A NEW Landing With A Higher Set Of Stairs

I’ve often used the term Stair-steps to indicate the many energy phases and stages within the Ascension Process (AP) and Embodiment Processes (EP). I’ve also used the term Landings with this same symbolism to show those landmark points where the Forerunners of the Forerunners, the First Ascenders, the First Embodiers etc., reach another higher frequency point, turn an Ascension/Embodiment corner, and begin ascending up another NEW flight of Stair-steps within this ongoing process. This we’ve done again with our entry into 2018. We—and I’m talking specifically about the Forerunners of the Forerunners etc.—have reached a NEW much higher frequency Landing and have begun rising up, further Embodying up this NEW higher set of energy Stairs.

This Stair-steps and landings imagery and symbolism are easy mental and emotional visuals to help grasp this amazing and ongoing process. However, when another NEW Landing is reached by the Conscious Creators Forerunner Collective, from our perspectives the closest set of stairs and previous landing below us grows dark, dim and disappears from our view. The levels of Stair-steps and Landings further below that one are hardly within our awareness anymore, so life and reality-changing is each of these higher and higher frequency Landings with their NEW flight of energy Stairs.

The further and higher into the Embodiment Process I go, the harder some aspects of it are for me to write about because 1) it’s profoundly personal and 2) it’s amazingly difficult to put into linear words and 3) it’s not intellectual whatsoever but everything else! The Embodiment Process from the physical side is fairly archetypal in nature (what an asinine statement that was!) for the Forerunners of the Forerunners, First Ascenders, First Embodiers and yet it’s still a deeply personal and intimate process of integral RE-UNION with the higher and highest vast aspects of YOU into this physical expression of You living the AP and EP on Earth now. To accurately flesh-out in written form what living this ongoing EP is like and what it feels like, how it looks and sounds and so on is nearly impossible, plus most days one doesn’t even want to try to express it to anyone let alone write it down in linear form. But we try, when we can, and carry on at NEW higher expanded levels of being and awareness. Such is the nature of true Pathpaving.

Also, the further along the Embodiment Process I go, the less I care about all the complex details about it. The less that level matters to me at this point. It may again in the future but over the past few years, for me what holds the most personal satisfaction is living it, feeling it, Embodying it, being surprised and/or confused by it, being shocked by how much “it” hasn’t been anything like what I thought or expected “it” would be like whatsoever. At times this not knowing is unnerving and a real test of how stable and sturdy one’s HighHeart seat of being really is. At other times it’s just evolutionary business as usual and isn’t happening near fast enough for me. Separating from Source was exciting and traumatic, and RE-UNITING with Source is equally exciting and traumatic. The in-breath and the out-breath and all those many Stair-steps and Landing levels in-between them.

Another of many of the things we’re re-uniting (current unifying evolution of everything that was intentionally separated into Duality long ago) within and through ourselves is the heart and mind. This 2018 NEW Landing Embodiment Process level is forcing more Forerunners etc. to experience their EP via their HighHearts and not their minds or intellects. If you write about the AP and EP, then this is another reason why it’s gotten somewhat more difficult to verbalize in linear written form what living that taking place in multiple locations, dimensions, times and levels within your body, self and beyond is.

When I’m very quiet and still I can more easily maintain the larger and higher frequency expanse of Higher Awareness and perceive multiple sides, dimensions and levels of my EP, but what I’m perceiving is still very NEW to the Denise aspect. To other aspects of ME it’s old-hat but not so for incarnate Denise aspect. Some of you can relate to how familiar this 2018 new Landing level is, while simultaneously shocked and amazed by how strange yet methodical it is. It all depends on where one is observing the, their personal but multiple EP from in that Now Moment.

No matter how hard I try, I cannot remember January 2018. It’s just gone. So be it. February 2018 is totally opposite however and will take some more Inner Work on my part to clean up after. March 2018 is playing out for me sort of how February did; one intense inner change after another making them all feel like I’m ascending up these NEW Stair-steps extraordinarily fast in comparison to all previous levels. It’s timeless in one Now Moment perspective, then dragging on forever in some strange isolated and energetically sequestered space the next. Again, perspective and frequency as further RE-UNIFICATION unfolds within oneself, consciousness and physical body.

In much the same way the Sun both slowly pulses out and quickly flashes NEW higher frequency next-level Stair-steps EP energies, so too does this manifest in my physical body as EP side effects or symptoms. I’m aware of the solar energy pulses impacting and activating next-level Codes, DNA, Crystalline/Christ/Unity frequencies within Denise me and her physical body. There is no separation between what the Sun transmits or anything else and what instantly takes place within my body and myself and Selves. We are one massive interconnected unit existing in different dimensions simultaneously but All Working on the same things; evolution of Self and Selves to Consciously Create the NEW higher frequency platforms both physical and nonphysical for humanity to now evolve into.

Over the past few weeks I’ve repeatedly experienced something that feels to me like there’s suddenly not enough air in the room. I’ve experienced this many times since 1999, but never at this NEW higher Landing level. All the sudden there’s a sense I’m not getting enough oxygen and my lungs hurt momentarily while at the same time I’ll suddenly smell that old common AP scent of nonphysical burning incense smoke so intensely it almost chokes you. While all this is going on I’ll physically see and clairvoyantly See greatly increased nonphysical activity in my house. It’s like there are suddenly dozens of nonphysical beings and energies and who knows what all moving around inside my house.

After I went through this one yet again, but at this much higher 2018 Landing level of Embodiment, I realized that what seemed to me to be multiple different energy events and psychic anomalies and ongoing EP side effects was actually one thing taking place. It was one event caused by one solar energy pulse being Embodied in my physical body which automatically activated further Crystalline/Christ/Unity frequencies and higher DNA activation’s within me. The smelling of nonphysical burning smoky scents has to do with our Pineal and Pituitary brain glands being further evolved, expanded and consciously RE-UNITED multidimensionally and beyond that even. And when this happens we physically see and clairvoyantly See much more of the nonphysical that’s around us all the time. We’re further activated, expanded, ascended and UNIFIED a bit more and therefore perceive a bit more every time we go through this. We See more, Feel more, Hear more, perceive more, Know more and become more with every solar pulse and flash at every higher frequency Stair-step.

