Over the years I’ve received many emails from people around the world requesting help and/or information about how to protect themselves from etheric attacks from Team Dark/the Negatives. The majority of these requests for help come from people who were dealing with non-human, other-dimensional beings and entities attacking them in the 3D physical and 4D Astral dimensions. In other words, the majority of email requests for help I’ve received have not been about a living human intentionally psychically attacking them, but about negative non-physical, non-human, other-dimensional Aliens, Beings and Entities attacking them.
WHO ARE THEY & WHY DO ATTACKS HAPPEN?
To keep this article small and to the point, the reason why negative other-dimensional psychic etheric attacks have increased dramatically and become more conscious to growing numbers of people is, in a nutshell, due to the current planetary Ascension Process.
The further we’ve traveled into the Ascension Process (this started approximately 1987, but for some Starseeds/Lightworkers it began earlier), the more darkness, negativity and lower frequency density and duality there’s been feeling the growing pressures of higher frequency Light infiltrating 3D, Earth, humanity and the Collective. And, by darkness and negativity, I mean Team Dark or the Negatives as I call all of them.
Who is Team Dark or the Negatives? They are the negative non-physical, non-human, multidimensional Alien beings such as the Reptilians and Draconians plus certain other groups they control and/or have created themselves like negative Grays, MIB and other inorganic non-physical creatures. Team Dark/the Negatives also includes the 4D Astral Archetypes; all developmental levels of negative non-human 4D Astral beings, demons and entities; human created negative inorganic thought-forms, black magic energies, physical violence, warring, negative sexual energies etc. and the 4D Astral entities attracted to those and all low-frequency energies — 4D Astral Collective energies generated from 3D humans; and the 2D (dimension that exists below Earth’s surface vibrationally) negative Elemental entities, creatures, monsters and demons.
Also included as Team Dark/the Negatives are the living humans who are polarized to the “Dark side of the Force” or “Service to Self”. These people are dark themselves and don’t need help from negative, other-dimensional Aliens and/or beings to manifest negativity in 3D physicality and unleash it upon other living humans, the Earth, Nature, animals etc. They are human Team Dark members and work in the physical dimension in tandem with the non-physical, other-dimensional Negative Aliens, entities and demons to create more fear, suffering, violence, wars, hatred and chaos in the physical world. Why? Because all human generated lower frequency emotions, thoughts and actions are etheric energy food, fuel and building materials for Team Dark.
There are the billions of living humans (“normal” folk) who are repeatedly and unknowingly influenced, manipulated and directed by a negative Alien(s), Astral being(s), demon(s) and lesser evolved entities to create as much pain, misery, fear, wounding, sadness, destruction, immobility, confusion and chaos that they can on other humans for the reasons mentioned earlier. Living humans intentionally used and directed by non-human, other-dimensional Team Dark Aliens, beings and entities to negatively affect other living humans to get those humans to produce negative emotions and energies. Or, if you’re a Starseed/Lightworker/Lightwarrior/Indigo, to derail you in any way(s) they can as often and as long as they can from doing the spiritual energetic Ascension related Work you Volunteered to come to Earth now to do for All. Why? Same reasons: so the Team Dark Aliens and other levels of beings can remain in control and continue feeding off of the low frequency actions, emotions, thoughts and consciousness that controlled unaware humans produce.
Of all these negative situations, the one where humans are used and manipulated by non-physical Team Dark beings to intentionally hurt other humans—not to mention the Starseeds/Lighyworkers/Indigos doing Ascension work—frustrates me the most because the humans being used to do this are completely unaware of the entire situation. And, the more well-developed the human’s ego is, the easier it is for Team Dark Aliens, beings, entities and demons to use and manipulate them against other humans. Horrible, revolting, insulting and embarrassing isn’t it? We’ve all been used and manipulated by certain Team Dark beings but the important thing is to wake up to this fact, take responsibility, and evolve so this horrific inter-dimensional parasitism, possession, astral kidnapping of souls to use them, manipulation of mass humanities consciousness, and manipulation of humans against other humans cannot continue happening.
