“I would love to get your opinion on this Transition…. I have followed you and Sandra Walter and Lisa Renee since my awakening in 2012.

I am very aware of the recurring encouragements to be in our mastery, to look within for answers, to trust our instincts, etc. and I GET IT! I’m not a victim, I’m awake but what I cannot yet wrap my head around is this:

I’ve read from multiple sources we’ve accomplished this evolution faster than any other attempt (i.e. One generation). I have certainly felt the commensurate amount of negativity to process. However, how on earth does a corresponding change happen in the physical? Especially since the planet is like a physical body full of the remnants of cancerous growth (TD) in the form of every social structure that exists, and the majority completely unaware?

Btw, lately I have identified more and more with your account of the demonic dudes at the gas station. I.e. When I have to venture out there it feels even more bizarre than ever.

Thanks for your November 2017 question Heather and thank you for allowing me to share it in an article in hopes of helping more people who wonder how this is can happen in the physical. ❤

I’m using my favorite drawing again here to help express this massive concept of evolving from a lower frequency level, world and dimension (3D in this case) up enough to enter a higher dimension (5D in this case) and frequency and all else that goes with such a dramatic evolutionary leap as what’s already happened. The angel hauling Earth up the Stair-steps in my drawing represents all the Forerunners/Starseeds/Wayshowers/Pathpavers that volunteered to incarnate into 3D physicality during the end of the old Evolutionary Cycles and assist All by Embodying and anchoring the NEW higher codes and Light energies of the NEW higher Evolutionary Cycle.

I’ve often said that Divine Source has thrown out NEW “balls” and because of this there needed to be plenty of gifted “catchers” strategically positioned across the “outfield” (the entire physical Earth) to catch (Embody and anchor) all those balls (the NEW Source-created evolutionary codes, Light, LOVE) that were mandatory for the NEW Evolutionary Cycle. The higher dimensional Earth Angels, Starseeds, Forerunners, Wayshowers etc. are the Volunteers who incarnated on old 3D Earth to do exactly that; “catch” NEW Source created “balls” soon to be thrown out and help energetically ascend Earth, therefore giving humanity and future humans a NEW higher frequency Earth world in a higher dimension to step into. This we’ve done and more, so much more.

I’ve also used the term Expired over the years to try to help people understand that the old Evolutionary Cycle was, as they all are, designed with natural and automatic Expiration Dates built in. December 21, 2012 was the Expiration Date of the past Evolutionary Cycle. Each grade in school only lasts for so long and then it expires and the children “graduate” to the next higher grade in school and continue on from there for another period of time. These grand Universal Evolutionary Cycles are the same; they each have their intended codes or “curriculum’s” but they also have Source created builtin Expiration Dates because nothing remains the same forever.

These are some of the ways to who, how and why the old negative infested 3D patriarchal Earth world reaches its Expiration Date (12-21-2012), but life continues on through some rough transitional periods for the masses, but continues on as it unknowingly transitions through a grand multidimensional evolutionary Ascension Process, astrological Age change, and entire dimensional shift from 3D Duality up to 5D Unity and isn’t even consciously aware that all this is really what’s been unfolding around them for decades!

Remember that great line in the 1989 movie Field of Dreams — “If you build it they will come”? The Forerunners/Starseeds/Earth Angles/Wayshowers have “caught the balls” and “built it” and in 2017 more humans have woken up and decided they’re no longer content with being used and abused by the horrible global élite humans. They may eventually come to learn about the nonphysical nonhuman “élite” negative aliens and other beings that have controlled the élite humans on Earth, but for now it’s enough that they’re drawn to the higher energies of the NEW ascended Earth worlds. We Forerunners have “built it” and humanity is steadily making their ways to the NEW higher frequency, higher dimensional ascended Earth world. We’ve built it and they are and will continue to come to it. Next we’ll Wayshow for them more of the NEW higher ways of life, reality, consciousness, being, Consciously Creating on the NEW Earth and so much more.

Once the Expiration Date is reached all the old codes, blueprints and energetic support for that entire Evolutionary Cycle and all the worlds, systems, structures and timelines in it/them literally runs out of energetic fuel and dead-ends. It reaches its “End Times” and goes extinct in all timelines and disappears.

While that phase was taking place, Volunteers had intentionally incarnated decades before to “catch”—Embody—the NEW higher codes, NEW higher blueprints, NEW higher energetic supports for the NEW ascended Earth worlds and timeline from within the physical system itself when it was time for that phase to begin. The Forerunners deliberately infiltrated the old lower 3D Earth world of Duality density in disguise as humans to do both our personal and group Ascension Work from within that density and negativity and help break it down and intentionally dead-end many negative Team Dark timeline offshoots during its “End Times” via Embodying and anchoring into Earth the NEW higher Light codes and frequencies. By our doing this from within the old lower frequency physical Earth world, we Forerunners/Starseeds/Pathpavers literally Worked the Light as Multidimensional Beings from within the third dimension (3D) to help energetically ascend it up to the fifth dimension (5D) and frequency and from outside of it in higher dimensions also.

“If you build it they will come.” Well, we did build it, and they, most of humanity is indeed coming to exist in the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s great creative game on the NEW ascended Earth. The old lower negative Earth world that Expired fully on December 21, 22, and 23, 2012—five years ago this month—is no longer energetically supported and is for a very short time nothing more than a Walking Dead Zombie-esk world with matching inhabitants. All that’s left of the old are the people who are still unaware and/or polarized towards the Descending Earth world. There is no more influence of the old lower negative over the NEW higher Earth world in any way or ways. The Separation of Worlds & Timelines has happened, and if you’re reading this, then you are within frequency range of either the primary or secondary (more inhabitants to date) ascending Earth worlds.

Even some of the Forerunners/Starseeds/Wayshowers etc. occasionally get confused about their own multidimensional natures, Selves and simultaneous Ascension Process Works on multiple dimensions and timelines. It helps Forerunners to consciously remember that you did indeed raise your hand and Volunteer to come down into 3D physicality and incarnate as a human to Work the Ascension Process from within the global negativity of the old lower world. Working the “outfield”, catching NEW balls and building the NEW ascended Earth world so “they will come”. If you can remember that, then it’s easier to comprehend just how much ascension progress has actually happened already and how much more is coming for greater numbers of humanity throughout 2018.

As usual there’s much more to say about all of this but I’ll leave further questions and explanations to the Comments section about Heather’s question and my answer to it. Well built and done Forerunners, now put your NEW Crown on and prepare for the next level of your Embodiment Process and the Ascension Processes of more of humanity throughout 2018. It’s going to be an amazing year, even more so than 2017 was! ❤

This Is So Personal & Profound

I have about ten articles in my draft section waiting for me to finish and publish them. I re-read through what I’ve written in each of them so far, and at the moment, they don’t feel appropriate. Would those drafts help certain people? Yes. Would they be boring and/or old news to certain other people? Yes, and this is what it’s like trying to write to a wide range of AP readers, each at a slightly different level of development and personal AP and/or EP focus and processing. In moments like this I go into my HighHeart and perceive what it is that needs to be expressed in this moment that would help the most in this moment. That’s where this article is coming from, and it’s specifically for those few currently Embodying the latest n’ greatest and dealing with the indescribable changes and side effects doing so naturally produces.

There are periods where it’s nearly impossible to write or talk or move about or interact with another human being because one is deeply within a NEW higher, more vast level of Embodiment, meaning not only are you dramatically evolving and changing in NEW to you ways, but you know there’s more coming in this unending supply of greater, higher, more vast and amazing Embodiment processes.

Embodying more Divine Mommy/Mother/Feminine energy typically makes me feel so profoundly huge, vast and powerful that just BEING that energy within myself and physical body is almost too much… in the very best of ways I mean. Divine Mommy energy is the background energy to everything everywhere. Embodying a smidgen more of IT feels like the most important “blank canvas” that’s ever been. You know, you See, you Feel, you Allow Creativity to happen on the canvas that is YOU.

Embodying more Divine Daddy/Father/Masculine energy typically makes me feel like I’m going to burst if I cannot creatively improve everything, immediately! The warm sensual desire to eternally creatively expand and improve is as beautifully and devastatingly overwhelming as Embodying more Divine Mommy/Mother/Feminine energy is.

When you’ve Embodied just enough of them both within yourself and your physical body, an automatic birthing process begins where you go through the rigors of birthing a Divine Child, which in this Ascension and Embodiment Process case is the greater, multidimensional, quantum, crystalline, Christ frequency, greater Unified ascended YOU. You give birth to Divine YOU.

“We are all One” takes on a very different meaning to people living this phase of the EP. All original Divine aspects of each of us that were originally and intentionally separated out directly from Divine Source to go out and create within Divine Mommy and Divine Daddy energies for and as aspects of Divine Source, start the turnaround process of reunifying with all the other aspects of our Selves spread out across the multiverses. What was intentionally separated for multiple reasons continues the process of reunification with its many different Selves and aspects, which produces a NEW Divine Child.

And occasionally amidst all this amazing Embodiment Process business one becomes intimately aware of the fact that Divine Source wants nothing more than to eventually have as many as possible NEW Divine Sources created out of these natural evolutionary processes. This would be that moment where one drops the mic and walks off stage for full impact on the viewing audience. Back to the Embodiment Process and those doing/living/being it now however.

It’s so hard to describe, explain or outline the Embodiment Process that Forerunners/Wayshowers/Embodiers/Pathpavers are going through. It’s so profound and so personal to and for each of us, plus the very act of doing it instantly changes every one of us even further into a totally NEW higher level of being, consciousness and realities. How does one put words to all that? I don’t know. I’ve tried and it pales under the brilliant Light, creative LOVE and eternal drive of natural evolution but there it is. We live, we die, we are, we are again in different packages and locations and levels, we come, we go, we stay, we do it all simultaneously, and we eternally desire to create anew for the benefit of All everywhere. So it is. Keep up The Great Work as it’s about to “get real” in NEW ways for All. ❤

Some August Review & Correct Experiences

It was a month ago, August 3, 2017, that my compressed and greatly amplified Review & Correct phase lets call it, began for me in the craziest, most in-my-face extreme sort of ways. I don’t need to tell anyone how potent July was, and then how August took it to another level altogether! We knew it was going to be an extra action-packed August this year but we didn’t know exactly how it all would play out in our internal bodies, hearts, consciousness and our external physical lives and realities. I’m going to share some highlights from what I experienced on August 3, 2017, because it was so obvious that I/we had entered and begun what August held for humanity.

August 3rd I had to do some shopping and other errands and because I knew I might not be able to or want to try to do them deeper into August, I decided I’d better rush out early in the month and just get them done. That morning my first stop was at the gas station to fill my car up. As I pulled into the pump area I spotted one man in his fifties sitting there off on the eastern side of the property. He was homeless or certainly looked and felt like it. Next I noticed a group of four young males in their late teens or early twenties clustered in a corner of the gas station property at the west side. Some of them were literally smashed up against one wall there which felt suspicious to me but didn’t understand why until I got into the gas station store and saw the security cameras behind the cashier. Two of the guys were trying to stay off camera by clinging to the outside wall while two of them were squatted down openly preparing drug pipes (not pot), and one was, like the man in his fifties at the other side of the gas station, watching for people buying gasoline that they could potentially panhandle from as we walked from the gas pumps to the store where we paid for our gasoline. It was a good setup for this motley crew but because I was the only one at the gas station when I pulled in, I was ultra aware of what was going on and what was coming. Or so I thought.

As I walked towards the store to pay for my gas, the young pack leader was physically closest to me and said something I didn’t completely hear only because it wasn’t until I’d gotten close enough to him that I could clearly see him… and seeing him made my brain shoot out my nostrils! Not really but my mind did yell loudly at me, “OMG, WTF is it?!” My next thought upon seeing him up close was, “Oh this cannot be real. This guy is way too much. Am I on camera and all this is some crazy joke at my expense?” I quickly realized however that this wasn’t a joke or a hidden camera setup but was a face-to-face conversation and energy exchange between the Descending Dark world and me of the Ascending Light just trying to pay for my gas.

I didn’t hear every word this young male said to me but I knew he was panhandling and doing his best to hustle me out of however much money he could. I knew that’s what he was doing but I also knew that he was playing games too which Team Dark enjoys doing to some humans sometimes. Certainly on occasion with some of us that are overflowing with Light. I looked him in his black soulless eyes and said directly to him with a deliberate energetic connection to let him/them know that I wasn’t playing the game, nor was I going to give him or any of them any money. End of our conversation and up close and face to face interactions.

However, in those seconds when I got close enough to clearly see this young male, what I saw was so outrageous, so over-the-top bizarre, so classic Team Dark-esk that it was something that I’ll not soon forget. Let me attempt to describe what this young male looked like.

