Thank you for your timely post Denise It was a gift to us all.The level of interference within the collective is something I have never experienced before in my life! It’s everywhere! It’s difficult to see exactly what is being played out in 3d, but whatever it is, It looks one hell of a mess from where I’m standing! Whether this has to do with the separation of worlds as Denise, you have kindly written about, I honestly bloody well hope so!, I just know that 3d is getting worse; totally out of control. To be still connected to it, is such pain in the arse, but it’s possible that If I wasn’t, I would spontaneously combust on the spot, as the energies and frequency I am integrating are relentless. I would rather not be connected to 3d anymore, as I can’t get my head around any of it. It’s like one big mental asylum gone wrong. To my chagrin ,I’m having to still partake in it, even though I don’t understnd any of it, Why can’t people just live in peace?!
Embodying more my Christed Self into physicality, whilst having to deal with all of what feels like escalated interference, is not what I expected in 2015. It’s so difficult to go anywhere. I thought by now, I would be experiencing something else entirely different; let’s see, maybe heaven on earth? I’m working my socks off at the moment, trying to connect to sites and networks on the internet, where I can publish and share my channelled writings, as information has started to come through me about what I call “The Realities of Ascension” Need a couple more openings though. Something very different for me in the past month or so, dreamtime with people I know or have known in physical form. I have always had an active out of body (dream) time but this is unusual and not bad at all.

After reading your recent article I’m now wondering how a person can know if they are really on the path toward ascension or if they are in fact just a portal person being manipulated into believing they are. Can you tell or discern what are YOUR thoughts, YOUR emotions, YOUR desires, YOUR reactions etc.? Have you ever had a thought, emotion or desire that felt monotone or flat or bland to you? That seemed like it just popped into your head with zero forethought on your part? Same with an emotion coming in from out of the blue? These are some of the ways that we learn to discern for ourselves what is indeed us and what isn’t. It takes time and deep self honesty to Master this but it is an invaluable higher tool of perception that each of us needs very much.
How to stop the manipulation requires even more determination to spiritually and energetically evolve. To climb up out of the lower frequency and matching or like consciousness requires major dedication and desire. Coupled with that are all of these God/Source/Divine natural evolutionary Ascension Process energies raining down on everyone everywhere constantly now. No one can sidestep or ignore these energies, no one. One can put evolving off for a MUCH later date, but they cannot remain in these higher Light energies and not be changed, evolved by them. It’s impossible to blow off God/Divine Source! :wink:
With the natural higher evolutionary energies here pushing, driving each of us into the NEW in all ways, combine that with an honest spiritual desire to be greater, to live better, for ALL to be better and live better etc., and you will find yourself surfing these Light Waves easier and faster than most. You will find yourself “ascending” in all ways in your physical body. Team Dark doesn’t want this to happen of course so we’ve got them to navigate during these tremendous evolutionary changes. Eventually one vibrationally evolves far enough beyond their reach and influence that they become nonexistent from that level of frequency.
It takes serious work, inner work and dedication but with these natural higher energies here now we can do all this and more much more quickly and easily than in any other lifetime. Use it in other words to climb as high as you/me/we can get now cause the Ascension “juice” won’t be here forever. That’s why things are heating up so; the pressure is really on all of us now to complete this Process as best we can.

It’s getting to the point of ridiculousness as to what’s going on for me. The physical, emotional and mental stuff would have done me in before. The strange thing is, though, that the craziness coming at me no longer bothers me much. It’s kind of like, “okay, and??”. I will continue to persevere. Not only that, I am determined to thrive. ;-) We are all going to be fine. We have been in the trenches, done the work, and we are going to come out better than ever! We are a strong and determined lot.

I’ve written about these Ascension symptoms/side effects for many years now, some here and some at TRANSITIONS.
Whom to believe would be you, and discern everyone and everything else as best as you can but keep developing the ability of discernment.
The mental bouncing off the walls happens when we try to continue using old tools of perception, which in this case is our old left brain intellects. All we get is duality pinging all over the place now because we have, we are in the great transition of evolving from the old lower tools and ways, to the 5D High Heart as our NEW much more evolved focal point, seat of functioning and tool of perception. These two energy levels are worlds apart and only personal experience with them both is teaching each of us this. Every time I slide back into my old left brain intellect tool to figure things out it just becomes a hot mess very quickly! But when I go back into my High Heart center and feel instead of think to figure things out, I get results immediately. We’re all having to learn and eventually Master this one for ourselves.
And lastly, you said that you’re so scared and that too will only cause you (me or anyone) all sorts of bigger problems because fear is the old lower frequency and base of operations for the negatives. You’ve also (we all have to) evolve up and out of these old lower frequency, lower consciousness, lower world realities now. Yes things are scary and that’s because the old is dying and going away, forever thank god! But living through this transition is intense, confusing, chaotic and difficult. Why? Because the majority of people on this planet do NOT have a clue about what’s really happening and why. They just see the collapse and negativity around them and automatically go into fear. It’s simply the old corrupt and negative exiting this world and ourselves etc. etc. so that the NEW higher tools and ways and world can replace it all. I’m not saying any of this is easy because for the most part — especially when one has to deal with unaware people still working in the old systems/jobs/beliefs etc. — it isn’t but we’re doing it nonetheless. It’s why we’re all here now; to live this rare event, this rare changeover into a higher level of being and consciousness and therefore external reality.

from all my heart, thank you for your deep Hearted and understandable answer. :-) My “problem” actully is a huge lower back pain, goes down to legs. I did so many MR and CT and therapies, but pain doesn’t stop. Then I think and think what could be my inner pain? And I find nothing :-( No pills no creams, talking with pain – nothing help. Just big pain. And then everything goes in fear. And this last for 3 years. I have some weeks, when everything is OK and I can do all things normally. I love life! But painsssss and spasms all over my back :-( That makes me almost crazy. I know all details and variations and combinations of Accension Symptoms for a very long time – since 1996 :-( I know how to BE in the heart, but with all these pains, it is really difficult. I’m NOT a doctor so use your discernment with what I’m going to say please.
Lower back pain that radiates down one or both legs is often sciatica. Google it if you’re not familiar with that word okay? The only reason I’m familiar with it is because I’ve had it (sciatica pain) since I was 20 and I’m now 63. But now lets get to a possible energetic reason for the sciatica pain you and I have. Understand that this is NOT the case with every person with sciatica, but it is with some people. Again, discernment. In my case this particular energetic issue had to do with my not ever feeling like I “belonged” on Earth; that I was an Earth “native”; that I was not “safe” being a human living on Earth in the physical dimension. In other words, I was not “grounded” and connected to my life in 3D physicality on Earth and so that partial disconnect I had with this place and dimension manifested in one form on the physical level as sciatic pain down my legs from my lower spine.
Try stretching your spine/back and legs by gently and slowly bending over from your waist and trying to touch your fingers to the ground. Don’t force this because it will rile up the sciatica, but, if you do this simple stretching gently and slowly every other day briefly, you’ll find that the pains should ease up a bit.
I’ve talked about how these higher Light Energies of the Ascension Process are often felt by us as coming in through the top of our heads and Crown chakra and then traveling on down the spine to different areas, usually the Heart chakra, the High Heart chakra above it, or sometimes down to the Solar Plexus at the gut. All that amplified higher frequency Light Energy is coming into your/my/our spines just like they are a type of antenna, receiver because it is! When this pain in my spine and back muscles gets too much for me, I HAVE to lay down and rest and let these energies flow through me and my body. I may have to do that multiple times each day to keep functioning without physical pains in my back/spine/back muscles. We have to learn how to work with these NEW energies and how they effect us and our bodies.
Use a vibrator mat that you lay on your bed or in a chair to help with the back pains and muscles spasms. (I’m having them now because I’m not comfortable in my computer chair when I write. :-/ ) Do whatever you can to ease this pain, plus consciously work on feeling like you belong on Earth. :wink: <3

Yasna, I think Denise is spot on about not feeling “grounded” I had several years with sciatica, and the only thing that I found that has worked really well is actual grounding using an Earthing sheet at night, and an earthing wrist band during the day. I energetically ground several times a day too, but this really helps me in 3D.

As a first waver, I am aware of how important it is for all those moving along their own individual ascension path to know the truth about the reality in 3d and the truth of what they are dealing with. There IS an opposing team and they are, in whatever way possible, trying to stop you ascending out of 3d and, I cannot stress this enough, that without this knowledge you will be vulnerable to what is being thrown at you and more than likely than not, buy into the belief that it is something you are doing wrong and it is you who is causing this to happen in your life, whatever you are experiencing happens to be at the time. Do not buy into this disempowering and cruel law of attraction nonsense. In truth, the more risk taking you are doing in terms of being true to yourself, the more you are likely to encounter and experience interference in one way or another from those who do not want you to experience Christ Consciousness as a reality. Being aware that an opposition exists, is a way of empowering yourself, having compassion for yourself and seeing yourself for who you are. Although it can be incredibly painful when you are having to deal with the opposition, knowing takes you out of victimhood, it helps you, although not always easy, to take the focus off the opposition and instead acknowledge who you are and what you are here to do, which is to ascend out of 3d and be one with your own Christed nature in form. There is nothing you can do about reality. There are much bigger forces at play which we have no control over and we do not always know why people are behaving the way they are and why we are experiencing so much darkness in our lives. Objective reality DOES exist and to deny this is arrogant thinking, it puts all the blame on you and it makes you a complete control freak! The truth is within and so if you want to know the truth we are dealing with, you have to trust your own instincts especially because there is a lot of garbage in ascension circles about what you should be doing, how you should be feeling, love and light “lol” stuff everywhere and people offering activations for this and for that,duping people into believing that being positive and focussing on the good is going to increase their vibration and guarantee their ascension. This is a load of absolute nonsense and it’s just taking you down the wrong path. Maybe it works on other levels, but not on this one I’m afraid! This is a spiritual warrior path and there doesn’t seem to be many of those around as far as I can see except for my Self, Denise, Lisa Renee and hopefully a few others, which is very concerning! This path is not for the faint of heart, but if you want to ascend out of 3d, it’s the only way. We are in selfless service to the Christ Consciousness and selfless service for the greater good of all is what is required to become a top “A” grade student, it takes guts and lots of pats on the back and to remember we are starseeds after all! Just want to add that I was going to quit many times and have undergone some horrendous and demonic attacks but whenever I thought I wasn’t going to make it, something kept me going in the darkest of moments). But I’m not gonna miss this for the world, it’s incredible and it’s moving really fast. By the way, did you know that compassion for the Self is one of the highest vibrations that exist and vulnerability is such an innocent, beautiful thing? God is going through this ascension with you; he’s never done this before either, so you can’t fail. Make it up if you want to, you can’t go wrong! He knows what’s going on. Katerina

Thank you so much, Denise. I had sent a message to the owner of the dog after I completed the session but didn’t speak of the entity. I went to bed and awoke before sunrise. I had a dream about being chased by a “gang” and escaping by dropping my phone/ipad and disappearing into a village. This morning I opened my e-mail and discovered that the dog has two massive seizures last night and died. Things are definitely “heating up”. Any further insights/suggestions for protection and light-working techniques appreciated.

Thanks for sharing about your chase dream which is CLASSIC 4D astral Team Dark tactics, plus how it’s connected to the dog and the dog being murdered last night. With the Lunar Eclipse hours away, it’s time for everyone to beef-up our energetic protection tools whatever they are.
Speaking of protection… :wink: the most potent and powerful one for us so far is staying in our High Hearts and not “falling” back out for whatever reason(s). I’m well aware of how easy that is to say and how hard it can be sometimes to actually maintain. But, there we are, and we’re all having to Master this one.
When we’re in that energetic High Heart space/frequency/consciousness that is fifth dimensional, it’s one hell of a far reach for TD to make, so they opt for someone whose not there yet to use to try and get at us… again, only if we choose to respond to or be emotionally affected by that portal person. This is about different levels of energetic frequency, consciousness and the beings and humans that exist and/or function in them. And this is us becoming Multidimensional beings in physicality, consciously.
I’m glad you weren’t brutalized etherically by that astral “gang” Kathy. It’s still a good time to rest, recuperate and recharge over the next few days, which is what I’m going to be doing.

