Learning To Function with Growing Multidimensional Consciousness

One of the main NEW Human abilities the evolutionary pioneers are having to learn now is relying on yourself, not another person, group, system, government, religion, channel, guru, ascension teacher, patriarchal leader etc. And I don’t mean in the old lower 3D Duality template survival consciousness and reality because that no longer exists, but in the Triality template of individual HighHeartLife sovereignty.

Do you know who your ‘Soul Mate’ is? IT’S YOUR SOUL.

In lower past separation and Duality frequency and consciousness, people believed their “Soul Mate” was an external other human. But in integrated Triality frequency levels, people are discovering that their Soul is their internal “Soul Mate”, and that they now must embody much more of IT within their current physical body, self and consciousness to vibrationally rise to the frequency range of NEW Human.

In the old lower 3D Duality reality and consciousness template we no longer exist in, because every individual was greatly separated within themselves, they physically banded together for strength, protection, love, food, support, power, safety and so on. When the name of the game was how far can we individually separate from Source, nature, and other aspects of ourselves? this was normal. It’s not anymore because we’ve evolved to high Triality frequency, consciousness and being where we’re currently in the ongoing Process of reconnecting more and more of what had been intentionally separated in ourselves to experience separation and Duality.

Descending involution required separating from large aspects of ourselves. Ascending evolution requires each of us to embody those large aspects and Soul within the physically incarnate you reading this. This you’ve been incrementally doing during the Ascension Process and will continue doing so. This is the meaning of Unity and Unity Consciousness in the Ascension Process and existence in higher Triality frequency.

What a reality shattering Turnaround and Return Trip back towards HOME, and all while remaining physically incarnate in your current body and life! Give credit where credit is due fellow First Everythinger trailblazers. Never buy into the constant negative media barrage doing all it can to convince you that none of this is actually happening and that patriarchal evil will reign eternal. Never doubt the natural, evolutionary Ascension Process just because it gets difficult, painful, exhausting and confusing at times. The Merriam-Webster Dictionary site says, “Our 2022 Word of the Year is ‘Gaslighting’.“ I suspect it’ll be a strong contender for 2023 as well.

I was quiet and gone throughout November 2022, because I was living more compressed yearend embodying, and this year, November was pretty surreal. I’ve gotten lost in linear time numerous times before but never to the degree and length I experienced throughout November. I honestly didn’t know if it was September, October, or November 2022 much of the “time”. I’d have it correct and locked in for a couple hours, then lose it repeatedly. From my perspective throughout the month of November 2022, I lived September and October while in November living it too, but I don’t mean linearly. It was an extended period of Spherical Consciousness where I was not locked into any of those three months specifically, but free flowing—or one could say wandering, meandering, deviating—nonlinearly within them all.

Said another way, with the old, limited consciousness, energies and very narrow frequency range we were born into now gone, it was a period for me, and many of you reading this, to get significantly more familiar with not always being dialed into, locked into, trapped in, or contained within only one time, space, consciousness and reality but multiple ones simultaneously. Spherical Consciousness. Expect a lot more of these types of abrupt, unfixed type of consciousness and reality experiences because it’s part of being an ascending, multidimensionally aware NEW Human with vastly less frequency restraints and reality borders to contend with, feel safe within, or define yourself and your life by.

When your consciousness needs to step out of the old patriarchal gaslighting bullshit box and stretch its rapidly growing spiritual legs, let it. It’s going to happen anyway so you might as well enjoy these unexpected periods where time and space and linear old reality aren’t! Be patient and trust what you’re going through, even when it’s nebulous, nonlinear, mysterious and much larger than what you’re used to. Give yourself the time, privacy and space to embody more and discover how that has changed you and your reality every time it happens if needed. I’ve said it before and repeat it again here; the Veils aren’t thin, they’re freaking gone! Learn how to “navigate” by not navigating in the old ways you and I are used to. There’s much more of these types of experiences to come for us all so be prepared for “reality” to suddenly not play by the old rules for the simple reason that we no longer exist down there.

In November I had some things I needed to mentally focus on and figure out like 2022 IRS tax changes I’d heard nothing about until PayPal emailed me and everyone with a PayPal account about them in October, and my health insurance, all things I’ve always abhorred because they’re of the patriarchal world. But because linear plotting and planning consciousness barely works anymore, I simply could not mentally focus to figure out any of these things in November. What was very clear however was that a few more NEW codes had been added to the NEW Human, NEW Earth Triality template mix in November. They were represented visually to me as a single large light gold colored round cut diamond, another as a deeper gold colored emerald cut diamond, and another as five tiny sapphire blue round cut diamonds in a tight row. Think geometric shapes, facets, cut patterns, and colors, not actual “diamonds” although the Triality-based codes all have Diamond energetics.

Remember back in the early years of the Ascension Process when suddenly many of us could see with our eyes closed? You’d be in bed in the dark with your eyes closed but could still clearly see your dimly illuminated bedroom in detail. Another NEW similar ability has been increasing in more of us this year and it is the ability to dream while awake and focused on something else.

Our inner frequency has elevated and changed so greatly that sometimes you’ll be consciously aware you’re awake and doing, thinking, focusing pointedly on whatever but simultaneously are also dreaming, asleep dreaming I mean not “daydreaming”. Think of a juggler juggling multiple balls at the same time, and occasionally someone throws in an additional ball, adding more for the juggler to juggle and not drop any of them. We’re doing the same sorts of things because of the Ascension Process, ongoing embodiment, expanding self, higher abilities, HighHeart and High Awareness Triality-based consciousness and more. Think less old separation and greater integration within your body, consciousness, self/Selves/Soul and experienced reality/realities. This too is a process and doesn’t all happen in one magical moment. It could of course but we’re not that fabulous yet in these physical bodies and incarnate consciousness. It’s easy to exit a body, it’s much harder to remain in one and actually do the long haul physically to the next higher evolutionary octave. Be aware of when you’re perceiving more than what you’re used to while awake.

