Adapting to the Force of Living in the Now Moment

It’s interesting to discover how running out of the Now Moment, either into the past or future, felt like it reduced the nearly unbearable energetic pressure of being in it. I suspect that’s why many of us ran our minds/emotions into the past or the future; it was just way too much for us back then to stay in the Now Moment and not get our skin blown off our bodies! 😉 I jest, somewhat.

I hadn’t thought about this before, or I should say, I hadn’t been consciously aware of this before in the way I am starting to now. It takes some real grit to stay in the blast-range of the Now Moment and not run away, not waver, not fly out or escape into the past/future because it’s so incredibly intense and powerful and, and, and, big n’ mind blowing in the Now Moment! The creative possibilities alone are almost too much to endure, and this is only the beginning of this for many of us! Every time we embody another chunk of Christ/Crystal/Higher Self/Divine into these bodies and rapidly evolving selves, the creative “playing field” we find ourselves in grows tremendously, meaning we step a bit more into the full force blast-range of the quantum Now Moment in these physical bodies.

So far to me this feels like having no protective layer of skin on my body so I’m feeling everything in much more direct and amplified ways. I do know however that it won’t always feel this way to me. Needless to say I’m having to learn how to not run away from this sensation of seeming Now Moment overload in this body and self. While in it now sounds are louder and sharper, feelings profoundly intense, intentions razor-sharp and throbbing with creative potential, colors more colorful, unaware people more sadistic and heavy, thoughts more important than ever, Love is you and your NEW home, and God/Source/the Divine being only steps away instead of light-years off someplace else so distant IT is nearly impossible to reflect at lower levels.

Adapting to this (and much more) while in-body takes some real grit which I, in Denise form, hadn’t considered much because I’ve been so busy reaching this NEW starting point just as many of us have. We’ve had our hands full with other Ascensions Process Work leading up to this, but now, this! I feel like a teenage boy entering puberty, fumbling around like a greasy, twitching idiot repulsing most everyone while having hormonal drives and desires sufficient enough to conquer the world! 😆 Do you have any idea how powerful a Creator you actually are? Team Dark has always known and it’s why they’ve worked so hard to keep humanity from naturally evolving.

Are you increasingly discovering how, when and why you run away from or fall out of the powerful Now Moment? This is part of the Ascension Process and Shift in the physical and many of us have been and continue moving back and forth, in and out of the Now Moment so we learn and intimately know what it feels like to us in these bodies at this time within the Ascension Process. Said another way, we’re getting very familiar with being in time and then beyond it, then back in it again, then out of it again and so forth. Talk about ‘channel surfing’!

I’ve done this with many other things during these Ascension years because it’s how we Master them while in physical bodies on a physical world. We do them repeatedly until we’ve Mastered each one on multiple levels. It’s not that we’re just playing in more Duality, but that we’re Mastering the Shift from one level, dimension, timeline(s) and state to another, multiple times until we can do it with zero pain or confusion. Said in another say, we’re Mastering being multidimensional Beings while in physical bodies as these personalities/selves we are today. And if it takes us a year or two or however many to get proficient at shifting from one level to another and consciously understand it to the degree we can educate someone else about it, then so be it. For many of us it’s not enough to do it, whatever it is, but to have full conscious knowledge about it and about doing it, how it feels, functions and so on. Some of us desire to really sink our teeth into these processes for very important and creative reasons so we do them repeatedly until its second nature to these versions of “us” in physicality now.

This article is very much aligned with tomorrows New Moon at 29° Aries. There’s you (Aries) getting good at shifting into the Now Moment and eventually staying there. The other energy connected to this important event and task has been and will continue to be how other people (Libra) act/react to you in this NEW level of being and awareness increasingly in the Now Moment. Some of these other people haven’t been taking it well and have lashed out, been disrespectful and attempted to degrade and insult. Same old tactics and reactions in other words. Whatever, keep moving forward and maybe they’ll eventually get themselves together enough to cope with all the change taking place… or not.

Use this important Aries New Moon and degree because it’s simply an ongoing energetic progression of what began with the 2015 March Equinox and Eclipse. Happy Now Moment being and creating. ❤

September 2014 Equinox Realignment

Thank gawd n’ everybody else that the September 22, 2014, Equinox helped me tremendously by literally realigning me by what felt to be about 23.5 degrees! Whether that’s correct or not I don’t know, but it’s what I felt within myself the moment the Sun entered 0º Libra yesterday; a powerful internal vertical realignment within myself, and externally in the world as well.

I felt blessed immediate relief, inner clarity, stability, strength and normalcy returned within myself in that split-second after nearly a month of explosive inner/outer imbalances within myself and my corner of the world/reality due to what my mom and I have gone through with her catastrophic health emergencies. I’ve felt different Equinoxes and Solstices energetically shift “reality” the moment they happen like this over the years, however, never as intensely and with such Divine Loving Force as it did yesterday. Absolutely amazing, and I’m profoundly grateful for it because my inner Denise axial tilt had gotten blasted out of its natural vertical alignment over the past month and far too much was being affected because of it. It’s like I’d drifted off-channel by a few degrees due to these life-changing traumas over the past four weeks, but, reaching 0º Libra in 2014 automatically produced an instantaneous energetic realignment within myself, and probably many of us that very much needed that particular type of help now.

These energetic events yesterday further taught me about how quickly we now can be dramatically “corrected”, helped, adjusted and realigned if we desire that for ourselves, which I very much did and intended it, visualized it, and opened myself to it hours before the exact moment of the Equinox. I energetically opened my chest to heaven and intended a “healing” for myself in all ways as the Sun entered Libra, and that’s exactly what I got in a very NEW sort of way. Again, amazing, and a big clue about how much we and “reality” have changed this year. If we can course correct and/or realign this quickly and completely now, just imagine what more is coming for us all. ❤

How about these 2014 Ascension Symptoms!

I feel I must mention some of the symptoms I’ve had this summer only because they’ve been very different from the ones I’ve had since 1999, and I know many are experiencing these NEW energies in NEW ways. Here’s a list of some of these NEW 2014 symptoms caused by further DNA evolution, ongoing Higher/Lower self merging, Separation of Worlds, expanding HighHeart Consciousness, bridging into the NEW Earth and everything else for humanity, and ongoing general Mastery as NEW Humans in a NEW Earth world. As always, your mileage will vary so take what you relate to now and let the rest sit. 🙂

Sudden head to foot heavy sweating even while at rest
Sensation of going into mild shock
Occasional mild nausea
Need to eat food, digest food, eliminate food becoming more difficult and repulsive
“Buddha Belly” bloat—diaphragm bloat, pressures and pains
Getting easily lost, turned around, confused, not knowing where you are in time and space
Feeling more connected than ever before
Feeling more disconnected than ever before
Higher Awareness knowing that massive numbers of people are leaving physicality now in 2014 and beyond and that it’s a normal part of the Separation of Worlds
Feeling periods of 5D HighHeart bliss
Feeling absolutely nothing whatsoever emotionally. Utter Emotional Neutrality and that feeling good and correct too
Exhaustion but somehow pushing through it anyway
Inability to sleep and/or remain asleep. Waking at 4AM or 4:44AM or 5AM or 5:55AM
Nearly constant high-pitched inner ear ringing that forms a triangular shaped energy form from your right/left ears up to a point above your head or your Crown chakra
Tremendous evolutionary changes within our brain in the Pineal, Pituitary and Hypothalamus glands and related DNA and consciousness changes
Sudden stabbing pains in different joints
Tremendous pain and soreness in feet and toes, even up into the ankles
Increased inner body heat and related swelling
Increased inner heat (and power) in the hands and related pain and possible swelling
Greater loss of old self identity, greater increase of NEW Self identity, related “strangeness” to these ongoing embodiments of Higher/Lower self mergings

