Massive December 2016 Solstice Energy Wave

A friend emailed me this video today showing a massive, larger than usual and different sort of energy wave hitting earth and all of us now. Thanks for it Barbara.

I’m not familiar with the man who created this video—but thank you for it kind sir—and I thought it should be shared for anyone that’s been feeling extra terrible over the past four or five days. It might be time to re-read my earlier article about the energetic connection between December Solstice 2012 and December Solstice 2016.

I’ve been getting zapped (static electricity) constantly since December 17th. I’ve also been crying for no reason whatsoever off and on since about then too. Stomach/gut area bloated again and feeling half sick from eating much of anything. My hair has been looking and feeling like it’s lacking vital life-force again. Also I’ve had the old Ascension Flu aches, pains and chills again, constant inner ear ringing, HighHeart chest and back/spine pains, severe inner cold, super sensitivity to just about everything and everyone, feeling a strange emotional sensation of ‘Life on earth is ending now!’ type thing that I sense is literally pulsing around the entire earth repeatedly and many, many people are feeling this in varying degrees and not understanding it or why they’re feeling like they are. Also have felt ‘wired and tired’ over the past few days with daytime naps or decent night sleep practically nonexistent for the past five days or so.

That ‘Life on earth is ending now!’ sensation is due to our having reached the end of 2016s 9 energies of completion at the December Solstice period (days before 12-21 and days after it) while we’re sailing through the Zero Zone of no time in between what’s ending and what’s starting to begin (2017 1 energies of NEW beginnings) at a much higher level. We knew all this and more was coming and, here it is!

Relax, self-care and release, release, release and hold open your HighHeart to receive, receive, receive more greater NEW. To hell with the old traditions/holidays, this is planetary and species-wide compressed evolution and further shifting into more of the NEW right here, right now. Trust it and release the old lower and hold open to receive, to embody the NEW higher and let your body move through the evolutionary DNA advances it’s experiencing now.

No fear, just more highly compressed evolution during this last December Solstice and Galactic Alignment completion that we will never experience again. ⭐

It’s 2014 & I still feel like #%*!

I’ve always believed that most people are more interested in the truth, even when it’s not all fluffied-up, intentionally made to sound completely bright n’ shiny, pain-free, negativity-free, and wholly easy and wonderfully fabulous. The people who want and need to hear the fluffied-up versions of the Ascension and Shift Process don’t read what I have to say. But, if you’ve been living and struggling through this Divine, this amazing, this amazingly difficult Ascension Process for many years and/or decades, then you’ve been through so much already that hearing me talk about a bit more Ascension related aches and pains in 2014 isn’t much of a big deal at all.

Of course we all want the pains, pressures, insanity and growing physical chaos to end–which believe it or not is happening faster than it seems from lower levels of awareness–but, when needed, it’s helpful to admit to yourself and others that you’re feeling slightly less than Divine, less than Angelic, less than 100% sheer Loving and Light Perfection constantly. Example: there was a recent mid-range X-class CME blasting us as I began writing this which, typically, makes my body/head hurt in rather weird ways even in my sixteenth year of this Ascension Process. To be perfectly honest, I simply don’t care any more about any Ascension and Shift related symptoms and side effects. They are what they are, plus they show the profound trans-formative changes more and more people continue living through and being further evolved by. To me that’s nothing but a grand positive, plus, after so many years of experiencing so much worse, these 2014 physical body aches and pains are rather minor in comparison. (It’s a different story out there in the old patriarchal physical world reality now however, but this too is a necessary part of the entire Ascension Process.)

Winter 2014 Review

Because I’ve experienced such improvements (in comparison to the past horrific fifteen years I mean) due to our entry into the NEW energies that came in at January 1, 2014, I’ve needed to spend more quiet time, more reflective and restful winter quarter time from within my High Heart to get my NEW footing and bearings so to speak. That plus do plenty of Conscious Creating/Intending/Visualizing for the first spring Equinox (March 20, 2014) completely within the NEW energies! Growing numbers of us are absolutely having to do this during the 2014 winter months (in the Northern Hemisphere, summer in the Southern). Do whatever it is that feels correct to you now to navigate this Shifting Process, and of course, be prepared for it all to change repeatedly as you continue evolving and changing.

January and February 2014 have been an extra quiet, extra internally focused, reflective and restful period while simultaneously extremely creative and busy in both nonphysical and physical terms. I know how contradictory that sounded, but this and plenty of other seeming contradictions are simply how it is during this Shift phase out of the old and into the NEW. This highly unusual (in multiple ways) 2014 winter quarter tells me that this first March Equinox is going to initiate some major NEW energies and physical changes into this world, reality, dimension, and very importantly, human consciousness. And then comes April 2014, but that’s a whole article unto itself! What mass changes in the USA the April transits (the fifth of seven Cardinal Squares) are going to activate!

(In case anyone hasn’t noticed–which would be hard to do–we’re now deeply in another level or stage of what began astrologically in the volatile, revolutionary 1960s. I lived through that intense time as a teenager and energetically and socially recognize we’re (the USA specifically I mean) again within the intense, nitty-gritty phase of that lengthy astrological energetic process during 2014–2015. More about this in upcoming articles.)

