1. i was searching for an answer from so long
   actually i am getting more than half symptoms from last 16-17 years (i start noticing when i was 8-9 years old now m 26 years old ) i am thinking it’s almost too many years then how much time this process will take,i mean how to know if this process is about to complete (rewiring as you wrote) i can’t explain my proper question but i want to know if it is about kundalini awakening then who would i know it is awaken now or it will take more time
   i know my question is confusing but now i want to know everything.

((it seems that no one on our planet, really knows, when & how this experience is going to end/shift for people like us) I just want some people , who are going through their awakening process to realize, that some fellow light workers have and still are experiencing an extremely painful, ever increasing energy experience (in part of their body), on top of the rest of the more common symptoms.

            No, it’s not true. This evolutionary AP changes everything, our bodies, our DNA, our consciousness, our abilities, our Energy Bodies which mean our chakras too and so on and this includes external reality as well. So of course your liver and blood is included in all this but it isn’t “a problem”, it’s evolution.

         2. Hi Denise! Hoping that you are having a happy, not too painful Christmas. I really do not celebrate Christmas, as much as I used to.
            I believe that I have been able to help some spiritual lightworkers/people, get through some of their painful symptoms, a little quicker, using my universal energy flow, through Reiki . Have you noticed/tried it too? Might be away to help, some of your bloggers. Making sure that they find/use very strong (low ego) healers.

   briefly i was reading about the jinn protection Quran so i tried it and i felt inner peace. also denise i felt vibration and intense heat though out. it was like being in a loving meditative place.

   also the lights and colors, this happened to me (as i remember) for years at bed time up until the age of 7. it abruptly stopped one night and i was devastated. i could see moving galaxies.
   configurations, not mathematical. as if i was being shown “home”.

   colors like brilliant greens purples reds golds blues u name it. colors i had never seen before.
   last night i lie in bed and saw something different moving shift and things like aurora’s not aura.
   i was in another dimension. wow. i have witnessed this before a few weeks ago but now coming more frequently. i just let it flow. does it have to do with smoking a bit of puffy stuff or is that just moving it to a higher plain? i never do much just a puff or 2. it usually puts me back to sleep as i too wake up every 1 1/2 to 2 hr. at night

   1. You’re just becoming more consciously aware of the fact that you are a Multidimensional being. All of humanity is going through this now due to the Ascension Process.

      1. i been aware for a good while and it started years ago. i was mentally conscious at some point because i read all this years ago.

   Thank you for this information. I get goosebumps when I read, as I have so many of these crazy symptoms! I am (was??) a very rational, and skeptical person. Since I had my daughter in 2012, my life entered a new phase of intense self-reflection and transformation. There was NOTHING spiritual about this (at first) it was all about healing my past so as to be the best mother I could possibly be. I wanted to break with the repetitive cycles of past abuse. I suddenly cut all contact with negative family and friends, moved far away and began a new life. As a person usually unable to say ‘no’ to the demands of others, this break away was incredibly powerful and stirred something deep inside me; a desire to speak my truth, my feelings… and be validated. This feeling increased over the years, and I now feel such a strong pull to ‘speak things as they are’ – no drama, no subterfuge, just ‘what is’ (although, this is still a work in progress!).

   Anyway, in 2013 I was drawn back to mindfulness meditation (purely as it had been ‘scientifically proven’). It took time, practice and countless YouTube vids, but eventually, it just ‘clicked’! I became aware of the eternal silence behind all things, and the ‘space’ in which all things arise. I suddenly ‘realized’…or remembered..things I had always known. Of course God exists! How could I have ever doubted it?! God (as I see it) is the Source of all things, the space in which all things manifest. It was a beautiful realisation! (This was from Eckhart Tolle, who has affected me profoundly).

   Less inner noise, less turmoil, more confidence that I can deal with negative memories when they come up. Things were going along nicely…slow, but steady progress was made. Meditation became beautiful and healing. Most significantly, I was able to recognize the egoic voice in my head 90% of the time when it came up.

   But recently things have got crazy..fast! I honestly feel like I am going insane…it MUST be the case, because these sorts of things are completely irrational and illogical!

   It started with seeing little particles of light in my home, esp in the semi-darkness. It was like seeing gentle, sparkly static all around, and it had ‘depth’ (it wasn’t in my retinas, as some suggest online…ie ‘seeing stars’ when sneezing hard). There is nothing wrong with my eyes either…of course, the rational philosophy graduate in me was having none of it and looked for explanations everywhere online.

   In fact, my research convinced me that this was not ‘visual snow’ or neurological. I came to believe I was vibrating at a slightly higher wavelength because of the meditation, and was seeing photons, and possibly quarks in the air. So far-so Quantum Physics! My ego was reticent, but willing to go along for the ride. It was scientifically plausible, afterall…

   But then things happened that have threatened to rip me in two. Things that my egoic mind (to which I am still, reluctantly attached) cannot and will not accept. I continued to meditate on the silence, on the space and on my inner body (hitherto, a gentle, buzzing feeling in extremities). It is very difficult to place events chronologically, but I think I first noticed more ephemera in the air, at nighttime. Mist, fog and the like – very subtle, but definitely there. In my meditation (which was now almost effortless!), my internal voice said ‘don’t try to create/see what you desire to see…rather, perceive what is already there’.

   This marked a new wave of visions. First, I saw a bright, unmistakable flash/dot of white light above my daughters head. I was completely lucid, and I instantly felt reassured and that an angel was protecting her (though, of course, angels don’t exist…right??). Then, and this marked a turning point in the intensity of the ‘happenings’, I saw something in my bedroom that was/is so personal and so beautiful, that I feel reluctant to say what it is. It came from the un-manifested space which I had been meditating upon and was more real (real, yet unreal..made of light) and more jaw-dropingly beautiful than anything I had ever seen – before or since. I knew it to be a personal message of peace, hope and trust…the latter being such a difficult issue for me. I think it was a signal that things were about to get really dramatic and crazy-making, and just to hold on and TRUST.

   I started having the most frightening, intense, prophetic dreams that left me in a sweaty mess in my bed. My body would become extremely hot, or occasionally very cold at extremities. On the most intense occasion, I feel I released a huge, huge amount of tramatic memory. After the massively significant dream/nightmare (of which I can recall every moment) I threw my covers off, held out my hands and looked up towards the thousands of sparkling lights, saying ‘I release this pain’. I felt a rush of energy, and cold air seemed to gush from my outstretched fingertips. At the same time, my body became intensely hot, from top to toe, my eyes watered, and I felt a release. I asked God to bless the negative energy and that it not attach to another sentient being. This was all automatic…it just happened.