Physical life is like the dream now and dreaming is like some of our other lives and Selves going about their hurried ascension business in their locations, levels and spaces. EP symptoms are our physical bodies anchoring what the Sun pulses out which causes us to change a bit more every time it does it. It won’t ever end, only become larger, higher in frequency and more complex and simplified as we evolve and know and are more. Keep growing into the glorious Divine weirdness of it all and ignore the chaotic distractions and unaware people from one Now Moment to the next Now Moment. Be a mighty receptive frequency container throughout March as more higher Light energies and activations need to be Embodied and seeded by every capable Forerunner. ❤ ❤ ❤

From the Top Down Reconfigurations

Just a quick note because I haven’t physically recovered from the latest intense personal shift that began around 2:00 AM for me on July 2, 2017. It’s still unfolding today because that’s what all of these do now; continue unfolding into the next one and the next and the next. But I felt I should mention how big and potent this latest reconfiguration blast was, is, because I know many of you experienced it starting on July 2nd too and are still dealing with it and the changes its made in you.

All of June 2017, I had constant dreams every night practically all night and I’ve never dreamed like that before. Most of them were just hyper, busy sorts of events with lots going on that I couldn’t relate to personally. It seemed a case of my witnessing these dream events more than directly participating in them. There were however a few other dreams that I easily recognized as coming from me and were about things I needed to fully release, which I did, but these were scant in comparison to the month-long onslaught of these other dreams. The more I sensed into those stranger dreams, I realized I’ve been observing (again) so much of past Earth life realities that other people have physically lived quickly leaving this level of consciousness, space and reality because more people are currently leaving that old lower level of frequency, reality, consciousness, life and physical space.

In late June I had a couple of my own old personal emotional issues with some family members bubble up for the nine thousandth time, and I stated that I was really done with all that and ready to now fully release it all from myself—body and soul—and everywhere else too. A couple of days after this cosmic declaration I got what I asked for; another Big Dump Purge! Ask and ye shall receive, and immediately now.

So as the July 2nd reconfiguration energies opened at this level, my physical body simultaneously began “dumping” from around 3:00 AM till sunrise. There’s all the common upper-half of the body side effects such as the head pains and pressures, numb face, hearing high-pitched tones constantly, eye and vision changes, Pineal and Pituitary pressures, movements and other unusual sensations of expansion and change in them and those areas, heart flutters, thumbs and bumps in the HighHeart area, ever intensifying inner body vibrations caused by Embodying greater Light, feeling “sick” and achy and so on. And there’s the bottom-half of the body side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, general digestion problems and pains, lower back/spine pains, hips, legs and/or foot pains and so on. All sorts of extra special fun from the top down in other words.

Nothing new here other than we’re doing it all at higher and higher levels every time we go through another round of the Embodiment Process. Have you been seeing and/or Seeing other NEW “anomalies” lately around and/or coming from your physical body? Be prepared for more of this when it happens and just know that this is you and your Light being perceived by you in these new NEW and higher ways.

Okay, that’s about it for me at the moment as it’s back to a horizontal position and hopefully nap time for a while. The lower body half has finally eased up, but the upper half is still humming, beaming, radiating, screeching with high frequency tones plus aching so it’s back to more self-care. While all this is going on the low vibe tribe has played with their illegal firecrackers every night. Exactly what one needs when one is going through all that one (still) is! Guess what I’m declaring next? Guess what’s unfolding this year? Exactly what I’m declaring, Embodying and anchoring along with all the others of the ‘High Vibe Tribe’ (to borrow Sandra Walter’s great term); physical completion of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines by the end of 2017.

Some Transitional NEW Year Discomforts

Throughout 2016, many experienced an increase in different types of phenomena that was related to our now constant movement into and embodying higher frequency Light energies. At this point it doesn’t matter much to me where exactly these higher frequency Light energies are coming from—the Milky Way GC, other galaxies, our Sun, transmitted to and through our Sun from other locations, other dimensions etc. They’re all caused by natural, automatic evolution and at this point within the Ascension Process I just want to move through each phase and level as best I can, with the least amount of drooling possible. Just wanted to see if you were paying attention, although there has been occasional drooling in past years when things got extra severe. euw I don’t have a burning desire or need to know from which specific quadrant of Creation these energies are coming from at this point within the Ascension Process; they all originate from Source and their singular purpose is to push everything and everyone into evolving. Some of us don’t need or want to dissect this spiritual evolutionary “Shopping List”, but just live it as decently as we can in each moment.

Some of this increased phenomena many of us have experienced throughout 2016, has greatly increased and gotten even more unusual and other worldly during this Zero Zone transition from 2016 (9 energies at a lower frequency level) into 2017 (1 energies in a higher level). We knew this particular shift was a big and important one for many reason that have been covered last year, but I doubt most were really prepared for the weird, surreal factor that it’s been and continues to be. That famous old line from the TV Star Trek series automatically plays in my head during those moments when I question where exactly I am — ‘…to boldly go where no man has gone before.’ Right, we’re going where no one has before, not exactly like we now are and it’s okay to get momentarily lost in space and time and have different symptoms and side effects from doing so.

Speaking of it being okay to have side effects from ongoing evolution. I’m so unimpressed with people who shame other people for experiencing Ascension symptoms and side effects. I understand why some people haven’t and aren’t experiencing Ascension symptoms but I don’t need to demean, insult or shame them for not having them. Really? For god sake it’s 2017. One more time for any in the cheep seats — discernment people.

The symptoms/side effects of this ongoing Living Alchemy Ascension Process have been intense for a good long while now and they won’t be ending any time soon now that we’re in 2017, so, haul your aching and sometimes confused and disoriented backside up these latest energy Stair-steps and acclimate. This is the routine, and after all these years and decades we’re old pro’s at this so just do it and take notes along the way if that helps you with it all. Validation and confirmation are always nice, but after two or three decades of doing this Oh Great Master of Light in disguise as a dumb-ass bumbling human, you know exactly what’s going on and why and that it hurts occasionally and why it hurts occasionally. Said with the utmost love, gratitude and respect. ❤

Here’s a bit from my latest mental note taking. Yes, being Conscious of Process has been a lifelong thing for me and I take mental notes especially when things get heavy-duty like they’ve been.

I can’t even remember if the inner ear ringing (the Vegas nerve vibrating from higher Light Energies affecting it and being embodied) started up again back in September or October but it’s been epic since November 2016 and it’s still going meaning we’re still “upgrading” like crazy in January 2017.

The head, skull, face, jaw, Brow chakra area business has also been very intense lately. So much so that I’ve had bouts of nausea caused by how badly the pains and pressures are inside my head from the Crown chakra above, down into my brain and multiple brain glands. There are, once again, some big evolutionary changes/improvements taking place in our heads, brains and specifically our brain glands.

Whenever my head and brain/brain glands go through these big “upgrades”, my physical eyes are always affected by it. They feel strange, hurt sometimes and are numb sometimes, which sounds weird but that’s how it often feels. They get dry and my physical vision becomes blurry while my Higher Vision becomes more clear, vast and complex. These two go together, which also sounds strange but there you go. Eventually the physical eyes acclimate to existing in greater higher frequency Light Energies and 7D Photonic Light and they too clarify and aren’t so dry and sore anymore… until the next energy Stair-step arrives that is and then we go through it all again.

