The Ascension Crossing Point

  Since late 2017, I’ve been Seeing a huge symbolic transparent crystalline “Rainbow Bridge” out in space, sort of like the one in the Thor movies, but Earth and all of us on Earth are steadily ascending across it. How literal this rainbow bridge actually is I don’t know, but I do know that it represents what and where we and Earth are now in 2018 within the Ascension Process; we are in TRANSITION on a planetary scale, not just a few Forerunner/Wayshower individuals as we’re used to.

I shouldn’t need to say how big of a deal this 2018 Ascension Process stage is because many of you have been and continue feeling it deeply, intimately individually and also as the NEW 5D Group Collective that the individual Forerunners/Wayshowers/First Everything-ers/Pathpavers have become. Not much feels normal or familiar anymore, not even to those of us First Everything-ers who’ve been at this for decades, which is a really great sign that big Ascension changes are happening on the physical, planetary Earth level finally, and like I said not just for the small numbers of Forerunners but for everyone on Earth and for Earth/Gaia too. This is why the unaware, the lower consciousness, the not energetically prepared people are acting even more out of balance than they already were. These evolutionary energy changes are hard, painful and oftentimes difficult for those of us who consciously know what’s going on and why so imagine how all this is affecting people who don’t know and haven’t done any previous Ascension Process Inner Work like we’ve done for decades.

This 2018 evolutionary Rainbow Bridge Crossing happening on a planetary scale is causing repercussions in Earth just as it’s doing within those of us living on her surface. Gaia’s physical body, our physical bodies all living the Ascension Process and evolving to a much higher frequency level of existence, now. This won’t happen overnight so relax into it; there’s a whole bunch of steps we’re needed to take to completely across this energetic bridge between the old lower and the NEW higher Earth worlds.

There were two small 4.5 earthquakes very close to where I live in SoCal followed by a few aftershocks on May 8th. I’ve felt small earthquakes happening ever since which isn’t anything new for me. Anyone whose sensitive to Earth feels these below surface pressures building long before they cause a physical earthquake or volcanic eruption. I used to hear sounds like thunder up in the sky overhead when lava movements below the earth’s surface where taking place. What’s happening this year in the Hawaiian Islands and entire Pacific Ring of Fire especially, is all related to the current evolutionary bridge crossing and because of that I ask that you do NOT interfere with these side effects of our human and planetary Ascension Process (AP). I know you believe that you’re helping by intending and visualizing that volcanoes do not erupt, that earthquakes do not happen, that floods do not take place or hurricanes etc. but you have to understand that where we are now with the Ascension Process taking place on a planetary level, some of these things are going to happen and need to happen so please do not do anything to slow this natural evolutionary process down. It’s already been taken care of from higher levels and if everyone will relax and function from their HighHearts you’ll See, Feel and Know that no one will die from any of these current bridge crossing “earth changes” unless they want or need to from a higher Soul level.

In decades past I have witnessed enormous Lightbeings intentionally redirect below-surface earthquake energies to other physical locations so there would be far less death and destruction. The 1980 Mt. Saint Helens eruption was one such event that was originally going to happen as a massive devastating earthquake in the Los Angles California basin. Having said that, what’s happening now is different in that these “earth changes” events—volcanoes, earthquakes, flooding, fires etc.—are side effects from Earth/Gaia bridge crossing from old lower Earth frequencies with matching grid energies and such to NEW ascended Earth with matching NEW higher frequency grids running NEW Light energies through them.

Another aspect of the 2018 Rainbow Bridge Crossing has to do with the old original Mother, Heart, right-brain Lemuria and later Father, intellect, left-brain Atlantis split into deep global separation and Duality on Earth, in human right and left brain consciousness and external life and reality. Those ancient Lemuria and Atlantian codes, patterns and residual Duality energies within global humanity and old Earth are currently disintegrating because NEW much higher frequency codes are replacing them all. Can you comprehend higher than Lemuria? Higher than Atlantis at its highest and best? You need to because that and more is where we’re headed as we continue crossing this energetic rainbow bridge between the old lower and the NEW higher along with Earth. Let go of the old beliefs and aim higher, much higher because that’s what’s coming; Unity, unity consciousness individually and collectively, and unity life and reality for all on NEW ascended Earth.

Today is May 11th and next week on the New Moon in Taurus—an EARTH sign—transiting Uranus enters Taurus—an EARTH sign—and everything we’ve been talking about here is going to be amplified and accelerated. Why? Because 2018 is Earth and us and mass humanity crossing this crystalline rainbow colored energy bridge area in space and eventually arriving at our higher NEW Earth destiny. Don’t think this or much of anything else to death with your familiar old lower left brained intellect because that lower frequency tool doesn’t work in the NEW higher Light energies and consciousness. Your HighHeart feeling and feelings do and they’re much more qualified to do the higher job now so do your best to NOT think but feel, sense, perceive using your other tools than the old left brain intellect. You’ll get much farther much faster if you do with much less frustrations, confusions and distractions.

Earth changes are happening and will continue to this year for the reasons already mentioned and much more. Our job is to live this, Embody this, trust this never-before-experienced process of transitioning from the old lower Earth we incarnated on to across the Rainbow Bridge to NEW ascended Earth where 5D and higher Unity individually and collectively is the norm.

  In early April 2018, I clairvoyantly Saw for the first time, a big change in the energies, frequencies and activity of my Lightbody. There aren’t any images anywhere that come close to what I’ve repeatedly Seen so I’m just using an old image I’ve had for a while. The undulating shapes in it are accurate but not the colors. What I’ve been Seeing is solid light tan colored and moves radically and very quickly sort of like those old projector images from back in the LSD 1960s “light shows”. This visual I’m Seeing of the current state of my Lightbody as I, as we cross the rainbow bridge undulates, flashes quickly like a strobe-light that moves constantly. I know that this is a matching almost mirror image of what the Sun is transmitting constantly now. What the Sun transmits, we Embody, and once enough of that level has been Embodied, which it has, then we and everyone and everything else gets energetically pulled along behind us as we cross the rainbow bridge to NEW Earth.

I shared this only because we all need to be prepared for more internal and external evolutionary physical body and Lightbody changes due to these new experiences we’re all going through this year. The changes in our Lightbodies will increase as we progress and this is also why many of us have felt extra pains, aches, pressures in new and/or old Ascension Process ways and body parts. Expect anything and don’t go into fear over it whether it’s your physical body, your Lightbody, Earth’s physical planetary body or anything else. We’re on the Ascension Road in NEW ways and at NEW levels this year so don’t bother trying to match what you’re personally experiencing with what other people are or are not. There is no “wrong” way with this phase other than trying to stop it out of fear of someone’s house burning down from lava flow or crumbling from earthquakes. The evolutionary surf’s up again but this time in totally NEW ways for us all so stay in your HighHeart because that’s the best and most qualified seat in the house. ❤

Some Not Considered Aspects of the Ascension & Embodiment Processes

How many Forerunners/Wayshowers/Embodiers knew that 2017 was going to be like this?! I didn’t. I did know it would be a continuation and ongoing amplification of how outrageous it’s been every year since 2013, with improvements unfolding constantly in each of us willing and able to continue progressing (releasing more density to Embody more Light) within the Ascension and Embodiment Process. But there were, are and no doubt will be more things I didn’t consider with everything that’s happening in 2017. Things both personal and collective. Things both of the Light and the Dark. Things far beyond them both and old lower Duality Consciousness.

There’s so much to talk about so I’m just going to do my best to not forget anything (but I will, I always do) and cover as many of these early 2017 difficulties, pains, insanity, evolutionary brilliance, other people not coping well with it all, Ascension & Embodiment Process side effects, becoming increasingly conscious of being a Multidimensional Being in a physical body and learning how to function from that NEW platform, the weirdness of living in a constant state of flux and change in linear time and quantum no time and/or in the Now Moment, and the slow-motion realization of how to exist physically in a fifth dimensional (5D) world and how to Consciously Create from this NEW level of being and current awareness. And naturally it all will be changed some more later today, tomorrow, the day after that and so on because this is “life” now; constant, moment to moment evolution into something so much better and more grand but not quite grasping it all yet. That statement is both spiritually and energetically stunning and bust-a-Buddha Belly-gut hilarious.

