A Look Back & Forward Into 2019’s Separation of Worlds

Egos Cannot Enter

For the past twenty-six years I’ve wanted the human population on Earth to be reduced from its current 7.5 billion and growing to around 2 billion globally. I didn’t know why I chose 2 billion but that’s been the number in my mind since 1992. More importantly than this spectacular reduction in worldwide humanity was the mandatory energetic Law that those 2 billion individuals had each energetically embodied higher frequencies—”ascended”—so that no one was miserable, uncomfortable, unsafe or mismatched vibrationally because another person or persons contained lower frequencies. It was energetically mandatory that the 2 billion individuals be well within the same higher frequency range to access to this NEW ascended Earth world.

The extreme developmental differences on old low-frequency Earth we all incarnated on contained sinners and saints, murderers and mystics, egos and avatars all existing side-by-side on the same planet at the same time trying to live, work, communicate and function like those radical different levels of development, focus, energy and expression were normal, acceptable and comfortable when they were anything but. That longstanding global misery and extreme mismatch of humans and human consciousness having to co-exist and pretend it’s okay and wonderful is rapidly ending right now and this blessed completion is what I’ve called the Separation of Worlds.

I’ve long known, as have many of you reading this, exactly what’s required to reach ascended, higher frequency, ego-free NEW Earth. It is individual evolution of energetically “ascending” out of the old lower Earth range of frequency and human ego as lord n’ master and matching ego-based consciousness. Ego, ego-based consciousness and lower frequency actions, words, thoughts and emotions cannot enter a higher frequency world due to the energetic mismatch.

How do you get to NEW ascended Earth in a physical body? YOU work on yourself and you work on ascending beyond your ego, your left-brain only linear thinking and into higher frequency, vastly more complex, creative and capable HighHeart feeling perception and emotional feelings instead of your ego-based left-brain patriarchal intellect as your only lens on absolutely everything. Typically this is much more difficult for males than females. Guys, dudes, male people, there have been a whole lot of profoundly negative reasons why males on Earth have been intentionally herded away from their hearts, emotional intelligence, higher awareness and feelings in general over the past many thousands of years. Simultaneously, females were not allowed to talk, speak, tell truth(s) or disagree with anything, while males weren’t allowed to emotionally feel much of anything. All this has changed but YOU still have to participate in your own evolution to get free of that lower frequency energy, frequency range and old patriarchal consciousness and intellect that goes with it. YOU have to do this in yourself for yourself by yourself. Welcome to the Ascension Process. Or not.

[None of that was directed at those of you who’ve done this and so much more years and decades ago. It was directed at those who aren’t even reading this now but hopefully may in the near future. Or not. Know however that the old lower frequency Earth world we all incarnated into will NOT be in physical existence for much longer. The energetic support for it has ended. It terminated with the December 21, 22, 23, 2012 Three Days Life Review and third and final Expiration Date.]

What Say You Volunteers?

Over a decade ago in 2007, there was an important particular higher dimensional meeting (there have been many) of all physically incarnate Universal Ascension Volunteers—aka Blue Rays, Starseeds, Forerunners, Pathpavers, Lightworkers etc.—to discuss and vote on whether the physical level Separation of Worlds was to begin in 2007 or not. I and many others voted for it to begin in 2007, but there were more who wanted to wait even longer to give more humans more time to begin the Ascension Process before the Separation of Worlds began. I wasn’t happy that there would be more of the ‘sequestered’ not here/not there painful same for we Volunteers for another decade and more, but that’s how that higher level meeting went and all of us, no matter how we voted, have done our highest best to continually embody and Embody higher and higher Light energies, NEW DNA and much more, plus continue to inform humanity via our writings about the compressed evolutionary Ascension Process taking place and that the Separation of Worlds would indeed eventually happen physically. That time has finally arrived fully on this physical level for all humans and it will greatly increase and accelerate throughout 2019 and 2020.

I want everyone to know that every living breathing incarnate human on Earth on December 21, 22, 23, 2012, went through an alive Life Review during those three days. Normally everyone goes through this process after physical death. Additionally, the absolute final Expiration Date of the entire past Evolutionary cycle was reached during those three days which was why the living Life Review took place for all incarnate humans then. The December 21, 22, 23, 2012 Three Days Life Review happened to everyone whether consciously remembered or not. And the three major energetic completion Expiration Dates of October 2010, November 2011 and December 2012 was reached and finalized in December 2012 whether consciously understood or not. Multiple energetic stair-steps with the completion of the previous Evolutionary Cycle and multiple energetic stair-steps to the start of the higher NEW Evolutionary Cycle.