For starters he was abnormally short for a male, I’d guess around four-foot or so. He was not a dwarf, not a Little Person, just unusually short. I’m 5’2″ and was a head and shoulders taller than him so just this feature of his got attention from everyone. That however was nothing in comparison to the external package that was him through and through! Try to visualize this: A young male human probably in his early twenties that’s only four-foot tall or so, has tattoos on his face and under both eyes that were triangles pointing down, black “biker” type clothes on, was a drug addict, and was fully conscious of how his appearance affected people and used it for all it was worth. And lastly and most importantly, he was no longer a human; he was merged with a demonic being that he had knowingly and willingly given over his physical body, consciousness and physical life to. It was not some short young human male drug addict I was talking and interacting with but a demonic entity that had taken up residence inside this young human male. He was not possessed by it, he was merged with it and it with him in his physical body.

Big difference here and this is something I’ve not written about in the past only because I don’t want to focus on this Descending feature that many humans have and/or soon will be experiencing through their physical bodies. Just as we of the Light are Ascending and merging with our Higher Self/Selves/Soul/Source in our physical human bodies, so too are many people that are Descending, except they are merging with negative non-human beings, aliens and entities in their physical bodies. The flip side duality of the Ascension Process is the Descension or Descending Process, and many of those humans are merged or merging with like-frequency Team Dark beings, aliens, entities, devils, demons etc. I don’t want to talk about this aspect of this much because it’s too unpleasant and heartbreaking every time I’ve clairvoyantly Seen them when looking into the Descending Earth world and timeline. The whole “trans-humanism” business isn’t only about humans merging with machines, but also with nonphysical, nonhuman aliens, demons, devils, entities etc. Certain Team Dark beings “Walking-In” to certain living physical humans that exist in the Descending Earth world. You know how Team Dark inverts all Divine organic things? This is more of that (for a very short period however) because it’s how they’re using and distorting the Ascension Process and inverting it to Walk-In to living physical bodies and life on Descending Earth. This has been a plan of theirs for a very, very long time and is happening now and is more visible due to the Separation of Worlds.

I’m just trying to pay for my gas but no, this human demonic hybrid combo-pack is trying to get me to give him/it/them some money. This one human demonic hybrid was the only one in this group so he was Lord of the Flies of his little band of drug addicted, homeless, panhandling Descending humans and thoroughly enjoyed the shock value his unusual physical appearance and energy had on regular folk. That plus his demonic Walk-In used it, worked it, pushed it out at other humans for the shock, fear and confusion the entire human demonic hybrid package created in other people seeing and feeling him/it/it/ him. There are of course also negative alien Walk-Ins like this too walking around in physical, living human bodies experiencing and feeling physical earthly sensations for the first time. I don’t want to live in a horror movie anymore so I don’t write about these things much anymore. You get what you focus on and I’m all done with the old lower negative stuff and I won’t have anything to do with the worsening Descending Earth world with its newly merged, newly unified, newly integrated inhabitants Walking-In now just as easy as pie.

Ascending, Descending. Walk-Ins of Light, Walk-Ins of Dark. Human alien, human demonic merging taking place physically now because nonphysical, nonhuman Team Dark has wanted into the physical dimension and physical bodies for a very long time. This is one big way this has been and is happening now physically, on the physical Descending Earth world.

I go into the store, pay for my gas and tell the cashier that there’s a group of males outside on the property panhandling. She turns swiftly without even looking and hits an outdoor alarm that rings for thirty seconds or so and we both watch the Lord of the Flies & Co. do absolutely nothing in response to it. Now I’ve got to walk back to my car with all of us knowing I was the one that snitched on them. Because I didn’t know how big this test, this insight, this education might go for me, I got large and tall and extra bright and was ready for anything. As I walked back to my car the short Lord of the Flies demonic human merge comb pack guy does his best to rile up his crew over my having told the cashier that they were panhandling. Problem was that the rest of his gang were more interested in smoking their pipes and the older guy on the other side of the property was too lazy to do much of anything. I made direct Light to Dark eye contact with the hybrid guy as I walked back to my car. The feeling I had was of a pack of feral dogs who’d tried to take over the gas station property. It wasn’t working but they weren’t going to leave either. I did and was I glad to get out of that nightmare!

The other thing that happened while I was walking back to my car was that another two cars had arrived and those people were waking towards the store to pay for their gas. While all this was going on I intentionally watched the other people as the Lord of the Flies hybrid guy did his panhandling thing with each of them. For me, this was very important because I’m used to Seeing the Unseen, the negative, the unbelievable, but regular people are not and I wanted and needed to see their reactions to this used to be a human creature working them for money.

One man in his early thirties with his wife and young kids heard this merged hybrid trying to hustle money from him as he neared the store and his reaction was really important to me. He too could not believe what he was seeing. At first he laughed uncomfortably at what he was seeing but that quickly changed into confusion and then mild fear as he grappled with what he was seeing and talking with. The same thing happened with another older male that walked past this hybrid human; shock, confusion, repulsion, disbelief and then slow rising fear because IT didn’t make any sense to them. IT shouldn’t have been. IT shouldn’t exist but IT did, does, right out in the open daylight and these regular humans did their best to rationalize what they saw and felt and had to deal with IT not fitting into any of their old reality boxes. Welcome to the Ascending / Descending Process one and all.

After this lovely gas station experience I headed to super Walmart where, once I’d gotten inside of that store, discovered that they were just getting started with a whole store remodel. Said another way — shit was all over the damned place and no one could find what they went to Walmart to buy so everyone, myself included, was varying degrees of pissy and frustrated by it all. Oooo, here comes Phase Two! You ready Denise? Sadly I was not and I should have known better, especially after what I’d experienced at the gas station only minutes before.

I’m walking quickly through Walmart trying to find things because they’ve all been moved yet again and I’m not happy about this and the fact that it’s going to take months most likely before this store remodel is completed and I get to memorize where everything is again. There were many other shoppers that felt as I did and many who could care less. Those are the people who don’t live with constant physical pain most likely. Anyway, I’m doing my best to find the things I went to Walmart to buy when I and a twenty-something young woman came close to a shopping cart collision. We didn’t crash into each other, just came close because we both were walking fast and with purpose. She was coming in from one direction and I was coming in from another and at the corner of the shopping isles we came close to bumping shopping carts. I just smiled slightly and moved on quickly. She however had a delayed reaction to our near collision and said loudly to me that, and I quote, “You’re at fault too!” I could care less one way or the other but obviously she felt the need to blame me too for our near hit with each other’s shopping carts. In that moment I knew what and why she said what she did; I clairvoyantly Saw her Daddy doing and saying certain things to her decades ago when she was a child and they were pouring out of her at me in that moment; her many unresolved inner emotional wounds and distortions.

Do your Inner Work people if you want the pressures, pains and frustrations to go away. My Inner Work with her was to See, Know, Feel, Understand and not be reactionary in those old lower egoic ways that I’ve Worked very long and hard to resolve and evolve beyond. I had a momentary twinge of wanting to look her in the eyes like I did with human demonic hybrid man-child at the gas station, and lay it all out for her and let her know that she didn’t and I didn’t do anything wrong that we were at “fault” over. But at this point I decided it was time for me to be focused on me because something was going on and doing a great job lining up people triggers, experiences and responses for me. This “test” is for you Denise, pay attention to whatever it is that’s wanting you to be much more consciously aware of right now.

I finished up at Walmart and got out to my car in the daily 100-102° heat and loaded it up with my difficultly located booty. While backing out of the parking space “test” number three arrived in the very familiar form of a male, usually an older male (heavy patriarchal consciousness of old), feeling the need to direct me and my driving by him waving his arm and hand frantically at me to “go on”. Now, in all honesty, this one gets me almost every time some old guy waves me on at a stop sign or anywhere like I’m a brain-damaged female idiot. I’ve driven for over five decades now so I know what to do and not do old dudes so fu** off with your need to stand there like a patriarchal jerk directing traffic at me or any other female driver for that matter.

This is me being honest. This is NOT me being unaware, but honest. I’m saying this because the negative ego people believe honesty in others is weakness, and they always attack me, you, anyone when we are honest.

Now, I could have dealt with this “test”, this how ya doing with this one? issue differently but I consciously chose to respond the way I did. Plus Review “test” #1 and #2 had me getting all done with this crap fast. Here’s what I did at this man who was probably about my age. I rolled my passenger side window down because that’s the side he was on and I thanked him for directing me out the parking space because “I JUST COULDN’T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT HIM!” Yes, I yelled those words at him and then drove off and did my best to get back up to the Happy Place one…more…time.

I had one last stop to make and at this point I was super aware that I was under the Divine Gun so to speak and that a lot was being shown to me about me and about other people and the different levels of awareness, development, focus, ability and energetic Stair-steps each of us were on that day. All I could think of at this point was that it was August 3rd and I’m getting hit repeatedly only minutes apart with one trigger experience, insight, self and collective realization after another and by gawd I’d better get this and do what’s necessary for myself and everyone else at this moment. This was my Review & Correct phase within all that August 2017 would bring and I was going to do my best and highest, even the yelling parts believe it or not. Discernment every second.

I had one more attempted trigger event driving home that day and it was another older male waving me on at a four-way stop. I appreciate it when someone does this because they’re being honest and helpful, not because they disrespect females. This time I ignored the man and drove on home unaffected. Haul in the groceries and other supplies into the house, rip the bra off, check on mom, fall into recliner chair and pass out to recuperate from the morning’s wild events and do more Embodying. All I could think of at that point was how the rest of August 2017 was going to be incomprehensible and would change all of us. End of August 3rd Review & Correct work.

A couple of days after 8-8 I had another really rough one of these types of “tests”. This one was the worse of the entire month and yet it did for me exactly what it needed to do; light a fire under my ass to end this crap from ever happening in my life again. It was so horrible and frustrating that it brought me to tears with this silly woman who keep ‘mind sliding’ on me. If what she was doing didn’t affect me in any way, this wouldn’t have mattered to me but she did financially which is why it was happening and why I got so frustrated with her inability to be honest and stay on track in our conversation. Inept people with the ability to influence my life, my income, my future etc. has bothered me my entire life but it happening in August 2017, a week before the Eclipse, was the last straw. If we don’t Consciously Create for ourselves now, some little lower frequency, lower consciousness human ego idiot will so the push was/is on for each of us to step up, take greater conscious responsibility for ourselves and our futures, do the Work and create what we want now. This horrid, corrupt, mentally unstable woman who had momentary power over my income brought this message home to me like nothing else could have. I am grateful for the misery she brought me which forced me to get much more serious about certain things in my life. Big gifts often come in shitty little hurtful packages. Who cares right? Just recognize the Review & Correct happening and change you and it.

To complete this extraordinary month, I had to take mom to her doctor on August 31st, but he had changed offices in July and couldn’t tell any of his patients where he was going while under contract with the old doctor’s office. This too was more work than it should have been but I finally located him before her prescriptions ran out. Going to a new office means you’re going to be there for a lot longer than usual so I wasn’t looking forward to this trip in 110° heat that day. But, we got it done despite having to spend two hours with a nurse who also kept mind sliding on me when I’d give her some information about my mom. Frustrating is an understatement with people who do this. And she messed up some other things with the prescriptions but I’ll get that sorted out too as I always do.

Once we were done and leaving, her doctor was standing in the hallway talking with another nurse. He’s very young, looks like he’s maybe thirty. I glanced at him down the hall once, then again a few seconds later and the second time I looked at him he looked like he was in his seventies. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It was the “future” and he was still practicing at that age. His body was bent over slightly from age related bone loss but it was him. I watched and understood that, as epic August wrapped up that last day of the month, I’d succeeded in all my month-long Review & Correct “tests”. Linear time was, is becoming fluid and I’m increasingly able to slide into and out of any number of moments in it from anywhere. This ability is increasing quickly in each of us the more we Embody our higher, greater aspects into these human physical bodies.

There’s tons more to say and share but I’ll end this here. How was your August Review & Correct “tests”? As always, they were to help us prepare for the next Step, the next layer in this ongoing Process which in this case is the September Libra Equinox coming up in three weeks (equivalent of about thirty-five minutes!). People Fighting for Old Lower Consciousness Beliefs

When I was around 8 or 9 years old, I got busted by a teacher who overheard me say something to my best friend as we walked across the playground during a class break one day. This teacher was the playground monitor and was simply watching us kids playing, trying to keep us from breaking our bodies on the swings and other recess play devices. My friend was from a family who were Christians and she often told me things about their religious beliefs. That information was repulsive, crazy and distorted to me even as a child but such is the case for most Starseeds and higher dimensional, higher realm Volunteers who’ve incarnated down into physical life on Earth to Embody and anchor the NEW Codes/blueprints/templates etc. of the Ascension Process.