As usual I probably forgot some important ones and will remember them fifteen minutes after I hit the publish button. That in itself is no doubt another Ascension related symptom. 😉 Anyway, I wanted to let everyone know I’m still here and functioning once again thanks to yesterdays Equinox. It’ll be very powerful to bookend all this with the New Moon at 1º Libra 8′ tonight (here in the Pacific zone) which should fuse, merge, unite these NEW energies into us and all else in these very NEW higher ways. It feels like another stage and level of individual internal “Sacred Marriage” is taking place now within each of us via these 2014 Libran Light energies. Just imagine what NEW tools, consciousness and abilities etc. this year’s winter Solstice will bring!

2014 March Equinox & April Makeover

In years past at TRANSITIONS I often referred to the current disintegration and death throes of the global patriarchy and their systems, structures, beliefs, “church & state” lies and con jobs upon mass humanity as The Downfall of Atlantis Part 2. This topic about the NEW is a big one so for a while you’re going to be hearing about it from many sources. Each of us talking about the NEW in 2014 and beyond will of course do so from our personal current levels of awareness, perception, unique abilities and our remaining filters and beliefs. All you need do is what you’ve always needed to do; discern all information from everyone, including me, and take what works for you at this moment and toss the rest or let it ride for the time being.

This topic I’m referring to is huge and will need to be covered in chunks in multiple articles by many of us I hope. Why? Because this topic is about the Shifting and the NEW and all the changing it is and will cause. This topic is astrological, the Ascension Process further unfolding, about our having reached a major point where the old global patriarchal energies/consciousness/beliefs/systems are being entirely replaced with NEW higher frequency energies/blueprints/consciousness/beliefs/systems. This topic is about growing numbers of people returning to self-empowerment, conscious personal responsibility, fifth dimensional HighHeart centered being and consciousness, developing intentional Conscious Creating, and about an escalating global reality makeover and more. Stair-steps always, but sometimes we reach huge and important “landings” on those stair-steps where across-the-board changes happen via the Ascension Process. We’ve reached another of these huge “landings” between a lot of stair-steps—the 2014 March Equinox. A high frequency energy tsunami of NEW energies, blueprints and higher consciousness is about to physically impact for most and manifest for some prepared others here via the 2014 March Equinox, and the potent and very important April Cardinal Squares/Oppositions transits taking place at 13–14°. We’ve been through many Energy Waves before however, this 2014 March Equinox is unlike any others because it’s entirely within the NEW. This is why so many have felt it approaching so far before the actual physical March 20th–21st day of the Equinox. No fear, and don’t vibrationally “fall” into panic or doubt just because the Collective senses something really huge and different is coming and is already radiating some confusion, worry and fears. If ever you’ve needed to hold steady in your HighHeart center and HighHeartmind, it’s March and April 2014 and beyond. Do that and you’ll surf this NEW wave just like the old pro you actually are.

First, I want to talk about some of what I’ve perceived so far about the 5th of 7 Cardinal Squares between Uranus/Pluto/Mars/Jupiter/Moon happening April 2014 at 13–14° Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn. Added to all that is a Lunar Eclipse/Full Moon at 25° Libra on April 15th, followed two weeks later of course by a Solar Eclipse/New Moon at 8° Taurus.

Another highly important aspect of this April 2014 astrological energetic blueprint Shift is that Sirius, located at 13.5° Cancer, is directly involved in this 5th Cardinal Square transit.

And as if that isn’t enough, the birth chart of the USA has its Sun at 13° Cancer. This means the USA’s birth chart—in particular its Sun which has to do with its national identity, its worldwide identity, its ego and sense of “self” etc.—is at the very center of the bullseye of this 5th Cardinal Square. Talk about a cosmic, evolutionary Ascension related “makeover” for the USA, which obviously means the rest of the world too eventually.

Let me explain why this makes me so very happy. Who else on the planet needs to evolve, to release the past, to let go of, to relinquish its obsessive patriarchal warring consciousness and way of dealing with Earthly reality, it’s controlling, manipulative, domineering, corrupt, greedy, lying, “Big Brother”, “Fat Daddy”, “Lord n’ Master”, “Old Boys Club” consciousness and identity, behaviors and activities than the USA? Because the USA has long declared itself to be the Ruler of Earth and all things and Peoples on it…

It shouldn’t be any surprise that the USA is next on the list of countries in early 2014 that desperately needs to evolve and make sweeping positive changes. It has been changing slowly over the past few years despite a lot of internal crazy patriarchal resistance, however, this 2014 March Equinox immediately followed by the April Uranus/Pluto Squares will be a USA reality and consciousness game-changer. The old elite boss & Co. can bitch n’ complain, resist and fight, plot n’ plan all they want but none of it will make any difference whatsoever. The NEW is here now and in effect and nothing and no one can stop, override or derail that Divine fact.

The 1st of these 7 Cardinal Uranus/Pluto Squares started and the ‘Arab Spring’ revolution began in December 2010 in Tunisia, followed quickly in January 2011 in Egypt and some other nearby countries to revolt and free themselves from the long, horrible reign of Team Dark there. Here in early 2014, we’re all about to begin the 5th of these 7 Cardinal Uranus/Pluto Squares, but this time it’s focused in the USA because it’s happening at 13–14° Cancer, the degree and sign of the USA’s birth Sun! (I noticed on the Internet News page recently that another Bush creature– grandson of President Bush the First–has been working into position to continue being the supreme patriarchal Rulers of Earth and all things and Peoples on it. Good gawd these human Team Dark people are too much! Blinkered, one trick ponies they are, and it’s a really repulsive old boring trick at this point. Planet B exists for all you types however so enjoy your fixated lower frequency obsessions over there because none of it will be allowed here.)

This 5th Cardinal square in April 2014 is happening at 13–14° Cancer meaning the USA’s birth Sun and sense of self, national and global identity, old patriarchal ego and consciousness etc. is about to have an up-close and personal energetic makeover via these intense transformational Cardinal squares and opposition energies. Nothing can stay as it has been and meet these astrological energies from within the NEW blueprints of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle and survive unchanged. Nothing and no one. It/they will change or it/they will die and go elsewhere but it/they will not stay unchanged through this astrological transit happening at these degrees in Cardinal signs in the NEW higher energies and blueprints.

Remember also that the 6D Sirian Sacred Architects are soon to be energetically working much more directly and closely with Earth and humanity in NEW ways via these April transits.

