2022 Life On Ascending NEW Earth

Over the past few days, I’ve received multiple emails from readers wondering what’s happening energetically because it’s been so wildly amplified.

Remember back in February 2022, I talked about how some of us had made first physical level contact with ascending NEW Earth? During January and February of 2022, actual physical CHANGEOVER first contact was made with ascending NEW Earth. Think of this from frequencies, not physically changing from one Earth to another. Think of and feel this information “holistically”, Spherically, not linearly and separated.

By February 22, 2022, an incredible ascension frequency milestone was reached, and most don’t realize it. From my personal experience Working on this CHANGEOVER, we entered ascending NEW Earth on the physical level late February 2022. It wasn’t blatantly noticeable at the time as we’d only just stepped into the first energy level of this higher octave Light energy template of ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans. However, every week and month since, it’s gotten increasing more energy intense and very rapidly. It is much more noticeable now in mid-September. And can you believe it’s days before the September 2022 Equinox already? What a high-speed entire frequency shifting process it’s been—and will continue to be—since our first physical entrance into higher realm and frequency ascending NEW Earth in late February 2022. The September 2022 Equinox will make this evolutionary frequency shift consciously known and felt to far more people.

It needs to be stressed that, since 1998-1999, we’ve always been on the approach side of this important evolutionary frequency CHANGEOVER point. We’ve been Working our ways towards this incredible shift point where we finally ascended from the old Earth world to ascending NEW Earth. We are no longer Working on the approach side of this major transition point; we are now in the NEW Divine Mother Feminine energy template of ascending NEW Earth. That’s why the energies are so much more intense, more crystalline brilliant Light, purer, and so much higher in frequency. We very much have ascended up into this higher energy frequency octave and NEW reality template and we’ve been increasingly feeling it in all sorts of ways in our bodies, minds, hearts, CNS, lives and personal realities since February 2022. Understand that you are no longer on the approach side but are now on ascending NEW Earth and existing in its matching NEW crystalline Light energy template structure(s), matching codes, greater NEW DNA, and more.

There are plenty of body and head symptoms from our ascension up to higher frequency NEW Earth and its NEW template and codes this year. One primary one is what I’ve called the Inner Body Vibrations. The more higher frequency Light we embody, the greater, faster vibrating, and brighter our individual inner Light becomes. Said another way, the more Light we embody, the faster we vibrate, meaning the higher we ascend frequency-wise until we’re capable of existing within the next higher realm because we’ve individually and internally matched it within ourselves and physical bodies.

Lately there’s been more head pains and pressures because our Pituitary gland (old lower Earth template frequency and energy system “Brow Chakra”. It is much more now, so do not limit it or anything else with old lower consciousness and beliefs that no longer apply because we’ve evolved beyond them) is expanding and ascending some more. This often is connected to the again old lower Earth term “Crown Chakra” Pineal gland, which is usually felt both inside your physical head in the center and also outside the head about a foot or more above the physical head.

This ongoing ever higher ascending expansion typically causes headaches, head pains, head pressures, and sometimes mild to severe counterclockwise (Milky Way galaxy spin) head spinning vertigo. These head spinnies/vertigo periods are different things, one of them being how much more the first NEW Humans have vibrationally synced up with and can consciously feel the Milky Way galaxy rotation in their physical NEW Human Triality frequency, crystalline head and brain gland energy structures.

The same is the case with Earth which is why more and more first NEW Humans are and will continue to individually feel Earth in their physical bodies because they are vibrationally synced up with ascending NEW Earth.

The same is true with the Sun and the first NEW Humans and how they’ve vibrationally synced up with the Sun to the point where they can feel what’s happening in the Sun in their physical bodies, heads and HighHearts.

The same is true with the Water, the Air, animals and all life on Earth, and increasingly, beyond it. These are just some of the normal higher frequency Triality traits, abilities and HighHeart Center consciousness that every NEW Human will have. The first ones are already synced up enough with the Milky Way galaxy, the Sun, the Earth/Gaia and increasingly more every month which automatically makes it utterly impossible to mutilate or parasite off of anything anymore. It would never enter a NEW Human’s consciousness to do so.

Another intense Ascension Process symptom, and now the CHANGEOVER shift to the next higher frequency realm where Triality-based ascending NEW Earth and NEW Humans exist now, is what I’ve called the Inner Body Vibrations. That’s a general term for our ongoing internal increase of greater and ever higher frequency embodied Light. We embody more Light, we vibrate faster internally, and this is felt inside our physical bodies as a mild to extreme vibration and/or actual shaking. Increasing one’s ‘Light quotient’ naturally causes one to feel their internal vibrating faster and faster over the years as one accumulates greater embodied Light frequencies internally.

It’s common to feel extra physically weakened (whole body and certain major muscles) and deeply exhausted after another round of embodying more higher frequency Light energies into your physical body, and/or going through another HighHeart expansion. This has been happening at profound levels all year, much more so during the second half of August and all of September 2022. This and more will continue from here on out because the great CHANGEOVER shift has happened and we’re now in the much higher frequency NEW Earth side than the previous approach side. Everything we experience, feel, do and create is now in this NEW higher level and state of being, so expect some fairly big, potent changes to how things feel and seem to you for a good while. Again, the September 2022 Equinox will cause more people to become aware that this major evolutionary CHANGEOVER shift has indeed happened earlier this year.

Another natural ascension symptom is periods where your mind and thoughts just don’t work for you as you’d like them to at the time. I’m not talking about ascension caused “brain fog” but periods where it just doesn’t work no matter how hard you try. I’ve experienced this off and on since my Ascension Process started in 1999 and had a brief period of it again only last week. You need to mentally focus on something and “figure it out” but that part of your pre-ascension mind/brain/consciousness simply is shutdown, is totally offline at the moment. And because this can’t be strongarmed back into working as you want it to, you’re left with having to wait until some semblance of old linear cognition returns. This too is part of our evolution from one frequency level, one dimension, one massive energy template for humanity and reality into a higher frequency level, dimension, template, consciousness, state of being and much more. Trust, wait, learn and be willing to change repeatedly. Your mind isn’t broken or not working correctly, it’s deliberately been put on hold because a NEW higher system is replacing it.

