An Ascension Kundalini Process Story

I received this email July 2017, and its generous author gave me permission to quote it here. This persons name is being withheld but Thank You D****** for allowing me to share your Ascension related experience publicly. ❤ I know we both sincerely hope that your personal experiences, as horrific as they were, may help other readers who already have, currently are, or will be experiencing varying degrees of the unexpected evolutionary Ascension Process which typically includes sudden and completely unsolicited Kundalini activation in the unaware subject.

“I’m in the middle of recovering from a rather traumatic experience that, I’m fairly certain was/has been a particularly extreme and unpleasant awakening experience, if my readings on the topic and intuition have been any indication. I don’t really have anyone I can feel comfortable talking to about what I experienced and am having a hard time convincing myself I didn’t somehow manage to break my mind or end up slowly going insane in some other manner.

My experience has been so far-reaching and also supremely bizarre at its extreme limits that I don’t even know how to properly do it justice. Right up until about February 2017 or so I was basically what one would call an open-minded atheist or perhaps an agnostic, I was open to many possibilities, but at that point my experiences and primary beliefs were very firmly ensconced in a standard material paradigm. However, things began to fall apart several months after I began some experiments in dietary alteration coupled with fasting protocols of increasing zeal and intensity.

I started personal experiments in fasting in early December of last year. These experiments followed and also built on what was previously a nearly two years process in progressively more robust dietary alterations that had initially been the result of me attempting to find a way to cure type 2 diabetes that I had been diagnosed with. I actually managed to eradicate the diabetes before I even started fasting, but I couldn’t resist the impulse to test the limits of the human body’s innate healing capabilities that are opened up during a sustained fasting state.

The results were absolutely incredible and caused me to start to re-evaluate my stance on just how ‘stupid’ various religious and spiritual traditions where about how they understood the world and the way the human body functioned. I noticed that many traditions appeared to sync periods of fasting and bodily purification to specific seasonal cycles and that these periods were often consistent across traditions, cultures and geographies, so, in a fit of inspiration I decided to try to ‘observe’ lent as an experiment to see what would happen if I mixed a hyper minimalist fruit/vegetable diet with fasting over the Lenten period. This is when things started to get weird. They didn’t get full off the rails weird at that point, but the initial shape was definitely starting to take form.

Once again, I’ll try to cliff’s notes the progression of things and what/why I took certain actions, but, basically, over the Lenten period and the following months my body, the way it reacted to stimuli and my perceptions of things started to change. I started to have these very intense ‘experiences’, visions, tingling sensations in my body, weird intuitive feelings I’d never had before. At one point, during an experiment in fasting without food or water, I had a series of utterly overpowering experiences that resulted in, among other things, large amounts of parasitic worms being ejected from my body. I had wounds open up and then heal more rapidly than wounds normally heal, strange small objects would be ejected from my skin, I’d get random periods of feeling strange electric tingling sensation course over areas of my body and waves of cold would hit specific subsections of my body accompanied by the hair in that specific region only standing right on end.

All these experiences should have been overwhelming, but it seemed obvious to me that I’d somehow stumbled onto some sort of profound healing mechanism and some sort of important and profound array of spiritual experiences that I didn’t understand, but hat also meant I could no longer pretend that there weren’t actually strange and wonderful powers at work in the world.

Up until that point, the experiences where weird and bizarre, but I could handle them alright, however, the magnitude of the experiences started to get stronger and stronger and a series of events resulted in me ending up spending 20 days in a psych ward. I can’t begin to describe what I experienced in that place, but the problem is a fair bit of what I experienced during the three days leading up to my confinement and the 20 days in the ward itself make more sense within the context of what people like you and other ascension writers have described than any other explanation I’ve been able to come up with. There was a period of several days where I was struggling to comprehend time because it had seemed to become nonlinear and I no longer felt properly anchored in it. At certain periods, time around me seemed to slow down to an absolute crawl even while I appeared to be moving at normal speed. During this period, I could bruise or papercut myself quite easily by simply gently brushing into an object.

I was filled with a strange sensation that I was simultaneously being held by hostile forces and that some sort of incredibly benevolent entities were themselves present within the ward trying to assist me. Light and conductive surfaces in the ward appeared to exhibit unusual qualities, I kept being struck with the feeling that my physical body wasn’t quite ‘real’ and that instead I had another body that I couldn’t see that was the one that I really needed to be concerned about and that this body had qualities that I didn’t quite understand. For some reason, I developed a very strong aversion to plastic feeling that making skin contact with it somehow drained energy out of me in a way that was viscerally unpleasant.

Anyway, I’ve already gone on too long and probably taken up enough of your time, but I’m struggling to understand what exactly was going on, because I believe very firmly that some very real things that don’t fit into my old paradigm or any of the normal ones I’m familiar with were occurring, but I have no idea how to go about finding out what, exactly occurred and I can’t even begin to figure out how to find people I can safely talk to about this stuff.

I look at people like you talking about 3D and 5D consciousness, altered perceptions of time and ethereal entities that exist out of phase with the world most of us are used to and as recently as 3 months ago I would have laughed at how crazy it all sounded and now I’m left with the unsettling idea that either I’m crazy, or the world as I know it is a quite different place from the world as I knew it even two weeks before I was hospitalized. I have no idea how to adjust, adapt or properly account for this change in my understanding of reality the strain of trying to integrate it into my life feels like it’s burning me out. I’m afraid to go out into the world and interact with people or talk to my friends, because I no longer feel like I understand how the world works and I don’t know how to engage with them in a way that will seem natural or functional anymore. I used to absolutely adore science and exploring the world in that way and now, it’s like my entire framework for understanding has been toppled like a house of cards and I don’t know which way is up or how to reorient myself in a way that lets me actually live my life effectively.

I’m sorry for this long run-on two-part letter, but I hoped maybe you might be able to offer some sort of guidance or insight into my situation. As difficult as it is for me to accept, the framework people talking about vibrational energies and ascension processes put forward makes a ton more sense as a way of explaining the weird stuff I’ve experienced and seen manifest around me than a more conventional understanding of reality would allow for and so I’m left with little choice but to reach out to someone like you, who seems to know what they’re talking about and has made blog entries in the past that eerily match up to my own experiences over the past 5 months or so. This piece in particular was distressingly on point with my own experiences regarding a series of dreams/visions I had around the published time period that were overwhelming and inexplicable to me at the time.”

My own sudden Ascension Kundalini Process activation began February 1999, and was equally as intense in its own ways as this woman’s, but mine was and continues to be slightly different because I’m an ascension Volunteer First Everything-er Lightworker.

Pain, fear, trauma, shock, confusion, self-doubt, negative beings, psychic attacks, higher expanded states of bliss and visions etc. are universal when experienced by humans; intense to the nearly incomprehensible extreme and entirely isolating in its outside the accepted reality box that old lower frequency human patriarchal consciousness, society, the Big Pharma medical machine and all other matching frequency realities and humans clings to as the one and only truth.

But such is the Dark Night of the Soul, and when a person is suddenly activated by the current evolutionary Ascension Process (AP) to evolve into much more than what they have been in all ways, it’s a harrowing and usually lengthy process that literally transforms every person that lives it. Physical, emotional, mental, energetic, cellular, spiritual, psychic and consciousness evolution from as low, extreme and negative a level of Duality and Duality consciousness and external reality and life on a prison planet that global humanity has existed in for thousands of years, up to what’s happening in 2017 and beyond, which is Humanities Global Dark Night of the Soul, is serious and difficult for everyone no matter which different energetic Stair-step (level and phase) each of us are currently at within this evolutionary process.

This is not a little bit of evolution, not a little bit of progress and change for people and the global human collective, but a massive unimaginable evolutionary leap from complete darkness and global negativity, duality, separation, dis-empowerment, corruption, distortions, lies about everything, weakness and sickness in all ways up to, humanity evolving from negativity, darkness and total separation in all ways up to Light and Unity in all ways individually and collectively. This great of an evolutionary leap as what humanity, Earth and beyond is currently experiencing requires equally large and dramatic individual and species-wide evolutionary changes, growth, repeated releasing of all old lower frequency patriarchal everything and constant evolutionary expanding into the NEW higher frequency Light and matching levels of consciousness, physical body, life and external reality.