What about animals – are some “energies” parasitically attaching to the family dog? I just did some remote healing work/animal communication on a dog that showed me a grey/black, circular entitity in her energy field at the back of her neck which caused a seizure two nights ago. I’ve clairvoyantly seen this and more many times myself and have written a bit about it at TRANSITIONS in years past and also in A Lightworker’s Mission. I’ll share again something that happened in the 1980s with my best friend’s dog.
She and I were living together at that time and she had a yellow lab that was the absolute love of her life. One day we were both sitting in the living room reading and her dog was on the couch beside her when I clairvoyantly saw some something that caught my eye. I looked up at her dog that was asleep there beside her and, attached etherically to the dog on its back/spine area around the shoulders was a small black colored demonic looking creature. It was staring at me and we both knew we were seeing and acknowledging each other, which is always uncomfortable for me when a recognition connection like this is made with any Team Dark being large or small and myself.
While staring at it and it at me, I knew that my best friend’s beloved dog would die because of this etheric negative being. It was attached and feeding off the dog’s life-force and would eventually also feed off of my human friends tremendous grief over her dogs illness (which was diagnosed by her vet as the same type of cancer that killed her human mother when she was just a teen!) and the dog’s eventual death many months later.
This event was twofold in that her dog had taken on the caner that killed her mother and the dog did this so that she, my friend, would NOT get the same disease years in the future. The moment this began with the dog, the demonic looking etheric entity attacked itself to the dog to both feed off it and also cause pain to the humans that loved it. Things are rarely ever just one thing but multiple things, events, reasons, purposes etc.
I’ve also experienced and clairvoyantly seen other negative Team Dark entities attack some of my beloved cats over the years. One kitten was murdered by a large demonic being — a succubus whose portrait is in A Lightworker’s Mission — that was attached to my male homosexual next door neighbor (April 1st 2000 to June 2004 when we HAD to move sell and get away) and was attacking me and mine the entire time. After that move I still had other negative entities/beings occasionally attack me and mine. I’ve seen a tiny red colored ball of light fly into and through my cat’s body and head in an attempt to make him ill, permanently damaged or dead. I’ve seen the same things fly into my body and head in years past basically for the same reasons. We all go through these things, it’s just that if you have higher frequency vision, you SEE these beings and many of their actions and you claircognizantly know what they’re doing and why.
I know that TD beings and lesser entities will attack, harm, wound, make ill and murder our beloved pets just to cause we of the Light emotional pain. They don’t care about the animals, they want humans — especially people embodying Light — to produce negative emotional energies which they feed off of for far longer. That plus they simply enjoy causing humans carrying any level of Light whatever pain and suffering they can. That is the bottom-line with all this. This has been and still is a battle but they’re loosing and slowly exiting… or we’re slowly ascending beyond them and their influences. :wink:
When I write about these “woefully unmentioned” topics that Frances spoke about in her Comment, I usually leave out the really brutal, repulsive, negative, gory, soul-shaking details I’ve experienced. Why? Because these truly horrific events are not shared by me for sheer entertainment or shock value; they are intended to be multidimensionally educational and information that helps my readers from these Team Dark beings and lesser entities and their tools and tactics etc. during the Ascension Process. It just is what it is and we’re all effected by these TD beings/entities whether we can clairvoyantly see them or not.
So back to your question Kathy. What you saw was actual, legit, “real” and now you’ve got to decide what and how you are going to deal with what you perceived. And Kathy, know that it knows you’re now consciously aware of it and that there may, may be repercussions upon you and/or other humans because you saw it and understood what it’s doing to the dog. The fact that this conversation is happening in this very public way may, may open many people up to repercussions from TD beings. This is another aspect of us having to consciously, knowingly take MORE responsibility for OUR expanding consciousness and the awareness and perceptions that goes with it! See how this works everyone? This is important in many ways and for many different reason other than just knowing about Team Dark beings and entities etc. Our “playground” is expanding because we and our consciousness is and that requires greater responsibilities across the board.
I hope this helps Kathy and anyone else wondering about this topic and pets especially. Due to the Ascension Process ALL of these types of things are greatly amplified because humans are “waking up” and evolving beyond the reach and range of TD and they do not, not, not want that to happen.

I just wrote to you about my first “recalled” ET contact (though I did have something on 2/22/12 in a dream that pointed me to having possibly “been from” another planet in a past life). I mentioned my husband was my confident and help mate in all this. I have been with this dear man for 40 years, and just yesterday (the day after contact), he had a complete and utter meltdown the likes of which I had never seen–he was not even sure life was worth living anymore. I know this is extremely personal, but I can’t/don’t believe this was a coincidence. I am ready to put down everything in my life and just nurture him back from this. He does believe in the possibility of psychic attack as he’d had experiences, but this is just too direct a correlation to miss, I think. Unreal.

I’m not at all surprised by this actually. It’s hard, difficult, traumatic in fact when any of us are suddenly and unexpectedly compressed/pushed/propelled etc. upward on to a higher consciousness/frequency energy Stair-step. There’s typically some level of blow-back and repercussions to it because the ego self freaks out over having to change. Our egos deepest fear!
You’re 100% right that all this is no “coincidence”. In fact the ETs most likely are doing what they did for him as much as they did for you… but both of these events are happening for both of you on very different levels or Stair-steps as I call them. This again is typical of positive ETs; they use the least amount of energy to get the largest results. :wink: It takes some conscious interactions back and forth with these Beings before you begin to see how multidimensional they actually are and that they work this way with us too.
On the other hand… as I’ve written recently, we’re typically attacked by Team Dark (TD) beings and/or lower energies etc. whenever we evolve up another Stair-step. They sense the change in our energetic frequency and they panic and attack to stop us, derail us, sidetrack us, to terrorize us back down into the old lower frequency level again. This too may be what and why your husband experienced what he did. We’re integrating and evolving beyond DUALITY after all! :smile:
I’m going to try to get something short written quickly today about this because I too experienced an attack March 31 into April 1st. Plus I recently received an email from a man whose experienced something similar and gave me permission to quote his letter. I know a lot of people have been going through this over just these past few days and it’s been super intense — I’m talking contemplating suicide intense! I’ll do my best to get it written and published today.
One more VERY important thing in this I want you to consider Elle.
That’s exactly what TD is hoping for. You doing that in an attempt to help your husband is the worst thing you could do for him, and to yourself, and to the positive ETs that worked to have this contact happen with you primarily, and secondarily with him. This is one of those “tough love” tests for you and to not interfere with what he’s going through, and an expansive “step up” to another level of awareness and being test for him. I want you both to get the most out of what you’re each going though now.

I would never have believed this if it hadn’t happened to me, but I don’t know where else to get assistance for this. I am a very normal, middle-of-the-road kind of person who has been going through Ascension for quite some time. Last night, I was telepathically contacted by the Pleiadians, a specific one to be precise. I don’t know her name yet. In my “real” life, I don’t even know what to do with this kind of information, but it was as real as anything. What was relayed to me, I believe, was that everything is going to be okay. Not sure if it was meant for me or the planet. I am so fortunate that I have a husband who I can relay this kind of information to. He is very “open” and kind of just takes it in stride. After living with my Ascension for so many years, he has just gotten used to the “strange stuff”, though he is extremely spiritually aware and understands that there’s a lot going on out there. This thing last night seemed far fetched, even for me. ;-) What to do? Should I expect more of this? It was pretty darn intense.

I would suggest that last night was the first time that you consciously remember interacting with a positive ET. :wink: At any rate, congratulations and get ready for your life and “reality” to change even more. Very exciting!
Your message was for you personally, but also for mass humanity. (Someone else got a similar message a few months ago if memory serves. I know I too got it a while ago and wrote an article about it. Sorry I can’t remember the title of it or I’d add it here.) This is so how positive ETs talk; simple one liners for the most part that mean multiple things on multiple levels. Get used to this with them and learn how to discern the info in an expanded way(s). It’s an important reminder to us down here in physicality in 2015 because at times it feels anything but “okay”! But that’s just our impression of the battle still going on in physicality as Duality dies and people unwilling or not ready to evolve now get increasingly weird and violent etc. etc.
And you are lucky to have a mate (your husband) that’s having his consciousness expanded unknowingly through what all you have been going through. This is common with a lot of people; one will take it (the Ascension Process) directly and lead, while the other person observes, listens, has more time to think about these anomalies and such and emotionally process them themselves. But, eventually he’ll too become more directly, more noticeably affected by these NEW Ascension related Light energies and expanding sense of “self” and consciousness and so on. In turn, you being able to externalize through talking with him (or anyone else that can cope with this type of higher knowledge and energy) about what all you’re going through helps you to more quickly integrate and embody consciously what’s happening to you. My mom used to play this role for me like your husband is for you.
Yes you should expect more communiques and dialog with not only the female ET you have conscious awareness and memory of from last night, but also with other ETs as well. This is one important aspect of the Ascension Process and I’ve written about how the ETs will “show up” only when we’re stable enough energetically, emotionally, mentally, psychically etc. but in this way, not landing on our front lawn! :wink: They’d never waste energy in such a ridiculous, egoic action as anything like that. “Contact” with ETs is a natural byproduct and side effect of a person evolving enough to be able to energetically and psychologically cope with it. Not a second before. It’s a frequency thing and always has been. This applies to a lot but I’m getting side tracked. :smile:
So yeah, expect more and expect it to be slightly different each time because even that is part of their “teaching” you (helping you remember) different things now. And know too that there’s even higher evolved beings beyond the most positive ET you can imagine. Stair-steps for us all. <3

Dear Denise thank you for your post on “The Fish are Dead – Long Live the Waves”. There is such a ridiculous contrast between what I am experiencing in my 3d life (I really don’t have one) and what I am experiencing on other dimensions of reality, within my own consciousness, that so much so, getting through each day energetically is one feat of accomplishment. I don’t know what is going on and I can’t get a handle on things especially during this month; I mean it’s just gone to a whole new level. Whatever I am doing must be right because all attempts by the opposing team (who are a real pain in the arse) to make things really difficult for me, has escalated quite dramatically since September 2014. It’s coming from other people who moved in next door in the middle of last year and who havn’t stopped banging, sawing and drilling on the side of their house which is connected to mine. They do it every day and sometimes if they are in the mood to get a life, I have Sunday off and no amount of talking to them has made any difference, they just keep being as noisy as ever. I did manage to get a bunch of flowers and a bottle of wine out of them on one occasion when they stuck a bloody metal post through my wall!I Some idiots hey? I know it’s because I am embodying the Christ consciousness into physicality and something aint very happy about that and that’s putting it mildly! Hasn’t been an easy ride but there you are; we are in a spiritual battle after all; but they are just wasting their time’ cause this woman, no matter what she is put through keeps on breathing and the word “quit” does not feature in her vocabulary!
I do not know what the sun is up either but my God, what on earth is going on up there? I mean, this is just something else and now my right ear (as opposed to my left ear) is making clicking noises like morse code. It’s actually quite sweet really; it feels like plaeidian energy coming through but I am not sure, although I felt strong plaeidian energy coming through around the spring equinox and I was listening a lot to Matt Khan, which isn’t my frequency, but which I seemed to be drawn to for some reason. The ringing in my left ear is something else even though it’s been going on since early 2000. Physically, it’s all bloody painful and most of the time I can’t move. I thank God I have a computer and an old one if this konks out, which keeps me going and of course “Ted”, yes I mean a teddy,who has been with me through thick and thin and who I love very much and who loves me and who thinks I’m great. He’s the only one I talk to these days! Bless him!
I don’t know if humanity are going through some sort of portal at the moment but something is going down! I’m just waiting until all of this blood moon nonsense is over; there is so much hype over it; maybe I’ll be able to see more clearly then as to where the energy is going and what I am supposed to be doing for the rest of my life! Just don’t give up what ever is thrown at you my friends in cyberspace. Doing this in 3d is one hell of a pain in the butt but keep bringing love to yourself and know you are doing nothing wrong. Be good to yourselves and gentle and don’t give yourselves a hard time. It aint you! I love you all and thank you for all that you are doing for the housing of Christ consciousness in physicality.

