Accelerated Incoming Higher Energies

We’ve Worked, watched and waited a very long time to finally be where we are now experiencing completely NEW energies and codes entering and overriding everything from the previous Evolutionary Cycle. I’ve expected to be out of my mind crazy happy about our reaching this point finally after the darkness and brutality of getting here, but I guess I’m too frazzled at the moment to give this the appropriate fanfare it deserves. Please ignore my current monotone state about this cosmic spiritual energetic milestone we’ve reached and do all the celebrating you want. At the moment I feel like an ancient god whose weary from the Great Work, ancient battles, chaos and endless personal transformations I’ve had to go through to get to this point within the Ascension and Embodiment Processes both personally and collectively. Since June of 2018, it’s been mega intense and shockingly positive and progressive, and of course there’s more coming.

There was a Full Moon on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 that was part of a Grand Fixed Square I was just informed. Whatever all has been unfolding this week, intensely so since the day of the Full Moon, it’s been profound and has caused further physical body energy changes every day. Wednesday morning I’d planned to go grocery shopping but after getting ready I suddenly got hit energetically and knew I wasn’t going anywhere that day other than to sleep almost immediately! I felt that familiar sensation pushing me to go to sleep (this was around 10:00 AM) quickly and get out of my physical body because more evolutionary upgrades were about to begin again. So I put my comfy grubby cloths back on and promptly passed out that morning with zero effort.

This sudden mandatory late morning get out-of-body nap was the most comfortable, nurturing, uplifted, silent, high frequency suspended state I’ve ever felt while napping during the daytime. It was blissful in its quietude, elevated isolation, peace and restful soul-deep comfort. It was energetically delicious and could not have been more opposite from what I usually feel, see, hear and experience during those sleep times when I’m suddenly energetically pushed out of my physical body during the late morning hours.

For many years this has been about suddenly being shoved out-of-body, primarily in the morning(s) but not always, energetically because more Embodying is about to begin. I’ve learned the hard way to not fight this process when I’ve made plans to do other things like go grocery shopping, mop the kitchen floor, blow the leaves out of my yard and so on. The Divine Ascension and Embodiment Process doesn’t give a hoot about my little earthly plans and chores; when it’s time to Embody something like more NEW DNA or more Crystalline/Christ frequency into your HighHeart, you are laid out flat in seconds to do so. End of story, end of puny human plans. More Embodiment, or get the car washed? Guess what wins every time and isn’t it good that it does.

Full Moon Wednesday, October 24th  I’m suddenly feeling this coming on again and head for my recliner chair to pass out and do some more Embodying. For many years this has gotten increasingly intense, audibly louder and almost violent at times while being lucid when asleep and witnessing my Light body and Physical body inch closer and closer energetically to full alignment and merge. The closer this Process has brought me to this alignment, the more loud and intense the inner body vibrations and sometimes violent shaking has grown while I was out-of-body and could experience and perceive it from that vantage point. From our lower Selves perspective this lengthy alignment Process inching its way to full merge has looked, felt and sounded like we’re in the center of a raging tornado. From a higher Self perspective it’s more like lining up two radically different energy frequencies close enough so that eventually they fully align, merge and unify in the physical body.

After experiencing this lengthy alignment Embodiment Process for many years, to suddenly experience the total opposite of it Wednesday and just float in quiet peaceful silence told me that some very important NEW level has been reached by me. And if I’m experiencing this now it means some others are too and more will soon follow.

When I woke up from this lovely mandatory nap on Wednesday, I sat there with a smile thinking how great that was and how it just kicked the poo outta going grocery shopping! While basking in this peaceful state and mood I noticed I was seeing patches of pale pastel colors on the white ceiling. Didn’t think much of it at first but as the minutes ticked on I realized my seeing these patches of pale pastel colors on the ceiling and elsewhere is a NEW side effect and clue about how we’re changing again. There’s no iridescence to them but with what’s coming in November 2018, I expect many more things, including each of us, will be changing greatly and getting increasingly iridescent.

Thursday, October 25th there were more careless, hair-brained screw ups by other people which tests me if I’d let myself be emotionally affected by them or not. I’ll talk a bit more about experiencing more and more unaware people not coping well with every NEW Light energy and NEW code that comes in and is Embodied by those of us Embodying in another article because it deserves its own space and attention.

Friday morning October 26th I rushed to the grocery store because it was needed and after I’d gotten home and put things away I suddenly got hit again energetically and got to my chair just in time to fall asleep and get out-of-body. I sensed this was coming and was grateful to get grocery shopping done before this week’s ongoing Embodiment business started again. I was quickly exited from my physical body late Friday morning and proceeded to spend an hour and a half in a lucid state while asleep witnessing and feeling my heart pound so hard it felt like my teeth were rattling and my body was moved slightly by each hard-hitting heartbeat. I’ve experienced this many times over the Ascension years as it’s a common side effect of our physical hearts and energy HighHearts evolving and expanding to Embody greater and higher frequency Light energies and/or Crystalline/Christ frequencies. But like everything else, this too has increased in intensity to the point that if one didn’t know what was happening with this intense heart pounding while at complete rest, one would think they were possibly having a “heart attack”. One is not having a “heart attack”; one is experiencing their heart and HighHeart expanding and elevating into greater Crystalline Christ frequency alignment Embodiment yet again.

Sounds so exciting and intriguing, and it is until you wake up from the latest cosmic spiritual Embodiment “alignment treatment” to find your physical body utterly exhausted, weak, sore from the inside out and in need of days of self-care, rest and recovery time after such profound energy expansions and Embodiment activities in one’s heart HighHeart. And that’s just been since Wednesday and there’s more coming as usual.

  • Pluto is/has crossed the ecliptic recently which is why I re-posted my April 2018 astrological article mentioning it. I’d forgotten all about it just like many of you.
  • November 2018 is the mid-term elections here in collapsing USA. Don’t fear the changes.
  • More unaware humans becoming noticeably imbalanced by these higher frequency energies being Embodied by many of us now.
  • Increased weather changes and Earth changes for the same reasons.

The 11 energies of November have always been important energy threshold crossover points within the ongoing Ascension Process. However, given how amplified 2018 (2+0+1+8 = 11) has been, this years November energies certainly will not disappoint.

Since June 2018, I’ve perceived a cluster of massive, never before experienced Energy Waves coming from the Angelics and Angelic realm and arriving in November 2018. That June awareness made me perk up and wonder what in the multidimensional cosmos was coming from the Angelics in November of this year?! I’ve had interactions with a few Angelic Lightbeings over these ascension years, but this is different and will be vastly more intense both personally and collectively, and consciousness, life and reality-changing for each of us and everyone else too.

Almost immediately after I had this June 2018 Angelic insight about November 2018, the typically painful but necessary energetic prep Work for this coming event began. Like many of you reading this, we’ve been constantly going through layer upon layer of inner expansions and rapid evolution within our heads, brains and brain endocrine glands—Pineal, Pituitary, Hypothalamus—skull, spines, eyes, hearts and more and it has hurt-a-plenty at times. The last week of August and much of September I thought my head was going to “explode” from these particular Light expansions taking place in there. I’ve experienced these types of intense head, brain, brain glands, skull, eyes and so on evolutionary Light onslaughts before too but this Mastery 11 year energies have definitely been next-level. [My previous article talked about some of them.] To wear a Light Crown/Crown of Light requires a lot of personal prep Work. Have you clairvoyantly Seen and/or dreamed of seeing an ornate Crown or triple Crowns recently? I have, and it (a single Crown) was the most ornate brilliant white diamonds and pearls creation I’ve ever seen. No wonder our heads have hurt so severely this year! It’s now time to put on our NEW Light Crown(s) and Consciously Create accordingly.

The other aspect of this that I’ve been fascinated by has been how, from my personal perspective and experiences, the Inner Body Vibrations have steadily evolved over the years. All these things are connected of course, but as usual there’s often sections, aspects and certain energy Embodiment events that are, for a multitude of reasons, kept from us/me. Oftentimes the end punchline to these yearlong and decades-long evolutionary Ascension Embodiment Processes are intentionally kept from us so we’re not swayed or focused, fearful, worried or distracted by what’s coming instead of living and Embodying in the current moment(s) so we’re capable of Embodying each layer that’s coming down the cosmic evolutionary road. In my case a whole lot of physical pains and pressures in my head, heart and/or certain body parts does the trick with this for me. These 2018 head pains and pressures—on top of everything else happening in the world and our personal lives—has kept me focused on not much other than what I’ve dealt with. For a few pain-filled months I never even thought about or remembered the Angelics incoming Energy Waves arriving in November because I’ve been soul-deep in what’s been happening in and through my physical body, consciousness, life and personal reality in preparation for that. Most of you reading this have been. NEW Angel energies and codes arriving in November 2018, wonderful, but until then I’ve got to go through what’s happening in my head, heart, body, HighHeart and Self/Selves. One evolutionary energy Stair-step at a time even though we’re bounding up them now faster than ever.