And if that weren’t a big enough evolutionary leap, it’s happening in our current lifetimes, as in just one I mean! And it hurts physically, emotionally, mentally and in every other way one can think of. This is to be expected however when individuals—and now global humanity—experience living the Alchemical transformations personally. In late 2017, this living Alchemical Ascension Process is being experienced by global humanity, ready or not, believe in it or not. Earth too is shaking, quaking, erupting, flooding, burning and being torn apart repeatedly by hurricanes, tornadoes, storms and all types of elemental extremes. This is part of the Ascension Process as well because Earth/Gaia has ascended too and is still living this process. We’re all in this fully now and together.

I could talk on and on about the Ascension Process (AP) and the Embodiment Process (EP), which is what the Forerunners have been doing since the start of the AP decades ago. We Embody the NEW Light and Codes within in it first in our physical bodies then anchor them into the physical dimension and ascending Earth world for humanity coming along behind us.

However, what’s most important for the people new to the evolutionary Ascension Process and information about it, is that they realize what it is and that it’s happening globally and not just to them like some weird, isolated case of craziness and extreme. People need to know that they’re not alone in all this, which is why Ascension teachers like myself and certain others have written about, documented what we’ve been personally experiencing, learning, discovering and remembering about all of this online for over a decade. Just knowing that these painful and often terrifying physical, astral, etheric, paranormal, supernatural experiences are “normal” during compressed periods of evolution such as what’s happening now makes it easier to deal with. Just knowing too that the old lower frequency and consciousness patriarchal country/countries falling apart now in accelerated ways is due to the Ascension Process makes things a bit less stressful as well.

Evolving—mind you in one lifetime—from a carbon-based, ego-centered human with separated Duality consciousness and external reality and life to, a crystalline-based, HighHeart-centered human with Triality frequency, consciousness and growing external reality and life of Light that exist within a higher frequency and higher dimensional level of being, consciousness and external physical reality is nearly impossible to wrap one’s brain around. It gets easier the deeper into the AP one travels however but at first what most people experience, feel, think, dream, see, hear, smell, encounter is so bizarre, so incredible, supernatural and absolutely nightmarish at times while utterly blissful at other times that the whole business is often way too much. Too much until you read about another person’s experiences with the AP and/or the EP processes then the entire “craziness” and severity suddenly takes on a very different meaning. It doesn’t immediately remove all the ultra-weirdness and pains and pressures compressed evolution causes, but it does help a great deal to know that one is NOT alone in all this and that in fact it’s normal for what’s happening to humanity and the planet and beyond now.

When you honestly think about the bottom of the barrel darkness and negativity that humanity has existed in for thousands of years and that suddenly all that begins Alchemically transmuting all their accumulated dank old “Lead” into vastly higher frequency “Gold”, then much of the over-the-top personal experiences of transmutation people go through takes on a different intensity and overall heartfelt respect from the reader of such things. Is it any wonder that most people evolving now suddenly find themselves repeatedly purging their guts, hearts, minds, bodies, bowels and psyches out for months and/or years? Not really. This is one HUGE evolutionary shift we’re talking about and living.

Is it any wonder that some people suddenly experiencing the AP would look, act, sound, talk and behave like they never have before? Not really. I remember the first decade of my AP and how obvious it was to strangers that “something was wrong with me” because I looked so strange, red-hot, toxic, angry, sick and borderline deranged at times, not to mention fighting for my physical life and soul at times as well. [Those who go first (Forerunners) encounter the swift and automatic countermeasures from Team Dark — negative nonphysical beings, aliens, entities and Portal People physical humans that are puppets of the nonphysical, nonhuman aliens and beings etc.— in a long attempt to stop us, derail us, drive us mad or kill us.]

At first all this is about clearing out all the accumulated density, negativity and separation etc. we’ve each collected on our lengthy travels through physical incarnations across time on Earth and elsewhere. As if that weren’t enough however, as the old lower everything is being removed from each of us in every way imaginable by evolutionary Light and much more, we also go through the equally painful and confusing process of Embodying the NEW higher frequency Light and NEW Light Codes. So first it’s out with the old lower stuff and very quickly after that, often simultaneously actually, it’s in with the NEW higher stuff so the whole AP becomes one big ongoing mashup of ugly negativity and density being purged while Divine NEW Light and other marvels and glorious freedom enters and you just feel all beat-up and exhausted for a good long while. Again, this is normal so fear not and just keep living The Process as willingly as you’re capable of. Surrender to it in other words because it hurts less to do so and these processes can unfold within you more quickly when you stop resisting or fighting or being in fear and self-doubt over all that you and your body and central nervous system are going through.

The Real War Is Over Your Consciousness

Most have heard that the real battle or war happening is over human consciousness, the human mind, human thoughts and mental focus. This isn’t new information but it as a fact of our current lives and reality has been greatly amplified from 2014 to date. Here we are in late August 2015, and this “war” over human consciousness is something that’s a constant issue now and for many is a constant and very real “battle”. Again, knowing something is very different from living it, from struggling with it daily or even minute by minute, and for many of us, that’s exactly what we’ve experienced repeatedly this summer and to a degree we’ve never had to deal with before.

I’ve been paying attention to how the negativity, or Team Dark (TD) as I call it all for ease and speed of communication, has changed in my life over these many Ascension years. I’ve mentioned in previous articles about how the ways TD used to directly interact and attack me have changed multiple times. They’ve gone from directly interacting with me in face to face meetings and telepathic communications (spewing hate rages and vile threats at me is more accurate) and attacks etc., to attacking me through manipulating other living humans (Portal People as I’ve called them).

The next layer and tactic of this I’ve experienced nonstop since the start of 2014, is a much more indirect method of nearly constant onslaughts of attacks taking the form of constant “problems” such as sudden expenses, vandalism, delays, interference, derailments, life-changing events etc. with just about everything and everyone I’m dealing with. There’s also new and very different physical body problems but that’s an article by itself so I won’t include it here, but let me tell you it’s been unbelievably severe since April 2015. Some of you will relate to this.

In other words, the direct face to face, toe to toe battles of the recent past with nonphysical, nonhuman Team Dark beings/aliens/entities have changed into indirect problems, setbacks, extra expenses, confusion, second guessing and the growing fatigue and frustrations these types of things cause over time. Said another way, this constant barrage of BS from every corner of life is intended to wear me down, intended to wear all Forerunners and others living the Ascension Process carrying Light within us down, down, down. If TD can’t directly get in your face and beat the holy hell out of you that way, then they’ll use other humans to accomplish it. When that doesn’t work or isn’t getting the mental and emotional energetic reactions TD intended, then these indirect ways are utilized to wear us down emotionally, mentally, physically, financially etc. Obviously, when we’re weary from constant battle onslaughts like what’s happening, it’s very easy to eventually become discouraged, depressed, angry, frustrated, hateful, unbalanced and of course fearful and just want to have yourself one giant Pity Party for a while! Look at how these indirect TD tactics are working now by simply never letting up on us. We’re covertly being assailed and worn down by invisible forces which make it very easy to “fall” back down into fear and other lower frequency thoughts and emotions over all sorts of things, money being at the top of the list typically.

There is a war, a battle raging, and it’s intended to get you down to the lower frequency, lower consciousness levels and keep you/me/us there where we’re constantly preoccupied with having to fix stuff. Clever tactic TD and very efficient way to siphon off valuable life-force energies—Light—from humanity in general but certainly from Forerunners who weary occasionally from escalating battle fatigue. The obvious test with all this at this point is, as best I can tell at this moment of pain and exhaustion is, how good are you/me/we at remaining in our High Hearts and ‘Neutral Observer’  frequency and level when under constant attack in whatever forms that’s taking for each of us in 2015? How does one tap into their happy happy higher place when under heavy attack from any number of unexpected things or people? How does one carry on amidst this war, this now constant and very real battle over our valuable individual consciousness? How does one not “fall”?