The sense that the earth under my feet is shaking and/or just not being there in those old familiar ways has increased lately too. I’ll get to the recent amplification of actual physical earthquakes in a moment because they’re related and connected to our Ascension symptoms. These two go together because we’re symbiotic with earth/earth with us and what one goes through so too does the other of course.

I’ve had the strong feeling that the ground under my feet was shaking lately. I’ve also had this same sensation in my physical body — Inner Body vibrations — that have become so amplified lately it often feels like Inner Shaking. Personal inner “earthquakes” we could say, along with increased external physical earthquakes around the entire Pacific Ring.

There were a couple of weeks in late December 2016 into early January 2017 where the possibility for some very large magnitude earthquakes in multiple locations around the Pacific Ring was very high. But, thank gawd, for decades now there has been a higher dimensional crew that monitors and directs/redirects Ascension related earthquakes and energies in earth. Only when absolutely needed will these higher dimensional crews redirect those energies that must be released because they’re caused by the Ascension Process, to physical locations that will benefit from things being collapsed. Some incarnate Forerunners/Lightworkers have also done this type of energy work with earthquakes and storms primarily, by intentionally redirecting them to less populated areas to save lives. (Some Souls want to experience death via high drama earth changes. Other Souls want to experience death quietly with as little high drama as possible, and some Souls want to experience death via Ascending their physical body. Options, lots of creative options always. No right or wrong, just what a Soul needs for greater overall balance of experiences and personal wisdom.)

Increased dizziness goes along with these other side effects which often is so severe that it causes nausea too. More heart thumps, flutters, rolling movement sensations and pains in the center HighHeart chest area. Combine all this and include the patriarchy devouring itself while pounding its chest over it all and not knowing anything about anything other than greed; the earth repeatedly shaking and quaking around the Pacific Ring like it’s trying to birth something NEW; mass exodus of humans out of their physical bodies right up to the last day of the previous 9-yearlong cycle (2016); amplified Ascension side effects and traveling through the Zero Zone with nothing under your feet but a wing and a prayer—and who needs more than that anyway right?—and it has been something else lately just like we knew it would be. I promise it’s gonna get more exciting for all throughout 2017, in high and wonderful ways, and in OMG sorts of ways too at times. This is the death of the old happening under the building of the NEW all taking place simultaneously. Aren’t you glad you started all that central nervous system Rewiring all those years ago? Our brains would shoot out our noses now if we hadn’t over all this profound compressed evolution manifesting very physically for ALL finally. Enjoy watching the masses “wake up”, get really pissed off and band together to intentionally create positive change for everyone. This is Phase Two to the 1960s and the Hippies Phase One revolutions against wars and the patriarchal “establishment”, and the Indigos are the “Hippies” of this phase of it. ❤ ❤

The end of December 2016, brought with it a whole cluster of earthquakes around the Pacific Ring. I rarely get worried about big earthquakes because I’ve repeatedly Seen that higher crew plus assisted with them over the decades. But, I had a couple of moments in December 2016 where things were popping all around where I physically live, literally I mean and I’m only a few miles off the San Andreas fault-line in SoCal, when I became momentarily concerned that there just might be a big local earthquake. Still might be although this is diminishing at the time of this writing. However, it’s been many years since I’ve felt the potential for multiple large earthquakes around the Pacific Ring (and right were I live too) this severe so it’s been somewhat stressful at times lately.

Because of this I’ve checked the USGS earthquake website every few days to see what, where and what size they’ve been recently. During this time I felt something very NEW was/is literally being birthed through the Pacific Ring. Years ago I wrote (at TRANSITIONS) about my having clairvoyantly Seen a new good-sized island being birthed in the Pacific Ocean well above the Hawaiian Islands. This feels closer now that we’re in 2017, along with other potential large islands surfacing around the Pacific Ocean area. It’s not old Lemuria resurfacing but something NEW and much higher frequency than original Lemuria was. Uooo...

Another thing, well two related things actually that I wanted to remember to include in this. One is how these higher frequency Light Energies have made the water, the liquid in my physical body and the water/liquids in my cells feel lately. In short that would be electrified, zapped from the inside. When this happens my body (and many of you reading this have experienced this treasure many times over the years) feels extremely inflamed from so much higher frequency Light Energies electrocuting the cells and fluid around each cell to bring home the goods so to speak which is further evolve the DNA — the multidimensional quantum DNA. So, one is probably feeling inflamed through-and-through again because, as Lauren Gorgo so aptly put it a few years ago, we’ve been ‘Electrocuted by God’ again. This happy side effect is related to ongoing evolution to our physical and nonphysical DNA, which spills over into the quantum NOW Moment because all this is multidimensional and exists both in and outside of physical reality and linear time space. Our spark plugs are being “upgraded” so to speak so we can travel greater distances in the multiple quantum NOW Moments and spaces and not blow an engine, or anything else. But I have to say that this particular Ascension related side effect is not much fun due to that sense of being inflamed and swollen throughout my entire body for days or weeks at a time.

The second part to this same business is the sudden end to the long and horrible drought (and heat) that’s been so severe here where I live and in much of the country elsewhere too. These two things, these two side effects are, once again, related. One is us going through it and the other is earth going through it but it’s the same thing taking place at the same time just like the earthquakes and our inner shaking etc.

I mentioned that shortly after my best cat friend died in November 2016, eight days after election day here, that the rain arrived which let me know that one long miserable cycle was finally over. The rain has continued here on the west coast ever since and then travels eastward across the USA and gets colder and more intense as it goes. Just like the water/fluids in our cells are being zapped by higher frequency Light Energies also triggering further DNA evolution, the water in the form of rain and snow is now increasing to help wash away whatever needs to be cleansed and cleared via this element and embody higher frequency NEW Light Energies. It’s going to get easier to see and understand how what humans are going through via the Ascension Process and its side effects, so too is the earth and all life on Her. The ancients knew this and lived from this knowing but current humanity is just starting to consciously reconnect with earth/Gaia, and then with everything else too of course.

To wrap this up I’ll add quickly because I’ve got to get horizontal for a while, increased weird dreams. Hearing strange sounds that you’re not sure are even physical. I’ve heard tiny bells tinkling occasionally, plus strange beeps going off that sound like some machine or alarm yet I don’t have anything like that in my house so I’m not sure what it is I’m hearing with this. Other sounds that I can’t even describe because they’re not physical so I have nothing to compare them to. Strange in between worlds types of sounds.