I’ve also been experiencing lately an amplification of some seriously unpleasant, violent, negative thoughts rolling through my consciousness. Because I know what’s mine and what’s others, it’s fairly easy for me to recognize that these recent super nasty violent thoughts are mental sludge from humanity and not from me. This has been rather severe (again) these past two months, so if you’ve been experiencing this too, discern if it’s yours or more human mental flotsam. Shit in, shit out, and carry on as usual first NEW Humans.

Because of the constant energy increasing fact of our now being firmly planted in and on ascending NEW Earth at this much higher NEW level, the die-off rate will continue to accelerate so be prepared for that too. It was activated when Phase 2 of the Ascension Process started in January 2020, and many chose the pandemic as their fast exit out of ascending Earth life. Now that contact with ascending NEW Earth was made in late February 2022, this sudden, rapid die-off of more and more people (and certain animals) will escalate considerably. We’re now going where we’re going and they’re now going where they are. Carry on as usual first NEW Humans.

I’ve been clairvoyantly Seeing more energy additions, further energy expansions taking place in the NEW Triality-based NEW Human, NEW Earth codes the past two months. I can tell they’re the same NEW template higher octave codes that started arriving in December 2018, and more of them in December 2019, but that they’re being added on to in 2022, which changes the way they look and feel to me somewhat. Basically, they’re becoming increasingly complex. This is another reason why we’ve been feeling more intense ascension symptoms in our physical bodies, heads, HighHeart Centers and CNS this year. We’re “there” yes, but we’re still in tremendous NEW growth and expansion and will be for the rest of our lives.

Don’t think of or celebrate the September Equinox—or anything else—as a singular, isolated, linear energy event. We do not exist that way at that lower level anymore. Think of the September Equinox as another energy stairstep in a long flight of ascending stairs. Stop deifying dates, numbers, New and Full Moons, eclipses, Equinoxes and Solstices and recognize them all as different energy stairsteps within the evolutionary Ascension Process. Perceive “holistically”, Spherically, not linearly and separately. We’re in Triality frequency now which is a higher realm and frequency entirely and we’re now on ascending NEW Earth which exists in it.

The Initiatic Evolutionary Journey: Stair-steps To Freedom

Wild times lately huh? Wild, enlightening and wonderful, and the higher level overview is always so much more impressive, simplified and clear than the previous level we were in. The higher we ascend, the more we see, feel and understand as we continue our evolutionary induced ascent. Climb baby climb!

I knew more Higher Awareness was just around the cosmic corner because we’d reached a more elevated NEW landing on these Ascension Embodiment Process stair-steps with entry into 2018. Some of what’s been expanding for me so far this year has been a higher overview and more detailed understanding about the different Initiatic Ascension Process (AP) energy stair-steps and higher landing levels for people coming up behind the Forerunner Pathpavers etc. As a Forerunner of the Forerunners I believed that the extreme Initiations I went through that started on the physical and biological levels 1998–1999, were more dangerous, negative, bloody and difficult because no one had cleared the energetic Ascension Path way back then. I was a point man, one of a very small First Wave Forerunner of the Forerunners group far out front with machetes hacking away for two decades at the internal and external, personal and collective dense negative overgrown 3D jungle foliage to clear an Ascension pathway for not only myself, ourselves, but for all who would be coming along—Ascending—behind this small but hearty first Pathpaving group.

When You Start “Waking Up”, You Do So In The Old DARK

One of the first realizations that hits people when they start to “wake up” from being activated by the evolutionary AP, is that almost immediately they’re under attack by pretty much everything and everyone. People and lifestyles, old lower level consciousness, habits and expectations etc. suddenly aren’t satisfying or fulfilling once one is in the “waking up” phase of the AP. Your family, friends, neighbors, partners, mates, husband or wife quickly become dense unaware jerks, or worse, from your newly activated ascending perspective. And usually they don’t want you to change and some greatly resent you for changing and no longer conforming to the family tribe and human collective herd. There’s also your old pre-Ascension friends and buddies that you find you have outgrown almost overnight. You’re suddenly faced with the painful fact that old lower frequency, density and consciousness relationships of all types (and everything else for that matter) no longer work for you because you’ve changed in positive and sudden maverick-like ways that they’re not anywhere near ready to deal with or understand. Because of this and hundreds of other things, you have to continue on the AP path, and as you do your once heavily populated life quickly becomes a lone solo journey into the great and seemingly endless unknown, and typically while under varying degrees of negative physical and psychic, etheric and Astral attacks.

The unaware and heartless people still existing in the DARK don’t take kindly to you “waking up” and rocking the old negative 3D patriarchal boat with your newfound beginner amount of LIGHT so, you come under repeated attacks by them because of it. Way freaking harsh treatment for simply being activated by the natural evolutionary Ascension Process but this is how it’s been for most of us. My point is that during the early phase of the AP, we all are repeatedly attacked by low consciousness people, some of them profoundly worse than others, who are frequency matching conduits with and portals for negative aliens, beings, entities, demons etc. or Team Dark as I call them all. As harsh as this all is, what’s worse is that most people who’ve been activated by the AP Light energies to quickly evolve don’t even understand why they’re being attacked by negative humans and nonhuman beings. This beginning period of the AP for most of us is so hard and confusing, not to mention terribly dangerous and painful in multiple ways, while we slowly realize what’s going on and why. It’s like a baby bird getting pushed out of the nest and having to figure out how to not get eaten by predators and quickly master flying at the same time. The learning curve at this stage is very intense, steep and usually one big blur of physical, psychic, etheric, emotional and mental pain and confusion while trying to not get murdered or mutilated beyond repair by Team Dark (TD) human psychopaths and/or nonphysical aliens, demons and whatnot. This is not at all exaggerated information but greatly and intentionally diluted information.

