2023 X-2 Solar Flare Side Effects

As I’m sure most of you are aware, on February 17, 2023, an X-2.2 solar flare hit us and “radiation from the flare ionized the top of Earth’s atmosphere…”. And that is exactly what it felt like it did to the top of my head as well. I’m certain many of you can relate.

The familiar physical side effects of the bigger solar flares, winds, CMEs and so on making your body feel like it was hit by a truck causing most of your body to feel stiff, sore, bruised and swollen for days afterwards. Another common symptom is what these solar energies do to assist in accelerating our evolutionary Ascension Process and physical body “upgrades” are seriously potent headaches, head pains and pressures all around the skull and inside the head. Often the eyes are also affected, “upgraded” too because we’re literally having our heads and brains and brain glands—Pineal, Pituitary, Hypothalamus—Rewired a bit more.

You may remember that back in October 2022, I suddenly started experiencing something new which were tiny watery-like pimples on my forehead mainly, but down into my temples and sides of my face as well. Then again in December 2022, on my birthday I was forced to go to a local Urgent Care because this side effect had gotten infected and was very painful. I wrote about both of these things already but wanted to add to this because I’ve received some recent emails about people experiencing skin problems they’ve never had before.

On February 17, 2023, while the X-2 solar flare was doing what it’s supposed to, I had the typical crushing headache and inner head pains and pressures, very loud high-pitched inner ear squealing sounds, eye pains and all day saw flashes of white Light inside my house and also coming out of my body too. The next day the hit by a truck body pains and stiffness manifested and even my ribs were bruised and sore. And the skin on my face had those tiny watery-like pimples on it again. It didn’t the day before. I hadn’t had them since December when two of them became infected. Point is that since around October of 2022, the Sun has been helping us rapidly purge very old negative distortions and limitations etc. done to our bodies, brains and DNA long ago. This is good but miserable energy Work we’re doing in and through our bodies, still. I suspect it will be like this much of 2023.

For me this is mainly how this very old negative etheric and physical sludge let’s all it, is purging from my physical body and head with the help of what the Sun is doing. You may experience this process a bit differently, however. Some have told me their skin has suddenly been dry, flaky, irritated and uncomfortable. Others have said how their eyes have been hurting, dry, irritated, blurry, sore and bruised feeling. Whether it’s your skin, eyes, head, skull, ears, the skin in your ears, your spine, joints or HighHeart thumping and expanding in the center of your upper chest, it’s all caused by the current solar Light transmissions helping us purge out more and more and more of the ancient distortions and dark sludge both etheric and physical. We couldn’t survive doing this energy Work all at once so, as has always been the case with both our embodying more of the NEW higher Light energies and our purging out more of the ancient density and negative distortions, we do Energy Work bit-by-bit until the job is complete. Much of 2023 will continue to be this for those of us capable of doing this intense level of energy Work and purging in and through our physical bodies.

And so, plenty of deliberate self-care, rest, sleep when you can, eat what you sense you need at the time, isolate to get through the Work more quickly, keep any skin wounds or irritations clean or disinfected to prevent a sudden mandatory trip to Urgent Care!, and love/LOVE yourself for being able to do this Work for self and future humanity. Let your HighHeart expand and hold more Source and Home in it. That’s what I try to do during the really severe days of this type of energy Work; I totally surrender to it and let the Divine spiritual physical energy Alchemy take place within me. I’m NOT selling this, but physical pain can sometimes get you to very elevated, rarified, spiritual levels if you’re able to utilize it to get there. Again, I am NOT selling this or suggesting you do it, only stating that it can happen, sometimes, when you stop struggling and surrender during those extra intense and painful energy Work periods we repeatedly go through.

Be well and take extra good care of your body and HighHeart while more Source and Home gets embodied and more ancient gunk gets purged.

Latest Solar Symptoms

If you’re super sensitive to the Sun doing anything as I am, then you too have most likely felt extra horrible since around Monday, August 10th. I kept expecting this super sensitivity to any and all solar energies — solar storms, winds, holes, flares, CMEs etc. — to decrease over the years but it hasn’t, it seems I’m just as sensitive to them today as I’ve always been.

In the case of this latest blast of solar winds hitting Earth’s magnetic field the past few days, the symptoms or side effects of it have primarily been felt, as usual, in my head. I can tell just by how my body feels when the Sun is transmitting NEW higher frequency energies again because it hurts in very specific ways. The energies are typically felt above the physical head in the Crown chakra and it often feels like my own energetic satellite receiver dish up there pulling in the solar energy transmissions that travel down my spine antenna. That description is more accurate than you might first believe. 😉

Once the solar energies enter above the physical head, they continue down into the head, skull, brain and Pineal and Pituitary glands, eyes, ears etc. and in most cases, down further to the High Heart and Thymus gland. This is typically felt as pretty intense pressures inside the head, skull, face, eyes, sinuses, ears (hearing high-pitched inner ear ringing), and sometimes the teeth and jaws too, but often it’s felt down into the neck and neck muscles, throat, shoulders and big muscles from the neck into the shoulders and spine also. These solar energy transmissions enter our High Heart (Thymus gland) and you’ll feel more pressure for a while there and/or in your spine in that area as well. No fear, just more compressed evolution.

