We Survived OH LORD October!

A brief recap of OH LORD October 2019! because it was grueling and abnormally physically and psychologically painful nearly every day of the entire month. Bodily, October has felt like the last physical level extreme to what’s been an altogether very extreme year. We each experience these Light energies, NEW codes, NEW DNA, deeper across-the-board clearings and removals in our own ways, but I suspect many of you reading this have had a personal record-breaking October, as I have, to go along with your personal record-breaking entire 2019! If you’ve been living this throughout 2019 to date, you don’t need anyone to tell you that massive, sweeping changes are coming with the start of 2020 for everyone everywhere.

Sometimes I attempt to hose them down, at other times I “wait and see” if they burn themselves out without my intervention. To not respond to life as if life itself were an emergency. Indeed and what an accurate description Raymond Boeri gave us all in his Comment under my previous article. Thank you for that wisdom and honesty Raymond B. as it impeccably sums up all of 2019 for most of us. ❤

Many of you ascension Volunteers have also had enough lives lived on Earth during past astrological Age changes to know how difficult this current energetic shift is on many different levels for humanity. Humans don’t do change well and astrological Age changes are that at epic planetary levels. Concurrently is the Ascension Process, the Separation of Worlds & Timelines, the dimensional Shift to physical 5D, the Embodiment Process, NEW DNA being embodied and on and on.

I mention this only to remind you that you’ve already done these planetary astrological Age changes in the past on Earth to assist humanity with global change. Some of you have also done the Ascension Process on other worlds and galaxies, multiple times because you’re great at it, which is why you Volunteered to be here now.  In other words, you are more than qualified to do all this so trust that fact plus your Embodying Process and now daily NEW abilities and expanding awareness.

What some of us have been feeling in our bodies this year are the NEW codes and energies of 2020. We First Everythingers always embody the NEW first and 2019 has certainly pushed, freed, battered and transmuted each of us in multiple ways month by difficult month this entire year to release more cosmic old and embody more now NEW.

I remember writing earlier this year about Awful April as I called it, but April 2019 was quickly dwarfed by Mother of God May!, then dwarfed colossally by Life Will Never Be The Same June, and on and on every month all year long. Every month of 2019 has been difficult in its own way and for its own reasons and yet the next month dwarfs them all with something else. The 12 Labors of Hercules comes to mind for the Pathpavers living 2019. Imagine however, what we’ll be once we reach January 2020.

November 2019

As is always the case, the image above is as close a representation to what I recently Saw clairvoyantly as I could find online. I’m grateful to have found it.

On October 27th I projected my awareness into November 2019 and Saw a beautiful, intense and brilliant image. At first I thought this image was of thousands of brilliant white-Light number 11’s representing the month of November, and 11-11 specifically. However, I’ve also Seen Angelic Lightbeings resemble vertical lines of brilliant white-Light that, when they’re standing close to each other, look like thousands of 11s.

After a few moments of deeper inspection of this mind’s eye vision, I began to realize that each of the many hundreds of brilliant vertical white-Light pillars were not 11’s, nor Angelic Lightbeings, but Embodied human individuals! They were you and me and all of us and it was a beautiful, sensational surprise to See ourselves this way. According to this late October 2019 vision insight, many Embodiers will reach the next higher level, phase and stair-step of their individual Embodiment Process during the month of November 2019.

October 2019 – Sudden random, allover body pains, physical immobility, severe vertigo, extreme head pains and pressures, more big changes to our Pituitary and Pineal glands, releasing like never before followed by even deeper multidimensional releasing the likes we’ve never experienced all while the body hurt from vast outgoing old patterns and greater, higher frequency incoming NEW energies and codes.

In Celia Fenn’s channeled Archangel Michael October 2019 article, they referred to October 2019 as a period of intense incoming waves of ‘Diamond Light Codes’. Has your external head and internal Pituitary and Pineal glands felt these intense October waves of Diamond Light carrying more NEW codes? Have they made your head and body hurt more than usual, energetically spin, rotate, vibrate much faster, expand and contract and expand repeatedly all month?

If I don’t sit in silence, not move physically, and intentionally focus into my HighHeart multiple times every day, these 2019 fry you alive ‘Diamond Light Codes’ quickly overstimulate my body and mind and make me feel like I’m short-circuiting, which I am. However, the minute I make this intentional shift the feeling of being energetically fried alive disappears, along with the often excruciating passage of linear time, because I’ve expanded back into these higher frequencies and Light energies and that feels perfect and normal, which it now is. The more I Embody, the less this side effect will happen until it’s gone permanently.

November 2019 – All that severe and painful October releasing of massive amounts of cosmic past and embodying more of the NEW and also Embodying if doing that too, was greater prep Work for November. In November 2019, some of us are at that level where we’re becoming the first of the NEW physical Human Light Angels on ascending Earth.

Celia Fenn/AAMichael referred to November 2019 as ‘an Initiation of Star Fire Light Codes’. They also mentioned that this particular energy transmission will be ‘Light/Sound waves’. I’ve been aware that some of the Angelics have and will be involved with these November 2019 energies, transmissions, NEW codes and Initiations with the Embodiers.

I’ve also been feeling an increase deep within my HighHeart upper chest area of a sort of harmonic reverberation. The higher realms continue pulsing out waves of these NEW energies, transmissions and codes and some of them are already registering in our physical HighHearts as a different vibration that’s radiating outward from us. I believe this will increase dramatically throughout November 2019 as we embody and Embody this months next level of codes, sync with them, then transmit those NEW frequencies and codes from our HighHearts and bodies like the energy waves each of us now are. We are rapidly becoming the NEW Embodied Angelic Humans. Expect some wonderful strangeness and increased anomalies, activation’s and possible etheric visitations etc. during November 2019.

December 2019 – NEW Divine Father, Divine Masculine arrives. Not old diminished, distorted, inverted inorganic Divine Father, but organic NEW Divine Father/Daddy/Masculine.

A rare small handful of Volunteers now incarnate in male bodies have already been displaying—much to my profound and long-awaited joy, delight and gratitude—the beginnings of the return of NEW Divine Father, Divine Masculine this year. Soon there will be more and more true Divine Father, Divine Masculine being embodied and Embodied by both human males and human females and the grand improvements for humanity and reality, realities and All will explode your heart and expand your Conscious Creativity and make you want to live as long as possible in this life! This isn’t wishful thinking, it’s evolution, and the return of Divine Father/Masculine and the return of Divine Mother/Feminine to the NEW Earth and NEW Humanity will be… a long time coming but so worth all the effort. ❤

Celia Fenn/AAMichale called this the ‘Golden Christ Consciousness Codes’.

I don’t usually receive or perceive names and titles like this which is why I often have trouble describing them in my articles. I See and Feel them and oftentimes know them intimately but I rarely get names or titles for them like some people do. I’ve used some of Celia Fenn’s/AAMichael’s names and titles for these October, November and December 2019 different incoming wave codes (and energy stair-steps) to help us get a better understanding of just exactly how deep into the NEW and the next phase we actually are at this point. These last three months of monumentally challenging 2019 are propelling each Volunteer and Embodier to their next level within the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process.

And finally, the very first group of unaware humans are beginning the Ascension Process at the end of 2019 and into 2020. It’s only been the Volunteers, the First Everythingers, Pathpavers, Wayshowers etc. that have been living the Ascension Process since it started on the physical level around 1998–1999. Now that that first phase is being completed during the last three months of 2019, the first group of unaware humans are about to be activated to START the Ascension Process. We’ve laid down the roads for them. We’ve built the bridges for them. We’ve lit the entire way for them. We’ve clear-cut the negativity for them. All they have to do is live it now, which this first group is about to begin. Well done Volunteer First Everythingers. Now get yourselves ready for November, then December. January 2020 will do the rest. ❤

This Is So Personal & Profound

I have about ten articles in my draft section waiting for me to finish and publish them. I re-read through what I’ve written in each of them so far, and at the moment, they don’t feel appropriate. Would those drafts help certain people? Yes. Would they be boring and/or old news to certain other people? Yes, and this is what it’s like trying to write to a wide range of AP readers, each at a slightly different level of development and personal AP and/or EP focus and processing. In moments like this I go into my HighHeart and perceive what it is that needs to be expressed in this moment that would help the most in this moment. That’s where this article is coming from, and it’s specifically for those few currently Embodying the latest n’ greatest and dealing with the indescribable changes and side effects doing so naturally produces.

There are periods where it’s nearly impossible to write or talk or move about or interact with another human being because one is deeply within a NEW higher, more vast level of Embodiment, meaning not only are you dramatically evolving and changing in NEW to you ways, but you know there’s more coming in this unending supply of greater, higher, more vast and amazing Embodiment processes.

Embodying more Divine Mommy/Mother/Feminine energy typically makes me feel so profoundly huge, vast and powerful that just BEING that energy within myself and physical body is almost too much… in the very best of ways I mean. Divine Mommy energy is the background energy to everything everywhere. Embodying a smidgen more of IT feels like the most important “blank canvas” that’s ever been. You know, you See, you Feel, you Allow Creativity to happen on the canvas that is YOU.

Embodying more Divine Daddy/Father/Masculine energy typically makes me feel like I’m going to burst if I cannot creatively improve everything, immediately! The warm sensual desire to eternally creatively expand and improve is as beautifully and devastatingly overwhelming as Embodying more Divine Mommy/Mother/Feminine energy is.

When you’ve Embodied just enough of them both within yourself and your physical body, an automatic birthing process begins where you go through the rigors of birthing a Divine Child, which in this Ascension and Embodiment Process case is the greater, multidimensional, quantum, crystalline, Christ frequency, greater Unified ascended YOU. You give birth to Divine YOU.

