Crystallizing Shift

This is another article that’s not a convenient One Size Fits All article for the honest reason that not everyone is at the same level of development, consciousness, focus and embodiment of the NEW Light and codes. For that reason this article will require the reader to be self-reflective and honest. Unfortunately not everyone is capable of doing this however. Discernment and honesty will get you far whereas self-delusion, wishful or magical thinking won’t. There is no end, no final completion point with any of this so just relax into your ongoing evolutionary ascension journey no matter which energy stair-step you or I or anyone else is currently on. Every step is important and needed because each one alters you a little more.

There are many people who still believe that The Shift is a singular instantaneous ‘Event’ that’s going to happen in a split second like a Hollywood movie special effect. That would be lovely but the entire Ascension Process has not happened like that throughout Phase 1 and won’t in Phase 2 for the same reasons mentioned in the first paragraph. Not every human alive on Earth is at the same level of individual development, awareness, consciousness and process of embodying the NEW evolutionary codes and Light etc. Again, that would be lovely if they were and god knows it would make the Ascension Process more spectacular and quick than it already is but, again, it is not going to happen that way because mass humanity is absolutely not capable of making such an enormous energetic physical Shift together at the same time. If mass humanity were much more spiritually energetically developed and embodied physically than they are, then this current Ascension Process might have aimed for a one & done singular Shift Event. Because mass humanity isn’t developed enough to do that, the many incremental energy stair-steps are the way we’ve gone and are available for each person to make their way up, one step at a time if needed.

In 2019 I wrote a couple of articles about how Phase 2 of the Ascension Process (January 2020) was the start point for certain “regular people” to begin the Ascension Process. This is and will continue happening in different Wave Groups of “regular people”. By regular people I mean people who don’t know about the evolutionary Ascension Process and everything that goes with it and why. There are people starting to have their hearts and minds opened and find they cannot stand living in the old lower frequency world anymore and are demanding reality change immediately. Those are the regular people of the First Wave Group in Phase 2 we’ve been seeing in 2020 so far who are ready for evolutionary changes in physical reality. There will be a Second Wave Group of “regular people” later and a Third Wave Group after them as more and more people are activated to evolve out of what has been and start their individual processes of moving up those ascension energy stair-steps.

The different incarnate Wave Groups of VOLUNTEER Pathpavers helped build and anchor the ascension energy stair-steps throughout Phase 1 (and some even a decade or two before that) for all of humanity to use now and in the near future. In Phase 2 (2020 and beyond) we’re seeing the First Wave Group of regular people start up them. Everything will unfold incredibly faster now that we’re in the higher frequency range of the NEW codes and energies and the First Wave Group of regular people have been activated to rapidly evolve.

I recapped the above because many of the Volunteers, the First Everythingers as I’ve called us — Starseeds, Transmuters, Embodiers, Conscious Creators, Pathpavers, Wayshowers etc. — have been experiencing increased not here and not there either accelerated periods of more releasing of our personal memories and emotional connections. Phase 2 stay-at-HOME  2020 time has been extra odd and for many of the First Everythingers there’s been a lot more offloading of our life memories.

In 2009 I perceived that soon I would be forgetting my life memories from this and past lives and because of this I should quickly write a book about some of my Volunteer multidimensional positive and negative Duality frequency and reality experiences before I evolved beyond that frequency range. So I quickly did just that and by January 2010, A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution went on the market. Here we are all these years later and many Volunteers have been experiencing increased personal final phase inner housecleaning. This hasn’t been intentional on our parts this year but we’re in the final phase of releasing more old lower frequencies, grids, patterns, templates etc. internally and externally and that includes many of our personal memories in them.

As the external old lower 3D patriarchal Earth world reality disintegrates and disappears, so too are many if not all of our personal memories of our lives lived in it. With every magnetic fluctuation and change, what magnetically held old lower frequency Earth reality and our memories of our lives and experiences in it—both the old external magnetic Earth Grids and our internal magnetic body Grids—are dying and disappearing. Just this alone is a strange and intense state of transitional being as the disassembling of the old world and simultaneous construction of the NEW pushes us to complete the releasing of any remaining unnecessary and misaligned sense of our old self and matching memory tidbits and willfully, deliberately reside in the NEW completely free from the past.

Because of this many have been having more unexpected mind’s eye visuals of personal past events, even some dream events, people, pets, beings, aliens, loved ones etc. in 2020 that meant something to the old us in the old Earth world flash quickly in higher vision as our final goodbyes to them all. Our old lower frequency lives have literally been ‘flashing before our eyes’ because we’ve been dying to them for years. These rapid Phase 2 2020 visuals are the final steps of our releasing our pasts. It’s a completion of the 2012 Three Days Life Review everyone went through at some point from December 21, 22, 23, 2012. These sorts of processes normally take place after we’ve physically died, but during this Ascension Process we’ve been doing them while very much alive, conscious and in our current ascending physical bodies. Needless to say they’ve been incredibly unusual experiences of incrementally dying over the years while alive and incrementally ascending to higher and higher levels of being and reality. In my previous article I asked, how naked can you get now?  This is another aspect of this deeper releasing of the old Earth world and our lives, experiences and memories in it. As the old lower frequency 3D patriarchal Earth world and reality has been disassembling throughout these ascension years, we have been too of course. We’ve been dying and disengaging from it for many years, many Volunteers for over two decades, and now in Phase 2 we’ve reached an important stair-step shift point.

One of many things the human ‘stay-at-home’ COVID-19 pandemic order is at higher levels was/is to abruptly force everyone worldwide to stop mindlessly, habitually doing and living what has been of the dying old lower Earth world, stop repeatedly running round and round on the old human hamster wheel and release the old past and shift focus and intent and stay-at-HOME in your HighHeart and start living on higher frequency NEW Earth, not dying and disappearing old lower Earth. Divine Source has put every human on Earth, including every Volunteer, in a loving but stern parental timeout period to help humanity physically start the shift now. That is what the 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order is and will continue to be.

In February 2020 when I became aware of the COVID-19 pandemic I instantly knew there would be three global waves of it. It’s close to the end of July 2020 as I write this and we’re deep in the first wave of the pandemic. There’s two more pandemic waves to come and they’re for the people who need more linear time, and incentives, to make the Phase 2 ascension shift. Plus the rapid dismantling of old patriarchal Earth structures and systems etc. Many are fighting this evolutionary shift and like children are rebelling against it. They want their freedom to continue being selfish patriarchal assholes and idiots. Not a smart move on their parts during major evolutionary times and the return of Divine Mother/Mommy but to each his own. This is another reason why three pandemic waves — it gives the unaware human population fighting and resisting positive change, growth and evolution ascension a bit more linear time to get with the higher program and make the shift into the NEW higher everything internally and externally.

Remember what I mentioned above about the different Wave Groups of regular people being activated now and at different times and in different groups in the near future to shift and begin the Ascension Process? The three waves of the COVID-19 pandemic are also connected to that and will work as triggers for more and more people to start the evolutionary Ascension Process and shift to NEW Earth in these different regular people Wave Groups and the three different pandemic waves. Again, things look like they’re one thing when in fact they’re something very different and positive in multiple ways and levels for mass humanity. They’re energy stair-steps that humanity now must begin shifting up.

Just because I shared that information does NOT mean that you and I and others in the know are going to have to live through all three pandemic waves. We are and have been for many years up many more energy stair-steps than mass humanity. We First Everythingers, Pathpavers etc. have existed at higher frequency levels for years or decades already, it’s just that Phase 2 of the Ascension Process has activated the ascension for all of humanity in 2020 and beyond. Do NOT worry about the pandemic waves and ongoing collapses of the old lower frequency world and systems and just continue doing what we’ve been doing all along.

Normally I don’t share certain information like times or dates and such as I just did saying that there’s three pandemic waves to unfold. I usually don’t share that sort of information publicly because too many people misunderstand, misinterpret or fixate on the times, dates, amounts etc. instead of on what’s actually happening and why and what they individually should be doing within themselves. The only really important information is that it’s in you, not external, but internal within you. Always Work from HOME. 😉

I’ve experienced this numerous times over these ascension years but I want to share a recent energy stair-step change I made the other day. Friday, July 17, 2020, I experienced another round of incoming higher plasma Light wave intensity tango-ing that for me typically connects with the area above my physical head first, then enters my head and does all those fun and exciting NEW things in there for a while, then it travels further down and enters my HighHeart and does all those fun and exciting NEW things in there too. Head pains, pressures etc. then heart and entire upper chest into the back at the same level thumps, bumps, severe at times poundings, rattlings and intense internal shaking that’s become violent from one perspective after nineteen years of my living this ongoing progression of embodying more and higher. 

Thankfully when these types of extra intense ascension embodying periods get to be too much I’m usually released from my body which just means I fall asleep during embodying more NEW higher energies. It’s faster and easier for me to just get out of the way physically for a while by taking an energy nap break and fall asleep while my physical body embodies, takes on and is permanently changed by what’s happened to it. In this case I was asleep for almost three hours and when I woke up that afternoon, I did so in another timeline.

This is fairly simple and easy and it goes like this. More NEW higher energies arrive and need to be embodied. Those energies make contact with your physical body and the internal embodiment of them begins. This process typically causes some physical discomfort and/or outright pains, pressures, aches etc. After the energy or energies have been physically embodied you will either wake up or sense or instantly know that because you’ve just embodied more NEW higher energies you have changed energetically again which automatically causes you to evolve up one or more ascension energy stair-steps which automatically and naturally deposits you in another higher frequency which can also be called another “timeline”.  One, two, three and boom! you’re now in a higher frequency, place, world, timeline for the simple reason that you embodied some more incoming NEW higher energies and moved up one or more energy ascension stair-steps.

It Goes Without Saying

It goes without saying that our ascension lives have been weird and strange and that they’re getting even more so now in Phase 2. The more the energies change, the more we change, the more external reality changes. The more the old external Earth world disintegrates, the more our personal memories of lives spent in it as those selves are disintegrating within us. Our old lives on old lower frequency Earth have been flashing before our eyes as they disintegrate from our memories. The fluctuating magnetic energies have been helping us and Earth free ourselves of those final old reality-holding energy patterns (grids) and shift out of them and increasingly into the NEW and NEW Earth.

It goes without saying that all these ascension-related higher frequency energy changes will continue to cause us and our physical bodies and everything else to feel all sorts of highly unusual things. In so many ways we’ve been dying, we’ve been transitioning while alive and in our current physical bodies and I mean this literally. The Volunteers have been going through this since 1998–1999, but now in Phase 2, the first Wave Group of “regular people” have started doing it. It goes without saying that it has been and will continue to be colossally strange for the rest of our lives. It goes without saying… Ride this thing for all its worth because it’s rare and you’re notably fortunate to be incarnate now in physical-level evolutionary ground zero. We’ve often bitched and whined about how brutal, painful and difficult it all can be at times but it is very rare and there was an extremely long queue line of Souls wanting to get in here and live it physically.

Spiritual growing pains caused by natural evolution. In other words, the very ground under me, under you, under all of us just isn’t there right now because we’re that far into the Separation of Worlds Shift. We’re in-between. We’re in transition. We’re in evolutionary induced metamorphism. We’re not stable. We’re not solid. We’re not what has been but we aren’t yet fully what we’re becoming because we’re quantum and Working this thing from multiple points and levels simultaneously. And sometimes that makes it more than a little weird here in physical incarnate ground zero, but that goes without saying…

While all these bizarre things not only continue but grow and accelerate in Phase 2, many of the Embodiers are also experiencing more NEW abilities which also should go without saying. Phase 2 activated what all the “regular people” have been experiencing in 2020 so far, and the same is true for the Volunteers and first to Embody but at much higher and more complex levels. Stair-steps remember? The Volunteers and Embodiers have had our lives turned upside down too and we’ve been living and learning under the Divine mandatory Cease & Desist Order in 2020 as well. We’ve just been doing it at higher levels just as we have since Phase 1 started.

