As I start this it’s November 12th, only one day after 2019’s 11-11, and we’ve got miles and miles of November still before us. Because 2019 has been a year of constant intensity and personal, planetary and cosmic high drama, severe pressures and pains, let’s do our best to keep up with these last three months of what’s been a year like no other.

With each month of the second half of 2019, it’s gotten easier to look back at the first half of this year and see how each month has presented us with a spiritual, energetic and cosmic intensity seemingly designed specifically  for each of us. While one is in it, one is just trying to get through it whatever it’s been for each of us this year. And as soon as we do, we find ourselves in the next situation and then the next and the next and on and on every month of this unrelenting year. We all can feel the major 2019 grand finale enveloping us. Both exciting and astonishing after having been through so much in every minute of the year already.

It’s like the first half of 2019 all sorts of last-minute, must traverse unpleasantness happened, and in the second half of the year we’re doing our utmost to quickly clean up the residual blood n’ guts, tears n’ fears, exhaustion n’ pains because something wholly NEW this way comes, and quickly.

We can complain about how brutal 2019 has been and still is, but at this late date, we Volunteer First Everythingers, Forerunners, Pathpavers know it’s always ‘darkest before the dawn’ of the completely NEW everything on Earth and everywhere else. So, one more huge year-ending suck-it-up my fellow reality busting, density clearing, negativity removing, NEW world Embodying Light creators because “payday” is finally arriving in the physical.

I’m including a link to a November 10, 2011 article I wrote at TRANSITIONS because it fits nicely with where we are now in the last three months of formidable 2019. It’s a good review and reminder of how long the Pathpaving first Embodiers have been at this, and that many of us are in the final phase of it during these last three months of 2019.

10-10-10 REPOST & Connection With 11-11-11

Very briefly because we already know how hard this year has been, and still is for us and our physical bodies, our Central Nervous System (CNS), our continued expanding HighHearts, consciousness, Higher Awareness, our so-called “lives” such as they’ve been, and everything else.

Because 2019 is the last year of, let’s call it Phase 1 of the Ascension Process (another article coming about that), we already know and can feel in every cell of our bodies that we’ve reached ascension graduation, the “shift”, the complete Separation into an entirely NEW higher level and phase of the Ascension Process. And by we I mean the Volunteer First Everythingers, the Forerunners, Starseeds, Lightworkers, Pathpavers etc. Because of this “end times” of Phase 1 of the Ascension Process, our physical bodies have seriously been through the final rinse cycle all year long. Some symptoms of this completion, graduation, shift etc. have been:

  • another phase of hair thinning
  • greater skin sensitivity
  • greater eye sensitivity to inorganic light & higher frequency Light
  • with eyes closed, seeing brighter & brighter white Light. It’s you!
  • frequent nausea, often in the mornings
  • increased vertigo all year
  • increased periods of intense inner cold
  • needing more sleep in every 24-hour period
  • constant inner ear & head ringing, squealing, screeching from higher frequency Light & last three 2019 months incoming evolutionary Sound waves
  • increase in hearing unusual non-physical sounds, noises, voices etc. all year
  • increased dreaming all year, most of it very busy & with many strangers
  • experiencing strange new body pains & sensations in 2019 you’ve never experienced throughout the past 20–21 ascension years
  • CNS over stimulation, feeling fried alive by higher & higher frequency Light, Light waves, NEW codes etc.
  • brief moments of ecstatic-overwhelm-panic-freakout-allowance from Embodying some more of your Higher Self/Selves/Soul
  • instantly, automatically knowing & feeling more about strangers, life and reality, realities. The more you Embody, the more you know
  • constant building irritations of not being fully in the NEW & having to endure the collapsing patriarchal world insanity we all incarnated into. Since 1998–1999 existing in-between the disintegrating patriarchal horrors & the manifesting nebulous NEW Earth
  • severely amplified body aches, pains & pressures throughout 2019
  • severely amplified pains & pressures in the spine & skeletal structure (Saturn)
  • there’s more but you get the drift. It’s been a very severe, extra intense year internally, externally, physically, energetically
Then November 11, 2019 Arrived Bearing NEW Gifts Aplenty

As usual I did my best to find an image that most closely resembles what I Saw clairvoyantly at 11:11AM on November 11, 2019. I Saw this inner image at that time and day for much longer than I usual do. It played in my Higher Awareness vision like a movie for 35–40 seconds, which is an eternity when Seeing nonphysical things. That anomaly was part of this 11-11 2019 visual message knowing.

This image I Saw at that exact time and day was of fire-like plasma flames flickering, increasing in size, flowing horizontal, vertical and in multiple directions simultaneously in a constant, massive wave across space towards Earth and life on Earth. What I Saw looked and moved like physical flames of fire but it was not that at all. Unfortunately the above image is a bit too much on the red side whereas what I Saw was definitely on the blue side. It was a medium to slightly darker periwinkle blue violet colored plasma wave being intentionally sent to Earth and humanity via what Celia Fenn / AA Michael called in their October 2019 channeled message, the “Star Fire Light Codes”.

