Basic Psychic Protection Methods

Over the years I’ve received many emails from people around the world requesting help and/or information about how to protect themselves from etheric attacks from Team Dark/the Negatives. The majority of these requests for help come from people who were dealing with non-human, other-dimensional beings and entities attacking them in the 3D physical and 4D Astral dimensions. In other words, the majority of email requests for help I’ve received have not been about a living human intentionally psychically attacking them, but about negative non-physical, non-human, other-dimensional Aliens, Beings and Entities attacking them.

WHO ARE THEY & WHY DO ATTACKS HAPPEN?

To keep this article small and to the point, the reason why negative other-dimensional psychic etheric attacks have increased dramatically and become more conscious to growing numbers of people is, in a nutshell, due to the current planetary Ascension Process.

The further we’ve traveled into the Ascension Process (this started approximately 1987, but for some Starseeds/Lightworkers it began earlier), the more darkness, negativity and lower frequency density and duality there’s been feeling the growing pressures of higher frequency Light infiltrating 3D, Earth, humanity and the Collective. And, by darkness and negativity, I mean Team Dark or the Negatives as I call all of them.

Who is Team Dark or the Negatives? They are the negative non-physical, non-human, multidimensional Alien beings such as the Reptilians and Draconians plus certain other groups they control and/or have created themselves like negative Grays, MIB and other inorganic non-physical creatures. Team Dark/the Negatives also includes the 4D Astral Archetypes; all developmental levels of negative non-human 4D Astral beings, demons and entities; human created negative inorganic thought-forms, black magic energies, physical violence, warring, negative sexual energies etc. and the 4D Astral entities attracted to those and all low-frequency energies — 4D Astral Collective energies generated from 3D humans; and the 2D (dimension that exists below Earth’s surface vibrationally) negative Elemental entities, creatures, monsters and demons.

Also included as Team Dark/the Negatives are the living humans who are polarized to the “Dark side of the Force” or “Service to Self”. These people are dark themselves and don’t need help from negative, other-dimensional Aliens and/or beings to manifest negativity in 3D physicality and unleash it upon other living humans, the Earth, Nature, animals etc. They are human Team Dark members and work in the physical dimension in tandem with the non-physical, other-dimensional Negative Aliens, entities and demons to create more fear, suffering, violence, wars, hatred and chaos in the physical world. Why? Because all human generated lower frequency emotions, thoughts and actions are etheric energy food, fuel and building materials for Team Dark.

There are the billions of living humans (“normal” folk) who are repeatedly and unknowingly influenced, manipulated and directed by a negative Alien(s), Astral being(s), demon(s) and lesser evolved entities to create as much pain, misery, fear, wounding, sadness, destruction, immobility, confusion and chaos that they can on other humans for the reasons mentioned earlier. Living humans intentionally used and directed by non-human, other-dimensional Team Dark Aliens, beings and entities to negatively affect other living humans to get those humans to produce negative emotions and energies. Or, if you’re a Starseed/Lightworker/Lightwarrior/Indigo, to derail you in any way(s) they can as often and as long as they can from doing the spiritual energetic Ascension related Work you Volunteered to come to Earth now to do for All. Why? Same reasons: so the Team Dark Aliens and other levels of beings can remain in control and continue feeding off of the low frequency actions, emotions, thoughts and consciousness that controlled unaware humans produce.

Of all these negative situations, the one where humans are used and manipulated by non-physical Team Dark beings to intentionally hurt other humans—not to mention the Starseeds/Lighyworkers/Indigos doing Ascension work—frustrates me the most because the humans being used to do this are completely unaware of the entire situation. And, the more well-developed the human’s ego is, the easier it is for Team Dark Aliens, beings, entities and demons to use and manipulate them against other humans. Horrible, revolting, insulting and embarrassing isn’t it? We’ve all been used and manipulated by certain Team Dark beings but the important thing is to wake up to this fact, take responsibility, and evolve so this horrific inter-dimensional parasitism, possession, astral kidnapping of souls to use them, manipulation of mass humanities consciousness, and manipulation of humans against other humans cannot continue happening.

Don’t expect to do any visualization or protection method once or twice and then expect miracles to happen. Energetically building etheric protection structures takes time, repetition, and real work visualizing, feeling and maintaining what you’re building around your bodies, your bedroom, house and/or entire property. It takes real effort, energy, determination, focus and repetition over the weeks and months to build up layer upon layer of whatever it is that you’re literally constructing energetically. However, once you’ve put in the effort and time constructing your psychic protection you will feel and maybe clairvoyantly see what you’ve built energetically. From then on all that’s needed is for you to maintain your etheric structure by daily and/or nightly visualizing it and intentionally and emotionally reinforcing it. Think of this phase of the work sort of like having to dust your furniture; the furniture is there and now all you have to do is keep it clean and maintained. Same thing with our ethereal protection structures and other multidimensional tools.

BANISHING PENTAGRAMS TO THE FOUR DIRECTIONS

Another effective protection tool is one that many of you are probably already familiar with also but many people aren’t, and because it works and very well once you’ve got it constructed energetically around your property, it deserves to be included. This protective tool is the Banishing Pentagram drawn to the Four Directions.

As you can see by the image above (and thanks go to whoever created this visual), you start drawing the Banishing Pentagram at the number 1 position and then move up to number 2, then 3 and so on until you reach number 5 where you’ll complete the pentagram by moving from number 5 down to number 1 where you started. It’s important you complete and close the pentagram so always finish by connecting the number 5 position down to the number 1 position.

You’ll draw the first of the four Banishing Pentagrams facing EAST in the air with your arm straight and extending out in front of you. You’ll need to keep your arm extended and straight from the shoulder down to your index and middle fingers with your other fingers and thumb folded into your palm. Don’t bend you elbow. Your index and middle fingers are doing the etheric drawing of the four pentagrams to the four directions.

When I’ve needed to use this tool, I always make my four pentagrams to the four directions around fifteen or twenty feet tall and have them hovering in place in air above the ground. I draw them as bright Light or Fire/flame and always visualize them like this.