I’ll say this again — there are very important reasons why the Volunteers are under this Divine Cease & Desist Order and it is so we’ll move into, shift into the next higher NEW level and start more individual transformations.

Like everything else it continues getting more and more obvious as to who is Embodying and who is not and that’s okay, be aware, honest and don’t delude yourself about others. Personally, what I’ve been dealing with in much greater ways in Phase 2 so far this year is my becoming increasingly sovereign energetically. Everything is at this point wholly internal. I’ve been more conscious of my abilities to be a Conscious Creator and that what I intentionally dictate, instruct and charge is now finally manifesting quickly physically. As great as that is and sounds, it carries much personal responsibility, Higher Awareness and utter and constant personal honesty. My events are all internal in Phase 2 because that is the next level of Embodiment — individually becoming increasingly energetically sovereign, responsible for the reality I want to experience and live in now, living constantly from my HighHeart, Consciously Creating from there and giving my creations the focus needed to crystallize into physicality, and not look outside myself for much of anything. We’ll continue these topics in Comments if interested.

We Survived OH LORD October!

A brief recap of OH LORD October 2019! because it was grueling and abnormally physically and psychologically painful nearly every day of the entire month. Bodily, October has felt like the last physical level extreme to what’s been an altogether very extreme year. We each experience these Light energies, NEW codes, NEW DNA, deeper across-the-board clearings and removals in our own ways, but I suspect many of you reading this have had a personal record-breaking October, as I have, to go along with your personal record-breaking entire 2019! If you’ve been living this throughout 2019 to date, you don’t need anyone to tell you that massive, sweeping changes are coming with the start of 2020 for everyone everywhere.

“…and to acknowledge in solidarity with all here the “inner wildfires” that have broken out throughout October for me and for so many of us at every level of life. Sometimes I attempt to hose them down, at other times I “wait and see” if they burn themselves out without my intervention. But this October, it has taken a lot of vigilance on my part so as not to respond to life as if life itself were an emergency…” —  Raymond Boeri

To not respond to life as if life itself were an emergency. Indeed and what an accurate description Raymond Boeri gave us all in his Comment under my previous article. Thank you for that wisdom and honesty Raymond B. as it impeccably sums up all of 2019 for most of us. ❤

Many of you ascension Volunteers have also had enough lives lived on Earth during past astrological Age changes to know how difficult this current energetic shift is on many different levels for humanity. Humans don’t do change well and astrological Age changes are that at epic planetary levels. Concurrently is the Ascension Process, the Separation of Worlds & Timelines, the dimensional Shift to physical 5D, the Embodiment Process, NEW DNA being embodied and on and on.

I mention this only to remind you that you’ve already done these planetary astrological Age changes in the past on Earth to assist humanity with global change. Some of you have also done the Ascension Process on other worlds and galaxies, multiple times because you’re great at it, which is why you Volunteered to be here now.  In other words, you are more than qualified to do all this so trust that fact plus your Embodying Process and now daily NEW abilities and expanding awareness.

What some of us have been feeling in our bodies this year are the NEW codes and energies of 2020. We First Everythingers always embody the NEW first and 2019 has certainly pushed, freed, battered and transmuted each of us in multiple ways month by difficult month this entire year to release more cosmic old and embody more now NEW.

I remember writing earlier this year about Awful April as I called it, but April 2019 was quickly dwarfed by Mother of God May!, then dwarfed colossally by Life Will Never Be The Same June, and on and on every month all year long. Every month of 2019 has been difficult in its own way and for its own reasons and yet the next month dwarfs them all with something else. The 12 Labors of Hercules comes to mind for the Pathpavers living 2019. Imagine however, what we’ll be once we reach January 2020.

November 2019

As is always the case, the image above is as close a representation to what I recently Saw clairvoyantly as I could find online. I’m grateful to have found it.

On October 27th I projected my awareness into November 2019 and Saw a beautiful, intense and brilliant image. At first I thought this image was of thousands of brilliant white-Light number 11’s representing the month of November, and 11-11 specifically. However, I’ve also Seen Angelic Lightbeings resemble vertical lines of brilliant white-Light that, when they’re standing close to each other, look like thousands of 11s.

After a few moments of deeper inspection of this mind’s eye vision, I began to realize that each of the many hundreds of brilliant vertical white-Light pillars were not 11’s, nor Angelic Lightbeings, but Embodied human individuals! They were you and me and all of us and it was a beautiful, sensational surprise to See ourselves this way. According to this late October 2019 vision insight, many Embodiers will reach the next higher level, phase and stair-step of their individual Embodiment Process during the month of November 2019.

October 2019 – Sudden random, allover body pains, physical immobility, severe vertigo, extreme head pains and pressures, more big changes to our Pituitary and Pineal glands, releasing like never before followed by even deeper multidimensional releasing the likes we’ve never experienced all while the body hurt from vast outgoing old patterns and greater, higher frequency incoming NEW energies and codes.

In Celia Fenn’s channeled Archangel Michael October 2019 article, they referred to October 2019 as a period of intense incoming waves of ‘Diamond Light Codes’. Has your external head and internal Pituitary and Pineal glands felt these intense October waves of Diamond Light carrying more NEW codes? Have they made your head and body hurt more than usual, energetically spin, rotate, vibrate much faster, expand and contract and expand repeatedly all month?

If I don’t sit in silence, not move physically, and intentionally focus into my HighHeart multiple times every day, these 2019 fry you alive ‘Diamond Light Codes’ quickly overstimulate my body and mind and make me feel like I’m short-circuiting, which I am. However, the minute I make this intentional shift the feeling of being energetically fried alive disappears, along with the often excruciating passage of linear time, because I’ve expanded back into these higher frequencies and Light energies and that feels perfect and normal, which it now is. The more I Embody, the less this side effect will happen until it’s gone permanently.

November 2019 – All that severe and painful October releasing of massive amounts of cosmic past and embodying more of the NEW and also Embodying if doing that too, was greater prep Work for November. In November 2019, some of us are at that level where we’re becoming the first of the NEW physical Human Light Angels on ascending Earth.

Celia Fenn/AAMichael referred to November 2019 as ‘an Initiation of Star Fire Light Codes’. They also mentioned that this particular energy transmission will be ‘Light/Sound waves’. I’ve been aware that some of the Angelics have and will be involved with these November 2019 energies, transmissions, NEW codes and Initiations with the Embodiers.

I’ve also been feeling an increase deep within my HighHeart upper chest area of a sort of harmonic reverberation. The higher realms continue pulsing out waves of these NEW energies, transmissions and codes and some of them are already registering in our physical HighHearts as a different vibration that’s radiating outward from us. I believe this will increase dramatically throughout November 2019 as we embody and Embody this months next level of codes, sync with them, then transmit those NEW frequencies and codes from our HighHearts and bodies like the energy waves each of us now are. We are rapidly becoming the NEW Embodied Angelic Humans. Expect some wonderful strangeness and increased anomalies, activation’s and possible etheric visitations etc. during November 2019.

December 2019 – NEW Divine Father, Divine Masculine arrives. Not old diminished, distorted, inverted inorganic Divine Father, but organic NEW Divine Father/Daddy/Masculine.

A rare small handful of Volunteers now incarnate in male bodies have already been displaying—much to my profound and long-awaited joy, delight and gratitude—the beginnings of the return of NEW Divine Father, Divine Masculine this year. Soon there will be more and more true Divine Father, Divine Masculine being embodied and Embodied by both human males and human females and the grand improvements for humanity and reality, realities and All will explode your heart and expand your Conscious Creativity and make you want to live as long as possible in this life! This isn’t wishful thinking, it’s evolution, and the return of Divine Father/Masculine and the return of Divine Mother/Feminine to the NEW Earth and NEW Humanity will be… a long time coming but so worth all the effort. ❤

I don’t usually receive or perceive names and titles like this which is why I often have trouble describing them in my articles. I See and Feel them and oftentimes know them intimately but I rarely get names or titles for them like some people do. I’ve used some of Celia Fenn’s/AAMichael’s names and titles for these October, November and December 2019 different incoming wave codes (and energy stair-steps) to help us get a better understanding of just exactly how deep into the NEW and the next phase we actually are at this point. These last three months of monumentally challenging 2019 are propelling each Volunteer and Embodier to their next level within the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process.

And finally, the very first group of unaware humans are beginning the Ascension Process at the end of 2019 and into 2020. It’s only been the Volunteers, the First Everythingers, Pathpavers, Wayshowers etc. that have been living the Ascension Process since it started on the physical level around 1998–1999. Now that that first phase is being completed during the last three months of 2019, the first group of unaware humans are about to be activated to START the Ascension Process. We’ve laid down the roads for them. We’ve built the bridges for them. We’ve lit the entire way for them. We’ve clear-cut the negativity for them. All they have to do is live it now, which this first group is about to begin. Well done Volunteer First Everythingers. Now get yourselves ready for November, then December. January 2020 will do the rest. ❤

Building & Crossing Evolutionary Bridges

I’ve tried to write this particular article since late August 2018. I’m still living what I’m attempting to write about, plus the head pains and pressures and more have been, to say the least, pretty extreme since this started. With certain extra big and potent Ascension Process bodily changes and all that goes with each of them, some time is often needed to live it, embody it, deal with it and acclimate to the ongoing changes it causes before one can adequately discuss it. Such has been the case with this particular side effect for me. It has been physically painful, but after nearly twenty years of Ascension Process pains, what’s a little more from having some NEW multidimensional DNA activated?

I’m including book snippets of an old experience I had and wrote about in A Lightworker’s Mission because it’s directly connected to the ‘Crystalline Rainbow Bridge DNA’ connections and activation many of us are Embodying in 2018. This event happened in late 1982 through 1983. I wrote about it in 2009 in A Lightworker’s Mission and that book went on the market January 2010. Thirty-six years later many of us are individually living and Embodying this in 2018. The partial quotes below are from pages 60–65 of A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution.

“One of the first things I remember happening at this new upstairs apartment was the beginning of a series of unusual lucid dream meetings with a male who I called my crazy twin brother. He didn’t look like me at all as he had rich brown skin and I’m Caucasian. My very first impression of him was that he was a Mayan. I didn’t know anything about the Mayans or the Mayan calendar at that time in early 1982 however…

“…My etheric Mayan crazy twin brother told me in this first dream that he desperately needed my help. He claimed he needed me to help him build a bridge. He said he would work building it from his side but that he needed me to help build the other end of it here from my side. In other words, he asked me to help him build an energy bridge that would connect his higher dimensional world with the physical third dimension and timeline I was living in.

For some reason his dream request sounded to me like the most normal thing I had heard in a long time. The proposed nonphysical bridge building project made perfect sense to me the second the words fell from his lips in this first dream meeting. I somehow instantly knew exactly what he meant and why this energy bridge was so vitally important at that time in late 1982. I knew and yet I did not know all the complex reasons for it.

I told him I did not know what I could do here in physicality, but that I would happily do whatever I could to help build his interdimensional energy bridge from my side of the Veil. He was ecstatic. He was so happy, so relieved, so excited that I had instantly agreed to help him build this bridge that he started running in circles, jumping, and howling like a crazy person…”

“…Three or four months later came the second lucid dream encounter with my Mayan crazy twin brother. In this second dream he was overflowing with higher energy, joy, excitement and pure enthusiasm. He didn’t seem to need to be doing anything to be this way either. He was running a lot of much higher energy through himself it seemed…

He informed me that the energy bridge building was coming along better and faster than he ever thought it could. He was giddy with excitement and joy over what he and I were doing and how easily we both were building this nonphysical, interdimensional bridge from our respective dimensions. I told him I honestly did not feel I was doing much at all from my physical side of the Veil. He instantly informed me that I was very wrong and each of us was indeed constructing the energy bridge from both of our dimensional sides. He was profoundly happy and grateful I had done all I had here in 3D physicality as that was making the entire bridge building happen so much faster…

“…The next dream arrived a few months later and he did a lot of running around, jumping, twirling and singing like a crazy fool—and I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. In this dream meeting he was wearing numerous brightly colored tropical bird feathers in his long black hair. He wore a scant leather loincloth, but it was his red, blue, yellow, purple and teal colored feathers that had him wild with joy it seemed. I remember just watching the show and loving my crazy twin brother more than I even did before. He yelped, jumped, danced, flipped and howled with total abandon and I relished every delightful gesture he made and happy emotion he radiated. He seemed to be celebrating something special for us both. There wasn’t much dialogue between us in this dream meeting, just this Mayan celebration party or whatever it was. He frolicked, I watched, and fell in love with him totally…

“…As I watched him I slowly realized that our interdimensional bridge building project must be very close to being finished. That realization was terribly bittersweet. I was extremely happy we had completed our interdimensional project, but I was also deeply saddened to have my beloved Mayan crazy twin brother leave me on Earth alone again. I sensed that once this bridge building project was finished, we would not see each other in dreamtime meetings like this ever again…

“…This was the last dream meeting I had with him in late 1983, which told me our invisible multidimensional energy bridge had indeed been completed. I was very happy and proud about that, but I did miss him terribly for quite a while. I wondered if some of his actions in those last two dreams were his way of trying to make our upcoming disconnection a bit easier for me emotionally and physically. I believe that was the case at any rate.”

