A NEW Landing With A Higher Set Of Stairs

I’ve often used the term Stair-steps to indicate the many energy phases and stages within the Ascension Process (AP) and Embodiment Processes (EP). I’ve also used the term Landings with this same symbolism to show those landmark points where the Forerunners of the Forerunners, the First Ascenders, the First Embodiers etc., reach another higher frequency point, turn an Ascension/Embodiment corner, and begin ascending up another NEW flight of Stair-steps within this ongoing process. This we’ve done again with our entry into 2018. We—and I’m talking specifically about the Forerunners of the Forerunners etc.—have reached a NEW much higher frequency Landing and have begun rising up, further Embodying up this NEW higher set of energy Stairs.

This Stair-steps and landings imagery and symbolism are easy mental and emotional visuals to help grasp this amazing and ongoing process. However, when another NEW Landing is reached by the Conscious Creators Forerunner Collective, from our perspectives the closest set of stairs and previous landing below us grows dark, dim and disappears from our view. The levels of Stair-steps and Landings further below that one are hardly within our awareness anymore, so life and reality-changing is each of these higher and higher frequency Landings with their NEW flight of energy Stairs.

The further and higher into the Embodiment Process I go, the harder some aspects of it are for me to write about because 1) it’s profoundly personal and 2) it’s amazingly difficult to put into linear words and 3) it’s not intellectual whatsoever but everything else! The Embodiment Process from the physical side is fairly archetypal in nature (what an asinine statement that was!) for the Forerunners of the Forerunners, First Ascenders, First Embodiers and yet it’s still a deeply personal and intimate process of integral RE-UNION with the higher and highest vast aspects of YOU into this physical expression of You living the AP and EP on Earth now. To accurately flesh-out in written form what living this ongoing EP is like and what it feels like, how it looks and sounds and so on is nearly impossible, plus most days one doesn’t even want to try to express it to anyone let alone write it down in linear form. But we try, when we can, and carry on at NEW higher expanded levels of being and awareness. Such is the nature of true Pathpaving.

Also, the further along the Embodiment Process I go, the less I care about all the complex details about it. The less that level matters to me at this point. It may again in the future but over the past few years, for me what holds the most personal satisfaction is living it, feeling it, Embodying it, being surprised and/or confused by it, being shocked by how much “it” hasn’t been anything like what I thought or expected “it” would be like whatsoever. At times this not knowing is unnerving and a real test of how stable and sturdy one’s HighHeart seat of being really is. At other times it’s just evolutionary business as usual and isn’t happening near fast enough for me. Separating from Source was exciting and traumatic, and RE-UNITING with Source is equally exciting and traumatic. The in-breath and the out-breath and all those many Stair-steps and Landing levels in-between them.

Another of many of the things we’re re-uniting (current unifying evolution of everything that was intentionally separated into Duality long ago) within and through ourselves is the heart and mind. This 2018 NEW Landing Embodiment Process level is forcing more Forerunners etc. to experience their EP via their HighHearts and not their minds or intellects. If you write about the AP and EP, then this is another reason why it’s gotten somewhat more difficult to verbalize in linear written form what living that taking place in multiple locations, dimensions, times and levels within your body, self and beyond is.

When I’m very quiet and still I can more easily maintain the larger and higher frequency expanse of Higher Awareness and perceive multiple sides, dimensions and levels of my EP, but what I’m perceiving is still very NEW to the Denise aspect. To other aspects of ME it’s old-hat but not so for incarnate Denise aspect. Some of you can relate to how familiar this 2018 new Landing level is, while simultaneously shocked and amazed by how strange yet methodical it is. It all depends on where one is observing the, their personal but multiple EP from in that Now Moment.

No matter how hard I try, I cannot remember January 2018. It’s just gone. So be it. February 2018 is totally opposite however and will take some more Inner Work on my part to clean up after. March 2018 is playing out for me sort of how February did; one intense inner change after another making them all feel like I’m ascending up these NEW Stair-steps extraordinarily fast in comparison to all previous levels. It’s timeless in one Now Moment perspective, then dragging on forever in some strange isolated and energetically sequestered space the next. Again, perspective and frequency as further RE-UNIFICATION unfolds within oneself, consciousness and physical body.

In much the same way the Sun both slowly pulses out and quickly flashes NEW higher frequency next-level Stair-steps EP energies, so too does this manifest in my physical body as EP side effects or symptoms. I’m aware of the solar energy pulses impacting and activating next-level Codes, DNA, Crystalline/Christ/Unity frequencies within Denise me and her physical body. There is no separation between what the Sun transmits or anything else and what instantly takes place within my body and myself and Selves. We are one massive interconnected unit existing in different dimensions simultaneously but All Working on the same things; evolution of Self and Selves to Consciously Create the NEW higher frequency platforms both physical and nonphysical for humanity to now evolve into.

Over the past few weeks I’ve repeatedly experienced something that feels to me like there’s suddenly not enough air in the room. I’ve experienced this many times since 1999, but never at this NEW higher Landing level. All the sudden there’s a sense I’m not getting enough oxygen and my lungs hurt momentarily while at the same time I’ll suddenly smell that old common AP scent of nonphysical burning incense smoke so intensely it almost chokes you. While all this is going on I’ll physically see and clairvoyantly See greatly increased nonphysical activity in my house. It’s like there are suddenly dozens of nonphysical beings and energies and who knows what all moving around inside my house.