Hopefully you realize that I’ve deliberately typed the word NEW in caps for a while now in an attempt to help visually express that these new energies are indeed NEW, meaning radically different from what we’ve lived within all our lives up to this point.

And, as with the physical body aches and pains I experience due to the Ascension Process and energetic Shift into the NEW Evolutionary Cycle with its energies/blueprints/consciousness, I don’t much care about how this entry into the NEW impacts global societies, cultures, mass humanity, the old negative global patriarchy and their corrupt, greedy structures and systems, the past Piscean Age belief systems and religious beliefs, methods, tools, habits, addictions, delusions, lies, consciousness etc. I simply do not care from a lower consciousness, lower frequency, lower emotional ego level.

I Volunteered to incarnate within physicality on Earth to help bring in the NEW higher frequency energetic blueprints for humanity and all life and I don’t much care about the aches and pains–physical, emotional, psychological etc.–that this great evolutionary Ascension Process and dimensional frequency Shift causes me and humanity. From higher levels of awareness it’s a tiny and temporary price to pay to help redirect current and “future” humanity into the Light and real freedom, peace and equality on all fronts.

Most Volunteers functioning from their 5D frequency higher consciousness High Hearts don’t “care” in those old 3D lower frequency, lower consciousness, ego-centered ways based on emotional manipulations coming from and through the ego before Ascension. High Heart consciousness feels deeply, sees much farther, knows so much more about the why of things, but it does so in profoundly different ways than the old lower emotions, lower emotional manipulations through ones and other people’s lower frequency 3D ego self and consciousness. If you’ve lived this or are starting to live this then you know exactly what I’m talking about. If you haven’t begun this level of the Ascension Process and related Shift from dense 3D Duality to Light-filled 5D Triality or Unity, then what I’m saying sounds horrible and horribly selfish and profoundly uncaring to you. I can’t tell you much more about this until you personally begin experiencing this higher frequency aspect of this Ascension related energetic Shift yourself. You’ll have to take my word for it until then. Please hurry however because it’s indescribably better than the old lower way(s).

Not all but most of us current Ascension Process “Volunteers” have intentionally incarnated into 3D Earth physicality at the end of astrological Ages to help breakup the exiting Age energies and consciousness, and anchor the incoming new astrological Age energies and consciousness on to the planet for humanity for the next 2,100-plus year cycle.

What I’m saying is that many (not all but many) of us current Ascension Process Volunteers (Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers/Pathpavers etc.) have repeatedly entered the third dimension during certain (if not all) “past” astrological Age changes (the cusps of Ages) which are typically highly volatile periods on Earth because humanity doesn’t do well with CHANGE at any time or to any degree! This time however we’ve been working with an astrological Age change plus an Ascension Process plus a dimensional Shift and more due to multiple Cosmic, Galactic, and Astrological Age cycles all happening simultaneously. All of the “past” times we’ve incarnated to help transition astrological Age energies and consciousness on Earth for humanity were for these multiple evolutionary transitions happening now.

Example: my “past” lives in ancient Egypt and elsewhere in other times were/are directly and intimately connected to my Denise life and time here now during this Ascension Process. There are so many incarnate now who had “past” lives in ancient Egypt, ancient Atlantis, super-ancient Lumeria and many other locations and times that are connecting, anchoring, repairing, correcting, adjusting, completing multiple “past” life plans, endeavors and preparatory phases into what we’re doing and living today with the Ascension Process. Point is, some of us are very familiar with and adept at intentionally coming to 3D Earth during highly volatile times of energetic/consciousness/reality/life changes from one astrological Age into another. We’re very good at this and much more. We’re far better than most of us consciously remember, but this is another big reason why we’re incarnate now during this Cosmic mother of a Grand Finale of change!

The real reasons I went over that material again now is because 1) humanity has entered another level, another layer of major changes in 2014 where more negative old patriarchal systems, structures and beliefs etc. are about to disintegrate some more. Never forget however that, simultaneously to these intensified “disintegration” periods of the old, that the NEW is replacing them all. They aren’t lining the streets yet for all to easily see and confirm but they soon will, despite the unbelievable parasitic tenacity of the old negative consciousness within so much of humanity still. Have you noticed how determined, how threatened, how angry and vicious they become every time they lose a little more of their old Team Dark ways? Guess they should have taken us ‘Asshole hippies from outer space’ more seriously, but gigantic egos always make this mistake.

And 2) is because I want more of you who need to be reminded of this again that YOU/ME/WE are the ways and means, the tools, the Divine within physicality, the “help”, the ones who are doing this in and through our bodies, hearts and consciousness. Do not continue thinking, believing and perpetuating the old intentional lies and distortions created by Team Dark across the past astrological Piscean Age by thinking, believing, expecting that “the answer” or “the help” or “the way” exists outside of yourself, your heart and your higher consciousness. It does but you must also remember that it’s you/me/we too and that’s why we Volunteered to come here now to do what we have and still are. Look within yourself because it’s the same as looking without. Team Dark went to extreme lengths to distort that spiritual, energetic truth and convince humanity that they do not have a direct connection to the Divine themselves. Nothing could be farther from the truth of course as you/me/we all are aspects of Divine Source. Let that old negative Team Dark emotional/mental habit or belief system go now because you need to know who and what you really are so you can Consciously Create over the old disintegrating negativity.