Also, i simply can’t do things i used to be able to because of symptoms. I can barely get groceries & deal with the basic business of keeping myself feed, watered & clean.
My ears have rung at various levels for years but the “thwumping” noises returned in the past few weeks. I had my ears checked in 1999 because of that. At that time, I was seriously awakening, then 911 happened & I got totally derailed in multiple forms. Anyway, it’s been a crazy ride.
Katerina, I understand the trouble with words. Once upon a time, I could write a paper without multiple drafts or redos & write creatively with a solid vocabulary off the top of my head. Now, some days I can’t remember names of things or form a coherent, intelligent (left brain) sentence.
For all the difficulty, the times of immense joy, expansion, freedom & gratitude are keeping me afloat. The Fear that the old system tries to ellicite is really not there much anymore. Some little bit may creep in on the periphery but I’ve learned how to recognize it for what it is & refuse to play into it. Not only refuse, but something else, like realizing the shackles are truly broken and can non longer lock.

Also, my 2 kitties were very sick over a weekend ….I thought I would loose them both…but both recovered..it is definitely interesting times we live in.

Interestingly, I have been drawn to wearing lots of magenta, violet, and purple. As these are in the color family of the crown chakra according to some ancient teachings, perhaps seeing or being drawn to these colors indicates that an elevation in consciousness is occurring. As I write this (March 11, 2015), Earth has experienced several strong M-Class solar flares–the strongest having been an M.9 a couple of days ago. A sunspot is being monitored which harbors energy for an X-Class flare which is the most powerful. Coronal Mass Ejections are creating lovely auroras, even though they also contain lots of radiation. Many times the colors of the auroras have a magenta or violet hue. There are definitely signs in the cosmos and in our daily experiences which are messages of transformation. I suggest that people keep a journal and record in it their experiences, especially during high solar activity. Notice if intuition and other metaphysical abilities heighten at this time. Also, pay close attention to your dreams. Many hold messages at this time.

I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing what I call the “ookie spookies” over the last few days? I have been feeling more and more anxious as if we are building up to something huge happening. The solar flare activity is definitely affecting me and I am finding it hard to concentrate on “trivial” stuff. I don’t want to scaremonger at all but the last time I felt this way was in the days building up to 9/11 when the big news was the taliban destroying the Buddah statues in Afghanistan. Here we are again watching extremists destroying ancient treasures and I have the same ominous feeling. Does anyone have any insights?

Yes I have plenty of insights into this and other like-actions by and through what I’ve called the portal people.
I’ve always had to deal with nonhuman, nonphysical Team Dark beings/entities/demons etc. (Lisa Renee calls all of them ‘extra-dimensionals’, others Archons and so on) plus Team Dark humans or portal people. However, as I mentioned elsewhere recently, since the start of 2014 these problems with amplified negativity coming through living human portal people has amplified tremendously. Said another way, Duality–the NEW Light and the old Dark–are now fully havin’ it out in the physical dimension! The “war in heaven” is now happening right here on physical earth. The reasons for all this is what needs to be spotlighted, focused on by each of us because it’s really amplifying right now and will continue to for a while longer.
This is SUCH an important topic in my opinion and no one besides Lisa Renee and myself (that I’m aware of) have, are, and will continue publicly writing/talking about it. Forerunners (and eventually people in general) need to know this aspect of spiritual evolution and how being a Forerunner and embodying higher Light energies first creates growing repercussions, attacks and interference in any ways they can here in earthly physicality now. And at this point within the Ascension Process anyone who can be accessed, used to attack other people, manipulated and further controlled etc. by Team Dark will be and it’s primarily by and through portal people post 2012.
I’m working on an article about this topic based on my own experiences as usual, and how it’s amplified horribly since January 2014. I’ll get it done as soon as possible.

The other aspect of all this that you’re clearly sensing is that with the arrival of each energetic event happening throughout March 2015 and beyond, Team Dark and the portal people AND some of Forerunners will be dealing with much more of the NEW higher frequency Light Codes or blueprint energies landing on and being embodied by some Forerunners in earthly physicality now and this will continue to create backlash (tantrums, threats, attacks, manipulations etc.) by and through anyone who is energetically open to be used by TD as open portals for them to attack and interfere with Team Light Forerunners. Like I said, the “battle” has fully reached the physical level now and the more anyone who can embody more of the NEW Light Codes will see and/or experience in some way(s) Duality doing its best to stop them and protect itself. Denise, I have a question for you and/or any other readers. On January 1st I was lying down for a nap and a bright magenta light about the size of a burning cigarette butt flashed before my closed eyes. It got my attention with a start. This is a first for this type of experience. This light came and went, but with each flash I felt a charge from it in my chest/heart area. It felt positive. Since then, I have seen the bright magenta light while resting my eyes. Sometimes I could see it by changing the focus of my closed eyes and sometimes it shows itself by no effort of mine. It always has the charge of energy with it. I am curious if anyone else has experienced this and if so, what they think this is? It feels like to me its a direct line into the source. But it could also be my pineal opening to the energies. I would appreciate any feedback on this. I am so grateful to you Denise as I have been reading your blog for the last few years and it has helped me tremendously. Blessings to you and your mom and your cat.
I wanted to add here that the last week of February brought on the dizziness and vertigo, along with body aches and flu like symptoms on me like some of the others here experienced. At that same time, my daughter had a really bad vomiting flu that lasted a week (she also had the dizziness). AND… my dog got very ill. He was shaking, would not eat or drink, he whimpered when he was touched, like it hurt him to be touched, and very lethargic. I took him to the vet but they were too busy to see him. The next day he seemed much better and today he acts completely fine. Coincidence? I don’t believe so. Those energies were extreme to myself, daughter and dog. I didn’t realize how it would effect my dog the way it did. But as you stated above, indeed it does. I too feel so bad for out pets having to go through all this. And all of us too! Must be frightening for animals because they may not understand what is happening to them.

It’s nearly impossible to limit these expanding perceptions more and more people are having due to the Ascension Process — aka natural, highly compressed evolution — to just one reason. It’s all so much more beautifully complex (and confusing!) than that.
Ever since my physical/biological Ascension Process began in Feb. 1999, (it started energetically with my Uranus Opposition at age 39 in Jan. 1991 however) I’ve clairvoyantly Seen more and more unusual lights, balls of lights, pinpoints of lights, clusters of lights etc. and most of them in different colors, but brilliant silver-white being the most common. Sometimes these lights I was Seeing were simply new to me and my perceptions, new energies. Sometimes they were connected to massive changes happening in me, my consciousness, body/bodies and so on while other times seeing them was related to massive changes happening to different dimensional layers (2D, 3D, 4D primarily) closest to this physical dimension. Keep in heartmind that this type of internal and external business is connected intimately. :wink:
Other times some of the lights I’ve clairvoyantly Seen turned out to be Team Dark creations — etheric devices and/or tools. And on certain other occasions a very small number of the lights I’ve Seen were actually other very positive lifeforms or Beings. I’m not saying that how I saw them was indeed actually their bodies, but only that that’s what I was able to perceive at that time. I’ve also Seen highly evolved Beings using complex geometric Light forms for their “bodies”. Who’s to say. What looks like such n’ such at one level of perception/awareness/frequency looks like something entirely different at other frequency levels…us included! :lol:
Other times I’ve noticed that Seeing these Lights increased during amplified solar activity too so, once again, this is a complex situation that I feel covers all these things and more because it’s all connected.
And yes, our special animal pet Ascension Buddies who go through these same Ascension related energies in their ways. Heavy-duty solar activity wipes out my cat nearly as severely as it has me over the years. He’ll also get more nauseous during solar waves (flares, CME’s, solar eruptions etc.) and twitchy and itchy in much the same ways that I feel sudden stabbing “ice pick-like” pains in certain bones or joints.
Speaking of my cat… he’s doing much better now after his kitty stroke. He’s far less tipsy than he was and is walking more normally without falling over which means I’m far less stressed out (code for heartbroken). He’s not the same but he’s much better. I get what’s happening to those around me (mom and cat) and why and I’m dealing with it all much better despite the repeated crazy “professional” incompetence and negative interference.

I felt tremendous improvements energetically a couple weeks ago as some more of the NEW energies and blueprints came in. I know that this final Uranus/Pluto square will energetically complete what’s been unfolding and been embodied by many for decades. I can’t wait actually for this final phase of these particular transits (Ascension related energies of change) to hit physicality. That alone will create much NEW space for more of the NEW to begin manifesting physically. Bring it on indeed! :grin:
I too am still exhausted but simultaneously can feel improvements happening in that slow, steady Stair-step fashion within my physical body, consciousness and self. The slow and steady merge with more of the greater ME and Source in and through this physical body. It is weird however to feel such extremes within ones body simultaneously! Severe exhaustion, pains and aches etc. plus growing inner strength, stability and a tangible feel of something so NEW replacing the old body and DNA and how it all worked. There are no comparisons between these two things, these two states of being which occasionally makes current “reality” a very strange place of transition! I sense that this Process will get another HUGE boost into more of the higher NEW energies and blueprints (manifested in physicality I mean) as March 2015 unfolds layer after layer, energetic event after energetic event. It may be a rocky ride for a while but we’re seeing and feeling more of the positive NEW influences now which makes it all so much easier to deal with.

Hi Denise and all fellow lightworkers,
I am soooo anticipating what will happen middle/end of March expecting it to be some release of pressure to improve mine and all our lifes or seeing the way ahead very clear . Like Denise and probably everyone out there the tension these past few weeks is enormous. Now I really felt these last few days that this is the heaviest my nervous system and my body can handle. Extreme pressures in my back/shoulder/neck area, ringing ears, extremely tired body and a feeling that I’m under soo much electricity that I’m gonna explode. I could hardly have breakfast and shower in the morning (almost fainted one time) or go shopping for food or wash my hair, all cost too much energy. I have to lie down a lot but thank God today was a little better.
So much for my 44th birthday the 18th of February, this Aquarius has left no energy or few friends to party.. The positive thing is that I now start a 19/1 year (= new beginnings, change, action, supporting sun and finding clues to the true meaning of my life) after last year being an 18/9 year (=endings, letting go of attitudes/people etc, extreme psychic sensitivity, supporting moon to light the darkness of the soul) Numerology is a supporting guidance in my life also. But the most important thing to keep me going and not freak out or fall in total depression is astrology! Like Denise also mentions in her article the planets can show us a lot. I can follow exactly from day to day and monthly when the heat is on, so to say. And for me the heavy/transforming & healing transits to natal planets (involving Chiron the woundhealer, Uranus, Pluto and Saturn and personal planets) were on the max influence/exact date around 23 and 26th of February plus influence still in March. Next to this there are the overall transits happening which also influence me like the 7th Uranus Square Pluto, eclipses etc. They coincide with my personal situation perfectly so I can see it should get better after half/end of March. Getting some heavy metal again (but lighter) in Sept/Okt and Dec. Pjeww.
Like you Denise, when I read all these articles about the unique planet transits, new moons etc. now going on and seeing my own, it feels so perfectly clear to me. It is so planned and following the universe. I can completely understand my current situation and part of my future path. It comforts me, delights and confirms the higher spiritual world out there. I’m serene and positive.
But then I also get back into this painful body and empty, chaotic situation and I’m struggling! Especially when my parents put on the pressure on me again like just now, saying ” there’s no improvement, why I don’t get out of the house, why I don’t seek help and how I’m gonna find work and my own house”. Bang, they break my nerves and I wanna scream I don’t know!! But at the same time I’m saying it will be alright and will get better, which of course they don’t believe and accuse me of star gazing. This freaks me out and my mind gets crazy, thinking “I have to get out of here as soon as possible, have my own place, but HOW with hardly no money and no work???” I don’t have a solution aaaaaaaaaaargg. I have to ease myself down and get myself back to trusting that a solution will come when the situation becomes unlivable and ready for change. That when my conscious is high enough and tuned into 5D energy I will see all kinds of creative possibilities and make them become real just by thought. All I can do is, go with the flow, trusting that everything that happens, will help me become more healed, happier and more conscious. I have to focus on my heart connection, love myself and not let negativity and worries get me out of my state of higher conscious. Hard work, I tell you.