Additionally, most of November 2022 was a collection of earthquakes and volcanos erupting. Also increased mass shootings in this country. If you’re a Sensitive and/or Earth Sensitive—which most ascending NEW Humans are or are quickly becoming—then the energetic and physical 2D underground and surface level Earth changes you’ve felt in your physical body in different ways. Remember the latest NEW code additions I mentioned earlier? The light gold round Diamond, the darker gold emerald cut Diamond, and the five tiny sapphire blue Diamonds in a tight row. The November 2022 addition of these latest NEW codes played a part in causing the numerous earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, the variety of body pains many have felt, the linear time dismantling experiences many of us went through last month, and the growing mental and emotional instabilities and illness in many people that cannot cope with these very high frequencies, Light energies, NEW codes and Triality frequency. Sensitives feel the NEW codes and every code addition when it/they arrive very strongly in our physical bodies, as does ascending Earth. Less separation and much more individual integration and unity with everything.

A reader emailed me a few days ago and shared a special but emotionally painful experience she’s been going through. Thanks S.H. ❤ She’s had a wild buck who’s come on her property for years. She’s enjoyed his visits and could recognize him because of the uniqueness of his antlers. In short, she loves and LOVES him greatly. Because of her love and LOVE for him—which he could easily feel—when it was time for him to die, he chose to do so on her property and where she could see him instead of in the forest alone. Why do you think this wild buck did this?

Because she has always loved and LOVED him with her whole HighHeart.

Her love LOVE was easily felt by this wild animal, and he knew he’d be safe going through his death process on her property with her witnessing it. The NEW Humans of NEW Earth will have very different, very loving and respectful relationships with all animals. Know this and watch for it in your life and in other people’s. Have you noticed how the wild animals are changing because we are?

Here’s some 2021 photos I took of a couple Coopers Hawks that I love LOVE deeply that come into my covered (city) patio area to drink, soak for 45 minutes in the birdbaths, splash about, and hangout in my intentionally created high frequency safe space. This year there’s been baby Copper hawks hanging out in my birdbaths for hours every few days. I had such a lovefest going with one of these Coopers hawks that he would remain in my patio on the white metal fence railing when I opened my door and went out there.

If you intentionally create and build it with HighHeart love and LOVE, know that wild animals feel that and will enter your safe energetic space. The animals have waited a very long time for humans to become HighHeart-based NEW Humans. Enjoy these budding evolved animal relationships but always use discernment too. We’re all new to this so go carefully, safely, wisely and respectfully. Radiate your love and LOVE towards them knowing they will definitely feel it and probably come in for a closer look and spend some time with you soaking up your pure love LOVE of them.

There’s been talk since 2020, that you need to gather with others. Some claim this is necessary to create and manifest new realities. The truth however is that we Volunteers have always Worked together in these lives of ascension from nonphysical levels of our multidimensional beings and consciousness. We don’t ‘need to’ physically band together, herd together in any ascension community group or groups to get the job/jobs done. We’ve always been far more capable than that, and now that we’re existing in Triality frequency template and codes (since 2020 and more so every year since), it’s vastly easier and faster to HighHeart Consciously Create and manifest in physical reality individually and as the unseen higher Group we’ve always been whether physically together or not.

You know how to gain access to NEW Earth? Become an internal frequency match with it.

There is no new group to join, no new pack of people you need to sheeple herd along with. NEW Human individuals are the “NEW group”. You and your embodied Soul, Triality template frequency codes, higher abilities and consciousness are an entire Group all by yourself, each one of you. That is the NEW Human base — individually integrated and empowered from a pure level of HighHeart being, consciousness, frequency and reality. Again, separation begets the need for groups and clustering together. Individual integration begets empowered, sovereign individuals. When a bunch of impowered sovereign individuals exist in the same space, that entire Group is tremendously more energetically potent and capable of very evolved NEW creativity. Notice I didn’t say the same room or building, but the same space, as in NEW Earth.

On NEW Earth each individual is no longer separated in themselves but greatly integrated, reunited, mated with their higher aspects which automatically produces the NEW Human individual. The only group you honestly need to be with is this personal, internal one inside yourself in your physical body.

Imagine how NEW Earth will function populated with individuals who’ve reunited many of their higher aspects of greater Self and Soul in their current physical bodies. Talk about multidimensional, Spherical consciousness, Triality-based ascended Aquarian Age Individuals and Groups of integrated Individuals! Most people cannot comprehend the 5D+ multidimensional crystalline, Diamond NEW Human of Light, and how creating and manifesting at this vastly higher level will be. Unfortunately, many people continue to apply old pre-ascension patriarchal perceptions on NEW internal, individual Triality reality and consciousness which is of course entirely wrong, a waste of energy and time, plus confusing to many people just learning about the Ascension Process and shift to a higher octave of being and external reality.

When PLUTO ENTERS AQUARIUS in January 2024—with no retrogrades back into Capricorn as it does throughout 2023—what I’m talking about will become much more obvious to far more people worldwide, and very quickly. Ascended Pluto in ascended Aquarius functioning in Triality frequency will completely rock the world and all of us in it. Here comes the sudden manifestation of many more NEW Human individuals of and for nothing but NEW Earth.

What’s the opposite sign to ascended Aquarius? Ascended Leo. What does ascended, Triality-based Leo rule? The Diamond, Christic frequency HighHeart and ascended, multidimensionally conscious NEW Human Creativity. Couple that with ascended Aquarian Uranian Higher Consciousness and Awareness and it’s a spectacular higher octave combination for NEW Humans to buildout NEW Earth. And remember, Uranus functions very quickly and causes instantaneous improved and expanded consciousness changes in humans, and even faster in ascending humans. I’ve said this before too but am repeating it here again. This Ascension Process ‘Shift’ into Triality-based, NEW Human, NEW Earth frequency is and will happen so much faster than most would believe possible. Those of us making these changes first because it’s our jobs to do so for global humanity, have been having to deal with releasing the old, the past, our personal pasts because we’re the first to embody the NEW.

