Only Two Months In & Wow!

Yesterday February 5, 2020 I lost half an article while writing it and I’m still having WordPress difficulties today but pushing ahead nonetheless. Because of these glitches this article isn’t looking the way I’d like and I know that bothers me much more than most of you. There’s a point to all this and we’ll get there eventually.

February 4th I had to go to Walmart and while driving there my hair became full of static and was sticking out horizontally and flying around uncontrollably. My shirt became full of static and was clinging to my body and both of these things make me feel really uncomfortable. I’ve never had this happen to that extent while in the car and wasn’t happy that I had to walk through the whole store looking and feeling like I was electrically overloaded, which I was. The strange thing about this was that I did not get repeatedly zapped when I touched anything metal in the store which is what usually happens. Another early 2020 anomaly possibly — time will tell.

Once I got back home and my groceries put away, the energies quickly progressed to the next level. I was grateful they waited for me to get home, go to the bathroom, remove my shoes and put my frozen foods away and so on. It was clear to me at this point on February 4th (today is February 6 and this experience feels like it happened six months ago) that another larger than usual (what does usual even mean anymore anyway?!) energy wave pulsation was in effect and promptly needing to be embodied. They’re a bit different from Phase 1 of the Ascension Process so there’s been another learning curve since the start of Phase 2 on January 1, 2020. There’s many more coming so be wide open to more personal and collective ascension changes.

Typically my body reacts to these larger incoming NEW Light energies by swelling. I can feel the water/fluids in my cells being affected and altered by the higher frequency Light energies, which feels like I’m being electrocuted in every cell of my body, again, but each time this happens it’s at a higher level than the previous time. Stair-steps so we don’t fry or die or explode or go nuts completely. Nonetheless it’s an intense ascension embodiment side effect and so far into 2020 Phase 2, it’s obviously next-level energy-wise.

During these NEW next-level embodiment events my HighHeart starts fluttering, stuttering, thumping and moving around slightly in my chest as it further expands to accommodate the latest incoming higher Light energies. The HighHeart gets higher, larger and more filled with the Divine and every time this process happens it’s profoundly euphoric and uplifting, physically painful and much like what I expect a “near death experience” might feel like. In very real ways when we go through these repeated higher and higher levels of HighHeart expansion and embodiment we are dying. We are dying off the old lower and being energetically reborn instantaneously, simultaneously at higher and higher levels every time we go through these Embodiment Processes.

There were a few times during the last six months of 2019 where I involuntarily, unwillingly leaked physical moans in the midst of these ever intensifying dying off of the old lower and re-birthing the vastly higher frequency totally NEW Embodiment Process. The beautiful, painful, Divine, transcendent process of experiencing this from my physical body is beyond description. It’s horribly, divinely, terrifyingly perfect in its majesty. The ongoing merge process is seriously bad ass in other words! A seeming death to our old lower ego selves, a transcendent rebirth into higher Light and crystalline Diamond states to our Higher Selves. Both glorious and terrifying but such is the business of extracting our physical asses from lowly duality frequency.

There’s also moments, or longer, of vertigo sensations of tipping, dropping or falling as you Embody a little more and energetically transcend (shift) from one state and level to an even higher and larger one. And this happens repeatedly, bit by bit, energetic stair-step by energetic stair-step so do your best to relax, surrender and open completely into these new, different and more intense Phase 2 Embodiment merging periods. Allow yourself to die a little more fellow Volunteers to become more and more of your NEW embodied Higher Self merged in your physical body.

This was what my February 4, 2020 day and night was like once I got myself home from Walmart. I intentionally said that to show how beautifully bizarre our lives are now. I went to Walmart and when I got home I went through another phase of Embodying and it felt like I might die but I knew I wouldn’t — not that I care either way at this point — and all the while this was happening the pathetic USA political insanity of February 4th was unfolding. Aah the profound extremes of the Ascension and Embodiment Processes and the rapid collapse of the old patriarchal political governmental systems. The more you and I Embody, the faster the old lowly patriarchal reality and systems disappear. The Embodiment Process automatically begets the end and removal of the old lower everything. Keep that fact in your HighHeart and Higher Awareness every time you go through another now more amplified phase of Embodiment because it helps improve one’s perspective dramatically. As Volunteers we’re hardwired to do exactly this so don’t forget what all you are actually doing when living another intense Embodiment merging session. You are intentionally UN-creating the old through your divine ability to Embody the NEW intentionally and manifest it into the physical realm via your personal, individual internal transformational processes. Now that is some impressive stuff there NEW Creators so don’t forget that it’s what you have been doing all along in your own physical body.

In June 2018, I started seeing what looked to me like Solar flickering every time I looked at my ceiling. Strange I know. In Phase 1 of the Ascension Process, every time I looked out a window that had mini-blinds I’d see Photon particles of Light raining down like white Light rain. Hey, whatever works! I saw this Solar flickering on my ceilings constantly from June through December 2018. When the NEW triangular shaped iridescent and pearlescent pastel colored energies and codes arrived and were embedded in the water on Earth and our bodies and cells etc. in December 2018, I stopped seeing the Solar flickering. I started seeing them again in November 2019 and they’ve continued ever since but they’ve changed due to the major January 2020 energy reality override reset codes. (The Saturn Pluto Capricorn conjunction, the Lunar eclipse, entrance into 2020 and Phase 2 and more.)

These Solar flickering images I see when I look at my ceilings now are more than just flickering. They’re now flickering, flashing, bubbling, protruding downward and jumping and shifting constantly.

Last month I said I felt the Sun was getting ready to do something NEW soon. What I’m seeing of the Solar energies flickering in my energy Lightbody field — they’re not on my ceilings, just more easily viewed when I look at my ceilings — is that this too is unfolding in those energetic stair-steps so our physical bodies and Central Nervous Systems etc. doesn’t fry in the great ongoing evolving process. Now that we’re in 2020 Phase 2, so too is the global Ascension Process and our Embodiment Process if one is doing that as well. What makes all this somewhat difficult to verbalize is that it’s not linear really. It is and it isn’t.

What’s really been happening all along is that you — because you are quantum and multidimensional — Work the Ascension and Embodiment Process from multiple higher dimensions and often from quantum timelessness. You simultaneously Work the AP and EP from, in and through the physical dimension, Earth and your physical body. From higher perspectives it often seems like you go back in time, like you drop down into more density to physically live and embody and/or Embody these higher energies in the physical dimension and physical body and self. From the physical perspective it’s like we’re slightly behind somewhat, bringing up the physical rear so to speak. We are. Get over it. It’s the most important layer to all this and why we Volunteered in the first place.

Somewhat interesting side note. For nearly five decades I’ve had one of many vivid ancient past-life Egyptian memories that’s connected to our time and lives of compressed ascension now. This one memory from around 12,600 B.C. is of an Egyptian male Starseed walking across the bare ground and my watching brilliant sparks of electricity spark and shoot off from his feet and heels. He walked comfortably, like this amplified electromagnetic energy running through his body and the Earth didn’t cause him any physical pain. My February 4th Walmart trip with my hair and clothing all bunched up and sticking out everywhere from an unusual amount of static reminded me of this old memory. It’s similar but what we’re going through now is light years beyond what he and Earth went through at the start of the Age of Leo back then at a much lower level and frequency. Thought I’d share that tidbit because I sense we’ve entered a much higher level in January 2020, where all sorts of anomalies like this and others will quickly become our NEW normal. Be prepared for anything and no fear.

Another somewhat interesting side note is that it seems with our entrance into 2020 Phase 2, we’ve gone more fully into a galactic level of the, of our Ascension Process. I say this because I’ve been repeatedly clairvoyantly Seeing a variety of different, new to me ET faces in my Higher Awareness. I am not saying ET has or is about to arrive here but that OUR energetic position and vibratory rate has changed recently due to the massive energies that arrived during the first 13 days or so of January 2020. ET hasn’t changed their locations, we have because WE have dramatically shifted. Expect the unexpected with this now too.

Another aspect of our entrance into 2020 Phase 2 is that whatever and whoever was in our lives in Phase 1 does not guarantee the continuance of those relationships and other things in Phase 2. We’ve been through this many times throughout the twenty-some years of Phase 1 and this is the same, but like everything else, it’s happening at even higher levels. Mourn, release, adapt and continue moving higher. It just is what it is and we’ve each got to do what what we can or cannot do now.

To wrap this up, be aware that it’s still the Ascension Process but it’s now a different and much higher level of it which I’m calling Phase 2 for clarity and ease of location within the Process. Since January 2020 I’ve been Seeing increased and very fast Light flashes and streaks of Light and other anomalies inside my house and outside as well. Also more NEW crystalline Diamond energy patters or codes or blueprint templates etc. that are either brilliant white Light or iridescent or pearlescent pastel patterns often in diamond-like geometric shapes and clusters of shapes. They’re more of the NEW Earth and humanity codes and energies etc. that are fully in place since January 1, 2020. More are coming but these NEW higher baseline ascension energies and codes are in place now in the physical which means a whole lot of change is and will continue happening in all ways.

First Everythingers First

Those of you who’ve read my articles for years know that it’s unusual for me to write five articles in one month.

Throughout December 2019 I felt that old familiar, absolutely cannot ignore Soul Contract sensation of having to write about certain things as quickly as I could. When I feel this familiar ascension energetic drive to get certain things written immediately, I know it’s because major energy changes are about to manifest and the information is intended to prepare and aid us with more NEW presenting in the physical dimension. When this happens, it’s something I feel obsessively compelled to do as quickly as I’m able. Such was the entire month of December 2019.

The reasons for this I believe is because the First Everythingers very recently made a grand shift into Phase 2 of the Ascension Process, which exists in a much higher level we’ve never experienced before. I say this because of how my physical body has felt since late December 2019 into January 2020.

Because the First Everythingers always go first, live it first, embody it first and help anchor it first into the physical dimension and ascending Earth etc., many of us have been feeling an onslaught of both old and NEW ascension symptoms at different times in December. I started feeling some of this from mid-November and they increased in mid-December 2019. When that higher dimensional nice guy connected with me on December 28, 2019 to pass along a message about the NEW energies and help—different Angelics, ETs and other Beings—it was made very clear that some of us would be experiencing the NEW energies of Phase 2 first. It’s always worked this way so this shift out of Phase 1 and entrance into Phase 2 which energetically includes the Saturn Pluto and other Capricorn planets conjuncting etc., would be felt, lived, embodied and anchored first by those of us who I’ve called the First Everythingers.