From Head to Toe

Every time another large Energy Wave comes in–such as what almost all 2014 has felt like so far–my body and I go through this lightning rod-like process of embodying it and eventually grounding or anchoring it into this physical dimension and Earth. This isn’t anything new as many of us have done this for years already, but I don’t think I’ve ever written about when this head to toe process happens over multiple weeks and/or months. And as always, this isn’t only about the Ascension related aches, pains and symptoms but about why and what all is changing because of it.

Typically, these post 12-21-12 Energy Waves come in now and I (many) first feel them in our Crown chakra and very top of the physical head and skull. When this happens the space about a foot and a half or so above my head suddenly feels the pressures of the latest energy wave pouring down on me like waters from the Cosmic Aquarian Jug (the Milky Way GC). I feel this in the energetic Crown chakra area, in my physical head, skull, scalp, face and eyes–and also in my Brow chakra–and instantly both ears start ringing constantly with a high-pitched eeeeeeeeeee sound for weeks or months. I clairaudiently hear this inner ear ringing in both ears up into my Crown chakra above my physical head. There’s no separation between hearing in my inner ears and in the Crown chakra area above my head; it’s all one big connected perceptual space that I’m hearing, perceiving and translating the Energy Wave(s) entering this area of my energetic and physical body and being. For me to date, these are the most common indicators that another energy wave has arrived and I (many) are living receptive lightning rods for these NEW Cosmic and Galactic Aquarian energy waves.

The second phase of this embodying lightning rod process for me (and many) is that the energy wave is received at the Crown chakra and top of the physical head and then travels down my living antenna, my living lightening rod — the physical spine. Typically in this phase of this process my spine at the Throat chakra/neck area is impacted and radiates the energies out to the right and left neck and shoulder muscles and further out to both shoulders.

In early 2014, this feels to me like the NEW energies are traveling through a Rewired body, nervous system, brain, psyche, consciousness etc. that’s been purposefully integrated to the point that the old splitting and fragmenting necessary for a physical 3D Duality reality and Earth into right/left, male/female, direct/receptive, positive/negative, light/dark dualized streams is no longer happening, which it isn’t due to the December 2012 Expiration Date having been reached.

The Rewiring Process we went through for many years evolved us to the point where we’re now able to receive, embody and transmit (live) the NEW higher frequency energies very differently; directly and wholly with no splitting, fracturing, and further separation down into dualized energy streams as was the case before the Ascension Process. This also means we’re able to manifest–Consciously Create–with these NEW energies very differently as well. Oh happy, happy day! 😀 In other words, thanks to the lengthy and necessary preparatory Rewiring Process, I (many) are in early 2014, directly embodying, seeding, grounding and transmitting the NEW higher frequencies of these Energy Waves and a new Astrological Age in and through integrated, unified, whole bodies, brains and High Hearts into a physical 5D Triality reality and Earth.

The next stop in the downward embodying flow for me is typically at the High Heart/Thymus chakra located roughly between the shoulder blades area of the spine at the back. When the entire area of my lightning rod spine from my neck/Throat chakra down to my High Heart/Thymus chakra, and further down to my diaphragm/Solar Plexus chakra is processing the latest energy wave, my esophagus often becomes extremely sensitive to the point that sometimes getting food or water to pass through that area becomes tricky for a while. If you don’t experience this, good for you because it’s not much fun at all. That entire area from throat to stomach occasionally becomes very tender and sensitive and sometimes getting food or water to pass through that stretch of the physical lightning rod takes some real focused work to relax the esophagus.

Next phase of this head-to-toe embodying and seeding lightning rod process of the NEW energy waves into the NEW Earth happens in my spine at the Solar Plexus/diaphragm upper gut area amplifying the already present “Buddha Belly” (Master Hotei). This has been and still is a highly sensitive spot for me since the physical Ascension Process started for me in February 1999. As I typed that date, I realized I’ve just completed my fifteenth physical year and entered my sixteenth of this Process. Anyway, many of you too have had extreme Ascension related sensitivities in the diaphragm/upper stomach/Solar Plexus and spine/vertebra in that area for many years already. I hate to say this but since January 1, 2014, this area has energetically amplified in my body, which I thought could not have possibly gotten worse or larger! Never say never as they say. 🙄

Since 1-1-14 I’ve had this area become so pressurized, so bloated and distended at times that I could feel internal pressures pushing out the back against my kidneys and spine in that Solar Plexus location. I’m used to this energy coming out the front–the diaphragm, the upper gut, the ribs at the front and sides–not out the back towards the kidneys. It always eases up and reduces after a few hours however. I’m sharing this info with you to let you know that this area is, once again, under major evolutionary changes now that we’ve entered 2014. I’ve tried to perceive NEW language for this and other changes that have begun in the bottom three chakras. The Solar Plexus seems to be getting worked on or evolved first but I know that all three of the bottom three chakras–3rd Solar Plexus, 2nd Sacral, 1st Base or Root chakra–are each evolving rather dramatically now because we are evolving rather dramatically now! I hope to be able to express, to write about this information better soon because it’s important. There’s so much going on now that we’re in 2014…

So far I have what I know is only a small awareness about the tremendous evolutionary changes the bottom three chakras are going through. I’ll briefly say that the old lower frequency, lower consciousness Duality world Solar Plexus energies won’t be anything like what it is currently evolving into! It won’t have much of anything to do with the ego, our sense of self, or our personal identity etc., but is evolving into something more like an energy producing and circulating center. Our old 3D Solar Plexus ego-based sense of “self” is evolving into something NEW so our sense of self is naturally evolving into a larger, more complex, multidimensional Sense of greater and higher SELF and it exists in the High Heart, not the Solar Plexus. Hopefully, more to come about this and other exciting related topics soon.