We’ve been through this many hundreds of times over these Ascension years, but I wanted to mention briefly that they still often feel very intense, painful and extremely pressurized inside our physical bodies and heads. This has certainly been the case for me and mine this week so far. We’re each affected by these higher frequency solar energy transmissions in our own ways, but if you’ve wondered if your head was about to explode these past couple of days, or if you’ve been dizzy, spinning or had vertigo again, I wanted to remind everyone that the Sun is just doing what it does to help propel the Ascension Process along externally / internally.

Remember however that they are only perceiving from a greatly reduced level of awareness so benefit from whatever you can from their words in the same way you do with mine or anyone else. October 2014 Eclipse & Solar Transmissions

Over the past few years, more times than not there’s been increased solar flares, storms, winds, holes, CME’s etc. leading up to both Lunar and Solar Eclipses. This has certainly been the case in October 2014. What a month… what a year! 😮

Even though the solar “professionals” claim that when the Sun is not directly Earth-facing when it spews energetic materials we lifeforms on Earth won’t feel or be effected by it is entirely incorrect. Yes we feel all solar transmissions much more intensely and have far worse Ascension symptoms because of them when the Sun is Earth-facing and spewing, however, we are very much effected by all solar activities no matter which direction the Sun is facing when they happen. You sensitive folk already know this, and you also know that the moment the Sun does anything during this Ascension Process it is deeply effecting all life, DNA and consciousness (both positively and negatively based on an individual’s ability/inability to deal with and integrate higher frequency Light Energies) on the planet.

The “professionals” also believe that it takes physical, linear time for the Sun’s energy transmissions—which contain multidimensional cosmic not only physical solar energies—to travel across physical space and then, days later, actually reach Earth. This is as incorrect as believing that it takes physical, linear time for telepathic thoughts, emotions and intentions to be transmitted by someone somewhere and received by someone else anywhere on the planet. These things happen instantaneously and if you’re sensitive you know this truth because you’ve lived it for a long time.

Over the past almost two decades I’ve discovered how solar energies make my physical body feel, my central nervous system feel, my head feel and so on. I feel Ascension symptoms from solar transmissions instantly when the Sun does anything which eventually sends me to Spaceweather.com to confirm what I’m feeling intensely in my body. In almost every case I’ll find an hours-old notification there about some solar activity, but, according to the “professionals”, if it isn’t Earth-facing then it isn’t going to “do much of anything” to Earth’s atmosphere etc. which is the complete opposite to how my body and nervous system are feeling! When the solar event(s) are Earth-facing I’m typically much more “sick” from Ascension Flu energy aches and pains, often to the degree that I can’t haul myself out of bed and to the computer to check the size of the current solar spewing. It may take me all day or days to do so.

For those who may not already know this, here’s a short list of common Ascension related Solar symptoms or side effects.

Ascension Flu: Body, bone, joint and muscle aches and pains, chills, feelings of having a low-grade fever. Feeling “sick” but it never becomes physical sickness because it’s energy related.

Overstimulated Hyper Mind: Sandra Walter recently called this symptom ‘tired and wired’ which made me laugh because it’s so correct. You can be utterly exhausted and barely have the strength to inhale and exhale but by Gawd your monkey-mind is racing full-speed constantly and isn’t producing anything of any real importance whatsoever! Wildly frustrating Ascension related symptom which the solar transmissions often amplify greatly. Try to relax while your lower ego mind is ‘wired’ from being greatly overstimulated by higher frequency Light Energies. Monkey-mind isn’t designed to safely and sanely run or contain such profound higher frequency Light Energies through it so just let the Process run its course. You know instantly when this charming symptom stops because you go from mental cosmic speed-freak to feeling slightly drugged, all warm & fuzzy and pleasantly relaxed finally. Life becomes worth living again because the monkey-mind goes quiet and it is glorious indeed.

Amplified Head, Skull & Spine Sensitivities: As those higher frequency cosmic and solar Light Energy transmissions are received by your energy receiver dish on top of your head (Crown chakra and higher), it produces amplified pressures and pains in the head, skull, face, sinuses, all the brain glands (Pineal, Pituitary, Hypothalamus) and down into the spine as well. Think of your Crown chakra as a receiver dish and your spine as a grounding, anchoring lightening rod into you, Earth and the physical dimension for higher frequency Light Energies. Viewing it this way makes living it and embodying the Process a bit easier sometimes.

Amplified Eye Sensitivity: Every time a little more Light arrives, or, looking at it from another perspective, every time we and Earth journey a little deeper into more Photon Light, our physical and energy eyes make necessary adjustments. I’ve noticed over the past sixteen years that my physical eyes become dry, especially at night while I’m asleep. I know how strange that sounds but my eyes often dry out terribly at night during amplified solar activity periods. Our eyes are being evolved by these higher Light Energies which causes us to see/See NEW higher frequencies, more complex colors, energies, patterns or blueprints, beings, space and Lights etc.