My only child, my adult son, is dangerously deep in this phase of physical negative old world human psychopaths trying to kill him, kill those close to him, mutilate him, poison him, break him in a number of ways and/or scare him away from their perceived physical territory. What I didn’t realize until I was physically with him Tuesday of this week after not seeing or talking with him for a few years (for AP reasons for myself at my stair-step and him at his), is just how archetypal these early Ascension Process Initiatory stair-step phases are. His personal experiences are slightly different from the ones I experienced from 1999 on—and included much of in A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution (2010)—but they are archetypal in that Dark is Dark and Light is Light and all that’s got to be resolved as my book title indicates, and personally integrated, Alchemically transmuted and unified and finally transcended into something much higher in frequency by each of us individually. Resolving personal internal and external Duality, polarity, separation etc. to ascend beyond it and exist in a higher frequency and state of being and reality. Simultaneously, human psychopaths fighting and killing others over old negative 3D beliefs, territories and expectations that are all going extinct anyway, or simply because someone is ascending and Embodies Light in their territorial darkness. Time is short kids, “wake up” quickly and get your Inner Work done and physically move if needed and move on up energetically to the next higher Initiatic flight of AP stair-steps. Learn to fly and not get eaten by lowly insane predators; the evolutionary Light has your back, your heart and is the energetic force under your NEW wings so “fly” like everything depends on you getting more elevation quickly.

The other aspect of this with my son was, after he shared what he’s been going through with all this, not that he was consciously aware it was the AP, was what if anything should I do or not do about these dangerous Initiatic situations he’s in now. As I do with all things, I step way back to get a higher and larger overview of what’s all going on at that moment. Once I’ve expanded my awareness and perspective, I know what to do and/or not do, and in this case I wanted to discern who the people are that are trying to kill my son and where they live physically in relation to where he now lives. Once I’d done that and understood why they’re doing all they have for a very long time to anyone who takes up residence and employment in what they believe is their territory, I intentionally anchored layers and layers of higher frequency Light into that entire physical land area. I’ve been doing this all week and after that I called upon one archangel to help protect my son and his wife so they can continue their “waking up” phase of the AP long enough to realize they need to physically relocate asap, like it or not, ready or not, can afford it or not and they cannot. How many times have each of us HAD to move for similar reasons throughout our AP Initiations? Initiatic stair-steps.

The first day of my intentionally Working more Light into that land area I clairvoyantly Saw increased dark etheric activity inside my house which is fairly common still. After three days and nights of me Consciously Creating a Light saturated safe space for him and his wife to continue their AP, plus flooding hundreds of miles of land in the local area and state he lives in with higher frequency Light, I had an old familiar archetypal nightmare. I’ve had these victimizer/victim nightmares all my life up until the point I ascended out of frequency range of the old lower TD Earth world and negative Astral a few years ago. It was glorious to finally evolve myself out of range of these frequencies, beings, energies, emotions and consciousness. However, my extended focusing on negative TD humans and aliens (aliens because they’re involved with all this) for three days and nights was all it took to experience another of these horrific murder-spree type nightmares where human psychopaths hunt, capture and murder innocent humans, usually females but certainly not limited to. This is another reason it’s best to not look back but continue moving forward with your AP/EP. Unless you’ve got abundant personal Forerunner Light, knowledge and training under your own Divine belt and know how to deal with negative repercussions caused by your actions, just keep expanding and Embodying and take a pass for the time-being on evicting the Dark negativity. This is how some Forerunner Pathpavers Wayshowers learn; we push, we test, we intentionally drive the AP and EP higher and higher because we excel at this and more, and when TD retaliates, we learn from that too and continue on ever more empowered.

There Are No Coinky Dinks

I mention this because everything I’ve discussed about my son and what he’s been going through for years already but is currently highly amplified has been happening only a few physical miles south of Sedona. Everyone please read between the 5D lines here again. The ‘Light Tribe’ intentionally Works the Light in all sorts of creative and beneficial ways both known and unknown for people—family and strangers alike—in different places on and off Earth and at different times but always for the AP and EP processes of everyone at every stair-step. The timing of these individual Initiations, struggles and difficulties, ongoing evolutionary shifts for more of humanity, intentional ‘Light Tribe Gathering’, my personal and collective Working of the Light in this particular physical location this week in highly amplified ways is no coincidence. It’s another intentional higher-level directing of the AP and EP Light energies by the Pathpaving Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners etc. for everyone everywhere. There will be more NEW positive repercussions from this week’s Light Work by myself from my level(s), home and space, by my son from his level and space, from tomorrows ‘Light Tribe Gathering’ in Sedona, and by other Forerunners unseen but also highly focused on Working the Light from the privacy of their physical homes and properties plus multidimensional levels of being and awareness as well. ❤ ❤ ❤

20-Year Ascension Process Anniversary

For some of us the start of 2018 is the 20-year mark of our living the Ascension Process (AP) at the physical body biological level. Many of us started the AP a decade or more before that at etheric levels where we began doing mandatory Inner Work on our personal issues, emotional wounds, fears, imbalances, projections and all unresolved dense energies and energetic issues from our current life and any others that needed resolution now. In addition, some of us had been consciously and knowingly Working from our sleep states both individually and with groups of other Volunteers, Starseeds, Higher Dimensionals and other positive non-physical Beings for a decade and more before that. An even smaller handful of us have been conscious of being incarnate on Earth in these lives to anchor and Embody the evolutionary AP from infancy. Even though many of us have been at this multi-leveled AP since around 1998–1999 which has felt like a lifetime!, some of us have actually been at it since birth in this life, including a good number of past-lives all designed to help us carry out the AP and EP (Embodiment Process) from our current physical bodies here and now. No matter how many more decades you’ve personally lived the AP in this life, congratulations on reaching the physical level 20-year mark in 2018.

I’ve never read many people’s AP writings or channelings online or in books because the majority I did read a bit of years ago was distorted a little or a lot, incorrect overall, or reeked of Team Dark a little or a lot. As the AP years pushed on these past 20 years and counting, I knew once we got past December 2012, it would become increasingly obvious to more people (readers) who the authentic and knowledgeable AP teachers and writers actually were and who wasn’t and the wide range of levels between them.

One thing I’ve noticed since 2013 with a small few of the accurate AP writers, including some non-physical beings that channeled material (in my opinion), is a continuation from them of what sounds like judgements, mild insults, and talking down to type language to their readers.