Hi Denise, I just read your latest blog post regarding your experiences/feelings you have been having in Feb 2015. I have been down and out with pneumonia for the last 2 weeks, though I am getting better now. However, a couple days ago (Feb 24) up to today I have had vertigo several times. I have never had this happen before. It is happening while I am laying down. Also, it happens more when I look up. I am feeling this is me trying to get a handle of the new light energies coming through. I feel like my eyes are seeing in a new way, it is hard for me to explain. I wondered what do you think?

NAMASTE! Many of my clients and students have been experiencing dizziness, and I too experienced it a few years ago. I have been intuitively guided, and have had my intuition confirmed by various teachers of higher wisdom, that dizziness is often a symptom of the clearing and cleansing of the pineal and pituitary glands so that higher frequencies of cosmic light can be accessed. Headaches are often a sign of this as sell. A passage is being made for the downloading of vital elevated information or Divine principles. Sometimes the liver is also involved here, and a liver flush is necessary. Dizziness can be a sign of a toxic liver that develops due to being “clogged” with worries in the material realm (financial, relationships, job, family challenges, etc.). A “liver flush” is this recipe: in a coffee-sized mug, place 1/2 organic grapefruit juice, 1/2 organic apple juice, the juice of a whole lemon, one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Drink slowly of this mixture ONLY before bed, and try to remain on your right side during the night. When you eliminate the next day, toxins will be removed from your liver as they flow through your intestinal tract. Do this three days in a row once per month while cosmic energies are high (solar flares, coronal mass ejections, etc.). Also, keep lemon or lime juice in your water to keep your blood with a proper alkaline balance. All of this should take care of the dizziness. It is just one of the many symptoms of higher elevation that humanity is experiencing. The main thing is not to worry. I’ve heard from a few people who’ve fought their ways through pneumonia this winter. I can’t imagine how hard that must have been on top of the amplified higher energies here now! Rest and recuperate and self-care a lot to get your strength back. <3
I too had a few days last week of getting those Ascension related "spinnies", dizzies, the world is dropping away sensation again. Luckily I haven’t suffered from this particular Ascension symptom (caused by dramatically declining old magnetic field in the old earth grid systems etc., and the implementation of the NEW magnetic field energies which hold the NEW blueprints/templates etc.) but some people are so effected by this that they’re bedridden for days or weeks, often vomiting repeatedly. I just get the dizzies, spinnies, my eyes don’t track right/left/up/down well at all but “shake” back and forth quickly when I look anywhere other than front and center. I also sometimes get the blues and cry for no apparent reason. I’ll discover that I’m crying and feel like I’m mourning great loss — which we all are and it’s called the expiration and steady disappearance of all old lower everything! :wink: But we’re often deeply effected by this too even if we’ve worked very hard to help it all leave and our body will mourn however it needs to as we move through these tremendous changes one after another.
I too have had years of weirdness with my eyes and first assumed that it was menopause related, which some of it is, but most of it’s Ascension related. We’re evolving very rapidly and because of this we’re going to be seeing and Seeing very differently too. I’ve Seen NEW colors that are beyond the old “normal” frequency range that humans could physically see. I’ve also heard sounds beyond the old “normal” frequency range as well; many of us have and this will only continue and expand because we are. :smile: Expect to see and See all sorts of NEW, much higher frequency things, colors, beings, energies, realities etc.

Yes the animals and all life on/in/around Earth (and everywhere else too) are impacted by the Ascension Process too. I’ve watched four of my cats over the past fourteen-plus years through ascension symptoms, ascension related negative attacks, energetic and magnetic earth changes etc. This is just one more reason why it bothers me to see any of them suffer or struggle with these energy changes as our companions during the Ascension Process. Just like all of us, they too are affected by these energies, and they’re here to help US through all this so my <3 goes out to them in slightly different way, which I know many of you reading this totally understands.

Several years ago, I dreamed that I had given birth but did not experience hard third-stage labor. In fact, I did not remember giving birth at all as my husband and I talked in the lobby of the hospital. My Mom was holding my baby and smiling. I asked him how long I had been in labor. His response was: “I don”t know, but you were on the eighth floor.” The eighth chakra is the SOUL CHAKRA! Perhaps this dream dealt with connecting to my Higher Self, my Soul, during the ascension process which is actually a new birth.

Oftentimes our dreams of giving birth are us “birthing” another aspect of ourselves in this incarnation and body and integrating it. These types of dreams are positive signs that we’re “expanding” our old, more limited sense of “self” into something larger, more complex and with higher consciousness etc.
These levels of dreams often have many different characters in them, most we don’t know but feel comfortable with them. The reason for that is that many of these unknown dream characters are also different aspects of us that are all helping the primary us to see more about ourselves and hopefully integrate more of them into our consciousness. And to take this one step further, even some of the “monsters” in some of our dreams — not all of course as many are very real! — are projected, unloved, unaccepted aspects of ourselves that desperately want to be integrated with the primary us now. These cases also have to due with the Ascension Process and how we’ve been working for years or decades in these lives to integrate more of ourselves into these current bodies and consciousness and also to neutralize all negativity, all Duality, so we can evolve into a higher state of being, awareness/consciousness, and frequency. From last few years all my relations were fading and I was in solitude (forced one but I understand the purpose now and got very comfortable with it). I am not sure if I am ready to go out and mingle with my family and old setup. The situations are changing and looks like I may have to shift location and be surrounded by 3D energies all the time. My question is, will this affect the process? Changing location and being surrounded by 3D skeptics all the time before completing the process in 2016?

It’s not easy or comfortable being around the unaware and having to pretend everything is okay as it is when every cell in your body and fiber in your being is screaming otherwise. Such is the situation for most Forerunners however. We embody the NEW first and for the unaware who will, at some point, evolve into them in the future.
Just know that it’s not your job to teach them or convince them or assist them in any of the old lower frequency ways. The Greatest Good you and any of us Forerunners can do for the unaware is do it ourselves! By us doing it, embodying the NEW energies and consciousness etc. etc., we help the unaware far, far more than most of us realize. Without us embodying it first and anchoring it (the NEW I mean) into the physical dimension, who would, who could? So you see by you/me/we doing it, that is how we’re best helping the unaware, whoever they may be.
I understand the feeling of not thinking/believing oneself is ready or strong enough yet to go out amongst the unaware masses and have it all be peachy and fab. It often isn’t because the gap is still so great and we Forerunners haven’t all gotten the hang of it yet. We will however, we are and the unaware masses will adjust to us and not the other way around as that time is done. :smile:
Back to your question. It won’t really effect the process as you asked. It will test you, it will show you whatever it is within you still that needs to go now. And it’s most likely another transitional phase for you. Many of us are deep in this in 2014, 2015 and 2016 even, myself included. It’s not yet time for me to step completely into the NEW but this is me doing it one step at a time which is necessary as things are now. Some leap quickly now while others need to take more steps first and there’s nothing wrong with that at all.
Like I said, this change will test you more than it will the unaware folks you’re around. Just radiate the Light you’ve embodied and live within now. That alone will effect those unaware around you in very important ways. Don’t let them pull you back down into their ways of thinking, believing, perceiving which is NOT perceiving! :lol: Just maintain the higher ground and keep doing what you have been and eventually a NEW door will open for you that’s a better match for you energetically. <3

You have answered many questions for me and I thank you. I have gone through most of the Ascension process and have wondered why me? I have not fasted, taken vow of chastity, prayed hours daily, etc. It has been a slow process. At one point I spent a month at Mayo going through what the head of Neurology said was more testing than anyone he had seen before. They thought I had Mad Cow disease so they had to rule everything else out. Everything was normal except for toxic thyroid nodules. My body was waving bubbling with constant flux of movement. They did nerve/muscle testing up and down each side of my body and face 3 full times! No nerve or muscular impairment. Then they said it had to be a viral infection in my brain, but on 11/5/11 I went for a follow up (5 yrs later) and no artifact in my brain and normal EEG. They said I was sleeping but I was wide awake the entire time. At home I hear myself snoring while I am sleeping but I am awake.
Well, when my then 34 yr old son accompanied me to Mayo for my follow up we stayed in a hotel room. We changed rooms because there were so many spirits in the first room. Within an hour in the second room, small balls of light, all different colors, started flying throughout the room. I was enjoying it like fireworks until one almost went through me. Natural reaction is to duck and I moved out of the way. Then my son had colored thin goop falling from his arms and when he moved his arms there were trails. We moved to the doorway of the bathroom as we know from seeing auras that light to dark spaces allow things to be seen more clearly. Tons of spirit smoke came out of his hands. I tried it and smoke poured from my hands, too. My back was broken (fall) so I could not stand for very long, I moved to my bed. I put my feet up to examine them and smoke came from my feet. I did like bicycle movements and so much smoke came out that it rose up to the ceiling and appeared like real fire/smoke rolls on a ceiling. I actually made a ball of smoke that drifted over to the top corner of the window, but it did not go through the window, just sat there for a while. We thought it would end, that it was somehow related to the spirits in the hotel room. We would take off a coat and the smoke would continue for minutes to emit from the coat. We would set down a laptop computer and it would do the same. I would lay under covers at home and it would come through the blankets. We would fill glasses upside down and turn them right-side up to see a small cloud drift upwards. When we would eat, smoke would come out of our mouths and sometimes surprise us. When we have heartfelt deep conversations it pours from the tops of our heads.
I could wave my hand and see a spirit hand trailing behind. I could shake my hands or twirl fingers and see sparks. It continues to present, but as you described, it was heavy and is now very light, yet we can control it much better. My son can make a puff of smoke come out side of his eye. Very few people have been able to see it. We can see it reflected in the mirror. It is so real. It is hard to comprehend how others cannot see what we see so clearly. Like you said, dreams are more meaningful, yet I seldom sleep deep enough to dream. I do just know things. I had wondered why so much at first and so little now, and I had thought it was a cleansing which you have confirmed. So much would come out initially that 3 times it fill a good portion of the room I was in and it scared me. You could run your hand up the wall and the smoke would roll. We have seen it it a couple other people, but how do you just walk up to a stranger and say hey, you’re smokin’?

