to begin (2017 1 energies of NEW beginnings) at a much higher level. We knew all this and more was coming and, here it is!

Relax, self-care and release, release, release and hold open your HighHeart to receive, receive, receive more greater NEW. To hell with the old traditions/holidays, this is planetary and species-wide compressed evolution and further shifting into more of the NEW right here, right now. Trust it and release the old lower and hold open to receive, to embody the NEW higher and let your body move through the evolutionary DNA advances it’s experiencing now.

No fear, just more highly compressed evolution during this last December Solstice and Galactic Alignment completion that we will never experience again.

More Evolutionary Growing Pains

Since May 8th, Mother’s Day, there’s been geomagnetic storms again. Nothing new about that, but this latest round has had a greatly amplified effect on my body. I’ve always been extremely sensitive to anything the Sun transmits, radiates etc., but this feels like it’s happening about twenty Stair-steps higher than the last time we had a geomagnetic storm! Because of this, I closed my eyes and had a look-see with Higher Vision to understand this a bit better. What I perceived was that we are, again, in a NEW location (by we I mean Earth and all life on her) meaning we’ve never experienced geomagnetic storms in this exact way due to this slightly NEW location in space.

Said another way, during this month of May 2016, we’ve moved into NEW space again in that typical Ascension Process Stair-step fashion. Because of this many sensitives are feeling these latest solar energy transmissions much like getting hit by a 90 mph Mack truck! We’ve experienced this many times before over these ascension years, but we’ve never experienced them at the “level” we and Earth are now and because of this they hurt a bit more than they did before. Energetic stair-steps.

I almost always have things I intend to do every day and set off each morning to take care of as many of them as I have the energy to do each day. That’s the plan at least but not always what happens! This happened both yesterday morning and today. I got up and prepared to get some things done and suddenly, whammo, I’m out cold! Out cold as in unexpectedly passed out asleep, crashed, out-of-body, heavy-duty nap time and in the morning only two hours after I’d gotten out of bed! Wow…

This morning it happened again. I’d just gotten some morning work done when I suddenly lost all power and HAD to go to sleep immediately. It was only 10:00AM and I was passed out asleep in a chair dreaming like it was the middle of the night. When I woke up three hours later, I was slightly disoriented and didn’t know what time or day it was or where I was. I was “out” that far and that much that it took some time once back in-body to get my (latest) bearings again.

Backtracking to about seven or eight days ago.

I noticed one of my atomic clocks had again jumped time, but this time it jumped from early May all the way to November 22, 2016! That’s one big time jump any of my atomic clocks have ever done over these Ascension years. As strange as this may sound, that told me that we were about to or just had entered another area of space where we were going to be “ascending” energetically and locationally another good bit. I’ve experienced this many times over the years and this seemingly weird formula with my atomic clocks jumping time holds true every time. One or more of my atomic clocks (with fresh batteries in them all) jumps “forward” by days, weeks or months and this is always shortly followed by some solar and/or cosmic energies or Wave etc. arriving that literally pushes, lifts, propels us—Earth and humanity—deeper into the 7D Photonic Light energies, by a good bit I mean. Some physical aches and pains and disorientation would seem appropriate wouldn’t you think with such profound actions taking place?

So if you too have, once again, suddenly been feeling some old familiar Ascension symptoms like the Ascension Flu, or burning hot bottoms of your feet, burning hot hands, all over hot flashes, inner ear ringing (like it ever stops at this point!), increased pressures and pains in certain areas of your spine (I get this often behind my HighHeart area in my spine and back), body, muscle and joint pains, sense of positive Beings nearby and seeing them sometimes, need to rest more, need to sleep more, need to be out-of-body more during these intense changes, know that you/we are on the move again in big ways. Self-care and rest as much as you need now during this move into more of the NEW in a new location in space time.

Reality Check Time

How the month of April (Aries) has exploded into something so off the charts intense and driving the last two years is amazing and wonderful beyond words. Potent, changing, both pleasant and unpleasant at times. Just livin’ in the latest Twilight Zone space while linear time continues to compress even faster to the point that it’s almost meaningless anymore. There’s what did I become aware of today? What did I learn today? What did I feel today? What did I create today? consciousness and awareness instead of linear time and length of doing or length of not doing and so on. 5D High Heart consciousness in the physical Now Moment instead of linear, head down, forging ahead and pushing as hard and long as you can every day. We honestly don’t realize yet how much change we are actually in/living/being/doing/not doing but simply experiencing.

Weird dreams, the return of the 3AM Club again, some skull-boring painful sensations in skull/head and typically on the left side (TD intrusion), more NEW advanced Ascension related body and DNA changes and symptoms, increasing other dimension bleed through, witnessing some Team Dark Reptilians and/or other alien beings trying to view into this dimension and timeline to See what’s happening and why things are changing for them in ways they’re not happy about. (More about that one in a moment.)

One of these new “symptoms” has been something I’ve never experienced before and it is intense itching deep below the surface of the skin and feels like it’s nerve related. It’s how my body is currently responding to these latest changes in the Earth, the magnetic field and running through the NEW grid systems. Earth is shaking, twitching and spewing; I’m itching intensely, internally overheated once again, and sleeping about 2-3 hours a night. Beginning friction buildup symptoms from embodying more of the NEW higher frequency energies in our physical body grid systems—Central Nervous System—along with what the Earth and magnetic field grid systems are embodying too. As usual we’ll adjust.

