The Negative Human Ego & Team Dark

Over the past 19 years I’ve written online about the Ascension Process, I’ve received numerous emails from people around the world asking me a variety of questions about it, the majority have been about the negativity they’re experiencing because they’re living it. I received a few emails from some people in different countries like this in May 2022, and because of that, I feel this topic needs a serious, sobering dose of honesty and clarity laid on it.

People without the ability to honestly discern for themselves—and lack of true knowledge about these things—are easily tricked into all sorts of negative Team Dark inverted information, lies, untruths and distortions about the Ascension Process, about Lightworking, about energy transmuting, about self, the human ego, energy parasitism and many other related things and don’t realize it. The second layer of this serious problem is that those people spread the lies that Team Dark has told them online, causing more and more people to believe those lies and distortions. This is a classic Team Dark tactic that’s worked very well on many people throughout these ascension years. Obviously, they still are as you’ll see in these emails I’ve received in May 2022 from a few people in different countries.

♦ Pre-Ascension Process Human Ego — An aspect of human identity, sense of self, and a 3D tool to navigate the old low frequency patriarchal earth world and reality.

♦ The Negative Human Ego — The low side of the human ego that feels and expresses greed, hate, fear, is manipulative, power obsessed, fame and fortune seeking, emotionally needy, controlling, deceptive, elitist, violence and a thousand other negative things.

Imposter Entities & Imposter Spirits

I’m going to borrow Lisa Renee’s term ‘Imposter entities and spirits’ to express this. Normally I lump it all in my heading of Team Dark (TD), because that’s what they all are. This distinction needs to be made however so people better understand some of TD’s tactics on humans during this evolutionary Ascension Process and end of the Neptunian Piscean Age. I deliberately included Neptunian because there’s monumental global human Neptunian deception, delusion, self-deceptions, self-delusions, intentional mass deceptions and mass delusions rampant now on this planet. So much of this has to do with the end of the Age of Pisces and its ruling planet Neptune, and the low, negative aspects of the human ego and consciousness.

Negative human egos, global and personal Neptunian deceptions and self-delusions, and Team Dark taking advantage of every access point in each of us evolving, ascending humans alive now. A type of perfect negative storm for people that don’t understand the multidimensional seriousness of what’s really happening; cannot discern for themselves; who haven’t done near enough personal Inner ascension Work on themselves; and the endless lies coming from everywhere constantly. Especially in and through the ascension communities online and elsewhere.

I’ve stressed the absolute need for discernment for years and I’ve tried in numerous articles to explain why it’s so important for every person to learn to discern — learn how to read energies, read energy signatures for themselves. ‘Energy signature’ is a term someone created that simply refers to the energies that each living physical human gives off, and the energies that each nonphysical, nonhuman being both positive and negative, both Service to Self and Service to Others, entity, alien, demon, dead human spirit etc. naturally gives off.

Being in the frequency range vicinity of a Lightbeing or an Angelic feels radically different from being in the frequency range vicinity of a negative alien, entity or demon. In fact, it’s very easy to feel the energetic differences between different nonphysical, nonhuman beings and entities. It’s something that once experienced, one never forgets. Contact with both high and low beings, entities, aliens and the energies each gives off is something permanently imprinted in your body, heart and consciousness forever.

I’ve had numerous people from around the world email me about something they’re experiencing that they believe, suspect or know is negative. In other cases, the person emailing me does not realize that what they’re experiencing is negative, but honestly believes it to be entirely positive and of the highest Light and for the ascension. I received another of these emails in May 2022, from someone I’ll call J from another country. His is one more of so many I’ve received over the years that have all been very similar.

J told me his story and it’s an all too common one unfortunately. J said he’s been experiencing an etheric device placed in him in 2017, three more of them since then, that are what he called ‘energetic clearing devices that clears the crap from people’s auras automatically.’ He went on to say, ‘The first device went in five years ago in 2017, and have become ever more elaborate, sophisticated and debilitating ever since.’

J went on to tell me that, ‘His Guide since 2019, Kuthumi, leads a large group of beings who operate and maintain these shit clearing devices through possibly hundreds or even thousands of people working 24 hours a day. You can imagine the problems I have been experiencing with dark forces as a result of what is being done through me. What I also find interesting is no matter what I do, I can’t stop what is being done through me. It just continues day after day to varying degrees and although I block it to a certain degree, it just continues by force. All I am told is “Acceptance”. Accept what you came to do and accept what can’t be changed. There is no other solution.’

Every filthy, obscene, deceptive, ascension derailing word of what’s been told to J sounds and feels like the highest Light coming from a high being or master or teacher or alien of Light, right? Right?  RIGHT?

If any of what J said he’s been told by this Imposter Entity sounds and feels to you to be coming from a real etheric Master or any other nonphysical being of Light, then you’re at high risk of being duped and energetically used and worse too.

‘You can imagine the problems I have been experiencing with dark forces as a result of what is being done through me.’  

No, no J, it’s a result of what’s being done TO YOU by dark forces.

You bought into what a negative Team Dark ‘Imposter Entity or Spirit’ tricked you into believing and allowed it to use you and your lifeforce to energetically feed itself. These Team Dark creatures, aliens and entities are all energy parasites, energy vampires. You’ve been duped by one of many of these negative nonphysical, nonhuman Team Dark entities into believing that by allowing this to be done to you and your physical and etheric bodies that you are doing “positive energy work on and for other people”. Other people that, by the sounds of your email, did not ask you to do it to or for them. All that trespassing, lying and parasitic energy theft is 100% how Team Dark works. All that is precisely the exact opposite of how Team Light works.

Does everyone see how this negative Team Dark Imposter Entity has tricked J into believing it’s an old Mahatma known in the past physical world as Koot Hoomi/Kuthumi? Do you see how this Imposter Entity or Spirit has duped J into believing that the increasing body pains he’s been suffering for years are caused by the “positive energy work” he’s doing by clearing energetic crap from other people?

What a clever distortion manipulation usage of the human beliefs about the normal Ascension Process physical body symptom aches and pains many feel and live with due to the ongoing evolution of ourselves, physical bodies and consciousness. Team Dark Imposters convince whoever they can that what their negative etheric feeding devices siphoning off his/her lifeforce physical pains and energy depletions are caused by him/her “doing energy clearing on other people.” Do you see how Team Dark works and what they use against humans such as our own negative egos and self-deceptions and deceptions we buy into coming from other people?

Some people with a little bit of online or book knowledge about the current ascension often come under the influence of Team Dark entities, aliens, creatures and demons because they’re not personally familiar with or capable of discerning energies, entities, aliens or people. Most people automatically and unquestioningly believe that whatever phenomena they’re experiencing and/or perceiving being communicated in whatever form to them is coming wholly from what I call Team Light. Unfortunately, the majority of the time it’s actually Team Dark masquerading as, presenting themselves as, claiming to be the Light, an ascended Master, Jesus, Mary, positive savior aliens and whatever or whomever.

They are etheric imposters. They are negative etheric imposter entities and spirits deliberately tricking and using you, using any unaware human they can, and the more negative ego a person has, the easier and faster it is for Team Dark to do all sorts of horrid things to you and also to your family and friends. If your negative ego is still alive and well, and you can’t discern who’s who and what’s what, then most likely something negative will repeatedly attack you and/or etherically attach on to you to feed from you. And because most people honestly cannot tell if what they’re experiencing is indeed Kuthumi or Jesus or a Team Dark Imposter Entity or Spirit, they’re easily tricked into some very serious life, sanity and ascension threatening situations such as what J has been experiencing for years.

Another email I received in May 2022, was from a young woman I’ve emailed back and forth with occasionally over the past few years. This time she wanted to know if I was aware of any recent changes with Team Dark because she and one of her young children have again been experiencing negativity, and negative etheric and physical dream manipulations and attempted mind control-like suggestions. [In years past I too have experienced nonphysical, nonhuman Team Dark entities telling me to ‘Kill myself’.  They’ll try anything and everything.]

Because this person asked me to be deceptive for her for reasons I won’t go into, plus some other deceptive things she said to me concerning what she told me, I’m dealing with her differently than I’d first planned. The reason for this is because she asked me to be deceptive in my article so she could continue some deception(s) she has with some of her friends.

What is deceptive in humans? The negative human ego. And a lot of “fluffy” ascension folks with egos they’ve not transmuted and transcended yet, don’t believe in Team Dark, or that people like them could ever be affected by anything negative. Self-deceptions, deceptive group beliefs, negative human egos, general bullshit delusions and Team Dark ever there using you and your negative ego and egoic issues like crazy continually.

We’ve reached the point in this where everyone needs to know that as nasty, vile, evil, filthy and against Source God Light that Team Dark is, that Team Dark gets at us through whatever ego-based thing, large or small, that WE still have within ourselves.

Team Dark are parasitic, vampiric energy predators, hungry-hungry monsters always searching for a way into each of us to energetically feed off us, manipulate, direct, derail, control and prevent our ascension, and those entry points, those access points are our negative egos and as yet unresolved ego-based issues. Negative ego itself, fears, desires, needs, weaknesses, self-delusions, delusions of grandeur, greed, power over others, control over others, fame, fortune and so on.

Human ego exists in the lower frequencies where Team Dark have existed, where Imposter Entities and Spirits and much more have existed. Work on your ego-based issues, whatever they are, and after a lot of hard, honest, continual personal Inner Work, you’ll incrementally ascend beyond that frequency range and its negative residents and their influences. This has always been about you, about me, about each one of us individually transmuting ourselves, not other people. That lie is Team Dark speaking and working through the religious inversions they created for the entire 2,100+ years of the past Piscean Age to derail and control humanity during those years and now during this time of evolutionary ascension.