Don’t expect to do any visualization or protection method once or twice and then expect miracles to happen. Energetically building etheric protection structures takes time, repetition, and real work visualizing, feeling and maintaining what you’re building around your bodies, your bedroom, house and/or entire property. It takes real effort, energy, determination, focus and repetition over the weeks and months to build up layer upon layer of whatever it is that you’re literally constructing energetically. However, once you’ve put in the effort and time constructing your psychic protection you will feel and maybe clairvoyantly see what you’ve built energetically. From then on all that’s needed is for you to maintain your etheric structure by daily and/or nightly visualizing it and intentionally and emotionally reinforcing it. Think of this phase of the work sort of like having to dust your furniture; the furniture is there and now all you have to do is keep it clean and maintained. Same thing with our ethereal protection structures and other multidimensional tools.
BANISHING PENTAGRAMS TO THE FOUR DIRECTIONS
Another effective protection tool is one that many of you are probably already familiar with also but many people aren’t, and because it works and very well once you’ve got it constructed energetically around your property, it deserves to be included. This protective tool is the Banishing Pentagram drawn to the Four Directions.
As you can see by the image above (and thanks go to whoever created this visual), you start drawing the Banishing Pentagram at the number 1 position and then move up to number 2, then 3 and so on until you reach number 5 where you’ll complete the pentagram by moving from number 5 down to number 1 where you started. It’s important you complete and close the pentagram so always finish by connecting the number 5 position down to the number 1 position.
You’ll draw the first of the four Banishing Pentagrams facing EAST in the air with your arm straight and extending out in front of you. You’ll need to keep your arm extended and straight from the shoulder down to your index and middle fingers with your other fingers and thumb folded into your palm. Don’t bend you elbow. Your index and middle fingers are doing the etheric drawing of the four pentagrams to the four directions.
When I’ve needed to use this tool, I always make my four pentagrams to the four directions around fifteen or twenty feet tall and have them hovering in place in air above the ground. I draw them as bright Light or Fire/flame and always visualize them like this.
Always begin facing East and draw your first pentagram in the air, then turn a quarter turn physically so you’re now facing South and draw the second pentagram, then another quarter turn to the West and draw the third pentagram, then turn to the North and draw the fourth pentagram, then turn another quarter turn to return to East again so the space is energetically closed. There are a number of things you can say aloud or silently while facing East, South, West, and North and drawing each of the four pentagrams. It’s up to you really, you can get as elaborate as you want or you can just intensely visualize each of the four pentagrams huge and impenetrable, hanging silently in space around you and your property continuously.
Again, when I’ve had to resort to using this protection tool, depending upon the level of severity of the attack I’m experiencing at that time, I’ll sometimes say aloud as I’m drawing EACH of the four pentagrams something like, I remove, banish, and prevent all negativity in all forms from entering my space now. Use whatever wording is the most meaningful to you at the time, but whatever you do, do it with 1000% seriousness, focus, intensity and intention. Mean and emotionally feel and intend what you’re saying and doing otherwise these actions are empty, impotent, useless theatrics and your negative psychic etheric attacks will continue. This is you being a conscious energetic construction worker intentionally building something on another dimension that you intend to protect you and yours and last as long as you need it.
This is serious stuff people and Team Dark won’t like it at all that you’re doing something to prevent them from attacking you, feeding off of you, using you, tormenting you, derailing you or trying to kill you, so be ready for some negative blow-back and other devious tactics and shifts from them (at least for a while) when you start using etheric protection tools.
The most common countermeasures I’ve experienced after protecting myself ethereally is that Team Dark immediately shifts their focus to another human they can manipulate to attack me or cause me misery in whatever ways they can. This is often when a family member(s), friend(s), mate, neighbor(s), co-worker(s), reader(s) and even other people’s pets are used by Team Dark to continue their attacks upon those of us doing Lightwork, Gridwork, Polarity Resolution and Transmuting and Clearing work etc. The Negatives are tenacious and don’t just lay down and disappear because you’ve built some psychic protection around yourself and your property and house. Be aware of how Team Dark quickly shifts their efforts to manipulating another person or people (and even animals in many cases) to attack and/or disturb you etc. When the Negatives can’t get at you directly, they quickly shift their attention to other people they can influence to continue attacking and distracting you.