When the Inner Body Vibrations started in me around 2001, they went on for many years as slow but steady electrical-like inner vibrations inside my physical body. I’ve paid close attention to this Ascension Process side effect both while awake and while out-of-body since they started and they’ve steadily expanded in my body, and lastly my head, to become a constant full-bodied faster inner vibration. This inner body vibration has increased tremendously in speed, size and intensity over the years, going from a mild inner vibration in the beginning to intense and extreme almost violent inner shaking by 2017. That greatly amplified inner body vibration and eventual shaking evolved in late 2017 into flashing inner Lights which have amplified throughout 2018. [I’ve written about this in another recent article if interested.]

I’ve felt, heard and watched this inner vibration expand and speed up since 2001, so much that it recently morphed from an inner body vibration frequency to inner Lights that constantly flash, move and pulse inside my and our Embodying bodies and Selves. Said another way, our Light bodies and our Physical bodies have finally aligned, synced up and vibrationally merged and greatly expanded throughout 2018. This is manifesting as us literally seeing ourselves as physical Light beings who continue to Embody higher, higher and higher frequency Light Energies and NEW Codes. The coming November 2018 Angelic Energy Waves about to start being Embodied by those capable of doing so now are another very big and important layer of these ongoing evolutionary Ascension Processes and related external changes they automatically trigger.

A Dream Vision From The mid 1990s

   

Around the mid 1990s I had a dream that I knew then was highly significant but also didn’t fully understand what all it was revealing to me at that time. In this dream I saw a stunningly beautiful conscious energy thing come down from above and slowly and gently fold back and forth on itself like warm taffy or soft folded ribbon candy. It moved and flowed like thick liquid Light and folded gently on itself in a way that felt as meaningful as its overall appearance. It was shimmering iridescent pastel colors of pale pink, baby blue, mint green, lavender and pale yellow liquid Light. It felt profoundly loving and feminine but was beyond lower frequency masculine/feminine duality. It was a slow-moving, gentle liquid Light Energy Wave that was conscious and deeply beautiful in every way. In this old dream it was mainly just making a first conscious connection with me by revealing itself in this way and giving me plenty of time to view and feel it. It was many years later into my physical level Ascension Process that I began to understand it was an energy aspect from the Angelic realm. Many of the dreams and other dimensional experiences you and I have had throughout our current lifetimes have been about the Universal Ascension Process. Working in linear time space and simultaneously beyond it does, at times, get a little weird and mystically wonderful! Such is the evolutionary business at hand.

Greater Embodiment Produces Greater Old Negative World Collapse

I’ve tried many times to convey the difficult concept of having positive evolutionary changes happening simultaneously to increasing negative old patriarchal world “end times” events. This is hard to wrap one’s awareness around until you remember that lower and higher frequencies cannot co-exist in the same space. Then this bit of different frequency, consciousness and reality weirdness makes perfect sense.

Another aspect of my June Angelic insights about November’s 11 energies had to do with this simultaneous “better and worse” Separation of Worlds business. The November 11 energies have always felt to me like spiritual energetic thresholds we cross through in that month. November 2018’s 11 threshold we’ll pass through, no matter which world or Stair-step each person is currently on, will produce the largest collective shift for all groups and levels. If this confuses you, think back to last week or last month or four or five months ago and remember what all you and your body have gone through at this much higher amplified and quickened level. There have been important reasons for all those physical head and body pains, pressures, deeper Work on Self, and greater Crystalline Christ frequency Embodiment plus NEW DNA activations so that you’re capable of crossing this 2018 November threshold and Embody these NEW Angelic Light Codes. December 2018 should see some of us Embodiers going more Light than we’ve been able to before, plus more Light Crowns manifesting for more of us as well. But first we’ve got to live and Embody through the November 2018 Angelic Code arrivals.

  • Inner Body vibrations have increased and expanded to inner Flashing Lights.
  • Inner Flashing Lights are living Sun/solar connections between us and it, it and us. We have become Unified.
  • Inner Flashing Lights have triggered NEW Crystalline Rainbow DNA activation and Embodiment in some of us this year.
  • Crystalline Rainbow DNA activation and Embodiment has prepared some of us to be able to Embody NEW Angelic realm Codes in November 2018.
  • NEW Angelic Codes Embodied will further the Embodiment and activation of Crowns of Light/Light Crowns in December 2018 and 2019.

It’s astonishing how much progress has happened throughout 2018, and by reviewing what the Embodiers have and continue to achieve individually and collectively it’s clear that accelerated change is the norm. Get ready for more throughout November and December 2018 as you, me, we continue to evolve and Embody more and more. It shouldn’t be a surprise at all that 2019 is going to be extraordinary as well. Well done everyone, now get ready to Embody November Angel energies.

End Times Are Shift Times

This is another article where I seemingly jump from one unrelated topic to another and another. They are all connected however and increasingly revealing our individual Multidimensional, non-linear Selves and expanding consciousness both in and beyond familiar realities.

As more Forerunners are discovering in 2017, wherever one of us still has some separation or fragmented aspects of ourselves, our awareness, beliefs etc., we immediately feel that lack of unity within ourselves. Like other related topics, this isn’t necessarily pleasant and yet it’s a very important aspect of what many have been and are becoming more aware of to a greater degree than ever before, plus resolving that separation within themselves immediately. This is mandatory for Forerunners living the Embodiment Process (EP). And no, not everyone is or will experience the EP in this lifetime and time of Universal Ascension.

When I say lack of unity, I mean anything small and seemingly insignificant all the way up to those larger, more obvious issues and situations. Keep in mind however that with this high frequency Light here in 2017, every minuscule scrap of everything and everyone that’s got much less to very little to zero Light within them or it, stands out like a giant highlighted “sore thumb” to more and more people finally. In the Light all things are revealed in each of us, in all people, all systems, beliefs, religions and so on. Old lower frequency dreams and expectations about life and reality are evaporating moment by moment in this higher Light. Even to those few who’ve known more about the evolutionary AP than most, our own current Embodiment Process continues altering everything, including ourselves, sometimes hour by hour.

Because humanity has existed for so very long within Duality consciousness, it’s to be expected that most would continue to think in that old familiar Duality consciousness way, even with the evolutionary AP and related topics. We’ve all been guilty of thinking, believing and expecting that we would go from one state of being, consciousness, awareness, energy, life and reality to a much higher one instantly. However, if you’ve lived the AP for a couple of decades already (because you’re a Forerunner, Pathpaver, Wayshower, Gridworker, Gatekeeper etc.) you know that this is and always has been a Process we go through step-by-step, layer-by-layer, energy wave-by-energy wave so we and our physical bodies survive it intact. There is no instant Hollywood movie-like special effects type shift from a lower frequency and state of being to a vastly higher one. Without a physical body sure, doing so is much easier, but with one, not so much. Doing so takes linear time to do what we’ve done and continue doing, it’s just that now we’re capable of doing much more, much faster and all of it simultaneously and Forerunners have been increasingly doing so from the non-linear “Now Moment” using Spherical consciousness.

Egos Unaware of Their Lack of Awareness

One of the things that’s profoundly different and vastly more difficult about being a spiritual Teacher now during the global, cosmic, universal evolutionary AP is the existence of PC’s and the Internet. On the one hand it’s a huge blessing because spiritual Ascension Teachers are able to get their spiritual, energetic AP information out across the globe by merely depressing the Publish button from the privacy of our homes. Never has it been so fast and easy for spiritual Teachers anywhere on the planet to get their physical messages, teachings, updates and ongoing Higher Awareness information out to more people worldwide thanks to PC’s and the Internet. We’re not sitting in some Monastery, Temple, Pyramid or ancient Sacred School where important information is carved into stone or clay tablets or painstakingly written on sheets of papyrus. No, we’re sitting in our own homes, alone and unseen for the most part, typing our fingers off as quickly as we’re capable while living the Ascension and Embodiment Processes ourselves every second of every day and night for decades now regardless of how that makes us feel.

The negative side of PCs and the Internet and unaware ego-based humans is the ability to write, say, express anything about anyone or anything online and remain unseen and protected. Through PCs and the Internet people can be extremely destructive, lie, distort, spread distortions and disinformation intentionally and unintentionally, express negativity and disrespect and hatred at anyone over anything, preach, shame, blame, guilt, project, attack, disrespect people, and specifically attack and disrespect spiritual Ascension Teachers and their works—which in many cases has been free and by donation only online—and on and on by simply clicking a button on their computer screen.

Being stoned to death by groups of people now takes the form of online stoning through online written attacks, online verbal bludgeoning, unbelievable disrespect, lack of compassion, empathy, general human kindness to others, and a huge lack of any Higher Awareness. Free reign in other words to do your intentional worst upon other living human beings online, in front of the world and seemingly get away with it, or so the human ego smugly believes. This behavior and consciousness is the antithesis of 5D HighHeart consciousness and being, not to mention that while they’re stoning you publicly online through their written words, they honestly believe themselves to be spiritually advanced and all-knowing. That and so much more is what spiritual Ascension Teachers have dealt with at our online sites from the moment we started doing this spiritual energy Ascension Process Work for those ready to evolve.