It doesn’t matter how many expensive crystals you own, how many etheric guides and others you have, how many followers you have, how many angels you can call in. None of those things matters one bit if you have lower negative human ego and ego-based issues you haven’t yet resolved, transmuted and transcended in yourself. Period. End of all bullshit, lies, cons, hustles, deceptions, self-deceptions, self-delusions, false projections of yourself at friends and family.

You get yourself to ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans by becoming a NEW Human!

None of us can take any of that old lower egoic crap with us into ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans. Not a drop, so stop trying to fool those of us that honestly can tell who’s still got negative ego and personal ego-based issues they haven’t deal with in themselves yet. More importantly, stop fooling yourself about this. The sooner you honestly understand this one about the Ascension Process, the sooner you’ll “get there”. This is precisely how those people that are not ready for NEW Earth are kept out of it — by their old negative egos and ego-based issues.

I know from personal experience that the higher I evolve, ascend, embody etc., the less and less Team Dark is able to get at me directly. They still try, especially when I have moments of doubt, worry or weakness of any kind, but it has lessened over the years, plus the more I change due to the ongoing Ascension and Embodiment Processes, the more they alter their tactics on me. The same can be said about each and every one of us, so pay attention and be honest with yourselves. What’s honestly more important to you? You evolving, ascending to NEW Earth or you maintaining your old negative ego and all the issues it still has?

Team Dark can and does tell humans whatever they know that human will personally respond to, and they work from there. Any weakness, any fear, any wound, any negative ego, any ego-based anything any of us still has, and I mean ANY OF US including myself in any moment, is precisely where Team Dark Imposter Entities and/or Spirits and the rest of them easily gain access to each of us.

I’ll tell you what I told J.

That is NOT of the Light and NOT who and what you’ve been duped into believing it or he or she or they are. It is an Imposter Entity that’s using you to feed off of energetically and lying to you that everything that’s happened and continues happening is because you’re “clearing negativity out of other people.” Classic Team Dark reversal con job. And sadly, these types of Team Dark negative lies and etheric actions are far more common within the spiritual ascension communities.

This is what you get when you are not capable of honestly being able to discern energies, read energies, read different beings, aliens, entities and dead humans’ energies or “signatures” for yourself. This or something similar is often what you get when you have undealt with ego-based issues you’ve not honestly Worked your way through and transmuted yet. People that haven’t cleared their own ego-based personal stuff, junk, wounds, issues etc. are easily duped by Team Dark lies into believing they’re doing positive ascension Work when the truth is they’ve become an energetic food source for some Team Dark alien or entity or dead human Imposter claiming it’s Kuthumi or Jesus or a Pleiadean or an Archangel or and ascended Master.

True, honest, actual Ascension Work is on ourselves, not anyone else. That is how you truly help others — you Work on yourself.

This massive confusion and ego-based self-delusion about some of the Ascension Process is because so many people have read online articles, posts (including some of mine), books and watched ascension videos that were in years past and currently are specifically intended for Volunteers, First Everythingers, Forerunners and Starseeds, not unaware and energetically and psychologically unprepared people on lower ascension energy stairsteps. But this is one thing that has happened when multidimensional, Mystery School level information is openly shared online and people that are not ready for it read it or watch it in videos and their egos want and believe they are Volunteers when they’re not, and their egos want and believe they’re Forerunners when they are not. The true Volunteers and Forerunners considered this and more before we incarnated as Volunteers and Forerunners of the Ascension Process and decided it was a side effect that had to be risked for the greatest, highest good of All. And this is another reason why I’ve repeatedly stressed the need for each person to learn how to discern energies, beings, aliens, humans and all else for themselves. 

Forget about “helping others” and help yourself. Work on yourself constantly, and by that, I mean honestly remember that you are an aspect of Divine Source God currently in a physical life of evolving a lot in one, fast lifetime. We all are, and your only job, your only mission is you becoming more of You and YOU in this lifetime by utilizing all the NEW evolutionary Light energies, templates and codes that are constantly raining down on every living thing on Earth now and embodying them. You aren’t needed to clear anything in anyone else, that’s Team Dark trying to derail you from living and embodying the Ascension Process. Deal with your stuff and junk, your negative ego and ego-based issues to get yourself clean and cleared and forget about the rest of it. You do that, you’ll increasingly and automatically know what to do next for yourself and the greatest, highest good of All. First things first, however.

An Ascension Kundalini Process Story

This persons name is being withheld but Thank You D****** for allowing me to share your Ascension related experience publicly. ❤ I know we both sincerely hope that your personal experiences, as horrific as they were, may help other readers who already have, currently are, or will be experiencing varying degrees of the unexpected evolutionary Ascension Process which typically includes sudden and completely unsolicited Kundalini activation in the unaware subject.

“I’m in the middle of recovering from a rather traumatic experience that, I’m fairly certain was/has been a particularly extreme and unpleasant awakening experience, if my readings on the topic and intuition have been any indication. I don’t really have anyone I can feel comfortable talking to about what I experienced and am having a hard time convincing myself I didn’t somehow manage to break my mind or end up slowly going insane in some other manner.

My experience has been so far-reaching and also supremely bizarre at its extreme limits that I don’t even know how to properly do it justice. Right up until about February 2017 or so I was basically what one would call an open-minded atheist or perhaps an agnostic, I was open to many possibilities, but at that point my experiences and primary beliefs were very firmly ensconced in a standard material paradigm. However, things began to fall apart several months after I began some experiments in dietary alteration coupled with fasting protocols of increasing zeal and intensity.

I started personal experiments in fasting in early December of last year. These experiments followed and also built on what was previously a nearly two years process in progressively more robust dietary alterations that had initially been the result of me attempting to find a way to cure type 2 diabetes that I had been diagnosed with. I actually managed to eradicate the diabetes before I even started fasting, but I couldn’t resist the impulse to test the limits of the human body’s innate healing capabilities that are opened up during a sustained fasting state.

The results were absolutely incredible and caused me to start to re-evaluate my stance on just how ‘stupid’ various religious and spiritual traditions where about how they understood the world and the way the human body functioned. I noticed that many traditions appeared to sync periods of fasting and bodily purification to specific seasonal cycles and that these periods were often consistent across traditions, cultures and geographies, so, in a fit of inspiration I decided to try to ‘observe’ lent as an experiment to see what would happen if I mixed a hyper minimalist fruit/vegetable diet with fasting over the Lenten period. This is when things started to get weird. They didn’t get full off the rails weird at that point, but the initial shape was definitely starting to take form.

Once again, I’ll try to cliff’s notes the progression of things and what/why I took certain actions, but, basically, over the Lenten period and the following months my body, the way it reacted to stimuli and my perceptions of things started to change. I started to have these very intense ‘experiences’, visions, tingling sensations in my body, weird intuitive feelings I’d never had before. At one point, during an experiment in fasting without food or water, I had a series of utterly overpowering experiences that resulted in, among other things, large amounts of parasitic worms being ejected from my body. I had wounds open up and then heal more rapidly than wounds normally heal, strange small objects would be ejected from my skin, I’d get random periods of feeling strange electric tingling sensation course over areas of my body and waves of cold would hit specific subsections of my body accompanied by the hair in that specific region only standing right on end.

All these experiences should have been overwhelming, but it seemed obvious to me that I’d somehow stumbled onto some sort of profound healing mechanism and some sort of important and profound array of spiritual experiences that I didn’t understand, but hat also meant I could no longer pretend that there weren’t actually strange and wonderful powers at work in the world.

Up until that point, the experiences where weird and bizarre, but I could handle them alright, however, the magnitude of the experiences started to get stronger and stronger and a series of events resulted in me ending up spending 20 days in a psych ward. I can’t begin to describe what I experienced in that place, but the problem is a fair bit of what I experienced during the three days leading up to my confinement and the 20 days in the ward itself make more sense within the context of what people like you and other ascension writers have described than any other explanation I’ve been able to come up with. There was a period of several days where I was struggling to comprehend time because it had seemed to become nonlinear and I no longer felt properly anchored in it. At certain periods, time around me seemed to slow down to an absolute crawl even while I appeared to be moving at normal speed. During this period, I could bruise or papercut myself quite easily by simply gently brushing into an object.

I was filled with a strange sensation that I was simultaneously being held by hostile forces and that some sort of incredibly benevolent entities were themselves present within the ward trying to assist me. Light and conductive surfaces in the ward appeared to exhibit unusual qualities, I kept being struck with the feeling that my physical body wasn’t quite ‘real’ and that instead I had another body that I couldn’t see that was the one that I really needed to be concerned about and that this body had qualities that I didn’t quite understand. For some reason, I developed a very strong aversion to plastic feeling that making skin contact with it somehow drained energy out of me in a way that was viscerally unpleasant.

Anyway, I’ve already gone on too long and probably taken up enough of your time, but I’m struggling to understand what exactly was going on, because I believe very firmly that some very real things that don’t fit into my old paradigm or any of the normal ones I’m familiar with were occurring, but I have no idea how to go about finding out what, exactly occurred and I can’t even begin to figure out how to find people I can safely talk to about this stuff.

I look at people like you talking about 3D and 5D consciousness, altered perceptions of time and ethereal entities that exist out of phase with the world most of us are used to and as recently as 3 months ago I would have laughed at how crazy it all sounded and now I’m left with the unsettling idea that either I’m crazy, or the world as I know it is a quite different place from the world as I knew it even two weeks before I was hospitalized. I have no idea how to adjust, adapt or properly account for this change in my understanding of reality the strain of trying to integrate it into my life feels like it’s burning me out. I’m afraid to go out into the world and interact with people or talk to my friends, because I no longer feel like I understand how the world works and I don’t know how to engage with them in a way that will seem natural or functional anymore. I used to absolutely adore science and exploring the world in that way and now, it’s like my entire framework for understanding has been toppled like a house of cards and I don’t know which way is up or how to reorient myself in a way that lets me actually live my life effectively.