After the diaphragm Solar Plexus “Buddha Belly” blasting, the energy wave travels further down to my Sacral chakra/hips and lower back and spine area. This location usually is easier and faster than the others for me at least. Your mileage will vary of course so be flexible with the Process and do not judge yourself or anyone else for how you or they live it. We’re each unique and go through all these different processes in our own ways and time durations so more High Heart with self and others.

Sometimes when there’s a lot of higher frequency energies being embodied in and through this particular area, it occasionally gets translated by US as “sexual energy” while asleep in the dream state. It is not “sexual energy” but is simply “energy”, however, when it flows through this area of our bodies WE often interpret it as “sexual”. Just get the job done, and if needed, find the humor in how your awareness interpreted the extra energies flowing through this area as ‘hot n’ sexy!’ 😆 It’ll be interesting to see what this chakra evolves into won’t it?

And lastly, the embodied energy wave is seeded through us into the physical dimension and NEW Earth through our bottom chakra and organs. Often at this stage my lower legs, ankles, and feet will feel extremely sore down into the bones. Sometimes at this stage, some of us will also translate the energy wave as heat in the bottoms of our feet that radiate into the Earth. It can also feel like your legs weigh a ton and are more dense and slower moving than normal but again, this is often how we translate or interpret high frequency energy flowing through us as individual living lightning rods that–like acupuncture needles–actually penetrate the Earth itself to seed and anchor NEW energies into this dimension and NEW planet.

Be strong, be wise, be the highest YOU that you can be in each moment.

What is my “Mission”?

“…why do I not have a clue about what my mission is supposed to be? And why am I so oversensitive…?”

These were a couple of questions I received in an email recently. I’ve received many such emails from people over the years about them not knowing ‘what their mission is’ consciously and feeling bad, confused or concerned over it. Because we’ve all had these questions over the Ascension years, I thought I’d focus on this again in an article instead of a private email in hopes of more people possibly benefiting from this information. Thank you Gro from Norway for your questions. ❤

Ascension caused Hypersensitivity

First of all, the feeling of extreme sensitivity or hypersensitivity to pretty much everything and everyone is a normal and common Ascension symptom. Ascension related Kundalini activation causes one to feel incredibly sensitive to most everything and usually for years. Transmuting lower frequency 3D density and Duality (which current Kundalini activation automatically triggers) causes one to feel incredibly sensitive. Simultaneously, embodying higher frequency Light energies (that automatically evolve the entire physical body, the energy bodies, consciousness, DNA, unify dualized brain halves, eyes and physical and nonphysical vision, beef-up the central nervous system, the endocrine/chakra systems etc.) causes one to feel tremendously sensitive or hypersensitive to most everything and everyone. The entire Ascension Process causes one to feel overwhelmed at times, profoundly exhausted, nearly comatose at times and wildly overstimulated at other times and all that and much more is perfectly “normal”.

There were years where speaking aloud caused my head to reverberate internally so painfully that I literally couldn’t physically speak. There were years where my hearing was so hypersensitive that I had to wear earplugs when I went into any store because the volume of noise in them caused severe physical pain plus overwhelmed me mentally and emotionally. I’d oftentimes be reduced to hunkering down in a corner for a while, hiding behind my shopping cart in tears and/or extreme anger at the unaware masses endlessly screeching like monkeys all around me. Evolution is painful and difficult, especially so when you’re trying to not look, sound, or act like it’s happening to you in front of people who aren’t experiencing it! But let’s not forget that I (you/we) Volunteered for the job. 😉

What exactly is my Mission?

I realize that most people don’t have conscious memories of specific Ascension related “Mission” work. What I want you to understand is that it’s not important that you remember in ways you might prefer. What is important—especially now in 2014—is that you live what you are living; you embody what you are embodying; you anchor/ground/insert into the NEW earth and timeline the NEW energies of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle. That is and always has been your “Mission”. You my friends and fellow energetic spiritual co-workers are the living aspects and ways and means of the Mission in the physical dimension.

bubbles burst Jan. 2, 2013: "outflows" — Milky Way Galactic Center “Fermi bubbles” burst January 2, 2013 producing massive NEW energy “outflows”. One year later in January 2014 these NEW energies are PHYSICALLY impacting earth, humanity, human consciousness and physical reality.

Divine Source threw out another grand cyclical energy ball and because of this there needed to be plenty of Volunteers incarnate within physicality that would be ready and able to catch and anchor that energy ball within that dimension. We Volunteers said we’d go to 3D and prepare to catch the NEW Divine cosmic energy ball being hurled out to seed the NEW into everything everywhere. There are other aspects of “YOU” working on this same “Mission” but they exist in and work from other dimensions, and they all help this aspect of “YOU” here in physicality catching, receiving the NEW ball.