After I went through this one yet again, but at this much higher 2018 Landing level of Embodiment, I realized that what seemed to me to be multiple different energy events and psychic anomalies and ongoing EP side effects was actually one thing taking place. It was one event caused by one solar energy pulse being Embodied in my physical body which automatically activated further Crystalline/Christ/Unity frequencies and higher DNA activation’s within me. The smelling of nonphysical burning smoky scents has to do with our Pineal and Pituitary brain glands being further evolved, expanded and consciously RE-UNITED multidimensionally and beyond that even. And when this happens we physically see and clairvoyantly See much more of the nonphysical that’s around us all the time. We’re further activated, expanded, ascended and UNIFIED a bit more and therefore perceive a bit more every time we go through this. We See more, Feel more, Hear more, perceive more, Know more and become more with every solar pulse and flash at every higher frequency Stair-step.

Physical life is like the dream now and dreaming is like some of our other lives and Selves going about their hurried ascension business in their locations, levels and spaces. EP symptoms are our physical bodies anchoring what the Sun pulses out which causes us to change a bit more every time it does it. It won’t ever end, only become larger, higher in frequency and more complex and simplified as we evolve and know and are more. Keep growing into the glorious Divine weirdness of it all and ignore the chaotic distractions and unaware people from one Now Moment to the next Now Moment. Be a mighty receptive frequency container throughout March as more higher Light energies and activations need to be Embodied and seeded by every capable Forerunner. ❤ ❤ ❤

What a month February 2018 has been. Sudden greater reality altering came via the split-second energetic shove into another higher frequency I experienced on February 1st. Initially this was another instantaneous shift into a higher space and awareness that, at that time, was utterly devoid of any emotional reactions to it from me. This shift was so fast, natural and perfect and I was totally Neutral about it in every way. It happened, I instantly understood it from a higher level, and in that nano-second of great shift change a few of my old personal focuses changed track entirely.

Certain things I’ve worked towards for a long time in the old lower 3D world such as increasing my minuscule Social Security retirement benefits enough to survive on, had just barely been achieved by me in 2017 by earning more money that year than I ever have in my life. The IRS however declared that income earned in the way mine has been for a while now (as a State paid Caregiver for my elderly disabled low income mom living under the same roof) was not considered earned income so around 98% of my 2017 wages were not taxed, meaning all my 2017 income didn’t go towards my retirement benefits. I reached full retirement age in December of 2017, and intended to apply for it this year. I’ve known since childhood that “the system” wouldn’t be available for me when I was old enough to get it, but, having that lifelong knowing suddenly become a hard cold blatant screw-you-over fact at retirement age was the biggest patriarchal insult I’ve experienced so far.

‘When in Rome…’ one does as the 3D Romans do. One works, pay taxes, gets old enough to receive retirement benefits that one had to pay into over a lifetime. However, we’re not in 3D Rome anymore but continuously moving away from the dying corrupt edges of it. When in 5D… one Embodies, evolves, anchors and radiates the higher NEW and helps consciously create greatly improved ways of living, creating and existing within the NEW on ascending Earth. What’s been difficult and at times confusing for some of us older Forerunners/First Embodiers has been living between these two worlds and realities as we age and our physical lives (and bodies) change dramatically for a number of reasons.

On February 1st. some more of my Higher Self was suddenly Embodied into physical Denise and this particular situation was instantly dealt with by It/me/Us. This was the instant shift change I talked about in the first paragraph. More things were revealed in that split-second across multiple dimensions, timelines and Selves and more large chunks of the old patriarchal world were instantly and permanently obliterated. And that’s what complete greed gets you Old Boys Club — extinction.

As this latest addition of ME was Embodied into Denise me, more merging happened and my view, understanding, awareness and near future was both revealed and altered. In that instantaneous split-second this most recent Embodiment happened I was shown, saw and knew that old 3D Rome is gone and only rubble and dust remains at this point so stop focusing on it in any way because it’s a waste of my valuable energy, time and focus. A detailed 5D replacement reality was not revealed to me just to sooth me about this old 3D Roman patriarchal income/retirement issue. What was revealed was that I/It/We don’t need it or anything from that old lower frequency and reality and all I need to do is continue overriding it with conscious creation from the NEW 5D levels and don’t worry about the rest of it. This is that moment when an unseen choirs of Angels together brightly sings, Faith…. ❤

I know this article sounds strange but this is why I decided, after living through the rest of February 2018, that I’d share about what “they” did to my 2017 taxes and how that corrupt 3D physical system was dealt with by the latest chunk of my Higher Embodied Self and Me and why. It’s not easy to talk about our 3D lives and connections like these old laws and such in connection with what’s happening to, in and through us from the Ascension and Embodiment Process. The gap is so ridiculous at this point that it’s sometimes painful and usually highly frustrating when forced to jump through more old patriarchal 3D hoops when the truth is that it’s a pointless fucking ghost town haunted by the money and power-hungry insane!

A Little About the Other Stupid February Crap

Those of you who read, write and follow the Comments at HHL know that it again got a bit unpleasant in there due to some children in adult bodies throwing Comment temper tantrums because I didn’t allow them to add LINKS to other people’s material. Because I want to keep Comments open for those of us who honestly benefit from connecting with each other and sharing I am, however I’ve had to create some Comment Rules which are located in the header bar across the top of the page. The main NEW rule is that no LINKS are allowed in Comments at all.