Eat chocolate candy. Well that and consciously know what’s going on and why it is and then get your butt, with chocolate candy in tow, back up into your High Heart no matter what and stay there no matter what. 😀 And when you do “fall” and you will, maybe repeatedly until you perfect this NEW ability and level of consciousness and being, just understand what’s happened and why and how you got had by TD and climb back up into your High Heart and ‘Neutral Observer’ state again, eat a couple pieces of chocolate candy, and completely and honestly be absolutely un-phased by Team Dark and all the stupid shit. Know the stupid shit is there and will be for a while longer, but as with demons, you’ve got to carry on like they’re NOT there and that they cannot affect you in any way whatsoever. Acknowledge what’s really there and what’s really happening and why but don’t buy into any of it. Keep the higher High Heart frequency and consciousness and be the Master ‘Neutral Observer’ to all the stupid shit taking place at record speeds all around you/me/us all. None of it can touch you unless you focus in on it for too long, which is exactly what TD wants you to do. Do not. Redirect your gaze, your emotional and mental focus to where YOU want it, not where TD wants it. Now keep it there. Easier said than done in many cases but this is what’s on our spiritual plates at the moment so dive in.

Life lived in the eye of the hurricane…Master it as best and as quickly as you can because this won’t be slowing down for a while yet. The pressures will only increase between the old Dark and the expanding NEW Light reality and worlds as these two radically different levels literally repel, push apart from each other finally. Until we fully reach that point however, these pressures and TD tactics will only increase so we’ve got to Master staying in our High Hearts no matter what or who tries to manipulate, derail, distract, or wear us back down into the war/battle zone repeatedly. Practice makes perfect as the old saying goes so don’t beat yourself up when you do “fall”. Use what you learn from it all and get yourself back up into your higher frequency and consciousness High Heart and Master staying there.

March into April 2015 Shift Trauma

Don’t be fooled by the title and believe that this was a March into April 2015 only event because it wasn’t. Every month is seeming to end and transition into the next month with more intensity, trauma in many cases, aches and pains both physical and emotional, and more chaotic pushing energies than the month before. It’s just that this latest shift out of the last few days of March into April was super intense and filled with “extra” crap n’ stuff, both good and plenty miserable.

Below is an email I received from Tom B. a couple of days ago. Thanks for letting me share it this way Tom. ❤ Also, in the Q & A section, Elle W. wrote a Comment about some of these things her husband recently experienced so I thought it would benefit more people if I combined these conversations into an article. First is Tom’s email letter.

“Hi Denise – Thanks for your recent articles and posts in the Q and A Section.  I’ve been going through an extremely challenging time with Ascension symptoms over the last week and a half.  Being able to read them has been validating.  It’s comforting to know that I’m not the only one going through crazy, challenging times these days.  Reading your articles and posts has been helping me get through some very challenging times lately.

The 28th I stayed in bed all morning and early afternoon. I had a series of epic waking dreams (for want of a better term) which lasted for hours.  I can’t remember experiencing anything like that that lasted so long.  I forced myself to get up and go to work that evening even though my intuition told me to stay in bed and keep having the strange waking dreams.  That night at work I felt very depressed to the point of being suicidal.  I haven’t felt that depressed in a long time.

Since then I’ve been experiencing severe fatigue, especially on the 30th.  This morning I had a series of strange, emotionally draining dreams as I kept waking up and falling back asleep again several times.  I also released a lot of old physical toxins after I got up the final time and started my day.

I’m finding it very challenging to keep a good attitude about all of this.  I’ve been reading on your site and others that spring equinox through the eclipse on April 4th is a very intense time for Ascension.  I’m trying to keep this in mind, but it hasn’t helped the last few days because I’ve been feeling so shitty during that time.  I feel that things have only been getting worse for me lately, and today I just can’t shake that feeling.  Please feel free to post this if you feel it’s appropriate.  Thanks. And secondly is Elle’s Comment in the Q&A section.

“Denise,

I just wrote to you about my first “recalled” ET contact (though I did have something on 2/22/12 in a dream that pointed me to having possibly “been from” another planet in a past life). I mentioned my husband was my confident and help mate in all this. I have been with this dear man for 40 years, and just yesterday (the day after contact), he had a complete and utter meltdown the likes of which I had never seen–he was not even sure life was worth living anymore. I know this is extremely personal, but I can’t/don’t believe this was a coincidence. I am ready to put down everything in my life and just nurture him back from this. He does believe in the possibility of psychic attack as he’d had experiences, but this is just too direct a correlation to miss, I think. Unreal.”

Here’s my Comment reply to Elle.

Elle W & All,

I’m not at all surprised by this actually. It’s hard, difficult, traumatic in fact when any of us are suddenly and unexpectedly compressed/pushed/propelled etc. upward on to a higher consciousness/frequency energy Stair-step. There’s typically some level of blow-back and repercussions to it because the ego self freaks out over having to change. Our egos deepest fear!

You’re 100% right that all this is no “coincidence”. In fact the ETs most likely are doing what they did for him as much as they did for you… but both of these events are happening for both of you on very different levels or Stair-steps as I call them. This again is typical of positive ETs; they use the least amount of energy to get the largest results. 😉 It takes some conscious interactions back and forth with these Beings before you begin to see how multidimensional they actually are and that they work this way with us too.

On the other hand… as I’ve written recently, we’re typically attacked by Team Dark (TD) beings and/or lower energies etc. whenever we evolve up another Stair-step. They sense the change in our energetic frequency and they panic and attack to stop us, derail us, sidetrack us, to terrorize us back down into the old lower frequency level again. This too may be what and why your husband experienced what he did. We’re integrating and evolving beyond DUALITY after all! 🙂

I’m going to try to get something short written quickly today about this because I too experienced an attack March 31 into April 1st. Plus I recently received an email from a man whose experienced something similar and gave me permission to quote his letter. I know a lot of people have been going through this over just these past few days and it’s been super intense — I’m talking contemplating suicide intense! I’ll do my best to get it written and published today.

One more VERY important thing in this I want you to consider Elle.

“I am ready to put down everything in my life and just nurture him back from this.”

That’s exactly what TD is hoping for. You doing that in an attempt to help your husband is the worst thing you could do for him, and to yourself, and to the positive ETs that worked to have this contact happen with you primarily, and secondarily with him. This is one of those “tough love” tests for you and to not interfere with what he’s going through, and an expansive “step up” to another level of awareness and being test for him. I want you both to get the most out of what you’re each going though now.

In my case I’ve experienced portal people being activated, oftentimes to the point of sick obsession, at the end of March into the first day or few days of April. I’ve experienced this enough times over the years to know it’s not a “coincidence” either. And I experienced it yet again the past few days with my next door neighbor. He however is not the issue; how I deal with or don’t deal with, focus on or don’t focus on etc. what he’s attempting to do to me is the issue.

As is often the case, those of us consciously aware of the Ascension Process and personally working hard to utilize those energies to evolve are at key times attacked, tested, confronted, sidetracked, tempted off the Path, greatly confused, increasingly depressed, exhausted, or even considering suicide, especially during extra potent and big energy influx shift periods such as what these past few weeks have been.

Another aspect of all this that’s easy to overlook or forget for those of us living, embodying, seeding/anchoring the NEW Light Energies first (codes, blueprints, templates etc.) is that the human Collective is in a wild state of energetic and emotional turmoil, chaos and wild negativity much of the time and they will be for a while so learn and discern and override it all as best you can.

Sensitives feel the human Collective despite our best efforts to not be effected or influenced by it/them. The trick is to be able to discern what’s yours and what’s the human Collective that you’re feeling inside your head, mind, heart, body and being as if it was yours! It’s easier to deal with when you can tell that it’s just you sensing and feeling lower energies and emotions coming from much of humanity. Hold your High Heart space and level in the midst of all this shifting, fighting, instability, insanity and chaos because in doing so you are Consciously Creating NEW space for NEW realities, worlds and incomprehensible amounts of wondrous NEW creations. Forerunning into NEW space and holding it open at higher levels is how we plow the fields for seeding for future crops. 😉 ❤

And then there’s the ultra-weird dreaming mini series type dreams most of us have had for weeks now… when you’re fortunate enough to even be able to sleep for a couple of hours that is! O_o I’ve been falling asleep at night and then waking up two hours later absolutely positive that it must be four or five hours later. No such luck, I’ve only been asleep for two hours and then the rest of the night is thrashing and flopping and trying to not think stupid, self-defeating, pointless thoughts all night. In most but not all cases, much of this dreaming activity is Collective related too, but some of it is my personal “stuff” from decades or days ago. It cannot co-exist with more of the NEW merging now so we dream our little selves clear/clean again and again for as long as we need to.