What’s really interesting about these types of multidimensional Ascension Process missions and jobs over my lifetime have been that I thought I knew what all was happening at the times I had these different ascension related experiences. Yes let’s all have a good, honest belly laugh over that one! Just about the time you think you understand some aspect of something about the Ascension and Embodiment Processes, you reach a higher Stair-step and with that perspective are suddenly able to know more than you did previously. Such has been the case with this 36 year-old multidimensional etheric bridge building project with my Mayan crazy twin brother. Although he presented himself to me in these lucid dreams as looking like he was from ancient physical “Mayaland” on Earth, he was actually from Maya, one of the Seven Sisters of the Pleiadian star system.

Around mid-September 2018, after reading something Sandra Walter had written about the ‘Crystalline Rainbow Bridge DNA’ codons and what they looked like to her, it dawned on me to take a look within and See for myself. What I saw at that time looked somewhat like bright jewel tone colored feathers. Ruby red, emerald green, sapphire blue, purple amethyst, brilliant teal and radiant gold. As I internally viewed this I was slightly confused over why these NEW DNA codons slightly resembled bright-colored crystalline-like feathers. Then the memory of the 1982–1983 series of lucid dreams with my Mayan crazy twin brother and he and I Working to build and connect a multidimensional energy bridge popped into my consciousness. In that instant all his seemingly “crazy” actions and weird behaviors made much more sense. His deliberately presenting himself once against a black background wearing nothing but a body colored loincloth to draw attention to his brightly colored feathers he’d placed in his long black hair so I’d see and remember them suddenly made higher sense. This is often how we’re communicated with by our other-dimensional Selves, cosmic Family, other Masters and such. Learn to read and feel between the multidimensional lines because multiple higher messages are usually coded, symbolic of multiple things, and meticulously time coded for we Volunteers existing in the physical and Working from this side of things.

In September 2018, I suddenly understood much more about what this 36-year-old multidimensional bridge building project was actually about. It was multidimensionally Worked upon by that fifth dimensional Mayan and myself in the third dimension—and most likely some of you reading this too—so we could cross that bridge decades later during our 2018 physical Ascension and Embodiment Process Now. The brightly colored somewhat feathery looking DNA codons I Saw last month are higher frequency multidimensional energy bridges that more and more Pathpavers/Forerunners/First Everythingers are Embodying in 2018. They are NEW DNA “bridges” that are being connected in some of us, and as we continue Embodying them, we’re automatically crossing those bridges which is increasingly getting us closer to NEW ascended Earth plus greatly accelerating the Separation of Worlds.

In 2018, there are multiple evolutionary events taking place simultaneously that are accelerating the Ascension Process, the Embodiment Process, NEW DNA being activated, the Separation of Worlds, the “end times” of not only the global patriarchy and nonhuman Team Dark aliens/beings/entities etc., but of everything from the past Evolutionary Cycle. You can feel it, global history from the past Cycle disintegrating under your feet, in your cells, heart and consciousness. In early 2009, I perceived that I needed to quickly write another book, one that covered much of my supernatural and multidimensional life, because “I would soon begin loosing my memories of past events.” That sentence and what it indicates is huge and another sign that we are evolving beyond everything from the and our pasts.

Because this particular DNA bridge crossing has caused some very intense head pain and pressures and other side effects, I’m going to list the main ones I’ve had at this NEW more intense level. Again, your mileage may vary so use this list as a guide only. All these side effects are caused by the current NEW DNA connections and activation so we each may experience them slightly differently.

Severe Head Pains & Pressures — I’ve had this as have you off and on throughout these Ascension years, but the last week of August 2018, it began at a higher and much more intense level than anything I’ve previously experienced. The last week of August my head suddenly began hurting, not with a “headache”, but from embodying much higher frequency Light energies and in this case it’s been NEW DNA. Our heads, brains, Pineal, Pituitary, Hypothalamus brain glands, skulls and more have gone through a MUCH higher level of Rewiring due to these latest NEW DNA bridge crossing connections and activation. It often feels like vertical tubes of Light are literally boring holes into my head and skull and pouring more higher frequency Light energies into my head and farther down into my whole upper body. These pains are severe and precise and you can tell exactly where they’re entering in through the top of your head and skull. And they move slightly each time to a different place on your head and brain to energetically Work on another part of your head and brain. This is like Divine cosmic evolutionary Light energy surgeries!

Head, Skull & Facial Bone Pains & Pressures — Periods of highly amplified pain and pressure in facial bones, bridge of nose, eyebrow bone pains, jaw hinge pains, sinus area pressures and sometimes pushing all the way down into some teeth. This is sometimes followed by a pleasant sensation of the surface of your face going numb.

Dry Eyes, Blurry Vision, Eyes Feeling Bruised & Sore — Periods of painful sore eyes from all the higher Light pressures of NEW DNA, dry eyes, and not being able to see clearly.

Severe Detoxing — Repeated severe Hot Flash-like sweating because you’re detoxing epic portions of old residual negative stuff across Earth time and Galactic time and more. The ongoing casting-off of everything from the past Cycle happens simultaneously with our Embodying more NEW DNA at higher levels. There are Ascension related “Hot Flashes” and there are super severe, feels like you’re going into shock, sticky Astral and extradimensional type purging detox sweating. There’s been lots of this while we’ve been crossing rainbow DNA bridges this entire year. It’s intense, massive in scope and exhausting which is why we need to do extra Self-Care while Embodying this NEW DNA and it being connected. Plenty of multidimensional transformative activity is happening in and around each of us because we’re Embodying this NEW “bridge” DNA.

Physically & Clairvoyantly Seeing Flashing, Moving Lights — Since about this time last year I started seeing and Seeing Lights flashing, strobing, pulsing and constantly moving when my eyes are open and when they’re closed. These flashing, moving Lights I’m seeing are coming from me, not externally from the Sun or anywhere else. I and the Sun are One, as are you, and us embodying more NEW higher multidimensional DNA only increases this energetic frequency match with the changes taking place in the Sun too.

You know how a ceiling fan with lights on it makes the light look like it’s chopped or strobing due to the fan blades rotating? Seeing the Light you now contain and radiate sort of looks like that, except it’s not precise and mechanical like a ceiling fan but organic and moving constantly. I see flashing, moving lights many feet above my head and out around me in all directions. It’s amazing to see the Light we’ve Embodied so far radiating out into the physical environment all around each of us. This too will only increase and expand the more Light we Embody so know that you are and will increasingly influence everything and everyone NEW human Lightbeing.

Periods of Intense Vertigo — This is one Ascension Process side effect I don’t have very often thank goodness, but since late August 2018, sudden waves of vertigo have hit and can literally spin your physical body around 180° or more and send you into furniture or the floor if not careful. Many of these NEW DNA side effects have been slowly reducing over the past few months but are still present.

Severe Stomach & Digestive Problems — This is another Ascension side effect most of us have had off and on over all these years but this year it’s been next-level for sure! Can’t eat much of anything. Stomach acid all over the place. Purging diarrhea. Acid reflux and heartburn from hell. All of this and more has been common for much of this year. Like everything else however, this too shall pass.

Daytime Sleeping Is Very Different Now — I can’t remember exactly when this one started for me but it’s increased all of 2018. When I fall asleep during the daytime now, what I experience is so much more intense, lucid, direct and connected??? than when I sleep at night, and I was pretty good at that! I sense that this difference is because sleeping when the Sun is out during the daytime is very different energetically from when we sleep at night with no Sunlight shining directly on us.

When I nap during the daytime now I’m lucid the entire time and in other dimensions doing other things with other people and beings. On the other hand I often fall asleep during the daytime and am lucid and remain in my physical body in my physical house and perceive from that vantage point instead of going off somewhere else. I’m asleep but intentionally stay in my physical body to observe my Light energies and other things. None of this is consciously planned by me and it all seems very natural and easy. I AM wherever I AM now, and so are you so pay attention and discern what you’re doing, observing, intending, discovering, creating, working on, and who you’re working with. It’s all fascinating and very different from last year.

The Really Strange Side Effects — These are the most difficult to talk about only because they’re so personal and unique to each of us and how we perceive today. Since 2015 I’ve been increasingly dealing with “reality” turning into something very NEW and different, which we’ve all known goes along with the Ascension and Embodiment Processes, the dimensional Shift, and the Separation of Worlds. But again, knowing something isn’t anything like actually living it minute-by-minute and in the quantum Now Moment.

I see and See things, hear things, feel things, know things and sense things that are almost impossible for me to convey. I think the best and most correct way to describe all of this is just to say that we’ve always been multidimensional Beings but we’ve become increasingly CONSCIOUS of this fact. And as should be expected with becoming increasingly consciously aware of one’s own multidimensional Self, Selves and many, many Others too in multiple locations, it changes you in every way imaginable. And we’ve just gotten started with this! With more NEW DNA being Embodied and activated within more and more of us, these so-called anomalies and phenomena should be expected as our NEW “normal”. Included with all this is new and unusual weather changes and more Earth changes everywhere. The old Earth world and reality, the old Galactic reality, the old Universal reality including each of us is in profound transformational change this year, with more to come. Rest and self-care because what we’re going through within our physical bodies and psyches is almost more than even we can comprehend at the moment.

Ascension Process Info for Newbies & Forerunners

I’m posting this article at both TRANSITIONS and HighHeartLife today Friday, May 13, 2016.

The first half of this article is specifically for people new (“newbies”) to the Ascension Process, plus have no firsthand knowledge about higher levels of reality, consciousness and being. The second half is for the Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers.

FOR THE NEWBIES TO THE ASCENSION PROCESS

‘…I get the inner body vibrations most of the time. It sucks. Sometimes I can’t lay on my back because I can feel the energy going up and out my back. I also get like a static energy in my legs. My head used to really hurt. Like tingling and being pulled apart. My vibrations feel like I have a motor in my body somewhere. It scares me. I’m not sure if this is ascension or if something is just wrong with me. I don’t understand 3d 4d or 5d…’

This is a recent Comment  from another article that pretty much sums up how I suspect a lot of “newbie” people feel and think at this point. They’re new to the natural evolutionary Ascension Process, plus are new to complex subjects such as multidimensionality, realities beyond linear time, Spherical Consciousness, different frequencies of energy, different beings that exist within different frequencies and dimensions, Team Dark, Team Light and much more. There certainly isn’t anything wrong with not having knowledge about these complex things, but when a person is activated by the Ascension Process (current compressed evolution) and searches online for information about what they’re experiencing, they typically run across older articles that were, for the most part, written for other Forerunners/Pathpavers/Wayshowers/First Wavers/Second Wavers and so on. They were not written for the general masses that wouldn’t be starting the Ascension Process for a decade or more in the future, which is the now of 2016.