I’m sorry for this long run-on two-part letter, but I hoped maybe you might be able to offer some sort of guidance or insight into my situation. As difficult as it is for me to accept, the framework people talking about vibrational energies and ascension processes put forward makes a ton more sense as a way of explaining the weird stuff I’ve experienced and seen manifest around me than a more conventional understanding of reality would allow for and so I’m left with little choice but to reach out to someone like you, who seems to know what they’re talking about and has made blog entries in the past that eerily match up to my own experiences over the past 5 months or so. This piece in particular was distressingly on point with my own experiences regarding a series of dreams/visions I had around the published time period that were overwhelming and inexplicable to me at the time.”

My own sudden Ascension Kundalini Process activation began February 1999, and was equally as intense in its own ways as this woman’s, but mine was and continues to be slightly different because I’m an ascension Volunteer First Everything-er Lightworker.

Pain, fear, trauma, shock, confusion, self-doubt, negative beings, psychic attacks, higher expanded states of bliss and visions etc. are universal when experienced by humans; intense to the nearly incomprehensible extreme and entirely isolating in its outside the accepted reality box that old lower frequency human patriarchal consciousness, society, the Big Pharma medical machine and all other matching frequency realities and humans clings to as the one and only truth.

But such is the Dark Night of the Soul, and when a person is suddenly activated by the current evolutionary Ascension Process (AP) to evolve into much more than what they have been in all ways, it’s a harrowing and usually lengthy process that literally transforms every person that lives it. Physical, emotional, mental, energetic, cellular, spiritual, psychic and consciousness evolution from as low, extreme and negative a level of Duality and Duality consciousness and external reality and life on a prison planet that global humanity has existed in for thousands of years, up to what’s happening in 2017 and beyond, which is Humanities Global Dark Night of the Soul, is serious and difficult for everyone no matter which different energetic Stair-step (level and phase) each of us are currently at within this evolutionary process.

This is not a little bit of evolution, not a little bit of progress and change for people and the global human collective, but a massive unimaginable evolutionary leap from complete darkness and global negativity, duality, separation, dis-empowerment, corruption, distortions, lies about everything, weakness and sickness in all ways up to, humanity evolving from negativity, darkness and total separation in all ways up to Light and Unity in all ways individually and collectively. This great of an evolutionary leap as what humanity, Earth and beyond is currently experiencing requires equally large and dramatic individual and species-wide evolutionary changes, growth, repeated releasing of all old lower frequency patriarchal everything and constant evolutionary expanding into the NEW higher frequency Light and matching levels of consciousness, physical body, life and external reality.

And if that weren’t a big enough evolutionary leap, it’s happening in our current lifetimes, as in just one I mean! And it hurts physically, emotionally, mentally and in every other way one can think of. This is to be expected however when individuals—and now global humanity—experience living the Alchemical transformations personally. In late 2017, this living Alchemical Ascension Process is being experienced by global humanity, ready or not, believe in it or not. Earth too is shaking, quaking, erupting, flooding, burning and being torn apart repeatedly by hurricanes, tornadoes, storms and all types of elemental extremes. This is part of the Ascension Process as well because Earth/Gaia has ascended too and is still living this process. We’re all in this fully now and together.

I could talk on and on about the Ascension Process (AP) and the Embodiment Process (EP), which is what the Forerunners have been doing since the start of the AP decades ago. We Embody the NEW Light and Codes within in it first in our physical bodies then anchor them into the physical dimension and ascending Earth world for humanity coming along behind us.

However, what’s most important for the people new to the evolutionary Ascension Process and information about it, is that they realize what it is and that it’s happening globally and not just to them like some weird, isolated case of craziness and extreme. People need to know that they’re not alone in all this, which is why Ascension teachers like myself and certain others have written about, documented what we’ve been personally experiencing, learning, discovering and remembering about all of this online for over a decade. Just knowing that these painful and often terrifying physical, astral, etheric, paranormal, supernatural experiences are “normal” during compressed periods of evolution such as what’s happening now makes it easier to deal with. Just knowing too that the old lower frequency and consciousness patriarchal country/countries falling apart now in accelerated ways is due to the Ascension Process makes things a bit less stressful as well.

Evolving—mind you in one lifetime—from a carbon-based, ego-centered human with separated Duality consciousness and external reality and life to, a crystalline-based, HighHeart-centered human with Triality frequency, consciousness and growing external reality and life of Light that exist within a higher frequency and higher dimensional level of being, consciousness and external physical reality is nearly impossible to wrap one’s brain around. It gets easier the deeper into the AP one travels however but at first what most people experience, feel, think, dream, see, hear, smell, encounter is so bizarre, so incredible, supernatural and absolutely nightmarish at times while utterly blissful at other times that the whole business is often way too much. Too much until you read about another person’s experiences with the AP and/or the EP processes then the entire “craziness” and severity suddenly takes on a very different meaning. It doesn’t immediately remove all the ultra-weirdness and pains and pressures compressed evolution causes, but it does help a great deal to know that one is NOT alone in all this and that in fact it’s normal for what’s happening to humanity and the planet and beyond now.

When you honestly think about the bottom of the barrel darkness and negativity that humanity has existed in for thousands of years and that suddenly all that begins Alchemically transmuting all their accumulated dank old “Lead” into vastly higher frequency “Gold”, then much of the over-the-top personal experiences of transmutation people go through takes on a different intensity and overall heartfelt respect from the reader of such things. Is it any wonder that most people evolving now suddenly find themselves repeatedly purging their guts, hearts, minds, bodies, bowels and psyches out for months and/or years? Not really. This is one HUGE evolutionary shift we’re talking about and living.

Is it any wonder that some people suddenly experiencing the AP would look, act, sound, talk and behave like they never have before? Not really. I remember the first decade of my AP and how obvious it was to strangers that “something was wrong with me” because I looked so strange, red-hot, toxic, angry, sick and borderline deranged at times, not to mention fighting for my physical life and soul at times as well. [Those who go first (Forerunners) encounter the swift and automatic countermeasures from Team Dark — negative nonphysical beings, aliens, entities and Portal People physical humans that are puppets of the nonphysical, nonhuman aliens and beings etc.— in a long attempt to stop us, derail us, drive us mad or kill us.]

At first all this is about clearing out all the accumulated density, negativity and separation etc. we’ve each collected on our lengthy travels through physical incarnations across time on Earth and elsewhere. As if that weren’t enough however, as the old lower everything is being removed from each of us in every way imaginable by evolutionary Light and much more, we also go through the equally painful and confusing process of Embodying the NEW higher frequency Light and NEW Light Codes. So first it’s out with the old lower stuff and very quickly after that, often simultaneously actually, it’s in with the NEW higher stuff so the whole AP becomes one big ongoing mashup of ugly negativity and density being purged while Divine NEW Light and other marvels and glorious freedom enters and you just feel all beat-up and exhausted for a good long while. Again, this is normal so fear not and just keep living The Process as willingly as you’re capable of. Surrender to it in other words because it hurts less to do so and these processes can unfold within you more quickly when you stop resisting or fighting or being in fear and self-doubt over all that you and your body and central nervous system are going through.

Some Not Considered Aspects of the Ascension & Embodiment Processes

How many Forerunners/Wayshowers/Embodiers knew that 2017 was going to be like this?! I didn’t. I did know it would be a continuation and ongoing amplification of how outrageous it’s been every year since 2013, with improvements unfolding constantly in each of us willing and able to continue progressing (releasing more density to Embody more Light) within the Ascension and Embodiment Process. But there were, are and no doubt will be more things I didn’t consider with everything that’s happening in 2017. Things both personal and collective. Things both of the Light and the Dark. Things far beyond them both and old lower Duality Consciousness.

There’s so much to talk about so I’m just going to do my best to not forget anything (but I will, I always do) and cover as many of these early 2017 difficulties, pains, insanity, evolutionary brilliance, other people not coping well with it all, Ascension & Embodiment Process side effects, becoming increasingly conscious of being a Multidimensional Being in a physical body and learning how to function from that NEW platform, the weirdness of living in a constant state of flux and change in linear time and quantum no time and/or in the Now Moment, and the slow-motion realization of how to exist physically in a fifth dimensional (5D) world and how to Consciously Create from this NEW level of being and current awareness. And naturally it all will be changed some more later today, tomorrow, the day after that and so on because this is “life” now; constant, moment to moment evolution into something so much better and more grand but not quite grasping it all yet. That statement is both spiritually and energetically stunning and bust-a-Buddha Belly-gut hilarious.

What Happens When More Team Dark Timelines & Stolen Systems Are Shutdown & Taken Back From Them?

Fast answer is, a whole lot more Light Energies can and do immediately come in which naturally pushes everyone into even greater Embodiment and ongoing evolutionary Ascension. See, there’s one of those not considered things I was talking about earlier. We Forerunners/Wayshowers/Embodiers get so involved in The Work we do in and through ourselves and our bodies for Self and ALL that we often don’t slow down long enough to consider what’s most likely going to happen next, and next, and next because of it and much more.

So we recently had seven Solar flares intentionally aimed directly at Saturn, Lord of Building & Maintaining Anything In Physicality, which was a Divine Cease and Desist Order to Team Dark (TD), preventing them from continuing to utilize that planet and its energies to further control and imprison any timeline(s) and beings in it/them. And it worked of course, which instantly caused some pretty large and far-reaching energetic repercussions throughout different worlds, timelines and dimensions. This next sentence is super important, and it’s taken me far too long to honestly and fully grasp this as a fact and reality inside my body and self/Self.

