This article is for the people who may not be familiar with how Ascension related Kundalini energy feels and also how the Rewiring Process feels in the body. Many of you have already lived through these stages so it’s old-hat to you. There are however increasing numbers of people in 2011 (and beyond due to those Stair Steps) being activated who are suddenly living with some very weird energies and sensations inside their bodies. This information is primarily for them, but I hope you too will enjoy this recap.
THEY’RE ALL CAUSED BY THE EVOLUTIONARY ASCENSION PROCESS
February 1999 my physical Ascension Process suddenly began and I mean suddenly! Literally overnight I went from being and feeling one way all my life, to the next morning having my body producing some very strange physical symptoms. It was a horrible and difficult time and it lasted for many years. Your mileage will vary at this late date within the Ascension Process so don’t panic. The worst of the worst has already been done by Lightworkers over a decade ago and they’ve created a huge, wide open roadway for everyone to energetically travel down, meaning that what you experience now won’t be as long or as difficult and painful.
Before the Ascension energies were available, people who wanted to activate their kundalini energies would typically have to fast, meditate, remain celibate, and in most cases do so for years just to get their inner kundalini energies to budge or wiggle! But, with the start of the biological physical Ascension Process around 1998–1999, the need to do all those old school things went out the window. Now you don’t have to “do” anything to activate your kundalini energies and have them repeatedly burn and flash up and down your spine and work within each of your chakras to transmute the stuck energies in them. Now all you have to do is try to keep up with the Process!
You don’t need to fast, meditate, remain celibate or do any of the old past esoteric practices in hopes of activating your kundalini energy. At this point within the global Ascension Process, you’ll automatically be triggered or activated at exactly the time you’re supposed to and all by the perfect and flawless design and timing of your own Higher Self. So, don’t worry about any of this because it’s all been meticulously crafted by your Higher Self to unfold at the most beneficial and appropriate time for you to transmute and evolve via the available energies of the Ascension Process.
Because kundalini risings are being triggered now by your Higher Self and the cosmic, galactic, solar and astrological energies and cycles and not by a desire from your left-brained consciousness and ego self, the physical, mental, emotional and etheric symptoms they cause are not the same as old school Eastern esoteric knowledge has taught. Most all old school esoteric teachings don’t work for us now or reflect what we’re living through in our current lives and times because of the Ascension Process.
KUNDALINI SYMPTOMS
Kundalini risings activated by the Ascension Process typically do so suddenly and unexpectedly, making you instantly feel like you’re on fire from the inside out. Hot flashes are common even in male bodies, as are night sweats, which are just “hot flashes” that happen at night while you’re asleep or were sleeping! Once activated kundalini energies don’t conveniently turn off each night so we can get a good night’s sleep. Oh if only that were the case! Nope, you’re kundalini risings and inner fire, heat, sweating, emotions and purgings will be with you day and night for however long it takes for you to work/burn/transmute/release the emotional energetic junk you’ve stored in your trunk—and you’re guts, your belly, your heart, your brain/mind and so on. Oh happy day huh? 🙂 It really is a miraculous Alchemical Process of you going through the transmuting of your inner 3D Lead into higher frequency, non-polarized and integrated 5D Gold via kundalini fires activated by the ongoing Ascension Process.
- Inner heat or kundalini fire that radiates outward and extends a good foot or more beyond the surface of your skin and physical body.
- This same inner heat/fire in your spine/back repeatedly moving partially or completely up and down your spine/back.
- This same inner heat in your spine/back stopping at different chakras to work on the emotional energetic junk you’ve got stored in each of them, some more than others.
- Kundalini fire stirs up the emotional/mental/etheric issues you’ve stored and/or suppressed in each of your chakras which you will now FEEL emotionally and need to resolve and eventually fully release. This is a Process and is typically done repeatedly, layer-by-layer so we get the majority of our inner energetic junk transmuted and gone. It doesn’t happen in a couple weeks or months. Give it time to do all it must within you.
- Strange, vivid dreams because we do the majority of our Inner Work while asleep and dreaming on the Inner Planes. We can discover, FEEL emotionally, resolve and integrate so much more in a vastly shorter time while we’re asleep and out-of-body doing this Inner Work. Expect strange but informative or symbolic and archetypal dreams and pay attention to what they reveal to you about yourself and what you’re transmuting.
- Physical sweating…lots and lots of sweating day and night. I’d suggest you stop using chemical deodorants so you can sweat out the toxins. Try using a natural deodorant like a crystal stick or stone instead.
- Emotional imbalances and difficult almost “crazy” periods due to past emotional issues/wounds/pains/fears/guilt etc. and their energies being brought to the surface of your consciousness and transmuted in and through your physical and emotional bodies primarily.
- When kundalini fire is working in your solar plexus chakra, your physical belly/gut area will oftentimes bloat due to the intense energies and transformational Inner Work taking place inside. Fear not and know it will eventually decrease. Know too it will return a few times before you’re done with this Alchemical process.
- When kundalini fire is working in your heart chakra you’ll often feel a heat, pressure, and possibly movements in this area of your body along with intense and uneven heart beats or thumps and poundings. You’ll also emotionally FEEL plenty and cry and rage and be moved by very simple and beautiful things, and very evil things too. Fear not as this is your heart being cleared and expanding to feel and house so much more of the higher energies, Light, and consciousness.
- When kundalini fire is working in your throat chakra you’ll often feel a heat and pressure radiating out of the back of your neck. Aches and pains in your throat and jaw is common. You’ll also find yourself speaking (or yelling and demanding) things you’ve suppressed or have not been allowed to verbalize before. Finally give voice to what you’ve not so far and take your power back.
- When kundalini fire is working in your two lower chakras, old sexual issues, feelings of guilt, and suppressed energies will demand your attention. Also fears and/or a sense of being a victim and so on will come to the surface to be consciously recognized, felt emotionally, finally dealt with and integrated and eventually released.
- You know where each chakra exists within you and it’s pretty easy to know which physical organs exist in those areas. Those are the organs that will have more stress in them while your kundalini fire is burning and surfacing old emotional energies you’ve stored in them. Take care of yourself during these intense transformational periods. Drink plenty of water to help with the heat and fire, the constant sweating and potential mineral loss, and the constant detoxing and purging that this entire Process creates.