I was aware of numbers of Angelic Lightbeings involved with this periwinkle blue violet colored plasma wave that somewhat resembled physical flames of fire. I Saw the image of this 11-11-2019 plasma “fire” wave much longer than I usually See non-physical, etheric and/or energetic things because they wanted to get the point across that it is intentionally moving, flowing, leaping and transmitting specific NEW evolutionary codes, energies, consciousness etc. and it’s not a split-second energetic event and then poof it’s gone. The Angelics wanted it consciously known by us that this periwinkle blue violet colored plasma “fire” wave they’ve intentionally sent our way is something that’s going to be in effect for quite a while. Because of this, it will have an accumulative effect on unaware humanity. Said another way, this Angelic plasma “fire” wave of different NEW codes is going to affect humanity and therefore change planetary human consciousness in ways that will impress the most hardened, exhausted, battle-weary First Everythingers. Just in the nick of linear time too I might add because many of us are completely all done with this phase of the Ascension Process.

Hours before 11:11 AM on November 11, 2019, I clairvoyantly Saw another image first. I had just woke up and was staggering, with eye’s closed, to the toilet around 6AM. The first moment I opened my eyes I Saw this bright circular white-Light image that was sort of snowflake-like in appearance. It looked somewhat like this image but was far more complex, much brighter, more beautiful and vibrating with NEW higher level energetic possibilities for humanity. But they all do.

While still half asleep on the toilet, I contemplated this right there, in-my-face early morning 11-11 image and sensed it was another of the many NEW codes being delivered since they began in earnest December 2018. I didn’t perceive much more about it than this and upstairs, if you’re listening, it’s better if you give me a few more minutes in the mornings before you start the Upstairs Daily News downloads. Thanks.

I shared the toilet business about this ONLY to make a point about how much energetic activity and additional NEW codes were arriving on November 11, 2019.

After Seeing this 11-11-2019 6AM snowflake-like brilliant white-Light code image—before the second 11:11AM visual message—I repeatedly clairaudiently Heard and felt, “It’s over. It’s over. It’s over.”  There was no interpretations needed with this celebratory message because I knew instantly what it was referring to. It meant that the global patriarchy and patriarchal rule that’s been in place for thousands of years across Earth is now fully, completely, wholly and permanently OVER and GONE. Anything you see or hear resembling it are, at this point, nothing more than impotent ghost images of the negative Dark Ages of old 3D Earth that’s also no longer operative.

And so, November 11, 2019 was just packed full of exceptionally good news! Out with the old everything and in with the NEW everything. No more half-and-half stuff, no more in-between worlds stuff, no more lower negative anything stuff anymore. The NEW codes, Lights, energies etc. continues arriving faster now than ever before which automatically causes the old lower everything to quickly become empty, hollow, dead and permanently GONE.

Another thing I very strongly felt and was aware of was that upstairs—the higher dimensional beings and other aspects of our Greater Selves and ascension co-Workers etc.—are now directly “overhead” all of us. All this means is that the space, the distance between us on ascending physical Earth and the nonphysical other parts of ourselves, kinsfolk and co-Workers are, as of 11-11-2019, much closer to, much more aligned with each other than was able before. This is another external side effect of the Embodiment Process, and of the completion of it for some of us who are the first to Embody our Higher Self/Selves/Soul while living in our physical bodies on ascending Earth.

On 11-11 2019 I also perceived, and I don’t believe this is just wishful thinking on my part although it would be glorious personally finally, that the Volunteer First Everythingers are now close to (1) having the physical body pains reduced greatly and (2) soon be nearly gone completely.

For most of us that sentence, that miraculous claim deserves no less than three scared moments of silence…  ❤  ❤  ❤

I’m just passing along what I perceived and received from my Higher Awareness throughout November 11, 2019. No one wants that last bit to be true more than me because my lower back is doing something very painful since October 1, 2019 and it seriously needs to have something fabulous happen asap! I suspect my back injury pain is very much related to these final three months of 2019, the 10, 11 and 12 energies of 2019 and the completion of Phase 1 of the Ascension Process, and for some, the completion of their individual Embodiment Process too.

More to come. There always will be. Enjoy November, and December no matter what because January 2020 will hit it out of the park which is exactly what it’s designed to do so we can begin Phase 2 of the Ascension Process.

Many Now Having Dream-state “First Contact”

Increasing numbers of people living the Ascension Process are currently having ET encounters during asleep lucid dreams. For many this is the first time they’ve had conscious “First Contact” so this is a big important deal for a lot of people.

In years past at TRANSITIONS I’d mentioned multiple times that people needed to be prepared to find themselves increasingly coming into conscious contact with different Others, different ETs and beings etc. in both their multidimensional evolving asleep dream lives and their physical evolving awake lives. This is another of many natural side effects of the Ascension Process and dimensional changes we’ve gone through plus the ongoing Separation of Worlds. Because of these events, more humans are evolving into greater conscious awareness that the reality playground is getting much larger, is more populated with different Others and is vastly more complex than the tiny band of old lower 3D reality they’re used to. This is another aspect of the Ascension Process and more of humanity discovering for themselves that ETs and much more are indeed very real. Simply said, the more one evolves and automatically embodies NEW higher DNA—which is multidimensional—the more one will increasingly find themselves face-to-face with numerous ET beings and Others from other dimensions. Welcome to rapidly growing conscious awareness of your life in a Universal Society.

