Before I get into the heart of this article I want to share a couple important lines from a recent email I received from John. Thanks John for letting me share them at HighHeartLife for everyone’s benefit. ❤

“I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck and have done since end of July. Barely functional and it’s like I’ve been ‘erased’. I have this sense we are reaching some kind of crescendo or tipping point. I just wondered if you felt the same? ”

“I’ve found myself increasingly disconnected from work/friendships/relationships/hobbies. Literally like somebody clearing a whiteboard. But I’m realizing that this time, to me anyway, we are going to live more from that blank space. Very different to how it has been.” — John, September 10, 2021

The sense of being ‘erased’ as John accurately put it is what it feels like as one evolves beyond the old 3D ego self and ego-based consciousness and all that went with it. It does indeed feel like one is being erased, dying even or so the low 3D ego self and consciousness worries and so stubbornly resists. This steady erasure process of our old 3D ego self and ego-based consciousness has been taking place due to the ongoing evolutionary embodiment of ever greater and higher frequency NEW Light energies and NEW codes.

This is an absolute mandatory baseline energetic frequency and consciousness requirement of every human desirous of existing on NEW Earth. It’s as straightforward as each person must be within a certain Light frequency range internally themselves to exist externally on NEW Earth. Unlike old 3D patriarchal Duality Earth where anything and anyone could get it, human access to ascending, ascended NEW Earth requires every individual to be an internal frequency match with it to exist on it.

I want to clarify what I mean about the differences between humans embodying (always represented by my using a lower case e) the NEW Light energies and NEW codes, and the Embodiment Process or Embodiment (always represented by my capitalizing the E).

embodying is embodying all of the evolution inducing NEW Light energies and codes, whereas Embodying (capital E) goes a few higher steps beyond embodying. The Embodiment Process requires the physical incarnate you to reach and maintain an internally specific Light frequency range within your physical body, self, heart and consciousness so you become a vibrational match with your Soul and Higher Self/Selves. You eventually Embody (capital E) your Soul because you continued increasing the frequency and vibrational rate of your physical body and self enough so this high frequency match could happen in physical you. In other words, you Worked a long, hard time to finally get the band back together again BUT from within your physical body and incarnate self.

Understand that not everyone is living the Embodiment Process, only a few are although anyone can do it if they want to now. Not everyone wants to Embody at this point however, but everyone that is evolving now must embody the NEW Light energies and NEW codes to become an internal Light frequency vibratory match with ascending, ascended NEW Earth.

Next let’s cover what John is correctly calling ‘the blank space’.

The previous universal Great Cycle was about us ALL, and I mean ALL, learning within Duality, Dualized realities, Dualized consciousness, manifestation and everything that went with it universally. That cycle of learning and creating within Duality reached its natural expiration date in December 2012. This next Great Cycle of universal evolution, creativity and ongoing learning exists at a much higher frequency and does not have the numerous old Duality separations, divisions, compartmentalization’s and disconnected consciousness containers etc. that the previous Duality cycle did. This NEW higher level of our continued creativity and expression seems to those capable of perceiving, seeing and feeling it at this point to be tremendously larger, much more open, and also blank in great, colossal swaths of ascended space we’re beginning to find ourselves facing today.

Since Phase 2 started in January 2020, I’ve repeatedly said that with our entrance into 2022, humanity will enter what I’ve been calling (1) the CHANGEOVER and (2) into the NEW Divine Mother Feminine energy frequency template for ascending NEW Earth and ascending NEW Humans. I’ve written multiple articles in 2020 and 2021 about how this NEW Divine Mother Feminine energy is NOT warm and fuzzy, earthy and nurturing, voluptuous and cuddly but very masculine, very strong, warrior-like, and Divinely absolute. This NEW Divine Mother Feminine energy and species and planetary and beyond template is going to surprise most people in how strong and masculine IT/SHE is. Divine Mother Feminine is completely integrated with ITS masculine aspects. Divine Father Masculine is completely integrated with ITS feminine aspects. We’re not in lower dense 3D Duality reality anymore, this is very different and vastly more integrated plus NEW in new ways for ALL which means big surprises are instore for us all/ALL.

To most this NEW Earth, NEW Human Divine Mother Feminine energy template will feel much bigger, more vast, more open and even blank in many places and ways. This just is Divine Mother God Feminine; the incomprehensively vast seemingly blank void-ness where new creativity, experimentation, and all-level learning takes place within this new Great Cycle’s specific curriculum and Light frequency range.