October, November, December 2018 Embodiment Processes

In December 2018 more Embodiers will gain one or a second or a third energy Crown which represents this particular level of the Crystalline Christ frequency Embodiment Process. I’ve written about this in a couple recent articles so won’t go into much detail about it again here. I know that for many Embodiers December 2018 is a culmination and trigger point within their individual Embodiment Processes that is and will continue to further activate larger evolutionary changes in external reality. There absolutely cannot be increasing numbers of unified Crystalline Christ frequency Embodied individuals walking around in physical bodies with NEW DNA and not have that automatically create further accelerated evolution and dramatic changes in external reality.

Because of the October, November and December 2018 energy changes many Embodiers have lived and continue to live—NEW DNA, Pineal and Pituitary expansions, eye and visual improvements, energy Crown accumulations and more—some are feeling the necessity to change more (again) because of what they’ve recently Embodied. These latest individual Embodiment expansions are causing many to feel the need to, once again, move on from old familiar people and certain ascension teachers/writers. This and other related evolutionary changes are normal as individuals continue Embodying more and discover they have to make additional personal adjustments—think personal trajectory shifts—because of the very changes they’ve been through this year and especially during October, November and December 2018.

What worked and helped before no longer is for growing numbers of people. The more one Embodies, the less one needs external sources of information and guidance to know what’s going on and why on Earth and other dimensions etc. We increasingly are becoming our own Individual sources of information and guidance which is one of many natural side effects of living the Embodiment Process. Ongoing Embodiment naturally causes each person living it to continue becoming increasingly self-sustained and primary. The more of your Higher Selves, Divine Mother, Divine Father and Source you Embody physically—reunite with—the less you need other people to guide, inform, teach and explain things to you. You have constant access to more than you yet know right within yourself constantly. Nonetheless, many Embodiers didn’t see this particular one coming (again) and have recently needed to make more personal changes due to their October, November and December 2018 Embodiment transformations. We’ve been through this repeatedly over these ascension years and decades, but the changes that have taken place due to higher-level Embodiment in 2018, are elevating many into greater levels of being, awareness, responsibility, life and external reality.

My Last Lower Breadcrumb Trail Mission

In October 2018, I knew I needed to briefly go one last time down into a couple of public forums and lay out some Ascension Process information breadcrumbs. I did NOT want to do it because I already knew how I’d be received, perceived and treated by many people but I also knew this was the last time this will be done by me due to the Separation of Worlds. I will never again deliberately subject myself to low-frequency, low consciousness, unstable egocentric people who’d rather rip me to shreds than consider what I’m freely sharing in an attempt to help them with the evolutionary Ascension Process.

Knowing how this would go before I even did it I did it anyway for one last time before 2018 ends. I didn’t know where I was going to go but quickly found a paranormal forum in October 2018 and minutes later joined and wrote a few careful posts sharing some of my experiences. I didn’t get on a soapbox; I simply shared some personal experiences and insights gained from them. Tough fucking cookies kids because just that was way too much for that forum owner and her moderators and the old familiar negativity started almost immediately upon my arrival. I was there for four days when I left to return to higher frequency ground and the Light.

In late November 2018, I knew there were two more public online forums I needed to quickly pop into for the same reason. I found one spiritual/metaphysical forum through a ping-back link here so after checking it out I joined that forum and carefully shared some handpicked personal experiences and Ascension related info. There was a very small handful of heart people there that gave me the room and peace to say a few things and I was grateful for that. But (oh you knew it was coming!) there were a couple egos that went hardcore defensive attack mode all over me. These people are vicious hate-filled, mentally and emotionally unstable people who cannot deal with anyone or anything outside their egos and narrow belief systems. And yes, most of these people are males. Not all of course but the majority have been males. Why? The past global patriarchal reign.

By the December 6th last New Moon of 2018, I was done and gone from that spiritual/metaphysical forum. Some breadcrumbs are there for those higher frequency eyes and hearts that can see and feel and not be threatened by higher truths and greater realities.

Lastly I went to a third younger type spiritual/metaphysical forum the first week of December 2018 and wrote only one post there because someone had asked if anyone knew about something specific and I did. After my one response post, three different people immediately came in and spewed numerous derailment posts about absolutely nothing and I was permanently gone. The breadcrumbs are there too for any with eyes that can see and hearts that can feel but I and most everyone else are now completely done and permanently gone from that disintegrating lower frequency world and its “72%” population. My personal October, November and December 2018 last low-level flyby breadcrumbs Mission at three different public forums was fulfilled.