I heard someone talking recently in a video about unity, and based on what he said in it, unity meant getting together with other people. He was unifying with other people to spread the word about what’s happening on Earth. I won’t assume to know what he/they think is happening on Earth because if he/they believe “Unity” means getting together with other people, he/they’re in for a big surprise. It was momentarily frustrating to me to hear these two males (sorry but there’s a patriarchal clue with this like it or not) so preoccupied with their left brains and external reality and unaware of or just ignoring their right brains and HighHearts and how all this has to happen internally. Those who can do, but they do so from their current energetic level or Stair-step. Just stay in your own lane boys and don’t assume to know what Elder Forerunners and Forerunners are doing at higher levels because you do not. Each person has to do the Work themselves internally to gain that knowledge, that Light.

The other day I read a male (extricating oneself from negative patriarchal shackles is not easy and most males have a harder time doing so) stating at his website that if you eat more ‘blue foods’ and ‘cut out alcohol and sugar’ the painful Ascension and Kundalini side effects will go away. Who knew that all I’ve needed to do for the past twenty years was eat more blue foods and all the suffering I went through wouldn’t have happened! Oh, if only that were true, but it 1,000% is NOT and here’s some reasons why.

Because I’m an Elder Forerunner, Blue Ray and Volunteer, I’m energetically built differently, as most Forerunners/Blue Rays/Starseeds/Lightbeings/Volunteers are. We had to be wired and built a bit differently to do what we Volunteered to put on physical human body spacesuits and drop a lot of Light just to get ourselves into the dense old lower 3D negative patriarchal, Team Dark run physical Earth system. Without as many higher abilities and tools as we could safely cope with in such density and negativity as Earth has been, our AP Missions would fail horribly. Because failure was not an option, we packed on as many higher frequency abilities,tools and equipment—Higher Awareness, Light, LOVE, multidimensional connections, multiple backup plans, constant help from Higher Home Family and Beings etc.—as we could carry in such a negative dense place. We came in prepared to get the job done in other words, and we came in greater numbers than was needed too. That was done because we all knew before we dropped Light and took on density and entered this physical world that many of us would fall by the wayside once we were immersed in such profound negativity. Zero judgement in this. We all knew before we left Higher Home what the risks where, and to help us with that, we came in built differently and with tools to help us and constant guidance from Home.

Trying to use and project old lower frequency, lower consciousness 3D beliefs and tools on to people who are literally built with higher frequency tools and abilities from birth is pointless, unaware and insulting. We understand why most people think and believe this way and why you project your limited beliefs on to us and others but they don’t and will not work for us for the reasons mentioned above. In addition, they aren’t going to work for you either because we’ve succeeded in our Missions; we’ve opened the global cattle-pen gates so humans can more easily and quickly evolve beyond old negative belief systems.

Because I’ve been an Empath since birth I often don’t even think of certain things like this because it’s normal to me. It’s normal to me to read energies from my 360° gut/belly/core area. It’s normal for me to read certain other energies from higher locations in my physical and energy body/bodies. Read energies means to perceive, feel, see, hear, know, sense, discern other levels and frequencies of energy, of energies in people, groups, places, animals, Earth, Nature, physical and nonphysical beings and objects, structures, belief systems, the Collective and more. People don’t play the piano with their knees; they use their fingers and hands. The same is true with Higher Awareness and higher abilities; we use different physical body areas and organs, different energy centers, hormones/chemicals, areas of the brain, the etheric body, and of course now our HighHearts.

Because Empaths can read energies in people, places, things and more by using their core/gut/belly/stomach area, we have a tendency to blow up like balloons in and around the mid-section, especially so since the start of the Ascension Process and for more reasons than being Empaths. Believe me when I tell you that I’d love to eat some blue foods (blueberries, yum) to magically override the Buddha Belly and certain Empath side effects but it simply does not work like that for us.

Whenever something or someone startles me, my gut/belly area instantly bloats. If I have a fearful and/or angry thought for just a moment, my gut/belly area instantly bloats. This is about energy and how different people at different levels of development, ability and awareness deal with, interact with, respond to, are affected by, perceive, feel, transmute and move energy/energies. We are multidimensional beings and because of this we have and use our multidimensional, multiple body tools and abilities. Like it or not, you’re evolving beyond everything being only about eating “blue foods” or not eating certain other foods or standing on your head facing East for hours every day or whatever. This is evolution and I strongly suggest that you get with the Higher Program and cast-off your limiting belief shackles people. You cannot treat, fix, heal, solve, resolve higher frequency situations, side effects and energies with old 3D lower frequency, lower consciousness beliefs and tools.

I Just Wanna Have A Life Again

Many people have felt like they just want to go have fun or at least some peace somewhere, somehow, because all this AP intensity is through the roof in 2017. I can relate and over the past couple of months I’ve focused more on me than I have in nearly thirty years. I’ve had to. I’ve wanted to do my best to find some level of happiness and comfort where I am/where I AM now in 2017, energetically and physically. I think many Elder Forerunners and Forerunners have felt this way this year and there’s multiple reasons why.

Many times I’ve felt I’ve been in some strange state of mourning the loss of my old familiar 3D life, reality, self etc. I’m the last person I would have believed would ever feel this way but at times I have. Humans are so beat down by eons of negativity that they’ve adapted to and accepted all the horrors, abuse, negativity, limitations and atrocities done against humanity by human and nonhuman Team Dark (TD). Humans excel at adapting, which is a positive attribute unless it’s to continue clinging to those negative atrocities out of sheer habit, lack of awareness and/or Emotional Body addictions. But because the Shift (almost every time I type that word I write shit, which I find funny and telling) is happening now, many more people aware of the AP and the EP have felt a growing desire and need to relax and be happy for a change.

We need to do exactly that, relax and be happy. Nonetheless we also need to keep on keepin’ on because the job isn’t done yet, it won’t ever be “done”, but how we’ve done it is ending, changing, evolving into NEW jobs, NEW Missions, NEW Work, NEW us. Said another way, what used to make you “happy” has changed because you’ve changed. Before you get bummed over this you need to admit to yourself that there’s now so many more NEW, never-been-used crayons in your personal crayon box! You, me, we all can and need to use them to create NEW images for ourselves and our NEW lives as NEW beings.

Humans like to dig in and feel secure, and the AP and EP are extreme opposites to digging in and feeling secure, which is why Forerunners have felt and feel being both human and Divine Other, Higher and Lower, physical and nonphysical, old and NEW while in our physical human Earth bodies. I want to sit, relax and feel secure, AND I want to get this Ascension and Embodiment Process done quickly and as elevated as possible for myself and for everyone and everything else. Give yourself the time to evolve into your NEW everything where this exhausting sense of duality and constantly shifting, jumping, juggling between your old lower and NEW Higher Self and those severely different realities. This change is happening now, in 2017, so release some more as we all discover that this isn’t and doesn’t need to be two separated things, worlds, levels of being, awareness and reality anymore. They are becoming ONE because we are becoming more Unified within ourselves.

Last Week While Driving To The Store…

May 25th I was driving to Wal-Mart when suddenly my right wrist felt like there was a crucifixion nail through it. The physical pain was incredible, but much more importantly was that I instantly knew what it was and began talking loudly and intensely (borderline yelling) while driving at Team Dark that their bullshit negative Piscean Age ‘Crucifixion Implants’ to use another Lisa Renee term, are being permanently removed now. This pain triggered my anger over this old, carefully designed negativity and how much pain and suffering it has caused global humanity throughout the Age of Pisces (and still is today), that when this TD crucifixion pain erupted (again) in my wrist, I instantly blasted it and them back to Source. I knew some people in the cars around me could hear me yelling like an exorcist in my car but I didn’t care. I used that sudden physical crucifixion implant pain to get even larger energetically and help remove some of this ancient negativity.

Over the years I’ve experienced this same sudden piercing blast of severe crucifixion nail pains through my wrists and feet. I’m not and never have been religious because I incarnated with conscious higher awareness of what the two main world religions really were. Many Forerunners/Starseeds/Volunteers etc. incarnated in these Ascension lifetimes with either full or partial conscious higher awareness about what the primary world religions actually were. In addition, I have Pisces ASC, Pisces Rising natally, and I’ve always known I’m extra receptive to and aware of the intentional negative TD Piscean Age created religious negativity and distortions they created to use on and against humanity. This is another specific higher tool I came in with to help me in dismantling this TD negativity on the physical dimension.

A couple of days after this crucifixion pain experience in my car and my instant angry removal of it, I discovered a recent blog article Lisa Renee had written, ‘Earth Element is Transforming’. (Link below.) Beside my Piscean ASC, my Sun is in Capricorn, last of the Earth element zodiacal signs. I’m talking higher tools here and, in my case, and any Forerunner with heavy Earth and Water planets and/or angles etc. in their natal charts, 2017 feels very personal, different and extremely important.