Everything I just said, typed, was very linear because I haven’t figured out how to type Spherically yet. 😉 Point is that what I said sounds very linear when in fact I rarely experience things that way anymore. I do and I don’t. I both and more. Some of you know exactly what I’m saying. It’s strange to say the least but this is another big aspect of the Ascension Process in general but much more so for us in Phase 2.

I’ve been experiencing different incredibly intense (to me) periods of what is my ongoing Embodiment Process for months. My ongoing alignment with, merging with, unification with and Embodiment of my Soul fully with my physical body and this Denise self is both profound and shocking. During this ongoing process, linear time disintegrates and one finds oneself beyond it. To be expected right? The more NEW and higher each of us embodies, takes into our physical bodies and selves, the more quantum, the more non-linear we and our consciousness and all else becomes. Expect much more of this in Phase 2 First Everythingers.

Words fail to come close to this ongoing experience and Process. It is deeply personal, very intense, painful at times due to such higher frequency materials being added to and merged with the physical body and personality self. At times it can be equally ecstatic as traumatic which sounds like a contradiction but again, we’re in territory we’ve never been before. For me in those moments when more NEW comes in, be that in the form of energy waves, solar pulsations, deeper Photonic Light energies or more of my Soul and physical Self merging, it’s all magnificent, even the physically painful and psychological unknown moments of the Process.

It may sound like I just went off-script there but I didn’t really. Those of us who’ve chosen to go through the Embodiment Process during the Ascension Process are doing both and more. All of this has escalated greatly since around September 2019, with each month after it getting more intense. Some of the recent shift symptoms some First Everythingers have been experiencing since about mid-November, much more so by mid-December 2019 into January 2020, have been extreme at times. I’m going to list some of the latest side effects I’ve been having caused by the things mentioned already—the ongoing Embodiment Process and recent shift many of the First Everythingers experienced due to the NEW higher energies we felt on or around December 28, 2019. They have and will continue so this wasn’t something that only happened that one day/night. Non-linear, linear, quantum, Spherical, everything at once awareness and more now First Everythingers.

severe head pains and pressures and Pineal and Pituitary gland evolution
increased eye pains, dryness, vision blurriness, sensitivity to the latest Light and sometimes physical motion as well which is related to Pineal and Pituitary evolution and higher frequency external Photonic light and related higher energies
severe inner cold throughout whole body, severe cold hands and/or other body parts that lasts for hours and nothing helps warm you up
severe inner heat radiating from the bottoms of your feet primarily
feeling both frozen and burning internally
having skin on your face look red and burned from the inner cold and heat
the start of another round of sudden hair falling out
consciousness continually expanding into NEW territories which can sometimes make one feel inadequate, outdated, confused and very ungrounded
greater increase in inner body vibrations which can at times feel overwhelming
ongoing HighHeart expansions to embody and Embody everything that’s happening
memory has evolved to mind’s eye visuals instead of old mental thoughts
clairvoyantly Seeing other people’s Energy Signatures in NEW and colorful ways, even radiating out of their written words
Seeing and seeing increased bright white vertical Light flashes peripherally. Also seeing increased solar Light pulsations, flashes, flickering and NEW changes in your Lightbody and Sun connection
Seeing more and more NEW codes, 6D morphogenic creational geometric patterns

Many of these ascension symptoms are ones I had for the first decade or fifteen years or so in Phase 1 of the Ascension Process (1999–2019). Thankfully some of them like the burning bottoms of my feet ended after about twelve years of that miserableness. It was so great to be able to wear shoes, not only flip-flops, once that side effected ended. So, to suddenly have it return about ten days ago really surprised me. Same with the sudden hair falling out a decade after the first time it happened around 2008–2009. Same with the intense inner cold I often had intermittently during Phase 1. To have all of these old ascension symptoms suddenly return, on top of other NEW ones, around mid-November 2019 was surprising to me. I was confused about why they would make a return at this point in the shift out of Phase 1 and into Phase 2.

After the brief Higher Awareness message I received the evening of December 28, 2019 from the higher dimensional nice guy, I understood a bit better that some of the First Everythingers have been both casting-off some from our personal sojourn through Phase 1 of the Ascension Process, but we’ve also been experiencing the tremendously higher energies, Light, Phonic Light, codes, internal and external frequencies and vibrations, and NEW locations energetically in our physical bodies. We’ve both been frozen and burned by them, made dizzy and nauseous by them, abruptly pushed out of our bodies by them and slammed back into them repeatedly for months. We exist in linear space and time, and we also exist in non-linear space and time and both are happening simultaneously. Phase 2 will be this and much more for many of us so be prepared for anything. And be prepared to get serious with your personal abilities and our collective group abilities to Consciously Create in Phase 2.

Back to the how the First Everythingers always experience and embody the NEW first. Much of how the NEW physical level energies that the Saturn Pluto Capricorn conjunction (and other planets involved) will manifest as NEW codes and reality for humanity and Earth on January 12, 2020, we First Everythingers needed to feel, live, experience and embody first. All this is part of the activation of Phase 2 of the Ascension Process. We go first, we feel first, we embody first, we hurt first because we live and anchor them first in and through our physical bodies, HighHearts and Volunteer selves. We take the edge off so to speak by our doing this for the rest of humanity and all life on Earth.

Friday, January 10, 2020 is the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse at 20° Cancer. Sunday, January 12, 2020 is the one and only exact conjunction between Saturn and Pluto at 22° Capricorn. Welcome to next-level Phase 2 of the Ascension Process and the NEW across the physical board for all. Be prepared for anything at any time and no fear, this is compressed evolution and everyone is finally involved in it on the physical level.

We Survived OH LORD October!

A brief recap of OH LORD October 2019! because it was grueling and abnormally physically and psychologically painful nearly every day of the entire month. Bodily, October has felt like the last physical level extreme to what’s been an altogether very extreme year. We each experience these Light energies, NEW codes, NEW DNA, deeper across-the-board clearings and removals in our own ways, but I suspect many of you reading this have had a personal record-breaking October, as I have, to go along with your personal record-breaking entire 2019! If you’ve been living this throughout 2019 to date, you don’t need anyone to tell you that massive, sweeping changes are coming with the start of 2020 for everyone everywhere.

“…and to acknowledge in solidarity with all here the “inner wildfires” that have broken out throughout October for me and for so many of us at every level of life. Sometimes I attempt to hose them down, at other times I “wait and see” if they burn themselves out without my intervention. But this October, it has taken a lot of vigilance on my part so as not to respond to life as if life itself were an emergency…” — Raymond Boeri

To not respond to life as if life itself were an emergency. Indeed and what an accurate description Raymond Boeri gave us all in his Comment under my previous article. Thank you for that wisdom and honesty Raymond B. as it impeccably sums up all of 2019 for most of us. ❤

Many of you ascension Volunteers have also had enough lives lived on Earth during past astrological Age changes to know how difficult this current energetic shift is on many different levels for humanity. Humans don’t do change well and astrological Age changes are that at epic planetary levels. Concurrently is the Ascension Process, the Separation of Worlds & Timelines, the dimensional Shift to physical 5D, the Embodiment Process, NEW DNA being embodied and on and on.

I mention this only to remind you that you’ve already done these planetary astrological Age changes in the past on Earth to assist humanity with global change. Some of you have also done the Ascension Process on other worlds and galaxies, multiple times because you’re great at it, which is why you Volunteered to be here now. In other words, you are more than qualified to do all this so trust that fact plus your Embodying Process and now daily NEW abilities and expanding awareness.

What some of us have been feeling in our bodies this year are the NEW codes and energies of 2020. We First Everythingers always embody the NEW first and 2019 has certainly pushed, freed, battered and transmuted each of us in multiple ways month by difficult month this entire year to release more cosmic old and embody more now NEW.

I remember writing earlier this year about Awful April as I called it, but April 2019 was quickly dwarfed by Mother of God May!, then dwarfed colossally by Life Will Never Be The Same June, and on and on every month all year long. Every month of 2019 has been difficult in its own way and for its own reasons and yet the next month dwarfs them all with something else. The 12 Labors of Hercules comes to mind for the Pathpavers living 2019. Imagine however, what we’ll be once we reach January 2020.

November 2019

As is always the case, the image above is as close a representation to what I recently Saw clairvoyantly as I could find online. I’m grateful to have found it.

On October 27th I projected my awareness into November 2019 and Saw a beautiful, intense and brilliant image. At first I thought this image was of thousands of brilliant white-Light number 11’s representing the month of November, and 11-11 specifically. However, I’ve also Seen Angelic Lightbeings resemble vertical lines of brilliant white-Light that, when they’re standing close to each other, look like thousands of 11s.

After a few moments of deeper inspection of this mind’s eye vision, I began to realize that each of the many hundreds of brilliant vertical white-Light pillars were not 11’s, nor Angelic Lightbeings, but Embodied human individuals! They were you and me and all of us and it was a beautiful, sensational surprise to See ourselves this way. According to this late October 2019 vision insight, many Embodiers will reach the next higher level, phase and stair-step of their individual Embodiment Process during the month of November 2019.

October 2019 – Sudden random, allover body pains, physical immobility, severe vertigo, extreme head pains and pressures, more big changes to our Pituitary and Pineal glands, releasing like never before followed by even deeper multidimensional releasing the likes we’ve never experienced all while the body hurt from vast outgoing old patterns and greater, higher frequency incoming NEW energies and codes.

In Celia Fenn’s channeled Archangel Michael October 2019 article, they referred to October 2019 as a period of intense incoming waves of ‘Diamond Light Codes’. Has your external head and internal Pituitary and Pineal glands felt these intense October waves of Diamond Light carrying more NEW codes? Have they made your head and body hurt more than usual, energetically spin, rotate, vibrate much faster, expand and contract and expand repeatedly all month?

If I don’t sit in silence, not move physically, and intentionally focus into my HighHeart multiple times every day, these 2019 fry you alive ‘Diamond Light Codes’ quickly overstimulate my body and mind and make me feel like I’m short-circuiting, which I am. However, the minute I make this intentional shift the feeling of being energetically fried alive disappears, along with the often excruciating passage of linear time, because I’ve expanded back into these higher frequencies and Light energies and that feels perfect and normal, which it now is. The more I Embody, the less this side effect will happen until it’s gone permanently.

November 2019 – All that severe and painful October releasing of massive amounts of cosmic past and embodying more of the NEW and also Embodying if doing that too, was greater prep Work for November. In November 2019, some of us are at that level where we’re becoming the first of the NEW physical Human Light Angels on ascending Earth.