The Ascension Process itself is confusing, especially so if you don’t have an esoteric, metaphysical background. Many of us that write/teach/lecture etc. about this and related topics do, but for growing numbers of people just beginning this current evolutionary process without any higher knowledge about reality outside the old lower negative controlled consciousness “box”, it could quickly become overwhelming, highly confusing and probably frightening.

As the person that wrote the Comment quoted above said, she doesn’t understand 3D, 4D or 5D. Most people don’t and that’s fine. If needed you will in time, otherwise do not worry about it or worse, don’t guess or speculate over any of it. Live what you are and learn from it as best you can in each moment. Doing so only expands your awareness and abilities which means you’ll automatically know a bit more and more over time about all things from your own Higher Awareness, not from collecting information from outside of yourself. This is so very important and something both newbies and Forerunners must Master individually.

What everyone new to the Ascension Process and related topics needs to know now is that the majority of online articles were originally written for what’s called among the Ascension Communities – the Forerunners of the Forerunners, Forerunners, Wayshowers, Pathpavers, First Wavers, Second Wavers, Third Wavers and Indigos. They were not written at that time for the general masses who wouldn’t begin this natural evolutionary process for a couple of decades or more. They were written at that time for fellow Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/Indigos that needed help in further consciously awakening to why they were reincarnated on Earth now and living the Ascension Process long before everyone else. The “newbies” to the Ascension Process need to keep this fact in mind when they read any of these older articles written by myself or other Ascension Teachers and/or channelers.

Here we are nearly thirty years into this Process at the completion of Galactic Alignment and the masses are being triggered by the NEW higher Light energies entering their bodies, minds, emotions, life, relationships, work and very reality to evolve and quickly now. All aspects of their lives, bodies and reality are suddenly being turned upside down and inside out and they have no knowledge about how to access their own Higher Awareness yet or how to discern mundane or spiritual and energetic information, people, teachers, physical events, nonphysical events, media messages etc. to gain insights or guidance about what’s really happening to them, their bodies, consciousness, lives and reality on Earth at this time.

What I’d like the “newbies” to this Process to know now is that you do not need to know about all the things that were written for Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/First Wavers/First Embodiers etc. one, two or more decades ago. What you need to know is that you are evolving now which means you, your old familiar sense of “self” and “identity”, your ego self, your consciousness, your body, life and both personal and global reality are and will continue changing and rather quickly. Know too that that paragraph reads simply and easily, where living it is a very different story! No fear however because it’s easier and faster to do now than ever before thanks to those Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers that went first to make it easier and safer for everyone else coming up behind them. Stair-steps in all ways with all aspects of this Process.

I read this funny line somewhere thirty-some years ago and it feels right to share here. I’m sorry I don’t remember who authored it because it’s great.

‘Lo tho I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall not tarry and build a summer cottage!’

“Newbies” don’t necessarily need to know what 4D has been all about to the same degree that you know the back of your hand! It’s enough for now to know that 4D—the fourth dimension—is what’s been called the Astral plane and that you’ve been moving through it in this natural evolutionary Ascension Process. You do not need to spend years or decades mopping and polishing the vast labyrinth of floors there, just deal with your stuff, your inner emotional issues you’ve ignored, suppressed, denied and/or projected and keep moving. Don’t tarry and build a summer cottage there in whatever remaining dank Astral rubble of the collective past still exists because it is not your job to do so. YOU and you alone are your job. Please read that last sentence again or as many times as you need to.

You also don’t necessarily need to know all the wonderful details about what 5D—fifth dimension—is and isn’t at this moment either. You’ll soon know for yourself exactly what 5D is and isn’t because you are existing within that dimensional frequency. For now, just know it is “heaven” in comparison to the old lower 3D (third dimension) physical Earth world of profound negativity and dense Duality we incarnated into! There’s a big payoff to all this difficult evolutionary work “newbies” so just keep moving forward and don’t get sidetracked over the complex details that don’t apply to you personally but were written for Forerunners/Pathpavers/Wayshowers/Indigos that needed that info it at that time for their personal reasons.

At this point all the “newbies” to the evolutionary Ascension Process need to do is be flexible and brave; flexible to constant changes, and brave because they’re happening no matter what! Again, that sentence reads easily but actually living it usually is more difficult and confusing but such are the times we live in. And how absolutely amazing and unique is that? Be proud that you’re incarnate now to personally experience such rare and profound change, growing freedom and increasing responsibilities.

NEWBIE RECAP

Please keep in mind and heart the fact that most all the information about the Ascension Process that was written by myself here at TRANSITIONS, and by many other Ascension Teachers at their online sites, is now ten, twenty or more years old and was, once again, written for other Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/Indigos that very much needed to consciously know and/or remember why they were reincarnate here now and why they and their bodies and consciousness were going through such profound weird changes, painful experiences and repeated attacks. That information still stands today however the newbies won’t need to experience exactly what most Forerunners did because it’s simply not necessary for them to do so. The newbies won’t go through the same symptoms or side effects or for as long or as severely as the Forerunners did. Be very glad of that fact!

All you need to do now is live through what you are while constantly releasing your old lower concepts and beliefs about everything—yourself included—so that you can move through these rapid and amplified changes easier and with less “friction” created from resisting or fighting this Alchemical Process. When you hunt for information online or in books about the Ascension Process and related Kundalini (not the old info about Kundalini from a hundred years or so ago!), keep in mind that the older material was written for the First Groups that Volunteered to go through this first and Pathpave it all so that you and the masses could step on to that NEW higher Path much easier, faster and less painfully. In other words, take from the older information only what you need now and ignore the rest of it that doesn’t apply to you.

Also I need to mention the obvious, which is the growing insanity, negativity and chaos of the old lower patriarchy and their old lower systems and beliefs etc. It unfortunately goes with what’s happening which is their “end times”. Many of these negative lower vibe and consciousness people and beings are still fighting, hustling and trying their best to hang on to as many humans as they can, be they awake or still asleep doesn’t much matter to them at this late date in the Ascension Process. Bottom line with all this is to not be stupid, gullible, naïve, lazy, careless or expecting someone or something else will arrive on a snorting white steed to “save” you at the last moment. Ain’t gonna happen, this time is about YOU/ME/WE doing it, not about someone else or a group of someone’s (like ETs or Angels etc.) coming down to Earth physicality and “rescuing” you or doing all the hard work for you. These beings have always been where they are, working their etheric backsides off helping all of us to do it ourselves now down here.

And finally, know that life as we’ve all known it here is over and a NEW higher way of being and reality is rapidly manifesting in each of us and of course externally too. The prep work is always the longest and hardest while the great stuff happens pretty quickly in comparison. (I’m going to repeat that line for the Forerunners too newbies.)  😀

FOR THE FORERUNNERS OF THE ASCENSION PROCESS

My tone is going to change with you my fellow Forerunners of the Forerunners/Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers because it’s time to quite screwing around getting distracted by all the silly left brained crap from people who don’t have a real clue about what’s going on. Discernment beings of Light! Self-empowerment beings of Light! Said another way, stop trying to read the tattered old tea leaves lying in the dirt of the past and/or ancient past and just get on with the current business at/in your own HighHeart!

My gawd it amazes (and surprises and sometimes frustrates) me how so many of the Forerunners are still, I repeat, still in 2016 looking for answers, information, guidance etc. outside themselves for things they already have/are within them! Now to be honest, on those extra bad days I sometimes do this too because I’ve momentarily forgotten who/what I really AM so I go back to the old lower familiar, which is searching outside myself for whatever.

Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners hear me when I say to you that our old times of transmuting, clearing, cleaning ourselves, others, blood lines, timelines, the human Collective across time, spending years or decades mopping and polishing the vast labyrinth of floors in the lower Astral, all we have since the start of the Ascension Process/Galactic Alignment around 1998-1999, has ended. We did it, all of it, now we need to get with the current program which is VERY different from the Work we’ve done since 1999ish.

Now we Forerunners of the Forerunners need to get proficient at constantly being the Light while in (insert your name – Denise) form on Earth. Not just for ten minutes every other Tuesday, but all the time no matter what insanity, distractions, chaos, negative interference attempts upon us or any other dark crap is taking place. None of that matters as it’s TD’s “end times” and the old patriarchy hanging on for dear life in whatever ways they can get it at this late date in the Process.

We’ve always known the Separation of Worlds & Timelines wouldn’t be all warm and fuzzy. Let the old things go while you/me/we Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners learn to constantly be the Light in the NEW World. That’s one of our jobs at the moment; becoming fully Sovereign and using ourselves as Source incarnate as you/me/we individually on Earth. You have constant access to higher information via your Higher Awareness and other dimensional Selves etc. You are the Light. You are Source incarnate as (insert your name) here on Earth in the physical. What exactly are you searching for externally now and why? You/me/we must learn to always look within first because that’s where everything is and we need to consciously know this and live from this HighHeart place of individual Self-Empowerment and Sovereignty (Embodiment of Higher with Lower). I know this is the complete opposite of the old lower world brainwashing from Team Dark (TD) but I hope you better understand why it’s so important for the Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners to correct this lie and do so from inside ourselves now. We are becoming the living examples of being Self as Source, or Embodied, or Sovereign as they’re all the same thing. This is an aspect of Embodiment. After that we can teach the masses how to do it if they desire or need it.

We’re now having to learn to never look without for things we need but always within for them. That sentence also reads much easier than it is lived and mastered. It’s what’s on our spiritual and physical plates now however; being Self as Source, being Sovereign in all ways, being the Light, being our I AM all the time no matter what or who tries to convince us otherwise.

I’m well aware that the best way for one to learn something and become really good at it is to do it many times, and probably need to do it a few more times! This is how we learn all aspects of something NEW to us and how to fully Embody it within ourselves and use it when we need it, whatever it is. Do this now fellow Forerunners and stop the old lower habit of always looking outside yourself for answers, insights, energies, love/LOVE, Light, power etc. Who ascended anyway and why? 😉 Don’t forget who you really are, who and what you’ve become or are becoming. It’s important and needed that each of us honestly understands this now at this point within the Ascension and Embodiment Process.

The prep work is always the longest and hardest while the great stuff happens pretty quickly in comparison.

Doing so only expands your awareness and abilities which means you’ll automatically know a bit more and more over time about all things from your own Higher Awareness, not from collecting information from outside of yourself. This is so very important and something both newbies and Forerunners must Master individually.

What everyone new to the Ascension Process and related topics needs to know now is that the majority of online articles were originally written for what’s called among the Ascension Communities – the Forerunners of the Forerunners, Forerunners, Wayshowers, Pathpavers, First Wavers, Second Wavers, Third Wavers and Indigos. They were not written at that time for the general masses who wouldn’t begin this natural evolutionary process for a couple of decades or more. They were written at that time for fellow Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/Indigos that needed help in further consciously awakening to why they were reincarnated on Earth now and living the Ascension Process long before everyone else. The “newbies” to the Ascension Process need to keep this fact in mind when they read any of these older articles written by myself or other Ascension Teachers and/or channelers.

Here we are nearly thirty years into this Process at the completion of Galactic Alignment and the masses are being triggered by the NEW higher Light energies entering their bodies, minds, emotions, life, relationships, work and very reality to evolve and quickly now. All aspects of their lives, bodies and reality are suddenly being turned upside down and inside out and they have no knowledge about how to access their own Higher Awareness yet or how to discern mundane or spiritual and energetic information, people, teachers, physical events, nonphysical events, media messages etc. to gain insights or guidance about what’s really happening to them, their bodies, consciousness, lives and reality on Earth at this time.

What I’d like the “newbies” to this Process to know now is that you do not need to know about all the things that were written for Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/First Wavers/First Embodiers etc. one, two or more decades ago. What you need to know is that you are evolving now which means you, your old familiar sense of “self” and “identity”, your ego self, your consciousness, your body, life and both personal and global reality are and will continue changing and rather quickly. Know too that that paragraph reads simply and easily, where living it is a very different story! No fear however because it’s easier and faster to do now than ever before thanks to those Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers that went first to make it easier and safer for everyone else coming up behind them. Stair-steps in all ways with all aspects of this Process.