From my waist to my ankles has been itching like crazy to the point I’m bruised, scabby and bleeding in spots and I can feel my DNA changing and expanding to embody more of the NEW energies just like Earth and everywhere else is. This phase of the Ascension Shift Process is making me itch like crazy but it won’t last long and I’m mentioning it only because it’s a rather strange symptom that some wouldn’t think was Ascension related. The body and brain Rewiring Process many of the Forerunners began well over a decade ago is now safely capable of embodying and running the NEW higher and much more complex Light Energies through it safely and not blow a fuse so to speak. This is however causing some of us to feel some new symptoms we’ve not experienced earlier. As miserable as it is wanting to scratch some of my skin off to get below the surface and really scratch that itch, this is a very positive sign that the NEW is flowing in and through me and my physical and energetic bodies. This too will amplify over time in that typical Stair-step fashion so we acclimate physically to these steady energetic increases. Expect more NEW and unusual because of this.

Another old Ascension symptom I’ve had since about 2001, is the deep, inner body vibration or buzzing electrical-like sensation. Over the years this one has expanded to the point now where it’s constant through and through my entire body from deep inside all the way to the surface of my skin and beyond. It’s developed and been embodied incrementally to whole body and inner to outer as well. This also indicates we’re embodying the NEW energies far more thoroughly than we may have consciously realized. So too is Earth, which means so too will reality on Earth for everyone. Things are going to change very quickly now because they can. Bye-bye Team Dark.

Another aspect of these early 2015 changes that I hadn’t even thought about before was, how would it feel when transiting Uranus started moving away from Pluto (the Cardinal Squares of the last three years or so) and how would that show up in my life, my awareness, my creativity, my body and so on? For starters it’s making many itch like crazy. 😉 These Cardinal Squares, T-Squares and Oppositions etc. have been so personal for me (natally I mean) that I never considered life after the Uranus/Pluto Cardinal Squares. Like many of you I’ve just tried to survive them during the last years of the Ascension Process / Galactic Alignment. I hadn’t focused on what may present after them, but so far, it’s been grand improvements via removal of Team Dark road blocks. Oh yes…lets talk about that! 😀

Since the Expiration Date—December 2012—I’ve been observing, paying close attention, sensing, waiting and waiting some more to personally see and feel any changes with Team Dark (TD) as the global and species controllers. After all I’ve personally been through as an older Forerunner/Volunteer/Lightworker/Duality Transmuter/NEW Energy Embodier Anchor etc., I absolutely wanted to see, for myself, TD leaving and being removed and their gruesome, nearly incomprehensible distortions done to humanity no longer working on humanity as they always have. I’ve worked and waited a lifetime (many actually) for what’s happening now; the ‘End Times’ of and for Team Dark.

Over the years I’ve been highly aware of when TD would increase their attacks against Forerunners and anyone else embodying any degree of Light. More Divine Light would enter physicality and they’d counter with increased attacks, interference, derailment attempts either directly or indirectly through portal people, more saber rattling, more ‘Smash & Grab’ tactics and on and on. These creatures never believed that their reign would ever end or ever change. They’ve never believed that the Ascension Process would work, would be successful because they’re arrogant monsters that believe themselves to be greater than Source. Sounds like the patriarchy doesn’t it? Same crew. Add to this that they’ve gotten away with all they have for so long that even they have bought in to the game play, the role-playing, the Divine Experiment and have become lost, trapped, obsessed within it and don’t remember that things always naturally wind down and evolve into something else.

Over the same years however, I was also highly aware of every time more Light would arrive and the controller ropes would loosen around human consciousness a bit more and a bit more. Then, one of those things I mentioned that I insisted in seeing for myself happened a few days ago and it became crystal clear that TD is no longer in control here or much of anywhere else for that matter. TD has had me and most every other Forerunner blocked, locked, suppressed, boxed in, held down, beaten down, repeatedly attacked, constantly monitored and abused since birth, but very much so since 1998-1999.

I have not been able to move to another house for the past decade, or to create change for myself in certain physical ways that I’ve wanted for many years because I’ve been held in place by my own Soul Contracts but more so by TD. I knew that when that long suppression finally released and doors opened for me, that huge positive changes would quickly manifest for more and more of the Forerunners and then others as this Shift continues. For me personally those doors blasted wide open last week after years of my pounding my head and heart against them. And from that point on so far things are happening so quickly that I’ve had to really work to keep up with them! Well over a decade of severe and intentional blockage and suddenly things are happening faster than I thought possible. I’ve acclimated to being blocked and have rushed lately to get back to normal expansive flow.

The other telling thing that happened recently on April 29th that let me know that what I’ve worked and waited a lifetime to see and experience is happening now in huge, absolute ways was a couple of Reptilian beings tried to look in on me clairvoyantly to See what they could about what’s happening now. These guys don’t like to show themselves so every time they’ve intentionally come through like this it was to See something and/or let me See something they wanted me to See.

This April 29th event only lasted one second, but if you’re familiar with perceiving this way that’s plenty of time to gain higher visual, emotional and energetic knowledge. Suddenly this small group of Reptilian beings came through with one in the front up very close to the “window” he’d created to look in and the others crammed up behind him trying to See over his shoulders. In that one second of time that he/they Saw me and I Saw him/them, I instantly energetically pushed out a huge “NO ENTRANCE” energy towards them and closed his “window”. This is unprecedented from what I’ve experienced in years and decades past.

In the past when a Reptilian or other negative TD being would intentionally show itself clairvoyantly to me, the Reptilian beings would cloak their thoughts so I couldn’t read them like I’m used to doing. These beings could easily create a trans-dimensional “window” to view through into this dimension and timeline to See for themselves, much like how past human Seers would do by gazing into a crystal ball or mirror or bowl of water etc. so they could See elsewhere.

Every time I’ve had up close face-to-face contact with a Reptilian being, the creature blocked me from reading him/them and discovering much of anything other than the creature wanted me to See it at that time. This time however was completely different in that the Reptilian beings were resorting to creating a “window” to look through to See into this world, dimension and timeline in hopes of figuring out what is going on and how we Forerunners have pulled this Ascension thing off down here in physicality. Said another way, these Reptilian beings are freaking out and panicked about the changes taking place now (the current evolutionary Shift and their Expiration Date) and were trying to use me as well to See and read what’s going on here. Now however, the shoe is on the other foot.