Always begin facing East and draw your first pentagram in the air, then turn a quarter turn physically so you’re now facing South and draw the second pentagram, then another quarter turn to the West and draw the third pentagram, then turn to the North and draw the fourth pentagram, then turn another quarter turn to return to East again so the space is energetically closed. There are a number of things you can say aloud or silently while facing East, South, West, and North and drawing each of the four pentagrams. It’s up to you really, you can get as elaborate as you want or you can just intensely visualize each of the four pentagrams huge and impenetrable, hanging silently in space around you and your property continuously.

Again, when I’ve had to resort to using this protection tool, depending upon the level of severity of the attack I’m experiencing at that time, I’ll sometimes say aloud as I’m drawing EACH of the four pentagrams something like, I remove, banish, and prevent all negativity in all forms from entering my space now. Use whatever wording is the most meaningful to you at the time, but whatever you do, do it with 1000% seriousness, focus, intensity and intention. Mean and emotionally feel and intend what you’re saying and doing otherwise these actions are empty, impotent, useless theatrics and your negative psychic etheric attacks will continue. This is you being a conscious energetic construction worker intentionally building something on another dimension that you intend to protect you and yours and last as long as you need it.

This is serious stuff people and Team Dark won’t like it at all that you’re doing something to prevent them from attacking you, feeding off of you, using you, tormenting you, derailing you or trying to kill you, so be ready for some negative blow-back and other devious tactics and shifts from them (at least for a while) when you start using etheric protection tools.

The most common countermeasures I’ve experienced after protecting myself ethereally is that Team Dark immediately shifts their focus to another human they can manipulate to attack me or cause me misery in whatever ways they can. This is often when a family member(s), friend(s), mate, neighbor(s), co-worker(s), reader(s) and even other people’s pets are used by Team Dark to continue their attacks upon those of us doing Lightwork, Gridwork, Polarity Resolution and Transmuting and Clearing work etc. The Negatives are tenacious and don’t just lay down and disappear because you’ve built some psychic protection around yourself and your property and house. Be aware of how Team Dark quickly shifts their efforts to manipulating another person or people (and even animals in many cases) to attack and/or disturb you etc. When the Negatives can’t get at you directly, they quickly shift their attention to other people they can influence to continue attacking and distracting you.

Another common tactic Team Dark uses on us, and I’ve talked about this before, is mental interference, especially when we’re trying to build and visualize some etheric protection tool for our self or certain other things we try to Consciously Create. It’s a common tactic the Negatives use against us when we wake up enough to start protecting ourselves from them; they fight back and try to sidetrack or derail us by repeatedly interfering when we’re mentally focused on that protection. When you experience this, counter it by repeatedly pulling your mental focus back to the point where you were before you were mentally hijacked by the Negatives. Eventually you’ll break through and be successful in building and maintaining your etheric protections, whatever they are, so be persistent.

SAME APPLIES WHEN YOU’RE WORKING IN THE ASTRAL & OTHER DIMENSIONS

I mentioned in my August 16, 2012 Back from the Underworld article (only briefly because I couldn’t talk much about it then) about how I’d been working energetically (from mid-July through mid-August 2012) transmuting negative residual energies and helping many dead human soldiers from WWI (World War One) who, at the time of their physical deaths had been kidnapped Astrally by Team Dark beings and held captive there and used energetically.

Just in case you’re wondering if this is some rare anomaly that happened only to WWI soldiers and others alive at that time the answer is no, it happens all the time to any human Team Dark can grab. War zones are especially easy places for Team Dark because the energies are so lowly and dead and traumatized humans just keep coming. All wars in all timelines are actually massive dark energy alters where negative Aliens, beings and entities feed, steal and pick through the endless supply of sacrificed humans to grab and use in the Astral as energy producers. It’s time now for all wars, warring, warring/fighting mentality and belief systems (all of which are very Reptilian), weapons creation etc. to end on Earth because I’m about all done mopping up the vile Astral repercussions, rescuing Astral imprisoned dead military humans and their body parts (plus plenty of other humans not connected to any war), and transmuting the overall negativity, trauma, and insanity wars and all violence produce in multiple dimensions for eons.

In this type of Ascension related energy Work, which I’ve done for nearly two decades now, I never consciously decide that I’m going to go to some past timeline on Earth where there’s massive numbers of kidnapped dead humans and residual pain and fear energies and do rescue and transmuting Work. I just energetically Work on whatever it is that I suddenly find before me, and during July and August 2012, it’s been a lot more Astral rescue and transmuting Work of long-dead WWI human soldiers held captive and used energetically by Team Dark in the Astral all this time.

Others of you (Starseeds/Lightworkers) have been doing this same rescue and transmuting Work from the Astral most of this summer too (not war related), but with other dead and trapped humans in other timelines and locations around Earth who were also kidnapped or hijacked by Team Dark beings long ago. The ongoing multidimensional cleanup and rescue Work we’ve done very intensely since about 1999 has been difficult, exhausting, and nearly heartbreaking not to mention terribly physically painful as well. And yes, there’s plenty more kidnapped, trapped and used dead humans, souls, and fragmented pieces out there in the Astral that still need help being rescued and released from the different prison hells they’ve been held within for so long before this Ascension Process completes the end of December 2012. Do what you can when you can but don’t become distressed over those that you/me/we can’t help for whatever the reasons. Rest and heal your weary body and heart because who else can do this type of Work now? It’s important and necessary to rest, sleep and heal after these extreme and difficult multidimensional missions we go on.

An Astral Thrashing by Ancient Giants

Before we can talk about the improvements unfolding in 2011, I want to backtrack us a bit for contrast and reflection. I could write a book based on this topic because it’s so amazing and such a profound change to what reality has been on Earth for my almost sixty years. I’m talking about the now steady and increasingly obvious decrease of the Dark Ones/the Negatives/Team Dark from our reality and lives. Here are some examples of this increasing shifting and departure of them from a few recent multidimensional experiences I’ve had.

A GIANT ASTRAL THRASHING

On November 6, 2010, I had one of the most interesting and informative lucid dream encounter I’ve ever had, and I have had some whoppers! I was lucid in this dream from the first moment because the dream had been designed and created by a Dark One. He wanted to talk face-to-face with me so he created this “dream” setting for me to make sure I got his entire message, which I most certainly did. He created this dream setting to look like the old house I lived in during the most difficult years of my early biological Ascension Process where I’d been under constant demonic attack for four horrific years. [See A Lightworker’s Mission]. He wanted me to be very consciously aware that it was he and his kind behind all of the Dark attacks I went through at that house from 2000 through June of 2004.

