Basic Psychic Protection Methods

Over the years I’ve received many emails from people around the world requesting help and/or information about how to protect themselves from etheric attacks from Team Dark/the Negatives. The majority of these requests for help come from people who were dealing with non-human, other-dimensional beings and entities attacking them in the 3D physical and 4D Astral dimensions. In other words, the majority of email requests for help I’ve received have not been about a living human intentionally psychically attacking them, but about negative non-physical, non-human, other-dimensional Aliens, Beings and Entities attacking them.

WHO ARE THEY & WHY DO ATTACKS HAPPEN?

To keep this article small and to the point, the reason why negative other-dimensional psychic etheric attacks have increased dramatically and become more conscious to growing numbers of people is, in a nutshell, due to the current planetary Ascension Process.

The further we’ve traveled into the Ascension Process (this started approximately 1987, but for some Starseeds/Lightworkers it began earlier), the more darkness, negativity and lower frequency density and duality there’s been feeling the growing pressures of higher frequency Light infiltrating 3D, Earth, humanity and the Collective. And, by darkness and negativity, I mean Team Dark or the Negatives as I call all of them.

Who is Team Dark or the Negatives? They are the negative non-physical, non-human, multidimensional Alien beings such as the Reptilians and Draconians plus certain other groups they control and/or have created themselves like negative Grays, MIB and other inorganic non-physical creatures. Team Dark/the Negatives also includes the 4D Astral Archetypes; all developmental levels of negative non-human 4D Astral beings, demons and entities; human created negative inorganic thought-forms, black magic energies, physical violence, warring, negative sexual energies etc. and the 4D Astral entities attracted to those and all low-frequency energies — 4D Astral Collective energies generated from 3D humans; and the 2D (dimension that exists below Earth’s surface vibrationally) negative Elemental entities, creatures, monsters and demons.

Also included as Team Dark/the Negatives are the living humans who are polarized to the “Dark side of the Force” or “Service to Self”. These people are dark themselves and don’t need help from negative, other-dimensional Aliens and/or beings to manifest negativity in 3D physicality and unleash it upon other living humans, the Earth, Nature, animals etc. They are human Team Dark members and work in the physical dimension in tandem with the non-physical, other-dimensional Negative Aliens, entities and demons to create more fear, suffering, violence, wars, hatred and chaos in the physical world. Why? Because all human generated lower frequency emotions, thoughts and actions are etheric energy food, fuel and building materials for Team Dark.

There are the billions of living humans (“normal” folk) who are repeatedly and unknowingly influenced, manipulated and directed by a negative Alien(s), Astral being(s), demon(s) and lesser evolved entities to create as much pain, misery, fear, wounding, sadness, destruction, immobility, confusion and chaos that they can on other humans for the reasons mentioned earlier. Living humans intentionally used and directed by non-human, other-dimensional Team Dark Aliens, beings and entities to negatively affect other living humans to get those humans to produce negative emotions and energies. Or, if you’re a Starseed/Lightworker/Lightwarrior/Indigo, to derail you in any way(s) they can as often and as long as they can from doing the spiritual energetic Ascension related Work you Volunteered to come to Earth now to do for All. Why? Same reasons: so the Team Dark Aliens and other levels of beings can remain in control and continue feeding off of the low frequency actions, emotions, thoughts and consciousness that controlled unaware humans produce.

Of all these negative situations, the one where humans are used and manipulated by non-physical Team Dark beings to intentionally hurt other humans—not to mention the Starseeds/Lighyworkers/Indigos doing Ascension work—frustrates me the most because the humans being used to do this are completely unaware of the entire situation. And, the more well-developed the human’s ego is, the easier it is for Team Dark Aliens, beings, entities and demons to use and manipulate them against other humans. Horrible, revolting, insulting and embarrassing isn’t it? We’ve all been used and manipulated by certain Team Dark beings but the important thing is to wake up to this fact, take responsibility, and evolve so this horrific inter-dimensional parasitism, possession, astral kidnapping of souls to use them, manipulation of mass humanities consciousness, and manipulation of humans against other humans cannot continue happening.

Don’t expect to do any visualization or protection method once or twice and then expect miracles to happen. Energetically building etheric protection structures takes time, repetition, and real work visualizing, feeling and maintaining what you’re building around your bodies, your bedroom, house and/or entire property. It takes real effort, energy, determination, focus and repetition over the weeks and months to build up layer upon layer of whatever it is that you’re literally constructing energetically. However, once you’ve put in the effort and time constructing your psychic protection you will feel and maybe clairvoyantly see what you’ve built energetically. From then on all that’s needed is for you to maintain your etheric structure by daily and/or nightly visualizing it and intentionally and emotionally reinforcing it. Think of this phase of the work sort of like having to dust your furniture; the furniture is there and now all you have to do is keep it clean and maintained. Same thing with our ethereal protection structures and other multidimensional tools.

BANISHING PENTAGRAMS TO THE FOUR DIRECTIONS

Another effective protection tool is one that many of you are probably already familiar with also but many people aren’t, and because it works and very well once you’ve got it constructed energetically around your property, it deserves to be included. This protective tool is the Banishing Pentagram drawn to the Four Directions.

As you can see by the image above (and thanks go to whoever created this visual), you start drawing the Banishing Pentagram at the number 1 position and then move up to number 2, then 3 and so on until you reach number 5 where you’ll complete the pentagram by moving from number 5 down to number 1 where you started. It’s important you complete and close the pentagram so always finish by connecting the number 5 position down to the number 1 position.

You’ll draw the first of the four Banishing Pentagrams facing EAST in the air with your arm straight and extending out in front of you. You’ll need to keep your arm extended and straight from the shoulder down to your index and middle fingers with your other fingers and thumb folded into your palm. Don’t bend you elbow. Your index and middle fingers are doing the etheric drawing of the four pentagrams to the four directions.

When I’ve needed to use this tool, I always make my four pentagrams to the four directions around fifteen or twenty feet tall and have them hovering in place in air above the ground. I draw them as bright Light or Fire/flame and always visualize them like this.