Another thing I wanted to mention in all this is the solar winds that had been a blowin’ for the past few weeks. They felt extra potent and I felt them in my body as old Ascension flu aches and pains. My spine often gets tight and sore when a lot of NEW Light is pouring down in through the top of my head down into it. Doing nothing physically is all that helps with that it seems. Also, the air itself is much more charged with NEW Light which makes my nostrils bleed sometimes, my sinuses feel pressure and my lungs hurt when I take a deep breath.

In the end I think what many of us have felt recently is both ours AND the human Collective feeling the increasing energetic pressures of tremendous change and growth. Change and higher “company coming” 😉 to merge with us/us with it. Despite the BS and negativity, the aches and pains physical and emotional, I very definitely see and feel massive progress. I know the external world isn’t reflecting this nearly as much as we’d prefer at this point and yet, it and so very much more is happening. (I think it was around the start of February 2015 that I saw some higher dimension packed with unusual activity by great numbers of Lightbeings/Angelics working like crazy there. Many of them were needed, and still are evidently, to do certain very important things now which means some of us have been seemingly left on our own here in the physical. If you’ve felt your Angelic Ascension Assistants gone lately as I have, I believe it’s due to them being needed elsewhere for a while. They’ve been incredibly busy with profound changes too. Plus we’re needing to learn to function and create without our personal Ascension Assistants at our sides constantly.)

I know this article is all over the place but it’s the best I can do today with all that’s going on around me at the moment. Please know that I too have my really low days or hours even, and then I get back to High Heart level again and pick up where I left off. We all do this and it’s perfectly okay and expected as we become more proficient at all this in a physical body in a physical world. You are doing so much more than you realize yet so give yourself time to sit and seemingly “do nothing” while you receive even more into yourself.

Evolving Beyond the Dark

This article is specifically for the people from around the world who’ve emailed me over the years with the same horrible, difficult problem; they’ve been suddenly activated by the Ascension Process which causes them to “wake up” more spiritually, energetically and consciously, and due to this they’re experiencing attacks from negative nonphysical, nonhuman beings, aliens, entities and living humans, or Team Dark as I refer to all of them.

As humanity continues evolving beyond the old lower frequency blueprints of the last Great Evolutionary Cycle—that fully expired on December 21, 2012—all that was doesn’t want to lose its control, power, food and fuel sources which has been living and dead humanity on Earth for thousands of years. I’m not going into detail over the old lower energies, players, duality, consciousness and such in this because I have already written much about it all. What I want to focus on in this article is why so many people experience negative astral, psychic, and physical attacks from different Team Dark beings and humans both while awake and in-body and while asleep and out-of-body.

Very simply put, Team Dark doesn’t want any human to escape the dense and narrow frequency range they have existed within for so long. If you and I escape that lower frequency range, which is exactly what we’re doing thanks to the natural Divine evolutionary push from the NEW Evolutionary Cycle and its NEW energy blueprints/templates/codes etc., then who are Team Dark going to sustain themselves off from? And so, they attack humans when they sense that person is “waking up”, is naturally evolving due to the current Ascension Process and therefore will literally rise in frequency and rate and “ascend” out of that lower frequency range and consciousness into a much higher one that they cannot enter, touch or influence in any way whatsoever.

As most people begin the natural, evolutionary Ascension Process, at some point within it they will encounter repeated attacks from Team Dark simply because they’re starting the Process of moving out of range from them and so the battle is on to stop, prevent, or at the very least derail the person from being successful with this and escaping/evolving beyond their influence. Think of this miserable, dangerous, difficult situation as Initiatic because it is.

What many people don’t understand is that these levels, stages and phases within the Ascension Process are literally Initiatic and Alchemical and are extremely important and highly valuable personally. I won’t water this down and say any of it is easy because it’s not. It’s often painful, difficult and downright miserable in most cases and yet, by an individual actually LIVING, EMBODYING these Initiatic, Alchemical processes they are forever physically and energetically changed by each one of them… which is the point to the Ascension Process. One must individually be transmuted, transformed from top to bottom, from the energy bodies down to the physical body by these higher frequency Light Energies to literally have their DNA, dualized brain halves, consciousness, energy bodies and physical body integrated, unified, evolved and “ascended” up to the next frequency range and level(s). Not one bit of this is accomplished in the human intellect left brain or ego, but all the way down into every cell, organ, nerve ending, every thought and emotion because that is what Initiations and Alchemical processes do; they transmute and transform one thing into something very NEW, different and into a higher rate of frequency — like 3D Lead to 5D multidimensional Gold.

Of course, Team Dark doesn’t want that to happen and so they attack, derail, sidetrack, make sick, make weak, confuse, interfere, manipulate and attack some more in an attempt to prevent each of us from breaking through that Energy Ceiling and evolving beyond them and our lower consciousness, lower reality world, ways and systems. Only those who’ve gone so far from Source/God/All That Is would believe themselves to be more powerful than Source/God/All That Is! They are not and never have been so don’t give them any more power or focus than you need to during these changes. Realize, understand what’s happening to you and why and that there is some real work and effort involved on your part to break through that old lower Energy Ceiling and evolve yourself, body and soul, up out and beyond that level and range and into a unified, integrated frequency range that’s not remotely like the old lower 3D one.

This can be done, has been done, and is being done today by millions more people around the world and it will continue so no fear, just take advantage of the natural evolutionary Ascension Process Light Energies pushing us all to evolve now. Do the work, make the effort so you can honestly remember that you actually are an aspect of Divine Source/God/All That Is on a very exciting journey for individual Self and for unified Source as they’re one and the same after all is said and done. Don’t become discouraged or sidetracked by the negative tactics and diehard folks and beings of the old lower frequency world and ways. Keep in your Heart the knowing that you are Divine and have the Divine Right to evolve and live free at a higher level of being, consciousness and reality now, today. Use the tests, the Initiations, the Alchemical processes to propel you to the next higher level and don’t give a second thought over the lower old negative biting at your behind on the way up and out.  ❤

The Mid-2012 Amplified Physical Pains

I’ve talked about how intense mid-July through around mid-August 2012 was for me physically (I’ll explain why I’m accentuating that word in a moment) in another article. In another article I’ve also talked about my clairvoyantly Seeing the “Frequency Fences”, energy barriers, and literal prison camps the negative Aliens have constructed in 2D (the dimension of the Elemental beings and Elements) slowly being broken up and dissipated throughout 2012, with all blocks down there being totally removed by late summer of this year.

In response to my article Polarized Thinking of “Sudden or Gradual”, some readers have written Comments and emails mentioning how severe the pains have been physically for them too this summer and/or autumn. Because many are going through this now and more will over the last important three months of autumn up to the 2012 winter Solstice, I thought we needed to talk a bit more about why many of us have been and/or are experiencing some very amplified, specific and extreme pains in certain areas of our physical bodies at this late date within the Ascension Process.

I’m writing the word physical in bold because I want you to really, really get that we’ve reached the point within the 25-yearlong Ascension Process where everything has reached the physical level in all ways. Many of us have had or are currently having second dimensional (2D) Elements and Elemental beings and energies removed from our bodies. Needless to say, this phase of the Ascension Process in mid-2012 (and forward) has been very painful physically. No fear please, just some more knowledge about what you’ve been living and going through already and why. Knowing the whys to these unusual things always makes them easier and quicker to move through.

As I mentioned in another article the negative extra-dimensional Aliens have used, manipulated, hijacked, distorted, stolen, displaced, trapped and held captive many beings—both 2D elementals and 4D dead humans—and energies from different dimensions to affect and control living humans in the physical third dimension (3D). As we slowly struggle and work our ways through and out of this multidimensional nightmarish tangle the Negatives have created, the different beings and energies from 2D that were implanted by the Negatives to negatively affect and better control us are being removed, freed from our bodies and returned to their natural dimension. They’re as happy about this as we are to have them out of our bodies finally! [See A Lightworker’s Mission pages 34–37 about a lucid dream teaching I had in 1975 or 1976 from a childhood Guide about 2D Elementals being in our bodies.]

Because of this monumental and very positive change many of us have been and/or are feeling the very intense and physical pains of having certain hijacked and trapped 2D elements and/or Elementals released from our physical bodies this year. (I’m talking about the elements and Elemental beings that Team Dark intentionally kidnapped from 2D to insert into 3D and our bodies to better control us and reality here. I am not talking about the natural “organic” elements and Elemental energies we all have within our bodies. What the Negatives have done to many of the Elemental beings and both living and dead humans is profoundly negative and completely “inorganic” to all of us to borrow a Lisa Renee term.)