Celia Fenn/AAMichael referred to November 2019 as ‘an Initiation of Star Fire Light Codes’. They also mentioned that this particular energy transmission will be ‘Light/Sound waves’. I’ve been aware that some of the Angelics have and will be involved with these November 2019 energies, transmissions, NEW codes and Initiations with the Embodiers.

I’ve also been feeling an increase deep within my HighHeart upper chest area of a sort of harmonic reverberation. The higher realms continue pulsing out waves of these NEW energies, transmissions and codes and some of them are already registering in our physical HighHearts as a different vibration that’s radiating outward from us. I believe this will increase dramatically throughout November 2019 as we embody and Embody this months next level of codes, sync with them, then transmit those NEW frequencies and codes from our HighHearts and bodies like the energy waves each of us now are. We are rapidly becoming the NEW Embodied Angelic Humans. Expect some wonderful strangeness and increased anomalies, activation’s and possible etheric visitations etc. during November 2019.

December 2019 – NEW Divine Father, Divine Masculine arrives. Not old diminished, distorted, inverted inorganic Divine Father, but organic NEW Divine Father/Daddy/Masculine.

A rare small handful of Volunteers now incarnate in male bodies have already been displaying—much to my profound and long-awaited joy, delight and gratitude—the beginnings of the return of NEW Divine Father, Divine Masculine this year. Soon there will be more and more true Divine Father, Divine Masculine being embodied and Embodied by both human males and human females and the grand improvements for humanity and reality, realities and All will explode your heart and expand your Conscious Creativity and make you want to live as long as possible in this life! This isn’t wishful thinking, it’s evolution, and the return of Divine Father/Masculine and the return of Divine Mother/Feminine to the NEW Earth and NEW Humanity will be… a long time coming but so worth all the effort. ❤

I don’t usually receive or perceive names and titles like this which is why I often have trouble describing them in my articles. I See and Feel them and oftentimes know them intimately but I rarely get names or titles for them like some people do. I’ve used some of Celia Fenn’s/AAMichael’s names and titles for these October, November and December 2019 different incoming wave codes (and energy stair-steps) to help us get a better understanding of just exactly how deep into the NEW and the next phase we actually are at this point. These last three months of monumentally challenging 2019 are propelling each Volunteer and Embodier to their next level within the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process.

And finally, the very first group of unaware humans are beginning the Ascension Process at the end of 2019 and into 2020. It’s only been the Volunteers, the First Everythingers, Pathpavers, Wayshowers etc. that have been living the Ascension Process since it started on the physical level around 1998–1999. Now that that first phase is being completed during the last three months of 2019, the first group of unaware humans are about to be activated to START the Ascension Process. We’ve laid down the roads for them. We’ve built the bridges for them. We’ve lit the entire way for them. We’ve clear-cut the negativity for them. All they have to do is live it now, which this first group is about to begin. Well done Volunteer First Everythingers. Now get yourselves ready for November, then December. January 2020 will do the rest. ❤

Crossing-Over

I’ve decided to write about some of the unusual things that have been happening in one article instead of focusing on one anomaly or event at a time in multiple articles even though doing so may read rather scattered and seemingly disjointed. Scattered and seemingly disjointed is exactly how life and reality is now for most of us anyway. Because of that it feels the most helpful at the moment to just talk about some of these main 2019 events, anomalies, awareness’s and personal experiences I and many have been having all lumped together because that’s exactly how we’ve been experiencing them. I’ve always preferred to write from my firsthand experiences and direct knowledge and this article isn’t going to veer off of that format at this late date within the Ascension and Embodiment Processes.

One of the many things I wanted to include is a great channeled term I read many years ago from Steve Rother and his group. Their line was, ‘the many little gods’ or ‘little gods’. The second I read their term I burst into laughter over it because it was not only true but funny because it indicated some—what shall we call it—possible irritations?, conflicts?, clashes, differing points of view and beliefs between the many neophyte ‘little gods’.

What this great term ‘little gods’ was referring to was us, the First Everythingers, the Volunteers, First Wavers, Second Wavers, Forerunners, Starseeds, Gatekeepers, Gridworkers, Lightworkers and those of us first to Embody and how we would deal with each other, interact, work together, play together, Consciously Create individually and together once we’d reached the evolutionary level where we had actually become ‘little gods’ individually. This sounds mildly humorous at first but as more of us have discovered over the past few years, it’s not so funny at this point, but a very real challenge for each of us to learn from and adapt to individually. How does a Group of Embodied Individual human Masters deal with the other Embodied human Masters? With the highest respect and deepest gratitude.

One of the many things that’s been difficult for me and I know for many others is our continuous evolution from little 3D people of the old lower frequencies and density into greater, larger 5D people of the NEW higher Light frequencies. These Ascension Process and Embodiment Process changes over the past twenty-plus years has oftentimes been not only hellacious but colossally weird in that we HAVE been evolving from lower frequency and consciousness ego-based little humans into much higher frequency and consciousness multidimensional Light Crystalline humans who are individually becoming physically Embodied ‘little gods’. That is what the Embodiment Process is; us becoming ‘little gods’ from having Embodied, unified with, merged with, had our Higher Self/Selves/Soul take full residency with our little people selves in our physical bodies. We’ve become—with more choosing the Embodiment Process every day—Embodied individual ‘little gods’ over the years and that process has not only been extraordinarily remarkable and exasperating to personally live, but also sometimes difficult to watch other ascension teachers/writers going through themselves.

We’re no longer old lower world little people but we’re not quiet yet 100% Embodied NEW ‘little gods’ either, but an oftentimes awkward, ungainly and unattractive combination of them both. This reminds me of going through the insanity known as puberty and how awkward and unattractive the majority of us were during that phase! Same case now with our individual spiritual Embodiment Process. We are not what we were before it started, but we haven’t fully completed the changeover into full-blown ‘little god’ Embodiment either and are doing our current best to not look, sound or act like awkward, raging hormonal nitwits with spiritual pimples everywhere during this, the final phase of our profound individual transmutation into something entirely NEW and radically different.

Because of this—and all the rest of it!—let’s please be kind to those living the Embodiment Process during this final completion phase of it. Give each of us the space, room, time, patience and understanding for each of us to complete this extraordinary living in-body transfiguration. Sometimes we flail a bit during our individual Higher/lower Embodiment Process spiritual puberty awkwardness. It too just is what it is and we’ll Master this as well. But know that those of us who chose to Embody first are in our final stages of this esoteric, mystical, unfathomable process in 2019, both glorious and awkward all at once.

Fully Embodied NEW Light humans on Earth, along with everything that January 2020 will also anchor in, is and has been greatly accelerating the Separation and Shift. You cannot have increasingly Embodied Souls existing in physical human ascended bodies on Earth and expect anything to remain the same.

One of many side effects of the Embodiment Process, and general Ascension Process for that matter, is that many of us have been having much more obvious interactions with certain people that are NOT in the same Earth world reality and timeline we are. I’ve experienced this numerous times since 1999, but its become blatantly obvious in 2019 when two or more people are trying to communicate with each other and all of them do not exist on the same Earth world and timeline as the other person does.

Sometimes I cannot understand what the other person has said because to me it sounds like another launguage. Other times I hear English being spoken by the person but what they’re saying makes no sense to me whatsoever. It sounds to me like they’re lying, making up random crap about something and they can’t even do that well. When this happens I consciously understand what’s going on and why but that doesn’t make it any easier to accurately communicate with the person or people before me that exist in a different Earth world reality level and timeline than I currently do, and vice versa.

Have you ever said something to someone and they instantly look at you like you are crazy, stupid or both? I have many times and it’s highly frustrating sometimes to be so completely misunderstood by someone. The opposite is true too. Sometimes when someone not in the same Earth world and timeline as I am says something to me, I look at them like they’re crazy, stupid or both! Every time I’ve done this I apologize for my dumbfounded slack-jaw response and ask them to explain what exactly they meant and we attempt to go from there. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn’t. Welcome to the numerous and surreal side effect of the Separation of Worlds!

Another thing I’ve wanted to mention for a long time and kept forgetting is how those of us that can hold higher space really well, oftentimes experience sudden accidents and/or other traumatic life-changing events. In many cases, not all but many, these sudden severe accidents and/or events happen to help dislodge us, literally shake us loose from what we’d been holding energetically in place so well for so long. When abruptly impacted like this, we’re instantly freed to move on to the next higher level and phase of our Ascension and/or Embodiment Processes. There’s physical, emotional, financial and whatnot recovery time involved here too of course but we’ve been dramatically released from some old situation(s), person/people etc. from the old lower world and timeline that we very much needed immediate release from.

When this is happening to you it seems like your life and personal world has suddenly exploded and is in ruin all around you. It seems this way because it is exactly what’s happened and it was necessary, important and very helpful to you even though it doesn’t look or feel like it at the time. You have been freed by your Higher Self/Selves/Soul/Source from your previous holding pattern and space which is a blessing in the long-run. It may take some time for you to recover, recuperate and rebuild anew but that’s what these ascension lives are all about. Stair-steps that just keep going higher and higher and isn’t that a great thing!

Another aspect of this that I’ve been hearing more about from different people is that some are having sudden accidents that have caused them to break bones, many needing surgery or multiple surgeries to put the bone(s) back together again.

Because my Sun is in Capricorn which is ruled by Saturn and they rule our physical inner bones and skeletal structure, that’s my first thought when I hear about someone in 2019, having a sudden accident and they break a bone or bones. The second thought I have about this is the current Saturn Pluto conjunction in Capricorn happening all year and reaching their one and only EXACT to the degree conjunction on January 12, 2020. What is it in you personal life and structure(s) that’s needing to stop holding old lower space and/or pattern(s) so you can be freed from it/them now? Nothing slows us down and forces us deeply inward than having our physical bodies suddenly immobilized. I don’t see anything “wrong” about any of this, only an obviously highlighted something that wants you/me/each of us experiencing Saturn and Pluto getting increasingly close in Capricorn all year to break free from past structures and spaces we’ve held so that we’re free to Shift, Separate and transcend into higher NEW spaces and states of personal inner being and external reality.

Another thing I want to include is some of the phenomena and other strange anomalies I’ve repeatedly seen physically and Seen clairvoyantly in 2018 and 2019.

One strange and uncomfortable visual was something I’ve never experienced before 2019 and hope I don’t again. It’s happened a few times throughout the year and looks like the physical external reality I can see at the time is being moved towards me and away from me incredibly fast. It’s not moved a great distance, only about ten feet or so from stationary me, but it’s the rapid speed and repetition of it that’s almost unbearable. It’s like someone very large is rapidly and repeatedly pushing and pulling physical reality toward you and away from you very quickly and you’re seeing this with your physical eyes while awake. It doesn’t last long thankfully because I’d be falling over and vomiting all over the place if it did!