Having said that I am painfully aware of how many times I’ve fallen short (a little or a lot) of actually producing what I intended to write about over the 15 years I’ve written online about the AP, and from a high and compassionate level. Writing about the AP and EP while living it is far more difficult than most realize for a range of reasons. Despite all that, I’m finding that because some of these teachers/writers who are still in 2018, saying certain things in their writings that sound and feel like judgements and mild insults, I’m increasingly having to go my own way, which is pretty much what I’ve done my whole life anyway. I’m well aware of how hard it is to write something and have 100 people read it and have 100 different interpretations of what I wrote and intended to express in my writing. I’ve dealt with this all along because it just goes with the job of writing about the AP and EP online. However in 2018, the NEW is pushing each of us to do this ourselves, and in our own unique ways, and at this time and this current level we’re each at now. As time goes on and we individually get better at being First Embodiers and energetically Sovereign beings in physical bodies, I believe these things won’t exist or won’t matter if they still do. But for now it’s increasingly feeling like, You’d better get really good at doing this yourself people! This is another aspect of becoming energetically Sovereign First Embodiers.

I hope I said just enough about this for most to recognize what I’m talking about without going into details. Recognize how advanced you are at this 20-year mark because Embodiment is a full-time job and way of life, reality and being. ❤

January 29, 2018, was another huge transitional energy shift day. The Total Lunar Eclipse was January 31st for those of you who are also having a time repeatedly locating and confining yourself in linear time. January 29th feels like half a year ago and yet it’s only been a few days. My point is that on the morning of January 29th I suddenly became super freezing cold on the inside from head to toe and shortly thereafter found myself quickly exiting my physical body via falling asleep. I slept most of that day which hasn’t happened to this degree since the big energies of 12-12-2012. The Total Lunar Eclipse two days later had very little affect on me because of what happened energetically on the 29th. Sometimes it’s not the highlighted day that’s important but the time leading up to it. In many cases, by the time we’ve reached the big day be that an Equinox, a Solstice, a Super Duper Whatever Spangled Total Lunar or Solar Eclipse, the whole thing was experienced, lived and Embodied by many PRIOR to the day or days it arrived. We went through another HUGE change energetically on January 29, 2018, two days before the Total Lunar Eclipse on January 31st.

February 1, 2018, was the 20th anniversary of my physical body biological level AP, so what happened that day makes sense to me for more reasons than the obvious. Stair-steps.

For me, twenty years ago it activated as a rapid and severe evolutionary Ascension Process at the physical body level. Twenty years later, it is the ongoing Embodiment Process at the physical body level. On the one hand the AP and EP are the same thing; on the other hand they’re radically different processes due to radically different levels of density, Light, energies, awareness, ability, existence and compatibility with greatly higher frequency Light energies. Twenty years ago I could not have done nor physically survived what I experienced in my physical body and Self Thursday, February 1, 2018. I’m sharing this experience because I know many of you went through your own versions of this in your own unique ways that were tailored to and for you at this precise time too.

With the start of January of 2017, I distinctly felt my ongoing and constantly escalating (by a little or a lot) Embodiment Process happening at greater levels than previously, as should be expected. I remember the day this happened as clearly as the day it happened one year later on February 1, 2018. I’d gone shopping in late January 2017, and while pushing my shopping cart to my car I felt so physically horrible and in such amplified pain that I honestly wondered if I’d be able to drive myself home. I was able to drive myself home but that NEW-to-me January 2017 level of physical pain and whole-body swelling was so severe that I wondered how 2017 was going to play out for the First Embodiers as it started with another EP expansion bang!

Jump forward one year to February 1, 2018, and I was shopping again and while in the store experienced this same amplification about a 100% greater than what it had been for me in January 2017. The physical pain was not only severe but was a whole-body affair and so amplified that I hoped I’d just make it to my car let alone drive myself home! I got myself home, the groceries unloaded into the house and put away. Once all the work after the work was done, I took some over-the-counter pain pills and got horizontal trying to have my muscles stop spasming and the pain stop or at least reduce a good bit. No such luck for hours on February 1, 2018 however. The severe whole-body pain continued for hours and I was not willing to endure that level of physical body pain any longer. I wanted to die and be free of that level of pain and was considering suicide in a way I never have before. Said another way, this was some serious shit going down and I wasn’t willing to suffer at such an amplified level as this was after a lifetime of other physical pains not to mention 20 years of Ascension Process pains. I tried every tactic I knew and nothing worked and it felt like the whole-body pain would break me in multiple ways. It probably would have had I not finally gotten pissed off by it all and demanded an explanation. Ya gotta LOVE the Embodiment Process!

The second I demanded an explanation to why the physical pain was so profoundly severe compared to anything I’ve ever experienced before, that blessed inner voice that sounds just like me said, “Because your Heart isn’t big enough.”

Are the images in this article of a heart expanding multiple times making sense yet? This is why; “Because your Heart isn’t big enough”… for the next level of the ongoing Embodiment.

The second I heard my inner voice Higher Awareness say this I knew exactly what it meant and why etc. I immediately set about making more personal inner adjustments to help my physical body with this painful EP moment at this NEW expanded and higher level. First I fully released and surrendered, then began intentionally breathing into my HighHeart to help it—my HighHeart—expand even more so it could comfortably house more of what was being Embodied at that moment. The second I began doing this the physical pains reduced considerably and eventually stopped altogether, however, what a moment of learning, expansion and further Embodiment it was! And, just so there’s no confusion, this EP will continue in leaps and bounds like this month after month and year after year so don’t think, believe or expect the Embodiment Process to be a once and done thing because nothing about the AP or the EP has or will ever work like that. Stair-steps because the higher frequency energies and sudden expansion would destroy our physical bodies which is exactly opposite of what’s intended with the AP and EP processes.

My heart wasn’t big enough because I was blocked, limited, fearful, hadn’t done the Inner Work or any other such incorrect thing. My “heart wasn’t big enough” for another and higher frequency layer of Embodiment to happen on the physical level, comfortably.

The Embodiment Process is ongoing and much like physical exercising and “working out” to create a more healthy, fit and/or attractive physical body is. You don’t exercise only once and instantly have the “perfect body”, it takes time, effort and plenty of repetition before one even begins to see external results from all the hard sweaty exercise work. The same is true with the Embodiment Process; it takes time, effort and plenty of repetition to slowly, safely and comfortably build up and continue expanding the EP. Just like when you exercise with weights to build muscle, over time you increase the weight to build larger muscles otherwise you hit a plateau and don’t increase muscle size but just maintain what you’ve already achieved. Stair-steps.