This is yet another aspect of the profound multidimensional distortions and manipulations that the Negatives—Team Dark as I’ve called all of them—have done to multiple species in different dimensions. But some very high, very positive, very grand Beings and Forces (the Cosmic Cavalry as I’ve called them) have been working to escort everything and everyone back into their natural dimensions over the past few years, with this process being extremely accelerated and physical throughout all of 2012. This is a big and very important reason why the physical pain in the physical dimension has been so severe this summer and into fall for some people. It’s a very positive thing actually, and the pain of this does end so hang there if you’re experiencing this now and know that you haven’t done anything wrong or missed something that you needed to transmute, clear, and return to a level of neutrality.

These severe and sudden 2012 physical pains have been this strange and intense phase of having a lot of help from On High in removing and escorting the hijacked 2D Elementals and elements out of our bodies now. It’s a good thing in other words even thought it hurt like all hell! This 2D business is naturally connected to 3D physical and the 4D Astral as well so there’s been A LOT happening on multiple dimensions and in our multiple energy bodies to correct these evil deeds done by the Negatives over the eons. As the “Frequency Fences”, energy barriers, and Negatives’ prison camps within 2D were dismantled via these very positive Higher Beings and Energies this year, so too were the hijacked elements and Elemental beings placed within our bodies by the Negatives against everyone will, are being removed and returned to where they belong now in 2012. Why? So that each of us is vibrating with as high a frequency as possible before we encounter the final threshold crossing or alignment download of 12-21-12 (or there a bouts).

I just wanted to let those of you know that have gotten hammered by this latest very positive but painful change that it’s not all you or not something you did wrong or missed or overlooked etc. It was 2D elements and Elemental prisoners being freed from your body/bodies and returned to their natural dimension now and why.

I also want to mention to any who need to be reminded of this, that what’s left of the Negatives/Team Dark have been getting very clever lately with ways to divide and conquer you and whoever it is that’s closest energetically to you now within this Ascension Process. They are frantic and trying all sorts of subtle tactics (unless you’re really familiar with them and how they work) to suppress or derail you or your loved one/Ascension buddy partner etc. in late 2012.

What I’m saying is to be REALLY honest, REALLY discerning and aware, and REALLY vigilant with your energetic protections whatever they are and pay attention to any subtle thing(s) that you may sense but then are interfered with so that you ignore it or forget it…whatever it may be. Don’t ignore it, talk about it immediately with your loved one/Ascension buddy partner so you both are consciously aware of it and have externalized it within the physical. You’re a Lightwarrior so do not allow the old negative divide and conquer tactic of Team Dark to work on your and yours during these important final Ascension Process months. And don’t be tempted to lay down in the road and take a long nap now that we’re only five feet in front of the Finish Line as we speed towards the 12-21-12 (or there about) Wall of Light! Team Dark is hoping many of us do and they’re trying different last-minute tactics (some very subtle so really pay attention) on many of us who are so exhausted to do exactly that.

Basic Psychic Protection Methods

Over the years I’ve received many emails from people around the world requesting help and/or information about how to protect themselves from etheric attacks from Team Dark/the Negatives. The majority of these requests for help come from people who were dealing with non-human, other-dimensional beings and entities attacking them in the 3D physical and 4D Astral dimensions. In other words, the majority of email requests for help I’ve received have not been about a living human intentionally psychically attacking them, but about negative non-physical, non-human, other-dimensional Aliens, Beings and Entities attacking them.

WHO ARE THEY & WHY DO ATTACKS HAPPEN?

To keep this article small and to the point, the reason why negative other-dimensional psychic etheric attacks have increased dramatically and become more conscious to growing numbers of people is, in a nutshell, due to the current planetary Ascension Process.

The further we’ve traveled into the Ascension Process (this started approximately 1987, but for some Starseeds/Lightworkers it began earlier), the more darkness, negativity and lower frequency density and duality there’s been feeling the growing pressures of higher frequency Light infiltrating 3D, Earth, humanity and the Collective. And, by darkness and negativity, I mean Team Dark or the Negatives as I call all of them.

Who is Team Dark or the Negatives? They are the negative non-physical, non-human, multidimensional Alien beings such as the Reptilians and Draconians plus certain other groups they control and/or have created themselves like negative Grays, MIB and other inorganic non-physical creatures. Team Dark/the Negatives also includes the 4D Astral Archetypes; all developmental levels of negative non-human 4D Astral beings, demons and entities; human created negative inorganic thought-forms, black magic energies, physical violence, warring, negative sexual energies etc. and the 4D Astral entities attracted to those and all low-frequency energies — 4D Astral Collective energies generated from 3D humans; and the 2D (dimension that exists below Earth’s surface vibrationally) negative Elemental entities, creatures, monsters and demons.

Also included as Team Dark/the Negatives are the living humans who are polarized to the “Dark side of the Force” or “Service to Self”. These people are dark themselves and don’t need help from negative, other-dimensional Aliens and/or beings to manifest negativity in 3D physicality and unleash it upon other living humans, the Earth, Nature, animals etc. They are human Team Dark members and work in the physical dimension in tandem with the non-physical, other-dimensional Negative Aliens, entities and demons to create more fear, suffering, violence, wars, hatred and chaos in the physical world. Why? Because all human generated lower frequency emotions, thoughts and actions are etheric energy food, fuel and building materials for Team Dark.

There are the billions of living humans (“normal” folk) who are repeatedly and unknowingly influenced, manipulated and directed by a negative Alien(s), Astral being(s), demon(s) and lesser evolved entities to create as much pain, misery, fear, wounding, sadness, destruction, immobility, confusion and chaos that they can on other humans for the reasons mentioned earlier. Living humans intentionally used and directed by non-human, other-dimensional Team Dark Aliens, beings and entities to negatively affect other living humans to get those humans to produce negative emotions and energies. Or, if you’re a Starseed/Lightworker/Lightwarrior/Indigo, to derail you in any way(s) they can as often and as long as they can from doing the spiritual energetic Ascension related Work you Volunteered to come to Earth now to do for All. Why? Same reasons: so the Team Dark Aliens and other levels of beings can remain in control and continue feeding off of the low frequency actions, emotions, thoughts and consciousness that controlled unaware humans produce.

Of all these negative situations, the one where humans are used and manipulated by non-physical Team Dark beings to intentionally hurt other humans—not to mention the Starseeds/Lighyworkers/Indigos doing Ascension work—frustrates me the most because the humans being used to do this are completely unaware of the entire situation. And, the more well-developed the human’s ego is, the easier it is for Team Dark Aliens, beings, entities and demons to use and manipulate them against other humans. Horrible, revolting, insulting and embarrassing isn’t it? We’ve all been used and manipulated by certain Team Dark beings but the important thing is to wake up to this fact, take responsibility, and evolve so this horrific inter-dimensional parasitism, possession, astral kidnapping of souls to use them, manipulation of mass humanities consciousness, and manipulation of humans against other humans cannot continue happening.

Don’t expect to do any visualization or protection method once or twice and then expect miracles to happen. Energetically building etheric protection structures takes time, repetition, and real work visualizing, feeling and maintaining what you’re building around your bodies, your bedroom, house and/or entire property. It takes real effort, energy, determination, focus and repetition over the weeks and months to build up layer upon layer of whatever it is that you’re literally constructing energetically. However, once you’ve put in the effort and time constructing your psychic protection you will feel and maybe clairvoyantly see what you’ve built energetically. From then on all that’s needed is for you to maintain your etheric structure by daily and/or nightly visualizing it and intentionally and emotionally reinforcing it. Think of this phase of the work sort of like having to dust your furniture; the furniture is there and now all you have to do is keep it clean and maintained. Same thing with our ethereal protection structures and other multidimensional tools.

BANISHING PENTAGRAMS TO THE FOUR DIRECTIONS

Another effective protection tool is one that many of you are probably already familiar with also but many people aren’t, and because it works and very well once you’ve got it constructed energetically around your property, it deserves to be included. This protective tool is the Banishing Pentagram drawn to the Four Directions.

As you can see by the image above (and thanks go to whoever created this visual), you start drawing the Banishing Pentagram at the number 1 position and then move up to number 2, then 3 and so on until you reach number 5 where you’ll complete the pentagram by moving from number 5 down to number 1 where you started. It’s important you complete and close the pentagram so always finish by connecting the number 5 position down to the number 1 position.