Another increasingly common visual I’ve been Seeing, and I know many of us have been seeing and Seeing far more than ever before too, is Light anomalies, Light patterns and colors both in your energy fields and in your physical environment. These are too numerous to list and I’m sure what each of us has been physically seeing and clairvoyantly Seeing has continued to change, expand and become much more multidimensionally complex.

The NEW codes have much to do with what we’ve been seeing and Seeing since late 2018, and constantly and more vividly in 2019. By 2020 these NEW codes will be the NEW normal, the NEW and only set of codes for all of humanity in this higher Evolutionary Cycle. If you’re a Seer, a clairvoyant, someone that’s able to perceive these NEW multidimensional codes, templates, patterns, blueprints for humanity and reality etc., then you too have been seeing/Seeing some very beautiful NEW geometric code patterns, energy waves, clusters of patterns and colors, transparent Crystalline cluster patterns, Diamond waves, Diamond sparkle Lights and codes and on and on. Just beautiful and such a lovely distraction and bit of “high” from all the lower collapsing stuff, crap and difficulties trying to get most anything done in the old world with most of those people in it. At this point, it’s the small things.

The other day when I woke up I Saw an up close view of the evolutionary Spiral we’re on. This visual was of only one particular small section of the Spiral, the one we’re on now, and I knew my attention was being directed to it because it’s exactly where the Separation of Worlds & Timelines and Shift takes place.

This small Spiral section with its invisible demarcation line is where we cross-over, where we Shift from the old lower Spiral rung up to the next higher Spiral rung. From a Universal perspective this is an extremely brief moment in time. From our incarnate physical perspective it’s life and reality repeatedly exploding, piece by piece, situation by situation, habit by habit, expectation by expectation. It feels like we need to be wearing hazmat suits, helmets and other protective gear to protect us from these constant evolutionary changes. From higher levels it’s a rare and special moment where we cross-over from a lower Spiral rung to a higher Spiral rung and are never the same again. Based on what I Saw a couple of mornings ago, we’re in this cross-over area now and will be traversing it for the rest of 2019.

This crossing-over is also energetically connected to those living the Embodiment Process first. There are many different evolutionary happenings that are connected to our current crossing-over this invisible demarcation Shift line on the evolutionary Spiral. All of these things are why we’re feeling the profound pressures of completing the last twenty, thirty years of Ascension Process right now. We all feel everything is about to pop, Separate, Shift and fully Cross-Over into the NEW. This is the completion point of this phase and where we transition over so don’t throw the towel in now fellow First Everythingers! Your HighHeart is in charge and taking you there.

It’s Bridge Crossing Time

“I hope this isn’t a silly question. But how does one know which train they are getting on so to speak? The thought of staying behind to continue carrying others forward is almost unbearable to me. I feel like I’ve been doing this unknowingly and knowingly in one form or another since I was very young and I simply can’t/don’t want to do it anymore. It has taken nearly everything out of me. I feel like I need to move forward for my own survival at this point. I have spent a lot of time wondering if I was being selfish feeling this way. I can’t help but want to cling to what you said, Denise- “It is NOT our jobs from this point forward…”

Many females have lived many years trying to be Super Mommy and eventually experience severe mommy burnout. It’s young mothers working themselves half to death, or craziness, certainly exhaustion, trying to do too many things every day and night for everyone else while she ignores herself, her body and physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual well-being. Typically doing this for years has a crash n’ burn finale because no one, female or male, can sustain that level of daily output and expect to come out of it unscathed. When mommy doesn’t take care of herself for extended periods while living like a Mega Super Hero 24/7/365 for everyone else, not only does she suffer in multiple ways but so too does her children and husband/mate/partner and important others in her life.

I’m mentioning this because most Volunteers have done this same thing for the past twenty years and are beyond exhausted and deeply have what Francesca is feeling, lets call it, Pathpaver burnout. As she herself mentions she doesn’t want to do that level of ascension Work anymore because she knows from a higher level that phase is indeed very much done. It’s just that most of us find that after twenty years or so of unwavering laborious head down workhorse plowing the Earth fields so the NEW can be planted in the near future—which is what’s now happening—it’s sometimes hard to put down those old cleaning and clearing tools and give ourselves permission to move into the next phase. We all become habituated to the, to our personal previous ascension Mission Work jobs and levels and have to be aware of when each phase is done and we’re needed to move on to the next. Trust yourselves when you find you’re having a guilt-tinged debate with yourself about not wanting to continue doing the old ascension jobs when every cell in your body is impulsing you to immediately shift into the next phase and level of the, of your personal Ascension and Embodiment Processes. If you’ve misjudged your current feelings and desire to move on when your not ready to, then you’ll know that quickly! But, if your desires are not ego-based but coming from higher knowing that it’s time for you to make further personal changes and evolve to the next level and phase, then do so and don’t second guess yourself.

The first phase Pathpaving is done, done and all done, as is the main cleaning and clearing out the old lower 3D patriarchal stuff and junk. Others can continue doing that at the levels they’re currently at now if that’s what they want to do, but for those of you who know in your HighHeart and soul that it’s time for you to move on to the next level because you’ve been Embodying the NEW codes in 2018, and much more so in 2019, and understand how important it is that you/me/we do exactly that now.

Have You Seen the NEW Triangles & Other NEW Energies Yet?!

This is a hot topic, as it very well should be, because it’s such a rare and profound event and you’re here now and the first to physically Embody the NEW Earth core energies, the NEW Crystalline DNA, all of the NEW templates, blueprints and energies for Earth, humans and all life on NEW Earth. You first Embody them so that the rest of humanity that’s willing to evolve can back to full Source intended Divine original design. No more old negative alien distortions, no more disconnected human DNA, no more vile control and lock-down devices, no more constant vital energy thefts by parasitic aliens and other energetically ravenous monsters, and no more old lower Earth world. This is why you don’t want to and are no longer needed to Pathpave by clearing and cleaning and trying to gingerly persuade other people to step out of the old negative darkness and insanity and up into the evolutionary Light and true freedom.

These NEW crystalline triangle Trinity DNA codes (not old Expired lower dual Duality), plus all the other NEW energies and waves of energies are all delivering the NEW templates and NEW DNA for NEW humans on NEW Earth and everywhere else. This started in 2018, slowly at first as is always the case, and those of us that were aligned with the Sun and had been and continue Embodying the NEW solar energy transmissions repeatedly saw with open eyes the Sun solar flashing and flickering Light. I’ve seen them with my physical open eyes every day for much of 2018 and I’m still seeing it today. I see the solar flickering Light most easily when I physically, not clairvoyantly, look at my white ceilings inside my house. When I started seeing this last year I first thought it was a light-bulb in a lamp that was flickering but when I look directly at the lamp or lamps they never flicker. This flashing and flickering Light I and many of you have been physically seeing and clairvoyantly Seeing is you completely aligned with the Sun and solar Light energies and you have Embodied them. In other words, you are a human on Earth whose Embodied—carries and transmits—the same energies that the Sun does. This whole thing about the Solar Flash “event” is yet another very misunderstood aspect of the Ascension and Embodiment Processes. Heck, I thought what I was seeing inside my house were bad light-bulbs in my lamps when in fact it’s been me producing this Light flickering and flashing inside all along.

Now, lets be very clear and honest about this next part because it’s important. There cannot be a growing number of incarnate humans (Volunteers, First Everythingers, Starseeds etc.) on Earth Embodying NEW Divine DNA, be energetically aligned with the Sun and all it’s transmitting, be fully connected to the NEW Crystalline Earth core, Embodying the NEW codes/templates/blueprints etc. and not have that fact automatically in turn alter external physical reality. The more you/me/we Embody these things, the bigger and faster the Separation of Worlds is happening. We are the “event” because we’re Embodying everything that needs to be so that the “event” can and will happen externally.

As highfalutin as that may sound everyone needs to know that it now feels and is far more strange, weird and seriously peculiar than any of us would have imagined! I’m experiencing moments that are very nice, smooth, private, calm, empowered and beautiful beyond words. I’m also experiencing the total opposite and having moments and longer periods where it feels like my house, with me in it, are free-falling through space and that is perfectly “normal” for what’s happening now. I’ve also been experiencing periods where I feel like I’m disintegrating, dispersing throughout space, remaining more together and falling through space, losing all touch with the old world and reality (Separation of Worlds) which is absolutely wonderful, hearing the strangest of sounds, feeling like I’ve never felt before and having a knowing that all this and much more is normal for where we’re at within this process now.

For your entertainment. For the past two nights in a row I’ve been awakened around 1:00–1:30AM or so, and then again around 4:00–5:00AM, by a very loud sound that to me sounds completely physical. I’m asleep in my bed when suddenly I’m wakened by the loud sounds of a big plastic trash bin (ours here have two wheels on the back of it to push or pull it around) being rolled down the sidewalk right behind my house. I wake up all pissed off at the bleeding idiot whose rolling a big trash bin down the freaking sidewalk at 1–1:30AM. I lay there in my bed in the dark listening for any sound at all and I hear nothing other than the sounds of the moving trash bin. Then a few minutes later I physically hear—all this sounds 100% physical to me—the sounds of a bull/cow moving around and knocking the trash bin around. WTF?! A cow or bull at 1:30AM in the city either in my next door neighbors backyard banging around trash bins or on the sidewalk directly behind my house doing so? I was awakened again by what sounded like hooves trotting down the sidewalk right behind me at 5:00AM this morning followed by more moving trash bin sounds. Seriously? OMG how much more weird can it get? Where the hell am I actually? I sense I shouldn’t even ask at this point but hang on tight and ride this NEW transitional business out and do my best to not get weird myself about how deeply strange it occasionally gets.

We’re not back there in old negative land, nor are we fully yet in NEW Earth land either but in some truly inconceivable in-between transitional place, space and state of being. Much or all of 2019 may be this and more so everyone be ready for a very NEW and different ascension Embodiment adventure as we transition through these Divine evolutionary changes. More to talk about but will do so in Comments under this article. I need a nap because some damned cow kept playing with trash bins all night again and woke me up repeatedly. 😡

October, November & December 2018: Year-end Run for the Triple Crowns

“Have you clairvoyantly Seen and/or dreamed of seeing an ornate Crown or triple Crowns recently? I have, and it (a single Crown) was the most ornate brilliant white diamonds and pearls creation I’ve ever seen. No wonder our heads have hurt so severely this year! It’s now time to put on our NEW Light Crown(s) and Consciously Create accordingly.”