NEW DNA Are Bridges First For Embodiers & Later For Humanity To Cross To Ascended Earth

The more NEW Crystalline Christ frequency DNA you Embody, the more external reality ascends. We who are Embodying first use these NEW DNA Crystalline Christ frequency connections happening in us and our bodies but know too that these NEW DNA bridges in each of us are also energy bridges that humanity will cross when they’re ready to ascend to higher levels of being and reality. Some breadcrumbs are in the form of online written information and books etc., and other breadcrumbs are energy bridges like DNA codons that have been connected and become literal Pathways and bridges that humans will traverse later. Embodiers are Pathpavers, and Embodying more NEW DNA within us and our bodies now is Pathpaving for the rest of humanity to travel and cross those energy DNA bridges in the future.

As the old patriarchal world disintegrates and disappears, which will happen like crazy throughout 2019 and 2020, there needs to be in-place NEW DNA Pathways laid by the Pathpaving Embodiers so ready humans have evolutionary exit routes to follow as the Separation of Worlds escalates. Know that what you’re doing and suffering through now Embodiers is doing far more than you, me, we fully understand yet for humanity and beyond.

2019 & 2020 IS The Fat Lady Singing

Pluto entered Capricorn November 2008 and remains there until November 2024. Saturn entered Capricorn in December 2017 and will remain there until December 2020. The exact conjunction of these two-powerhouse physical reality-changing planets in Capricorn, last and highest of the Earth signs, takes place in January 2020. We will however be feeling the profound, quick and extreme evolutionary effects of this Saturn Pluto Capricorn applying conjunction throughout 2019.

Accompanying this Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn physical reality-altering conjunction event will also be the 2020 grand finale of the Sun, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and South Node all in Capricorn at the same time as the exact Saturn Pluto conjunction happens. Simply said, this is the final and complete physical level termination of the negative global patriarchy and its long rule on Earth. This process starts at a more intense level with the entry into 2019 and will escalate through the 2020 Capricorn Saturn Pluto conjunction and other planets there sweeping away the negative everything and everyone that has been. In some cases, this won’t be pretty or easy at all and it’s been manifesting for years already. Change is something humans typically resist and have difficulty with but sweeping change is here and will only escalate greatly throughout 2019 and 2020. Having said that, never forget that this change is due to the natural evolutionary Ascension Process which means it is Divinely intended and Divinely driven. Be flexible and willing to have things change and change some more and all for the better even though it may not look, sound or feel like that to the majority while it’s taking place. This is the Separation of Worlds.

The start of 2019 is the 20-year anniversary for those of us who’ve lived the Ascension Process on the physical biological level since it started at that level in 1999. [For some it was 1998 which made 2018 your 20-year anniversary.] Twenty OMG years of continual physical level living and embodying the Ascension Process first and Pathpaving IT and more for others. Twenty years sounds like nothing but it’s an eternity when it’s the Ascension Process and you’re doing it first in and through you and your physical body. Part of me could cry just thinking back over all I’ve personally been through during these past twenty years except I’m too tired to waste energy crying at the moment. It just is what it was, and “We’ve got a lot of Work ahead of us” as I was told by a kitten that spoke those words like an adult to me in a dream this morning! So precious and cute and such a wonderful way for me to receive that message now. ❤ Know however that the Work before us is nothing compared to the Work behind us. The NEW Work is creative, where the past Work was transformational, dark, brutal and dangerous. There is no comparison.

I know this is long but it’s been a year like no other, expect 2019 is only weeks away and it will trump 2018 like crazy. No fear just HighHeart steadfastness and ongoing Embodiment as we continue Pathpaving in ways we didn’t fully understand we’ve been doing all along.

What a month February 2018 has been. Sudden greater reality altering came via the split-second energetic shove into another higher frequency I experienced on February 1st. Initially this was another instantaneous shift into a higher space and awareness that, at that time, was utterly devoid of any emotional reactions to it from me. This shift was so fast, natural and perfect and I was totally Neutral about it in every way. It happened, I instantly understood it from a higher level, and in that nano-second of great shift change a few of my old personal focuses changed track entirely.

Certain things I’ve worked towards for a long time in the old lower 3D world such as increasing my minuscule Social Security retirement benefits enough to survive on, had just barely been achieved by me in 2017 by earning more money that year than I ever have in my life. The IRS however declared that income earned in the way mine has been for a while now (as a State paid Caregiver for my elderly disabled low income mom living under the same roof) was not considered earned income so around 98% of my 2017 wages were not taxed, meaning all my 2017 income didn’t go towards my retirement benefits. I reached full retirement age in December of 2017, and intended to apply for it this year. I’ve known since childhood that “the system” wouldn’t be available for me when I was old enough to get it, but, having that lifelong knowing suddenly become a hard cold blatant screw-you-over fact at retirement age was the biggest patriarchal insult I’ve experienced so far.