What Happens When More Team Dark Timelines & Stolen Systems Are Shutdown & Taken Back From Them?

Fast answer is, a whole lot more Light Energies can and do immediately come in which naturally pushes everyone into even greater Embodiment and ongoing evolutionary Ascension. See, there’s one of those not considered things I was talking about earlier. We Forerunners/Wayshowers/Embodiers get so involved in The Work we do in and through ourselves and our bodies for Self and ALL that we often don’t slow down long enough to consider what’s most likely going to happen next, and next, and next because of it and much more.

So we recently had seven Solar flares intentionally aimed directly at Saturn, Lord of Building & Maintaining Anything In Physicality, which was a Divine Cease and Desist Order to Team Dark (TD), preventing them from continuing to utilize that planet and its energies to further control and imprison any timeline(s) and beings in it/them. And it worked of course, which instantly caused some pretty large and far-reaching energetic repercussions throughout different worlds, timelines and dimensions. This next sentence is super important, and it’s taken me far too long to honestly and fully grasp this as a fact and reality inside my body and self/Self.

The Divine, cosmic, galactic, stellar, planetary, multidimensional battles, wars, fights, struggles, changes, successes, positive growth, highly compressed evolution, tremendous progress, ongoing expansions, ongoing integration and everything else that has been, is, and will be taking place up and out there in the higher dimensions and other worlds, other galaxies, universes, multiverses etc… also takes place inside each of our physical bodies, consciousness and individual incarnate selves, lives and physical reality.

Breath and re-read that sentence again please. Don’t do anything else but consider that fact, for yourself, in your body, in your life and reality now. As above, so below. We are the macro and the micro. Why? Because we’re Multidimensional Beings that are direct aspects, fragments of Divine Source dispersed everywhere simultaneously. Everything that’s taking place now via the evolutionary Ascension & Embodiment Process is happening “out there” and “in here” in each of us and our bodies and consciousness. We are all One, there is no separation from Divine Source. The “end times” are happening “out there” and “in here”, in each of us and our bodies and consciousness. We are the agents of evolutionary change, all the way down into every cell and nerve in our physical bodies.

Let’s continue with that last thought held high and proudly overhead like a great, glowing crown of empowered Beingness. ⭐

So if you/me/we are in all places and dimensions simultaneously, and we’ve reached that point within the evolutionary Ascension & Embodiment Process (AP) where we now HAVE to have that awareness in us consciously all the time, then things start to make a bit more sense. More sense as to why things physically hurt and ache in the ways they now do in 2017. Why things emotionally hurt and don’t hurt at all now like they do in 2017. Why things seem like they’re more important than anything has EVER been before and simultaneously, not important much at all really. Just know much more for the Neutral Observer HighHeart Self. Why things seem so freaking insane and wildly frustrating at times and simultaneously so profoundly perfect and expected for what’s happening everywhere now in 2017. Why things excite and inspire one moment, and in the next one you could care less one way or the other about much of anything. Why things are working and not working. Why things are falling apart and coming together in higher, NEW ways every minute of every day and night now in 2017. Why people are the most lovely, frustrating, evolving, blossoming, insane, distorted, monstrous pains in the ass/heart glorious Beings that you want to LOVE more than ever before, and/or you could care less because you know from Higher Awareness that all is in Perfect Divine Order right now, every moment even when it doesn’t feel or look like it.

What Happens When Some More of Your Higher Self is Embodied in Your Physical Body & Current Level of Consciousness?

Fast answer is, you and your body become, every time this happens remember, the location where a whole bunch more of NEW to you/me/us stuff starts happening. Why? Because those NEW things used to take place in higher dimensions and were dealt with by other aspects of your/my/our Higher Selves and/or other higher beings that are “us” at those different levels. But, with each next-level phase of our Embodiment Process, a little more and a little more of our Higher Self takes up residence in our physical bodies and selves, consciousness and lives, which obviously changes everything dramatically. It also means that more and more of those things, those jobs, that Work etc. that took place in higher dimensions and was dealt with by higher aspects of ourselves up there, is now increasingly able to take place in us and our physical bodies and selves/Selves down here in this increasing 5D physical dimension. “Upper Management” is increasingly moving down into you/me/us which means there’s a lot we’re quickly having to learn or re-learn as we Embody more and more of IT.

Like many of you reading this I too have waited for my physical body to instantly and magically turn into a crystalline, shining, radiating beacon of higher dimensional Divine Light Energies, with diamond sprinkles on top. Instead of all that, I’ve still got senior aged Denise that’s overweight and continues to need to eat, sleep, shower and use the bathroom.  :/   Not very exalted is it? Not yet at least.

My point is that too many of us have believed that something other than what’s happening now was what was going to be happening now. We believed that we’d externally look like what we’ve gone through internally for two or more decades. God knows we deserve it after all we’ve been through with the AP, but so far, we’re still hauling around our tired, sore, oftentimes bloated to the extreme, swollen, nauseous, achy physical meat spacesuit, albeit with more and more of our Higher Self in it now too and probably shocked and complaining about how uncomfortable, restrictive, dense and stinky it is in there. I jest, or so I hope.

I’ve had lifelong conscious memories of my out-of-body sojourns in higher dimensions and what I’ve experienced and seen while there. It’s been amazing seeing some of the Beings I have in other dimensions and realities, and because of these lifelong Multi-D experiences, I think I can grasp a bit better about the Embodiment Process and how it feels to both sides, both aspects that are living this Process now.

How many of you have, during these many AP years, suddenly looked at something and not recognized it, not known what it was or was used for or what it’s called etc.? I remember one of the first times I experienced this back in the late 1990s. I saw some common everyday item and didn’t know what it was and I wondered why in the world that was. This has happened many times since then and I’ve come to realize that it was more than just the common Ascension Process side effect of our consciousness expanding repeatedly via the Rewiring Process and having temporary “brain fog” and “losing nouns” etc. I eventually understood that what I was experiencing was much like what’s been called ‘Soul Braiding’ or ‘Oversoul Merge’. I realized that the reason “I”, whoever that was at that time, had never seen the 3D physical object(s) in question and that’s why “I” didn’t know what they were, what they’re were used for what they were or called. In other words, this Embodiment Process has been at times over the past twenty years and counting, observed and felt from the point of view of that aspect that was incoming and not from the Denise aspect that’s already here. Two-way street, and sometimes we get to perceive and feel this Embodiment Process from one or the other or both directions, sides and points of awareness, which is really interesting when it happens to you/You.

The other side of this is from our incarnate physical side where things often feel uncomfortable, strange, alien, cause different types of pain both physically and emotionally etc. The same could be said however from the incoming aspect, and that it feels uncomfortable, strange, alien, causes different types of pain and temporary confusion etc. It takes a minimum of two to Tango, and both have their legitimate but very different points of perspective and awareness etc. Marriage takes some getting used to Embodiers, and we’ve barely begun the Honeymoon phase.

Another aspect of this Higher/Lower Merging, Sacred Marriage, Embodiment Process that I’ve found to be totally unexpected is that sometimes I can no longer tell what’s physically “real” and what isn’t. Having been born clairvoyant and all the other clairs too, I’ve always known when I was Seeing anything that was non-physical. It was intense, dramatic and stood out like crazy and was instantly known to me to be a non-physical something or someone that I was Seeing. However, over these many AP years this lifelong ability has, along with most others, evolved into something NEW and vastly more complex as is to be expected. And, as usual, every time this happens I don’t get a NEW and Updated Instruction Manual with every incoming NEW ability. They just arrive and I’m left to figure out what’s happened, what’s changed and how things work now because of those changes.