Saturn & Physical Reality Structures, Earth Element, Gaia & You

Thanks to my Earth element Capricorn Sun and other connected things, I’ve always felt Earth/Gaia and much of the energies and beings that exist on and under the surface of physical Earth. Most Earth sign people, and opposite sign people—Scorpio, Pisces and Cancer—have this greater developed sense of and connection with Earth/Gaia because that element is highlighted in their physical bodies and consciousness. They also are usually Empaths, plus let us not forget that Cancer rules the stomach, the gut/bloat/belly. Put all the pieces together and things make a lot more natural sense. No blue foods needed! Because we’ve reached the point we’re at finally which is the Shift, which is the Separation of Worlds & Timelines, what we’ve been familiar with in regards to the Earth element, and Saturn, is changing dramatically in 2017.

As you may remember back in super-potent, ass-kicking, how did we survive another April?! April 2017, there were seven M-class Solar flares all aimed at planet Saturn, Lord of the 3D physical realm and structures in physicality. When I heard this I knew that TD was taking another intervention beating from Divine Source, and what they’ve intentionally used Saturn’s energies for to control physical Earth structures and realities for eons was being ended, cutoff and permanently dismantled. Change Saturn and you change physical reality. Change the Earth element and you change physical reality. Disconnect the old TD human and non-human monsters from stealing and distorting anything anymore and physical reality changes, as do humans and their consciousness and everything else. All this and much more is happening in 2017. Don’t any of us project old lower world expectations on to the NEW higher world, yourself and your NEW life and realities. Use your NEW, never-been-used before crayons please, for the sake of all everywhere. ❤

Vast Areas of Beautiful Rock Candy Space

Last week while I was out and about, I clarivoyantly Saw what looked to me like HUGE, MASSIVE vertical columns of pale pink crystal rock candy up out in higher dimensional space. It was beautiful beyond words as most of these types of sights are. I was a speck next to one of them as “I” slowly floated up further and higher next to it, them. It was like a crystalline Rock Candy field of energies that glistened with Light and radiated tremendous energies that felt very 6D geometric-like to me.

Razor shape crystalline geometric snowflake-like shapes floating through the air/space on our physical Earth world, touching each other lightly, creating glass wind-chime-like sounds more beautiful than you can imagine. Massive pillars of pastel colored crystalline Rock Candy looking structures out in the deep space fields radiating NEW Light Codes far and wide. Ever looked into a kaleidoscope? It’s looking more and more like that now when you venture out into the NEW expanding fields of Light Codes. I don’t know what else to call them but they’re more colorful, complex, geometric and dazzling than playing with a kaleidoscope.

I’m Here, There, Everywhere All At Once

Because so much is changing internally and externally in me, my personal reality and life etc., and because I know there’s so much more to come with all this EP business, I’m needing more time to myself to let it happen in and through me/Me/ME while me/Me/ME continue becoming increasingly unified in this physical Denise form which naturally causes it to be evolved into something NEW and different. Things make more sense to me now than ever before, and simultaneously I’m oftentimes dumbfounded by this Embodiment Process. What a miracle. What a confusion. What a pain. What a reunion for all aspects. What intensity. What soft, gentle perfectness. What a Process. What profound improvements. What LOVE. What Light. What else?

I am a Volunteer BlueRay Lightworking Forerunner, always have been, but I know I’m on totally NEW ground/space/place/level now in early 2017, and that this is only going to grow from here on out. I am Denise but I AM more and these two aspects are functioning increasingly from the same space and Now Moment and it’s amazing, dreamlike, easy, familiar, perfect in its strangeness and ever-present desire for greater and greater Creativity. There’s also those times, those days and weeks where it’s anything but perfect, easy and amazing and is just painful to the extreme, confusing and deeply frustrating. Lower and Higher merging, it’s all to be expected and much more I suppose. We’re doing it so give yourself the LOVE all aspects of you/You/YOU deserve and be sure to use all of your NEW crayon colors. ❤ ❤ ❤

The Last 3 Portals of this Third 9-Year Cycle

The 10-10, 11-11 and 12-12 portals of every year have always felt extra important to me, like a highlighted set of year end trinity energy Stair-steps. 2016 energetically being a 9 energy year of COMPLETIONS, and it happening at the end of this long Ascension Process Galactic Alignment, feels monumentally important and final. Very ancient reality doors are swiftly and permanently closing behind us and vanishing as we successively cross each of 2016’s last 9 energy 10-10, 11-11 and 12-12 trinity portals. This is both incredibly exciting and simultaneously slightly unnerving as we traverse these particular evolutionary steps up into a totally NEW space, world and reality — 2017 = 1 energy year of NEW BEGINNINGS but this will take place in a NEW higher world reality. We’ve made the lengthy voyage around the massive spiral in time and space and are currently evolving up to a NEW higher rung on the spiral, and in a higher dimension as well.

We’ve been through three (triality) nine-yearlong cycles within this Ascension Process, however this is the last one within the old patriarchal world we all incarnated into. Needless to say, that makes this time much more intense and powerful in its triple 9 energy-like completeness and stark finality. I was thinking the other day about the 3 nine-yearlong cycles I’ve lived through that began in late 1990 early 1991 and coincided with the start of my Initiatic, once-in-a-lifetime Uranus Opposition transit. An Ascension Process time-coded trigger began back then with the start of the first of the three nine-yearlong cycles and many Forerunners were activated then to begin their personal evolutionary Ascension Process plus start fulfilling their Soul Contracts as ‘Volunteers’ on 3D earth. When you step back far enough to better view (and review) your personal evolution and Soul Contracted mission Work just within these three nine-yearlong phases and levels of process, the whole thing takes on a very different look and feel. 9 energies of COMPLETION help each of us do exactly this, especially now as we complete THREE nine-yearlong cycles right now as we transition through the final three gateways of 10-10, 11-11, 12-12.

If you read this fast, it’s just a bunch of random words with some numbers thrown in. If you read this slower and feel into it with honesty, clarity and Higher Awareness, the importance of this time is almost too much to endure, too much to embody, too much to go through and not pee on yourself! Sorry, I had to add that last part just so we’d smile inside briefly while going through all this rare intense business.

I can look back now on these past three nine-yearlong cycles—approximately 27 years—and see how we had to Work on certain things throughout the nine years of each cycle and level of the Ascension Process. We have indeed been climbing energy Stair-steps all these years and decades and we’re now about to step into a whole NEW higher level that will be nothing like what we’ve been through already. As I’ve considered this recently, I’ve realized how important, how necessary in fact it now is for each of us to let go of whatever it is we must now in these last three gateway portals of this third nine-yearlong cycle as we permanently step out of the old lower and into the NEW higher. It’s felt like we need to quickly now, because we’re days away from reaching the final 11-11, throw off everything that remains in us, our beliefs, our body, consciousness, expectations, life and very reality so we’re empty enough (transparent, clear, high vibe) to cope with existence in the NEW that starts fully via the 1 energies of NEW BEGINNINGS in January 2017. We can’t offload any last tidbits of old lower stuff fast enough at this point.

10 11 12So far it’s felt to me like these final three portal gateways of 2016 — 10-10, 11-11, 12-12  — and the third nine-yearlong cycle, are literally stripping away—that was code for freeing—each of us from all that’s been and all that we’ve been and done etc. in the old lower world, if we let it. If we don’t, the pressures to evolve into something and someone NEW and different becomes increasingly unbearable. I strongly suggest you spend some time throughout November (11) and December (12) of 2016 doing honest personal inventory of what’s still hanging in your Inner closet gathering dust and weighing you down at this late date. Open your heart and let it go and be consciously aware of how you increase in a number of ways as you do this now.

It goes without saying that the old physical patriarchal world & co. has gone completely mad which isn’t a surprise at all. As it continues doing so however, your job is to ignore it and override it as you unwavering and steadfastly step over its writhing, demented, sick, spewing dying carcass on your way into the NEW higher. This too is part of the Ascension Process and if you’re a Forerunner you’ve been doing this for decades already, so nothing new here other than it’s all become very out in the open finally.

Also and very briefly because this isn’t what this article is about, there’s been some new info recently from a couple of Ascension teachers about—this is my term for this different negative business—Team Dark’s new Aquarian Age high-tech tools, tactics, devices and AI (Artificial Intelligence). To me some of this has been in “Test Mode” throughout all of 2016 on many Forerunners and is why some of us have battled with depression, a sense of being more alone, confusion at times and a sense of hopelessness or it’s all been useless. Because I’m intimately familiar with how Team Dark and negativity feels, sounds, acts and works for the most part, I know when I get down feeling and why occasionally all on my own, but I also know when something has/is intentionally being aimed, directed, ‘beamed’ at me to cause me to feel specific things, believe them and be negatively affected by them therefore making me momentarily ineffectual as a Forerunner Lightbecon.