   My emotions are all over the place, I have moments of intense fear & anxiety. I fear I must be dying, these strange occurrences are so utterly mind-shattering and completely out of character. I have always been very self-aware, lucid and have NEVER hallucinated nor had visions as an adult (though I was a very intuitive, sensitive child with an ‘overactive imagination’ and perhaps some of those imaginings were real??).

   I constantly worry that I am having a nervous breakdown, or I have bipolar disorder or something. The latter is because of the intermittent waves of bliss that seem to course through my body occasionally. It can be so intense that I have to lay down and breathe. Certain meaningful songs can lead me to a state of litteral ecstasy.

   A couple of days ago, I asked my higher power if they were with me. Almost instantly, the chorus to a song I used to listen to as a teenager (I liked quite deep music lol) came into my head. I pulled up the song on YouTub, which had lyrics. The song was the same beautiful song, but I realized the words were completely different to what I had thought when I hummed along as a teen…they were incredibly relevant to the question I had just asked, and the crazy situation I was currently in. Every word spoke to me on such a profound level, was so relevant, and so comforting, that I felt like it had been purposely written for me (crazy, right??). There have been several other strange coincidences of late, three in one day once (very meaningful coincidences).

   I also have moments, days, of such crippling anxiety, fear and self-doubt, that I feel I will be sectioned if I tell anyone (which I haven’t). My higher power (or just me?) tells me ‘you are just releasing old pain, bear witness to the pain. Welcome it gladly, with compassion, then let it go. Above all, STAY IN THE PRESENT MOMENT, and keep an eye on egoic mind! I see more things in my house: everything looks like it is vibrating (when my mind becomes still, that is, otherwise I don’t notice these things). I see vortices circling around my room, and my body. Very recently, I have noticed a small, blurry, white shape ‘orbiting’ around my body. It is blurry, but so REAL (I might try to photo it…). It can take different forms, sometimes a swimming figure (random!) In a floaty gown. I now see large, dark (non-threatening) shadow people at the corner of my vision, when I acknowledge them, they float across the walls and retreat back to the periphery of my vision. So real…but they CAN’T be, right??

   Then came the worst part thus far: the body symptoms. The crippling nausea and heartburn. The VIBRATIONS! It feels like I have a vortex of energy flowing up my body, through my belly and chest. Air seems to come up my throat, which also seems to pulsate with energy. My lower, body can sometimes constrict violently in bed, in a kind of involuntry jerking motion, as can other body parts. It is deeply disturbing and hard to surrender to. How does one surrender to madness?? If I allow it to happen, unchallenged, I am very worried I may die. Perhaps this is just my ego’s fear of annihilation??

   My heart flutteres madly, and so unheard of before (at least in this strange manner) which is so scary, the pressure in my chest and abdomen is intense, as if a balloon is being blown up. My abdomen feels FULL of air extremely bloated, even though I can only eat nuts, granola, homous and falafel vary sparingly, without feeling nauseated. I have lost loads of weight. Weather I eat or not, the bloat remains..aswell as other IBS type symptoms.

   Breathing is terrifying work! It is such a strange sensation of not being able to grab enough air…feelings similar to an anxiety attack, yet very different, in a way difficult to pinpoint. The vibrations are so intense and alien to my poor, stressed body. I seriously feel that I must have an illness of some sort…any alterative explanation just seems so fanciful, ludicrous even. I do feel wonderful when I just let go, give in, surrender to this unstoppable force. However, WHAT am I surrendering to?? God…or madness?? This is what scares me so much.

   I have so many other symptoms: my skin has erupted all over my legs and arms, in a way that is unfathomable – every inch of the skin is covered with eruptions. My skin feels so hard and dry (yuk, sorry) almost as if it is shedding. I have suddenly started hearing high-pitched noises in my ears, that sometimes sounds like singing (but has to just be tinitus, right…just like my mother!). I get pain in my abdomen which seems to move around. I get headaches, which feel like a band around my head, and particularly affects the left temple and eye. Aches and pains in my back. Pressure/fluttering on mid-point of spine. My throat feels as though it is pulsating with energy, and I fear I won’t be able to swallow. My sleep is poor and erratic. I look in the mirror and expect to look really ill, and I often do…except for my eyes, which look strangely and vibrantly alive. That gives me hope that I’m not actually sick. I just don’t know!

   I am so sorry, I never meant to write so much stuff down! It just all came out, and it’s not easy dealing with this madness on my own (or am I?). It is just so crazy & surreal!

   It seems that the more surreal the symptom, the harder it is to accept something ‘spiritual’ is happening…and the easier it is to believe I must be having a psychotic episode of some sort. These sorts of things don’t happen in reality…and certainly not to me!

   Again, thank you for your article and info. It made me feel so much better to find that I am not alone…in whatever this is!

      Every “symptom” you’ve listed I’ve experienced, I’ve lived with since 1999, and so have many other people. It’s ALL Ascension related which means it’s ALL natural, highly compressed evolution. Welcome to the party! :wink:

   Thank you very much, the only symptoms am having is the inner body vibration . I noticed that my anus viberates when ever I smoke marijuana, I realy don’t know if smoking is realy the cause of my inner body vibration. Also when I stop smoking the viberation reduses

      Smoking pot or tobacco is not causing the inner body vibrations, evolution is.

      Lots of people are feeling new-to-them energies in their bodies, different areas of their bodies, in their heads and skull, in certain chakras etc. This is one reason why you’re feeling vibration in your old Base chakra (anus and surrounding area) at times. The old system of chakras is changing dramatically due to this evolution/ascension. The old lower frequency system of the bottom three chakras — Base or Root chakra, Sacral, Solar Plexus — have already disappeared in some people and are in the process of doing so in most others now. Again, all this and so much more is caused by this current compressed evolution.

5. I don’t know what it was or how to precisely describe it, before waking up in the middle of the night last night, I felt my whole body bursting, as if it were shooting and expanding outwards into many pieces, like a surge of energy, some kind of shaking vibration…has anyone else felt this before or know what I am talking about? It wasn’t necessarily a good feeling or a bad feeling, but it felt like all I was, was energy.

      Did you read my article? Have you read the others where I talked about this feeling and also hearing it?

