This Is Why We Were REWIRED in Phase 1

Before I attempt to describe some of what I’ve been experiencing with my consciousness in Phase 2 of the Ascension Process, I want to recap the Phase 1 levels of our Rewiring process. 

The physical and biological levels of the evolutionary Ascension Process started in 1998–1999–2000 in the first Volunteers to be activated. They’ve been called ‘The First Wave’, and there were two following Volunteer wave groups activated to start the Ascension Process a few years later than each previous group.

Back when Phase 1 of the Ascension Process began on the physical and biological level, those of us that were activated first automatically began experiencing severe hot flashes caused from Kundalini activation.

I vividly remember my consciousness stopping like it had been paused every time I had a hot flash, which was often. The powerful transformative firestorm of evolutionary induced Kundalini caused my consciousness, my cognitive mental processes and ability to mentally focus, to abruptly stop for about 20 minutes or so. This was less difficult when it happened at home and no one saw what I was going through, but when it happened out in public it was an embarrassing disaster. During those minutes of having my consciousness suddenly put on pause while sweating profusely, shaking internally, being completely unable to function mentally and physically, I did my best to disappear in a corner to ride it out. I wasn’t mentally or physically capable of anything other than getting out of other people’s way and riding out the Kundalini hot flash and temporary consciousness stop or pause that each one caused.

This process was much like driving a car and suddenly the engine stalls, forcing you to pull over to the side of the road to get out of traffic. And there you sit in your stalled car, hoping that if you kindly give it 15 minutes to rest and recover it will somehow magically start up again.

I can’t tell you how many hundreds of times I did this very thing with my physical body and consciousness when out in public during Phase 1 and a Kundalini hot flash caused my cognitive mental processes and ability to focus to “stall”, forcing me to park myself and my shopping cart somewhere out of the way and wait until I could think and physically function again — until the whole process happened again about 30 minutes later.

In the early ascension years my brain, mind, consciousness, ability to think, remember, hold mental focus, mentally retain anything was repeatedly shattered due to ongoing ascension caused Kundalini fire burning away all that needed to be within me. However, in the second decade of Phase 1 this total mind, brain, consciousness stopping or pause business turned into something slightly different due to the lengthy Rewiring process. In the ascension community this symptom was coined, ‘brain fog’. 

During this body and brain Rewiring phase most of us at least no longer had our consciousness come to a screeching full stop every 20–35 minutes. Now it would suddenly become foggy and uncertain, confused, disorientated, forgetful, couldn’t mentally retain anything, couldn’t remember the names of certain common objects, and often didn’t recognize reality as “reality”. This was the brain fog phase of our ongoing evolving consciousness changes.

That’s the Body & Brian REWIRING process we’ve incrementally lived and embodied our ways through during Phase 1 of the Ascension Process — 1998 through end of December 2019.

This brings us up to the start of Phase 2 of the Ascension Process which began January 1, 2020.

In the last six months of 2021, and into 2022, some have been experiencing periods of dramatic new-to-us consciousness changes. As with all thing’s ascension related, your personal mileage will vary so keep that fact in HighHeart HighAwareness as you read through this. It’s simply where we’re at now in Phase 2, plus we’ve only just entered the beginner stages of the NEW Divine Mother Feminine template energies for ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans as of January and February 2022. Tremendous and continuous evolutionary change is upon us all.

I’ve put off writing about this because I’m still living it and will continue to be for who knows how long. And it’s really different, not to mention difficult to put into linear words but this is the next level of our ongoing ascension caused consciousness evolution. As weird, horrible and frustrating as the Phase 1 consciousness stop or pause periods were — as weird, frustrating and embarrassing as the Phase 1 consciousness brain fog periods were — so far to me they were miniature compared to this Phase 2 level and period of our ongoing consciousness evolution. If you lived and embodied the different stages and levels of the Phase 1 Kundalini and Rewiring process, then you know what I’m saying about this being a very big deal, a very intense ascension caused big deal.

Phase 2 Level Consciousness Evolution

Some Volunteers have been experiencing moments of this new-to-us higher level and stage of our consciousness changing the past few years. More so since 2020, with each year since more obvious that things are changing quickly now within our consciousness and how we perceive it’s “working” at the moment. I say at the moment because I know this will continue to evolve and change repeatedly just like it energetically and physically had to throughout all of Phase 1 at those levels and stages. Relax into these higher Phase 2 levels as it’s going to take some time for us to embody and adjust to in increments so we’re able to continue functioning while our consciousness continues evolving into something very different than it’s been.

I have thought/not thought but HighHeart felt/perceived into this topic for a good while now because, as I said earlier, this is not easy to describe or write about. In many ways even my attempting to put this current NEW stage of my personal consciousness changing into words and terms that I can write, and you can read, is a disservice to the very thing that’s happening. To try to use old lower terms and consciousness to describe evolving consciousness now functioning within higher NEW templates and codes is in my opinion both ridiculous and futile, but persevere we must nevertheless.

I’ve experienced—as I know many of you reading this have too—moments, days, weeks and years where I’ve felt seriously vulnerable physically and mentally, cognitively, because I’ve been the only one (where I physically live) who is experiencing living, existing, learning, functioning and perceiving from the higher NEW (beginner) levels of changing consciousness. I’m a brand-NEW, not yet complete first-run model of a NEW Human of NEW Earth. I’ve been living in and from a space, place, frequency and level of NEW higher Triality and HighHeart HighAwareness consciousness amidst humans that currently are NOT. Eventually more of them will, but for now, not so much which means that I have, and I know some of you have also felt periods of enormous vulnerability from time-to-time over the past few years because of this ongoing consciousness evolution. Going first and literally energetically, physically, and consciously Pathpaving for the rest of humanity requires some major trust and determination to embody and live these dramatic consciousness changes while the world is falling apart, Separating, parasitic people increasingly targeting (attacking, stealing from, swindle, dupe) people, and so many are not coping well with all these increasing evolutionary changes, pressures and collapsing of everyone’s global realities.