There’s been a lot of this type negativity aimed at Forerunners and/or anyone that’s embodied enough Light in themselves throughout 2016. Lisa Renee has been writing/teaching about AI and how the negative aliens are using it now against humanity, as has George Kavassilas recently but who I’m much less familiar with, if you’re interested in learning more about this topic. If you do, just keep a HighHeart perspective with this information and with the positive that’s happening simultaneously. You’re multidimensional and can certainly juggle much more than just old lower Duality of Team Dark (TD) and Team Light! You can know more and continue evolving despite the latest negative high-tech tactics and exist well out of range from it.

It is what it is just like it always has been really, it’s just that TD has switched to very Aquarian Age type methods, which they’ve done over the eons every time there was an astrological Age change. They update to continue using the latest energies for themselves. But because of this change in how they interfere with humanity some new info is coming out (AI related including growing Transhumanism etc.) that at first sounds utterly hopeless if you’re a human. It isn’t however if you’re willing to grow, evolve, change and change again and again and again right now as this ascending/descending Separation of Worlds amplifies at the end of 2016 and entrance into 2017. I know you’re tired, exhausted in fact and so am I but I’ll be damned if… you know the rest. 11-11 and 12-12 and the December Solstice lay before us and they will further help lift you/me/us up even higher to override the updated high-tech negativity being aimed at us. For me the first part of 2016 was a real struggle many times, but now with the short sprint to the end of this year before us we’ve got this if you just stay in your HighHeart and continue to let go of whatever you need to. Yes many of the monsters still exist and they’ve got New Age tools (that just cracked me up!  😆 ) to do their continued evil deeds on humanity but, do you honestly believe that Team Dark is more powerful than Source God? Than your Higher Self? Than evolution? Than all the Ascension related Light Energies raining down on us constantly? Of course they’re not and never have been and the only way they can derail you is if you forget what you really are which is an aspect of Divine Source God. They of course are doing their best to make you forget this or remember it or discover it. See it, know it exists, be aware of it and then carry on with your Great Work exactly like you always have anyway. ❤

Use this rare time that’s passing super quickly and USE the last 11-11 and the last 12-12 and December Solstice within this last 9-yearlong triple cycle. Try not to look back over your shoulder at the downfall of the old as it thrashes and screams like a child throwing a temper tantrum over not being able to abuse humanity any longer. Keep on keepin’ on Forerunners and let all the past old lower everything fall away as you step up into the new of the NEW free and clear.

Old 3D Healing Tools Don’t Work For 5D Humans

Since 2003, I’ve repeatedly heard people say online how they use different old 3D (third dimension) tools, methods and belief systems etc. to help them with their evolutionary Ascension Process induced aches, pains, pressures and related symptoms or side effects of becoming a 5D (fifth dimension) human being in a physical body.

I’ve never understood the thinking behind this or expecting old pre-ascension 3D tools, methods and consciousness to actually help with evolving into a physically embodied 5D human that’s actually a different species. How could such lower frequency tools and methods be beneficial to and on someone that is literally vibrating higher and faster than those tools? They cannot is the short answer and why should be obvious.

The difference between a 3D human body, central nervous system, DNA, brain wiring, consciousness and perceptions with that of a 5D human being and body and all the rest of it is so extreme that they’re not the same species. That was not an exaggeration for dramatic effect but a hard fact. This is highly compressed evolution and we’re living it now in these current lives and physical bodies.

So why and how could old 3D lower frequency, lower consciousness, lower everything healing tools, methods and modalities etc. possibly work on or help anyone living through compressed evolution that’s physically, energetically and biologically changing them into a higher frequency 5D being with matching body, consciousness and perceptions? They cannot, so why waste your money and time on them when they’re not vibrating high enough and aren’t nearly complex and refined enough for a fifth dimensional body, central nervous system, consciousness and everything else.

I realize that for some people some of these old school lower frequency 3D healing tools such as acupuncture, massage, therapeutic touch, crystals/gemstones, reiki and I don’t know what all else, gives them some momentary relief and comfort both physically and psychologically from the brutal energetic onslaughts caused by the evolutionary Ascension Process. I suspect that they help take the edge off sometimes for a bit when one feels like they are frying from the inside out. I’ve never done any of them because I’m a stubborn Capricorn that wants to get every juicy, painful, spectacular bit out of this very rare Ascension Process lifetime no matter how miserable it often is.  But, that’s just me, you do what you want and feel you need to get through this in-body living evolutionary 3D to 5D, carbon to crystalline, physical density and Duality to physical Light and Triality transition.

The real problem with all of this is that we’re still in transition between the old lower 3D we incarnated into and are habituated to, and the NEW incredibly higher frequency 5D (and higher) Light Energies that have been and still are Alchemically baking our bodies, brains, central nervous systems, egos, DNA, consciousness and very realities. We’re all in transition still and because of this we’re not all yet fully anchored into the NEW 5D while we’re still doing our best to shed the old lower 3D from ourselves, our bodies, consciousness and external physical reality. This makes it tough while we transition, while we evolve from the old 3D model, reality, tools, frequencies and beliefs and fully embody the NEW 5D model, reality, tools, frequencies and knowings (they won’t be beliefs because you’ll have Higher Awareness and Perceptions, meaning you will know for yourself).

Soon many Volunteer Forerunners won’t need any so-called external “healing” methods or other people (healers, life coaches, energy fixers, therapists, doctors etc.) because they’ll be able to correct and adjust whatever it is within them that needs it to return to full functioning themselves at that level of being. After that, more and more people will be able to do this for themselves, by themselves, because it simply goes with the evolutionary territory. So-called “healing” and “healthcare” won’t be anything like what we’ve had or have today because 5D individuals will be able to intentionally and consciously correct and adjust whatever they need to within themselves and their physical and energetic bodies on their own.

Until then however we’re straddling two radically different worlds of abilities, beliefs and awareness. The old 3D world was one of complete externalization, disconnect and individual dis-empowerment through global beliefs that they need someone else to solve all their problems, be they health related, spiritual, physical or anything else. In 3D, no one was empowered enough to take care of themselves by themselves. In 5D, everyone must be totally self-empowered, totally Self-as-Source connected within themselves individually to exist within that 5D level of being and reality. This is why this evolutionary transition is so difficult for so many, it’s literally 180° from the 3D world and reality we all incarnated into.

When I feel like my central nervous system is going to explode from overload of 5D and higher Light Energies being embodied by me/Me in this physical body, I absolutely have to lay down for as long as I need to slow down and get out of my head and back into my HighHeart and/or fall asleep and nap. (HighHeart exists in the center of your upper chest well above your physical heart.) The more quiet, private, motionless, thoughtless, soundless time I have, the more these 5D energies are able to easily flow unimpeded throughout my body and central nervous system and then anchor into and circulate through my HighHeart. But, when even this isn’t enough and my body and consciousness feels overloaded with Light Energies that vibrate so fast and high they literally rattle and fry my body and nerves like nothing else, then I fall asleep/pass-out for as long as I can so all this gets embodied and “rebooted” while I’m asleep and out-of-body. It’s an safety measure taken by your Higher Self & Co., so when you suddenly need to fall asleep during the daytime, let yourself do it for these very important reasons. You’ll feel so much better when you wake up, like the latest inner energy storm has subsided, for the moment that is!

Bottom line is that the old 3D tools of any type don’t work on or for evolving 5D humans. NEW 5D and higher ones do, which means there’s a lot of positive change coming and soon. Release the old lower everything including your personal beliefs and old habits as often as you find you need so you can more easily transition into the NEW higher frequency, higher consciousness 5D reality with its matching NEW tools, abilities, consciousness and perceptions.

Forerunners Embodying & the Sun

Every now and again I do my best to write an article that, as accurately as I can, reflects what I’ve been living, perceiving and better understanding in my own way. These particular articles are often a bit hard to follow because they cover a variety of things, events, experiences, awareness’ and so on, and they do so across multiple dimensions and typically take place over weeks, months, decades and/or lifetimes in many cases. This article is another of this type and I’m sorry if it sounds at first read-through as if I’m jumping wildly from topic to topic and that none of it is quickly or easily coming together for you. Please push on however because it will make more sense to your HighHeart consciousness as you read and feel into the material. This article is important in my opinion, not to mention highly complex and multilayered as all of the really great stuff always is.

Those 5D Coinky Dinks

We’ve all experienced those wonderfully weird n’ wacky 5D (and higher) “coincidences” throughout the Ascension Process. They’re typically higher Light—aka information, knowledge, higher awareness etc.—aligning uniquely for us personally because it’s time for us to be consciously aware of something. To help us get there, these higher often strange twists n’ turn coinky dinks abound for a while until we finally reach one of those big Aha! moments. That’s what’s been happening to me for months now and they’ve all led me to this particular article about what some are calling ‘The Event’.