High-pitched Inner Ear Ringing: Hearing constant inner ear ringing day and night for days, weeks or months. One ear or the other or both. Both ears creates an energetic harmonic space that goes up over the top of the head/Crown chakra and forms a triangular shaped energy field like a higher frequency receiver that often vibrates slightly.

Increased Difficulties Eating & Digesting Foods: During highly amplified periods such as what this month has been, it often becomes difficult eating and more importantly digesting foods of any kind. I can eat very small amounts of so-called “healthy” foods and still be terribly bloated and have difficulty digesting what I’ve eaten. The less I eat the better I feel during these super intense phases of Light immersion. Once that phase ends I can eat/digest with more ease and comfort so you might experiment with this too to learn when it’s best to be A Light Eater.

Amplified Upper & Lower Heart Pressures: As we embody more of the NEW Light Energies via the cosmic and solar transmissions, we oftentimes feel our entire chest area expand out like a large ball of living 5D energy. This is our HighHeart developing, maturing, coming online so to speak. Sometimes it causes some pressures and pains, heart palpitations, movements that feel like a muscle spasm in the center of your chest. It can also make one more sensitive and emotional and highly prone to shedding tears over anything or nothing, feeling profound high Love, feeling others pains and fears etc. Just feeling so much more in other words. This is what the start of 5D “unity” feels like at this point to most Forerunners; feeling everything and everyone more than you ever thought possible. Let me tell you however that this is just the beginning of this so relax into this Process of existing from our NEW HighHeart Centers. We are and will continue to FEEL and KNOW so much more now and to do so with all life everywhere while we still remain individualized. Welcome to the early baby steps of fifth dimensional existence in body Forerunners!

SUNSET SOLAR ECLIPSE–TODAY! On Thursday, Oct. 23rd, the Moon will pass in front of the sun, off center, producing a partial solar eclipse visible from almost all of North America. This animated visibility map shows when to look. The event will be particularly beautiful in the Central and Eastern time zones where maximum eclipse occurs at sunset. LOTS OF SOLAR FLARES: Solar activity is high. Since the week began, giant sunspot AR2192 has produced 27 C-class solar flares, 8 M-class flares, and 2 X-flares. (What do these classifications mean? Check out the Richter Scale of Solar Flares.) The most powerful eruption so far was an X1.6-category blast on Oct 22nd:

Remarkably, not one of the explosions so far has hurled a significant CME toward Earth. The primary effect of the flares has been to ionize Earth’s upper atmosphere, causing a series of short-lived HF radio communications blackouts. Such blackouts may be noticed by amateur radio operators, aviators, and mariners.

Earth-effects could increase in the days ahead. AR2192 has an unstable ‘beta-gamma-delta’ magnetic field that harbors energy for powerful explosions, and the active region is turning toward Earth. Incoming M-Class & X-Class Solar Transmissions

Wednesday October 23rd I got hit hard with some solar energies/transmissions. In the early years of the physical body Ascension Process — 1999 on — my body would register any solar activity as severe “Ascension Flu”; body aches and pains, low-grade fever, chills, headache, and all-around sick flu-like feelings. I know you know them very well too.

But as I transmuted and was transmuted during those early Ascension years, my body changed and slowly changed how it reacted to all solar activities. Since 2010 my body has registered solar activities/transmissions more as intense pains and pressures in my head and skull, with only occasional and much more mild flu-like body, bones and joints aches and pains of the old “Ascension Flu”. Progress…

For the past four years these higher frequency solar transmission blasts in the form of solar flares, CMEs, solar storms, solar winds etc. are felt in my body primarily from the top of my head and Crow chakra down into my spine just like it’s my personal, living, in-body cosmic, galactic and solar receiving antenna… which is the case for all of us.

Most of the time now the solar energies are felt in my head and skull as intense to downright severe physical pains and pressures. Also sudden ringing in my ears, occasional blurry eyes and impaired physical vision, severe vertigo or a counterclockwise spinning which, if lasts more than a few minutes usually makes me nauseous and forces me to bed. As has always been the case with all Ascension symptoms, your mileage will vary so expect to have the energies, whatever they may be, register slightly differently in your body and head.

But on October 23, 2013, I got hit with intense solar energies/transmissions that caused sudden and severe pressure and pain throughout my entire head — not just the right/left vice-like pressures or the front/back pressures or the top/down vice-like pressures, but everywhere all at once head pressure and pain that caused inner ear ringing and instant sense of rotating or spinning in my head. It was intense enough that I had to go to bed and rest and nap. The next morning I thought to check SpaceWeather.com and there had been three M-class flares at that point.

