Life Post ‘Wave X’ & Blood Moon Eclipse Activation

With the completion of one more complex set of energetic Stair-step cycles within the overall Ascension Process cycles—in particular the 2014 through 2015 Blood Moon Eclipses and ‘Wave X’—post September 27, 2015 has automatically activated the rest of the planetary population to evolve now. It’s finally get with the Ascension Process program or leave time, and many more will be leaving now because of this. No judgements, just a case of personal choice. Not everyone intended or wanted to remain in their current physical body and evolve it, “ascend” it now from lower frequency and consciousness 3D dense Duality up vibrationally to 5D integrated Unity or Triality Light. Again, no judgement whatsoever, simply individual choice and/or a lack of greater awareness as to what’s really going on.

Some Common Recent Symptoms

This last Blood Moon eclipse and ‘Wave X’ energy activation Stair-step (actually a huge leap to another entire floor) is still literally ringing in my head and throughout my body. Because this latest blast was so strong, it may have left you feeling like you’ve got PTSD too; like your nerves are shot, fried, toasted in fact and that they haven’t acclimated completely yet to this latest energetic addition/upgrade/Stair-step.

I go through this my nerves are shot thing every time Earth and humanity is engulfed by another extra potent blast of NEW higher frequency Light Energies. My nervous system oftentimes takes weeks to adjust to housing and running more NEW Light and stop drooling, stop having my eyes rolling in circles, stop flying out of my skin over every sound, and stop having my hair standing up straight! I exaggerate, but only slightly! Geese this one was big and potent and I haven’t integrated it all yet as I know many of you reading this haven’t yet either, hence why I’m pushing myself to write this now instead of crawl under my Ascension blankie and adjust. I’ll ache, ring, hum, buzz and vibrate even more internally than before ‘Wave X’ fully arrived, but then I’ll adapt to this latest new NEW and it will become—for the time-being only—the NEW normal. But, it’s just another energetic Stair-step really, a great big one yes, but just another one.

sobbing Another side effect from this latest blast was the good old sudden weeping over anything High Heart expansions. I don’t get this one often, but when I do, it can’t be pleasant for anyone unfamiliar with the Ascension Process, which still is the majority unfortunately.

Example: The other day I’d hired a gardener to trim some bushes and remove some others at my “new” old house. He was in his seventies and thankfully had a younger male helper to do the really hard work. He’d bid the job the day before really low so I knew I’d pay him a bit more for the work anyway but didn’t say anything to him about this at that time. So he and younger helper guy are there working their butts off in the SoCal heat and I’m feeling for the 70-plus-year-old man. Hours later they finished and I paid him a little over a hundred dollars more than what he’d bid the job at and he got emotional, which is oftentimes all it takes to get me crying too.

I tearfully explained to him and younger helper guy that two months earlier I’d had another gardener cut down one large bush and greatly over charge me for it and not remove 3/4 of it! It took me a month and a half to cut the brush from it up and stuff my little trash barrel each week to finally get rid of what he should have hauled off himself for the price he charged me! I explained to the elderly gardener with Heart and integrity that that was the reason I was crying and that I was extremely grateful to him and his helper for doing such a good, clean job and hauling away all of the brush. It was one of those rare (but increasing) High Heart moments between two or more people with Heart and integrity and it’s always just the absolute best thing ever in my opinion…and it usually makes me cry, especially when Divine energies are flooding the planet anyway! So, slightly embarrassing because I don’t enjoy crying in front of strangers, but a higher bond and High Heart recognition was made between all three of us and that is priceless. Some are externally registering 5D consciousness and it makes me cry with joy.

So yeah, crying has been on the spiritual menu once again thanks to the latest Divine energies but just go with the flow and let your High Heart open more and embody even higher frequency Light which overflows out and touches all, even those that it doesn’t immediately register on externally. You provided the Light very directly and IT affected them in some way(s) even though it usually doesn’t show on their external packaging. Give it time.

transmuteheart Another side effect has been physical and energetic heart/Heart/High Heart thumps, bumps, lumps, thuds and bangs etc. Actual sensations of movements in the center (usually but not always) of your chest and upper chest like a sudden hit, thud, twist or rolling of your heart. It’s just energies, movements and expansions but it can sometimes take your breath away when it hits hard, and they’ve hit hard via these ‘Wave X’ and eclipse energies. This goes with the emotional aspects of suddenly crying and being extra emotional over the tiniest of things. Just let your High Heart blossom some more and don’t worry about the tears or thuds and thumps in your chest as things expand and shift in there.

sleeping smilie Another symptom of this latest change has been epic and very weird dreams. I fell asleep the other day in the afternoon because my head was killing me and had an epic weird dream which I think was a first for me in the afternoon.

There’s some very hurried purging taking place in us and our bodies and subconscious to make room for more of these higher Light energies being embodied by us now. To make room for that, oftentimes we’ll experience multiple strange dreams for nights on end as internal stuff gets moved around and/or deeper layers of our stuff bubbles up to the conscious surface to be seen in The Light so to speak so we can feel/deal/heal and release more of it. There’s always multiple layers and layers and layers to some of our stuff so don’t feel like you’ve “failed” when another layer floats up from your Basement to be released. You didn’t “fail”, it’s just another layer is all.

Then there’s the headache, the head pressures, the head pains that nothing that I’ve discovered makes go away. Not sleeping, not over-the-counter headache pills, not ice packs, not silence, not anything but time, lots of time in many cases.

I can clairvoyantly See a vertical tube-shaped area about the width of my physical head above my head where higher frequency Light Energies etc. pour down into my physical head/skull/brain/brain glands etc. and then farther on down into my body. This down-flow usually completes at my High Heart meaning that higher frequency Light energy is being embodied and housed in my High Heart (Thymus gland) area. Every time another wave of Light energies comes in like it has over the couple of weeks, my head hurts terribly for days and my ears ring constantly. Again, all this is caused by higher Light energies quickly evolving us, our bodies, nervous systems, brains, consciousness etc. and further lessening our old 3D density and replacing it with even more Light. This Stair-step process hurts because we’re literally evolving, physically, so just deal with it as best you can and know the pain eases up eventually as you/me/we adapt to the NEW level and amount.

sick Another common symptom, even after all these years, is the old Ascension Flu aches and pains. I had this return too recently and had the old body aches and pains and occasional chills like one has with the flu. It’s not the “flu” but another Ascension related symptom caused by another avalanche of incoming higher frequency Light energies. Rest, sleep, nap, and self-care as much and as long as you need.

shocked The inner body electrical-like vibrations or shaking sensation has increased again too. The easiest time to feel this inner body buzzing is when you’re either falling asleep or waking up from sleeping. While straddling two or more dimensions and actually consciously aware that you’re perceiving more than only the physical dimension, it’s ease to feel and hear the roar of your own Lightbody vibrating faster and higher. It reminds me of a jet airliner revving up its engines before takeoff. The vibrations, shaking and noise increases as the pressure builds and then suddenly you’re airborne and all that pre-flight tension and racket is gone. This inner body vibration and shaking is you literally embodying more Light which feels and sounds to our old 3D selves like we’re about to explode! We’re not or I’d have done it years ago! 😉 This too is another common Ascension symptom and one like most others that repeatedly increases over time, and very much so with every NEW Energy Wave that arrives.