I also want to apologize for occasionally getting really frustrated by these individuals when they throw temper tantrums and attack me in Comments. Most of these Comments I don’t publish so everyone else isn’t subjected to this negativity and isn’t even aware that it’s happened, again. I am however and I’m the first to admit that I don’t always deal with vicious attacks by people who want to use me and HHL to promote other people’s material and beliefs in the highest of ways. I’ve Worked really hard for a very long time to create, lift, protect and maintain both TRANSITIONS and HighHeartLife as online places where Higher Awareness information and experiences can exist for readers to benefit from. I’ve fought for and defended this repeatedly over the years so you and I would have a safe sacred place online to be honest and open about the AP and EP and related topics, this being one of them. This is a 5D frequency blog and space and because there aren’t human online Temple Guards standing at the HighHeartLife Temple Gates to do this type of protection and bouncer work for me, I have to do it for myself, my blogs and the readers of my blogs.

This topic is no different from the first half of this article about Higher Selves being Embodied and old 3D patriarchal greed systems and consciousness collapsing and so on. It’s all the same thing and process and the sooner everyone honestly understands that fact, the more comfortable and happy everyone will be. This is Ascension people and 3D level egos are a frequency and consciousness aspect of those who haunt the old 3D ghost town world! Figure this out kids and apply it to yourself exactly as everyone else has had to or go elsewhere. The energetic pressures to change and evolve yourself will NOT let up for the rest of your lifetime, and long afterwards, for you or me or anyone. The sooner you realize that at this point it’s easier to surrender completely to the Ascension Process instead of fighting for your beliefs about some external something and/or something someone else wrote about the easier this entire AP will be for you. I’ve battled face to face with demonic and satanic beings, negative aliens and many others but know that it’s hurts more when a human attacks me that I have Worked so long and hard to help free from the lower levels of consciousness. It’s one thing having nonhuman beings attack you for being Team Light; it’s another thing when a human attacks you for not accommodating their 3D ego and limited beliefs while seeing themselves as full of “Love and Light” as they verbally bludgeon you publicly and sign off with a ‘Namaste’. But bullies are bullies even in Ascension communities.

I also want to apologize for my not being able to smile graciously and absorb negative attacks like a lady, a lofty lady, from certain humans every time it happens. I’m hardwired to energetically Pathpave and Embody so laying down to be used and abused by those who don’t understand higher frequencies isn’t in my nature. I take a lot of shit from people, just as all Forerunner First Embodiers have and still do, hence why there’s so much extra dumping by us. People need to realize that the AP is happening now while you are fighting for stupid crap, most of which is pointless, external and incorrect anyway. You have to choose whether you want to continue fighting for your old lower beliefs, limitations and lower 3D ego and consciousness or release the stranglehold you’ve got on them so YOU can evolve and ascend beyond them into realities more amazing than you can comprehend at this point. The growing energetic Light pressures are only going to get more intense which make these types of things far more painful and difficult. The choice is yours however; 3D ego or 5D life and reality.

It was a difficult but highly productive and directional shifting February, most of them are it seems. March will be more amazing but April will be even more so I’m sensing. Nonetheless it’s the constant Now Moment that’s really important. Be in every moment fully, even when sleeping much of the day to further Embody more NEW arriving Light and codes and expanding and evolving more. Life and reality is up to each of us now and the old 3D rules and beliefs don’t work or apply in the NEW higher so let them go, all of them, and consciously create the NEW in and through yourself and your physical body. It will all work out just fine even when it might not look like it at the moment. ❤

Ascension Process Info for Newbies & Forerunners

I’m posting this article at both TRANSITIONS and HighHeartLife today Friday, May 13, 2016.

The first half of this article is specifically for people new (“newbies”) to the Ascension Process, plus have no firsthand knowledge about higher levels of reality, consciousness and being. The second half is for the Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers.

FOR THE NEWBIES TO THE ASCENSION PROCESS

‘…I get the inner body vibrations most of the time. It sucks. Sometimes I can’t lay on my back because I can feel the energy going up and out my back. I also get like a static energy in my legs. My head used to really hurt. Like tingling and being pulled apart. My vibrations feel like I have a motor in my body somewhere. It scares me. I’m not sure if this is ascension or if something is just wrong with me. I don’t understand 3d 4d or 5d…’

This is a recent Comment from another article that pretty much sums up how I suspect a lot of “newbie” people feel and think at this point. They’re new to the natural evolutionary Ascension Process, plus are new to complex subjects such as multidimensionality, realities beyond linear time, Spherical Consciousness, different frequencies of energy, different beings that exist within different frequencies and dimensions, Team Dark, Team Light and much more. There certainly isn’t anything wrong with not having knowledge about these complex things, but when a person is activated by the Ascension Process (current compressed evolution) and searches online for information about what they’re experiencing, they typically run across older articles that were, for the most part, written for other Forerunners/Pathpavers/Wayshowers/First Wavers/Second Wavers and so on. They were not written for the general masses that wouldn’t be starting the Ascension Process for a decade or more in the future, which is the now of 2016.

The Ascension Process itself is confusing, especially so if you don’t have an esoteric, metaphysical background. Many of us that write/teach/lecture etc. about this and related topics do, but for growing numbers of people just beginning this current evolutionary process without any higher knowledge about reality outside the old lower negative controlled consciousness “box”, it could quickly become overwhelming, highly confusing and probably frightening.