      As you, me, each of us takes in more and more and more Light Energies into our dense physical bodies, consciousness, selves etc., we literally are becoming more filled with Light and less filled with density. This Alchemical evolutionary “ascension” process feels to us like we’re vibrating inside or even shaking, roaring energetically with faster, higher frequency energy which in this case is in the form of Light. LOVE comes later and I’m not talking about the old lower frequency and consciousness “love”.

      As we continue living through this Ascension Process of embodying greater and greater amounts of Light within ourselves and our physical bodies, this inner vibrating, inner shaking, inner energetic roaring increases. Eventually we individually reach a point where enough Light is within us that “we” as we’ve known and recognized ourselves I mean, begins to change, evolve into something very NEW and different and vast. In other words we are, along with our sense of self, expanding, evolving, ascending out of dense Duality and into HighHeart Neutrality being, consciousness and reality. This does NOT happen overnight but over time, as in years which is exactly what’s been happening.

      From the perspective of our old ego self or awareness it feels like, looks like we’re disappearing or ‘bursting, expanding outwards into many pieces’ when in fact what’s happening is that you are becoming increasingly consciously aware of the fact that you are evolving into more of You which means your sense of “self” and “self’s location in time and space” is of course also changing. Everyone that is “ascending”, evolving now is experiencing this to some degree or another. There are many Stair-steps to this just like all other Ascension side effects.

      Our sense of old “self” is literally evolving into more and more of ITSELF and this is being done in incremental steps so we and our nervous systems and physical bodies can even survive it! The jump from lead to gold is a big one so this Alchemical Ascension Process takes time to go through safely. This is what you’re doing and experiencing and know that it will only continue and expand into even more amazing and wonderful layers.

   2. I get the inner body vibrations most of the time. It sucks. Sometimes I can’t lay on my back because I can feel the energy going up and out my back. I also get like a static energy in my legs. My head used to really hurt. Like tingling and being pulled apart. My vibrations feel like I have a motor in my body somewhere. It scares me. I’m not sure if this is ascension or if something is just wrong with me. I don’t understand 3d 4d or 5d.

6. With all the aforementioned problems, is there any medications used by individual and worked?

   1. Hey Mike! I have been experiencing, extremely strong earth universal energy and strong vibrations for just over 7 years. The energy and frequency is so strong and or high that I have experienced 24/7/52/7 years, extreme pain in my feet and toes. While I do not recommend pharmaceuticals, I have been forced to take them so I can get some sleep. There are some natural minerals/plant based concoctions that may help, depending on what/how you are suffering. Awakening is a very strong process, but the physical/mental symptoms, will shift and go away over time. Good, light, high vibrating healers (like Reiki) can help, to speed up the/your process/journey. I have usually found, that healers who charge reasonable rates and do not try to perform too many types of healing methods are more in it, for helping their clients and helping our planet. by raising their vibrations… to awaken.       This old type of consciousness, of thinking is something I’ve worked long and hard to help people even see within themselves and the collective. It frustrates me but I understand why people still automatically look externally all the time. Problem with that old way is that we’re evolving — the Ascension Process — and are slowly realizing that we, individually I mean, have the power, the ability etc. etc. to “fix” ourselves, to “heal” ourselves and so on. We’re also gaining greater, Higher Awareness and because of this we’re able to understand WHY things hurt via these tremendous evolutionary changes.

      Mike your Comment is under my article, Inner Body Vibrations & Other Unusual Symptoms about the Ascension Process, but you see these symptoms/side effect of natural evolution as ‘problems’ and only asked if there are ‘…any medication used by individual’ that have worked? Worked on what? Stopping physical pain? Stopping energetic flow through the body? Stopping evolution?

      Hal your Comment in reply to Mike was basically to tell him to continue looking for “solutions” outside of himself, either through Big Pharma and/or other “healers” etc. I’m sorry to be seemingly picking on you two, but this type of old limited thinking just drives me up the wall because it’s 180 degrees off from what the Ascension Process is all about. Yes the Ascension Process hurts, hurts in all sorts of ways and for years or decades in many of our cases. I’m hurting like crazy again now but I know why it’s happening (in the month of March 2016, two eclipses and the Vernal Equinox and more) and why my body is affected in the ways it is still. There isn’t anything “wrong” with my body that needs someone other than myself to “heal” it or “fix” it or “correct” it etc., nor do I need any drugs or plant-based drugs etc. to “correct” the pains and pressures I’m dealing with now from my Embodying more within my physical body and self.

      This type of old lower thinking, consciousness is residual crap from thousands of years of intentional dis-empowerment tactics from those beings and humans who’ve done so much to make humans utterly impotent in all ways. They’ve done a hell of a job, because even during natural evolution, people STILL automatically go back to looking for help, cures, solutions, fixes etc. outside of themselves and believing they are so powerless themselves that they need to! And that because something hurts, is painful, that that means there’s “something wrong with them in some way or ways”. All of these things I’ve listed are due to intentional mind control by those who’ve worked long and hard to make sure you do NOT evolve!

      At some point in all this, each one of us living the Ascension Process HAS to start taking more personal responsibility for ourselves, our consciousness, our thoughts, beliefs and emotions etc. We’ve also got to release the old lower frequency ways that humans have been conditioned (by conditioned I mean mind controlled) to problem solve, deal with pains in their bodies and so on. Humans have been conditioned for thousands of year to first believe, and then live life/reality from those lies, that they are not powerful beings, not wise enough etc. to know what’s actually going on in their bodies and consciousness and make corrections if and when needed. Humans have been so conditioned to believe that any and all physical pain(s) means that something is “wrong” and you must immediately look outside of yourself and go to someone else to “heal” you and/or put external drugs into your body to make that pain and/or “illness” go away. Added to all this is the fact, again, that the natural, evolutionary Ascension Process hurts and that’s okay and does NOT indicate that something is “wrong” with you at all but just the opposite!

      If you can’t discern for yourself why your feet or anything else hurts, then by all means go see a doctor(s), specialists, surgeons etc. But know that your looking for answers from people that don’t even know about or believe in this current evolutionary Ascension Process will ALWAYS dole-out drugs to solve all body/mind/emotional problems and pains. If external “saviors” of any type are what anyone reading this honestly still believes in, then why are you at TRANSITIONS reading my writings? These two very different levels of consciousness cannot co-exist together. You’re evolving out of the old lower level and reality and into a NEW much higher one, and while in this transition, relying on and still believing in old methods to solve aches and pains caused by your natural evolution. You’re either becoming increasingly self-empowered, or your not, and still handing your power and hopes over to external sources and people. I honestly hope my rant here helps whoever needs it now with this business.