Let us also not forget that these current Uranus/Pluto squares and oppositions (2012–2016) are a higher level continuation of what they started in humanity/consciousness/reality back in the volatile and highly revolutionary 1960s. Remember the original hippies—some of whom were the Ascension Process First Wavers—embodying and anchoring higher 5D Uranian/Aquarian energies, consciousness and awareness about Peace, Love, Freedom, Equality, Creativity, Sharing all things with all Others, and ‘Make love not war’ into 3D way back then? Seeds planted long ago are about to finally sprout physically in this here and now especially here in the USA, and of course across the rest of the planet, and throughout humanity’s evolving, “ascending” consciousness.

This 5th Cardinal square at 13–14° in April 2014 will affect the USA in ways the USA has never been affected before. The USA absolutely cannot continue being the global police, the global father and stepfather, the global boss or the global controller any longer. The USA will now begin rapidly evolving into the higher-level NEW consciousness and “Wayshow” and “Pathpave” for global humanity.

Do not misunderstand what I’m saying here. I’m NOT saying that the US government will be doing this for its people or other nations around the world. I’m saying that ‘We the People’—which is very Aquarian—will be doing it and the US government will follow… until national government is no longer needed. The time of people giving all their power over to any government or religion or anything/anyone else that then rules all, dictates, controls, taxes and restricting its Peoples is over.

The NEW higher energies are about individuals evolving to self-empowerment, self-responsibility, greatly evolved consciousness, and discovering that they’re individually capable of Consciously Creating. Put some of these awakened, self-empowered, self-responsible, conscious individuals together and you’ve got the beginning of many of the NEW higher frequency, higher consciousness HighHeart Groups—which is very Aquarian—that “govern”, support, and sustain themselves and each member in their Group in all ways. This is the beginning of the NEW higher consciousness 5D Groups or Communities (remember the hippies “communes” of the ’60s?) that will be Consciously Creating themselves here in the USA and in all other countries around the planet. Put higher consciousness behind this and you start to get an idea of what 5D life and “reality” will be like on the NEW Planet A/B.

We of the Light and Ascension Process, evolution, freedom, peace and equality for All life on Earth will absolutely love reentering these NEW higher 5D creative Love energies and Consciously Creating our NEW realities and connecting with like-Groups etc. on our NEW Earth world. Those of the old disintegrating patriarchy Team Dark energies and consciousness hate what’s happening even more than they hate what they’ve lost already and will continue going the way of the dinosaurs very quickly now. Ignore them until they’re all gone and keep focused on what you’re here to do in and with the NEW.

The first week of March 2014, I’ve once again been hearing, seeing and feeling some of the greatly reduced and much weakened Negativity out and about making itself known by pounding and banging into or against our house or walls; floating shadowy chunks of itself through the interior of your house; or trying to impact and affect you in any way it can. This is typical behavior before another huge positive cosmic/galactic/solar/astrological Light Energy Wave arrives here on Earth. The remaining Negativity gets all worked up and frantically lashes out and simultaneously tries to dig-in anywhere it can before the next Wave of Divine Light Energies arrive here and further reduces or completely removes it. Recognize what it is and why it’s doing what it is and simply keep focused on what YOU were doing before being so rudely interrupted by the exiting Darkness.

There will be some very angry and stunned crusty patriarchal folks this year and next, but once again, ignore them and their threats and demented, twisted spewing and keep your HighHeartmind focused on the positive changes and outcomes. Their Dark time and power here has come and gone. Don’t buy into their last-minute lies no matter how tempting their empty promises may sound. Keep in high 5D heartmind that in the near future, money will not exist because it or anything like it won’t be necessary because all will be shared freely and equally with all Others. When the patriarchal Negativity tries to convince people that any of their old lower frequency ways, tools and systems will soon be better equalized among all Peoples, ask yourself why any of those old ways and tools would even be needed in a 5D frequency and consciousness world? The truth is that they would not, but the old Negativity hopes that you don’t know, remember or realize this so they keep trying to re-inject their old negative control systems and consciousness into the NEW. Years ago I began telling people in my articles to Dream much bigger, aim much higher. In this life I’ve always remembered how some 5D worlds and society’s function and there’s never been anything resembling money in any of them — it’s the why to this that’s important and is because it’s incomprehensible to any 5D frequency/consciousness being to not freely, openly, creatively and lovingly share everything with everyone else. It’s unthinkable to that level of consciousness.

Know that this transition, this epic Shift out of the old Negative everything into the NEW higher frequency everything also has Stair-steps. Unaware people would break under the shock and pressure of such profound sweeping change in physicality so this will happen in steps, very fast steps all things considered but steps nonetheless. Just getting Team Dark out of power on this planet is the biggest positive you can imagine — the rest of it will be fairly easy-peasy in comparison to what humanity has unknowingly been enduring for eons. It is taking time for people to move up these energetic and consciousness Stair-steps to the NEW, but never forget that it’s the NEW we’re all fully in now.

Lastly, I wanted to wrap this up with some insights on how this incrementally embodying more of ones Higher Self / Soul into one’s physical body and individualized consciousness and personality feels, works, and functions at this stage and level of the Embodiment Ascension Process.

More of us will be experiencing embodying a little more of our Higher Selves into these physical bodies and consciousness thanks to the March 2014 Equinox and reality changing transits of April. Because this information is interesting from this “human receiving” perspective, I thought I’d share a bit about what I’ve personally perceived unfolding very quickly for me since January 1, 2014.

One of the main things I’ve noticed within myself that gotten vastly stronger, larger, and even more prominent in my being than it always has been is my absolute knowing and living, functioning, existing, working and Consciously Creating as and from the knowing-ness that I AM an aspect of Divine Source/God/The All That Is. Period. Seriously period! Not much else is needed beyond this other than one’s Love of and for the Divine.

Said another way, Ascension is finally starting to feel, look and taste like HOME instead of all that previous lower level difficult and dangerous transmuting Negativity Duality across time space business! And it’s not playing out the way I suspect many of us have been expecting, which I always find interesting, highly educational, and profoundly humorous. And the Angelics just keep smiling their Light radiating Mona Lisa-like smiles at me and at you and at us all; that’s how they “belly laugh” and it’s a wonderfully beautiful thing.

Ascending, at this point in early 2014 I mean, has been about me becoming more and more integrated on all levels with the fact that I AM an aspect of The All That Is and living, functioning, existing, envisioning and Consciously Creating from that point of being instead of my old lower point of being and consciousness. It’s that simple… and that profound… and that amazing. Sorry confetti and balloons didn’t suddenly fall from the ceiling and music begin booming wonderfully all around us, but this is how this business is working, for me, so far. It’s simply me embodying/becoming/functioning as a little more of the Greater ME each moment, each day, each week etc. I’ve always known that first I needed to, you needed to, we all needed to clean up the old camp site before we left to go back HOME again. But finally living this in my earthly Denise bones and being moment by moment is so much more fabulous and incredibly empowering.

In future articles I’ll try to better describe this stage, this level of The Process in this more personal, individual way. So far, it’s very simply been about me just embodying a little more and a little more of my Higher Self, who knows absolutely and constantly that IT is an aspect of Source/God/The All That Is. That is Its identity. And to think about how long and hard we humans fight/fought to keep our little ego selves in control! The sooner one lets go of, the sooner one can embody so much more.