This time the Reptilian beings were instantly blocked from Seeing, blocked from reading energies, and blocked from Seeing and reading me here and gaining any information and in one quick second were Divinely and completely disconnected, shut out and gone. I sat there grinning from ear to ear knowing how truly important and telling this brief event actually is. This is some of those things, those events that I’ve worked and waited to See and experience, proving to me that the old lower is done and the NEW higher is manifesting in physicality. Just imagine the beauty, peace, abundance and happy creativity we (and humanity) will be able to do with TD and all the old TD blocks completely and permanently gone. We will impress the heavens even more than we already have so far. ❤

Ascension Symptoms List 2015

Someone asked recently about Ascension symptoms or side effects in 2015, so here’s a list of some of them via my perspective. As usual however we all are affected a bit differently by the higher Light Energies so you may not have one of these “symptoms” now but may later and vice versa, or, you may never experience it or may experience many of them more severely. This list and any like it are really to help people not feel or believe that they’re the only ones living with such weird and unusual aches, pains and pressures in their physical bodies, however, please don’t fixate or feel obligated to manifest any of these symptoms on this or any other Ascension symptoms list or left out if you don’t have them; just use this list and any others when you need a reality check with your strange Ascension related aches, pains and pressures. Also, know that they’re not permanent even though some of them may last for many years.

Head pains and pressures — When the Sun is transmitting Light Energies through it, or, when the Sun is being used to transmit Galactic Center energies or energies from beyond the Milky Way GC, it’s typical to first feel those Light Energies in the area above our physical heads and in our physical heads. More often than not these energies cause the interior of our heads to feel pains from mild to severe and also varying degrees of internal/external pressures like your head is in a vice both inside and out. These head pains and pressures can go from above your physical head down into it and your eyes, sinuses, jaw and upper teeth on occasion. Think of this like your head is a cosmic tuning fork and every cosmic, galactic and solar Light Energy transmission hits it and sets it vibrating and ringing! That energy travels down into your spine and throughout your entire physical body and nervous system transforming it into something very NEW and different from what it was. Sometimes this Process hurts physically for periods.

Sore, tender, bumpy scalp – This one is directly connected to anytime Light Energies are coming in through the Sun. Those energies reach the area above my physical head like there’s a 3.5 foot sized invisible satellite receiver dish up there, and there is actually in all of us, and instantly my physical head, scalp and skull feel the incoming Light Energies pouring down on and into my head and body via this high frequency receiver area at the top of our physical heads. During this our scalp can become rather sore and tender and our skull can feel unusually bumpy and tender. There’s a lot going on, evolving up there and sometimes it creates tenderness and bruising to scalp and skull.

Sore, dry, sensitive eyes — This symptom is related to the first one and has to do with those Light Energies coming in energetically through our heads and affecting everything in our heads including our eyes and vision. We’ve also got this symptom amplified externally which causes our physical eyes to sometimes react to increases of Light on this world and dimension both internally in our bodies and externally all around us.

Sometimes when these increases are larger than they’ve been, my eyes will feel weird for days or weeks and by weird I mean almost numb, almost nonphysical, sore, dry, ultra-sensitive to Light and air. Just walking and having the air touch my eyes causes pain and increases blurry vision. It’s also during these times that I’ll often See NEW colors (that exist beyond the range we’re used to being able to see, to perceive) and other unusual Lights and flashes of Lights in the space around me.

Hearing continual high-pitched inner ear ringing — As with the other symptoms above, this one is also related to incoming Light Energies. Whenever the Sun does anything—CME’s, solar flares, solar winds, solar storms etc.—my inner ears instantly hear the Light Energies coming in as high-pitched inner ear ringing noise. I’ll hear this for weeks or months day and night and it’s simply related to my ability to clairaudiently hear higher frequencies being transmitted through our Sun. Many people hear this same thing but don’t realize it’s caused by very high Light Energies coming from the Sun and/or through the Sun from the Milky Way Galactic Center and/or beyond that. Some more easily or readily See these Light Energies, some feel them, some hear them.

Periods when eating food is near impossible — Sometimes when large energy Waves are hitting it becomes more difficult if not nearly impossible to eat anything or even find anything that sounds remotely good to eat if one could eat! These periods are so potent energetically that it’s almost too much to try to eat and digest any food then no matter how light or “healthy” it is. Then of course the opposite of this will happen and we’ll suddenly feel like we need more food than we usually do. Neither situation is “wrong” so merely discern what it is that YOUR body needs at the time and go from there. You are in charge, not old lower beliefs from a dying past.

2–4 Hour-long sleep periods — I’ve put off talking about this one only because I love to sleep as long as possible, which unfortunately for me hasn’t been longer than 4 hours at a time, but has been as short as 45 minutes at a time since 1999. Mind you, those 4 hours at a time are usually broken and not blissful, pass-out, uninterrupted sleep for 4 straight hours. I’ve kept tract of this change, this Ascension Process symptom since 1999, and it’s been interesting to see how we’re needing less and less time to sleep. Over the past few years this NEW sleep pattern for me has settled into what seems to be anything between 2 to 4 hours of sleep at a time. That will often be followed by 2 to 4 hours of not being able to sleep at all and is a lot of tossing and turning in bed for hours at night.

6–7 Hour wake periods — I’ve also been experiencing increasingly needing to sleep after being in-body and awake for about 6–7 hours. This means that if I get up out of bed and start my day at 6AM, then by noon or 1 or certainly by 2PM I’m utterly spent and HAVE to nap and get out-of-body for as long as I’m able to in the afternoons.