Always begin facing East and draw your first pentagram in the air, then turn a quarter turn physically so you’re now facing South and draw the second pentagram, then another quarter turn to the West and draw the third pentagram, then turn to the North and draw the fourth pentagram, then turn another quarter turn to return to East again so the space is energetically closed. There are a number of things you can say aloud or silently while facing East, South, West, and North and drawing each of the four pentagrams. It’s up to you really, you can get as elaborate as you want or you can just intensely visualize each of the four pentagrams huge and impenetrable, hanging silently in space around you and your property continuously.

Again, when I’ve had to resort to using this protection tool, depending upon the level of severity of the attack I’m experiencing at that time, I’ll sometimes say aloud as I’m drawing EACH of the four pentagrams something like, I remove, banish, and prevent all negativity in all forms from entering my space now. Use whatever wording is the most meaningful to you at the time, but whatever you do, do it with 1000% seriousness, focus, intensity and intention. Mean and emotionally feel and intend what you’re saying and doing otherwise these actions are empty, impotent, useless theatrics and your negative psychic etheric attacks will continue. This is you being a conscious energetic construction worker intentionally building something on another dimension that you intend to protect you and yours and last as long as you need it.

This is serious stuff people and Team Dark won’t like it at all that you’re doing something to prevent them from attacking you, feeding off of you, using you, tormenting you, derailing you or trying to kill you, so be ready for some negative blow-back and other devious tactics and shifts from them (at least for a while) when you start using etheric protection tools.

The most common countermeasures I’ve experienced after protecting myself ethereally is that Team Dark immediately shifts their focus to another human they can manipulate to attack me or cause me misery in whatever ways they can. This is often when a family member(s), friend(s), mate, neighbor(s), co-worker(s), reader(s) and even other people’s pets are used by Team Dark to continue their attacks upon those of us doing Lightwork, Gridwork, Polarity Resolution and Transmuting and Clearing work etc. The Negatives are tenacious and don’t just lay down and disappear because you’ve built some psychic protection around yourself and your property and house. Be aware of how Team Dark quickly shifts their efforts to manipulating another person or people (and even animals in many cases) to attack and/or disturb you etc. When the Negatives can’t get at you directly, they quickly shift their attention to other people they can influence to continue attacking and distracting you.

Another common tactic Team Dark uses on us, and I’ve talked about this before, is mental interference, especially when we’re trying to build and visualize some etheric protection tool for our self or certain other things we try to Consciously Create. It’s a common tactic the Negatives use against us when we wake up enough to start protecting ourselves from them; they fight back and try to sidetrack or derail us by repeatedly interfering when we’re mentally focused on that protection. When you experience this, counter it by repeatedly pulling your mental focus back to the point where you were before you were mentally hijacked by the Negatives. Eventually you’ll break through and be successful in building and maintaining your etheric protections, whatever they are, so be persistent.

SAME APPLIES WHEN YOU’RE WORKING IN THE ASTRAL & OTHER DIMENSIONS

I mentioned in my August 16, 2012 Back from the Underworld article (only briefly because I couldn’t talk much about it then) about how I’d been working energetically (from mid-July through mid-August 2012) transmuting negative residual energies and helping many dead human soldiers from WWI (World War One) who, at the time of their physical deaths had been kidnapped Astrally by Team Dark beings and held captive there and used energetically.

Just in case you’re wondering if this is some rare anomaly that happened only to WWI soldiers and others alive at that time the answer is no, it happens all the time to any human Team Dark can grab. War zones are especially easy places for Team Dark because the energies are so lowly and dead and traumatized humans just keep coming. All wars in all timelines are actually massive dark energy alters where negative Aliens, beings and entities feed, steal and pick through the endless supply of sacrificed humans to grab and use in the Astral as energy producers. It’s time now for all wars, warring, warring/fighting mentality and belief systems (all of which are very Reptilian), weapons creation etc. to end on Earth because I’m about all done mopping up the vile Astral repercussions, rescuing Astral imprisoned dead military humans and their body parts (plus plenty of other humans not connected to any war), and transmuting the overall negativity, trauma, and insanity wars and all violence produce in multiple dimensions for eons.

In this type of Ascension related energy Work, which I’ve done for nearly two decades now, I never consciously decide that I’m going to go to some past timeline on Earth where there’s massive numbers of kidnapped dead humans and residual pain and fear energies and do rescue and transmuting Work. I just energetically Work on whatever it is that I suddenly find before me, and during July and August 2012, it’s been a lot more Astral rescue and transmuting Work of long-dead WWI human soldiers held captive and used energetically by Team Dark in the Astral all this time.

Others of you (Starseeds/Lightworkers) have been doing this same rescue and transmuting Work from the Astral most of this summer too (not war related), but with other dead and trapped humans in other timelines and locations around Earth who were also kidnapped or hijacked by Team Dark beings long ago. The ongoing multidimensional cleanup and rescue Work we’ve done very intensely since about 1999 has been difficult, exhausting, and nearly heartbreaking not to mention terribly physically painful as well. And yes, there’s plenty more kidnapped, trapped and used dead humans, souls, and fragmented pieces out there in the Astral that still need help being rescued and released from the different prison hells they’ve been held within for so long before this Ascension Process completes the end of December 2012. Do what you can when you can but don’t become distressed over those that you/me/we can’t help for whatever the reasons. Rest and heal your weary body and heart because who else can do this type of Work now? It’s important and necessary to rest, sleep and heal after these extreme and difficult multidimensional missions we go on.

Intentional Interference from Negative Beings

We’ve all experienced this more times than we care to consciously admit and it’s frustrating and discouraging when you know it’s happening to you. If you don’t know it’s happening then the whole business is vastly more confusing and debilitating psychologically. Because I’ve experienced an increase in the negatives (by Negatives I mean the non-physical, non-human negative aliens, negative entities, demonic entities, plus the humans that manifest the negative aliens’ agendas on Earth because they’re easily manipulated by them—aka Portal People), trying to prevent me from doing certain things and reaching certain higher levels of consciousness in 2012. I’ve also received a few emails recently from people experiencing this same negative interference too so it seems we need to talk about this more openly in 2012.

This negative interference can happen at any time of the day or night, but when you intentionally or unintentionally (being activated by the Ascension Process) start doing anything that’s going to help you by evolving and expanding your consciousness, you need to know that Team Dark is aware of this and will instantly do whatever they can to INTERFERE and prevent you, me, each of us from evolving, expanding, and breaking free from their invisible frequency fences and restrictions.