Lastly, I want to let you know that due to these Phase 2 evolutionary Ascension Process changes, and my being a First Everythinger NEW Human, NEW Earth pioneer, it’s natural that my articles and how often I write them will change somewhat. When I can’t anchor myself in linear time and maintain it because I’m evolving beyond that, know that I won’t be writing anything during those surreal periods. I will however do my best from here on out to at least publish a short note letting you know I’m alive and okay but not capable of creating meaningful sentences yet! Isn’t this fun? Yeah, I know, but it’s becoming so finally, especially with our growing NEW superpowers.

Some Not Considered Aspects of the Ascension & Embodiment Processes

How many Forerunners/Wayshowers/Embodiers knew that 2017 was going to be like this?! I didn’t. I did know it would be a continuation and ongoing amplification of how outrageous it’s been every year since 2013, with improvements unfolding constantly in each of us willing and able to continue progressing (releasing more density to Embody more Light) within the Ascension and Embodiment Process. But there were, are and no doubt will be more things I didn’t consider with everything that’s happening in 2017. Things both personal and collective. Things both of the Light and the Dark. Things far beyond them both and old lower Duality Consciousness.

There’s so much to talk about so I’m just going to do my best to not forget anything (but I will, I always do) and cover as many of these early 2017 difficulties, pains, insanity, evolutionary brilliance, other people not coping well with it all, Ascension & Embodiment Process side effects, becoming increasingly conscious of being a Multidimensional Being in a physical body and learning how to function from that NEW platform, the weirdness of living in a constant state of flux and change in linear time and quantum no time and/or in the Now Moment, and the slow-motion realization of how to exist physically in a fifth dimensional (5D) world and how to Consciously Create from this NEW level of being and current awareness. And naturally it all will be changed some more later today, tomorrow, the day after that and so on because this is “life” now; constant, moment to moment evolution into something so much better and more grand but not quite grasping it all yet. That statement is both spiritually and energetically stunning and bust-a-Buddha Belly-gut hilarious.

What Happens When More Team Dark Timelines & Stolen Systems Are Shutdown & Taken Back From Them?

Fast answer is, a whole lot more Light Energies can and do immediately come in which naturally pushes everyone into even greater Embodiment and ongoing evolutionary Ascension. See, there’s one of those not considered things I was talking about earlier. We Forerunners/Wayshowers/Embodiers get so involved in The Work we do in and through ourselves and our bodies for Self and ALL that we often don’t slow down long enough to consider what’s most likely going to happen next, and next, and next because of it and much more.

So we recently had seven Solar flares intentionally aimed directly at Saturn, Lord of Building & Maintaining Anything In Physicality, which was a Divine Cease and Desist Order to Team Dark (TD), preventing them from continuing to utilize that planet and its energies to further control and imprison any timeline(s) and beings in it/them. And it worked of course, which instantly caused some pretty large and far-reaching energetic repercussions throughout different worlds, timelines and dimensions. This next sentence is super important, and it’s taken me far too long to honestly and fully grasp this as a fact and reality inside my body and self/Self.

The Divine, cosmic, galactic, stellar, planetary, multidimensional battles, wars, fights, struggles, changes, successes, positive growth, highly compressed evolution, tremendous progress, ongoing expansions, ongoing integration and everything else that has been, is, and will be taking place up and out there in the higher dimensions and other worlds, other galaxies, universes, multiverses etc… also takes place inside each of our physical bodies, consciousness and individual incarnate selves, lives and physical reality.

Breath and re-read that sentence again please. Don’t do anything else but consider that fact, for yourself, in your body, in your life and reality now. As above, so below. We are the macro and the micro. Why? Because we’re Multidimensional Beings that are direct aspects, fragments of Divine Source dispersed everywhere simultaneously. Everything that’s taking place now via the evolutionary Ascension & Embodiment Process is happening “out there” and “in here” in each of us and our bodies and consciousness. We are all One, there is no separation from Divine Source. The “end times” are happening “out there” and “in here”, in each of us and our bodies and consciousness. We are the agents of evolutionary change, all the way down into every cell and nerve in our physical bodies.

Let’s continue with that last thought held high and proudly overhead like a great, glowing crown of empowered Beingness. ⭐

So if you/me/we are in all places and dimensions simultaneously, and we’ve reached that point within the evolutionary Ascension & Embodiment Process (AP) where we now HAVE to have that awareness in us consciously all the time, then things start to make a bit more sense. More sense as to why things physically hurt and ache in the ways they now do in 2017. Why things emotionally hurt and don’t hurt at all now like they do in 2017. Why things seem like they’re more important than anything has EVER been before and simultaneously, not important much at all really. Just know much more for the Neutral Observer HighHeart Self. Why things seem so freaking insane and wildly frustrating at times and simultaneously so profoundly perfect and expected for what’s happening everywhere now in 2017. Why things excite and inspire one moment, and in the next one you could care less one way or the other about much of anything. Why things are working and not working. Why things are falling apart and coming together in higher, NEW ways every minute of every day and night now in 2017. Why people are the most lovely, frustrating, evolving, blossoming, insane, distorted, monstrous pains in the ass/heart glorious Beings that you want to LOVE more than ever before, and/or you could care less because you know from Higher Awareness that all is in Perfect Divine Order right now, every moment even when it doesn’t feel or look like it.

What Happens When Some More of Your Higher Self is Embodied in Your Physical Body & Current Level of Consciousness?