I’ve also been acutely aware that when I sleep or nap during daylight hours, what I experience during that sleep time is very different from nighttime sleep experiences. I’m asleep during these daytime naps and yet am fully conscious and aware of tremendous in-pourings of very high frequency Light Energies rattling my entire physical body causing it to shake and vibrate internally. I also hear great loud sounds of moving Light Energies within my body and nervous system while I’m napping/sleeping during the daytime. (When the Sun sets each day this energetic intensity eases up considerably all night only to return the next day.) It seems important now to sleep when one needs to regardless of what time of day or night it is. It has to do with energies and embodying and Inner Work being done to us and by us and our bodies during these times so sleep whenever you need to or can because so much more is happening than you just taking a “nap”. Again, you are in charge, not some old beliefs from a dying world about when it’s correct to sleep.

Feeling amplified emotional sensitivity, then higher emotional Neutrality — The differences between being a 3D physical empath and/or ultra-Sensitive etc. and then experiencing 5D and higher Unity or HighHeart Neutrality is a shocker if one doesn’t consciously remember the higher way. I incarnated with higher frequency Unity Consciousness or Neutrality or HighHeart Consciousness as many Forerunners did so that one hasn’t been much of a transition for me. What has been hard for me however was/is dealing with bouncing back and forth sometimes between these two energetic levels. I can suddenly emotionally feel something so amplified that my reaction to it is equally amplified, which I don’t like at all and have been working on. Then I’m back in the higher level of Neutrality where one knows the higher whys for things and knows that it’s all perfect and Divine, even what seems negative or painful etc. because it has the potential to be a potent catalyst for great spiritual growth. Higher Awareness or Neutrality knows this and more; old lower Duality consciousness does not so this is one huge gap to evolve beyond.

Increasingly knowing that you are unique and alone while surrounded by so many others —

This one should be an article all unto itself because it’s that big and important now in 2015 and beyond. Many of us have felt the opposite to what many (not me, not ever and I took some heat because of this many years ago) believed would happen on the other side of 2012. Many believed we’d all go skipping into the NEW together at the same time. I knew it would not happen that way because 1) individuality is still important and 2) the differences between everyone’s personal development, awareness, focus, growth and creativity etc. is wildly different so to hold back so many to wait even longer for far more coming along behind us would unnecessarily burden all. Source is far more creative and diverse than that.

What many of us have been and are increasingly experiencing in 2014 and 2015 is a knowing that we stand alone in our unique spot or space or level or phase now and I hope more are realizing that this is perfectly okay and to be expected. In fact it’s still necessary at this level of 5D and especially now because we’ve entered the NEW and everyone’s unique creativity and input etc. is vitally important to creating as much variety and potential within the NEW as possible. Later on we’ll group together a bit more with like others, but now many of us are needed to produce what we alone can to add to the great NEW collective pot so to speak.

Increasing Spherical Consciousness — Feeling that you are, increasingly, existing and working within multidimensional levels simultaneously and consciously retaining this awareness. Many more are highly aware of when they’re in time and not; when they’re in the NEW and when they’re not; when they’re vitally alive and when they’re close to what could be called death. Many of us are traversing some really strange new places and in between places too and it’s all so strange and wonderful and at times confusing. We’ve recently had the “training wheels” removed and we’re wobbling along making new discovery after new discovery and realizing that the creative “playing field” is so huge now and we can’t even find the borders! We’re explorers in a NEW land learning more every day and night. Just go with the flow.

Periods of intense dreaming, longer periods of no dreaming — So long as we don’t re-pollute the “Temple”, there’s no need for us to use the dream plane to go back in and re-clean it! If you’re not dumping old stuff back into you, the “Temple”, then your need to dream to resolve, work out, work on, transmute etc. anything within yourself isn’t necessary. Dreaming at this point now seems to be primarily a time and place for us to tidy up whatever we let back in ourselves. It cannot remain in there and co-exist within this higher level and dimension of being, so when we let something back in ourselves, you’ll discover that only hours later that same day you’ll find yourself in a dream dealing with whatever and/or whoever it is that’s gotten back in to your transmuted and crystal clean “Temple”.

There’s more of these 2015 Ascension related symptoms I could go on about but to me these are some of the most important ones at the moment. I’m sure this too will change as we do but I hope this NEW list helps you when you may need it to confirm what you’re experiencing on your unique Ascension journey.

November 17 through 21, 2014 Update

A brief note about some of the different NEW energies I’ve felt from around November 17 through today, the 21st. The image I used above looks much like how it has felt to me; extra bright, intense and very different. Tomorrow the Sun enters Sagittarius and there’s a New Moon at 0° Sagittarius 7′ which will change the feel of things considerably but what I’m talking about has to do with what I’ve perceived as new NEW energies coming in all week from a very high level that we’ve not experienced here in physicality before.

I’m far too exhausted now to know where this particular new NEW energy came in from, but what I’ve been painfully aware of is the unusual intensity of it on my physical body. Some of you will relate and some not so just use whatever is helpful at this time and slide over the rest.

From my current perspective—such as it is at this time—this new NEW very high energy has felt like extra intense energies much like what a heavy-duty X-class solar flare causes but I sense its source is from some rather exotic location and very high level. We’ve been “prepped” for this even though it hasn’t felt like it all week! Here’s a short list of how this new NEW high energy has effected my body. Again, some of you will relate while others won’t and that’s perfectly normal.

Constant Inner Ear Ringing — Hearing high-pitched ringing sounds constantly in your inner ears is typically a sign you’re receiving (embodying, being evolved by, anchoring etc.) high level Light frequencies/energies through the Sun. It doesn’t hurt but is just noisy.

Head Pains & Pressures — Feeling the high frequency energies come in through the “receiver” area about a foot or so above your head, pour down into your entire physical head, brain and skull where it causes pressures and pains in your head, eyes, jaw, sometimes upper teeth, sinuses, brain glands and skull. I hesitate calling these pains “headaches” because they dwarf normal headaches and make one feel like a living human tuning fork that’s being struck by Divine cosmic energies which are causing us to emit NEW energies from ourselves and our bodies.