This sense of greater vastness, larger space with considerably less stuff, ridiculous puff egoic fillers, excessive separated compartmentalization everywhere is also what it feels like while evolving beyond our old familiar 3D egos and ego-based Duality consciousness. The one thing is necessary for existence within the higher NEW thing, so again, each of us must be an internal Light frequency vibratory match with or within frequency range with what and where we’re evolving our physical selves and bodies to and will exist in, on, and with.

At this point within these numerous CHANGEOVER processes, it typically feels to us like we’re disappearing, becoming less, dying even, have far less defining characteristics, personal identities, names or titles and whatnot but all that is nothing more than each person evolving beyond their old familiar, clearly laid out and carefully defined sense of old lower patriarchal egoic and Dualized egoic consciousness and personal identities. Many used to have expensive patriarchal letters of distinction, power, value etc. behind your names and other paid for titles and whatnot. Now however your true identity is your Light Energy signature and other individuals with plenty of embodied and certainly Embodied Light Energy themselves are instantly capable of perceiving, Seeing, Feeling and Knowing everyone’s real Light Energy Signatures. The old ego-based human bullshit cons and lies ends precisely where the Light begins.

I’ve been saying for over fifteen years that our “playground” is about to get a whole lot larger. We’re discovering that being free of our old 3D Duality reality egos and ego-based consciousness and matching external Earth world at first feels too big, too vast with too much blank space creative potential everywhere. We are and will continue to adapt and expand into our NEW ascending and ascended “playground” including our NEW matching frequency higher awareness, HighHeart and higher creativity.

The Empowered HighHeart Of The Matter

There are only a few who’ve honestly been living the Embodiment Process during this Ascension Process and have been experiencing gradual personal CHANGEOVERERS because of it. Some Embodiers (capital E) have embodied (lower case e) enough Light that they’re now vibrationally capable of Embodying their Soul in their ascending physical body, incarnate self and HighHeart Center consciousness. Needless to say that changes things considerably for each person doing it, but it also changes everything else too, exactly as Divinely intended.

There have been and continue to be various missions within this evolutionary Ascension Process and the Embodiment Process of intentional Soul Embodiment into some physically incarnate people is another important one. The NEW templates for NEW Earth need to be embodied first by those Volunteers capable of doing so into and through their physical bodies. The NEW templates for NEW Humans also need to be Embodied first by those Volunteers capable of doing so into and through their physical bodies and DNA. We embody and Embody before others because we have been—and I mean this literally—installing the NEW Divine templates for NEW Earth and for NEW Humanity in and through our physical bodies and HighHearts.

Those who’ve decided to not live the Embodiment Process during this Ascension Process need to know that those who have absolutely do NOT need anything external such as physical and energetic props, divination tools, energy amplifying devices, intention tools, elaborate prayers, physical reality creating devices, crystals, sacred sites, singing bowls or any other such magician ascension eye candy BS to make anything happen physically and non-physically. When one is ascension Soul Embodied internally for the reasons I’m talking about, there is zero need for any external devices, tools, props and such. Empowerment is Empowerment is Empowerment is….

There are some people that are totally unaware of the Ascension Process and that it’s been happening all these years. However, some of these unaware people have embodied so much of the NEW evolutionary Light energies and NEW codes, which activated their HighHearts, that these unknown individuals have reached Soul Embodiment in their physical bodies.

On the other hand, there are far more people in the ascension, spiritual, and conspiracy communities that have long been aware of the Ascension Process but have only recently begun embodying (lower case e) some of the NEW evolutionary Light energies and NEW codes. The majority of those people will not choose to live the Embodiment Process but currently believe themselves to be far more evolved than they actually are. Hence the need for multiple ascending Earth worlds of different frequencies for everyone that needs one or more of them today, tomorrow, next year and so on.

The Separation of Worlds has become obscenely, grimacingly obvious in Phase 2. In 2021, far more Light embodied individuals no longer have any patience, tolerance or capacity to continue enduring people that are not within a higher frequency range no matter who they are, nor should we. The Phase 2 energies have been pushing greater numbers of people to choose to be physically alone over continuing to suffer low frequency human egos, liars, parasite people, and any negativity for another minute. Because of this the Separation of Worlds accelerates. Do not enable or perpetuate lower anything or anyone by tolerating them and what they’re doing. Your choices now have so much higher level Light power and authority — use them to expedite the Separation of Worlds and the simultaneous manifestation of NEW Earth and NEW Humans.

In August 2021 some very big NEW Light energies and specific assistance from certain higher Others rained down on us like never before. Those NEW Light energies affected each of us in slightly different ways due to our individual levels and ability to embody a little or a lot at the time. For some August was a make-it or break-it month, for others it was a no-going-back separation point.