‘When in Rome…’ one does as the 3D Romans do. One works, pay taxes, gets old enough to receive retirement benefits that one had to pay into over a lifetime. However, we’re not in 3D Rome anymore but continuously moving away from the dying corrupt edges of it. When in 5D… one Embodies, evolves, anchors and radiates the higher NEW and helps consciously create greatly improved ways of living, creating and existing within the NEW on ascending Earth. What’s been difficult and at times confusing for some of us older Forerunners/First Embodiers has been living between these two worlds and realities as we age and our physical lives (and bodies) change dramatically for a number of reasons.

On February 1st. some more of my Higher Self was suddenly Embodied into physical Denise and this particular situation was instantly dealt with by It/me/Us. This was the instant shift change I talked about in the first paragraph. More things were revealed in that split-second across multiple dimensions, timelines and Selves and more large chunks of the old patriarchal world were instantly and permanently obliterated. And that’s what complete greed gets you Old Boys Club — extinction.

As this latest addition of ME was Embodied into Denise me, more merging happened and my view, understanding, awareness and near future was both revealed and altered. In that instantaneous split-second this most recent Embodiment happened I was shown, saw and knew that old 3D Rome is gone and only rubble and dust remains at this point so stop focusing on it in any way because it’s a waste of my valuable energy, time and focus. A detailed 5D replacement reality was not revealed to me just to sooth me about this old 3D Roman patriarchal income/retirement issue. What was revealed was that I/It/We don’t need it or anything from that old lower frequency and reality and all I need to do is continue overriding it with conscious creation from the NEW 5D levels and don’t worry about the rest of it. This is that moment when an unseen choirs of Angels together brightly sings, Faith…. ❤

I know this article sounds strange but this is why I decided, after living through the rest of February 2018, that I’d share about what “they” did to my 2017 taxes and how that corrupt 3D physical system was dealt with by the latest chunk of my Higher Embodied Self and Me and why. It’s not easy to talk about our 3D lives and connections like these old laws and such in connection with what’s happening to, in and through us from the Ascension and Embodiment Process. The gap is so ridiculous at this point that it’s sometimes painful and usually highly frustrating when forced to jump through more old patriarchal 3D hoops when the truth is that it’s a pointless fucking ghost town haunted by the money and power-hungry insane!

A Little About the Other Stupid February Crap

Those of you who read, write and follow the Comments at HHL know that it again got a bit unpleasant in there due to some children in adult bodies throwing Comment temper tantrums because I didn’t allow them to add LINKS to other people’s material. Because I want to keep Comments open for those of us who honestly benefit from connecting with each other and sharing I am, however I’ve had to create some Comment Rules which are located in the header bar across the top of the page. The main NEW rule is that no LINKS are allowed in Comments at all.

I also want to apologize for occasionally getting really frustrated by these individuals when they throw temper tantrums and attack me in Comments. Most of these Comments I don’t publish so everyone else isn’t subjected to this negativity and isn’t even aware that it’s happened, again. I am however and I’m the first to admit that I don’t always deal with vicious attacks by people who want to use me and HHL to promote other people’s material and beliefs in the highest of ways. I’ve Worked really hard for a very long time to create, lift, protect and maintain both TRANSITIONS and HighHeartLife as online places where Higher Awareness information and experiences can exist for readers to benefit from. I’ve fought for and defended this repeatedly over the years so you and I would have a safe sacred place online to be honest and open about the AP and EP and related topics, this being one of them. This is a 5D frequency blog and space and because there aren’t human online Temple Guards standing at the HighHeartLife Temple Gates to do this type of protection and bouncer work for me, I have to do it for myself, my blogs and the readers of my blogs.

This topic is no different from the first half of this article about Higher Selves being Embodied and old 3D patriarchal greed systems and consciousness collapsing and so on. It’s all the same thing and process and the sooner everyone honestly understands that fact, the more comfortable and happy everyone will be. This is Ascension people and 3D level egos are a frequency and consciousness aspect of those who haunt the old 3D ghost town world! Figure this out kids and apply it to yourself exactly as everyone else has had to or go elsewhere. The energetic pressures to change and evolve yourself will NOT let up for the rest of your lifetime, and long afterwards, for you or me or anyone. The sooner you realize that at this point it’s easier to surrender completely to the Ascension Process instead of fighting for your beliefs about some external something and/or something someone else wrote about the easier this entire AP will be for you. I’ve battled face to face with demonic and satanic beings, negative aliens and many others but know that it’s hurts more when a human attacks me that I have Worked so long and hard to help free from the lower levels of consciousness. It’s one thing having nonhuman beings attack you for being Team Light; it’s another thing when a human attacks you for not accommodating their 3D ego and limited beliefs while seeing themselves as full of “Love and Light” as they verbally bludgeon you publicly and sign off with a ‘Namaste’. But bullies are bullies even in Ascension communities.