Positive & Negative ETs

My first conscious memory of interacting with some of my assigned positive ETs was at age three. I have faint memories of some ETs in my parents house before age three but I don’t remember any conversations with them. But by age three I was having direct face-to-face awake physical meetings and conversations with two particular positive ETs. They were assigned to me throughout my childhood. Some other ETs replaced them during my teen years and this change happened again with the start of 1980, the decade of my thirties. The ’80s decade ET change was much more physical, so much so that other people and my young son’s friends could easily see a portal that had manifest where two walls and the ceiling met. They’d come in from playing outside and look at it and ask what it was. I lied to them all and made up some story about dirt or shadows which they immediately accepted. My cat knew better however, as all cats and dogs and other animals do. They sense these portals and the beings that come and go through them. I’m talking about how things were (for me) back in the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s. Today it’s different due to the Ascension Process.

It was the start of the 1980s that my personal interactions with one particular small group of positive ETs very directly entered my physical life and reality. This small group consisted of an 8D Orion, a 6D Sirian and a 5D Pleiadian, all of whom I knew in a past life in Egypt of 12,600 B.C. Much of this information, and portraits of each of them, is available at TRANSITIONS plus more in A Lightworker’s Mission if interested. This group stayed in nearly constant contact with me from the 1980s until my physical level Ascension Process started weeks into 1999. Many of the ETs that Starseed Volunteers have had in their current ascension lives were also present half a Precession or more ago (11,000–12,000-plus years ago). Much preparation was done by positive ETs and their offspring Starseeds (many of you reading this) when the start of the Age of Leo began back then and we’ve completed that in these ascension lives at the start of the Age of Aquarius more than half a Precession later. There’s more to all this of course because none of us have been limited to only physical reality and linear time.

Simultaneous to my interactions with different positive ETs were the negative ET experiences and abductions. We have existed in duality after all. My earliest memories of negative ET beings was in my twenties. I had plenty of negative dream-state experiences and attacks throughout my childhood and teen years but nothing revealed themselves as Extraterrestrial. That doesn’t mean they weren’t, only that I have no conscious memory of them during those years. However, with the start of the 1970s, the decade of my twenties, Team Dark negative aliens began making themselves known to me in the dream-state. I was repeatedly abducted from the Astral dimension (4D) while asleep and out of my physical body. It was incredibly easy for negative ETs to abduct anyone while we were asleep and in our etheric bodies in the dream-state, lucid or otherwise. For Team Dark this has been the easiest, fastest and most commonly used method to abduct humans; while they were asleep and in their etheric bodies. They’ve often been right there like a predator waiting for its prey to fall asleep and leave their physical bodies. It has been so very easy for many negative ETs to simply pluck humans from the etheric and use them in a number of different ways.

Just like everyone else different ETs have had different things they wanted and focused their attentions on. All negative ETs do not have the same level of development, knowledge, power, tools, technology, abilities, psychic abilities and so on. One example of this was how I was occasionally abducted from the Astral in the ’80s and ’90s by some low-level negative ETs. (By low-level I do not mean they and what they did to me and millions of humans was underwhelming or inconsequential. I mean that there are many far more advanced negative ETs than them.) They would create elaborate dream sets, etheric Astral productions sets and then abduct me (many millions of other people have experienced this too but most do not have conscious memory of their Astral abductions) and deliberately place me in one of their created dreamscape set productions. All this was done to observe and monitor my emotional reactions to different emotional scenarios they carefully designed. They could effortlessly reproduce faux copies of family members, friends, loved ones, lovers etc. and place one or more of those copies in these dreamscape creations to further manipulate you into producing different but very specific emotional responses like fear, nurturing, protecting another, anger, guilt, violence against someone and on and on with any number of artificial dream scenarios. Those negative ETs with no emotions or emotional abilities have worked long and hard using abducted humans to educate themselves about emotions, human emotions, emotional reactions, feeling things and feeling in general. Other negative ETs have worked in other areas while other more advanced negative ETs believe they own you and can do anything they want to you because they’ve seen humanity as their property.

The positive ETs would often have large meetings in dimensions above the 4D Astral for the ascension Volunteers, Starseeds, First Everything-ers. We’d know to go to these positive ET meetings to receive the latest information about the Ascension Process and related things that we all were Working on individually and as an Volunteer ascension Group. These positive ET and Starseed etheric meetings would often take place in what looked like physical auditoriums, huge beautiful old libraries, indoor stadiums or large movie theaters. We’d all pile into these places and receive the latest information from non-physical, not incarnate positive Team Light ET beings from different dimensions and star systems. Once the Ascension Process began in the physical around 1998–1999, these meetings changed dramatically and happened in even higher dimensions.

Many Starseeds would be picked up—not abducted but picked up—by some of their Star family ascension co-workers and suddenly find themselves inside usually large pristine higher dimensional etheric UFO craft. These meetings were more personal and highly focused than the larger general meetings most incarnate Starseeds and Volunteers went to in those auditoriums and other locations I mentioned. The point is that if you’ve been conscious of positive and negative ETs then none of this is new to you at all. But, there are a lot of people that are currently experiencing what for them is personal and direct dream-state “First Contact” with negative ETs and positive ETs and many are reeling from these encounters and how they instantly change them and their belief systems etc. This is a big deal in other words for many people going through this sudden expansion of their personal selves and realities due to meeting some ETs all the sudden consciously. You can’t embody more and more higher frequency and functioning DNA and not start having all sorts of new, strange, wonderful, shocking, disturbing and uplifting experiences and other dimensional encounters and greater awareness.