“We are all One” takes on a very different meaning to people living this phase of the EP. All original Divine aspects of each of us that were originally and intentionally separated out directly from Divine Source to go out and create within Divine Mommy and Divine Daddy energies for and as aspects of Divine Source, start the turnaround process of reunifying with all the other aspects of our Selves spread out across the multiverses. What was intentionally separated for multiple reasons continues the process of reunification with its many different Selves and aspects, which produces a NEW Divine Child.

And occasionally amidst all this amazing Embodiment Process business one becomes intimately aware of the fact that Divine Source wants nothing more than to eventually have as many as possible NEW Divine Sources created out of these natural evolutionary processes. This would be that moment where one drops the mic and walks off stage for full impact on the viewing audience. Back to the Embodiment Process and those doing/living/being it now however.

It’s so hard to describe, explain or outline the Embodiment Process that Forerunners/Wayshowers/Embodiers/Pathpavers are going through. It’s so profound and so personal to and for each of us, plus the very act of doing it instantly changes every one of us even further into a totally NEW higher level of being, consciousness and realities. How does one put words to all that? I don’t know. I’ve tried and it pales under the brilliant Light, creative LOVE and eternal drive of natural evolution but there it is. We live, we die, we are, we are again in different packages and locations and levels, we come, we go, we stay, we do it all simultaneously, and we eternally desire to create anew for the benefit of All everywhere. So it is. Keep up The Great Work as it’s about to “get real” in NEW ways for All. ❤

People Fighting for Old Lower Consciousness Beliefs

When I was around 8 or 9 years old, I got busted by a teacher who overheard me say something to my best friend as we walked across the playground during a class break one day. This teacher was the playground monitor and was simply watching us kids playing, trying to keep us from breaking our bodies on the swings and other recess play devices. My friend was from a family who were Christians and she often told me things about their religious beliefs. That information was repulsive, crazy and distorted to me even as a child but such is the case for most Starseeds and higher dimensional, higher realm Volunteers who’ve incarnated down into physical life on Earth to Embody and anchor the NEW Codes/blueprints/templates etc. of the Ascension Process.

Most of us incarnate with varying degrees of conscious awareness of where we came from, what it was like “up there” and so on. Many don’t but are pre-coded to be triggered into growing conscious awareness of their higher dimensional homes in this galaxy, in other galaxies, other star systems, in pure Light realms, in Angelic realms, in different positive ET systems and so on at certain points within their lives. I was one who insisted before leaving HOME on having as much conscious awareness and memories of where I came from as I could and still not blow a mental or emotional or psychic gasket from Volunteering to incarnate into what was a planetary septic tank known as 3D physical Earth. Higher and lower energies, frequencies and consciousness co-existing in the same space is a dangerous and difficult situation, but I would not incarnate into this Denise Ascension Process life and timeline without as much of Light realm HOME within me on a conscious level as I could cope with. Too much was at stake and a lifetime goes by at the speed of Light when it’s an Ascension related life and much more such as what this one is.

This best friend and I were walking across the playground and she’d said something to me about sin and hell and I responded that, “Hell is here on Earth,” which is what set the adult playground monitor teacher off like I’d lit her underwear on fire! She couldn’t grab me up by the scruff quick enough and drag my little heathen butt up to the office to be punished. Like I was saying, hell has been right here on Earth for a very, very long time.

This article is long overdue but thanks to each one of the tenacious human egos that have never hesitated to correct me and tell me in Comments and private emails about their beliefs, consciousness and lack of higher awareness how I’ve gotten it all wrong, this article’s for you. You’ve earned it, and now that we’re halfway through 2017 and it’s time for YOU to actually step up and evolve into greater conscious awareness, knowledge, HighHeart and so much more, those of us Forerunners (just as the term indicates) higher and farther along on these evolutionary Ascension Process energy and consciousness Stair-steps won’t suffer fools any longer. This article is for all the egoic, unaware people who honestly believe themselves to be more aware than the Wayshowing Forerunners and NEW World Teachers who have treated me, treated us, like online New Age Jehovah’s Witnesses endlessly pounding uninvited on our doors to force their negative, incorrect and limiting religious beliefs down our throats. It’s time for YOU to evolve, not continue trying to project old lower consciousness, beliefs, religious beliefs, incorrect New Age beliefs and other Team Dark distortions on to Ascension Process teachers, Forerunners and others actually living, being, doing and anchoring the AP for mass humanity and much more elsewhere. This is a fact, not a threat from me or anyone else.

Everyone has always believed that their religion is the one and only truth and that it’s going to last for ever and ever and freakin’ ever on Earth. Nothing could be further from the truth than that and that truth is here now and making itself increasingly felt by all worldwide. Religions as blind and unquestioning mind controlled obedience systems supposed to get one into heaven won’t work anymore; evolving into actually being, living and existing at vastly higher ways individually is. Welcome to the fifth dimension of NEW Earth(s). Here you are your own “savior”, your own “master”, your own Light, Way, Power Source and LOVE. The lazy don’t want to have to do this themselves after eons of being told they don’t have to because someone else did all that hard Work for them, then TD convinces everyone they crucified Christ and billions have bought it all. But this is what Ascension Process evolution and real higher truth is all about; individuals growing up and taking responsibility for themselves in every way. Co-dependency time is over and everyone is feeling this truth more and more every week, month and year now, and with what all has and continues happening in August 2017, it’s going to quickly become unbearable in every way to continue fighting for and holding on to any and all old lower frequency and consciousness beliefs and everything else. Lower and Higher cannot co-exist in the same space together so it’s evolve or go elsewhere (another ascending Earth world) that’s much lower in frequency but you still have to evolve, ascend up a lot anyway because Divine Source (that would be “God” with a capital G in case some are wondering) has already rewritten the whole thing because it’s time for a NEW higher level for All everywhere. Duality education is over, now it’s Unity education time everywhere but at an even higher level.

In my previous article, It’s Okay If August 2017 Is Difficult, I knew while writing it that, because I was honestly describing some current August 2017 Lion’s Gate pains and related difficulties the Forerunners have been going through recently, I knew that someone would write a Comment in it with their incorrect suggestions as to why I, why we were having a hard time of it. Because I knew this would happen because it’s happened article after article since 2007, I intentionally added this paragraph in it for those very people. Did it work? Did they even see it? Did they even recognize themselves in it? No, they usually don’t because that is how deaf, dumb and blind human ego consciousness is.

“When you honestly share what you’re experiencing and that its oftentimes painful and/or difficult etc., lower ego consciousness people instantly believe you’re doing something “wrong” and that’s why you’re experiencing pains and difficulties. That’s the only range of awareness low ego consciousness is capable of perceiving so of course they find fault in others due to their lack of greater awareness and understanding.”

It’s 2017 and unaware people are still trying to crucify Christ/Crystal Consciousness in people who do have it. The negativity takes real personal Inner Work to extricate yourself from oh unaware humans of Earth. But thanks to Divine Source rewriting everything now, everyone of us no matter which awareness level, which energetic Stair-step you’re currently standing on is HAVING to NOW evolve and expand out of the old lower frequency Codes and other negative Team Dark created humanity mind control constraints etc. whether you’re ready for it or not. And know that all of the old lower religious and spiritual and New Age etc. beliefs and belief systems don’t work in higher frequency levels of Light and Higher Awareness. Why? Because you know them as distortions and/or outright lies. End of story. End of lies. End of being deceived. End of self-deceptions. End of being able to deceive others. WE SEE AND KNOW you, we always have, but now you’re being forced to evolve, grow, expand and move out of your old lower ego and up into your HighHeart as the NEW seat and center of “you” and your awareness and reality.

Humans can continue to fight for, defend and promote their human ego selves and lower consciousness and lower consciousness beliefs, but I won’t allow it in MY higher frequency, higher consciousness, higher energy world. I’ve Worked very long and very hard, even as a Forerunner, to repeatedly and continually discover, remove, and evolve beyond all the old lower Earth world (and beyond) programs and belief systems and residual matching energies from them from myself, my physical and energy bodies, and my physical Earth world. Because as a Forerunner/Volunteer/Wayshower we do everything first, I know what I’m talking about because I’ve lived it and continue living it as I write this and will for the rest of my existence. I know how the human ego will fight to the freaking death for some ridiculous and incorrect and even negative thing or belief or whatever. Higher evolved consciousness doesn’t do this because it knows, it Sees, it Feels from a vastly higher level of being and consciousness and reality. No one can know this for themselves until they personally start to experience it and all that goes with it.

I grew up in Anaheim California in the 1950-60s. Back then Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland were just starting and the majority of the county was orange groves, hence why it was called Orange County. Who knew! When I was young, around 5 or 6, my parents took us to Knotts Berry Farm (because youngin’s, it too used to be a huge farm area where they grew berries and made their famous jams and jellies etc.). At one point we came across a goat pen where a baby goat was jumping around on everything. Being a Capricorn, my first physical goat encounter was extra meaningful and what I saw, felt, understood and remembered in those moments watching that baby goat eating trash and jumping around was a huge and incredibly important life moment and Higher Awareness for me. It was an important trigger for me and it did exactly what it was designed to do.

What impacted me so intensely about this baby goat was that it was eating trash—cardboard boxes, metal cans, tree branches, a piece of rope etc.—and I was horrified that he’d die from ingesting such terrible trash. I became deeply worried and uncomfortable that I was going to have to witness this beautiful little baby goat drop dead any moment because it was eating trash. In typical Capricorn fashion, I hide my fears and worries as best I could and my parents didn’t sense that anything was going on with me other than I was fixated on the baby goat. Thankfully they gave me the time I needed for this whole event to unfold. [Other people are often put on hold so to speak when higher Light (information, awareness, messages, exchanges etc.) comes in for Starseeds/Forerunners/Lightworkers/Wayshowers/Grid and Gatekeepers and other higher dimensional beings incarnate in human form on Earth to anchor the Ascension Process (AP). We’re given the “time” we need to receive the higher information, whatever it is, by linear time being put on hold and we step out of it and back into quantum higher frequency “Now Moment” awareness to receive, perceive and/or exchange communications with higher dimensionals etc. Once that’s done we slow down a bit vibrationally to reenter linear time space reality and frequency with no one around us the wiser about everything that just actually happened.]