You’ll draw the first of the four Banishing Pentagrams facing EAST in the air with your arm straight and extending out in front of you. You’ll need to keep your arm extended and straight from the shoulder down to your index and middle fingers with your other fingers and thumb folded into your palm. Don’t bend you elbow. Your index and middle fingers are doing the etheric drawing of the four pentagrams to the four directions.

When I’ve needed to use this tool, I always make my four pentagrams to the four directions around fifteen or twenty feet tall and have them hovering in place in air above the ground. I draw them as bright Light or Fire/flame and always visualize them like this.

Always begin facing East and draw your first pentagram in the air, then turn a quarter turn physically so you’re now facing South and draw the second pentagram, then another quarter turn to the West and draw the third pentagram, then turn to the North and draw the fourth pentagram, then turn another quarter turn to return to East again so the space is energetically closed. There are a number of things you can say aloud or silently while facing East, South, West, and North and drawing each of the four pentagrams. It’s up to you really, you can get as elaborate as you want or you can just intensely visualize each of the four pentagrams huge and impenetrable, hanging silently in space around you and your property continuously.

Again, when I’ve had to resort to using this protection tool, depending upon the level of severity of the attack I’m experiencing at that time, I’ll sometimes say aloud as I’m drawing EACH of the four pentagrams something like, I remove, banish, and prevent all negativity in all forms from entering my space now. Use whatever wording is the most meaningful to you at the time, but whatever you do, do it with 1000% seriousness, focus, intensity and intention. Mean and emotionally feel and intend what you’re saying and doing otherwise these actions are empty, impotent, useless theatrics and your negative psychic etheric attacks will continue. This is you being a conscious energetic construction worker intentionally building something on another dimension that you intend to protect you and yours and last as long as you need it.

This is serious stuff people and Team Dark won’t like it at all that you’re doing something to prevent them from attacking you, feeding off of you, using you, tormenting you, derailing you or trying to kill you, so be ready for some negative blow-back and other devious tactics and shifts from them (at least for a while) when you start using etheric protection tools.

The most common countermeasures I’ve experienced after protecting myself ethereally is that Team Dark immediately shifts their focus to another human they can manipulate to attack me or cause me misery in whatever ways they can. This is often when a family member(s), friend(s), mate, neighbor(s), co-worker(s), reader(s) and even other people’s pets are used by Team Dark to continue their attacks upon those of us doing Lightwork, Gridwork, Polarity Resolution and Transmuting and Clearing work etc. The Negatives are tenacious and don’t just lay down and disappear because you’ve built some psychic protection around yourself and your property and house. Be aware of how Team Dark quickly shifts their efforts to manipulating another person or people (and even animals in many cases) to attack and/or disturb you etc. When the Negatives can’t get at you directly, they quickly shift their attention to other people they can influence to continue attacking and distracting you.

Another common tactic Team Dark uses on us, and I’ve talked about this before, is mental interference, especially when we’re trying to build and visualize some etheric protection tool for our self or certain other things we try to Consciously Create. It’s a common tactic the Negatives use against us when we wake up enough to start protecting ourselves from them; they fight back and try to sidetrack or derail us by repeatedly interfering when we’re mentally focused on that protection. When you experience this, counter it by repeatedly pulling your mental focus back to the point where you were before you were mentally hijacked by the Negatives. Eventually you’ll break through and be successful in building and maintaining your etheric protections, whatever they are, so be persistent.

SAME APPLIES WHEN YOU’RE WORKING IN THE ASTRAL & OTHER DIMENSIONS

I mentioned in my August 16, 2012 Back from the Underworld article (only briefly because I couldn’t talk much about it then) about how I’d been working energetically (from mid-July through mid-August 2012) transmuting negative residual energies and helping many dead human soldiers from WWI (World War One) who, at the time of their physical deaths had been kidnapped Astrally by Team Dark beings and held captive there and used energetically.

Just in case you’re wondering if this is some rare anomaly that happened only to WWI soldiers and others alive at that time the answer is no, it happens all the time to any human Team Dark can grab. War zones are especially easy places for Team Dark because the energies are so lowly and dead and traumatized humans just keep coming. All wars in all timelines are actually massive dark energy alters where negative Aliens, beings and entities feed, steal and pick through the endless supply of sacrificed humans to grab and use in the Astral as energy producers. It’s time now for all wars, warring, warring/fighting mentality and belief systems (all of which are very Reptilian), weapons creation etc. to end on Earth because I’m about all done mopping up the vile Astral repercussions, rescuing Astral imprisoned dead military humans and their body parts (plus plenty of other humans not connected to any war), and transmuting the overall negativity, trauma, and insanity wars and all violence produce in multiple dimensions for eons.

In this type of Ascension related energy Work, which I’ve done for nearly two decades now, I never consciously decide that I’m going to go to some past timeline on Earth where there’s massive numbers of kidnapped dead humans and residual pain and fear energies and do rescue and transmuting Work. I just energetically Work on whatever it is that I suddenly find before me, and during July and August 2012, it’s been a lot more Astral rescue and transmuting Work of long-dead WWI human soldiers held captive and used energetically by Team Dark in the Astral all this time.

Others of you (Starseeds/Lightworkers) have been doing this same rescue and transmuting Work from the Astral most of this summer too (not war related), but with other dead and trapped humans in other timelines and locations around Earth who were also kidnapped or hijacked by Team Dark beings long ago. The ongoing multidimensional cleanup and rescue Work we’ve done very intensely since about 1999 has been difficult, exhausting, and nearly heartbreaking not to mention terribly physically painful as well. And yes, there’s plenty more kidnapped, trapped and used dead humans, souls, and fragmented pieces out there in the Astral that still need help being rescued and released from the different prison hells they’ve been held within for so long before this Ascension Process completes the end of December 2012. Do what you can when you can but don’t become distressed over those that you/me/we can’t help for whatever the reasons. Rest and heal your weary body and heart because who else can do this type of Work now? It’s important and necessary to rest, sleep and heal after these extreme and difficult multidimensional missions we go on.

Intentional Interference from Negative Beings

We’ve all experienced this more times than we care to consciously admit and it’s frustrating and discouraging when you know it’s happening to you. If you don’t know it’s happening then the whole business is vastly more confusing and debilitating psychologically. Because I’ve experienced an increase in the negatives (by Negatives I mean the non-physical, non-human negative aliens, negative entities, demonic entities, plus the humans that manifest the negative aliens’ agendas on Earth because they’re easily manipulated by them—aka Portal People), trying to prevent me from doing certain things and reaching certain higher levels of consciousness in 2012. I’ve also received a few emails recently from people experiencing this same negative interference too so it seems we need to talk about this more openly in 2012.

This negative interference can happen at any time of the day or night, but when you intentionally or unintentionally (being activated by the Ascension Process) start doing anything that’s going to help you by evolving and expanding your consciousness, you need to know that Team Dark is aware of this and will instantly do whatever they can to INTERFERE and prevent you, me, each of us from evolving, expanding, and breaking free from their invisible frequency fences and restrictions.

Know that these difficulties are not you being mentally lazy, inadequate, or undisciplined but that its deliberate negative interference doing its best to prevent you from energetically evolving, “ascending”, and therefore escaping this lower frequency range, reality, them and their influences. Fight it. Do not give in to it. Get back in the visualization or meditation or whatever it was that you were doing before you were intentionally interfered with and blasted out of it by Team Dark’s invisible frequency fences and other vile control devices and keep fighting until you can complete the meditation/visualization etc. Go into determined Light Warrior Mode when needed, otherwise you’ll be constantly suppressed and held in place by the negative’s many frequency fences. It can be done, but it’s often a real fight to break through their negative barriers and reach a higher frequency level.

Inner Body Vibrations & Other Unusual Symptoms

GUESS WHAT, THEY’RE KUNDALINI RISING ASCENSION SYMPTOMS

I see daily Search terms on my Stats page from increasing numbers of people searching for information about why they’re feeling inner body vibrations; why they’re smelling smokey burning incense; why they’re having excessive inner heat (hot flashes) in their bodies that radiate outward and so on. I thought it was time to try again to help more people being activated now to better understand what they’re experiencing and why.