It’s 2014 & I still feel like #%*!

I’ve always believed that most people are more interested in the truth, even when it’s not all fluffied-up, intentionally made to sound completely bright n’ shiny, pain-free, negativity-free, and wholly easy and wonderfully fabulous. The people who want and need to hear the fluffied-up versions of the Ascension and Shift Process don’t read what I have to say. But, if you’ve been living and struggling through this Divine, this amazing, this amazingly difficult Ascension Process for many years and/or decades, then you’ve been through so much already that hearing me talk about a bit more Ascension related aches and pains in 2014 isn’t much of a big deal at all.

Of course we all want the pains, pressures, insanity and growing physical chaos to end–which believe it or not is happening faster than it seems from lower levels of awareness–but, when needed, it’s helpful to admit to yourself and others that you’re feeling slightly less than Divine, less than Angelic, less than 100% sheer Loving and Light Perfection constantly. Example: there was a recent mid-range X-class CME blasting us as I began writing this which, typically, makes my body/head hurt in rather weird ways even in my sixteenth year of this Ascension Process. To be perfectly honest, I simply don’t care any more about any Ascension and Shift related symptoms and side effects. They are what they are, plus they show the profound trans-formative changes more and more people continue living through and being further evolved by. To me that’s nothing but a grand positive, plus, after so many years of experiencing so much worse, these 2014 physical body aches and pains are rather minor in comparison. (It’s a different story out there in the old patriarchal physical world reality now however, but this too is a necessary part of the entire Ascension Process.)

Winter 2014 Review

Because I’ve experienced such improvements (in comparison to the past horrific fifteen years I mean) due to our entry into the NEW energies that came in at January 1, 2014, I’ve needed to spend more quiet time, more reflective and restful winter quarter time from within my High Heart to get my NEW footing and bearings so to speak. That plus do plenty of Conscious Creating/Intending/Visualizing for the first spring Equinox (March 20, 2014) completely within the NEW energies! Growing numbers of us are absolutely having to do this during the 2014 winter months (in the Northern Hemisphere, summer in the Southern). Do whatever it is that feels correct to you now to navigate this Shifting Process, and of course, be prepared for it all to change repeatedly as you continue evolving and changing.

January and February 2014 have been an extra quiet, extra internally focused, reflective and restful period while simultaneously extremely creative and busy in both nonphysical and physical terms. I know how contradictory that sounded, but this and plenty of other seeming contradictions are simply how it is during this Shift phase out of the old and into the NEW. This highly unusual (in multiple ways) 2014 winter quarter tells me that this first March Equinox is going to initiate some major NEW energies and physical changes into this world, reality, dimension, and very importantly, human consciousness. And then comes April 2014, but that’s a whole article unto itself! What mass changes in the USA the April transits (the fifth of seven Cardinal Squares) are going to activate!

(In case anyone hasn’t noticed–which would be hard to do–we’re now deeply in another level or stage of what began astrologically in the volatile, revolutionary 1960s. I lived through that intense time as a teenager and energetically and socially recognize we’re (the USA specifically I mean) again within the intense, nitty-gritty phase of that lengthy astrological energetic process during 2014–2015. More about this in upcoming articles.)

Hopefully you realize that I’ve deliberately typed the word NEW in caps for a while now in an attempt to help visually express that these new energies are indeed NEW, meaning radically different from what we’ve lived within all our lives up to this point.

And, as with the physical body aches and pains I experience due to the Ascension Process and energetic Shift into the NEW Evolutionary Cycle with its energies/blueprints/consciousness, I don’t much care about how this entry into the NEW impacts global societies, cultures, mass humanity, the old negative global patriarchy and their corrupt, greedy structures and systems, the past Piscean Age belief systems and religious beliefs, methods, tools, habits, addictions, delusions, lies, consciousness etc. I simply do not care from a lower consciousness, lower frequency, lower emotional ego level.

I Volunteered to incarnate within physicality on Earth to help bring in the NEW higher frequency energetic blueprints for humanity and all life and I don’t much care about the aches and pains–physical, emotional, psychological etc.–that this great evolutionary Ascension Process and dimensional frequency Shift causes me and humanity. From higher levels of awareness it’s a tiny and temporary price to pay to help redirect current and “future” humanity into the Light and real freedom, peace and equality on all fronts.

Most Volunteers functioning from their 5D frequency higher consciousness High Hearts don’t “care” in those old 3D lower frequency, lower consciousness, ego-centered ways based on emotional manipulations coming from and through the ego before Ascension. High Heart consciousness feels deeply, sees much farther, knows so much more about the why of things, but it does so in profoundly different ways than the old lower emotions, lower emotional manipulations through ones and other people’s lower frequency 3D ego self and consciousness. If you’ve lived this or are starting to live this then you know exactly what I’m talking about. If you haven’t begun this level of the Ascension Process and related Shift from dense 3D Duality to Light-filled 5D Triality or Unity, then what I’m saying sounds horrible and horribly selfish and profoundly uncaring to you. I can’t tell you much more about this until you personally begin experiencing this higher frequency aspect of this Ascension related energetic Shift yourself. You’ll have to take my word for it until then. Please hurry however because it’s indescribably better than the old lower way(s).

Not all but most of us current Ascension Process “Volunteers” have intentionally incarnated into 3D Earth physicality at the end of astrological Ages to help breakup the exiting Age energies and consciousness and anchor the incoming new astrological Age energies and consciousness on to the planet for humanity for the next 2,100-plus year cycle.

What I’m saying is that many (not all but many) of us current Ascension Process Volunteers (Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers/Pathpavers etc.) have repeatedly entered the third dimension during certain (if not all) “past” astrological Age changes (the cusps of Ages) which are typically highly volatile periods on Earth because humanity doesn’t do well with CHANGE at any time or to any degree! This time however we’ve been working with an astrological Age change plus an Ascension Process plus a dimensional Shift and more due to multiple Cosmic, Galactic, and Astrological Age cycles all happening simultaneously. All of the “past” times we’ve incarnated to help transition astrological Age energies and consciousness on Earth for humanity were for these multiple evolutionary transitions happening now.

Example: my “past” lives in ancient Egypt and elsewhere in other times were/are directly and intimately connected to my Denise life and time here now during this Ascension Process. There are so many incarnate now who had “past” lives in ancient Egypt, ancient Atlantis, super-ancient Lumeria and many other locations and times that are connecting, anchoring, repairing, correcting, adjusting, completing multiple “past” life plans, endeavors and preparatory phases into what we’re doing and living today with the Ascension Process. Point is, some of us are very familiar with and adept at intentionally coming to 3D Earth during highly volatile times of energetic/consciousness/reality/life changes from one astrological Age into another. We’re very good at this and much more. We’re far better than most of us consciously remember, but this is another big reason why we’re incarnate now during this Cosmic mother of a Grand Finale of change!