As I stood there white-knuckled, heart pounding clutching the goat pen fence, Higher Awareness filtered down into me. It was — Goats eat trash and are able to transmute it into life sustaining food fuel for themselves. Holy shit! Really? OMG! Oh, I get it… I get it… I remember! I can do this too.

Like the baby goat, this Sun in Capricorn Volunteer Forerunner Wayshower Lightworker etc. Mt. Goat named Denise has always been able to easily, naturally and automatically transmute lower frequency “trash” into life sustaining higher frequency energies. I’m wired for this as many Volunteers from higher dimensions, realms and systems are. I don’t know how to not transmute lower stuff into higher frequency stuff. I excel at this, always have, some other things too 😉 and these are some of the reasons why I’m a Forerunner Wayshower now — I’m able to easily transmute lower frequencies (density, negativity, Duality energies) and turn them energetically back into a Neutral state vibrationally (transmute and resolve Duality or what had been dualized, split, fractured) and then build, Pathpave and increasingly Embody more and more of the NEW higher frequency Light Energies and Codes (which are templates, blueprints for the NEW Earth and NEW higher frequency, consciousness and reality humanity) and anchor them into my body and physical Earth and the Ascending timeline(s) for humanity coming up (“ascending”, evolving) behind me and the other’s doing this and plenty of other related AP Work.

Having said all that, I want those of you who need to know and understand this aspect of this Volunteer/Forerunner/Lightworker/Wayshower/Embodier business that even though I and like others can easily do this and much more, does NOT mean it doesn’t often cause me/us some very real physical pains, aches, pressures and so on because it most certainly does. I shouldn’t need to explain why because that should be obvious but will because we’re this far into this.

Just because we can transmute trash—negativity, density, duality etc energies.—into something else that’s much higher in frequency and plenty of other things that would make your heart beat fast and hard and your palms sweat, doesn’t mean that my being in a physical human body while doing this and oh so much more doesn’t hurt sometimes because it does, plus usually requires a good long nap afterwards for different reasons. Those who can do and we Forerunners do for ALL, everywhere, then we, I mean me here, pop a couple Tylenol Extra Strength and take a much-needed nap. [We Forerunners transmute, Embody, exchange information, move negative beings out, drop off Light/information, close down negative TD timelines, see higher dimensional hospital-like repair shops for quick energy body repairs when needed and more. We often do more while asleep and out of our physical bodies because it’s so much easier and faster and more gets done this way than when we’re in the physical in our physical bodies. So even our naps are Work in other words.] Then we wake up and rinse and repeat for as long as needed.

This is what Forerunners are and only some of what we do, have done, continue doing and why. If you honestly knew who we really are and what we’re really capable of doing, this whole thing would be so much better and easier for us all. If most of us consciously knew, remembered who and what we all are this whole thing would have happened even faster than it has! But, that’s not how it’s been because Team Dark (TD — Team Dark is my term for all human and nonhuman, physical and nonphysical people and beings such as negative aliens, negative ETs, beings, entities, devils, demons etc.) has done a profound number on humanity for thousands and thousands of years on Earth and this current Ascension Shift is and will continue to seriously rattle people’s egoic intellectual mind controlled prison cages and matching belief systems. Evolution is typically not easy, and certainly not in this case where the whole thing from the top down was about Duality in the highest levels and dimensions all the way out and down into physical Earth reality and human life and how things were hijacked along the way by TD beings. The many reasons why for all this isn’t the point of this article. Another aspect of this topic is how often I get Comments at both my blogs and also emails from people telling me that all the negativity I talk about via Team Dark and what they’ve done and why to humanity isn’t true because, and I quote, “All of the negativity, the evil, the darkness is inside of you Denise.”

There are so many people who’ve bought into the belief that Team Dark doesn’t and never has existed and that any and all darkness and evil etc. is inside of me, you, anyone who believes in external negativity/darkness/evil etc. Isn’t that a hoot? Christ/Crystal energies and consciousness is “crucified”, meaning unreachable directly individually on a prison planet such as what Earth has been, and as if that isn’t enough, all the darkness is inside of me/you/them, anyone but the people claiming this as truth. Now, I ask you, who does this really sound like? Sounds a lot like a TD mind control con job, but dipped in New Age camouflage. Lots has been folks, lots.

I mentioned in my previous article that I could write a small book about all the super intense and weird and unpleasant things, visions and encounters with many in the low vibe tribe that’s happened since August 3rd. This hasn’t ended and I suspect it will continue because the Separation of Worlds and all that goes with it will continue for probably a full year. There’s plenty more Stair-steps for the Volunteers, Embodiers, Forerunners, Wayshowers and the September Equinox and related gateways are going to push the Volunteers into more NEW roles, jobs, energies and awareness. The more the Volunteers Embody, the faster the rest of everything and everyone else enters fully into the Ascension Process themselves, ready or not. More about this in other articles but sense that the old lower TD Crown of Thorns energies has been transmuted into individual Crowns of Christic frequency Light—via August and the Full Solar Eclipse with its corona of Light—and the September 2017 Equinox will be the Embodiers having their individual Crowns of Light Consciousness and Being Embodied. Guess how much that phase will further change everything? I suspect the December Solstice will be NEW in all ways too. Things beyond December 2017 haven’t jelled yet enough for me to See some of the many possibilities, which means what we do now in August and September 2017 is some more of the NEW foundations for what will be further built, Embodied and Consciously Created afterwards.

My point in this not so fun article is to let the unaware, the holders on to the old lower beliefs, the disbelievers and such know that you can believe whatever and whoever you want because it has been and will continue to be Freewill for all. What everyone has to understand however is that Divine Source/God/All That Is or whatever name you prefer has already rewritten the NEW Evolutionary Cycle from top to bottom and those Codes in the forms of different energies, solar, galactic, cosmic, universal, Source created have been embodied and Embodied by the Volunteers first as usual, then the rest of humanity starts later. You still have Freewill, but you have it in a completely NEW higher ascension level of being, existence, learning, creating and ongoing discovery. That is what everyone needs to understand now and be willing to release the old lower everything because it’s already done and gone. What’s replaced it all is tremendously higher in frequency (Triality and Unity instead of the old Duality and separation cycle) and is unfolding in a frequency of 5D already but very few people and even Forerunners realize this yet. Why you may be asking? Because far too many people are still trying to recreate the old lower everything because they don’t know how to do anything else. The Volunteer Embodiers do however.

One last thing to share. Yesterday I received in the mail a Jury Duty Summons starting on 9-11-2017. 9-11, oh Team Dark, you’re so predictable. You’re 9-11 timeline doesn’t exist in my higher NEW Earth world and personal reality.

There’s a thousand other things that could be said and shared but I suspect just this will offend a good number of people. 😐 Don’t hate the messenger. Get with the changes and be willing to grow, expand, evolve and change over and over again and this Separation of Worlds won’t feel as intense and unpleasant as it will if you continue your death grip on any old lower consciousness beliefs and reality. It’s a heads up, not an attack. Honestly. ❤

Compressed Evolution Means Your Body Is Changing, Now

As greater numbers of people worldwide continue being physically, biologically, energetically, consciously and spiritually pressured and pushed by the evolutionary Ascension Process (AP), many are confused about what’s happening to them, their body, consciousness, their lives, their county and everything else. This natural evolutionary Ascension Process affects everything, not just a person’s physical body, but is a complete life-altering transformational process that takes time—years and decades, not days, weeks or months—to transition through its many layers so relax into it and do your best to not fear what’s happening within yourself and your physical body, and the external world. It’s all very positive despite it not feeling or looking that way at the moment. Humans are always resistant to change of any kind, and the AP related changes cover everything everywhere so there’s plenty of confusion, unawareness, wild misunderstandings and fearful resistance.

Stop Fighting the Evolutionary Ascension Process Side Effects

People are getting really tired of their bloated, distended, unattractive evolutionary Ascension Process “Buddha Belly” and want it to go away, immediately. I’d very much like this too but my “Buddha Belly” gets worse, not better, every time I/we go through another big—and they’re all very big now folks—increase in Light Energies. I also get numerous other side effects besides the severely bloated belly/gut/diaphragm/abdomen area, which I’d also prefer didn’t make me look like I’m sick and/or lazy and/or don’t care about my physical appearance anymore. Nonetheless, I’ve been living this evolutionary Ascension Process on the physical, biological level since the start of 1999, and my “Buddha Belly” hasn’t disappeared yet.

Simple answer is stop fighting it, stop fearing it, stop resisting the evolutionary AP changes you’re experiencing and surrender to this natural and normal evolutionary Process taking place during our lifetimes. After having lived this and much more for the past twenty-six years and counting, I know that it’s best to just let it happen, don’t try to “fix” it because there’s nothing to “fix” in natural evolution, don’t think it to death which is taken care of by the fact that ones old lower level of consciousness is being dismantled so NEW higher levels can replace it, and don’t resist because doing so only prolongs these many changes and makes it more painful in most cases. Just open your heart and surrender to the natural evolutionary Process taking place within yourself and your body.