I wondered if I could get your perspective on some experiences if have had. Several years ago, I received “memories” of myself being abused by a number of people in my life at various ages from infancy to teens. Although they were very detailed, I have always had doubts as to whether they really happened, or not. There is no evidence that they did happen. I wondered if they were an example of working to clean up the astral? I certainly had to work through all the emotion to heal from the experience. What do you think?
22nd Dec …….. day after the Sacred Solstice
What a wonderful sacred energy greeted me yesterday morning, I received ‘downloads’ for several hours as I sat in awe of the peaceful feeling. I don’t know about you (anyone and everyone) but I usually wonder if it is just my imagination delivering fantasies, but even if it is, the images and information that drop into me are wonderful and inspiring.
I would like to share one of the scenes I ‘saw’ that lasted all through the day and into the very late evening (Solstice was at 23.03pm GMT). I had an image of the sacred white lions in Africa, they were making loud low toned noises, not roaring, but almost chanting type sounds (lion style 😃), it was almost like bell ringing in the way that there were many of them, and yet they all made the sounds at different intervals, yet it was one continous sound and vibration reaching deep into the planet, they were calling / chanting / toning, I don’t know quite how to describe it, they were standing on reddish sandy soil and the sky above them had a dome shaped electric blue hue – all quite beautiful.
I am presuming that Africa will be important during 2015 for some reason (Africa or part of it is one of the BRICS nations).
I saw other scenes too, but this one was the one I most wanted to share, as we have had several people from these pages, including Denise, who have had White Lion experiences of different types.
I would love to hear anyone else’s experiences, if you would care to share.

I’ve felt those moments of joy, moments are brief, but it feels so grand! I’ve had many synchronicities and find myself seeing glorious light, shapes and number sequences.

My experiences with Ascension energies have been extremely dynamic at times and have occurred since 1980. Thus far, each experience starts with the arrival once more of said Ascension energies, then builds to at times a plasma-melting change in consciousness, then mission accomplished, it fades and I keep chopping wood and carrying water in a different better state of self-realization. This happened in 1981, 1994, 1999, 2010, and as we speak 2014.
This is the first time I have connected my own stream of Ascension experiences to any site or group involved in that path. I of course realized the immediate affinity because I have been riding the bus along with all of us.
My question concerns such irregularly- occurring peak experiences. The time between each peak I try to incorporate new energies and learning into 3Dworld. Is it inevitable, according to your experience and / or learning , that one eventually slides into 24/7 Ascension energies?
This time, now, is the first time I have ever realized it would be great if these energies would stay on all the time. But past peak times of energizing have been so overwhelming as to make dealing with normal life a titanic struggle (tell me about it, I hear, lol), as much as I used to absolutely crave what was happening to me, you sure long for it to complete this mission and fade away.
Each experience tends to get less traumatic, and perhaps that is why my current (no pun intended) experience is first time I see the stay-on option as desirable. My experience is that it comes and goes.
I read the text of the chrysalis message. Par for the course, it summed up the intuition I have been feeling this time around with that same cocoon / butterfly metaphor.
So, do you think they’ll ever put me on full-time around here?

There’s something that keeps puzzling me regarding this new energy shift of the earth that maybe you have some vision or thoughts on.
I can understand the whole process of the sun’s light frequency increasing which influences the earth and all it beings (people, animals, plants).
I also can follow that we, as in lightworkers, are forerunners in this transformation process as we’re old souls who have lived already many lives and are now back for our final souls evolution on earth. We’re here to heal and release all of our negative patterns, fears, old blockages and karma to return ‘home’ to our real selves, our connection with our heart and soul and be creative, light and loving spirits on earth. I can intuitively feel this is my journey. Also I can see that my printout (so to speak) in astrology, numerology and other sources show me that I would make this journey and have enormous sensitivity, intuition and spiritual awareness. So that’s for me of the explanation why I’m experiencing this enormous heavy, painfull process and others around me aren’t.
But still it keeps nagging me how it can be possible with these sun activity and enormous energy frequencies going through my body, that other people don’t seem to notice anything. Of course we see it affecting the earth with heatwaves, eruptions, revolutions, everything corrupt coming out in the open etc. And I do have a lot of people around me with all sorts of physical problems or work issues. But nothing near our experiences. It’s also a question I can’t fully explain when people ask me this.
Also you and others mention we’re the forefront doing all the hard work until the energy frequency stabilizes and get’s normal for us before the rest of humanity evolves to this higher dimension. But how will they evolve, will they have to go through the same rough energy process or will their transformation be much easier and slower?
Any light you (or someone else) can shine on this?

No they won’t need to go through what all the Forerunners of the Forerunners and the Forerunners have for the simple reason that we’ve already seeded and anchored the NEW Light Code or NEW blueprints for the NEW Evolutionary Cycle. Don’t forget that many of the Forerunners transmuted old negative “residual” energies across time on Earth, in the Astral and in different timelines as well. Once the majority of that phase of Energy Work was completed by the Forerunners, then they much more strongly entered this current phase of seeding, embodying and anchoring the NEW on Earth. So you see it’s been both clearing out the old lower frequency or negative “stuff” for mass humanity, AND it’s also about embodying within and through us and our physical bodies the NEW Light Codes or blueprints. No rest for the weary! :smile:
I’ve written about this a few years back at TRANSITIONS but I’ll repeat it here. Many of us current Forerunners or ‘Volunteers’ also intentionally incarnated at astrological Age changes when the old Age’s energies (aka Light Code or blueprints but on a MUCH smaller scale than what’s happening now) needed help being escorted off stage :wink: AND seeding, embodying and anchoring the new astrological Age energies for mass humanity. All of those times in “past lives” we Forerunners have had at the 2,100+ long astrological Age changes was, in certain ways, “training” or practice for what we’re doing now on this massive cosmic scale.
Don’t be concerned about the rest of humanity stepping into the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s NEW energies and consciousness. It will be fairly easy for most of them because it is the new “normal”. The ones who can’t make this Shift in their current physical bodies will die, will exit them and then reincarnate in a body that’s a better match to these NEW energies and will continue on that way. Many are and will make this choice and it’s perfect as there are no “wrong” choices really.

With this whole process going on, I can understand most of it (by head and intuitively) and at the same time it remains a strange phenomenon and mystery what’s happening here. Hello Annemiek. I am not a Lightworker, I am a Guardian, so I have a different perspective. Let me offer it to you.
Perhaps if you think of physical life as more an illusion, like a computer game, it might help to understand the reactions of the ‘others’ that puzzles you. (I don’t think of them as “rational people” as you say.) :smile: The characters we see in physicality are the same as the characters on the screen in a computer game. But the ‘reality’ of the character resides as ‘code’ on a computer server somewhere. The difference between the Forerunners and the Unawakened are that the ‘code’ which comprises the characters are currently residing on two different computer servers. In other words, they exist in ‘different worlds’. Different worlds with different rules and different consequences. It only ‘appears’ that the worlds are the same because they are both being projected onto your ‘computer screen’ together, at the same time.
The difference in your point of observation is that the rules for the world in which the Forerunners live highlights positive aspects and encourages awareness of both worlds. The current state of the ‘rules’ for the world in which the Unawakened reside does not. Instead they choose to focus on the self and are unaware of the existence of any world outside their own. As a result, while you see them and wonder about them and why they are different… they see you and cannot conceive that you are anything different or unlike themselves. So how can they understand you? They cannot. So they explain you in terms of only that which they CAN understand. – For them, you do not ‘compute’. So they write a narrative for you that fits what they see and they move on. IF they bother to write one at all.
But make no mistake… you live in a completely different world than they do. Therefore, you can have confidence that they cannot effect any actual influence or control over you or your life that you yourself do not exert. In other words, they can only try to get you to ‘flinch’. But they can’t actually ‘hit’ you. – If you stop paying them much attention, then you are far less likely to ‘flinch’.
BE… in your own world. Let them be in theirs. Realize that the interaction between you and them is only an appearance projected on a screen. It carries as much impact on your life as you deem it… as much as you need or want. – Let me put it another way, perhaps leave the screen on so you can occasionally look up and see what the ‘others’ are up to in case it’s interesting… but turn the sound down and enjoy your book. :wink:

Hi Denise and all ascending friends out there,
Super to have contact with other struggling souls in this transformation process and read about each one’s experiences. It makes me feel less alone as no one near me is understanding what the hell is wrong with me these past 8 years.
Like Denise and many others this year and especially the past 3 months are my worst & heaviest so far in neck/back pains, headaches, electricity running through my body and tiredness.
To share some of my experiences maybe can help others to know there not alone in this struggle.
I haven’t been able to work since 2009 due to my growing sensitivity. Before that I was a reasonably succesfull careerwoman working for Sony & Microsoft. So it’s been quite a change but I soon felt I needed that to start feeling & growing my softer & female side after being totally focused on my mind and male, achieving site.
I have had to sell my car, loan money from my parents (being dependent instead of independent!), then sell my appartement to have money to live. After renting a house for two years, I have had to move in with my parents last year May, which was my worst nightmare… This is very heavy after living alone for 14 years. But I soon understood that it was needed as part of the process as it made me face my worst fears and face some hidden issues/emotions with my parents.
They have no spiritual understanding and wonder what’s going on with me and why I’m not going to a psychiatrist, doctor or therapist (pff heavy arguments on that).
Also I have lost most friends in the recent years as they can’t follow my struggle and I can’t drive everywhere and do all those nice things I used too. All this is very lonesome but also making me strong, trusting my intuition and depending on my inner strength and voice.
What helps me the most in this period, beside the information on new energy and ascension symptoms on the internet, is astrology and my personal planet transits. Next to the overall transits and eclipses this shows me why I’m feeling so heavy&dizzy one certain day or month or year.
To name a few heavy/transforming ones I’m personally experiencing these years: Uranus opposition Uranus, Pluto square Uranus, Neptune square Neptune, Neptune square Jupiter, several Chiron transits and starting in December some important Saturn transits.
Next to this I keep hope and understanding why I’m going through this because of what I know about my life lessons, karma and future from my birth astrology, numerology and handreading. All matching of course :-)
As to my health I wouldn’t have been able to do anything, go to the supermarket, sleep or stay positive without vitamin supplements, rhodiola, valerianicum, thryptofane and the medicine/tranquilizer Oxazepam (all this in Dutch so don’t know if it is understood in English). Thank God I could resist many people’s advice to take depression medication because that’s not what I am! I do hope next year everything get’s more quiet in my head & body so I can diminish this medication but for now it’s impossible.
I try to be outside as much as I can and am grateful for my parents big garden as making walks in wood or along the beach needs me to drive too far now for my tired body and electrical head. (this by the way is very frustrating as I used to go everywhere). I’m also very thankful to my new best friend, the cat from our neighbours, who’se also sensitive and since last year sits in front of our door every morning to be with me….. we’re brought together by heaven I feel!
I’m a little concerned about facing this dark winter period again being already soo tired, but I know I will survive again. Next year hopefully the light will finally shine again and making me able to get some direction in my life.
I hope this shearing helps some others and I wish everyone all the inner strength, patience and understanding to keep us going in these rough times and to trust that someday we’ll rise again and feel light, happy and energetic, as that’s the promise behind this transformation!