In this lucid dream, which was not a “dream” at all but an actual meeting in the fourth dimension (4D Astral), this Dark One and about five or six of his buddies were waiting for me in the backyard of this other house. From my perspective I just suddenly found myself in this already started dream, which is usually a sign that something other than you has designed it and intentionally pulled you into it for a specific reason. So there I am all of a sudden, lucid in the Astral and back at this other house looking up at about seven incredible giant Beings; Dark Ones that were not Reptilians but something else. Their bodies were all the same but their non-human faces were slightly different, as human faces are, and they were wearing costumes which were intended to further intimidate and frighten me. They didn’t however but looked rather ridiculous. We’ll get to that in a second.

So there I am standing outside in full daylight in this astral meeting with about seven of these ancient humanoid Dark Ones. They all were around twenty feet tall; I estimated this from marking where the highest peak of the house roof came on their bodies which was around their waists. In other words, they were some HUGE, ancient, giant Dark Ones and they got my attention for sure! Now here comes the funny costume part; they all were dressed in stereotypical biker outfits. Black leather pants, vests with “colors” on the back, chains, spike collars, wide leather cuffs and all the other typical old bad-ass motorcycle biker dude costuming from the sixties and seventies. Seriously, I should get an award or metal or something for not busting into a belly laugh seeing twenty-foot tall Dark Ones trying to look extra mean n’ nasty by wearing old “Hell’s Angels” biker costumes in my backyard! I just stood there staring up at this group of non-human, non-physical Dark Ones trying to further intimidate me and couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. Their size and unpleasant non-human faces alone was enough, but thankfully for me the old “Hell’s Angels” biker outfits took the edge off of the entire situation.

After a bit the head Dark One leaned down, picked me up, and held me close to his ugly non-human face and gave me a good hard thrashing! I was the size of a rag-doll in his huge hand as he shook me, yelled and screamed viciously at me and clearly let me know how much he HATED my goddamned Forerunner Starseed Lightworker ass and how seriously I have ruined his plans, his life and lifestyle, his fun, his ruler-ship over humanity and Earth blah, blah, blah. His buddies watched with great pleasure as their Boss spewed hatred in my face and shook me around in his giant clawed hand. And, as amazing as all this was because it was “real”, was that I wasn’t nearly as frightened as I would have been had it happened a few years ago. I was lucid of how I was emotionally feeling and what I was thinking during this designed intimidation tactic by these particular Dark Ones, but I was rather surprised by my lack of fear.

Of course it helped tremendously having these giant giants costumed in old-school biker regalia, plus it helped tremendously having the main Dark One telling me his secrets and how I (as a Lightworker) had ruined his species way of life and their food and fuel supplies (humanity) and so many other things I couldn’t believe it! I kept thinking to myself while this Dark One was raging in my wee astral face, “My god Denise, listen to everything he’s telling you in his wild rage because he’s revealing tremendously important secrets. Do not pull the ripcord and wake yourself up yet. Wait until he’s done telling you everything.” So I remained and endured him raging at me about what a miserable day he and his kind were having all because of what me and my kind have done. Instead of fleeing the astral scene as I usually do in these types of astral abductions, I remained until this Dark One had finished his rant at me and then I got the hell outta there and woke myself up!

This was a big deal for me to NOT be so frightened and NOT escape when things got too scary because I do know how to wake myself up and escape when needed. This also told me a lot about how much I’ve personally grown, and about how much the Light has done to cause the Dark Ones to not be able to stay within the still increasing Light Energies here.

ANOTHER MULTIDIMENSIONAL ATTACK BY THE DARK ONES

On February 22, 2011 — 2-22-11 — I started out having a very nice dream but it kept morphing into bad, then into worse, and then much worse. Once the nightmare reached that ultra-icky sick blood n’ guts violent point, I did pull the astral ripcord and woke myself up. Problem was—as it often is—I didn’t leave this nightmare in the 4D astral plane, it was right there in my physical bedroom hovering above me near my ceiling! “It” is what caused my nice dream to morph into a gory, sick nightmare.

Once I was awake from the nightmare I could easily see in the natural night’s darkness this mass of unnatural Blackness hovering about a foot below my ceiling like a large 4D astral oil spill. It was wider than my queen-sized bed and took up nearly the entire square footage of my bedroom ceiling. I’ve had many attacks over the years from this same type of mass Blackness that’s darker than the darkest night, and in years past these attacks would leave me severely ill for a couple of months. My point is that I was well aware that I was going to be fighting for my life and well-being as soon as I awoke and saw this 4D canopy oil spill Blackness hanging over me in bed. What happened next however was an absolute first in my life and that is what’s really important about all of this.

Once awake and aware that I was in for another serious battle for my health, sanity, multidimensional energetic well-being and possibly my very life, I went into hyper-aware, hyper-sensitive Light Warrior mode while simultaneously taking mental notes of the entire situation. The thing with negative Beings is that, no matter what shape, disguise, or costume “It” puts on, you know what “It” is because “It” cannot change or alter “It’s” energy signature to save “It’s” life. “It” is what “It” is no matter how clever or creative. “It” always feels exactly the same no matter what because “It” has not changed one little bit. Nasty is nasty is nasty period.

So there I am yet again fighting my way through another attempt upon my Forerunner Lightworker life by the Dark Ones, but, there’s one HUGE change to this familiar attack; “It” cannot move down any lower to attack or touch me! My god this is a minor miracle and something that’s never happened before. Now I’m not saying this attack was easy because it wasn’t and it lasted for an hour and a half and was very intense and exhausting. However, “It” could not drop down any lower and literally, repeatedly, pound on my head like an actual assault as “It” has in years past. So, what’s changed and why?

We’ve gone deep enough into this battle at this point (2-22-11) that the Dark Ones cannot effect me (a Forerunner, Starseed, Lightworker, Gridworker, Embodier) in the same ways they have because the Light has returned and is taking back and filling up this world and so much more. The Dark Ones are on their way out in other words and I cannot tell you what this means to me after 59 years of having to deal with them and their endless attacks throughout this life. For me to repeatedly and vividly be shown just how much has really changed energetically, both within my Denise self and the Earth world and the Astral and beyond, is so incredibly rewarding… and the best is yet to come!