The Divine, cosmic, galactic, stellar, planetary, multidimensional battles, wars, fights, struggles, changes, successes, positive growth, highly compressed evolution, tremendous progress, ongoing expansions, ongoing integration and everything else that has been, is, and will be taking place up and out there in the higher dimensions and other worlds, other galaxies, universes, multiverses etc… also takes place inside each of our physical bodies, consciousness and individual incarnate selves, lives and physical reality.

Breath and re-read that sentence again please. Don’t do anything else but consider that fact, for yourself, in your body, in your life and reality now. As above, so below. We are the macro and the micro. Why? Because we’re Multidimensional Beings that are direct aspects, fragments of Divine Source dispersed everywhere simultaneously. Everything that’s taking place now via the evolutionary Ascension & Embodiment Process is happening “out there” and “in here” in each of us and our bodies and consciousness. We are all One, there is no separation from Divine Source. The “end times” are happening “out there” and “in here”, in each of us and our bodies and consciousness. We are the agents of evolutionary change, all the way down into every cell and nerve in our physical bodies.

Let’s continue with that last thought held high and proudly overhead like a great, glowing crown of empowered Beingness. ⭐

So if you/me/we are in all places and dimensions simultaneously, and we’ve reached that point within the evolutionary Ascension & Embodiment Process (AP) where we now HAVE to have that awareness in us consciously all the time, then things start to make a bit more sense. More sense as to why things physically hurt and ache in the ways they now do in 2017. Why things emotionally hurt and don’t hurt at all now like they do in 2017. Why things seem like they’re more important than anything has EVER been before and simultaneously, not important much at all really. Just know much more for the Neutral Observer HighHeart Self. Why things seem so freaking insane and wildly frustrating at times and simultaneously so profoundly perfect and expected for what’s happening everywhere now in 2017. Why things excite and inspire one moment, and in the next one you could care less one way or the other about much of anything. Why things are working and not working. Why things are falling apart and coming together in higher, NEW ways every minute of every day and night now in 2017. Why people are the most lovely, frustrating, evolving, blossoming, insane, distorted, monstrous pains in the ass/heart glorious Beings that you want to LOVE more than ever before, and/or you could care less because you know from Higher Awareness that all is in Perfect Divine Order right now, every moment even when it doesn’t feel or look like it.

What Happens When Some More of Your Higher Self is Embodied in Your Physical Body & Current Level of Consciousness?

Fast answer is, you and your body become, every time this happens remember, the location where a whole bunch more of NEW to you/me/us stuff starts happening. Why? Because those NEW things used to take place in higher dimensions and were dealt with by other aspects of your/my/our Higher Selves and/or other higher beings that are “us” at those different levels. But, with each next-level phase of our Embodiment Process, a little more and a little more of our Higher Self takes up residence in our physical bodies and selves, consciousness and lives, which obviously changes everything dramatically. It also means that more and more of those things, those jobs, that Work etc. that took place in higher dimensions and was dealt with by higher aspects of ourselves up there, is now increasingly able to take place in us and our physical bodies and selves/Selves down here in this increasing 5D physical dimension. “Upper Management” is increasingly moving down into you/me/us which means there’s a lot we’re quickly having to learn or re-learn as we Embody more and more of IT.

Like many of you reading this I too have waited for my physical body to instantly and magically turn into a crystalline, shining, radiating beacon of higher dimensional Divine Light Energies, with diamond sprinkles on top. Instead of all that, I’ve still got senior aged Denise that’s overweight and continues to need to eat, sleep, shower and use the bathroom.  :/   Not very exalted is it? Not yet at least.

My point is that too many of us have believed that something other than what’s happening now was what was going to be happening now. We believed that we’d externally look like what we’ve gone through internally for two or more decades. God knows we deserve it after all we’ve been through with the AP, but so far, we’re still hauling around our tired, sore, oftentimes bloated to the extreme, swollen, nauseous, achy physical meat spacesuit, albeit with more and more of our Higher Self in it now too and probably shocked and complaining about how uncomfortable, restrictive, dense and stinky it is in there. I jest, or so I hope.

I’ve had lifelong conscious memories of my out-of-body sojourns in higher dimensions and what I’ve experienced and seen while there. It’s been amazing seeing some of the Beings I have in other dimensions and realities, and because of these lifelong Multi-D experiences, I think I can grasp a bit better about the Embodiment Process and how it feels to both sides, both aspects that are living this Process now.

How many of you have, during these many AP years, suddenly looked at something and not recognized it, not known what it was or was used for or what it’s called etc.? I remember one of the first times I experienced this back in the late 1990s. I saw some common everyday item and didn’t know what it was and I wondered why in the world that was. This has happened many times since then and I’ve come to realize that it was more than just the common Ascension Process side effect of our consciousness expanding repeatedly via the Rewiring Process and having temporary “brain fog” and “losing nouns” etc. I eventually understood that what I was experiencing was much like what’s been called ‘Soul Braiding’ or ‘Oversoul Merge’. I realized that the reason “I”, whoever that was at that time, had never seen the 3D physical object(s) in question and that’s why “I” didn’t know what they were, what they’re were used for what they were or called. In other words, this Embodiment Process has been at times over the past twenty years and counting, observed and felt from the point of view of that aspect that was incoming and not from the Denise aspect that’s already here. Two-way street, and sometimes we get to perceive and feel this Embodiment Process from one or the other or both directions, sides and points of awareness, which is really interesting when it happens to you/You.

The other side of this is from our incarnate physical side where things often feel uncomfortable, strange, alien, cause different types of pain both physically and emotionally etc. The same could be said however from the incoming aspect, and that it feels uncomfortable, strange, alien, causes different types of pain and temporary confusion etc. It takes a minimum of two to Tango, and both have their legitimate but very different points of perspective and awareness etc. Marriage takes some getting used to Embodiers, and we’ve barely begun the Honeymoon phase.

Another aspect of this Higher/Lower Merging, Sacred Marriage, Embodiment Process that I’ve found to be totally unexpected is that sometimes I can no longer tell what’s physically “real” and what isn’t. Having been born clairvoyant and all the other clairs too, I’ve always known when I was Seeing anything that was non-physical. It was intense, dramatic and stood out like crazy and was instantly known to me to be a non-physical something or someone that I was Seeing. However, over these many AP years this lifelong ability has, along with most others, evolved into something NEW and vastly more complex as is to be expected. And, as usual, every time this happens I don’t get a NEW and Updated Instruction Manual with every incoming NEW ability. They just arrive and I’m left to figure out what’s happened, what’s changed and how things work now because of those changes.

For many years now when I clairvoyantly See something I oftentimes don’t instantly recognize, like I always could before the AP started, that what I’m Seeing is actually something non-physical. When I See it and it looks to me like something physical, I react to it as if it is physical. Question with this one is, why can’t a lifelong Clairvoyant all the sudden tell the difference between something physical and something non-physical?  Fast answer is, because those old borders between the physical dimension and the non-physical ones have been nearly nonexistent for twenty-plus years now. 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D and higher no longer have those same old discernable energetic borders that clearly outlined one dimension from another. Why? One big reason is that you/me/each of us is becoming increasingly consciously Multidimensional, meaning we’re functioning in more than just the physical dimension and rapidly becoming conscious of this fact, even when we don’t necessarily understand it or recognize it immediately! So much so that some of us are having to learn and/or re-learn what’s physical and what isn’t because it’s all looking and feeling like the same thing to us — “real” and solid etc. no matter where it and we are at the time we perceive it. Said another way, the old rules, systems, perceptions and abilities aren’t in-play anymore because we have, are and will continue to be evolving far beyond them. Because of this fact, things look and feel and act very differently than what many of us are used to in our incarnations up to these ongoing evolutionary changes internally and therefore externally as well. Expect the unexpected in your 5D self and abilities, perceptions, HighHeart Consciousness, and your HighHeart Consciously Created reality and life. Open more to it all and be dazzled by the growing extraordinary both in you and around you. ❤

Here’s another interesting AP (Ascension Process) and EP (Embodiment Process) change I’ve dealt with increasingly so over the past few years. Dreaming while wide awake and doing other things physically. No, I’m not talking about daydreaming or about imagining or envisioning, but about full-fledged, altered state of consciousness such as when we’re naturally deep asleep and dreaming, dreaming. I can be up, moving around doing physical things and simultaneously feel another part or aspect of “me” is dreaming just like when I’m asleep and dreaming. It took me a while to discern this one because I automatically assumed (bad thing to do while in the throes of mass evolution!), that I was just thinking about other things, not actually awake AND dreaming at the same time. But, that’s what it turned out to be, and this too is merely another aspect of our continuing evolution and some of our NEW, highly interesting super powers. 😉

The more you/me/we release our focus and memories etc. on the old lower frequency dense Duality patriarchal world and reality, the less you/me/we exist within it. It’s that simple and that difficult to master, but it’s what we’ve done all along. Release the old lower and continue to take on, take in, Embody more and more of the NEW higher and things will make more sense and get easier and much faster during this mega transition period. We’re more there than most of us realize or understand yet, so keep doing your Great Works and all else naturally falls into place and makes more sense as you better understand the NEW 5D rules. Much more is coming and soon and isn’t that just perfect and wonderful. ❤

The Last 3 Portals of this Third 9-Year Cycle

The 10-10, 11-11 and 12-12 portals of every year have always felt extra important to me, like a highlighted set of year end trinity energy Stair-steps. 2016 energetically being a 9 energy year of COMPLETIONS, and it happening at the end of this long Ascension Process Galactic Alignment, feels monumentally important and final. Very ancient reality doors are swiftly and permanently closing behind us and vanishing as we successively cross each of 2016’s last 9 energy 10-10, 11-11 and 12-12 trinity portals. This is both incredibly exciting and simultaneously slightly unnerving as we traverse these particular evolutionary steps up into a totally NEW space, world and reality — 2017 = 1 energy year of NEW BEGINNINGS but this will take place in a NEW higher world reality. We’ve made the lengthy voyage around the massive spiral in time and space and are currently evolving up to a NEW higher rung on the spiral, and in a higher dimension as well.