We’re literally the first to walk NEW Earth for NEW Humans but we’ve been doing so without any NEW Humans there yet. We did this same thing however throughout Phase 1, it’s just that we’ve gotten to the point in this where our individual consciousness is changing so dramatically now that it’s forcing each living it to get quiet and private to safely learn about and get familiar with one’s continually changing consciousness in Phase 2.

I gave everyone a big, important clue about what’s started in Phase 2 of the Ascension Process and human consciousness many years ago when I wrote in articles and A Lightworker’s Mission (2010), about how my from birth three Starbeing kinfolk started retreating from me the closer my Ascension Process start-date became, which for me was February 1999. Once I was energetically activated to start living and embodying it, my 8D Orion, 6D Sirian and 5D Pleiadean Starbeing friends and kinfolk left because their Contracts with me were completed at that time. Don’t focus on them leaving me in 1999 because that is NOT what’s important; my starting the Ascension Process and have myself, my body and consciousness continually changed is.

Some of you may have noticed how certain ascension teachers/writers and certain people that also channel have been plagiarizing certain ascension teachers/writers Copyrighted online material recently. I’m going to explain why some of them have been doing it, but that doesn’t excuse them or anyone else from committing Intellectual Property theft.

The reasons for the Phase 2 2020, 2021 and 2022 increase in online plagiarism by certain people that write and/or channel information is because their consciousness has been changing because it’s evolving which means that HOW they’ve received and perceived higher frequency information in the past will continue to change into NEW ways of perceiving Higher Awareness information. 

How do I know this? Because I’ve been experiencing it over the past many years, with each year getting a bit harder for me to access higher information because the WAYS in which I’ve done so in decades past NO LONGER WORK.

Why do they no longer work? Because I’m evolving beyond them.

In Phase 2 more people are experiencing this evolution caused stone wall obstacle side effect too, just as I have been over the past few years. Again, don’t focus on my three Starbeings leaving me in 1999 because I’d started the Ascension Process, but on WHY they left me at that time. The same is the case now with WHY this increase in certain ascension writers and certain of them who channel have been plagiarizing certain other people’s written online Intellectual Property lately.

In the early 2000s a well-known website owner and writer emailed me wanting me to explain ‘how I knew what I wrote about when I didn’t channel?’ This man honestly did not understand how I could directly access higher information on my own and not need an etheric channeled entity to do so for me. I tried to explain it to him back then, but it was too large of a consciousness leap for him to make. And so, I became “suspect” and “untrustworthy” to certain people in the ascension community with the same consciousness and belief systems that he had back then.

My three contracted Starbeing kin friends left me when my physical level, biological Ascension Process started in 1999, because it was time for me to start evolving myself in all ways so I no longer needed them or anyone else to guide, direct, or feed me higher information. I’d reached the (ascension) point in 1999 when I HAD to start doing all these things and more on my own. I HAD to start learning how to access higher information directly myself in 1999 and have been doing so ever since, and in increasingly different ways due to the Ascension Process, the body and brain Rewiring, and the ongoing consciousness changing process and more.

Did you, do you really think, believe and expect that living and embodying the evolutionary Ascension Process would mean that the way(s) you used to access higher information would remain exactly the same? Did you, do you still believe that certain Pleiadeans, or Jesus, or Archangel whomever would continue feeding you information (which is Light) throughout your lifetime during the Ascension Process? Or are some of you starting to realize that all that has changed and now you HAVE to start learning how to directly access higher information on your own? Are some of you starting to realize that you HAVE to recognize and adapt to the fact that your consciousness is changing which means how you access higher information, how you perceive it, how you communicate, write and speak it is and will continue changing? Stop stealing from others because your old lower methods are increasingly no longer working for you and figure this one out for yourselves. I’ve HAD to do this and am still dealing with my ongoing changing consciousness and probably will for the rest of my life.

Since Phase 2 of the Ascension Process started in January 2020, this has become the case for all of us, for all Volunteers, for all Starseeds, for all Embodiers, for all First Everythingers, for all Pathpavers, Wayshowers and for all channelers. It is next level grow up time people. We’ve reached the point within the Ascension Process where our individual consciousness, our individual cognitive mental processes are in the evolutionary process of dramatically CHANGING from what it was and how it worked to something totally and completely NEW.

I’m going to share some of the personal consciousness changing symptoms I’ve been experiencing for the past few years. I’m doing this so you know that it’s normal to NOT feel, look, sound and act like you’ve got your shit totally together and aren’t occasionally seriously dismayed and sometimes feel really vulnerable and “ungrounded” by some of what your cognitive mental processes have been doing lately. Some people want you to believe it’s all easy-breezy blissy angels party time when I know it’s not, not for those embodying it first. It could be loads of fun when each of us is much better with these huge changes taking place in our consciousness this year and beyond, but for now, it’s not always so easy or attractive or safe feeling.

Consciousness System Changeover Periods — Just like the old Phase 1 hot flashes, there’s times now in Phase 2 where my familiar consciousness abruptly acts like it’s going through another stage of leaving the old lower frequency consciousness system and template and changing over to the NEW higher consciousness system and template. That may have sounded like I meant this is a once and done thing when that is NOT what I’ve been experiencing at all, just the opposite actually. What I sense is happening with this is that it too is doing this incrementally so we can embody and adapt to each small step of this incredible process.