For many years now when I clairvoyantly See something I oftentimes don’t instantly recognize, like I always could before the AP started, that what I’m Seeing is actually something non-physical. When I See it and it looks to me like something physical, I react to it as if it is physical. Question with this one is, why can’t a lifelong Clairvoyant all the sudden tell the difference between something physical and something non-physical?  Fast answer is, because those old borders between the physical dimension and the non-physical ones have been nearly nonexistent for twenty-plus years now. 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D and higher no longer have those same old discernable energetic borders that clearly outlined one dimension from another. Why? One big reason is that you/me/each of us is becoming increasingly consciously Multidimensional, meaning we’re functioning in more than just the physical dimension and rapidly becoming conscious of this fact, even when we don’t necessarily understand it or recognize it immediately! So much so that some of us are having to learn and/or re-learn what’s physical and what isn’t because it’s all looking and feeling like the same thing to us — “real” and solid etc. no matter where it and we are at the time we perceive it. Said another way, the old rules, systems, perceptions and abilities aren’t in-play anymore because we have, are and will continue to be evolving far beyond them. Because of this fact, things look and feel and act very differently than what many of us are used to in our incarnations up to these ongoing evolutionary changes internally and therefore externally as well. Expect the unexpected in your 5D self and abilities, perceptions, HighHeart Consciousness, and your HighHeart Consciously Created reality and life. Open more to it all and be dazzled by the growing extraordinary both in you and around you. ❤

Here’s another interesting AP (Ascension Process) and EP (Embodiment Process) change I’ve dealt with increasingly so over the past few years. Dreaming while wide awake and doing other things physically. No, I’m not talking about daydreaming or about imagining or envisioning, but about full-fledged, altered state of consciousness such as when we’re naturally deep asleep and dreaming, dreaming. I can be up, moving around doing physical things and simultaneously feel another part or aspect of “me” is dreaming just like when I’m asleep and dreaming. It took me a while to discern this one because I automatically assumed (bad thing to do while in the throes of mass evolution!), that I was just thinking about other things, not actually awake AND dreaming at the same time. But, that’s what it turned out to be, and this too is merely another aspect of our continuing evolution and some of our NEW, highly interesting super powers. 😉

The more you/me/we release our focus and memories etc. on the old lower frequency dense Duality patriarchal world and reality, the less you/me/we exist within it. It’s that simple and that difficult to master, but it’s what we’ve done all along. Release the old lower and continue to take on, take in, Embody more and more of the NEW higher and things will make more sense and get easier and much faster during this mega transition period. We’re more there than most of us realize or understand yet, so keep doing your Great Works and all else naturally falls into place and makes more sense as you better understand the NEW 5D rules. Much more is coming and soon and isn’t that just perfect and wonderful. ❤

Evolving Brain Glands & Smelling Nonphysical Scents

The current evolutionary Ascension Process is causing our entire physical and energetic bodies to evolve, and quickly. Included in this of course is our brains, brain glands—the physical endocrine system in the brain—and the energetic Chakras in our brains and bodies to evolve as well because all these systems are interconnected. One doesn’t evolve without all others doing so too.

A couple of years after the start of my physical, biological evolutionary Ascension Process in early 1999, I suddenly began smelling what I 100% believed at the time were actual physical smells of burning fireplaces and/or burning incense or a combination of both at the same times occasionally. This would come on so quickly and strongly that the smells I was smelling, seemingly right in my face, nearly choked me and often made my eyes tear. After experiencing this for a month or so, I went in physical search of the nearby neighbor with the heinous smoking chimney. Needless to say, I found nothing that I could blame this miserable smelling/choking business on. There were no smoking chimneys, no local fires, no burning incense, no nothing just me smelling incredibly amplified and in-my-face scents of certain things burning and smoking heavily.

It took my actually trying to find the physical reasons for why I was smelling and choking on what I interpreted as physical chimney smoke and/or invisible burning incense smoke to finally realize that what I was smelling was actually nonphysical. Normally I could/can tell, can discern what’s causing what, but this business seemed entirely physical to me so I needed to discover that it was not physical at all but a nonphysical side effect of living the Ascension Process. Once I made this discovery I could, and did, access my own Higher Awareness to figure out what was going on and why.

What I perceived back then was that my brain glands—Pineal (Crown chakra), Pituitary (Brow or Third Eye chakra) and Hypothalamus primarily—were going through rather tremendous compressed evolutionary processes which were the cause of my occasionally smelling what seemed to me to be burning chimney smoke and other times burning incense smoke up close to my face. This I could deal with much more easily than if it had been a physical neighbor with a smoking chimney!

I found it interesting that since I started smelling these two scents around 2004, they never changed but remained the same two primary smells, until 2016 that is. The only other highly amplified olfactory problems I’ve had occasionally throughout the Ascension years have been when I physically cooked something. The smell of what I’d cooked would stay in my nostrils for days or weeks sometimes. You start worrying about your sanity after not being able to smell anything but sautéed onions or whatever you cooked for two weeks straight. Horrible, just horrible. The fastest way to drive someone mad I’m sure!

The evolutionary changes taking place inside my physical brain and brain glands, including the matching energetic changes that always goes along with all Ascension symptoms/side effects, have caused both physical olfactory amplifications to the point of near madness, and smelling what was my brain and Pineal, Pituitary and Hypothalamus glands evolving and mutating, merging, connecting etc. into something very different and vastly higher functioning and more complex. The first issue was nonphysical and energetic and had/has to do with my/your/humanity’s current compressed evolution. For most people these early brain and brain gland changes are “smelled”, are perceived as strong physical smoke and/or burning incense except they’re nonphysical.

I’m not talking about the physical olfactory senses, nor am I talking about Clairolfaction/Clairofactance/Clairolfactant — the “psychic” ability to smell nonphysical etheric and/or Astral scents. What I am talking about is caused by our current highly compressed and rapid evolution. Many people are smelling their brains and brain glands seemingly on fire and smoldering, producing great amounts of smokey scents. Of course, our brains and brain glands aren’t physically on fire, but it is them quickly evolving into more complex organs (along with many other organs throughout the human body) that function multidimensionally while fully conscious and in-body. This Ascension Process commonly causes side effect of smelling nonphysical smoke and/or nonphysical burning incense.

 Smelling horrific burning rubber mixed with strange chemical smells is common when a demon is attacking you. That smell is unfortunately memorable and completely different from the Ascension related side effect of smelling nonphysical burning smoke and/or burning smokey incense smells. Two entirely different things, sources and causes so please be conscious of these differences.

At different times in 2016, these two primary nonphysical scents I’ve smelled for the past twelve years have changed somewhat. Now I’m sometimes smelling smokey scents I can’t define because they don’t smell like anything I’ve ever smelled before. They’re not terribly pleasant scents, as the nonphysical burning incense was, but are strange combinations of scents sometimes with or without the smokey scent mixed it. When this started a few months ago, I automatically inquired within to See what was changing in there now and perceived those new areas of my brain and trinity of brain glands already mentioned, were changing even more and have been Rewired together in NEW higher, more complex ways. This is why I’ve smelt strange new nonphysical scents this year after them predictably being smokey chimney-like smells and burning incense smells for so long. No, I’m not smelling demons or any other etheric negative being. I’m smelling my own inner chemistry, DNA, Chakras, electrical systems, inner energy grids, central nervous system, brain and brain glands evolving into something very NEW.

All is good, just evolving, and dramatically at this point. Don’t go into fear if/when you start smelling nonphysical scents or when those scents change into different ones. If you’re honestly concerned, then see a trusted physician. Otherwise, know that what you’re smelling and experiencing is caused from you naturally evolving, right along with so very many other people all experiencing the same symptoms and side effects and other unusual anomalies smelled, seen, heard, felt and known.

Light, Love, Stinging, Itching Energies & Bites

January 2015 while waiting for my mom to have her blood drawn at the Lab, I experienced something I thought I’d finally share. I do not like to see needles and blood and such so, while I waited for the nurse to drawn Mom’s blood, I did so with my back to the room they were in. While standing there waiting I got stung by what felt to me to be a pretty intense bug bite. It instantly stung and itched like crazy and in the half second it took me to glance at my inner wrist where the “bug bite” happened, a tiny red bump had manifested on top of that vein there. I couldn’t stop myself and immediately started itching it because it itched badly.