Most of us incarnate with varying degrees of conscious awareness of where we came from, what it was like “up there” and so on. Many don’t but are pre-coded to be triggered into growing conscious awareness of their higher dimensional homes in this galaxy, in other galaxies, other star systems, in pure Light realms, in Angelic realms, in different positive ET systems and so on at certain points within their lives. I was one who insisted before leaving HOME on having as much conscious awareness and memories of where I came from as I could and still not blow a mental or emotional or psychic gasket from Volunteering to incarnate into what was a planetary septic tank known as 3D physical Earth. Higher and lower energies, frequencies and consciousness co-existing in the same space is a dangerous and difficult situation, but I would not incarnate into this Denise Ascension Process life and timeline without as much of Light realm HOME within me on a conscious level as I could cope with. Too much was at stake and a lifetime goes by at the speed of Light when it’s an Ascension related life and much more such as what this one is.

This best friend and I were walking across the playground and she’d said something to me about sin and hell and I responded that, “Hell is here on Earth,” which is what set the adult playground monitor teacher off like I’d lit her underwear on fire! She couldn’t grab me up by the scruff quick enough and drag my little heathen butt up to the office to be punished. Like I was saying, hell has been right here on Earth for a very, very long time.

This article is long overdue but thanks to each one of the tenacious human egos that have never hesitated to correct me and tell me in Comments and private emails about their beliefs, consciousness and lack of higher awareness how I’ve gotten it all wrong, this article’s for you. You’ve earned it, and now that we’re halfway through 2017 and it’s time for YOU to actually step up and evolve into greater conscious awareness, knowledge, HighHeart and so much more, those of us Forerunners (just as the term indicates) higher and farther along on these evolutionary Ascension Process energy and consciousness Stair-steps won’t suffer fools any longer. This article is for all the egoic, unaware people who honestly believe themselves to be more aware than the Wayshowing Forerunners and NEW World Teachers who have treated me, treated us, like online New Age Jehovah’s Witnesses endlessly pounding uninvited on our doors to force their negative, incorrect and limiting religious beliefs down our throats. It’s time for YOU to evolve, not continue trying to project old lower consciousness, beliefs, religious beliefs, incorrect New Age beliefs and other Team Dark distortions on to Ascension Process teachers, Forerunners and others actually living, being, doing and anchoring the AP for mass humanity and much more elsewhere. This is a fact, not a threat from me or anyone else.

Everyone has always believed that their religion is the one and only truth and that it’s going to last for ever and ever and freakin’ ever on Earth. Nothing could be further from the truth than that and that truth is here now and making itself increasingly felt by all worldwide. Religions as blind and unquestioning mind controlled obedience systems supposed to get one into heaven won’t work anymore; evolving into actually being, living and existing at vastly higher ways individually is. Welcome to the fifth dimension of NEW Earth(s). Here you are your own “savior”, your own “master”, your own Light, Way, Power Source and LOVE. The lazy don’t want to have to do this themselves after eons of being told they don’t have to because someone else did all that hard Work for them, then TD convinces everyone they crucified Christ and billions have bought it all. But this is what Ascension Process evolution and real higher truth is all about; individuals growing up and taking responsibility for themselves in every way. Co-dependency time is over and everyone is feeling this truth more and more every week, month and year now, and with what all has and continues happening in August 2017, it’s going to quickly become unbearable in every way to continue fighting for and holding on to any and all old lower frequency and consciousness beliefs and everything else. Lower and Higher cannot co-exist in the same space together so it’s evolve or go elsewhere (another ascending Earth world) that’s much lower in frequency but you still have to evolve, ascend up a lot anyway because Divine Source (that would be “God” with a capital G in case some are wondering) has already rewritten the whole thing because it’s time for a NEW higher level for All everywhere. Duality education is over, now it’s Unity education time everywhere but at an even higher level.

In my previous article, It’s Okay If August 2017 Is Difficult, I knew while writing it that, because I was honestly describing some current August 2017 Lion’s Gate pains and related difficulties the Forerunners have been going through recently, I knew that someone would write a Comment in it with their incorrect suggestions as to why I, why we were having a hard time of it. Because I knew this would happen because it’s happened article after article since 2007, I intentionally added this paragraph in it for those very people. Did it work? Did they even see it? Did they even recognize themselves in it? No, they usually don’t because that is how deaf, dumb and blind human ego consciousness is.

“When you honestly share what you’re experiencing and that its oftentimes painful and/or difficult etc., lower ego consciousness people instantly believe you’re doing something “wrong” and that’s why you’re experiencing pains and difficulties. That’s the only range of awareness low ego consciousness is capable of perceiving so of course they find fault in others due to their lack of greater awareness and understanding.”

It’s 2017 and unaware people are still trying to crucify Christ/Crystal Consciousness in people who do have it. The negativity takes real personal Inner Work to extricate yourself from oh unaware humans of Earth. But thanks to Divine Source rewriting everything now, everyone of us no matter which awareness level, which energetic Stair-step you’re currently standing on is HAVING to NOW evolve and expand out of the old lower frequency Codes and other negative Team Dark created humanity mind control constraints etc. whether you’re ready for it or not. And know that all of the old lower religious and spiritual and New Age etc. beliefs and belief systems don’t work in higher frequency levels of Light and Higher Awareness. Why? Because you know them as distortions and/or outright lies. End of story. End of lies. End of being deceived. End of self-deceptions. End of being able to deceive others. WE SEE AND KNOW you, we always have, but now you’re being forced to evolve, grow, expand and move out of your old lower ego and up into your HighHeart as the NEW seat and center of “you” and your awareness and reality.

Humans can continue to fight for, defend and promote their human ego selves and lower consciousness and lower consciousness beliefs, but I won’t allow it in MY higher frequency, higher consciousness, higher energy world. I’ve Worked very long and very hard, even as a Forerunner, to repeatedly and continually discover, remove, and evolve beyond all the old lower Earth world (and beyond) programs and belief systems and residual matching energies from them from myself, my physical and energy bodies, and my physical Earth world. Because as a Forerunner/Volunteer/Wayshower we do everything first, I know what I’m talking about because I’ve lived it and continue living it as I write this and will for the rest of my existence. I know how the human ego will fight to the freaking death for some ridiculous and incorrect and even negative thing or belief or whatever. Higher evolved consciousness doesn’t do this because it knows, it Sees, it Feels from a vastly higher level of being and consciousness and reality. No one can know this for themselves until they personally start to experience it and all that goes with it.

I grew up in Anaheim California in the 1950-60s. Back then Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland were just starting and the majority of the county was orange groves, hence why it was called Orange County. Who knew! When I was young, around 5 or 6, my parents took us to Knotts Berry Farm (because youngin’s, it too used to be a huge farm area where they grew berries and made their famous jams and jellies etc.). At one point we came across a goat pen where a baby goat was jumping around on everything. Being a Capricorn, my first physical goat encounter was extra meaningful and what I saw, felt, understood and remembered in those moments watching that baby goat eating trash and jumping around was a huge and incredibly important life moment and Higher Awareness for me. It was an important trigger for me and it did exactly what it was designed to do.

What impacted me so intensely about this baby goat was that it was eating trash—cardboard boxes, metal cans, tree branches, a piece of rope etc.—and I was horrified that he’d die from ingesting such terrible trash. I became deeply worried and uncomfortable that I was going to have to witness this beautiful little baby goat drop dead any moment because it was eating trash. In typical Capricorn fashion, I hide my fears and worries as best I could and my parents didn’t sense that anything was going on with me other than I was fixated on the baby goat. Thankfully they gave me the time I needed for this whole event to unfold. [Other people are often put on hold so to speak when higher Light (information, awareness, messages, exchanges etc.) comes in for Starseeds/Forerunners/Lightworkers/Wayshowers/Grid and Gatekeepers and other higher dimensional beings incarnate in human form on Earth to anchor the Ascension Process (AP). We’re given the “time” we need to receive the higher information, whatever it is, by linear time being put on hold and we step out of it and back into quantum higher frequency “Now Moment” awareness to receive, perceive and/or exchange communications with higher dimensionals etc. Once that’s done we slow down a bit vibrationally to reenter linear time space reality and frequency with no one around us the wiser about everything that just actually happened.]

As I stood there white-knuckled, heart pounding clutching the goat pen fence, Higher Awareness filtered down into me. It was — Goats eat trash and are able to transmute it into life sustaining food fuel for themselves. Holy shit! Really? OMG! Oh, I get it… I get it… I remember! I can do this too.

Like the baby goat, this Sun in Capricorn Volunteer Forerunner Wayshower Lightworker etc. Mt. Goat named Denise has always been able to easily, naturally and automatically transmute lower frequency “trash” into life sustaining higher frequency energies. I’m wired for this as many Volunteers from higher dimensions, realms and systems are. I don’t know how to not transmute lower stuff into higher frequency stuff. I excel at this, always have, some other things too 😉 and these are some of the reasons why I’m a Forerunner Wayshower now — I’m able to easily transmute lower frequencies (density, negativity, Duality energies) and turn them energetically back into a Neutral state vibrationally (transmute and resolve Duality or what had been dualized, split, fractured) and then build, Pathpave and increasingly Embody more and more of the NEW higher frequency Light Energies and Codes (which are templates, blueprints for the NEW Earth and NEW higher frequency, consciousness and reality humanity) and anchor them into my body and physical Earth and the Ascending timeline(s) for humanity coming up (“ascending”, evolving) behind me and the other’s doing this and plenty of other related AP Work.

Having said all that, I want those of you who need to know and understand this aspect of this Volunteer/Forerunner/Lightworker/Wayshower/Embodier business that even though I and like others can easily do this and much more, does NOT mean it doesn’t often cause me/us some very real physical pains, aches, pressures and so on because it most certainly does. I shouldn’t need to explain why because that should be obvious but will because we’re this far into this.

Just because we can transmute trash—negativity, density, duality etc energies.—into something else that’s much higher in frequency and plenty of other things that would make your heart beat fast and hard and your palms sweat, doesn’t mean that my being in a physical human body while doing this and oh so much more doesn’t hurt sometimes because it does, plus usually requires a good long nap afterwards for different reasons. Those who can do and we Forerunners do for ALL, everywhere, then we, I mean me here, pop a couple Tylenol Extra Strength and take a much-needed nap. [We Forerunners transmute, Embody, exchange information, move negative beings out, drop off Light/information, close down negative TD timelines, see higher dimensional hospital-like repair shops for quick energy body repairs when needed and more. We often do more while asleep and out of our physical bodies because it’s so much easier and faster and more gets done this way than when we’re in the physical in our physical bodies. So even our naps are Work in other words.] Then we wake up and rinse and repeat for as long as needed.

This is what Forerunners are and only some of what we do, have done, continue doing and why. If you honestly knew who we really are and what we’re really capable of doing, this whole thing would be so much better and easier for us all. If most of us consciously knew, remembered who and what we all are this whole thing would have happened even faster than it has! But, that’s not how it’s been because Team Dark (TD — Team Dark is my term for all human and nonhuman, physical and nonphysical people and beings such as negative aliens, negative ETs, beings, entities, devils, demons etc.) has done a profound number on humanity for thousands and thousands of years on Earth and this current Ascension Shift is and will continue to seriously rattle people’s egoic intellectual mind controlled prison cages and matching belief systems. Evolution is typically not easy, and certainly not in this case where the whole thing from the top down was about Duality in the highest levels and dimensions all the way out and down into physical Earth reality and human life and how things were hijacked along the way by TD beings. The many reasons why for all this isn’t the point of this article. If interested in some of the whys, Lisa Renee’s August 2017 Newsletter, Historical Timeline Trigger Events has a list of whys and when’s that’s worth a serious read through.

Another aspect of this topic is how often I get Comments at both my blogs and also emails from people telling me that all the negativity I talk about via Team Dark and what they’ve done and why to humanity isn’t true because, and I quote, “All of the negativity, the evil, the darkness is inside of you Denise.”

There are so many people who’ve bought into the belief that Team Dark doesn’t and never has existed and that any and all darkness and evil etc. is inside of me, you, anyone who believes in external negativity/darkness/evil etc. Isn’t that a hoot? Christ/Crystal energies and consciousness is “crucified”, meaning unreachable directly individually on a prison planet such as what Earth has been, and as if that isn’t enough, all the darkness is inside of me/you/them, anyone but the people claiming this as truth. Now, I ask you, who does this really sound like? Sounds a lot like a TD mind control con job, but dipped in New Age camouflage. Lots has been folks, lots.