While I was going through this February 1, 2018 Embodiment Process expansion on multiple levels, I Saw and understood many other related things that were amazing, dare I say profound even. One of the things I Saw and understood was a greatly expanded awareness about Source and Divine Mother/Feminine and how they “make LOVE”. Not “love” but LOVE. Yeah, I know, there aren’t words only HighHeart explosions at higher and more vast levels than the last one. Release and surrender over and over and over and it starts becoming normal…

The other main aspect and side effect of the ongoing Embodiment Process is that of increasingly becoming more and more energetically Sovereign individually. Source-as-Self, Self-as-Source — eventually you become Embodied enough of your Higher Selves and those energy and consciousness levels that you directly physically house enough Source energies to be capable of energetically self-sustaining your physical body and personal reality, plus Consciously Creating much more for yourself and others as well. But to ascend to this level of being in our physical bodies requires repeatedly “making our Hearts bigger” so we can Embody more, greater and much higher frequency levels of our Higher Selves, energies, levels and Source. Increasingly doing so causes us to become more and more energetically Sovereign, meaning we’re becoming self-sustained, completely non-parasitic Beings of Light in physical bodies that are conscious of our multidimensional natures and interacting with them from this physical conscious level.

We all know that tomorrow things will change dramatically. Please note that I did not say in a good or positive way, or in a bad or negative way—old lower Duality consciousness—I just said things are going to start changing now, and changing in this case is code for evolving. Not a lot of need to talk about the down n’ dirty of this in the physical level with the governments, political parties, presidents & entourage and such. It’s obvious to those with Higher Awareness, multidimensional perspectives and firsthand knowledge and experience of this Ascension Process as Forerunners/Pathpavers but it’s a terrifying concern for the majority, an honest belief and high-hope at best for many others. Give them all time because most of these big changes beginning now will do the job for most of them no matter which belief system and political party they have tucked under their old lower 3D hearts. Also please note that I did not say all of them. Always perceive from your HighHeart.

We’ve reached the time, the point within the Ascension Process where everyone else will now start to realize that things are changing and will continue changing and in ways they never ever thought they would or even could. This isn’t about one guy or a party or corporations etc., but about planetary and Universal evolution, and typically when this point is reached in the physical level/world/reality, people’s Adrenalin gets pumping good and hard for many reasons! This is “the Shift” for them in whatever way that translates for each person at each level or Stair-step they’re on at this time.

Some of you may remember something I repeatedly went through during the summer months of 2016, with three different handyman, a fence guy, an electrician etc. It was highly unpleasant but even while being assailed by these three different men in my house (three different times mind you!) that I’d hired to do some work, I could tell that something important was trying to be revealed to me back then. What all three of these men did was preach at me about the glories of Trump and how he was going to make it right, good and correct again and how he’d send all the “bad people” to prison etc. Because all three of these males were psychopaths and misogynists and they were in my home, I did my best to survive them plus get the messages being revealed to me through these highly unstable people. I’ve dodged patriarchal misogynist psychopaths all my life just like most of you have, but this was different and I didn’t completely get the prophetic messages back in June, July and August 2016.

I assumed that Hilary would win and she would have had these other powers and people not done everything they’ve done for the past couple of decades. What I couldn’t understand was that if she did win, it would simply be more of the same old patriarchal crap and that didn’t match up with where we’re at in the Ascension Process. So, to help get everyone more aware of how insane and negative things really have been all along, we needed someone and a group of steadfast sycophants to pull it all apart right in front of the entire world. Humans need it to get so bad and in-your-face blatant for all to see, hear and feel for themselves so they’re finally ready and willing to change/evolve. We needed someone & co. to light blazing obscene fires under unaware asses, deluded minds and long disempowered hearts to get them to make changes inside themselves. Again, this is evolution in this physical world for the masses. The 1960s were the First Phase of this with some of the Hippies actually being Forerunners back then. Today in Phase Two, it’s the Indigos and others. Breath, it will be okay, but for the majority of the masses things have to get so bad they’re embarrassed and all done before they’re lit up enough to dare personal change internally and externally. Humanity has arrived at this point now, and more so soon enough, so let them go through what they must while you simultaneously continue doing what you/me/we Forerunners have all along.

You know how things can’t and won’t begin until it’s the exact time for them to do so? How the planet(s) have to turn direct or change sign or whatever, and how the number energies have to go through the final series of the 9 and then the zero to finally reach the NEW 1 energies before things will really get going and so on? All this and more has gotten activated with our sojourn through this last 9 cycle, then through the Zero Zone zero energies between the 9 and the 1, and finally into the 1 energies in the NEW higher level and cycle. We’re there now which means things for everyone have changed, again. Welcome to the NEW latest and greatest energy Stair-step Forerunners and very well done. ❤

As soon as all the different pieces moved forward via the start of 2017, Angelic Lightbeings, different groups of ETs, different Galactics, Master Beings and such have all shifted into this NEW phase of the Ascension Process and that very much includes the incarnate Forerunners/Starseeds/Pathpavers/First Embodiers. Each of our Ascension related Mission Work has recently shifted too so expect your Higher Dimensional Crews, your Friends and Family from Home, your Star Kin, your Higher Self etc. to have updated information and Mission Work for you now. That sounds more dramatic than it really is as we’ve been through these updates hundreds of times, but be receptive to NEW information from them and your Higher Self now.

For most Forerunners this indicates we’ve evolved into a NEW level and phase of our Work and ongoing Process of evolutionary Ascension. You may find that how the information you used to receive has recently changed again. Or you may find that the information, the Light now comes to you in much more subtle and less dramatic ways. The main way I’ve experienced this so far is that the information, the Higher Awareness, the knowing is now so subtle, natural and internal that it doesn’t seem, feel or look to me as if it’s external information at all. This is one of many clues that you’ve evolved to another higher level of being and awareness, and because of this, you’re directly connected to and receiving Higher Light information in this more “adult”, sovereign, 5D way. This is going to continue for the Forerunners/Starseeds etc. this year very quickly and intensely so pay attention to the subtle knowings inside your HighHeart now like never before. Less linear thinking and much more quantum knowing because you’re now able to embody and maintain that level of Light Energy and not have any detrimental side effects from it.