That quote was from my October 28, 2018 article, Accelerated Incoming Higher Energies. I had seen this single diamond and pearl etheric energy Crown in a dream around the middle of October 2018, and was stunned by its opulence and how much Light it radiated. I knew it was mine, my first Embodiment Process energy Crown in a series of three (Triality) if I was capable of reaching each of them, and that each successive Crown would be a much higher frequency.

My second energy Crown arrived on 11-11-11, November 11, 2018, almost exactly one month after I received the October 2018 one but this time I was awake. I had just settled myself to intentionally connect with the global 11-11-11 meditation focus and higher Conscious Creating when a series of three mind’s eye images instantly manifested. (I did my best to reproduce these three images I Saw on November 11, 2018, but of course nothing compares to the real thing.) As usual there was instantaneous knowing about each of these three images so it’s a case of visual image along with instant higher knowing about what all each image means and represents etc.

The first image looked like this and were these colors. I knew that these triple 11’s represented November 11, 2018, but at this point I did wonder why they were slightly curved and not on a straight horizontal line like how we’d normally write or type them.

The second image looked like this and I knew these lower triple 11’s represented November 11, 2011. Again I wondered why both the first and second mind’s eye images were slightly curved like this; one set of triple 11’s arched up and the second set of triple 11’s arched down.

The third image looked like this and was more of an overhead view than the first two and I finally knew why the first two images were positioned the ways they were. This third unified and connected image of double sets of triple 11’s indicated that those people who have lived the ongoing Ascension and Embodiment Process up to November 11, 2011 and through November 11, 2018 have united and Embodied those energies and ascension years and high primary ascension timeline within themselves, allowing those individuals to pass through this November 11, 2018 circular Crown portal of 11’s and access another higher frequency etheric Embodiment Crown. This third image was both a portal and a Crown—one in the same thing actually—but at a NEW much higher level than we had been able to energetically reach and Embody until November 11, 2018.

The next thing I realized after Seeing and Knowing these three (three is a common representation of Unity frequencies—aka Trinity or Triality frequency) images was that December 2018 will bring another even higher level of this process for the Embodiers, and in turn the rest of humanity, external reality and the Separation of Worlds. At some point within the month of December 2018, those of us that are Embodying first and Wayshowing that will be dealing with Embodying our personal third triple Crown coronations. I keep Seeing lots of brilliant colored etheric gold Light but we’ll see once we enter January 2019, what exactly our personal third etheric Embodiment Crowns look like. I’ve also been Seeing, when my physical eyes are closed, bright iridescent pastel colored patterns which I sense are both more of our NEW Crystalline Christ frequency DNA connecting plus the NEW Angelic realm codes arriving this month and beyond.

The more you/me/we Embody and “ascend” vibrationally, energetically, the more we all help everything else quickly evolve, “ascend” higher and higher too. This latest evolutionary energetic leap that happened on November 11, 2018 was bigger and more reality-changing than most of us have realized yet. November 11th was only two days ago and yet I can hardly perceive of things before two days ago! That in itself is a huge clue as to just how large this latest elevation shift actual was. We stepped through a double set of triple 11’s portal Crown and nothing will be the same because of it. And the December 2018 Triple Crown awaits us.

Know that if you didn’t See or dream or have any remembered awareness of Crowns or anything else related to these 11-11-11 portals, know that that does NOT mean you didn’t experience these things in your own ways and that you didn’t receive your first or second or possible third etheric Embodiment Process Crown. You did, you just may not have gotten to see or See your ongoing Embodiment coronations but I know you’ve felt huge positive changes since November 11, 2018. Wear you latest Crown well fellow Light-bearers and NEW EARTH world drivers, we’ve still got December 2018 to live, Embody and receive our third etheric Crowns which is going to create even greater positive ascension changes for All. Very well done everyone, very well done indeed.

Pathpaving & The Separation Of Worlds

I’m going to start this article by sharing an awake daytime experience I had in the mid-1980s. It happened after spending some time at my mom’s house talking with her and my sister about other things. It happened in front of them not that either of them fully understood what I had just seen, remembered and relived in those profoundly intense few moments they witnesses. For perspective, Harmonic Convergence happened in August 1987; this experience was four years or so before that.

This experience was unusually intense because in the 1980s, the pre-ascension Earth existed in full Darkness and negative control so for me, or anyone else, to suddenly be consciously expanded all the way back up to where this event originated was extreme and incredibly intense on my physical body at that time. In the few seconds this vision and memory and direct re-connection happened, it caused my physical body to sweat profusely and tremble slightly as I stood there reliving this and reconnecting with it consciously as incarnate Denise in this physical timeline of Ascension. Said another way, bridging this great gap between mid-1980’s pre-ascension Earth and where the I AM aspects of ME existed in a very high dimension of Light LOVE was severe. Many of us do this today with no side effects whatsoever because of the ongoing Embodiment Process, but back in the mid-1980s, doing so was another story altogether.

I was suddenly transported and consciously reconnected with my I AM aspects, my Soul Group aspects which consisted of 5–7 individuals. We all were Lightbeings that existed at a very high level. Three more of these same level of Lightbeings presented before the 5–7 of us to inform us—and all others across the Universe—that a ‘Call has been issued from Source for Volunteers to go and assist.’ Details about this weren’t needed for any of us because everyone instantly knew exactly what this was, what it meant, why it was happening and what was required of any aspects that Volunteered for this Divine Mission. I raised my hand and said, ‘We’ll go’. I did not say I’ll go but we’ll go which meant I Volunteered all aspects of my I AM self, all aspects of my Soul Group for this Source inspired Universal Mission.

To describe this I have to talk in linear terms so it makes easier sense but keep in Higher Awareness that this event was and still is quantum, multidimensional and interconnected.

It was a call from Divine Source for Volunteers to drop enough Light to be able to incarnate into the physical dimension in physical bodies on Earth across time for the single purpose of preparing for the coming Universal Ascension Process. My I AM Volunteered aspects all incarnated simultaneously into different time periods and locations on physical Earth many thousands of years apart, all to gain unique earthly experiences such as different Initiations and teachings across time in multiple countries and cultures so the aspect that incarnated into this timeline as Denise Le Fay would have all she needed to be capable of individually reuniting her aspects and more, Embodying, seeding and anchoring the NEW higher evolutionary Light energies and codes into physical Earth for mass humanity. That is what we ‘Volunteers’ volunteered to do and the majority of this Mission Work had to do with us first dismantling, transmuting, clearing and removing tremendous amounts of Dark negative energies created by Team Dark—negative aliens, beings, demons, devils and an assortment of other negative hierarchical entities. In very simplified terms, Phase One of this was a multidimensional cosmic cleanup Mission that would not be easy or safe but a certain percentage of negativity had to first be transmuted and removed and we Volunteered in vast numbers to do exactly that and much more. Phase Two has been more about our intentionally Embodying, unifying, shifting, lifting ourselves, our bodies and Earth and energetically Pathpaving the way for humanity that would be coming up behind us.

Because all this has been and still is quantum, I’ve been as have many of you reading this, consciously aware FROM BIRTH that I intentionally incarnated on physical Earth while it was totally owned and operated by the most negative, human hating, nearly incomprehensible female hating, evil and vile negative aliens and other beings including totally negative humans. My mother used to tell me that I was such a good baby. She could put me on a blanket on the floor and I wouldn’t leave it. What she didn’t know was that my not leaving the blanket had to do with the fact that I was consciously aware of where I was and that it wasn’t good or positive but completely Dark and negative.

So with that as my personal foundation for everything in my life, lives, reality and realities, let’s get to the reasons for this particular article. What I’m going to say next is not because I hate or don’t like or disbelieve the people I’m going to mention. That is not the case at all. What it is a case of is individually different levels, different Ascension related Mission Work and focus, and different Earth worlds. The Separation of Worlds is rapidly becoming something that more and more individuals are clearly seeing, feeling and sensing for themselves and this article is about that.

As some of you know Lisa Renee and her husband Tomas wrote a blog article at their site on November 5, 2018 entitled ‘Disclosure, If You Want It’. I discovered it a few days ago then one of my readers wrote a Comment under my previous article mentioning it and had some wise and insightful things to say about it. I also received an email from another reader a few days ago about it and how she was both surprised and angry over some of the things said in it and about how negative the energies in the movie trailer and its participants felt to her. After this I finally read the entire article by Lisa and Tomas and lastly clicked on the link in it and watched the documentary trailer of the movie ‘Above Majestic’ with David Wilcock, Cory Goode, Jordan Sather and I don’t know who else. I don’t need to watch the entire movie because I’ve energetically known the situation with them and the entire “conspiracy theory” topics in general.

As most of you know I’ve often mentioned Lisa Renee and also have quoted some of her monthly articles and/or blog posts over the years because I personally felt about her writing about Team Dark—the negative aliens and their agendas—much like she stated she felt about David Wilcock & Co. and this documentary movie. I have appreciated Lisa Renee writing about, in detail like no one else, these negative aliens and all the hierarchical Dark others because it meant I wasn’t the only person writing about them and my lifelong experiences with some of them. Team Dark as I call all negative beings is a very hard and unpleasant topic in general so to find anyone else writing about them was a gift for me personally.

Having said that I must be honest and add that by 2012, I was occasionally experiencing repeated moments of growing frustrations with Lisa Renee because, and this is very important, she was not writing about the positive side of the Ascension Process much at all. Out of say 24 articles maybe, maybe one would have a few sentences or a couple of paragraphs about how much positive progress was happening simultaneously to the ongoing negative stunts and tactics by the negative aliens in one of her articles. Since 2013, I repeatedly found myself getting frustrated at Lisa for going on and on and on about the Dark and not talking much at all about the positive progress that’s been happening too. I finally got over this in myself as an issue because it was MINE and not Lisa Renee’s and continued doing and being what I’ve done and been all along. Her path and focus is hers and hers alone same as is the case with David Wilcock, Cory Goode and everyone else, including myself.

We all would like other people to be at our sides and vice versa and honestly understand and do some of the Great Work too but, eventually the First Everythingers fully realize that this isn’t how it works beyond certain levels and that it is all about me doing it myself, and you doing it yourself etc. as empowered higher frequency Individuals which slowly creates a higher frequency Group of matching frequency Individuals. The ‘High Vibe Tribe’ as Sandra Walter has called it, called us; Team Light as I’ve called it, called us.