For those few who’ve been living the Embodiment Process, August 2021 was an extremely intense and very big CHANGEOVER energy push that drove us to step more fully into our Soul Embodied abilities, empowerment, and greater higher awareness now.

The more and more higher Light energies you embody, the higher and faster that causes you to vibrate internally within your physical body. Your frequencies increase time and time again with every further evolutionary energy blast the cosmos hurls at us for this very reason. It is and always has been a Divine Source/God/All That Is induced RE-activation and all-out course correction to undo everything Team Dark did to humanity, to human DNA, to the Earth and to everywhere else they interfered with and distorted. Remember the past Great Cycle was about everyone learning within Duality and exactly how far from the Divine everything and everyone could, would, and actually did go. We however are no longer there anymore which is why things are in such a chaotic state of separation and CHANGEOVER now.

Once you reach a certain internal level of individual Light embodiment (lower case e), the next step IF you want to go further is that you start the Embodiment Process (capital E) which means you continue past the mandatory Light frequency level required for one to physically exist on ascending NEW Earth. Some Volunteers have chosen to live the Embodiment Process to further energetically and physically Pathpave for humanity. These people have been increasingly embodying more and more higher Light energies which continue to increase their personal internal Light frequency and vibratory rates enough to finally reach the energy range their Soul exists within. Now here’s where this get’s interesting for all of us.

Why is it so important for some Volunteers to go this extra ascension mile? What’s the point? What happens by them Embodying more to reach, match and maintain the much higher frequency range their Souls exists within? What does that do to them and why have they been Working towards it all these many ascension years?

Many years ago I asked — How many Volunteers does it take to manifest NEW Earth? 🙂

When a Volunteer or anyone else chooses to live the Embodiment Process and they finally come within range of the Light frequency vibratory rate and range of their Soul, that new connection automatically starts course correcting their DNA from the deliberate negative inorganic distortions and limitations Team Dark did to ancient human DNA long ago back to the Divine original DNA templates.

A small group of someone’s had to go first with this too, just like a small group of someone’s had to go first with Phase 1 of the Ascension Process and what was required during that phase. The same type of thing has been happening since the start of Phase 2 of the Ascension Process in January 2020, but in this higher way for these particular reasons. I’m hoping that the January 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order that went out then is finally making better sense to more people now in late 2021.

A small group of Volunteers have been needed to Embody to vibrationally exist at the same higher Light frequency rate and range as their Soul(s) so the natural Divine side effect would be automatically triggered; the RE-connection with and RE-activation of the original Divine energy and DNA templates for NEW Humans. I repeat, for NEW Humans.

While those that have been living the Embodiment Process did so, they have been and still currently are causing and bringing forth the physical manifestation of NEW Earth through their bodies, HighHearts and NEW DNA. We’ve been in the process of building NEW Earth from within our physical bodies and bringing it into physical manifestation while simultaneously Embodying the Light level of our Souls so our DNA and all else would naturally be freed from and cleared of all old negative distortions and be ONLY Divine and original — with a few very important additions because of what all has been learned from time spent in Duality.

So if you’re wondering why you’ve been feeling worse than ever since 2020, and even more so in 2021, and utterly All Done With the lower everything and everyone, these are the main reasons. You’ve either been living the Embodiment Process and going through all that, or you’ve been embodying more NEW and much higher frequency Light energies and NEW codes in preparation for humanities entry into 2022 and the NEW Divine Mother Feminine human species and planetary (and beyond) template.

Some of you have been and are continuing to manifest NEW Earth through your body, HighHeart, Soul and incarnate self while your own DNA continues being returned to higher Divine original so that template exists within the physical for NEW Humans to evolve into. NEW Earth for NEW Humans from within and through you because you’ve been resolutely, intently, purposefully causing it to happen from the first moment the call went out for help with what we call the universal Ascension Process.

Continued Merging: High-Heart Orgasms

I’ve realized for a while now that since the Expiration Date of December 21, 2012, every one of the Forerunners needs to continue doing what we have all along, but now in even more individualized ways. Many of us have reached NEW levels within the Ascension Process and our increasingly NEW merging selves and consciousness in 2014 and 2015, and because of this, it’s time for more changes in how some of us communicate the Higher Awareness information—Light—that we perceive about the overall Ascension Process. For some these small/medium/large changes in us and our perceptions will be received by our readers in different ways, all depending on their current level within this same process. More Stair-steps in other words but what’s new about that?