The real reasons I went over that material again now is because 1) humanity has entered another level, another layer of major changes in 2014 where more negative old patriarchal systems, structures and beliefs etc. are about to disintegrate some more. Never forget however that, simultaneously to these intensified “disintegration” periods of the old, that the NEW is replacing them all. They aren’t lining the streets yet for all to easily see and confirm but they soon will, despite the unbelievable parasitic tenacity of the old negative consciousness within so much of humanity still. Have you noticed how determined, how threatened, how angry and vicious they become every time they lose a little more of their old Team Dark ways? Guess they should have taken us ‘Asshole hippies from outer space’ more seriously, but gigantic egos always make this mistake.

And 2) is because I want more of you who need to be reminded of this again that YOU/ME/WE are the ways and means, the tools, the Divine within physicality, the “help”, the ones who are doing this in and through our bodies, hearts and consciousness. Do not continue thinking, believing and perpetuating the old intentional lies and distortions created by Team Dark across the past astrological Piscean Age by thinking, believing, expecting that “the answer” or “the help” or “the way” exists outside of yourself, your heart and your higher consciousness. It does but you must also remember that it’s you/me/we too and that’s why we Volunteered to come here now to do what we have and still are. Look within yourself because it’s the same as looking without. Team Dark went to extreme lengths to distort that spiritual, energetic truth and convince humanity that they do not have a direct connection to the Divine themselves. Nothing could be farther from the truth of course as you/me/we all are aspects of Divine Source. Let that old negative Team Dark emotional/mental habit or belief system go now because you need to know who and what you really are so you can Consciously Create over the old disintegrating negativity.

What is my “Mission”?

“…why do I not have a clue about what my mission is supposed to be? And why am I so oversensitive…?”

These were a couple of questions I received in an email recently. I’ve received many such emails from people over the years about them not knowing ‘what their mission is’ consciously and feeling bad, confused or concerned over it. Because we’ve all had these questions over the Ascension years, I thought I’d focus on this again in an article instead of a private email in hopes of more people possibly benefiting from this information. Thank you Gro from Norway for your questions. ❤

Ascension caused Hypersensitivity

First of all, the feeling of extreme sensitivity or hypersensitivity to pretty much everything and everyone is a normal and common Ascension symptom. Ascension related Kundalini activation causes one to feel incredibly sensitive to most everything and usually for years. Transmuting lower frequency 3D density and Duality (which current Kundalini activation automatically triggers) causes one to feel incredibly sensitive. Simultaneously, embodying higher frequency Light energies (that automatically evolve the entire physical body, the energy bodies, consciousness, DNA, unify dualized brain halves, eyes and physical and nonphysical vision, beef-up the central nervous system, the endocrine/chakra systems etc.) causes one to feel tremendously sensitive or hypersensitive to most everything and everyone. The entire Ascension Process causes one to feel overwhelmed at times, profoundly exhausted, nearly comatose at times and wildly overstimulated at other times and all that and much more is perfectly “normal”.

There were years where speaking aloud caused my head to reverberate internally so painfully that I literally couldn’t physically speak. There were years where my hearing was so hypersensitive that I had to wear earplugs when I went into any store because the volume of noise in them caused severe physical pain plus overwhelmed me mentally and emotionally. I’d oftentimes be reduced to hunkering down in a corner for a while, hiding behind my shopping cart in tears and/or extreme anger at the unaware masses endlessly screeching like monkeys all around me. Evolution is painful and difficult, especially so when you’re trying to not look, sound, or act like it’s happening to you in front of people who aren’t experiencing it! But let’s not forget that I (you/we) Volunteered for the job. 😉

What exactly is my Mission?

I realize that most people don’t have conscious memories of specific Ascension related “Mission” work. What I want you to understand is that it’s not important that you remember in ways you might prefer. What is important—especially now in 2014—is that you live what you are living; you embody what you are embodying; you anchor/ground/insert into the NEW earth and timeline the NEW energies of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle. That is and always has been your “Mission”. You my friends and fellow energetic spiritual co-workers are the living aspects and ways and means of the Mission in the physical dimension.

bubbles burst Jan. 2, 2013: "outflows" — Milky Way Galactic Center “Fermi bubbles” burst January 2, 2013 producing massive NEW energy “outflows”. One year later in January 2014 these NEW energies are PHYSICALLY impacting earth, humanity, human consciousness and physical reality.

Divine Source threw out another grand cyclical energy ball and because of this there needed to be plenty of Volunteers incarnate within physicality that would be ready and able to catch and anchor that energy ball within that dimension. We Volunteers said we’d go to 3D and prepare to catch the NEW Divine cosmic energy ball being hurled out to seed the NEW into everything everywhere. There are other aspects of “YOU” working on this same “Mission” but they exist in and work from other dimensions, and they all help this aspect of “YOU” here in physicality catching, receiving the NEW ball.

The Forerunners are exactly that–the ones that go first, that ‘Path pave’, that ‘Wayshow’, that literally insert the NEW higher frequency energies which are the NEW blueprints for humanity into this planet, space, dimension and frequency range through themselves, their physical and energetic bodies, their expanding awareness, hearts, and evolving consciousness. They do this first so the NEW energetic blueprints of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle are “grounded” and inserted into the NEW earth Grid systems and the NEW human Grid systems. There really isn’t anything more important and necessary than this for current and future humanity and all life on earth and elsewhere too.

Your “Mission” has been—and very much in 2014 and beyond—is about being a living conscious receptacle and lightening rod for the NEW incoming energies. We embody and insert them into the NEW earth and timeline for humanity today, tomorrow, and in the future. Your “Mission” is to receive, embody, house, carry and Consciously Create with these NEW higher frequency energies in and through your physical body and being which inserts and anchors them into the NEW earth Grid systems as the NEW blueprints of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle. Now, how’s that for a Mission?

Please don’t worry if you cannot consciously remember specifics about your personal “Mission”. So long as you’re living and embodying the Ascension Process and new Astrological Age energies and consciousness–Aquarius/Uranus (Higher Awareness) and opposite Leo/Sun (Higher Creativity and High Heart)–then you are doing your “Mission” work, and very well at that you should realize.

2013: The Species-wide stage of the ‘Weighing Of The Heart’

“Denise, I keep on reading from you and the Commenters (thank you for keeping your site going), I barely talk or write at this point but I’ll ask, if you feel like giving an example of what you said here, about imagination and high heart and creating a future – something that I (and maybe others) would be able to understand better, because I’m thinking maybe there could be a way I haven’t considered…
It’s like, for example, I’ve been feeling a lot of pain that I can’t afford (and am not that interested) in going to doctors to “fix” (because I know they can’t really heal it), but if I imagine the body part entirely whole and perfect, the pain tends to stop, but nothing physically changes, it’s still visibly a mess and the pain still comes back. Logic and linearity have flown out the window a while ago, and I do feel these doors to the imagination more open, however very near zero has changed on the outside, and like some others, I’m having those moments of that sort of bitterness about the way life has been all along and wanting to even stop imagining something better.
If you do feel like giving an example of “how” (doesn’t seem the right word) one can do this, that would be great. Either way, thank you so much for being around.

Thanks Kaisa for your great Comment question. ❤ It helps me to focus on this topic more closely, plus it provides an ongoing conversation under this article for those who might be interested in discussing this topic further in Comments.