There’s also been and continues to be a lot of very strange, foreign thoughts and emotions. I’ve had some stuff suddenly roll through my inner landscape space that shocked me at how dark, violent and outright strange it was. I’m pretty familiar with my own Basement, and this stuff ain’t coming from there! I also know to take an honest look/feel at it and then release it so it can move on to the trash bin where it and all other “trash” now goes. I don’t need to dance with it, spend extended time with it, love it, heal it, dissect or analyze it, just acknowledge it, feel it and then hand it over to Divine Source to reabsorb and keep moving forward.

And I’m just gonna say this and I’m sorry for getting so intimate but we should be beyond all that at this point! 😉 Urinating, going pee, going pee at night specifically has changed again recently and it’s connected to the water/fluids in our bodies and cells and DNA all being further infused with higher frequency Light Energies triggering greater evolution in all ways. Problem is that sometimes this one makes it a bit difficult to urinate at night and one has to really make an effort to get it all out. Gads what we go through in the name of evolution! Anyway, I thought I’d be brave and publicly admit this Ascension related side effect. If however you’re concerned about having to push hard in the middle of the night to get all the pee out, then see your doctor. Otherwise, be happy in the knowing that your DNA is being further evolved. 😀 Happy NEW Year everyone and expect the unexpected to not only continue but increase. No fear, just big changes.

Evolving Brain Glands & Smelling Nonphysical Scents

The current evolutionary Ascension Process is causing our entire physical and energetic bodies to evolve, and quickly. Included in this of course is our brains, brain glands—the physical endocrine system in the brain—and the energetic Chakras in our brains and bodies to evolve as well because all these systems are interconnected. One doesn’t evolve without all others doing so too.

A couple of years after the start of my physical, biological evolutionary Ascension Process in early 1999, I suddenly began smelling what I 100% believed at the time were actual physical smells of burning fireplaces and/or burning incense or a combination of both at the same times occasionally. This would come on so quickly and strongly that the smells I was smelling, seemingly right in my face, nearly choked me and often made my eyes tear. After experiencing this for a month or so, I went in physical search of the nearby neighbor with the heinous smoking chimney. Needless to say, I found nothing that I could blame this miserable smelling/choking business on. There were no smoking chimneys, no local fires, no burning incense, no nothing just me smelling incredibly amplified and in-my-face scents of certain things burning and smoking heavily.

It took my actually trying to find the physical reasons for why I was smelling and choking on what I interpreted as physical chimney smoke and/or invisible burning incense smoke to finally realize that what I was smelling was actually nonphysical. Normally I could/can tell, can discern what’s causing what, but this business seemed entirely physical to me so I needed to discover that it was not physical at all but a nonphysical side effect of living the Ascension Process. Once I made this discovery I could, and did, access my own Higher Awareness to figure out what was going on and why.

What I perceived back then was that my brain glands—Pineal (Crown chakra), Pituitary (Brow or Third Eye chakra) and Hypothalamus primarily—were going through rather tremendous compressed evolutionary processes which were the cause of my occasionally smelling what seemed to me to be burning chimney smoke and other times burning incense smoke up close to my face. This I could deal with much more easily than if it had been a physical neighbor with a smoking chimney!

I found it interesting that since I started smelling these two scents around 2004, they never changed but remained the same two primary smells, until 2016 that is. The only other highly amplified olfactory problems I’ve had occasionally throughout the Ascension years have been when I physically cooked something. The smell of what I’d cooked would stay in my nostrils for days or weeks sometimes. You start worrying about your sanity after not being able to smell anything but sautéed onions or whatever you cooked for two weeks straight. Horrible, just horrible. The fastest way to drive someone mad I’m sure!

The evolutionary changes taking place inside my physical brain and brain glands, including the matching energetic changes that always goes along with all Ascension symptoms/side effects, have caused both physical olfactory amplifications to the point of near madness, and smelling what was my brain and Pineal, Pituitary and Hypothalamus glands evolving and mutating, merging, connecting etc. into something very different and vastly higher functioning and more complex. The first issue was nonphysical and energetic and had/has to do with my/your/humanity’s current compressed evolution. For most people these early brain and brain gland changes are “smelled”, are perceived as strong physical smoke and/or burning incense except they’re nonphysical.

I’m not talking about the physical olfactory senses, nor am I talking about Clairolfaction/Clairofactance/Clairolfactant — the “psychic” ability to smell nonphysical etheric and/or Astral scents. What I am talking about is caused by our current highly compressed and rapid evolution. Many people are smelling their brains and brain glands seemingly on fire and smoldering, producing great amounts of smokey scents. Of course, our brains and brain glands aren’t physically on fire, but it is them quickly evolving into more complex organs (along with many other organs throughout the human body) that function multidimensionally while fully conscious and in-body. This Ascension Process commonly causes side effect of smelling nonphysical smoke and/or nonphysical burning incense.

Smelling horrific burning rubber mixed with strange chemical smells is common when a demon is attacking you. That smell is unfortunately memorable and completely different from the Ascension related side effect of smelling nonphysical burning smoke and/or burning smokey incense smells. Two entirely different things, sources and causes so please be conscious of these differences.

At different times in 2016, these two primary nonphysical scents I’ve smelled for the past twelve years have changed somewhat. Now I’m sometimes smelling smokey scents I can’t define because they don’t smell like anything I’ve ever smelled before. They’re not terribly pleasant scents, as the nonphysical burning incense was, but are strange combinations of scents sometimes with or without the smokey scent mixed it. When this started a few months ago, I automatically inquired within to See what was changing in there now and perceived those new areas of my brain and trinity of brain glands already mentioned, were changing even more and have been Rewired together in NEW higher, more complex ways. This is why I’ve smelt strange new nonphysical scents this year after them predictably being smokey chimney-like smells and burning incense smells for so long. No, I’m not smelling demons or any other etheric negative being. I’m smelling my own inner chemistry, DNA, Chakras, electrical systems, inner energy grids, central nervous system, brain and brain glands evolving into something very NEW.

All is good, just evolving, and dramatically at this point. Don’t go into fear if/when you start smelling nonphysical scents or when those scents change into different ones. If you’re honestly concerned, then see a trusted physician. Otherwise, know that what you’re smelling and experiencing is caused from you naturally evolving, right along with so very many other people all experiencing the same symptoms and side effects and other unusual anomalies smelled, seen, heard, felt and known.

Ongoing Evolutionary Ascension Changes

I’ve had a rough time again lately which is why I’ve been MIA physically for a bit. March was epic, not that I needed to tell any of you that, but it was difficult for me personally in multiple ways and for multiple reasons. Let me add quickly however that it was and is “perfect” and “normal” for what we’ve gone through and what we continue going through.