We hardened Elder Starseeds could get all involved swapping our personal experiences with positive and negative ET alien beings throughout our current ascension lives but that’s not the point of this article. The point is that more people have recently reached a level in the Ascension Process where they’ve embodied enough NEW Light and NEW DNA that they’re now automatically and suddenly finding themselves in the midst of alien company while asleep, and eventually when they’re awake too.

The more we who are Embodying (capital E) do so, the more the NEW multidimensional Crystalline ‘Trinity’ DNA (all those beautiful colored triangle shapes and complex triangle patterns you’ve been Seeing lately) is Embodied by us, that automatically makes it available (we’re physically seeding the NEW codes and DNA for humanity in the physical) to other people capable of embodying more NEW DNA now. The Volunteer Starseeds are Embodying and therefore physically seeding the higher NEW DNA (and other things) for humanity which is mandatory for them to exist on higher frequency NEW Earth.

Embodying NEW DNA automatically changes our personal Energy Signatures which multidimensional ETs and Others easily perceive. Because of these current and ongoing evolutionary changes taking place in our bodies and DNA (April 2019 was very much about this and more), we have a large, curious and excited cosmic audience observing us because what’s happening with the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process is something many Others want to witness humanity go through because it’s so rare and special in the Universe. The cosmic quarantine placed on Earth and humanity in the past is automatically ended via us Embodying NEW higher DNA. “First Contact” naturally and automatically happens when YOU evolve beyond the narrow old lower frequency level, DNA, energetics, codes and consciousness. Embody more higher multidimensional, ascended above duality unified (‘Trinity’) DNA that functions far above the old lower everything and you’re going to be met at the threshold by some positive ETs watching in the cosmic wings! Think of moving into a new neighborhood and having some nice neighbors happily welcome you to the neighborhood. This however is a Universal neighborhood we’re moving into so the new neighbors are from all over.

The bottom line is that you and I have been and continue embodying more NEW higher frequency, multidimensional quantum DNA—crystalline, diamond and beyond—into our physical bodies. Doing that automatically causes all sorts of normal side effects in us, our bodies, consciousness and our very realities. One of these natural side effects is the slow reintroduction to positive ETs primarily at this point through the dream-state but also through altered states where you are open, empowered and energetically sovereign.

Other to-be-expected side effects from our ongoing evolutionary embodiment of NEW DNA are things like linear time increasingly disappearing. It’s disappearing because we are evolving out of that lower frequency range. Also, relearning how to exist and Work from what I’ve called Spherical Consciousness. As you/me/we evolve beyond the old familiar linear 3D time with the consciousness that went with it, we’re going to continue experiencing greater and longer periods of nonlinear reality and consciousness etc. where we’re relearning how to exist and function outside of that tiny limited band of linear frequency, consciousness and reality. You are evolving out of and well beyond everything being linear including your life, your reality, consciousness, your physical body and your DNA. This means we’re all increasingly finding ourselves in NEW territory in just about every way including linear time disappearing, different ET species presenting themselves privately in different ways, greater personal energetic sovereignty, perceiving multiple dimensions and Ascension Mission Work in them, perceiving other aspects of YOU in other dimensions and timelines, continual growth of your energetic sovereignty, Embodiment of Higher Self/Selves, and increasing internal Embodiment of and connections with Source, Source-as-Self.

As I said, continual embodiment of NEW DNA automatically deposits us in a much larger playground internally and externally. Be prepared for things you cannot imagine today to quickly become your NEW normal. Be discerning when ET shows up anywhere. Don’t freak out but don’t be stupid either and don’t automatically assume anything about them. Discern, feel, observe and remain as emotionally neutral as you can while holing your own hard-earned energetic sovereignty. This is a situation of one ET (you) meeting other ETs. They are not NEW “gods”, they are our Universal neighbors. Be wise with this everyone. You’ve Worked very hard all these ascension years to get to this point so don’t drop back down into old linear ego-based 3D habits just because some small group of ETs is suddenly standing before you etherically or physically. Multiple Higher DNA Activations

Traditionally the month of April is an intense month with plenty of big Aries-like ascension related changes and April 2019 is certainly perpetuating this. It’s April 13, 2019 as I hurriedly write this and I’m rushing because I know all too well just how quickly and easily three or four weeks can come and go now and before you know it we’re in the next month! You look back at the previous month and can barely remember it and instantly find yourself deep in the next level and phase of the rapidly unfolding everything. This is us getting used to existing in non-linear, quantum, it’s always the Now Moment life and reality. Exciting, weird in a good way and it’s forcing us to quickly adapt to this timeless, more creative and much more malleable 5D and higher way of being and living.

As with everything unfolding with the Ascension and Embodiment Processes, all of us have had our preconceived expectations about how each level and phase would be like, what it would look like and how it would feel in our bodies, consciousness, lives and external reality. We’ve all had these preconceived notions, expectations and beliefs about all the Ascension Process stages, and for the most part we’ve been correct but we’ve also been wrong many times too.