      1. Hi Denise! We have connected a number of time in the past. I totally hear and understand your message and overall it seems to read(?)the only way to fix it is to live with it/fix it yourself/change your habits/thoughts?.. I understand that, but years ago, I felt external implants being inserted, all over the lower body, resulting in non stop extreme pain, energy flow and major stimulation. I have dealt with many of the typical awakening/Kundalini aches and pains and suffered though them, with patience and most have faded away.. However this one 7+ year extreme energy pain, has only become stronger and stronger as time has passed. (*A couple of bigger attachments, have caused long lasting swelling, bleeding and painful wounds on the corners of my big toes, making it hard to walk in shoes ) You have graciously mentioned that you a going through a crazy pain experience right now. Is it strong enough to keep you from meditating and sleeping? (Could you cope with things the way they are today, nonstop for a few years?) I am being serious, but I wonder how long, I could stay alive, from both not sleeping at all and the mental handling of the extreme pain without a sleep break/respite. It’s an overwhelming mental trial, just to get through each and every day..
         There other things that happen to me on a constant basis, but i would rather not talk about them on an open blog, To be perfectly honest, I really have no idea how to specifically deal with these I believe, other dimensional beings, who claim that they are, of the light and seemingly, hard wired into my entire body and mind?          1. Hal,

            I’ve never publicly talked about how I’ve had, at different times since 1999, my whole body and my lower legs, feet and toes especially, swell so severely that the swelling causes my big toenails to literally cut into the flesh of the toes and cause bleeding. I’ve had both my heels suddenly swell from internal heat from increased energies that the tough skin on both heels would literally split down deep enough that they bled. During all this I could barely walk because putting any body weight on the splits was very painful. Now what’s more strange about this to me is that, to look at my feet and toes while this was going on, my feet weren’t swollen to the point that one would know that that’s the cause of the bleeding toes and heels. What I mean is that it was and still is all energy related. So much higher, faster, larger Light Energies in my body that it, at times, didn’t house it well and small parts of my body split and bleed from it.

            This January while I was working way too hard for way too long packing to move and going up/down stairs to load the car many times, this same thing happened for the first time in both thumbs, both index fingers and both middle finger tips. The skin right in the middle of these finger tips and thumbs all split at the same time and deep enough that they bled. I had however to continue moving, packing, unpacking etc. because Escrow was going to close and I HAD to be moved out. It was brutal and painful and I had no help and I’m still “recuperating” from too much hard work while so much NEW energy was coming in and through me.

            I also went for about 12 years not being able to wear shoes because the inner heat I carried was so severe. I lived in flip flops all those years, which was fine by me actually, but now it’s nice to be able to put a pair of Nike’s on when I want to. :wink: And on and on it goes. The ONLY reason I’m sharing my big toes, heels, thumbs and finger tips splitting is because you’ve talked about experiencing it. I’ve heard of some people loosing toe nails–some or all of them–for these same Ascension energy related reasons. I’m positive that there are many, many other Ascension related side effects that are so weird, so strange, so personal and private that no one has talked publicly about them. We should be beyond this at this point but there ya go! :smile:

            I’ve also lived for many, many years with about 45 minutes sleep and then woke up by hot flashes that lasted for about the same time and then fall back to sleep for another 45 minutes and woke up by another hot flash and so on. This torture went on for 10-12 years. Now I get to sleep for maybe two hours at a time before something wakes me up, so yeah, I know all about sleep deprivation caused by the Ascension Process and more physical than most could survive and being attacked during the entire business! :lol: And to think some of us “Volunteered” for this…

            I don’t know about the ‘implants’ you mentioned Hal but if that’s what’s causing this particular pain for you, I’d suggest that you ask your Higher Self and your Ascension Assistants to help you with permanently removing all of them immediately. Demand it, intend it, visualize them disintegrating right now and never ever affecting you ever again. Be an “innie” :wink: and kick Team Dark butt if that’s what’s causing this pain. I suspect it’s possibly greatly amplified Light Energies affecting your body, toes etc. this way. (I have Pisces rising — and Pisces rules the feet and toes and the water in our bodies for starters so I’m more sensitive in those areas. Are you a Pisces or have lots of it? Just wondering.)

            I would first suggest to you that they lie constantly about pretty much everything and secondly that you do NOT believe them or that they are ‘hard wired into your entire body and mind’. Hal and everyone reading this, even if it’s true, screw it/them and override it all because you are an aspect of Divine Source and have the Right to not be affected like this. Period. Even if it is true… override it/them and Consciously Create what YOU want for yourself now. Become an “innie” and not an “outie” and these sorts of things will and do end.

         2. Hi Denise! I deeply appreciate and thank-you, for your openness and honesty. I feel so much empathy for all the physical/energy wounds/lack of sleep that you are and have been suffering, for so long. I tend to feel that your experiences have been worse than mine. Certainly more than double the time.
            I understand and agree with your thoughts, that it is simply too much energy for our physical bodies (do you feel like an energy corridor too?). I guess what really bothers me is, that we get information in various ways, but it is seems to be mostly untrustworthy, or really warped. I really wonder how many of us are going through these really painful long term phenomenas in The USA and Canada.. Yes, perhaps our souls volunteered(?) for this, but why do we need to be so kept in the dark regarding purpose details, if we are doing such good light work?
            Obviously your blog Denise has many followers and it would be great if any and all that read this blog, would open up (a little or a lot) and let us know how many are really suffering. As far as personal stuff goes, I am also affected by a constant, but varying amount of energy coming inward throughout all of my first chakra. Sexually, too stimulating. Why?…. Is sexual energy a big part of awakening?

         3. Hello Denise! How are you doing/feeling? Has the intensity/type of your energy/vibration symptoms gotten any better/less intensive, then our last communication. (I really did and still do appreciate your openness to me. ) If you are interested, I would have to say that the intensity (inbound and outbound) have increased. At the moment my feet/legs are still being challenged, but again at the moment, the most important energy portal (break s in the skin,) would be the corners of my big left toe. (My right big toe, doesn’t have any breaks in the skin.) A little more livable. Do you get (general/personal) messages from your guide, about this/your very tough journey? If so do they make any sense/seem real?