I’ve always been able to instantly feel, sense, discern and read energies and energies in people, groups and locations etc. so it’s been easy for me to look at people, photos, videos and movies like the one we’re talking about here and instantly know what’s what and whose who and where they’re currently existing energetically within the Separation of Worlds. What’s happening more and more every day now, nearly twenty years since the Ascension Process started on the physical level for the First Everythingers (Forerunners, Wayshowers, Pathpavers, Lightworkers, Lightwarriors etc.) in 1998–1999, is more people are able to instantly sense, read, discern, feel, see and know where other Ascension writers and teachers and other people are within the Ascension Process, the Embodiment Process if they are or aren’t living that and which Earth world they exist on now. This is a very important distinction that explains a lot.

Some of what was said in Lisa and Tomas’ blog article by them both, AND the dank in-your-face negative lower frequency energies that are extremely obvious to Team Light in the ‘Above Majestic’ trailer clip (I have not seen this movie in its entirety and won’t because I don’t need to) are instantly felt, seen, recognized and known now by more people than ever before.

When people cannot honestly tell the difference between Light and Dark, Dark and Light, but calm they know all sorts of things, people, beings, aliens, situations, religious beliefs and reality, they cannot energetically discern their backsides from holes in the ground! They think they know what’s going on but they don’t overall and they believe the rest of us don’t know either but we do and many of us always have. Also I have to say that anyone who believes that wannabe dictator narcissist psychopath Orange Menace Trump is an improvement over previous red and blue political psychopaths is in for some huge revelations. Screaming ‘fake news’ endlessly does not justify a lifetime of corruption, negativity and mental and emotional instability. Corrupt and unstable is corrupt and unstable whether coming from a politician, real estate investor, con man or any other patriarchal profession.

The Separation of Worlds is not and never has been about only two ascending Earth worlds; one going one way and the other going another way. The Separation of Worlds has always been, from what I’ve seen and known to date, about multiple Earth worlds all separating off of the old lower primary 3D patriarchal Team Dark controlled Earth world and all of them going in different directions. The reasons for these multiple ascending Earth worlds, not only two of them, has been and continues to be because, like everything else in the Ascension and Embodiment Processes, there needs to be many different energetic Stair-steps to the overall Process. Why? Because all currently incarnate living almost 8 billion humans on Earth are not and never have been existing at the same identical level of development, consciousness, awareness, Soul growth and focus and so on. I wrote multiple articles many years ago at TRANSITIONS about this topic and about what we called at that time to help with this concept, Earth or Planet A, Planet B, and Planet A/B. These different titles were used to help people understand that multiple ascending Earth worlds, and one primary descending Earth world was manifesting because more options, more energetic Stair-steps were needed due to the profoundly different levels of consciousness and development in humanity.

In really simplified terms it goes something like this. Earth or Planet A represents the highest of the ascending Earth worlds. Earth B represents the lowest and even Darker more negative descending Earth world for all the individuals who still want to kill others, fight, war, mutilate, exist in extreme chaos and negativity, not take any responsibility for themselves, their actions, thoughts, emotions, lives and so on. And Earth A/B is for the majority of humans currently living the Ascension Process but don’t know it and still are experiencing some duality in themselves and others and the world around them. This is all a Great evolutionary Work in progress and there are multiple Stair-step Earth worlds for humanity as we all continue going through these different Ascension Process levels, phases and layers.

This is why some of us feel the ways we do about what certain other ascension writers, teachers and conspiracy writers and teachers say and claim. It’s also why some of us feel the ways we do about videos and movies and people in them like this conspiracy documentary. It’s NOT because we don’t believe them or don’t believe in aliens, negative aliens, negative alien agendas and so on because many of us always have, and in some cases we’ve known and remember these things for more years or decades than the people, writers, teachers, lecturers and people in these types of documentaries have been alive. It’s not about the topic or topics; it’s about which Earth world and energetic level and level of consciousness, focus and awareness each person is in now. David Wilcock and I don’t even exist on the same Earth world and he would probably find me as energetically “irritating” as I find him and others of a similar lower energetic frequency. This is just what it is and can’t be taken personally at those old lower 3D egoic levels. This is about evolution and awareness and which Earth world you are existing on at the moment.

My sole job in this incarnation has always been to Embody as much and as high as I’m capable of every minute so that I’m able to Embody more NEW evolutionary Light, Codes, DNA and all the rest of it for myself, my Selves, and for all other humans that desire to evolve and exist at much higher levels of being, consciousness, HighHeart and external reality. My job has and never will be about fighting it out with government officials or anyone else over aliens, ETs, UFOs, secrets both on and off planet, black ops and all the rest of it. I’ve lived that stuff and more all my life and not because I was interested in any of it but because I needed a quick refresher course about Team Dark in general on and off Earth when I Volunteered to incarnate as Denise to Embody and anchor the Universal Ascension Process. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s—my twenties and thirties—my Higher Selves would suddenly plunk my etheric Denise self into some of the worse places while in a lucid sleep state so I’d see and experience for myself that Team Dark negative aliens, devils and demons and such exist on Earth, in the Astral, underground in the Moon, underground in the Earth, on and in other planets in this solar system and have controlled Earth and humanity for thousands of years and much more. These things happened to me so I’d consciously know for myself because I’ve personally seen it, lived it, witnesses it, participated in it years and decades before most of these types of things were even thought of by “conspiracy theorist” people.

Okay, enough of this. Find it interesting that Lisa’s blog post and positive mention of this particular documentary movie were both presented a few days before tomorrows November 2018 11-11-11 and other incoming extremely positive incoming Angelic November energies? As with all things Team Dark, you learn to consciously realize it exists, realize they exist and have big plans for themselves to continue existing in any way they can at lower levels but you continue carrying on as a First Everythinger Pathpaveing the NEW no matter what. Yes they exist and yes they’ve done all that many are claiming and far, far more but that doesn’t change anything about why I’m incarnate on Earth now to Embody, seed and anchor the NEW higher energies for anyone else whose honestly desirous of being free of these lowly negative aliens and humans. Same for you reading this. Business as usual in other words fellow Forerunner Pathpavers. Keep Embodying which helps All everywhere to continue evolving even higher themselves. Tomorrow is November 11, 2018 and things are about to begin expanding and improving again at much higher levels and all this needs to be Embodied. Negative Utilization of Aquarian Age Energies

Throughout the 2,100-plus years of the past astrological Age of Pisces, ruler Neptune, a Water sign—human Emotional Body, emotions, psychic impressions, right-brained types of Higher Awareness through ecstatic states, lower qualities include deception, self-deception, delusions etc., global humanity was easily manipulated through their Emotional Bodies which is why religions were used extensively by negative nonphysical, nonhuman alien beings including physical humans to direct, manipulate and control global humanity, life and reality across Earth.

In the astrological Age of Aquarius, ruler Uranus, an Air sign—human Mental Body, consciousness, thoughts, thinking, life lived primarily in the head (lower qualities would be strictly left-brained consciousness and awareness, in evolving individuals it’s integrated right and left brain creating a whole-brained human with multidimensional Higher Awareness but whose HighHeart is the NEW evolved, ascended focal point of perception.

Looking at this extremely simplified description of the Piscean Age and Aquarian Age energies, it’s pretty easy to see why in our lifetimes lived on the cusp of two astrological Ages, we’ve experienced so much change from the previous Age energies, consciousness and internal and external reality into the “new” one, not to mention the evolutionary Ascension Process with dimensional shift happening at the same time.

First I want to share an experience I had in late 1970 or early 1971, which was seeing the first computer screen playing the game Pong. I was with a girlfriend at a shopping mall in SoCal when we came across a group of shoppers standing silently staring at something. We went over to see what they were looking at because the vibe, the energy they were producing while looking at whatever they were surprised me so I wanted to see what held such mesmerizing power over them all. Turned out what they were staring at was a small computer screen with the game Pong playing on it set up outside for the passing mall shoppers to see. For those of you who’ve never seen original Pong, let me dazzle you with the first-ever computer game. It was a plain small screen with one white electronic game ball dot that slowly, and I mean slowly, moved across the screen until it hit an edge of the screen where it made a funny sound and then bounced off in another direction. That’s it, there was no more than this in 1970–’71, but everyone was immobilized and thoroughly captured by it.

It wasn’t the revolutionary computer tech or screen, the computer game or sound it made or anything else, but how one little screen running an intellectually infantile, emotionally bland slow-motion computer program had entirely captured and held the adults mental focus and put them into a zombie-like trance that surprised and worried me. At age eighteen (1970) I could sense how mind controlled this super simple first computer screen and game instantly had on the viewers and I knew in that insightful moment that huge Aquarian Age changes were going to impact humanity in both positive and negative ways in my lifetime. They have and they continue to do so today but most of them are profoundly and intentionally dis-empowering and damaging to humanity and human evolution during the Ascension Process.

Negative Side of Aquarian Age Energies

In the past Piscean Age this can be seen as endless warring around the planet and humans killing humans over just about everything but religious beliefs and increasing power over others has been at the top of the list for humanity throughout the Piscean Age. When human Emotional Bodies are intentionally manipulated, directed and controlled by Team Dark (TD) aliens and entities to produce human generated energy food and fuel byproducts for them to utilize, the ongoing global insanity and anti-human agendas should make more sense to people.

Because of the current astrological Age change happening simultaneously with the galactic and other lengthy cosmic cycles completing at the same time (December 2012) and what all of that is naturally triggering, we’re not only exiting the Piscean Age and entering the Aquarian Age, but we’re living through tremendous evolutionary Ascension Process changes such as transmuting old density and Duality energies, consciousness, DNA etc. to be capable of physically ascending to an entirely higher frequency, dimension, state of being, reality and much more.

Just like most humans many (but not all) negative aliens and other beings and entities didn’t really believe that the Ascension Process was real and would actually happen. They, like many humans such as those who’ve worked for and with negative aliens knowingly and unknowingly, honestly thought they were and still are more powerful than Divine Source; more powerful than the ongoing energy activations and massive wave pulses coming from Divine Source to evolve everything and everyone everywhere to a higher level. Now there is some major negative ego for you!

Since 1999 when the biological, physical level of my Ascension Process started, I’ve had repeated face-to-face interactions while awake in the physical dimension and while asleep and out-of-body in the astral and other dimensions with certain negative aliens and other negative hierarchical Team Dark beings over the current Ascension Process and related issues. These negative aliens let me know in a variety of ways and intensities that some of them had 1) come to realize that the Ascension Process was in fact actually happening and 2) that their extreme hatred of humanity, and more so of people like myself who volunteered to incarnate to Lightwork and Embody the Ascension Process was and still is paramount and that they will never change.