I’ve said this before a few times since 2007 when I started writing at TRANSITIONS, but it needs repeating now. We’re all going through the Ascension Process and there are main stages, levels and phases etc. to it but it’s done in those Stair-steps. Within this format we occasionally reach different points where big and real changes take place individually instead of lots of those smaller Stair-steps. When this happens, the ongoing evolution is so dramatic in comparison to how we’d been up to that point, that it’s near impossible to continue in the same way one did before the latest transformation. The same is true with how I’ve perceived and expressed what I’ve perceived, learned, experienced, seen and so forth. As I continue growing, evolving, changing and “ascending”, so too of course does what I talk about and how I express it. You the reader will need to expand as well to deal with my inner changes, or, drop away because you can no longer relate to what I’m saying or to me individually. This is perfectly “normal” and representative of our continued evolutionary changes and unique individuality.

My first blog, TRANSITIONS was created in late 2007, and I wrote there because I absolutely HAD to. It was a pre-incarnational Soul Contract for me to write as much as I could as quickly as I could about the Ascension Process and related topics during what I’ve called the Phase One years. It was more important and pressing to me to do this than drawing my next breath, which is usually a sign it’s a Soul Contract you’re feeling the tremendous need to fulfill. The Ascension Light (higher information) that’s archived there will continue helping people coming up those Stair-Steps for a long time.

In late 2013, I knew I needed to create a second blog, HighHeartLife for the people who’ve been living the Ascension Process for a long time, and because of this have accessed their 5D High-Hearts and have been living there (Forerunners). Stair-step blogs you see.

Then 2014 and 2015 happened to me, and as should be expected I’ve changed some more thank gawd but because of this, I now need to slightly change the manner in which I write about the Ascension Process and related topics. This change I’m talking about is very NEW and I’m still spinning, in the best of ways because of it, but I felt I needed to explain why growing numbers of the Forerunners of the Forerunners who’ve written about the Ascension Process for many years are now or will be changing somewhat and becoming much more highly individualized with their/my/our spiritual Ascension communications. If this wasn’t happening within us, you should be highly suspicious. Big clue that one.

Some of my writings won’t sound, look or feel different to you at all, while other times you will sense and/or feel this latest change within me that I’m referring to, and guess what, that is my NEW teaching for you. 😀 You see, the further away we “ascend” from the old 3D methods, consciousness, habits etc., the more fifth dimensional (5D) the communications, teachings, exchanges and so forth will be, and that means there will be less and less of the old familiar reality defining type teaching and communicating being done by me. When I know that some information needs to be communicated in a more linear, direct, straight forward reality defining way like we’re all much more used to, then I’ll write it that way and most likely publish it at TRANSITIONS. When I know I need to communicate information and energies from a nonlinear, less defined, High-Heart, spacious 5D sort of way, then that will continue here at HighHeartLife. However, I now need to create a NEW Category at HHL for my communications, experiences, teachings etc. that I’m calling HighHeart Center. This is the first article to be placed in this NEW class. (Please see them all in the sidebar listed under Categories.)

High-Heart to High-Heart

Where to even start… I don’t know at this point because I’ve gone through so, so much since 2014, but finally some positive and amazing changes have/are taking place in 2015. As I continue with this we’re going to go way up and then way down and way up again and way down again which just seems to be the way of it now due to some of us existing within higher frequency and consciousness and far more still way down in the old lower frequency and consciousness. Every minute I live this myself in-body on Earth my Love, Respect, Gratitude and profound Admiration for all higher dimensional Beings that have endured our 3D human amnesia, stunning stupidity, unending fears, massive egos, profound selfishness, addicted violence, general insanity, ugly manipulations etc. and have never flinched over any of it, grows tremendously.

So yeah, 2014 wasn’t any walk in the park and 2015 hasn’t been easy by any stretch of the imagination either. Now the amplification happens continuously, hour by hour, day by day, month by month. The ups are way up and amazing, to the point that the high LOVE energies pouring into my High-Heart expands it to the point of blissful, High-Heart orgasmic joy, pain, Divine LOVE and ever-present quantum perfection. This ongoing merging process is beautiful, extraordinary, soul expanding, lower heart shattering, high-heart expanding, blissfully peaceful, perfectly immobile like a ballerina balanced on-point, crystalline and literally high-heart orgasmic.