Especially For The Elder Forerunners, Starseeds, Wayshowers etc.

This changeover, this shift, this transition, this natural evolutionary ascension out of the old everything into the NEW higher everything in all dimensions, in all our energy bodies, in our physical body and Earthly life too and more simultaneously being done by the Forerunners first has not been easy here in the physical dimension and body. I didn’t need to tell you that either, because if you’re living, embodying, anchoring and being radically altered (evolved, expanded etc.) in every way imaginable by the NEW Light and LOVE energies, then you know firsthand just how wonderful, painful, glorious, difficult and oftentimes confusing this Process is… even after having lived every earlier phase of it for close to two decades or more already.

There’s no shame in occasionally becoming overwhelmed (polite for laid out flat!) by what all has been and still is going on. It just is what it is and going first often has its extra weird and/or difficult moments and phases. Moments that typically last for weeks and months for many. Just in case, I’m going to repeat this; and this is all “perfect” and “normal” for what we’re going through internally/externally in our physical bodies in physicality and our energy bodies in multidimensionality simultaneously. Breath, relax, give yourself a hug, celebrate in your own way over what you’ve done and what you continue doing for self, Self, humanity, Earth and All everywhere. Seriously.

You Need To Know This Now

A couple of weeks or so ago (“time” is such a joke anymore and sometimes very hard to locate oneself within during all these massive changes), I clairvoyantly saw and heard a most interesting event taking place in a higher nonphysical dimension. This event I participated in at that dimensional level included some Angelic-like Lightbeings along with some very advanced Elder ET beings of the Light (Team Light) and some ancient Team Dark (TD) nonhuman beings. These particular ancient TD beings were ones I’ve experienced before and wrote about a wild nonphysical abduction I had at their clawed hands in an article published at TRANSITIONS a few years ago.

Some call these particular TD beings the ancient Annunaki, the ancient giant Nephilim, and many believe them to be God. To me they’re spoiled shits and big monstrous bullies with massive egos and endless delusions of grandeur that have caused so much misery for humanity for far to long. Sounds like the current political arena doesn’t it? As above, so below so keep this one in your HighHeart mind as the political/governmental/cultural global insanity rolls on for a bit longer during its final death throes.

Remember the recent channeled message by Cosmic Awareness talking about how Nibiru had been stopped in its tracks by Team Light (my term)? I knew when I read CA’s message about this event happening in the outer reaches of our Solar system that Team Light had fired a warning shot across the bow of Nibiru recently, clearly letting its inhabitants know that things have changed and that they—the Annunaki & Co.—may not enter any deeper into our Solar system and continue doing harm to humanity, Earth and beyond. Keep this recent event in HighHeart mind as you read on please because they’re all connected and ongoing on many levels with many different Team Dark beings.

Anyway, there we all were in a higher dimension listening to the frantic pleas from these TD beings, begging to be allowed to continue existing as they always have. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing and kept glancing quickly at the Angelic Lightbeings and Elder ET beings standing before them, literally barring their way into the “future”, into any “future” as they have existed. This was another moment in Universal history that I’ve personally worked on and waited for over the eons—as have many of you reading this—and all I, in my Denise aspect, could do was witness and consciously remember this spiritual intervention taking place with multidimensional wide eyes and slack jaw and eventually open grinning. It was the best, and it’s something that’s so important for all of us to know on a conscious level now because so many of us (I’m talking about the Forerunners) are physically exhausted from the embodying phase we’re still in and all the changes that naturally go with it.

Put another way, I was meant to retain conscious awareness of this event not only for myself/self/Self/Higher Self etc., but to share it with you for the same reasons. We all need to know in no uncertain terms that TD is not, will not, have not and won’t ever be allowed to continue as they have always existed, doing what all they have to humanity and Earth and beyond. It’s done, it’s over, all but the crying, pleading, begging and occasional tantrum-throwing that is. Know this fact, remember this fact, don’t forget this fact because there’s still some old residual negativity and plenty of egos with delusions of grandeur still in existence in certain humans on Earth. Many humans need to see this, feel this and finally awaken to and understand what they’ve never been aware of before. Give them the time they need to see the negativity, greed and sheer insanity everywhere on Earth because that’s part of the Ascension Process for them now at that level and phase of the awakening Process.

The change/shift/transition has taken place, it’s just that some of these deluded, egoic, elitist jerks (aka the global patriarchy) will continue for as long as they can. Like I needed to tell you that. Continue doing and being what you/You/YOU (all merging) are while this old negativity on Earth and elsewhere blows itself out and finally disappears completely. Transitions continue.

More Changes Again

Early in 2016, my food menu suddenly changed once again. None of this has ever been a conscious decision on my part to change or improve my diet, but is always triggered (polite for forced) by another major increase in the energies of the Ascension Process. Everyone under this roof, including the cat, experienced this sudden shift in what we’ve all eaten for the past couple of years. Physical exhaustion, physical pains and aches etc. and meal planning and preparation is, at times, just way too much for me. What I’d give for a dedicated someone to shove peeled grapes into my mouth on those really bad Ascension days! 😀

But alas I do not have a personal grape peeler and feeder, which means I have to sometimes actually cook something, which is as you know preceded by having to go to the grocery store to buy the food items. There’s a lot of steps before one gets to the point of ingesting food, and for most of us Forerunners, grocery shopping, meal planning and actual food preparation is oftentimes way at the bottom of our list of things to do. Many days have been just about survival, not playing gourmet chef for ourselves or anyone else.

So, when what I can eat now at this phase of the Ascension Process suddenly changed on me again, and the cat and my mom too, I’ve struggled with trying to keep all of us fed with foods we can actually digest and not feel like we’ve been poisoned! I bring this up again because if I got hit with this food business again this year, I know many of you are too. Eliminate what you can’t eat now and do your best to intuit what you can ingest comfortably now. This too will level out over time just like it has many times over the past twenty-five-plus Ascension years.

More Big DNA Changes Happening Now

One cannot go through this merging, embodying of Higher and Lower aspects/selves/Divinities etc. phase and not have their DNA automatically evolved and expanded to energetically match what’s happening. Because of this, we’re once again feeling multiple affects of all this in our physical bodies. For me it’s been amplified Ascension Flu aches and pains, constant ringing in my ears, sensitive eyes, sensitive emotionally, feeling very isolated and on my own and knowing that for different reasons that was and still is highly important and needed for all at this time. It won’t always be but for now it is.