- When kundalini reaches your head, just let it do what it does and don’t intellectualize the process much because you can’t and don’t need to! You’ll feel the fire and pressures inside your skull pushing and changing things in there and it all pouring up and out of the top of your head (Crown chakra) too. Let the kundalini fire transmute your brain glands and clear and expand your Brow and Crown chakras for what will happen next.
There’s many more kundalini symptoms but this would become so long it’d be boring. Let’s move on to the Body Rewiring Process which can now happen more easily and quickly because Kundalini Fire has burned through and transmuted the majority of emotional energetic junk that had been stored, stuck throughout your physical and emotional bodies.
BODY REWIRING PROCESS
The Body Rewiring doesn’t hurt as most all the other Ascension symptoms do. It does however feel rather strange because you can actually feel energies vibrating, buzzing, and shaking deep inside your physical body. Thankfully no pain, just a sensation of inner vibrations that typically begin in the lower section of your body or in your core. I first felt them many years ago in my lower gut or core area. Over the years this inner body electrical-like vibrating would move slowly from one area to another and another and so on. Over the years it slowly inched its way upward in my body and lastly made it to my head and brain. At that point the Brain Rewiring took place which did and still does today cause me headaches, pressures, pains and aches both inside my head and also on the surface of my skull and scalp and Crown chakra area.
BODY REWIRING SYMPTOMS
- Typically feeling inner body vibrations that feel rather like a mild electric current running inside you. It vibrates, buzz’s, and even mildly shakes you from deep inside your physical body. It is painless and isn’t that a nice change!
- Over the months and years this inner body vibration will move around inside your body. You’ll feel it low in your base area, then higher in your belly area where it moves around and doesn’t remain in just one area in each section of your body. It will slowly move around your core, typically from bottom to top.
- It’s easiest to feel this inner body vibrating when you’ve been asleep and suddenly awaken. While lying there quietly in the middle of the night it’s easy to feel a strong vibrating or buzzing energy inside your body. It runs in on/off cycles of a few seconds on and less seconds off. This perfectly timed pattern will repeat until you can safely cope with the vibration running for longer and longer periods.
- Eventually this inner body vibrating energy increases to the point where it runs or is “ON” constantly inside your body and there’s no more periods where it’s “OFF” at all. This will take time however. At this point know that you are running and housing within your physical body and self a much higher frequency Light Energy than you ever could have done and survived before.
- Once your whole physical body has been Rewired, it enters your head/brain and then that process begins. Stair steps remember or we wouldn’t survive The Process.
THE BRAIN REWIRING PROCESS & SYMPTOMS
When this Rewiring Ascension Process reaches your head and two brain halves you can feel and sense that you’re running a much higher, faster, undiluted Light-filled Energy throughout your whole physical body. You’ve been rewired, upgraded, and have a NEW 5D Body Grid system (central nervous system and much more) just like Earth now does. This means you—like Earth—can now run and constantly house 5D energies through your body and not fry or go mad or die because of it! You’ve succeeded in transmuting your Alchemical 3D Lead into 5D Gold and now have the latest and most energy-efficient, self-sustained model on the market. 😉 Congratulations! But, not to burst your hard-earned bubble of joy, there’s more…much more but it will be worth it so let’s continue and Rewire the head and brain—hence consciousness—so it matches your newly rewired body.
Once these transformational Rewiring Energies enter your head and brain you are going to have to deal with some pains and pressures inside your head and skull. I’m not going to pad this and say it doesn’t hurt occasionally because it does. But if you honestly think about what is happening inside your physical head/brain, it’s SO worth the occasional headaches and pressures.
The two separate brain hemispheres will now begin being Rewired into one unified whole brain that functions without the old lower 3D polarities of left and right brain consciousness and terrible disconnects. We can’t as yet fully perceive of how we’ll be able to perceive reality with a Rewired or Unified brain. Soon however.
- The Brain Rewiring is occasionally painful and causes headaches, pressures and pains inside the head, pains and pressures in the external skull and scalp. These pains and pressures also move around inside the head and outside on the skull.
- It often causes a sense or feel of twirling or rotating, spinning and/or tipping over or dropping through the floor. Not “dizziness”, but a rapid rotating movement.
- It often triggers seeing lights, colors, sparks, points or explosions of light, shadows moving, movements of energies, non-physical beings and discarnate humans etc. Just observe the weird clairvoyant show but be aware too. Everything is not always as it seems. In other words, “all that glitters” with light doesn’t mean it is of the Light. No fear just pay attention and discern.
- You’ll feel pressures and pains in your Brow chakra area and even more so in your Crown chakra area and the top of your physical skull/head.
- You may smell scents like burning smoke or incense very close to your body for days, weeks or months on-end. You may also have a grossly exaggerated sense of smell with certain scents that nearly choke you and/or make you nauseous. This is caused by the Rewiring happening within your brain glands, the Pineal and Pituitary glands primarily and their being connected or unified also.
- You will find yourself perceiving, or more accurately knowing things instead of linearly thinking and intellectualizing as you’re used to. This is due to the Kundalini clearing Inner Work, the later Body Rewiring, coupled with the current Brain Rewiring. We’re evolving/ascending now into what I call Spherical or 5D High Heart Consciousness—what others call “Unity Consciousness” or “triality” consciousness. To get there though, all these previous Ascension-related stair steps and Alchemical processes have to be gone through first. Soon we’ll know things from our Conscious High Hearts instead of having to linearly think, speculate or guess and hope for the best! We will simply know.
- All this stuff going on in our heads and brains also causes hearing changes, inner ear pressures and the occasional inner ear stabbing pain. You will also hear strange non-physical sounds, voices, possibly words or your name being said etc. Again, no fear just realize that your two separate brain halves are being Rewired and billions of NEW neural Light pathways are being wired, connected between the two hemispheres that are becoming one unified whole brain. Of course we’re going to see, hear, smell, sense, perceive and feel all sorts of brand NEW energies, lights, Beings and dimensions etc.
Again there’s far more symptoms with the Brain Rewiring process because there’s far more happening than what I’ve written above. I’m not intentionally withholding information about these Ascension-related processes, it’s just that I haven’t completely figured out yet how to articulate what I perceive in geometric symbolic Light forms. As soon as I can better interpret into linear written words these geometric Light symbols I see over human energy and physical bodies, I’ll write about it too. I do know they represent Multidimensional, multiple layered Bodies we all have and how ALL of our different Energy Bodies from the densest to the mid-range to the highest frequency bodies closest to Source are ALL evolving/ascending simultaneously now.