I hadn’t even heard this term until a week or so ago after I was led by further “coincidences” to read an article one of my reader friends emailed me recently. That article was by David Wilcock, March 6, 2016 ‘Just Say No to Partial Disclosure!’  At my first read-through of it I thought it was talking to me mainly about the ‘Negative greetings’ that David has gone through due to being someone who’s (also) working his backside off to help humanity get free, evolve, “ascend” etc. via his extensive writings and other works.

And, let’s be honest, there has not been many Ascension Teachers out there that have dared to write about the dark side of the Ascension Process in particular. There are numerous reasons for this but this article isn’t about that, and it’s going to be long anyway.

Suffice it to say that I’ve only come across a minuscule number of us that have publicly written about the negative side of the spiritual Ascension Process; of Team Dark as I’ve called them all. Lisa Renee, Cosmic Awareness, myself, David Wilcock… To any others out there I’m unaware of, I apologize for not knowing and including you Lightwarriors in this tiny list. The only other in-depth information about this that I’d read many years ago were the The RA Materials and The Law of One books two through five by James McCarty, Don Elkins and Carla Rueckert. The last book in the series very much dealt with what those people went through from Team Dark (my term) and the constant ‘Negative greetings’ (their term) that they all went though due to the spiritual Work they were doing and giving to humanity in book-form. Carlos Castaneda talked briefly about what he’d learned from his Master Teacher Don Juan, about some negative, nonphysical beings in his last book, but for the most part, this has been a topic very few have talked about for a variety of reasons.

As I read through David Wilcock’s article mentioned above, I at first assumed it was, for me, mainly about him sharing publicly about the ass-kicking abuse (attacks) he’s gone through just because he sits down to write something. This was meaningful to me because I’ve experienced this many, many times since I started writing about the Ascension Process online in 2003; even more so when I work on writing a book. My point is that I thought David’s article was mainly for me to hear someone else publicly talk about how painful, dangerous and difficult it sometimes is (or has been) to write about the Ascension Process in whatever form that takes for each of us writers that do it. We’ve repeatedly gotten attacked for doing so which I’ve often written about at TRANSITIONS over the years. But, as the coinky dinks go, this was only one aspect in an unfolding series of connected “coincidences” all trying to help me connect more important ascension related dots.

Next up in this ongoing series of connections was once I’d read David’s article, I was impulsed to quickly tear through a couple of his other recent ones. I didn’t know what I was looking for, but I’m always very aware of when I’m being invisibly led to something in a long string of things because some important “punch line” is coming for me, meaning you too.

While hurriedly reading through another of David Wilcock’s recent articles, he mentioned someone else saying that sometime soon (post 2012) ‘the Sun was going to sneeze’ and that this would cause ‘the Event’. I was like, what Event?! I thought ALL OF THIS was “The Event”! It is, it’s just that a major Stair-step or tipping point is about to be reached soon and that will automatically activate other great happenings—aka ‘The Event’—which will cause everything to suddenly evolve/ascend into the NEW to such a degree that we can’t quite comprehend that profound of an evolutionary jump by all that quickly.

We’re all doing the same thing and writing about the same processes yet communicating them from our unique individual perspectives which sometimes makes the material sound different enough that we don’t immediately understand what’s being talked about. Doesn’t matter because to someone it makes perfect sense because she/he/me/you did said it exactly the way we each did.

Another of these ongoing “coincidences” was something very specific Sandra Walter recently wrote about in one of her articles. Sometimes it’s only one word that I need, that we need to hear or read written in exactly the way that person said or wrote it and whammo, the Aha moment connects within us and another coinky dink succeeds doing what it was intended to for us at that moment.

Sandra used a term recently while talking specifically about the Sun and the current embodiment ‘Resurrection’  process many of the Forerunners are living now and it was, for me at that exact moment, ‘fractals’ and how some of them are aspects of us that have existed in the Sun. I’m now going to jump over into a recent article I wrote about how I used to lay in the old lower frequency golden rays of the Sun in the 1950s as a young child and deeply, profoundly, worship-fully send my highest and greatest LOVE and respect to the great Beings that lived in the Sun.

Some aspect of me has always known that something really important existed within our local Sun, and as a young child I LOVED It/Them more than I can express. And every decade since then I’ve wondered about this and why. However, I believe I have—with the help of a couple other Ascension Teachers’ recent articles and my own Higher Self and continuing Embodying process—finally gotten enough of those coinky dink dots to line up to the point that they’re saying something loud and clear enough to make me raise my eyebrows in surprise and be downright amazed.

In a few of my earlier articles I’ve even said that as more of the Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners reach certain levels of the Embodiment or ‘Resurrection’  phase of the Ascension Process, that the very act of this happening in the physical would automatically change everything else. I’ve said that multiple times and yet I didn’t have all the information about it, not that I do now, but I have a good chunk more.

Which Came First, the Chicken or the Egg?

What causes, triggers or activates what? The Sun? The Sun soon ‘sneezing’? The Ascension Process? Galactic Center spewing out something more, something NEW? The Forerunners reaching Embodiment in the physical? The Pleiadian Great Central Sun doing something? Moving deeper into the 7D Photonic Light? I say all the above and more that I’m probably not even aware of. I say all of it and more is “The Event” just in Stair-step fashion.

Enough Foreplay Denise!

Having said all this, I think it’s time for me to openly share what I’ve been working up to. It may sound outrageous to some, ludicrous to others, I don’t care either way. I may be wrong about this, and if so, I apologize right upfront for not comprehending the larger picture. But, if I’ve understood this aspect of the Ascension Process correctly, then wow. No pressure Forerunners but, wow.

Long ago WE (by WE I mean the Forerunners, Wayshowers, Volunteers, Pathpavers etc. before we dropped Light to incarnate) intentionally placed an aspect of OURSELVES in the form of individual fractals in the Sun of this solar system Earth is in. These fractal aspects are those great Beings I instinctively LOVED and worshiped as a young child in the 1950s in this incarnation.

Long ago WE also intentionally placed other aspects of OURSELVES in different male and female incarnations around planet Earth in linear time in 3D physicality. WE gave ourselves certain incarnations that would help us in these current lifetimes when the Ascension Process would/is happening in physicality and in linear time. Said another way, we very carefully covered our spiritual, energetic butts to make this Ascension Process as kind and gentle to all as we possibly could.

One of the reasons why WE intentionally placed a fractal aspect of OURSELVES in our local Sun was for when we reached the phase within the Ascension Process where we were capable of starting to Embody the Higher in the Lower here in the physical in these lives and bodies. (As you know, tons of Work had to be done by each of us before this could even be a thought and we’ve done just that.)

Once WE were ready to begin the Embodiment or Resurrection phase of the Ascension Process, WE would slowly and gently start merging the Higher with the Lower/the Lower with the Higher in ourselves, in our physical body vehicles on Earth. In other words, WE would begin becoming Christed, Crystalline, Unified, Integrated Beings in the physical on Earth and that would naturally and automatically attract those fractal aspects of US that have for so long existed in the Sun to merge with US/US with them here in these physical bodies and earthly, incarnate Selves Wayshowing the Ascension Process.

When enough of the Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners began this phase and were embodying their Solar/Sun/Christic/Divine fractal Selves into their physical bodies and human Selves on Earth, that would automatically and naturally trigger the Sun to do something NEW, something different, something like the suggested ‘sneeze’ causing a tremendous flash of Light to burst out which energetically propels everything and everyone into “Ascending”, evolving in what seems like a split-second.

I feel weird just typing those words. Why? Because even I have had to fight my way through all the lies and BS of those that have done their utter best to have US never realize these greater truths. I’ve known some of these greater truths all my life but I still sometimes have doubts about what I AM. Then that silly shit clears and I remember and know that I AM the I AM that I AM and that shit is about to get real up in here because WE’VE Worked on and towards this since forever it seems at this point.

As I said before, no pressure my fellow Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners, but know that as more and more of us Embody our Solar/Sun/Christic fractal Selves into these incarnate earthly Selves, that our doing so tremendously amplifies and quickens the entire Ascension Process and will trigger the Sun to do its ‘Event’ thing because all those fractals in it will have left to be Embodied by human Forerunners on Earth. How could this act not alter everything, not activate everything into further evolution? How could there be increasing numbers of incarnate Christed Beings in human form on Earth and not have that fact alter all of reality? It cannot.

When is this Solar ‘Event’ Happening?

Who knows. There’s lots of possibilities. One strong one is during what I’m going to call another Zero Zone period. This Zero Zone is that powerful point when we’ve finished 2016 (a NINE energy year), meaning December 31, 2016 to the start of 2017 (a ONE energy year) meaning January 1, 2017. It’s a possibility but I sense it’s a bit too early yet.

Another possibility could be at the end of 2017 (a ONE energy year), or the end of 2018 (a TWO energy year), or any point within 2019 (a THREE energy year). It doesn’t really matter if “the Event” happens in two weeks or two years; what matters is that it’s coming and fast and that it will dramatically change (improve, evolve) everyone and everything instantly. Stay focused on getting there, not getting hung up on lower left-brain details.