This last “symptom” of being and feeling very isolated again was something I came to understand at the end of my participation, my witnessing of those TD beings pleading their case before a handful of us Angelics and Elder ET beings in a higher dimension. When that event ended, I instantly became aware of how it’s important for me and many of the other Forerunners of the Forerunners to be seemingly isolated now in our Earthly, physical lives. Here’s what I perceived about this now during this early 2016 time and phase.

While in our other energy bodies during sleep or while awake, we’re increasingly able to consciously Work on the Ascension Process in higher dimensions and retain memory of our multidimensional selves, labors, meetings and projects etc. We’re also increasingly able to now consciously Work on the Ascension Process from both our awake physical bodies AND from our other energy bodies in higher dimensions simultaneously. One flip-side aspect of what I’m talking about with this is the growing ability more of us now have of being fully awake but still “dreaming” and functioning in another energy body in one or more higher dimensions while we’re wide awake here in Earthly physicality. Understand that I’m in no way talking about daydreaming here, but actual dreaming such as when one is deeply asleep and out-of-body physically. As fancy as this may sound at first, it’s really nothing more than you and I becoming increasingly consciously aware of the fact that we are existing within multiple dimensions simultaneously and are using matching frequency bodies in each of them. This further developing Ascension Process symptom/side effect is nothing more than us becoming consciously aware of and able to carry on in growing numbers of dimensions and not drop the ball, get lost, or become unbalanced etc. while doing so.

This coupled with time being a bad joke from the past occasionally makes for some moments of stunning but “newbie” I AM awareness outside of linear time. I’ve gotten, momentarily thank gawd, Lost In Space while out in public shopping somewhere. Not cool, not yet that is. For moments, at least they feel to me like moments, I am the I AM aspect and I AM everywhere in timeless being-ness, which is great unless some cashier is staring directly at you waiting for you to pay for whatever you bought. Then it’s kinda like glow your Light really brightly and get yourself back home where you can become better acquainted with multidimensional being-ness and reality in private!

Because this is what we’re doing now and because we’re not yet, I repeat, not YET slick Masters with functioning in multiple dimensions consciously in physicality simultaneously, I’m discovering that during these maiden voyages of ours into increasing Multi-D being-ness and Work, it’s best we get the hang of this in the privacy of our own homes and/or bedrooms etc. It’s easier and safer for us this way and it’s safer for the unaware humans in the world out there too. We radiate tremendous amounts of Light anyway, but now we’re starting to do so from multiple dimensions at the same time and we’re doing this increasingly from our physical bodies and selves and that instantly impacts and alters physical reality and all of humanity living in it now too. This is who we are and what we do as Forerunners and we’re doing it from these Earthly physical human bodies, personalities and selves. Sometimes we do it really well; other times we look like Superman in his early period learning how to fly and not crash into mountains! 😆 What perfectly strange and wonderful times we live in now.

November 17 through 21, 2014 Update

A brief note about some of the different NEW energies I’ve felt from around November 17 through today, the 21st. The image I used above looks much like how it has felt to me; extra bright, intense and very different. Tomorrow the Sun enters Sagittarius and there’s a New Moon at 0° Sagittarius 7′ which will change the feel of things considerably but what I’m talking about has to do with what I’ve perceived as new NEW energies coming in all week from a very high level that we’ve not experienced here in physicality before.

I’m far too exhausted now to know where this particular new NEW energy came in from, but what I’ve been painfully aware of is the unusual intensity of it on my physical body. Some of you will relate and some not so just use whatever is helpful at this time and slide over the rest.

From my current perspective—such as it is at this time—this new NEW very high energy has felt like extra intense energies much like what a heavy-duty X-class solar flare causes but I sense its source is from some rather exotic location and very high level. We’ve been “prepped” for this even though it hasn’t felt like it all week! Here’s a short list of how this new NEW high energy has effected my body. Again, some of you will relate while others won’t and that’s perfectly normal.

Constant Inner Ear Ringing — Hearing high-pitched ringing sounds constantly in your inner ears is typically a sign you’re receiving (embodying, being evolved by, anchoring etc.) high level Light frequencies/energies through the Sun. It doesn’t hurt but is just noisy.

Head Pains & Pressures — Feeling the high frequency energies come in through the “receiver” area about a foot or so above your head, pour down into your entire physical head, brain and skull where it causes pressures and pains in your head, eyes, jaw, sometimes upper teeth, sinuses, brain glands and skull. I hesitate calling these pains “headaches” because they dwarf normal headaches and make one feel like a living human tuning fork that’s being struck by Divine cosmic energies which are causing us to emit NEW energies from ourselves and our bodies.

Experiencing functioning in Multiple Dimensions & Realities — For many of us this isn’t anything new at all, however, what’s happening now feels very different to me. I can see with my eyes open and closed. I’m “dreaming” while both awake and sleep. I’m here in this physical world and Denise body but I’m simultaneously in other worlds and locations, and there’s so much flowing motion, movement and constant changing because all is on the move between the old and the NEW and the lower and the higher levels. Needless to say it’s all been rather strange as in weird, not scary or frightening at all, just tremendously expansive in very NEW ways.

NEW, different Dreaming — What can I say but wow about this! Dreaming, on those rare occasions when one can actually fall asleep, is like nothing I’ve experienced before and I’ve been great at being lucid while out-of-body all my life. Again, this too feels like so much is in flux now, moving, changing, coming in and going out and entering where we’ve never gone before in these ways we are now. At this point I feel more like a spectator in a foreign land just taking in all the NEW sights. Don’t over think your “dreams” now as they don’t feel like our old lower frequency “dreams” at all. I doubt we’ll need them much anymore anyway after all the transmuting we’ve done for decades.

Learning to deal with the Unaware who believe they’ve got it all figured out — This one is increasing daily for me and I’m learning how to best talk to, deal with and have exchanges with people who exist within a lower frequency range than I do at this time. Sometimes the gap is so large that the other person cannot relate to me (to you, to any of us) and just doesn’t get me or what I’m talking about at all. Other times the gap isn’t as large between myself and someone else which means there’s enough in common between us consciousness-wise so we can at least talk to each other and get whatever it is done that we’re both trying to. This too is taxing and exhausting in its own ways and I’m really having to Master this one lately and get good at it as quickly as I can. I hope I expressed this well enough that you get what I’m saying. I’ll try to go into this one in more detail in another article maybe.

Feeling something Big & Totally NEW Coming Very Soon — This one we’ve been through a few hundred times already but, as with the other things listed above, this feels very new NEW and different to me and completely positive and expansive for us all.