As I stood there looking at the little red itchy bump on my inner wrist, and then around me in the Lab where blood is drawn on multiple people day in and day out, I suspected that what I’d gotten “bit” by wasn’t a physical bug but a hungry etheric parasite entity. I’ve clairvoyantly seen some low-level 4D entities etherically present in medical Labs where blood is drawn but hadn’t ever experienced this “bite” business until January of this year.

Now, having said that, I want to immediately follow it with something else that I’ve dealt with very intensely since May of 2015. I’ve mentioned this before and it’s the severe itching I’ve had (for the first time in my life) that’s deep below the surface of the skin. I’ve itched these spots on my body (mostly from the waist down) like a glassy-eyed crazed person despite my trying very hard not to. Something very potent hit my physical body in May 2015 causing it to react with severe stinging, uncontrollable itching, eventual bumps that manifested from the repeated itching, tiny red spots on my skin which swell and bleed if I scratch them too hard and long and on and on. I am shocked by how miserable this “condition” has been and how it seemed to be focused on my three bottom chakras and corresponding body areas.

As these spring 2015 months have unfolded, I’ve been super busy with new house repairs, cleaning, repairs and more cleaning and I’m not close to being done yet. All this with the bottom-half of my body in a state of seeming eruption, plus with a boil (I think that’s what it was) in a location no one should ever have one, and stinging itching and sweating in 90–103° heat. I don’t know how I’ve done all I have and continue to but there it is, same as usual actually.

At a couple of points during all this I experienced this stinging and itching happening in lines down an arm, say from the elbow down to the wrist on my inner arm. In a split second I’d feel the sting like a bug bite that instantly manifested multiple tiny red bumps along that line down the inner arm. They manifest in a split second and instantly sting and itch and last for days.

Another thing I’ve noticed with this itching, stinging issue is that it often manifests on parts of my body where I’ve sat and/or slept—pressure points—such as my pelvic region, back of knees, back of thighs etc. after I’ve sat for long periods. Also I’ll often be awakened in bed by itching in the area where my hip and butt cheek has experienced pressure from my laying on my side while asleep. Same with areas of one arm and shoulder etc., so it seems that any extended pressure from my body weight causes localized itching in specific areas. So, what exactly is really going on with all this was my big question?

After quieting myself from the daily physical work and mental focus required with the new house repairs and all that goes along with all that, I did some deeper level inquiry about this really miserable itching and stinging business. What I perceived at this point—and as usual I intend to know more about it if/when needed—was that it was how my body is “reacting” to more higher frequency Light and more Love energies incrementally arriving in this physical dimension throughout 2015.

 I perceived a chunk of Higher Awareness info about this that was fascinating and made a lot of sense when seen from a higher, larger perspective. Down here it’s mainly just a big pain in the butt, literally oftentimes, whereas at higher levels it’s simply more layers to the Ascension Process Work.

Another aspect of this that I became aware of had to do with the Rewiring Process. I understood that, as with all other aspects of the Ascension Process, this too was unfolding in layers, one after another as we Stair-step our ways through embodying a bit more and a bit more and a bit more Light and Love energies all the way down into our physical human bodies in this physical dimension. It needs to unfold in these incremental Stair-step ways so it doesn’t kill us, doesn’t overload and fry our physical bodies, central nervous systems, hearts and consciousness etc. The amperage (Light and now Love energies) has been increased tremendously over these Ascension years, but in NEW ways since the 12-21-12 Expiration Date and our spiritual Life Reviews we all had during the Three Days of December 21, 22 and 23, 2012 whether you can consciously remember it or not. I only remember a couple of aspects of my Life Review that took place on December 22, 2012 while out-of-body, and I’m very grateful to remember even what I have of what I know took place for all of us at that time.

Over these many Ascension years we’ve incrementally dealt with the absolute necessity of transmuting our personal inner unresolved, long ignored and/or projected emotional energetic stuff. We’ve been processing, transmuting and energetically neutralizing our personal inner stuff for decades now, plus the Forerunners have also done much of this same sort of energetic work for the Collective across time on physical Earth and the Astral as well. Think of that as the necessary Prep Work of Phase One if you will so that we could even cope with and actually do what’s happening post 12-21-12 in Phase Two if you will. Layers and layers of BOTH transmuting the old, and now, embodying more and more of the NEW Light and now Love energies. BOTH, and BOTH have multiple layers to them.

First we cleaned and cleared out the old lower stuff, whatever it was and whoever caused it didn’t really matter, only that we transmuted it. That we’ve done and much more which now means we’re able to embody, to house and live with and continuously radiate more and more Light and Love energies from our physical bodies. The Sacred Temple (each of our individual bodies and selves) needed to clear and clean of all past Evolutionary Cycles’ stuff so that we could then replace it with NEW Evolutionary Cycles’ stuff, which is a lot more Divine Source received in a much more direct way than we could survive prior.

So, empty the Sacred Temple and get it back to the Now Moment in energetic Neutrality (out of Duality) so that it’s capable of directly housing more of Source right in current Self within physicality. Sounds so easy when written, yet we know there’s been nothing easy about any of this complex, multi-layered Ascension Process.

Now here’s the part that Denise hadn’t given much conscious consideration; the part where I/you/we Forerunners start up another set of NEW Stair-step layers that have to do with us incrementally embodying, housing and living with and from more and more and more Light and Love within the physical dimension in our physical bodies. After all, what was the Rewiring Process for if not this?

Just as we’ve needed to go through multiple layers or Stair-steps of Phase One transmuting of dense Duality and all that went with that, so too are we now going through multiple layers or Stair-steps in Phase Two where we’re incrementally embodying more and more higher frequency Light and now Love energies into our bodies and beings within physicality. The transmuting phase hurt in the ways it did; the embodying phase hurts in the ways it does now but it’s all part of the Ascension Process. Please try to remember this when you’re experiencing some NEW unpleasant symptom, side effect or reaction to taking on more of God/Source into your physical body and not rip out the seam in the butt of your pants!…or any other “seam” anywhere else! 😉

Long confusing story short, I understood that for me and for some of you who’ve been having the severe stinging itching business too, that the majority of it has to do with running vastly higher voltage (God/Source/Divinity etc.) through our physical bodies in the physical dimension now. As usual we’ll adapt and adjust to this NEW Light and Love energies literally flowing through our veins, and eventually it won’t sting or itch or cause any unpleasant sensations at all.

I won’t end this before I add a bit about what I mean when I use the term Love or LOVE energy. There’s such profound misunderstandings and limited awareness about this word due to past old distorted beliefs that I’ve hesitated using it just as I’ve hesitated using the term God in my writings. However, we’ve reached the point within the Ascension Process where the Love/LOVE energy is starting to arrive in this neck of the cosmic woods which is part of Phase Two.

Does anyone remember Barbara Marciniak’s Pleiadian channeled term, ‘Light is information; Love is creation’ ? I’ve always liked it because, in my opinion, Love/LOVE is exactly that — creation, creating, creativity. Love is the absolute and eternal desire and outright need to Create…more…and NEW…and better…and different and…and…and…

First the Light arrived so we could better transmute the old density and Duality stuff. Next up is the arrival of Love so we have the NEW tools and NEW desire to Consciously Create as much NEW stuff as we’re able to now. As I’ve said many times before, dream much bigger, aim much higher, because Love is  here now and God/Source/Us is anxious to get Creating anew.

Experiencing any Mid-July 2014 Time Distortions?

I didn’t realize that I was off in my memories about when I’d written the 12 Labors of Humanity within the NEW article by three months. And lastly, what I intended to write in the Mid-July Changes article is not what you and I ended up with. Let me attempt to explain why because I know many of you are also being greatly affected by what began around July 14th —mid-July— with July 16th, 17th and 18th becoming much more negatively amplified. However, the human Collective is finally reverberating their rapidly growing anger and frustration over the insane actions and endless murder done by those patriarchal people on the Decending Earth world. (The horrors will continue getting worse and worse as one way to force humans to “wake up” and choose which world and reality they honestly want to live within. Many people need this as it’s the only thing that will reach and activate their hearts. Be strong and let them “wake up” and choose on their own. This is so important and so empowering to each individual that needs to go through it.)