BEIGE HOUNDS OF HELL ASTRAL ATTACK

Moving right along.

May 12, 2011 I had a dream attack which really amazed me. It’s almost—dare I say—comical. So I’m dreaming early this morning and find myself in some unknown neighborhood in some unknown city somewhere walking down the street at night alone. Suddenly a pack of dogs comes running towards me from down the street. Normally this would have sent me scrambling for that astral ripcord in a hot second, but, my-oh-my how things have changed in a few short months since November 2010!

No I do not escape the dream attack but turn to look at the pack of barking dogs running wildly towards me with the intent of ripping me to pieces in the street. I noticed they were different sizes and breeds but that they all are beige in color. That told me that the Darkness ain’t so dark no more (May 2011) but is now more of a matte beige color. Go ahead and have a good giggle over this symbolism, gawd knows I certainly did.

So as the pack of beige dogs reach me I magically produce — are you ready for this — a large bed pillow to whoop-ass with. Yes, a bed pillow to beat off a pack of attacking beige dogs, alone, in the night. Ya gotta love it. So there I am in the street pillow popping attacking dogs left n’ right with my Kung Fu Light-infused Bed Pillow of Destruction. I sent every dog that attacked me flying through the air and dissipated them into nothingness. But again, the most important point in all this for me was that I was totally and completely emotionless about this whole business. I had NO fear, NO anger, NO aggression, NO hate, NO nothin’ but poppin’ attacking beige Hell Hounds back to Source. I felt like one of those old rock-solid Kung Fu movie warrior goddesses calmly whoopin’ ass with the greatest of ease. I’ve never ever felt this before in my life and it was good, really good.

I said a couple of months ago that one of the things I wanted for myself now was to finally evolve beyond reacting to lower or negative frequency situations, attacks, and people etc. I no longer want to respond in that old lower emotional way and my dream of fighting off attacking beige dogs with ZERO emotions one way or the other was a huge symbol for me personally. When I look back over the past few months like this to get a better understanding and perspective, I see just how much has really improved on multiple levels for me personally, but also with how much has improved collectively in this dimension and others. I also know that this is just getting rolling now in early 2011, and that it will unfold exponentially week by week and month by month through to the end of the Mayan calendar on Oct. 28, 2011, and then the great transition through the 11-11-11 portal of November 11, 2011. Reality will be increasingly unrecognizable and in completely positive ways.

From a direct and intimate face-to-face rage-fest with what I believe were an ancient group of giant Nephilim beings, to unemotionally popping attacking astral hell hounds back to Source in seven short months is pretty impressive, especially after nearly six decades of living in a totally Dark controlled world. Hang in there everyone because the best really is right around the corner at this point.

2010 Recap

COMPLETING 2010

Every time I ponder what the last month of 2010 may bring, I clairvoyantly see a large and impressive symbolic image. Let’s face it, 2010 has been potent and we’ve incrementally traversed some very large and important energy stair steps throughout the year. It makes sense that December is going to be a larger than usual culmination and transition point.

To me January and February 2010 felt exciting and powerful because we’d finally completed Phase One of the Ascension Process (1999–2009). January 2010 started us off in Phase Two of this process and things felt better and different in a new and exciting way last winter.

Mid-spring and all of summer 2010 brought in heaping piles of energy, expanding consciousness, and integrating brain/body changes. After the incredible first initiating round of Cardinal T-squares/squares/opposition energies, we immediately entered a physically taxing and rough completion phase of the years-long brain and final male/female and pineal/pituitary Rewiring integration process. That alone did more to and for us (and reality) than many fully realize as yet.

October into November manifested a new level of other-dimensional negative attacks and interference by some Dark Beings. Of course not everyone experienced this nor did everyone experience it for both months, but some did. Once I felt these negative Dark beings finally back-off from many of the Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers, within a couple of days the news was showing the latest attacks by North Korea. Just follow the world news to see who, what, and where is currently being manipulated by these negative other-dimensional Dark beings.

The Oct. into Nov. etheric attacks and energy interference happened for me and many of you because these Dark beings felt us and our energies change and shift again due to the massive brain integrations (hence consciousness changes and expansions) we struggled through during the 2010 summer months. This activated them into a new more frantic level of trying to stop or slow us down via negative interference tactics, etheric attacks, dream plane attacks and threats and/or nightmares, plus etherically and energetically attacking our human and animal loved ones. For those who experienced this new level of attacks by them, it was a highly focused and intense phase for us and our human and pet loved ones. It should however also inform us of exactly how much we have recently changed and how that has and will continue to improve reality. Keep that in mind/heart please as I do not believe this type of negative stunt by the Dark is totally finished and we’re now forever safe and in the clear.

Just because these negative Dark attacks and interference seemed to come out of the freaking wild blue yonder for most of us, I sense they are a direct result of and reaction to all we’ve gone through via the 2010 spring and summer Rewiring brain-halves and male/female/pineal/pituitary integration process. We’ve become something far more integrated and evolved due to all we went through during the potent (Phase Two) spring and summer months and obviously that has bothered and frightened certain ancient Multi-D Dark beings that do not want anything or anyone on Earth to improve or evolve one bit! These negative attacks happened because WE have evolved and changed plenty this year and our brains are not polarized as they have always been. Because our two brain-halves have been Rewired, plus our female/male and pineal/pituitary glands have merged, our brains and consciousness is functioning in a much more unified and multidimensional way than ever before in these lives and bodies. That fact has energetic repercussions that radiate out into Multi-D and almost all out there feel and/or are very aware of it.

What also goes along with this wonderfully positive brain and body Rewiring (at this point) is that we’re also now capable of perceiving and being (temporarily) effected by the negative Dark in new ways too. I’ve tried to get this point across in more humorous, softer and gentler ways recently by saying that the playground has gotten larger…because we have! Right now this is the knee-jerk backlash and freak-out phase of the negative Dark side trying to stop some of us from doing what we’re here to do but in Phase Two. Because we’ve recently integrated fragmented and polarized aspects of our bodies and brains, we’re now capable of more easily and directly consciously perceiving and interacting with some of these Multi-D Beings…both of the Light and the Dark! And you thought it was only going to be positive ET’s, positive Starbeings, positive Lightbeings, positive Angelics, positive Multidimensionals etc., well SURPRISE! This is another Initiation and important transition phase and it will not last for the rest of eternity so hang in there. We’ve got to pass the latest Initiation to be able to energetically and safely and sanely pass the dark monsters at the gate and hold our own. This is how and why Initiations work; more of the wheat from the chaff process happening so we know for ourselves who’s who and what’s what in increasing areas of Multi-D.