monkey And because of all this compressed evolutionary Ascension activity, our old lower egoic “Monkey Mind” goes absolutely nuts and does all it can to draw your attention away from the higher things taking place in you and your consciousness and back to it. To get you to pay attention to it so it doesn’t “die away” and lose its power, it screams, yells and throws out every ridiculous random thing and thought it can to derail you, sidetrack you, pull you back down to old familiar lower levels of consciousness and focus. It’s freaking exhausting and more than a little ridiculous but it happens to the best of us more than a few times. The trick is to recognize it for what it is and why it’s doing its best to interfere with your latest Ascension amplification. Just repeatedly release it, whatever it is, and get back to where YOU want to be; what YOU want to be focused on and not what it wants. Just keep re-Centering yourself as many times as it takes and don’t give any of it any more focus than that. See it, know it, understand it and move beyond it.

More of Humanity just got activated by the Ascension Process

No matter which level, which Stair-step you’re at within the Ascension Process, ‘Wave X’ and the last Blood Moon eclipse of September 27, 2015 just pushed everyone up one or more of these energetic Stair-steps. This is one reason why the violence has increased again recently. Every time another energy Wave arrives it affects everyone on Earth whether they’re ready for it or not. Some are flexible enough to bend in these intense Divine evolutionary cosmic winds while others are not. And some just lose it and kill others and/or themselves. None of this is easy for anyone anywhere. Hold your High Heart and radiate the Light that you are to help others acclimate to these profound energy changes.

Another aspect of this is that ‘Wave X’ and the last of the 2014–2015 Blood Moon eclipses of September 2015 activated millions more people around the world, meaning they’re suddenly experiencing some of the old Ascension symptoms many of us Forerunners have lived with for the past seventeen years or more. These people are suddenly looking for answers to what they’re feeling and why, to what their bodies are doing and why. If these people come to you with their questions, confusions, complaints, fears and worries, discern first and answer from your higher wisdom and firsthand experience. Remember back to when you were first going through this and there wasn’t anyone to ask but your Higher Self and your Guides! We’ve just entered a whole NEW level within the Ascension Process along with most everyone else so be aware of these changes for yourself but also for others on Stair-step far behind where you are.

More of humanity will now exit their bodies because of this

Because of these big September 2015 changes, many more people will be suddenly and quickly exiting their lives and bodies. For whatever their personal Soul reasons, they’ve chosen to not remain in their current physical body and evolve/ascend it, but exit it and re-evaluate their options with the guidance of their Higher Self and Ascension Guides etc. Many animals have been and are doing the same now in greatly increased ways. No judgement at all, simply individual choice. For those of us remaining, it’s our jobs to maintain energetic neutrality as we observe what’s happening from day-to-day. From one level it’s going to look like things are falling apart, which they are because it’s time for that finally, but from a higher level you know what’s really going on and why and because of this remain emotionally neutral to the ensuing chaos, escalating death, and increasing imbalances in more people. Hold your High Heart and understand and it then goes “airborne” and makes perfect sense. ❤

As is always the case, well before the September Equinox I begin seeing, again, certain numbers and number combinations which is a sort of higher language. I’ve been repeatedly seeing, again, 10:10, 1:10, 1:11, 11:11, 1:11, 11:22, 12:12, 12:22, 12:23 and all of the triple numbers as well including triple 000’s. But, it’s the 10 of October, the 11 of November, and the 12 of December that’s been yelling at all of us, again, as we approach the final three months of 2015.

This 2015 final quarter feels to me like it’s already different from previous Ascension years. It feels to me like some of us are already feeling the effects of ‘Wave X’ and everything else that came before it. Even though I still feel pretty beat up, sore, head-achy, emotional and weepy in the best of ways, and my ears are still ringing constantly etc., besides all that and more I can simultaneously feel vast changes and improvements taking place within me and my physical body. I’m not saying it’s easy or pain-free because it isn’t, but I AM saying that it’s happening and greatly and very quickly now. 2016 will be this and more, much more as the Stair-steps become smaller and shorter making it faster and easier for us all to quickly fly up each one of them.

Give yourself the time to acclimate to these latest September changes internally and externally. Just because some day/date (in this case it was all of September 2015) has been reached obviously doesn’t mean all your aches, pains and problems end on that day/date too! They could and we’re getting to that point now faster than ever before. In the meantime, be kind to yourself, let your body rest, recuperate and prepare for the next big Stair-steps of 10, 11, and 12 2015. None of this is going to ever slow down or go away which means we’ve got to adjust to it, to the NEW Light energies and all that goes with them. When you stay in the “Now Moment” you’ve got all the time you need, plus the chaos taking place out of the eye of the storm doesn’t affect you. The “Now Moment” is most easily accessed right in your own High Heart.

Remember the Three-Day December 2012 LIFE REVIEW?

Because there’s been a few people writing Comments (under another article) about the changes and increases in intensity since the March 20, 2013 Vernal Equinox and entrance into the Second Trimester of the “Nine Months”, I thought I’d say a little something about this now. I’ll write a recap for the Second Trimester near the end of it, but because so many have been getting hit and hit hard with multiple physical Ascension symptoms and/or other life-changing events, it sounds like we all need to remember our 12-21-2012 Life Review with Divine Consciousness.

All of my life I’ve had conscious memory of what it’s like when we physically die and then go through what some cultures call the ‘Three Days’ period of leaving the physical body and traveling to and through the fourth dimension (4D) Astral plane and beyond. Although I’ve never traveled abroad physically in this life, I suspect this after physical death process is much like what it must be like going through Customs and other important check points and such when one is leaving one country and wanting to enter another and again another country and so on. There are Stair Steps, procedures and transitional points to the after physical death process and one of the later stages of it has to do with us having a heart-to-heart meeting and talk with our High Self and Divine Consciousness.

This heart-to-heart meeting with our High Self and Divine Consciousness is a Life Review that more accurately could be called an Overall Soul Review. As I describe it next, please realize that it is far more complex, huge and Divine than words can describe. Also, this process is completely free of all emotions; incarnate human emotions such as fear, fear of more pain, fear of loss, fear of death or dying, guilt, sadness, anger etc. This entire 12-21-2012 or Three Days Life Review, and the after physical death Overall Soul Review(s), are the most honest and to the point sort of business meeting you could ever imagine!

So there you are after having traversed the Astral plane, gone through a few Customs check points, and eventually worked your way towards the higher frequency area where you and your Higher Self have the heart-to-heart meeting with the Boss, Divine Consciousness. You’ve done this many times and its no big deal in the way that incarnate humans might think or expect it to be. It is a big deal, but at higher frequency dimensions and states of Beings such as this, it’s just business as usual with a lot of extra awareness about a lot of things. So you have this higher dimensional meeting and with zero emotions whatsoever you honestly — because there is nothing else but utter, total, and complete honesty at these higher levels — review what you’ve done, what you’ve learned, what you’ve mastered, what you’ve almost mastered, what you really want to master, what you avoided and all the reasons why and so on. Nothing is not discussed or overlooked at these review meetings with Divine Consciousness, nothing.