When I experience this it’s like my old familiar consciousness suddenly is no more and I’m free-falling and have to trust that something will kick back in quickly so I have something to hang my consciousness hat on so to speak! Our sense of self and personal consciousness and how we’re used to it all working is so much a part of our personal identity that it’s shocking when they start changing.

What I’m talking about is not old ‘brain fog’ nor is it consciousness stop or paused periods, but NO recognizable consciousness system and template that I’m used to. It’s shocking when it happens, and I’ve experienced it many times so far, and you’re not able to do anything about any of it. You simply must live it, embody what’s happening to your consciousness and your sense of self identity in it and trust that this is part of the Ascension Process and that what’s replacing your momentary missing consciousness system and platform is indeed an evolutionary changeover taking place. But damn!

Periods of Feeling Vulnerable due to Consciousness Changes — Again, when your personal and familiar consciousness does things its never done before and/or doesn’t do things you’re used to it doing, or simply not be there for you as it always has been, that can make one feel incredibly vulnerable, ungrounded, momentarily unsure of oneself, wildly unprotected, and uncomfortably discombobulated mentally and physically. When this happens when you’re out in public say doing your grocery shopping or something, it is not pleasant or easy having your old familiar primary reality navigational tool suddenly disappear on you. No stop pause, no fog, just completely gone! Thankfully these periods have, so far, been fairly short moments of what feels to me to be total consciousness disconnect moments. I get the sense that this has to do with the changeover from the old lower internal and external templates, systems, reality and consciousness up to the NEW templates, systems, reality and consciousness. Nonetheless, when you experience your familiar consciousness turn into something unrecognizable to you within you, it causes some moments of feeling very vulnerable, especially if you’re out in public when these moments happen.

Perceiving important personal lifelong insights that are and feel like nothing you’ve experienced before — I’ve experienced this NEW consciousness changing thing a few times in 2021 and 2022. It is not old familiar Duality consciousness meaning when it happens it doesn’t act or feel “positive” or “negative”. It acts and feels totally Neutral in a higher and very large way that takes some getting used to. Honestly, the first couple of times I experienced this last year, I could NOT tell if it was my own Embodied Higher Awareness or if it was Team Dark using some new method on me! It was that big and that strange that I couldn’t tell, couldn’t discern between those two possibilities and I’ve ALWAYS been able to instantly tell the difference.

Every time this NEW to me consciousness change has happened, I’ve suddenly perceived a massive insight about my life, about someone in my life, about the person or people that have played a big part in my current life. The good, bad and the ugly of it all but, and this is the important part to this particular NEW consciousness change, it contains more information or insights that are vast, huge, important and totally emotionally neutral in all ways.

When I’ve experienced this, every time the insight was profoundly larger than life type event, which I eventually figured out is, most likely, how it feels to Embodied me/Me/ME and that is vast higher knowledge about one’s life and those important individuals in it, mainly blood family members and it all being wholly emotionally neutral. So big it’s scary to realize in such vast honesty and nakedness and yet it’s entirely NON emotional understanding about yourself, your whole life, and about some of the important family members and your child/children in this lifetime during the Ascension Process.

I sense the easiest and most accurate way to describe this consciousness change is that it’s not ONLY incarnate physical you that perceives the insight, but the greater and much larger Embodied you/You/YOU that does, which is why it feels the way is does when it happens. We’re not used to perceiving and feeling in this higher, larger, more complete and Neutral way so it feels rather foreign and cold. The vastness and total energetic Neutrality and emotional neutrality to these personal life Higher Awareness Knowing insights feel so different when experienced from within your physical body and current consciousness for the simple fact that you have Embodied enough You and YOU that you are starting to perceive, receive awareness, knowledge and insights from THAT level of your NEW Human Embodied Self/Selves.

♦ Not thinking is the NEW Awareness.

♦ Not knowing is the NEW Knowing.

♦ Not steering your consciousness is the NEW way of “steering” your consciousness.

♦ Unfocused is the NEW way of “focusing” one’s consciousness

♦ HighHeart-based Feeling is the NEW “brain” of NEW Humans

♦ NEW Rewired & unified old lower right & left brain halves now working as ONE individually.

♦ NEW HighHeart & HighAwareness unified and working as ONE individually.

♦ NEW Higher and lower Self/Selves unified and working as ONE individually.

♦ All this and more is the NEW template of individually integrated and unified NEW Humans of ascending NEW Earth.

It’s Been Lite LIGHT Up To Now!

I’ve said many times over the years that the Ascension Process (AP) would literally destroy our physical bodies, central nervous systems and psyches if it didn’t happen incrementally in energetic Stair-step fashion, giving us linear time to embody and acclimate to every NEW higher frequency level of Light energies we experience and Embody from each step of this ongoing process. Over the years I’ve used the symbolism of a flight of stairs leading up to a higher floor landing, then there’s a turn on the new higher landing enabling us to continue up another flight of stairs where we eventually reach another landing on an even higher floor and another turn and on and on the higher we go. Such has been and continues to be the unfolding of the AP.

Each flight of stairs represent the different layers and stages between the different landings on each consecutive higher frequency floor and phase of the AP. We live through and evolve up energetic Stair-steps 1 through 20 lets say on the ground-floor level of the AP, with each Stair-step evolving us higher and higher towards a NEW landing. That NEW landing represents another turn or shift within the AP to an even higher level with higher frequencies of Light energies and so on.  We make the turn and begin our ascent up another NEW flight of stairs (1 through 20 lets say again) but at a higher level of frequency. We then evolve up those second-floor set of Stair-steps and eventually reach the third floor landing where we turn yet again to begin our ascent up another higher flight of stairs with matching Light frequencies etc.