IMPORTANCE OF DECEMBER 2010

Every time I turn my heart gaze towards the 2010 month of December—the 12 12 portal and the Dec. 21st. Winter Solstice and same day Lunar Eclipse/Full Moon at 29° Gemini 21’—I see a massive sized clear quartz crystal superimposed over everything. This image is symbolic of course and I’ll pass along what I’ve perceived about it so far.

This image means to me that some important energies and things are going to be anchored, grounded, and fully crystallized into form throughout the month of December 2010. This further grounding and crystallizing is going to happen in our physical bodies, our consciousness, our lives, within the Earth, and in the ascending reality we’re exiting within. I have the sense that this crystallization and grounding process throughout December is the natural and very positive end-result of all we’ve energetically gone through during 2010. I also sense it has everything to do with vibrationally getting us up-to-speed so we’re able to more easily make the final 20-fold increase that begins March 9, 2011. In all honesty, I’ve been sensing for a couple of years now that 2011 is going to be the big year of change internally and externally like nothing we’ve seen so far within the entire Ascension Process. If 2011 is anything as intense and life and consciousness-altering as the last 20-fold increase period was (the start of the Eight Wave in Jan. 1999)—and I believe it will be even greater—then we’ve got incomprehensible changes and compressed evolution beginning in four short months. Evidently we need to crystallize and ground more during December, which the 12 12 portal and 2010 Winter Solstice/Lunar Eclipse will help us do so we can more easily cope with the last 20-fold increase and all that will unfold during 2011 because of it.

And like it or not, and I’m not happy about this either at this point, but one current aspect of all this is us having to deal with MORE of what’s always existed within Multi-D—both negative and positive—now that our brains and bodies are more Unified and can simultaneously function and perceive better consciously on multiple dimensions. Our playground has recently got larger, far more complex, and with more Multi-D players/Beings in it than what most people have been able to perceive so far due to Unifying effects of the brain and body Rewiring process. Never forget that the only thing that’s really changed is us and our ability to better perceive a bit more of the Multi-D playground. We are evolving beyond the frequency range of the negative Dark, even though right at the moment everything looks and feels the total opposite! That’s part of the old lower 3D illusion and Collective that so many people still believe and feed in to because it’s all they’re aware of. In Phase Two we’re still the point men paving a higher frequency Way for all who desire it.

To help put this current Initiatic moment into better focus, think back to how things were when the earlier 20-fold increase began in January 1999. Now think about all the incredible Ascension changes that you’ve lived through since 1999. Think about how “time” has increased every year since January 1999. Next, review in your mind and heart all that’s happened, changed and evolved in only 2010! Now honestly try to imagine and feel what it’s going to be like when we enter the final 20-fold increase in early March 2011. See why the negative Dark has recently been attacking, interfering, and trying to prevent us Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers from completing this incredible final and very fast short phase within Phase Two of the Ascension Process?

Going more and more multidimensionally conscious and/or quantum means we’re simply going to have to deal with and learn and discern our ways around far more Multi-D Beings and not fall into fear, panic, confusion, wide-eyed infatuation, or become lost or unstable. Hence why I think December is appearing to me as one mammoth clear quartz crystal! We’re going to be using December 2010 to crystallize, ground, and anchor into a vastly larger level of Multi-D being and consciousness. How’s that for a very special 2010 Holiday Season?

“…The last two or three days I have been feeling majorly depressed – like nothings worth doing, no interest in anything etc etc – I have feeling like this but I can’t seem to shift it even though I’ve tried clearing stuff – cutting energy ties etc etc – is there anything you know about that is happening that could explain why I am feeling SO low?

On top of this unusual physical stuff going on but lots of stuff happening around my head and neck – odd jaw pains, throat and sinus – odd feelings at back of head – I can put up with all of this – have done for over ten years – but the depression or whatever it is – I really don’t like.

Had that weird thing the other night when it felt like something was pushing down on me so I couldn’t move – any ideas would be enlightening…”

“Hi Denise – I feel like sending out an SOS because h o l y shit. Is this upcoming eclipse causing such an uproar in my body? I know there are so many of you reading this that are feeling exactly the same way. Are we there yet? Is it soup yet? Is this phase done yet? All I know today is that there’s much more beyond it because we’re in Phase Two now and there’s no down-time anymore between these back-to-back energy waves, astrological energies, solar transmissions that continue to transform us, our bodies, and our consciousness and much more. 2010/Phase Two of the ascension process is where the symbolic water that’s been circling the drain in large, slow, steady circles is now circling in tight, rapid circles around the drain hole. I do not mean we’re all going down the drain, but that this process is incredibly faster now with no breaks between these phases, astrological portals, cosmic and galactic gates, or going through and up these energy stair steps.

LATEST SYMPTOMS

Of course your mileage may vary but the majority of these symptoms are ones that we all feel around the same weeks and months. Since May 2010 I’ve had these aches and pains but in new levels of intensity. See if you can you relate to any or all of them.

severe hips, legs and foot bone pains, leg swelling and general sense of extra heaviness in bottom half of your body
bouts of inability to digest foods, vomiting, acid reflux, heartburn etc.
purging diarrhea
heart pounding even at rest
severe bloating
sore throat, tonsillitis, jaw and teeth pains
ascension/energy/chakra/brain headaches like no others. Pains in the head, scalp, face, eyes, bruised scalp/head. Headache pains that move from different areas of the head and suddenly disappear only to reappear in a couple of days.

really done feeling and looking like utter crap all the time. Sadness, mild depression, frustrations
horrible, DARK, terrible dreams that aren’t coming from your subconscious. You now seem to just be a witness to some of these actual negative (dream) events but not required as a Lightworker to transmute them for others any longer.
falling asleep in the afternoons or taking cat-naps due to exhaustion and/or a drugged, weak feeling
seeing and hearing nonphysical lights, sounds, voices talking etc. You are moving into new energetic territory once again and that seems to produce extra activity with these types of things/energies.
endless exhaustion and not wanting to do anything but rest and recuperate
hot flashes, night sweats
smelling burning incense (Brain rewiring and brain glands/chakras being expanded or evolved)
a sense of detachment and I just don’t care
periods of quantum awareness and understanding but difficulty bringing it all back to write about what you’ve perceived

I get the sense that the rest of the summer (2010) we’ll continue to go through this level of energy activations and transformations, with the fall being a new level of this process and, I sense, increased multi-D perceptions and possible interactions with some Other Dimensionals. They are quietly waiting for us to fully arrive energetically before They throw us a big celebration party, so don’t concern yourself about this aspect of our ascension process. When we can fully cope with, fully discern and individually know who’s who and what’s what as far as the different dimensional ETs and Other Dimensionals goes, then we’ll be better prepared for tip-toeing our ways back into higher Universal Society. But this aspect is growing closer now because we are evolving/ascending back into that frequency and consciousness range.