I also want to apologize for my not being able to smile graciously and absorb negative attacks like a lady, a lofty lady, from certain humans every time it happens. I’m hardwired to energetically Pathpave and Embody so laying down to be used and abused by those who don’t understand higher frequencies isn’t in my nature. I take a lot of shit from people, just as all Forerunner First Embodiers have and still do, hence why there’s so much extra dumping by us. People need to realize that the AP is happening now while you are fighting for stupid crap, most of which is pointless, external and incorrect anyway. You have to choose whether you want to continue fighting for your old lower beliefs, limitations and lower 3D ego and consciousness or release the stranglehold you’ve got on them so YOU can evolve and ascend beyond them into realities more amazing than you can comprehend at this point. The growing energetic Light pressures are only going to get more intense which make these types of things far more painful and difficult. The choice is yours however; 3D ego or 5D life and reality.

It was a difficult but highly productive and directional shifting February, most of them are it seems. March will be more amazing but April will be even more so I’m sensing. Nonetheless it’s the constant Now Moment that’s really important. Be in every moment fully, even when sleeping much of the day to further Embody more NEW arriving Light and codes and expanding and evolving more. Life and reality is up to each of us now and the old 3D rules and beliefs don’t work or apply in the NEW higher so let them go, all of them, and consciously create the NEW in and through yourself and your physical body. It will all work out just fine even when it might not look like it at the moment. ❤

The Physical & 777

The farther we travel into 2014’s NEW Energies, NEW ‘Light Codes’, NEW energy blueprints, the Photonic Light we go, the more physical it all is now. The Forerunners/Lightworkers/Pathpavers are no longer working with higher energies primarily from higher dimensions but are now working very intensely within the physical dimension and physical reality of this world too. This 2014 physical level of the Ascension Process is the reason an increase in ‘Earth Changes’ have been predicted by some during 2014–2015. It’s also why many are currently experiencing NEW physical body pains and other aches and changes but in different ways than what the Forerunners/Lightworkers/Pathpavers have lived with for many years already. Earth Changes, body changes, consciousness change, reality changes — they’re all connected and the same things playing out now on the physical. Earth and all of humanity is now fully within the physical stage of the Ascension Process and no one is exempt from these NEW energies. Welcome one and all to the Evolutionary Party in the physical!

What’s my body doing now?!

I’ve felt my body changing a little more and a little more throughout 2014, and these changes are not like what I’ve gone through—what many of you have gone through—in previous years/decades via the transmuting phase of the Ascension Process. These 2014 body pains and changes are different from that past phase because they have to do with us embodying the NEW at the physical level in a NEW way. Earth is doing the same of course.

Many of you reading this are increasingly able to feel in your physical body exactly what Gaia, what Earth is going through now because there is no separation between Her and you, between Her and humans. Welcome one and (eventually) all to more of what the Ancients (Lemurians, Atlantians, Egyptians, Mayans and many more) knew, worked and lived with; conscious awareness of and intimate connections and working relationships with Mother Earth, Nature, and the 2D Elementals. Feel this ancient and normal ability and consciousness slowly returning in 2014 in your physical body and evolving consciousness and expanding self but, in this NEW way because we’ve far surpassed the level our great Ancients functioned and lived in on the old Earth.

July 7, 2014 was a triple 7 day — July is the seventh month, it was the seventh day, and 2+0+1+4= 7 — and was both really painful at times and blissful/peaceful/perfect at others. What grabbed my full attention yesterday morning was how my physical body suddenly experienced unusually severe pain from top to bottom for about an hour and then it all suddenly stopped. I’ve experienced this before, but it happened three times throughout the day yesterday. Three times.