Even though this symbolism is greatly simplified, it’s pretty accurate to how we’ve lived and moved through the AP since its start. However, we all had to know at some deep inner level, that at some point within this AP, we’d reach a high enough level of frequency that everything would automatically Shift and change dramatically in comparison to how it has been throughout these evolutionary ascension decades leading up to this current point of change. We’ve reached one of these major points of evolutionary change recently. The August 2017 Solar eclipse was a big part of it, as were some other energetic events, but so too did every AP energetic Stair-step that came before them. There is no one exclusive magical, knock your socks off type “Event” to all this, but many energetic Stair-steps, each one an “Event” unto itself as every Forerunner knows who’ve lived each of them.

To me, one of the prime ingredients of this August–September 2017 major change was our reaching and passing through whats looked to me like a slowly undulating energy curtain or veil out in space. By we I mean Earth and those of us on that Earth that just passed through this energy curtain/veil. In other words, the AP energy Stair-steps went high enough to reach one of many different frequency energy curtains or veils which has changed everything and put us in a very NEW place and level within the AP and EP (Embodiment Process). To continue our evolutionary journey, we made a very NEW-to-us turn due to our reaching and passing through this energy curtain/veil recently. This one event indicates we have entered a very NEW and vastly higher frequency level within this evolutionary process. If you doubt any of this I have one question for you; how has your physical body, central nervous system, emotions and awareness felt since the start of August 2017? How about since the August 21, 2017 Solar eclipse? Since the multiple high-level X-class Solar flares? Or throughout September so far? They’re all aspects of the same thing, which was our reaching and passing through this energy curtain/veil out in space, and much more.

Said another way, what’s been AP Light up to this point has been lite Light lets call it (I know, hard to believe), but it has recently become a much higher frequency that’s more complex and incomprehensibly vast than any AP Light we’ve dealt with before and this is one of multiple reasons why most Forerunners have felt profoundly affected energetically throughout August and September 2017, and in NEW higher frequency ways.

The image here shows the completion and exit of the Sun’s rare transit across the Milky Way Galactic Equator in 2016–2017. Because of just this one major change—and there’s many more than only it—we all had to know and sense that things were going to change dramatically because we’ve finished this 1980ish through 2016ish thirty-six-yearlong transit. Earth, the Sun, the Solar System, the Forerunners and humanity haven’t gone through the past 36–37 years just to exit out the completion side of this rare Galactic Alignment transit and have everything be the same as it was before. Impossible. Not the point. Wholly unsustainable at this energetic elevation and simply would not happen due to our compressed evolution and related DNA and consciousness changes.

Because this is a Process that’s still unfolding internally and externally, not everyone is yet consciously aware of all the profound NEW creative potentials each of us has access to now. We will and we’re realizing a little more each hour, each day, each month now. We’re also feeling and better understanding just how big a change this actually is compared to what we were used to! I don’t need anyone to tell me that what my body and I are feeling now is no longer lite AP Light but much higher frequency Light that’s galactic, cosmic and Divine. It’s also where ALL aspects of me/you/each of us has existed and ALL that is now within our earthly Selves and body’s reach, which just means we’re now Embodying at a very NEW and higher frequency level than anything we Forerunners have experienced before too. Does it hurt some physical body parts? Of course. Does it cause some emotional and mental rearranging within ourselves? Of course. Is it kinda weird feeling? Of course but who cares right? It’s all just NEW Stair-steps in NEW higher and more vast territory is all.

Barbara Marciniak’s channeled Pleiadians said twenty-some years ago that, “Information is stored in stone and bone.” That makes a lot of sense in the old lower frequency 3D Earth world reality and Evolutionary Cycle, but not so much in the NEW 5D and higher Earth worlds and humans. In them information, which is Light, is now stored in the crystals and crystalline parts of our physical bodies and our DNA which is evolving very quickly now and looking to me like crystalline iridescent granules forming NEW more complex geometric DNA formations.

A few weeks ago, probably around the Eclipse or thereabout, I kept hearing that famous old line running in my head from the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey where Bowman says, “My God, it’s full of stars!” When I first heard this in my head last month it made me smile because I knew it was a reference to the Forerunners (aka Gate and Gridkeepers, Lightworkers, Wayshowers etc.) and that we are full of stars. Let it sink in, feel it, float with it, know it, remember it and live it. We’re not in lite Light anymore but spiritual adult Light and we’re full of stars (and more) because of it. 🙂 ❤

How I’ve Been Seeing It Lately

In a recent article I shared about how Team Dark (TD) had long ago intentionally distorted the Christ/Crystal/Crystalline/Krystic frequency energy so humanity couldn’t access it on their own and vibrationally “ascend” and escape them and hijacked Earth that they intentionally turned into a prison planet. They turned the Christ frequency Crown of Light into a dark Crown of Thorns and then supposedly “crucified” what was the only living human that had access to it and had Embodied it on the physical level. Like I said, distortions but you get the point.

With the August 2017 Solar eclipse and other intentional energetic events that took place recently and still are as I write this (because none of this ever stops), everyone that was/is capable of individually and directly Embodying the Christ/Crystalline/Krystic frequency energy has been in the Process of Embodying the Crown of Light themselves. Has it hurt and caused some head, skull, forehead, jaw, facial bone pains and pressures and eye blurriness etc.? Of course but who cares right? Has it left you feeling even more distant from the old lower patriarchal world, beliefs and systems etc.? Of course. “My God, it’s full of stars!” I can barely stand anyone or anything telling me and/or demanding that I have to do something, that I have to pay for, accept or accomplish something etc. that’s of the old negative global structures. I want it and that consciousness gone from me / me from it and them permanently and asap. I’m there but sometimes one of the unaware mindless folk gets through in some form and then it’s all up to me to remain Neutral and don’t look back. Easier said than done sometimes, other times it’s effortless. Progress is bliss even when it hurts some.