Fast answer is, you and your body become, every time this happens remember, the location where a whole bunch more of NEW to you/me/us stuff starts happening. Why? Because those NEW things used to take place in higher dimensions and were dealt with by other aspects of your/my/our Higher Selves and/or other higher beings that are “us” at those different levels. But, with each next-level phase of our Embodiment Process, a little more and a little more of our Higher Self takes up residence in our physical bodies and selves, consciousness and lives, which obviously changes everything dramatically. It also means that more and more of those things, those jobs, that Work etc. that took place in higher dimensions and was dealt with by higher aspects of ourselves up there, is now increasingly able to take place in us and our physical bodies and selves/Selves down here in this increasing 5D physical dimension. “Upper Management” is increasingly moving down into you/me/us which means there’s a lot we’re quickly having to learn or re-learn as we Embody more and more of IT.

Like many of you reading this I too have waited for my physical body to instantly and magically turn into a crystalline, shining, radiating beacon of higher dimensional Divine Light Energies, with diamond sprinkles on top. Instead of all that, I’ve still got senior aged Denise that’s overweight and continues to need to eat, sleep, shower and use the bathroom. Not very exalted is it? Not yet at least.

My point is that too many of us have believed that something other than what’s happening now was what was going to be happening now. We believed that we’d externally look like what we’ve gone through internally for two or more decades. God knows we deserve it after all we’ve been through with the AP, but so far, we’re still hauling around our tired, sore, oftentimes bloated to the extreme, swollen, nauseous, achy physical meat spacesuit, albeit with more and more of our Higher Self in it now too and probably shocked and complaining about how uncomfortable, restrictive, dense and stinky it is in there. I jest, or so I hope.

I’ve had lifelong conscious memories of my out-of-body sojourns in higher dimensions and what I’ve experienced and seen while there. It’s been amazing seeing some of the Beings I have in other dimensions and realities, and because of these lifelong Multi-D experiences, I think I can grasp a bit better about the Embodiment Process and how it feels to both sides, both aspects that are living this Process now.

How many of you have, during these many AP years, suddenly looked at something and not recognized it, not known what it was or was used for or what it’s called etc.? I remember one of the first times I experienced this back in the late 1990s. I saw some common everyday item and didn’t know what it was and I wondered why in the world that was. This has happened many times since then and I’ve come to realize that it was more than just the common Ascension Process side effect of our consciousness expanding repeatedly via the Rewiring Process and having temporary “brain fog” and “losing nouns” etc. I eventually understood that what I was experiencing was much like what’s been called ‘Soul Braiding’ or ‘Oversoul Merge’. I realized that the reason “I”, whoever that was at that time, had never seen the 3D physical object(s) in question and that’s why “I” didn’t know what they were, what they’re were used for what they were or called. In other words, this Embodiment Process has been at times over the past twenty years and counting, observed and felt from the point of view of that aspect that was incoming and not from the Denise aspect that’s already here. Two-way street, and sometimes we get to perceive and feel this Embodiment Process from one or the other or both directions, sides and points of awareness, which is really interesting when it happens to you/You.

The other side of this is from our incarnate physical side where things often feel uncomfortable, strange, alien, cause different types of pain both physically and emotionally etc. The same could be said however from the incoming aspect, and that it feels uncomfortable, strange, alien, causes different types of pain and temporary confusion etc. It takes a minimum of two to Tango, and both have their legitimate but very different points of perspective and awareness etc. Marriage takes some getting used to Embodiers, and we’ve barely begun the Honeymoon phase.

Another aspect of this Higher/Lower Merging, Sacred Marriage, Embodiment Process that I’ve found to be totally unexpected is that sometimes I can no longer tell what’s physically “real” and what isn’t. Having been born clairvoyant and all the other clairs too, I’ve always known when I was Seeing anything that was non-physical. It was intense, dramatic and stood out like crazy and was instantly known to me to be a non-physical something or someone that I was Seeing. However, over these many AP years this lifelong ability has, along with most others, evolved into something NEW and vastly more complex as is to be expected. And, as usual, every time this happens I don’t get a NEW and Updated Instruction Manual with every incoming NEW ability. They just arrive and I’m left to figure out what’s happened, what’s changed and how things work now because of those changes.

For many years now when I clairvoyantly See something I oftentimes don’t instantly recognize, like I always could before the AP started, that what I’m Seeing is actually something non-physical. When I See it and it looks to me like something physical, I react to it as if it is physical. Question with this one is, why can’t a lifelong Clairvoyant all the sudden tell the difference between something physical and something non-physical? Fast answer is, because those old borders between the physical dimension and the non-physical ones have been nearly nonexistent for twenty-plus years now. 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D and higher no longer have those same old discernable energetic borders that clearly outlined one dimension from another. Why? One big reason is that you/me/each of us is becoming increasingly consciously Multidimensional, meaning we’re functioning in more than just the physical dimension and rapidly becoming conscious of this fact, even when we don’t necessarily understand it or recognize it immediately! So much so that some of us are having to learn and/or re-learn what’s physical and what isn’t because it’s all looking and feeling like the same thing to us — “real” and solid etc. no matter where it and we are at the time we perceive it. Said another way, the old rules, systems, perceptions and abilities aren’t in-play anymore because we have, are and will continue to be evolving far beyond them. Because of this fact, things look and feel and act very differently than what many of us are used to in our incarnations up to these ongoing evolutionary changes internally and therefore externally as well. Expect the unexpected in your 5D self and abilities, perceptions, HighHeart Consciousness, and your HighHeart Consciously Created reality and life. Open more to it all and be dazzled by the growing extraordinary both in you and around you. ❤

Here’s another interesting AP (Ascension Process) and EP (Embodiment Process) change I’ve dealt with increasingly so over the past few years. Dreaming while wide awake and doing other things physically. No, I’m not talking about daydreaming or about imagining or envisioning, but about full-fledged, altered state of consciousness such as when we’re naturally deep asleep and dreaming, dreaming. I can be up, moving around doing physical things and simultaneously feel another part or aspect of “me” is dreaming just like when I’m asleep and dreaming. It took me a while to discern this one because I automatically assumed (bad thing to do while in the throes of mass evolution!), that I was just thinking about other things, not actually awake AND dreaming at the same time. But, that’s what it turned out to be, and this too is merely another aspect of our continuing evolution and some of our NEW, highly interesting super powers. 😉