I know that in many cases my, your, our Higher Self/Selves deliberately withhold certain information from these versions of us incarnate on Earth during the Ascension Process, the Embodiment Process, and the Separation of Worlds. I can feel when I, Denise, am being deliberately kept in the dark so to speak and typically it’s because I, Denise have to physically live it, embody it and be permanently changed by it from having physically lived and embodied it. There is no one else in my, in your personal Volunteer Ascension Ground Crew that can do this but me, but you, and because of this we’re often left to do it without fully understanding what and how etc. The point I want to make with this is that in these types of physical level Ascension and/or Embodiment moments, it’s all on you baby! The second I’ve done this, the temporary higher awareness blindfold is removed once again. Many times we have to live it blind so that “it” has the most impact on us, our consciousness, our physical body and our energetic structures. I mean that’s the point, physical level, biological, DNA evolution and with some of it consciously knowing it from higher levels of awareness doesn’t help us with it. Because of this and the need to have each Ascension and/or Embodiment related energetic events impact us as powerfully as they can, we’re often intentionally kept unaware of certain aspects of all this.

Never forget for a moment that we’re currently living the increasing conjuntion between Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn NOW, all year. The magic doesn’t only happen on January 12, 2020, when this astrological transit reaches the exact conjunction, it’s been happening all of 2019 and it peaks January 12, 2020. Readjust your perspective about every minute of 2019 because you are a FORErunner and this is true this with powerhouse reality-changing, Separation of Worlds, Saturn Pluto in Capricorn conjunction.

For Starseeds & Other Dimensional Incarnates “First Contact” Means Something Very Different

The entire week of April 7th thru the 13th has been very busy on multiple levels and far more is coming throughout the second half of this month. During April 7–13th many of us had written Comments under the previous article about remembering attending meetings in higher dimensions. Some of these asleep, out-of-physical-body meetings took place at the eight dimensional (8D) Galactic Federation level while most others took place in dimensions below that but were highly important and valid nonetheless. I’ve had conscious memory of having attended many big 5D and a few smaller 8D Galactic Federation meetings since the start of the 1980s. Many of these different dimensional meetings going up to the 8D Galactic Federation level were packed with currently incarnate Volunteer Starseeds individuals but many others from other dimensions and Light levels also.

[I have to share this because it’s another aspect of this article. The pressure yesterday and today, April 12–13th, has been rather intense feeling to quickly get this particular article written, edited and published asap. Keep that in heartmind the rest of this month especially.]

Many had shared in Comments about their different personal experiences at these common higher dimensional, nonphysical meetings. The talk included how much we’d all enjoy being able to get together like this but while in our physical bodies on the physical level. There was talk about meetings at a bar and laughing and sharing our earthly trials and tribulations with each other once we were out of them. All in all the discussions were something most Starseeds and other Volunteer aspects could thoroughly relate to from having lived multiple lives on both sides of the proverbial “Veil”.

The entire week of April 7th through the 13th, 2019 has been very busy on multiple levels and far more is coming throughout the second half of this month. The evening of April 10th I repeatedly saw different humanoid shaped beings moving about in my house. None of this felt or was negative but it’s been a while since this has happened for me, and it felt different somewhat and like they wanted me to be very consciously aware that they were here and moving about.

April 11th shortly after I’d gone to bed and probably only a few minutes after I’d fallen asleep, I was jolted by a lucid encounter with a large metallic cube shaped etheric device that carefully and intentionally came into contact with the tip of my right elbow. The second contact was made it hurt and jolted me back awake. For a moment I was confused and thought, out of old habit, that it was some sort of Team Dark attack. Like I said, old Team Dark PTSD! After a few minutes I realized that there had been a small group of positive higher dimensional Starbeings, aka ETs, who had intentionally used that large metallic cube device to remove some old trauma and physical level damage to my right elbow. (I’ve had pain and tendonitis in my right elbow since the late 1970s.) There may have been other reasons this happened but I wasn’t aware of them.

The main reason this event surprised me was because my once common and almost daily interactions with my higher Starbeings/ETs family as been nearly nonexistent since I started the physical level Ascension Process February 1999. I’ve had positive ET contact since birth, but once I began the Ascension Process at the physical level, they left me alone on the physical level to live and embody all I had to. It’s for this reason that I’ve been mildly surprised to have some positive Starbeings showing up in my life and house again in 2019.

The morning of April 12th I was suddenly impulsed to go visit Whitley Strieber’s website. I haven’t even thought of him in over a decade so I was also interested in why this was happening now. I read a couple of his latest Journals and checked out a couple of his current books. In one of his Journals he mentioned about how he’s being pressured now by his ET group to quickly write a book about, well, I’m not sure exactly. It sounded like they are pushing him hard now to get something specific written to help other people, and, how he’s also been under attacks by unseen negative others that do not want him to share this information. Same old story of negative controllers vs. freedom fighters on the physical and nonphysical levels. There’s other reasons why I was unexpectedly impulsed to visit his website yesterday but they’re personal. I’ve always liked the way Whitely Strieber writes but I don’t Work or live anymore where he still does. Yes, getting the information out now is very important, for everyone at their different levels and Earth worlds.

The late evening of April 12th I read a mass email notice from Sandra Walter, April Wave and Three Years of Unity Meditations! April 12, 2019. There was one main sentence in it that was valuable to me now because it helped me better connect the many Starbeings, Starseeds and ET dots that have escalated in my personal life again this month.

A ‘collective starseed DNA activation is upon us’. That helped me better understand why and what all has unfolded quickly throughout the week of April 7–13, 2019. I strongly sense there’s much more of this coming with our Starbeing, ET kinsfolk and more this month and beyond. I now understand why some of my ET family recently showed up to help me with whatever was stuck in my elbow. It also indicates why many have written Comments recently about their desires to connect more with their Star kinsfolk both in the physical as Starseeds and in higher dimensions at meetings etc.