   I would like to ask you what this Ascension is & hw is it associated with me. I’ve had bodily vibrations & it’s being 1 year exactly. I used to kick myself at times because it was really frustrating & there were times when I used to cry too. :( But after some time, I realized that I wasn’t like normal people & had to accept myself as who I am. So, cud you pls tell me what my bodily vibrations mean? I also have twitching & people make fun of me thinking that I’m scared of what’s gonna happen where in reality, it just happens to me & my head starts shaking or my body starts vibrating & I can’t sit in class either because of that. Whenever I’m absent I feel relieved but I can’t do that next year in my high school because 12th is really important to me. I don’t hv any diseases but it’s only been a year since this twitching started & it’s still disturbing. Please help.

   1. Mary,

      You said you don’t have any diseases so, based on that statement, it sounds to me like you’re having classic Ascension Process symptoms, primarily the Inner Body vibrations and probably Kundalini rising also.

      Very briefly, the Inner Body vibrations that many millions of people around the world have been and currently are (and will continue to) experience are caused by greater amounts of higher frequency, faster vibratory Light Energy in the very space where Earth and we on it exist now. Some call this NEW higher Light Photonic Light. The point is that we exist within this higher frequency space now and to be able to remain in our physical bodies and live on Earth in this high Light, our entire physical bodies and our energy bodies and brains, our central nervous systems etc. all HAVE to quickly evolve or “ascend” so we literally are a match energetically to where we now exist.

      This process takes time, years in fact, and growing numbers of people are feeling increasing inner vibrations, strong enough to cause inner and outer shaking in many cases along with other symptoms of compressed evolution. And, as you’ve discovered, it’s impossible to hide these changes, these Ascension related symptoms from other people, friends, co-workers, family, school mates and so on. I’ve tried for over a decade to not look like I’m going through all that I have been and it’s useless because it shows, physically, and other people see that you’re different or that you’re changing and they don’t understand. They don’t understand until it begins for them that is! :wink:

      You might try “grounding” more to help you with embodying the NEW higher Light Energies so you don’t shake as much. It may or may not work for you but it’s worth trying. By grounding I mean spend time everyday outside in the air, the sunlight, in Nature while you intentionally visualize anchoring and grounding into the Earth for stability and relief. It sometimes helps when we have so much higher frequency Light Energies flooding through our bodies, brains, hearts and selves.

      Also, getting in the water always helped me with this. I used to accumulate so much energy in my physical body that I’d get zapped all the time, even when it was raining outside! Taking a bath or shower or swimming etc. helped to reduce the buildup of energy and discharge some of it, for a while. Drink plenty of pure water every day too to help flush out whatever may be purged during this transition. And get enough sleep too, which isn’t always easy when it feels like you’re being ‘electrocuted by God’!
      Just ground and release and you and your body will adapt to running this vastly higher current through it constantly. <3

8. Wow.. I have pretty much all of these “symptoms” except for a few! I kept going to the doctor because pretty much my entire life I have been feeling “weird” and he always said I’m fine, and perhaps this is why.. This is crazy! I cried while reading this list because it’s good to know what is happening rather than sitting in the dark thinking I’m crazy or something, and just the feeling that overcame me while reading this was so overwhelming!

   1. Hi mOOn! Glad that you were able to figure out what is/has been happening to you. Unfortunately we do not get a warning or any details. More than likely you were/are a Crystal Child. You have a mission journey to help earth , raise its frequency. Your soul decided on this role, before you were born. 9. Denise I have been going through a lot of these symptoms like severe back pain but also in my solar plexus , nausea, lighted headed , feeling like I am walking on air and severe heat flashes. I am a fairly positive soul , always spreading good vibes however the past few days I have been very upset and angry . It’s like I can’t control my anger .I attributed it to getting older but what made me a bit confused is that other than these episodes I feel great . This has been happening for the last three weeks . Today I went into my regular spiritual store to grab some rose quartz to help calm my spirit . The store was very busy and I noticed a strange occurrence as soon as I walked in . My ears started burning like they had a fire lit right on the top parts, more on my right ear . I tried ignoring it and just kept browsing but it became so unbearable I had to leave . No more than five minutes out of the store did the burning started to ease away . At the moment all I can feel is the energy on the ear but not burning . I have been deeply studying spirituality and the process of awakening ones self . I went searching and your blog popped up .       For many years I had this same reaction — physical, emotional, mental, energetic/psychic etc. — EVERY time I entered a lower frequency, lower consciousness space/place/shopping store etc. Having to go into my bank used to feel like I was being crushed from the sheer density of that lower frequency and consciousness and I’d have to literally grab hold of something to not fall over or pass out while standing in line to get to a teller. It was hell as was so much during those early years. This gets easier as we go through the levels and changes within ourselves and our bodies keep embodying more higher frequency Light Energies. Soon it will be you lighting up those still dark, lower frequency locations with the Light you’ve embodied. :smile: This is how we, as individuals, lift, raise, help “ascend” everyone else. It’s an individual process (Leo) but it positively affects everyone (Aquarius).

Anything/anyone can hang out a shingle claiming to be a “spiritual” place, but as we all know, that don’t mean it’s so. Discernment is a necessary tool for all.

         2. Hello Again Denise! These egospiritualists/healers… have been the main blockage to my journey/purpose. I am here to help many/any of them, however most of them listen to their inner ego voices in their head( fear) of the strength of my energy flow and personal change. Then continually dodge being helped . Clinging to this old 3D life, full of money, darkness and power, but also the potential, for so much human physical/mental pain. Such a waste of clearing/healing potential.
            I am sure that their souls/spirits are extremely frustrated and disappointed, that they cannot properly help others and change the world! Like they had planned for, while in heaven.

I am a clinical hypnotherapist who has experienced many of these strange symptoms, but the one I googled today and found your blog was, “why do I have these strange electrical sensations vibrating through my body?!” And your blog was the first one to come up. Then I see that list of yours and I am gobsmacked! I know very little about this kind of thing. I think it will help my practice to get to understand this theory better.

       1. I don’t understand Denise. I understand none of it. I have always been asked by my peers to come join them in learning Reiki, or Yoga, or Oxygen Therapy…and I hold steadfast that my work is in hypnotherapy and I don’t like to boggle my own mind with distractions. So far my philosophy works for me.

          However, here I am with a symptom I wanted to get to the bottom of the vibrations. Everything’s unconscious so this is where I allow myself to be led. Here I am. And while I do not understand the concept is intriguing to me very much so. I’ve come a long way in my belief systems since my adult son passed away in 2003. It was a whole ‘nother world for me since then. So I get some things, especially spiritual things regarding our lives.