The more you/me/we release our focus and memories etc. on the old lower frequency dense Duality patriarchal world and reality, the less you/me/we exist within it. It’s that simple and that difficult to master, but it’s what we’ve done all along. Release the old lower and continue to take on, take in, Embody more and more of the NEW higher and things will make more sense and get easier and much faster during this mega transition period. We’re more there than most of us realize or understand yet, so keep doing your Great Works and all else naturally falls into place and makes more sense as you better understand the NEW 5D rules. Much more is coming and soon and isn’t that just perfect and wonderful. ❤

The Profound Intensity of Embodying More DIVINE MOMMY

I experienced further embodying of Divine Cosmic Mommy in late 2015, much more intensely and for longer periods in 2016, then every few weeks so far in 2017, amplifying everything that led up to this by light years (energy stair steps remember?), this has been and continues to be mind-blowing, earth-shaking, life-changing, reality-altering, body-expanding, take-no-prisoners type intense Divine Mommy embodiment stuff.

This isn’t just additional fragmented aspects of Divine Mommy, of ‘Cosmic Mother-level divine light’, but IT in ITS undiluted, non-fragmented, unified natural entirety, and that will literally rock your world—and other parts too which we’ll get to—when embodying some more of IT into your physical body and therefore consciousness, life and reality. No, this is not about smaller, individualized aspects of the Divine Cosmic Mommy Energy such as what’s represented in a variety of aspects like the female asteroid archetypal energies, female Goddess archetypes, Mother Nature, Amazon Warrior Women, Wives of ancient gods of old, great beauties, Muses and feminine creators etc. No, this is Divine Cosmic Mother Feminine Light Energy returning and currently being embodied by the Forerunners and anchored back into consciousness, life and reality in the NEW Earth for NEW Humans. This is big, this is important, this is absolutely necessary, and at times IT simultaneously feels awesome, amazing, empowering, expanding, excruciating and like it may blow your physical heart out with ITS sheer magnitude and intensity, drive you mad sexually, cause you to promise immediate extinction to anyone and anything anywhere that continues negative patriarchal patterns, habits and beliefs that harm/wound/mutilate/rape/plunder/use/steal/or kill another human or other living thing.

Divine Mommy, Divine Cosmic Mother Feminine isn’t small in that warm and fuzzy sort of way. IT also isn’t all lovey-dovey and hugs n’ kisses either, and IT certainly is not an “enabler” or “co-dependent”. Divine Mommy as I’m calling this incomprehensible Energy at the moment, is returned because it’s time for IT to be re-integrated into humanity and human consciousness and life and reality finally. This Energy (and IT deserves to be capitalized) has for so long been exiled, removed, diminished and distorted to such a degree as to be completely impotent and basically meaningless. Mother, whore, virgin, witch, seductress, hag and young maid is about all the patriarchy allowed in of intentionally distorted and controlled Divine Mother archetypes throughout the global patriarchal rule, and because of this, most people are totally unfamiliar with how big, powerful and utterly unstoppable this Divine Cosmic Mother Feminine Energy actually is. We all are increasingly being re-introduced to IT via our ongoing individual Embodiment processes over these past few years, but in 2017, this aspect of the Ascension Process (AP) has reached this NEW level and it’s a blessing but sometimes way over-the-top type experience Embodying a bit more of IT. And that was a huge understatement, and you know it is if you’ve lived through this latest 2017 phase of Embodying some more of Divine Cosmic Mommy! Loved to near death; fried to near death; expanded to near death; pushed to near death, awakened to near death and it’s all been so great and terrible and wonderful and sexual and not sexual and not loving and not great and great and wonderful and…

Someone’s Got To Talk About This

I’ve briefly mentioned in previous articles about how I intentionally chose celibacy when it was time for me to, once again, “re-enter the Sacred Temple” at age 39 in 1991, to prepare for the start of the biological, physical-level Ascension Process in 1999. I chose to be celibate in 1991 because my time fooling around trying to be just a human ended with the start of my Uranus Opposition at that age. This was a Soul Contract so lose the furrowed brow and saddened heart. I was grateful I had those first 39 years to complete karma with others, experience a few things, have lots of sex, and grow myself in different ways. But, as I painfully discovered back in my sexually active years during the 1970s and 1980s, Team Dark (TD) took advantage of every romantic relationship and every sexual act no matter how much “love”, compassion, connection and devotion was involved. TD was always there stealing beautiful, loving sexual energy generated by myself and male partner(s). And/or they were intentionally manipulating myself, current partner, other people etc. to create negative energies from sexually active people so we’d all produce fear, jealousy, guilt, anger, sexual addictions, distrust, neediness, emotional imbalance and so on for them to energetically feed from. TD didn’t care what created the energy they stole from humans, just that they got it constantly, which meant they also endlessly manipulated people into producing low-frequency emotional energies any way they could. For me in the 70s and 80s it was a No-Win situation with romantic/love/sexual relationships because TD ran the world back then; the Light hadn’t arrived, which meant it was a terribly dark and dangerous place making the love/romance/sex/love-making business painful in one way or another, dangerous and usually frustrating. The things I’ve clairvoyantly Seen and personally experienced in relation to this topic would turn your stomach, shock you and cause you to become celibate too. I’m talking about the bad old Dark days, today it’s a different story IF you and partner are both functioning at a much higher level of HighHeart being and awareness where TD cannot reach and therefore affect you in those old lower ways. Frequency, it’s all about different levels of frequency and where you’re at.

So, I’ve been in a No Sex Zone since age 39 by choice for said reasons. It was easy and felt grand not having to risk and/or sacrifice so much just to make love with a male I was involved with. Higher Awareness and Being always includes great changes and greater personal responsibilities.