I’ve often thought about the millions of people who’ve gone to doctors, specialists and hospitals since 1999–2000 because of evolutionary Ascension symptoms only to be told nothing is wrong with them, or far worse, be diagnosed with something they don’t have and given medications for it. Just horrible and dumping pharmaceutical toxins into one’s body while it was/is already hard at work transmuting so much old 3D density, negativity and global toxins etc. only causes more difficulties in my opinion. Get a second and third opinion if your doctor tells you you’ve got such and such and his/her solution is to dump chemicals into your body to “help you with it”. You most likely don’t even have what the doctor claims you do so discern for yourself, and if you still feel uncertain, get other opinions to be safe. I’m not a physician, I am an Ascension Process Specialist, so discern and protect yourself from incorrect diagnoses, unnecessary chemicals, outrageous expenses, negative thought-forms, negative limiting old belief systems, and fear and worry.

It helps with your personal evolutionary Ascension symptoms/side effects to remember that everything is going through this Process, not just you and your physical body. Earth, our Solar System, the Milky Way galaxy, other galaxies, the Universe, the Multiverses are all going through this natural evolutionary Ascension Process now. There is no aspect, no corner, no layer, no dimension, no star or systems that are immune from evolution.

It’s normal to feel “hot flashes” with the Ascension Process despite one’s sex or age and this is because that inner heat is Kundalini Fire burning away lower frequency density and duality within you and your physical body. Also, Mother Earth/Gaia’s heating up—so-called ‘global warming’—is Her having Ascension related “hot flashes” because she is evolving, transmuting, and becoming something very NEW, improved and of a much higher frequency. Humans and Earth/Gaia have been heating up because of this natural evolution and doctors and scientists don’t know this, nor would they believe it any more than people understand the real reasons behind ‘global warming’. Friction causes heat, and there’s been and still is plenty of friction from the old lower dense frequencies and consciousness coming into direct contact with the NEW higher Light Energies and being changed, upgraded, evolved because of it. It’s okay and to be expected during these massive transitions. No fear, just greater understanding about all aspects of the Ascension Process.

It’s also common to go through periods where your mind doesn’t work like you’re used to. It seemingly isn’t there at times, and no matter how hard you try, how hard you focus mentally, you just cannot pull information in or connect to it or stay focused or get anything to work. It feels like your brain is on hold and you cannot mentally focus or remained focused on anything. The reason for this AP side effect is because you’re being deliberately UN-FOCUSED and Rewired so you’ll be able to expand your consciousness far beyond the old narrow frequency band it and you are used to.

This is the old neural brain and brain maps getting greatly expanded, Rewired so they can carry vastly higher frequency Light, Light information and Higher Awareness and not fry anything important or blow a fuse in there! During this process—and it happens repeatedly over the years so don’t assume you’ve got some mental, cognitive disease—the way you accessed information and memories is changing, expanding and becoming far more complex and evolved. It’s just during this transition the old doesn’t always work and you’ve not yet got the hang of the NEW and how it works so there are times you’re seemingly going to “short-circuit” in front of people when they’ve asked you something and you can’t find or get the correct words out to respond to them. This usually causes frustration and embarrassment, which typically induces a hot flash! Now you both can’t communicate and you’re sweating like crazy, are miserably hot and uncomfortable and want to just run screaming from the building and go home. Oh, the joy of it all…

Because the electromagnetic energies have been and still are changing dramatically on Earth/Gaia, they’re also changing dramatically in you and your physical body too of course. This causes all sorts of symptoms and related anomalies. One is a severe build-up of static electricity in your physical body to the point that you’re getting zapped all the time, even in high humidity or rain. This too will come and go so relax into these changes. Attach a floor-length rubber tail off the back of your pants that drags on the floor behind you, discharging the excess static build-up as you walk. Kidding, except I honestly did think of doing this years ago out of sheer desperation when I was getting severely zapped every few feet in stores, in public, and usually uncontrollably cursing every time I got stung by an electrical zap. This was so severe that other shoppers often saw the blue-white lightning bolt shoot out my finger when I got close to something metal and would get zapped. And when one’s nerves (Central Nervous System being Rewired too) are rather fried from the AP anyway, getting zapped constantly for months on end only makes it all that much worse.

Another common symptom is what I’ve come to call the spinnies. It feels like the inside of your head (and sometimes your eyes too) are rotating and if you physically turn too fast, or just turn only your head, you almost fall over or crash into something. Vertigo, ungrounded, not connected to Earth in the old ways, in transition to another level of being and reality etc. all make one feel the spinnies.

Another aspect of this is the sensation that suddenly the floor has dropped out from under you and/or you’re falling, tipping over or suddenly dropping down a few feet. What you’re sensing is more energetic and frequency changes to old lower 3D energetic structures and systems etc., and this is just one of many ways your body and awareness perceive these fluctuations and disappearing old timelines with their blueprints and energetic structures.

The inner body vibrations or sense of an electric current running, vibrating, buzzing, shaking and/or pulsating in different areas of your physical body is another common Ascension related side effect. It’s caused by you literally embodying higher frequency Light Energies. As we continue clearing out old density duality within each of us, higher frequency Light Energies simultaneously replace them and are embodied by each of us and that feels like we’re vibrating inside our physical bodies. We are, and it’s simply our inner frequency being dramatically increased while incarnate in our physical bodies.

And no, the inner body vibrations is NOT caused by negative beings, aliens or demons as some incorrectly believe. They cause very different symptoms and interferences and blockages in people. When your body is vibrating, it’s a positive evolutionary sign that you are embodying more and more higher frequency Light Energies and are vibrating faster and higher because of it.

Another common side effect of our continuing evolutionary AP is that the more NEW higher frequencies we encounter on Earth, the more people are hearing them, seeing them and feeling them in a variety of ways. When you hear high-pitched ringing in your ears, and/or around your head and/or over your head in stereo-like sound, you are hearing some of the many higher frequency Light Energies coming in from our local Sun, the Milky Way GC, from Divine Source etc. It’s just that you’re evolving enough now to be able to hear some of them. Eventually we’ll be able to “read” them, interpret them, discern them for ourselves, but for most now, we’re only able to hear these ringing, squealing, humming, buzzing, clicking tones and sound frequency Light Codes.

Some are able to clairvoyantly See some of these higher frequency Light Energies, and typically they’re perceived as brilliant Lights of different color. As we evolve and get more adept at Seeing these higher frequency Light Energies, we’ll be able to “read” them too and we’ll See much more than only different colored Lights. We’ll See Codes in Light form and often they’re in geometric Light form but they’re also more than this too. Always be open to perceive and experience more than what you are currently.

There’s also the linear time vs. quantum, Now Moment no time, and Spherical Consciousness that’s capable of perceiving multiple “times” and non or no time simultaneously. At first this one is just strange and rather confusing, especially as we repeatedly jump back and forth between linear time consciousness and reality and quantum no time Now Moment consciousness and reality. With more experience and experimentation however, we slowly discover that we’re evolving beyond the old lower frequency limits of linear time and the matching and appropriate consciousness that went with it.

Again, get out of your own way with these more exotic NEW AP side effects and perceptions, pay attention and learn more as you continue becoming more. This is natural and highly compressed evolution you’re living, experiencing, perceiving and being constantly affected by now. Stop trying to limit and reduce it back down into old lower 3D beliefs, structures, systems and consciousness. It doesn’t work and won’t ever work. Lower and Higher frequencies and consciousness cannot co-exist in the same space so stop trying to make it happen. Doing so only makes the whole thing more frustrating.

There are so many people still trying to apply old lower limited and profoundly limiting 3D patriarchal beliefs, expectations, systems and structures, further dis-empowerment, deluded hopes and desires, and tremendous lack of personal responsibility on to the NEW incredibly higher frequencies present, growing in them, their bodies and the Earth world and reality around them. However, we are not evolving so that humans can have a slightly better form of continued global, species-wide disempowerment. Not going to happen, period.

This is evolution and change, incomprehensible change and improvement to most people, and it’s not allowed to try to superimpose old lower frequency negativity, lack of awareness, and lack of personal responsibility on to the NEW higher Light Energies and 5D consciousness. It’s not possible because these frequencies are so profoundly different that they cannot merge with one another or even co-exist in the same space. What they are doing now is separating, literally repelling from each other and going off in very different directions, which is natural at this point within the evolutionary Ascension Process; the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Be brave, be open to positive changes beyond belief and stop trying to limit evolution with your current lack of greater and Higher Awareness. I apply this to myself as well and always have. Dream bigger, aim higher, much higher and get out of your own way with your old lower frequency 3D patriarchal thoughts and beliefs because they’re not a match, in any way or form, with the NEW higher Earth world.

There Is No Escaping Evolution

You know when it’s overcast, cloudy, high humidity, foggy, raining or snowing how the sunlight doesn’t get through all that interference and reach Earth and us fully and directly? The same is true when the Sun is very active and spewing flares, CME’s, solar storms, solar winds etc. Those externalized solar energies reach Earth, humans and all life here but they’re usually reduced due to the strong and wild movements of those very energies. We’re effected by them alright, but they’re often diminished by the great forces and pressures taking place from them being so violently projected outwards into space.

On the other hand, when the Sun goes quiet and isn’t hurling CME’s, flares, solar storms, solar winds everywhere, that quiet calm allows all the GC (Milky Way Galactic Center) energies to flow unimpeded or disrupted in any way right to, into and through you and your body/bodies and everything and everyone else including Earth. When the Sun is quiet the GC energies (plus any other cosmic energies) enter the area of our solar system in full-force because there’s no energetic wake turbulence or interference whatsoever from solar winds, storms or CME’s etc. When the Sun goes quiet like it has for much of 2016 for this very reason, the GC energies reach us directly, fully and totally unimpeded. Yowza! Energetic “weekend warrior” only business is over. It’s now full-time and full-on and coming directly from the GC to all incarnate human Crown Chakras on Earth! Can ya feel the Divine evolutionary LOVE?