Know that these difficulties are not you being mentally lazy, inadequate, or undisciplined but that its deliberate negative interference doing its best to prevent you from energetically evolving, “ascending”, and therefore escaping this lower frequency range, reality, them and their influences. Fight it. Do not give in to it. Get back in the visualization or meditation or whatever it was that you were doing before you were intentionally interfered with and blasted out of it by Team Dark’s invisible frequency fences and other vile control devices and keep fighting until you can complete the meditation/visualization etc. Go into determined Light Warrior Mode when needed, otherwise you’ll be constantly suppressed and held in place by the negative’s many frequency fences. It can be done, but it’s often a real fight to break through their negative barriers and reach a higher frequency level.

An Astral Thrashing by Ancient Giants

Before we can talk about the improvements unfolding in 2011, I want to backtrack us a bit for contrast and reflection. I could write a book based on this topic because it’s so amazing and such a profound change to what reality has been on Earth for my almost sixty years. I’m talking about the now steady and increasingly obvious decrease of the Dark Ones/the Negatives/Team Dark from our reality and lives. Here are some examples of this increasing shifting and departure of them from a few recent multidimensional experiences I’ve had.

A GIANT ASTRAL THRASHING

On November 6, 2010, I had one of the most interesting and informative lucid dream encounter I’ve ever had, and I have had some whoppers! I was lucid in this dream from the first moment because the dream had been designed and created by a Dark One. He wanted to talk face-to-face with me so he created this “dream” setting for me to make sure I got his entire message, which I most certainly did. He created this dream setting to look like the old house I lived in during the most difficult years of my early biological Ascension Process where I’d been under constant demonic attack for four horrific years. [See A Lightworker’s Mission]. He wanted me to be very consciously aware that it was he and his kind behind all of the Dark attacks I went through at that house from 2000 through June of 2004.

In this lucid dream, which was not a “dream” at all but an actual meeting in the fourth dimension (4D Astral), this Dark One and about five or six of his buddies were waiting for me in the backyard of this other house. From my perspective I just suddenly found myself in this already started dream, which is usually a sign that something other than you has designed it and intentionally pulled you into it for a specific reason. So there I am all of a sudden, lucid in the Astral and back at this other house looking up at about seven incredible giant Beings; Dark Ones that were not Reptilians but something else. Their bodies were all the same but their non-human faces were slightly different, as human faces are, and they were wearing costumes which were intended to further intimidate and frighten me. They didn’t however but looked rather ridiculous. We’ll get to that in a second.

So there I am standing outside in full daylight in this astral meeting with about seven of these ancient humanoid Dark Ones. They all were around twenty feet tall; I estimated this from marking where the highest peak of the house roof came on their bodies which was around their waists. In other words, they were some HUGE, ancient, giant Dark Ones and they got my attention for sure! Now here comes the funny costume part; they all were dressed in stereotypical biker outfits. Black leather pants, vests with “colors” on the back, chains, spike collars, wide leather cuffs and all the other typical old bad-ass motorcycle biker dude costuming from the sixties and seventies. Seriously, I should get an award or metal or something for not busting into a belly laugh seeing twenty-foot tall Dark Ones trying to look extra mean n’ nasty by wearing old “Hell’s Angels” biker costumes in my backyard! I just stood there staring up at this group of non-human, non-physical Dark Ones trying to further intimidate me and couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. Their size and unpleasant non-human faces alone was enough, but thankfully for me the old “Hell’s Angels” biker outfits took the edge off of the entire situation.

After a bit the head Dark One leaned down, picked me up, and held me close to his ugly non-human face and gave me a good hard thrashing! I was the size of a rag-doll in his huge hand as he shook me, yelled and screamed viciously at me and clearly let me know how much he HATED my goddamned Forerunner Starseed Lightworker ass and how seriously I have ruined his plans, his life and lifestyle, his fun, his ruler-ship over humanity and Earth blah, blah, blah. His buddies watched with great pleasure as their Boss spewed hatred in my face and shook me around in his giant clawed hand. And, as amazing as all this was because it was “real”, was that I wasn’t nearly as frightened as I would have been had it happened a few years ago. I was lucid of how I was emotionally feeling and what I was thinking during this designed intimidation tactic by these particular Dark Ones, but I was rather surprised by my lack of fear.

Of course it helped tremendously having these giant giants costumed in old-school biker regalia, plus it helped tremendously having the main Dark One telling me his secrets and how I (as a Lightworker) had ruined his species way of life and their food and fuel supplies (humanity) and so many other things I couldn’t believe it! I kept thinking to myself while this Dark One was raging in my wee astral face, “My god Denise, listen to everything he’s telling you in his wild rage because he’s revealing tremendously important secrets. Do not pull the ripcord and wake yourself up yet. Wait until he’s done telling you everything.” So I remained and endured him raging at me about what a miserable day he and his kind were having all because of what me and my kind have done. Instead of fleeing the astral scene as I usually do in these types of astral abductions, I remained until this Dark One had finished his rant at me and then I got the hell outta there and woke myself up!

This was a big deal for me to NOT be so frightened and NOT escape when things got too scary because I do know how to wake myself up and escape when needed. This also told me a lot about how much I’ve personally grown, and about how much the Light has done to cause the Dark Ones to not be able to stay within the still increasing Light Energies here.

ANOTHER MULTIDIMENSIONAL ATTACK BY THE DARK ONES

On February 22, 2011 — 2-22-11 — I started out having a very nice dream but it kept morphing into bad, then into worse, and then much worse. Once the nightmare reached that ultra-icky sick blood n’ guts violent point, I did pull the astral ripcord and woke myself up. Problem was—as it often is—I didn’t leave this nightmare in the 4D astral plane, it was right there in my physical bedroom hovering above me near my ceiling! “It” is what caused my nice dream to morph into a gory, sick nightmare.