You and your Higher Self and Divine Consciousness review these past incarnational issues and without any emotional attachments, fears, anxiety or anything else other than an unquenchable soul desire to get it right, utterly honest decisions are quickly reached about what you/You/YOU need to do next. No crying, no resentments, no fears, no guilt about how hard, painful, difficult or scary going back down vibrationally into another incarnation might be. Not one feeling or thought about any of that at these higher dimensional, higher frequency states of being exists to you/me/each of us. None of it. The ONLY thing that is important to each of us at higher dimensions and levels of being and consciousness is that we individually get it right — whatever that is for each of us in whatever life/lives/timeline/timelines. Period. Soul only desires to get it right whereas when we find ourselves back in physical bodies on a physical world again where things are painful, difficult and scary it’s a different story for sure. However, to each of us at higher states of our being and awareness, none of those lower frequency emotions, concerns and fears exist or matter. Not a one.

After the Soul Review, and in this case our alive, living in-body 12-21-2012 Life Review we begin the stair steps preparation work for our return journey back down vibrationally into physical reincarnation. We have our latest spiritual Soul Curriculum in heart and hand and that is all we want to accomplish once we get back into physical density and a physical body again. We need, we want, we greatly desire to complete The Mission and get it right so we’re able to move to the next Mission and the next and the next…

From the Three Days of 12-21-2012, 12-22-2012, 12-23-2012 after we each had this very rare and special physical level alive, living in-body we did not physically die Life Review, we’ve been going through intense changes internally and externally. Changes in our bodies, hearts and minds, in our external lives such as our homes, our jobs, our daily physical routines etc. Some have suddenly found themselves homeless, jobless, money-less, shocked, exhausted beyond belief and confused, and all of this on top of the already long-running physical, mental and emotional Ascension symptoms! My gawd how much more of this can we endure?! As much as you/You/YOU and Divine Consciousness discussed during the Three Days Life Review of December 21 through 23, 2012. I know, I’m going through it too in my own unique ways with my own unique Three-Day Life Review Soul Curriculum in heart and hand and it is, at times, painful and difficult.

Why is it so miserably hard and painful now after fourteen-plus years of brutal physical, biological Ascension Process symptoms already? Because we’ve got “Nine Months” left, actually only six months left now because we’ve just entered the Second Trimester on the Vernal Equinox of March 20, 2013 before the Separation of Worlds and Timelines begins. Said another way, what each of us — you/You/YOU — Reviewed with Divine Consciousness at some point during the Three Days, is in full effect now and we’re each feeling the accelerating pressures of it in our own unique ways. This is us carrying out what we/We/WE and Divine Consciousness discussed during the Ascension Process related rare Three Days LIVING Life Review and it can be or is at times more difficult, hard, and scarier than ever before because so much is changing, being changed and/or finally being dealt with and therefore transmuted into something NEW. This is us living and embodying whatever it was that each of us became aware of during our personal alive Life Review that took place at some point for every living human during the Three Days of December 21, 22, 23, 2012.

I mentioned in a Comment elsewhere recently that over the past few years I often am laying in my bed at night and hear repeated gunfire only a block or two away from my house. When this happens — and it’s been increasing since 2011 — I lay in my bed in the dark and intentionally, energetically deflect falling physical bullets from physically hitting my house and/or any of us in it. While this is happening, I’m simultaneously aware of small groups of higher dimensional Light Beings, Beings of Light grouped in small circles up above me (from my perspective in this physical dimension) watching me, watching you, watching all of us and waiting excitedly with profound LOVE and joy in their hearts for all of us and for what’s coming next.

Nonphysical Beings of Light, Light Beings hovering overhead while simultaneously certain physical humans kill or try to kill and/or intimidate other humans by firing their guns at them. How’s that for the current dualized extremes we’re all packed in together living side-by-side? Separation of World and Timelines? Yes please and as soon as possible.

These remaining six of the Nine Months will only increase the growing extremes on Earth between people and groups of people and this is a natural side effect of the building pressures of the NEW energies, blueprints and Evolutionary Cycle preparing to begin. Those that must and will go their different ways (in different worlds and timelines that are a frequency match to them at this time) will increasingly resent the rest of us going our ways and vice versa. Six more months of the Nine Months after the Three Days Life Review. We can, are and will do this and more. Use this remaining time very wisely as it’s unfolding so fast. Stay in your HighHeart and know that you’ve got this even during those times, those minutes, hours or days when it doesn’t feel like it at all. I had about five hours yesterday afternoon that I thought I might not physically survive, but I’ve felt that so many times over these Ascension years and here I am still Working towards fulfilling my individual Soul Curriculum. Hang in there everyone and help another when you know it’s right to, lay low when needed, and be private and isolated when you know that is the thing for you to do at that moment.

Why We’ve Been Ballast-Cutting Like Crazy All These Years

Last year or so I perceived another symbolic visual message from my Higher Self that was, as usual, extraordinarily simple and beautifully to the point. It had to do with the Ascension Process — with the first transmuting and integration phase highlighted along with what comes afterwards due to that inner prep work. Of course I cannot find any images, illustrations, photos etc. that come close to the inner visions I see or any other higher dimensional location unless I attempt to draw them myself or ask my artist sister to draw it for me. However, after some rushing around online searching for photos, illustrations, or whatever I can find that comes the closest to what I perceive, I have to settle on buying whatever image(s) I do find that are the closest match. Such is the case with these purchased images below. They tell the story well enough but they’re not exactly what I perceived.

The visual message my Higher Self gave me in this case was of a large Hot Air Balloon far up in the sky with only one person in it and nothing else around. The entire image was a beautiful, rich gold color with thousands of tiny gold colored and white-Light colored sparkling glittering dots everywhere. The sky was gold, the balloon was gold, the person in the balloon was gold etc. Everything everywhere was gold colored except for many, but not all, of the tiny glittering white-Light sparkles.

I’ve seen different locations like this before in different dimensions and in different levels within those dimensions and quite often they’re perceived as all one color like this golden vision. I’ve seen other-dimensional and other levels where everything and everyone in that particular space was a beautiful deep blue color; a beautiful crystalline silver color; a beautiful milky pearl color with pale pastel iridescent baby blues, pinks, mint greens and lavender overtones. These visions where everything and everyone there is perceived as only one color is a message in itself.

THE SYMBOLIC VISION MESSAGE

The Hot Air Balloon represents the Ascension Process. The single passenger in the hot air balloon represents each one of us individually living the Ascension Process.

The many ballast bags filled with sand and attached to the hot air balloon represent all the unresolved density issues, karma, duality/polarity issues, emotional wounds, mental and emotional habits or addictions etc., “past life” (which are actually simultaneous lives) issues and wounds, fears, hates etc., current life guilt, anger, fear, projections, unresolved issues and other stuck energies and so on. All of the ballast bags represent the different and many dense 3D energetic issues that each of us have HAD to transmute, integrate and return to neutral or unity energy during the dark, difficult and painful first phase of the Ascension Process. Us doing exactly that is symbolically represented by us cutting and releasing each one of the ballasts from our symbolic hot air ascension balloon.