Another common tactic Team Dark uses on us, and I’ve talked about this before, is mental interference, especially when we’re trying to build and visualize some etheric protection tool for our self or certain other things we try to Consciously Create. It’s a common tactic the Negatives use against us when we wake up enough to start protecting ourselves from them; they fight back and try to sidetrack or derail us by repeatedly interfering when we’re mentally focused on that protection. When you experience this, counter it by repeatedly pulling your mental focus back to the point where you were before you were mentally hijacked by the Negatives. Eventually you’ll break through and be successful in building and maintaining your etheric protections, whatever they are, so be persistent.
SAME APPLIES WHEN YOU’RE WORKING IN THE ASTRAL & OTHER DIMENSIONS
I mentioned in my August 16, 2012 Back from the Underworld article (only briefly because I couldn’t talk much about it then) about how I’d been working energetically (from mid-July through mid-August 2012) transmuting negative residual energies and helping many dead human soldiers from WWI (World War One) who, at the time of their physical deaths had been kidnapped Astrally by Team Dark beings and held captive there and used energetically.
Just in case you’re wondering if this is some rare anomaly that happened only to WWI soldiers and others alive at that time the answer is no, it happens all the time to any human Team Dark can grab. War zones are especially easy places for Team Dark because the energies are so lowly and dead and traumatized humans just keep coming. All wars in all timelines are actually massive dark energy alters where negative Aliens, beings and entities feed, steal and pick through the endless supply of sacrificed humans to grab and use in the Astral as energy producers. It’s time now for all wars, warring, warring/fighting mentality and belief systems (all of which are very Reptilian), weapons creation etc. to end on Earth because I’m about all done mopping up the vile Astral repercussions, rescuing Astral imprisoned dead military humans and their body parts (plus plenty of other humans not connected to any war), and transmuting the overall negativity, trauma, and insanity wars and all violence produce in multiple dimensions for eons.
In this type of Ascension related energy Work, which I’ve done for nearly two decades now, I never consciously decide that I’m going to go to some past timeline on Earth where there’s massive numbers of kidnapped dead humans and residual pain and fear energies and do rescue and transmuting Work. I just energetically Work on whatever it is that I suddenly find before me, and during July and August 2012, it’s been a lot more Astral rescue and transmuting Work of long-dead WWI human soldiers held captive and used energetically by Team Dark in the Astral all this time.
Others of you (Starseeds/Lightworkers) have been doing this same rescue and transmuting Work from the Astral most of this summer too (not war related), but with other dead and trapped humans in other timelines and locations around Earth who were also kidnapped or hijacked by Team Dark beings long ago. The ongoing multidimensional cleanup and rescue Work we’ve done very intensely since about 1999 has been difficult, exhausting, and nearly heartbreaking not to mention terribly physically painful as well. And yes, there’s plenty more kidnapped, trapped and used dead humans, souls, and fragmented pieces out there in the Astral that still need help being rescued and released from the different prison hells they’ve been held within for so long before this Ascension Process completes the end of December 2012. Do what you can when you can but don’t become distressed over those that you/me/we can’t help for whatever the reasons. Rest and heal your weary body and heart because who else can do this type of Work now? It’s important and necessary to rest, sleep and heal after these extreme and difficult multidimensional missions we go on.