Another NEW 2017 thing for Forerunners/Starseeds/First Embodiers etc. is that each of us must fully, consciously realize just how powerful we each are now and that we’re Consciously Creating the NEW now and far into the “future” as well and this too has become so subtle and natural feeling. Having spent so many decades in old lower 3D physicality, it’s taking some readjusting to what we were used to before we volunteered to come here and catch the energy balls Source throws out. It’s not so laborious and time-consuming anymore nor is it backbreaking and dangerous like it used to be only a few years ago. Now it’s just you/me/we thinking, feeling and visualizing what we are and what we want life on Earth and beyond to be now at this higher level in this higher evolutionary cycle. That term of Conscious Creators means something very different from what it did two, three, five years ago because it’s so fast and dare I say easy now in comparison. Point is to be aware of what you’re focused on now because you can build up a “reality” around it now very quickly. This is one of many 5D responsibilities we’re now quickly remembering while in human bodies of Light capable of Consciously Creating.

Another thing I’ve had to get a better grasp on is that of my being a Light Generator, a Beacon of Light, a Transmitter of Light on this planet and dimension as Denise. They were just words, nice words yes but they didn’t carry the full impact for me that they should have I feel. They do now in January 2017. When I leave my house to go shopping or do anything outside, I/you/we Forerunners need to now fully understand that your/my/our individual presence walking around out there in the world is literally changing it, evolving it. We don’t need to say anything to anyone nor do we need to think of ourselves as “holy” or any other such nonsense. We are the I AM incarnate in human form and we literally radiate Light and LOVE and Divine Source as sovereign individuals now. And obviously, there are repercussions to this of course, some pleasant, some unpleasant. Let your Higher Awareness and natural inner knowing tell you of what, if anything, you need to do or say or not do or not say in every situation. This too is another of those many 5D responsibilities more Forerunners are dealing with in greater ways than we were before.

om1 This information I’m going to share next is only to express how potent and reality changing the shift into 2017 actually is. Please understand that I’m not telling you this because I need or want your condolences or sympathies or any such thing because I do not. I’m perfectly fine and have expected this and already bled over it for the past thirty-plus years. My sister died January 16, 2017, at the age of 58. She died this young because she abused her body, and everything else, horribly since her early teens so this was not a surprise at all but a relief. Again, I’m fine with this and if you knew the lifelong back story you’d understand why. It was vastly worse when my best cat friend died on November 16, 2016, because he was not a drug addict, had bulimia for forty-some years, nor fractured multiple times and mentally and emotionally ill and possessed.

I know many of you have had one after another family members and other loved ones die during these Ascension years. I know I’ve entered that time in 2017, and I intend to move through these events when they and all other evolutionary changes happen with as much wisdom and awareness as I’m capable of in each moment. NEW Mission Work, NEW energies, NEW evolutionary changes, some grand, some painful, but all are aspects of the Ascension Process. Step up and into your latest NEW shift Work Forerunners because humanity needs us and what we do even though they don’t even know we exist. ❤ ❤ ❤

I’ve been talking about the 1 energies of 2017, and the 9 energies of 2016, for many months now in hopes of driving an important point home, and that point is that BIG changes are about to finally manifest in the physical dimension in humans on Earth. The coming 1 energies of 2017 are not from the old lower range or cycle or cycles, but entirely from the NEW higher and that most can’t completely grasp yet.

Many of the Forerunners or ‘First Embodiers’ can feel in our bodies, consciousness, lives and HighHeart that something truly reality changing is hovering in the wings, mere inches away, excited to come in and replace all the old lower everything. Like I’ve said before, and like Sandra Walter says in her article(s), the more YOU/ME/WE each Work within ourselves to further evolve, “ascend”, grow wings and fly Home which is really anchor Home right here through our bodies and selves, the faster the entire Ascension Process manifests in the physical dimension in the human species. No pressure as this is a done deal already, nonetheless each Forerunner/First Embodier needs to consciously know this fact now if you don’t already.

Every time I get pissed off at someone or something now I instantly feel disappointed in myself. Every time I do, act, say, think or feel anything that’s from the old lower consciousness, I feel repulsed…by myself! I embarrass myself, I repulse myself, I disappoint myself and it only makes me want to further evolve even more.

This Ascension Process for the Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers etc. is like painting yourself into a corner; the only way out is up. We are very much there right now, in that corner, looking up because it—Embodiment of Higher—is our only way out of this.

The Light amplifies everything and that includes the Dark whether it’s inside you/me or outside of you/me. My feeling repulsed when I get angry or frustrated etc. (not in a state of Neutrality) is this lower stuff in me being amplified by the Light which makes it feel huge and ugly and I’m willing to do anything to not be out of Neutrality anymore! How about you? What are you willing to or ‘dare’ to release in yourself right now in 2016 that’s no longer a fit because you have evolved so far already? After all I’ve been through up to now, these small remaining bits and pieces in me are nothing to let go of once and for all. Tiny things left really in each of us, but the whole world, global reality and far beyond will leap upward into the NEW as we do what’s necessary within ourselves right now. 2017 is only fifteen minutes away my friends. I’d rather do the Inner Work now before its vastly more amplified than it is today! How about you?

For Forerunners this current period of our Embodiment is about our own ‘Spiritual Disclosure’ as Sandra Walter accurately calls it. For the masses, Disclosure is only about ETs and UFO and what the governments have withheld from the masses blah blah blah. It’s all rather boring to me being a Starseed myself; the human masses don’t even realize that ETs in the form of Starseeds are probably some of their next door neighbors, co-workers, friends or acquaintances. Remember that great line from an old song whose name I can’t remember ‘…one man’s ceiling is another man’s floor…’ ? Stair-step levels for the Forerunners, different Stair-step levels for the masses, but we’re all going up.

Every time I have some random stupid-ass thought (sorry but many of them are just plain stupid and pointless) I ask myself, In the great scheme of things Denise, how important is this really? And every time my answer to myself is, it isn’t. It’s a bad habit from the old lower times and consciousness that I’m increasingly repulsed by when they happen. Painted myself into a corner. Oh yeah, up, not horizontal round and round in mental and/or emotional tail-chasing from the past no matter how habitual, but up and out for good. Now in mid stupid-ass thought I stop myself because I actually remember how pointlessly zombie-like it is and intentionally redirect my consciousness to something I do want to focus on, which is my HighHeart. Once back there everything makes sense again in that NEW easier and immediate way.