The Forerunners are exactly that–the ones that go first, that ‘Path pave’, that ‘Wayshow’, that literally insert the NEW higher frequency energies which are the NEW blueprints for humanity into this planet, space, dimension and frequency range through themselves, their physical and energetic bodies, their expanding awareness, hearts, and evolving consciousness. They do this first so the NEW energetic blueprints of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle are “grounded” and inserted into the NEW earth Grid systems and the NEW human Grid systems. There really isn’t anything more important and necessary than this for current and future humanity and all life on earth and elsewhere too.

Your “Mission” has been—and very much in 2014 and beyond—is about being a living conscious receptacle and lightening rod for the NEW incoming energies. We embody and insert them into the NEW earth and timeline for humanity today, tomorrow, and in the future. Your “Mission” is to receive, embody, house, carry and Consciously Create with these NEW higher frequency energies in and through your physical body and being which inserts and anchors them into the NEW earth Grid systems as the NEW blueprints of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle. Now, how’s that for a Mission?

Please don’t worry if you cannot consciously remember specifics about your personal “Mission”. So long as you’re living and embodying the Ascension Process and new Astrological Age energies and consciousness–Aquarius/Uranus (Higher Awareness) and opposite Leo/Sun (Higher Creativity and High Heart)–then you are doing your “Mission” work, and very well at that you should realize.

Inner Body Vibrations, Ear Ringing & Head Pains

Like it or not the Forerunners of the Forerunners are still having Ascension symptoms in 2014. Old symptoms, new symptoms but Ascension related nonetheless. I’m not going to waste time or energy complaining about any of them at this point… I mean, what’s the point right? … just list some of the current ones I’m experiencing that are highly amplified. As usual your mileage will vary because we’re all unique aspects of Source/God/Divinity and therefore will each experience these Light Energies — solar, photonic, galactic center etc. — and the changes they automatically create in us, our bodies and consciousness in our individual ways and times.

The biggest difficulty I’ve had to contend with throughout the years I’ve written about the Ascension Process and related subjects has been the fact that not everyone has been, is, or will be at the same exact level (Stair-step) of development and focus as everyone else. The same is true even with the Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers/Forerunners/Transmuters/Volunteers. Even that Group hasn’t experienced the same Ascension symptoms at the same exact time and in the same exact ways. Close yes, but not every Volunteer experienced the same symptoms at the same time as all other Volunteers did, just as they didn’t and don’t all have the same exact Mission Work or energy jobs to do either. Each has their unique abilities, talents and jobs to do.

So even though I’ve been primarily talking to this Group in my articles since 2007, not everyone in this Group has experienced Ascension symptoms in the same exact ways and certainly not all at the same exact time. Because of this, it’s been hard to write about these symptoms (and different events) in a general or one size fits all sort of way. We Ascension teachers/writers and the readers have all had to discern our ways through these Ascension stages, phases and layers (Stair-steps) because it’s an Individual affair (Leo) as much as it’s a Group affair (Aquarius).

This January 2014 list is about some primary symptoms from the start of 2010 to today. Ascension symptoms and their aches, pains, pressures, caused ultra sensitivities etc. change over time as we transmute more Density/Duality and naturally embody more complex, higher frequency Light/Unity.

Head pains and pressures, scalp soreness. Head pains move from right to left side or vice versa, or front to back, or move slightly around near the top of the head. These head pains are not typical “headaches” but localized pains, pressures and tenderness in certain spots of the head, skull and scalp that move around from one spot to another and another over time.
These head pains and pressures cause further pains and pressures in the face, eyes, brow bones around eyes, sinuses, down into right/left jaw joints, ears, and even teeth and gums occasionally.
Eye pains, eye dryness, eyes sore and bruised feeling, eye fatigue, sporadic blurry vision, top-half of both eyes very tender and painful, shooting pains up into the head every time you blink, ultra sensitivity to the higher frequency transformative Sunlight, Photon Light, and Galactic Light energies coming into your eyes and affecting (evolving) your optic nerves, two (Duality) brain halves, entire central nervous system, DNA etc.
Hot flashes — bouts of severe inner heat caused by fierce transmuting Kundalini fires
Cold flashes — bouts of severe inner cold caused from moving up another energetic Stair-step into NEW higher frequency and space.
“Morning sickness” — bouts of nausea in the mornings caused by the shock and intensity of reentering the physical body each morning.
Hearing high-pitched near constant internal ear ringing.
Feeling changes in density — increases or decreases of density and the pressure of it on your body and being caused by changing physical locations (entering different stores, building, cities, locations etc.)
“Buddha belly” — severe bloat in and across the entire diaphragm area, stomach, belly, gut etc. You could fast for days but you’ll still have “Buddha belly”!
Inner body vibrations. These inner vibrations increasing in intensity, frequency and speed over the years causing them to build from mild inner body electrical-like vibrations to whole body and head shaking.
Periods of intense but thankfully short-lived sadness, depression, feeling overcome, defeated, and the ever-present utter exhaustion from having fought the good fight for so long and so hard.