This morning, October 25th, my ears started ringing like crazy again and that old familiar feeling of an invisible elephant sitting on the top of my head pressing down into my forehead (and eyebrows/eyes etc.) and spine returned so I checked SpaceWeather again and sure enough, two X-class flares had happened early this morning.

Gird your Crown Chakra! Get your Ice-packs ready!

We all know that plenty of people have talked about how we’ve entered another solar cycle which means solar activity will escalate and increase in intensity and it’s looking and certainly feeling like we’re suddenly there now. Depending on which energetic level and Stair-step you personally are on now will determine how you and your body registers (reacts to, is affected by) these solar energies and other cosmic and galactic transmissions now in the NEW. As we evolve this changes so be ready to experience some old Ascension aches and pains but in slightly different ways now, and more so next year and so on until you/me/we don’t experience them at all anymore… because we’re finally there!

Higher Solar Energies Affecting More People

Over the past couple of years grocery shopping (to be totally honest about this, simply leaving my house) has taken on the same dread and resistance as having to go to the dentist for a Root Canal and pay cash for it! Seriously, the normal choirs of living in physicality have become dreaded journeys out of my higher frequency safe zone house, into the lower frequency realms of physical hell just to forage for food and supplies. Since the Ascension Process began many years ago, leaving my house and property to shop meant I’d be dropping back down into lower frequency energies, people and consciousness—and as we’ve all discovered—it’s extremely physically and psychologically painful doing this.

I used to return home with my hard-gained groceries and other physical booty and have to physically and emotionally recover from having spent time out there in that lower frequency environment. Sometimes it took hours to recover and regain my strength and transmute the lower junk I’d encountered while out there, other times it takes days to recover. In 2011 there doesn’t seem to be any recovery anymore, just more exhaustion and physical pain that lessens over time but never goes away completely. What a price to pay just to buy food, toilet paper, shampoo, cat food, clothes etc. Crazy.

This morning, November 28, 2011, I had to go to two stores to grocery shop and it was as usual physically and psychologically painful, but there was something different that happened and that’s why I’m writing this. What I saw today while shopping was an eye-opener for me and gave me a sense of what 2012 is probably going to be like for many, many, people.

While in these two stores grocery shopping this morning my Mom and I kept running into other shoppers in the isles which is normal, BUT, every one of these people was totally unaware, confused, dazed, incapable of responding with any sort of normal reaction to their being in the way of other shoppers and so on. The first few times this happened I ignored it and pushed on past them all. But isle after isle we kept encountering this same mentally dazed, brain-dead, zombie-like state in 99% of all the shoppers. I saw only one young adult man with his little son who was functioning like a “normal” human. He was very aware of where he was, what he was doing there, the other shoppers all around him, of me and me of him, what he was doing and so on. I think this may be why he and I noticed each other repeatedly throughout the store; we both were glad to encounter another human who wasn’t acting like a lost zombie in some cheesy movie!

These shoppers were not all seniors either but a good mix of society both in age and sex so this can’t all be blamed on the old people having a senior moment! Isle after isle we kept running into small groups of shoppers behaving like zombies who’d gotten themselves—and everyone else who came upon them—stuck in a zombie cluster-f*** traffic jam pile-up where none of them could even figure out how to solve the problem and escape the congestion. It really was unbelievable.

These people where spaced-out, zoned-out, dazed and staring glassy-eyed at merchandise on the shelves, at their mate, smiling helplessly and frozen at other shoppers needing them to move, or just staring blankly into empty air. I’m not exaggerating, it was incredible, and once we finally made it to the grocery checkout both the young cashier and grocery bagger were spaced-out and got lost mentally in mid-sentence while dealing with us. My Mom and I watched them both get lost at different points with what they were doing and eventually come back up-to-speed mentally. Very weird to witness this to this degree in so many “normal” people out in public.

Driving home I reviewed what I’d witnessed in two different shopping stores with different groups of shoppers. Then I remembered how ungrounded and out-of-it I felt last week when I had to go out to buy something. I felt I was an ungrounded ridiculous mess at the time and was embarrassingly aware of my condition. It was also abnormally difficult for me to drive that day because I now feel other drivers mental intentions and line of focus and they usually come into direct energetic contact with my car, me, and where I’m driving which is very stressful while trying to not be effected by these mental and emotional lines of intent other drivers exude.

I was having trouble walking in straight lines and interacting with salespeople on this particular day last week. It was so severe that I was embarrassed over how abnormally ungrounded I was while out in public. It’s one thing to walk into door jambs in the privacy of my home when I’m adjusting and adapting to the latest Wave of higher Light Energies, but it’s another thing being in public while in these now constant embodying Ascension states.