The golden sparkly environment that the hot air balloon and its single passenger were within represent a specific higher frequency range beyond the frequency range of dense duality. It represents the 5D range where the integrated and neutral High Heart unity frequency is the sole lens on reality and basis of reality at that level of development and focus. This gold space and level is not the end-all by any means, it simply was a visual representation of the shift point where one ascends/evolves out of the range of lower frequency 3D dense duality consciousness and reality and into the range of 5D High Heart unity consciousness and reality. There’s so much more beyond this frequency range and symbolic sparkly golden space or level, but for now, this is where we’re evolving into (the High Heart Sun is Rising and the Shen Ring and Shenu articles information) and that’s why this hot air balloon message was gold in color.

The next phase of the Ascension Process is where many of the Forerunners currently are now. And this is also where I can’t find any really correct photos or illustrations to give you a symbolic visual of what’s unfolding now. These different colored triangles represent triality or unity — not duality — come pretty close. Your High Heart feels it coming (not to mention we’ve entered December 2012) and that’s going to have to be your personal visual for this aspect of higher embodiment into your physical body.

If you look at the first image of the man in the hot air balloon working hard ballast-cutting — transmuting and then releasing his emotional wounds, fears, limiting beliefs, unloved and/or projected aspects of himself across time in 3D — you understand why he’s been hard at work lightening his dense vibrational load.

Because he’s transmuted his inner accumulated energetic density and karmic stuff and symbolically cut/released the majority of his ballasts from his hot air balloon, he’s naturally able to ascend higher and higher in frequency and awareness to the point where he (you/me/us) finally shifts into a higher frequency space and dimension. And because of his alchemically transmuted and cleared self and bodies, he is (we are or are becoming) empty enough, transparent enough to actually begin embodying his Higher Self into his physical body and Lower Self. Transmuting and cutting loose (energetically returning Duality energies to higher frequency neutrality) all of our inner ballasts automatically cause us to ascend higher, enough so that eventually we reach a dimensional crossover shift point where our hard inner work results in being able to embody as much of our Greater, Higher Self as we can now into our transmuted and receptive physical bodies. No pictures needed for this phase of the Ascension Process because your High Heart already feels and knows it’s close.

A lot has happened during just the past year, and much more will after we pass through the 11-11-11, and yet again with next year’s 12-12-12. Many Stairsteps have been needed for us to remain in-body while we transmuted and embodied so very much. Here’s to tomorrow and beyond.

In typical Denise fashion I perceive, receive, higher complex information and large concepts in almost embarrassingly simplified ways. This is why I write the way I do — I cut to the chase and go for the bottom-line because I usually don’t perceive/receive all the detailed filler information such as names, sub-zones, levels and such. It isn’t all that important to me in all honesty. Once I have perceived some main aspects of certain Bigger Pictures, I don’t need all of the names and complex finer details. I perceive/receive the overall gist and feel of what’s happening, why and when.

10-10-10 AND GUESS WHO IS COMING TO DINNER?

I’ve decided to write this exactly as I perceived/received this information and not do as much interpreting, explaining and defining as I usually try to do. We’re all needing to evolve to where we don’t depend on certain people and/or systems and/or only our left-brained intellect to define reality for us. After thousands of years of deliberate dark BS, lies and distortions from lower frequency people and global systems we’ve reached spiritual adulthood now and need to start defining reality for ourselves. The Body and Brain Rewiring will enable us to do this and much more.

I’d like you to see in your mind’s eye exactly what I’ve seen, felt and know about the 09-09-09 through 12-21-12 transitions because I believe it’s how more of us are going to be perceiving/receiving higher Light information/knowledge now; decreased linear words (telepathic and physically written/spoken) with increased visual symbols as large chunks of complex Light information. Below are two highly simplified symbolic visual information concepts about the 10-10-10 energy Stair-step transition that I perceived/received a while ago. Actually, it is not only the triple tens of October 10, 2010. Another level or phase (within the ongoing Ascension Process) was activated via the 09-09-09 of September 9, 2009, and will continue to unfold quickly and dramatically now through the 10-10-10, and the 11-11-11, and the 12-12-12 and 12-21-12 remaining important energy transitions. See, feel and know these two symbolic visuals and interpret this phase of The Process for yourself.

MY FIRST HIGHER SELF 10-10-10 MESSAGE

In your mind’s eye, envision a massive dense rain forest from overhead as if you were in an airplane looking down on it. There is absolutely nothing down there but dense trees and other thick vegetation. No cleared areas whatsoever, no roads, absolutely nothing but thick, dark, dense, scary and impenetrable rain forest. Do you see it? Can you hear the airplane’s little engine running far up above? Can you see the vast and dense rain forest below you? See it, hear it, feel it and hold it in your inner mind’s eye and heart as you keep reading, feeling and knowing.

The pilot of this small plane has one very important passenger on-board who desires to land in that dense Earth forest. Problem is, there’s absolutely no place to land the plane and this very important passenger must land and step off on to the ground. This passenger will not parachute but must land and touch the ground in this precise way. So the pilot and his very important passenger continue flying in large slow circles overhead, searching, waiting, searching far and wide, hoping to find a small landing strip somewhere below in the massive denseness.

Meanwhile…

You have a burning, unrelenting, cosmic soul NEED to carve out a landing strip in the middle of a dense, dark rain forest by yourself. WTF! Really? Do you realize how insanely difficult and dangerous that’s going to be? Are you aware that you may not be able to complete the landing strip in time for the small airplane to land? Shit… Hum… No, I can do it. It is what I do and do very well so cheerio, fuck-it-all, I’m carving out a damned landing strip in the middle of a massive dense, dark rain forest alone and by-hand and I absolutely will not stop until it is completed.

Amazingly, you’ve succeeded in carving out a large, magnificent landing strip in the middle of a dense rain forest. You are however all cut up, bruised, bloody, beat to hell, unimaginably exhausted, and you just want to sit down and have a good long hard cry and little Pity Party for yourself. Go ahead, you’ve earned it for god sake. You carved out a freaking landing strip in the middle of a dense dark jungle where angels fear to tread! Have that hard-earned, gut-wrenching, snot-flying, deep soul-sobbing cry and be proud because you did it despite the enormous difficulties and dangers involved. (This fellow Lightworkers, Forerunners, Pathpavers represents Phase 1 of the Ascension Process, which I’m sure you recognize.)

So there you are in all your Starseed, Lightworker, Pathpaver dirty, bloody and beat-up glory sitting exhausted and crying on your damned fine looking landing strip in the middle of a dense—but now oh so much brighter open and cleared—rain forest. You wait, and wait, and wait there for months, then years, but no one comes. Insert more intense and dejected crying, confusion, anger and short periods of self-doubt here.