With the August into September 2017 major AP changes that have taken place already and will only continue, many Forerunners have been in the Process (I’m stressing and repeating this only because I want it known that this didn’t or isn’t happening in a split second and whammo, all done! As is always the case, because we’re in physical bodies and doing all these AP and EP things in and through it, we need to live each energetic event over some linear time so that our bodies don’t get ripped apart by any one of these ongoing Processes. It’s been over a month now that I and my physical body have been going through this latest Embodying the Crown of Light process and I know it’s not done yet. I know it will further amplify and expand into much more with the Sun’s entrance into Libra (further individual unity) via the September 22, 2017 Equinox. And the other steps that are coming throughout the rest of this year and beyond.

During this time of Embodying the Crown of Light process I’ve been Seeing (with higher vision) this Crown of Light over my physical head and the energies of it pushing on and pouring down through the top of my head, neck and spine into my HighHeart in the upper center of my physical chest. Once that Crown of Light energy reached my HighHeart it instantly radiated out in pulsing, concentric circles horizontally much like this image when viewing this from an overhead position. In through the top of the head, traveled down into the HighHeart where IT is Embodied and automatically radiated outward constantly from there like a living transmitter. That last part is more true that you might first realize.

You know how you’ve had the Inner Body Vibrations inside your physical body for however many years it’s been for you now? That’s been us literally Embodying more and more lite Light over the years, being Rewired by that AP process in and through every cell, organ and fiber of our physical bodies. One of the reasons for this Rewiring Process has been so that we’d be vibrating at a high enough frequency eventually so that we could Embody the Christ/Crystal/Crystalline frequency energy and not have IT kill us or destroy our physical bodies. Stair-steps remember? Well this year that Inner Body Vibration has grown in intensity to the point where it feels more like severe and constant shaking internally. Translated this just means I’ve gotten up to frequency speed lets call it and am capable of entering higher frequency Light beyond the lite Light levels, enough so that I could even begin Embodying Christ/Crystalline frequency in my physical body and survive IT with my body intact. All this is pointless unless we can fully Embody it into and through our physical bodies Forerunners. Why? So that we can and automatically do radiate IT out constantly from within each of our HighHearts like Christ frequency transmitters. Who benefits from this? We do of course but so too does everyone and everything else which is the whole point as to why we “Volunteered” to put on physical incarnations and bodies now and go through all this!

Christic Crowned HighHeart Recap: Higher frequency Christ/Crystalline/Krystic Crown of Light energies come in through the tops of our physical heads (I’m not talking about the Crown chakra of the old lower 3D system) and travels quickly into and through our physical heads and upper bodies down to our HighHeart which resides in the upper center of our chest. There IT automatically enters the HighHeart and takes up residence there to continually radiate out pulses of Christ frequency energy which obviously affects those of us Embodying and doing this but IT also automatically affects everyone and everything else too. How could IT not? ❤ ❤ ❤

This is yet another reason why our HighHearts are so vitally important now in this NEW higher frequency state of being and reality; it’s where the Christ/Crystalline frequency resides within each individual Forerunner and is a literal frequency bridge that assists everyone in lower frequency ascending Earth worlds to travel vibrationally up even higher and higher. We have, are becoming living Beacons of HOME that constantly radiate specific Light energies and other frequencies that help other humans and beings to get with the NEW program and make even greater energetic, spiritual, consciousness and reality evolutionary progress today and tomorrow and long thereafter.

I hope this information helps make some more sense of what and why you’ve been going through all you/me/we have throughout August and September so far. There’s more to come of course and Friday’s Libra Equinox will further activate more and much higher level Inner unity, merging, integration of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine, plus Embodiment of the Christic frequency Crown of Light which will land in the HighHeart and pulse out from there like a NEW Light-beacon to and for All everywhere. It’s always been fun to go through the Search terms at my sites because the best, most telling and oftentimes hilarious, honest questions are always there and make me smile or burst into laughter, and always make my HighHeart swell with joy and excitement over the Ascension Process (AP). Here’s some I’ve found over the years that led people to my sites, which is also kind of funny when you think about it. For your entertainment and everyone’s ongoing edification. If we can’t laugh at ourselves and feel empathy and gratitude for others living with evolutionary AP symptoms, we’re in trouble. I have to admit that I my all-time favorite is, “Why does my asshole vibrate?”  It’s a gem of a question isn’t it? Just wait until your whole body vibrates constantly questioner, which is what eventually happens as these higher frequency Light Energies moves through your entire physical and energy bodies triggering more and more highly compressed evolution to Rewire all aspects of you. Why? So you can exist within greater, higher frequency Light and a matching world and reality and not have it destroy you or your physical body.

Of all the search terms I’ve seen over the years the most often asked question has been about the mysterious AP side effect of inner body vibrations. 

It’s been interesting for me as an Elder Forerunner — Forerunner of the Forerunners, to see how more and more people have and are being activated by the AP over the years. It was easy to see on any stats page that shows search terms that direct people to your site for answers or insights about what they’re experiencing and why. Every year for over a decade more and more search terms about inner body vibrations have consistently shown up, revealing that greater numbers of people around the world have been and are being activated by the now very high frequency evolutionary AP Light Energies.

I’ve written about all these search terms and much more and they’re archived here at TRANSITIONS for anyone searching for information about the AP side effects. Just click on whatever topic heading you’re interested in under CATEGORIES in the sidebar area and all of the articles I’ve written under that topic will appear.