We’ve been through three (triality) nine-yearlong cycles within this Ascension Process, however this is the last one within the old patriarchal world we all incarnated into. Needless to say, that makes this time much more intense and powerful in its triple 9 energy-like completeness and stark finality. I was thinking the other day about the 3 nine-yearlong cycles I’ve lived through that began in late 1990 early 1991 and coincided with the start of my Initiatic, once-in-a-lifetime Uranus Opposition transit. An Ascension Process time-coded trigger began back then with the start of the first of the three nine-yearlong cycles and many Forerunners were activated then to begin their personal evolutionary Ascension Process plus start fulfilling their Soul Contracts as ‘Volunteers’ on 3D earth. When you step back far enough to better view (and review) your personal evolution and Soul Contracted mission Work just within these three nine-yearlong phases and levels of process, the whole thing takes on a very different look and feel. 9 energies of COMPLETION help each of us do exactly this, especially now as we complete THREE nine-yearlong cycles right now as we transition through the final three gateways of 10-10, 11-11, 12-12.

If you read this fast, it’s just a bunch of random words with some numbers thrown in. If you read this slower and feel into it with honesty, clarity and Higher Awareness, the importance of this time is almost too much to endure, too much to embody, too much to go through and not pee on yourself! Sorry, I had to add that last part just so we’d smile inside briefly while going through all this rare intense business.

I can look back now on these past three nine-yearlong cycles—approximately 27 years—and see how we had to Work on certain things throughout the nine years of each cycle and level of the Ascension Process. We have indeed been climbing energy Stair-steps all these years and decades and we’re now about to step into a whole NEW higher level that will be nothing like what we’ve been through already. As I’ve considered this recently, I’ve realized how important, how necessary in fact it now is for each of us to let go of whatever it is we must now in these last three gateway portals of this third nine-yearlong cycle as we permanently step out of the old lower and into the NEW higher. It’s felt like we need to quickly now, because we’re days away from reaching the final 11-11, throw off everything that remains in us, our beliefs, our body, consciousness, expectations, life and very reality so we’re empty enough (transparent, clear, high vibe) to cope with existence in the NEW that starts fully via the 1 energies of NEW BEGINNINGS in January 2017. We can’t offload any last tidbits of old lower stuff fast enough at this point.

So far it’s felt to me like these final three portal gateways of 2016 — 10-10, 11-11, 12-12  — and the third nine-yearlong cycle, are literally stripping away—that was code for freeing—each of us from all that’s been and all that we’ve been and done etc. in the old lower world, if we let it. If we don’t, the pressures to evolve into something and someone NEW and different becomes increasingly unbearable. I strongly suggest you spend some time throughout November (11) and December (12) of 2016 doing honest personal inventory of what’s still hanging in your Inner closet gathering dust and weighing you down at this late date. Open your heart and let it go and be consciously aware of how you increase in a number of ways as you do this now.

It goes without saying that the old physical patriarchal world & co. has gone completely mad which isn’t a surprise at all. As it continues doing so however, your job is to ignore it and override it as you unwavering and steadfastly step over its writhing, demented, sick, spewing dying carcass on your way into the NEW higher. This too is part of the Ascension Process and if you’re a Forerunner you’ve been doing this for decades already, so nothing new here other than it’s all become very out in the open finally.

Also and very briefly because this isn’t what this article is about, there’s been some new info recently from a couple of Ascension teachers about—this is my term for this different negative business—Team Dark’s new Aquarian Age high-tech tools, tactics, devices and AI (Artificial Intelligence). To me some of this has been in “Test Mode” throughout all of 2016 on many Forerunners and is why some of us have battled with depression, a sense of being more alone, confusion at times and a sense of hopelessness or it’s all been useless. Because I’m intimately familiar with how Team Dark and negativity feels, sounds, acts and works for the most part, I know when I get down feeling and why occasionally all on my own, but I also know when something has/is intentionally being aimed, directed, ‘beamed’ at me to cause me to feel specific things, believe them and be negatively affected by them therefore making me momentarily ineffectual as a Forerunner Lightbecon.

There’s been a lot of this type negativity aimed at Forerunners and/or anyone that’s embodied enough Light in themselves throughout 2016. Lisa Renee has been writing/teaching about AI and how the negative aliens are using it now against humanity, as has George Kavassilas recently but who I’m much less familiar with, if you’re interested in learning more about this topic. If you do, just keep a HighHeart perspective with this information and with the positive that’s happening simultaneously. You’re multidimensional and can certainly juggle much more than just old lower Duality of Team Dark (TD) and Team Light! You can know more and continue evolving despite the latest negative high-tech tactics and exist well out of range from it.

It is what it is just like it always has been really, it’s just that TD has switched to very Aquarian Age type methods, which they’ve done over the eons every time there was an astrological Age change. They update to continue using the latest energies for themselves. But because of this change in how they interfere with humanity some new info is coming out (AI related including growing Transhumanism etc.) that at first sounds utterly hopeless if you’re a human. It isn’t however if you’re willing to grow, evolve, change and change again and again and again right now as this ascending/descending Separation of Worlds amplifies at the end of 2016 and entrance into 2017. I know you’re tired, exhausted in fact and so am I but I’ll be damned if… you know the rest. 11-11 and 12-12 and the December Solstice lay before us and they will further help lift you/me/us up even higher to override the updated high-tech negativity being aimed at us. For me the first part of 2016 was a real struggle many times, but now with the short sprint to the end of this year before us we’ve got this if you just stay in your HighHeart and continue to let go of whatever you need to. Yes many of the monsters still exist and they’ve got New Age tools (that just cracked me up!  😆 ) to do their continued evil deeds on humanity but, do you honestly believe that Team Dark is more powerful than Source God? Than your Higher Self? Than evolution? Than all the Ascension related Light Energies raining down on us constantly? Of course they’re not and never have been and the only way they can derail you is if you forget what you really are which is an aspect of Divine Source God. They of course are doing their best to make you forget this or remember it or discover it. See it, know it exists, be aware of it and then carry on with your Great Work exactly like you always have anyway. ❤

Use this rare time that’s passing super quickly and USE the last 11-11 and the last 12-12 and December Solstice within this last 9-yearlong triple cycle. Try not to look back over your shoulder at the downfall of the old as it thrashes and screams like a child throwing a temper tantrum over not being able to abuse humanity any longer. Keep on keepin’ on Forerunners and let all the past old lower everything fall away as you step up into the new of the NEW free and clear.

Let’s Better Understand Individuality & the “We are all ONE” Business

I don’t want to hear one more person say, ‘We are becoming ONE’. No, we are not becoming “ONE” and there are very important and positive reasons for this which we’ll get to. What we are doing now and will continue doing for as long as it takes is integrating, merging, unifying and embodying within ourselves INDIVIDUALLY. Forget about that popular pre-recorded message ‘we’re becoming ONE’  because it’s incorrect. What is correct is that you are becoming ONE within yourself, and I am becoming ONE within myself, and he and her are each becoming ONE within themselves individually.

Here’s a link to an old article about it which may help some better understand that this is the current evolutionary Ascension Process out of old lower duality and into greater individual unity. YOU are becoming ONE, or 1 as it was represented in my lucid dream message many years ago, not all of us merging back into oneness together. We’re nowhere near that advanced stage yet. First we as individuals must become unified within ourselves and doing so automatically makes it so much easier to feel, know, sense, perceive and love/LOVE all the other individuals, human and otherwise.

We as individuals could no more instantly go from the extreme severe separation that’s been the norm for eons, to full and complete ONE-ness during this Ascension Process any more than you or I could be in the direct full presence of “God” as we are now. The energy gap is far too large even with the current Ascension Process happening and it would destroy whatever vehicle we were in not to mention considerably mess us up in other ways too.

What’s happening is that we incarnate aspects and selves are going through the end of eons of intentional separation (in so many ways) because Source desired to experience it via each of us in our individual selves and experiences in all dimensions. What was originally ONE desired to individuate and further separate, layer after layer to learn, experience and create at and in those levels of being and existence as and through all those individuated aspects of the original ONE. 

All individuals are not merging or unifying back into oneness/ONE/1 all together with no individuality anymore. What has been intentionally separated for eons is now intentionally re-merging, re-uniting within each of us individually. The whys of this are so vast and complex but it has to do with evolution on all levels.

Increased Merging in Individuals Quickens the Separation of Worlds

As you know from reading my past articles, my life hasn’t been a whole lotta fun since the start of 2014. It still isn’t and in some ways it’s gotten a bit harder and more difficult emotionally, even more isolated feeling which surprised me, and far more complex which I did expect. Such is growth and change however. Since 2014 when my life was suddenly turned upside down due to my mom’s triple bypass that produced a devastating stroke two weeks later, on top of pre-existing (heart disease related) dementia, life hasn’t been a bunch of happy times for me in my sixties as her caregiver as she further deteriorates. Her dementia is worsening and she hallucinates sometimes and from reading up on dementia, this probably isn’t going to end well unless I work on certain things in myself, which I’ve been doing all along.

On top of that I sold a house, bought a “new” (old) one, worked on it for eight months (from May of 2015 and still am working on it today) because it was that horrible and filthy, finally moved us into it (January 2016), hurt myself doing so, and have felt more depressed and isolated ever since.

I knew the moment I saw this “new” old house that the person who’d owned and lived in it for decades was depressed (her family had removed her from the house months before they put it on the market so the house was empty of any humans when I first saw it with the realtor) and that I’d have to clear that residual energy (her depression, fears, isolation and probably dementia too as she aged etc.) because I could feel it and knew I’d be affected by it if I didn’t transmute and clear every speck of it. I always do this when I move into any place because I have to energetically clean along with physically clean a place I’m going to live in.