More NEW Is Embodied & Activated When It’s Calm & Smooth As Glass

I’ve learned over these Ascension decades that when I suddenly become emotional over the slightest, kindest, highest vibrating of things, that means the Earth’s magnetic energies are in flux once again. As we’ve learned over the years, the magnetic grid and field helps hold the current Evolutionary Cycle’s energetic codes, blueprints, templates in place for humanity, Earth and all lifeforms on Earth throughout that cycle. Said another way, it holds the current curriculum in place for all during an Evolutionary Cycle.

However, when the old lower frequency Evolutionary Cycle with its matching codes, blueprints or energy curriculum Expires and starts disappearing, the magnetic energies around Earth become “unstable” while they reduce, dispel and go to zero. What all this really is are the old codes, blueprints and energies they contained for the past cycle dying away. Simultaneously to all that is the building of and then activation of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s magnetic Grid system at a much higher level of frequency and complexity. Out with the old lower and in with the NEW higher and more complex in other words. This we’ve done and lived since day-one of this Ascension Process so nothing new here.

But, since the Sun’s gone quiet this year which allows the GC to pour out the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s energies—codes, blueprints, templates etc.—very directly and with full-force right into each of us on Earth and into Earth too, these magnetic changes in the NEW Grid system are now being felt by more and more much more intensely than ever before. Not just the Forerunners mind you, but everyone at this point. Needless to say, this and all the rest of these evolutionary Ascension Process happenings cause many people to increasingly lose it and become extremely unstable for a while, or permanently.

Every time I get hit hard with either of these current Ascension related energies, I think about how difficult it is for me, my body, my central nervous system, digestive track, my mind heart and so on, and for the most part, I know what’s going on and why! As the old energies and codes of the past Evolutionary Cycle and their matching magnetic Grid and field around Earth reduce to zero and fall away, they’re replaced with NEW higher energies and codes that can sometimes cause some Forerunners to feel depressed, sad, very emotional at times, very much done with it all, extra weak, extra exhausted, extra achy, bigger and heavier, less than before, greater than before and so on. Much of all this has to do with us being in transition from all the old lower energies and embodying more of the NEW higher energies. The Ascension related magnetic changes cause some to feel more emotional, weepy, depressed etc. In many people still carrying the old lower consciousness, beliefs, reality and expectations etc., this puts a great deal of energetic pressure and stress on and in them to evolve, not that they realize that’s what any of this is about! And so, we have more and more of the “normal” masses utterly losing it now and/or going into more fear over more change taking place internally and externally. This will get worse before it gets better Forerunners so stay in your HighHeart and keep doing what you have been for all.

I’ve just completely forgotten what this article was about… Oh yeah, that reminded me about the need to sleep, to get out-of-body during the daytime hours. I think in many cases we’re doing much like what the Sun is by going “quiet”; we’re all needing to be still, quiet, peaceful internally and let the GC energy outpourings do what they are to each of us. That may have sounded like I was joking but I’m not. The Forerunners and Sun have gone quiet for very important evolutionary and embodiment reasons now so just let the changes take place in you, your body, your being, your soul, your Greater Selves and external reality. The one happens so the other can. ❤

At this point, none of this looks like what any of us Forerunners expected and isn’t that a hoot! Just lay back and go to sleep when you have to no matter what time of day or night it is and release, open and embody more and be glad, so very glad of it all.

How Does the NEW Energies From the GC Fit Into Our Crown Chakras?

Sometimes it feels like giving birth and being born at the same time but in a totally NEW way. When the GC energies come in strong and direct like they have all year, my ears start ringing again (Vegas nerve reverberating from contact with and embodiment of higher Light Energies), and I can clairvoyantly See feel a large half-dome shaped energetic area above my physical head (Crown chakra) receiving these tremendous evolutionary energies directly from the GC. They hit this area above my physical head/skull first which cases a reverberation down into my head and skull and then further down into my spine and entire skeletal structure and my HighHeart area. I literally shake, rattle and vibrate incredibly strong internally from receiving and then embodying the NEW energies and codes etc. into me and my physical and energetic bodies. My Lightbody spins faster and faster and seemingly from within me, to the point that I wonder when it’s all going to go totally NEW and different. Maybe I’m looking at this with old lower eyes, time will tell. For now however it’s one wild ride to be sure. Hang in there Forerunners and don’t feel guilty for exiting your physical body during the daytime. There’s a lot going on in us now which only further allows greater and faster evolutionary changes externally. ❤

Ascension Process Info for Newbies & Forerunners

I’m posting this article at both TRANSITIONS and HighHeartLife today Friday, May 13, 2016.

The first half of this article is specifically for people new (“newbies”) to the Ascension Process, plus have no firsthand knowledge about higher levels of reality, consciousness and being. The second half is for the Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers.

FOR THE NEWBIES TO THE ASCENSION PROCESS

‘…I get the inner body vibrations most of the time. It sucks. Sometimes I can’t lay on my back because I can feel the energy going up and out my back. I also get like a static energy in my legs. My head used to really hurt. Like tingling and being pulled apart. My vibrations feel like I have a motor in my body somewhere. It scares me. I’m not sure if this is ascension or if something is just wrong with me. I don’t understand 3d 4d or 5d…’

This is a recent Comment  from another article that pretty much sums up how I suspect a lot of “newbie” people feel and think at this point. They’re new to the natural evolutionary Ascension Process, plus are new to complex subjects such as multidimensionality, realities beyond linear time, Spherical Consciousness, different frequencies of energy, different beings that exist within different frequencies and dimensions, Team Dark, Team Light and much more. There certainly isn’t anything wrong with not having knowledge about these complex things, but when a person is activated by the Ascension Process (current compressed evolution) and searches online for information about what they’re experiencing, they typically run across older articles that were, for the most part, written for other Forerunners/Pathpavers/Wayshowers/First Wavers/Second Wavers and so on. They were not written for the general masses that wouldn’t be starting the Ascension Process for a decade or more in the future, which is the now of 2016.

The Ascension Process itself is confusing, especially so if you don’t have an esoteric, metaphysical background. Many of us that write/teach/lecture etc. about this and related topics do, but for growing numbers of people just beginning this current evolutionary process without any higher knowledge about reality outside the old lower negative controlled consciousness “box”, it could quickly become overwhelming, highly confusing and probably frightening.

As the person that wrote the Comment quoted above said, she doesn’t understand 3D, 4D or 5D. Most people don’t and that’s fine. If needed you will in time, otherwise do not worry about it or worse, don’t guess or speculate over any of it. Live what you are and learn from it as best you can in each moment. Doing so only expands your awareness and abilities which means you’ll automatically know a bit more and more over time about all things from your own Higher Awareness, not from collecting information from outside of yourself. This is so very important and something both newbies and Forerunners must Master individually.

What everyone new to the Ascension Process and related topics needs to know now is that the majority of online articles were originally written for what’s called among the Ascension Communities – the Forerunners of the Forerunners, Forerunners, Wayshowers, Pathpavers, First Wavers, Second Wavers, Third Wavers and Indigos. They were not written at that time for the general masses who wouldn’t begin this natural evolutionary process for a couple of decades or more. They were written at that time for fellow Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/Indigos that needed help in further consciously awakening to why they were reincarnated on Earth now and living the Ascension Process long before everyone else. The “newbies” to the Ascension Process need to keep this fact in mind when they read any of these older articles written by myself or other Ascension Teachers and/or channelers.

Here we are nearly thirty years into this Process at the completion of Galactic Alignment and the masses are being triggered by the NEW higher Light energies entering their bodies, minds, emotions, life, relationships, work and very reality to evolve and quickly now. All aspects of their lives, bodies and reality are suddenly being turned upside down and inside out and they have no knowledge about how to access their own Higher Awareness yet or how to discern mundane or spiritual and energetic information, people, teachers, physical events, nonphysical events, media messages etc. to gain insights or guidance about what’s really happening to them, their bodies, consciousness, lives and reality on Earth at this time.

What I’d like the “newbies” to this Process to know now is that you do not need to know about all the things that were written for Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/First Wavers/First Embodiers etc. one, two or more decades ago. What you need to know is that you are evolving now which means you, your old familiar sense of “self” and “identity”, your ego self, your consciousness, your body, life and both personal and global reality are and will continue changing and rather quickly. Know too that that paragraph reads simply and easily, where living it is a very different story! No fear however because it’s easier and faster to do now than ever before thanks to those Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers that went first to make it easier and safer for everyone else coming up behind them. Stair-steps in all ways with all aspects of this Process.

I read this funny line somewhere thirty-some years ago and it feels right to share here. I’m sorry I don’t remember who authored it because it’s great.

‘Lo tho I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall not tarry and build a summer cottage!’

“Newbies” don’t necessarily need to know what 4D has been all about to the same degree that you know the back of your hand! It’s enough for now to know that 4D—the fourth dimension—is what’s been called the Astral plane and that you’ve been moving through it in this natural evolutionary Ascension Process. You do not need to spend years or decades mopping and polishing the vast labyrinth of floors there, just deal with your stuff, your inner emotional issues you’ve ignored, suppressed, denied and/or projected and keep moving. Don’t tarry and build a summer cottage there in whatever remaining dank Astral rubble of the collective past still exists because it is not your job to do so. YOU and you alone are your job. Please read that last sentence again or as many times as you need to.

You also don’t necessarily need to know all the wonderful details about what 5D—fifth dimension—is and isn’t at this moment either. You’ll soon know for yourself exactly what 5D is and isn’t because you are existing within that dimensional frequency. For now, just know it is “heaven” in comparison to the old lower 3D (third dimension) physical Earth world of profound negativity and dense Duality we incarnated into! There’s a big payoff to all this difficult evolutionary work “newbies” so just keep moving forward and don’t get sidetracked over the complex details that don’t apply to you personally but were written for Forerunners/Pathpavers/Wayshowers/Indigos that needed that info it at that time for their personal reasons.