Now that we’re in 2017, greater numbers of people are and will be suddenly experiencing different AP symptoms/side effects. That’s why I’ve kept TRANSITIONS going over the past ten years; I knew that further down the AP road more people would suddenly need to know what’s happening to them and their consciousness, lives, body, mind, emotions, dreamlife, DNA and so on. The Work Before the Separation Of Worlds

A few months back I mentioned my great relief and joy over the fact that the Cosmic Cavalry as I called them, was on their way to physical Earth. Let me explain a bit better about who the Cosmic Cavalry are. As best as I can perceive today, they are Great Beings that exist very close to Source. From my current perspective, they’re massive Light Energies with little personality or other features we could relate to as individuals.

I’ve also mentioned about how I’ve been claivoyantly seeing new other-dimensional ET beings over the past three months or so now, suddenly popping into my awareness as head shots of them looking at me in this dimension…as if for the very first time. Lisa also mentions these beings in the first sentence of her article. More of us have recently been seeing these new beings as a couple of my readers have shared in their recent Comments.

That’s how high and vast the Cosmic Cavalry are, and I was tremendously relieved a few months ago when I perceived that we Starseeds/Lightworkers/Pathpavers had succeeded in our Work on physical Earth to the degree that direct help from HOME was coming down here to assist with the completion phase and all that goes along with it—and the long-awaited Separation of Worlds. I’m going to be talking a lot more about the approaching Separation of Worlds and what it means to us today, what’s required to be in the world that’s pulling apart from the Dark patriarchal Earth world if that’s what you want.

I’ve sensed for many years that there would have to be something massive like this coming directly from Source/God (something not needing to energetically reduce itself much or physically incarnate to vibrationally match the current physical Earth world frequency) to hand deliver some of the big completion stage tasks. A few months ago when I first sensed the Cosmic Cavalry heading towards this physical dimension, I was so relieved and have watched for more signs of their energetic arrival into this dimension. I’ve also talked about how things, events, happen (from our current perspective in this dimension I mean) in the non-physical higher dimensions first and work their way down vibrationally into increasing density until, finally, it manifests within this physical dimension. I’ll come back to this in a moment.

Some other signs of this arrival and activation are how my body and mind has felt and functioned since the start of July 2011. Before I go any further let me backtrack briefly.

Prior to the start of the Ninth Wave on March 9, 2011, I wondered what Ascension related changes this final phase would activate in my body, brain, consciousness and being. Because the Ascension Process was activated in my physical body with the start of the Eighth Wave on January 5, 1999 (actually it began for me on February 1, 1999), I figured we’d enter another intense physical phase and energetic level—internally and externally—with the start of the Ninth Wave and we certainly did. Just do a quick, honest inventory of everything that’s happened and changed internally within you and externally in the world since March 9, 2011, it’s incredible and we’re not done yet!

In December 2010, I perceived that each month of 2011 would be about traveling up and through sequential numerical 11-11 portals which are literal Energy Stair Steps leading up to the November triple 11-11-11 cutoff and Separation of Worlds portal. And as the weeks and months of 2011 have passed at light-speed, like many of you I’ve been acutely aware of the building pressures and friction (insanity and miserableness) between the old patriarchal world, its people, consciousness and energies in contrast to the people who are transmuting and evolving/ascending. Now midway through August 2011, the profound polarization between these two radically different levels of humans is nearly unbearable for many of us. We’re at what feels like the absolute breaking point which brings us back to today and the arrival of the Cosmic Cavalry.

Another of these easily recognized signs was the money stock market bi-polar BS; the violent riots in the UK; the scripted, academy award-winning BS from all parties (there’s really only one—the patriarchy Team Dark) of the American government supposedly over the debt; the escalating murders and suicides; the starving escapee’s in Africa; the Middle East trying to break free from their Team Dark patriarchal controllers; the increased violence and mental and emotional instability of people everywhere and on and on.

Well the Cosmic Cavalry has arrived all the way down into physicality and because of this, things are changing quickly and massively. What we all must remember is that what’s happening in our Physical body, Mental body, and Emotional body is directly related to what’s happening in the external physical world. And because we’ve now reached the phase where the Dark Ones—all the way down into this physical world and dimension—are acutely aware that their time and control is over so they’re using every stunt, trick and tool they’ve got to prevent you, me, us, humanity from increasing and/or continuing to increase our frequency and escape them and their Dark world and reality permanently.

JULY & AUGUST 2011 “PROTOTYPER” SYMPTOMS

July was a month of severe solar plexus organ pains, muscle spasms and pains in my back/spine near the solar plexus area. These solar plexus pains are directly connected to the massive clearing work of negative Mental body distortions (the many consciousness frequency fences) created by the Dark Ones and put upon humanity that we’ve been transmuting. Remember that these energy situations/transformations are not conscious or ego-centered or ego-driven on our parts but are triggered Ascension related energetic phases that unfold and manifest into this dimension through our physical and energetic bodies. WE are manifesting the NEW blueprints, the NEW crystalline Light “architecture” through OUR multiple and physical bodies.

Other July symptoms were intense head pains and pressures which are not at all like regular “headaches” and digestion difficulties, diarrhea or elimination difficulties and pains. August for me has been primarily intense sudden onset of head pains, pressures, pains that move to different sections of my head and skull; eye pain and pressure and continued Ascension Kundalini related hot flashes.