Experiencing functioning in Multiple Dimensions & Realities — For many of us this isn’t anything new at all, however, what’s happening now feels very different to me. I can see with my eyes open and closed. I’m “dreaming” while both awake and sleep. I’m here in this physical world and Denise body but I’m simultaneously in other worlds and locations, and there’s so much flowing motion, movement and constant changing because all is on the move between the old and the NEW and the lower and the higher levels. Needless to say it’s all been rather strange as in weird, not scary or frightening at all, just tremendously expansive in very NEW ways.

NEW, different Dreaming — What can I say but wow about this! Dreaming, on those rare occasions when one can actually fall asleep, is like nothing I’ve experienced before and I’ve been great at being lucid while out-of-body all my life. Again, this too feels like so much is in flux now, moving, changing, coming in and going out and entering where we’ve never gone before in these ways we are now. At this point I feel more like a spectator in a foreign land just taking in all the NEW sights. Don’t over think your “dreams” now as they don’t feel like our old lower frequency “dreams” at all. I doubt we’ll need them much anymore anyway after all the transmuting we’ve done for decades.

Learning to deal with the Unaware who believe they’ve got it all figured out — This one is increasing daily for me and I’m learning how to best talk to, deal with and have exchanges with people who exist within a lower frequency range than I do at this time. Sometimes the gap is so large that the other person cannot relate to me (to you, to any of us) and just doesn’t get me or what I’m talking about at all. Other times the gap isn’t as large between myself and someone else which means there’s enough in common between us consciousness-wise so we can at least talk to each other and get whatever it is done that we’re both trying to. This too is taxing and exhausting in its own ways and I’m really having to Master this one lately and get good at it as quickly as I can. I hope I expressed this well enough that you get what I’m saying. I’ll try to go into this one in more detail in another article maybe.

Feeling something Big & Totally NEW Coming Very Soon — This one we’ve been through a few hundred times already but, as with the other things listed above, this feels very new NEW and different to me and completely positive and expansive for us all.

As usual there’s so much going on at year’s end energetically and we’re really moving super fast now into more and more of the NEW and also this new NEW I’ve been feeling growing. There’s great Beings behind this energy that’s coming in now and new connections are being made day and night between us and them and so much more. Just don’t over think things right now. Pay attention, discern, feel and create but let it all flow where it needs to and let it carry you along with it. We’ll all know more about this soon. ❤

First Half of August 2014

This article will be much like its two predecessors in that it’s a continuation of the extreme inner and outer physical and energetic changes we’re going through in 2014. For those who’ve been at this Ascension Process business from the start, these changes within the NEW energies are a bit weird in that the entire world population is fully involved now at some level. It’s one thing dealing with ones own issues, fears, emotional wounds, karma, duality integration/resolution, physical and emotional pain(s) etc., but it’s something very different when one has to witness the rest of humanity doing it. For ultra-sensitives, empaths and those with Higher Awareness, it takes real HighHeart to steadfastly hold neutral higher space and allow everyone to go through whatever it is that they must now, which is a lot. What we’re all going through this year is a lot!

Around August 3rd I perceived rather loudly, ‘Get ready, be prepared because when IT arrives you’ll hit the ground running’. I feel ‘IT’ has/is/will continue arriving here and as usual we’ll move through it incrementally, step by step so ‘IT’ doesn’t break us or our bodies, minds etc. (‘IT’ is the NEW energies and how they continue being embodied and activated at NEW levels within us.)

August 4th I woke up with intense depression which I knew was not “mine”. I’ve already written about this in Shift to August & Severity of August 4, 2014, so won’t go into it again but only add it to a growing list of pretty tough days and nights throughout this year.

I received an email from Chalotte ❤ about how intense and miserable August 4th was for her too and how a lot of tears fell that day, plus plenty of inner body heat was felt and other symptoms.

I received an email from Beth ❤ about multiple NEW Higher Awareness, Higher Visions she’d had on August 5th.

I received an email from Debora ❤ on August 7th and she told me that ‘…the first train of Jews pulled into Auschwitz on August 4th…’ Also ‘…August 4th was the day Anne Franke was arrested.’ And that ‘…August 6th Hiroshima Japan was bombed, and Nagasaki on August 9th during WWII.’ Thanks Debora for that information because I didn’t know about those dates either.

As the many knots of multiple timelines connected to large negative hotspots such as Earth’s World Wars are untangled and ended, things will ease up and be much less intense and painful on multiple levels so hang in there everyone.

August 8th— 8-8 —I received an email from Beth telling me how she was doing a lot of crying and was ‘feeling off’.

August 9th my inner ears rang all day (still are as I write this. They’ve been ringing like crazy off and on—mostly on since January 1, 2014) and the pains and pressures pouring in constantly from ABOVE like a focused Light-beam flowing down into my Crown chakra and upper head and further down into my Third Eye/Brow chakra and Pituitary gland had built all day. August 9th was one very long and physically painful day for me due to these NEW energies being embodied into my physical body and being a little more. This is old hat at this point and I’m only adding it because I know many of you have gone through similar energy embodying and further activations of the NEW in these same areas too very intensely during July and August 2014. Know that more of this is coming, much more.

I couldn’t wait for the Sun to set on August 9th because I knew just that would ease the pressures and physical pains a bit and then I could sleep at night and “reboot” the NEW within myself on all levels. But, before I fell asleep that night I thought I should take a clairvoyant look at my Pituitary gland to See why it was hurting so differently. I’ve looked within like this many times throughout these Ascension years, but, the way I “saw” and what I saw, perceived, felt, knew etc. was radically different this time from any other higher vision(s) I’ve ever had in this life and that’s the point behind all this.

When I did this I had a NEW type Higher Vision in a NEW way. Very briefly and simply because I cannot do this Higher Vision justice with mere words.