I read this funny line somewhere thirty-some years ago and it feels right to share here. I’m sorry I don’t remember who authored it because it’s great.

‘Lo tho I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall not tarry and build a summer cottage!’

“Newbies” don’t necessarily need to know what 4D has been all about to the same degree that you know the back of your hand! It’s enough for now to know that 4D—the fourth dimension—is what’s been called the Astral plane and that you’ve been moving through it in this natural evolutionary Ascension Process. You do not need to spend years or decades mopping and polishing the vast labyrinth of floors there, just deal with your stuff, your inner emotional issues you’ve ignored, suppressed, denied and/or projected and keep moving. Don’t tarry and build a summer cottage there in whatever remaining dank Astral rubble of the collective past still exists because it is not your job to do so. YOU and you alone are your job. Please read that last sentence again or as many times as you need to.

You also don’t necessarily need to know all the wonderful details about what 5D—fifth dimension—is and isn’t at this moment either. You’ll soon know for yourself exactly what 5D is and isn’t because you are existing within that dimensional frequency. For now, just know it is “heaven” in comparison to the old lower 3D (third dimension) physical Earth world of profound negativity and dense Duality we incarnated into! There’s a big payoff to all this difficult evolutionary work “newbies” so just keep moving forward and don’t get sidetracked over the complex details that don’t apply to you personally but were written for Forerunners/Pathpavers/Wayshowers/Indigos that needed that info it at that time for their personal reasons.

At this point all the “newbies” to the evolutionary Ascension Process need to do is be flexible and brave; flexible to constant changes, and brave because they’re happening no matter what! Again, that sentence reads easily but actually living it usually is more difficult and confusing but such are the times we live in. And how absolutely amazing and unique is that? Be proud that you’re incarnate now to personally experience such rare and profound change, growing freedom and increasing responsibilities.

NEWBIE RECAP

Please keep in mind and heart the fact that most all the information about the Ascension Process that was written by myself here at TRANSITIONS, and by many other Ascension Teachers at their online sites, is now ten, twenty or more years old and was, once again, written for other Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/Indigos that very much needed to consciously know and/or remember why they were reincarnate here now and why they and their bodies and consciousness were going through such profound weird changes, painful experiences and repeated attacks. That information still stands today however the newbies won’t need to experience exactly what most Forerunners did because it’s simply not necessary for them to do so. The newbies won’t go through the same symptoms or side effects or for as long or as severely as the Forerunners did. Be very glad of that fact!

All you need to do now is live through what you are while constantly releasing your old lower concepts and beliefs about everything—yourself included—so that you can move through these rapid and amplified changes easier and with less “friction” created from resisting or fighting this Alchemical Process. When you hunt for information online or in books about the Ascension Process and related Kundalini (not the old info about Kundalini from a hundred years or so ago!), keep in mind that the older material was written for the First Groups that Volunteered to go through this first and Pathpave it all so that you and the masses could step on to that NEW higher Path much easier, faster and less painfully. In other words, take from the older information only what you need now and ignore the rest of it that doesn’t apply to you.

Also I need to mention the obvious, which is the growing insanity, negativity and chaos of the old lower patriarchy and their old lower systems and beliefs etc. It unfortunately goes with what’s happening which is their “end times”. Many of these negative lower vibe and consciousness people and beings are still fighting, hustling and trying their best to hang on to as many humans as they can, be they awake or still asleep doesn’t much matter to them at this late date in the Ascension Process. Bottom line with all this is to not be stupid, gullible, naïve, lazy, careless or expecting someone or something else will arrive on a snorting white steed to “save” you at the last moment. Ain’t gonna happen, this time is about YOU/ME/WE doing it, not about someone else or a group of someone’s (like ETs or Angels etc.) coming down to Earth physicality and “rescuing” you or doing all the hard work for you. These beings have always been where they are, working their etheric backsides off helping all of us to do it ourselves now down here.

And finally, know that life as we’ve all known it here is over and a NEW higher way of being and reality is rapidly manifesting in each of us and of course externally too. The prep work is always the longest and hardest while the great stuff happens pretty quickly in comparison. (I’m going to repeat that line for the Forerunners too newbies.)  😀

FOR THE FORERUNNERS OF THE ASCENSION PROCESS

My tone is going to change with you my fellow Forerunners of the Forerunners/Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers because it’s time to quite screwing around getting distracted by all the silly left brained crap from people who don’t have a real clue about what’s going on. Discernment beings of Light! Self-empowerment beings of Light! Said another way, stop trying to read the tattered old tea leaves lying in the dirt of the past and/or ancient past and just get on with the current business at/in your own HighHeart!

My gawd it amazes (and surprises and sometimes frustrates) me how so many of the Forerunners are still, I repeat, still in 2016 looking for answers, information, guidance etc. outside themselves for things they already have/are within them! Now to be honest, on those extra bad days I sometimes do this too because I’ve momentarily forgotten who/what I really AM so I go back to the old lower familiar, which is searching outside myself for whatever.

Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners hear me when I say to you that our old times of transmuting, clearing, cleaning ourselves, others, blood lines, timelines, the human Collective across time, spending years or decades mopping and polishing the vast labyrinth of floors in the lower Astral, all we have since the start of the Ascension Process/Galactic Alignment around 1998-1999, has ended. We did it, all of it, now we need to get with the current program which is VERY different from the Work we’ve done since 1999ish.

Now we Forerunners of the Forerunners need to get proficient at constantly being the Light while in (insert your name – Denise) form on Earth. Not just for ten minutes every other Tuesday, but all the time no matter what insanity, distractions, chaos, negative interference attempts upon us or any other dark crap is taking place. None of that matters as it’s TD’s “end times” and the old patriarchy hanging on for dear life in whatever ways they can get it at this late date in the Process.

We’ve always known the Separation of Worlds & Timelines wouldn’t be all warm and fuzzy. Let the old things go while you/me/we Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners learn to constantly be the Light in the NEW World. That’s one of our jobs at the moment; becoming fully Sovereign and using ourselves as Source incarnate as you/me/we individually on Earth. You have constant access to higher information via your Higher Awareness and other dimensional Selves etc. You are the Light. You are Source incarnate as (insert your name) here on Earth in the physical. What exactly are you searching for externally now and why? You/me/we must learn to always look within first because that’s where everything is and we need to consciously know this and live from this HighHeart place of individual Self-Empowerment and Sovereignty (Embodiment of Higher with Lower). I know this is the complete opposite of the old lower world brainwashing from Team Dark (TD) but I hope you better understand why it’s so important for the Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners to correct this lie and do so from inside ourselves now. We are becoming the living examples of being Self as Source, or Embodied, or Sovereign as they’re all the same thing. This is an aspect of Embodiment. After that we can teach the masses how to do it if they desire or need it.

We’re now having to learn to never look without for things we need but always within for them. That sentence also reads much easier than it is lived and mastered. It’s what’s on our spiritual and physical plates now however; being Self as Source, being Sovereign in all ways, being the Light, being our I AM all the time no matter what or who tries to convince us otherwise.

I’m well aware that the best way for one to learn something and become really good at it is to do it many times, and probably need to do it a few more times! This is how we learn all aspects of something NEW to us and how to fully Embody it within ourselves and use it when we need it, whatever it is. Do this now fellow Forerunners and stop the old lower habit of always looking outside yourself for answers, insights, energies, love/LOVE, Light, power etc. Who ascended anyway and why? Don’t forget who you really are, who and what you’ve become or are becoming. It’s important and needed that each of us honestly understands this now at this point within the Ascension and Embodiment Process.

The prep work is always the longest and hardest while the great stuff happens pretty quickly in comparison.

Forerunners Embodying & the Sun

Every now and again I do my best to write an article that, as accurately as I can, reflects what I’ve been living, perceiving and better understanding in my own way. These particular articles are often a bit hard to follow because they cover a variety of things, events, experiences, awareness’ and so on, and they do so across multiple dimensions and typically take place over weeks, months, decades and/or lifetimes in many cases. This article is another of this type and I’m sorry if it sounds at first read-through as if I’m jumping wildly from topic to topic and that none of it is quickly or easily coming together for you. Please push on however because it will make more sense to your HighHeart consciousness as you read and feel into the material. This article is important in my opinion, not to mention highly complex and multilayered as all of the really great stuff always is.

Those 5D Coinky Dinks

We’ve all experienced those wonderfully weird n’ wacky 5D (and higher) “coincidences” throughout the Ascension Process. They’re typically higher Light—aka information, knowledge, higher awareness etc.—aligning uniquely for us personally because it’s time for us to be consciously aware of something. To help us get there, these higher often strange twists n’ turn coinky dinks abound for a while until we finally reach one of those big Aha! moments. That’s what’s been happening to me for months now and they’ve all led me to this particular article about what some are calling ‘The Event’.

I hadn’t even heard this term until a week or so ago after I was led by further “coincidences” to read an article one of my reader friends emailed me recently. That article was by David Wilcock, March 6, 2016 ‘Just Say No to Partial Disclosure!’  At my first read-through of it I thought it was talking to me mainly about the ‘Negative greetings’ that David has gone through due to being someone who’s (also) working his backside off to help humanity get free, evolve, “ascend” etc. via his extensive writings and other works.

And, let’s be honest, there has not been many Ascension Teachers out there that have dared to write about the dark side of the Ascension Process in particular. There are numerous reasons for this but this article isn’t about that, and it’s going to be long anyway.

Suffice it to say that I’ve only come across a minuscule number of us that have publicly written about the negative side of the spiritual Ascension Process; of Team Dark as I’ve called them all. Lisa Renee, Cosmic Awareness, myself, David Wilcock… To any others out there I’m unaware of, I apologize for not knowing and including you Lightwarriors in this tiny list. The only other in-depth information about this that I’d read many years ago were the The RA Materials and The Law of One books two through five by James McCarty, Don Elkins and Carla Rueckert. The last book in the series very much dealt with what those people went through from Team Dark (my term) and the constant ‘Negative greetings’ (their term) that they all went though due to the spiritual Work they were doing and giving to humanity in book-form. Carlos Castaneda talked briefly about what he’d learned from his Master Teacher Don Juan, about some negative, nonphysical beings in his last book, but for the most part, this has been a topic very few have talked about for a variety of reasons.

As I read through David Wilcock’s article mentioned above, I at first assumed it was, for me, mainly about him sharing publicly about the ass-kicking abuse (attacks) he’s gone through just because he sits down to write something. This was meaningful to me because I’ve experienced this many, many times since I started writing about the Ascension Process online in 2003; even more so when I work on writing a book. My point is that I thought David’s article was mainly for me to hear someone else publicly talk about how painful, dangerous and difficult it sometimes is (or has been) to write about the Ascension Process in whatever form that takes for each of us writers that do it. We’ve repeatedly gotten attacked for doing so which I’ve often written about at TRANSITIONS over the years. But, as the coinky dinks go, this was only one aspect in an unfolding series of connected “coincidences” all trying to help me connect more important ascension related dots.

Next up in this ongoing series of connections was once I’d read David’s article, I was impulsed to quickly tear through a couple of his other recent ones. I didn’t know what I was looking for, but I’m always very aware of when I’m being invisibly led to something in a long string of things because some important “punch line” is coming for me, meaning you too.

While hurriedly reading through another of David Wilcock’s recent articles, he mentioned someone else saying that sometime soon (post 2012) ‘the Sun was going to sneeze’ and that this would cause ‘the Event’. I was like, what Event?! I thought ALL OF THIS was “The Event”! It is, it’s just that a major Stair-step or tipping point is about to be reached soon and that will automatically activate other great happenings—aka ‘The Event’—which will cause everything to suddenly evolve/ascend into the NEW to such a degree that we can’t quite comprehend that profound of an evolutionary jump by all that quickly.

We’re all doing the same thing and writing about the same processes yet communicating them from our unique individual perspectives which sometimes makes the material sound different enough that we don’t immediately understand what’s being talked about. Doesn’t matter because to someone it makes perfect sense because she/he/me/you did said it exactly the way we each did.