I mentioned recently in a Comment about how I’ve been Seeing a series of cosmic walls or thresholds etc., or what others call Gateways. Because I usually always See cosmic Gates from a position above them looking down on them, they look more like the tops of sections of different walls to me. Who knows. I take what I get in the ways I get them. 😉 Anyway, what I’ve Seen of these latest cosmic wall tops—aka Gateways—is that there looks to be four or five of them in this section we’re in now. The first one looks to me to be Crystalline but slightly cloudy like dirty quartz crystal. The second, third and forth of these particular cosmic wall tops or Gateways or cosmic thresholds is more Crystalline and clear and bright until the fifth one which is Diamond-like and barely even visible because it’s of such a higher frequency. Those visuals are big clues about what we’re literally going through this month and beyond; from Crystalline to Diamond and beyond that. Include some ‘collective starseed DNA activations’ along with all this too. They’re all different aspects of the one overall Ascension and Embodiment Process and automatic Separation of Worlds. You cannot have the one without the other/others happening.

Now that we’ve talked about all this from this angle, flip it around and view and sense things from the Embodiment angle. There’s a huge and important difference. The more you, me, we Embody (capital E), the more NEW Crystalline and Diamond and also Starseed DNA we Embody, the faster the Separation of Worlds is happening. It cannot help to do so because all that NEW cannot co-exist within all that old lower negativity and escalating chaos and insanity. Absolutely cannot.

In April 2019 we’re passing through these particular four or five different cosmic wall top threshold Gateways, each one a higher frequency than the previous, then depositing us into greater NEW Photonic Light energies and space and much more with more NEW in our physical bodies and beings than before. I sense this and more is quickly evolving us into greater Embodiment, greater merging and unification with the Other aspects of our Selves in and through our physical bodies, DNA and Selves here now. We cannot fully comprehend what all that is going to automatically change in us and all around us. This year is the Separation of Worlds, the Saturn Pluto Capricorn conjunction, and “First Contact”, just not like most have expected or believed it would happen. It’s “First Contact” for sure when you, me, we start Embodying Starseed DNA in these our current physical bodies! Let go of what you thought you knew and believed because so much bigger and more complex and interesting than that is what’s really happening.

Much more to come this month and every month this year. I sense by August 2019, many things will be radically different in very positive ways for many who are ready for that level of improvement internally and externally. For others it will arrive each week or month after August leading up to January 2020. For others it will be after that. It doesn’t matter when, only that it happens for as many as can do it now. ❤

Stop Projecting Old Lower Consciousness & Beliefs on the NEW Ascending World/Worlds

This article is specifically for the people who continue projecting, expecting and applying old lower frequency consciousness, beliefs, tools and solutions on to the NEW higher frequency Earth World because it’s the only thing they’re aware of, and insist all the rest of us who’ve evolved beyond that level of consciousness do the same.

We will not go back down energetically to accommodate your lack of greater awareness, ego and/or negative ego, old belief systems, old habits and so on. Sorry but that’s not what evolution is all about. You stepping up many of those evolutionary Ascension Process (AP) energy Stair-steps is what it’s all about. And the fast easy answer to all this is that, when you evolve up those different energy, consciousness expanding, body evolving Stair-steps, you will be changed incrementally by having done so and that automatically upgrades your consciousness too. A win-win for not only you, but for everyone above and below you on those evolutionary Ascension Process energy Stair-steps.

I’ve always known how hard, and in most cases impossible, it is for anyone to be able to perceive above and beyond the lower frequency level that has been the old negative 3D Earth world we all incarnated into. I’m not special in this, everyone with a little or a lot of expanded awareness and Higher Awareness knows this about everyone that doesn’t have it themselves. It’s plainly and oftentimes painfully visible to us all, just not to you, not yet that is and we’re all doing our best to Guide you to move up these evolutionary AP energy Stair-steps despite the way you fight us, disrespect us, doubt us, and in many cases outright hate us. One thing I’d like all of you who I’m talking to specifically now in this article to do is realize that this lifetime, this evolutionary Ascension Process lifetime has been and still is hard for all of us. It does get easier the higher one goes, but getting there requires some epic personal Work on all of our parts. All as in ALL of our parts!

You know how a drunk and/or high person actually believes that you or anyone else cannot tell that they’re drunk and/or high? You know how people with mental and/or emotional illnesses etc. usually don’t know, see or realize that they’re not perceiving the world in the same ways the rest of us are? You know how all of these people — drunk, high, impaired in any way from any number of causes — always actually believes that they are just fine and that it’s YOU that’s all screwed up? This is no different than all of these other examples and you’re going to have to trust us on this one until you move up a few more energy Stair-steps to the point where you know for yourselves that this is true, which means you’ll get to experience the people below you on the AP giving you attitude and disrespect about what you’re doing, living, being, feeling, perceiving and Working very hard on. 🙂

As the high (Ascending) gets higher, the low (Descending) gets lower, so much so that eventually even many of the non-believers and narrow-minded, heartless low-vibe-tribe folks actually starts seeing and feeling the world and escalating insanity, violence, greed, ego and general negativity in every person that’s existing at that frequency around them. Once the Light is activated inside a person, they start the Process of having to honestly and consciously see, feel and know how negative, how bad, vile, corrupt and insane the old lower Earth world and reality was and is currently. Plus you get to see, feel and consciously know those lower frequency things—emotions, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, habits etc.—in yourself too. The Light gets in everywhere and illuminates everything for each person living this AP. “Waking Up” is hard and oftentimes painful in multiple ways for multiple reasons but that is what compressed evolution is, and that is what you are either living yourself at whichever energy Stair-step you’re on today, or fighting against, which will energetically draw you to a Descending Earth world that’s even worse than what has been on Earth for many thousands of years. Choose very wisely now, even if you’re not really sure about what all is going on. Look to the Light and your own HighHeart and follow them both until you know more for yourself.