Over the years I’ve written several articles about the many Ascension symptoms, about Kundalini rising and its symptoms, and about the Rewiring of the Body and Brain. The bottom-line is that all of these symptoms, all of these unusual experiences are the same Process. They all are Ascension symptoms, Kundalini symptoms, because they’re one and the SAME thing.

What better, faster way to transmute all our lower frequencies and unresolved, polarized, suppressed, ignored, wounded, fearful, traumatized, unprocessed and unloved parts than the intense Alchemical firestorm that Kundalini rising is? Why would mass numbers of people around the world all be having spontaneous, unsolicited Kundalini rising now? Because of the planetary and species Ascension Process. Why is the Ascension Process happening now in our lifetimes? Because the cycle is completing and it’s time to break free and evolve out from under the multidimensional negativity and suppression.

To help humanity with this rapid and compressed evolutionary process, higher dimensional Light energies are repeatedly released in Waves of Light — think Aquarian energy waves from the cosmos, the Milky Way Galactic Center, and our Sun (via solar flares, solar winds, solar storms, CME’s etc.) to trigger humanity and Earth to integrate density and Duality, purge, transmute and transform energetically. In other words to evolve—aka “ascend”—to a higher level of consciousness, being and reality.

ASCENSION KUNDALINI SYMPTOMS

These symptoms can last for many years for many people. Other people go through them or only some of them in shorter periods. Fear not.

  • repeated intense inner body heat “hot flashes”, hands and/or bottoms of feet extremely hot, spine, back, head, entire body heat
  • extreme sweating with every Kundalini hot flash
  • repeated cold flashes, inner body cold spots, certain chakra areas turn cold for periods
  • inner body electrical-like vibrations, buzzing, inner shaking, slowly moving inner energy vibrations of the Rewiring Process
  • extra electricity in your body, constantly getting zapped when you touch things
  • muscle spasms, twitching, itching, strange sensations on or under the skin, nerve sensitivity
  • pains & pressures in areas of spine, pressures so intense it blows certain vertebra out-of-place
  • mental confusion, inability to focus mentally, temporary loss of certain words, names, terms etc.
  • sudden mood changes, intense anger, frustration, sadness, joy, bliss, repulsion of all things negative
  • going a little “crazy” for periods
  • uncontrollably voicing your extreme anger & repulsion over all things negative
  • clairvoyantly seeing lights, seeing other dimensional Beings
  • smelling smokey burning incense when none is physically there
  • clairaudiently hearing non-physical sounds, voices, words, clicks, buzzing, unrecognizable sounds
  • sudden waves of nausea
  • sudden waves of dizziness, sense of falling, sense of tipping over, dropping through the floor etc.
  • sudden onset of or increase of allergies
  • sudden onset of chemical sensitivity
  • severe sensitivity to sounds, smells, lights, heat, cold, energies, other people, lower energies, lower consciousness etc.
  • sudden eating/food changes, craving more protein foods, needing very light foods, small amounts, eating at different times etc.
  • difficulty digesting all foods, inability to drink alcohol, take drugs etc.
  • phases of diarrhea, bowel sensitivities, bloating, pains & pressures
  • severe belly bloat, swelling in the gut & upper diaphragm area, the “Buddha Belly” thing
  • intense phases of pain in the head, pressures in the head, skull sore and bruised feeling
  • inability to physically be around people and/or large groups of people
  • inability to function, need for privacy & quiet to survive all you’re living through
  • hair falling out, breaking, not growing, weak undernourished hair
  • nightmares, archetypal dreams, lucid dreams
  • positive & negative psychic experiences, psychic attacks while awake & asleep
  • sudden unexpected out-of-body experiences
  • repeatedly waking at specific times in the night–1:11, 3:00, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55 AM etc.
  • inability to sleep, inability to remain asleep
  • needing to sleep and get out-of-body during the day, exhaustion naps
  • profound physical exhaustion, emotional exhaustion, mental exhaustion
  • body weakness, muscle weakness, lethargy, achy body, bones, joints
  • hyper states, restless, edgy, can’t relax, can’t rest or get comfortable, mind races despite exhausted body
  • extreme emotional phases, crying, weeping, mourning, feeling higher love for all beings etc.
  • glorious changes and expansions in consciousness, perceptions, quantum knowing things vs. linear thinking
  • major ego dismantling

There are many more symptoms but you should have a sense of how intense, strange, and multidimensional most of the Ascension Kundalini symptoms are. What’s really important about all this is that it’s happening to you and to increasing numbers of people every minute of every day now and why. Again, fear not because it’s a positive sign of our compressed evolution, our expanding consciousness and all the positive things that naturally comes with it.

Learning To Be More Responsible, Aware & Sovereign Part 2

Because the current learning about 3D Polarity Consciousness vs. 5D Unity Consciousness is still powerfully unfolding, I want to share another email letter I received on June 6, 2011, from Eva. Like M****, Eva has also generously agreed to let me share her recent experience too.

I know some of you reading this and the first article don’t yet fully understand what I’m talking about, what I’m doing or why. If you’ll give me the benefit of the doubt with these two articles, I’ll help you in recognizing the beginning stages of 5D Unity Consciousness…if it’s time for you to do so. Quite often there’s much more going on and playing out multidimensionally with many of my articles than what it may seem or feel at first glance. These two particular articles with the two quoted email letters from M**** and Eva, plus all of your Comments and my response to them, is one connected and unfolding event that’s trying to reveal a lot to all of us. I’m trying to make it a bit easier to see certain things happening now plus why they’re happening, plus how the Dark Ones have used and manipulated all of us many times. There’s no shame, blame or guilt in this as it’s just the way it’s been. Having access to increasing 5D Unity Consciousness makes all of this much easier, while 3D Polarity Consciousness only perpetuates separation and polarization between people and awareness.

What Eva (and everyone else) didn’t know was what I’ve been feeling, perceiving, and living since May 21, 2011 when I first received M****’s email. As I said, I waited for the best time to write something and quote M****’s letter which I did on June 4, 2011 for the reasons stated in it. However, I didn’t mention what I’d been feeling and perceiving in that June 4, 2011 article, nor in any of my response Comments on it. After I received Eva’s email letter (quoted below) on June 6, 2011, I knew it was time for me to share what I’ve been feeling and perceiving—in very increased ways—since May 21, 2011 and why.

Eva’s email beautifully confirmed what I’ve been feeling since I received M****’s May 21st. email, and then more strongly once I quoted it in my June 4th. article, then much more strongly because of all the great Comments. (Neither Eva and M***** have heard about what I’ve been perceiving and feeling concerning all this either.) These current unfolding educations are connected to the Mayan Day 3 “sprouting” phase, plus the approaching 6-11-11 portal in a few days. Today we entered Night 3 (June 7–June 24, 2011) and now we’ll each integrate what we’ve been living, feeling, perceiving, and learning during Day 3.

What I’ve been feeling and perceiving is a tremendous increase in the Light Energies and simultaneously a tremendous decrease in the Dark Ones and their abilities to effect and manipulate all of us and this world. I’ve been feeling this for a while now anyway but, like everything else, this process must also unfold in Stair Steps incrementally otherwise the change would be too severe and too sudden. Even as it is its unfolding tremendously fast now in 2011.

Day 3 (May 20–June 6, 2011) this ongoing disconnect and demise of the Dark Ones and their control on this world and all of us and humanity is diminishing in great massive chunks which I’ve never experienced to this degree before. Needless to say, this particular aspect of the Ascension Process is profoundly important and meaningful to me personally because I’ve been consciously aware of the Dark Ones since age five and always on their radar because I am a Starseed Lightworker.

Each time throughout 2011 when another massive chunk of them and their control over humanity and 3D Earth is disconnected, the sky literally glistens brighter with silver-white 7D Photon Light. WE literally glisten brighter with Light/Love and 5D High Heart Unity Consciousness and so too is our world. I barely have words for how this makes me and my Heart feel! My deep joy, excitement and gratitude from getting to witness so many of you experiencing and entering 5D High Heart Unity Consciousness after working so hard to extricate yourself/ourselves from 3D Polarity Consciousness and the seemingly unending attacks, manipulations, and pain from the Dark Ones (non-physical and physical humans and 3D systems and belief systems) is beyond belief. Me and my Heart are grinning…can you see/feel it? 😀

A short recap of Learning To Be More Responsible, Aware & Sovereign Part 1 and Part 2:

*The Dark Ones are rapidly on their way out of our lives, our bodies, our consciousness, our world and reality. However, on their way out many of them are still doing their best to snag, confuse and manipulate as many people as they can. Eva’s letter clearly shows one of the Dark One’s favorite tactics against people embodying Light and/or living the Ascension Process and taking on increasing amounts of Light. Divide and concur or be strong and continue waking up and inching our way into 5D Unity Consciousness and reality.