At this point all the “newbies” to the evolutionary Ascension Process need to do is be flexible and brave; flexible to constant changes, and brave because they’re happening no matter what! Again, that sentence reads easily but actually living it usually is more difficult and confusing but such are the times we live in. And how absolutely amazing and unique is that? Be proud that you’re incarnate now to personally experience such rare and profound change, growing freedom and increasing responsibilities.

Please keep in mind and heart the fact that most all the information about the Ascension Process that was written by myself here at TRANSITIONS, and by many other Ascension Teachers at their online sites, is now ten, twenty or more years old and was, once again, written for other Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/Indigos that very much needed to consciously know and/or remember why they were reincarnate here now and why they and their bodies and consciousness were going through such profound weird changes, painful experiences and repeated attacks. That information still stands today however the newbies won’t need to experience exactly what most Forerunners did because it’s simply not necessary for them to do so. The newbies won’t go through the same symptoms or side effects or for as long or as severely as the Forerunners did. Be very glad of that fact!

All you need to do now is live through what you are while constantly releasing your old lower concepts and beliefs about everything—yourself included—so that you can move through these rapid and amplified changes easier and with less “friction” created from resisting or fighting this Alchemical Process. When you hunt for information online or in books about the Ascension Process and related Kundalini (not the old info about Kundalini from a hundred years or so ago!), keep in mind that the older material was written for the First Groups that Volunteered to go through this first and Pathpave it all so that you and the masses could step on to that NEW higher Path much easier, faster and less painfully. In other words, take from the older information only what you need now and ignore the rest of it that doesn’t apply to you.

Also I need to mention the obvious, which is the growing insanity, negativity and chaos of the old lower patriarchy and their old lower systems and beliefs etc. It unfortunately goes with what’s happening which is their “end times”. Many of these negative lower vibe and consciousness people and beings are still fighting, hustling and trying their best to hang on to as many humans as they can, be they awake or still asleep doesn’t much matter to them at this late date in the Ascension Process. Bottom line with all this is to not be stupid, gullible, naïve, lazy, careless or expecting someone or something else will arrive on a snorting white steed to “save” you at the last moment. Ain’t gonna happen, this time is about YOU/ME/WE doing it, not about someone else or a group of someone’s (like ETs or Angels etc.) coming down to Earth physicality and “rescuing” you or doing all the hard work for you. These beings have always been where they are, working their etheric backsides off helping all of us to do it ourselves now down here.

And finally, know that life as we’ve all known it here is over and a NEW higher way of being and reality is rapidly manifesting in each of us and of course externally too. The prep work is always the longest and hardest while the great stuff happens pretty quickly in comparison. (I’m going to repeat that line for the Forerunners too newbies.)  😀

FOR THE FORERUNNERS OF THE ASCENSION PROCESS

My tone is going to change with you my fellow Forerunners of the Forerunners/Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers because it’s time to quite screwing around getting distracted by all the silly left brained crap from people who don’t have a real clue about what’s going on. Discernment beings of Light! Self-empowerment beings of Light! Said another way, stop trying to read the tattered old tea leaves lying in the dirt of the past and/or ancient past and just get on with the current business at/in your own HighHeart!

My gawd it amazes (and surprises and sometimes frustrates) me how so many of the Forerunners are still, I repeat, still in 2016 looking for answers, information, guidance etc. outside themselves for things they already have/are within them! Now to be honest, on those extra bad days I sometimes do this too because I’ve momentarily forgotten who/what I really AM so I go back to the old lower familiar, which is searching outside myself for whatever.

Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners hear me when I say to you that our old times of transmuting, clearing, cleaning ourselves, others, blood lines, timelines, the human Collective across time, spending years or decades mopping and polishing the vast labyrinth of floors in the lower Astral, all we have since the start of the Ascension Process/Galactic Alignment around 1998-1999, has ended. We did it, all of it, now we need to get with the current program which is VERY different from the Work we’ve done since 1999ish.

Now we Forerunners of the Forerunners need to get proficient at constantly being the Light while in (insert your name – Denise) form on Earth. Not just for ten minutes every other Tuesday, but all the time no matter what insanity, distractions, chaos, negative interference attempts upon us or any other dark crap is taking place. None of that matters as it’s TD’s “end times” and the old patriarchy hanging on for dear life in whatever ways they can get it at this late date in the Process.

We’ve always known the Separation of Worlds & Timelines wouldn’t be all warm and fuzzy. Let the old things go while you/me/we Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners learn to constantly be the Light in the NEW World. That’s one of our jobs at the moment; becoming fully Sovereign and using ourselves as Source incarnate as you/me/we individually on Earth. You have constant access to higher information via your Higher Awareness and other dimensional Selves etc. You are the Light. You are Source incarnate as (insert your name) here on Earth in the physical. What exactly are you searching for externally now and why? You/me/we must learn to always look within first because that’s where everything is and we need to consciously know this and live from this HighHeart place of individual Self-Empowerment and Sovereignty (Embodiment of Higher with Lower). I know this is the complete opposite of the old lower world brainwashing from Team Dark (TD) but I hope you better understand why it’s so important for the Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners to correct this lie and do so from inside ourselves now. We are becoming the living examples of being Self as Source, or Embodied, or Sovereign as they’re all the same thing. This is an aspect of Embodiment. After that we can teach the masses how to do it if they desire or need it.

We’re now having to learn to never look without for things we need but always within for them. That sentence also reads much easier than it is lived and mastered. It’s what’s on our spiritual and physical plates now however; being Self as Source, being Sovereign in all ways, being the Light, being our I AM all the time no matter what or who tries to convince us otherwise.

I’m well aware that the best way for one to learn something and become really good at it is to do it many times, and probably need to do it a few more times! This is how we learn all aspects of something NEW to us and how to fully Embody it within ourselves and use it when we need it, whatever it is. Do this now fellow Forerunners and stop the old lower habit of always looking outside yourself for answers, insights, energies, love/LOVE, Light, power etc. Who ascended anyway and why? 😉 Don’t forget who you really are, who and what you’ve become or are becoming. It’s important and needed that each of us honestly understands this now at this point within the Ascension and Embodiment Process.

Ascension Process Info for Newbies & Forerunners

The first half of this article is specifically for people new (“newbies”) to the Ascension Process, plus have no firsthand knowledge about higher levels of reality, consciousness and being. The second half is for the Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers.

FOR THE NEWBIES TO THE ASCENSION PROCESS

‘…I get the inner body vibrations most of the time. It sucks. Sometimes I can’t lay on my back because I can feel the energy going up and out my back. I also get like a static energy in my legs. My head used to really hurt. Like tingling and being pulled apart. My vibrations feel like I have a motor in my body somewhere. It scares me. I’m not sure if this is ascension or if something is just wrong with me. I don’t understand 3d 4d or 5d…’

This is a recent Comment  from another article that pretty much sums up how I suspect a lot of “newbie” people feel and think at this point. They’re new to the natural evolutionary Ascension Process, plus are new to complex subjects such as multidimensionality, realities beyond linear time, Spherical Consciousness, different frequencies of energy, different beings that exist within different frequencies and dimensions, Team Dark, Team Light and much more. There certainly isn’t anything wrong with not having knowledge about these complex things, but when a person is activated by the Ascension Process (current compressed evolution) and searches online for information about what they’re experiencing, they typically run across older articles that were, for the most part, written for other Forerunners/Pathpavers/Wayshowers/First Wavers/Second Wavers and so on. They were not written for the general masses that wouldn’t be starting the Ascension Process for a decade or more in the future, which is the now of 2016.

The Ascension Process itself is confusing, especially so if you don’t have an esoteric, metaphysical background. Many of us that write/teach/lecture etc. about this and related topics do, but for growing numbers of people just beginning this current evolutionary process without any higher knowledge about reality outside the old lower negative controlled consciousness “box”, it could quickly become overwhelming, highly confusing and probably frightening.

As the person that wrote the Comment quoted above said, she doesn’t understand 3D, 4D or 5D. Most people don’t and that’s fine. If needed you will in time, otherwise do not worry about it or worse, don’t guess or speculate over any of it. Live what you are and learn from it as best you can in each moment. Doing so only expands your awareness and abilities which means you’ll automatically know a bit more and more over time about all things from your own Higher Awareness, not from collecting information from outside of yourself. This is so very important and something both newbies and Forerunners must Master individually.

What everyone new to the Ascension Process and related topics needs to know now is that the majority of online articles were originally written for what’s called among the Ascension Communities – the Forerunners of the Forerunners, Forerunners, Wayshowers, Pathpavers, First Wavers, Second Wavers, Third Wavers and Indigos. They were not written at that time for the general masses who wouldn’t begin this natural evolutionary process for a couple of decades or more. They were written at that time for fellow Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/Indigos that needed help in further consciously awakening to why they were reincarnated on Earth now and living the Ascension Process long before everyone else. The “newbies” to the Ascension Process need to keep this fact in mind when they read any of these older articles written by myself or other Ascension Teachers and/or channelers.

Here we are nearly thirty years into this Process at the completion of Galactic Alignment and the masses are being triggered by the NEW higher Light energies entering their bodies, minds, emotions, life, relationships, work and very reality to evolve and quickly now. All aspects of their lives, bodies and reality are suddenly being turned upside down and inside out and they have no knowledge about how to access their own Higher Awareness yet or how to discern mundane or spiritual and energetic information, people, teachers, physical events, nonphysical events, media messages etc. to gain insights or guidance about what’s really happening to them, their bodies, consciousness, lives and reality on Earth at this time.

What I’d like the “newbies” to this Process to know now is that you do not need to know about all the things that were written for Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/First Wavers/First Embodiers etc. one, two or more decades ago. What you need to know is that you are evolving now which means you, your old familiar sense of “self” and “identity”, your ego self, your consciousness, your body, life and both personal and global reality are and will continue changing and rather quickly. Know too that that paragraph reads simply and easily, where living it is a very different story! No fear however because it’s easier and faster to do now than ever before thanks to those Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers that went first to make it easier and safer for everyone else coming up behind them. Stair-steps in all ways with all aspects of this Process.