I would like to reply about the physic attacks. A bit of background info first might help explain my attack. My husband used to drink a lot and this would cause us to fight so badly that I left him several times. It involved alot of emotional abuse on both sides. In the last year since we moved to a quieter smaller town our lives have been very peaceful. I have realised my gifts and practising them daily including alot of physic protection methods. My marraige for the first time is wonderful and we are so happy. But the dreams, the dreams are disturbing. I am often dreaming of living in another place and time with my husband and the drinking and fighting is always happening. The dreams end with me leaving him. I wake up thinking maybe I am missing something or maybe my dreams trying to tell me something. But the dreams alway have a kinda of off feeling like something is not right. My husband looks visually like him but doesnt feel like him, I sense its not him. Reading this has made so much sense to me. I now know that team dark are trying to distract me and cause conflict in my marraige because we are happy. They know that this is the one thing that could derail me again. I definatly need to do more to protect myself and my husband now. I do know that quite often when spouses do not support there partner in there new spiritual path it ends in separation. But in my case my spiritual path has change everything for the best and we are happier and he supports me. My good vibes have rubbed onto him in such a way that he has changed emotionally in so many ways. My teacher always tells me that I shine too bright and that is why team dark attack me so often. They see me from a great distance. Should I be putting protection on my husband as well or is there something more I can do to stop this attack. They are really trying hard to derail my marriage and partnership that I treasure dearly. Luckily I have not acted on these dreams at all but have left them at that, just dreams as I know it will cause friction. Is this what they are wanting? Am I doing the right thing by ignoring these dreams?

Since many people are experiencing some turbulence and difficulty in the “Second trimester”, or since the equinox, I thought this might come in handy. Some things are just our own “stuff” we need to process and get through in order to grow, but sometimes you just know that is not what you are dealing with.
Remember to love yourself, and take good care of yourself-get enough rest, enough to eat and cut yourself some slack for not always feeling sweetness and light;-) Setting out on a path of personal growth, or spiritual work is a lot like climbing a mountain-hard work, sometimes in thin air, high altitude and rotten weather!
My friend is receiving communications from beings that are saying they need him to free them, that they are trapped underneath a veil of negative energy. He has has dreams of he and I throwing energy/light balls and many more messages, but I guess we are at a lose of how to help. How would you handle this…via just meditation, astral travel? Any suggestions would help. (PS: my friend used to get attacked all the time but since using the 12d shield etc this has stopped)

Yes Lisa Renee’s 12 D Shield technique is very powerful and effective. It both protects us from the Negatives, and, it helps to better consciously connect with our Higher Selves and our Ascension Guides/Assistants and other very positive higher dimensional Beings.
2012 has been an intense year of soul rescuing from the Element/Elemental 2D (second dimension) and the Astral 4D (fourth dimension) by many Starseeds/Lightworkers. As the old energy blueprints/templates/systems or “Operating System” as Inelia Benz is recently calling it Expires — which it’s been doing increasing throughout 2012 — many of the trapped, lost, imprisoned human souls and other non-human beings and entities and elements etc. are finally being released from these different dimensions that Team Dark/the Negatives have held them within for a very long time. Some Starseeds/Lightworkers have been working in assisting, guiding, freeing many of these trapped, lost, confused souls this year…much like what you described your friend telling you.
Lisa Renee has written about this topic extensively, and, some of this information she’s increasingly sharing publicly instead of only within her ES Community (Energetic Synthesis website) which costs to access. I would suggest that you and your friend go through Lisa Renee’s website and her 2012 monthly articles to find more about this topic because she’s outlined methods of “soul retrieval” and methods of “soul transit” etc. (and no doubt other terms I’m forgetting right now) that deals specifically with this multidimensional Ascension-related assistance work many Starseeds/Lightworkers do on top of all the other things we do. She’s where you’re going to find plenty of info about this topic IF she’s made it available to non ES Members. If not, then you might consider becoming an ES Member (paying for a membership) so you can assess all of this information and plenty more.
After saying all that, I’ll suggest that your friend asks his/her Higher Self and Ascension Guides to help him/her with helping to “transit” these trapped souls and/or entities from wherever they currently are to where they need to go right now before they’re destroyed by the expiring old blueprints and manifesting NEW higher frequency blueprints or “Operating System” or “Paradigm”. There will be and already have been some causalities from this huge multidimensional expiration of the old and transitioning into the NEW we’re ALL going through, but many, many human souls and non-human entities have been rescued and transited out of those negative other-dimensional prison camps by numerous Starseed Lightworkers just this year alone. This work will continue until it’s no longer needed.