ENERGY STAIR STEPS

Another aspect of all this that we’ve gone through very intensely since spring 2010, is the upcoming Conscious Convergence starting on July 17–18, 2010. Never forget that if the point man moves forward up more energy stair steps…so too do all the others behind him. Now that many of us have reached this point in our ascension process, the next phase will rapidly unfold where massive numbers of people who’ve not been living the ascension process as we have, will suddenly begin having their consciousness shifted from total ego-based, left-brained, money is all-powerful god, the USA is master of the universe type consciousness, to increasingly 5D High Heart or “Unified” consciousness. They will simply be switched out of the old lower 3D polarized ways of perception and into what you and I have always felt, believed, lived with and longed for all of humanity to be like! Actually this has been happening thanks to the Gulf oil disaster, but it will increase in the masses as we approach 2011.

Speaking of 2011, on March 9, 2011 there will be the final 20 times increase—we enter the last and highest Ninth Wave of the Mayan calendar cycles. The last one of these 20 X’s speed-up was back in January 1999—the Eighth Wave. Do I need to tell you how much this one will catapult human consciousness and reality into something it has never ever been before in the history of life on earth? Your spiritual homework now is to intend, envision, consciously create and co-create this for the masses on the planet. That is what the Conscious Convergence is for you and me; creating/intending/making consciousness on ascended earth be 5D unified or High Heart consciousness and its matching reality on earth, instead of polarized 3D, ego-based, left-brained intellect controlled by money and power over others etc. For the masses it will be an awakening or shifting of their perceptions and desires. For you and me it is us intending and creating this happening to the whole planet.

Think of the 2010 quarterly seasons as huge, three-month-long energy stair steps that help us change/evolve throughout each season, only to enter the next season and move up a few more energy and consciousness stair steps. The physical pains we point men or Path Pavers, Wayshowers, First Wave Lightworkers have lived through since this business started in our bodies in January 1999, will most certainly ease up and eventually end. But we’ve got a bit more to integrate, adapt to and make adjustments within ourselves, our bodies and brains first. The worst is over but we’re not totally there yet so be strong and KNOW that this alchemical process is nearly completed; at least the worst of the worst of it is! As profoundly exhausted as I am from this process, at this point, there is nothing else for me to do than finish it and then have that celebratory party with the ETs and Other Dimensionals anxiously waiting for us.

I wanted to point out what has been unfolding in a typically multidimensional, Extraterrestrial, and Ascended Human sort of way recently. I saw the last maybe ten minutes of Ophra’s show the other day with James Cameron who created Avatar. I didn’t see or hear enough to get a better sense of his movie, but I did catch them talking about how they’ll look at trees differently now. Sounds silly, but just that is a biggie for most folks.

Remember my recent article You Had ET Sex With Who?!, and in it I used some beautiful artwork of blue skinned Krishna? Read through the wonderful Comments in that post to please as they are very insightful. I and some other readers were talking in those Comments about an ET or group of ETs with pale blue-tinted skin and blue-black hair. I may have also mentioned about the ancient ET Lion Beings I’ve remembered for many years now. [See a beautiful illustration of a male and female ET Lion Being in A Lightworker’s Mission.] And, added to all this has been a bit of talk here n’ there about ancient Lemuria. So, lets add these seemingly weird and unrelated ingredients together and see if anything interesting reveals itself in our here and now.

I haven’t seen the movie Avatar yet so I can’t say much about it other than the short promo clips I’ve seen on TV. The first time I saw the blue feline-like being in it I burst into tears, which isn’t something I do all that much anymore. But, my point with all this is that when I wrote the post You Had ET Sex With Who?!, and then all of your deeply interesting Comments and personal stories of interacting with one or another of these blue skinned ET beings (who sometimes appear to certain people as Krishna), as a higher vibrating (Aquarian) Group we all hit a higher energy level just talking/writing about this topic and our personal experiences. That is often one of many clues that you and some of the people involved, have all connected on a similar vibrational level AND some Starbeings/ETs were also involved with this, with us. Don’t forget how that felt and how it unfolded over a few days with many of us through Comments here and through emails. Familiarizing yourself with how that multidimensional process, contact and many coincidences unfolded and felt will help you better consciously recognize when you are indeed having contact and communications with higher dimensional Starbeings/ETs.

As more of us Group (5D Aquarius) together in these new Earth cyber Communities and open to each other about our interdimensional and ET experiences, these Starbeings/ETs are often nearby watching and working with all of us in unique ways. I’ve seen this play out like this many times over the years, and we’re getting much better now at holding the higher energies within us and our consciousness/Heart consciousness open for longer and longer periods safely. That is us inching our way toward Universal Society now, and I suspect the movie Avatar is only going to speed up that process AND open people’s hearts more for a deep desire to live in a world very Lemurian-like now.

I’m re-posting this article I originally wrote and published on September 7, 2007, Meeting Old Blue ET Friends (click on above link), because it may make a bit more sense to more people today than it did two years ago. Because of the many energetic and consciousness changes we’ve been going through during 2009, I thought it would be appropriate to give this a re-read now. Many more people are so close today to beginning the process of having brief but fully conscious clairvoyant telepathic encounters with certain higher dimensional, nonphysical ETs, Starbeings, and/or numerous other-dimensional Beings much like this 2004 experience I had. This is simply another aspect of our ongoing evolutionary Ascension and dimensional shifting Process and our getting ready to reenter Universal Society. This one is going to be very exciting after humanity and Earth being quarantined for so long.

