The sentence below was written by Kara in a Comment a couple of months ago and is extremely important to me personally. Thank you very much Kara. <3 "I really appreciate how I’ve learned from you over the years that “being spiritual” doesn’t look like XYZ." — Kara From the very beginning of my writing … Continue reading Does Not Look Like XYZ

2020 Distribution of NEW ET Galactic Codes
In my May 21, 2020 article Flashing Lights In Your Eye, I shared an experience I had during the day on May 19th. One ET being quickly etherically passed through my living room to deliver a specific energy upgrade. Immediately after that I experienced about 25 minutes of painless visual flashing of what looked like … Continue reading 2020 Distribution of NEW ET Galactic Codes
More Light Means More Knowing
Remember how I'd heard some ascended someone gleefully say in October that, 'We'd need each of our Triple Crowns to get ourselves through the last three months of 2019!'? Indeed. Like my November 24, 2019 article, this one is also one I was not planning on writing and certainly not now. However, I know to … Continue reading More Light Means More Knowing
Trust & Rely On Your YOU/you Alignment Connection
Over the second-half of November 2019, I've been working on three different articles yet none of them seem to be "right" for this particular end of November moment. Those other topics all seem to pale in comparison to what many Embodiers continue to experience this month with their personal Embodiment Process. I've tried to ignore … Continue reading Trust & Rely On Your YOU/you Alignment Connection
November 2019 & 11-11
As I start this it's November 12th, only one day after 2019's 11-11, and we've got miles and miles of November still before us. Because 2019 has been a year of constant intensity and personal, planetary and cosmic high drama, severe pressures and pains, let's do our best to keep up with these last three months … Continue reading November 2019 & 11-11
September Equinox & the Last Three Months of 2019
This is another one of those articles that covers a lot of multidimensional ground, multiple years and a lot of seemingly different topics and no matter how well I express this it won't do it the justice it deserves. I'll do my best, but this is complex and covers many ascension and Embodiment years for … Continue reading September Equinox & the Last Three Months of 2019
June 2019 Separation Freedom
TWENTY-EIGHT YEARS AGO, on January 1991, my personal etheric-level PRE-Ascension Inner Work began via the once-in-a-lifetime astrological transit known as the Uranus Opposition. Everyone begins it at age 39, which for me was late December 1990, and with the start of 1991, I and my entire life exited my first 39-yearlong phase and entered a … Continue reading June 2019 Separation Freedom
True Lightwork
"Dear Denise I have been reading your blogs since past 10 years and found that you have been facing challenges daily, monthly and years by years in terms of your finances, your own aweful physical symptoms, your mother’s health, recurring issues with your neighbours, and other service providers like gas stations, hospitals, grocery stores, convenience … Continue reading True Lightwork
Many Now Having Dream-state “First Contact”
Increasing numbers of people living the Ascension Process are currently having ET encounters during asleep lucid dreams. For many this is the first time they've had conscious "First Contact" so this is a big important deal for a lot of people. In years past at TRANSITIONS I'd mentioned multiple times that people needed to be … Continue reading Many Now Having Dream-state “First Contact”
Multiple Higher DNA Activations
Traditionally the month of April is an intense month with plenty of big Aries-like ascension related changes and April 2019 is certainly perpetuating this. It's April 13, 2019 as I hurriedly write this and I'm rushing because I know all too well just how quickly and easily three or four weeks can come and go … Continue reading Multiple Higher DNA Activations