I’ll wrap this up by reminding us all that it’s June 2016, the halfway point of the year and about nine minutes away from the September Equinox and last three months of 2016…that are going to be epic for everyone no matter which evolutionary Ascension Process stair-step they’re on. Do it now or do it later but know that you will do it because there’s nothing else to do but it at this point. Congratulations for reaching this point within the Process, but now, go that extra step and really make a difference for yourself and All. Thank You all for your ongoing Great Works. ❤

Life Post ‘Wave X’ & Blood Moon Eclipse Activation

With the completion of one more complex set of energetic Stair-step cycles within the overall Ascension Process cycles—in particular the 2014 through 2015 Blood Moon Eclipses and ‘Wave X’—post September 27, 2015 has automatically activated the rest of the planetary population to evolve now. It’s finally get with the Ascension Process program or leave time, and many more will be leaving now because of this. No judgements, just a case of personal choice. Not everyone intended or wanted to remain in their current physical body and evolve it, “ascend” it now from lower frequency and consciousness 3D dense Duality up vibrationally to 5D integrated Unity or Triality Light. Again, no judgement whatsoever, simply individual choice and/or a lack of greater awareness as to what’s really going on.

Some Common Recent Symptoms

This last Blood Moon eclipse and ‘Wave X’ energy activation Stair-step (actually a huge leap to another entire floor) is still literally ringing in my head and throughout my body. Because this latest blast was so strong, it may have left you feeling like you’ve got PTSD too; like your nerves are shot, fried, toasted in fact and that they haven’t acclimated completely yet to this latest energetic addition/upgrade/Stair-step.

I go through this my nerves are shot thing every time Earth and humanity is engulfed by another extra potent blast of NEW higher frequency Light Energies. My nervous system oftentimes takes weeks to adjust to housing and running more NEW Light and stop drooling, stop having my eyes rolling in circles, stop flying out of my skin over every sound, and stop having my hair standing up straight! I exaggerate, but only slightly! Geese this one was big and potent and I haven’t integrated it all yet as I know many of you reading this haven’t yet either, hence why I’m pushing myself to write this now instead of crawl under my Ascension blankie and adjust. I’ll ache, ring, hum, buzz and vibrate even more internally than before ‘Wave X’ fully arrived, but then I’ll adapt to this latest new NEW and it will become—for the time-being only—the NEW normal. But, it’s just another energetic Stair-step really, a great big one yes, but just another one.

sobbing Another side effect from this latest blast was the good old sudden weeping over anything High Heart expansions. I don’t get this one often, but when I do, it can’t be pleasant for anyone unfamiliar with the Ascension Process, which still is the majority unfortunately.

Example: The other day I’d hired a gardener to trim some bushes and remove some others at my “new” old house. He was in his seventies and thankfully had a younger male helper to do the really hard work. He’d bid the job the day before really low so I knew I’d pay him a bit more for the work anyway but didn’t say anything to him about this at that time. So he and younger helper guy are there working their butts off in the SoCal heat and I’m feeling for the 70-plus-year-old man. Hours later they finished and I paid him a little over a hundred dollars more than what he’d bid the job at and he got emotional, which is oftentimes all it takes to get me crying too.

I tearfully explained to him and younger helper guy that two months earlier I’d had another gardener cut down one large bush and greatly over charge me for it and not remove 3/4 of it! It took me a month and a half to cut the brush from it up and stuff my little trash barrel each week to finally get rid of what he should have hauled off himself for the price he charged me! I explained to the elderly gardener with Heart and integrity that that was the reason I was crying and that I was extremely grateful to him and his helper for doing such a good, clean job and hauling away all of the brush. It was one of those rare (but increasing) High Heart moments between two or more people with Heart and integrity and it’s always just the absolute best thing ever in my opinion…and it usually makes me cry, especially when Divine energies are flooding the planet anyway! So, slightly embarrassing because I don’t enjoy crying in front of strangers, but a higher bond and High Heart recognition was made between all three of us and that is priceless. Some are externally registering 5D consciousness and it makes me cry with joy.

So yeah, crying has been on the spiritual menu once again thanks to the latest Divine energies but just go with the flow and let your High Heart open more and embody even higher frequency Light which overflows out and touches all, even those that it doesn’t immediately register on externally. You provided the Light very directly and IT affected them in some way(s) even though it usually doesn’t show on their external packaging. Give it time.

transmuteheart Another side effect has been physical and energetic heart/Heart/High Heart thumps, bumps, lumps, thuds and bangs etc. Actual sensations of movements in the center (usually but not always) of your chest and upper chest like a sudden hit, thud, twist or rolling of your heart. It’s just energies, movements and expansions but it can sometimes take your breath away when it hits hard, and they’ve hit hard via these ‘Wave X’ and eclipse energies. This goes with the emotional aspects of suddenly crying and being extra emotional over the tiniest of things. Just let your High Heart blossom some more and don’t worry about the tears or thuds and thumps in your chest as things expand and shift in there.

sleeping smilie Another symptom of this latest change has been epic and very weird dreams. I fell asleep the other day in the afternoon because my head was killing me and had an epic weird dream which I think was a first for me in the afternoon.

There’s some very hurried purging taking place in us and our bodies and subconscious to make room for more of these higher Light energies being embodied by us now. To make room for that, oftentimes we’ll experience multiple strange dreams for nights on end as internal stuff gets moved around and/or deeper layers of our stuff bubbles up to the conscious surface to be seen in The Light so to speak so we can feel/deal/heal and release more of it. There’s always multiple layers and layers and layers to some of our stuff so don’t feel like you’ve “failed” when another layer floats up from your Basement to be released. You didn’t “fail”, it’s just another layer is all.

Then there’s the headache, the head pressures, the head pains that nothing that I’ve discovered makes go away. Not sleeping, not over-the-counter headache pills, not ice packs, not silence, not anything but time, lots of time in many cases.