I had mentioned a few months back that I’d perceived something big was going to arrive within this physical dimension and world around mid-July 2014. Cosmic Awareness also mentioned mid-July as being another important milestone and/or turning point and this has certainly proven to be the case these past few days! I won’t and don’t need to go into any details about the two latest negative patriarchal events that happened these past few days; the intentional downing of a civilian airliner and murder of all on board, and the ground invasion in Gaza. There are many other people talking about this and will be for months and months. There are far fewer people knowledgeable about and talking about why these types of negative things are escalating at mid-July 2014.

Over the years I’ve referred to what more and more people are today very much aware of as the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Certain other Ascension Teachers have called it other names, used other terms, but we’re all talking about the same Ascension related events. Celia Fenn has written a couple of very helpful articles, ‘Time Travel 101‘ and ‘Time Travel 102: Navigating Timelines’, talking about this topic. If you haven’t read them yet I suggest you do as they’re very good and accurate and do much to help better understand what some people are experiencing now.

Because Hollywood has done much to mess with everyone’s ideas about so much, most people believe or expect things like “time travel” or “time jumping” to be VERY different from what it actually is. However, that was Team Dark’s intention all along and they’ve used and continue using Hollywood very effectively to perpetuate whatever negative distortions, negative thought forms, belief systems, mind control and literal reality creating they want the masses to buy, in more ways than one.

Time Jumping, Time Traveling to Work on Timelines from different points

As you can see in my illustration, the Angel is dragging planet Earth up the Ascension stair-steps. What I want you as a Volunteer, as a Forerunner to remember is that you, that I, that we not only go up these stair-steps but that we also go back down some of them too. In most cases we, and by we I mean specifically you/me/we in the physical body you/me/we have now, leap up a few stair-steps for different Ascension related reasons, then we often run back down one, two, three or however many of them we went up as well. Some Ascension Teachers call this activity, this work and action we’ve been doing all along intentional time jumping or time traveling.

What makes this work many of us Forerunners have been doing all along a bit more “weird” now in 2014, is that we’re “time jumping” up and down and down and up repeatedly and often every few hours or days in many cases. Doing this puts a profound strain on our physical bodies and central nervous systems (and is one important reason why the Forerunners had to go through the Body and Brain Rewiring Process first) and has much to do with why we’re so exhausted, achy, and sometimes slightly disoriented and extra “frazzled” with life and reality… whatever one wants to call life and reality at this point!

My point is that many of you have done this type of work, this working on timelines from other dimensions but also from this dimension and physical body as well. We often don’t give ourselves enough credit or even conscious awareness that we’re working on timelines when we time jump or time travel from the current “time” now in this physical world and body into the near “future” now in the NEW physical world and then back just a bit again. Look at the Angel illustration above again and see yourself running up some of those stair-steps to do some work at that level within that point of the timeline and/or multiple timelines, then running back down a few stair-steps to this current version of “you” in this physical now “time”. Is your brain hurting at this point? Sorry if it is but this is where many of us are now in 2014 and we need to be much more consciously aware of this fact. This is who we are and a very big part of the Work we do as incarnate Volunteers/Forerunners/Lightworkers etc.

There are no fancy time traveling vehicles or space craft or Star Trek teleportation devices; there’s just you/me/we in these physical bodies slightly increasing and slightly decreasing our inner frequencies and focus so we can “time jump”, “time travel”, shift up/down/down/up within this and other timelines for multiple reasons, all of which are Ascension related. So when your body hurts, aches, rattles and demands naps, give it and yourself whatever downtime you/it needs to recuperate, acclimate and readjust to repeated time jumping work done from and using your physical body.

Accelerated Separation of Worlds & Timelines in 2014

Back to the mid-July 2014 business. From one point of view the Earth world and people who are not ready or desirous of utilizing the current Ascension Energies to evolve into the NEW are riding the Descending Earth world with its timeline. From another point of view, the Earth world and people who do wish to evolve and are utilizing the available Ascension energies are indeed energetically, vibrationally Ascending their living physical bodies within that timeline. Two primary Earth worlds existing within two radically different levels of energy, consciousness, frequency, focus and timelines: one Ascending, the other Descending. There is zero shame or guilt or superiority with any of this, only personal choice at a time of great and wide choice for every soul.

Because we’re completely within the NEW in 2014, even though the Descending people and consciousness with their matching war tools and belief systems etc. are still around us, know that these two primary Earth worlds with their like-frequency, like-consciousness populations and different timelines are definitely separating from each other faster now than they’ve incrementally been doing since 2012. Once we entered the NEW energetic blueprints that existed within 2014, this Separation of Worlds & Timelines has amplified and accelerated in both worlds. This is also why many of the Forerunners have been extra busy working on multiple timelines from multiple dimensions both while awake and while asleep including this physical world in 2014. We’ve been needed to tidy up, close down, rework, readjust, tweak, redirect etc. different timelines for multiple reasons. And, as I mentioned earlier, we’ve been doing this right here in our physical bodies while wide awake wondering why the hell we hurt so badly and are so exhausted despite the fact that things are improving!

With these latest two negative patriarchal events that happened at mid-July, you have most likely been feeling, seeing, hearing and sensing different things, lights, color flashes, energies, beings etc., not to mention probably also being affected in varying degrees by the human Collective crying out and raging against the anti-human war machine that is Team Dark through and through. You’ve most likely also been feeling a bit strange, lost in time, disconnected, “shell-shocked” or frazzled by the tremendous pressures of two worlds creating friction against each other as they push-off in opposite directions. Talk about “global warming”! 😆 This is the Separation of Worlds & Timelines and it’s just going to be weird and glitchy for a while as these two primary timelines and Earth realities and their matching populations separate and go their very different ways. This stage will eventually end, but not tomorrow, unless we can create even more astonishing improvements than we already have/are/will. ❤

As the Descending Earth world and population goes into greater and greater compaction, density and negativity within that world, the Ascending Earth world and population goes into greater and greater expansion, Light, Higher Consciousness, HighHeart being, compassion, equality, honesty etc., all of which are very much fifth dimensional states of being. Every time we reach another important stage or phase like we have with mid-July 2014, the sensitive folks are very much affected by the ripples and waves these stages produce in different timelines. We feel them like shockwaves in our bodies and awareness and as strange disturbances, disconnects with the old reality and world and other anomalies, and it’s not uncommon to briefly become lost in time for the simple reason that you’re evolving beyond linear 3D time space reality and consciousness as your sole focus and lens on “reality”.

We’re getting more familiar with how this feels and functions and learning how to not panic because we don’t know where we are or what year or decade or season it is and so on. Go with the expanding flow of everything into the 5D and higher NEW and expect to occasionally not have that old egoic, left brained death-grip on “reality” like we all did. This getting lost in time occasionally is actually just us in these Ascending bodies and consciousness having to repeatedly reset our navigational devices inside ourselves to a very NEW and much larger 5D place and timeline so don’t feel bad when you experience this side effect.

We’ll end this with the old reminder to keep your HighHeart on the prize and NOT on whatever violent, insane things the Descending patriarchal world and people are doing. You are where your consciousness is so know where it is and take responsibility for it because others desperately want and need your consciousness, focus and emotions to continue fueling and feeding their violent warring world. Use your consciousness and HighHeart creativity to continue feeding and fueling the Ascending world you want to exist within. And thanks for the continued time jumping timeline work Forerunners and very well done everyone. ❤

Inner Body Vibrations, Ear Ringing & Head Pains

Like it or not the Forerunners of the Forerunners are still having Ascension symptoms in 2014. Old symptoms, new symptoms but Ascension related nonetheless. I’m not going to waste time or energy complaining about any of them at this point… I mean, what’s the point right? … just list some of the current ones I’m experiencing that are highly amplified. As usual your mileage will vary because we’re all unique aspects of Source/God/Divinity and therefore will each experience these Light Energies — solar, photonic, galactic center etc. — and the changes they automatically create in us, our bodies and consciousness in our individual ways and times.