          But this term I am unfamiliar but very interested. What usually happens to me is that I go through some trauma, drama, or experience, master it, and then teach it to others. What I have overcome is beyond most folks imagination, so I know this is all for a good reason by now. It’s a pattern I don’t mind one bit. :)

       This is a huge and complex topic and you’ll find a lot of information in my articles here if you’re interested.

       One of the main things that automatically happens to the majority of people when they’re triggered by the Ascension Process (which is compressed natural evolution of humanity and Earth and all else for that matter), is that the lower negative stuff — personal and collective — and negative nonphysical beings/entities etc. become very active in trying to stop one, prevent one, derail one, discourage one from going any further with this natural spiritual and physical Process. They do their best to stop us in other words for a variety of reasons I won’t get into here.

       What the person being “awakened” by the Ascension Process must realize is that even this aspect of it is “normal” for what’s happening and to keep pushing forward/upward no matter what. If negativity can stop a person easily with a quick attack, a nightmare attack etc., then they’ve done their job in stopping one from progressing. Just knowing this helps make it easier and quicker to move through so don’t drop you’re frequency by going into fear over any of this, but call in the Light, your “Guides”, your Higher Self etc. and ask them for assistance in moving through and beyond this deliberate interference. Believe me when I tell you that you do NOT want to stop this Process because doing so keeps you at that lower level where the negativity exists.

       As far as your bowels go, this too is part of the massive changes, upgrades, evolution and deep purging of the old lower stuff that we all go through with the Ascension Process. 12. I have been experiencing feelings of vibrations in the back of my right leg recently. I just turned 50 and have been in peri menopause for the last 5 years or so. Is this all ascension realated instead? The hot flashes are worse now. I visited a crystal shop recently with my daughter. She needed a protection charm. I felt sick with the insense that was burning in there. Am i in a life change? I come from a family of healer/empath/sensitives so im sure this is also a factor. Please tell me whats going on

       My physical/biological Ascension Process started with the beginning of 1999, I was 47 then. As my Higher Self often does, it “bundles” :wink: multiple difficult events/experiences etc. all in on top of each other and this was the case for me back then. Literally overnight I entered full-blown menopause AND the Ascension Process AND I quit smoking cigarettes at the same time too. I was a freaking beast I tell ya! :lol:

       The Ascension Process in general mimics many typical menopausal symptoms, even for males, so it’s not unusual to get hit extra hard if one is about the age for perimenopause and/or menopause anyway which you are. Hot flashes are a common menopause symptom, but they are too when Kundalini is happening and Kundalini is a huge aspect of the Ascension Process. So, lots of inner heat, sweating, craziness, and all the rest of both what menopause causes AND what Kundalini causes. Fun times indeed!

       Add to this the fact that you carry empathic/sensitive/psychic/higher awareness abilities etc., and this entire Process often feels like a Near Death Experience…which it is except we “die” but remain in the same body and “ascend” it. No fear, just self-care as much and as often as you need during all this great, great transformational business. <3

    I even had some tests ( blood, X-rays , heart ), which all were perfect . I thought i have some kind of disease ,

       People can continue drinking alcohol, take drugs and so on if that’s what they want to do. My point was and still is that embodying increasing amounts of higher frequency Light Energies does NOT go well with lower frequency actions! Any of them for that matter, as you will discover for yourself over time. :smile: The good news about all this is that the more Light you embody, the less and less one desires or is even interested in any of those old lower frequency, lower consciousness things that we did, thought, ingested, believed etc. before the Ascension Process started. It refines one, continually, until one just cannot do it or wants to do it anymore. I’ve mourned over some of the old foods I used to love to eat but can’t any longer because they’re too toxic and low frequency to the rate that I am now. So, you let it go , whatever it may be to continue evolving or “ascending”. Eventually none of it is even an issue to us anymore.

       As to your question about your head and body feeling like lightening going through it, well, that’s some of that higher frequency Light Energy I was talking about. :wink: See how this works? NEW higher energies in — old lower ones out because the two things cannot co-exist in the same space or body at the same time. 17. I randomly found your blog and although I don’t fully understand what you are talking about I do have the internal vibrations that wake me up almost every night. Once I am awake, I can lay there and feel the vibrations go through my body and have never understood what they are. I also have major muscles spasms that literally jerk me out of my spot. I have these while awake watching tv and the worst ones are when I am in bed trying to go to sleep.
    I don’t know what they are and I don’t understand what Kundalini symptoms or the ascension process is but will definitely do more studying on them.

18. Oh man, this just helped me calm down tremendously. I am experiencing ALL of these symptoms, at the same time, for about a month now and it was scaring the crap out of me. Thank you for the info….when the sudden waves of energy hit and cause really intense inner vibrations, it scares me into a panic attack. I’m trying really hard to work through this, anyone have any suggestions? I’ve upped my raw green juice/veggie intake, cut out ALL carbs, gluten and dairy, and the only sugar I’m eating is the small amounts in the green apples I juice. I’ve also added in turmeric and raw organic apple cider vinegar daily, and some days are better than others. I couldn’t sleep last night even though I was exhausted, every time I tried, the body vibrations got SO incredibly intense that it literally felt like I was laying on a huge, extremely powerful harley davidson motorcycle that was revving up. All the other symptoms are happening, too, but this one is the most severe, and it feels like I’m going to pass out.

       I’m glad you found this info too. :smile: There’s a lot of information here about the Ascension Process and its many symptoms and side effects both pleasant and unpleasant so if seriously interested in learning more, please read through my articles.

       The more one refines and purifies their physical diet–and thoughts, emotions etc.–the more these higher frequency Light Energies are able to be embodied by us, which means you’ll feel more of these inner body vibrations (higher, faster rates of higher, faster frequency Light Energies) rattling your physical body and central nervous system and everything else for that matter! :wink: It just is what it is and none of us are sleeping like we did before all this started so just adapt to less hours of sleep, and, having to take naps during the day. In the Ascension community we’ve nicknamed some of these really difficult symptoms to make it a bit easier to cope with. There’s wired and tired which is what you’re experiencing now, and Buddha belly which is the Solar Plexus chakra going through tremendous changes and so on.

       I’ve lived with these inner body vibrations since I first became consciously aware of them around 2001 or 2002, and I still have them and will have them for the rest of my life. I’m carrying more Light which means I’m literally vibrating at a much higher frequency rate than I was before. This is what much of humanity is and/or will be going through too as we evolve via this Ascension Process. Hang in there and NO FEAR and get really good at discernment too.