You were one of the ones, like all of us, who were tagged “it” to be transmuters of this new incoming energy in this lifetime :-). It is like a continual death and rebuilding process while we are alive. I too feel like I have lead feet putting one in front of the other, at times, to complete this journey. Yet, for me, it is also incrementally astounding as I experience a lot of energy flowing through my head which feels like energetic surgery on my brain, as well as tremendous foot and leg chakra activity. Also, I am manifesting things very easily and very fast! I feel like a cosmic experiment of Spirit who is tinkering with a human to see how to increase their manifestation abilities, and how it pans out. It seems that I keep upgrading into this higher- functioning being, but am stuck in this world that lags far behind which can cause profound depression, loneliness, and boredom.
Please keep the faith Annemiek :-) It can help tremendously to read near-death experience stories to find comfort in where we are headed back to….HOME. They are all astoundingly similar! Interesting how many of the experiencers were devastated to learn that it “wasn’t their time, and there was more work for them to do here.” They were distraught that they had to come back here! So as you know, it isn’t easy or pleasant much of the time. You’re feelings are right on, and as they should be! We are the ones heavily doing the work, and bringing bits of HOME down to these lower dimensions. I think our work and experiences greatly vary, but we all have this in common….it’s exhausting, hard, and we yearn for the day we all go HOME! This is foreign soil for us!
We are in this world, but not of it! Keep the faith, and know that we ALL are each day moving closer and closer to our assignments being over. We wil look back, and think that it all passed by in a flash, and maybe even wonder why we all didn’t sit back more and just enjoy the (cosmic eternal) ride.
PS…if you live in Holland, does MJ help you? Interesting how this substance is becoming legalized in these times. God’s herb? Any thoughts out there?
Hi Coleen, thanks for your reaction. Just had another one of these arguments with my parents about me needing to go to a psychiatrist and try other medication. They don’t believe me anymore when I say it will get better next year (as I’ve been saying this for years already). It makes me so sad that I’m not able to explain to them what’s going on (my mother already freaked out one day if I was following some religious guru or sect) and for them thinking I’m stupid doing nothing while in the mean timing standing strong during all this. If only I had my own place again.. :-(
Anyway I’m keeping faith as after all life wants us to be happy, loving, creative, realizing our destiny and hearts desires. So for that to happen these pains and electricity must stop sooner or later for us to be able to live our fullest and be a shining light for our environment instead of a tired, weird talking, homesitting creature…

I found out it’s American slang for marihuana. Yes, you can buy it here in certain places legally but I’m not going to try that.It might help but it can also cause major hallucinations in our situation being already so open and sensitive. So it’s wisest not to use that. Also I’m too much of a decent, elegant woman to go to such a shop…

I do a little sun gazing, nothing ritual, more of when I feel I need it. Around the autumnal equinox I noticed a purple ring or glow around the sun and now it’s more of a shimmering white diamond light and much larger. I have not been able to find any scientific reason for this anomaly so I’m asking if you would know of this? Also on a side note I find I really dislike calendar dates as I prefer to reference events, I think it’s because I was really disappointed the earth did not ascend 12/21/2012.

My first question is why do you feel the need or desire for a ‘scientific reason’ for this or anything else?
My reason for stressing this is because most everyone is still deeply habituated towards constantly looking to and using external sources, systems and people etc. to define reality for them. This was done to humanity by Team Dark long, long ago to acclimate humans to not using their own natural Higher Awareness tools. But, with the Ascension Process happening and the Shift taking place, everyone is having to RE-learn how to use their OWN internal sources and systems etc. to perceive reality, discern reality and people, beings, energies, locations, systems and so forth. This is part of the evolutionary shift process of us “ascending” from the bottom three chakras/frequencies/consciousness up into the 5D frequency (and higher) High Heart chakra as our NEW primary seat of being and focal point through which to perceive reality. I certainly don’t want you or anyone else to think I’m picking on you here but I am using you and your question as an example for everyone.
This issue is a big and really old one and because of it it’s taking some time and real effort on everyone’s part to break out of the habitual belief (mind control etc.) that they/you/me/we need or require some external source, person or group of “professionals” or religious person/people etc. etc. to define reality for us. That is the old; the NEW is each of us perceiving and figuring it out on our own. I will use the old “professionals” to confirm, to validate my own perceptions that I had first. That is one way I get “external” confirmation for myself but I have to get it myself first and then double-back when I feel the need to check my own perceptions, symptoms, feelings, visions etc.
Now that the preaching/teaching is over :grin: I’ll share what I’ve perceived about these most recent changes in our Sun.
From the Autumnal Equinox to the Winter Solstice quarter every year, but much more so this year because hey, we’re talkin’ 2014 after all o_O , the energies intensify for the final push of the year in preparation for the upcoming years even more intense energies (2015). Stair-steps always or it would destroy us.
I perceived recently that we’re all (Earth and Humanity and more no doubt) in another transitional state from 11-11 (Nov.) through to 12-12 (Dec.) this year and because of this we’re experiencing more time anomalies or time jumps, slips, waverings and lack of fixity because we’re literally moving from one state and level or Stair-step into another slightly higher one AGAIN now. (One of my atomic clocks jumped time by two days yesterday. I’ve been keeping track of when this happens just for my own curiosity and education and… confirmation. :wink: )
This is directly connected to this latest increase in Light Energies being received and transmitted by our Sun out to all life on Earth and this entire solar system. Everything is connected and we’re having to learn this for ourselves through our own internal methods of perception, Higher Awareness, feeling, Seeing and so on. My god what a long-winded reply this has become! :roll:

More symptoms…….. ‘gooky’ talk. At times when talking to others, I cannot recall names or places. I lose ‘language’.
There is also difficulty being on the ‘internet’ and I can only concur the vibrations are somehow impacting physically (?) and a communication I received ‘it puts me to sleep’!!!
However, it is the magnitude of head PAIN that has ‘real’ issue. It forces out everything over the 24 – 36 hour period.

Not a quick-fix at all, but a counteractive tactic is to use a primordial mantra sound, silently within. It may depend on one’s own vibration/frequency to which ‘sounds’ have more precision.
Some I’ve used are Brahma, Yawhee Ash-hah Yawhee and of late Eka. These sounds increase ‘power’ by drawing out the vowels i.e. EEEEEEEEEEEEEE/Kaaaaaaa.
They help to ‘lull’ the senses to go beyond pain’s dimension – as self-conceptual pain can come from concepts/programs/structures/’thinking’ & ‘feeling’. As such the sounds are re-creating ‘formlessness’.
From ‘formlessness’ we become aware to the FORM of consciousness as it stands within.
With this we find our way to the ‘balance’ and ONENESS.

I get this question often as I suspect all Ascension teacher do. We all want the pain and bashing and pressures to end, especially those of us who’ve been doing this since the beginning of The Process in these current bodies.
Here’s the deal however — these intense energies will not, I repeat, will NOT ease up tomorrow or next year or EVER. They are the NEW energies and–here come’s the important part to all this–WE are and will acclimate, adjust, adapt, evolve and “ascend” into them. They will NEVER reduce, pause or stop ever again. There’s more coming in throughout 2015 that we’ll all have to evolve and “ascend” into as well, so this year was not the end-all year to the Ascension Process.
What’s happening is we’re still in The Shift Process meaning we ain’t done yet! :-/ There’s some more NEW Light Codes, blueprints, Light Energies etc. incoming that we’ve got to embody and anchor first. By the time the Forerunners/Volunteers/Starseeds/Other-Dimensional Incarnates etc. complete this Process, the NEW Light Codes aka NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s NEW blueprints will have completed their great evolutionary push and the “Ascension Process” energies will stop pushing and just be the NEW normal that the rest of humanity must evolve into.
I hope this helps you better understand the long-term unfolding of the Ascension Process and that these NEW energies won’t continue coming in for the rest of ever. They too have their cyclical period which is short when viewed from Higher Levels, but super long and miserable when experienced from down here in the physical living it all! Somebody has to throw the Divine cosmic “ball” so to speak and a bunch of someone’s has to be there to catch it. :wink: Guess who that is?

Hi Andria, when I read your post my heart went out to you, I do hope you find some encouragement on this comments page. For many years I thought I had M.E. (I was diagnosed with this in 2003) but after finding Denise’s site and reading the experiences of many others, I had a ‘big aha’ moment in realising my body was literally attempting to transmute and transcend. This information has kept me going over the last couple of years as the physical stuff just keeps grinding on. Like many others I find that there is little or no understanding or compassion from those around, and as I make my own way through this process I am becoming someone very new – which doesn’t go down well with some folks. There have been times when I literally felt I was on my way out, I was sure that my body couldn’t keep going, and I didn’t care whether I woke up the next morning or not, but here I am still dragging my sorry old framework around and struggling to get through each day. However, the one thing that has remained unchanged is my passion for this venture, it flows through my veins, it lights my life and fills my heart, it lives in every cell of my being and gives me the courage to face every tomorrow, however challenging and painful that might be. Somehow I know I volunteered for this, we all probably put up our hand and said “I will” ……. and here we are ……. doing it ……..

It’s so great to have the comments back. I’ve missed all of you. I haven’t had the chance to read more than 2 or 3 comments, but some unusual things have been happening with me, and I’m wondering if any of you folks have had similar experiences. First of all, when I’ve been doing my daily meditations, if I’ve asked Higher Self & Guides about some issue that is quite emotional or important for me, I would sometimes ask for a “sign” to be sent to me. Usually it comes in the form of several synchronicities… a phrase on TV or a computer program, or maybe someone phones and brings up the same subject. You get the idea.
But lately, instead of being given a “sign” within a day or two, Higher Self or a Guide immediately responds by stating the Date of one of the Newsletters I’ve written for my website over the past four plus years__ such as “February, 2010”. So I look it up, and to my amazement, the Newsletter gives me the exact Answer I needed! This happens now, every time I ask for “a sign” in meditation. There are at least 50 Newsletters on the website, so it is not just “coincidence”.
The next thing, is that for the past month or so, when I have been writing a chapter or blog for the website,and I am Thinking and Feeling strongly about what I’m writing, within a day, information, people, contacts or objects regarding the subject I wrote about will connect with me in some way. For example, I was writing about my past life as a Lakota Sioux woman in the Dakotas in the late 1700’s when my husband and 4 children died or were taken away.
The very next day, I received some Christmas Cards, seals, labels and a small dream-catcher Christmas tree ornament from “St. Joseph’s School for Lakota Children in South Dakota”, asking for a small donation. I send the donation, and two days ago, a woman from that School phoned me to thank me for the donation.
I’ve noticed that whatever I Think or Feel strongly about for fifteen to twenty minutes, will attract to me information, contacts or objects that I have neither asked for, nor even under-stood why they arrived. Within a few days, a real NEED for them pops up in my life.
I’m wondering now, if we humans who are “ready”, attune to others who have similar inter-ests; but they don’t “hear” my thoughts or “feel” my emotions in their minds__ they, and I, sense it in our hearts instead. It seems to be a sort of “Silent Telepathy”. I hope some of you are having these happenings, too__ or am I losing it entirely? LOL

This is common fifth dimensional “unity consciousness” or HighHeart as I call it. It isn’t like old lower 3D pre-Ascension telepathy at all, this is much higher and more complex. To our old lower minds and awareness or consciousness these sorts of things would be considered by us as synchronistic, unusual or “magical”. But now from a developing 5D awareness, reality and consciousness this simply is the NEW normal, not only for us Forerunners, but eventually for all humans on Earth. Everyone will be so open and connected to ALL that making things happen and feeling and such will so change the face of our reality as to be unrecognizable. It will be like higher HOME instead of insane darkness.
I’ve had my Higher Awareness redirect me back to TRANSITIONS to see some specific old article I wrote years ago that I need to see again now because it applies to something I’m going through now. This has happened a few times this year which is wild but very helpful personally. :smile:

How wonderful to be able to be amongst fellow ‘path pavers’ again, thank you for opening this Q & A section up. Since we last had any dialogue (all of us), I have had many challenges (haven’t we all), and also many wonderful moments too. Like others, I find myself more alone than ever, having more ascension symptoms than ever, struggling through this tiresome, wearying process and wondering when we will make our breakthrough. There have also been a few mind blowing things happen as well, given that I have had some pretty severe symptoms for over 13 years, which have left me with little strength or vitality – I planted a young tree a couple of months ago – OMG where did that superstrength come from, a few weeks later I lifted a heavy concrete garden Buddha, and moved paving around. I have the feeling that I have tapped into the ‘new me’ on occasion, and found a new strength and energy that has been absent for so many years. I am a ‘wise elder’ – nice way of describing a pensioner :) my muscles are practically non-existent and I frequently experience ‘jelly leg’ syndrome that makes it difficult to even stand at times.
Q – I feel that I accessed some kind of super strength in my physical body that defies it’s age and condition. Is it possible that my 5D ( or 6D or whatever) self filtered through ? It is certainly how I defined it at the time.