The biggest difference and most important thing about this in my opinion is that I and what I was viewing, perceiving, knowing and feeling were all the same thing. In other words, there was no “distance”, no “separation”, no perceived or believed “space” between me and what I was seeing/feeling/knowing in those timeless moments of viewing what I did. This NEW Higher Awareness continued until I had an old left brained thought about what I was viewing which instantly dropped me out of that level of Higher Awareness. Said another way, I lost that particular vision because I thought about it! I stepped back (separated from it) to think (intellectualize) about it all which took me out of being One (unified) with what I was perceiving. It’s that simple and that big.

Thinking is old lower world perception and we’re evolving into a NEW (to us in these bodies I mean) form of tremendously higher perception that has nothing to do with linear, analytical left brained thinking. This is how we learn about the NEW blueprints; trial and error until we understand how to use our NEW abilities.

Forget about how spectacular and beautiful what I saw actually was (my NEW and improved multidimensional Pituitary) and instead focus on how as we increasingly embody the NEW within us that automatically evolves us and our consciousness allowing us to perceive, know, feel and understand in vastly larger and more complex ways than we could with the old lower frequency consciousness tools we had. Those tools were an energetic match to that old frequency range; these NEW tools are an energetic match to the NEW energies/blueprints within a NEW space and level of creative being. Yes its fifth dimensional (5D) but it’s NEW within 5D which is even more exciting.

Back to how beautiful and spectacular my NEW Pituitary gland or Power Plant I should now call it looked to me at that time.

The split-second I had the thought to clairvoyantly look in on my physical Pituitary gland to See what was going on in there, that thought and intention alone was what instantly shifted me/my perception into what I desired to See.

In the past when I’d do this I would be in one place (as in only a few feet away) viewing whatever it was I was Seeing clairvoyantly that, from my perspective and level of awareness at that time, seemed to be existing some distance away from where “I” was and seemed to be “separate” from myself and myself from it. Don’t misunderstand me here because I could be in 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D, 8D in this old way and everything and everyone I saw clairvoyantly via my old Third Eye vision still felt and looked to me (at that time) to be separate from me/me from it etc. This visual, emotional and intellectual level of perception is what we’d call normal old 3D perception, higher sight and beliefs where we were “separate” from one another and other Beings etc. with greater or lesser “space” between us.

The NEW energies now however are evolving, shifting us into 5D “Unity” consciousness and HighHeart being which means we’re increasingly perceiving and physically and emotionally feeling more and more OTHERS as ourselves — or more accurately there being zero distance, zero space, zero separation between me or you or him or her or it or all of them etc. That old saying ‘We are all One’ is taking on a different meaning to us as we embody more and more of the NEW, causing us to feel and know that we are connected to each other being on Earth and beyond in very NEW to us in these bodies and consciousness sorts of ways. Mouthing some well-know spiritual line is easy; actually living it from a higher, more complex level of consciousness and being is something entirely different and is exactly what more and more people are and will be finding themselves doing/feeling/realizing. Try manifesting a war or any crime against anyone anywhere when you can feel them in your body and being as other aspects of Source/God/All That Is. It’s impossible, inconceivable.

I was my NEW and improved Pituitary gland and it me and there was, is zero separation or distance between us. When this happened on August 9, 2014, it looked and felt to “me” (whatever that means anymore!) like a brilliant, huge, living, counterclockwise rotating complex geometric shaped Star of Light radiating multiple beams of Light out in all directions throughout multiple dimensions simultaneously. Like I said earlier, it felt to me like my Pituitary is now a very different and NEW Power Plant within my brain/head/being and I haven’t as yet even begun to discover its many NEW abilities. And that is just my (our) NEW Pituitary glands! How much fun is life and “reality” going to be with these NEW and greatly improved tools we have to create with?

All that and I’m still not satisfied with my description of what I perceived, saw, felt, knew. Oh well, until the 5D and higher HighHeart telepathic mother-tongue returns, this inadequate form of communication will have to suffice. 😉

August 10th was the Full/Super Moon at 18º Aquarius which only helped amplify old things dualized and NEW things unified. If Sunday, August 10th was rough for you, this Full Moon that was another Super Moon was one more layer to all this.

August 11th Robin Williams ❤ intentionally exited physicality and massive numbers of people’s hearts and HighHeart Consciousness opened a little more. Lots and lots of tears have fallen over this because Light is Light and Heart is Heart and more people are starting to “wake up” to the fact that carrying Light and having real Heart in what’s been a very Dark world takes a great and oftentimes devastating toll on the person carrying such a lofty weight in such a dense and violent place for decades.

August 12th was the last day of the annual Lion’s Gate energy transmissions so things will shift and change again slightly on August 13th. What we’ll find ourselves dealing with on the other side of 2014’s Lion’s Gate will continue to be highly transformational and we’ll most likely still need to release more of our old selves and our old 3D habits and beliefs about “reality” and what’s doable etc.

Some symptoms that have been prominent lately are Hot Flashes (body sex doesn’t matter) or the return of them and their intense inner heat that manifests in a nanosecond and burns like an internal spiritual wildfire and quickly radiates out through your physical body to the surface of your skin and beyond by a good foot or more! Burn the old world trash and stuff away so the NEW can take up residence within you.

Other common symptoms now are more of old 3D linear time consciousness and its reality borders disappearing for longer period of “time”. Atomic clock anomalies, weird time jumps, skips, leaps and drop-offs, time dragging forever one day and rushing extremely fast the next, increasingly finding oneself beyond the old familiar 3D linear time space altogether. We’re not stuck in or restricted to old linearity or solid density anymore but are oozing out, tumbling out in different NEW directions occasionally and getting a peek at and feel for some more of the NEW space we’re now in.