I mentioned in my previous article that I could write a small book about all the super intense and weird and unpleasant things, visions and encounters with many in the low vibe tribe that’s happened since August 3rd. This hasn’t ended and I suspect it will continue because the Separation of Worlds and all that goes with it will continue for probably a full year. There’s plenty more Stair-steps for the Volunteers, Embodiers, Forerunners, Wayshowers and the September Equinox and related gateways are going to push the Volunteers into more NEW roles, jobs, energies and awareness. The more the Volunteers Embody, the faster the rest of everything and everyone else enters fully into the Ascension Process themselves, ready or not. More about this in other articles but sense that the old lower TD Crown of Thorns energies has been transmuted into individual Crowns of Christic frequency Light—via August and the Full Solar Eclipse with its corona of Light—and the September 2017 Equinox will be the Embodiers having their individual Crowns of Light Consciousness and Being Embodied. Guess how much that phase will further change everything? I suspect the December Solstice will be NEW in all ways too. Things beyond December 2017 haven’t jelled yet enough for me to See some of the many possibilities, which means what we do now in August and September 2017 is some more of the NEW foundations for what will be further built, Embodied and Consciously Created afterwards.

My point in this not so fun article is to let the unaware, the holders on to the old lower beliefs, the disbelievers and such know that you can believe whatever and whoever you want because it has been and will continue to be Freewill for all. What everyone has to understand however is that Divine Source/God/All That Is or whatever name you prefer has already rewritten the NEW Evolutionary Cycle from top to bottom and those Codes in the forms of different energies, solar, galactic, cosmic, universal, Source created have been embodied and Embodied by the Volunteers first as usual, then the rest of humanity starts later. You still have Freewill, but you have it in a completely NEW higher ascension level of being, existence, learning, creating and ongoing discovery. That is what everyone needs to understand now and be willing to release the old lower everything because it’s already done and gone. What’s replaced it all is tremendously higher in frequency (Triality and Unity instead of the old Duality and separation cycle) and is unfolding in a frequency of 5D already but very few people and even Forerunners realize this yet. Why you may be asking? Because far too many people are still trying to recreate the old lower everything because they don’t know how to do anything else. The Volunteer Embodiers do however.

One last thing to share. Yesterday I received in the mail a Jury Duty Summons starting on 9-11-2017. 9-11, oh Team Dark, you’re so predictable. You’re 9-11 timeline doesn’t exist in my higher NEW Earth world and personal reality.

There’s a thousand other things that could be said and shared but I suspect just this will offend a good number of people. 😐 Don’t hate the messenger. Get with the changes and be willing to grow, expand, evolve and change over and over again and this Separation of Worlds won’t feel as intense and unpleasant as it will if you continue your death grip on any old lower consciousness beliefs and reality. It’s a heads up, not an attack. Honestly. ❤

Stop Projecting Old Lower Consciousness & Beliefs on the NEW Ascending World/Worlds

This article is specifically for the people who continue projecting, expecting and applying old lower frequency consciousness, beliefs, tools and solutions on to the NEW higher frequency Earth World because it’s the only thing they’re aware of, and insist all the rest of us who’ve evolved beyond that level of consciousness do the same.

We will not go back down energetically to accommodate your lack of greater awareness, ego and/or negative ego, old belief systems, old habits and so on. Sorry but that’s not what evolution is all about. You stepping up many of those evolutionary Ascension Process (AP) energy Stair-steps is what it’s all about. And the fast easy answer to all this is that, when you evolve up those different energy, consciousness expanding, body evolving Stair-steps, you will be changed incrementally by having done so and that automatically upgrades your consciousness too. A win-win for not only you, but for everyone above and below you on those evolutionary Ascension Process energy Stair-steps.

I’ve always known how hard, and in most cases impossible, it is for anyone to be able to perceive above and beyond the lower frequency level that has been the old negative 3D Earth world we all incarnated into. I’m not special in this, everyone with a little or a lot of expanded awareness and Higher Awareness knows this about everyone that doesn’t have it themselves. It’s plainly and oftentimes painfully visible to us all, just not to you, not yet that is and we’re all doing our best to Guide you to move up these evolutionary AP energy Stair-steps despite the way you fight us, disrespect us, doubt us, and in many cases outright hate us. One thing I’d like all of you who I’m talking to specifically now in this article to do is realize that this lifetime, this evolutionary Ascension Process lifetime has been and still is hard for all of us. It does get easier the higher one goes, but getting there requires some epic personal Work on all of our parts. All as in ALL of our parts!

You know how a drunk and/or high person actually believes that you or anyone else cannot tell that they’re drunk and/or high? You know how people with mental and/or emotional illnesses etc. usually don’t know, see or realize that they’re not perceiving the world in the same ways the rest of us are? You know how all of these people — drunk, high, impaired in any way from any number of causes — always actually believes that they are just fine and that it’s YOU that’s all screwed up? This is no different than all of these other examples and you’re going to have to trust us on this one until you move up a few more energy Stair-steps to the point where you know for yourselves that this is true, which means you’ll get to experience the people below you on the AP giving you attitude and disrespect about what you’re doing, living, being, feeling, perceiving and Working very hard on. 🙂

As the high (Ascending) gets higher, the low (Descending) gets lower, so much so that eventually even many of the non-believers and narrow-minded, heartless low-vibe-tribe folks actually starts seeing and feeling the world and escalating insanity, violence, greed, ego and general negativity in every person that’s existing at that frequency around them. Once the Light is activated inside a person, they start the Process of having to honestly and consciously see, feel and know how negative, how bad, vile, corrupt and insane the old lower Earth world and reality was and is currently. Plus you get to see, feel and consciously know those lower frequency things—emotions, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, habits etc.—in yourself too. The Light gets in everywhere and illuminates everything for each person living this AP. “Waking Up” is hard and oftentimes painful in multiple ways for multiple reasons but that is what compressed evolution is, and that is what you are either living yourself at whichever energy Stair-step you’re on today, or fighting against, which will energetically draw you to a Descending Earth world that’s even worse than what has been on Earth for many thousands of years. Choose very wisely now, even if you’re not really sure about what all is going on. Look to the Light and your own HighHeart and follow them both until you know more for yourself.

Some few remaining timelines are Team Dark creations and they have been, are, and will continue going extinct, collapsing and disappearing because the old lower frequency fuel and food energies that Team Dark (TD) parasited off from humanity is no longer available to them. 1) That old lower timeline has Expired and 2) many incarnate in-body Forerunners have Worked on multiple dimensions and timelines for many years since 2012, deliberately shutting down, closing off and dead-ending many of TD’s synthetic Timelines that they created to hide in and perpetuate themselves and their ways and agendas in. We have successfully prevented them from moving into multiple future timelines and continuing what they’ve done for so long.

Back to these three Ascending and Descending options.

Those who’ve been living the AP and EP (Embodiment Process of uniting their Lower Self with their Higher Self in their current physical body and incarnation) are the ones that have been in the Primary highest Ascension Timeline. Many more people that are aware of the AP and have been living it for many years are currently existing in one or more of the numerous Secondary Ascension Timelines/Earth worlds. Quite often we shift or jump from one of the many Ascending Earth worlds that currently exist within this Secondary collection as we continue evolving and growing ourselves and our awareness. I’ve jumped from the Primary one to different Secondary ones many times over the years but I always Work my way back up into the highest frequency Primary one because that’s where I want to be. The Tertiary Earth worlds and timelines I do not go to for the simple reason that I’ve lived in one of them for the majority of my current lifetime, and have zero need to see any of them ever again. It took too much Work to anchor this Separation of Worlds & Timelines in the first place!

My point in elaborating on this current Separation of Worlds aspect of the AP is to hopefully let you reading this better understand that you can intentionally jump timelines, can intentionally Shift from any of the numerous Secondary Ascension Earth Timelines/Earth worlds. You can and do jump, shift from one to another and then another and maybe go back to one that you felt more comfortable in and so on. I want you all to also know that you can intentionally jump or shift from any of the many Secondary Ascension Earth Timelines/Earth worlds up to the highest frequency Primary Ascension Timeline and Earth world. Again, the choice is and always has been, yours, mine, each of ours. Like attracts like and is attracted to like. The frequency you are now, your rate of energetic spin (your Inner Vibration of your Lightbody) determines which of these three options you choose based on your own frequency, consciousness, HighHeart, development and focus. Needless to say, be very heartmindful of what you’re focused on and entertaining mentally, emotionally, energetically, physically, psychically, etherically etc. because it really counts now and will carry you somewhere you may not really want to end up at.

When I’m at HOME/home in my physical house I’m in the Primary Timeline. When I have to leave my house and property to say go shopping for groceries or whatever, I do my energetic best to bring the highest Primary HOME station with me. Some days doing this is easy while other days it’s nearly impossible for me for different AP reasons. Those times I jump or shift from the Primary Ascension Timeline, down into one or another of the Earth worlds that exists within the Secondary Ascension Timelines to get my shopping or whatever else I need to buy and/or have done. After that I go HOME to my physical house that exists with the Primary Timeline Earth world where I then need to recuperate from my having jumped Timelines and dimensions.

Even many people that have and still do exist within one of the many Secondary Timeline Earth worlds jump, shift between some of them within that frequency range, meaning they are jumping Timelines too but within the same frequency and dimension, but jump you do and often more times than you’re even consciously aware of! Are you starting to better understand what being a Multidimensional human is who can and does intentionally and knowingly, and many more who unintentionally and unknowingly jump Timelines and probable Earth worlds and realities all the “time”?

So when someone who exists in one or another of the many Secondary or Tertiary Timelines projects their current level of awareness, expectations, projections, habits and belief systems on to me or any other person existing in the Primary Ascension Timeline Earth world, we SEE you and we KNOW you and we RECOGNIZE you and where you’re at currently. You however cannot do this or see or feel or know beyond the frequency range and level you’re at in that moment. That will however change dramatically the second you make the constant effort to increase your spin-rate (vibrate faster and higher due to Embodying more and higher frequency Light energies into yourself and your physical body) and go even higher vibrationally. And, this never stops for any of us no matter which of these three options each of us is currently existing within that’s a frequency match to us at this time.

Because those people that currently exist within the Primary Ascension Timeline can easily feel and are consciously aware of others that currently exist in the Secondary Timeline Earth worlds, when you try to project your current level of awareness on to us, it’s pretty much like a drunk or high person trying to convince you that they’re not drunk or high. Tap dance as hard as you want but it won’t change what we already Know, See and Feel from our current frequency, dimension and level. In case anyone is thinking that I’m sounding profoundly arrogant with all this, know that I’m well-aware of the fact that there are great numbers of higher frequency Beings than me that perceive me from their even higher dimensions and levels of frequency and awareness. “One mans ceiling is another mans floor…”

Recap: You cannot haul old lower frequency stuff, beliefs, habits, thought-forms, emotions, structures, systems, laws, governments, expectations etc. into the NEW highest Primary Timeline. It does not work that way because, as Karen Bishop very correctly said over a decade ago, “Higher and lower cannot co-exist within the same space.” Thank You Karen. ❤

You cannot contaminate higher frequency spaces with lower frequency junk from the lower frequency, lower consciousness past. Period. So stop even trying and wasting your and our time trying to do so. It’s pointless, irritating and simply won’t fly at higher levels of existence. Oh you can remain in any of the many Secondary Timelines and continue trying to replicate old lower patriarchal beliefs and anything else but eventually even the people at those levels won’t allow it there either. Again, this is compressed evolution happening right now, right here to all of us and with more kick to it than ever before so, like I said earlier, choose wisely which Timeline you honestly want to find yourself in today, tomorrow, next month, next year etc.

Be wise enough right now to know that you don’t know more than you do know, then be wise and brave enough to travel up more energy Stair-steps so that your point of view becomes so much better and more expansive as will your options to continue to even higher and higher. End Times Are Shift Times

This is another article where I seemingly jump from one unrelated topic to another and another. They are all connected however and increasingly revealing our individual Multidimensional, non-linear Selves and expanding consciousness both in and beyond familiar realities.

As more Forerunners are discovering in 2017, wherever one of us still has some separation or fragmented aspects of ourselves, our awareness, beliefs etc., we immediately feel that lack of unity within ourselves. Like other related topics, this isn’t necessarily pleasant and yet it’s a very important aspect of what many have been and are becoming more aware of to a greater degree than ever before, plus resolving that separation within themselves immediately. This is mandatory for Forerunners living the Embodiment Process (EP). And no, not everyone is or will experience the EP in this lifetime and time of Universal Ascension.

When I say lack of unity, I mean anything small and seemingly insignificant all the way up to those larger, more obvious issues and situations. Keep in mind however that with this high frequency Light here in 2017, every minuscule scrap of everything and everyone that’s got much less to very little to zero Light within them or it, stands out like a giant highlighted “sore thumb” to more and more people finally. In the Light all things are revealed in each of us, in all people, all systems, beliefs, religions and so on. Old lower frequency dreams and expectations about life and reality are evaporating moment by moment in this higher Light. Even to those few who’ve known more about the evolutionary AP than most, our own current Embodiment Process continues altering everything, including ourselves, sometimes hour by hour.