But, with the return of some more Divine Mommy Energy every year since 2015, one of the many ways our physical bodies interprets and responds to IT is a whole-body and being sense of tremendously amplified “sexual” energy. IT is not “sexual” at all, IT is simply pure, undiluted Divine Cosmic Mother Feminine Light Energy that, when Embodied physically often feels like nearly unbearable sexual energies flowing through your entire body constantly. Ouch and super yum all at the same time… for weeks and months at a time. Not an exaggeration please understand. Soon we’ll be in this level of Divine Cosmic Mother Feminine Energy constantly because we’ll have Embodied it completely, and more importantly, adapted to IT so IT will no longer feel to us like anything other than greater Divine Light and LOVE.

I hope you realize that the only reason I’m sharing this particular information now is that I know there are some Forerunners out there suddenly feeling a nearly unbearable need to hump someone into divine ecstatic oblivion. This is why so just breath and realize that, as usual, you and your physical body and everything else will Embody a bit more, adapt, adjust, re-adjust a few times, finally get comfortable with the latest NEW Light Energies and then… it will all start-up again at an even higher level with an even greater quantity of Light Energy every time.

The Amazon Warrior Woman

Another common side effect of our Embodying more of Divine Mommy now is that not only are we individually feeling an absolute intolerance for any and all old negative patriarchal period bullshit, abuses, female mutilations etc., but our Embodying more of IT also anchors IT into the grid-work structures of the NEW Earth, meaning the HighHeart grid that the rest of humanity will eventually be a part of too. Do you understand yet how you are currently a Creator Being via your personal Embodiment Ascension Process?

Divine Cosmic Mommy/Mother Light Energies are at this point, due to them needing to further breakdown the old negative patriarchal insanity, rather Amazon Warrior Woman-like, even for male Forerunners. Don’t fret over any of this as IT will level-out when IT no longer needs to put an end to all that’s been globally accepted mega negativity. We’re already seeing greater number of females and males rebelling against old patriarchal restrictions and negativity and this will only increase the more the Forerunners Embody more Divine Cosmic Mommy Light Energies in ourselves. We’re also seeing more of this NEW Divine Cosmic Mommy/Mother Light Energy returning now via new movies and TV shows with plenty of Amazon Warrior Woman types in them.

All you have to do is IT, and while doing IT, understand that your physical heart won’t burst from the sheer force and volume of IT, nor will you go crazy from IT feeling unbearably sexual when in your physical body during these early stages, nor will you go mad and run naked in the streets because you’re becoming a living, Embodied, physical Master of Light housing LOVE within yourself constantly. Yes it feels like you’ll be crushed, exploded, loved/Loved/LOVED unto death and well beyond by IT, but so what in any or all cases? I’m still alive after what all I’ve been through in just these first few months of 2017; I haven’t been jailed for molesting some male stranger; I’m still celibate but that might change due to these massive evolutionary improvements; I’m still Embodying; still ending old negative patriarchal timelines; getting the oil in my car changed; buying toilet paper; still marveling at the stars in the night sky, and falling in LOVE more and more every hour via the Embodiment Process. IT stings, IT burns, IT tears apart, IT re-unites, IT expands, IT permanently improves and changes each of us. Let IT and be grateful for what you’re experiencing and able to do, survive and anchor for future humans.

November 17 through 21, 2014 Update

A brief note about some of the different NEW energies I’ve felt from around November 17 through today, the 21st. The image I used above looks much like how it has felt to me; extra bright, intense and very different. Tomorrow the Sun enters Sagittarius and there’s a New Moon at 0° Sagittarius 7′ which will change the feel of things considerably but what I’m talking about has to do with what I’ve perceived as new NEW energies coming in all week from a very high level that we’ve not experienced here in physicality before.

I’m far too exhausted now to know where this particular new NEW energy came in from, but what I’ve been painfully aware of is the unusual intensity of it on my physical body. Some of you will relate and some not so just use whatever is helpful at this time and slide over the rest.

From my current perspective—such as it is at this time—this new NEW very high energy has felt like extra intense energies much like what a heavy-duty X-class solar flare causes but I sense its source is from some rather exotic location and very high level. We’ve been “prepped” for this even though it hasn’t felt like it all week! Here’s a short list of how this new NEW high energy has effected my body. Again, some of you will relate while others won’t and that’s perfectly normal.

Constant Inner Ear Ringing — Hearing high-pitched ringing sounds constantly in your inner ears is typically a sign you’re receiving (embodying, being evolved by, anchoring etc.) high level Light frequencies/energies through the Sun. It doesn’t hurt but is just noisy.

Head Pains & Pressures — Feeling the high frequency energies come in through the “receiver” area about a foot or so above your head, pour down into your entire physical head, brain and skull where it causes pressures and pains in your head, eyes, jaw, sometimes upper teeth, sinuses, brain glands and skull. I hesitate calling these pains “headaches” because they dwarf normal headaches and make one feel like a living human tuning fork that’s being struck by Divine cosmic energies which are causing us to emit NEW energies from ourselves and our bodies.

Experiencing functioning in Multiple Dimensions & Realities — For many of us this isn’t anything new at all, however, what’s happening now feels very different to me. I can see with my eyes open and closed. I’m “dreaming” while both awake and sleep. I’m here in this physical world and Denise body but I’m simultaneously in other worlds and locations, and there’s so much flowing motion, movement and constant changing because all is on the move between the old and the NEW and the lower and the higher levels. Needless to say it’s all been rather strange as in weird, not scary or frightening at all, just tremendously expansive in very NEW ways.

NEW, different Dreaming — What can I say but wow about this! Dreaming, on those rare occasions when one can actually fall asleep, is like nothing I’ve experienced before and I’ve been great at being lucid while out-of-body all my life. Again, this too feels like so much is in flux now, moving, changing, coming in and going out and entering where we’ve never gone before in these ways we are now. At this point I feel more like a spectator in a foreign land just taking in all the NEW sights. Don’t over think your “dreams” now as they don’t feel like our old lower frequency “dreams” at all. I doubt we’ll need them much anymore anyway after all the transmuting we’ve done for decades.