i was wondering if there is a possibility of a deceased partner pulling you over to their reality in dream time? It is as if I seem to have another life with my partner who passed over 10 years ago as there have been numerous dreams that are SO real “life” like…I’m not suggesting that I want to be there at all, as I definitely do not…Last night was the most recent and it was a negative experience. My back feels like it has been cracked, I have been exhausted all day…emotional and affected…It came to me today that this could be a possibility…Just wondering 🙂

Absolutely! It’s more common than most people would believe. The trick with multidimensional activities and interactions with other-dimensional beings/dead humans etc., is to become consciously aware that you’re experiencing these things (and far more), and then to retain the memory of them while changing dimensional focus — aka waking up in your body in the physical dimension. That is what most people have a hard time doing but due to the Ascension Process, more and more people are and have been quickly evolving into greater levels of consciousness and multidimensional awareness (plus far more).
So most definitely, it’s common for many living people to continue having varying degrees of a relationship with loved ones who’ve died. Just because someone changes external suits or vehicles doesn’t mean we don’t often continue having some form of exchange with them for a while. Eventually this will stop because the dead human will move on, but sometimes there’s multidimensional Work or Lessons and exchanges like this that need to happen first.
Now, here comes the negative side to this situation and many others like it. In some cases negative beings or entities (I mean non-human ones NOT dead human beings) will use the image of one of our living and/or dead human loved ones because it allows them to trick us in dreams into thinking that our loved one (living or dead) is who we’re interacting with in our dream. Eventually in these types of “dreams”, which are actually Astral psychic attacks by whatever negative being or entity is trying to attack us, we start to realize that something about our loved ones’ eyes is wrong. Usually from that moment on the negative being/entity knows we’re starting to figure out that our loved one is NOT really our loved one but an evil imposter trying to toy with us emotionally and cause us harm. Typically from this point on the “dream” psychic Astral attack changes into a full-on battle with said negative imposters. They usually mutate into what they actually look like and then it’s us trying to get the hell outta there as fast as possible!
I’m going into these details because it sounds like this might be what’s started to happen with you. From what you’ve said, it sounds like you experienced an Astral attack which does indeed follow you/me/all of us into our waking life and reality oftentimes for days. This is where you’re going to have to learn to discern who’s who and what’s what in your “dreams” or out-of-body life and learn how to protect yourself and also quickly wake yourself up when attacked while “dreaming” or out of your physical body. No fear, just learning more about being a multidimensional being yourself. 🙂

Thank you for that explanation of “Changing dimensional focus.” I think that happened to me last night. I had a dream where I was in what seemed to be a ritual of some sort. I couldn’t move, and there were negative entities who were going to rape me. I felt paralyzed, but I became aware that I was sleeping, and that I needed to say, “no,” but I couldn’t talk. I forced myself to yell, “No!” so loudly that I heard myself saying it, and I woke myself up. I felt upset and used, but happy with myself that I was able to stop it.
I have been doing the 12D shield before bed, but forgot to do it last night. I guess team dark saw an opportunity and took it. Bugger to them! (That song you posted a while ago just went through my head.)

I want to share the end of a dream I had some time ago, dream in which I “rescued” a girl I know from conscious life.
I was floating in the air seeing from above a big room filled with people. The room was having a reddish color aspect coming from the candles illumination; had the impression we were in a cathedral or something. Walking through air i saw behind a curtain 2 dracs beings that were controlling somehow the persons below. I was seeing them but they weren’t able to see me. I had no fear seeing them but I was trying to find a way to show the people below who they were dealing with.
At the next moment the havoc and destruction was unleashed down to those innocent people and the room was burning and collapsing. Then i realized my girl friend was down there and I flew down, I grabbed her and moved to another room. There there was some kind of water that was running underneath the building. I realized that we had to swim through that water to find our escape. As we entered the water we found teleportated to some street in a medieval city. We were having another bodies just as if we were living in that period of time. I hugged the girl and then I left.