Another of these ongoing “coincidences” was something very specific Sandra Walter recently wrote about in one of her articles. Sometimes it’s only one word that I need, that we need to hear or read written in exactly the way that person said or wrote it and whammo, the Aha moment connects within us and another coinky dink succeeds doing what it was intended to for us at that moment.

Sandra used a term recently while talking specifically about the Sun and the current embodiment ‘Resurrection’  process many of the Forerunners are living now and it was, for me at that exact moment, ‘fractals’ and how some of them are aspects of us that have existed in the Sun. I’m now going to jump over into a recent article I wrote about how I used to lay in the old lower frequency golden rays of the Sun in the 1950s as a young child and deeply, profoundly, worship-fully send my highest and greatest LOVE and respect to the great Beings that lived in the Sun.

Some aspect of me has always known that something really important existed within our local Sun, and as a young child I LOVED It/Them more than I can express. And every decade since then I’ve wondered about this and why. However, I believe I have—with the help of a couple other Ascension Teachers’ recent articles and my own Higher Self and continuing Embodying process—finally gotten enough of those coinky dink dots to line up to the point that they’re saying something loud and clear enough to make me raise my eyebrows in surprise and be downright amazed.

In a few of my earlier articles I’ve even said that as more of the Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners reach certain levels of the Embodiment or ‘Resurrection’  phase of the Ascension Process, that the very act of this happening in the physical would automatically change everything else. I’ve said that multiple times and yet I didn’t have all the information about it, not that I do now, but I have a good chunk more.

Which Came First, the Chicken or the Egg?

What causes, triggers or activates what? The Sun? The Sun soon ‘sneezing’? The Ascension Process? Galactic Center spewing out something more, something NEW? The Forerunners reaching Embodiment in the physical? The Pleiadian Great Central Sun doing something? Moving deeper into the 7D Photonic Light? I say all the above and more that I’m probably not even aware of. I say all of it and more is “The Event” just in Stair-step fashion.

Enough Foreplay Denise!

Having said all this, I think it’s time for me to openly share what I’ve been working up to. It may sound outrageous to some, ludicrous to others, I don’t care either way. I may be wrong about this, and if so, I apologize right upfront for not comprehending the larger picture. But, if I’ve understood this aspect of the Ascension Process correctly, then wow. No pressure Forerunners but, wow.

Long ago WE (by WE I mean the Forerunners, Wayshowers, Volunteers, Pathpavers etc. before we dropped Light to incarnate) intentionally placed an aspect of OURSELVES in the form of individual fractals in the Sun of this solar system Earth is in. These fractal aspects are those great Beings I instinctively LOVED and worshiped as a young child in the 1950s in this incarnation.

Long ago WE also intentionally placed other aspects of OURSELVES in different male and female incarnations around planet Earth in linear time in 3D physicality. WE gave ourselves certain incarnations that would help us in these current lifetimes when the Ascension Process would/is happening in physicality and in linear time. Said another way, we very carefully covered our spiritual, energetic butts to make this Ascension Process as kind and gentle to all as we possibly could.

One of the reasons why WE intentionally placed a fractal aspect of OURSELVES in our local Sun was for when we reached the phase within the Ascension Process where we were capable of starting to Embody the Higher in the Lower here in the physical in these lives and bodies. (As you know, tons of Work had to be done by each of us before this could even be a thought and we’ve done just that.)

Once WE were ready to begin the Embodiment or Resurrection phase of the Ascension Process, WE would slowly and gently start merging the Higher with the Lower/the Lower with the Higher in ourselves, in our physical body vehicles on Earth. In other words, WE would begin becoming Christed, Crystalline, Unified, Integrated Beings in the physical on Earth and that would naturally and automatically attract those fractal aspects of US that have for so long existed in the Sun to merge with US/US with them here in these physical bodies and earthly, incarnate Selves Wayshowing the Ascension Process.

When enough of the Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners began this phase and were embodying their Solar/Sun/Christic/Divine fractal Selves into their physical bodies and human Selves on Earth, that would automatically and naturally trigger the Sun to do something NEW, something different, something like the suggested ‘sneeze’ causing a tremendous flash of Light to burst out which energetically propels everything and everyone into “Ascending”, evolving in what seems like a split-second.

I feel weird just typing those words. Why? Because even I have had to fight my way through all the lies and BS of those that have done their utter best to have US never realize these greater truths. I’ve known some of these greater truths all my life but I still sometimes have doubts about what I AM. Then that silly shit clears and I remember and know that I AM the I AM that I AM and that shit is about to get real up in here because WE’VE Worked on and towards this since forever it seems at this point.

As I said before, no pressure my fellow Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners, but know that as more and more of us Embody our Solar/Sun/Christic fractal Selves into these incarnate earthly Selves, that our doing so tremendously amplifies and quickens the entire Ascension Process and will trigger the Sun to do its ‘Event’ thing because all those fractals in it will have left to be Embodied by human Forerunners on Earth. How could this act not alter everything, not activate everything into further evolution? How could there be increasing numbers of incarnate Christed Beings in human form on Earth and not have that fact alter all of reality? It cannot.

When is this Solar ‘Event’ Happening?

Who knows. There’s lots of possibilities. One strong one is during what I’m going to call another Zero Zone period. This Zero Zone is that powerful point when we’ve finished 2016 (a NINE energy year), meaning December 31, 2016 to the start of 2017 (a ONE energy year) meaning January 1, 2017. It’s a possibility but I sense it’s a bit too early yet.

Another possibility could be at the end of 2017 (a ONE energy year), or the end of 2018 (a TWO energy year), or any point within 2019 (a THREE energy year). It doesn’t really matter if “the Event” happens in two weeks or two years; what matters is that it’s coming and fast and that it will dramatically change (improve, evolve) everyone and everything instantly. Stay focused on getting there, not getting hung up on lower left-brain details.

The Weird Merging Process Continues

This is another of those articles that’s written for a small handful of the Forerunners of the Forerunners and because of this may not be relatable to some reading it, but that’s perfectly okay and normal. At times it barely makes sense to me and I’m living it! Things don’t need to be intellectually known in those old lower left brained, egoic ways anymore. Now it’s the HighHeart that does the “thinking” and as we’re discovering, it does so in very different ways than humanity is used to. Everyone will make this transition, this natural evolutionary change and faster than most would ever believe.

I don’t really know how to describe what I have been and continue going through, but I’ll do my current best. So much of this phase of the Ascension Process—specifically 2014–2015—is almost beyond words, more accurately, linear words don’t come close to doing it justice! If you’re living it, you know what I’m struggling to express in this linear, slow motion way of physical writing. Just doing that diminishes the very things I’m trying to write about. Come on 5D global telepathy! 😉

To help with this, remember back to the start of the Ascension Process when the Forerunners of the Forerunners (First Wavers, Wayshowers, Pathpavers etc.) were the ones needed to first transmute old 3D density and duality stuff both personal and collective across linear time on Earth while simultaneously embodying repeated layers of incoming NEW higher Light frequencies and blueprints into their energy and physical bodies, brains, central nervous systems, chakras and very being. This was comparable to getting multiple massive boulders slowly moving as we pushed them uphill for a couple of decades! There was pain, lots n’ lots of pain, crying, sickness, misery and disconnect from everything and almost everyone, all while coming under repeated attacks from Team Dark, plus much more that I don’t need to go over again now.

As is the case again at this level of the Ascension Process, there were a handful of Forerunners of the Forerunners needed to do this NEW thing first for All and that’s what we’ve done throughout 2014 and 2015; more Pathpaving but at a much higher level than ever before. That first phase was necessary so that the old trash and stuff from the Expired Evolutionary Cycle was neutralized and removed so the NEW could come in and replace it all. That’s basically what some of us have done very intensely since the start of 2014; embodying and anchoring (aka Pathpaving and increasingly Wayshowing) an entirely NEW and vastly higher level of Light energies and reality for a very NEW and different Evolutionary Cycle. So different in fact it’s hard to even verbalize oftentimes.

I shared a bit in another article about how I’d recently had a much-needed and long-awaited embodiment of the Divine Masculine into this Denise self and physical form. My personal back story with this particular Duality issue goes back to two ancient past lives I had in Egypt; first one male around 12,600 B.C. with some Starbeings present on Earth at that time, and second past life was female about two and half or three thousand years later and well after the Starbeings had gone. This was the start of the Ascension Process currently playing out in our lives and bodies in our time here now.

In a nutshell, the male past life aspect ascended in that life and time, and the female past life self born about three thousand years later had conscious memory of that male past life (just as I’ve had of both of them, plus some others too during this life) and because she remembered what he had done in his time, she did the same in her life three thousand years later. Problem with that however was that she jumped the gun so to speak and attempted to embody both Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine into her female physical body, assuming that because the male past life self had succeeded doing so, that she would too and could help complete the overall merge Process in both a male and a female body. This Ascension stuff takes time… lots of time in some cases to get done safely and at the most beneficial for All moment.

Because this past life aspect of my Greater Self remembered one of her past life male aspects that was able to embody both and not fry his body and mind, she believed that the reason she remembered him and his ascension during his lifetime was so she would do the same during her lifetime. She was wrong however and tried to do this too soon and she did fry her body to the point that she eventually died because of it.

For me as Denise in this time living the Ascension Process bringing up the rear while simultaneously helping create and anchor a higher space for the NEW to manifest in, I’ve known for a long time that I would balance and integrate this particular ancient situation with Duality in physicality and merge the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine within my physical incarnate body and self finally and not fry, which would automatically and naturally propel me into another NEW higher state of being while still in this Denise form. The creative Stair-steps never end and isn’t that just the greatest thing.

I shared that personal tidbit now only because I know many of you reading this have had these weird twists and turns and seeming “failures” (they’re not of course) with Duality in physical bodies in both sexes over the Ages. Like I’ve said before, we’ve Yined the Yang and Yanged the Yin multiple times in multiple lives so we’d be intimately familiar with Energy dualized in 3D physicality as it has been in the past Evolutionary Cycle. We also did this so when it was time—as it is now via the Ascension Process—we could more easily and quickly embody them both making what had been manifested as two in the past cycle embodied now safely as One within each one (each individual). But, because this Process doesn’t retire once this level has been reached, something NEW is always birthed out of all that long work and time spent in time and that is what some of us have been doing since 2014, even though it has not felt like that much of the time! Again, the intellect cannot contain let alone imagine the vastness and creativity of what’s really going on now. The HighHeart does much better with this and it “knows” by feeling, by sensing, by knowing without going through the mind at all.

Another way I’ve been, we’ve been able to merge the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine within our physical selves and bodies, along with increasingly merging our Higher Selves with Lower Selves is working my physical self like crazy this whole time. Seems strange doesn’t it, or at least it did to me for a while. I finally realized that all the intense physical work I’ve done since the start of 2014, and even more so in 2015 since I bought the “new” old (filthy!!!) house, has helped me tremendously in maintaining balance here in physicality and ground, anchor, live, seed and manifest what all has been and continues unfolding in me at higher dimensional levels. We are multidimensional Beings and we’re all becoming much more consciously aware of this fact. Stop undervaluing this physical version of YOU down here in physicality. This aspect of you down here is so awesome, so potent and strong that it would scare you if you honestly knew how much so. In time you will, we all will, but for now it’s step by step awakening to our Divinity manifesting greater and greater parts of ITSELF within the NEW physicality and NEW You.

Last week I woke up in the middle of the night with the warm, clear and sparkling memory of having just had a truly wonderful conversation with a higher aspect of the multidimensional ME. It was like best friends getting together to share and talk about recent events and complement each other for the fine work both/all have done and continue doing. In some ways I knew it was a pep talk for me, Denise, down here working so hard and long on the physical level for All, and I was profoundly grateful for it because I needed it very much. Don’t forget that most of the time our so-called “Guides”, “Angels”, Starbeings/ETs etc. are simply other aspects of ourselves. Yeah, soak that one in and then rearrange your inner furniture to accommodate this fact.