As the person that wrote the Comment quoted above said, she doesn’t understand 3D, 4D or 5D. Most people don’t and that’s fine. If needed you will in time, otherwise do not worry about it or worse, don’t guess or speculate over any of it. Live what you are and learn from it as best you can in each moment. Doing so only expands your awareness and abilities which means you’ll automatically know a bit more and more over time about all things from your own Higher Awareness, not from collecting information from outside of yourself. This is so very important and something both newbies and Forerunners must Master individually.

What everyone new to the Ascension Process and related topics needs to know now is that the majority of online articles were originally written for what’s called among the Ascension Communities – the Forerunners of the Forerunners, Forerunners, Wayshowers, Pathpavers, First Wavers, Second Wavers, Third Wavers and Indigos. They were not written at that time for the general masses who wouldn’t begin this natural evolutionary process for a couple of decades or more. They were written at that time for fellow Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/Indigos that needed help in further consciously awakening to why they were reincarnated on Earth now and living the Ascension Process long before everyone else. The “newbies” to the Ascension Process need to keep this fact in mind when they read any of these older articles written by myself or other Ascension Teachers and/or channelers.

Here we are nearly thirty years into this Process at the completion of Galactic Alignment and the masses are being triggered by the NEW higher Light energies entering their bodies, minds, emotions, life, relationships, work and very reality to evolve and quickly now. All aspects of their lives, bodies and reality are suddenly being turned upside down and inside out and they have no knowledge about how to access their own Higher Awareness yet or how to discern mundane or spiritual and energetic information, people, teachers, physical events, nonphysical events, media messages etc. to gain insights or guidance about what’s really happening to them, their bodies, consciousness, lives and reality on Earth at this time.

What I’d like the “newbies” to this Process to know now is that you do not need to know about all the things that were written for Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/First Wavers/First Embodiers etc. one, two or more decades ago. What you need to know is that you are evolving now which means you, your old familiar sense of “self” and “identity”, your ego self, your consciousness, your body, life and both personal and global reality are and will continue changing and rather quickly. Know too that that paragraph reads simply and easily, where living it is a very different story! No fear however because it’s easier and faster to do now than ever before thanks to those Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers that went first to make it easier and safer for everyone else coming up behind them. Stair-steps in all ways with all aspects of this Process.

I read this funny line somewhere thirty-some years ago and it feels right to share here. I’m sorry I don’t remember who authored it because it’s great.

‘Lo tho I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall not tarry and build a summer cottage!’

“Newbies” don’t necessarily need to know what 4D has been all about to the same degree that you know the back of your hand! It’s enough for now to know that 4D—the fourth dimension—is what’s been called the Astral plane and that you’ve been moving through it in this natural evolutionary Ascension Process. You do not need to spend years or decades mopping and polishing the vast labyrinth of floors there, just deal with your stuff, your inner emotional issues you’ve ignored, suppressed, denied and/or projected and keep moving. Don’t tarry and build a summer cottage there in whatever remaining dank Astral rubble of the collective past still exists because it is not your job to do so. YOU and you alone are your job. Please read that last sentence again or as many times as you need to.

You also don’t necessarily need to know all the wonderful details about what 5D—fifth dimension—is and isn’t at this moment either. You’ll soon know for yourself exactly what 5D is and isn’t because you are existing within that dimensional frequency. For now, just know it is “heaven” in comparison to the old lower 3D (third dimension) physical Earth world of profound negativity and dense Duality we incarnated into! There’s a big payoff to all this difficult evolutionary work “newbies” so just keep moving forward and don’t get sidetracked over the complex details that don’t apply to you personally but were written for Forerunners/Pathpavers/Wayshowers/Indigos that needed that info it at that time for their personal reasons.

At this point all the “newbies” to the evolutionary Ascension Process need to do is be flexible and brave; flexible to constant changes, and brave because they’re happening no matter what! Again, that sentence reads easily but actually living it usually is more difficult and confusing but such are the times we live in. And how absolutely amazing and unique is that? Be proud that you’re incarnate now to personally experience such rare and profound change, growing freedom and increasing responsibilities.

NEWBIE RECAP

Please keep in mind and heart the fact that most all the information about the Ascension Process that was written by myself here at TRANSITIONS, and by many other Ascension Teachers at their online sites, is now ten, twenty or more years old and was, once again, written for other Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers/Indigos that very much needed to consciously know and/or remember why they were reincarnate here now and why they and their bodies and consciousness were going through such profound weird changes, painful experiences and repeated attacks. That information still stands today however the newbies won’t need to experience exactly what most Forerunners did because it’s simply not necessary for them to do so. The newbies won’t go through the same symptoms or side effects or for as long or as severely as the Forerunners did. Be very glad of that fact!

All you need to do now is live through what you are while constantly releasing your old lower concepts and beliefs about everything—yourself included—so that you can move through these rapid and amplified changes easier and with less “friction” created from resisting or fighting this Alchemical Process. When you hunt for information online or in books about the Ascension Process and related Kundalini (not the old info about Kundalini from a hundred years or so ago!), keep in mind that the older material was written for the First Groups that Volunteered to go through this first and Pathpave it all so that you and the masses could step on to that NEW higher Path much easier, faster and less painfully. In other words, take from the older information only what you need now and ignore the rest of it that doesn’t apply to you.