I read this funny line somewhere thirty-some years ago and it feels right to share here. I’m sorry I don’t remember who authored it because it’s great.

Ongoing Evolutionary Ascension Changes

I’ve had a rough time again lately which is why I’ve been MIA physically for a bit. March was epic, not that I needed to tell any of you that, but it was difficult for me personally in multiple ways and for multiple reasons. Let me add quickly however that it was and is “perfect” and “normal” for what we’ve gone through and what we continue going through.

Especially For The Elder Forerunners, Starseeds, Wayshowers etc.

This changeover, this shift, this transition, this natural evolutionary ascension out of the old everything into the NEW higher everything in all dimensions, in all our energy bodies, in our physical body and Earthly life too and more simultaneously being done by the Forerunners first has not been easy here in the physical dimension and body. I didn’t need to tell you that either, because if you’re living, embodying, anchoring and being radically altered (evolved, expanded etc.) in every way imaginable by the NEW Light and LOVE energies, then you know firsthand just how wonderful, painful, glorious, difficult and oftentimes confusing this Process is… even after having lived every earlier phase of it for close to two decades or more already.

There’s no shame in occasionally becoming overwhelmed (polite for laid out flat!) by what all has been and still is going on. It just is what it is and going first often has its extra weird and/or difficult moments and phases. Moments that typically last for weeks and months for many. Just in case, I’m going to repeat this; and this is all “perfect” and “normal” for what we’re going through internally/externally in our physical bodies in physicality and our energy bodies in multidimensionality simultaneously. Breath, relax, give yourself a hug, celebrate in your own way over what you’ve done and what you continue doing for self, Self, humanity, Earth and All everywhere. Seriously.

You Need To Know This Now

A couple of weeks or so ago (“time” is such a joke anymore and sometimes very hard to locate oneself within during all these massive changes), I clairvoyantly saw and heard a most interesting event taking place in a higher nonphysical dimension. This event I participated in at that dimensional level included some Angelic-like Lightbeings along with some very advanced Elder ET beings of the Light (Team Light) and some ancient Team Dark (TD) nonhuman beings. These particular ancient TD beings were ones I’ve experienced before and wrote about a wild nonphysical abduction I had at their clawed hands in an article published at TRANSITIONS a few years ago.

Some call these particular TD beings the ancient Annunaki, the ancient giant Nephilim, and many believe them to be God. To me they’re spoiled shits and big monstrous bullies with massive egos and endless delusions of grandeur that have caused so much misery for humanity for far to long. Sounds like the current political arena doesn’t it? As above, so below so keep this one in your HighHeart mind as the political/governmental/cultural global insanity rolls on for a bit longer during its final death throes.

Remember the recent channeled message by Cosmic Awareness talking about how Nibiru had been stopped in its tracks by Team Light (my term)? I knew when I read CA’s message about this event happening in the outer reaches of our Solar system that Team Light had fired a warning shot across the bow of Nibiru recently, clearly letting its inhabitants know that things have changed and that they—the Annunaki & Co.—may not enter any deeper into our Solar system and continue doing harm to humanity, Earth and beyond. Keep this recent event in HighHeart mind as you read on please because they’re all connected and ongoing on many levels with many different Team Dark beings.

Anyway, there we all were in a higher dimension listening to the frantic pleas from these TD beings, begging to be allowed to continue existing as they always have. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing and kept glancing quickly at the Angelic Lightbeings and Elder ET beings standing before them, literally barring their way into the “future”, into any “future” as they have existed. This was another moment in Universal history that I’ve personally worked on and waited for over the eons—as have many of you reading this—and all I, in my Denise aspect, could do was witness and consciously remember this spiritual intervention taking place with multidimensional wide eyes and slack jaw and eventually open grinning. It was the best, and it’s something that’s so important for all of us to know on a conscious level now because so many of us (I’m talking about the Forerunners) are physically exhausted from the embodying phase we’re still in and all the changes that naturally go with it.

Put another way, I was meant to retain conscious awareness of this event not only for myself/self/Self/Higher Self etc., but to share it with you for the same reasons. We all need to know in no uncertain terms that TD is not, will not, have not and won’t ever be allowed to continue as they have always existed, doing what all they have to humanity and Earth and beyond. It’s done, it’s over, all but the crying, pleading, begging and occasional tantrum-throwing that is. Know this fact, remember this fact, don’t forget this fact because there’s still some old residual negativity and plenty of egos with delusions of grandeur still in existence in certain humans on Earth. Many humans need to see this, feel this and finally awaken to and understand what they’ve never been aware of before. Give them the time they need to see the negativity, greed and sheer insanity everywhere on Earth because that’s part of the Ascension Process for them now at that level and phase of the awakening Process.

The change/shift/transition has taken place, it’s just that some of these deluded, egoic, elitist jerks (aka the global patriarchy) will continue for as long as they can. Like I needed to tell you that. Continue doing and being what you/You/YOU (all merging) are while this old negativity on Earth and elsewhere blows itself out and finally disappears completely. Transitions continue.

More Changes Again

Early in 2016, my food menu suddenly changed once again. None of this has ever been a conscious decision on my part to change or improve my diet, but is always triggered (polite for forced) by another major increase in the energies of the Ascension Process. Everyone under this roof, including the cat, experienced this sudden shift in what we’ve all eaten for the past couple of years. Physical exhaustion, physical pains and aches etc. and meal planning and preparation is, at times, just way too much for me. What I’d give for a dedicated someone to shove peeled grapes into my mouth on those really bad Ascension days! 😀

But alas I do not have a personal grape peeler and feeder, which means I have to sometimes actually cook something, which is as you know preceded by having to go to the grocery store to buy the food items. There’s a lot of steps before one gets to the point of ingesting food, and for most of us Forerunners, grocery shopping, meal planning and actual food preparation is oftentimes way at the bottom of our list of things to do. Many days have been just about survival, not playing gourmet chef for ourselves or anyone else.

So, when what I can eat now at this phase of the Ascension Process suddenly changed on me again, and the cat and my mom too, I’ve struggled with trying to keep all of us fed with foods we can actually digest and not feel like we’ve been poisoned! I bring this up again because if I got hit with this food business again this year, I know many of you are too. Eliminate what you can’t eat now and do your best to intuit what you can ingest comfortably now. This too will level out over time just like it has many times over the past twenty-five-plus Ascension years.

More Big DNA Changes Happening Now

One cannot go through this merging, embodying of Higher and Lower aspects/selves/Divinities etc. phase and not have their DNA automatically evolved and expanded to energetically match what’s happening. Because of this, we’re once again feeling multiple affects of all this in our physical bodies. For me it’s been amplified Ascension Flu aches and pains, constant ringing in my ears, sensitive eyes, sensitive emotionally, feeling very isolated and on my own and knowing that for different reasons that was and still is highly important and needed for all at this time. It won’t always be but for now it is.

This last “symptom” of being and feeling very isolated again was something I came to understand at the end of my participation, my witnessing of those TD beings pleading their case before a handful of us Angelics and Elder ET beings in a higher dimension. When that event ended, I instantly became aware of how it’s important for me and many of the other Forerunners of the Forerunners to be seemingly isolated now in our Earthly, physical lives. Here’s what I perceived about this now during this early 2016 time and phase.

While in our other energy bodies during sleep or while awake, we’re increasingly able to consciously Work on the Ascension Process in higher dimensions and retain memory of our multidimensional selves, labors, meetings and projects etc. We’re also increasingly able to now consciously Work on the Ascension Process from both our awake physical bodies AND from our other energy bodies in higher dimensions simultaneously. One flip-side aspect of what I’m talking about with this is the growing ability more of us now have of being fully awake but still “dreaming” and functioning in another energy body in one or more higher dimensions while we’re wide awake here in Earthly physicality. Understand that I’m in no way talking about daydreaming here, but actual dreaming such as when one is deeply asleep and out-of-body physically. As fancy as this may sound at first, it’s really nothing more than you and I becoming increasingly consciously aware of the fact that we are existing within multiple dimensions simultaneously and are using matching frequency bodies in each of them. This further developing Ascension Process symptom/side effect is nothing more than us becoming consciously aware of and able to carry on in growing numbers of dimensions and not drop the ball, get lost, or become unbalanced etc. while doing so.

This coupled with time being a bad joke from the past occasionally makes for some moments of stunning but “newbie” I AM awareness outside of linear time. I’ve gotten, momentarily thank gawd, Lost In Space while out in public shopping somewhere. Not cool, not yet that is. For moments, at least they feel to me like moments, I am the I AM aspect and I AM everywhere in timeless being-ness, which is great unless some cashier is staring directly at you waiting for you to pay for whatever you bought. Then it’s kinda like glow your Light really brightly and get yourself back home where you can become better acquainted with multidimensional being-ness and reality in private!

Because this is what we’re doing now and because we’re not yet, I repeat, not YET slick Masters with functioning in multiple dimensions consciously in physicality simultaneously, I’m discovering that during these maiden voyages of ours into increasing Multi-D being-ness and Work, it’s best we get the hang of this in the privacy of our own homes and/or bedrooms etc. It’s easier and safer for us this way and it’s safer for the unaware humans in the world out there too. We radiate tremendous amounts of Light anyway, but now we’re starting to do so from multiple dimensions at the same time and we’re doing this increasingly from our physical bodies and selves and that instantly impacts and alters physical reality and all of humanity living in it now too. This is who we are and what we do as Forerunners and we’re doing it from these Earthly physical human bodies, personalities and selves. Sometimes we do it really well; other times we look like Superman in his early period learning how to fly and not crash into mountains! 😆 What perfectly strange and wonderful times we live in now.