The biggest difficulty I’ve had to contend with throughout the years I’ve written about the Ascension Process and related subjects has been the fact that not everyone has been, is, or will be at the same exact level (Stair-step) of development and focus as everyone else. The same is true even with the Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers/Forerunners/Transmuters/Volunteers. Even that Group hasn’t experienced the same Ascension symptoms at the same exact time and in the same exact ways. Close yes, but not every Volunteer experienced the same symptoms at the same time as all other Volunteers did, just as they didn’t and don’t all have the same exact Mission Work or energy jobs to do either. Each has their unique abilities, talents and jobs to do.

So even though I’ve been primarily talking to this Group in my articles since 2007, not everyone in this Group has experienced Ascension symptoms in the same exact ways and certainly not all at the same exact time. Because of this, it’s been hard to write about these symptoms (and different events) in a general or one size fits all sort of way. We Ascension teachers/writers and the readers have all had to discern our ways through these Ascension stages, phases and layers (Stair-steps) because it’s an Individual affair (Leo) as much as it’s a Group affair (Aquarius).

This January 2014 list is about some primary symptoms from the start of 2010 to today. Ascension symptoms and their aches, pains, pressures, caused ultra sensitivities etc. change over time as we transmute more Density/Duality and naturally embody more complex, higher frequency Light/Unity.

  • Head pains and pressures, scalp soreness. Head pains move from right to left side or vice versa, or front to back, or move slightly around near the top of the head. These head pains are not typical “headaches” but localized pains, pressures and tenderness in certain spots of the head, skull and scalp that move around from one spot to another and another over time.
  • These head pains and pressures cause further pains and pressures in the face, eyes, brow bones around eyes, sinuses, down into right/left jaw joints, ears, and even teeth and gums occasionally.
  • Eye pains, eye dryness, eyes sore and bruised feeling, eye fatigue, sporadic blurry vision, top-half of both eyes very tender and painful, shooting pains up into the head every time you blink, ultra sensitivity to the higher frequency transformative Sunlight, Photon Light, and Galactic Light energies coming into your eyes and affecting (evolving) your optic nerves, two (Duality) brain halves, entire central nervous system, DNA etc.
  • Hot flashes — bouts of severe inner heat caused by fierce transmuting Kundalini fires
  • Cold flashes — bouts of severe inner cold caused from moving up another energetic Stair-step into NEW higher frequency and space.
  • “Morning sickness” — bouts of nausea in the mornings caused by the shock and intensity of reentering the physical body each morning.
  • Hearing high-pitched near constant internal ear ringing.
  • Feeling changes in density — increases or decreases of density and the pressure of it on your body and being caused by changing physical locations (entering different stores, building, cities, locations etc.)
  • “Buddha belly” — severe bloat in and across the entire diaphragm area, stomach, belly, gut etc. You could fast for days but you’ll still have “Buddha belly”!
  • Inner body vibrations. These inner vibrations increasing in intensity, frequency and speed over the years causing them to build from mild inner body electrical-like vibrations to whole body and head shaking.
  • Periods of intense but thankfully short-lived sadness, depression, feeling overcome, defeated, and the ever-present utter exhaustion from having fought the good fight for so long and so hard.

One thing that’s surprised me in late 2013 and early 2014, is that the physical human government here in the US–plus the Higher Dimensions–keeps letting me know that “the retirement age has been extended a few more years.” My response to both parties has been the same as a lot of other regular elder folks, and a lot of other elder Forerunners/Lightworkers — “You’ve got to be kidding me!” And the reply from On High has been a sweet, loving smile and “No, there’s more Work to do dearest.”  (More about this to come, plus see my notice in blue at the end of this article.)

•Head Pains and Pressures — I’ve talked about the Rewiring Process of the two brain halves before but from 2010 forward we’ve felt our brain halves (the old 3D Duality consciousness, reality, and energetic blueprints/templates/codes etc.) undergoing a rigorous Ascension Process of being Rewired on all levels and in all bodies energetic and physical just to be capable of physically embodying vastly more complex higher frequency Unity consciousness, energetic blueprints/templates/codes etc. and matching external reality. Needless to say, this compressed evolutionary process has physically hurt and caused plenty of head, scalp, skull, face and eye pains and pressures and Crown and Brow chakra changes over the years.

•Inner Body Vibrations — I’ve also talked before about the ongoing body Rewiring Process in both male and female bodies (Duality in male and female bodies and consciousness individually and collectively) and how it’s been felt and perceived by many as those inner body vibrations. These inner body vibrations are the physical and energetic bodies in males and females being Rewired to safely embody increasing amounts of Light. This process moves throughout the body and builds in intensity over the years so that High Heart Unity frequency and consciousness (more higher frequency Light energies) can be embodied. We must first Individually integrate Duality energies/consciousness within ourselves and our bodies and brains before we can have a matching external world reality (Group) of the same High Heart Unity frequencies.

For many of us these mild inner body vibrations have grown over the years to a constant inner roaring and almost violent inner shaking like we’re a jet airplane about to get up enough power and speed to literally lift off the runway. That example is more true than you might first guess.

•Inner Ear Ringing — When we hear this constant internal high-pitched ringing it’s caused by us embodying increasing amounts of more complex, higher frequency Light Energies through our Rewired brains. Going from lower frequency and consciousness 3D Density Duality to higher 5D Light Unity frequency and consciousness is one hell of an evolutionary leap and would cause anyone’s inner ears to ring and head to hurt for years! It’s a normal side effect from what we’re living through internally and externally so no fear. Of course if you’re honestly concerned about this or any other Ascension related symptom/side effect then please see a doctor.

•Eye Pains — With the brain halves being Rewired our physical eyes, optic nerves, entry of higher frequency Light into our brains through our eyes etc., physical vision and higher clairvoyant vision has and still is going through dramatic evolutionary changes in a very short period.

If you’ve been paying attention to the Sun and the light it radiated before the Ascension Process began, the color of it, the feel of it and so on as I have my entire life, then you also know that the Sun and its color, feel and energy has changed dramatically over the past twenty years or so.

The Sun has continually received and then transmitted to earth and humanity every higher frequency Light Energy (code, blueprint) transmitted to it from the Milky Way Galactic Center (GC); from orbiting deeper and deeper into the 7D Photon Band of Light Frequency over the years; and from other sources and locations also. Naturally these NEW higher Light Energies intentionally received by our Sun are then intentionally transmitted on to the earth, humanity, and all life on this planet. Our bodies, brains, hearts, eyes and everything else must be able to embody these more complex, higher frequency Light Codes or Light Energies and “ascend” to the next level and phase of ongoing spiritual creativity/learning.

These NEW higher Light Energies or Light Codes (which are the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s blueprints for humanity and earth) must be embodied first by the Forerunners of the Forerunners, then the Forerunners, and then more and more of humanity over time. But first, back to our eyes and why they’ve been hurting, blurry, dry, sore and bruised feeling for years.

These NEW Light Energies, Light Codes for the NEW Evolutionary Cycle are coming into our Rewired brains and Rewired bodies, and of course into our eyes too which causes some pains, pressures and other phenomena. It also is causing us to be able to see a wider range of everything; colors, frequencies, non-physical Beings, Light, Waves and so on. In other words, all this NEW higher frequency Light being transmitted from the GC throughout the Milky Way (the burst “Fermi Bubbles” of January 2013) have been blasting everything everywhere with NEW Evolutionary Light Codes for the NEW Cycle and our eyes, optic nerves, brains, and central nervous systems (and everything else) have been absorbing this NEW Light, and because we’re still in transition with all this, they hurt, feel sore, oftentimes become dry and blurry etc. This won’t last forever but it’s caused from us existing within these NEW higher Light Energies. Been seeing (clairvoyantly) more anomalies? This is another reason why more and more people are Seeing a wider range of multidimensional reality, energies, and beings and this is just the start!

•”Buddha Belly” — And let us not forget the ever-present n’ fabulous “Buddha Belly” symptom! 🙄 Yes I’m being sarcastic because this symptom has been one giant pain, literally, since day one!

Short version of this side effect is that we’re “ascending”, evolving up and out of the frequency range of the bottom three chakras of the related patriarchal 3D Density/Duality consciousness and reality.