Once I was awake from the nightmare I could easily see in the natural night’s darkness this mass of unnatural Blackness hovering about a foot below my ceiling like a large 4D astral oil spill. It was wider than my queen-sized bed and took up nearly the entire square footage of my bedroom ceiling. I’ve had many attacks over the years from this same type of mass Blackness that’s darker than the darkest night, and in years past these attacks would leave me severely ill for a couple of months. My point is that I was well aware that I was going to be fighting for my life and well-being as soon as I awoke and saw this 4D canopy oil spill Blackness hanging over me in bed. What happened next however was an absolute first in my life and that is what’s really important about all of this.

Once awake and aware that I was in for another serious battle for my health, sanity, multidimensional energetic well-being and possibly my very life, I went into hyper-aware, hyper-sensitive Light Warrior mode while simultaneously taking mental notes of the entire situation. The thing with negative Beings is that, no matter what shape, disguise, or costume “It” puts on, you know what “It” is because “It” cannot change or alter “It’s” energy signature to save “It’s” life. “It” is what “It” is no matter how clever or creative. “It” always feels exactly the same no matter what because “It” has not changed one little bit. Nasty is nasty is nasty period.

So there I am yet again fighting my way through another attempt upon my Forerunner Lightworker life by the Dark Ones, but, there’s one HUGE change to this familiar attack; “It” cannot move down any lower to attack or touch me! My god this is a minor miracle and something that’s never happened before. Now I’m not saying this attack was easy because it wasn’t and it lasted for an hour and a half and was very intense and exhausting. However, “It” could not drop down any lower and literally, repeatedly, pound on my head like an actual assault as “It” has in years past. So, what’s changed and why?

We’ve gone deep enough into this battle at this point (2-22-11) that the Dark Ones cannot effect me (a Forerunner, Starseed, Lightworker, Gridworker, Embodier) in the same ways they have because the Light has returned and is taking back and filling up this world and so much more. The Dark Ones are on their way out in other words and I cannot tell you what this means to me after 59 years of having to deal with them and their endless attacks throughout this life. For me to repeatedly and vividly be shown just how much has really changed energetically, both within my Denise self and the Earth world and the Astral and beyond, is so incredibly rewarding… and the best is yet to come!

BEIGE HOUNDS OF HELL ASTRAL ATTACK

Moving right along.

May 12, 2011 I had a dream attack which really amazed me. It’s almost—dare I say—comical. So I’m dreaming early this morning and find myself in some unknown neighborhood in some unknown city somewhere walking down the street at night alone. Suddenly a pack of dogs comes running towards me from down the street. Normally this would have sent me scrambling for that astral ripcord in a hot second, but, my-oh-my how things have changed in a few short months since November 2010!

No I do not escape the dream attack but turn to look at the pack of barking dogs running wildly towards me with the intent of ripping me to pieces in the street. I noticed they were different sizes and breeds but that they all are beige in color. That told me that the Darkness ain’t so dark no more (May 2011) but is now more of a matte beige color. Go ahead and have a good giggle over this symbolism, gawd knows I certainly did.

So as the pack of beige dogs reach me I magically produce — are you ready for this — a large bed pillow to whoop-ass with. Yes, a bed pillow to beat off a pack of attacking beige dogs, alone, in the night. Ya gotta love it. So there I am in the street pillow popping attacking dogs left n’ right with my Kung Fu Light-infused Bed Pillow of Destruction. I sent every dog that attacked me flying through the air and dissipated them into nothingness. But again, the most important point in all this for me was that I was totally and completely emotionless about this whole business. I had NO fear, NO anger, NO aggression, NO hate, NO nothin’ but poppin’ attacking beige Hell Hounds back to Source. I felt like one of those old rock-solid Kung Fu movie warrior goddesses calmly whoopin’ ass with the greatest of ease. I’ve never ever felt this before in my life and it was good, really good.

I said a couple of months ago that one of the things I wanted for myself now was to finally evolve beyond reacting to lower or negative frequency situations, attacks, and people etc. I no longer want to respond in that old lower emotional way and my dream of fighting off attacking beige dogs with ZERO emotions one way or the other was a huge symbol for me personally. When I look back over the past few months like this to get a better understanding and perspective, I see just how much has really improved on multiple levels for me personally, but also with how much has improved collectively in this dimension and others. I also know that this is just getting rolling now in early 2011, and that it will unfold exponentially week by week and month by month through to the end of the Mayan calendar on Oct. 28, 2011, and then the great transition through the 11-11-11 portal of November 11, 2011. Reality will be increasingly unrecognizable and in completely positive ways.

From a direct and intimate face-to-face rage-fest with what I believe were an ancient group of giant Nephilim beings, to unemotionally popping attacking astral hell hounds back to Source in seven short months is pretty impressive, especially after nearly six decades of living in a totally Dark controlled world. Hang in there everyone because the best really is right around the corner at this point.

Brain Rewiring & Attacks from the Dark Ones

[NOTE: This is another article that not everyone reading it will relate to or relate to now. Please keep that in mind as you read it and don’t automatically assume that you’ll experience identical types of psychic attacks and/or energy siphoning. We’ve reached the year however (the numerous 11 portals throughout 2011) where we all need to learn to permanently stop the Dark Beings from draining us energetically; to protect ourselves when the Dark Ones use other humans to emotionally trigger etheric openings in us to make us sick and/or weaken us, sidetrack or slow us down or stop us altogether; to protect our beloved pets from negative psychic attacks, wounding, and/or murder strictly to trigger and open us for the same reasons. Anything the Dark Ones can do now to stop, slow down, interfere, sidetrack, make sick, wound and weaken us physically, emotionally, mentally and etherically, they are very intently doing. No fear, just time for more of us to take greater responsibility and awareness of our multidimensional natures, power, consciousness, energy bodies and energies.]

1-1-11 came in with an exciting rush of new pushing energies. For me and mine this was immediately followed by another round of psychic attacks by negative Beings—the Dark Ones/Team Dark. The short few days between 1-1-11 and 1-10-11, my cat and Mom and I have been battling more psychic attacks by the same negative beings and their etheric tools that both attack, damage, and drain energies from both humans and our pets. The tsunami-like energy portal that 1-11-11 (Jan. 11-11) was greatly reduce these attacks, but it returned the next day to try to divide and conquer and continue feeding off me and mine. Obviously, I personally have more things I need to learn and do immediately (which I am) to finally end these negative attacks and siphoning of my energies. I sense I and many of you are and will be doing—among other things—exactly this throughout 2011.