These head pains have been so intense in August that it caused me to demand help from my Ascension Assistants the other day. It takes a lot to cause me to second-guess my first embodying Ascension symptoms as possible physical-only problems (the severe pains in my head), or to cave emotionally under new severe physical pains and cry and/or demand help from my Ascension Assistants. But once I reached this point a few days ago because I thought the back of my skull might explode, I demanded help from my Ascension Assistants and, amazingly, in about a half hour the pains in my head reduced enough so I can cope with that lower level of pain. Thank you Ascension Assistants and I’ll certainly remember to ask for help more often.

THOSE INNER BODY VIBRATIONS NOW HAPPENING IN YOUR HEAD

I’ve talked about the Rewiring Process of our Body and Brain in other articles so this will only be a short recap.

Around 2002, I became aware of an inner electrical-like vibration happening inside my body. I’ve felt it primarily moving slowly around in my trunk or torso over the years. A couple of years ago it finally entered my head, however what’s happening in my head as of July and August 2011 makes everything that came before seem small and easy. As I’m writing this, I’m having tremendous pain and pressures in my head—at this exact moment through my left temple directly into the center of my brain. There’s also now a mild numbness and humming sound in my inner hearing, like a transformational energy explosion just happened inside my head, which is probably close to the truth!

I also just had a visual image and understanding dropped into my awareness about this. It was to let me/us know that what’s currently happening in different areas of our heads and brains is exactly the same Ascension related process that’s happening to different continents and tectonic plates around Earth. I just clairvoyantly saw our brains/heads sectioned off into different areas much like the different continents around Earth. As Earth vomits up hot lava, quakes, shivers and shakes herself back into wholeness, alignment and unity, so too do we in our physical bodies, our multiple energy bodies and our brains. These two internal/external processes are NOT separated from one another; we and Earth are “One” and we both are simultaneously transforming ourselves AND feeling each other much more than we ever have before in these lives and bodies. This ability is another aspect of our growing Unity or High Heart Consciousness.

This image I just saw of my/our human brain and head with different energetic sections in it (that are hurting due to these changes) that resemble different physical continents on Earth, told me that what’s been broken apart, dismantled, unplugged and made separate from all other aspects of Itself is now in an intense accelerated phase of transformation and return to being whole, aligned, and unified individually.

Back to the Inner Body Rewiring process.

It feels like a vibration or mild shaking deep inside one’s body and is easily perceived when one is slowly coming awake and is in that nice, comfy in between state. I’d maintain this awareness for as long as I could to observe this inner vibrating energy. When this Rewiring process began years ago it would buzz ON or vibrate for about three seconds ON followed by two seconds OFF. Three seconds of inner body vibration ON followed by two seconds OFF. This ON/OFF pattern lasted for many years as this Rewiring worked its way throughout my body.

Last month as I was waking up from an afternoon coma-nap I felt this inner energy roaring inside my head and brain again. The big difference this time was that I timed it running for one minute ON followed by one second OFF. One minute ON followed by one second OFF. What this told me was that the current pains and pressures in our heads/brains are directly related to everything I’ve mentioned above and more. We’re transmuting and overriding everything the Dark Ones have (and are still trying) to do to the human physical and energy bodies and consciousness via our “prototyping”—transmuting it all from within our bodies and brains first. And every time we transmute another chunk of the Dark Ones horrific distortions and perversions, we literally vibrate faster and shine brighter. Guess what happens when there’s no more Dark anything for us to transmute? The Separation of Worlds which I sense will arrive fully via the 11-11-11 portal on November 11, 2011.

THE MORSE CODE-LIKE INNER EAR CLICKING SOUNDS

Another long-term Ascension related symptom I’ve had since 1994, is clairaudiently hearing non-physical sounds that resemble super-fast electronic sounding Morse Code clicking in my left ear. These 5D Pleiadian transmissions (clicking sounds) have basically remained the same since they started for me in 1994. But, like the recent changes to my inner body vibration pattern, this too has changed and is letting me know that everything is very near changing into something so much more wonderful.

Typically, this Morse Code-like clicking sounded like very fast clicks and dashes with short breaks in between them. Some transmissions would be short one-liners while other transmissions clicked on for twenty, thirty minutes or more. After seventeen years of listening to this I’ve gotten very familiar with how they sound so when they suddenly changed last year I noticed! What these Morse Code-like clicking sounds have done a few times over the past year and a half is completely different from what they’ve always done. They now occasionally start in my inner left ear as single clicks (dit dit dit dit) with no spaces or pauses and they increase in speed and tone so fast and so high that the sounds eventually exit the frequency range I’m able to clairaudiently hear. What this transmission is telling me is, End of Transmissions! In other words, what’s been transmitted for many years to any and all who could perceive it from the 5D Pleiadians in this way is now coming to an end because we’re coming up on the Expiration Date—the end of the Mayan calendar in late Oct. 2011 and the 11-11-11 Separation of Worlds.

This End of Transmissions transmission is also telling me/us that, like this sound, we too are speeding up vibrationally and will soon move beyond the energetic range of everything and everyone from the old lower Earth world and reality. (The sudden disappearance of the Mayans long ago was due to them intentionally increasing their frequency or vibrational spin rate to the point that they vanished from the third dimensional frequency range.) To many non-ascending people, we will vanish the way these End of Transmissions sounds are, going faster and higher in frequency to the point that we literally disappear from that old lower frequency range and its matching world and reality.