Also I need to mention the obvious, which is the growing insanity, negativity and chaos of the old lower patriarchy and their old lower systems and beliefs etc. It unfortunately goes with what’s happening which is their “end times”. Many of these negative lower vibe and consciousness people and beings are still fighting, hustling and trying their best to hang on to as many humans as they can, be they awake or still asleep doesn’t much matter to them at this late date in the Ascension Process. Bottom line with all this is to not be stupid, gullible, naïve, lazy, careless or expecting someone or something else will arrive on a snorting white steed to “save” you at the last moment. Ain’t gonna happen, this time is about YOU/ME/WE doing it, not about someone else or a group of someone’s (like ETs or Angels etc.) coming down to Earth physicality and “rescuing” you or doing all the hard work for you. These beings have always been where they are, working their etheric backsides off helping all of us to do it ourselves now down here.

And finally, know that life as we’ve all known it here is over and a NEW higher way of being and reality is rapidly manifesting in each of us and of course externally too. The prep work is always the longest and hardest while the great stuff happens pretty quickly in comparison. (I’m going to repeat that line for the Forerunners too newbies.) 😀

FOR THE FORERUNNERS OF THE ASCENSION PROCESS

My tone is going to change with you my fellow Forerunners of the Forerunners/Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers because it’s time to quite screwing around getting distracted by all the silly left brained crap from people who don’t have a real clue about what’s going on. Discernment beings of Light! Self-empowerment beings of Light! Said another way, stop trying to read the tattered old tea leaves lying in the dirt of the past and/or ancient past and just get on with the current business at/in your own HighHeart!

My gawd it amazes (and surprises and sometimes frustrates) me how so many of the Forerunners are still, I repeat, still in 2016 looking for answers, information, guidance etc. outside themselves for things they already have/are within them! Now to be honest, on those extra bad days I sometimes do this too because I’ve momentarily forgotten who/what I really AM so I go back to the old lower familiar, which is searching outside myself for whatever.

Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners hear me when I say to you that our old times of transmuting, clearing, cleaning ourselves, others, blood lines, timelines, the human Collective across time, spending years or decades mopping and polishing the vast labyrinth of floors in the lower Astral, all we have since the start of the Ascension Process/Galactic Alignment around 1998-1999, has ended. We did it, all of it, now we need to get with the current program which is VERY different from the Work we’ve done since 1999ish.

Now we Forerunners of the Forerunners need to get proficient at constantly being the Light while in (insert your name – Denise) form on Earth. Not just for ten minutes every other Tuesday, but all the time no matter what insanity, distractions, chaos, negative interference attempts upon us or any other dark crap is taking place. None of that matters as it’s TD’s “end times” and the old patriarchy hanging on for dear life in whatever ways they can get it at this late date in the Process.

We’ve always known the Separation of Worlds & Timelines wouldn’t be all warm and fuzzy. Let the old things go while you/me/we Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners learn to constantly be the Light in the NEW World. That’s one of our jobs at the moment; becoming fully Sovereign and using ourselves as Source incarnate as you/me/we individually on Earth. You have constant access to higher information via your Higher Awareness and other dimensional Selves etc. You are the Light. You are Source incarnate as (insert your name) here on Earth in the physical. What exactly are you searching for externally now and why? You/me/we must learn to always look within first because that’s where everything is and we need to consciously know this and live from this HighHeart place of individual Self-Empowerment and Sovereignty (Embodiment of Higher with Lower). I know this is the complete opposite of the old lower world brainwashing from Team Dark (TD) but I hope you better understand why it’s so important for the Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners to correct this lie and do so from inside ourselves now. We are becoming the living examples of being Self as Source, or Embodied, or Sovereign as they’re all the same thing. This is an aspect of Embodiment. After that we can teach the masses how to do it if they desire or need it.

We’re now having to learn to never look without for things we need but always within for them. That sentence also reads much easier than it is lived and mastered. It’s what’s on our spiritual and physical plates now however; being Self as Source, being Sovereign in all ways, being the Light, being our I AM all the time no matter what or who tries to convince us otherwise.

I’m well aware that the best way for one to learn something and become really good at it is to do it many times, and probably need to do it a few more times! This is how we learn all aspects of something NEW to us and how to fully Embody it within ourselves and use it when we need it, whatever it is. Do this now fellow Forerunners and stop the old lower habit of always looking outside yourself for answers, insights, energies, love/LOVE, Light, power etc. Who ascended anyway and why? 😉 Don’t forget who you really are, who and what you’ve become or are becoming. It’s important and needed that each of us honestly understands this now at this point within the Ascension and Embodiment Process.

The prep work is always the longest and hardest while the great stuff happens pretty quickly in comparison.

In The Light, EVERYTHING Is Eventually Disclosed

First of all, Happy March 2016 Equinox everyone, and secondly, how’s everyone doing with it all so far? It’s been kinda weird, kinda wonderful, definitely painful, and kinda frustrating at times but highly educational and reality-changing. I wouldn’t expect anything less at this point within the Process. And, there’s the final Eclipse (Lunar) to come on March 23rd at 3° Libra 17′.

In January 2016, I suddenly had some old Ascension symptoms return that I hadn’t had for years. I was not impressed that they were back again, even if greatly reduced in nastiness and intensity. Some of these old symptoms for me have been burning hot bottoms of my feet. I lived with this one for the first twelve years of my physical Ascension Process and couldn’t wear shoes the entire time because of it, not that I much minded that but it was and still is one very miserable Ascension symptom. I experience it when my body is doing more detoxifying of poisons from the physical environment. I also experience it when I’m embodying more NEW higher Light Energies and they’re flowing through my body and out the bottoms of my feet and into Gaia/Earth. You can see how the first phase needs to happen so the second phase of it can. This is typical of almost all these strange Ascension symptoms.