Because humanity has existed for so very long within Duality consciousness, it’s to be expected that most would continue to think in that old familiar Duality consciousness way, even with the evolutionary AP and related topics. We’ve all been guilty of thinking, believing and expecting that we would go from one state of being, consciousness, awareness, energy, life and reality to a much higher one instantly. However, if you’ve lived the AP for a couple of decades already (because you’re a Forerunner, Pathpaver, Wayshower, Gridworker, Gatekeeper etc.) you know that this is and always has been a Process we go through step-by-step, layer-by-layer, energy wave-by-energy wave so we and our physical bodies survive it intact. There is no instant Hollywood movie-like special effects type shift from a lower frequency and state of being to a vastly higher one. Without a physical body sure, doing so is much easier, but with one, not so much. Doing so takes linear time to do what we’ve done and continue doing, it’s just that now we’re capable of doing much more, much faster and all of it simultaneously and Forerunners have been increasingly doing so from the non-linear “Now Moment” using Spherical consciousness.

Egos Unaware of Their Lack of Awareness

One of the things that’s profoundly different and vastly more difficult about being a spiritual Teacher now during the global, cosmic, universal evolutionary AP is the existence of PC’s and the Internet. On the one hand it’s a huge blessing because spiritual Ascension Teachers are able to get their spiritual, energetic AP information out across the globe by merely depressing the Publish button from the privacy of our homes. Never has it been so fast and easy for spiritual Teachers anywhere on the planet to get their physical messages, teachings, updates and ongoing Higher Awareness information out to more people worldwide thanks to PC’s and the Internet. We’re not sitting in some Monastery, Temple, Pyramid or ancient Sacred School where important information is carved into stone or clay tablets or painstakingly written on sheets of papyrus. No, we’re sitting in our own homes, alone and unseen for the most part, typing our fingers off as quickly as we’re capable while living the Ascension and Embodiment Processes ourselves every second of every day and night for decades now regardless of how that makes us feel.

The negative side of PCs and the Internet and unaware ego-based humans is the ability to write, say, express anything about anyone or anything online and remain unseen and protected. Through PCs and the Internet people can be extremely destructive, lie, distort, spread distortions and disinformation intentionally and unintentionally, express negativity and disrespect and hatred at anyone over anything, preach, shame, blame, guilt, project, attack, disrespect people, and specifically attack and disrespect spiritual Ascension Teachers and their works—which in many cases has been free and by donation only online—and on and on by simply clicking a button on their computer screen.

Being stoned to death by groups of people now takes the form of online stoning through online written attacks, online verbal bludgeoning, unbelievable disrespect, lack of compassion, empathy, general human kindness to others, and a huge lack of any Higher Awareness. Free reign in other words to do your intentional worst upon other living human beings online, in front of the world and seemingly get away with it, or so the human ego smugly believes. This behavior and consciousness is the antithesis of 5D HighHeart consciousness and being, not to mention that while they’re stoning you publicly online through their written words, they honestly believe themselves to be spiritually advanced and all-knowing. That and so much more is what spiritual Ascension Teachers have dealt with at our online sites from the moment we started doing this spiritual energy Ascension Process Work for those ready to evolve.

I heard someone talking recently in a video about unity, and based on what he said in it, unity meant getting together with other people. He was unifying with other people to spread the word about what’s happening on Earth. I won’t assume to know what he/they think is happening on Earth because if he/they believe “Unity” means getting together with other people, he/they’re in for a big surprise. It was momentarily frustrating to me to hear these two males (sorry but there’s a patriarchal clue with this like it or not) so preoccupied with their left brains and external reality and unaware of or just ignoring their right brains and HighHearts and how all this has to happen internally. Those who can do, but they do so from their current energetic level or Stair-step. Just stay in your own lane boys and don’t assume to know what Elder Forerunners and Forerunners are doing at higher levels because you do not. Each person has to do the Work themselves internally to gain that knowledge, that Light.

The other day I read a male (extricating oneself from negative patriarchal shackles is not easy and most males have a harder time doing so) stating at his website that if you eat more ‘blue foods’ and ‘cut out alcohol and sugar’ the painful Ascension and Kundalini side effects will go away. Who knew that all I’ve needed to do for the past twenty years was eat more blue foods and all the suffering I went through wouldn’t have happened! Oh, if only that were true, but it 1,000% is NOT and here’s some reasons why.

Because I’m an Elder Forerunner, Blue Ray and Volunteer, I’m energetically built differently, as most Forerunners/Blue Rays/Starseeds/Lightbeings/Volunteers are. We had to be wired and built a bit differently to do what we Volunteered to put on physical human body spacesuits and drop a lot of Light just to get ourselves into the dense old lower 3D negative patriarchal, Team Dark run physical Earth system. Without as many higher abilities and tools as we could safely cope with in such density and negativity as Earth has been, our AP Missions would fail horribly. Because failure was not an option, we packed on as many higher frequency abilities,tools and equipment—Higher Awareness, Light, LOVE, multidimensional connections, multiple backup plans, constant help from Higher Home Family and Beings etc.—as we could carry in such a negative dense place. We came in prepared to get the job done in other words, and we came in greater numbers than was needed too. That was done because we all knew before we dropped Light and took on density and entered this physical world that many of us would fall by the wayside once we were immersed in such profound negativity. Zero judgement in this. We all knew before we left Higher Home what the risks where, and to help us with that, we came in built differently and with tools to help us and constant guidance from Home.

Trying to use and project old lower frequency, lower consciousness 3D beliefs and tools on to people who are literally built with higher frequency tools and abilities from birth is pointless, unaware and insulting. We understand why most people think and believe this way and why you project your limited beliefs on to us and others but they don’t and will not work for us for the reasons mentioned above. In addition, they aren’t going to work for you either because we’ve succeeded in our Missions; we’ve opened the global cattle-pen gates so humans can more easily and quickly evolve beyond old negative belief systems.

Because I’ve been an Empath since birth I often don’t even think of certain things like this because it’s normal to me. It’s normal to me to read energies from my 360° gut/belly/core area. It’s normal for me to read certain other energies from higher locations in my physical and energy body/bodies. Read energies means to perceive, feel, see, hear, know, sense, discern other levels and frequencies of energy, of energies in people, groups, places, animals, Earth, Nature, physical and nonphysical beings and objects, structures, belief systems, the Collective and more. People don’t play the piano with their knees; they use their fingers and hands. The same is true with Higher Awareness and higher abilities; we use different physical body areas and organs, different energy centers, hormones/chemicals, areas of the brain, the etheric body, and of course now our HighHearts.

Because Empaths can read energies in people, places, things and more by using their core/gut/belly/stomach area, we have a tendency to blow up like balloons in and around the mid-section, especially so since the start of the Ascension Process and for more reasons than being Empaths. Believe me when I tell you that I’d love to eat some blue foods (blueberries, yum) to magically override the Buddha Belly and certain Empath side effects but it simply does not work like that for us.

Whenever something or someone startles me, my gut/belly area instantly bloats. If I have a fearful and/or angry thought for just a moment, my gut/belly area instantly bloats. This is about energy and how different people at different levels of development, ability and awareness deal with, interact with, respond to, are affected by, perceive, feel, transmute and move energy/energies. We are multidimensional beings and because of this we have and use our multidimensional, multiple body tools and abilities. Like it or not, you’re evolving beyond everything being only about eating “blue foods” or not eating certain other foods or standing on your head facing East for hours every day or whatever. This is evolution and I strongly suggest that you get with the Higher Program and cast-off your limiting belief shackles people. You cannot treat, fix, heal, solve, resolve higher frequency situations, side effects and energies with old 3D lower frequency, lower consciousness beliefs and tools.

I Just Wanna Have A Life Again

Many people have felt like they just want to go have fun or at least some peace somewhere, somehow, because all this AP intensity is through the roof in 2017. I can relate and over the past couple of months I’ve focused more on me than I have in nearly thirty years. I’ve had to. I’ve wanted to do my best to find some level of happiness and comfort where I am/where I AM now in 2017, energetically and physically. I think many Elder Forerunners and Forerunners have felt this way this year and there’s multiple reasons why.

Many times I’ve felt I’ve been in some strange state of mourning the loss of my old familiar 3D life, reality, self etc. I’m the last person I would have believed would ever feel this way but at times I have. Humans are so beat down by eons of negativity that they’ve adapted to and accepted all the horrors, abuse, negativity, limitations and atrocities done against humanity by human and nonhuman Team Dark (TD). Humans excel at adapting, which is a positive attribute unless it’s to continue clinging to those negative atrocities out of sheer habit, lack of awareness and/or Emotional Body addictions. But because the Shift (almost every time I type that word I write shit, which I find funny and telling) is happening now, many more people aware of the AP and the EP have felt a growing desire and need to relax and be happy for a change.

We need to do exactly that, relax and be happy. Nonetheless we also need to keep on keepin’ on because the job isn’t done yet, it won’t ever be “done”, but how we’ve done it is ending, changing, evolving into NEW jobs, NEW Missions, NEW Work, NEW us. Said another way, what used to make you “happy” has changed because you’ve changed. Before you get bummed over this you need to admit to yourself that there’s now so many more NEW, never-been-used crayons in your personal crayon box! You, me, we all can and need to use them to create NEW images for ourselves and our NEW lives as NEW beings.

Humans like to dig in and feel secure, and the AP and EP are extreme opposites to digging in and feeling secure, which is why Forerunners have felt and feel being both human and Divine Other, Higher and Lower, physical and nonphysical, old and NEW while in our physical human Earth bodies. I want to sit, relax and feel secure, AND I want to get this Ascension and Embodiment Process done quickly and as elevated as possible for myself and for everyone and everything else. Give yourself the time to evolve into your NEW everything where this exhausting sense of duality and constantly shifting, jumping, juggling between your old lower and NEW Higher Self and those severely different realities. This change is happening now, in 2017, so release some more as we all discover that this isn’t and doesn’t need to be two separated things, worlds, levels of being, awareness and reality anymore. They are becoming ONE because we are becoming more Unified within ourselves.

Last Week While Driving To The Store…

May 25th I was driving to Wal-Mart when suddenly my right wrist felt like there was a crucifixion nail through it. The physical pain was incredible, but much more importantly was that I instantly knew what it was and began talking loudly and intensely (borderline yelling) while driving at Team Dark that their bullshit negative Piscean Age ‘Crucifixion Implants’ to use another Lisa Renee term, are being permanently removed now. This pain triggered my anger over this old, carefully designed negativity and how much pain and suffering it has caused global humanity throughout the Age of Pisces (and still is today), that when this TD crucifixion pain erupted (again) in my wrist, I instantly blasted it and them back to Source. I knew some people in the cars around me could hear me yelling like an exorcist in my car but I didn’t care. I used that sudden physical crucifixion implant pain to get even larger energetically and help remove some of this ancient negativity.

Over the years I’ve experienced this same sudden piercing blast of severe crucifixion nail pains through my wrists and feet. I’m not and never have been religious because I incarnated with conscious higher awareness of what the two main world religions really were. Many Forerunners/Starseeds/Volunteers etc. incarnated in these Ascension lifetimes with either full or partial conscious higher awareness about what the primary world religions actually were. In addition, I have Pisces ASC, Pisces Rising natally, and I’ve always known I’m extra receptive to and aware of the intentional negative TD Piscean Age created religious negativity and distortions they created to use on and against humanity. This is another specific higher tool I came in with to help me in dismantling this TD negativity on the physical dimension.

A couple of days after this crucifixion pain experience in my car and my instant angry removal of it, I discovered a recent blog article Lisa Renee had written, ‘Earth Element is Transforming’. (Link below.) Beside my Piscean ASC, my Sun is in Capricorn, last of the Earth element zodiacal signs. I’m talking higher tools here and, in my case, and any Forerunner with heavy Earth and Water planets and/or angles etc. in their natal charts, 2017 feels very personal, different and extremely important.

Saturn & Physical Reality Structures, Earth Element, Gaia & You

Thanks to my Earth element Capricorn Sun and other connected things, I’ve always felt Earth/Gaia and much of the energies and beings that exist on and under the surface of physical Earth. Most Earth sign people, and opposite sign people—Scorpio, Pisces and Cancer—have this greater developed sense of and connection with Earth/Gaia because that element is highlighted in their physical bodies and consciousness. They also are usually Empaths, plus let us not forget that Cancer rules the stomach, the gut/bloat/belly. Put all the pieces together and things make a lot more natural sense. No blue foods needed! Because we’ve reached the point we’re at finally which is the Shift, which is the Separation of Worlds & Timelines, what we’ve been familiar with in regards to the Earth element, and Saturn, is changing dramatically in 2017.