I can clairvoyantly See a vertical tube-shaped area about the width of my physical head above my head where higher frequency Light Energies etc. pour down into my physical head/skull/brain/brain glands etc. and then farther on down into my body. This down-flow usually completes at my High Heart meaning that higher frequency Light energy is being embodied and housed in my High Heart (Thymus gland) area. Every time another wave of Light energies comes in like it has over the couple of weeks, my head hurts terribly for days and my ears ring constantly. Again, all this is caused by higher Light energies quickly evolving us, our bodies, nervous systems, brains, consciousness etc. and further lessening our old 3D density and replacing it with even more Light. This Stair-step process hurts because we’re literally evolving, physically, so just deal with it as best you can and know the pain eases up eventually as you/me/we adapt to the NEW level and amount.

sick Another common symptom, even after all these years, is the old Ascension Flu aches and pains. I had this return too recently and had the old body aches and pains and occasional chills like one has with the flu. It’s not the “flu” but another Ascension related symptom caused by another avalanche of incoming higher frequency Light energies. Rest, sleep, nap, and self-care as much and as long as you need.

shocked The inner body electrical-like vibrations or shaking sensation has increased again too. The easiest time to feel this inner body buzzing is when you’re either falling asleep or waking up from sleeping. While straddling two or more dimensions and actually consciously aware that you’re perceiving more than only the physical dimension, it’s ease to feel and hear the roar of your own Lightbody vibrating faster and higher. It reminds me of a jet airliner revving up its engines before takeoff. The vibrations, shaking and noise increases as the pressure builds and then suddenly you’re airborne and all that pre-flight tension and racket is gone. This inner body vibration and shaking is you literally embodying more Light which feels and sounds to our old 3D selves like we’re about to explode! We’re not or I’d have done it years ago! 😉 This too is another common Ascension symptom and one like most others that repeatedly increases over time, and very much so with every NEW Energy Wave that arrives.

monkey And because of all this compressed evolutionary Ascension activity, our old lower egoic “Monkey Mind” goes absolutely nuts and does all it can to draw your attention away from the higher things taking place in you and your consciousness and back to it. To get you to pay attention to it so it doesn’t “die away” and lose its power, it screams, yells and throws out every ridiculous random thing and thought it can to derail you, sidetrack you, pull you back down to old familiar lower levels of consciousness and focus. It’s freaking exhausting and more than a little ridiculous but it happens to the best of us more than a few times. The trick is to recognize it for what it is and why it’s doing its best to interfere with your latest Ascension amplification. Just repeatedly release it, whatever it is, and get back to where YOU want to be; what YOU want to be focused on and not what it wants. Just keep re-Centering yourself as many times as it takes and don’t give any of it any more focus than that. See it, know it, understand it and move beyond it.

More of Humanity just got activated by the Ascension Process

No matter which level, which Stair-step you’re at within the Ascension Process, ‘Wave X’ and the last Blood Moon eclipse of September 27, 2015 just pushed everyone up one or more of these energetic Stair-steps. This is one reason why the violence has increased again recently. Every time another energy Wave arrives it affects everyone on Earth whether they’re ready for it or not. Some are flexible enough to bend in these intense Divine evolutionary cosmic winds while others are not. And some just lose it and kill others and/or themselves. None of this is easy for anyone anywhere. Hold your High Heart and radiate the Light that you are to help others acclimate to these profound energy changes.

Another aspect of this is that ‘Wave X’ and the last of the 2014–2015 Blood Moon eclipses of September 2015 activated millions more people around the world, meaning they’re suddenly experiencing some of the old Ascension symptoms many of us Forerunners have lived with for the past seventeen years or more. These people are suddenly looking for answers to what they’re feeling and why, to what their bodies are doing and why. If these people come to you with their questions, confusions, complaints, fears and worries, discern first and answer from your higher wisdom and firsthand experience. Remember back to when you were first going through this and there wasn’t anyone to ask but your Higher Self and your Guides! We’ve just entered a whole NEW level within the Ascension Process along with most everyone else so be aware of these changes for yourself but also for others on Stair-step far behind where you are.

More of humanity will now exit their bodies because of this

Because of these big September 2015 changes, many more people will be suddenly and quickly exiting their lives and bodies. For whatever their personal Soul reasons, they’ve chosen to not remain in their current physical body and evolve/ascend it, but exit it and re-evaluate their options with the guidance of their Higher Self and Ascension Guides etc. Many animals have been and are doing the same now in greatly increased ways. No judgement at all, simply individual choice. For those of us remaining, it’s our jobs to maintain energetic neutrality as we observe what’s happening from day-to-day. From one level it’s going to look like things are falling apart, which they are because it’s time for that finally, but from a higher level you know what’s really going on and why and because of this remain emotionally neutral to the ensuing chaos, escalating death, and increasing imbalances in more people. Hold your High Heart and understand and it then goes “airborne” and makes perfect sense. ❤

As is always the case, well before the September Equinox I begin seeing, again, certain numbers and number combinations which is a sort of higher language. I’ve been repeatedly seeing, again, 10:10, 1:10, 1:11, 11:11, 1:11, 11:22, 12:12, 12:22, 12:23 and all of the triple numbers as well including triple 000’s. But, it’s the 10 of October, the 11 of November, and the 12 of December that’s been yelling at all of us, again, as we approach the final three months of 2015.

This 2015 final quarter feels to me like it’s already different from previous Ascension years. It feels to me like some of us are already feeling the effects of ‘Wave X’ and everything else that came before it. Even though I still feel pretty beat up, sore, head-achy, emotional and weepy in the best of ways, and my ears are still ringing constantly etc., besides all that and more I can simultaneously feel vast changes and improvements taking place within me and my physical body. I’m not saying it’s easy or pain-free because it isn’t, but I AM saying that it’s happening and greatly and very quickly now. 2016 will be this and more, much more as the Stair-steps become smaller and shorter making it faster and easier for us all to quickly fly up each one of them.

Give yourself the time to acclimate to these latest September changes internally and externally. Just because some day/date (in this case it was all of September 2015) has been reached obviously doesn’t mean all your aches, pains and problems end on that day/date too! They could and we’re getting to that point now faster than ever before. In the meantime, be kind to yourself, let your body rest, recuperate and prepare for the next big Stair-steps of 10, 11, and 12 2015. None of this is going to ever slow down or go away which means we’ve got to adjust to it, to the NEW Light energies and all that goes with them. When you stay in the “Now Moment” you’ve got all the time you need, plus the chaos taking place out of the eye of the storm doesn’t affect you. The “Now Moment” is most easily accessed right in your own High Heart.