The first time it happened yesterday was early morning and I sat there with multiple areas of my physical body feeling like they were suddenly and out-of-the-blue “broken” and in terrible physical pain. I know how my old, pre-Ascension body hurt and why so I knew this sudden severe pain was caused by embodying more of the NEW physically so I relaxed into the Process and went into Higher Awareness with what I was experiencing in that moment. What I perceived about yesterday’s sudden severe physical body pains was that there was a slight panicked fight and resistance happening in some parts and cells of my body because some of the old energetic and DNA blueprints did not want to “die” (their perspective)! 😮

I was stunned to be honest and couldn’t believe that, even at a cellular level, some of our old energetic blueprints and genetic patterns and such hang on with a death-grip during their end times.The best way I can explain this phenomena if you will, is to compare it to how one’s old lower 3D ego typically reacts when it feels threatened in any way. The ego instantaneously goes on the defensive and attacks whoever or whatever it perceives as a “threat” to protect and maintain itself and its way of “life” and “reality”. The same could be said about certain old timelines, people and negative beings. Many of these things do not want to “die” and be replaced by something else like the NEW that’s here now so there’s sometimes a battle(s), a fight, a short-lived resistance to the inevitable evolutionary process, even at a cellular level within our physical bodies.

I viewed a bit deeper and understood that this Process in 2014 is unfolding quickly in the physical and that any of these battles or resistance we individually meet within ourselves, our consciousness, our emotions, our physical bodies all the way down to the cellular level is, thankfully, fairly short-lived. There is some physical pain as we fully purge and disconnect from the old blueprints, patterns, genetic blueprints and old timelines and embody more of the NEW in/on the physical level.

Needless to say, as this Process unfolds within us physically now there are occasionally some rather weird and sudden physical pains, pressures, sensations and changes happening in our physical bodies (and our consciousness too of course). Some of this is that panicked “egoic” resistance even within some of our cells as they go through the Alchemical dying/death/rebirth Ascension Process too right along with us, our egos, Earth and everything else. Other parts of this 2014 sudden physical body pain is caused by us evolving and expanding via embodying the NEW and vastly higher frequency Light at a NEW and vastly higher level or spiral.

The other side of all this is that after that first panicked resistance, no matter how small or on which level(s) it happens, the next step after the perceived “death” of the old is the birth of the NEW and that makes things blissful/peaceful/perfect and is worth going through whatever we must to embody the NEW in every cell.

So if you too have been or are experiencing some NEW sudden physical body pains in 2014 that are unlike anything you’ve experienced before, try to not go into fear or panic when it happens but let it unfold while paying higher attention to the Process from that blessed 5D HighHeart, Higher Awareness, ‘Neutral Observer’ position. You’ll quickly know the greater truth of what’s happening to all parts and aspects of you and your body/bodies and consciousness which makes it all so much easier to move through. This is the phase humanity, Earth and reality on Earth is now in and it’s very physical in all ways. No fear of the many little “deaths” because they’re really just transitions into further evolutionary changes and dramatic improvements for all.

2013 Recap: Oh What a Year it Was!

Not many of us were expecting 2013 to be what it turned out to be but there ya go — every month another knockout surprise! As entertaining as it might be for me to share my personal 2013 blow-by-blow, month-by-month accounts I won’t. I won’t because most of you–not all of course but most–experienced nearly identical and repeated hammerings throughout 2013 as I have. It was the theme of the year, with December 2013 being a mini compressed version of the entire year to be absolutely sure I/you/we got the chances (lessons) that I/you/we each needed to master them and quickly move on to the next thing whatever it was.

I will however write a short list highlighting what I experienced throughout 2013, mainly because when I/you/we each honestly look back and review everything we’ve been through, a higher and clearer overview is revealed that we might not have been able to see or appreciate before. As usual your mileage will vary, and these items below are primary focal points that I experience in 2013. Use them as learning tools and/or confirmation points if you can relate.

Throughout 2013 nearly every person (known and unknown) I had intentional and unintentional, professional and casual interactions and dealings with came under varying degrees of negative interferencefrom Team Dark. I was emotionally wounded and highly frustrated at times by this but that in itself was another layer for me to deal with in myself and learn as much from as I could. There’s much to learn in general from this old scenario about self and others and how remaining nonphysical Team Dark has been dealing with the Separation of Worlds & Timelines and tweaking their tactics so they can continue to affect or derail those of us that have moved just far enough beyond their direct reach.
Repeated delays and setbacks with different projects, different ideas, creations etc. Timing has been very important throughout 2013 and many of us have repeatedly been reigned back in when we needed to be held back a bit and not jump the gun as so many of us Forerunners often try to do because we remember how quickly things manifest in 5D and higher. We had to get any 2013 issues, whatever they were, dealt with first and after that we’ll be given more room to Consciously Create–aka LOVE– within the NEW.
A resurgence of some old Ascension symptoms for periods, and a surge of some new ones this year too. My head has been ground zero for the second half of 2013, where the first half of it I had those old hot flashes from hell constantly. There were/are far more Ascension related symptoms or side effects than only these two I’ve mentioned, but they won’t last forever, even though after sixteen years they’ve almost become a way of life.