*Polarity Consciousness feels totally polarized, intense, and causes immediate knee-jerk emotional reactions in us all. Either/or, black/white, good/bad, male/female etc. type of thinking and feeling.

*Unity Consciousness is so different from this that you HAVE to experience a bit of it to even get a feel for what I’m talking about. Unity Consciousness sees, feels, and knows the larger picture and understands so much more because it knows and feels that all is connected and not separate like Polarity Consciousness perceives.

“I’ d like to share something Great with you, but I wasn’t sure if I should write it publicly in your blog. First I’d like to explain what was happening to me in connection to you/to your blog, since I’m your reader.

I felt many times as if ‘someone’ had been ‘whispering’ negative thoughts into my ears/brain about you and your teachings. I felt ‘pushed away’ hard from your blog frequently. I knew none of those feelings or thoughts were mine at any time! The dirty trick the Dark Ones had been using to make me doubt you was as dirty as it gets! They ‘placed’ the name of that therapist who misguided me in the past right next to your name in my mind. ‘Suggesting’ that, I’ll have the same negative experience with you, if I follow. I was constantly annoyed by this ‘mind game’ of the Dark since February. But, here comes the good part.

In my latest comment, ‘I let it out into the open’ how much I trust you and your words, even tho I had a bad/painful experience with a ‘teacher’ not long ago. When I went to sleep that night, I felt some sort of pressure started to leave me. I focused, to see what was happening and wow!! I saw that Dark device of the dirty mind game finally was disconnecting/pulling away from me. They gave up on me!

But, there is more good news! As I kept my focus on this process, I saw that the Dark Ones were disconnecting devices from many of your readers at the same time!! It felt/looked like some kind of ‘chain reaction’ had been triggered and the Dark pulled away from many/Us.
It was an amazing, Freeing image and I simply had to share this with you!!!”

Learning To Be More Responsible, Aware & Sovereign Part 1

A month ago I received an interesting email from a reader who will remain anonymous. After reading it I asked her if I could quote it at TRANSITIONS—with everyone’s names changed—so more people could benefit from her important Ascension-related experience and she generously agreed.

I’ve been waiting for the correct time to quote her letter, and due to some other unfolding lessons that happened elsewhere I knew it was time to share it and connect it with this other situation. I am not blaming anyone for anything nor am I wounded by what was said at this other location. (M**** none of this is about you or directed at you!) The reason I’ve brought this up publicly is because people need to understand and be responsible for themselves, their words, thoughts, emotions and actions etc. We all do of course, but in this particular case it’s about how the Dark Ones use and/or try to manipulate certain people to cause more chaos, confusion, separation, emotional pain, distort, distract, and separate the growing Groups of people carrying Light Energies in themselves. For brief periods since my Ascension Process began in 1999, even my mother has been used, manipulated occasionally by the Dark Ones to get at me. And god knows how many times over the past six or seven years the Dark Ones have tried to get me to write things to discredit and distort what certain other Lightworkers have written.

Hopefully you see how and why the Dark Ones occasionally attack and/or try to manipulate all of us to do damage to our fellow Lightworkers, the growing Groups of people embodying Light, ourselves and our loved ones, and the other folks out there just living the Ascension Process. All of this negative polarized crap is part of living the Ascension Process and learning how to be more conscious, aware, and responsible while simultaneously extricating ourselves from the negative energetic control and mind-job the Dark Ones have had over everyone on Earth. The negativity and dark tactics won’t last much longer, but it is and will do its damnedest to take as many of you down with them as they can. Wake up, take your power through being responsible and sovereign, and don’t let yourself get used or manipulated by the non-physical Dark Ones and the unaware physical humans they use.

Everyone honestly wanting to Ascend/Evolve now must realize that the Dark Ones attack Starseed Lightworkers/Lightworkers/Wayshowers and Indigos. They use and manipulate regular or non-ascending people; they try to manipulate and use those people who are evolving and embodying more and more Light in themselves to break apart the Groups of people embodying Light; and to diminish the progress and energies the Starseed Lightworker teachers make by spreading Light and teaching and so on. In other words, the teachers are not the only ones who come under attack and attempted manipulations by the Dark Ones; each of you do as well and you need to realize this, learn from it, stop projecting on to others while not taking any responsibility for your own actions, words, and part in it even if you were manipulated by the Dark Ones! This is NOT about blame or shame, guilt or weakness or any other such negative crap. It’s about being more aware, learning to take full responsibility, learning to discern your thoughts and emotions from occasional manipulations from the Dark Ones through you to do damage and/or separate fellow Lightworkers, positive Groups, or any other negative stunt they try to pull on all of us. This really has been a war and more of you are discovering this fact in 2011 during the final Ninth Wave phase.

So, here’s the email letter from M**** about her and her fiancé’s personal experiences of being attacked and manipulated by the Dark Ones and other lower frequency humans the Dark Ones use and manipulate. The “Command”  M**** mentions is from Lisa Renee’s Nov. 2010 “The Restoration” article.

This is a very important spiritual, energetic, etheric, emotional, physical and psychological lesson about one of the ways the Dark Ones work and how and why they use and attack regular or non-ascending people, Starseed Lightworkers, Lightworkers, Indigos, plus all people living the Ascension Process.

“I took your advice and have been saying the Command each evening. Before I go to sleep I wrap myself, my dog, my fiancé and the house in Light. When I’m feeling like the ether is wonky I smudge my house with Copal or sage/sweetgrass.
I can deal with myself being attacked, but when the dark is going after me through ones I love it is really difficult as you know. It is hard for negative people to get to me because I am very careful who I keep company with. I don’t work so I don’t have to deal with anyone I don’t want to. Anyway,  my fiancé is being bombarded lately. Just one thing after the other this week. Petty people pushing dark shit. Thank God my fiancé (Jim) is a sturdy guy, but he’s been pushed towards his limits.
The other night he was working nights and when he came home I felt a strange feeling of vertigo hit me as I was laying in bed, then the nausea hit me really hard, then a feeling of repulsion. It’s extremely rare for me to feel this in waking life. Well, something was attached to Jim. Someone/something sent something like an attack entity to attach to him. (I have no idea how to properly describe this.)  I have never felt this with him ever before. He was fine, said he was just really tired. He came into bed and the heat coming up my body was like I was on fire and I didn’t want him to come near me. Clairvoyantly I saw what was attached to him (it showed itself to me), it reminded me of a weird spider-like thing with lots of long legs, it was huge and nasty!!!  I closed my eyes and with all my might I filled our room with the most brilliant Light. It vaporized the entity, but not easily. It took a lot out of me. The image of it is burned into my mind.
Next day my fiancé gets a call from his terribly abusive psychopathic boss, ripping him to shreds, telling him horrible lies etc. Really really upsetting him, just crazy hurtful things beyond criticism. There are two men who for some reason have it out for him. They’re just really dark horrible people. Totally repulsive. And I knew that it was sent from whatever was animating these guys. I managed to keep Jim from totally falling into a spiral of emotional turmoil. And by the end of the day he was back to himself.
My question is, how in the world do I protect him? How can I better protect my little family (me, Jim & Daisy our dog) from intrusions like this? After all the stuff I do I can’t understand how something like this was able to get into our home. In your book you said there are ways to further shield a home and property. What happened went right along with what you had said about Dark Ones fighting more to hang on, to deter us. What happened really disturbed me. It pissed me off more than it scared me.
I’m sure you get tons of emails and I don’t want to be one of those people that tries to monopolize your time. I haven’t been able to tell anyone about this. It’s so private that I don’t want to post it publicly. But this is a different type of attack than I’m used to. I don’t want any more dark shit like that getting past my threshold. Any advice you have I would be deeply grateful. (On the plus side however….yesterday when we were driving we saw 3 rainbows. 2 of them full arches. So beautiful. I turned to Jim and I said, “See sweetie…that’s the universe telling us everything is going to be alright”.)