As usual there’s so much going on at year’s end energetically and we’re really moving super fast now into more and more of the NEW and also this new NEW I’ve been feeling growing. There’s great Beings behind this energy that’s coming in now and new connections are being made day and night between us and them and so much more. Just don’t over think things right now. Pay attention, discern, feel and create but let it all flow where it needs to and let it carry you along with it. We’ll all know more about this soon. ❤

Negative Mental Body Blocks & Interference

PRE-ASCENSION

Before my physical, biological Ascension Process stated in February 1999, my ability to mentally and emotionally focus was rather impressive. I could easily and quickly enter an altered state of consciousness by mentally focusing on something and then fueling my intent with a specific emotion. That was all it took for me to quickly launch myself into an altered state specifically to access higher dimensional information.

Keep in mind that what I’m talking about was my reality before the start of my physical body Ascension Process. My consciousness and the energy situation was different then from what it was 15 years ago, 10 years or even 3 years ago. My point is that I was very familiar with easily and quickly shifting my consciousness and focus to intentionally perceive higher level information and retain the majority of it once I’d returned to what then was my “normal” consciousness. START OF THE BIOLOGICAL ASCENSION PROCESS

With the start of my physical Ascension Process this well-developed mental ability I’d had all my life suddenly ended and I was mortified. Literally overnight I went from my familiar Multidimensional Traveler mode to not able to string enough words together to make intelligent sentences, or even remember the names of common everyday objects. I went through a lengthy period of years where I couldn’t read books—something I loved and could do in a day or two and retain almost all of what I’d read—because I could not mentally focus and remain mentally focused. It was incredibly frustrating, and my ego self and sense of identity took debilitating but necessary transformational blows being forced to so unexpectedly release those abilities and sense of self at that old lower level.

I eventually realized that this chaotic mental jumble and disconnect was another typical Ascension symptom; a very important one that forced my then ego self, my consciousness, and my mental habits out of their familiar level and state, and into a (didn’t know this at the time but) temporary space of utter disconnect. I went through years of not being able to mentally focus on much of anything for the simple reason that I was not supposed to be so intensely focused in that old familiar 3D way! The Ascension Process scrambled my brains and ability to think straight, focus and stay focused on what the then “me” wanted to focus on. My Higher Self had grander plans so I was placed on temporary Ascension disconnect and intense mental and ego self scramble for a few years, as were or are most of you.

WHAT’S THIS NEW LEVEL OF MENTAL INTERFERENCE?

After going through these difficult Phase One Ascension-related changes, now when I mentally focus on specific positive and higher things, suddenly I can’t hold or maintain the desired focus I intended. This however does not feel like that old Ascension symptom mentioned above. I can now quickly get where I intend to mentally, create the visual mind’s eye image I want to use and actually be visualizing and Consciously Creating when, in the next split-second I’ll be thinking about trash on the side of the roads, monkey shit, off-road vehicles, biker dudes, colorful jelly beans, kids playing happily under the summer sun, cleaning the house, getting the car waxed, zebras grazing in Africa — every ridiculous lower frequency thing you could imagine would suddenly and repeatedly derail my intended higher frequency mental focus. And of course, I thought for about a year that this problem was all me. I thought I was simply not doing all I could to mentally focus on what I wanted to focus on. I figured it was all my fault and that I must be doing something “wrong”. I’m stressing this because we all do this; we automatically assume that we’re the reason something isn’t working correctly. We typically don’t consider that there may be some unseen negative source causing the mental interference problems we’re experiencing.

Then around 2008, I realized I should pay close attention to what I was mentally focusing on and intending when this sudden and severe mental interference and repeated derailing business happened. I also compared this to when I’d mentally focus on typical everyday type things and projects. This simple comparison test was how I made this discovery.

I discovered that this new mental side tracking and all over the place crazy monkey-mind derailing happened ONLY when I intentionally focused mentally on doing and/or Consciously Creating something higher in frequency than say, the need to mop my kitchen floor next Tuesday. Of course I did this comparison testing 547 times to be sure of the results I was getting! I never publicly write about something unless I’m sure of what I’m about to present to the minds and hearts of readers.

So, here are the incredible results of nearly four years of my fumbling around trying to honestly discern why this was happening to me. I know that 95% of the time now (this will improve greatly and sooner than later I sense) when I intentionally mentally focus on something higher to help me, my body/bodies with the current Ascension Process and energies (Consciously Create), I evidently trigger some frequency device—probably within my Mental Body in another dimension—that automatically and instantly activates mental blocks and mental interference to what I’m intentionally doing and focusing on. Next obvious question is who would do this to me? To you? This one is obvious after you make the connections; it’s the Dark Ones or Team Dark as I call all of them. The why to this is equally obvious; they do NOT want me, you, us, humanity raising our vibratory rates, our frequencies, our mental and emotional energies and focus on anything higher and positive because it will directly affect them in ways they do not want. Talk about ramming your Ascending head against an invisible glass ceiling!

They have in my opinion placed or implanted some type of frequency monitor—Higher Consciousness Alarm System—to prevent me/you/us from intentionally using our evolving/ascending High Heart (Unity) Consciousness and Creative abilities and escape their monstrous actions and distortions to our different Energy Bodies and multidimensional abilities. If this wasn’t created by them I’d experience this same mental interference and derailing business when I focus on anything. But I don’t, I experience it only when I intentionally focus on creating something positive, higher and beneficial for myself, my physical body, the masses, the planet etc. The mental blockages and mental interference was there every time and that’s not a coincidence—it’s deliberate and it’s done by the Dark Ones to keep us functioning within a very limited and lowly frequency range.

SO NOW WHAT?

Just because I put two and two together and discover some of these multidimensional dark, negative, horrific things on my own does not mean I’m always ready to share them all at TRANSITIONS. Sometimes I sit on information because I’m not ready or willing to play the solo maverick and stick my Elder Starseed Lightworker neck out yet again and get myself attacked for the effort. So, sometimes I sit on certain information until I sense or know it is energetically time to go public with it and that I’ll be safe in doing so.

This was recently confirmed for me by another great article by Lisa Renee that made my heart smile and know it’s time for more of this information to be brought out into full consciousness. Her article I’m talking about is “The Diamond Heart” February 2011.

This article talks about how we’ve evolved/ascended to the point now where it’s time for these negative, other-dimensional Mental Body (and Emotional Body) blocks and frequency interference devices to be removed or energetically overridden completely. This makes perfect sense to me because of the higher-level interferences and blockages I’d discovered a few years ago. I sensed there had to be more Light assistance for us in removing and/or overriding any and all of these negative distortions, blockages, energy siphons, and multi-bodied control devices created by the Dark Ones so long ago. I’ve sensed that eventually within our ongoing Ascension Process we’d have to deal with all of these negative DNA alterations, disconnections, and everything else done by them to us, humanity and Earth. Evidently, we reached that point in the fall months of 2010, but all of 2011 will quickly deal with one after another of these negative multidimensional body and consciousness interference devices. It’s about time is all I can say! Can you imagine how much easier everything will be for the Forerunners/Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers/Gridworkers/Indigos when we have all our natural abilities, Source energies and connections back up and running constantly and all these dark limitation and parasitic feed devices gone? I cannot wait to exist and work at full and natural capacity with NO dark energy drains, restrictions and constant interference devices in any of my bodies.