Another old symptom that returned for me at the same time was the miserable old upper belly bloat or Buddha Belly business. I also swelled all over, not just in my upper belly/diaphragm. My whole body swells slightly when higher frequency Energies/Light etc. comes in and interacts with it. My body and muscles respond to amplified higher Energies almost like it would with any “irritant”; it builds up fluid around the perceived invasive “irritant” in trying to cope with what’s happening to it. I have Pisces Rising (Water) and suspect that many people with Water signs Rising and/or multiple planets in Water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) may experience the body swelling somewhat like this when it gets hit with more Light/Energies/Photonic Light. ‘Electrocuted by God’ as Lauren Gorgo called it years ago and that sure is how it feels! 😆

The inner heat and pressures from the incoming Light Energies builds up in whatever way(s) that they do in your body and it responds in equally unique individual ways for each of us. I puff up like a blowfish, often accompanied with attitude caused by internal pressures, but much less so today thank goodness. Aah, more fun times.

Another old symptom that returned along with these others is the old eating food business. It just seems that while all these other changes are taking place it gets difficult for a while to want to and/or even be able to eat much of anything and not feel like you’ve committed slow-motion suicide via ingesting food! Here we go again with having to detox from having eaten something while God was electrocuting you, with LOVE Light.

A bit more seriously here, during March 2016 I’ve felt, as I know many of you have, building, growing, amplifying Energies and pressures that affect each of us slightly differently. I felt a confrontation building, which happened on the Equinox in my little world, but was instantly cleared/transmuted/Neutralized by me. It was like it had to happen and while it was, I was hyper aware that something major had changed and this confrontation and revealing more honesty and feelings about certain things was a reflection of that massive change.

What I felt come in with this March 2016 Equinox was something I’m going to call Divine Will or the Will of God/Source because I don’t know what else to call “IT”. This Energy felt to me like Divine Will is now fully and completely in place on Earth within the physical in this NEW way and higher level. Divine Will has always been there before but never like this and wow, does “IT” feel different and great. Said another way, this 2016 Equinox arrival and implementation of what I’m calling NEW Divine Will feels like the old patriarchy negativity of the past many thousands of years on Earth got fully and permanently removed. It’s like the NEW boss is in town for good and all the “bad guys” are leaving because they won’t risk staying. Giddy heart joy and a booming, multidimensional, told ya so assholes sort of feeling with this one!

What I’m feeling and experiencing since the March 19, 2016 Equinox is that a NEW rule—which is a NEW blueprint/template—is now fully in place on Earth at the physical level and functioning and because of this all sorts of quick changes will begin; all wonderful and positive even though much of them will probably seem terrifying and horrible to those that know nothing about the evolutionary Ascension Process.

In this NEW Light and NEW blueprint/template, nothing can continue being hidden or kept secret or not said, not revealed and not fully disclosed. Nothing, not individually, not collectively, not by the governments of the world, not by the remaining but quickly disappearing elite patriarchy, not by anyone or anything or any group(s) etc. My pressurized confrontation that unfolded on the Equinox was this NEW rule, this NEW law, this NEW fact playing out in my personal life, and despite it not being tons of fun, it was necessary and highly positive because everyone under this roof finally laid all their emotional “cards on the table” right out in the Light for all to see, know, feel and understand. This is one big aspect of HighHeartLife and how it works; honesty all the time with self and others because trying to hide anything anymore in this level of Light just doesn’t and cannot happen. Not having full “disclosure” with all things, situations, feelings etc. is impossible in this NEW higher Light and when we do try to withhold something, we instantly feel it in our bodies as building inner pressure that’s highly uncomfortable. And now with this NEW level of Divine Will anchored in earthly physicality, you can see and sense how quickly things, people, beliefs, habits etc. will be changing this year in preparation for an even higher energetic start with 2017.

Another aspect of all this is that now if I get angry, loud, pissed off, emotional in these lower sorts of ways, the HighHeart doesn’t do well with lower frequencies and there’s immediate physical sensations in my upper center HighHeart chest area of rapid and hard pounding heartbeats that feels scary bad. I can focus on getting back up pretty quickly which instantly ends the hard and fast heart pounding, but I intend to not need to do this ever again because it feels terrible in my body now.

The first two times I experienced this I knew I was learning what it feels like in my body when I try running old lower crap through NEW higher inner tools and that it ain’t such a great idea! I know this, I know this, I know this… but I’ve obviously needed to experience it a few times at this even higher frequency level so I’d know exactly what it feels like trying to run old lower crap through NEW higher gold wiring. 😉 And I can tell you that it feels horrible and I better understood from doing this that eventually we reach a level where we cannot ever go back down energetically for any reason and have to learn how to deal with all things from the NEW higher platform/blueprint/template etc. Many of the Forerunners are having to learn and Master this in themselves in 2016, so that by 2017, they won’t ever drop or fall back down into old familiar methods of the past.