I’d really like to email you privately about your blog on the kundalini energy. But if this is the only way to contact you so be it. The information you shared is hugely helpful and pretty much answered all my ‘what on earth is going on’ questions that I have about the electricity flowing in me. I found your blog because I typed in ‘belly bloating ceases, kundalini, what does it mean’ . Thankfully I found you. Just this July after an out of the blue vomiting 24 hour episode , the pain & Buddha belly I’ve had for about three years constant finally left me. I could actually feel the gripe flow down my intestines, through my left leg , foot and then through right leg moving up. I could have cried with the happiness.I’ve gone a month with such ease and I am so so happy. I read your blog and you say it could return. Oh no! After three years of belly bloating, is it likely? Part of me thinks no, well that’s I pray for in meditation. In fact it was constant prayer that finally got me the release.
The electrical sensations you mention have been working intensively through my brain for well over a year. When I read your blog you map out the route of kundalini and finally it goes to the crown. To be honest I went straight to the crown . What does this mean? The electrical currents have been going on the whole time and are activated intensely in meditation especially. I feel the energy going into my physical body and flying all around and up to my brain. There is no stepping stones for me as you speak about. Also I’m wondering what will happen to the next stage of my awakening because as the yogis talk about it , they say the final stage goes directly up the shushumna nadi. The energy I’m experiencing is going right, left and centre. Up through my medulla and to the crown. There is no order! So there’s a lot of discussion about pain and you mention it too. I have no pain , discomfort or fear. Apart from belly, I’m really content with it all. Now I have been practicing Ashtanga yoga with a full heart for 20 years and that practice gets so deep into the chakras, so, is it possible this is the reason I have no pain. Or, is there more to come?
So would love to get your thoughts as your own experience seems the closest to my experience, without the pain that is. Also just to say that all the kundalini energy I experience is cooling, barely any heat, if none at all.