I realize we will walk up these 2011 energy stair steps and accelerated phases and these ancient negative distortions, blockages, interference devices, energy drains and all the rest of it created by the Dark Ones to imprison us, are (and will continue to be) removed or dissolved because that is a huge aspect of this phase of the Ascension Process. And the inter-dimensional help and protections we have now is different from what I’ve perceived from the start of 1999 through the ending of 2010. The Work we’re currently doing will be much faster and easier compared to what we’ve been through during Phase One. Know that one after another of these negative etheric devices and distortions created by the Dark Ones will quickly be leaving us now and replaced with unrestricted flow of Source Energy and Life Force. Oooo… just had another little earthquake here like an exclamation point to all this!

Transitioning Ascension Symptoms

It’s interesting how the starting ascension symptoms I’ve had since 1999 have changed ever…so…slowly over the years. Many of those original profoundly horrible physical and emotional symptoms I haven’t had for the past 3–4 years. It was like surviving the Black Plague and such a wonderful thing to not have the worst of the worst of those weird and nasty symptoms anymore. Don’t get me wrong, I still have ascension symptoms today, just much less severe than the first 6–7 years. Here’s a short list of the worst of the worst Ascension symptoms.

bottoms of feet painfully hot, sometimes hands too
ultra sensitivity to foods, drinks, chemicals/preservatives in foods, chemicals in stores, furniture, everything
amplified allergies
mega hot-flashes, night-sweats, cold flashes, cold areas on body at certain chakras–usually the HighHeart
hot and red flushed face and eyes from severe chemical sensitivity
heartburn, acid reflux, esophagus spasms and sensitivities due to evolving corresponding Chakras
ultra sensitivity to all sounds, even my own voice when speaking
inability to mentally focus and/or remain focused
inability to remember the names of common everyday objects
insomnia and/or broken, non-recuperative sleep
repeatedly waking up at certain times such as 3:00 AM, 5:55 AM etc.
highly amplified processing of negative lower frequency energies in the dream state
nausea and vomiting, brief periods of “morning sickness” (all ages & both sexes)
sudden bladder spasms and nearly urinating yourself in public
severe brain fog, getting lost, not remembering what or where or why you’re out in some store
reading a paragraph 16 times and still not grasping or remembering what you’ve read
rage and intolerance with all lower vibrating people, belief systems, consciousness, products, places, systems etc.
periods of emotional amplification, crying, mourning, weeping, joy, love, peace etc.

Many of those ascension symptoms I had I believe were how my Pisces ASC. body reacted/reacts to lower vibrating energies. The rage was a totally new one to me as I’d never felt rage before. I suddenly would not, could not “suffer fools” any longer and was actually a bit surprised at my intense hateful feelings towards what I lovingly call the assholes n’ idiots of the world. All my life prior to my Ascension Process the lower vibrating (assholes n’ idiots) people just scared me so I steered clear of them. However, the Ascension Process changes us dramatically — changes things like tolerance, turning the other cheek, keeping your mouth shut, being a “sheeple” and blindly, unthinkingly going along with the negative lower patriarchal national and global shit systems. Ascension changes all that in you and causes you to no longer accept anything that is harmful anywhere to anything or anyone. In other words, it forces people to be/express/live/perceive/feel/create at a vastly higher frequency than prior. No more shit, no more lower negative anything, because it’s just so wrong and that horrible time is ending now.

I still have many Ascension symptoms today and I will continue to have some of them… until I don’t! I still have occasional hot-flashes/night-sweats but they’re not as severe or as often. I still have phases where food and I don’t get along at all. I still have short phases where it’s hard to mentally focus but now I just go with the flow and stop forcing the issue. The bladder spasms are gone thank gawd because you look pretty obvious turning red-faced and shaking in a corner in a shopping store! I’m positive in the early years of my Ascension Process that many people who saw me in stores honestly thought I was on drugs and/or mentally disabled because I looked as horrible as I felt, plus, the chemicals in stores made me profoundly sick the second I walked through the doors.

Here’s a short list of the new or current ascension symptoms I’m having only because it’s rather interesting to see some of the differences. Again, you may relate to these, or if not, they’re probably in your near future.

intolerance still when some lower vibrating person/people intrude into your only tiny space. How fucking dare they intrude into your minute square footage when they’ve got the whole lower world to run around in still!
occasional hot flashes, night sweats (which are just hot flashes when you’re sleeping or rather were asleep)
insomnia and/or broken sleep, sleeping for 2 or 3 hours and repeatedly waking up
lack of dreaming or inner clearing work done via lucid dreaming for long periods
lack of desire to be out or around anyone or anything vibrating lower
my home is the only energetic sanctuary at this point
disenchantment with most everything out there in the old world, boring, tiresome, stupid, useless, outdated
encountering tiny pockets of higher vibrating energies out in the lower old world! Amazing, but very tiny and fleeting at this point
inability of negative lower energies to reach you. You’ve seen them flailing around trying to get you, but they can’t reach
mega headaches that nothing helps, after days they often become vomiting migraines that then finally end
hearing high-pitched ringing in inner ears for weeks or months caused by solar energies/transmissions
sever pressure and pain in the spine and neck area primarily
esophagus spasms and sensitivities caused by activating High Heart Chakra (Thymus gland and area)
heartburn caused by changing Heart Chakra
acid reflux caused by changing Solar Plexus
phases of diarrhea during more energy adjusting and purging
skin eruptions/pimples/break-outs during the transmuting and purging phases
phases of total emotional disconnect and lack of caring about much of anything
phases of high creativity and feeling like things are closer to what Home felt like than ever before
phases of your hair looking like it died and is thinning but days later it’s okay again
ability to instantly release or let go of aspects within you that you know must go now. Fast and easy process now compared to years prior
long phases of constantly smelling burning incense smoke and/or wood smoke or other nonphysical scents
even fewer friends but a vastly better match with the few you do have at the moment
knowing on one hand and at other times not knowing or sliding back out of your current energy groove momentarily. Learning how to maintain and not slip-slide unless you want to energetically

There’s more but my mind is slowing down and turning to mush. Hey, there’s another really common ascension symptom!