Learning to deal with the Unaware who believe they’ve got it all figured out — This one is increasing daily for me and I’m learning how to best talk to, deal with and have exchanges with people who exist within a lower frequency range than I do at this time. Sometimes the gap is so large that the other person cannot relate to me (to you, to any of us) and just doesn’t get me or what I’m talking about at all. Other times the gap isn’t as large between myself and someone else which means there’s enough in common between us consciousness-wise so we can at least talk to each other and get whatever it is done that we’re both trying to. This too is taxing and exhausting in its own ways and I’m really having to Master this one lately and get good at it as quickly as I can. I hope I expressed this well enough that you get what I’m saying. I’ll try to go into this one in more detail in another article maybe.

Feeling something Big & Totally NEW Coming Very Soon — This one we’ve been through a few hundred times already but, as with the other things listed above, this feels very new NEW and different to me and completely positive and expansive for us all.

As usual there’s so much going on at year’s end energetically and we’re really moving super fast now into more and more of the NEW and also this new NEW I’ve been feeling growing. There’s great Beings behind this energy that’s coming in now and new connections are being made day and night between us and them and so much more. Just don’t over think things right now. Pay attention, discern, feel and create but let it all flow where it needs to and let it carry you along with it. We’ll all know more about this soon. ❤

As You Know, the “Second Coming” is Us

As usual there will be Stair-steps with this phase of the 2013 winter Solstice and winter quarter Ascension Process for the Forerunners of the Forerunners, the Forerunners, and so on. Think of this just like the “First Wavers”, the “Second Wavers”, and the “Third Wave” groups at the start of the Ascension Process a couple of decades ago. A very few will be activated on the 2013 winter Solstice just as a very few were on the 2012 winter Solstice that transcended physicality at that time. This December a ready few will be activated at the 2013 winter Solstice, a few more will be during the rest of December, and more in January 2014, and more and more will be throughout the winter quarter months and even more beyond that. Stair-steps, always stair-steps so we transmute/embody/transcend slowly, carefully, safely and incrementally so we don’t blow a fuse and/or destroy the body.

In my earlier article The 12 Labors, I talked about this phase of the Ascension Process for the Forerunners and how I’d perceived that many (not all but many) will need one full year–from the 2013 September Equinox to the 2014 September Equinox–to physically, incrementally live this phase of embodying more into the physical body. There are multiple reasons for this Stair-step approach or activation process but it’s always about doing it safely and only when one is able.

2012 & 2013 Higher Messages to “WAIT”

Another aspect of all this that some of the Forerunners of the Forerunners have also been experiencing throughout 2012 and 2013, is that of your Higher Self and/or your Ascension Guides and/or On High occasionally informing you — ‘Wait, not yet…’

And so, some of the Forerunners of the Forerunners have repeatedly had to wait because no matter how badly we wanted to get to the next phase, we were informed multiple times over the past two years to hold up and wait. We understand, but after a while it does have a tendency to occasionally make one nuts with Ascension Process “cabin fever”. This repeated aligning and preparation business is incredibly important and things happen exactly when they’re supposed to. So, we’ve waited some more which makes this next part all the more humorous.

The Entertainment Section

Because I know there are scant few who would publicly admit this, I want to share something personal I feel many may also have been dealing with besides me, especially since 9-21-13. From one point of view it’s rather ridiculous, but from a few other levels it makes sense. Some of us are so close now to the “really great stuff starting” that why not have a laugh or two over the silly contortions (aka distractions, procrastinations) some of us (me) have put ourselves through right up to this long-awaited start point of finally embodying so much MORE.

Since September 21, 2013 Equinox I’ve unexpectedly been in an ongoing process of having to quickly releasing certain people, certain things, and also every project (aka distractions, procrastinations) on my late 2013 To Do List. Some of this releasing has been wholly my doing because I could easily feel and know that I HAD to do this now and the sooner the better for all involved. In other cases however, this much-needed releasing has been placed on me from On High (and thank you ever so much On High for doing it and greatly helping me ❤ ).

These divine interventions I’ve been repeatedly experiencing in different ways since 9-21-13 but like crazy all of December so far, have come in the form of being stopped every single time I’ve tried to do something — something like start writing a third book; like find a plumber to install something that needs replacing; like hire someone to paint my backyard fence; like get the oil changed in the car; like figure out “Obama Care” and what/where/with who and how much is it going to cost me etc. Lots of that type of stuff.

Every time I’ve tried to start one of these many physical “Doing” projects during this 2013 fall quarter, and especially in December, there’s been all sorts of crazy derailments, distractions (of other people and myself) and me getting nowhere with any of them. When this business went to the ridiculous extreme that it had to because — well, we’ll get to the why of my silly actions next — that’s when it finally dawned on me that I wasn’t supposed to be “Doing” these physical projects now. I finally realized that I am the Project that needs to be dealt with now, not anything else. Me, not the fence getting painted, not the car oil changed, not finding a handyman or plumber but ME because I am the Project. You are the Project, not the Christmas holidays, not family or anything else, just YOU, just ME. On High says ‘No pressure though, just a reality check and a quick reminder to get your priorities sorted out dearest.’ Thank you yet again for this much-needed redirect and reminder On High. ❤

Once I realized what I was doing I had to honestly look at why I was doing it and now of all times! And know that no one was more surprised by what I discovered than myself. My birthday is December 23rd so every winter Solstice is conjunct my Sun/sense of “self”. So why after 62 brutal years of living as a First Waver Volunteer from minute-one, and working towards what’s about to begin for some, why oh why would I get myself tangled up with and distracted by all the silly physical “Doings” that I’d created for myself in my 2013 fall quarter To Do List? Why in the universe would I feel it more important to say to Source/God/Divinity/Evolution/My Higher Self, ‘Wait! I’ve got to do the laundry first.’ ‘Wait! I’ve got to paint the fence first.’ ‘Wait! I’ve got to write another book first.’ ‘Wait! I’ve got to hire a plumber first.’ 🙄

I won’t bore you with the silly personal reasons I discovered in myself but just say that even those of us who’ve been at this Ascension Process for decades can become so habituated with the “Doing” and hammering out the Divine Work in the physical that we volunteered to do, that when the time finally arrives for us to lay down our old tools and “give it all up to God” as the saying goes and become MORE of us, become the “second coming”, some of us might be encountering a tad bit of personal hesitation. Utterly ridiculous I know but there it is for some of us now. However, thanks to utter exhaustion, unrelenting physical pains and many years of personal experience doing this it’s become very easy to quickly let go of, release, surrender, open and “BE” instead of “Do” and let the Ascension Process continue unfolding in and through us.