There’s other layers to all this of course and some of them I’ve been surprised by every time they’ve happened since 2013. I’m talking about my physical incarnate Denise self’s direct multidimensional participation with and witnessing of many “top dog” Team Dark aliens and other high-ranking negative aliens and beings etc. finally choosing to turn to the Light. Many other negative aliens and beings have not made this decision since 2013 however and have been hand delivered by certain Team Light members—myself included in this particular multidimensional Service Work—from a higher dimension to certain Lightbeings and others who’ve escorted them back to Divine Source to be reabsorbed. Just like those disbelieving humans and negative aliens about whether the Ascension Process would actually happen, I didn’t believe that any of these negatives would stop being Team Dark and willingly let themselves be escorted by Team Light members back to the Light and/or back to Divine Source. Interesting isn’t it that both sides are surprising each other with separation and duality issues during the evolutionary Ascension Process after 2012.

As wonderful as that was and continues to be there remains a now much smaller group of hardcore Team Dark hold-outs determined to continue being negative and parasitic despite the ever-present, ever-pushing, ever-driving evolutionary Ascension Process energies. These negatively focused aliens, beings and humans do NOT want to evolve into something NEW, higher in frequency and individually sovereign energetically. They want to continue the old patriarchal anti-human, anti-female, power over others and parasitic everything reality. To help them carry out this under the current evolutionary energies coming from Divine Source, they’re doing what they always do which is use the new Aquarian Age energies to survive their Separation of Worlds Descension process.

The negative side of the present Aquarian Age energies being utilized and distorted by Team Dark are so shocking and horrible it’s hard to focus on and write about at this stage and side of the Ascension Process, and Descension Process. As has always been the case with nonphysical, nonhuman Team Dark aliens and their different created inorganic Artificial Intelligence (AI) aliens, beings, devices, tools and other negative things has been to continually steal energies from humans. Intentionally cut yourself off from Divine Source and this is the result; you’ve got to get enough power and control over enough humans to parasite off from to feed yourselves, power your inorganic creations and fuel a couple of offshoot survival worlds in their Descension Process. Negativity, parasitism, density, disempowerment and humans refusing to take any responsibility for themselves is increasing for all beings—alien and human—currently existing in the Descension Process world and frequencies.

Since the beginning of these new Aquarian Age high-tech products and devices in our lifetimes, most reading this have been consciously aware of how negative and destructive they actually are. What at first glance looks and sounds like it would be incredibly helpful to humanity—and some are—are intentionally designed to prevent, stop or greatly restrict humanity from utilizing the present evolutionary AP and EP (embodiment and Embodiment Process) energies and evolve themselves via the Ascension Process.

Some examples: iPhones and Smartphones ❓ or, evolution of individual telepathy, intuition, Higher Awareness and multidimensional consciousness? Smart devices like tablets, smart home devices, smart brands, smart key chains, smart watches, cars and trucks with more and more AI devices and abilities, GPS devices etc. ❓ or, individual humans evolving far beyond any need for any AI device or tool?

Artificial Intelligence devices are intended, by the negatives, to prevent human evolution by reducing and scrambling individual thinking, individual perceptions, stop the development of higher perceptual abilities, intuition, awareness, higher consciousness, empathy and instantly discerning and reading energies in people, locations, words, actions, images, intentions and things as simple as being able to tell East/West/North/South without a machine. These high-tech AI devices are here now in the beginning of the Aquarian Age to distract and mesmerize, further dumb-down, weaken in all ways, control and redirect human consciousness, suck human consciousness and generated energies into machines, plus the obvious which is sidetrack them from living the present Ascension Process.

Negative low frequencies and qualities of the Aquarian Age are too much focus in the head, the intellect, genius levels are possible yes but typically minus any heart or HighHeart but plenty of negative ego still present. Lower qualities of Aquarius are over stimulation of the mind, intellect, not being grounded or Light Grounded and able to use or benefit from the Air energies in positive ways. Some lower traits of the opposite sign Leo, ruled by the Sun, are negative ego and no or little real substance, huge egoic desire to be in the limelight even when the person doesn’t have any talent or abilities to warrant it, and childish behaviors, development and awareness in adults and so on.

It’s been very obvious over the past twenty-five years or so how the lower qualities of both Aquarius and Leo have been promoted to become mainstream and “normal” in the media; TV reality shows and big screen movies such as the popularity of super heroes, meta-humans, x-men, aliens and humans, humans with alien DNA, hybrids, and different abilities or “super powers” and so on. The media has been pushing very hard to sell global humanity that these comic-book higher abilities are great on-screen in actors playing “super heroes” but not in everyday humans gaining them by living the evolutionary Ascension Process. Team Dark has always been great at utilizing what’s present energetically and intentionally distorting it and redirecting humanities awareness to lower levels and creations that they want people focused on. The current abundant reality shows on TV filled with everyday people instead of actors, and big screen super hero movies are indicators of the lower qualities of Aquarius and Leo and how much humanity is being intentionally distracted and conditioned by idiotic reality shows on TV and increasingly violent and destructive super hero movies and characters on the big screen.

Some examples: Meta-human characters in Movies and TV shows ❓ or, you living the current Ascension Process and evolving into something totally NEW and profoundly improved yourself? Guess which of these two Team Dark has been working humans towards for decades?

You know how you can tell, can feel, sense or know that I’m about to publish a new article? You know how I can feel all of you wondering when I’ll write something new? You know how you can do this with other Ascension writers too and how they feel you all too? You know how you can feel like-others living the Ascension Process and they can feel you? How you can feel and sense all of us as a NEW 5D ascended Group of Higher Awareness individuals? Would you rather have this and greater, or only able to communicate with other people by using a physical cell phone?

Negative Physical & Etheric Transmissions

There are both physical level negative transmissions and etheric level negative transmissions aimed at humanity to harm them and interfere with their living the Ascension Process and evolving beyond the low-frequency range of the negative physical and etheric levels. I’d rather be writing about the NEW higher Light energies coming in now and not about this, however both have been happening simultaneously all along whether we want to admit it or discuss it.

Like many Forerunners I wondered how things would unfold with Team Dark post December 2012. What I wasn’t prepared for and should have been because I know better, was how they shifted and amplified their game plan from 2013 on. I’ve become increasingly aware of this each year since 2013, and by 2015, I was positive about some of Team Dark’s more Aquarian Age energy tactics because I was dealing with them myself. It’s taken me some time from 2013 on to discern and learn about how they were increasing their use of different negative etheric and physical Aquarian type frequency tools to interfere with and harm humans, and humans that continue to Embody the NEW Light energies are more intensely targeted by them for the obvious reasons. Hopefully you’ll realize that none of this is as black/white dualized as all this or all there or all here or all there because it’s more complex than that as usual.

Because I’ve had plenty of experiences with Team Dark aliens and other negative entities over my lifetime both in the physical and astral, I’d become familiar with dealing with them in those old ways at that old lower level in the ongoing Ascension Process. When this changed after the Expiration Date of December 2012, I found myself having to quickly discover these more high-tech and hidden ways in which they were targeting me with negative physical and etheric energy transmissions. These negative next-level tools weren’t instantly recognized by me in 2013, and by 2014, my mom had a triple bypass and two weeks later a related stroke so I was suddenly forced to focus on all sorts of new situations then and ever since. I’d suddenly changed timelines because of what happened to my mom in August 2014, and I’ve worked and Worked very hard to intentionally exit that timeline, which I finally was able to do in January 2016. Nevertheless in early 2015, I knew I was in trouble and had been under some new-to-me type of negative frequency transmission assaults from physical humans and nonphysical nonhumans. We all have been under some level of energetic attack to one degree or another post December 2012. I know this isn’t a popular topic but this is no time to be stupid, careless, naïve or unaware of the vastness of the Ascension and Descension Processes, worlds, events and populations within each.

Just like everyone living on the cusp of astrological Ages in these lives we’re also living the Ascension Process plus simultaneously having to deal with a world, individuals, systems and lower and/or unaware consciousness that is Descending at the same time. If you’re a Sensitive, an Empath, a Seer, an Embodier and so on then even through you have been and continue living and Embodying the Ascension Process you also often perceive, feel and are to varying degrees subject to and effected by the negative Aquarian Age distorted energies, transmissions and devices Team Dark use in the Descending world to capture and hold on to as many humans as they can. In other words, just because you/me/we are Ascending does not mean you/me/we don’t feel the influences from the negative electronic and EMF and other physical level transmissions, plus negative etheric level transmissions and attacks directed at us because we are Team Light and are Embodying and Wayshowing

Like I said earlier, I’ve had plenty of up close encounters with Team Dark in this lifetime and all of that was before December 2012. From 2013 on, these old familiar negative tactics and attacks have dramatically shifted into Team Dark’s next-level which includes the non-humans remaining more hidden and them using both physical high-tech energy transmissions on everyone to harm, confuse, derail, limit and/or scramble consciousness and individuals energy and drive to continue the Ascension Process and so on. Next-Level Negativity

Recently I mentioned how within ten minutes of watching some new show on TV in June 2018, I got an artificial energy induced headache and pressure in my head. I also mentioned that I’d watched two YouTube videos last month that had heavy negative frequency transmissions embedded within them just like the TV show did. These two videos were from the conspiracy community with plenty of incorrect ascension information in them. I’ve experienced negative transmissions being broadcast through certain TV programs and also through certain big-screen movies. This is another of many of Team Dark’s use of negative physical energies embedded within certain broadcast transmissions to affect the viewers in negative ways. These negative next-level transmissions are also directed at certain humans, certain populations and certain physical areas to affect large groups of people very quickly. I’ve become aware clairvoyantly and claircognizantly when certain physical planes fly over my house and/or area and have certain physical devices that transmit specific frequencies aimed downward by a person in the plane at people in their houses on the ground, like a drive-by shooting of sorts, except this tactic is a negative fly over energy transmission attack aimed at individuals or neighborhoods or entire cities.

On the etheric level this negative tactic has been increased by nonphysical aliens & co. to influence our minds and thoughts, our emotions and focus to lower frequency old world 3D level type things and situations. As above, so below, as within, so without. Next-level Light and next-level Dark and more and we’ve been living it all whether we’ve been consciously aware of it or not. But in 2018, more and more Forerunners have been perceiving and living within a greatly increased and vastly more complex level of personal being, life, consciousness, realities, world, worlds and dimensions. Now with what’s unfolding with the USA president & global co. the masses worldwide are being forced to quickly “wake up” too to all that’s been hidden for decades and is trying to manifest within the Descending Earth world. All layers, levels and aspects of what’s happening, being experienced and lived in both the Ascending Earth world and the Descending Earth world have very much been increasingly felt internally and externally by most First Everything-ers post December 2012. Expanding consciousness carries expanded responsibilities.