Had similiar stunning experiences and came to the conclusion that grounding the new energies is favouring special new ways… so while I could not make my daily walk but had to sit on a bench only feeling exhausted, I was suddenly blessed with large amounts of energy and a flash of insight to go ice-skating that same evening. I skated more than one hour without any body problems afterwards.
Also could easily visit a newly opened organic food store and napped the rest of the day ^^
Hi AMA, oh thank you for sharing your info, isn’t it wonderful to find that others are going through something similar. I’m not sure exactly what’s going on with this sudden appearance of energy, even though it only lasted a short time for me, but I experienced it on three different occasions and without having to pay the price the next day, as so often happens if I use too much energy. Most of the time I couldn’t fight my way out of a paper bag, let alone do strenuous stuff. This last few days have been challenging to say the least, neck aching, joint pains etc., etc., but I only have to look out my window at the young acer tree I planted and my spirit soars.

I’m sorry I haven’t responded sooner. I’ve intended to write an article about just this and I’ll try to soon because more of us are finally starting to feel some real, actual, honest physical improvements. I repeat some. More’s to come for sure but for now it’s a little here and a little there but I’ll take ANY improvements!
Briefly, what I’ve been experiencing since the start of June 2014, is a little improvement in my daily available energy supply. It used to be that I’d have say a symbolic 1/8th of a tank of “gas” in my physical body each morning and when I used that up, I was totally spent and had no more fuel to run on. But, since June of this year that long-standing situation has been slowly improving and I have much more energy constantly. My body gets tired and has to rest, nap, do nothing for a while each day but, the energy, the “gas” is in my inner tank all the time now and not running down every day like it has for many years.
Translated this means that we’re finally starting to be energetically self-sufficient, ‘sovereign’ as Lisa Renee calls it, and not being parasitized constantly by others. We’re starting to embody more of our Higher, Greater Self into these bodies which is feeling so far like we’ve suddenly got access to unlimited Source… which is exactly what’s happening. <3 Just imagine what we'll be able to Create when we're tapped back into Divine Source as ourselves and not so fragmented and disconnected as we've been.
But take things slow and easy my fellow Wise Elder because we especially have to re-teach ourselves that, despite being the age we are now, it really doesn't mean a thing! :grin:

It’s so good to know that you are experiencing a gradual sustained improvement in your energy levels, and goodness knows you certainly have needed that during the past few months, Divine timing springs to mind. As this comments section shows, others are having some unusual energy changes too, and not before time. I seem to remember that you thought things might start to improve for us all physically from the Autumn Equinox of 2013 onwards, and that was certainly the case for me (I thought I was finally ‘out of the woods’) but the slight improvement didn’t remain 😞 and seemed to relapse round about the Spring Equinox 2014 – up to the present.
It would appear for me that the Equinoxes and Solstices have a periodical and cyclical effect upon my physical symptoms, perhaps it’s a case of – improvement and more joy for a season – followed by further transmutation and alchemy ☺️ for the following season.
Any improvement is joyous and exhilarating, and I find myself becoming almost childlike in my behaviour, wanting to skip around, sing and play, but the greatest gift of all is the gratitude – oh God, it oozes out of every pore of me. When I was young and healthy and energetic, I didn’t know I had anything to be especially grateful for, but take it all away for a very long time, throw in a good dose of pain just for good measure, struggle through every task and every day and night for years – then give a tiny little bit back ….. the result = Pure Joy and Gratitude
Here’s hoping that this Winter Solstice will bring us all a huge dose of good health and super energy ………. keep an eye on Uranus turning direct within hours of the Solstice.

I know and that will really activate forward movement once again big time! Then on 12/23 (my B-Day) Saturn leaves Scorpio after 2.5+ years and enters Sagittarius. What a change and improvement that will cause and all this clustered around the winter Solstice is highly amplified.
Also, heads up everyone as the 6th Uranus/Pluto square is exact on December 15, 2014. A busy end to an astonishing year…

It seems I must be off the time table by 2 or 3 weeks. I hit bottom on Thanksgiving, took a few days to level off, even improve a bit, but here I am again, this week, dragging and feeling generally pissed off (that’s the new piece of the puzzle). I actually left work today “sick” because I was so energetically low that the thought of staying for 3 more hours would have made me scream. The depression I’m feeling is not normal for me, and I struggle if I’m picking up on that of others, the weather, or whatever. The low energy, I think about all nature of 3D causes, perhaps because no one around me gets the energetics of ascension, so I have no support in holding that focus. I’m wondering if I could be picking up on the upcoming Pluto aspects, and/or the solstice?

The most recent thing that has happened to me is hard to explain so I will use a phrase that I read someone talking about time slips. I won’t go into detail as it would be a long. Short version, driving toward my driveway to find I had passed it thinking of turning around in the neighbors drive then 6 or so car lengths ahead was my driveway. This scared me some but the second and different time I just thought wow so this is how it’s going t be now. These 2 times were very “physical” where mostly it is just time gone fast or not moving at all.

My question is about angels…one night…a massive angel appeared to beautiful to explain…porcelain face, spun gold hair, brilliant blue eyes etc….she gently opened my heart chakra…energies of pink blue and gold sparked outwards…and then after awhile a smaller sized angel …about my size…weaved me back together…It felt like a moment of grace…but who are these beautiful beings..?

From what you’ve described, it sounds to me like they were either Angelic beings, Starbeings, or your current Ascension Process Assistants/Guides/Helpers. All of these Beings can appear any way they feel would best help you (or anyone) at that moment. If they can tell that you (or anyone) would be far more positively impacted, uplifted, soothed etc. by “Angels” appearing before you then that’s the appearance they’ll take at that time. If they know that appearing to you (or anyone) as Jesus or Buddha or long dead Aunt Betty or Grandpa Jones etc. etc. etc., then that’s how they’ll appear at that time. They do what they know will help us the most, the highest at the time. :smile:

Since February 22nd of 2012, I have been awoken from sleep to see what seem to be coded messages. They often scroll down across my field of vision, but sometimes they are just presented to me. No two have ever been alike. Sometimes they are geometric and sometimes they are flowing and beautiful. Sometimes they are in blacks and primary colors and sometimes they have been of beautiful golds and deep, gorgeous blues. I believe I have been in some level of awakening for a good decade; however, 2/22/12 marked a transition or stepping up. It became extremely active and grueling and tiring and sometimes it has been marked with wonder. I guess my question is: Has anyone ever experience these messages and if so, where/who do you think it comes from?

A couple of years ago someone emailed me about their Seeing this sort of thing too. My guess is that far more people have seen/are seeing this sixth dimensional – 6D type of communications and ways of transmitting tremendous amounts of highly advanced “info” — aka Light — to many Starseeds and higher dimensional “Volunteers” or Forerunners.
Most times when I’m voyaging in 6D I too See many of the things there as sixth dimensional Light forms only in geometric shapes. They are beyond beautiful and can be highly complex structures to fairly simple geometric designs in Light, but they are literally energetic blueprints for things that, when manifested here in physicality, are physical “objects” in this dimensional layer.
There’s so much talk about the Ascension Process and us “Shifting” from 3D duality to 5D triality or unity or integration. What’s not talked about enough I feel is that many of us are easily capable of perceiving and interacting with (consciously I mean) 6D which exists vibrationally above 5D. Considering that many of us Forerunners/Volunteers/Lightworkers etc. etc. originated from higher dimensions than 5D and 6D, it makes sense that the more we personally clear/transmute/embody etc., the more we’re able to do, See, remember and so from multiple dimensions. This will only grow and expand in each of us over time so be prepared for more fabulous adventures in being. :wink:

I have come to realize that in these last 2 weeks or so, I have become SUPER hypersensitive. To be clear, I have had an acute sense of smell, hearing and sensing for over twenty years. Now though I frequently smell things any and everywhere. I can “taste” the air, and hear the minute. But what is probably most pronounced is sensing.For a long time now I have been dealing with frequent “after images” might be the best description. I’ll be in my car and an unwanted sense of being rear-ended comes to me, or the car being flipped over in a role. I’ve thought of this as unwanted negative choice points or unexpressed fear of mine. Only recently have I had a clearer sense of picking up on other peoples experiences: either in this reality/time or in some other. I also feeling profound emanations from others (particularly in “traffic”), where I feel others projections of anger or frustration. Last night I felt someone who tried to squeeze in (and this this instance I chose not to give way), and the sense was the man wanted to broadside me. It was so powerful that I had to physically put my hand up to help me return his intensive energy to him for him to deal with. It worked, but its becoming increasingly uncomfortable finding myself increasingly vulnerable to people’s fear-based impulses when in public. As these super-intensified awareness come at me, I think of some of the descriptions you’ve given over the years, Denise. I’m wondering how best to shield myself from other people’s projections and after-images, as I’m calling them. I feel like I’m running the gauntlet every day, and I wish to return the energy back to sender. Thoughts? (Meanwhile I appreciate the irony that I am asking for thoughts to come to me about this, which is the very issue I’m dealing with. I ask that the thoughts be constructive only, as I don’t need further fear-based reactions coming my way.)

I suppose that the question I have been rolling over and over in my mind for the last few weeks is regarding the nature of our upcoming 12/12 stairstep. I know you will address this soon, but as I think about it, the nature of the 11/11 stair step and the 11/20 new moon has just been so dire for me that 12/12 is creating something of an “uh-oh… what can happen that is more intense than this” kind of thing for me.
I wrote out two more paragraphs, rambling about the people dying around me and the opportunities to die that I’ve been offered in the last couple of weeks, but really what it comes down to is a giant question mark. My higher self decided we should stick around a little longer… so how do I get up the next step? I’m tired.

Oct. and Nov. where. OMG, I didn’t think things could have gotten worse in Nov. but they did and by miles!!! :sad:
The month of Scorpio–Oct. 23 thru Nov. 21–felt to me like the entire planetary Collective went to Pluto’s Underworld (Pluto is ruler of Scorpio). I’ve NEVER experienced a Scorpio month in my life like this one… it was unbelievable and the moment the Sun entered Sagittarius on Nov. 22 along with the New Moon in Sag, everything shifted back into a more “normal” feel. Normal, ha, that’s hilarious! :lol:
But yeah, the month of Scorpio was a time of both physical death for everyone and/or potential exit points for many, but also plenty of energetic, egoic and old habitual stuff dying, passing away because it must. Humanity went on a “Walk About” but we did it through Pluto’s Underworld! Amazing.
I’ll try to remember to address some of what you’ve mentioned in a December article before the 12/12 portal arrives.

Debora, I’m intrigued by what you mean when you say you have been offered opportunities to die. I had a dream(?) last night where I distinctly remember someone/thing telling me I was ready and asking if I wanted to come with them now. In the dream I said yes, but knew deep down I was too scared to go with this entity. I felt great love and understanding from whatever it was, and then I remember nothing else before waking. Is this similar to what you are experiencing?
Actually, thesignalman, my “opportunities” are rather real. I’ve had two incidents on the interstate where, if things had been just slightly different, I would have been killed. I believe that these moments were “exits”, if you will, that my higher self (and the higher selves of the humans and animals I was traveling with at that moment) chose not to accept … Both incidences had me in control of the vehicle and I literally “drove past” the “exit” offered. One accident was worse than the other, but both could have had vastly different outcomes. Both accidents were because auto repair people didn’t do their jobs properly, so IMHO, somehow Team Dark had a hand in it. I didn’t take the first “accident” exit and so, after the repair from that accident, one of my wheels sheared off the hub assembly while traveling about 50 miles per hour on (of all things) a transitional ramp from one interstate to another. Believe me, I’d love to have a dream state “exit” offered, but no… these were all too real!