As you may remember back in super-potent, ass-kicking, how did we survive another April?! April 2017, there were seven M-class Solar flares all aimed at planet Saturn, Lord of the 3D physical realm and structures in physicality. When I heard this I knew that TD was taking another intervention beating from Divine Source, and what they’ve intentionally used Saturn’s energies for to control physical Earth structures and realities for eons was being ended, cutoff and permanently dismantled. Change Saturn and you change physical reality. Change the Earth element and you change physical reality. Disconnect the old TD human and non-human monsters from stealing and distorting anything anymore and physical reality changes, as do humans and their consciousness and everything else. All this and much more is happening in 2017. Don’t any of us project old lower world expectations on to the NEW higher world, yourself and your NEW life and realities. Use your NEW, never-been-used before crayons please, for the sake of all everywhere. ❤

Vast Areas of Beautiful Rock Candy Space

Last week while I was out and about, I clarivoyantly Saw what looked to me like HUGE, MASSIVE vertical columns of pale pink crystal rock candy up out in higher dimensional space. It was beautiful beyond words as most of these types of sights are. I was a speck next to one of them as “I” slowly floated up further and higher next to it, them. It was like a crystalline Rock Candy field of energies that glistened with Light and radiated tremendous energies that felt very 6D geometric-like to me.

Razor shape crystalline geometric snowflake-like shapes floating through the air/space on our physical Earth world, touching each other lightly, creating glass wind-chime-like sounds more beautiful than you can imagine. Massive pillars of pastel colored crystalline Rock Candy looking structures out in the deep space fields radiating NEW Light Codes far and wide. Ever looked into a kaleidoscope? It’s looking more and more like that now when you venture out into the NEW expanding fields of Light Codes. I don’t know what else to call them but they’re more colorful, complex, geometric and dazzling than playing with a kaleidoscope.

I’m Here, There, Everywhere All At Once

Because so much is changing internally and externally in me, my personal reality and life etc., and because I know there’s so much more to come with all this EP business, I’m needing more time to myself to let it happen in and through me/Me/ME while me/Me/ME continue becoming increasingly unified in this physical Denise form which naturally causes it to be evolved into something NEW and different. Things make more sense to me now than ever before, and simultaneously I’m oftentimes dumbfounded by this Embodiment Process. What a miracle. What a confusion. What a pain. What a reunion for all aspects. What intensity. What soft, gentle perfectness. What a Process. What profound improvements. What LOVE. What Light. What else?

I am a Volunteer BlueRay Lightworking Forerunner, always have been, but I know I’m on totally NEW ground/space/place/level now in early 2017, and that this is only going to grow from here on out. I am Denise but I AM more and these two aspects are functioning increasingly from the same space and Now Moment and it’s amazing, dreamlike, easy, familiar, perfect in its strangeness and ever-present desire for greater and greater Creativity. There’s also those times, those days and weeks where it’s anything but perfect, easy and amazing and is just painful to the extreme, confusing and deeply frustrating. Lower and Higher merging, it’s all to be expected and much more I suppose. Dealing With Growing Freedom & Growing Separation From Team Dark Influences

The quoted material below is from Carlos Castaneda’s book, The Active Side of Infinity (1998). Carlos Castaneda “departed his definitive journey in 1998”. December 21, 1998, the Sun reached the exact halfway point within the overall Galactic Alignment process. It reached the center or midpoint of the entire Galactic equator space. Many Volunteers/Forerunners/Pathpavers were physically, biologically activated in 1998 and 1999. Carlos Castaneda’s birthday was December 25th. Some left their physical bodies at that time, certain others were physically activated at that important energetic point to more fully enter them. At the end of this long and incredibly important cosmic and galactic transit, our Sun is coming out the other side of having approached, conjuncted, crossed, passed over and is now exiting that conjunction to the entire Galactic equator space in 2017. All of this material is related of course and still ongoing. Anything in bold in the quoted material below was done by me to draw attention to it in relation to the evolutionary Ascension Process and Embodiment Process we’re living.

“…I did see some strange fleeting black shadow projected on the foliage of the trees. It was either a shadow going back and forth or various fleeting shadows moving side-to-side or straight up in the air. They looked like fat black fish to me, enormous fish. It was as if gigantic swordfish were flying in the air. I was engrossed in the sight. Then, finally, it scared me. It became too dark to see the foliage, yet I could still see the fleeting black shadows.

“What is it, don Juan?” I asked.

“[Long ago, the native sorcerer/shamans of Mexico] discovered that we have a companion for life,” he said, as clearly as he could. “We have a predator that came from the depths of the cosmos, and took over the rule of our lives. Human beings are its prisoners. The predator is our lord and master. It has rendered us docile; helpless. If we want to protest, it suppresses our protest. If we want to act independently, it demands that we don’t do so.”

It was very dark around us, and that seemed to curtail any expression on my part. If it had been daylight, I would have laughed my head off. In the dark, I felt quite inhibited.

“It’s pitch black around us,” don Juan said, “but if you look out of the corner of your eye, you will still see fleeting shadows jumping all around you.”

He was right. I could still see them. Their movement made me dizzy. Don Juan turned on the light, and that seemed to dissipate everything. Don Juan said, “You have arrived, by your effort alone, to what the shamans of ancient Mexico called the topic of topics. I have been beating around the bush all this time, insinuating to you that something is holding us prisoner. Indeed we are held prisoner! This was an energetic fact for the sorcerers of ancient Mexico.”

Why has this predator taken over in the fashion that you’re describing, don Juan?” I asked. “There must be a logical explanation.”

“There is an explanation,” don Juan replied, “which is the simplest explanation in the world. They took over because we are food for them, and they squeeze us mercilessly because we are their sustenance. Just as we rear chickens in chicken coops, gallineros, the predators rear us in human coops, humaneros. Therefore, their food is always available to them.”

I felt that my head was shaking violently from side to side. I could not express my profound sense of unease and discontentment, but my body moved to bring it to the surface. I shook from head to toe without any volition on my part. I heard myself saying, “No, no, no, no. This is absurd, don Juan. What you’re saying is something monstrous. It simply can’t be true, for sorcerers, or for average men, or for anyone.”

“Why not?” don Juan asked calmly. “Why not? Because it infuriates you?”

“Yes, it infuriates me,” I retorted. “Those claims are monstrous!”

“Well,” he said, “you haven’t heard all the claims yet. Wait a bit longer and see how you feel. “I’m going to subject you to a blitz. That is, I’m going to subject your mind to tremendous onslaughts; and you cannot get up and leave because you’re caught. Not because I’m holding you prisoner, but because something in you will prevent you from leaving while another part of you is going to go truthfully berserk. So brace yourself!”

There was something in me which I felt was a ‘glutton for punishment’. He was right. I wouldn’t have left the house for the world; and yet I didn’t like one bit the inanities he was spouting. Don Juan said, “I want to appeal to your analytical mind. Think for a moment, and tell me how you would explain the contradiction between the intelligence of man the engineer, and the stupidity of his systems of beliefs; or the stupidity of his contradictory behavior. Sorcerers believe that the predators have given us our systems of beliefs; our ideas of good and evil; our social mores. The predators are the ones who set up our hopes and expectations, and dreams of success or failure. They have given us covetousness, greed, and cowardice. It is the predators who make us complacent, routinary, and egomaniacal.”

“But how can they do this, don Juan?” I asked, somehow angered further by what he was saying. “Do they whisper all that in our ears while we are asleep?”

“No, they don’t do it that way. That’s idiotic!” don Juan said, smiling. “They are infinitely more efficient and organized than that. “In order to keep us obedient, meek and weak, the predators engaged themselves in a stupendous maneuver- stupendous, of course, from the point of view of a fighting strategist; a horrendous maneuver from the point of view of those who suffer it. They gave us their mind! Do you hear me? The predators give us their mind which becomes our mind. The predators’ mind is baroque, contradictory, morose, and filled with the fear of being discovered any minute now.

“I know that even though you have never suffered hunger,” he went on, “you have food anxiety which is none other than the anxiety of the predator who fears that any moment now its maneuver is going to be uncovered, and its food is going to be denied. Through the mind, which after all is their mind, the predators inject into the lives of human beings whatever is convenient for them. The predators ensure in this manner a degree of security to act as a buffer against their fear.”

“It’s not that I can’t accept all this at face value, don Juan,” I said. “I could, but there’s something so odious about it that it actually repels me. It forces me to take a contradictory stand. “If it’s true that they eat us, how do they do it?”

Don Juan had a broad smile on his face. He was as pleased as punch. He explained that sorcerers see infant human beings as strange, luminous balls of energy covered from the top to the bottom with a glowing coat something like a plastic cover that is adjusted tightly over their cocoon of energy. He said that that glowing coat of awareness was what the predators consumed, and that when a human being reached adulthood, all that was left of that glowing coat of awareness was a narrow fringe that went from the ground to the top of the toes. That fringe permitted mankind to continue living, but only barely. As if I were in a dream, I heard don Juan explaining that, to his knowledge, man was the only species that had the glowing coat of awareness outside that luminous cocoon. Therefore, he became easy prey for an awareness of a different order; such as the heavy awareness of the predator.

He then made the most damaging statement he had made so far. He said that this narrow fringe of awareness was the epicenter of self-reflection where man was irremediably caught. By playing on our self-reflection, which is the only point of awareness left to us, the predators create flares of awareness that they proceed to consume in a ruthless, predatory fashion. They give us inane problems that force those flares of awareness to rise, and in this manner they keep us alive in order for them to be fed with the energetic flare of our pseudo-concerns. There must have been something in what don Juan was saying which was so devastating to me that at that point I actually got sick to my stomach.

After a moment’s pause long enough for me to recover, I asked don Juan, “But why is it that the sorcerers of ancient Mexico and all sorcerers today, although they see the predators, don’t do anything about it?”

“There’s nothing that you and I can do about it,” don Juan said in a grave, sad voice. “All we can do is discipline ourselves to the point where they will not touch us.

“How can you ask your fellow men to go through those rigors of discipline? They’ll laugh and make fun of you; and the more aggressive ones will beat the shit out of you… and not so much because they don’t believe it. Down in the depths of every human being, there is an ancestral, visceral knowledge about the predators’ existence.”

My analytical mind swung back and forth like a yo-yo. It left me and came back, and left me and came back again. Whatever don Juan was proposing was preposterous, incredible. At the same time, it was a most reasonable thing; so simple. It explained every kind of human contradiction I could think of. But how could one have taken all this seriously?

Don Juan was pushing me into the path of an avalanche that would take me down forever. I felt another wave of a threatening sensation. The wave didn’t stem from me, yet it was attached to me. Don Juan was doing something to me, mysteriously positive and terribly negative at the same time. I sensed it as an attempt to cut a thin film that seemed to be glued to me. His eyes were fixed on mine in an unblinking stare. He moved his eyes away, and began to talk without looking at me anymore.

“Whenever doubts plague you to a dangerous point,” he said, “do something pragmatic about it. Turn off the light. Pierce the darkness; find out what you can see.” He got up to turn off the lights. I stopped him. “No, no, don Juan,” I said, “don’t turn off the lights. I’m doing okay.”

What I felt then was a most unusual, for me, fear of the darkness. The mere thought of it made me pant. I definitely knew something viscerally, but I wouldn’t dare touch it, or bring it to the surface, not in a million years!

“You saw the fleeting shadows against the trees,” don Juan said, sitting back against his chair. “That’s pretty good. I’d like you to see them inside this room. You’re not seeing anything. You’re just merely catching fleeting images. You have enough energy for that.”

I feared that don Juan would get up anyway and turn off the lights, which he did. Two seconds later, I was screaming my head off. Not only did I catch a glimpse of those fleeting images, I heard them buzzing by my ears. Don Juan doubled up with laughter as he turned on the lights.

“What a temperamental fellow!” he said. “A total disbeliever on the one hand; and a total pragmatist on the other. You must arrange this internal fight, otherwise you’re going to swell up like a big toad and burst.”

Don Juan kept on pushing his barb deeper and deeper into me. “The sorcerers of ancient Mexico,” he said, “saw the predator. They called it the flyer because it leaps through the air. It is not a pretty sight. It is a big shadow, impenetrably dark, a black shadow that jumps through the air. Then, it lands flat on the ground.

“The sorcerers of ancient Mexico were quite ill at ease with the idea of when it made its appearance on Earth. They reasoned that man must have been a complete being at one point, with stupendous insights and feats of awareness that are mythological legends nowadays. And then everything seems to disappear, and we have now a sedated man.”

I wanted to get angry and call him a paranoiac, but somehow the righteousness that was usually just underneath the surface of my being wasn’t there. Something in me was beyond the point of asking myself my favorite question: What if all that he said is true? At the moment he was talking to me that night, in my heart of hearts, I felt that all of what he was saying was true, but at the same time and with equal force, I felt that all that he was saying was absurdity itself.

“What are you saying, don Juan?” I asked feebly. My throat was constricted. I could hardly breathe.

“What I’m saying is that what we have against us is not a simple predator. It is very smart and organized. It follows a methodical system to render us useless. Man, the magical being that he is destined to be, is no longer magical. He’s an average piece of meat. There are no more dreams for man but the dreams of an animal who is being raised to become a piece of meat: trite, conventional, imbecilic.”