Heart pains and pressures much like what I described earlier in my head, Brow and Pituitary. The Heart is also going through more changes and expansions which sometimes hurt and/or feel like added pressure in the entire upper chest area.

The old Ascension Flu aches and pains have been present lately too but vastly less severe than years past thank goodness. Just us adapting, adjusting, rearranging our selves, our DNA, our consciousness etc. to embody more of the NEW energies.

Inner ear ringing, vision distortions or blurring, seeing energies, colors and other anomalies which are higher frequency energies and beings etc. We’re still in transition so sometimes there’s a lot of space between individuals and will be for a while so adapt to the NEW larger playground and know it’s all very positive despite feeling rather strange. At other times we’re all crammed in very close together where multiple timelines converge and we’re working our ways through those tight bottleneck areas.

Sore lungs, extreme overall exhaustion, back of the neck pains and stiffness and occasional muscle weakness have been common once again too. No fear, just compressed evolution, but if honestly concerned about something then see a trusted doctor.

My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone for living your Path of Transformation and Ascension so bravely and with such determination during this incredible year. The positive results are coming online within each of us every day now so hang in there because these NEW abilities will go a long way in making life fun and so creatively ours.

Inner Body Vibrations, Ear Ringing & Head Pains

Like it or not the Forerunners of the Forerunners are still having Ascension symptoms in 2014. Old symptoms, new symptoms but Ascension related nonetheless. I’m not going to waste time or energy complaining about any of them at this point… I mean, what’s the point right? … just list some of the current ones I’m experiencing that are highly amplified. As usual your mileage will vary because we’re all unique aspects of Source/God/Divinity and therefore will each experience these Light Energies — solar, photonic, galactic center etc. — and the changes they automatically create in us, our bodies and consciousness in our individual ways and times.

The biggest difficulty I’ve had to contend with throughout the years I’ve written about the Ascension Process and related subjects has been the fact that not everyone has been, is, or will be at the same exact level (Stair-step) of development and focus as everyone else. The same is true even with the Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers/Forerunners/Transmuters/Volunteers. Even that Group hasn’t experienced the same Ascension symptoms at the same exact time and in the same exact ways. Close yes, but not every Volunteer experienced the same symptoms at the same time as all other Volunteers did, just as they didn’t and don’t all have the same exact Mission Work or energy jobs to do either. Each has their unique abilities, talents and jobs to do.

So even though I’ve been primarily talking to this Group in my articles since 2007, not everyone in this Group has experienced Ascension symptoms in the same exact ways and certainly not all at the same exact time. Because of this, it’s been hard to write about these symptoms (and different events) in a general or one size fits all sort of way. We Ascension teachers/writers and the readers have all had to discern our ways through these Ascension stages, phases and layers (Stair-steps) because it’s an Individual affair (Leo) as much as it’s a Group affair (Aquarius).

This January 2014 list is about some primary symptoms from the start of 2010 to today. Ascension symptoms and their aches, pains, pressures, caused ultra sensitivities etc. change over time as we transmute more Density/Duality and naturally embody more complex, higher frequency Light/Unity.

Head pains and pressures, scalp soreness. Head pains move from right to left side or vice versa, or front to back, or move slightly around near the top of the head. These head pains are not typical “headaches” but localized pains, pressures and tenderness in certain spots of the head, skull and scalp that move around from one spot to another and another over time.
These head pains and pressures cause further pains and pressures in the face, eyes, brow bones around eyes, sinuses, down into right/left jaw joints, ears, and even teeth and gums occasionally.
Eye pains, eye dryness, eyes sore and bruised feeling, eye fatigue, sporadic blurry vision, top-half of both eyes very tender and painful, shooting pains up into the head every time you blink, ultra sensitivity to the higher frequency transformative Sunlight, Photon Light, and Galactic Light energies coming into your eyes and affecting (evolving) your optic nerves, two (Duality) brain halves, entire central nervous system, DNA etc.
Hot flashes — bouts of severe inner heat caused by fierce transmuting Kundalini fires
Cold flashes — bouts of severe inner cold caused from moving up another energetic Stair-step into NEW higher frequency and space.
“Morning sickness” — bouts of nausea in the mornings caused by the shock and intensity of reentering the physical body each morning.
Hearing high-pitched near constant internal ear ringing.
Feeling changes in density — increases or decreases of density and the pressure of it on your body and being caused by changing physical locations (entering different stores, building, cities, locations etc.)
“Buddha belly” — severe bloat in and across the entire diaphragm area, stomach, belly, gut etc. You could fast for days but you’ll still have “Buddha belly”!
Inner body vibrations. These inner vibrations increasing in intensity, frequency and speed over the years causing them to build from mild inner body electrical-like vibrations to whole body and head shaking.
Periods of intense but thankfully short-lived sadness, depression, feeling overcome, defeated, and the ever-present utter exhaustion from having fought the good fight for so long and so hard.

One thing that’s surprised me in late 2013 and early 2014, is that the physical human government here in the US–plus the Higher Dimensions–keeps letting me know that “the retirement age has been extended a few more years.” My response to both parties has been the same as a lot of other regular elder folks, and a lot of other elder Forerunners/Lightworkers — “You’ve got to be kidding me!” And the reply from On High has been a sweet, loving smile and “No, there’s more Work to do dearest.” (More about this to come, plus see my notice in blue at the end of this article.)

•Head Pains and Pressures — I’ve talked about the Rewiring Process of the two brain halves before but from 2010 forward we’ve felt our brain halves (the old 3D Duality consciousness, reality, and energetic blueprints/templates/codes etc.) undergoing a rigorous Ascension Process of being Rewired on all levels and in all bodies energetic and physical just to be capable of physically embodying vastly more complex higher frequency Unity consciousness, energetic blueprints/templates/codes etc. and matching external reality. Needless to say, this compressed evolutionary process has physically hurt and caused plenty of head, scalp, skull, face and eye pains and pressures and Crown and Brow chakra changes over the years.