SMELLING STRONG NON-PHYSICAL SMOKE AND/OR BURNING INCENSE

I began smelling strong burning incense smoke and/or smokey smells like from chimneys in late 2008. It was, and still is today, so strong that I believed it was actual physical odors I was smelling, but after walking through the neighborhood a couple of times in early 2009, searching for the bastard with the dirty chimney that was choking me every night, I discovered it was not a physical odor I was smelling at all. This meant I had to discover why I was even smelling it.

Eventually I began paying attention to when I would smell this nearly choking smokey smell and sensed it was directly connected to the Rewiring of my brain hemispheres. Once we were in 2010, I was certain that smelling this strong smokey odor was indeed a type of temporary side-effect from the ongoing brain Rewiring process. By the summer of 2010, the brain Rewiring process had reached the point where we were integrating the inner male/female energies within ourselves and coupled with this was the Pineal and Pituitary glands being merged or Rewired in a new higher way too. The summer and fall months of 2010 were intense with potent energy activities completing inside our brains and brain glands. The why of this was so we could evolve/ascend out of our old lower separated Duality frequency brains, consciousness and energies into integrated whole-brained beings that can house, perceive and use higher frequency unified Triality consciousness and energies.

INCREASED ATTACKS & ENERGY DRAINING BY THE DARK ONES

So what happened almost immediately after this phase? With the start of October 2010, I and many of you suddenly got hammered by negative etheric attacks, powerful and deliberate interference, plus some had lucid dream attacks and grand threats by a handful of the Dark Ones themselves. Again, the why is what’s really important with all this because it helps us connect more multidimensional ascension dots to better understand what we’re currently living and working through.

•Separated Duality brain halves perceive and exist vibrationally within Duality consciousness and reality—old 3D.

• Rewired brain halves become whole integrated brains that perceive and exist vibrationally within Triality consciousness and reality—5D.

Yippee right? Well yeah until I realized that, as usual, there were going to be drastic backlash events and increased counter measures taken by the Dark Ones because many of us had begun the process of evolving/ascending out of the Dark One’s Duality frequency range now that our brains have been Rewired and can run and exist within higher Triality energies, consciousness and reality.

CONNECTING THE STRANGE MULTI-D PIECES

What I’ve realized between January 1–10, 2011 is, like an automatic response to our Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers recent vibrational shift during the fall months of 2010, the Dark Ones instantly felt us change energetically into a frequency of increasing Triality or “Unity” Consciousness and being. The more we evolve/ascend and become increasingly aware multidimensionally, and the more we take greater responsibility for all of our multidimensional energy bodies, the more the Dark Ones are panicking and lashing out at us for the obvious reasons. The second we began to make this transition in October and November 2010, these negative nonphysical beings shifted into increased High Alert to try to stop the Forerunners/Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers in any ways they could, can. They absolutely want to prevent us from doing what we’re here now to do doing for humanity and Earth. Is it any wonder why the Forerunners/Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers are always the first to be attacked by them?

WHAT ARE THE VOLUNTEERS/FORERUNNERS/STARSEEDS/LIGHTWORKING WAYSHOWERS DOING NOW AND THROUGHOUT 2011?

The same things we’ve always done. We embody, live, anchor and manifest more NEW higher cosmic Light energies into this reality for humanity and Earth and everything else right in and through our bodies, hearts and beings. Nothing’s changed, it’s business as usual for us. What has changed is what we’re working on now; us using our physical bodies, brains, hearts and beings to live, be, exist within, manifest and anchor HighHeart Triality Consciousness into the 5D Earth’s new and much more complex 5D Grid system.

Every one of this year’s 11 portals will be assisting us doing this Unity, Triality infusion Grid Work throughout 2011. I suspect that by November 11, 2011—the triple 11-11-11 portal—we’ll have completed energetically programming, infusing and fueling the NEW 5D Earth Grid system through our integrated, unified, High Heart Consciousness and bodies with 5D Unity energy and consciousness. 2011 is us Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers and some Indigos Consciously Creating and Co-Creating through our bodies, hearts and beings what’s going to fuel our new planetary Grid system. Guess who’s going to do their best to stop us, interfere, slow us down, sidetrack us, beat us down, drain and exhausted or make us sick so we can’t do it? You guessed it, the Dark Ones, aka Team Dark.

I remember reading something from Lauren Gorgo’s higher dimensional team stating that “Forerunners living the Ascension Process (first) often use around 70-75% of our vital life force”, which I personally know is absolutely true. There were repeated phases for over a decade when my body didn’t have enough vital life force to even digest food because it was being utilized to transmute dense lower frequency negative Duality energies. Obviously, that often leaves us with very little to live and work with, plus we typically have Team Dark trying to siphon that little bit too. No wonder we’re profoundly exhausted much of the time. So, what do we do to protect ourselves from them draining us into a pile of exhausted, weeping, half-dead mush so we miss some of the numerous 11 portals throughout 2011?

This restoration period of our multidimensional body’s bits and pieces and removal of energy siphons that the Dark Ones have used to feed and fuel themselves and their agendas is unfolding now and during all of 2011. This is another reason they’re so focused on us Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers/Indigos now. We’ve got to be consciously aware that we’ve still got some Multi-D energy siphons here and there and we’ve got to consciously work on ending this long-standing inter-dimensional energy-bleed-feed Team Dark have always done to Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers and mass humanity. I know how exhausted we are at this point within the Ascension Process but we’ve got to do this current Lightwork for ourselves and everyone else and finally end the Dark Ones endlessly stealing free cable TV, electricity, and water from us and humanity to fuel them and their negative anti-human agendas.

I’m so physically sick now and I do NOT get “sick” or catch the flu, colds, viruses etc. What happens to me is I get worn down by multiple attacks from the Dark Ones and their energy siphons that I’ve still got in probably two of my Energy Bodies and am working on removing now, them attacking and traumatizing my cat and making him wounded and twitchy, them attacking and using other humans in my life to trigger specific lower emotional reactions within me so I become more weakened and open psychically and so on. I know all this yet still don’t always catch myself in time to prevent getting manipulated emotionally/energetically so I become more weakened (in this case physically sick) and waylaid. It’s time to get seriously serious and take my/our stolen vital life force energies back and end these lowly negative attacks and parasitic maneuvers by Team Dark.