Then one day you hear it, the ever so faint sound of a small airplane flying overhead far in the distance. OMG, could it be? Is The Great Day finally here? You bet your sweet Forerunner, Lightworker, tired Old Soul ass it is finally here!

‘Da plane, da plane!’ your weary and nearly broken mind sings excitedly to you like a spiritual joke from that old TV show Fantasy Island. You hear the small plane finally approaching and you know it’s going to land on your beloved landing strip. Deep inside you also know that the real fun will start now. You glance at your watch to check the date and time and sure enough, it’s 10-10-10. Oh man, here it finally comes after all these brutal, isolated, painful and dangerous years of intense preparation Work.

MY SECOND HIGHER SELF 10-10-10 MESSAGE

See this next symbolic scenario in your mind’s eye and High Heart too for you already know all this but maybe haven’t put all the puzzle pieces together yet.

You’ve got very special company coming to visit you soon so you start the massive house cleaning, yard cleaning, window washing, buffing and polishing, washing and everything cleaning in preparation. This is so exciting and rare, but it is going to take plenty of time and serious energy-consuming cleaning and clearing Work to get your house, yard, and yourself ready for the arrival of your very special company.

You start the massive cleaning, clearing and trash removal Work on your house—inside and out—and in your yard too. You’ve got plenty of time to get it all done before your company arrives, however, you know your back is going to hurt like all hell doing it all, that you’re going to become profoundly tired and in a lot of extra pain and stress trying to do so much work, so much cleaning, so much polishing and prep Work for this special company that’s coming. It doesn’t matter, you dive into all your cleaning and clearing work despite the extra aches, pains and fatigue that it causes your physical body and everything else. You rest when you can and get back to the intense cleaning and clearing workday after exhausting day. On top of all this however, you still have your daily “regular life’s work and chores” that need to be done too but you somehow manage to get it all done.

It’s slow going and there’s far more dirt and mess than you initially realized was there but you keep at it because you’re so excited to have this particular company coming. It makes the long and difficult cleaning and trash removal Work worth it when you think about how much fun it’s going to be once this particular company arrives.

Finally, you take a long careful look around your house both inside and out and check the yard to make sure it is clean and beautiful. Most all the cleaning Work is done now, and despite your being absolutely exhausted after endless months of cleaning and prep Work, your house, yard and everything else is looking and feeling exceptionally nice, clean, tidy and ready for your very special company. You glance at your calendar one more time to check the date to see how long before your company arrives and you discover it’s only a few days now. 10-10-10 is right around the corner and your very special company will begin arriving then. (This represents an aspect of Phase 2 let us call it of more Ascension work during 2009 and 2010 up to now.)

THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THIS VERY LONG TUNNEL

You smile in anticipation and joy over having succeeded in carving out the difficult landing strip in the middle of the dense and nearly impenetrable rain forest on time. You smile in anticipation and joy over having succeeded in cleaning and clearing your entire house, yard, and everything else in preparation of the arrival of your special out-of-town company. And importantly, you finally understand WHO the special passenger is in the small plane that’s getting ready to land now; you understand WHO your special out-of-town company is that’s arriving with the 10-10-10 energies. You finally understand WHY you were so obsessed about carving a landing strip in the middle of a dense rain forest by yourself (the old physical 3D dense world of Duality). You finally understand WHY you were so obsessed about cleaning and clearing your entire house and yard (the transmuting and resolving of polarity, karma, and all lower frequency energies within yourself, mind, heart, and bodies that was Phase 1 of the Ascension Process). All of this long, painful and incredibly difficult prep Work was absolutely necessary so that higher aspects of YOU could even “land” and then start to merge with, be embodied by you physically.

10-10-10 is the start of this intense phase of us embodying, continuously and increasingly housing within our physical bodies more of what has always existed at higher dimensions. You know why this can finally happen because you’ve done all the insanely difficult and painful Work, cleaning and clearing for over a decade. Since 09-09-09, we’ve been inching our ways towards finally having these next particular transitions happen. The 10-10-10, the 11-11-11 and the 12-12-12 and 12-21-12 Stair-steps or portals or gates are the last three important Ascension Process transitions we have to journey through. There’s more than just these three but they’re huge in what and why.

The plane is finally landing, our special company is finally arriving via these remaining 10-10-10 and beyond incremental energy Stair-steps. Guess how amazing and easily creative it’s going to be to embody so much more of YOU—the pilot, his special passenger, your special company, plus you who did all the cleaning and landing strip prep Work—in your physical body on the new 5D Earth from here on out? Hey, that sounds like your doorbell ringing, you had better get it.

Physical Body Restrictions Created by Your Higher Self

This is another topic that’s well familiar to me but one I realized I’ve not talked about publicly at TRANSITIONS. The subject is about why many of us have built-in safeguards in these incarnations which, from our perspective, seem like miserable physical handicaps, disabilities, or restrictions. Because I was born with scoliosis and have had arthritis in my spine since forever, I’ve had a life of physical pain and things I couldn’t do, but tired damned hard nonetheless.

So why would my Higher Self limit physical Denise this way in this incarnation? I’ve discovered that, had I not had these types of physical restraints imposed upon me in this life and timeline, I would still be doing all those intense physical things I loved so when I was young/younger. But because I did not reincarnate in this life and timeline so I could be that jockey I wanted to be as a kid, or a professional dancer for more years than I actually was, or use my 5′ 2″ female body to landscape people’s yards to resemble my past-life memories of Master Hotei’s temple gardens, or redecorate people’s houses to resemble other of my past-life memories or any other such fun physical stuff, my Higher Self helped keep me on-track in this life by placing some physical limitations on my physical body. And even after all that I’ve still used my small beat-up female physical body as if it were a healthy and very strong 6′ 2″ male body. Sometimes remembering more of one’s past lives lived in opposite sexed bodies doesn’t always make this current life and focus easier. Sometimes this type of past-life memories and energetic integration is supposed to be used in non-physical ways.

To prevent some of us Forerunners/Wayshowers/Starseeds/Lightworkers who specifically incarnated (Volunteered) on Earth now to live and anchor the Ascension Process and its changes from getting happily sidetracked in other fun physical 3D things for all of our lives, our Higher Selves help us by giving us certain physical restrictions or limitations. I know this may sound harsh, cruel, karmic or such but that’s not the case at all — quite the opposite in fact. To help us do what we came to physical Earth now to do, oftentimes our Higher Self will, in some way, deliberately limit our physical body so we cannot permanently go rushing off once back in 3D physicality and become permanently enmeshed in some very physical endeavor… like dancing, or soccer, or building houses, or whatever it is that we’re deeply attracted to once back in a physical body on a physical world.

I mentioned in A Lightworker’s Mission that I could always clairvoyantly See my life up until the age of 40. From that point on it was black to the me I was prior to age 40. This told me that I was working within a tight timeline in this lifetime and that I had until age 40 (actually it was the start of my Uranus Opposition at age 39) to do most of those intense physical things I desired doing. From age 39-on however I was fully on the clock so to speak and there wouldn’t be room or time for me to fool around with certain “normal” physical endeavors like I had prior to age 40. I was and still am grateful that I had those 39 years to try to make my physical body do things it wasn’t designed in this life to do.