Nonetheless I’ve continued feeling periods of depression and growing isolation since I moved us in here in January of this year despite this house being a big improvement in many ways for all of us. I’ve energetically cleared and re-cleared this house yet this feeling comes and goes, in me, not necessarily this house unless I energetically pollute/re-pollute it! Because of this on-again off-again depression and growing sense of being isolated even more than before, I’ve been working on discerning all this as best I’m capable of at this time. Usually I can perceive/receive information easily and quickly but this hasn’t been the case with this which means it is extra big and that I’m still very much living it.

Slowly however I’ve gained enough altitude again to access Higher Awareness while living it. What I finally perceived recently is what this article is about because I know many of you have had a rough go of it this year too, not to mention how crazy difficult 2014 and 2015 was for some of us as well.

I’ve always had a tendency—as some Volunteers, Starseeds, Forerunners do—to get low sometimes and then have to work my way back up out of the depression muck once again. But this time (2016) it’s felt different to me, much more amplified, quicker in and out of it, and like even it is an aspect of the Ascension Process. I didn’t understand for a while and that’s bothered me because I don’t want to be sad or frustrated anymore.

Then I finally perceived this complex and difficult to describe hazy image and awareness of the Forerunners currently living the Embodiment Process in stages as we have been for a while now. The depression and further sense of isolation some of us have felt has to do with some of our own remaining inner stuff from these lives and times, while some of it is coming from the human Collective on Earth, and some of it’s coming from Team Dark if you can believe that!, and some is coming from very high dimensions where plenty of change is taking place too. In other words, the depression and sense of growing isolation I’ve struggled with this year in greatly amplified ways isn’t all “my stuff” but a lot of other people’s and beings and worlds and dimensions’ stuff too. Oddly, knowing this makes it all much easier for me to deal with and work my way through. Just because you’re feeling something doesn’t automatically make it yours or mean it’s coming from you. Discernment helps with things like this so always use it.

I perceived that some of what some of us have been and still are feeling today is stemming from super ancient times, other worlds, other dimensions, other beings, Team Dark and so on and isn’t so much our personal inner unresolved stuff, junk, negative crap, karma etc. Some of it is our stuff but at this point it’s relatively small in comparison to the overall galactic and universal picture. Keep in heartmind too that everything is now so amplified feeling and seeming to us (of the Light) that that tiny pea under the Princesses’ many mattresses often feels so huge and unbearably painful to us.

To one part of us this information makes little to no sense at all, but to other parts of us it makes perfect sense for where we’re at now and what we’re going through – the Embodiment of Higher and Lower in these physical bodies and how that naturally matches the amplification of the Separation of Worlds. The more we Embody the Higher with the Lower in-body on Earth in the physical, the more pressure is put on everyone and everything to push away from, to separate from that which one does not resonate with or energetically match, from what one is out of alignment with, from what one is not ready for or desirous of attaining at this time.

As those living the merge/Embody/unify individually more and more now, the Separation of Worlds also increases and quickens because these two energy levels and states of being cannot co-exist in the same space with each other. The energy gap is too great (not to mention a huge irritation for everyone) and so we have, and many of us are very much feeling, this slowly increasing unity from the Embodiment phase within ourselves individually while simultaneously feeling an increase of separation from and misalignment with lower consciousness others and a sort of general depression that comes and goes like waves. This has always been that Princess and the Pea business for the Forerunners, but it’s so amplified now that it’s almost unbearable at times. I suspect even this has to do with my personal perspective on the Embodiment Process at this moment and level and it too will change as I (as each of us individually) am further changed from living the Embodiment.

We’re so far beyond the whose negativity and dank crap stuff is this anyway? phase and are soul-deep in cleaning up the Cosmic Campgrounds before we embark on a NEW Evolutionary adventure. Exciting, exhausting, confusing, magical, so very special and rare, painful, difficult, heartbreaking, freeing, uplifting, creative and simply wondrous.

Feel what you are but don’t buy into it, don’t be overtaken by it or claim it all as you or yours. Neutral Observer and all that to borrow another great term from Lisa Renee. Know some of it is the old little you, while much of it is ancient and multidimensional going back to the beginning of this past Evolutionary Cycle. Some of it is the death of our old selves as we’ve known them plus the demise of our old familiar 3D lives and world, even in such profound Team Dark negativity and control as they were. You think it’s crazy busy and ultra-weird here on physical Earth? It’s just as hectic and wonderfully strange and full of positive changes everywhere else. Complete the 9 energies in preparation for the coming 1 energies but completely in the NEW this time.

Dealing With Attacks While Embodying More NEW Light Codes

I know this isn’t a topic anyone wants to deal with or even hear about, especially at this late date within the Ascension Process. Believe me, I don’t want to deal with it anymore either yet I’ve had to accept the fact that this increasing negativity will exist until it doesn’t because I’m so far out of reach of it energetically that none of this matters. Until then however, both the Ascending Light continues increasing as does the Descending Dark.

We’re in the end phase of this Galactic Alignment / Ascension Process and as usual, every time there’s about to be another huge positive addition of NEW Light Energies (meaning expanded consciousness meaning sweeping reality improvements etc.) into this 5D physical dimension such as what September 2015 is bringing in, the old Team Dark (TD) die-hards amplify their tactics to derail it, screw with it, use it, parasite off it in whatever ways they can for themselves and their creations, sidetrack you/me/we from it, blow it all up, blow you/me/we up or whatever works at this point. Let me add that with this much NEW Light—Light Codes of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle—everywhere now, not much of these old tactics are working for TD like they used to but that certainly isn’t preventing them from trying nonetheless.

Feel Like You’ve Got Another Etheric “Contract/Hit” Out On You Again?

Only some reading this will relate, many won’t, but that usually doesn’t stop me from writing about the difficult, dark, negative Ascension related topics anyway. We are evolving out of some massive, complex and super ancient negativity after all and the Journey/Process back up through all this gets messy and dangerous from time to time. It just is what it is and even at that it’s not stopping us or the Ascension Process. It never could. Keep on Keepin’ On.

I’ve had a hell of a time again lately (it’s been almost nonstop over-the-top-difficult since the start of 2014) with being in the etheric cross-hairs of some TD nonphysical beings/entities, and I know if I’m going through this increase in negative attacks and interference then so are some of you. I sympathize with your situation believe me because they’re very serious about trying to take any of us out in any way(s) they can now. What I’m going to share next may sound a bit much, even from me, but every miserable, painful, bizarre word is true. I wish it weren’t. Know too that I leave out more than I share.

One day during the last week of August I’d opened my mailbox at my “new” house to retrieve my mail. (Haven’t moved in there yet because haven’t sold other house yet, plus I’m still cleaning, repairing, disinfecting from top to bottom because it needs it. Plus the financial fears in the collective masses are severe again now so buying/selling houses has been…erratic and sketchy to say the least.)

I open my mailbox and almost grabbed a big black widow spider hanging there in her cobweb above my mail right at the front of the mailbox. This after I’d sprayed spider killer in the mailbox a week before! (I’ve witnessed certain insects being used by TD to get at or attack myself, others and pets too over the years.) I stood there looking at this black widow spider hanging over my mail in my mailbox, shook my head, grimaced and mustered my Warrior spider killer strength (I dislike spiders and always have) and killed it using the junk mail. How appropriate and thank you junk mail for being there when truly needed. I then did an uncontrollable little hop n’ shudder recoil dance and squeal in the street as I quickly but carefully jerked all my mail out with the smashed spider on it.

Later in the evening of that same day, I had my face in my magnifying mirror at home doing weekly facial maintenance when suddenly I clearly saw a tiny white colored thing come flying in horizontally from the left. I watched it as it zoomed about an inch or so from my face believing it was nothing more than a bit of physical fluff from my shirt or some fuzzy airborne something. I absolutely thought it was physical.

When it got below my left nostril it suddenly made a sharp ninety-degree turn and flew up my left nostril and into the tissue of my nose near the front. I immediately started snorting like a dog trying to blow the damned thing out and quickly grabbed some tissues and blew my nose repeatedly to make sure I’d gotten it out. While I’m doing all this however, I realize that nothing is coming out of my nose as it would had whatever flown up there actually been physical. My second thought after that realization was, ‘You’ve got to be f-ing kidding me!’ No Denise, no joke here, some tiny etheric thing just intentionally flew up my left nostril and penetrated the tissue there. Insert a long line of colorful and serious cursing here.

Within minutes of this happening the pain started in the exact spot where this tiny white nonphysical thing entered the tissue in my nose. Realizing that it wasn’t a bit of physical fluff from my clothing or cat hair or anything else I went into Warrior Mode, again, to remove the thing etherically. I used all my best etheric energy moves and none of it worked. The damage had already been done in the 1.5 to 2 seconds it took for this to happen on the physical level. The etheric “hit” had happened and now I’d have to deal with the physical side effects of it in linear physical time. And I can tell you it took one full week for this attack wound to begin getting better.

My nose swelled like crazy all the way up to my left eye, it turned red and hot, the skin blistered and peeled and I looked and felt horrible. It was amazingly painful as the swelling increased from the buildup of pus in the wound which I removed multiple times. During the worst of this I thought about how this may have gone had the etheric thing entered another area of my body or head. Enough said about that, but these types of things happen to both humans and animals and people don’t have a clue about the real cause of some of their so-called illnesses and injuries.

The nose “hit” attack happened later in the same day after I’d gone back home. The black widow spider in the mailbox attempt didn’t work so… If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. TD was determined to get me in some way that day it appeared and they did via the etheric flying nose penetrating missile thing. Interestingly, it looked somewhat like a tiny, 1/8th inch-long flying white spider thing with jagged edges.