I too have been doing this very thing Kaisa mentioned in her Comment above for the past three years now, and in 2013, it’s reached epic proportions of frustration in many of us with amplified confusion as well. I said recently elsewhere that 2013 has been far more difficult for all of us than 2011 and 2012 combined! Let’s be brave and talk about why that is.

No one was more frustrated than me when I realized that 2013 was an extension year for humanity with the Ascension Process. 2013 has been an extended gift period from Source/Divinity/”God”/All That Is so that more people would have the opportunity to deal with whatever it’s been and/or still is that they individually need to work on within themselves.

Remember how the prophesied ‘Three Days of Darkness’ turned out to be something VERY different from what it was claimed to be many years ago by certain people? Remember how it turned out to be what I call the living Life Review that took place over December 21, 22, 23, 2012, and everyone went through it then whether they consciously remember it or not? This alive Life Review was very similar to what we all naturally go through at our physical deaths and we experience a higher level, zero ego involved, brutally honest spiritual energetic Life Review with our Higher Self and Source Divinity — or as the ancient Egyptians called it, the weighing of the heart.

That was what we all went through during December 21, 22, 23, 2012, or the Expiration Date as I’ve called it. We went through a Process during those days, nights, hours and minutes that were very much like what we go through after our physical death, but, because we’re “ascending” and taking our physical bodies with us, we went through this alive Life Review process while in our physical bodies and incarnate on physical Earth. That’s a rare and very big deal.

So what happened next within this ascension related process our IN PHYSICAL BODY Life Review? What happened next was 2013! And, 2013 has been broken up into the increasingly intense and developing Three Trimesters corresponding with the first three seasons after the 2012 Expiration Date and living Life Review. Said another way, these developing and increasingly intense Three Trimesters in 2013 are the equivalent of us incarnating in another life to intensely work on whatever it was that was revealed to each of us while we stood before Divinity with our Higher Self and had the rare, no frills, brutally honest, ascension related December 21, 22, 23, 2012 living Life Review.

What’s highly interesting to me about all this is how it’s a species-wide and planetary-wide Process that’s very much like many of the ancient’s mythological life/death/afterlife/traveling through the “Underworld”/working hard to get it right/ and eventual rebirth cycle stories. But, it’s all of humanity living through this stage of the Ascension Process while in-body at whichever stages everyone is capable of now that is. There’s those Stair Steps again. And Earth is simultaneously living through this Evolutionary Ascension related Process just as humanity is, because we and Earth (and well beyond too of course) are intimately connected energetically.

We have been and still are in 2013 living through the death/weighing of the heart/journey through the “Underworld” afterlife/difficult and compressed Inner Work phase which will help us reach and energetically match the NEW and vastly higher frequency that we’re about to realize we’ve been newly born or incarnated or ascended into. Pretty cool to be individually and collectively living the great mythological stories of old now in these physical bodies in this physical Ascension time wouldn’t you say?

If you view/review just 2013 so far from this perspective, it goes a long way in explaining why life and reality has been such a flaming pain in the everything for most everyone this year! We’re doing our best in 2013 to quickly deal with whatever it was that was revealed to us individually in the ‘Three Days of Darkness’ species-wide ‘Life Review’ so we individually create as clean a slate as possible for ourselves which prepares us to finally emerge out into the NEW with a matching internal frequency.

I realize that this was a long and roundabout way of answering Kaisa’s question, but I felt it was time I laid this information out in this particular way now because once one gets beyond the gasp and shock stage of it, it actually makes a lot of sense and makes the rest of the Sacred Journey before us easier.

So this is why many of us are not YET able to physically manifest to the degree we’d like to; we’re not quite there yet is all. We’re within the Ascension Process doing the last-minute, nitty-gritty and highly amplified hard Inner Work phase now but we’re so close to being ready to cope with, to handle being able to manifest quickly and intentionally within the physical realm. There’s great and very NEW responsibilities that come with being able to quickly and intentionally manifest in the physical, and 2013 is us working very hard to get there and quickly at this point.

I am old enough now that, like Kaisa was saying, I’ve either got to buy into—emotionally, psychologically, and financially—the old patriarchal world systems to supposedly help my aging physical body, eyes, teeth etc., or, I hang in there and do this difficult last-minute Inner Work and energetically reach the point where I’m capable on all levels of “fixing” and/or “healing” and/or Consciously Creating my reality, body and all, on my own. I’ve been a ‘System Buster’ all my 61 years so I’m certainly not going to fall back into the old lower world and consciousness at this point! Just keep doing what you’ve/we’ve been doing in amazingly amplified and compressed ways in 2013 so far, and what we’ve worked for and towards all along will be realized by each of us. This Ascension Process, plus plenty of positive higher assistance is fully physical now in 2013, so hang in there and don’t drop the ball at this late date in this great and amazing spiritual evolutionary process.

ET Rescue Savior Type Information

ARE YOU AWARE OF HOW MANY SUPPOSED POSITIVE ET GROUPS TALK/CHANNEL TO US AS IF WE ARE NOT LIVING THE ASCENSION PROCESS?!

This is a continuation of my last post, Cusp Of Ages, Beliefs, & Consciousness (Aug. 30, 2010). I’m writing about this now because I’ve been receiving some Comments and emails that deal with the subject of ETs and our being “saved” or “rescued” by them, and the “UFO disclosure” business. This is another topic that I feel is in great need of being openly talked about for multiple reasons. I do not mean to offend anyone, only present what I know to date and the glaring discrepancies and distortions that seem to be increasing this summer.

YOU KNOW WHO THEY ARE

There are many well-known people who’ve written books, done many video interviews, given lectures, plus channel about certain ET groups that are standing-by ever-ready to aid us, rescue us, save us, give us knowledge and some of their vastly higher technologies. I’m not going to name any names but most of you reading this will have at least one or two people immediately come to mind.

The few times I’ve read certain channeled articles at websites, blogs, or books, watched video interviews of someone claiming certain higher dimensional ET groups are informing them that they will come and rescue and save humanity, lift humanity off the Earth while all hell breaks loose down here because—evidently—some of them see us as victims that are not living the ascension/evolutionary process!

Just how dis-empowered do these supposed “positive higher ETs” think all of us down here on Earth are? Based on what they’re saying year after year through their human mouthpieces, obviously profoundly unaware, gullible, weak, helpless and still deeply entangled within the old Piscean Age “savior” and needing to be “saved” dis-empowerment negativity. Sounds to me like some of these supposed positive ETs are trying to support the lower negative traits of dis-empowerment. The important thing with all this is why.

I find it interesting and telling how many of these so-called positive ETs have either forgotten or are unaware of who the majority of us reincarnated Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wanderers/Wayshowers are down here on Earth! Don’t you find that troubling and disturbing or, if nothing else, just confusing? Personally I smell heaping piles of BS and outright negativity and do not believe that they’ve forgotten or are unaware at all, but that’s just me and my ancient First Wave Elder Warrior Lightworker sense about these particular humans and certain aspects of what’s being told/sold to them and then on to us by these particular “ETs”, which I don’t believe is who they are at all. So, let’s get real shall we?