A few years ago, I discovered a story by David Icke about the onset of his rheumatoid arthritis. He too had an intense passion for the physical and evidently wanted and had planned on being a professional soccer player when he was young. But his Higher Self had other plans and to help David stay on-track with those plans he too had physical limitations or restrictions placed upon his physical body. I know there are many other Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers who’ve lived lives in physical bodies that don’t work the way they’d like them to and for the same reasons as mine and David Icke’s. It was to help us do what we came to Earth now to do and that has nothing to do with racing thoroughbred horses, dancing professionally, playing soccer professionally, or physically moving boulders and trees around outside to create the correct energy flow in one’s backyard, or any other such intense physical labors of love, no matter how intense the passion.

So if you’ve found yourself restricted or limited in some way like this, stop and honestly do a Reality Check to get your spiritual bearings again. What at first may seem a terrible and unfair restriction placed upon you in this life, may actually be the very thing that protects you from becoming sidetracked and/or lost your entire Ascension Process lifetime in intense earthy physicality when that’s not why you’re here now at all! LOOKING AT THE ASCENSION PROCESS & FORE-RUNNING, LIGHT-WORKING FROM THE OTHER DIRECTION

One afternoon in the early 1980’s I had a sudden intense memory surface within my Denise consciousness. Because this memory happened before the start of the Ascension Process (1987), it was unusually intense for me to make a fully conscious quantum connection with this particular memory—more accurately the actual event happening simultaneously. During the minute or so of my remembering and seeing in my mind’s eye this simultaneous quantum event, I instantaneously had sweat running down my back and was shaking mildly from the conscious connection with this higher, larger aspect of myself. That’s how much more difficult it was some thirty years ago to make a conscious quantum connection with a very high dimension and aspect of SELF like this. I—not just this Denise aspect but many other aspects of my greater SELF also—was/am aware of existing simultaneously in multiple forms in multiple dimensions. Here’s what I suddenly remembered that special day thirty years ago.

Suddenly I was aware of being a Being of Light that exists vibrationally closer to Source with a small group of other like-Beings or Spiritual Family. There were maybe five or so of these similar Beings standing in front of the rest of us like-Beings. We’d gathered together to discuss something very important and make equally important decisions about it. I was one of the Beings listening to the other Beings informing the rest of us about these situations and the changes needed.

The short discussion consisted of us being informed that THE Plan needed help from some of us to be corrected, separated, completed, and lifted up to an entirely new level and dimension. That was all that needed to be understood or discussed because it was instantaneously known by all of us what was happening, what would happen, what was needed and why. At this point I raised my hand and announced, “We’ll go!” and that was that. That’s all that was required to volunteer to seed an aspect of one’s Greater SELF to incarnate within lower frequency 3D on Earth as a Starseed Lightworker/Lightworker/Wayshower/Path Cutter to work from within that dimension and Earth world disguised as a local to seed, embody, and manifest the transformational energies of the Ascension Process.

To take this topic one more quantum step—which we must to be completely honest about this—if your Greater Self volunteered for this current Ascension Mission, then this part of You didn’t seed and send out only one aspect of You to do this, You most likely seeded many aspects and deliberately sent them to incarnate in different timelines and countries around Earth (aka your “past lives”). Why? Because it was/is a quantum crash-course in learning about living and functioning within polarized 3D physicality; living, perceiving and functioning within dense polarized male and female physical bodies; existing, functioning and perceiving within greatly restricted linear time; and learning to function with greatly restricted awareness and consciousness etc.

SPHERICAL OR QUANTUM BEING AND CONSCIOUSNESS

When this call went out for volunteers to help with dislodging humanity and Earth up and out from the dark mud-pit it had fallen into thanks to some other stubborn and confused aspects—aka the Dark Ones—YOU intentionally seeded different aspects of Yourself to incarnate on 3D Earth to all work on this particular Mission simultaneously. I know, I know, just breath and don’t think linear thoughts and linear time! Let your sense of self, selves, Self, expand back to what it really is which is NOT linear and separated at all.

The Greater Self You volunteered to help with getting THE Plan back on-track and to accomplish this It seeded aspects of Itself into, let’s say, Lemuria, Atlantis, ancient Egypt, ancient China, Asia, north, central, and south America as native Indians, Mayans etc., Tibet, India, north and south Africa, different countries and timelines throughout Europe and so on. And It seeded these different aspects of Itself into these different countries and timelines in both male and female bodies so that as much knowledge, learning, creativity and integration could be gained. (Think spherical not linear.)

In many of these past/simultaneous lives you were trained by other Master Teachers, other Starbeings and by other-dimensional Beings (who in some cases where also other aspects of You as well) all to help the overall quantum Mission and teach these different incarnated aspects of You the things you/You/YOU all needed/need to know from firsthand experience within the third dimension and polarized physicality. How could you possibly help anyone or anything if you/You/YOU didn’t know what it’s like living in a dense physical body with limited consciousness in a profoundly polarized physical world? So, crash-course to learn, to live, taste, feel, to know for yourself/selves how and why and all the in’s and outs of a life in 3D. And because You have inserted aspects of Self within this Earth world and THE Plan, you’re not breaking any universal Freewill Laws by making the needed Ascension-related changes. Now the many different you’s have some serious personal knowledge tools to work with during the last leg of this quantum Mission, plus no one’s Freewill has been infringed upon either.

So here comes the real mind-bender with all this. Breath, expand your sense of self and relax.

This current incarnation, this current life you aspect is the really, really important volunteer piece in this massive elaborate quantum Mission. I know it doesn’t seem like you are and it sure as hell doesn’t feel like you are, but you are nonetheless. This current self you and incarnation is the real anchor aspect to all this; the real incarnation body/mind/soul that’s the one living, transmuting, and embodying within the Ascension, the “End Times”, the end of the 16 billion-yearlong Plan timeline to actually do the deed of Ascension through yourself, your bodies, your heart and soul. All the rest of it has been, is, quantum prep-work and support for this particular aspect of You in this life, this incarnation and timeline to wrap this Mission up and bring it home, Home, HOME.

Many years ago I read something channeled by Barbara Marciniak’s Pleiadians. They called us Starseeds/Lightworkers/”System Busters” the “Standard Bearers of our Souls”. When I first read that term I wasn’t positive of what they meant by it. A few weeks later I totally understood. We are indeed the aspects that are embodying and living the Alchemical Ascension Process and 16 billion-yearlong polarity resolution transformational work within and through our current bodies and selves to get THE Plan back on-track and provide a way out of the old stuck mud-pit Earth now for any who wish to extricate themselves from the endless negativity, darkness, polarity, violence, suffering, greed, lack, pain and tears.

Let your greater quantum identity and volunteered role sink in a bit and go have a bowl of ice cream or something and cut yourself some slack. Is it any wonder why so many of us are exhausted beyond comprehension at this point? Well done everyone and just a little way left to go now.