•Inner Body Vibrations — I’ve also talked before about the ongoing body Rewiring Process in both male and female bodies (Duality in male and female bodies and consciousness individually and collectively) and how it’s been felt and perceived by many as those inner body vibrations. These inner body vibrations are the physical and energetic bodies in males and females being Rewired to safely embody increasing amounts of Light. This process moves throughout the body and builds in intensity over the years so that High Heart Unity frequency and consciousness (more higher frequency Light energies) can be embodied. We must first Individually integrate Duality energies/consciousness within ourselves and our bodies and brains before we can have a matching external world reality (Group) of the same High Heart Unity frequencies.

For many of us these mild inner body vibrations have grown over the years to a constant inner roaring and almost violent inner shaking like we’re a jet airplane about to get up enough power and speed to literally lift off the runway. That example is more true than you might first guess.

•Inner Ear Ringing — When we hear this constant internal high-pitched ringing it’s caused by us embodying increasing amounts of more complex, higher frequency Light Energies through our Rewired brains. Going from lower frequency and consciousness 3D Density Duality to higher 5D Light Unity frequency and consciousness is one hell of an evolutionary leap and would cause anyone’s inner ears to ring and head to hurt for years! It’s a normal side effect from what we’re living through internally and externally so no fear. Of course if you’re honestly concerned about this or any other Ascension related symptom/side effect then please see a doctor.

•Eye Pains — With the brain halves being Rewired our physical eyes, optic nerves, entry of higher frequency Light into our brains through our eyes etc., physical vision and higher clairvoyant vision has and still is going through dramatic evolutionary changes in a very short period.

If you’ve been paying attention to the Sun and the light it radiated before the Ascension Process began, the color of it, the feel of it and so on as I have my entire life, then you also know that the Sun and its color, feel and energy has changed dramatically over the past twenty years or so.

The Sun has continually received and then transmitted to earth and humanity every higher frequency Light Energy (code, blueprint) transmitted to it from the Milky Way Galactic Center (GC); from orbiting deeper and deeper into the 7D Photon Band of Light Frequency over the years; and from other sources and locations also. Naturally these NEW higher Light Energies intentionally received by our Sun are then intentionally transmitted on to the earth, humanity, and all life on this planet. Our bodies, brains, hearts, eyes and everything else must be able to embody these more complex, higher frequency Light Codes or Light Energies and “ascend” to the next level and phase of ongoing spiritual creativity/learning.

These NEW higher Light Energies or Light Codes (which are the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s blueprints for humanity and earth) must be embodied first by the Forerunners of the Forerunners, then the Forerunners, and then more and more of humanity over time. But first, back to our eyes and why they’ve been hurting, blurry, dry, sore and bruised feeling for years.

These NEW Light Energies, Light Codes for the NEW Evolutionary Cycle are coming into our Rewired brains and Rewired bodies, and of course into our eyes too which causes some pains, pressures and other phenomena. It also is causing us to be able to see a wider range of everything; colors, frequencies, non-physical Beings, Light, Waves and so on. In other words, all this NEW higher frequency Light being transmitted from the GC throughout the Milky Way (the burst “Fermi Bubbles” of January 2013) have been blasting everything everywhere with NEW Evolutionary Light Codes for the NEW Cycle and our eyes, optic nerves, brains, and central nervous systems (and everything else) have been absorbing this NEW Light, and because we’re still in transition with all this, they hurt, feel sore, oftentimes become dry and blurry etc. This won’t last forever but it’s caused from us existing within these NEW higher Light Energies. Been seeing (clairvoyantly) more anomalies? This is another reason why more and more people are Seeing a wider range of multidimensional reality, energies, and beings and this is just the start!

•”Buddha Belly” — And let us not forget the ever-present n’ fabulous “Buddha Belly” symptom! 🙄 Yes I’m being sarcastic because this symptom has been one giant pain, literally, since day one!

Short version of this side effect is that we’re “ascending”, evolving up and out of the frequency range of the bottom three chakras of the related patriarchal 3D Density/Duality consciousness and reality.

The top of the Solar Plexus chakra (the third and highest chakra of the bottom three) comes up to the physical diaphragm and is the Great Divide, the invisible energetic Crossover or demarcation line between the bottom three chakras and their frequency range and consciousness, and, “ascending” up into the High Heart chakra with its 5D frequency range and matching consciousness and reality. This one “Buddha Belly” Ascension symptom is a perfect example of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. The humans and other beings that still need and/or want to exist (create and learn) within the bottom three chakras frequency range and consciousness will, whereas the humans and other beings that need and/or want to exist (create and learn) within the High Heart chakras frequency range and consciousness will… hence the need for the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Divine Source provides all for all.

Because the diaphragm area in our bodies represents this invisible Great Divide and evolutionary shift point between the bottom three chakras, 3D consciousness and matching reality, and, the 5D High Heart chakra, 5D consciousness and matching NEW reality, it’s a highly important Spiritual and Energetic Boarder Crossing! Because of this our “Buddha Belly” is one bloated, ultra sensitive, beat-up and very tender area. Treat it with respect and Love.

[I want to mention that I’m working on another article about something I experienced around 6:00 AM December 31, 2013 while lucid dreaming. I was sent on another Forerunner Lightworker “mission” while out-of-body to intentionally “seed” NEW Light Codes in certain countries in the Middle East. I know I’m not the only one whose had this “mission work” recently; there’s been many, many, of us taking part in it. I just wanted to mention this latest event in this article because it’s not done yet and it’s having some energetic repercussions from Team Dark. The Middle East has always been an extremely important location to them and a lot of NEW changes and improvements will now begin in that area. I’ll get that article done asap.]

There’s much going on immediately leaping out of the 1-1-14 gate. “Retirement” has been pushed forward a few more years thankyousoverymuch.