Just because this “Denise” version hasn’t done this before doesn’t mean that I won’t immediately recognize the incoming payday enhancements because I know I will. I know you will too because it will be so blessedly familiar–it will be “Home” again. But, to discover that some small inner part of me (and possibly you) has been recently saying ‘WAIT a second here!’ to the heavens at this particular phase of the Ascension Process is a bit of a mind-blower to me. I never would have expected this from myself and yet, that’s what I’ve found myself doing a few times lately. Even at divine monumental moments such as these we’re in now, some of us momentarily freak and need to “WAIT” to have one more good look around first. 😉

This is unrelated to the above material but I’ve wanted to mention this for a while and kept forgetting.

Remember many years ago when you first discovered that you could still see the room you were in even though your eyes were closed? Even though it was pitch-black and you couldn’t see in the dark with your eyes open or closed… but suddenly you could see in the dark and with your eyes closed to boot!? That’s another one of the growing list of Ascension Process higher abilities that’s pretty handy. Another one of them is what I’ve forgotten to mention — the ability to dream while you’re wide awake.

I’m not talking about “daydreaming” but actual dreaming that’s always been done when you were deep asleep. We’ve evolved to the point where the levels of waking consciousness and frequency, and sleeping consciousness and frequency are so close together within us now that we can literally dream while we’re both asleep and awake.

I can’t remember exactly when I first discovered I was doing this but it’s been a few years now. But, in late 2013 this ability to dream while I’m awake has progressed greatly and quickly become another “normal” NEW ability. There are many more of these types of NEW higher multidimensional abilities we’re all going to have, but dreaming while awake is great fun. Multidimensional multitasking!

Why I’ve Been MIA Lately

Never since the creation of TRANSITIONS in 2007 have I gone so long without writing anything. I’ve tried a few times to write something in February, but with the current Ascension symptoms I’m going through now, it’s nearly impossible to do anything — especially if physically moving and turning one’s head and/or eyes the slightest bit is required! I’ve tried to push my way through this and just do the work and other things I need to do but there’s a price to pay when I do this and it sends me back to bed to recover from that stupid move, on top of the symptoms I was having. Lesson learned, but I’m not always so great at resting and doing nothing physically when I’d rather be doing something else. I like to rest when I like to rest, not when I’m forced to. Hum, another personal lesson.

The point of this short note is just to let everyone know I’m still here and okay despite this round of intense Ascension Process symptoms I’ve been going through so far in 2013. I can and have worked and written articles and books while dealing with different ascension symptoms and other related issues but when the spinning head business happens, I absolutely cannot push my way through that symptom at all! The room, house, reality starts turning counterclockwise and the more I push my body to do physical things, chores, write etc., the faster the spinning. And of course this makes me nauseous which means I’m not doing anything at that point but crawling into bed and hopefully falling asleep (exiting my physical body) for as long as possible. Doing this always seems to help with the spinning head business and related nausea, for a while.

So this is what’s going on for me now along with other Ascension symptoms too. Here’s a short rundown of them because I know some of you reading this are going through this now too:

Ascension flu-like body aches and pains, chills
Inner cold flashes that radiate out just like “hot flashes” do
Parts of body internally and externally feel bruised and sore like I fell or was hit etc.
Parts of head and skull internally and externally feel bruised and sore like I was hit or hit my head on something etc.
Sudden nausea immediately followed by my heart/heart area hurting and feeling like a “muscle spasm” for a few seconds then it’s all gone
Head, skull, eyes, spine pains and pressures
Blurry vision again, dry sore eyes
My hair looks and feels like corpse hair again
Inner body thermostat in flux again. Inner cold flashes followed by inner hot flashes which build up skin sensitivities
Since 1-1-13 constant ringing in my ears — “ascension tinnitus”
Bouts of diarrhea (again) due to purging lower frequencies/density etc.
Sense of smell terribly amplified, smelling cooked food smells for DAYS to the point that it starts to make me nauseous… and pissed!
“Time” is present and then not, then back again, then not again. Increased difficulty with linear awareness, passage of linear “time”, day, date etc.
Actual dreaming (not daydreaming) while fully awake and doing other physical things
Increase of anomalies again. Walking into a room in my house and seeing something very different there instead of what’s normally there.
Increased awareness of positive higher-dimensional Beings nearby observing me/us, and them waiting for the next phase to begin with us

As usual I’ve most likely forgotten a bunch of other symptoms but we’ll chalk that up to brain fog and the spinning head business. And of course, February has been and will continue to be an abnormally busy month for me with lots of extra things that must be done this month. This morning I thought I could run up to the store to pick up a prescription for my mom because I was feeling better. So off I dashed, only to discover that I wasn’t really “better” at all and needed to walk, turn, move very carefully or I kept tipping slightly and bumping into things in the store. And the head pain and pressure arrived in the store with a blast because I was outside my house and it’s always harder to function out there than it is in my higher vibrating house. I got the prescription but learned that I’m still in this latest phase and must take it ease for a while longer, like it or not.

I’ll write more when I’m able to not tip over or barf while typing! Are we having fun yet fellow ascenders? Group Hug.