I don’t know if this dream was a “real saving mission” or not, but the drac beings were something that appeared in another dreams I had, just like they were controlling unaware people from top-down.
Dear Denise…I give thanks for your true understanding/integration of how this all works…I am slowly ” Getting it ” myself…My partner and I, in the Month of July went on a 3 week Mobile home road trip through the centre of Australia…There was AN experience…(I will leave it at that), which left me totally drained, ill etc…This newsletter has validated and also given me a true understanding of my souls mission in this life time. Whatever is going on and down and whatever these fucks of the highest order are up to, I feel for our own self-preservation, we need to get down and dirty and stop being Mr or Ms nice, understanding and forgiving as I know it is in our nature to be. But these FOTHO are not going to back down, not on our nellies! Yes, I am of the belief that we need to stay in our hearts, but at the same time I feel we MUST start growing some long dirty finger nails, talons and sharpen our incisors (metaphorically speaking?). We need to protect our bodies, our minds, our souls and our spirit and be ruthless in our choices, if that is what will help us stay mentally sane and alive! My senses tell me they are going to throw and keep on throwing everything at us to derail us, screw with us and fill us with as much self-doubt and confusion and they can and use our, what they perceive as weaknesses ie, our loving, forgiving and gentle natures, against us hence furthering their sick, inhumane agendas. So I believe we can no longer be afraid of being read as “cold” and/or “uncaring” and full of ourselves if that is what it takes to help ourselves get through this.. Thank-you so much for this post…I have, ever since I can remember only wanted to go to Hawaii (Im in Australia). Twelve months ago I spent 3 weeks travelling around all of the Islands…it truly was, an amazing / painful/ bizarre journey…I know from deep within that on an etheric level, I was not wanted there…First up the mobile van that we were to travel in was out of order so we were offered another which had lizards painted on the outside and also the curtains were green with lizard print It was called the Gecko Van…The first week I became so ill…burnt and then couldn’t breath ( some respiratory illness )…aches all over…OMG I could go on and on with several stories that happened on every Island…I believe I was assisting in the “Earth clean up” … I won’t tho …I just know that it is done 🙂 I have listened to the 4 episodes…

There’s actually something that’s been bothering me. Its the info presented at http://www.projectavalon.net/forum/showthread.php?t=8441 . It states that starting 21 December 2012 there will a major upheaval in the stability of the earth and its mass. So will there be destruction or has the transmuting work taken care of that? I read your Comment and question the other day and then promptly forgot to respond! Sorry about that. I only glanced at the link you shared to get a quick feel for what’s being said as I just don’t have the time to sit and read through lengthy writings like that. Just wanted you to know that I did see it but didn’t read it all.
Anyhoo, I talked about what I repeatedly experienced, clairvoyantly saw and felt during the 1990s and early 2000s in A Lightworker’s Mission about major Earth Changes. I clairvoyantly saw the biggest tsunami ever coming way inland in California where I live, and the entire west coast of the US, for years in the 1990s and early 2000s. It was beyond imaginable and was caused by most of California, Oregon and Washington state breaking off due to a massive earthquake and literally sliding down under the Pacific Ocean. I saw this vision hundreds of times back then and realized that it was a potential future event for Earth and humanity, if, IF the Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers etc. didn’t do what we came to Earth now to do which was/is transmute as much negativity as we possibly could as fast as we could. Lighten the negative density load in other words enough so that another Earth world and timeline could manifest and ascend/evolve.
My seeing this near future probable reality of the west coast falling down into the Pacific Ocean, and of course all that this event would do to the rest of the planet and humanity, was one of many conscious reminders as to what was coming and soon if, IF, I and others like me didn’t do the Energy Work we volunteered to come to Earth now to do. No pressure right? Gawd, some of us have remembered, have seen and that has helped us but also made our Work that much more intense.