The weird dreaming continues too along with the return (temporary only so don’t panic) of some old Ascension symptoms/side effects. A few weeks ago I had a dream about ETs—not the good ones—coming on or around Easter 2016, and that this event was going to be seen by everyone but not understood by most. Typical. Now I’m well-aware that this sort of deliberately created mass message sent out to all but only picked up by those that can remember their dreams is nothing new whatsoever. I’ve experienced it most of my life and have learned to discern these negative created mass messages from my own personal dreams and from higher dimensional actual lucid dream experiences. There’s the Team Dark created mass media type of messages sent out at sleep levels; there’s our individual personal subconscious dreams that help us work on and eventually heal things in us and our lives; and there are actual events that take place in higher dimensions. This dream I had before the Equinox about ETs arriving around Easter 2016, felt to me like it was a negative created mass media message.

The closer we got to the Equinox, I began understanding things a bit better; things like this dream message about ETs arriving on Easter or there about, and, things like the arrival of Divine Will with the March Equinox 2016, and things like how more and more of the Forerunners of the Forerunners are currently going through the final stages of “Resurrection” or embodying, merging the Higher and Lower Selves in their physical bodies and embodying more of the Solar Christic/Crystal Energies. I began understanding that this year, 2016, Easter is going to be something totally NEW and very different in that more people will complete and/or begin the “Resurrection” phase of the Ascension Process. I’m not going to say much more about this but let you and your HighHearts float and feel in it for yourselves. ❤

It makes perfect sense to me that Team Dark—aka the powers that used to was—know that enough Forerunners have succeeded in embodying, merging Higher Self and Solar Christ Energies in themselves now that they needed to put out another BS mass message (dreams) to try to sidetrack, derail, confuse, distract as many people as possible, and ETs arriving around Easter and/or “disclosure” around that time would certainly do the trick for most people! These frantic TD tactics are only going to increase all year because of what’s already happened and what else is coming. No fear as these are just last-ditch efforts to continue what has been by the dying negative patriarchy. None of it will work however.

Do you see the connections between the arrival of what I’m calling no-nonsense Divine Will at the March Equinox; the completion of and/or near completion of the “Resurrection” phase for some of the Forerunners now; the mass belief and/or expectation that some ETs will be revealing themselves around Easter this year; and how we’ve all GOT to disclose everything now in this 2016 amplified Light or feel like we’ll be crushed by the growing pressures of not doing so? All these things are connected and no doubt much more I’m not consciously aware of at the moment.

I can’t wait to see what the Lunar Eclipse on the 23rd brings to this interesting mix.

The Weird Merging Process Continues

This is another of those articles that’s written for a small handful of the Forerunners of the Forerunners and because of this may not be relatable to some reading it, but that’s perfectly okay and normal. At times it barely makes sense to me and I’m living it! Things don’t need to be intellectually known in those old lower left brained, egoic ways anymore. Now it’s the HighHeart that does the “thinking” and as we’re discovering, it does so in very different ways than humanity is used to. Everyone will make this transition, this natural evolutionary change and faster than most would ever believe.

I don’t really know how to describe what I have been and continue going through, but I’ll do my current best. So much of this phase of the Ascension Process—specifically 2014–2015—is almost beyond words, more accurately, linear words don’t come close to doing it justice! If you’re living it, you know what I’m struggling to express in this linear, slow motion way of physical writing. Just doing that diminishes the very things I’m trying to write about. Come on 5D global telepathy! 😉

To help with this, remember back to the start of the Ascension Process when the Forerunners of the Forerunners (First Wavers, Wayshowers, Pathpavers etc.) were the ones needed to first transmute old 3D density and duality stuff both personal and collective across linear time on Earth while simultaneously embodying repeated layers of incoming NEW higher Light frequencies and blueprints into their energy and physical bodies, brains, central nervous systems, chakras and very being. This was comparable to getting multiple massive boulders slowly moving as we pushed them uphill for a couple of decades! There was pain, lots n’ lots of pain, crying, sickness, misery and disconnect from everything and almost everyone, all while coming under repeated attacks from Team Dark, plus much more that I don’t need to go over again now.

As is the case again at this level of the Ascension Process, there were a handful of Forerunners of the Forerunners needed to do this NEW thing first for All and that’s what we’ve done throughout 2014 and 2015; more Pathpaving but at a much higher level than ever before. That first phase was necessary so that the old trash and stuff from the Expired Evolutionary Cycle was neutralized and removed so the NEW could come in and replace it all. That’s basically what some of us have done very intensely since the start of 2014; embodying and anchoring (aka Pathpaving and increasingly Wayshowing) an entirely NEW and vastly higher level of Light energies and reality for a very NEW and different Evolutionary Cycle. So different in fact it’s hard to even verbalize oftentimes.

I shared a bit in another article about how I’d recently had a much-needed and long-awaited embodiment of the Divine Masculine into this Denise self and physical form. My personal back story with this particular Duality issue goes back to two ancient past lives I had in Egypt; first one male around 12,600 B.C. with some Starbeings present on Earth at that time, and second past life was female about two and half or three thousand years later and well after the Starbeings had gone. This was the start of the Ascension Process currently playing out in our lives and bodies in our time here now.

In a nutshell, the male past life aspect ascended in that life and time, and the female past life self born about three thousand years later had conscious memory of that male past life (just as I’ve had of both of them, plus some others too during this life) and because she remembered what he had done in his time, she did the same in her life three thousand years later. Problem with that however was that she jumped the gun so to speak and attempted to embody both Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine into her female physical body, assuming that because the male past life self had succeeded doing so, that she would too and could help complete the overall merge Process in both a male and a female body. This Ascension stuff takes time… lots of time in some cases to get done safely and at the most beneficial for All moment.