It’s one thing having Ascension related words and nouns-be-gone brain fog which shuts off ones ability to remember the simplest of words for the simplest of things when trying to talk—make that pantomime—to a family member who, thankfully is also living the same Ascension related symptoms so completely understands your inability to articulate much of anything beyond grunts, frustrated hand signals and abundant cursing. But, trying to look and sound “normal” while out in public when one is deep in their 47,000th Ascension symptom is another thing entirely. I don’t want strangers observing me or having to interact with me while I’m dealing and struggling with what I’m transmuting and embodying in 2011. I’ve had to deal with this since February 1999 and I don’t want to be observed (and totally misunderstood) while doing my Living Alchemical Ascension Work during those brief moments when I have to be out there shopping. That’s what I want but of course not what always happens.

Ten, twelve years ago I couldn’t wait for the time when the rest of humanity would begin showing positive signs that they were living the Ascension Process. That time has arrived. It’s one thing being a Starseed whose mission is living and “Path Paving” these higher energies first, but it’s something else seeing for myself other “normal” people showing blatant signs that they’re being deeply effected and altered by the higher frequency Light Energies our Sun is transmitting to humanity and all life on Earth. I found it interesting that none of the shoppers my mom and I saw acting like lost, confused, spaced-out zombies were consciously aware of how they were acting. Ignorance is bliss and it’s better they’re not consciously aware of how much they’re actually changing/evolving now physically, just like everything else in this world and reality.

We Forerunners/Starseeds (and some older Indigos) have had to consciously carry this knowing (some longer than others) while we lived and struggled through transmuting the old lower and embodied the new higher, but the masses will it seems, only stagger around out there for a while looking, acting, and sounding like unaware zombies slowly awakening from a long, horrible nightmare. This is a kindness for them and a benefit for the rest of us.

I have another article I’ll publish soon that talks more about the building solar energies of the 2012–2013 “solar maximum” period and how it’s already affecting the more sensitive people and their bodies and consciousness. Until then, remember that the Sun has been preparing to transmit higher frequency energies more often via solar activities but in new ways because we’ve completed the Mayan calendar/past Evolutionary Cycle and its framework and are in a highly receptive transitional zone until the end of 2012. The even higher energies the Sun will be transmitting throughout 2012–2013 will be much more intense, compressed, potent and fast-acting upon all life on Earth than anything we’ve experienced before the end of the Mayan calendar/Evolutionary Cycle on October 28, 2011. Said another way, hold on to your cosmic socks and learn to gracefully maneuver around the growing clusters of unaware shopping zombies while they too are activated to evolve now faster than the speed of Light.

The Ancient Gods & Goddesses Awaken Part 2

“OMG Denise – I can’t believe you’re writing about this today. And I’ve been meaning to e-mail about so many other things – i’m so glad we’re finally connecting today!

On New Year’s Day 2010 morning, I woke up to a new sun. It was simply different – a white vortex of energy instead of the sun. I immediately saw it – exactly like you wrote about in the above post. I knew others couldn’t see it and was amazed I could – and knew I was in a new dimension. It has never left – every time I am outside I am in awe.

Then I just found this post TODAY – YES TODAY – from Siva Baba when he was in Egypt on Feb 1st:

‘This is the day of regeneration for the earth-plane. I want to declare that not only is this the day I am born, but also the Golden Age is born.

Up until now, Egypt has remained a land that people visit for tourism. Hereafter, it’s going to be different. People will be able to relate to the Gods and Goddesses in an intimate manner. They are not part of dead mythology. Now they have to be revived.

The Sun Temple (the vortex visited for Baba’s B-day) is one of the oldest temples here- where you can access the Sun’s energy directly. Egyptian kings were the descendants of the Sun God Ra. The visit to the Sun Temple will change the destiny of all those who expose themselves to the energy of the Sun. The Sun’s energy is never depleted.

This is an important day for the entire world. I feel a very different energy than I have ever felt before. We are very thankful to all the Gods and Goddesses that we came into contact with their shrines.

Being in Egypt has really opened me up. I never thought there would be so much power here. When I climbed up and stood on the Sun disk, I changed. It empowered me, and in turn I can empower you. As we march towards the Golden Age, all Egyptian Gods and Goddesses will come alive not just for Egypt, but for entire humanity.

That was from Sarah’s February. 19, 2010, Comment to my Solar / Light Transmission article. What I found very interesting, was her quote from Siva Baba about the ancient Egyptian Gods/Goddesses coming back to life now. I’m not familiar with this man or his teachings however and this is the first time I’ve heard about him. If I have this correct, he wrote about his February 1, 2010 experiences in Egypt only a week or so ago. Please correct me if I have these dates wrong OK Sarah?

I’m going to quote from A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution about this very thing and an important dream message I had many years ago. From page 253:

“May 27, 1997 I finally got another insight into what is currently happening to me personally, and no doubt numerous other Lightworkers/Wanderers around the planet at this same time. This was actually a reconnection back to a dream I’d had twelve years earlier in 1985. It was evidently time for me to connect more of the invisible dots to get a better understanding about what was currently happening to me and many other Lightworkers globally.