I’m glad you found TRANSITIONS as there is a lot of very helpful information here about the evolutionary Ascension Process. I hope you’ll read through many of my old articles here about the Ascension Process (AP) and its numerous common side effects, strange as they are, because it helps so much to know that the weirdness one is experiencing is “normal” for what we’re going through in these lives.

The main thing I want you to understand is that what the yogis of old experienced with Kundalini and trying to activate it, move it etc. is not the same experiences as what we’re having now. The reason for this is because what we’re (mass humanity) experiencing is due to natural, highly compressed evolution via the Ascension Process. We don’t have to do anything to activate Kundalini now because for most it simply activates automatically and we just try to keep up with it all!
Another aspect of this is what I experienced with the Ascension Process and Kundalini activation at the start of 1999, is different from what most people are experiencing today, twenty years later. The main reason for this is because those of us who got activated first — we’re called First Wavers, Volunteers, Pathpavers etc. — began this Process before there was much, if any, Light on Earth which is the main reason why I, we experienced much more pain than most other people have or will. This has to do with energy, density, negativity and so on. It’s a very different story and experience today because the entire Earth is now full of Light too and it was not back in 1999.
The main thing is for you to not limit yourself or compare side effects EXACTLY to what someone else has experienced. We’re all going through it and there are very common side effects for males and females of any age but know that we’re all still uniquely ourselves and we will experience these Ascension Process side effects, symptoms etc. in slightly different ways too. Keep reading here and familiarizing yourself with all this AP stuff. It’s always good to know you’re not alone in all this strangeness. ❤