Cusp Of Ages, Beliefs & Consciousness

Guess how many planets are Retrograde now? 538 planets!!! Yep, I exaggerated slightly but it feels like 538 planets are retrograde now. Seriously, there’s a bunch of planets retrograde right now. Here’s a list of them for visual and emotional impact and to help make a point or two.

Mercury rx in Virgo
Jupiter rx in Aries
Chiron rx in Aquarius
Uranus rx in Pisces
Neptune rx in Aquarius
Pluto rx in Capricorn

That’s a whole lotta back-peddling going on now and another reason—like we needed any other reason than The Summer of 2010!—for confusions, misunderstandings, polarized verbal battles over beliefs happening in various places, waiting and waiting and more waiting while many of us go deep within to re-examine, re-do, re-think, re-plan, re-evaluate, re-search, whatever it is that each of us needs to now thanks to this good-sized herd of retrograde planets.

When any planet goes retrograde, it’s a period where we go internal via that planet/planets energies and the sign it/they are in. It’s an internal, slow down, go within, highly receptive, non-linear time where The Work is done feeling, thinking, re-evaluating and digging around internally. The Work will become externalized and forward moving and more easily seen when the planet/planets go Direct (forward) motion once again. But until then, it is go inside and re-do, re-work and re-think things, and in this case, lots of things!

Because Lightworkers reincarnate on Earth in larger numbers at astrological Age changes or Cusp periods to help humanity transition from the exiting Ages energies, consciousness and belief systems, many of us are intimately familiar with the dangers and frustrations of transitioning from an Old Age into a New Age on Earth. We’re familiar with it because we return to carry—in ourselves, our minds, hearts and physical and energy bodies—the very energies and consciousness of the incoming New astrological Age energies. We are them before anyone else on Earth.

It doesn’t mean it’s a big celebratory party or that it’s easy because it never is because humans don’t like change. It makes them nervous and increases their fears, so typically, we’re looked down upon as rebels, freaks, outsiders, troublemakers and are usually targets because of it. But it’s who we are and what we do and we’re really great at it. So what’s my point anyway with all this? It’s that life during any astrological Age Cusp period is volatile, dangerous, extra intense, and like trying to plant new crops in quicksand while being shot at by the locals! We’re just not the people’s favorite folks at all. But we forge ahead nonetheless because it’s why we’re here at this time.

During astrological Age changes numerous things are dying, falling away, going extinct, and obviously many of them try very hard to not exit the consciousness of humanity. At the same time the seemingly radical new astrological Age energies, consciousness, awareness, abilities, spirituality, science and technologies are pouring down on humanity, in this case directly from Aquarius’ cosmic water jug! It’s these Age Cusp periods that are so wild, so unstable, so volatile that the world looks, feels and acts like it’s going crazy, which it basically is. Humans just don’t handle change of this magnitude very well but once they’ve adapted it’s near impossible to get them out of it again later.

Because all of our lives are within this current astrological Age change or Cusp period from exiting Pisces into Aquarius, not to mention the Ascension Process and related dimensional shifting and everything else, we’re far more affected by these two astrological Ages energies, ways and belief systems bleeding-over on each other and all the tensions and frustrations that produces in humanity. So many people want the new Age and new world to arrive, and yet, many people’s consciousness can’t yet fully grasp the new Age of Aquarius with zero past Piscean Age ways and belief systems anywhere in it.

Because this astrological Age change is profoundly different from all the earlier ones (because of the ascension process, 2012 system end date etc.), we’ve got a lot of people literally living on the Age Cusp trying to have many of the Piscean Age beliefs laid on top of new Aquarian Age energies, awareness, technologies, spirituality and many other things. I understand and recognize this because the majority of my past lives have been exactly as this one is; right during a volatile astrological Age cusp. I also understand that it takes some time for everyone to fully transition out of the old and into the new. However, this time is different in that there’s a clear expiration date to not only the ending Piscean Age, but the entire past Project on Earth. (This is represented by the Mayan calendar end dates of 2011 and 2012.)

Because of this, we’re going to make this astrological Age transition much faster than other Ages. I’ve read that past Age cusp transition periods were about 500 years long. This time it will happen seemingly overnight from our perspectives.

What I’m getting at is that many people still have a lot of past exiting Piscean Age ways, partial belief systems, consciousness, energies etc. that they’re overlaying on top of the new Aquarian Age energies and many things are rather crappy and really ridiculous at this point. Another aspect of this Age Cusp business is that—as much as I hate it—as we transition into the new Age of Aquarius/Uranus and its opposite sign Leo/Sun energies (the two signs and energies are directly connected), humanity manifests many of the lower qualities of both signs first and have to evolve into their higher qualities as we move deeper into the new Age.

If you doubt me take an honest look around at the lowest qualities of both Aquarius and Leo manifesting in our world. The most obvious are the endless push of new tech tools and gadgets of all types (lower Aquarius/Uranus qualities), which is still about making money and not improving quality of life for all, and the endless streams of talentless, greedy, mostly repulsive, mega-sized egos that all believe themselves to be the next sexy, fabulous, hot Super Star (lower Leo/Sun qualities).

Apply this Age cusp business to the “spiritual communities” and you can easily see some of the reincarnated Atlantians here now as many (but certainly not all) of the “new age” teachers/lectures who rake in the big bucks while basking their egos in the Leonine limelight as too many of their followers treat them like spiritual Super Stars. Aquarius/Leo energies at their lowest are the flip side of ancient Atlantis at its lowest, and many of us need to quickly figure this tricky one out and learn to be what we really are now without our egos or our followers becoming our followers but fellow ascending/evolving beings increasingly awakening to their true Higher Selves and 5D natures now also. Get over yourself in other words, become really self-sufficient as an ascended being, and manifest the highest qualities of Aquarius/Leo. And while we at it lets stop laying old distorted religious Piscean Age dis-empowerment beliefs on certain Aquarian Age tech gadgets.

We’ll get there because that’s what we do. But let us all not forget that the majority of us still have one foot in the old Piscean Age world and the other foot in the new Age of Aquarius, which makes for some highly ridiculous ways of thinking, believing and being. New Aquarian Age high-tech tools and gadgets that “heal” the weak, painful and exhausted in a type of energetic cosmic laying on of hands! Sorry but this Age overlapping is frustrating to me, especially at this late date. I usually try to keep my mouth shut about this but every now and then when 538 planets are retrograde, I just gotta spew a bit.

In the end all I ask is that you ponder that so very much more can and will be available in us and for us as we continue to exit the Age of 3D Pisces/Virgo and settle fully in 5D Aquarius/Leo Age consciousness Land. Imagine much greater, dream much higher, because that and more is what we can manifest as beings that have ascended while remaining in our bodies and helped create a new 5D Earth world for us all to exist on. Go ahead and flex your new higher 5D consciousness muscles and dare to be a fully empowered creator being. It’s the next step after all.

Age of Aquarius, But Fifth Dimensional

“Because we have reached the pre-set expiration date for this system, because we have stopped seemingly journeying away from Source, turned around and are now evolving back towards Home, we are soon going to be experiencing a profoundly different sense of self and corresponding reality. For the past few years, I have come to understand so much more about what the new 5D astrological Age of Aquarius is about. This understanding or knowing is exactly that—a marvelous higher, spherical knowing as opposed to the old egoic linear intellectual thinking, contemplating, speculating and pondering we are used to from our earlier (past) lives within polarized 3D.