This latest high-heart in-pouring has been Divine masculine/male and oh how I’ve personally needed that IN my body and Self in this current Denise form and manifestation. I’ve lived, we all have lived for so very long with demented masculine/male energies on Earth, so to finally have what’s normal merge with me/me with IT in my incarnate self in physicality now has been Divine high HOME returning at long last. I’d weep over this except I can’t because my high-heart only knows what’s normal and crying isn’t part of that at this higher level, only beaming is, only radiating is, only wanting every other soul to experience it too is. Nothing can stop the unrelenting Divine desire to help everyone to reach, feel and know God/Source/Divinity within themselves, again. Nothing…

High-Heart Lovemaking

When your High-Heart embodies some more of the greater, higher YOU in this physical version of you that’s “ascending”, it feels like heart sex, like heart lovemaking, like glorious heart hugs between you/YOU and the Divine and more. It feels like the most profound LOVE, Gratitude and Respect you can comprehend existing within your high-heart with other Divine aspects of both YOU/You/you and Source/God etc. This isn’t easy to communicate and I’d probably do better with pantomime at this point! 😆

What’s really humorous about this is that, as glorious as it is and it is glorious, there’s so much more to come! This is why we have to take these Stair-steps and grand leaps forward incrementally otherwise it would kill us and destroy our physical bodies. So even though I’m drooling giddily over all this luscious merged LOVE energies with this latest Divine masculine/male aspect in myself, I’m well aware that there’s so much more beyond this. Breath, smile, radiate the NEW you because this is just another level.

As has been said by many, the place to go now is your own High-Heart because that’s where the action is happening and will be for a very long time. So, get out of your head and into your High-Heart and get used to that feeling and space and what it feels like to perceive everything from that 5D vantage point. This is the NEW Center, the NEW HighHeart Center, not the old lower mind and intellect. Let your primary perspective and focal point and “home base” ascend/evolve up into your High-Heart and get familiar with it all.

Dying, Resurrection & the ongoing Separation of Worlds

Another aspect of this current phase that’s been really weird (weird isn’t a strong enough word for it!) has been the glaring and oftentimes painful and frustrating growing gap between those people who are not remaining in their physical bodies and working to evolve/ascend them but are physically dying in a variety of dramatic ways now. Right next to that are the people who are remaining in their physical bodies and continue working to continue evolving/ascending them, and the contrast between these groups of humans is blinding, shocking and hard to emotionally cope with sometimes.

On the one hand, I’ve been “dying” all year and slowly “resurrecting” within myself as this merging continues. On the other hand, many people are literally dying and exiting because they can no longer remain in this high frequency Light and LOVE (I’ll always write that word in capitals because I’m referring to a much higher frequency “LOVE” than the old lower “love”) and so they’re exiting their physical bodies very quickly, and as I said before, rather dramatically as well. (We have different deaths just as we have different lives and it’s all to gain more knowledge and hands on physical experiences. Look at everything now from your 5D perspective, not your old lower 3D perspective.)

Example: The other day I got a call from someone (no names or much detail here) informing me that someone in their early twenties blew their brains out about ten days ago. This horror happened a week or so after that persons forty-something husband was shot and killed by police for firing his gun (most likely in a drug induced rage). I don’t know all the gory details nor do I want to. Suffice it to say that I’ve known for over a decade that these two people (and many others) would not survive the Ascension Process and would either die young, or, stay in their bodies and descend to what’s been called ‘Planet B’.

For those of you reading this that aren’t familiar with this term, ‘Planet B’ is another physical Earth world for those people who are not yet done with negativity, dis-empowerment, violence, warring, parasitism, victim/victimizer consciousness and reality, not ready to or refusing to take personal responsibility for themselves and their thoughts, emotions, actions etc. Planet B exists now for all who still want, need or desire to live in a physical world where Team Dark and the negativity is even worse than it was before the Ascension Process began. Those people have this other Earth world to exist in to experience all they want or need to about the Dark and eventually choose the Light.

So there I AM, experiencing stupefying LOVE with the Divine masculine merging in me, my body, self and HighHeart Center (while trying to remember how to get to the toilet when needed) and in the next moment I’m hearing about young people I know (one since age 3) who’ve died suddenly and horribly. Again, the growing gap between these two levels of people, being, consciousness, reality and Earth worlds is becoming something else to witness. Getting to ones HighHeart is one thing, remaining there throughout the chaos and collapse is another thing altogether, but this too is part of our ongoing educations within the Ascension Process and 5D physicality. Like I said, way up and way down and all this can happen in half a HighHeart beat.

So if you too have been really sick this year and felt like you could physically die without half trying, know that this is part of the Process and that more is and has been going on than just you/me being really sick for far too long. And if you too have experienced increasing merging of some of the Greater within you and your body and being–which makes your HighHeart explode with real LOVE—then things are on track and heading for even greater embodiment of even more. All this and we haven’t reached November and the 11 energies yet! Don’t you just know that the Light Being Angelics (11’s) will be close at hand throughout November as we progress even more. I can feel their steady gaze upon me and all of us, which tells me we’re in for some more fabulous very soon. You ready for 11 and then 12 of December of 2015? It will complete in ways we haven’t imagined yet. 🙂 ❤