Some few remaining timelines are Team Dark creations and they have been, are, and will continue going extinct, collapsing and disappearing because the old lower frequency fuel and food energies that Team Dark (TD) parasited off from humanity is no longer available to them. 1) That old lower timeline has Expired and 2) many incarnate in-body Forerunners have Worked on multiple dimensions and timelines for many years since 2012, deliberately shutting down, closing off and dead-ending many of TD’s synthetic Timelines that they created to hide in and perpetuate themselves and their ways and agendas in. We have successfully prevented them from moving into multiple future timelines and continuing what they’ve done for so long.

Back to these three Ascending and Descending options.

Those who’ve been living the AP and EP (Embodiment Process of uniting their Lower Self with their Higher Self in their current physical body and incarnation) are the ones that have been in the Primary highest Ascension Timeline. Many more people that are aware of the AP and have been living it for many years are currently existing in one or more of the numerous Secondary Ascension Timelines/Earth worlds. Quite often we shift or jump from one of the many Ascending Earth worlds that currently exist within this Secondary collection as we continue evolving and growing ourselves and our awareness. I’ve jumped from the Primary one to different Secondary ones many times over the years but I always Work my way back up into the highest frequency Primary one because that’s where I want to be. The Tertiary Earth worlds and timelines I do not go to for the simple reason that I’ve lived in one of them for the majority of my current lifetime, and have zero need to see any of them ever again. It took too much Work to anchor this Separation of Worlds & Timelines in the first place!

My point in elaborating on this current Separation of Worlds aspect of the AP is to hopefully let you reading this better understand that you can intentionally jump timelines, can intentionally Shift from any of the numerous Secondary Ascension Earth Timelines/Earth worlds. You can and do jump, shift from one to another and then another and maybe go back to one that you felt more comfortable in and so on. I want you all to also know that you can intentionally jump or shift from any of the many Secondary Ascension Earth Timelines/Earth worlds up to the highest frequency Primary Ascension Timeline and Earth world. Again, the choice is and always has been, yours, mine, each of ours. Like attracts like and is attracted to like. The frequency you are now, your rate of energetic spin (your Inner Vibration of your Lightbody) determines which of these three options you choose based on your own frequency, consciousness, HighHeart, development and focus. Needless to say, be very heartmindful of what you’re focused on and entertaining mentally, emotionally, energetically, physically, psychically, etherically etc. because it really counts now and will carry you somewhere you may not really want to end up at.

When I’m at HOME/home in my physical house I’m in the Primary Timeline. When I have to leave my house and property to say go shopping for groceries or whatever, I do my energetic best to bring the highest Primary HOME station with me. Some days doing this is easy while other days it’s nearly impossible for me for different AP reasons. Those times I jump or shift from the Primary Ascension Timeline, down into one or another of the Earth worlds that exists within the Secondary Ascension Timelines to get my shopping or whatever else I need to buy and/or have done. After that I go HOME to my physical house that exists with the Primary Timeline Earth world where I then need to recuperate from my having jumped Timelines and dimensions.

Even many people that have and still do exist within one of the many Secondary Timeline Earth worlds jump, shift between some of them within that frequency range, meaning they are jumping Timelines too but within the same frequency and dimension, but jump you do and often more times than you’re even consciously aware of! Are you starting to better understand what being a Multidimensional human is who can and does intentionally and knowingly, and many more who unintentionally and unknowingly jump Timelines and probable Earth worlds and realities all the “time”?

So when someone who exists in one or another of the many Secondary or Tertiary Timelines projects their current level of awareness, expectations, projections, habits and belief systems on to me or any other person existing in the Primary Ascension Timeline Earth world, we SEE you and we KNOW you and we RECOGNIZE you and where you’re at currently. You however cannot do this or see or feel or know beyond the frequency range and level you’re at in that moment. That will however change dramatically the second you make the constant effort to increase your spin-rate (vibrate faster and higher due to Embodying more and higher frequency Light energies into yourself and your physical body) and go even higher vibrationally. And, this never stops for any of us no matter which of these three options each of us is currently existing within that’s a frequency match to us at this time.