In my original 1985 dream, a small group of people from around the world and myself were waiting in front of the Great Pyramid in Egypt in current time. We did not consciously know or recognize each other as “Lightworkers” as we all stood there waiting, but we all understood we were there to participate in something very rare and significant. Previously, we had each been invited to be at the foot of the Great Pyramid in Egypt on the eve of 1999, and so, there we all were waiting for whatever was going to happen.

The next scene in this 1985 dream was of some local Egyptian men in their native, long white galabeya’s suddenly appearing from around a corner of the Great Pyramid. They carefully and slowly maneuvered multiple huge metal scaffolding’s out into an area in front of the Great Pyramid for all of us to view. We took a couple steps back and watched them push a group of these giant elevated scaffolding’s into place in front of the Great Pyramid.

On top of each of these scaffolding’s were what looked to us to be massive statues of all the ancient Egyptian, Greek, and Roman gods and goddesses. They were all lying immobilized on their sides like frozen gray giants as the local Egyptian men respectfully wheeled them out before us and then quickly disappeared once again.

We stood watching, waiting, wondering what in the world was going on. After a few minutes, there was a loud cracking sound overhead and lightening dramatically flashed perfectly across the sky as if on cue. Next, we could see that very slowly and carefully all the giant statues of the ancient gods and goddesses were waking up, moving, and coming to life way up on top of their scaffolds. (Sounds like a strange take-off of the old Frankenstein movie doesn’t it?) We on the ground all squealed with excitement at the rare and unique event we were personally witnessing. Slowly, every one of these ancient archetypes came to life and stepped down off their scaffold to walk the Earth one again.

The May 1997 meditational insight was entirely about my older 1985 dream. In it, I finally and fully understood that we physical human Lightworkers watching those ancient gods and goddesses come to life and crawl down from their lofty scaffolds, were symbolic of what was happening to us. We were witnessing other ancient aspects of ourselves waking up and coming to life once again so that the great gap between them and these current aspects of us in human form today would be no more. It was a grand symbolic integration process and was directly connected to the ending of 1999 and transitioning into the twenty-first century. More of my old questions were answered this day, but with further mysteries to unravel as well. After this May 1997 insight, I seriously wondered about what would energetically be arriving with the year 1999 to activate this incredible level of individual integration.”

As I would discover a couple of years after this 1997 insight, my severe physical Ascension Process would begin on February 1, 1999 (the Eighth Wave of the Mayan calendar started on January 5, 1999). That was the beginning date for me to begin this incredible (Phase One) Ascension Process of integration and polarity resolution.

Now that we’ve entered Phase Two of the ascension process on January 1, 2010, our bodies, consciousness, brains, hearts and everything else—including the Sun and Earth—are very much within this new level of the ongoing process. The Sun and the cosmic/galactic energies and Photon Light have increased their intensity to further activate us and our bodies/consciousness to function well outside of old lower 3D frequencies and limited awareness. Soon our old familiar 3D linear consciousness is going to evolve into increasing stages of NON-linear, NON 3D totally isolated awareness. With Phase Two, we are currently evolving into beings that are rapidly becoming multidimensionally conscious, multidimensionally aware and functioning ascended beings. I’ll be talking about this subject a lot during 2010 and how we’re evolving into a much larger, nonlinear, and highly cosmic sandbox now and how the old 3D reality blinders and borders just don’t exist there.

Solar Light Transmissions

When I was five, six, seven years old I used to sunbathe on my parents SoCal patio and talk in my mind with the great (and I mean Great) angelic-like nonphysical Beings that “lived inside the Sun.” I’d lay there in the summer sun happily baking and communing lovingly on the verge of tears with these super ancient Solar Beings and tell them how much I loved them and how much I appreciated all they did for us incarnated on 3D Earth. While doing this, I was also conscious that what I was feeling and knew was connected to my very ancient Egyptian (more accurately, simultaneous) “past” life. To a child there is no “past”, there is only everything happening in the now moment.

Here are a couple short quotes from A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution about the Sun and solar anomalies I’ve been observing since the dates listed in the book. From page 259 and page 339:

“July 11, 1997 I was driving home and noticed that the sunlight and everything else looked very different. It looked extra brilliant and sharp and there was a silver-white colored light everywhere. It was so physically obvious and blatantly there for all to see, I wondered why I had not heard anyone else mention that the light the Sun radiated had changed so drastically.

As I drove I keep glancing up at the open sky, the trees, the leaves on the tress, the freshly plowed fields, and could so clearly see that a profoundly brilliant silver-white light was literally everywhere. It was stunningly beautiful and instantly reminded me of my past life in ancient Egypt 12,600 years earlier because that particular past life had the same brilliant silver-white light everywhere. I had remembered this silver-white light when I was a young child in this life and wondered why the Sun and sunlight was only a soft warm golden-yellow color. Even as a child in this life, I sensed that the Sun and sunlight was only warm and nurturing, gentle and loving solar energy. My ancient Egyptian past life memory was of a much higher stellar silver-white light that was extremely bright and intense, yet did not harm one’s eyes or skin. As a child in this life, I always wondered about why the sunlight was not this stellar silver-white light I remembered from my ancient life in Egypt. The seasons and gravity—not to mention human cruelty—were also huge confusions to me as a child in this life however.