Perhaps, the most elaborate description of the Kundalini Awakening. My term for it is a ritual of pure consciousness. The last chakra opening is beyond words. The way it prepares Nervous System for ascension, the way brain hemispheres are balanced, ida and pingala criss cross, then inhections of energy rise through shushumna, carefully, more and more until the serpent, rather quickly rises and crown opens like 1000 petals. This energy of pure consciousness knew me better than i know myself. This knowledge, not of this world, is difficult to explain with human brain, hence i call it the ritual of pure consciousness. I have never experienced anything of such dimension, magnitude, intelligence and beauty. Author of this article is as close as they come to defining that which is impossible.
I didn’t realise till after the fact that this was kundalini, I was watching Ted talks on consciousness, I started feeling nauseous so went to the bathroom, sat on toilet then intense heat, started moving from my base spine all the way up to my head, I thought if this heat keeps intensifying, I’m going to instantaneously combust, I couldn’t move, I was distorted, my head felt like electrified shock waves, the intense heat subsided ,gave way to a chilly cold feeling, I felt blissed out and all these intense colours started like fireworks and ended in a lotus flowering ….most blissed out feeling Eva had….thanku

Ditto on experiencing every single one…uncannily accurate…four years into this day by day phenomenon. I do miss sleeping through the night…rarely happens.
Started meditation for 6-7 months. I am feeling continuous beep sound in my ears and vibrations in both ears in silence. Also Khechri mudra is also happening and my tongue rolls back and touches some round like organs in nasal cavity but still didn’t tasted the nectar which flows form brain. Sometime I also feel pulse at every chakras and best one is I also feel pulse at top middle of my head when I lie down for sleep.
Not sure what all process is happening and what will happen next !!

g’day just want to see what everyones opinions on my experiences are, so me an my friends were taking psychedelics for a few weeks quite regularly, i had felt that lsd was aiding me in my spiritual path quite a lot, i could have conversations on lsd about stuff i knew nothing about and come to realizations about myself an spiritual beleifs and other little things, but anyway one night i had 4 double dropped lsd tabs, first at 12:30am last one at about 9am, during the trip i felt interconnected with earth like i never had been before i was dancing with trees and all sorts, i also told myself that i was going to explore the deepest parts of my brain during the trip, i felt so connected like never before it was amazing, anyway it got 2 about 4pm in the afternoon im still tripping out intensely, me and my mate picked someone up who i didn’t really know and went to mine and my trip went bad, out of my control it seemed, i overwhelming thoughts rushing through my mind, i got my friend to leave so i could try and sleep, i couldn’t, out of no where i felt trapped in hell cause i heard 2 people say my name and thought it was my mum n mate tryna wake me up from the trip i was in, inside of myself, i felt defeated dead lost, so i tried to meditate unaware of kudalini at the time, within 30 seconds i could see inside myself a white light at my bottom charkra and feel vibrations an hear frequencys, they rose with the light as it went up through my body and out the top of my head and ear, my whole body was vibrating and the frequency was near deafening, a blue energy an a red energy sprung up my spine rapng its self around the white light and interlocked, this all didn’t last to long at all to me at the time it seemed, shortly after that stopped i had a feeling i had been spiritually reborn and cleansed of sins by being put through hell and thinking feeling dead trapped, i then had sacred geometry patterns i could see with my pineal gland with my eyes closed coming into my forehead as if it was sucking them in, i was really scared of what was going on, i felt so disconnected from myself i couldn’t hold a thought i felt distant from everything i felt like i had lose 99% of who i was, i was still kind of tripping out so i went an looked in the mirror, everything but my reflection was going crazy the bathroom was reshaping it’s self coming in an out up an down but i seen myself in a new way, everything was new after this i came good within a month or 2 but i felt like i had changed as a person, i seen the word differently yet the same, i had a experience where i went to bed at 3am i heard a noise near my car so i got up to check and it was day time when i had just gone to bed at 3am, so i get back in bed close my eyes open them, check again anr its night time, also had a dream of watching myself meditate and levitate then explode into pieces of light,
All in all at the time it was very scary as i had no clue what was happening to me i i thought i had 1000000 things wrong with me, this was just over a year ago, i come to the realization after it that i never knew myself to have even been lost an after that happened to me i feel more found then ever, ive meditated after this an been able to change the vibrations of my body by what fingers touch what fingers, also my mum got told she could never have kids, 1 in a million chance, an angel came down holding me before i was born saying she was been giving a gifted child, ive had other little experiences as well, any comments on any of this would be really interesting, if i need explain anything any better just tell me cause im tired as, i feel like the last 2 years of my life has changed alot with all off this stuff happening and i want to pursue this path and evolve an help the world.