    2. Hi Denise! / Kali Ki! I have been hit very hard with never ending always increasing huge volumes of universal energy for about 6.5 years. Denise it sounds like both of us have become conduits for this light energy. to share with our planet and obviously other humans, on their light journey ( We are here to help). I have always noticed a vibration, but it has become much more intense, all over my body in the past 3 years or so. I have been advised by my guide (via my pendulum) that once we reach the correct level of vibration, we will make that shift/next dimension (awakening with our physical body) (to help) and at that point we will not feel any of the physical symptoms, any more. All we can do is trust and believe! Change is happening!!!

This vibration things happen to me lately, the weird thing is it’s only happen after i got hurt in certain area of my body. and after awhile, that area start vibrating it self, it likes fixing it.        It’s most definitely a positive thing and is proof of us embodying a higher, faster frequency (energy, Light etc.) rate within our physical and energy bodies. It doesn’t go away, we adjust to it over time and the inner electrical-like vibrations become the NEW “normal”. Over the past ten years or so now, the term inner vibrations or inner buzzing has been the most common search word out of all of the strange Ascension related symptoms or anomalies that people around the world have used to find information about it. The most common Search term used! That should tell you and everyone else reading this just how common this particular Ascension related, compressed evolutionary symptom actually is. Millions have been and still are and millions more will experience it over time. It’s an upgrade that everyone is and/or will experience. :smile:

I hoping my comment reaches the author of this article.I saw a bit of the content ignored at first glance and now came back to read further I did a Google search 30 minutes ago to find medical facts because facts for why both of my ears suddenly vibrated I felt it along with hearing it as well. My first initial reaction ” I say outloud what the heck” second thought even tho it doesn’t support the inner feeling and sensation. the sound of the vibration is a clear distinction to my phone”tone of vibrating”. A strange sudden occurrence that took place. The medical sites haven’t referenced any direct cause. Which is why I came back to read further into this article. what’s got me fascinated is I can associate with EVERY symptom listed. Especially in regard to the very recent gain in knowledge. Thinking more clearly having new and recurring perceptions. Its been ongoing but has taken me to the realazation and awareness in the changes. My lifestyle I can associate certain medicins for treating different medical conditions that are diagnosed and treated conditions. Yet I’m still interested in knowledge of this type of perception. Reasonings. The sole reason for leaving a comment and better understanding my ears vibrated shortly from an unexpected loud boom of thunder. I live in a state with with frequent thunderstorms.. ??????? Hmmmm….

    Correction to posted article. My ears experienced the sound and feeling shortly BEFORE the thunder actually took place.

       I’ve felt, in my physical body, earthquakes building BEFORE they physically happen. I can hear magma flowing below the earth’s surface in a frequency range that “professionals” don’t believe humans can hear. Same is true with my vision and other senses — and they only continue to expand into greater frequency ranges, dimensions and quantumness etc. etc. I mention this because your body consciousness may have perceived, felt and reacted to the clap of thunder before it physically manifested. It’s all energy related, internally and externally and we’re becoming increasingly consciously aware of these connections once again.

       The Ascension Process is natural but highly compressed evolution on all levels — spiritual, energetic, consciousness, the energy bodies, the physical body, brain and the DNA and so on. The benefits to individual humans and global humanity, and therefore reality and life, are nearly incomprehensible to most people today.

       The current Ascension Process is humans actually living through the Alchemical process of transmuting their inner and outer “Lead” into higher frequency “Gold”.

       I’ve been feeling it, living with it for fourteen years now. It isn’t going to stop because it’s the NEW higher frequency humanity, human consciousness, earth and life/reality is now existing within. Think of this like this: In the old lower frequency and consciousness earth and life/reality all of humanity were 4 cylinder cars. Due to the Ascension Process, humanity has been evolving from simple 4 cylinder cars to exotic 12 cylinder cars that are so far advanced from the old lower versions that they’re hardly recognizable as “cars” at all!

       It’s about different layers, different levels of energetic frequency and we’ve evolved, Shifted upward considerably since 2012. 2015 this will be even more potent than it’s been so far and many more people on Earth will suddenly be impacted by the NEW higher frequency Light Energies that are now the NEW “normal”. But, as we all know, when you’re experiencing these highly amplified higher frequencies it feels strange, sounds strange, vibrates from within, and even wakes one up from sleep sometimes.

       What I can tell you based on my own experience with this is that eventually you’ll not notice the inner vibrations, inner shaking, inner roaring sounds of this higher, faster spinning Light Energy within you and your physical and energy bodies. Like I said, it’s becoming the NEW “normal” for all of humanity. The only time I become aware of it anymore is when there’s a one or two second pause in it and that dead silence, that nothingness, that lack of higher frequency is shocking to me now. :wink:

       Higher frequency Light Energy and Consciousness — aka life and reality — is the NEW “normal” on Earth now and it won’t be stopping or slowing down at all. We are adapting to it is all.

25. Hi Denise, Last Saturday I had an awesome massage. That night I started to come down with flu like symptoms and thought I did not drink enough water to flush the toxins from my body. I went to be shivering and HOT! I work up at 1:50 am to an intense buzzing through out my very feverish body; by heart was racing a steady very fast beat! I had a similar experience about 5 years ago and I freaked out and stopped the process, this time I went with the flow! I literally thought I would fry up! I was instructed by an inner voice to “fill” up my chakras until filled. So slowly I placed my hands over my chakras speaking the wisdom I’ve known from somewhere deep inside me; still my heart racing and some crazy speed; I kept my breathe steady. I continued until my crown, at my 3rd eye a diamond of 3-D colors shot out of my head! After I was filled I put my hands to my sides and continued breathing in hopes of falling to sleep. When all of a sudden, with no help from my self; a strong breathe shot out of my body in a woshing sound! I looked at my clock and an hour and a half had passed. I calmed my self down and dozed away. I woke up about a half hour later, burning and still buzzing but not as much and parched. I got up to go drink water and write down what had happened! It was soooo intense! My rapid heart beat was almost too much to bear!

26. Hi Denise, I can’t wait to check out more of your blog. I keep having many of these symptoms and I know it’s not physical, it just has physical effects. Last night I was in bed almost asleep thinking about things I would have done differently if I could go back and my feet started this crazy vibrating and I felt as if I was being pushed or pulled and there was a sound. I don’t know, weird right? I sat up in bed because it startled me.