The top of the Solar Plexus chakra (the third and highest chakra of the bottom three) comes up to the physical diaphragm and is the Great Divide, the invisible energetic Crossover or demarcation line between the bottom three chakras and their frequency range and consciousness, and, “ascending” up into the High Heart chakra with its 5D frequency range and matching consciousness and reality. This one “Buddha Belly” Ascension symptom is a perfect example of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. The humans and other beings that still need and/or want to exist (create and learn) within the bottom three chakras frequency range and consciousness will, whereas the humans and other beings that need and/or want to exist (create and learn) within the High Heart chakras frequency range and consciousness will… hence the need for the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Divine Source provides all for all.

Because the diaphragm area in our bodies represents this invisible Great Divide and evolutionary shift point between the bottom three chakras, 3D consciousness and matching reality, and, the 5D High Heart chakra, 5D consciousness and matching NEW reality, it’s a highly important Spiritual and Energetic Boarder Crossing! Because of this our “Buddha Belly” is one bloated, ultra sensitive, beat-up and very tender area. Treat it with respect and Love.

[I want to mention that I’m working on another article about something I experienced around 6:00 AM December 31, 2013 while lucid dreaming. I was sent on another Forerunner Lightworker “mission” while out-of-body to intentionally “seed” NEW Light Codes in certain countries in the Middle East. I know I’m not the only one whose had this “mission work” recently; there’s been many, many, of us taking part in it. I just wanted to mention this latest event in this article because it’s not done yet and it’s having some energetic repercussions from Team Dark. The Middle East has always been an extremely important location to them and a lot of NEW changes and improvements will now begin in that area. I’ll get that article done asap.]

There’s much going on immediately leaping out of the 1-1-14 gate. “Retirement” has been pushed forward a few more years thankyousoverymuch. I’ll try to have this other article mentioned in blue above finished asap because that topic is not only important but connected to and related to many other things some of us have been experiencing lately, both pleasant and unpleasant.

Brain Rewiring & Attacks from the Dark Ones

[NOTE: This is another article that not everyone reading it will relate to or relate to now. Please keep that in mind as you read it and don’t automatically assume that you’ll experience identical types of psychic attacks and/or energy siphoning. We’ve reached the year however (the numerous 11 portals throughout 2011) where we all need to learn to permanently stop the Dark Beings from draining us energetically; to protect ourselves when the Dark Ones use other humans to emotionally trigger etheric openings in us to make us sick and/or weaken us, sidetrack or slow us down or stop us altogether; to protect our beloved pets from negative psychic attacks, wounding, and/or murder strictly to trigger and open us for the same reasons. Anything the Dark Ones can do now to stop, slow down, interfere, sidetrack, make sick, wound and weaken us physically, emotionally, mentally and etherically, they are very intently doing. No fear, just time for more of us to take greater responsibility and awareness of our multidimensional natures, power, consciousness, energy bodies and energies.]

1-1-11 came in with an exciting rush of new pushing energies. For me and mine this was immediately followed by another round of  psychic attacks by negative Beings—the Dark Ones/Team Dark. The short few days between 1-1-11 and 1-10-11, my cat and Mom and I have been battling more psychic attacks by the same negative beings and their etheric tools that both attack, damage, and drain energies from both humans and our pets. The tsunami-like energy portal that 1-11-11 (Jan. 11-11) was greatly reduce these attacks, but it returned the next day to try to divide and conquer and continue feeding off me and mine. Obviously, I personally have more things I need to learn and do immediately (which I am) to finally end these negative attacks and siphoning of my energies. I sense I and many of you are and will be doing—among other things—exactly this throughout 2011.

SMELLING STRONG NON-PHYSICAL SMOKE AND/OR BURNING INCENSE

I began smelling strong burning incense smoke and/or smokey smells like from chimneys in late 2008. It was, and still is today, so strong that I believed it was actual physical odors I was smelling, but after walking through the neighborhood a couple of times in early 2009, searching for the bastard with the dirty chimney that was choking me every night, I discovered it was not a physical odor I was smelling at all. This meant I had to discover why I was even smelling it.

Eventually I began paying attention to when I would smell this nearly choking smokey smell and sensed it was directly connected to the Rewiring of my brain hemispheres. Once we were in 2010, I was certain that smelling this strong smokey odor was indeed a type of temporary side-effect from the ongoing brain Rewiring process. By the summer of 2010, the brain Rewiring process had reached the point where we were integrating the inner male/female energies within ourselves and coupled with this was the Pineal and Pituitary glands being merged or Rewired in a new higher way too. The summer and fall months of 2010 were intense with potent energy activities completing inside our brains and brain glands. The why of this was so we could evolve/ascend out of our old lower separated Duality frequency brains, consciousness and energies into integrated whole-brained beings that can house, perceive and use higher frequency unified Triality consciousness and energies.

INCREASED ATTACKS & ENERGY DRAINING BY THE DARK ONES

So what happened almost immediately after this phase? With the start of October 2010, I and many of you suddenly got hammered by negative etheric attacks, powerful and deliberate interference, plus some had lucid dream attacks and grand threats by a handful of the Dark Ones themselves. Again, the why is what’s really important with all this because it helps us connect more multidimensional ascension dots to better understand what we’re currently living and working through.

•Separated Duality brain halves perceive and exist vibrationally within Duality consciousness and reality—old 3D.

• Rewired brain halves become whole integrated brains that perceive and exist vibrationally within Triality consciousness and reality—5D.

Yippee right? Well yeah until I realized that, as usual, there were going to be drastic backlash events and increased counter measures taken by the Dark Ones because many of us had begun the process of evolving/ascending out of the Dark One’s Duality frequency range now that our brains have been Rewired and can run and exist within higher Triality energies, consciousness and reality.

CONNECTING THE STRANGE MULTI-D PIECES

What I’ve realized between January 1–10, 2011 is, like an automatic response to our Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers recent vibrational shift during the fall months of 2010, the Dark Ones instantly felt us change energetically into a frequency of increasing Triality or “Unity” Consciousness and being. The more we evolve/ascend and become increasingly aware multidimensionally, and the more we take greater responsibility for all of our multidimensional energy bodies, the more the Dark Ones are panicking and lashing out at us for the obvious reasons. The second we began to make this transition in October and November 2010, these negative nonphysical beings shifted into increased High Alert to try to stop the Forerunners/Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers in any ways they could, can. They absolutely want to prevent us from doing what we’re here now to do doing for humanity and Earth. Is it any wonder why the Forerunners/Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers are always the first to be attacked by them?

WHAT ARE THE VOLUNTEERS/FORERUNNERS/STARSEEDS/LIGHTWORKING WAYSHOWERS DOING NOW AND THROUGHOUT 2011?

The same things we’ve always done. We embody, live, anchor and manifest more NEW higher cosmic Light energies into this reality for humanity and Earth and everything else right in and through our bodies, hearts and beings. Nothing’s changed, it’s business as usual for us. What has changed is what we’re working on now; us using our physical bodies, brains, hearts and beings to live, be, exist within, manifest and anchor HighHeart Triality Consciousness into the 5D Earth’s new and much more complex 5D Grid system.

Every one of this year’s 11 portals will be assisting us doing this Unity, Triality infusion Grid Work throughout 2011. I suspect that by November 11, 2011—the triple 11-11-11 portal—we’ll have completed energetically programming, infusing and fueling the NEW 5D Earth Grid system through our integrated, unified, High Heart Consciousness and bodies with 5D Unity energy and consciousness. 2011 is us Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers and some Indigos Consciously Creating and Co-Creating through our bodies, hearts and beings what’s going to fuel our new planetary Grid system. Guess who’s going to do their best to stop us, interfere, slow us down, sidetrack us, beat us down, drain and exhausted or make us sick so we can’t do it? You guessed it, the Dark Ones, aka Team Dark.