Throughout 2013 many of us have had some beloved friends and/or family members and/or co-workers and/or neighbors etc. come under Team Dark (TD) influence as a way to distract or derail or wound us… if we let that old lower frequency TD tactic work that is. One of the reasons for this (in 2013 I mean specifically) is that some of us have only recently (in 2011 or 2012 or 2013) moved just far enough vibrationally to now be out of frequency range from direct, face to face, personal attacks from TD. Because of this monumental achievement, TD has been using other people to indirectly affect us because they can no longer directly reach some of us in the ways they could before. I intend to write a full article about just this topic because it’s important and something that more and more people will be experiencing as they continue incrementally moving out of frequency range from the old lower everything including TD.

Another important thing I’ve found myself going through very intensely and quickly since the fall September 21, 2013 Equinox — the end of the Nine Months period from December 21, 2012 winter Solstice — has been the sudden and unexpected requirement of immediately releasing any and all people, places, things etc. that I used to “love” and/or feel connected to and/or relate to etc. Literally hours after the 9-21-13 Equinox I was experiencing this latest requirement of having to release all lower frequency, external, parasitic, co-dependent-like relationships with everyone no matter how good intentioned and “positive” they were.

We’ve all been through this one many times throughout the Ascension Process years because it’s a natural result of us individually growing, evolving, changing and continually moving up those energetic Stair-steps at our own pace. During this ongoing Ascension Process energetic gaps often build between individuals as one person moves ahead before the other (those Stair-steps again). When this happens there’s suddenly an uncomfortable mismatch between the two people (or person and group of people) who may have been great friends or loved ones etc. before the latest spiritual growth spurt. The kindest thing to do for all in these situations is disengage as gently as you can, release that person/people fully, and hope you see them again in the near future. If not, you keep moving anyway at your own pace because you must.

3D “love” & 5D and higher LOVE

Another issue many of the Forerunners have been having to actually start living (embodying themselves) in 2013 is the NEW LOVE frequency and consciousness. If you know even a fraction of IT, then you’re well-aware of the tremendous difference between IT–5D and higher LOVE–and the old lower frequency 3D ego-based, emotional and physical need-based, left brained, patriarchal distorted, total BS raging insane egoic “love”. There literally is NO comparison between the two. None whatsoever.

Some of you may remember a great old channeled quote from Barbara Marciniak and her Pleiadians. It was: ‘Light is information; Love is creation.’

In 2013 some of the Forerunners have started making this blessed shift out of lower 3D “love” frequency and conscious, and back into higher frequency 5D LOVE frequency and consciousness.

There’s a lot of talk about “abundance”, about “love”, about LOVE, about “unity” etc. but there’s so much confusion and distortions about them and more. 5D and higher LOVE has always been to me about creativity, being creative, being in that blissful timeless AT-ONE-MENT state closer to Source that being totally absorbed in any physical or non-physical state of creativity naturally produces in us. To me, being in that state of high creativity is LOVE. Understand however that high creativity doesn’t require physical action or physical doing. One can sit and stare and be in an “active” high state of creativity–aka LOVE. One can lay down with eyes closed, high heart open, totally motionless physically and be in an “active” high state of creativity–aka LOVE.

Learning how to Not Fall and/or get Pulled Back Down by TD

Another one of the important spiritual/energetic/consciousness lessons many of us have been having to learn during 2013, and very much so since September 21, 2013, (and eventually master) is the ability to get where we’re trying to and once there, not energetically “fall” back down into the old lower familiar frequency/consciousness.

Another aspect of this situation has to do with TD tweaking some of their old tactics in order to snag, snare, hook, derail, steal and trick us out of our High Hearts and NEW space and consciousness and “fall” back down into the old lower frequency range where they can more easily get at us. (I’m so sorry that I even have to talk about TD and their negative crap at this point. I so want this aspect with TD to be permanently done and gone but there’s been more about this that I’ve needed to learn myself and also write about to help others with these particular changes we’re going through.)

Let’s tackle the first aspect first.

We’re evolving/ascending/shifting out of a lower frequency range, ego-based reality and consciousness, Duality, and world run by TD. We’re evolving/ascending/shifting up into a higher frequency range, heart-based reality and consciousness, Unity, and world run by Light Love. This shift is comparable to us escaping Hell and entering Heaven. Seriously.

And because we’re all learning how to cast off the old and embody the NEW in all ways, sometimes we simply “fall” back into the old lower but very familiar out of sheer habit. We haven’t done anything “wrong”, we just lose our NEW higher focus for a moment is all. Losing it and regaining it multiple times is how we get intimately familiar with the NEW and how it feels and functions in comparison to the old lower frequency egoic 3D Duality.