You’ve begun the evolutionary process. There’s so much more than what you’ve experienced so far so keep an open mind and heart, expect everything and yourself to continue changing and do your best to not limit anything with current limited awareness. Experience and expand and try to keep up. Feel, don’t think so much about these NEW higher frequency experiences. And, drugs to get “high” aren’t the way to go with the evolutionary Ascension Process in my opinion. It opens people up unnaturally and they’re not knowledgeable enough to know how to protect themselves from negative beings and influences. Drugs aren’t necessary because this is natural evolution pushing us all to a higher level of being and reality. Let it do exactly that. 🙂
went through the core post. its interesting. body goes through a massive change. even my bp remains high all the time and for no reason. something mysterious going on all the time. but as we are not aware about the whole thing, it becomes really scary as thesse things happen suddenly in a fully healthy condition. anyways, your article has helped to understand somewhat that strange and unexpected things will happen.

I have been meditating and practicing kundalini yoga.May i please know that when i meditate i can feel the snake crawling way up my spine but not all the way up, only till the middle of my spine. so, it means my heart chakra is not opened?
Thank you very much Denise. That does clarify for me. I had the upper chakras open for a long while but there was obviously still “stuff” to burn through at the solar plexus level. Who knows maybe even more from the bottom three. Glad we have the transformers in the way so we don’t get burned out. Whew!

I have a question. Are there layers to the awakening process? (Rewiring)
I have had a recent period of intense synchronicity, revelation, knowledge awakening and these very odd physical symptoms which led me to this post. Two of the symptoms are chills in the night and day but no fever and a burning ball of heat sensation in the solar plexus area. It feels as though a sun is active there which burns, produces heat which travels through the core of my body but oddly not to extremities and feels like its radiating out of my body into the air around me. Could I have inadvertently set this off by doing the breath of fire?
So yes I guess that’s two questions. Your response is greatly appreciated.

Absolutely and I’ve called them Stair-steps many times. We HAVE to go through these Ascension Process phases and layers in Stair-step like fashion otherwise they’d literally destroy our physical body and fry our Central Nervous System. So, we inch our way along, safely and slowly transmuting, integrating, embodying and moving up another energetic Stair-step so to speak.
I’m having those deep inner body “chills” that radiate outward this morning but it’s simply another side effect/symptom of the Ascension Process (compressed evolution).
I had an illustration drawn of a Sun rising within the human body at the High Heart (Thymus not the lower physical heart and heart chakra) area. It sounds like what you’re feeling; the evolving out of the bottom three chakra (and primarily the Solar Plexus as our old focal point and egoic center etc.), up into the High Heart area as the NEW focal point and higher center etc. You didn’t set this off as it’s a normal process of Ascension; humanity is “ascending”, evolving up from the bottom three chakras and their old energies and consciousness and reality etc., up into the 5D integrated, unified, NON-Dualized High Heart which exists above the physical heart and the Heart chakra. There’s much more to this of course and this “shift” is why we’ve been experiencing such profound changes in our bodies and consciousness… and will continue to for the rest of our lives.
The cold typically is felt when we move up another of these energetic Stair-steps into NEW space and energies. It feels deep-space cold to us in physical bodies, until that is we start filling it up with creations and we adapt to that level/space/location. This is a Process and will happen again and again as we journey up those Stair-steps. 😉