One thing that’s surprised me in late 2013 and early 2014, is that the physical human government here in the US–plus the Higher Dimensions–keeps letting me know that “the retirement age has been extended a few more years.” My response to both parties has been the same as a lot of other regular elder folks, and a lot of other elder Forerunners/Lightworkers — “You’ve got to be kidding me!” And the reply from On High has been a sweet, loving smile and “No, there’s more Work to do dearest.” (More about this to come, plus see my notice in blue at the end of this article.)

•Head Pains and Pressures — I’ve talked about the Rewiring Process of the two brain halves before but from 2010 forward we’ve felt our brain halves (the old 3D Duality consciousness, reality, and energetic blueprints/templates/codes etc.) undergoing a rigorous Ascension Process of being Rewired on all levels and in all bodies energetic and physical just to be capable of physically embodying vastly more complex higher frequency Unity consciousness, energetic blueprints/templates/codes etc. and matching external reality. Needless to say, this compressed evolutionary process has physically hurt and caused plenty of head, scalp, skull, face and eye pains and pressures and Crown and Brow chakra changes over the years.

•Inner Body Vibrations — I’ve also talked before about the ongoing body Rewiring Process in both male and female bodies (Duality in male and female bodies and consciousness individually and collectively) and how it’s been felt and perceived by many as those inner body vibrations. These inner body vibrations are the physical and energetic bodies in males and females being Rewired to safely embody increasing amounts of Light. This process moves throughout the body and builds in intensity over the years so that High Heart Unity frequency and consciousness (more higher frequency Light energies) can be embodied. We must first Individually integrate Duality energies/consciousness within ourselves and our bodies and brains before we can have a matching external world reality (Group) of the same High Heart Unity frequencies.

For many of us these mild inner body vibrations have grown over the years to a constant inner roaring and almost violent inner shaking like we’re a jet airplane about to get up enough power and speed to literally lift off the runway. That example is more true than you might first guess.

•Inner Ear Ringing — When we hear this constant internal high-pitched ringing it’s caused by us embodying increasing amounts of more complex, higher frequency Light Energies through our Rewired brains. Going from lower frequency and consciousness 3D Density Duality to higher 5D Light Unity frequency and consciousness is one hell of an evolutionary leap and would cause anyone’s inner ears to ring and head to hurt for years! It’s a normal side effect from what we’re living through internally and externally so no fear. Of course if you’re honestly concerned about this or any other Ascension related symptom/side effect then please see a doctor.

•Eye Pains — With the brain halves being Rewired our physical eyes, optic nerves, entry of higher frequency Light into our brains through our eyes etc., physical vision and higher clairvoyant vision has and still is going through dramatic evolutionary changes in a very short period.

If you’ve been paying attention to the Sun and the light it radiated before the Ascension Process began, the color of it, the feel of it and so on as I have my entire life, then you also know that the Sun and its color, feel and energy has changed dramatically over the past twenty years or so.

The Sun has continually received and then transmitted to earth and humanity every higher frequency Light Energy (code, blueprint) transmitted to it from the Milky Way Galactic Center (GC); from orbiting deeper and deeper into the 7D Photon Band of Light Frequency over the years; and from other sources and locations also. Naturally these NEW higher Light Energies intentionally received by our Sun are then intentionally transmitted on to the earth, humanity, and all life on this planet. Our bodies, brains, hearts, eyes and everything else must be able to embody these more complex, higher frequency Light Codes or Light Energies and “ascend” to the next level and phase of ongoing spiritual creativity/learning.

These NEW higher Light Energies or Light Codes (which are the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s blueprints for humanity and earth) must be embodied first by the Forerunners of the Forerunners, then the Forerunners, and then more and more of humanity over time. But first, back to our eyes and why they’ve been hurting, blurry, dry, sore and bruised feeling for years.

These NEW Light Energies, Light Codes for the NEW Evolutionary Cycle are coming into our Rewired brains and Rewired bodies, and of course into our eyes too which causes some pains, pressures and other phenomena. It also is causing us to be able to see a wider range of everything; colors, frequencies, non-physical Beings, Light, Waves and so on. In other words, all this NEW higher frequency Light being transmitted from the GC throughout the Milky Way (the burst “Fermi Bubbles” of January 2013) have been blasting everything everywhere with NEW Evolutionary Light Codes for the NEW Cycle and our eyes, optic nerves, brains, and central nervous systems (and everything else) have been absorbing this NEW Light, and because we’re still in transition with all this, they hurt, feel sore, oftentimes become dry and blurry etc. This won’t last forever but it’s caused from us existing within these NEW higher Light Energies. Been seeing (clairvoyantly) more anomalies? This is another reason why more and more people are Seeing a wider range of multidimensional reality, energies, and beings and this is just the start!

•”Buddha Belly” — And let us not forget the ever-present n’ fabulous “Buddha Belly” symptom! 🙄 Yes I’m being sarcastic because this symptom has been one giant pain, literally, since day one!

Short version of this side effect is that we’re “ascending”, evolving up and out of the frequency range of the bottom three chakras of the related patriarchal 3D Density/Duality consciousness and reality.