Don Juan’s words were eliciting a strange, bodily reaction in me comparable to the sensation of nausea. It was as if I were going to get sick to my stomach again. But the nausea was coming from the bottom of my being, from the marrow of my bones. I convulsed involuntarily. Don Juan shook me by the shoulders forcefully. I felt my neck wobbling back and forth under the impact of his grip. The maneuver calmed me down at once. I felt more in control.

“This predator,” don Juan said, “which, of course, is an inorganic being, is not altogether invisible to us as other inorganic beings are. I think as children we do see it, but we decide it’s so horrific that we don’t want to think about it. Children, of course, could insist on focusing on the sight, but everybody else around them dissuades them from doing so. The only alternative left for mankind is discipline. Discipline is the only deterrent. But by discipline I don’t mean harsh routines. I don’t mean waking up every morning at five-thirty and throwing cold water on yourself until you’re blue. Sorcerers understand discipline as the capacity to face with serenity odds that are not included in our expectations. For sorcerers, discipline is an art; the art of facing infinity without flinching; not because they are strong and tough, but because they are filled with awe.”

“In what way would the sorcerers’ discipline be a deterrent to the flyers?” I asked.

Don Juan scrutinized my face as if to discover any signs of my disbelief. He said, “Sorcerers say that discipline makes the glowing coat of awareness unpalatable to the flyer. The result is that the predators become bewildered. An inedible glowing coat of awareness is not part of their cognition, I suppose. After being bewildered, they don’t have any recourse other than refraining from continuing their nefarious task. If the predators don’t eat our glowing coat of awareness for a while, it will keep on growing.

“Simplifying this matter to the extreme, I can say that sorcerers, by means of their discipline, push the predators away long enough to allow their glowing coat of awareness to grow beyond the level of the toes. Once it goes beyond the level of the toes, it grows back to its natural size. The sorcerers of ancient Mexico used to say that the glowing coat of awareness is like a tree. If it is not pruned, it grows to its natural size and volume. As awareness reaches levels higher than the toes, tremendous maneuvers of perception become a matter of course.

“The grand trick of those sorcerers of ancient times was to burden the flyers’ mind with discipline. Sorcerers found out that if they taxed the flyers’ mind with inner silence, the foreign installation would flee, and give any one of the practitioners involved in this maneuver the total certainty of the mind’s foreign origin. The [alien mind control of these creatures] comes back, I assure you, but not as strong; and a process begins in which the fleeing of the flyers’ mind becomes routine until one day it flees permanently.

“That’s the day when you have to rely on your own devices which are nearly zero. A sad day indeed! There’s no one to tell you what to do. There’s no mind of foreign origin to dictate the imbecilities you’re accustomed to. My teacher, the nagual Julian, used to warn all his disciples that this was the toughest day in a sorcerer’s life for the real mind that belongs to us. The sum total of our experience after a lifetime of domination has been rendered shy, insecure, and shifty. Personally, I would say that the real battle of sorcerers begins at that moment. The rest is merely preparation.”

I became genuinely agitated. I wanted to know more, and yet a strange feeling in me clamored for me to stop. It alluded to dark results and punishment, something like the wrath of God descending on me for tampering with something veiled by God himself. I made a supreme effort to allow my curiosity to win. I heard myself say, “What-what-what do you mean, by taxing the flyers’ mind?”

“Discipline taxes the foreign mind no end,” he replied. “So, through their discipline, sorcerers vanquish the foreign installation.”

I was overwhelmed by his statements. I believed that don Juan was either certifiably insane or that he was telling me something so awesome that it froze everything in me. I noticed, however how quickly I rallied my energy to deny everything he had said. After an instant of panic, I began to laugh, as if don Juan had told me a joke. I even heard myself saying, “Don Juan, don Juan, you’re incorrigible!”

Don Juan seemed to understand everything I was experiencing. He shook his head from side to side, and raised his eyes to the heavens in a gesture of mock despair. He said, “I am so incorrigible, that I am going to give the flyers’ mind which you carry inside you one more jolt. I am going to reveal to you one of the most extraordinary secrets of sorcery. I am going to describe to you a finding that took sorcerers thousands of years to verify and consolidate.”

He looked at me, smiled maliciously, and said, “The flyers’ mind flees forever when a sorcerer succeeds in grabbing on to the vibrating force that holds us together as a conglomerate of energy fields. If a sorcerer maintains that pressure long enough, the flyers’ mind flees in defeat. And that’s exactly what you are going to do; hold on to the energy that binds you together.”

I had the most inexplicable reaction I could have imagined. Something in me actually shook, as if it had received a jolt. I entered into a state of unwarranted fear, which I immediately associated with my religious background.

Don Juan looked at me from head to toe. “You are fearing the wrath of God, aren’t you?” he said. “Rest assured, that’s not your fear. It’s the flyers’ fear, because it knows that you will do exactly as I’m telling you.”

His words did not calm me at all. I felt worse. I was actually convulsing involuntarily, and I had no means to stop it.

“Don’t worry,” don Juan said calmly. “I know for a fact that those attacks wear off very quickly. The flyer’s mind has no concentration whatsoever.”

After a moment, everything stopped as don Juan had predicted. To say again that I was bewildered is a euphemism. This was the first time in my life ever, with don Juan or alone, that I didn’t know whether I was coming or going. I wanted to get out of the chair and walk around, but I was deathly afraid. I was filled with rational assertions, and at the same time I was filled with an infantile fear. I began to breathe deeply as a cold perspiration covered my entire body. I had somehow unleashed on myself a most godawful sight: black, fleeting shadows jumping all around me wherever I turned. I closed my eyes and rested my head on the arm of the stuffed chair.

“I don’t know which way to turn, don Juan,” I said.

“Tonight, you have really succeeded in getting me lost.” Don Juan said, “You’re being torn by an internal struggle. Down in the depths of you, you know that you are incapable of refusing the agreement that an indispensable part of you, your glowing coat of awareness, is going to serve as an incomprehensible source of nourishment to, naturally, incomprehensible entities.

“And another part of you will stand against this situation with all its might. The sorcerers’ revolution is that they refuse to honor agreements in which they did not participate. Nobody ever asked me if I would consent to being eaten by beings of A different kind of awareness. My parents just brought me into this world to be food, like themselves, and that’s the end of the story.”

Don Juan stood up from his chair and stretched his arms and legs. “We have been sitting here for hours. It’s time to go into the house. I’m going to eat. Do you want to eat with me?”

I declined. My stomach was in an uproar.

“I think you’d better go to sleep,” he said. “The blitz has devastated you.”

I didn’t need any further coaxing. I collapsed onto my bed, and fell asleep like the dead.

[When I arrived] home, as time went by, the idea of the flyers became one of the main fixations of my life. I got to the point where I felt that don Juan was absolutely right about them. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t discard his logic. The more I thought about it, and the more I talked to and observed myself, and my fellow men, the more intense the conviction that something was rendering us incapable of any activity or any interaction or any thought that didn’t have the self as its focal point…”

“…The next time I saw him, I instantly jumped to talk about the flyers. I said, “I have tried my best to be rational about this subject matter, but I can’t. There are moments when I fully agree with you about the predators.”

“Focus your attention on the fleeting shadows that you actually see,” don Juan said with a smile. I told don Juan that those fleeting shadows were going to be the end of my rational life. I saw them everywhere. Since I had left his house, I was incapable of going to sleep in the dark. To sleep with the lights on did not bother me at all. The moment I turned the lights off, however, everything around me began to jump. I never saw complete figures or shapes. All I saw were fleeting black shadows.

“The flyers’ mind has not left you,” don Juan said. “It has been seriously injured. It’s trying its best to rearrange its relationship with you. But something in you is severed forever. The flyer knows that. The real danger is that the flyers’ mind may win by getting you tired and forcing you to quit by playing the contradiction between what it says and what I say.

“You see, the flyers’ mind has no competitors. When it proposes something, it agrees with its own proposition, and it makes you believe that you’ve done something of worth. The flyers’ mind will say to you that whatever Juan Matus is telling you is pure nonsense, and then the same mind will agree with its own proposition, ‘Yes, of course, it is nonsense,’ you will say. That’s the way they overcome us.

“The flyers are an essential part of the universe, and they must be taken as what they really are; awesome, monstrous. They are the means by which the universe tests us. We are energetic probes created by the universe,” he continued as if he were oblivious to my presence, “and it’s because we are possessors of energy that has awareness that we are the means by which the universe becomes aware of itself.

“The flyers are the implacable challengers. They cannot be taken as anything else. If we succeed in doing that, the universe allows us to continue…”

Just because this book was published in 1998, doesn’t mean that’s when Castaneda had these experiences and interactions with with don Juan. They may have happened decades earlier, and if I weren’t so tired at the moment I’d check this more carefully. Point is, that many of the terms used in this information are decades old, some very ancient, so it may be helpful to replace some of them with terms we’re more familiar with in today’s Ascension Process (AP) and the Forerunners Embodiment Process (EP).

If you replace the term sorcerers with Forerunners, Volunteers, Starseeds, Blue Rays, Pathpavers, Lightworkers, Lightwarriors of the AP, this information makes more sense. If you replace the term flyers and predators with Archons, negative aliens, negative entities, demonic beings, parasites, Team Dark etc., then this information makes more sense.

If we think of the term discipline used here instead as Soul Contract(s) and/or Soul Missions etc., then some of this information makes more sense in what many of us have experienced with these and other inorganic Team Dark (TD) beings. If we translate sorcerers, through discipline, push the predators away long enough to regrown their glowing coat of awareness to, Forerunners living the AP and now EP long enough to gain and embody greater amounts of Divine Source Light and LOVE Energies, then this information makes more sense.

If we swap-out the terms taxed the flyers’ mind with inner silence, the foreign installation would flee, to intentionally energetically removing TD and their parasitic influences by deliberately and constantly dedicating oneself to one’s current evolution to “ascend” through and then beyond Duality Consciousness and reality, to Unity or HighHeart Consciousness and reality to be free of them and that lower frequency range of reality and consciousness.

If we understand that the alien mind control of these beings comes back, but not as strong, and a process begins in which the fleeing of the flyers’ mind becomes routine, until one day it flees permanently to, you Forerunner, you seeker and embodier of Source Light and LOVE struggling to evolve and ascend the lower levels, will repeatedly be attacked by TD to stop you, derail you, prevent you, or simply exhaust you from doing exactly that. Keep going, never look back, never stop because you are so very close now and soon you’ll be out of range of all of them permanently.

“The flyers’ mind flees forever when a sorcerer succeeds in grabbing on to the vibrating force that holds us together as a conglomerate of energy fields.” Change that terminology to something like, when a Forerunner accumulates enough higher frequency Light Energies in themselves and their physical bodies, they evolve beyond lower Duality and enter higher frequency Unity or HighHeart and begin becoming increasingly Sovereign individually, and TD simply cannot reach those higher levels. “If a sorcerer maintains that pressure long enough, the flyers’ mind flees in defeat.” For Forerunners and Embodiers this means that once we’re able to maintain energetic Sovereignty individually and not “fall” back down into old lower levels of frequency, reality, consciousness and emotions etc., not let ourselves be manipulated by any negative TD being(s) or Portal Person human(s) and do this long enough, we successfully cutoff the food and fuel supply from ourselves to TD and they leave us alone; they flee in defeat.

The next thing I want to finally talk about, after going through this in very amplified ways constantly since 2014, is “the flyers’ mind is still with you, it’s been damaged but it’s trying it’s best to rearrange its relationship with you.” I’ve experienced this increasingly every year since 2014, and still am today and will be for a while longer I suspect. And, from what I’ve heard many of you fellow Forerunners say to me in emails and Comments is that you too are, in 2017, just about all… done… with… everything AP related. Believe me, I understand. However, yep there’s a however here, this is that powerful and important point within all of this, or any other Great Initiatic Process, where you’re so freaking exhausted from it all that you just want to lie down and sleep for as long as you can get away with. I remember reading one line in one of Castaneda’s books back in the mid-1970s that hit me like a ton of spiritual bricks because I knew it was true and profoundly important. It had to do with “being impeccable” constantly, no matter what you’re doing or not doing. You could be sitting on your butt staring at the ceiling, but you’d better be doing so as an impeccable being otherwise you’ll probably get knocked to the floor! Once an Initiate, always an Initiate in other words, and there’s no being lax, careless or unaware once you’ve reached a certain level of awareness and energy. And in this lifetime of Galactic Alignment and the AP and EP, many of us incarnated with this fully functioning from birth; others were Coded to have it re-activated at some point within our AP in this lifetime.