As I drove home viewing this brilliant and very different sunlight illuminating everything, I remembered this particular silver-white light was how everything looked and felt when the Sun and Earth were within the Photon band of higher dimensional light at the beginning of the astrological Age of Leo. I suddenly became ecstatic. Here we were again, 12,500-plus long and very dark and difficult years later, exactly halfway around the great wheel of Ages entering the Photon band of higher light again at the beginning of the Age of Aquarius. All I could think was, “It’s about time! Now the much higher changes to humanity and Earth will happen extremely fast.”

“December 15, 1999 I was outside working in the yard when a wasp buzzed my head, and as I dodged him, I noticed something unusual around the Sun. After the wasp was gone, I made my hand into a fist to directly block out the Sun but safely see the space all around it. Doing this I could easily see an enormous pale white mist-like energy slowly moving and undulating far out around the entire Sun. I had never seen this anomaly before and assumed it must be solar flare energies.

I quickly got our sunglasses and called Mom outside to see it for herself. We stared, squinted, pondered and watched this massive solar energy radiating out in all directions off from the Sun. As we watched this new solar anomaly we both saw brilliant silver-white metallic looking UFO things flitting and seemingly playing with each other within this solar energy. I don’t know what these things were, and I am not saying they were UFOs in the sense of ETs piloting them because I did not get that feeling. Mom and I watched both the solar energies flowing and wafting slowly like some type of massive transparent solar veil, plus these small brilliant dots zipping around within it.”

I’m not sure exactly when this happened, but I sense it kicked off around February 1, 2010 (OMG…I just had a mega coinky dink realization! My physical Ascension Process started February 1, 1999), oh this makes a lot of sense now. January and February 2010 are within Phase Two and some of the Phase One cycles or activations have started again, but at this vastly higher level on the ascension spiral. That’s what I’ve been sensing, but this realization just nailed it for me personally.

As I was saying, I felt that February 1, 2010 the Sun and solar energies had taken another quantum leap forward and that was why so many of us have been feeling Crown chakra pressures and like it has become huge recently, also ascension related headaches, amplified frustrations, brief intolerance with lower people/situations/beliefs etc. It was around Feb. 10th when I noticed that this already huge Sun/solar energy in the sky had seemingly doubled in size and brightness! To me, the Sun now looks even closer to Earth, which has been another thing I’ve remembered since age six about my Egyptian past life and wondered about. We (us on Earth) have moved/orbited into a very different area of space, and from this new area it appears (so far) as if we are closer to the Sun. I’m not saying we are, only that it looks like the Sun is much larger and closer now. (This is actually 7D Photon Light.) AND, that huge pale white mist-like energy that I’ve seen daily since I first noticed it in 1997, has doubled in size since the start of February 2010. I may be off a bit on these days, but that’s when I noticed these energies/anomalies. (On a clear cloudless day, go outside and try the hand into a fist thing and just look at all that energy radiating off from the Sun now.)

I feel—based in part on my 12, 600 B.C. Egyptian past life memories—that we (humans and Earth) have re-entered the Photon band of higher seventh dimensional Light energies and these changes in our Sun, the sunlight, this strange pale white mist-like energy all around it that hasn’t been there for all of my life until I first noticed it in 1997, are further activating us to continue evolving into a higher frequency species faster than ever before. And that the so-called solar flares and solar storms are really cosmic, galactic energies from very high dimensions broadcasting/transmitting/radiating greater and greater energies to further activate us with our compressed evolutionary DNA and consciousness changes. Another higher, larger, and vastly more intense layer of this LIGHT energy has arrived and will continue to via our Sun, which then transmits it directly to Earth and humanity. This new higher level of cosmic/galactic/solar Light energies will trigger further ascension symptoms, further DNA activations and brain changes, plus full physical body and multiple energy body changes like nothing we’ve been through so far. With the start of 2010, we entered a new and higher spiral or layer with Phase Two, and these many growing and accelerating anomalies within us and our environment will only continue and faster than ever before too.

Since January 2010, I’ve noticed that I’m still having different ascension symptoms and they come in fast and intense BUT, I’m adapting, adjusting to each new layer much easier and faster than I did throughout all of Phase One. Makes sense because we’re housing so much more Light within our selves now that when more Light arrives, we’re not getting as hammered by The Process as we have since 1999. I have however noticed a big change in how I’m feeling the ongoing Rewiring Process energies in my body now. They now feel like my spine is a huge antenna literally pulling in, receiving those higher energy transmissions and they cause my spine to vibrate, to buzz, to hum with intense higher, faster frequency energy. No physical pain with this, just an amazing feeling of being re-built, rewired by very high Light energies.