The top of the Solar Plexus chakra (the third and highest chakra of the bottom three) comes up to the physical diaphragm and is the Great Divide, the invisible energetic Crossover or demarcation line between the bottom three chakras and their frequency range and consciousness, and, “ascending” up into the High Heart chakra with its 5D frequency range and matching consciousness and reality. This one “Buddha Belly” Ascension symptom is a perfect example of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. The humans and other beings that still need and/or want to exist (create and learn) within the bottom three chakras frequency range and consciousness will, whereas the humans and other beings that need and/or want to exist (create and learn) within the High Heart chakras frequency range and consciousness will… hence the need for the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Divine Source provides all for all.

Because the diaphragm area in our bodies represents this invisible Great Divide and evolutionary shift point between the bottom three chakras, 3D consciousness and matching reality, and, the 5D High Heart chakra, 5D consciousness and matching NEW reality, it’s a highly important Spiritual and Energetic Boarder Crossing! Because of this our “Buddha Belly” is one bloated, ultra sensitive, beat-up and very tender area. Treat it with respect and Love.

[I want to mention that I’m working on another article about something I experienced around 6:00 AM December 31, 2013 while lucid dreaming. I was sent on another Forerunner Lightworker “mission” while out-of-body to intentionally “seed” NEW Light Codes in certain countries in the Middle East. I know I’m not the only one whose had this “mission work” recently; there’s been many, many, of us taking part in it. I just wanted to mention this latest event in this article because it’s not done yet and it’s having some energetic repercussions from Team Dark. The Middle East has always been an extremely important location to them and a lot of NEW changes and improvements will now begin in that area. I’ll get that article done asap.]

There’s much going on immediately leaping out of the 1-1-14 gate. “Retirement” has been pushed forward a few more years thankyousoverymuch. I’ll try to have this other article mentioned in blue above finished asap because that topic is not only important but connected to and related to many other things some of us have been experiencing lately, both pleasant and unpleasant.

The Princess & the Pea Sensitivities

I don’t remember the entire Princess And The Pea story but I do remember her suffering because of some wee little pea under her mattress that felt to her as if it was the size of a huge boulder. From your current perspective, what have you been feeling lately that feels boulder-sized?

I’ve repeatedly gone through this phase of feeling things, energies, emotions, other people’s emotions, weather changes, earth changes, astrological energy changes, solar energy changes, cosmic, galactic energy changes and having them all feel—to me—like the Princess’ boulder-sized pea! I know many of you can relate to this miserable phase of our endless Shifting or transitioning. The freaking little pea/peas feel to us like boulders and they make it nearly impossible to sleep, or much of anything else for a while.

Once I/you/us transmute the majority of our inner stuff (by stuff I mean lower frequency unresolved, polarized, stuck emotional energies, our inner wounds, fears, hates, guilt, low self-esteem, ego aspects that hang us up in different ways and so on), the tiniest little thing, issue, emotion, thought, or word spoken or written by someone can feel to us not like a pea but a hot, monstrous, boulder-sized pain that trips us up and sends us reeling back into some lower unpleasant state for however long it takes me/you/us to energetically crawl our ways back out of it, yet again.

In other words, once you’ve transmuted the majority of your personal lower frequency inner stuff via the Ascension Process, you literally cannot tolerate being back down in a lower frequency or emotional or mental state for long at all. Even if what you’re feeling and reacting to is pea-sized, to you it now feels boulder-sized, and utterly intolerable for more than a few minutes. Once you’ve gone energetically clear as crystal, it’s a real painful mess when something comes sailing past that affects you in a lower way and now you’ve gotten a little pea-sized section of lower frequency dirt and density back in yourself again. It feels like a freaking boulder and hurts now even more than it ever did before, but this is where higher evolved/ascended 5D responsibility, consciousness, and conscious creating REALLY becomes my/your/our new higher reality under our feet. Being more conscious of your consciousness is just a great sentence until you actually have to do it, live it, be it constantly. Aah, more spiritual growing pains. Feel those seriously high-powered Cardinal T-square/opposition energies creating a new higher reality inside of us? Little peas and huge boulders; keeping a higher frequency, and then not keeping a higher frequency; pressure and more pressure to maintain our clear as crystal-like state even while having our backs seemingly broken on that damned little pea under our energetic mattresses; not getting pulled out of the quiet eye of the storm into wounding lower frequency debris flying around at 500 MPH!

We can intellectually understand the whys of different things, but typically we still become emotionally wounded or effected in some way by someone else’s pea-sized tidbit of lower emotional debris that flew close to us and temporarily knocked us out of alignment. No blame at either end as this is how we learn to maintain a higher frequency of energy internally and externally — by “falling” out of it a few times. We’ll do this more than a few times to really learn how to NOT have it repeatedly happen and to eventually NOT have those peas feel like boulders and affect us at all.

Another aspect of this that I’ve had for years now is when some pea-sized something does get in under my emotional skin, later that night I will unintentionally dream about the irritant—whatever or whoever it was—to immediately resolve the energetic discord I’m feeling caused by both my reactionary lower frequency energies and the original irritant energy. Thankfully, only hours later while asleep the lower frequency pea-sized energies are transmuted and fully cleared during dreaming. One way or another, one dimension and body or another, we now very quickly transmute the lower energetic pea/boulder irritant and get ourselves back into higher alignment and crystal clarity once again.