It’s time for each of us to, consciously, step into our Greatness, our Divinity etc. and not be afraid of being that large and that bright out in the physical world. We won’t be murdered, burned at the stake, sent to an mental hospital, locked away or any other such horrific thing. Those people no longer run the planet, we of the Light do, so make whatever adjustments within yourself that you/me/we may need at this point to fully step out into the NEW Light as our latest NEW Selves.

Another aspect of this that I’ve also been having a strange time with on occasion is when I have to go out into the world to shop and that usually means talking with other people not aware of what’s going on. Some days I do this and my Light activates other people and they don’t even know anything happened. Other days I can barely string words together well enough to have people NOT think I’m stoned or worse! I just do my best in both cases, but sometimes it’s rather difficult going out into the world to shop for something (once again it’s been weekly trips to Home Depot and/or Lowe’s for something for the “new” old getting less and less filthy house) while piped music is blaring overhead, distracting me when I’m already not well locked into that level anyway.

The other day I took my car to the car wash and afterwards had it hand waxed. Translated that meant I had to sit for an hour and a half out in public and wait for my car to be done. Almost any time I’m forced to sit in one place out in public for over an hour, means I’m gonna leave my body and go someplace else that’s a lot more comfortable to me. This time I had a difficult and clumsy time readjusting once I was back in my physical body because the guy that waxed my car found me and forced me to walk back to my car with him. I was not all back in body yet and struggled to not look, act or sound like I was drunk, stoned out of my mind or just plane crazy. I did a lousy job of this unfortunately and forgot to tip the guy who’d waxed my car. I felt rotten about this for days and will eventually find him again, tip him and apologize for being such a “space cadet”. 🙄 If people only knew what all we go through under the most crazy of conditions.

The flip side of this is how easy and fast it is now to Consciously Create and physically manifest what we need. I often feel like a “newbie” god experimenting with my newly discovered abilities, tools and other creative toys. I also often feel like a “nerdy” god and can sometimes feel and hear higher dimensional Others enjoying my newly divine awkwardness down here in physicality. At least I’m making someone somewhere smile over all this!

For now, the easiest way for me to express some of the complexity of what I’ve gone through personally has been sharing the best and the worst, the highs and the lows, while knowing that as I acclimate better to every change so too will my ability to express it in linear words. Hit the Ground Running

On August 1, 2014 I perceived, very loudly, that I needed to prepare because soon I’d ‘Hit the ground running’. Of course I thought that meant something different from what happened, but, I’ve indeed been running like crazy since my mother’s August 28th triple bypass surgery.

There’s the obvious, the very top layer of stuff that’s happening physically, but as is always the case, there’s so much more going on with that obvious surface stuff than one may be aware of at first. This is what I’ve gone through—increasingly this year and don’t expect that to end any time soon—and very much so with what’s happened to my mom and all who and what is connected to that life-changing event. I’m not alone in any of this as this is the theme of 2014; ongoing mini revelations about oneself and what MUST be IMMEDIATELY admitted to and released (sudden Uranian-like changes) if one desires to continue embodying more of ones Greater Self in their current physical body in this timeline. Period, end of discussion. Because I desire continued evolution/ascension in this physical Denise package more than anything, it’s easier than ever before to now IMMEDIATELY correct whatever it is within myself, old beliefs, worries, habits, expectations, limitations etc. At this point there aren’t many options with this phase of the Ascension Process; it’s change whatever is needed within oneself now to continue embodying the NEW and be pain-free.

I’m also aware that what I’m personally going through now is dripping in transiting Uranian energies. I’ve known for many years that my mom was approaching her Uranus Return at age 84. It takes Uranus to travel from its location at your birth to the halfway point at age 39-42, 43 and is called the Uranus Opposition. It takes Uranus 84 years to transit from your birth (natal) location all the way through the 12 zodiacal signs and “return” to the sign and exact degree where it was when you were born, and this transit is called the Uranus Return.

In decades past, most 84-year-old people didn’t survive much beyond this intense transit, however, with the Ascension Process and the Aquarian/Uranian energies being a big part of the NEW and the new astrological Age energies, more people of all ages are dealing with higher frequency Uranian energies better than ever before. The outer “impersonal” planets as old astrologers called them (everything beyond 3D Saturn), are currently becoming very “personal” for humanity. I’ve waited years to talk about this and intend to write more about the changes in astrology due to humanities current evolution/ascension and evolving consciousness.

My mom is soon to turn 85 and well into her (once in a lifetime) Uranus Return. My son is 42 and nearing the end of his (once in a lifetime) Uranus Opposition. I’ll turn 63 in December and this is another 7-year Uranus transit (square), plus, transiting Uranus in Aries is and will for years be in opposition to my four planet Libra stellium. Said real simply, shit’s a changing big-time and Uranus is behind much (not all but much) of it so don’t even try to resist because you’ll just get broken by these life and consciousness-changing Uranian forces. And just for shit’s n’ giggles, transiting Pluto is currently in direct opposition to my natal Uranus, so, let the transformational party play on as it absolutely must and roll with the cosmic punches and become something greater, something NEW and improved Denise, and all other folks within these three generational age groups.

On top of these potent astrological transit energies is the NEW Light Energies doing all they are too. I realize that, due to exhaustion, not getting enough sleep for the past week or so, being overly emotional for a while, crazy busy, plus the September 1 through 9 energies, today’s Super Harvest Full Moon at 16º Pisces 19′ conjunct Chiron, the 2014 9/9 energies… what have I forgotten?… it’s been one hell of a week and counting! I actually can’t wait for the 2014 September 22 Equinox this year as I think they’ll make many of us feel better, if we’ve done the Prep Work.

Now I want to try to express what I’ve perceived so far about these 2014 NEW energies and how they’re forcing us to make immediate changes within ourselves so we can continue the embodying, transformational Ascension Process. Earlier this year I perceived this Process in 2014 symbolized for the Forerunners much like the 12 Labors of Hercules. I saw every day, every degree of the zodiac as unique Initiatory Stair-steps that we HAD/HAVE to traverse because this Ascension Process is now fully and completely being dealt with by many Forerunners primarily in and through their physical bodies in the physical realm.

In years and decades past we Forerunners were multitasking on multiple dimensions simultaneously, doing Lightwork, timeline work, grid work, Rewiring work, transmuting and integrating old negativity, transmuting and integrating ours and others density and Duality, living the Ascension Process in and through our bodies and so much more. In 2014 however, I’ve sensed that many of us Forerunners have been tremendously focused on being in, working on and working through our physical bodies in this physical dimension because that’s what’s currently needed to embody more of our Higher, Greater Selves into these bodies now.

I know that every time I and each of you does this now in 2014 and 2015 too, that we are literally energetically Pathpaving for the rest of humanity coming up behind us in the near and distant “future”. Every time I and each of you in 2014 (and beyond) immediately change, release, let go of whatever it is in us that we must now so we can physically embody more of the NEW in ourselves body and soul, we make it that much easier for humanity to transition into the NEW behind us. That is why the pressure has felt so intense to us this year and why we’ve HAD to make more sudden changes in ourselves and our old habits etc. I said for a few years that this Ascension Process had finally and fully reached the physical level, and because of that, that is why we Forerunners have had such an intense year throughout 2014 (and for many 2015 will be this too); we’ve been Pathpaving, Forerunning, Wayshowing again but in this very NEW way in 2014 and beyond.

When I do this energy work now in 2014, as exhausted as I am, as ready for fabulous as I am, I can feel that every time I release more of the old, change and simultaneously embody more of the NEW and more of my Greater Self, I know and feel that this is the Way this Pathpaving Energy Work is being done now more intensely and quickly than ever before, and despite it not always being easy, it feels Divinely PERFECT and so amazingly freeing and powerful in very, very lofty ways. The misery, the fears, the pains etc. are now nothing in comparison to the in-pouring of the NEW and of more of the Higher ME into this Denise body and soul aspect in physicality. The Ascension Process—at this point I mean—is Divine (not that IT for a second ever wasn’t!), and terrifying, and PERFECT and exactly how IT needs to be done now by we the Forerunners. I sure hope I explained that well enough for everyone to get the gist of this change.

I received some emails recently from readers who suddenly empathically felt some of the physical pain my mom was having in her heart and chest area on or around August 28, 2014. When I informed my son what had happened to his grandma, he was relieved because he too had felt tremendous pains in his heart/chest for a couple of days before August 28th and, like many who emapthically feel other people’s pains and/or emotions etc., he believed the heart pains were his. Because I’ve been psychic, empathic etc. my entire life, I’m very familiar with mistaking other people’s physical/emotional/mental pains and energies etc. as my own when in fact they were never “mine” at all. This is another important reason why the Higher Awareness of energetic discernment is so important.

The deeper we evolve into 5D HighHeart consciousness and NEW Earth reality, the more this type of thing will happen to more people. Being within a fifth dimensional (5D) frequency range means that everyone feels everyone else (other humans, animals, plants, elemental beings, multidimensional Beings, Earth herself, Nature, the elements and so on), and this is why it will soon be impossible to hurt or attack or lie or steal etc. anyone else anywhere; because you will feel and know that pain, that negativity, that separation in your own body and being. To harm another literally becomes impossible because everyone literally feels and knows that All are One, All are connected, All are united.

I’ve probably forgotten some things I intended to include in this but I’m glad I was able to get this much written at this point.

Be well everyone, be strong, be wise, and sail through this Piscean Super Full Moon and 2014 NEW 9/9 energies and simply change when it’s needed as quickly as you can. Don’t debate it, don’t resist it, just do it immediately because it actually feels good releasing and changing into more of the NEW in these super fast ways now. You want the pain to go away? Me too so just release, change and embody more of the NEW and the Greater You now and watch as “reality” changes to match what you’re doing in and through your physical self and body.

The April 2014 Explosion of Change

After April 2014, there shouldn’t be one bit of doubt in anyone’s heartmind that the NEW has fully arrived within this physical dimension and world. I don’t know about you, but my life exploded thanks to the April 2014 energies and demanded some much-needed changes, which will despite it being difficult at the moment, manifest some much-needed improvements. I do love how you can know something for years, decades even, and when “it” finally arrives, “it” does so in a way or ways that you never thought of before. Aah, that wondrous Divine Creativity.

Thanks to those reality changing/improving April 2014 energies, many of us immediately found ourselves having to make some necessary course-corrections now with those things, people, living situations, jobs, monies, old habits etc. that cannot continue as they have been up to this mega Shift point. The 5th Cardinal Square/”Cross” of April 2014 was the energetic explosion that permanently blew old things out of their old habitual grooves for good. The month of May is reevaluation time to reconsider what each of us truly values and finds valuable after all we’ve been through up to this point within the Ascension Process. June will be hit the road time for many in whatever ways those changes of location, residence, employment etc. manifests for each of us. June—especially after the Solstice—will begin a NEW level of physically implementing the changes/improvements that the April “Cross” explosions thankfully brought to physicality.

2014 is a totally NEW cycle of us working our ways through those annual Herculean 12 Labors of astrological Stair-steps within physicality… but the NEW physicality for the very first time. This is why every day, every week and every month in 2014 so far feels and looks so amazingly amplified and different… because it is!

Next I remember thinking during the 5th Cardinal Square/Cross how easy that was as well and I became slightly nervous because I knew the ‘other shoe was about to drop’, it had to. By April 24th it had indeed finally dropped for me personally and I felt, saw and experienced “reality” go extra weird in a NEW way that day and it hasn’t stopped since. I don’t expect it will any time soon either and that’s not a “bad” thing at all, quite the opposite actually.

I had hoped however that I’d move through this April 2014 first impact transition more gracefully than I did, but, sometimes things become just severe enough that they finally cause full release so things must move off in different but appropriate directions. Such has been the case for me with the April energies, and I know many of you reading this have experienced these energies in similarly intense and life-altering ways too.

I haven’t written anything due to these intense ongoing changes I’ve experienced since April, and my needing to clean up after the literal physical and emotional debris caused by that Divine explosion. There’s damage caused by the April energies that I’ve needed to clean up, repair, throw in the trash, course-correct and so on and I’m not remotely finished yet. The rest of 2014 will be many of us making these NEW changes/improvements.