The Need For Daily Physical & Etheric Hygiene

Another thing I’ve had to put into daily practice is doing a scan of myself and my physical and energy bodies to locate any “trash” I have picked up throughout the day. By trash I mean negative stuff like attachments, thought forms, projections, negative etheric blocking devices etc. Whether these things came from me or someone or something else doesn’t really matter at this point within my personal Ascension Embodiment Process. What matters is that I brush my teeth each day and scour my aura and etheric body, and when needed clear out any etheric attachments I’ve picked up from me or from Team Dark or some stranger down the street.

Getting rid of negative etheric attachments and blocks is easier and faster now than ever before so just do it daily. Scan your whole body from your Higher Awareness Inner Vision and wherever you clairvoyantly See, sense or feel any devices or blockages or anything that’s not organic, demand it be entirely, permanently and immediately removed from you on every level. Then know that what you just did was real and that it worked so don’t second-guess yourself or worry or turn it into a ritual. Get big, get sovereign, take responsibility for being incarnate on ascending Earth now and clean up the daily energetic messes both self-created and negative alien parasitic attachments and blockage devices that are often placed on or near areas like your HighHeart or inside your head etc. View doing this in the same way as having to brush your teeth every day and don’t empower the negative stuff and tactics. This too is just another aspect of where we’re at now within the Ascension Process and Separation of Worlds or bifurcation and the Descension process and world with its population. My crap, their crap, here crap, over there crap, everywhere a crap crap… it doesn’t matter Master Embodier, just clear it all immediately and keep ascending. Keep Embodying because every time you/me/we do it a bit more the entire Ascension Process and ascending Earth changes dramatically for the better. You are running the show, shows, far more than you realize fellow Forerunners, Gatekeepers, Lightworkers, First Embodiers, First Everything-ers. No pressure however, just be sure to scan your body daily to keep it energetically clean and clear so you and the Work you’re doing is easier with no restrictions weighing you down in any way.

Walking On NEW Light

A short note about how some may have been bodily registering the April into May 2018 amplified Light energies radiating from Earth and running through the NEW grids. This does not mean we’ve reached the brightest, highest frequencies coming from these locations, only that they’ve recently been energetically stepped-up yet again (Stair-steps). Those more sensitive have really been feeling these changes fairly dramatically, and mostly in the bottom half of their physical bodies throughout April.

We’re more used to getting pummeled from overhead—cosmic, galactic center (GC), solar etc.—and those energies entering through the tops of our physical heads and traveling down into our HighHearts and all that continues, but now we’re also getting pummeled from below our feet from very high frequency Light energies coming from Earth’s core and circulating through the NEW grids. Feels like a much higher NEW physical-level frequency circuit was reached in April, which is great, but it’s been rather painful too but nothing new about that. Hurt a little or a lot at the start, acclimate to the latest NEW Light energies coming in from wherever, then do it again and again and again and each time at a higher and higher frequency energetic Stair-step. You know the evolutionary routine.

Other side effect of these higher Earth core energies and grid energies side effect is that they’re making the energetically unprepared, unaware, ego based, left brained, more dense people extra unbalanced, ill-tempered, “crazy”, careless, heartless and mean and nasty in general. Existence in the old dense 3D Earth swamp energies crawling one’s way over skulls and skeletal remains of others is more familiar and comfortable to most of these people, so having the Earth suddenly radiating (much more) NEW higher Light energies and them being circulated through the NEW matching grid system has been painful for the unaware and unprepared too at their levels of development. Said another way, these much higher frequency Light energies emanating from Earth’s core and running through the grids now are making the already unstable much more so. Heads up everyone as they’re affected by these latest NEW energies and systems running them, some people are not coping well at all. Some are and act like nothing has changed which is great for them and the aware actually, but many other people are coming further unhinged by these global evolutionary energy “upgrades”.

Soles & Souls

As usual your mileage will vary. For me these NEW Earth core and grid Light energies suddenly made the bottom heel bone of one foot hurt like holy hell in April. Still hurts now but not as severely as last month. Also I’m feeling these NEW Earth energies coming up into my physical body from the bottom up into my feet and bones, legs, hips, pelvic floor, tailbone, bottom few vertebra etc. and many of those areas hurting from Embodying and circulating those NEW energies within my physical body. Earth does it, we incarnates do it, this solar system does it, this Milky Way galaxy does it and on and on. Ouchy evolution. OMG, I just created another NEW Ascension Process term! 😀 We’ve gotta keep our sense of humor with all this otherwise it can feel overwhelming at times. The moments of bliss are fewer and far between in comparison to the weeks, months and years of physical level evolutionary transformation that continue.

As the bottoms of my heel bone and foot bones have felt like they’re broken, and my hips feel like they’re out of alignment up/down and forward/back which they physically are, it’s been so severe since the start of April that at times it’s been very difficult to walk. Again, your mileage will vary, I’m just sharing how my physical body as been reacting to these latest NEW energies radiating from Earth. Those physical pains plus periods where it’s almost unbearable to have to deal with people who lie, manipulate, cheat and do evil deeds because that’s all they know. That gets old real fast in this much NEW Light which makes Souls hurt too. Such is our Ascension lives this time around, and we couldn’t wait to get in here and go through all this!

Lower body pains in new never-before-experienced ways and parts and the occasional Soul pains from living all this surrounded by people who don’t even know it’s happening, haven’t done any Inner prep Work for it, like the old negative 3D patriarchal “swamp”, do their best to perpetuate the old lower ways in the NEW higher ascending Earth world out of sheer habit, and those of us continually overriding it all energetically as best we can and as quickly as we can. It’s May already, can you believe it? I have no memory of getting here, only that in this Now Moment I’m here and know that it too will soon be replaced with another Now Moment, and another, and another…

NEW Embodiment Level Incoming Now

We know why the December 21, 2017 Solstice through March 20, 2018 Equinox quarter was extra difficult and isolating for many of us; we’re about to get energetically blasted like never before, so an intense preparation period was required beforehand to be able to Embody and seed what’s coming. We (specifically the Forerunners of the Forerunners, the Forerunners, the First Ascenders, First Embodiers etc.) have completed another flight of Ascension / Embodiment Process energy Stair-steps and reached a totally NEW higher frequency Landing and are about to start ascending a NEW flight of Stairs. Because of this, most of us have found ourselves confined over these winter months (in the Northern Hemisphere, summer in the Southern) forcing us to deal with whatever issues each of us needed to be consciously aware of, see, feel, resolve, release.

I’ve never felt any previous winter quarter keep me as isolated and housebound as this one has, and not because of bad winter weather, but because I had some more things, issues, old 3D focus and emotions to go through before they were released. This mandatory personal inner focus time finally released for me at the end of the second week of March. It still amazes me every time I find more stuff and junk I have remaining in those tiny unlit blind corners of my inner self after three-plus decades of continuous serious Inner Work! Packed to the Crown chakra we’ve all been with stupid dense unaware tidbits, old 3D habits, beliefs and limited expectations that cannot go one more step with us on our Embodiment Process. Every time we reach another higher Landing, we’re confronted with whatever remaining stuff and junk is in us that has to be acknowledged, transmuted and released so we can ascend to higher frequency ground minus any remaining old dense 3D travel souvenirs we were still hauling along with us.

For a while I’ve Seen visual images representing the impact of what’s starting around mid-March 2018 for the Forerunners, First Embodiers, Seeders of the NEW upon our physical bodies and Selves. I often perceive information in the form of mind’s eye visual image knowings because more information can be instantly received that way than a stream of linear telepathed words describing complex events.

These latest Embodiment related images start out with one person (representing ALL Forerunners, First Embodiers etc.) walking up the last step on a lower flight of stairs then stepping up to a new higher landing. As this person turns on this NEW landing to fully face the next flight of stairs, she/he is hit by an intense blast of higher frequency energies in a way that’s never happened or been experienced before. The impact of these constant energies hitting this person facing them hits them externally and immediately enters their physical and energy bodies. In other words, this single representative of all the Forerunners is pummeled from head to toe inside and out by this NEW force of vastly higher frequency Light and other energies.

That scene changes into the next one which is a closeup of these intense energies hitting this person directly and traveling through them. The billions of tiny but incredibly potent energies look somewhat like crystalline snowflakes, each one different and incredibly beautiful but razor-sharp on every edge and angle. They’re not “snowflakes” of course but were a clever way of depicting NEW higher frequency complex geometric energies and codes, each slightly different in their unique patterns and shapes. These numerous crystalline cutting edged geometric snowflakes hit the persons outer physical body and skin and continued deeper into the body and affected absolutely every inch of it. Cells, bones, blood, nerves, heart, lungs, brain, organs, everything had these tiny beautiful transparent crystal “snowflake” geometries cutting into and through them, instantly changing our internal energetic landscapes to help us continue the Embodiment Process at this NEW level (this NEW landing and flight of NEW energy stairs).

I have to say that I was mildly taken aback by these images, only because they looked rather brutal, like we’re about to get sliced n’ diced by a huge NEW unrelenting blast of evolutionary Embodiment force all the way down into our DNA. I don’t think it will hurt much differently from the other big Landing changes the Forerunners have repeatedly gone through over these ascension years, but I’m also not going to lie because the sheer force of this particular NEW higher frequency Embodiment impact will be felt by every one of us. How could it not when this energetic phase resembles billions of beautiful different shaped razor-sharp crystal snowflakes carrying NEW Embodiment codes cutting their way into every cell and fiber of our physical bodies, HighHearts and consciousness? However, on the other side of this profound evolutionary upgrade, we’ll resonate from every cell, blood drop, nerve and HighHeart beat with the NEW higher everything in ways we never have before when in the physical.

I’ve also Seen that accompanying this particular NEW Embodiment transition are a lot of overseeing Angelic Lightbeings watching us closely as we live through this big change. I mention this because you may suddenly be sensing them near you, hovering invisibly, or not possibly, and feeling them and their LOVE and deep compassion for what we’re about to begin here in our physical bodies on ascending Earth.

Because we’re on NEW evolutionary Embodiment ground in 2018, this phase may at times feel a bit overwhelming to some of us, or like one long-awaited celebration to others, but most likely both. Either way, make sure to spend time every day and night consciously open to this huge Embodiment change in every way. Open to it and let it do what it’s designed to do. YOU are what’s important now so self-care when needed, privacy when needed, quite time when needed along with periods of not moving physically also. Here’s to becoming resonate Crystalline Christ Unified Embodied beings in the physical. ❤