I’ve got to go rest and heal and get my energies up again. You be careful out there too and watch out for these types of negative manipulations by Team Dark and protect yourself, home, property, and your pets daily/nightly until we don’t need to do any of this anymore.

The Dark Is Lashing Out…Again

OKAY, LET’S DO THIS

I’ve been under psychic attack by the Dark Side of the Force —aka Team Dark as I call them all—for the past month now. My 81-year-old Mom and my much beloved cat have been too, and it’s been horrible as it always is. Those of you who’ve read A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution will be able to understand this post a bit better than those who haven’t. But, this current multidimensional Battle is something I knew would happen and I mentioned this in my post about The Hathors/Tom Kenyon’s “World Meditation”. I said there would be an energetic backlash from the Dark negative Beings over this planetary meditation to remove and free-up the souls who’ve been controlled and used via certain limiting religious beliefs, and beliefs that Earth is just a source for humanity to heartlessly, disrespectfully and greedily use. My problem is that I can consciously know certain things, even write about them and still not instantly catch when I’m under psychic suppression/attack by the Dark… yet again! Embarrassing but true, and something I feel certain some people will benefit from once I share my recent experiences.

Back in October 2010 I suddenly began having difficulties when trying to mentally and emotionally focus and/or intend and Consciously Create certain things for myself and my family and friends. Normally this is an effortless process for me and I should have recognized my symptoms as those of negative interference but I didn’t. There are reasons for this however which we’ll get to. Everything, even these types of negative Dark attacks are lessons, Initiations, stages and phases within the ongoing Ascension Process for many of us (not all however) and they are perfect in their wisdom even though they’re negative and horrible. This is how I learn even more about a subject I’m already well versed in, so I’m grateful to be able to pass this knowledge on to any others who may benefit from it because they too have been or currently are under psychic multidimensional attack by the Dark because they are First Wave Lightworkers.

As the days passed I was having more difficulty mentally and emotionally focusing on certain higher things I’d been working on for myself and family. I began sliding down into a mild depression, frustration, sense of victim-hood, decreased vitality, decreased strength, decreased everything! About this time my Mom and I suddenly started getting frustrated with each other and both of us wanted out, wanted to live alone and not be bothered with each other. My cat also began throwing up his food every few days which is very unusual for him. He also displayed huge decreases in his vital life-force and he looked and acted sad and sick, which was so hard to witness. At one point I even wondered if he was dying. (If you’ve read my book, remember the horrific demonic attacks and then the orange tiger kitten.) Again, I should have easily recognized all of this as common symptoms of negative psychic attacks and also of highly focused interference with all three of us, but I didn’t put all the pieces together. This too is another common symptom and tactic used by the Dark against us; they cause us to think that all is well, that nothing is wrong and that it will pass eventually. Remember this powerful tactic as it may save your life and/or sanity.

The tensions, frustrations, and sense of being trapped increased, the desire to physically separate from my Mom and her from me, the cat repeatedly getting sick and obviously suppressed energetically, absolutely NOT being able to mentally and emotionally focus on higher frequency things I wanted and needed to focus on, and constantly being pulled back down into emotions such as anger, frustrations, victim-hood, and all-around lower frequency thoughts and emotions. I could not maintain any higher frequency thoughts and emotions as is normal for me, but kept finding myself quickly back down in these lower states with little ability to pull my focus in, redirect it and most importantly, maintain it at a higher level.

The next big clue with all this was a lucid “dream” I had on November 6, 2010. I know when I’m having “dreams” that my subconscious have produced for me, and I also know when I have actual other-dimensional encounters with both positive and negative Beings in them. This was not a subconscious “dream” but an actual encounter with some very real, very ancient, and very Big Bad Old Dudes out there. I’ve been through these types of lucid astral encounters and attacks many times throughout my lifetime, however this one was a first in that these negative Dark Beings interacted with me very differently than they ever have prior. Huge clue this one.

Briefly this “dream” state encounter was with a small group of GIANT non-human male Beings. (They looked like a slightly different version of the negative Reptilian beings.) What really affected me in this encounter/attack was that these Dark negative male beings were so huge. They were giant giants, about twenty-five to thirty foot tall with massive, heavily muscled bodies. They were the multidimensional Bad Asses behind the mediocre physical plane human Bad Asses, and that information came from them. They let me know in this meeting that they are the non-physical Puppet Masters, the other-dimensional Dark beings that run and control the negative humans who in turn run the negative systems and beliefs on Earth. You see, the Dark physical patriarchal human bastards have much bigger non-physical Dark bastards that control them and they’re very, very ancient Dark Beings that are giant giants.

This dream attack didn’t last too long but cut right to the chase and eventually the main being in this Group of Dark beings picked me up and tossed me around like I was a rag doll, which I was in his huge hands. He then proceeded to try to intimidate me by holding me inches in front of his huge non-human face while he threatened me, raged at me, and revealed things to me I couldn’t believe he was stupidly doing. However, this is what the Dark does when it’s at the end of its rope; it finally reveals some aspects of itself to some of us which helps us put many more interdimensional pieces together, but also to see that they’re no longer capable of kickin’ my (your) ass as they have been. The why of this is one of the biggest points in this whole story and process.

Normally I would easily exit the dream attack at this scary and dangerous point, but I didn’t in this case because I was lucid and knew something very important was behind this unusual in-my-face high drama Dark threat and theatrics. By having these negative beings showing me what they look like, which these types of negative beings do not typically do unless they’re in a corner, they revealed that the power has recently shifted big time. So, I remained and let this giant Dark alien being shake me around, threaten and intimidate me. He was frightening, but I knew more was going on than all his yelling, intimidations and threats. Once he was done trying to paralyze me with fear, I then intentionally exited the dream and woke myself up. I sat there in my dark bedroom thinking about what I’d just experienced and had to smile because all is NOT as it first appears.