REALITY CHECK AND TAKING AN HONEST INVENTORY

If what some of these self-proclaimed “positive ETs” are claiming and channeling to and through their physical humans is true, then why is the entire Ascension Process and Dimensional Shift even happening now? Why would humanity need these particular ETs advanced technologies, help, rescuing, saving, removal from Earth for a period? It doesn’t make sense and it doesn’t match up with real current reality and what has, is, and will continue happening on Earth and to humanity because of the ascension/compressed evolution and all the Service Work Wayshowers/Lightworkers/Starseeds etc. have done for decades and lifetimes already.

I don’t care who they are, when a human or non-physical being/ET or whatever wants me to believe that I need rescuing and saving, then every fiber of my Elder Warrior Wayshower Lightworker Starseed being informs me that something is very wrong. And because I spent the majority of my life in direct and nearly constant telepathic, clairvoyant, etheric, multidimensional, and occasional physical contact with some different dimensional ETs/Starbeings, I’m well aware of how they work, how they communicate, what they do and do not do and why. The primary thing real higher non-physical, positive ET/Starbeings beings would and will NEVER do is rescue or save us or interfere in any way with our spiritual growth and learning, our creativity and Free Will, especially with the current Ascension process happening! Never. Period.

Beings who are ready to jump in and “aid” us are not always who they claim to be, or are very immature and unaware lower ETs. But, even giving them that, because this ascension process is so mammoth, so reality altering, so far-reaching in its effects across the multiverse, I seriously doubt that any ET group anywhere in the vicinity would be allowed to screw-up what is already happening to humanity and all life on Earth via the Ascension or compressed evolutionary process and the work of the Lightworker/Starseeds/Wayshowers.

If a planet and its species was in the process of ascending and consciously able to hold their multidimensional awareness, their quantum-ness and function within multiple dimensions simultaneously, plus were consciously reconnecting with their own Higher Selves and have vibrationally, energetically transmuted and ascended from a polarized, fragmented, ego-based consciousness and world—why would they need saving, rescuing, help or advanced technologies from some ET group or groups? Why would this be an issue now when we Lightworkers, Starseeds, Wanderers, Wayshowers—and much of humanity—is evolving and will be able to perceive and create higher things on our own? Why would beings who claim to be “positive ETs” be offering to rescue certain humans or help them by giving them advanced technologies?

When anyone on-planet or off informs me that I need rescuing and saving my first thought is not “Oh goody-goody, thank god because after living the Ascension Process and Dimensional Shift, I’m still completely dis-empowered and need an external someone/something to rescue my ass, continue defining reality for me, and tell me exactly what to do, when, and where!”

These types of lower manipulations, distortions and flat-out lies are only trying to suppress us and our spiritual growth, learning, creativity and self empowerment, while totally ignoring and disrespecting the entire species and planetary Ascension process! “Positive ETs” do not function this way, so when someone channels or tells us that the positive ETs they’re in contact with are saying plenty of things that do not reflect the very real ascension/compressed evolutionary process, AND the fact that Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers have been incarnate on Earth to anchor the ascension process from physical bodies and lives on Earth, then you should have red warning flags popping up all over in your awareness. What real positive ET being/beings would not know about Starseeds/Lightworkers/Wayshowers and why we’re here now and the entire Ascension process and dimensional shift?

THE “UFO DISCLOSURE” HYPE

Another aspect of this that I want to cover while I’m no doubt insulting certain people left and right…is the whole business of “UFO disclosure”. Breath now okay and just relax. It’s better than it’s going to sound at the beginning.

I know that this too is another aspect of those ascension, consciousness and energy stair steps I’ve mentioned before, but I would like some of you reading this to remember that many of us have been on these stair steps for longer than you have. Not better than or less than, just been at it longer and consciously aware of that fact.

Like with the “positive ETs” coming to rescue or save us, this business about UFOs and hoping, waiting and expecting the government to finally admit and disclose that they’ve known for decades about ETs, UFOs and other related things is, in my opinion, once again letting the “power” remain outside of yourself. That of course is exactly what the human and negative non-physicals want all of us to continue doing for the obvious reasons.

What I know is coming and soon however is the polar opposite of this planted story and spreading hope and belief about the governments finally disclosing their knowledge about UFOs/ETs. Let me add here that if they do “disclose” anything about this topic, it is carefully planned and distorted information to distract and further dis-empower. You’d better know that they know that humanity and Earth is in the Ascension process and that eventually we will evolve vibrationally, energetically and consciously enough to be able to perceive and interact DIRECTLY ourselves with certain real positive higher dimensional ETs/Starbeings.

To distract many people from having this happen to them via the ascension/evolutionary process, they roll out this promise, this big distraction of “UFO disclosure” which gets a lot of males all hot n’ bothered! Whereas we Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers are letting people know that through the ascension and dimensional shift process you and I and many people will return to a high enough frequency (the fifth dimension) where many (but not all) of the ETs/Starbeings naturally live or exist and have all along…and we’ll be able to directly communicate with them and they with us.

As always, the choice is yours. If you want to stay focused on, dependent, and connected energetically to the lower frequency external government to learn about UFOs/ETs (or anything else), then that is coming. If you want to evolve/ascend enough to where you will exist within 5D, which means you will have greatly increased abilities and consciousness and be able to perceive and communicate with many ETs/Starbeings directly and on your own, then that too is available via the species and planetary Ascension Process and your choice as well.

Do you see that all of these things comes back to which reality, which frequency, which world do you want to focus on and exist within? Do you honestly want to be empowered and responsible yourself, or, do you still want someone or something external be the source that defines reality to you? Do you want to experience directly and firsthand? Or do you want to continue experiencing indirectly through another human or ET being/beings secondhand so you don’t have to be responsible and develop discernment and be self empowered? These are the real current spiritual and new Age realities that ascension demands of all who enter it. This is spiritual grow-up time where we become individually empowered (ascended Leo/Sun) and multidimensionally aware and can function in them simultaneously and interact with the many other non-physical beings in them (ascended Aquarius/Uranus).

The other option is to continue being dependent upon external other humans and non-physical beings to control your very reality and consciousness. To me there’s only the high road but each of us has to make this choice for ourselves…and continue making it.

I’ve mentioned before about how increasing numbers of people are and will continue suddenly becoming psychic—clairvoyant, claircognizant, clairaudient, telepathic, empathic—due to living the Ascension Process and evolving beyond old lower Duality frequency. Expanding consciousness includes all of the old 3D ESP abilities plus much, much more. Having 5D High Heart consciousness means your Center is the higher creative High Heart, not 3D ego-based emotions and emotional needs. High Heart consciousness means you naturally feel others and that you are telepathically and clairvoyantly able to be in contact with like-vibrating others. The Internet has been trying to teach and prepare humanity about functioning within this 5D type of invisible, instant and interconnected way with other people around the planet.

While in Duality 3D and consciousness the ego-self sucked all the oxygen out of the room and didn’t allow for much of anything else. The ego is a 3D one-trick pony and excelled at what it was designed to do. But, with the compressed evolution ascension out of density, Duality and ego-self and consciousness, becoming vastly more aware plus aware of your connection to everyone/thing else, is rapidly becoming the primary way of perception and being. It is what 5D High Heart Consciousness is all about and many people are suddenly finding themselves perceiving and feeling a lot of things that aren’t theirs but other peoples.