My point in sharing this is that there’s always been the potential for Earth to break apart and destroy human life on it during the 1990s through 2012. Because of this potential many Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers etc. have been working constantly both while in-body and awake, and also while asleep and out-of-body in the Astral, to transmute as much human generated and also Negative or Team Dark generated residual low frequency energies below ground across time/history on Earth, and also in the Astral. This transformational polarity resolution Energy Work has not stopped for a second since 1991 that I’m consciously aware of and it will continue through the end of 2012. But, because of it, the near future destruction of life on Earth is not going to happen… not in this timeline at any rate. I cannot speak for the potential other Earth timeline that doesn’t ascend now however.
I’ve always clairvoyantly seen and felt that there will be two primary Earths and timelines that manifest out of this Ascension Process and completion of this Evolutionary Cycle; one that does ascend/evolve and it’s the one that we Starseeds/Lightworkers have been working so hard for so long on to help manifest from the old lower frequency Earth, timeline, beings and humans — and one that does not ascend/evolve but goes the way your link writer (including many other people/writers) are claiming will happen soon.
Because things are always far more creative and expansive than most people are aware of, both events, both Earth worlds and timelines will happen I believe (in very different levels of density and in different timelines) but I don’t like even looking (perceiving) in that other one because the negativity is even worse there than it has been and currently is on Earth! It’s beyond horrible and IT is trying its damnedest now in 2012 to override or derail what we Starseeds/Lightworkers have been working on in physicality. It won’t succeed but it’s been an ongoing battle from second-one.
So this is not a matter of one Earth, one timeline and it either makes it or is destroyed as most linear minds perceive. Reality and “time” is far, far more interesting, difficult, tricky, complex and fabulous than just that! 😉 No, I believe based on what I’ve perceived over the past two decades, that there are and will be two main Earth worlds and timelines that manifest out of this current Ascension Process; one that ascends or evolves and one that does not. The choice is up to each individual which Earth world and reality they want to exist in. And because the vast majority of humanity is consciously UNAWARE of any and all of this, this is why the Lightworkers/Starseeds etc. have worked so hard to help mass humanity even realize that there is a higher frequency choice to be made by them!
I hope this helps with polarized either/or beliefs and consciousness about what’s going to happen to Earth and humanity. I also hope it helps you understand why it’s so incredibly important to get one’s shit together as quickly as possible because time is indeed short. We want everyone to come with us on the evolving/ascending Earth and timeline, yet MANY don’t want to change or improve or become responsible or relinquish power over other people and those lower frequency energies cannot co-exist within a higher frequency world so…

Sometimes, today, it is hard for me to remember, I am making a difference along with all the other light being working to clean and clear and make a better world. Hahaha, ‘get one’s shit together’ is exactly what needs to happen. Beautiful answer to my question, it really soothed me (and others I hope) to know that those ascending wouldn’t have to face those things. So if I’m correct, the necessary energies required to ascend will be present on earth on the 12th of December 2012. But what I’m not sure about is how long it will take for all those choosing to ascend to actually complete the process? (The writer in the link said till about the 28th of March I think). And will it be a sudden change, like from one moment to the next, or a gradual one? I’m sorry if I’m asking too many questions, but they’re things that I have to know in order to move forward. I hope you’re getting enough rest and feel much better. 😀

Sorry but it’s far more complex than this and has been all along.
I’ve used the term Stair Steps repeatedly over the years of my writing at TRANSITIONS to help people better understand that this whole Ascension Process is indeed a process that’s been unfolding, step by step, since around 1987 (very physically). This process has been taking place over these past 25 years and this process completes on one level with the completion of December 2012. Damn…even that sentence can so easily be misunderstood. Let me try it again.
There’s basically been a 25-yearlong energetic window of opportunity — using astrological terms this 25-yearlong Ascension Process period is literally a transit; a period of time where multiple, super long orbits and evolutionary cycles for the whole Universe, not just the Milky Way galaxy, moves through this transit and then energetically shifts into the next level and phase of ongoing learning/creating/evolving/growing etc. For humanity on Earth this has to do with ascending/evolving out of the old Earth world of duality and duality consciousness and life etc., and into increasing amounts of unity and unity consciousness and life etc. This 25-yearlong transit period completes for this particular process with the Winter Solstice of December 2012.