Remember the week before this someone vandalized my “new” property which cost me extra $$$ to repair that damage. This is how it’s gone since the start of 2014 for me. 75% of the events and “hits”, attacks etc. I haven’t even talked about because I don’t want to cause fear or depression in anyone. I’ve had my hands full with my own occasionally!

I remember thinking in late 2012,  Yippee, Phase One Accomplished, now I want to sleep for months and I did as much as possible throughout the first Nine Months of 2013. It seemed to me like all of 2013 was a time where many of us Forerunners, not all of course but many of us Forerunners simply shutdown out of complete and utter exhaustion. I know I did and I intentionally existed in a meditative state for all of 2013, plus slept and rested as much as I could. We knew the Second and last Phase would begin soon and that it wouldn’t be anything like the First Phase and man-oh-man has that been the case! With the start of 2014, Phase Two began with a giant below the belt punch and it hasn’t eased up or slowed down since! Oh it’s Lightened Up considerably since January 2014, which was to be expected, but life has gotten far more intense and difficult on certain other levels as the Separation of Worlds & Timelines builds momentum and growing tensions increase on all sides.

Team Dark trolls for humans, human consciousness and emotional energies constantly to steal away and use for their NEW even Darker, more negative Decending world (referred to as ‘Planet B’ ). The time since the Expiration Date of December 2012 has been one of having to deal with Duality as both sides of it amplify in strength and pressure each other. The Light grows and increases as has the Dark, which makes living this transition out of the old lower Duality frequencies a very real and constant fact of all our lives, hearts and minds/consciousness. It has not been a time for carelessness or timidity.

A couple of weeks before all this my Mom had had unusually weird dreams that sounded to me to possibly be hallucinations which could be the case due to some of the stroke medications her doctor has her on. Then last week or so I began having multiple really weird and busy dreams each night that go on and on and on. I now dream when I’m asleep and out-of-body, and I dream while I’m fully awake and in-body and it’s all become the same weird expanded awareness of my/our current movement through some ultra-weird transitional Ascension related zone. Many years ago I pondered what it would be like when we reached this point we’re at now of having to ascend back up through the old Evolutionary Cycle’s multidimensional trash heap created by All involved in that past cycle. Answer: really difficult and really strange and otherworldly at times! This too won’t last forever but it’s a stage in the Ascension Process that some of us wanted and/or needed to be very consciously aware of when it happened…and so we are.

If you’re a Forerunner, Starseed, Lightworker, Light Embodier, Light Radiator, Wayshower, Indigo etc., then you most likely have been on TD’s “hit list” for most of your life too. It goes with The Work but you knew that when you Volunteered, it’s just that we believed some aspects of this Ascension Process would be easier than they’ve turned out to be. Whatever, keep doing what you/me/we do because this strange transitional state and phase we’re in now won’t last forever. But, while in it, don’t get careless, stupid, sidetracked or deluded because it’s not safe or smart to do especially now. The stakes are so high now, they always have been of course, but now is different because we’re in the final stage of this Process and TD is excruciatingly aware of this, are on the War Path and heavily invested in securing as many humans/human minds/human emotions etc. as they can before the gates close and Ascending and Descending worlds and timelines separate permanently.

I’m not going to expand on what all September 2015 is bringing in because we greatly sense it already and it’s all VERY positive. Just receive it, embody it, be changed, expanded, improved and evolved by it all and, if needed, keep a fresh full can of spider killer nearby too. 😉 Things will get more strange and multidimensional on increasingly conscious levels so be ready for your world and reality to continue expanding and changing into very NEW and different things. Also, eventually the TD bullets will stop flying at us but until then, do what you came here to do, to become, to be. Thank you deeply for doing it all and more. ❤

As I’ve said before, any time Team Dark—human and nonhuman—amps up their negative, distracting, derailing, fear-mongering, focus over here people and not over there efforts on global humanity, it’s always an indicator that some very positive, very high NEW Divine Ascension related energies are about to arrive on Earth for humanity. That’s why Team Dark becomes so obviously active in the physical world again; they desperately need to ‘Smash & Grab’ as many human minds (human mental focus, thoughts etc.) and human hearts (lower frequency emotions such as fear, hatred, religious zealotry, warring, killing, death/dying, getting even etc.) as they can to literally perpetuate and fuel their negative agendas on Earth. Why? Because Team Dark cannot sustain any of them without human minds and human emotions constantly focused on and literally fueling them. Due to the Ascension Process however, Team Dark continues losing more and more humans every day to the current Ascension waking up process, meaning they’ve been greatly amplifying their efforts over the past years to not let humanity escape them and/or utilize these potent Evolutionary Ascension Energies.

The real war is and always has been over human consciousness. Team Dark has expended a tremendous amount of work, time and money over the centuries keeping global humanity stupid, asleep, unaware, endlessly distracted, endlessly occupied and fixated on all sorts of insane and negative anti-human events and endeavors and all to fuel and perpetuate their agendas across Earth and time on Earth. If humans only knew to what degree they’ve been and still are being used in such negative, horrible ways by Team Dark (human and nonhuman)…

We’re talking about this once again only because I’ve said, and some others have said, that mid-July 2014 would bring in some very high, very positive NEW energies for all of humanity. Humans that are able to rip themselves away from having their consciousness and emotions manipulated and used by Team Dark that is! If humans cannot do this, then they are helping Team Dark create and perpetuate human destruction, death, murder, insanity, chaos, violence, hatred, fear, pain, suffering etc. Same old, same old in other words. This is why it’s so extremely important for individuals to wake up enough to start thinking and feeling for themselves—therefore creating what they want, not what Team Dark wants.

By mid-July 2014—and we’re there now (I’m writing this on July 12th)—another NEW batch of Ascension related higher energies will insert themselves into this physical realm/world/dimension/timeline/humans and that is why Team Dark is so busy again now trying to trigger more wars, violence, murder, mayhem, suffering, bloodshed, mutilation and hatred anywhere they can. It’s that classic magician’s trick of getting humans so intensely focused on what’s happening over there that they’re not even aware of or available for all the other things happening elsewhere. Do not get suckered into this old Team Dark tactic this summer. Sure there are parts of the world going mad (again) at the moment but that doesn’t mean you need to help it by mentally and/or emotionally focusing on any of it. Quite the contrary. What’s required of the awake and aware folk is ignoring it all and intentionally and consciously creating/visualizing/intending over the top of all that insanity.

Many “lightworkers” believe that helping these sorts of situations is accomplished by sending Light and Love to those locations and people on the planet where tremendous negativity is happening physically. I know from decades of personal experiences with Team Dark that, the fastest way to irritate and piss them off is to focus Light and Love at them! Seriously, how do you feel when Team Dark focuses negativity and darkness at you and/or yours? There ya go, endless Duality fighting back and forth until someone finally discovers that one must rise beyond Duality and reach disconnected Neutrality with it all. Doing so ends the back and forth Dualized fighting between Light and Dark, and even more importantly, it ends and prevents ones individual energies from being used by Team Dark to fuel their agendas.

It’s much more effective to just override Team Dark and their actions than confront with an opposing (Light/Love) energy. It’s easy to do until the majority of the world is screaming at you again about the latest chaos and wars and bloodshed happening somewhere on the planet! That’s when you and I are “tested” individually as to how well we can maintain the higher energies, the higher focus, the HighHeart 5D Consciousness and not let ourselves get suckered, distracted, derailed or pulled back down into Team Dark’s latest physical nightmare unfolding wherever on the planet. How well can you ignore the negativity, the fear-mongering, the bloodshed, the violence, the warmongering, the continued anti-human behaviors and governmental and/or religious propaganda from all sides? Where your consciousness and emotions are focused is where you’ll find yourself. Is that something you want to do? Is that something you want to personally experience? If not, then redirect your mental and emotional focus to where you DO want it and work and live from there and ignore the chaos around you.

Today is a Super Moon Full Moon at 20º Capricorn 3′. Next week and the week after three planets change signs — Jupiter enters Leo, Venus enters Cancer, Mars enters Scorpio. Then on July 26th is the New Moon at 3º Leo 52′ and the opening of the 6D Sirian ‘Lion’s Gate’ which lasts until August 12th. So the rest of the summer is filled with changes, potentials, probabilities, great creativity and no doubt some NEW surprises from our beloved 6D Sirian relatives as they annually seed Earth/humanity at this time.

Be conscious of your consciousness. Be aware of where your thoughts and emotions are, and if you find they’ve slid off track a bit, just pull them back to where you want them and continue from there. Use these great NEW creative energies arriving here now and for the next few weeks to further grow yourself, your consciousness, your HighHeart, your personal life and whatever you want in it now. Become better at Consciously Creating what YOU want and need and override the lower frequency chaos and negativity. Never ever let it distract you or tempt you off your Ascension Path ever again for any reason whatsoever. This too is a “test” and a very important one for existing within 5D so let us Master it well friends. ❤

Inner Body Vibrations, Ear Ringing & Head Pains

Like it or not the Forerunners of the Forerunners are still having Ascension symptoms in 2014. Old symptoms, new symptoms but Ascension related nonetheless. I’m not going to waste time or energy complaining about any of them at this point… I mean, what’s the point right? … just list some of the current ones I’m experiencing that are highly amplified. As usual your mileage will vary because we’re all unique aspects of Source/God/Divinity and therefore will each experience these Light Energies — solar, photonic, galactic center etc. — and the changes they automatically create in us, our bodies and consciousness in our individual ways and times.

The biggest difficulty I’ve had to contend with throughout the years I’ve written about the Ascension Process and related subjects has been the fact that not everyone has been, is, or will be at the same exact level (Stair-step) of development and focus as everyone else. The same is true even with the Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers/Forerunners/Transmuters/Volunteers. Even that Group hasn’t experienced the same Ascension symptoms at the same exact time and in the same exact ways. Close yes, but not every Volunteer experienced the same symptoms at the same time as all other Volunteers did, just as they didn’t and don’t all have the same exact Mission Work or energy jobs to do either. Each has their unique abilities, talents and jobs to do.