Because I’ve been “psychic” all my life this transition wasn’t as traumatic to me as it could be for certain other people not familiar with ESP at all. So if you’ve recently started seeing, hearing, feeling, sensing, or absolutely knowing things without knowing how you know them, welcome to the exciting phase of expanded awareness and higher functioning! Because everything is so compressed and sped-up now, I believe that people will naturally adapt and adjust to their suddenly discovering that they are perceiving and feeling much, much more than ever before.

Having said all that, realize that our ESP abilities will simply develop and evolve into even greater levels of awareness and communication—emotional, mental, visual—with like-others and also with the Others; the nonphysical Others, ETs, Starbeings, Lightbeings, Angelics, Masters, higher dimensional Groups etc. The great evolutionary ascension leaps we’ve made already—plus all the ones still to come—are absolutely fantastic. But as with all spiritual growth, there is always more. Always. Be prepared to be really impressed with your new higher expanded, expanding abilities and awareness, but know too that there are so many more levels and stages of development beyond them. Also know that it becomes less dramatic, less colorful, less intense the further one evolves. What used to be highly dramatic and impressive psychically, is replaced with a much quieter, much more simple and direct Knowing or becoming quantum with Higher Self and Source and inter-dimensional like-Others. It only gets better and more fun from here on out. Enjoy the much larger playground.

Ascension related Headaches, Head Pains & Pressures

I’ve had another round of those unique Ascension related headaches recently. It took me a while to discern this ascension symptom only because I’ve had headaches all my adult life. Headaches from the vertebra in my neck being out-of-place constantly, plus twenty years of migraines, so I’m sort of a headache professional at this point.

But then the Ascension related headaches arrived a couple of years ago and they feel very different from any headache pain I’ve ever had. Another clue about them I learned is that nothing, and I mean nothing, makes them go away or eases the pain. No over-the-counter headache medicines, not even ice packs, not sleeping, resting, not moving, vomiting, absolutely nothing. They suddenly arrive, they hammer away for a day, a few days or a week, then magically it’s gone as quickly as it arrived.

Another aspect of these Ascension headaches has to do with our Crown chakra doing whatever it does when this happens at this vastly higher level now. All I know is that the top of my head and skull hurts and feels bruised, hot, and sore to the touch. The upper half of my entire head inside and out (from the nose up) feels strange, larger than normal, a little disconnected or spacey feeling on top of the rather severe headache pains. Other times it’s just intense headache pains and noise sensitivities.

They’re strange pains like invisible laser beams that you feel and know exactly what angle they are entering your head at. The pain of them also moves around inside your head which normal headaches don’t do—at least not that I’ve ever experienced. Ascension headaches are about higher energies doing things, changing, expanding, merging brain halves or the Brain Rewiring Process, upgrading the insides of our skulls and the different brain glands; the pineal, pituitary, thalamus, hypothalamus and whatever else we have in there that’s rapidly evolving and activating so we’re multi-dimensionally aware 5D beings.

When I have one of these four or five-day-long ascension headache sessions, I think of things Barbara Hand Clow and some others have said about the tiny crystals we have inside our brains. I can almost see these activating and evolving now because we’re simply at that stage within our ongoing Ascension Process—not to mention our two brain hemispheres being Rewired back together so we’re whole-brained beings. I suspect we are simply going to be feeling head and brain pressures, pains, headaches, and other strange sensations as the old lower Veil between our two brain hemispheres vanishes and we evolve into whole-brained crystalline beings. May 2010 Uranus enters Aries which rules the head/brain. Imagine Uranian/Aquarian energies in your head now! Know that our brains/consciousness are and will be changing, evolving in extraordinary ways and rather quickly.

I know this isn’t a pleasant topic but because I’m so familiar with headaches, I was highly aware of how different these new Ascension headaches feel in comparison to old lower world so-called “normal” headaches and even migraines. But because they hurt and there’s not much we can do to make that pain stop, it can get unnerving after day-three or four and your skull feels like it has multiple invisible lines of light literally skewered through it. It does! Fear not however because the pain does end and know that more major upgrades have happened inside your head and you because of it.

I Used To Be Psychic But This Is Better!

I was born psychic, sensitive, clairvoyant, clairaudient, empathic, claircognizant and I could feel/see/read (psychometry) energies when I touched physical objects. Not because I wanted to, but because that’s just what happens. I also remembered some of my “past” lives from childhood which just made things all that much more interesting and interconnected.

I mention this because by my being a lifelong Seer, I’ve become pretty familiar with how all that “psychic” stuff works, how I would perceive higher information, how precognitive events came to me, and the timeline before the event would happen in the physical world etc. I learned how I was affected by other people’s energies, thoughts, emotions and how I affected some of them as well. We are certainly not islands unto ourselves. We spill-over on each other constantly and we do this unknowingly, unless you’re a psychic, sensitive, Seer, empath etc. with Higher Awareness that continues evolving.

Because being this way is all I’ve known in this life, I was acutely aware when my psychic abilities and what I was perceiving began changing a few years back. If a psychic goes through the Ascension Process, what happens to those 3D ESP abilities? They too evolve, expand, and change right along with everything else.

Having “psychic” abilities in the old lower polarized 3D physical world is drastically different from the ways in which I now perceive having ascended or shifted into 5D in a transmuted, integrated, non-polarized body/mind/heart. There’s no comparison between the two actually. It took me some time and major re-adapting when this change began. Being psychic means that information and images usually come to me in very dramatic, colorful, intense and brightly highlighted ways. In many cases it was like having a movie running in your mind’s eye and the emotions it caused me were very intense and dramatic. The things I saw and felt as a psychic were like getting hit by lightning. Talk about soap operas and high drama!

In comparison, the higher 5D awareness is rather bland, very non-dramatic and lacking in color, flash, and all that high-drama of ego-based 3D. Now I perceive things and information as profoundly simple and subtle knowings. I know and I know why, and I know that I know, but I don’t know how I know. Know what I mean? This is claircognizance. I’m expecting much more evolving, ascending however so I expect this ability will increase and expand into wonderful new ways of perception and knowing also.

I’m still psychic but what I perceive is very different now as well. In my younger years, and this is very common with children, teens, and young adult blossoming neophyte psychic Seers, I usually perceived horrible events, disasters, deaths, murders, planes falling out of the sky and so on. Now I perceive more of the higher knowing behind the events and not just the blood and gore of the real event. This higher-level understanding of the many whys of these types of seemingly negative or deadly events makes so much sense it’s hard to express unless you’ve experienced it yourself. There are no mistakes and no accidents from our higher, non-ego Selves point of view.

ESP and the different psychic abilities and higher perceptions are also changing because we’re evolving/ascending into expanded levels of consciousness and being. So be open to and aware of your old familiar ways of perceiving both physical and nonphysical, but also of expand into higher and larger knowing than ever before. It is so subtle, so natural, so much a part of you that you don’t always know how you know and that’s perfectly fine too.