Kundalini Rising & the Rewiring Process

This article is for the people who may not be familiar with how Ascension related Kundalini energy feels and also how the Rewiring Process feels in the body. Many of you have already lived through these stages so it’s old-hat to you. There are however increasing numbers of people in 2011 (and beyond due to those Stair Steps) being activated who are suddenly living with some very weird energies and sensations inside their bodies. This information is primarily for them, but I hope you too will enjoy this recap.

THEY’RE ALL CAUSED BY THE EVOLUTIONARY ASCENSION PROCESS

February 1999 my physical Ascension Process suddenly began and I mean suddenly! Literally overnight I went from being and feeling one way all my life, to the next morning having my body producing some very strange physical symptoms. It was a horrible and difficult time and it lasted for many years. Your mileage will vary at this late date within the Ascension Process so don’t panic. The worst of the worst has already been done by Lightworkers over a decade ago and they’ve created a huge, wide open roadway for everyone to energetically travel down, meaning that what you experience now won’t be as long or as difficult and painful.

Before the Ascension energies were available, people who wanted to activate their kundalini energies would typically have to fast, meditate, remain celibate, and in most cases do so for years just to get their inner kundalini energies to budge or wiggle! But, with the start of the biological physical Ascension Process around 1998–1999, the need to do all those old school things went out the window. Now you don’t have to “do” anything to activate your kundalini energies and have them repeatedly burn and flash up and down your spine and work within each of your chakras to transmute the stuck energies in them. Now all you have to do is try to keep up with the Process!

You don’t need to fast, meditate, remain celibate or do any of the old past esoteric practices in hopes of activating your kundalini energy. At this point within the global Ascension Process, you’ll automatically be triggered or activated at exactly the time you’re supposed to and all by the perfect and flawless design and timing of your own Higher Self. So, don’t worry about any of this because it’s all been meticulously crafted by your Higher Self to unfold at the most beneficial and appropriate time for you to transmute and evolve via the available energies of the Ascension Process.

Because kundalini risings are being triggered now by your Higher Self and the cosmic, galactic, solar and astrological energies and cycles and not by a desire from your left-brained consciousness and ego self, the physical, mental, emotional and etheric symptoms they cause are not the same as old school Eastern esoteric knowledge has taught. Most all old school esoteric teachings don’t work for us now or reflect what we’re living through in our current lives and times because of the Ascension Process.

KUNDALINI SYMPTOMS

Kundalini risings activated by the Ascension Process typically do so suddenly and unexpectedly, making you instantly feel like you’re on fire from the inside out. Hot flashes are common even in male bodies, as are night sweats, which are just “hot flashes” that happen at night while you’re asleep or were sleeping! Once activated kundalini energies don’t conveniently turn off each night so we can get a good night’s sleep. Oh if only that were the case! Nope, you’re kundalini risings and inner fire, heat, sweating, emotions and purgings will be with you day and night for however long it takes for you to work/burn/transmute/release the emotional energetic junk you’ve stored in your trunk—and you’re guts, your belly, your heart, your brain/mind and so on. Oh happy day huh?  🙂 It really is a miraculous Alchemical Process of you going through the transmuting of your inner 3D Lead into higher frequency, non-polarized and integrated 5D Gold via kundalini fires activated by the ongoing Ascension Process.

  • Inner heat or kundalini fire that radiates outward and extends a good foot or more beyond the surface of your skin and physical body.
  • This same inner heat/fire in your spine/back repeatedly moving partially or completely up and down your spine/back.
  • This same inner heat in your spine/back stopping at different chakras to work on the emotional energetic junk you’ve got stored in each of them, some more than others.
  • Kundalini fire stirs up the emotional/mental/etheric issues you’ve stored and/or suppressed in each of your chakras which you will now FEEL emotionally and need to resolve and eventually fully release. This is a Process and is typically done repeatedly, layer-by-layer so we get the majority of our inner energetic junk transmuted and gone. It doesn’t happen in a couple weeks or months. Give it time to do all it must within you.
  • Strange, vivid dreams because we do the majority of our Inner Work while asleep and dreaming on the Inner Planes. We can discover, FEEL emotionally, resolve and integrate so much more in a vastly shorter time while we’re asleep and out-of-body doing this Inner Work. Expect strange but informative or symbolic and archetypal dreams and pay attention to what they reveal to you about yourself and what you’re transmuting.
  • Physical sweating…lots and lots of sweating day and night. I’d suggest you stop using chemical deodorants so you can sweat out the toxins. Try using a natural deodorant like a crystal stick or stone instead.
  • Emotional imbalances and difficult almost “crazy” periods due to past emotional issues/wounds/pains/fears/guilt etc. and their energies being brought to the surface of your consciousness and transmuted in and through your physical and emotional bodies primarily.
  • When kundalini fire is working in your solar plexus chakra, your physical belly/gut area will oftentimes bloat due to the intense energies and transformational Inner Work taking place inside. Fear not and know it will eventually decrease. Know too it will return a few times before you’re done with this Alchemical process.
  • When kundalini fire is working in your heart chakra you’ll often feel a heat, pressure, and possibly movements in this area of your body along with intense and uneven heart beats or thumps and poundings. You’ll also emotionally FEEL plenty and cry and rage and be moved by very simple and beautiful things, and very evil things too. Fear not as this is your heart being cleared and expanding to feel and house so much more of the higher energies, Light, and consciousness.
  • When kundalini fire is working in your throat chakra you’ll often feel a heat and pressure radiating out of the back of your neck. Aches and pains in your throat and jaw is common. You’ll also find yourself speaking (or yelling and demanding) things you’ve suppressed or have not been allowed to verbalize before. Finally give voice to what you’ve not so far and take your power back.
  • When kundalini fire is working in your two lower chakras, old sexual issues, feelings of guilt, and suppressed energies will demand your attention. Also fears and/or a sense of being a victim and so on will come to the surface to be consciously recognized, felt emotionally, finally dealt with and integrated and eventually released.
  • You know where each chakra exists within you and it’s pretty easy to know which physical organs exist in those areas. Those are the organs that will have more stress in them while your kundalini fire is burning and surfacing old emotional energies you’ve stored in them. Take care of yourself during these intense transformational periods. Drink plenty of water to help with the heat and fire, the constant sweating and potential mineral loss, and the constant detoxing and purging that this entire Process creates.
  • When kundalini reaches your head, just let it do what it does and don’t intellectualize the process much because you can’t and don’t need to! You’ll feel the fire and pressures inside your skull pushing and changing things in there and it all pouring up and out of the top of your head  (Crown chakra) too. Let the kundalini fire transmute your brain glands and clear and expand your Brow and Crown chakras for what will happen next.

There’s many more kundalini symptoms but this would become so long it’d be boring. Let’s move on to the Body Rewiring Process which can now happen more easily and quickly because Kundalini Fire has burned through and transmuted the majority of emotional energetic junk that had been stored, stuck throughout your physical and emotional bodies.

BODY REWIRING PROCESS

The Body Rewiring doesn’t hurt as most all the other Ascension symptoms do. It does however feel rather strange because you can actually feel energies vibrating, buzzing, and shaking deep inside your physical body. Thankfully no pain, just a sensation of inner vibrations that typically begin in the lower section of your body or in your core. I first felt them many years ago in my lower gut or core area. Over the years this inner body electrical-like vibrating would move slowly from one area to another and another and so on. Over the years it slowly inched its way upward in my body and lastly made it to my head and brain. At that point the Brain Rewiring took place which did and still does today cause me headaches, pressures, pains and aches both inside my head and also on the surface of my skull and scalp and Crown chakra area.

BODY REWIRING SYMPTOMS

  • Typically feeling inner body vibrations that feel rather like a mild electric current running inside you. It vibrates, buzz’s, and even mildly shakes you from deep inside your physical body. It is painless and isn’t that a nice change!
  • Over the months and years this inner body vibration will move around inside your body. You’ll feel it low in your base area, then higher in your belly area where it moves around and doesn’t remain in just one area in each section of your body. It will slowly move around your core, typically from bottom to top.
  • It’s easiest to feel this inner body vibrating when you’ve been asleep and suddenly awaken. While lying there quietly in the middle of the night it’s easy to feel a strong vibrating or buzzing energy inside your body. It runs in on/off cycles of a few seconds on and less seconds off. This perfectly timed pattern will repeat until you can safely cope with the vibration running for longer and longer periods.
  • Eventually this inner body vibrating energy increases to the point where it runs or is “ON” constantly inside your body and there’s no more periods where it’s “OFF” at all. This will take time however. At this point know that you are running and housing within your physical body and self a much higher frequency Light Energy than you ever could have done and survived before.
  • Once your whole physical body has been Rewired, it enters your head/brain and then that process begins. Stair steps remember or we wouldn’t survive The Process.