I should also mention that for a week prior to this November 6, 2010 dream I’d been having nightly dreams of integrating, connecting with unknown-to-me human males which I also recognized as indicating something else. By night-three of these nightly dreams I realized that another level of my/our Male/Female, Female/Male selves and energies were being energetically reunited in ways that haven’t been possible for a very long time. To me this was simply another level of my own Sacred Marriage with my rewired male/masculine counterparts (brain halves, selves and energies), but also of my being a First Wave Lightworker and energy Lightning Rod for the rest of humanity and the Earth’s NEW higher 5D Grid Systems. We First Wave Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers still ground, hold, anchor and enable higher energies to manifest into Earth and the new Grid through our own bodies, consciousness, hearts and beings.

On November 8th Mom and I had to do some shopping and both of us were surprised to see so many giant male people in the grocery store. There were human patriarchal males all over the place and terribly obvious in that symbolic and polarized way. This was just one more symbolic clue in a growing list of clues that things are changing and improving in massive ways now, both in us and through us on multiple dimensions and Earth.

There’s more of course but I’ll only cover the main events. I suspect we’ll get into more aspects of this in Comments. Here’s a short recap of symptoms and clues that you—as a Lightworker and/or Starseed—are under psychic attack and intentional interference by Dark non-physical beings:

You have a dream or dreams of being attacked by Dark negative beings, aliens, creatures etc.
You can’t mentally/emotionally remain focused on higher level things you want to focus on to Consciously Create
You slowly become more depressed, unfocused, sad, angry, frustrated, immobilized, sick, depleted, victimized, weak with low vitality
You want to run away and be alone. You don’t think to call in help of any kind. You just sit, unable to make your mind work like it normally does
A family member and/or friend and/or pet or other loved one also comes under negative psychic attacks around the same time as you do

My friend who lives up north also came under negative psychic attack a couple of weeks ago while in the “dream” state, but it too was an actual encounter and a direct psychic multidimensional attack upon her and not something from her subconscious.

This morning I discovered Lisa Renee’s November 2010 article “The Restoration” in my email box. I printed it out and read it aloud to my Mom and lifetimes of Lightwork (physical and multidimensional) fell into place for us both. I cannot say how grateful I am to Lisa Renee for this particular article at this time. It’s perfect and a total confirmation for me, my Mom, and no doubt for many of you as well, not to mention how relieved my cat is! Sometimes some of us must tread into the Dark yet again so our Work in and of the Light holds more conscious meaning and empowerment for us. If you too have recently been Battling with the Dark Ones again, this is why. We’re almost done because we’re almost there and the Dark Ones are finally on their way out.

Negative ET Abductions From the 4D Astral

I’ve briefly mentioned this before on a few forums I used to post on. It’s about the phenomena of being abducted by negative aliens but, having this happen from the sleep state. Astral Abductions. Years ago, I experienced these many times and they’re not pleasant. I wasn’t always aware of negative ETs either, sometimes yes, other times no. But after a few times of this happening, I learned the hard way what was what and how this phenomenon typically works. Please remember that what I’ve experienced is not what everyone else who may experience Astral Abductions will encounter. I do know there’s certain tell-tale signs in both the sleep/dreaming state, and the awake, fully conscious state. It’s these common signs that I’d like to share so people know what to pay attention to. And of course, I’m talking about only some negative alien ETs and not about all negative ETs. Not all negative ETs have a desire to snatch sleeping humans from their dreams or sleep state and etheric bodies and place them in crazy, ridiculous, frightening, emotionally and psychologically intense soap opera type dream scenarios. Some do however, and it seemed it’s to primarily educate themselves about human emotions and to measure my, your, our emotional reactions to their different artificial crafted dream scenarios.

Here’s a brief list of common signs that this is happening.

Suddenly your dream morphs into an epic staged Soap Opera-type ridiculous thing, usually dark
Your dream has real friends, family, loved ones in it but they don’t exactly look or act like them
Your dream feels contrived and manipulated only to induce specific emotions in you
Certain characters in your dream are posing for you, again to induce specific emotions in you
Your dream turns really frightening and just keeps going and going like it’s trying to keep you in a state of intense fear
You make yourself wake up from the dream only to be pulled back into it as if you’ve been drugged and cannot remain awake and conscious
You wake yourself up because the dream became a nightmare, physically get up out of bed, move around the house a bit, then go back to bed only to feel that pull and going unconscious sensation again, meaning they’re still there and are pulling you, abducting you back into the astral

These are some of the common and repeated factors I experienced with this particular phenomena when I went through it in the past. As I mentioned, they, the negative alien ETs, seemed mainly interested in creating and directing fearful emotions in me in those manufactured dreams and then they tried to increase and direct the fear, frustrations, repulsions, horror, anger, confusion etc. for as long as they possibly could.

Some of you may be wondering how I would know that some of my dreams were created by negative ETs. I know because I’m honestly familiar with how the fear within the deeper aspects of me really functions. I know pretty well how my subconscious feels and functions and how my personal fears, worries, unresolved emotional issues and energies typically manifest in MY own created dreams. I’ve learned how to tell the different types of dreams I have and where they’re coming from. I also can feel negativity anywhere. It’s a highly recognizable energy signature and I can easily sense it from other energy signatures.

It was fairly easy for me, after a couple experiences with this, to become lucid in my dream when I realized it wasn’t MY dream after all. I sensed I was being controlled, directed, manipulated and imprisoned within the dream state for some negative alien Others to take notes from my personal reactions and behaviors to negative dream situations. It was actually rather silly and immature in my opinion, once I got myself out of the emotional drama. Once I realized the dream was staged I became angry and just got myself out as fast as possible. What did surprise me however was that in some cases, despite my waking up and physically getting up out of bed to try to break the connection, they waited for me to get back into bed and go to sleep again! That did surprise and freak me out. It taught me a lot about how to read energies both while in-body and out of my physical body and how to discern dreams and break free and escape when I wanted or needed to and then maintain that break. That for me was the hardest part of all this; learning how to not get pulled back and Astrally abducted again after I’d intentionally escaped a negative dream scenario. These situations are very real battles and tactics that span the physical and astral dimensions and more. Learn to discern and read energies, read energy signatures so you’ll KNOW who is of the dark and who is of the Light. This too is part of our ongoing spiritual and consciousness maturing during the evolutionary Ascension Process.