I’m updating this on January 15, 2017, because I just watched a movie on TV entitled Midnight Special by Jeff Nichols (2016). If you haven’t seen it yet and this topic is of interest to you, I suggest you watch it. It is very similar to what I experienced in 2004. I also found it interesting how the same exact shade of blue colored (swim) goggles were used in this movie, worn by the young boy making everything he viewed that intense blue color.

On December 3, 2004, while folding laundry in the afternoon I had a remarkable experience. I’ve had lots of remarkable experiences throughout my life, but this one was special and very different than what I was used to. With each passing year since that 2004 date, the more things I learn, read, remember, the more I realize how very important this experience really was. Not just for me but for all of us.

I learned about a year and a half after the fact that December 3, 2004 was the last day of the Mayan calendar’s “NIGHT 3”. On December 4, 2004, humanity entered “DAY 4”. Just something to keep in mind while reading this.

Anyway, I was folding laundry in my bedroom and not thinking about anything really, when suddenly I wasn’t in my bedroom. I was standing in some strange place that was completely blue colored. Everything was blue — the air, the empty space, the small group of 5 to 7 humanoid looking beings standing there—everything and everyone was blue. It was like I was in a frequency that was the same as the color blue.

Out of all that I experienced with this particular event, the emotional joy and sheer excitement of these blue beings was what struck me the most. They could not have been happier over the fact that I was there with them in their realm/dimension/frequency and that we were communicating face-to-face. I just stood there stunned at their profound joy and excitement over what was happening. So, what was happening anyway?

I’ve had contact with different nonphysical higher dimensional Beings since age 3 that I consciously remember, so this wasn’t any new shocking experience to me. What was profoundly different however, was that I completely went to where They were instead of the more familiar situation of me speeding up enough to meet Them in an energetic middle place so to speak. No, this was very different from what I was familiar with, and that’s why these blue Beings were so excited and so happy. I went to where they exist vibrationally – they did not energetically drop down to where I was.

They telepathed their profound joy and excitement over the fact that soon we (meaning humanity and earth) would be energetically, vibrationally, speeding up enough to be able to enter their realm. They said that all of 2005 would be a period of energetic fluctuations where we would be moving back and forth between 3D physical reality and 4D, and in a couple of years, we’d be ready to totally enter 5D reality.

I understood this to mean that I and much of humanity would be having a rather rough time sliding in and out of 4D dealing with the archetypal energies there and in us, but that on the other side of this was 5D, and that then the real Party would begin. More inner/outer transformations needed first evidently. Ascension is done in steps, many steps, with them getting smaller the farther we go.

They also told me that “Bush & Co. will really begin to self-destruct due to the increased higher frequency energies covering the planet now, and to not give it much concern.” They also used a term that I found very interesting. They said, “….that they will begin to energetically devour themselves…” (them being Bush & Co. etc.) because of the ongoing energy increases and evolution of much of humanity. We (much of humanity) were soon not going to be energetically available to feed off of any more. Remember when this happened—back on December 3, 2004.

They also told me that, “…we’ve always existed here, only inches away from humanity, but at a different frequency so you could not perceive or feel us or the Others.”

Don’t be surprised when soon, you find yourself in a place and vibrational state where other nonphysical Beings, ETs, Starbeings etc. exist and have for many ages and you’re having a good old-fashioned extended inter-dimensional stellar Family Reunion.

3D, 4D, 5D: The Stairway To Heaven

What does 3D, 4D and 5D really mean? How do we get from 3D to 5D? What happened to 4D? Did we jump over it entirely or what?

I’ve heard many people ask these questions about the current evolutionary dimensional, energetic and consciousness Ascension Process from the third dimension (3D), to the fifth dimension (5D) and wondering what in the world happened to the forth dimension (4D). I’m going to share what I know from personal experience about this evolutionary transition, and about 4D, Lightworking and transmuting. (Remember, we call them “dimensions” and 3D, 4D, 5D etc. so we can more easily discuss these different layers of frequency, realities, dimensions and states of being.)

Think of the dimensions as different energy or frequency levels. Think of them like slower and denser, and others as faster and increasingly less dense. Think of them like different frequencies, different rates of vibrating energies, like radio signals where some come in more clearly than others and that’s due to many things, current point of perception via one’s personal vibration being the biggest.

3D is the dimension of Physicality in linear time and it became highly polarized (Duality) too. It was the dimension where souls incarnated into physicality to forget where they came from, why they’re here and just about everything else and believe that physical Earth reality is the only game in town. They came to believe that you live, you die, that there’s heaven and hell and that’s pretty much all there is, except for God out there somewhere. Talk about limited and highly polarized awareness!

4D is the Astral plane. The Collective Dumping Zone as I call it. A huge multi-layered dimension where lots of unpleasant stuff, creatures, thoughts and archetypes exist, much like many people’s dark and messy garages, basements and subconscious! It’s the dimension (frequency range) just above physicality where all of the planetary archetypes, the collective belief systems, all the projected junk n’ nasty dark feelings and energies that humanity doesn’t want to have to deal with in itself exist. It’s also where much (but not all) of the human dead population hangs out that don’t want to progress or move on for whatever their reasons, which are typically guilt, fear, limited religious beliefs, negativity and lack of higher awareness. The planetary Collective Dumping Zone like I said. Why in the world anyone would want to go experiment or travel in the lower astral is beyond me, but there are many people who believe doing so to be of supreme importance. If there’s a “hell”, and there has been, much of it exists within the lower to mid-range layers of the fourth dimension (4D) Astral plane. The rest of it has existed quite comfortably right on physical 3D Earth as many of you reading this are well familiar with.

5D is an entirely different vibrational dimension and level that exists beyond Duality physicality and consciousness, and beyond the archetypes that exist in the 4D Astral. The deal is that since 1999, many Lightworkers have repeatedly transmuted much of the unresolved lower vibrating residual junk, “monsters” and stuck energetic negativity that’s long existed in 4D Astral. That was one huge and miserable aspect of being a Lightworker; cleaning out and literally transmuting much of the past ugly negativity and stuck lower stuff, emotions, entities, humans, thought-forms and energies within 4D. Because so much of this particular work has already been finished, the nasty lower frequency junk in the Astral is no more which was another aspect of the overall Ascension Process. It had to be dealt with and transmuted before we, and everyone else, could move beyond all of it (4D Astral plane) to be able to even vibrationally reach and exist within the vastly higher frequency fifth dimension (5D) beyond it.