We entered Night Five today, Aug. 18th which runs through Sept. 4, 2011. Release, release, release and then let go of even more of whatever it is that’s left within you that must go now. Stay focused on what YOU want to be focused on and not what the Dark Ones and their human puppets what you to focus on! We must be Conscious of our Consciousness and honestly know what we’re focused on or what we’ve been sidetracked, manipulated into, derailed or hung-up on thanks to the relentless stunts of the Dark Ones. You want to reach the “Promise Land”, then we each must escape the Dark Ones traps and tricks and maintain the higher frequency within our bodies and consciousness. The Separation of Worlds that’s coming is about the Higher and Lower finally and completely separating from each other because they cannot coexist in the same space. We’ll be seeing and feeling these building pressures internally in our bodies and brains as we transmute this, and externally in the world as the Higher “Luminous Ones” and Lower Dark Ones battle now in this physical dimension too. Don’t get sidetracked or spellbound but be mindful of your consciousness and focus and redirect it to where YOU want it to be every moment you/me/we need to.

Inner Body Vibrations & Other Unusual Symptoms

GUESS WHAT, THEY’RE KUNDALINI RISING ASCENSION SYMPTOMS

I see daily Search terms on my Stats page from increasing numbers of people searching for information about why they’re feeling inner body vibrations; why they’re smelling smokey burning incense; why they’re having excessive inner heat (hot flashes) in their bodies that radiate outward and so on. I thought it was time to try again to help more people being activated now to better understand what they’re experiencing and why.

Over the years I’ve written several articles about the many Ascension symptoms, about Kundalini rising and its symptoms, and about the Rewiring of the Body and Brain. The bottom-line is that all of these symptoms, all of these unusual experiences are the same Process. They all are Ascension symptoms, Kundalini symptoms, because they’re one and the SAME thing.

What better, faster way to transmute all our lower frequencies and unresolved, polarized, suppressed, ignored, wounded, fearful, traumatized, unprocessed and unloved parts than the intense Alchemical firestorm that Kundalini rising is? Why would mass numbers of people around the world all be having spontaneous, unsolicited Kundalini rising now? Because of the planetary and species Ascension Process. Why is the Ascension Process happening now in our lifetimes? Because the cycle is completing and it’s time to break free and evolve out from under the multidimensional negativity and suppression.

To help humanity with this rapid and compressed evolutionary process, higher dimensional Light energies are repeatedly released in Waves of Light — think Aquarian energy waves from the cosmos, the Milky Way Galactic Center, and our Sun (via solar flares, solar winds, solar storms, CME’s etc.) to trigger humanity and Earth to integrate density and Duality, purge, transmute and transform energetically. In other words to evolve—aka “ascend”—to a higher level of consciousness, being and reality.

ASCENSION KUNDALINI SYMPTOMS

These symptoms can last for many years for many people. Other people go through them or only some of them in shorter periods. Fear not.

  • repeated intense inner body heat “hot flashes”, hands and/or bottoms of feet extremely hot, spine, back, head, entire body heat
  • extreme sweating with every Kundalini hot flash
  • repeated cold flashes, inner body cold spots, certain chakra areas turn cold for periods
  • inner body electrical-like vibrations, buzzing, inner shaking, slowly moving inner energy vibrations of the Rewiring Process
  • extra electricity in your body, constantly getting zapped when you touch things
  • muscle spasms, twitching, itching, strange sensations on or under the skin, nerve sensitivity
  • pains & pressures in areas of spine, pressures so intense it blows certain vertebra out-of-place
  • mental confusion, inability to focus mentally, temporary loss of certain words, names, terms etc.
  • sudden mood changes, intense anger, frustration, sadness, joy, bliss, repulsion of all things negative
  • going a little “crazy” for periods
  • uncontrollably voicing your extreme anger & repulsion over all things negative
  • clairvoyantly seeing lights, seeing other dimensional Beings
  • smelling smokey burning incense when none is physically there
  • clairaudiently hearing non-physical sounds, voices, words, clicks, buzzing, unrecognizable sounds
  • sudden waves of nausea
  • sudden waves of dizziness, sense of falling, sense of tipping over, dropping through the floor etc.
  • sudden onset of or increase of allergies
  • sudden onset of chemical sensitivity
  • severe sensitivity to sounds, smells, lights, heat, cold, energies, other people, lower energies, lower consciousness etc.
  • sudden eating/food changes, craving more protein foods, needing very light foods, small amounts, eating at different times etc.
  • difficulty digesting all foods, inability to drink alcohol, take drugs etc.
  • phases of diarrhea, bowel sensitivities, bloating, pains & pressures
  • severe belly bloat, swelling in the gut & upper diaphragm area, the “Buddha Belly” thing
  • intense phases of pain in the head, pressures in the head, skull sore and bruised feeling
  • inability to physically be around people and/or large groups of people
  • inability to function, need for privacy & quiet to survive all you’re living through
  • hair falling out, breaking, not growing, weak undernourished hair
  • nightmares, archetypal dreams, lucid dreams
  • positive & negative psychic experiences, psychic attacks while awake & asleep
  • sudden unexpected out-of-body experiences
  • repeatedly waking at specific times in the night–1:11, 3:00, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55 AM etc.
  • inability to sleep, inability to remain asleep
  • needing to sleep and get out-of-body during the day, exhaustion naps
  • profound physical exhaustion, emotional exhaustion, mental exhaustion
  • body weakness, muscle weakness, lethargy, achy body, bones, joints
  • hyper states, restless, edgy, can’t relax, can’t rest or get comfortable, mind races despite exhausted body
  • extreme emotional phases, crying, weeping, mourning, feeling higher love for all beings etc.
  • glorious changes and expansions in consciousness, perceptions, quantum knowing things vs. linear thinking
  • major ego dismantling

There are many more symptoms but you should have a sense of how intense, strange, and multidimensional most of the Ascension Kundalini symptoms are. What’s really important about all this is that it’s happening to you and to increasing numbers of people every minute of every day now and why. Again, fear not because it’s a positive sign of our compressed evolution, our expanding consciousness and all the positive things that naturally comes with it.