So we lose the High Heart focus a few times and “fall” back into those old ways for a moment or two, but we sure learn a lot every time this happens. We more clearly see, feel and know the astonishing contrast between where we’ve come from and where we’re headed and that is profoundly valuable knowledge–aka Light.

Let’s tackle the second aspect.

It has to do with TD getting more “creative” with their tools and tactics to either deliberately pull us out of our High Hearts and NEW spaces in whatever ways they can, and/or using other people to indirectly get at us and pull us down, help us “fall” back down within frequency range again so they can get at us. (As you know get at us is just polite code for attack us, feed off us, derail us, stop or prevent us from evolving/ascending etc.)

As I mentioned in another article, the fall quarter (September Equinox through December Solstice) has been for a few years now, a period where TD or the negative or the imbalances or the insanity etc. etc. etc. shifts into hyper mode to do their worst before the New Year arrives with its NEW energies. 2013 has been all this and more. As the Light builds and grows, the remaining Dark has gotten more “creative” in how It can use humans and linger for as long as It can, which isn’t much longer.

So the point with both of these aspects is to be conscious of your Consciousness. Be aware of your thoughts and emotions and of your High Heart knowing about things, people, TD, situations, places, events etc. even though you might not know how you know what you know! Timeless High Heart consciousness is very different from old lower ego-based left brain intellect in linear time and we’ve got to get really familiar with the NEW and how it feels and functions… which we’re having to do now.

Example: TD will often sound like you in your head, in your natural mind talk or “inner dialogue” chatter we all have with ourselves. One tried and trusted way you can discern if it’s you or TD is, are you trying to talk yourself out of or into something, and/or are you trying to mentally OVERRIDE a higher level knowing you had before this started?

If you’re trying to talk yourself out of or are working hard to override some inner knowing and/or inner feeling and/or inner sensing about something, anything, then most likely it’s TD trying to get you to override a higher awareness, a higher consciousness High Heart knowing you had about something or some one or a situation etc. This tactic is subtle unless you catch it, unless you slow down and honestly think, feel and discern the thoughts running through your head that may or may not seem slightly “alien” or “strange” or “unusual” to you. In most cases they are “alien” TD trying to sound to you like you and convince you to do something or override (talk yourself out of or into) something other than what you sensed/thought/perceived/felt before this invisible inner mental battle started.

A recent Vision Message

A couple of days ago I had an interesting vision, which is really a visual message that’s both symbolic and literal. Tons of “information”–aka Light–can be contained in a higher frequency visual image and absorbed by someone in a split-second just by seeing it. Unlike linear words in sentences like this, one two or three second-long higher vision can express tremendous amounts of information/knowledge/data/Light in a split-second. High Heart consciousness and knowing is the same.

Here’s what I saw, learned, knew:

I was in a huge open space and was facing one direction and moving in that direction. (Let’s say West only for ease of communication.) To my left was a single-file line of Reptilian beings all facing and moving in the opposite direction–again let’s say East only for ease of communicating this information.

As I stood there seemingly floating along headed “West” I watched this parade of different colored Reptilian beings seemingly floating along headed “East”. They eyeballed me and I them as this moving in opposite directions transpired. The hatred they emanated at me as we passed each other in this close proximity separation process was nothing new to me. I was however mildly interested that they came in so many different colors. See the difference in consciousness, focus, awareness etc.?

This vision informed me that we’ve been in an ongoing process of Separation of Worlds & Timelines since late October and November 2011; more so since December 21, 2012; and now in late December 2013 it’s reached a level where remaining 4D Team Dark is being escorted into another space, another world, another timeline. The same is true of us; we’re being escorted or evolved/ascended/shifted/moved more and more into a NEW and very different world and timeline where TD (in Reptilian or any other forms) will not exist.

We’re still in transition even though it’s been one physical earth year since the Expiration Date of 12-21-12. Incremental Stair-steps, but things are moving along and improving quickly now in late 2013 as more and more unseen and seen TD members are escorted out and away from those of us who are moving more and more into the higher NEW. It was a great and long-awaited vision message after the multiple stunts TD pulled on me and mine and some loved ones and beloved friends throughout 2013, and very much so during December.

I know how hard it is at times to believe that progress is being made, so when you have those moments of doubt and confusion and/or sheer exhaustion I want you to go to YOUR local source of higher information–your own High Heart consciousness in inner knowing. Ignore the BS, lies and distractions etc. and listen to your sovereign higher awareness and feel the Light Love truth that it is and know for yourself.