Transitioning Ascension Symptoms

It’s interesting how the starting ascension symptoms I’ve had since 1999 have changed ever…so…slowly over the years. Many of those original profoundly horrible physical and emotional symptoms I haven’t had for the past 3–4 years. It was like surviving the Black Plague and such a wonderful thing to not have the worst of the worst of those weird and nasty symptoms anymore. Don’t get me wrong, I still have ascension symptoms today, just much less severe than the first 6–7 years. Here’s a short list of the worst of the worst Ascension symptoms.

bottoms of feet painfully hot, sometimes hands too
ultra sensitivity to foods, drinks, chemicals/preservatives in foods, chemicals in stores, furniture, everything
amplified allergies
mega hot-flashes, night-sweats, cold flashes, cold areas on body at certain chakras–usually the HighHeart
hot and red flushed face and eyes from severe chemical sensitivity
heartburn, acid reflux, esophagus spasms and sensitivities due to evolving corresponding Chakras
ultra sensitivity to all sounds, even my own voice when speaking
inability to mentally focus and/or remain focused
inability to remember the names of common everyday objects
insomnia and/or broken, non-recuperative sleep
repeatedly waking up at certain times such as 3:00 AM, 5:55 AM etc.
highly amplified processing of negative lower frequency energies in the dream state
nausea and vomiting, brief periods of “morning sickness” (all ages & both sexes)
sudden bladder spasms and nearly urinating yourself in public
severe brain fog, getting lost, not remembering what or where or why you’re out in some store
reading a paragraph 16 times and still not grasping or remembering what you’ve read
rage and intolerance with all lower vibrating people, belief systems, consciousness, products, places, systems etc.
periods of emotional amplification, crying, mourning, weeping, joy, love, peace etc.

Many of those ascension symptoms I had I believe were how my Pisces ASC. body reacted/reacts to lower vibrating energies. The rage was a totally new one to me as I’d never felt rage before. I suddenly would not, could not “suffer fools” any longer and was actually a bit surprised at my intense hateful feelings towards what I lovingly call the assholes n’ idiots of the world. All my life prior to my Ascension Process the lower vibrating (assholes n’ idiots) people just scared me so I steered clear of them. However, the Ascension Process changes us dramatically — changes things like tolerance, turning the other cheek, keeping your mouth shut, being a “sheeple” and blindly, unthinkingly going along with the negative lower patriarchal national and global shit systems. Ascension changes all that in you and causes you to no longer accept anything that is harmful anywhere to anything or anyone. In other words, it forces people to be/express/live/perceive/feel/create at a vastly higher frequency than prior. No more shit, no more lower negative anything, because it’s just so wrong and that horrible time is ending now.

I still have many Ascension symptoms today and I will continue to have some of them… until I don’t! I still have occasional hot-flashes/night-sweats but they’re not as severe or as often. I still have phases where food and I don’t get along at all. I still have short phases where it’s hard to mentally focus but now I just go with the flow and stop forcing the issue. The bladder spasms are gone thank gawd because you look pretty obvious turning red-faced and shaking in a corner in a shopping store! I’m positive in the early years of my Ascension Process that many people who saw me in stores honestly thought I was on drugs and/or mentally disabled because I looked as horrible as I felt, plus, the chemicals in stores made me profoundly sick the second I walked through the doors.

Here’s a short list of the new or current ascension symptoms I’m having only because it’s rather interesting to see some of the differences. Again, you may relate to these, or if not, they’re probably in your near future.

intolerance still when some lower vibrating person/people intrude into your only tiny space. How fucking dare they intrude into your minute square footage when they’ve got the whole lower world to run around in still!
occasional hot flashes, night sweats (which are just hot flashes when you’re sleeping or rather were asleep)
insomnia and/or broken sleep, sleeping for 2 or 3 hours and repeatedly waking up
lack of dreaming or inner clearing work done via lucid dreaming for long periods
lack of desire to be out or around anyone or anything vibrating lower
my home is the only energetic sanctuary at this point
disenchantment with most everything out there in the old world, boring, tiresome, stupid, useless, outdated
encountering tiny pockets of higher vibrating energies out in the lower old world! Amazing, but very tiny and fleeting at this point
inability of negative lower energies to reach you. You’ve seen them flailing around trying to get you, but they can’t reach
mega headaches that nothing helps, after days they often become vomiting migraines that then finally end
hearing high-pitched ringing in inner ears for weeks or months caused by solar energies/transmissions
sever pressure and pain in the spine and neck area primarily
esophagus spasms and sensitivities caused by activating High Heart Chakra (Thymus gland and area)
heartburn caused by changing Heart Chakra
acid reflux caused by changing Solar Plexus
phases of diarrhea during more energy adjusting and purging
skin eruptions/pimples/break-outs during the transmuting and purging phases
phases of total emotional disconnect and lack of caring about much of anything
phases of high creativity and feeling like things are closer to what Home felt like than ever before
phases of your hair looking like it died and is thinning but days later it’s okay again
ability to instantly release or let go of aspects within you that you know must go now. Fast and easy process now compared to years prior
long phases of constantly smelling burning incense smoke and/or wood smoke or other nonphysical scents
even fewer friends but a vastly better match with the few you do have at the moment
knowing on one hand and at other times not knowing or sliding back out of your current energy groove momentarily. Learning how to maintain and not slip-slide unless you want to energetically

There’s more but my mind is slowing down and turning to mush. Hey, there’s another really common ascension symptom!