Another thing that the April 2014 explosion brought to many people was a sudden NEW level of Higher Awareness, profound insights, and plenty of personal revelations about self, about others, situations, old habits good and bad etc. Said another way, more Divine NEW Light came in, immediately illuminating more of our internal/external stuff (whatever that is for each of us at this point within the ongoing Ascension Process) helping us to easily and quickly See and Know exactly what needs to be changed internally/externally now due to our being in the NEW.

And another thing that the April 2014 explosion caused was an even greater gap between the old lower frequency world, people, consciousness, beliefs, systems and ways of doing things and the NEW. From my current perspective post April, the world literally looks (and feels) very different to me. There are certain differences to many buildings, houses, streets, structures etc. such as their placement, distance and location etc. I was driving through town this past week running errands and I couldn’t believe how different much of the city actually looks now. It’s different from the pre-April 2014 city I know so well and that is a very good sign of how much Shift has recently happened within the physical plane. (Separation of Worlds and Timelines)

[I should add here that I’m well-aware that for many of you April 2014 was not an explosion at all but merely another Shift into more of the NEW energies of the ongoing Ascension Process. For many people however it was very much of an explosive type transition and we’re deep in mop-up mode now.]

Another noticeable change caused by the April explosion energies are varying degrees of change within some of the Ascension symptoms we experience. For me this has manifested as a greater amplification of pains and pressures of the NEW energies being embodied physically. I feel this mainly at the top of my head, my entire head, top of my spine all the way down to my High Heart and Solar Plexus area. During huge energy amplifications and Shift periods such as what we’ve just gone through in April (and continue to so just adapt to it all), the entire area from above my physical head down to my Solar Plexus feels these amplifications the most intensely. It just is how my body reacts to embodying and being changed, improved, evolved by these NEW Divine energies. Your mileage will vary but know that the aches and pains and pressures are all part of this galactic and universal evolutionary ‘growing pains’ and are normal. In comparison dying is easy, whereas remaining in-body and dying/being reborn at a higher level is far more complex, lengthy, painful, difficult, and at times downright worrisome, but we wanted to be here for this more than anything. The worst of the worst is over so don’t throw the towel in at this point within The Process!

Between reality literally looking, feeling and being very different than it was only a couple of weeks ago, to many of us having our personal lives turned upside down for the better even though it may not feel like it at the moment, the physical weather getting even more extreme and unpredictable, we’re well on our ways into our NEW lives in our NEW world in the NEW evolutionary cycle. Trust The Process, let the needed changes happen so you and others can move on to where each need to be now, and know that you are a far more powerful Creator Being than you yet realize. We’re doing great even though it may look like utter chaos and destruction out there. The Angels are impressed with us, and that my friends is something to be really proud of and tremendously inspired by.  ❤

“Thanks for a fascinating post about this article. It was very synchronistic for me. Do you have any insights about what it is like to be on the bridge and crossing the bridge? I resonated with Calliope/Karin about being ready on the 3D level as well. Any insights on how the 3D interfaces with the bridge? Do we still have to pay taxes while when we are on/crossing the bridge? :) Seriously though, when you are moving away from the dark energetically, are you moving away from the 3D/dark structures? I have seen many opting out of the dark systems/structures and some even becoming self-reliant for example. Does the bridge have anything to do with that or do you still live day-to-day using the 3D systems yet operate at a higher frequency only? Just curious about your experience. For some reason I have felt that ascension meant we have to take more responsibility for ourselves and not rely on outside structures for any of our needs, but maybe this is erroneous. I realize this may be too much thinking/too 3D, haha! Thanks! ♥

Because I’ve had different people ask me this same question over the years, I’d like to use Jen’s Comment question (from another article) and give it its own article which hopefully more people will see. Thanks Jen. ❤

I’ve been on the Ascension Bridge for a few years now just as many of us have and I’ve been paying taxes, paying rent, buying groceries, showering, doing laundry, sifting cat poop out of the cat’s litter box the entire time. 😉 Here’s why these old patriarchal 3D systems have persisted up to the date of this writing.

Is everyone familiar with the astrological term “cusp“? Most are used to it describing when a person’s birthday exists between where one astrological sign ends and the next sign begins and is referred to as on the cusp of such and such two signs which indicates that both signs influences are in play. This same thing is happening throughout our lifetimes because they’re happening on the cusp of the ending Age of Pisces (2,100 yearlong cycle) and the beginning of the Age of Aquarius. This alone would indicate tremendous changes across the entire planet because Age changes are incredibly potent and reality changing on their own. However, there’s SO much more happening now such as the culmination of a 26,000 yearlong Precessional cycle — one orbit through all twelve of the 2,100 yearlong astrological Ages; the culmination of a Galactic cycle — one rotation of the Milky Way galaxy, which is about 225 million years long, and other cycles of incredibly long duration all completing and aligning now like a grand Cosmic and Galactic birthday! These are the reasons why we’ve all been working and struggling our ways through the Ascension Process over the past twenty-five years or so because everything/everyone everywhere has been, is, and will be changing (evolving) into a very new and different level where we all will continue our spiritual learning and creativity etc.

For the years that we Forerunners have been ‘sequestered’ off in our minuscule side-world waiting and work bubbles that have been a vibrational match to each of us, we’ve continued doing our Light Work for all, but from a few higher frequency energy Stairsteps farther along within the Ascension Process. Needless to say, after years of this it’s caused most of us Forerunners to have serious cases of “cabin fever”! Not having a full-sized matching frequency world to live and move around in for many years has been highly frustrating and claustrophobic feeling and we’re all very anxious to step out into the new ascended world waiting for us all on the other side of the Bridge and Expiration Date.

In the past I’ve talked a bit about how this transitional position often looks from my current perspective. Many times it’s looked to me like viewing through a long and slightly downward pointing black tunnel back to the old 3D world and people in it but everyone is blurry around the edges because I can’t pull them into clear 3D focus from my vibratory vantage point. It looks somewhat like when you look through the wrong end of binoculars; everything looks far away and smaller but just add a big black tunnel around what you’re seeing and make it slightly blurry around the edges of everything including people.

For years now this has often been what I see when I look at the old lower frequency patriarchal Earth world reality and people in it from my waiting/working bubble Stair Step. My viewpoint (current level of frequency which is a different location) and perception (current level of consciousness) is still evolving (continuing to change) now and the things I see, hear, smell, feel, sense etc. are continuing to change the further across the Bridge I go. The same is and will be the case for each of us so be open to big evolutionary changes to yourself, your consciousness and external reality.

Many times when I’ve had to go back down energetically to the 3D physical world to get something unpleasant done like go to the DMV office (Department of Motor Vehicles) — I wrote about this but can’t remember the title of it or I’d add a link here — the post office, a bank (banks are extra horribly dense and congested energy places that instantly make me feel like I’m being physically crushed from the heavy lower frequency density that money and money consciousness exude coupled with the human collective fears, frustrations, worries and anger over money and not having enough of it etc.), medical or dental offices, medical labs, Urgent Care places and all other lower vibrating locations full of nothing but dense duality patriarchal energies and consciousness.

Another visual anomaly I’ve experienced a few times due to this evolving/ascending gap in frequencies and locations (different Stair Steps) is that large locations of dense patriarchal physical 3D simply disappear from my view. I wrote about one of these shocking experiences that happened when I walked into a DMV office two years ago I think it was and literally couldn’t see or hear 99% of it because it was an absolute black void to me! No visuals, sounds, people or LIGHT at all in 99% of the entire DMV building which I’d been in many times before over the years, and all because the frequency gap or range between it and me was too great for me to bridge then so it, whatever it may be, disappears from our view.

(The next article I intend to publish is about another experience like this but with two Lightbeings my mom and I had assistance from at the grocery store recently so please remember this article when you read it.)

(Also, I had to go to this same DMV building last month because my mom needed to go and this time I could see every inch of the place and hear all the talking and other normal noises in busy public places like this. The whole place was blurry to my vision as most all lower frequency places and stores are, but at least this time it was closer within frequency range to where I’m currently existing which is why I could see it this time. In other words, even the DMV office has been drug upward into more and more Light over the past two years and because of this was visible to me this year. See how this works and why? Interesting isn’t it and makes it easier to understand why and how the Mayans, or anyone else, could suddenly “disappear” from 3D according to those who remained in the lower 3D frequency range and matching consciousness. This disappearing business will happen to more of us as we cross the Bridge and Expiration Date from both our perspectives and also from the perspectives of those who haven’t crossed it yet or won’t cross it.)

Experiences of having physical reality suddenly disappear from your perceptual range are highly unnerving and they’re happening now to more people because you/me/us are literally moving out of frequency range of it. This is the primary reason why so many of you have had trouble seeing the old world clearly and having it appear slightly out of focus or blurry to your higher, faster, more Light-filled body, vision and perceptual frequency range that you’re existing within.

This is only about some of what it’s visually looked like to me, not about how it’s felt or affected me physically and emotionally when I need or have to go into any lower frequency place to shop, get things done that must be done according to the old patriarchal world systems and laws etc. For me, having to go back down vibrationally into that “normal” world since February 1999 has been in many ways more painful and difficult than the Ascension symptoms. This is why most Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers do their best to avoid being in the old lower frequency patriarchal world as much as possible, and when we do have to go out there we do it as quickly as possible so we can get back to our higher frequency homes and recuperate from another trip down into the 3D Underworld. Sheer torture.

Jen asked, “…when you are moving away from the dark energetically, are you moving away from the 3D/dark structures?” and the answer is YES.

You move away (ascend/evolve) from everything and everyone that still exists within that lower frequency 3D space, place, level, dimension, timeline, consciousness, belief systems, structures etc. Everything and everyone, unless they too are existing at or close enough to the same frequency range (Stair Step) that you’re embodying at that moment. Typically, all Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers/Indigos have moved towards the Bridge with more crossing it now, however, over the Ascension years many of the Forerunners have moved ahead by a few Stair Steps, then more would catch up with us, which causes more to move up a few more Stair Steps below us all and so on.

But yes, one does literally, vibrationally move away from that world where the old patriarchal 3D /dark structures and consciousness still exist. This is why the Forerunners have also been called Pathpavers because that’s exactly what they’ve done; pave a pathway of higher frequency Light energies out of lower frequency Duality density 3D world. This entire topic is really about different levels of frequency, consciousness, and density — lower/higher, more dense/less dense, darker/lighter, slower/faster frequencies etc. That’s what this Ascension Process, Shift of Ages, Separation of Worlds, of timelines and everything else is really all about — different rates and levels of frequency and their matching consciousness and realities.

What’s been happening in highly compressed ways over the past twenty-five years (very intensely physically since 1999) is much like the cusp symbolism. Many of the Forerunners transmuting and embodying the Ascension Process through our bodies have been sequestered for years slightly ahead of the rest in our matching frequency work/waiting bubbles, yet, because we’ve been within close enough frequency range to drop back down a bit and reenter the old dense patriarchal world we all were born into in these lives/bodies, we could still go shopping, pay our taxes, and sift through the cat litter when needed!

Why in the world would we want to do that you might be wondering? Only because the new higher frequency ascended world wasn’t ready for us yet and we weren’t ready for it, even though we thought we were. It is now however, and this is why there’s so many of us currently crossing the Bridge. Yes it’s physically and emotionally painful to go back down to the lower frequency world but we’ve done it for many years already because we’ve been on the cusp of these two radically different worlds, frequencies, dimensions, consciousness, timelines and locations.

This won’t be the case for much longer however because there is a final Expiration Date to this business and the two Earth worlds and groups of people are soon to reach the absolute cutoff and separation point to this cuspal misery we’ve endured for so long. That Expiration Date is in the human Collective consciousness as the 12-21-2012 date. It can however happen before that date, or slightly after it, but it’s very close now and when we pass through it — cross the Bridge — the old systems completely expires and quickly begins to disappear from our perspectives.