Because this past life aspect of my Greater Self remembered one of her past life male aspects that was able to embody both and not fry his body and mind, she believed that the reason she remembered him and his ascension during his lifetime was so she would do the same during her lifetime. She was wrong however and tried to do this too soon and she did fry her body to the point that she eventually died because of it.

For me as Denise in this time living the Ascension Process bringing up the rear while simultaneously helping create and anchor a higher space for the NEW to manifest in, I’ve known for a long time that I would balance and integrate this particular ancient situation with Duality in physicality and merge the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine within my physical incarnate body and self finally and not fry, which would automatically and naturally propel me into another NEW higher state of being while still in this Denise form. The creative Stair-steps never end and isn’t that just the greatest thing.

I shared that personal tidbit now only because I know many of you reading this have had these weird twists and turns and seeming “failures” (they’re not of course) with Duality in physical bodies in both sexes over the Ages. Like I’ve said before, we’ve Yined the Yang and Yanged the Yin multiple times in multiple lives so we’d be intimately familiar with Energy dualized in 3D physicality as it has been in the past Evolutionary Cycle. We also did this so when it was time—as it is now via the Ascension Process—we could more easily and quickly embody them both making what had been manifested as two in the past cycle embodied now safely as One within each one (each individual). But, because this Process doesn’t retire once this level has been reached, something NEW is always birthed out of all that long work and time spent in time and that is what some of us have been doing since 2014, even though it has not felt like that much of the time! Again, the intellect cannot contain let alone imagine the vastness and creativity of what’s really going on now. The HighHeart does much better with this and it “knows” by feeling, by sensing, by knowing without going through the mind at all.

Another way I’ve been, we’ve been able to merge the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine within our physical selves and bodies, along with increasingly merging our Higher Selves with Lower Selves is working my physical self like crazy this whole time. Seems strange doesn’t it, or at least it did to me for a while. I finally realized that all the intense physical work I’ve done since the start of 2014, and even more so in 2015 since I bought the “new” old (filthy!!!) house, has helped me tremendously in maintaining balance here in physicality and ground, anchor, live, seed and manifest what all has been and continues unfolding in me at higher dimensional levels. We are multidimensional Beings and we’re all becoming much more consciously aware of this fact. Stop undervaluing this physical version of YOU down here in physicality. This aspect of you down here is so awesome, so potent and strong that it would scare you if you honestly knew how much so. In time you will, we all will, but for now it’s step by step awakening to our Divinity manifesting greater and greater parts of ITSELF within the NEW physicality and NEW You.

Last week I woke up in the middle of the night with the warm, clear and sparkling memory of having just had a truly wonderful conversation with a higher aspect of the multidimensional ME. It was like best friends getting together to share and talk about recent events and complement each other for the fine work both/all have done and continue doing. In some ways I knew it was a pep talk for me, Denise, down here working so hard and long on the physical level for All, and I was profoundly grateful for it because I needed it very much. Don’t forget that most of the time our so-called “Guides”, “Angels”, Starbeings/ETs etc. are simply other aspects of ourselves. Yeah, soak that one in and then rearrange your inner furniture to accommodate this fact.

It’s time for each of us to, consciously, step into our Greatness, our Divinity etc. and not be afraid of being that large and that bright out in the physical world. We won’t be murdered, burned at the stake, sent to an mental hospital, locked away or any other such horrific thing. Those people no longer run the planet, we of the Light do, so make whatever adjustments within yourself that you/me/we may need at this point to fully step out into the NEW Light as our latest NEW Selves.

Another aspect of this that I’ve also been having a strange time with on occasion is when I have to go out into the world to shop and that usually means talking with other people not aware of what’s going on. Some days I do this and my Light activates other people and they don’t even know anything happened. Other days I can barely string words together well enough to have people NOT think I’m stoned or worse! I just do my best in both cases, but sometimes it’s rather difficult going out into the world to shop for something (once again it’s been weekly trips to Home Depot and/or Lowe’s for something for the “new” old getting less and less filthy house) while piped music is blaring overhead, distracting me when I’m already not well locked into that level anyway.

The other day I took my car to the car wash and afterwards had it hand waxed. Translated that meant I had to sit for an hour and a half out in public and wait for my car to be done. Almost any time I’m forced to sit in one place out in public for over an hour, means I’m gonna leave my body and go someplace else that’s a lot more comfortable to me. This time I had a difficult and clumsy time readjusting once I was back in my physical body because the guy that waxed my car found me and forced me to walk back to my car with him. I was not all back in body yet and struggled to not look, act or sound like I was drunk, stoned out of my mind or just plane crazy. I did a lousy job of this unfortunately and forgot to tip the guy who’d waxed my car. I felt rotten about this for days and will eventually find him again, tip him and apologize for being such a “space cadet”. 🙄 If people only knew what all we go through under the most crazy of conditions.

The flip side of this is how easy and fast it is now to Consciously Create and physically manifest what we need. I often feel like a “newbie” god experimenting with my newly discovered abilities, tools and other creative toys. I also often feel like a “nerdy” god and can sometimes feel and hear higher dimensional Others enjoying my newly divine awkwardness down here in physicality. At least I’m making someone somewhere smile over all this!

For now, the easiest way for me to express some of the complexity of what I’ve gone through personally has been sharing the best and the worst, the highs and the lows, while knowing that as I acclimate better to every change so too will my ability to express it in linear words.
