A month ago I received an interesting email from a reader who will remain anonymous. After reading it I asked her if I could quote it at TRANSITIONS—with everyone's names changed—so more people could benefit from her important Ascension-related experience and she generously agreed. I've been waiting for the correct time to quote her letter, … Continue reading Learning To Be More Responsible, Aware & Sovereign Part 1

First the REWIRING, Then the NEW Energies Start Flowing
BODY & BRAIN REWIRING I've talked about the Body Rewiring Process in the past and how it painlessly feels like moving, vibrating, shaking energy deep inside the physical body. I've felt my physical body Rewiring happening since 2000. I didn't know what it was then, so I'd lay in bed in the middle of the … Continue reading First the REWIRING, Then the NEW Energies Start Flowing
The Different Layers of Lightwork & the Ascension Process
In recent Comments J, Lenny, and Cat were talking about how much Ascension-related physical and psychological pain they've experienced and were wondering where the OFF switch is with all this, plus why some experience so much more pain than other people. Here's J's Comment. "Reading the comments i see others question why we are in … Continue reading The Different Layers of Lightwork & the Ascension Process
Entering the Ninth Wave
EIGHTH WAVE ASCENSION PROCESS DOINGS March 9, 2011 we officially enter the last, the shortest, and no doubt the most compressed and accelerated phase within the Mayan calendar. Negative Mental Body Blocks & Interference
PRE-ASCENSION Before my physical, biological Ascension Process stated in February 1999, my ability to mentally and emotionally focus was rather impressive. I could easily and quickly enter an altered state of consciousness by mentally focusing on something and then fueling my intent with a specific emotion. That was all it took for me to quickly … Continue reading Negative Mental Body Blocks & Interference
It’s Nap Time!
Because so many people have recently said in Comments here about their suddenly needing to take daytime naps and/or sleep more hours than ever before, I figure we should focus a bit better on this latest ascension related symptom. I've been incredibly exhausted the majority of time I've lived this Ascension Process (since Feb. 1999), … Continue reading It’s Nap Time!
More Ascension Related Changes
Typically, when I go quiet and don't write as much at TRANSITIONS it's because I've been extra busy physically and/or have been going through an extra intense energy phase. In this case it's been both my being extra busy while going through an extra intense phase since the beginning of October. Gads, are we there … Continue reading More Ascension Related Changes
2010 Recap
COMPLETING 2010 Every time I ponder what the last month of 2010 may bring, I clairvoyantly see a large and impressive symbolic image. Let's face it, 2010 has been potent and we've incrementally traversed some very large and important energy stair steps throughout the year. It makes sense that December is going to be a … Continue reading 2010 Recap
It’s 10-10-10 & Company Is Coming
In typical Denise fashion I perceive, receive higher complex information and large concepts in almost embarrassingly simplified ways. This is why I write the way I do; I cut to the chase and go for the bottom-line because I usually don't perceive all the detailed filler information such as names, sub-zones, levels and such. It … Continue reading It’s 10-10-10 & Company Is Coming