You had written a few weeks ago about ‘the dark mother’ energies coming up. My own mom who is a STAUNCH evangelical Christian has been, for the last year or so, increasingly hostile and antagonistic towards me for ABSOLUTELY no good reason, at times. She has always very much believed that an anti-Christ will emerge with a ‘false religion’ whose way has been paved by the ‘New Age Movement.’ I’ve been undergoing ascension for nine years now, and feel the intense alchemical energetic changes as all of you have. I sometimes experience the other 5D dimension as many others do as well. What is this whole ‘dark mother’ thing about? I feel this deep underlying disgust and suppressed anger/rage coming from her to me when it seeps out? I’ve had to say VERY little about my spiritual journey over the years as she gets extremely upset by experiences and views that differ from hers. One of my ascension symptoms was choking on my food for a year when out in public due in part to this fear of speaking my truth around her. Sometimes when I’m at my lowest, she can deliver some low blows to me! I still love my mom, but it has been heart wrenching at times. Is there a bigger cosmic dynamic going on here that can help explain? What ‘dark mother’ energies came up around October? I had a HUGE blow up with her in early Oct. It also feels that other family members (who are all masculine/old energy dominant) starve me emotionally as well. They only give out breadcrumbs of love and support when I’m reaching for support, love, and connection. It feels like a ‘starving the feminine’ dynamic going on in my family bloodline.

i am experiencing the same thing with my 80 year old mom. it is like these sleepy people can smell our light and it makes them angry! lol they can sense, but do not understand, our purpose and they want the status quo, which is all they understand, to continue. it is like she feels threatened by me……..
i try to look at her with compassion and keep my distance a little bit. her energy literally makes me feel unwell, so i feel it’s best to do this.

Hi Denise, First and foremost I want to thank you for being my lifeline for several years! I continue to have challenging physical symptoms – headache, neck and back ache, severe heartburn, dizziness, and fatigue to the point of not being able to function – any one of them are usually present daily, easing or worsening depending on if it’s a new moon, a full moon, sun spots, and etc. During the eclipse cycle I ran a 102 degree fever that lasted just over a day. I wasn’t sick but I was so tired that I couldn’t get done what needed to be done those days. Is there something I can do to lessen these physical symptoms, or is this part of the process, thus just sit and be with it till it grounds again and again? Yoga helps process the energy and I say positive affirmations, but there is a constant underlying aching and tiredness. I was wondering if you or anyone else is still having symptoms, or are some moving out of this and grounding the new higher frequency without the aches? I've had people email me over the years asking how they can STOP some Ascension symptom(s) they're having! Now I know exactly how brutal, painful, lengthy and difficult all this business is, but STOP it is something I'd never ever for any reason whatsoever do! During extra rough times I have asked my higher team to please turn the dial back down a couple clicks just so I don’t fall apart completely. That of course is from my perspective entirely at that moment. My point is that this transformational business hurts, is messy, painful, confusing, downright horrible at times and yet, you and I and all of us not only wanted to be here to do exactly this but we’re some of the best of the best at it! I’m tellin’ ya, the perspective change between being nonphysical to being in physicality is one hell of a shift! :lol: All this is us reversing that process and embodying more of HOME into our physical bodies, consciousness and Selves. Sounds so easy huh? We know it’s anything but easy.
During the really awful phases I just surrender to whatever the latest Alchemical Ascension Process is at that time. I’ve lived with pain my entire adult life so it’s not really about the pain per sey but more about me going through another level of one heck of a spiritual, energetic, and physical transformational process. That and the unknown of it all can sometimes become overwhelming. But my just giving into, surrendering myself body and soul to The Process is what works best, fastest and with the least amount of pain and confusion. Talk about opening ones HighHeart! Surrendering all to the Divine and ITS Process does it fast n’ easy! <3
I too have been and am more exhausted and achy all the time — as in all the time — and I’ve come to accept it as part of The Process… until it isn’t. I’m sorry I don’t have a “magic” formula or stone or prayer or vegetable :wink: to tell you about to help with this. I honestly believe that The Process happens in us and our bodies and consciousness and through us and because it is Alchemical, we’re literally changed, evolved, transmuted by it into something very NEW and of a vastly higher frequency. I fear I’m rambling at this point…

If I may add some things that have worked for me when I felt the worst. I make a batch of Thieves Oil from scratch. I also use colloidal silver. Both seem to help not only me but my dogs as well. They have been showing “panic attacks” and biting issues since the solstice. I use both products to alleviate issues. I can’t afford medical fees & prescription drugs. I know the Flora & Fauna are the solutions we need..
One more thought popped in my head. WE were seedlings since (for me- 2002) WE have roots now ! I find the Macro/ Micro non- sense effects me less when I stop caring. Do I care about you daughter/ husband / friend YES.. Do I want to be apart of your “guilt matrix” NO. Stay STRONG people, I am a nobody who feels this enormous greatness rolling OUR way. I have turned the corner !! Thankyou Denise for this open forum. I sense you feel it too. It is safe to come out and really shine :)

Thanks so much for the opportunity to ask questions from those of us experiencing similar journeys. When I first found your blog connecting solar flares with ascension symptoms I laughed for joy! It was something I had suspected but couldn’t find any information on it until I discovered your wonderful site. I seem to be getting very strongly affected by solar activity to the point where I am having dizzy spells and heart palpitations so extreme that I was taken to hospital from work a few weeks ago. After a multitude of tests including ECG, MRI and bloods etc (at great expense) nothing was found medically wrong with me. It happened so quickly that I was unable to “ground myself” and ride it out before work colleagues noticed. Is anyone else experiencing stronger and stronger symptoms, and any advice on what to do when it begins to affect daily activities?

Wow, so sorry you got hauled off to the hospital just so the “professionals” could find nothing at all “wrong with you”. You know the medical machine has made tons of money off of more and more people living the Ascension Process for many years now!
I’ve found I cannot exert myself physically while out in the direct Sunlight/Starlight any more. It’s too much and in minutes I get sick, weak, nauseous, overheated, overstimulated energetically (like trying to run super high voltage through wiring that’s too small to safely handle it), red-faced, dizzy, eyes go blurry and so on.
It helps if one thinks of solar flares, CMEs, solar winds, solar storms etc. as what they actually are; energy transmissions direct from the Milky Way galactic center (GC), AND from greater and higher places than that! Seriously, it helps to think of the Sun as receiver/transmitter of these higher cosmic and Divine Energies that are pouring out on everything and everyone constantly now. Remembering this fact helps me give myself some credit, some room, some time to embody it all and adjust to the latest godly onslaught(s). :wink: We all HAVE to do this now in the NEW of 2014 and beyond. Once our bodies and nervous systems and brains and hearts etc. are used to running this level of Light voltage constantly, we’ll no longer even notice. :smile:
Take better care of yourself and give yourself the down time, rest time, nap time that you need. The NEW is here now and it isn’t and won’t EVER reduce or slow down like the energies did before 2013. 2015 will be even more than 2014 has been and we’ve got to get the hang of all this and the sooner the better… and easier for each of us. No fear, just energetic facts and we ARE adapting really well all things considered.

I was wondering if it would be alright to post briefly any prophetic dreams to see if others are having them as well……
Hopefully, it will be ok to do so, so here’s mine I had last night. Myself and 3 or 4 others were in our new apartment , 6th or 7th floor, in Italy. It was an old school building, complete with old moldings and colorful furnishings. I felt the building sway, as if in a great wind. Then it happened again and i saw out the living room window the view change as the building moved. Then I felt a shudder, told everyone to hold on, and the building toppled over. None of us were harmed and we all walked out of the wreckage.
Tried to keep it short and am interested in seeing if anyone had a similar dream.

I have had several similar dreams lately. In a recent one, a neighbor was using a jackhammer and the walls and doors of my “new” apt. were cracking and giving way in big chunks. When my husband went to the neighbor and told him, he said “he’s only be about another 5 minutes!” (Just enough time to bring everything down.) As with your dream all these dreams seem to just affect the material structures.

Things seem to be manifesting at warp speed lately — things are going extremely well and I’ve been feeling very lighthearted and happy, as well as much better physically after many health issues & surgeries these past few years. I feel as though the dark days are over and that a dark, heavy veil has been lifted off of me. The only thing that has come up very recently these past couple of weeks has been pesky sinus pain/pressure together with tooth/jaw pain. Could this be ascension related? Also, it seems that with regard to things I have wanted to learn about, the perfect teachers have been seemingly miraculously showing up all at once! Has this been your experience? Thank you so much for your insight — you are a true forerunner!

I had a pesky mild back tooth/jaw pain too on the left side that lasted for 2 -3 months that would come and go. In the last few weeks, I’ve felt this euphoric tingling sensation throughout that area on my jaw that has been extremely releasing, pleasant, and healing. My skin has felt very smooth with a lifelong skin condition healing since that jaw healing. I had dreams a few years ago of being a baby with razor blades implanted back behind my molars, and I was unable to chew food in my mouth without cutting myself in the dream. In the dream, I was a very sickly malnourished toddler.
I’m not exactly sure what the razor blades in the dream meant….I sense something about me being fed/nurtured on the surface by my male dominant energy birth family, but really energetically starved by them as well. In my case, the jaw/tooth pain WAS ascension related, and is completely gone. I hope yours eases up soon too :-)

I’ve often had sinus pains/pressures when the Sun is transmitting GC (Galactic Center) energies and other even more vast cosmic energies (NEW Codes for the NEW Cycle). As they come in through our upper chakras (Crown) and then down into the Brow/Third Eye chakra and on down, we feel the NEW Codes, NEW Light Energies as pressures and pains in our heads, skulls, face, jaw, teeth, eyes, sinuses etc. I’ll feel it go down into area of my neck and vertebra there and just ache for days. It’s all Ascension related but if you’re concerned about anything please see your doctor if you trust that system.
Ask and ye shall receive. In the Ascension Communities we call this Conscious Creating. :wink:

I liked the article you wrote last week about the weird ascension symptoms that are occurring in response to the current waves of energies. Over the past few weeks I have had a lot of pain and muscle tension in the left side of my neck. There has also been a very tender point just below the left hand side of my collar bone. The neck is getting better slowly but the collar bone is still tender and sore. It’s a weird part of the body to hurt because I haven’t fallen or been hit in that area. Hopefully it will wear off soon. Have you ever experienced anything like this?

I have had strange and highly specific spots like this hurt like crazy for days or weeks and then as suddenly as it came it ends. It’s common to have extra issues on our left sides because the left side of the body is–in both females and males–the “receptive” side and has been so easy for negativity to enter our bodies. This was the case in the past but this too has/is changing because those old negative ways are no longer allowed. This is one reason why however we’ve had so much old negativity to clear, transmute, remove from our left sides. It will end however so hang in there.

Anyway, the left sided receptivity is very interesting. I recently have discovered a deformed rib on my left back, large bony growth that I am gettting checked out. I know my body and this is large, new and strange. I also have a “birthmark” (that occurred in my early 20’s) on my left cheek in the same place my mother had one. Also numerous other weird deals with my left side over the years.
That said, I do have so many of the other pains and issues all over that others talk about.
Sometimes I feel like I am crazy when I see a flash of light or feel like a whirling dizziness that lasts very briefly but then I read of others going through this strange experience and I feel so much more connected. Hello, everyone!