What am I really talking about here you may be wondering at this point? How many of you Forerunners have thought about and/or are currently dealing with what life and reality is going to be like once you’re actually free of TD? What are you going to do? What do you really want? What are you going to create? How many of you, especially the Elder Forerunners who’ve been at this most or all of their lives already, are currently exhausted yet bored out of your ever-loving skulls? How many of you are, like I’ve been, having to re-learn how to function and exist without all the TD bullshit negativity and endless interference, parasitism and manipulations? Said another way, some of us are and have been for a few years now having to incrementally learn how to, as don Juan put it, “The flyers are the implacable challengers. They cannot be taken as anything else. If we succeed in doing that, the universe allows us to continue…” Some of us are currently standing, make that teetering on the blissful and hard-earned threshold of the universe allowing us to continue, and we’re a bit dazzled by that fact, not to mention really tired and feeling like we’ve been isolated for far too long. Some of us are looking at the endless possibilities that lay before us, debating what we want to invest ourselves and our Sovereign energies in at this early stage of our and the Process. At the moment, I just want a nap and to come back to this thought after I’m more rested. How about you?

I can clearly see, feel and hear the growing chaos of the old lower patriarchal world below me, but I’m not directly (that’s a keyword there) affected by it at this point. I’ve gotten some altitude in other words as have most (but not all) of you reading this, but the old lower world is eating itself now in 2017 and the energetic pull is wild, frantic and determined to continue at all costs and it still tries to “rearrange its relationship with you”. Old habits die-hard for both sides but don’t stop doing what you always have because you’re so very close to being really free of it all finally. ❤

Some Not Considered Aspects of the Ascension & Embodiment Processes

How many Forerunners/Wayshowers/Embodiers knew that 2017 was going to be like this?! I didn’t. I did know it would be a continuation and ongoing amplification of how outrageous it’s been every year since 2013, with improvements unfolding constantly in each of us willing and able to continue progressing (releasing more density to Embody more Light) within the Ascension and Embodiment Process. But there were, are and no doubt will be more things I didn’t consider with everything that’s happening in 2017. Things both personal and collective. Things both of the Light and the Dark. Things far beyond them both and old lower Duality Consciousness.

There’s so much to talk about so I’m just going to do my best to not forget anything (but I will, I always do) and cover as many of these early 2017 difficulties, pains, insanity, evolutionary brilliance, other people not coping well with it all, Ascension & Embodiment Process side effects, becoming increasingly conscious of being a Multidimensional Being in a physical body and learning how to function from that NEW platform, the weirdness of living in a constant state of flux and change in linear time and quantum no time and/or in the Now Moment, and the slow-motion realization of how to exist physically in a fifth dimensional (5D) world and how to Consciously Create from this NEW level of being and current awareness. And naturally it all will be changed some more later today, tomorrow, the day after that and so on because this is “life” now; constant, moment to moment evolution into something so much better and more grand but not quite grasping it all yet. That statement is both spiritually and energetically stunning and bust-a-Buddha Belly-gut hilarious.

What Happens When More Team Dark Timelines & Stolen Systems Are Shutdown & Taken Back From Them?

Fast answer is, a whole lot more Light Energies can and do immediately come in which naturally pushes everyone into even greater Embodiment and ongoing evolutionary Ascension. See, there’s one of those not considered things I was talking about earlier. We Forerunners/Wayshowers/Embodiers get so involved in The Work we do in and through ourselves and our bodies for Self and ALL that we often don’t slow down long enough to consider what’s most likely going to happen next, and next, and next because of it and much more.

So we recently had seven Solar flares intentionally aimed directly at Saturn, Lord of Building & Maintaining Anything In Physicality, which was a Divine Cease and Desist Order to Team Dark (TD), preventing them from continuing to utilize that planet and its energies to further control and imprison any timeline(s) and beings in it/them. And it worked of course, which instantly caused some pretty large and far-reaching energetic repercussions throughout different worlds, timelines and dimensions. This next sentence is super important, and it’s taken me far too long to honestly and fully grasp this as a fact and reality inside my body and self/Self.

The Divine, cosmic, galactic, stellar, planetary, multidimensional battles, wars, fights, struggles, changes, successes, positive growth, highly compressed evolution, tremendous progress, ongoing expansions, ongoing integration and everything else that has been, is, and will be taking place up and out there in the higher dimensions and other worlds, other galaxies, universes, multiverses etc… also takes place inside each of our physical bodies, consciousness and individual incarnate selves, lives and physical reality.

Breath and re-read that sentence again please. Don’t do anything else but consider that fact, for yourself, in your body, in your life and reality now. As above, so below. We are the macro and the micro. Why? Because we’re Multidimensional Beings that are direct aspects, fragments of Divine Source dispersed everywhere simultaneously. Everything that’s taking place now via the evolutionary Ascension & Embodiment Process is happening “out there” and “in here” in each of us and our bodies and consciousness. We are all One, there is no separation from Divine Source. The “end times” are happening “out there” and “in here”, in each of us and our bodies and consciousness. We are the agents of evolutionary change, all the way down into every cell and nerve in our physical bodies.

Let’s continue with that last thought held high and proudly overhead like a great, glowing crown of empowered Beingness. ⭐

So if you/me/we are in all places and dimensions simultaneously, and we’ve reached that point within the evolutionary Ascension & Embodiment Process (AP) where we now HAVE to have that awareness in us consciously all the time, then things start to make a bit more sense. More sense as to why things physically hurt and ache in the ways they now do in 2017. Why things emotionally hurt and don’t hurt at all now like they do in 2017. Why things seem like they’re more important than anything has EVER been before and simultaneously, not important much at all really. Just know much more for the Neutral Observer HighHeart Self. Why things seem so freaking insane and wildly frustrating at times and simultaneously so profoundly perfect and expected for what’s happening everywhere now in 2017. Why things excite and inspire one moment, and in the next one you could care less one way or the other about much of anything. Why things are working and not working. Why things are falling apart and coming together in higher, NEW ways every minute of every day and night now in 2017. Why people are the most lovely, frustrating, evolving, blossoming, insane, distorted, monstrous pains in the ass/heart glorious Beings that you want to LOVE more than ever before, and/or you could care less because you know from Higher Awareness that all is in Perfect Divine Order right now, every moment even when it doesn’t feel or look like it.

What Happens When Some More of Your Higher Self is Embodied in Your Physical Body & Current Level of Consciousness?

Fast answer is, you and your body become, every time this happens remember, the location where a whole bunch more of NEW to you/me/us stuff starts happening. Why? Because those NEW things used to take place in higher dimensions and were dealt with by other aspects of your/my/our Higher Selves and/or other higher beings that are “us” at those different levels. But, with each next-level phase of our Embodiment Process, a little more and a little more of our Higher Self takes up residence in our physical bodies and selves, consciousness and lives, which obviously changes everything dramatically. It also means that more and more of those things, those jobs, that Work etc. that took place in higher dimensions and was dealt with by higher aspects of ourselves up there, is now increasingly able to take place in us and our physical bodies and selves/Selves down here in this increasing 5D physical dimension. “Upper Management” is increasingly moving down into you/me/us which means there’s a lot we’re quickly having to learn or re-learn as we Embody more and more of IT.

Like many of you reading this I too have waited for my physical body to instantly and magically turn into a crystalline, shining, radiating beacon of higher dimensional Divine Light Energies, with diamond sprinkles on top. Instead of all that, I’ve still got senior aged Denise that’s overweight and continues to need to eat, sleep, shower and use the bathroom. Not very exalted is it? Not yet at least.

My point is that too many of us have believed that something other than what’s happening now was what was going to be happening now. We believed that we’d externally look like what we’ve gone through internally for two or more decades. God knows we deserve it after all we’ve been through with the AP, but so far, we’re still hauling around our tired, sore, oftentimes bloated to the extreme, swollen, nauseous, achy physical meat spacesuit, albeit with more and more of our Higher Self in it now too and probably shocked and complaining about how uncomfortable, restrictive, dense and stinky it is in there. I jest, or so I hope.

I’ve had lifelong conscious memories of my out-of-body sojourns in higher dimensions and what I’ve experienced and seen while there. It’s been amazing seeing some of the Beings I have in other dimensions and realities, and because of these lifelong Multi-D experiences, I think I can grasp a bit better about the Embodiment Process and how it feels to both sides, both aspects that are living this Process now.

How many of you have, during these many AP years, suddenly looked at something and not recognized it, not known what it was or was used for or what it’s called etc.? I remember one of the first times I experienced this back in the late 1990s. I saw some common everyday item and didn’t know what it was and I wondered why in the world that was. This has happened many times since then and I’ve come to realize that it was more than just the common Ascension Process side effect of our consciousness expanding repeatedly via the Rewiring Process and having temporary “brain fog” and “losing nouns” etc. I eventually understood that what I was experiencing was much like what’s been called ‘Soul Braiding’ or ‘Oversoul Merge’. I realized that the reason “I”, whoever that was at that time, had never seen the 3D physical object(s) in question and that’s why “I” didn’t know what they were, what they’re were used for what they were or called. In other words, this Embodiment Process has been at times over the past twenty years and counting, observed and felt from the point of view of that aspect that was incoming and not from the Denise aspect that’s already here. Two-way street, and sometimes we get to perceive and feel this Embodiment Process from one or the other or both directions, sides and points of awareness, which is really interesting when it happens to you/You.

The other side of this is from our incarnate physical side where things often feel uncomfortable, strange, alien, cause different types of pain both physically and emotionally etc. The same could be said however from the incoming aspect, and that it feels uncomfortable, strange, alien, causes different types of pain and temporary confusion etc. It takes a minimum of two to Tango, and both have their legitimate but very different points of perspective and awareness etc. Marriage takes some getting used to Embodiers, and we’ve barely begun the Honeymoon phase.

Another aspect of this Higher/Lower Merging, Sacred Marriage, Embodiment Process that I’ve found to be totally unexpected is that sometimes I can no longer tell what’s physically “real” and what isn’t. Having been born clairvoyant and all the other clairs too, I’ve always known when I was Seeing anything that was non-physical. It was intense, dramatic and stood out like crazy and was instantly known to me to be a non-physical something or someone that I was Seeing. However, over these many AP years this lifelong ability has, along with most others, evolved into something NEW and vastly more complex as is to be expected. And, as usual, every time this happens I don’t get a NEW and Updated Instruction Manual with every incoming NEW ability. They just arrive and I’m left to figure out what’s happened, what’s changed and how things work now because of those changes.

For many years now when I clairvoyantly See something I oftentimes don’t instantly recognize, like I always could before the AP started, that what I’m Seeing is actually something non-physical. When I See it and it looks to me like something physical, I react to it as if it is physical. Question with this one is, why can’t a lifelong Clairvoyant all the sudden tell the difference between something physical and something non-physical? Fast answer is, because those old borders between the physical dimension and the non-physical ones have been nearly nonexistent for twenty-plus years now. 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D and higher no longer have those same old discernable energetic borders that clearly outlined one dimension from another. Why? One big reason is that you/me/each of us is becoming increasingly consciously Multidimensional, meaning we’re functioning in more than just the physical dimension and rapidly becoming conscious of this fact, even when we don’t necessarily understand it or recognize it immediately! So much so that some of us are having to learn and/or re-learn what’s physical and what isn’t because it’s all looking and feeling like the same thing to us — “real” and solid etc. no matter where it and we are at the time we perceive it. Said another way, the old rules, systems, perceptions and abilities aren’t in-play anymore because we have, are and will continue to be evolving far beyond them. Because of this fact, things look and feel and act very differently than what many of us are used to in our incarnations up to these ongoing evolutionary changes internally and therefore externally as well. Expect the unexpected in your 5D self and abilities, perceptions, HighHeart Consciousness, and your HighHeart Consciously Created reality and life. Open more to it all and be dazzled by the growing extraordinary both in you and around you. ❤

Here’s another interesting AP (Ascension Process) and EP (Embodiment Process) change I’ve dealt with increasingly so over the past few years. Dreaming while wide awake and doing other things physically. No, I’m not talking about daydreaming or about imagining or envisioning, but about full-fledged, altered state of consciousness such as when we’re naturally deep asleep and dreaming, dreaming. I can be up, moving around doing physical things and simultaneously feel another part or aspect of “me” is dreaming just like when I’m asleep and dreaming. It took me a while to discern this one because I automatically assumed (bad thing to do while in the throes of mass evolution!), that I was just thinking about other things, not actually awake AND dreaming at the same time. But, that’s what it turned out to be, and this too is merely another aspect of our continuing evolution and some of our NEW, highly interesting super powers. 😉

The more you/me/we release our focus and memories etc. on the old lower frequency dense Duality patriarchal world and reality, the less you/me/we exist within it. It’s that simple and that difficult to master, but it’s what we’ve done all along. Release the old lower and continue to take on, take in, Embody more and more of the NEW higher and things will make more sense and get easier and much faster during this mega transition period. We’re more there than most of us realize or understand yet, so keep doing your Great Works and all else naturally falls into place and makes more sense as you better understand the NEW 5D rules.