Think of old lower 3D physical Earth as the place where souls could put on “meat suits” as I’ve heard others call our physical bodies. Once we’d done that we forgot that we were actually great spiritual beings, momentarily experiencing what its like being in physical human “meat suit” bodies on a physical planet in a physical dimension. This forgetting was simply part of being in that lower frequency 3D world and dimension. If we didn’t completely forget that we were divine spiritual beings, what good would it do us to incarnate into 3D anyway? Not much, so we deliberately chose to forget who we really are so that life on Earth would have more direct impact on us, which was the hole incarnational point all along.

5D is where integrated, Unified (not Dualized) consciousness and HighHeart is the rule and norm, not polarized (left-brain) ego intellect as in old patriarchal 3D. 5D is non-polarized. If one doesn’t journey through that aspect within themselves and face one’s own demons—and a few others that other people have created over the Ages—then one isn’t vibrationally capable of raising beyond 3D and 4D and reaching 5D and beyond.

5D is a frequency level where we begin to re-learn to reconnect with others, but at the same time not energetically, psychically or in any other way invade their sacred individual space physically or energetically, thoughts or feelings etc. 5D is where we begin to come together more and more because we’ve journeyed through hell and transmuted the majority of our lower ego selves, Duality consciousness and energies into something much higher in frequency, plus we’ve learned to respect each individual’s privacy energetically and psychically. So 5D is a state where everyone is still highly individuated and unique, yet much more connected with everyone else in this new higher, very respectful and equal way. 5D is very much about high creativity and the sheer joy that one has doing what one is talented at and knowledgeable about. It is everyone freely sharing what they’re the best at so all the others benefit and vice versa. Do you see the high positive “new age” Leo/Aquarius energies at play within 5D and 5D frequency humans and other beings?

There is no money, no governments, no police, no wars, no duality, no ego, none of the old 3D patriarchal polarized insanity because we’ve evolved beyond all that and any desires for them. 5D is also where we become consciously aware of and interact with many of the different Starbeings/ETs/Lightbeings that have always existed in that frequency range and dimension but were vibrationally beyond our old lower 3D Duality consciousness, fears, hate, warring natures, consciousness and horrible lack of Heart. 5D is where humanity begins to re-enter Universal Society with many of the higher vibrating, higher dimensional ET beings because we’ve run the lower Duality gauntlet in 3D, faced and transmuted our fears and darkness in our emotional bodies in 4D. Now in 5D, we’re vibrating with enough Light to be able to re-enter the larger and higher frequency and higher consciousness cosmic flow with the many Others that have always existed out there. Finally, we’re going “Home” again after our long journey and creative educations within what became profoundly dark and negative, dense, dualized 3D Earth physicality.

That’s why we seemingly skip or jump 4D from 3D and go straight to 5D. We didn’t jump it at all but worked very hard, struggled, dreamed and transmuted our ways right through it, which hasn’t been easy at all.

The Multidimensional Bridge Builders

Way back in 1982–1983, I had a series of lucid dream contacts. They weren’t from my subconscious mind but were actual encounters and interactions with non-physical beings who exist on the other side of the frequency fence. This type of higher contact via dreaming is far more common than people would believe, and the only difference between me and others experiencing this, is that I’ve usually been able to remember what happened and bring it all back into full waking consciousness.

This particular series of dream contacts were with a young male who I called “my crazy twin brother”. He didn’t look like me but had beautiful brown skin and long straight black hair, but he was somehow still my crazy twin brother. I remember thinking that he was a Mayan Indian back then, even though I knew nothing about the Mayan calendar or any of that whole business in 1982. In the first of these dream contacts he asked me if I would help him build a very important bridge. He explained to me in 1982 that this bridge was profoundly important for so many humans on Earth and many others existing elsewhere vibrationally above 3D physicality. He explained that this non-physical bridge was to traverse from the higher vibrating realms where he existed, down into Earth physicality, just like an actual bridge. He also told me that I had agreed to aid in this bridge building process, and many other things, long before I reincarnated into Earth physicality. He also informed me that I’d chosen to reincarnate on Earth now to do exactly this type of energy Work, and that he and so many others remained on the other side so that we all could work this whole system from both sides of the frequency fence or dimensional divide. I knew he was telling me the truth because I’d remembered this pre-incarnational, higher dimensional choice I’d made when I was a child. He was obviously just helping me remember certain aspects of my individual soul mission at that time, which again, is very common for millions of Lightworkers reincarnate on Earth now.

Keep in mind that this happened back in the Dark Ages of 1982–1983. That wasn’t really a joke because it was profoundly Dark on Earth back then…hence the necessity for this type of cross-dimensional inner plane energy work. At any rate, I told my crazy twin brother in the very first dream encounter that I’d do whatever I could here in physicality to assist him and the process. He was very glad to hear this and said it would make the whole bridge building process so much easier and faster with my helping from within physicality.

A few months later I’d have another of these dream encounters with my crazy twin brother and I could tell that progress was being made by his increased excitement and behavior. I told him I didn’t feel I was holding up my end of the bargain because I wasn’t “doing” anything physically…like building a bridge! Every time I’d tell him this he’d just laugh at me like I was the crazy twin and continue doing whatever he had been. He always acted as if he found my ignorance divinely humorous which makes sense from his perspective I suppose.

Every few months I’d have another dream encounter with him, and we’d discuss the progress being made with the multidimensional energy bridge. In one dream he told me what he and many others were doing would not be possible without those of us here on the inside. At first my ego was flattered but I quickly realized that much, much, more was really going on with this “bridge building”. The bridge was one of many new openings back in 1982–83 and a way for higher frequency energies and consciousness to get into this world to begin a very large planetary process of change. And it did require a lot of us here on the inside to activate and anchor the higher energies in physicality on Earth. That old line, “It was an inside job” is very true in this case. Much has changed, evolved, transitioned and ascended since those old dreams many years ago, which is exactly what was supposed to happen individually and for all. Well done Bridge Builders, well done indeed.