What that means is that every human alive now that’s ready and willing to change, to evolve out of duality, is and/or will exist frequency-wise within the new ascended Earth and frequency range. Those living humans who are not ready or willing to remain in their current physical body and go through this very intense 25-yearlong vibrational frequency shift or compressed evolutionary process have been and will continue to die and leave their physical bodies. There is zero judgement about this as it’s an individual choice we’ve all made.
But those of us who’ve chosen to remain in our physical bodies and transmute them and our and other people’s stuck lower frequency duality or polarized emotional energies, thoughts, actions etc. via polarity resolution or be “polarity integrators”, are the ones at the many different Stair Steps within this ascension process. The completion of this ascension transit period or energetic window of opportunity is the two big and equally important portals in December: 12-12-12 and 12-21-12. Actually the entire time from 12-12-12 through the end of Dec. 2012 is one big portal and transition point. BUT, every minute between today and then is just as important for each of us to USE so that when we arrive at those December portals we experience as little pain and pressure as possible. In other words…do it, whatever it is for each of us, NOW and not later when it will be much more intense than it already is!!! Seriously.
I suspect that from Winter Solstice 2012 all the way through to Spring Equinox of March 21, 2013 is going to be rather weird and interesting in many ways due to all the major shifting into the New that will begin then. But, the 25-yearlong transit period of the Ascension process will complete with the end of Dec. 2012. From that point forward it’s all new learning’s for everyone about becoming unified, non-polarized humans existing within a unified Earth world and reality. The changes are nearly incomprehensible now unless one remembers what being and living within a higher frequency global society is like…which many Starseeds do. 😉
From the start of 2013 forward, it will take many people much longer than others and this is what my term Stair Steps is referring to also. Everyone is NOT standing on the same step of individual development, spiritual focus, creativity and so on. Again there is zero judgement about this, only the fact that we’re all focused on and working within slightly different phases of our ongoing spiritual educations. So some will make the transition from duality and dualized or polarized consciousness and living/perceiving/functioning etc., into integrated, non-polarized, unified High Heart consciousness and living/perceiving/functioning/creating etc. much faster and easier than others will. I know all this and I’ve been struggling with certain aspects of this shift during all of 2012!
You see AK, all of this is only one big shift within an endless and ongoing number of shifts within the evolutionary process. Life will however become MUCH more fun living in a frequency range of unity than it ever was within the lower frequency range where duality exists! Progress! 😆

So happy you have opened up the comment section again. And hope you resting and taking the care you have described for us to do. I have been missing the connection from reading other experiences and am looking so much foward to sharing again. On that note, not really related to this message, in my dreamtime this morning I was calling on the power of Jesus (I think) to help me vanish some kind of weapons. Much of the dream is not clear. What I do remember there was a long rifle like thing on the ground and someone was trying to get to it to use to do harm. Laying on the ground, I got my hand on it and said the words and watched it disappear. Totally powerful this experience and so wish I could remember the words.
I hope everyone is doing well and all of us keep pushing foward to our peace on earth.

Yes there are positive 4D beings and 2D elementals.
Sorry to have needed to close shop for a while but I absolutely had to to take care of myself and get through what I’ve had to get through. 2012 has been terribly physically painful for me and I’m having to give myself and my body more rest time and isolation to cope with all that’s happening energetically this year.

Thank you Denise for this great information. In your Pentagram description, did you mean to start with the East and turn a quarter to the South and then the West and then the North? Also, for others reading, it’s helpful to remember that a “banishing” Pentagram must always end with a downward stroke, which will always start with an upward stroke. In the alternative, an “invoking” Pentagram will always end in an upward stroke and likewise begin with a downward stroke. So, banish down, invoke up.