17 Years Ago In a Galaxy Far, Far Away…

February 1, 2016 is my seventeen year anniversary of the start of my physical, biological Ascension Process. Seventeen years sound like nothing, especially when having lived it has felt like twenty lifetimes, nineteen and a half of them in sheer hell. Seventeen years ago I and my body(s) began this Ascension Process in the physical, seventeen long, painful, dark years ago. (I’d been working on the emotional and energetic aspects for eight very intense years before this.)  It’s too weird to focus on for long, it’s becoming increasingly dreamlike and otherworldly instead of the constant living intimate hell it has been.

Soon many of us Forerunners won’t remember the worst of what we’ve endured living, anchoring, embodying, fighting our ways through the early decades of this Ascension Process. We have memory loss of all the pain, attacks, negativity, darkness, isolation and struggle if we wish it — it’s an option for those who want to not carry the memory of it. For now however, I wish to not forget what it took to help end the reign of darkness and horror. Maybe later I’ll change my mind about this, but for now I’m proud to have been a lifelong Elder Forerunner in this incarnation, even if it nearly did me in more times than once.

No matter how many years or decades or incarnations you’ve spent working on and towards what has happened, what continues to happen now in these lives, know that you and your efforts have made a huge difference for All everywhere. I want to personally thank you for your Service, your dedication, your LOVE and your Light. ❤

The Weird Merging Process Continues

This is another of those articles that’s written for a small handful of the Forerunners of the Forerunners and because of this may not be relatable to some reading it, but that’s perfectly okay and normal. At times it barely makes sense to me and I’m living it! Things don’t need to be intellectually known in those old lower left brained, egoic ways anymore. Now it’s the HighHeart that does the “thinking” and as we’re discovering, it does so in very different ways than humanity is used to. Everyone will make this transition, this natural evolutionary change and faster than most would ever believe.

I don’t really know how to describe what I have been and continue going through, but I’ll do my current best. So much of this phase of the Ascension Process—specifically 2014–2015—is almost beyond words, more accurately, linear words don’t come close to doing it justice! If you’re living it, you know what I’m struggling to express in this linear, slow motion way of physical writing. Just doing that diminishes the very things I’m trying to write about. Come on 5D global telepathy! 😉

To help with this, remember back to the start of the Ascension Process when the Forerunners of the Forerunners (First Wavers, Wayshowers, Pathpavers etc.) were the ones needed to first transmute old 3D density and duality stuff both personal and collective across linear time on Earth while simultaneously embodying repeated layers of incoming NEW higher Light frequencies and blueprints into their energy and physical bodies, brains, central nervous systems, chakras and very being. This was comparable to getting multiple massive boulders slowly moving as we pushed them uphill for a couple of decades! There was pain, lots n’ lots of pain, crying, sickness, misery and disconnect from everything and almost everyone, all while coming under repeated attacks from Team Dark, plus much more that I don’t need to go over again now.

As is the case again at this level of the Ascension Process, there were a handful of Forerunners of the Forerunners needed to do this NEW thing first for All and that’s what we’ve done throughout 2014 and 2015; more Pathpaving but at a much higher level than ever before. That first phase was necessary so that the old trash and stuff from the Expired Evolutionary Cycle was neutralized and removed so the NEW could come in and replace it all. That’s basically what some of us have done very intensely since the start of 2014; embodying and anchoring (aka Pathpaving and increasingly Wayshowing) an entirely NEW and vastly higher level of Light energies and reality for a very NEW and different Evolutionary Cycle. So different in fact it’s hard to even verbalize oftentimes.

I shared a bit in another article about how I’d recently had a much-needed and long-awaited embodiment of the Divine Masculine into this Denise self and physical form. My personal back story with this particular Duality issue goes back to two ancient past lives I had in Egypt; first one male around 12,600 B.C. with some Starbeings present on Earth at that time, and second past life was female about two and half or three thousand years later and well after the Starbeings had gone. This was the start of the Ascension Process currently playing out in our lives and bodies in our time here now.

In a nutshell, the male past life aspect ascended in that life and time, and the female past life self born about three thousand years later had conscious memory of that male past life (just as I’ve had of both of them, plus some others too during this life) and because she remembered what he had done in his time, she did the same in her life three thousand years later. Problem with that however was that she jumped the gun so to speak and attempted to embody both Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine into her female physical body, assuming that because the male past life self had succeeded doing so, that she would too and could help complete the overall merge Process in both a male and a female body. This Ascension stuff takes time… lots of time in some cases to get done safely and at the most beneficial for All moment.

Because this past life aspect of my Greater Self remembered one of her past life male aspects that was able to embody both and not fry his body and mind, she believed that the reason she remembered him and his ascension during his lifetime was so she would do the same during her lifetime. She was wrong however and tried to do this too soon and she did fry her body to the point that she eventually died because of it.

For me as Denise in this time living the Ascension Process bringing up the rear while simultaneously helping create and anchor a higher space for the NEW to manifest in, I’ve known for a long time that I would balance and integrate this particular ancient situation with Duality in physicality and merge the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine within my physical incarnate body and self finally and not fry, which would automatically and naturally propel me into another NEW higher state of being while still in this Denise form. The creative Stair-steps never end and isn’t that just the greatest thing.

I shared that personal tidbit now only because I know many of you reading this have had these weird twists and turns and seeming “failures” (they’re not of course) with Duality in physical bodies in both sexes over the Ages. Like I’ve said before, we’ve Yined the Yang and Yanged the Yin multiple times in multiple lives so we’d be intimately familiar with Energy dualized in 3D physicality as it has been in the past Evolutionary Cycle. We also did this so when it was time—as it is now via the Ascension Process—we could more easily and quickly embody them both making what had been manifested as two in the past cycle embodied now safely as One within each one (each individual). But, because this Process doesn’t retire once this level has been reached, something NEW is always birthed out of all that long work and time spent in time and that is what some of us have been doing since 2014, even though it has not felt like that much of the time! Again, the intellect cannot contain let alone imagine the vastness and creativity of what’s really going on now. The HighHeart does much better with this and it “knows” by feeling, by sensing, by knowing without going through the mind at all.

Another way I’ve been, we’ve been able to merge the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine within our physical selves and bodies, along with increasingly merging our Higher Selves with Lower Selves is working my physical self like crazy this whole time. Seems strange doesn’t it, or at least it did to me for a while. I finally realized that all the intense physical work I’ve done since the start of 2014, and even more so in 2015 since I bought the “new” old (filthy!!!) house, has helped me tremendously in maintaining balance here in physicality and ground, anchor, live, seed and manifest what all has been and continues unfolding in me at higher dimensional levels. We are multidimensional Beings and we’re all becoming much more consciously aware of this fact. Stop undervaluing this physical version of YOU down here in physicality. This aspect of you down here is so awesome, so potent and strong that it would scare you if you honestly knew how much so. In time you will, we all will, but for now it’s step by step awakening to our Divinity manifesting greater and greater parts of ITSELF within the NEW physicality and NEW You.

Last week I woke up in the middle of the night with the warm, clear and sparkling memory of having just had a truly wonderful conversation with a higher aspect of the multidimensional ME. It was like best friends getting together to share and talk about recent events and complement each other for the fine work both/all have done and continue doing. In some ways I knew it was a pep talk for me, Denise, down here working so hard and long on the physical level for All, and I was profoundly grateful for it because I needed it very much. Don’t forget that most of the time our so-called “Guides”, “Angels”, Starbeings/ETs etc. are simply other aspects of ourselves. Yeah, soak that one in and then rearrange your inner furniture to accommodate this fact.

It’s time for each of us to, consciously, step into our Greatness, our Divinity etc. and not be afraid of being that large and that bright out in the physical world. We won’t be murdered, burned at the stake, sent to an mental hospital, locked away or any other such horrific thing. Those people no longer run the planet, we of the Light do, so make whatever adjustments within yourself that you/me/we may need at this point to fully step out into the NEW Light as our latest NEW Selves.

Another aspect of this that I’ve also been having a strange time with on occasion is when I have to go out into the world to shop and that usually means talking with other people not aware of what’s going on. Some days I do this and my Light activates other people and they don’t even know anything happened. Other days I can barely string words together well enough to have people NOT think I’m stoned or worse! I just do my best in both cases, but sometimes it’s rather difficult going out into the world to shop for something (once again it’s been weekly trips to Home Depot and/or Lowe’s for something for the “new” old getting less and less filthy house) while piped music is blaring overhead, distracting me when I’m already not well locked into that level anyway.

The other day I took my car to the car wash and afterwards had it hand waxed. Translated that meant I had to sit for an hour and a half out in public and wait for my car to be done. Almost any time I’m forced to sit in one place out in public for over an hour, means I’m gonna leave my body and go someplace else that’s a lot more comfortable to me. This time I had a difficult and clumsy time readjusting once I was back in my physical body because the guy that waxed my car found me and forced me to walk back to my car with him. I was not all back in body yet and struggled to not look, act or sound like I was drunk, stoned out of my mind or just plane crazy. I did a lousy job of this unfortunately and forgot to tip the guy who’d waxed my car. I felt rotten about this for days and will eventually find him again, tip him and apologize for being such a “space cadet”. 🙄 If people only knew what all we go through under the most crazy of conditions.

The flip side of this is how easy and fast it is now to Consciously Create and physically manifest what we need. I often feel like a “newbie” god experimenting with my newly discovered abilities, tools and other creative toys. I also often feel like a “nerdy” god and can sometimes feel and hear higher dimensional Others enjoying my newly divine awkwardness down here in physicality. At least I’m making someone somewhere smile over all this!

For now, the easiest way for me to express some of the complexity of what I’ve gone through personally has been sharing the best and the worst, the highs and the lows, while knowing that as I acclimate better to every change so too will my ability to express it in linear words.