So even though I’ve been primarily talking to this Group in my articles since 2007, not everyone in this Group has experienced Ascension symptoms in the same exact ways and certainly not all at the same exact time. Because of this, it’s been hard to write about these symptoms (and different events) in a general or one size fits all sort of way. We Ascension teachers/writers and the readers have all had to discern our ways through these Ascension stages, phases and layers (Stair-steps) because it’s an Individual affair (Leo) as much as it’s a Group affair (Aquarius).

This January 2014 list is about some primary symptoms from the start of 2010 to today. Ascension symptoms and their aches, pains, pressures, caused ultra sensitivities etc. change over time as we transmute more Density/Duality and naturally embody more complex, higher frequency Light/Unity.

  • Head pains and pressures, scalp soreness. Head pains move from right to left side or vice versa, or front to back, or move slightly around near the top of the head. These head pains are not typical “headaches” but localized pains, pressures and tenderness in certain spots of the head, skull and scalp that move around from one spot to another and another over time.
  • These head pains and pressures cause further pains and pressures in the face, eyes, brow bones around eyes, sinuses, down into right/left jaw joints, ears, and even teeth and gums occasionally.
  • Eye pains, eye dryness, eyes sore and bruised feeling, eye fatigue, sporadic blurry vision, top-half of both eyes very tender and painful, shooting pains up into the head every time you blink, ultra sensitivity to the higher frequency transformative Sunlight, Photon Light, and Galactic Light energies coming into your eyes and affecting (evolving) your optic nerves, two (Duality) brain halves, entire central nervous system, DNA etc.
  • Hot flashes — bouts of severe inner heat caused by fierce transmuting Kundalini fires
  • Cold flashes — bouts of severe inner cold caused from moving up another energetic Stair-step into NEW higher frequency and space.
  • “Morning sickness” — bouts of nausea in the mornings caused by the shock and intensity of reentering the physical body each morning.
  • Hearing high-pitched near constant internal ear ringing.
  • Feeling changes in density — increases or decreases of density and the pressure of it on your body and being caused by changing physical locations (entering different stores, building, cities, locations etc.)
  • “Buddha belly” — severe bloat in and across the entire diaphragm area, stomach, belly, gut etc. You could fast for days but you’ll still have “Buddha belly”!
  • Inner body vibrations. These inner vibrations increasing in intensity, frequency and speed over the years causing them to build from mild inner body electrical-like vibrations to whole body and head shaking.
  • Periods of intense but thankfully short-lived sadness, depression, feeling overcome, defeated, and the ever-present utter exhaustion from having fought the good fight for so long and so hard.

One thing that’s surprised me in late 2013 and early 2014, is that the physical human government here in the US–plus the Higher Dimensions–keeps letting me know that “the retirement age has been extended a few more years.” My response to both parties has been the same as a lot of other regular elder folks, and a lot of other elder Forerunners/Lightworkers — “You’ve got to be kidding me!” And the reply from On High has been a sweet, loving smile and “No, there’s more Work to do dearest.”  (More about this to come, plus see my notice in blue at the end of this article.)

•Head Pains and Pressures — I’ve talked about the Rewiring Process of the two brain halves before but from 2010 forward we’ve felt our brain halves (the old 3D Duality consciousness, reality, and energetic blueprints/templates/codes etc.) undergoing a rigorous Ascension Process of being Rewired on all levels and in all bodies energetic and physical just to be capable of physically embodying vastly more complex higher frequency Unity consciousness, energetic blueprints/templates/codes etc. and matching external reality. Needless to say, this compressed evolutionary process has physically hurt and caused plenty of head, scalp, skull, face and eye pains and pressures and Crown and Brow chakra changes over the years.

•Inner Body Vibrations — I’ve also talked before about the ongoing body Rewiring Process in both male and female bodies (Duality in male and female bodies and consciousness individually and collectively) and how it’s been felt and perceived by many as those inner body vibrations. These inner body vibrations are the physical and energetic bodies in males and females being Rewired to safely embody increasing amounts of Light. This process moves throughout the body and builds in intensity over the years so that High Heart Unity frequency and consciousness (more higher frequency Light energies) can be embodied. We must first Individually integrate Duality energies/consciousness within ourselves and our bodies and brains before we can have a matching external world reality (Group) of the same High Heart Unity frequencies.

For many of us these mild inner body vibrations have grown over the years to a constant inner roaring and almost violent inner shaking like we’re a jet airplane about to get up enough power and speed to literally lift off the runway. That example is more true than you might first guess.

•Inner Ear Ringing — When we hear this constant internal high-pitched ringing it’s caused by us embodying increasing amounts of more complex, higher frequency Light Energies through our Rewired brains. Going from lower frequency and consciousness 3D Density Duality to higher 5D Light Unity frequency and consciousness is one hell of an evolutionary leap and would cause anyone’s inner ears to ring and head to hurt for years! 😉 It’s a normal side effect from what we’re living through internally and externally so no fear. Oh course if you’re honestly concerned about this or any other Ascension related symptom/side effect then please see a doctor.

•Eye Pains — With the brain halves being Rewired our physical eyes, optic nerves, entry of higher frequency Light into our brains through our eyes etc., physical vision and higher clairvoyant vision has and still is going through dramatic evolutionary changes in a very short period.

If you’ve been paying attention to the Sun and the light it radiated before the Ascension Process began, the color of it, the feel of it and so on as I have my entire life, then you also know that the Sun and its color, feel and energy has changed dramatically over the past twenty years or so.

The Sun has continually received and then transmitted to earth and humanity every higher frequency Light Energy (code, blueprint) transmitted to it from the Milky Way Galactic Center (GC); from orbiting deeper and deeper into the 7D Photon Band of Light Frequency over the years; and from other sources and locations also. Naturally these NEW higher Light Energies intentionally received by our Sun are then intentionally transmitted on to the earth, humanity, and all life on this planet. Our bodies, brains, hearts, eyes and everything else must be able to embody these more complex, higher frequency Light Codes or Light Energies and “ascend” to the next level and phase of ongoing spiritual creativity/learning.

These NEW higher Light Energies or Light Codes (which are the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s blueprints for humanity and earth) must be embodied first by the Forerunners of the Forerunners, then the Forerunners, and then more and more of humanity over time. But first, back to our eyes and why they’ve been hurting, blurry, dry, sore and bruised feeling for years.

These NEW Light Energies, Light Codes for the NEW Evolutionary Cycle are coming into our Rewired brains and Rewired bodies, and of course into our eyes too which causes some pains, pressures and other phenomena. It also is causing us to be able to see a wider range of everything; colors, frequencies, non-physical Beings, Light, Waves and so on. In other words, all this NEW higher frequency Light being transmitted from the GC throughout the Milky Way (the burst “Fermi Bubbles” of January 2013) have been blasting everything everywhere with NEW Evolutionary Light Codes for the NEW Cycle and our eyes, optic nerves, brains, and central nervous systems (and everything else) have been absorbing this NEW Light, and because we’re still in transition with all this, they hurt, feel sore, oftentimes become dry and blurry etc. This won’t last forever but it’s caused from us existing within these NEW higher Light Energies. Been seeing (clairvoyantly) more anomalies? This is another reason why more and more people are Seeing a wider range of multidimensional reality, energies, and beings and this is just the start!

•”Buddha Belly” — And let us not forget the ever-present n’ fabulous “Buddha Belly” symptom! 🙄 Yes I’m being sarcastic because this symptom has been one giant pain, literally, since day one!

Short version of this side effect is that we’re “ascending”, evolving up and out of the frequency range of the bottom three chakras of the related patriarchal 3D Density/Duality consciousness and reality.

The top of the Solar Plexus chakra (the third and highest chakra of the bottom three) comes up to the physical diaphragm and is the Great Divide, the invisible energetic Crossover or demarcation line between the bottom three chakras and their frequency range and consciousness, and, “ascending” up into the High Heart chakra with its 5D frequency range and matching consciousness and reality. This one “Buddha Belly” Ascension symptom is a perfect example of the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. The humans and other beings that still need and/or want to exist (create and learn) within the bottom three chakras frequency range and consciousness will, whereas the humans and other beings that need and/or want to exist (create and learn) within the High Heart chakras frequency range and consciousness will… hence the need for the Separation of Worlds & Timelines. Divine Source provides all for all.

Because the diaphragm area in our bodies represents this invisible Great Divide and evolutionary shift point between the bottom three chakras, 3D consciousness and matching reality, and, the 5D High Heart chakra, 5D consciousness and matching NEW reality, it’s a highly important Spiritual and Energetic Boarder Crossing! Because of this our “Buddha Belly” is one bloated, ultra sensitive, beat-up and very tender area. Treat it with respect and Love.

[I want to mention that I’m working on another article about something I experienced around 6:00 AM December 31, 2013 while lucid dreaming. I was sent on another Forerunner Lightworker “mission” while out-of-body to intentionally “seed” NEW Light Codes in certain countries in the Middle East. I know I’m not the only one whose had this “mission work” recently; there’s been many, many, of us taking part in it. I just wanted to mention this latest event in this article because it’s not done yet and it’s having some energetic repercussions from Team Dark. The Middle East has always been an extremely important location to them and a lot of NEW changes and improvements will now begin in that area. I’ll get that article done asap.]

There’s much going on immediately leaping out of the 1-1-14 gate. “Retirement” has been pushed forward a few more years thankyousoverymuch. I’ll try to have this other article mentioned in blue above finished asap because that topic is not only important but connected to and related to many other things some of us have been experiencing lately, both pleasant and unpleasant.