I remember reading something from Lauren Gorgo’s higher dimensional team stating that “Forerunners living the Ascension Process (first) often use around 70-75% of our vital life force”, which I personally know is absolutely true. There were repeated phases for over a decade when my body didn’t have enough vital life force to even digest food because it was being utilized to transmute dense lower frequency negative Duality energies. Obviously, that often leaves us with very little to live and work with, plus we typically have Team Dark trying to siphon that little bit too. No wonder we’re profoundly exhausted much of the time. So, what do we do to protect ourselves from them draining us into a pile of exhausted, weeping, half-dead mush so we miss some of the numerous 11 portals throughout 2011?

This restoration period of our multidimensional body’s bits and pieces and removal of energy siphons that the Dark Ones have used to feed and fuel themselves and their agendas is unfolding now and during all of 2011. This is another reason they’re so focused on us Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers/Indigos now. We’ve got to be consciously aware that we’ve still got some Multi-D energy siphons here and there and we’ve got to consciously work on ending this long-standing inter-dimensional energy-bleed-feed Team Dark have always done to Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers and mass humanity. I know how exhausted we are at this point within the Ascension Process but we’ve got to do this current Lightwork for ourselves and everyone else and finally end the Dark Ones endlessly stealing free cable TV, electricity, and water from us and humanity to fuel them and their negative anti-human agendas.

I’m so physically sick now and I do NOT get “sick” or catch the flu, colds, viruses etc. What happens to me is I get worn down by multiple attacks from the Dark Ones and their energy siphons that I’ve still got in probably two of my Energy Bodies and am working on removing now, them attacking and traumatizing my cat and making him wounded and twitchy, them attacking and using other humans in my life to trigger specific lower emotional reactions within me so I become more weakened and open psychically and so on. I know all this yet still don’t always catch myself in time to prevent getting manipulated emotionally/energetically so I become more weakened (in this case physically sick) and waylaid. It’s time to get seriously serious and take my/our stolen vital life force energies back and end these lowly negative attacks and parasitic maneuvers by Team Dark.

I’ve got to go rest and heal and get my energies up again. You be careful out there too and watch out for these types of negative manipulations by Team Dark and protect yourself, home, property, and your pets daily/nightly until we don’t need to do any of this anymore.

Ascension Symptoms

Some of these evolutionary Ascension symptoms are ones I’ve lived with for many years now and have gotten familiar with how they cycle in and out, year after year, becoming less intense the more I transmuted and released. As I’ve said elsewhere over the past few years, your mileage may vary, because we each are dealing with and transmuting slightly different emotional energies, karmic, duality energies, past-life energies, and varying degrees of negative lower frequency energies across time on earth. Some of us have been processing not only our own inner emotional energetic stuff and junk from this life, but from ALL of them, plus doing transformational bloodline family work, and planetary clearing of stuck or residual negative energies created by people across time on this planet. That is what Forerunners, Starseeds, Lightworkers, LightWarriors, PathPavers and Wayshowers do and much more.

PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS

  • ascension flu— flu-like body aches and pains but you don’t get “sick” like with typical physical flu
  • abnormal heat and/or cold in certain body parts, severe heat in bottoms of feet, cold solar plexus etc
  • hot flashes, kundalini risings repeatedly for both sexes, intense repeated sweating from them
  • unusual headaches and pressures that just don’t go away until they are done doing what they’re doing
  • physical vision changes – blurring, seeing non-physical mist or fog, seeing new colors, lights, heat mirages, warps, vortex swirls etc.
  • physical hearing changes – inner ear clicking, high-pitched ringing, pressure like when you change altitude, hearing non-physical voices and strange sounds
  • low-grade fever, chills, body and bone aches and pains, exhaustion when there’s heavy solar and/or cosmic energies
  • sudden food and chemical sensitivities that make it nearly impossible to eat a lot of foods or go much of anywhere
  • heartburn, acid re-flux, esophageal spasms and sensitivities due to evolving corresponding Chakras in those areas
  • insomnia and/or only being able to sleep for an hour or two and waking up repeatedly throughout the night
  • drastically less dreaming (because you’re dealing with issues/energies 24/7/365, we’re transmuting while awake too)
  • sudden diarrhea, usually after you’ve been through a hard phase of transmuting lower energies and then shifting into a higher state
  • sudden nausea or “morning sickness” for both sexes
  • weird food cravings, repeated high protein cravings due to increased transmuting of energies, need for a lot of food fuel
  • highly amplified sense of smell, smelling strange smells for days, weeks or months such as burning incense or smoke
  • amplified static electric charge in physical body, getting zapped a lot more than usual, even in rain and high humidity
  • sense that your bones are not as dense and solid as they were in lower 3D, they now feel more like cartilage that can bend etc.
  • profound exhaustion, feeling profound exhaustion and physical pains and aches after having been out in the lower world for a couple of hours, feel better once you return to your higher vibrating home, land, space etc.
  • internal electrical-like inner body vibrations or buzzing caused by the Body Rewiring Process
  • super sensitivity to sounds, light, sunlight, even movement, dizziness, sense of spinning or tipping over or dropping through the floor

EMOTIONAL SYMPTOMS

  • crying over simple things that profoundly move you, crying over the stupidity, crying because you feel SO much (this is 5D HighHeart Consciousness beginning)
  • rage and deep anger over the stupidity, anger, rage, frustration over everything and everyone still in a lower energy and state of awareness. They’re literally too painful physically and emotionally to be around or to endure now
  • sudden and total intolerance of anything, anyone, any system, religion, government, foods, belief systems etc. Intolerance of anything vibrating lower than you currently are
  • sense of being very alone and on your own with no one else around you who understands what’s really happening to reality and you
  • needing to be alone and isolated from other people
  • ultra-sensitive emotionally – like puberty, pregnancy and menopause all happening at the same time
  • emotionally knowing and feeling things in other people that you never could perceive prior
  • family issues and emotions and energies that must be dealt with within yourself and your bodies
  • total emotional disconnect with things and people you used to love and enjoy very much
  • feeling like you are changing so profoundly that you’re actually dying – you are and it’s part of this process

MENTAL SYMPTOMS

  • sudden loss of mental focus and ability to concentrate
  • sudden inability to read books due to inability to focus, concentrate, or even comprehend what you’re trying to read
  • forgetting the names of common everyday things, objects, places, people like milk, hammer, orange and so on
  • forgetting your own name or sense of old familiar you and self
  • having to triple check things because you can’t remember if you actually did them or just thought about doing it
  • losing track of time, losing track of yourself within time, suddenly not knowing what time of the year it is or even what year it is
  • thinking and physically doing things becomes very blurred to your awareness, feeling disconnected from things like never before
  • disconnect with the ego self that was mentally multitasking constantly, inability to focus so you finally relax and unfocus which allows you to evolve, expand

PSYCHIC SYMPTOMS

  • seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, sensing nonphysical beings both positive and negative, also perceiving higher frequency energies and lights
  • hearing nonphysical voices call your name
  • seeing different colored lights, balls, points of brilliant light flash and roll around in your house and/or outside
  • seeing solid 3D objects (like walls etc.) suddenly look like a heat mirage, sparkle, shimmer with brilliant light and appear transparent
  • seeing, hearing, and even telepathy with both positive and negative beings, entities, perceiving areas of highly condensed negative energy
  • negative psychic attacks by lower vibrating living humans and/or negative non-physical beings and entities. Deal with it and move on. It’s someones unresolved negative shit looking for a new place to live. Transmute it, release it all and move on quickly.
  • working through Duality, repeated encounters with polarized energies, polarized consciousness, people and beings
  • seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, sensing higher positive non-physical Beings, Guides, ETs, Angelics, physically incarnate Starseeds, Forerunners, Lightwarriors, Lightworkers
  • increasing conscious connection and awareness with your Higher Self – spherical or triality consciousness instead of old lower 3D Duality and linear consciousness
  • increasing but HIGHER empathy, telepathy, clairvoyance, greater and greater unity within your self and with other people that are vibrating at or near the same frequency and state of ascension that you are, 5D awareness or HighHeart consciousness
  • coming under negative psychic attacks occasionally from both physical humans and nonphysical beings and entities, thankfully decreasing in potency over the months and years
  • stages of dreamless sleeping, stages of numerous unpleasant nightmares each night for weeks at a time. This usually happens when we’re making yet another shift and need to process some more stuff and energies within ourselves.