THE BRAIN REWIRING PROCESS & SYMPTOMS

When this Rewiring Ascension Process reaches your head and two brain halves you can feel and sense that you’re running a much higher, faster, undiluted Light-filled Energy throughout your whole physical body. You’ve been rewired, upgraded, and have a NEW 5D Body Grid system (central nervous system and much more) just like Earth now does. This means you—like Earth—can now run and constantly house 5D energies through your body and not fry or go mad or die because of it! You’ve succeeded in transmuting your Alchemical 3D Lead into 5D Gold and now have the latest and most energy-efficient, self-sustained model on the market. 😉 Congratulations! But, not to burst your hard-earned bubble of joy, there’s more…much more but it will be worth it so let’s continue and Rewire the head and brain—hence consciousness—so it matches your newly rewired body.

Once these transformational Rewiring Energies enter your head and brain you are going to have to deal with some pains and pressures inside your head and skull. I’m not going to pad this and say it doesn’t hurt occasionally because it does. But if you honestly think about what is happening inside your physical head/brain, it’s SO worth the occasional headaches and pressures.

The two separate brain hemispheres will now begin being Rewired into one unified whole brain that functions without the old lower 3D polarities of left and right brain consciousness and terrible disconnects. We can’t as yet fully perceive of how we’ll be able to perceive reality with a Rewired or Unified brain. Soon however.

  • The Brain Rewiring is occasionally painful and causes headaches, pressures and pains inside the head, pains and pressures in the external skull and scalp. These pains and pressures also move around inside the head and outside on the skull.
  • It often causes a sense or feel of twirling or rotating, spinning and/or tipping over or dropping through the floor. Not “dizziness”, but a rapid rotating movement.
  • It often triggers seeing lights, colors, sparks, points or explosions of light, shadows moving, movements of energies, non-physical beings and discarnate humans etc. Just observe the weird clairvoyant show but be aware too. Everything is not always as it seems. In other words, “all that glitters” with light doesn’t mean it is of the Light. No fear just pay attention and discern.
  • You’ll feel pressures and pains in your Brow chakra area and even more so in your Crown chakra area and the top of your physical skull/head.
  • You may smell scents like burning smoke or incense very close to your body for days, weeks or months on-end. You may also have a grossly exaggerated sense of smell with certain scents that nearly choke you and/or make you nauseous. This is caused by the Rewiring happening within your brain glands, the Pineal and Pituitary glands primarily and their being connected or unified also.
  • You will find yourself perceiving, or more accurately knowing things instead of linearly thinking and intellectualizing as you’re used to. This is due to the Kundalini clearing Inner Work, the later Body Rewiring, coupled with the current Brain Rewiring. We’re evolving/ascending now into what I call Spherical or 5D High Heart Consciousness—what others call “Unity Consciousness” or “triality” consciousness. To get there though, all these previous Ascension-related stair steps and Alchemical processes have to be gone through first. Soon we’ll know things from our Conscious High Hearts instead of having to linearly think, speculate or guess and hope for the best! We will simply know.
  • All this stuff going on in our heads and brains also causes hearing changes, inner ear pressures and the occasional inner ear stabbing pain. You will also hear strange non-physical sounds, voices, possibly words or your name being said etc. Again, no fear just realize that your two separate brain halves are being Rewired and billions of NEW neural Light pathways are being wired, connected between the two hemispheres that are becoming one unified whole brain. Of course we’re going to see, hear, smell, sense, perceive and feel all sorts of brand NEW energies, lights, Beings and dimensions etc.

Again there’s far more symptoms with the Brain Rewiring process because there’s far more happening than what I’ve written above. I’m not intentionally withholding information about these Ascension-related processes, it’s just that I haven’t completely figured out yet how to articulate what I perceive in geometric symbolic Light forms. As soon as I can better interpret into linear written words these geometric Light symbols I see over human energy and physical bodies, I’ll write about it too. I do know they represent Multidimensional, multiple layered Bodies we all have and how ALL of our different Energy Bodies from the densest to the mid-range to the highest frequency bodies closest to Source are ALL evolving/ascending simultaneously now.

Why The Ascension Process Is So Painful & Difficult

From dense Duality 3D carbon to

higher frequency, light-filled 5D crystalline

From 2 strands of DNA to

multiple strands of quantum DNA

From 2 separate Duality right / left brain hemispheres

to right / left brain hemispheres being evolutionarily Rewired 

creating whole-brained individuals greatly energetically aligned with their Higher Self

From 3D ego-based, painful high drama emotional wounds and karma to

polarity resolution and natural evolution to 5D HighHeart Consciousness

From lower 3D Duality frequency, consciousness and reality to

ascended Triality consciousness of 5D and higher

From separated and Dualized female / male individuals and humanity to

integrated unified Triality individuals in both sex bodies

From quarantined, dark, negative and totally controlled 3D Earth to

conscious re-integration and evolution back into the Milky Way galaxy

and return to Universal Society as individually integrated crystalline beings of Light with 5D HighHeart Consciousness.

Considering we’ve done all this and more in the last twenty-five, thirty years of profoundly dense, difficult physical linear 3D time, we should be mighty pleased and impressed.

I’m re-posting this article I originally wrote and published on September 7, 2007, Meeting Old Blue ET Friends (click on above link), because it may make a bit more sense to more people today than it did two years ago. Because of the many energetic and consciousness changes we’ve been going through during 2009, I thought it would be appropriate to give this a re-read now. Many more people are so close today to beginning  the process of having brief but fully conscious clairvoyant telepathic encounters with certain higher dimensional, nonphysical ETs, Starbeings, and/or numerous other-dimensional Beings much like this 2004 experience I had. This is simply another aspect of our ongoing evolutionary Ascension and dimensional shifting Process and our getting ready to reenter Universal Society. This one is going to be very exciting after humanity and Earth being quarantined for so long.

I’m updating this on January 15, 2017, because I just watched a movie on TV entitled Midnight Special by Jeff Nichols (2016). If you haven’t seen it yet and this topic is of interest to you, I suggest you watch it. It is very similar to what I experienced in 2004. I also found it interesting how the same exact shade of blue colored (swim) goggles were used in this movie, worn by the young boy making everything he viewed that intense blue color.

On December 3, 2004, while folding laundry in the afternoon I had a remarkable experience. I’ve had lots of remarkable experiences throughout my life, but this one was special and very different than what I was used to. With each passing year since that 2004 date, the more things I learn, read, remember, the more I realize how very important this experience really was. Not just for me but for all of us.

I learned about a year and a half after the fact that December 3, 2004 was the last day of the Mayan calendar’s “NIGHT 3”. On December 4, 2004, humanity entered “DAY 4”. Just something to keep in mind while reading this.

Anyway, I was folding laundry in my bedroom and not thinking about anything really, when suddenly I wasn’t in my bedroom. I was standing in some strange place that was completely blue colored. Everything was blue — the air, the empty space, the small group of 5 to 7 humanoid looking beings standing there—everything and everyone was blue. It was like I was in a frequency that was the same as the color blue.

Out of all that I experienced with this particular event, the emotional joy and sheer excitement of these blue beings was what struck me the most. They could not have been happier over the fact that I was there with them in their realm/dimension/frequency and that we were communicating face-to-face. I just stood there stunned at their profound joy and excitement over what was happening. So, what was happening anyway?

I’ve had contact with different nonphysical higher dimensional Beings since age 3 that I consciously remember, so this wasn’t any new shocking experience to me. What was profoundly different however, was that I completely went to where They were instead of the more familiar situation of me speeding up enough to meet Them in an energetic middle place so to speak. No, this was very different from what I was familiar with, and that’s why these blue Beings were so excited and so happy. I went to where they exist vibrationally – they did not energetically drop down to where I was.

They telepathed their profound joy and excitement over the fact that soon we (meaning humanity and earth) would be energetically, vibrationally, speeding up enough to be able to enter their realm. They said that all of 2005 would be a period of energetic fluctuations where we would be moving back and forth between 3D physical reality and 4D, and in a couple of years, we’d be ready to totally enter 5D reality.

I understood this to mean that I and much of humanity would be having a rather rough time sliding in and out of 4D dealing with the archetypal energies there and in us, but that on the other side of this was 5D, and that then the real Party would begin. More inner/outer transformations needed first evidently. Ascension is done in steps, many steps, with them getting smaller the farther we go.

They also told me that “Bush & Co. will really begin to self-destruct due to the increased higher frequency energies covering the planet now, and to not give it much concern.” They also used a term that I found very interesting. They said, “….that they will begin to energetically devour themselves…” (them being Bush & Co. etc.) because of the ongoing energy increases and evolution of much of humanity. We (much of humanity) were soon not going to be energetically available to feed off of any more. Remember when this happened—back on December 3, 2004.

They also told me that, “…we’ve always existed here, only inches away from humanity, but at a different frequency so you could not perceive or feel us or the Others.”

Don’t be surprised when soon, you find yourself in a place and vibrational state where other nonphysical Beings, ETs, Starbeings etc. exist and have for many ages and you’re having a good old-fashioned extended inter-dimensional stellar Family Reunion.