Sun & Earth, Here We Go Again

THE SHAKING

On February 13, 2010, we had a 4.1 earthquake here in southern California with the epicenter about twenty miles from where I live. It was a small quake with no damage anywhere. At this point I’m waiting to see if and how this may play out over the next week or so. Last month this earthquake business escalated with a cluster of earthquakes throughout CA., many near the CA/Mexico border. I was very aware that these January earthquakes were happening just south and north of where I live and that many of them were increasing in magnitude. That coupled with a sense that a bigger quake that would do a lot of damage (the 7.0 Haiti quake), made January 2010 rather touchy and nerve-wracking.

THE BAKING

The other ascension related energy dynamic that has started up again is the Sun and solar flare activity and whatever else it has been doing. I don’t follow earthquakes or Sun/solar activity, but I can immediately tell when the Sun/solar/cosmic energies start back up again by how my body reacts to any solar changes. During the decade of the 90’s (Phase One of the ongoing ascension process), I spent a lot of years being deeply affected by the solar flares and eruptions and whatever else it is that the Sun has been doing energetically. Because of those Phase One years [see A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution], I can instantly tell when the Sun is transmitting higher Cosmic Energies to further activate us, our DNA, our physical and nonphysical energy bodies, our brains and hearts, the new Earth, the new Earth’s energy grids and many other things I’m unaware of.

Last week, after a very long and happy period of not feeling any solar related ascension symptoms, I suddenly felt like deep fried crap again. I knew immediately that these physical symptoms were Sun/solar related, because they have always made my body feel—make that hurt—in the same ways. Here’s how any Sun/solar activities makes my body feel; see if you can relate.

Intense body aches and pains that have been called the “Ascension Flu”
Chills and possibly low-grade fever
Skin feeling raw and painful like you’ve rubbed sandpaper on it
Red flushed and hot cheeks, also eyes
Allergy-like body aches and pains
Sudden waves of nausea
Bone and joint pains and stiffness
Very emotional, crying and almost depressed
Intolerance for anything & anyone vibrating lower
Suddenly falling asleep during the day. The need to be out of your body during these intense energy periods

These are typical symptoms (with the exception of #10) that I’ve always felt when the SUN is doing what it does to assist us in further energy and consciousness ascension. Throughout all of Phase One of the ascension process, I felt like I was wired and running huge amounts of higher frequency energies through my exhausted body—which I was—and that made me feel constantly jittery, hyper, wired, electric, high-strung and ON 24/7. It didn’t matter how profoundly exhausted I and my body was, I just laid there vibrating, shaking, literally humming with higher frequency energies, and sleeping was usually not an option.

Now in Phase Two of our ongoing ascension process, suddenly falling asleep during the day is becoming a frequent anomaly for me, and I’m likin’ it a lot! I almost feel drugged (the polar opposite to that horrible constant hyper feeling) and very relaxed and I suddenly fall asleep. I’m even dreaming while taking these catnaps during the day which is unheard of for me. While I’m sleeping/napping during daylight hours now, I feel that distinctive inner body BUZZING or vibrating that is the Rewiring process. I sense that the Sun/solar activations within Phase Two are so potent and intense to our current Phase Two bodies that we sometimes simply exit them (these uncontrollable daytime naps) so the Sun/solar flares activations can accomplish more with our Rewiring process. So, even though the Sun/solar flare ascension symptoms have always been very extreme for me, I’ll gratefully take being able to fall asleep during the day and get out-of-body, over being stuck in my body and not able to fall asleep any day!

I know this post might sound a bit random and disconnected but it really isn’t. It’s about our ongoing (within Phase Two) ascension/compressed evolutionary process and how many of the Phase One symptoms are changing slightly; also about how Earth is going through this Phase Two transition just as we are. We (the new us and the new Earth) will continue to shake n’ bake, quake n’ fry energetically, and have many of the old familiar ascension symptoms but in slightly new ways and not nearly as severe as Light-working within Phase One was.

While this entire process continues, the planetary magnet field will continue to drop dramatically, which allows you and me a nearly magnetic-free space (and years) to energetically design and create—from our High Hearts—the brand new and tremendously higher vibrating 5D world reality soon to come. So enjoy those wonderful catnaps that suddenly propel you out-of-body and let the Sun/solar activations and multiple body Rewiring process do all they are. Why? Because you and I have more important planetary Work to accomplish, which is to envision and hold in our HighHearts the NEW Earth world reality WE want.

The magnet field is nearly going away for these next few years so that YOU AND I will have a totally blank new magnetic planetary canvas upon which we are to imprint—from our High Hearts—the tremendously higher 5D architecture upon.

WE scant early few are the Designers of the new 5D Earth and this is one important way we are going to be energetically able to finally imprint our very high creative desires on to the new empty, blank planetary magnetic field. The mystical 10, 11, and 12 are OUR years to do this incredibly important New Humans, New Earth planetary Work. We transmuted great amounts of the old and lower during Phase One, and now at the beginning of Phase Two, we are to start laying down brand new and astonishingly higher vibrating Heart Energy Blueprints for the new Earth/Humanity.