Unpleasant but Very Necessary Topic

There are certain things I don’t write much about on TRANSITIONS or anywhere else for that matter, at least not in-depth. In the past I felt it wasn’t important that I shared this information publicly, plus there weren’t many people going through these very dark, negative and unpleasant psychic experiences and attacks. I could however write a couple of books about this topic—and probably will some day—based on my lifelong experiences but again, it’s not a topic that’s light and fun so I figure why bother at this late date? Why scare the hell out of people and possibly feed fear when that’s NOT what I want to create in any way? So, I’ve left this subject on my personal back-burner for many years, wondering if I should ever talk about it. I feel that early 2008 is the time however for very obvious reasons. No fear, just more knowledge which is Light please understand. In a world where Duality has been the only game in town, the Dark and negative is just as important and valuable to know as the Light.

Because I’ve been a sensitive and psychic all my life, this unpleasant topic simply comes with the territory. It’s just more of reality is all. Have you ever seen those movies where there’s a ghost of some dead guy following a living person around screaming at them, frantically trying to be seen or heard? Because the living person is not sensitive or psychic he/she doesn’t see, hear or feel the dead person at all, much to his deep frustration. Well now imagine that instead of this being a “ghost”, a decent human who’s died, imagine that it’s a negative human and/or a negative nonhuman entity or demon. Now imagine that you CAN see, hear and feel it/them and it/they knows that you can. Understand that it/they saw you long before you even sensed it or them. The energetic stakes are dramatically changed and the battle begun with your ass on the line in very real multidimensional physical and etheric ways.

We need to talk about humans who are possessed by negative nonhuman and nonphysical entities. Why you may be wondering? Mainly because of the current “falling” of the old lower world and its global corrupt, self-serving and heartless SYSTEMS and leaders. We’ve been reading about this current state of “falling”, of the very necessary downfall of all that needs to end that was created and controlled by the old patriarchal systems and rulers. The thing is however that the current “falling” and death throes of these ancient planetary systems and people is NOT strictly limited to the physical 3D realm. For you astrologers out there, think of the symbolism of Pluto, Lord of the Underworld, now in Capricorn. The “Underworld” is in play here in a very physical way meaning that what’s happening in 3D is also connected to certain nonphysical dimensions, like the “Underworld”, like the 4D astral dimension.

Because humanity is NOT isolated in 3D physical reality dealing only with other physical humans and animals here, this “falling” is and will create panic and lashing out by some of the negative entities and beings that exist in nonphysical dimensions who are and always have been intimately connected to humanity in 3D. This “falling” has repercussions in more than just the physical 3D lower old world. Like the movie I mentioned earlier where the dead guy is chasing the living woman around trying to get her to see, hear and sense him, many NON sensitive people are going to be dealing with some of these negative human and nonhuman nonphysical entities themselves now.

There are far more living humans who are possessed by negative nonphysical entities than you’d ever suspect, and these people don’t even know they’re possessed. I feel the numbers of possessed humans is going to be greatly increasing as the “falling” or breakdown of the old lower planetary systems really becomes blatantly obvious, even to the densest disbeliever. The Underworld is superimposed over the physical world as the old falls, breaks down and dies away. This is why I feel it’s time to be openly talking about this now.

On the one hand, many of us are beginning to have subtle encounters and communications with very positive higher (5D) dimensional ET beings and Angelics etc. This will only increase each week as we continue the ascension process and ride out these last incredible years of the Mayan calendar cycles. We’re vibrating faster and higher and that, along with all the transformational work we’ve been living, is causing us to exist vibrationally closer and closer within the same frequency range as many of these positive ETs and other wonderful higher beings. We’re suddenly going to be able to see/hear/feel many of Them and directly communicate and interact with Them and vice versa.

Because humanity has been affected (many completely controlled) by unseen negative entities, demons and beings for many long ages, the current falling or disintegration of the old lower patriarchal rule is causing many of them to take drastic steps to maintain their control and connections to humanity in physicality. See the dramatic multidimensional contrast humanity is and will be dealing with? ETs and higher beings that we’re vibrating up to reconnect with, AND, due to the falling/ending/collapse of the old lower controlled world and systems, lower negative nonhuman nonphysical demons and entities trying to grab hold of anyone that they can while they can! It’s grow-up time in so many ways for humanity now.

As more systems collapse and disappear, as more materials, foods and products from the old lower world become harder to get and extremely expensive, more people will become deeply fearful. More people will do really stupid things to emotionally cope with the falling of the old lower world, its leaders, the planetary belief systems and their fears. I’m going to list some of the most common ways that humanity energetically psychically opens itself to entity/demonic attacks and possible etheric attachments to help people understand a bit more about this.

Drinking alcohol to get drunk
Taking drugs to get high
Sex with another person of either sex for lower physical release only. No love or heart involved while having sex. Sexual perversions
Fear
Violence, abusing, being abused
Being around a person or people who are doing any of these things themselves

The bottom line is, when we energetically open ourselves, we instantly become easy to be etherically attached to, used, energetically fed off of, and manipulated emotionally, mentally and physically by negative entities. In many cases, demonic entities that have attached to some human for many years eventually energetically deplete that person, so the negative creature then goes after another human or humans using their original human puppet. Other people who are physically near the original person with this “attachment”, like a neighbor or coworker etc., will often become targets of the demonic entity. They will also go after loved ones and/or family members of the original person to feed off of them. This is very much like a physical virus that spreads from one person to another except that it’s etheric but even more dangerous and long-lasting.

Again, I’m not sharing this information to cause fear but to inform during these intense and wild times of great change, falling and evolutionary caused TRANSITIONS. We’re rapidly becoming more consciously aware that we are indeed multidimensional beings. With this comes greater responsibility and awareness on more levels and dimensions at the same time. I strongly suggest that, even if you don’t believe in demons and nonhuman entities, or positive ETs and Angelics etc., that you at least be aware that the human Collective does, and you live within that.

It will NOT be like this forever, only during this massive falling, dying away, and full separation of the old lower patriarchy and the negative aliens, demons and other entities who’ve been attached to and controlling humans and the old world for so very long.