I clearly see how ascended Leo/Sun—the opposite sign and Age to Aquarius/Uranus—represents our lengthy soul journeys and how we developed important and individuated ego’s and sense of separated self from Source. Eventually, this process would reach its expiration date, its grand completion end date and we would stop, turn around, and begin the first phase, which is picking up after ourselves and cleaning up the campgrounds we have been camping in for so long—our time learning and creating within polarized physicality on Earth. With the start of our physical ascension process in 1999, we entered the phase of cleaning up and transmuting our many polarized and projected messes and monsters across time on planet Earth. These messes and monsters were the natural results of our acquiring egos and reaching such an extreme sense of separation from Source and everyone and everything else.

With the Leo/Sun separated ego aspects of ourselves thoroughly established over eons of seemingly linear lifetimes on Earth, we finally reached this current phase where we needed to transmute our little individuated Leo ego selves into the exalted and integrated aspects of high vibrating Leo/Sun. We needed to transmute our fragmented ego selves, plus the many polarized messes they created throughout our physical human incarnational experiences and lessons within 3D, and ascend. Once we accomplished this difficult stage of the grand integration and polarity resolution process, we are, or soon will realize that we have already become very different beings; that we are currently, and rapidly, evolving into a new species. The recently integrated and transmuted 3D human has (is and will) reached higher 5D Leo/Sun Heart consciousness, which automatically sends these non-polarized and like-vibrating beings into the opposite Aquarian side energies.

With our lower 3D egos and numerous fragmented selves now integrated and transmuted, we vibrationally become ascended/evolved individual humans that are non-polarized and unified within themselves. Once we transmute our baggage in all its diverse forms, we naturally become more than our past numerous and separated parts. We become whole or unified individually. This higher frequency state automatically thrusts us into the Aquarian energy side where everything is about the Group. However, this Group is comprised of non-polarized, integrated and ascended/evolved Leo individuals. Because of this, we now have a Group (Aquarius) where every individual (Leo) is an ascended and unified being, which obviously indicates that the entire Group is going to be rather spectacular! When combined, the Group also energetically becomes much more than its many integrated, ascended, and individual parts. This is what fifth dimensional beings and communities are. The early evolutionary levels within 5D consist of polarity resolved and integrated individuals, who are each a unique and important piece of a much larger Group puzzle. This is exalted Leo—still an individual even within 5D—fitting and functioning perfectly within the fully ascended 5D Aquarian Group. Together the Group is capable of creating and sustaining a very high vibrating world and reality from their High Hearts (evolved Leo) and individual conscious connections to their own Higher Selves (high Aquarius).”

Evolving, Ascending ESP Abilities

I’ve mentioned before about how increasing numbers of people are and will continue suddenly becoming psychic—clairvoyant, claircognizant, clairaudient, telepathic, empathic—due to living the Ascension Process and evolving beyond old lower Duality frequency. Expanding consciousness includes all of the old 3D ESP abilities plus much, much more. Having 5D High Heart consciousness means your Center is the higher creative High Heart, not 3D ego-based emotions and emotional needs. High Heart consciousness means you naturally feel others and that you are telepathically and clairvoyantly able to be in contact with like-vibrating others. The Internet has been trying to teach and prepare humanity about functioning within this 5D type of invisible, instant and interconnected way with other people around the planet.

While in Duality 3D and consciousness the ego-self sucked all the oxygen out of the room and didn’t allow for much of anything else. The ego is a 3D one-trick pony and excelled at what it was designed to do. But, with the compressed evolution ascension out of density, Duality and ego-self and consciousness, becoming vastly more aware plus aware of your connection to everyone/thing else, is rapidly becoming the primary way of perception and being. It is what 5D High Heart Consciousness is all about and many people are suddenly finding themselves perceiving and feeling a lot of things that aren’t theirs but other peoples.

Because I’ve been “psychic” all my life this transition wasn’t as traumatic to me as it could be for certain other people not familiar with ESP at all. So if you’ve recently started seeing, hearing, feeling, sensing, or absolutely knowing things without knowing how you know them, welcome to the exciting phase of expanded awareness and higher functioning! Because everything is so compressed and sped-up now, I believe that people will naturally adapt and adjust to their suddenly discovering that they are perceiving and feeling much, much more than ever before.

Having said all that, realize that our ESP abilities will simply develop and evolve into even greater levels of awareness and communication—emotional, mental, visual—with like-others and also with the Others; the nonphysical Others, ETs, Starbeings, Lightbeings, Angelics, Masters, higher dimensional Groups etc. The great evolutionary ascension leaps we’ve made already—plus all the ones still to come—are absolutely fantastic. But as with all spiritual growth, there is always more. Always. Be prepared to be really impressed with your new higher expanded, expanding abilities and awareness, but know too that there are so many more levels and stages of development beyond them. Also know that it becomes less dramatic, less colorful, less intense the further one evolves. What used to be highly dramatic and impressive psychically, is replaced with a much quieter, much more simple and direct Knowing or becoming quantum with Higher Self and Source and inter-dimensional like-Others. It only gets better and more fun from here on out. Enjoy the much larger playground.

Soul Mates

Thanks go to a new TRANSITIONS friend and reader for asking me to talk a bit about Soul Mates. ❤

We’ve all heard the term Soul Mates and/or Twin Flames before and many people believe that term applies only to romantic (and usually opposite sex) relationship. Over the years this basic belief was expanded to incorporate other very important people in our lives; people like best friends, siblings, and even enemies or nasty and unpleasant people who came into our lives for a relatively short period but provided much hard and/or painful learning’s for us.

I was very glad when I heard that the term Soul Mates had been allowed to expand, evolve to take in other people and relationships than just romantic ones! I never believed that our other half, our missing externalized other half was wandering the planet somewhere and we could only hope that this mysterious Prince/Princess Charming would stumble into our lives someday. That whole belief system was terribly repelling to me. I always believed that if, IF we each were missing some other part or aspect of ourselves, then it was exactly that—another aspect of US and not another person, but another aspect of the overall “me” or “you”. That’s what I always sensed Soul Mates / Twin Flames where.

Example: Think of some dearly beloved nonphysical spiritual “guide”, teacher or Lightbeing that you personally know. Think of how much you love him/her/it/them, think of how much you respect and trust him/her/it/them. In many cases those nonphysical “guides”, teachers, helpers, Lightbeings, ETs etc. are other aspects of YOU that exist in other dimensions. To me, they are your current self’s Soul Mates in the very deepest sense.

Now with us rapidly evolving, ascending beyond lower frequency density and duality into Triality (Unity) consciousness, the term Soul Mates and/or Twin Flames will most likely change even more because we’re changing. Now our Soul Mate could be our increasing ability to be consciously aware of and interact with our own Higher Selves and reintegrated Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies and aspects. Now how’s that for a Soul Mate!