I think my Kundalini process as well started the body and brain rewiring process! I feel an ongoing buzzing and vibration most of the time in the lower back area, but sometimes it’s jumping and then suddenly I feel it buzzing inside my chest and on the back. But lately I feel some kind of new sensation that feels like my brain is being massaged from the inside! I feel tremors and shaking inside, it’s the same electrical buzzing that I can feel in my back most all day long now. But you are definitely right not to pat this process of brain rewiring, because sometimes when the energy is working strong inside my head, I can feel either on the left or right side a pulsating stinging pain. It pulses and with each pulse it stings until it moves on and the pain subsides. Then another times it’s suddenly at the other side! I think I have no doubt anymore, that my Kundalini started the Rewiring Process as well! 🙂 I am so grateful.
Thanks Denise for your site, I get much solace from your shared experiences. I’ve been having a rough time with back to back episodes of K flu-like sx. I did see a doctor but had no fever, just congestion, chills, aches that aren’t resolving very quickly. I asked Shakti to give me a dream last night to give me insight into these sx. I woke up with a lot of movement in my pelvis and the words “trust me” came to me. I now have developed some right inner ear pressure and continue to have intermittent chills. I had the heat initially years ago that was difficult but the chills are their own challenge. Any words of wisdom greatly appreciated.

Your dream sounds like you’re going through a lot of energetic movements in the lower chakras (pelvis area) which is probably some old residual energetic stuff being evicted and transmuted and integrated as NON dualized lower frequency emotional energies. We go through years and years of this and at different levels and layers of our “stuff”.
This is a highly simplified answer coming here but it’s true nonetheless. When higher frequency Light Energies come into contact with our human, in-body, physical level lower frequency emotional energetic “stuff”, it causes a heat from the friction of lower and higher contact. This is basically what Kundalini heat is about as it “burns” away layer after layer of our emotional energetic in-body “stuff” over the years.
The cold sensations however are something we feel in different parts of our body internally (I’ve referred to these as “Cold Flashes”) when we’re moving again into NEW higher frequency space/place/territory. Because there’s nothing in that NEW space that’s Duality or dualized etc., it feels to us like an inner cold that nothing warms up! It’s really just us “ascending” a bit more into a little higher frequency than we were able to exist within before. This too, just like the “Hot Flashes” of Kundalini inner fire, can happen repeatedly for years. Over the years I felt intense inner cold that formed in a perfect circle (like a chakra) at my heart and higher into my High Heart area of my physical body. It was so precise that I could have outlined it! Other times I feel this occasionally as an intense inner cold that radiates out like hot flashes do but it’s more of a whole body sensation than in one or another chakra area.
Remember that these Ascension Process symptoms or side effects go on for years and often we’ll need to redo or excavate a bit deeper into ourselves multiple times to transmute/integrate/neutralize whatever it is that’s still needing to be cleared in us. I’ve done this so many times and every time I’d thought I’d cleared that particular thing long before. Layers! Hope this helps you in your Alchemical Ascension Process.

The second time when it was happening I was afraid and resisting because my church told me it’s a evil spirit and because I did not know I felt there were two entities in my bedroom.I remember hearing a sound of a symbol and something running up my body through my legs like electricity.
And I have a question when the ascension process starts can it be reversed or stopped by anything?
No it cannot, the need to stop something that god had in mind for us when he created us is contra productive. It would be like you try to stop to grow up, or try to stop teething as a kid… It’s not possible to stop evolution! And should not be a goal of you in any way. Being activated with Kundalini is a blessing. Surrender to it and try to not to let your ego come in the way to become a spiritual being!
I was a born muslim then I became Christian now studying kundalini.Last year was wonderful Had many Out of this world experience.Learning many thing in dreams.saw future,past parallel worlds angels etc heard my Father God saying child I Love you.saw Jesus he was teaching me.I was in everyone in my dreams and I knew we are all one etc.I went through a lot in my life even now but I believe everything is going to be good. 2 o’clock in the morning something was in my room sound of air like a space ship white light then sounded like I was in some kind of liquid something went through my body up and down vibrations and electricity the most pleasurable and unbearable feeling that I ever had it went through my body and soul till morning long story,Now I have this heat even I write this now it is in my back right behind the heart,sometime on my chest and lower chakras and sometime running up and down through my spine.I’m burning lovely like the burning bush that was on fire but not consumed buy it by the way I saw the burning bush in a vision on fire but not consumed by fire it had three branches,I’m on fire but I’m not burning up.All kinds of Amazing things happened in my life even I am alone and isolated I was not alone.last year was best. Now I’m resting.I was searching everywhere why all this? this is a good article I learned many things thanks so much.I’m relieved because I found what was happening to me.