Because those people that currently exist within the Primary Ascension Timeline can easily feel and are consciously aware of others that currently exist in the Secondary Timeline Earth worlds, when you try to project your current level of awareness on to us, it’s pretty much like a drunk or high person trying to convince you that they’re not drunk or high. Tap dance as hard as you want but it won’t change what we already Know, See and Feel from our current frequency, dimension and level. In case anyone is thinking that I’m sounding profoundly arrogant with all this, know that I’m well-aware of the fact that there are great numbers of higher frequency Beings than me that perceive me from their even higher dimensions and levels of frequency and awareness. “One mans ceiling is another mans floor…”

Recap: You cannot haul old lower frequency stuff, beliefs, habits, thought-forms, emotions, structures, systems, laws, governments, expectations etc. into the NEW highest Primary Timeline. It does not work that way because, as Karen Bishop very correctly said over a decade ago, “Higher and lower cannot co-exist within the same space.” Thank You Karen. ❤

You cannot contaminate higher frequency spaces with lower frequency junk from the lower frequency, lower consciousness past. Period. So stop even trying and wasting your and our time trying to do so. It’s pointless, irritating and simply won’t fly at higher levels of existence. Oh you can remain in any of the many Secondary Timelines and continue trying to replicate old lower patriarchal beliefs and anything else but eventually even the people at those levels won’t allow it there either. Again, this is compressed evolution happening right now, right here to all of us and with more kick to it than ever before so, like I said earlier, choose wisely which Timeline you honestly want to find yourself in today, tomorrow, next month, next year etc.

Be wise enough right now to know that you don’t know more than you do know, then be wise and brave enough to travel up more energy Stair-steps so that your point of view becomes so much better and more expansive as will your options to continue to even higher and higher. Said with LOVE Light ❤ because every day of every month for the rest of 2017 is going to push each of us like we’ve all never been pushed before to move our much-loved, Sacred Divine backsides up a whole lot more energy Stair-steps!

BIG Stair-Step Time Again

I’ve been talking about the 1 energies of 2017, and the 9 energies of 2016, for many months now in hopes of driving an important point home, and that point is that BIG changes are about to finally manifest in the physical dimension in humans on Earth. The coming 1 energies of 2017 are not from the old lower range or cycle or cycles, but entirely from the NEW higher and that most can’t completely grasp yet.

Many of the Forerunners or ‘First Embodiers’ can feel in our bodies, consciousness, lives and HighHeart that something truly reality changing is hovering in the wings, mere inches away, excited to come in and replace all the old lower everything. Like I’ve said before, and like Sandra Walter says in her article(s), the more YOU/ME/WE each Work within ourselves to further evolve, “ascend”, grow wings and fly Home which is really anchor Home right here through our bodies and selves, the faster the entire Ascension Process manifests in the physical dimension in the human species. No pressure as this is a done deal already, nonetheless each Forerunner/First Embodier needs to consciously know this fact now if you don’t already.

Every time I get pissed off at someone or something now I instantly feel disappointed in myself. Every time I do, act, say, think or feel anything that’s from the old lower consciousness, I feel repulsed…by myself! I embarrass myself, I repulse myself, I disappoint myself and it only makes me want to further evolve even more.

This Ascension Process for the Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers etc. is like painting yourself into a corner; the only way out is up. We are very much there right now, in that corner, looking up because it—Embodiment of Higher—is our only way out of this.

The Light amplifies everything and that includes the Dark whether it’s inside you/me or outside of you/me. My feeling repulsed when I get angry or frustrated etc. (not in a state of Neutrality) is this lower stuff in me being amplified by the Light which makes it feel huge and ugly and I’m willing to do anything to not be out of Neutrality anymore! How about you? What are you willing to or ‘dare’ to release in yourself right now in 2016 that’s no longer a fit because you have evolved so far already? After all I’ve been through up to now, these small remaining bits and pieces in me are nothing to let go of once and for all. Tiny things left really in each of us, but the whole world, global reality and far beyond will leap upward into the NEW as we do what’s necessary within ourselves right now. 2017 is only fifteen minutes away my friends. I’d rather do the Inner Work now before its vastly more amplified than it is today! How about you?

For Forerunners this current period of our Embodiment is about our own ‘Spiritual Disclosure’ as Sandra Walter accurately calls it. For the masses, Disclosure is only about ETs and UFO and what the governments have withheld from the masses blah blah blah. It’s all rather boring to me being a Starseed myself; the human masses don’t even realize that ETs in the form of Starseeds are probably some of their next door neighbors, co-workers, friends or acquaintances. Remember that great line from an old song whose name I can’t remember ‘…one man’s ceiling is another man’s floor…’ ? Stair-step levels for the Forerunners, different Stair-step levels for the masses, but we’re all going up.

Every time I have some random stupid-ass thought (sorry but many of them are just plain stupid and pointless) I ask myself, In the great scheme of things Denise, how important is this really? And every time my answer to myself is, it isn’t. It’s a bad habit from the old lower times and consciousness that I’m increasingly repulsed by when they happen. Painted myself into a corner. Oh yeah, up, not horizontal round and round in mental and/or emotional tail-chasing from the past no matter how habitual, but up and out for good. Now in mid stupid-ass thought I stop myself because I actually remember how pointlessly zombie-like it is and intentionally redirect my consciousness to something I do want to focus on, which is my HighHeart. Once back there everything makes sense again in that NEW easier and immediate way.

I’ll wrap this up by reminding us all that it’s June 2016, the halfway point of the year and about nine minutes away from the September Equinox and last three months of 2016…that are going to be epic for everyone no matter which evolutionary Ascension Process stair-step they’re on. Do it now or do it later but know that you will do it because there’s nothing else to do but it at this point. Congratulations for reaching this point within the Process, but now, go that extra step and really make a difference for yourself and All. Thank You all for your ongoing Great Works. ❤