    Not really sure where or how to start but the last couple years I have been battling a lot of the same side effects. Lately tho, it’s seems to be getting more crazy. Can you please tell me if u ever seen or felt yourself coming back into this dimension? All sounds go away, and I can only hear the ‘others’ talking around me and visions flutter of my own life real fast. I then choose what part of that life and my mind slowly catches up. Sound starts coming and vision clears but this time I am very heart aware…. I’m not crazy but so many different things happen and I can’t explain.

    I’ve been dealing with a lot of the same side effects over the last year or more but lately much more bazaar things have been happening. I kinda go under this ‘sleep like state’ but well aware of everything around me. I cant speak but can hear voices around me and I am alone… I see lots of neon steams and feel my heart fill with love and I start to flow with the lights but then all the sudden I start seeing my human life flipping like pictures and I choose where to stop and return to that point of my life. My eyes and hearing take a little while to catch up with time, and I can only explain it as if life is lip singing and the track is off beat. This time when I returned I feel my heart is lighter and fuller. As unhappy or depressed I might be, I keep telling myself that I chose to be here at this point and time. I’m just so scared if it happens again I will have to be somewhere else that might be worse then here and now. Any words of wisdom or help will be greatly appreciated.

I was really wondering what was going on when myself my wife and another best friend all experienced dizziness and vertigo type feelings and when I over heard two other people that I do not know and live 4 hrs from me talking about the same thing I knew something was up and thought it was either the sun and all these solar flares or all the wireless band waves that surround us and then I remembered hearing my wife talk about the up and coming eclipse I suspected it might be it. but having these reactions scared the crap out of me. especially when it hit really hard coming home from the city and I had to pull over and stop because I thought I was going to have a heart attack I was so dizzy and light headed at least now I know . thanx!!

    Has anyone else noticed that after the intense ascension symptons they started getting more gray hairs? Interestingly, I have gotten them all on the right side of the head. The intuitive side of the head…

Hi! my life change because of that symptoms, it really freak me out. and also I can hear things far away, I can hear and feel the earth vibration, environment and etc. I don’t know why my life is become more sensitive, some of the symptoms are and some of them are not. I experience those symptoms a year ago, until now i have some of those symptoms. its started the day that I meditate, I am so curious about meditation before because I’m tired of drinking alcohol, taking cigarettes and doing useless stuffs. so I search on the net on how to meditate then I did after coupled of days experience those symptoms and all my useless stuffs are gone when I tried to take cigarettes feel like its choking me, tried to drink alcohol my stomach are over reacted I am so sensitive with those things right . so I decided to quit meditation because of this. I told my father about this and my father said maybe your SENSES are open. by the way miracles happened to me i have a Medical checked up of my symptoms but nothing and I am happy because Ive been suffering cough last 2010, after an X ray my doctor said I had a spot on my lungs so they prescribe a some medicine, I didn’t take my medicine seriously because of my friends inviting me to drink and some useless stuffs. my cough’s are gone the day after I meditate last jan 05 2013. so I did an X ray this year 2014 and the result is clear. Ive starting questioning myself where am I, what Am I doing on this Planet and what is the purpose here. By the way my Big Question is: Is Meditation that causes about my symptoms?

I have been having some very scary symptoms (at least for me); like not being able to sleep through the night because I wake up catching my breath with an extremely hot sensation spreading throughout my body, sometimes numbing and tingling, sometimes feeling the blood push through while hearing my heart pound or beat faster, then sweating, then getting very cold with shakes, then blood pressure starts to go up, then I sit up slowly and feel off balance, then if I get up I feel weak and off balance with weird sensation going up my right lower back to my neck and shoulders; all the while weak and afraid I might be having a stroke or something. Can’t tell you how many times my husband has taken me to ER and they just tell me I’m having a panic attack and give me blood pressure pills and anxiety meds. Afraid to go to sleep now due to what I will experience when I wake up; so only getting 1-3 hrs sleep off and on now. Of course I am afraid because I am a woman of age 63 thinking its serious because no one can figure out what’s causing this.

    My husband finally gave up and took me to a psychic medium healer just recently and she said the Universe has told her this is the Kundalini activating in my body and not to be afraid but to be grateful for the gift. She told me to look it up and here I am reading about all the Ascension symptoms. I was shocked at the number of them that I have had over the years of my life and am having now! I don’t like some of them as who wants to walk around all day long in a brain fog feeling off balance with many off the other symptoms. While it may be a gift that I am and should be thankful for…..how can I tolerate this scarey morning events and can it be controlled or those particular ones managed? This subject is new to me and am very grateful for your site as I have become almost too sensitive to everything lately and you have provided so much information to help. Can you help me manage this debilitating morning events that have been happening for almost a month now?

       It IS Kundalini energy and it was triggered by the Ascension Process.        An important thing you and any others must be aware of is that the Ascension Process isn’t something that you or I or any of us “manages” or “controls” or “stops”.     2. I completely understand what you are going through Karen. I have had very similar symptoms on and off for 17 years but the past 12 months have been full on and caused a deal of weight loss which i really couldn’t afford. Horrendous feeling of fear is attached to all the other symptoms,many of which are on Denise’s list. Cannot make plans because i never know how i will wake up feeling but have to do things spontaneously as and when.
       Like yourself my husband is very supportive but is at a loss to know what to do to help me when symptoms intensify.
       I am mid sixties and never imagined retirement years would have to be spent like this; however we have to see it through no doubt about it. It was such a relief to find this blog and comments where so many like-minded people are and who understand if you have to ‘let it all out’ now and then.
       Denise is an Angel in disguise to have provided such a space for us and i cannot thank her enough.
       Hope your symptoms are lessening somewhat Karen, just thought a note from another ‘pensioner’ going through it might help.

33. My health crashed in late November, and I’ve been having a very challenging time with ascension symptoms since then. I’ve found that I no longer care about anything in the 3D world, and it has lost all its appeal for me. During the last couple of months I’ve noticed that I often feel a mild soreness in my latissimus dorsi muscles to the left and right of my heart. This seems odd since I haven’t done anything to strain these muscles. I’m assuming that this is an ascension symptom related to my higher heart expanding.

36. Dear Denise, I’ve had many of these symptoms, but the one I don’t understand is the rapid hair loss & thinning, I always had very thick hair, at first I thought it was age, but its happening to fast , why ? will it go back to where it was, I’m so confused these days. thanks for any insight.

       Hair Falling Out & Ascension

       I believe this increase of sudden hair falling out in females (both sexes but it’s become really bad in more and more females in the past 10, 15, 20 years) is due to multiple things. One is the Ascension Process and how it takes so much vital life-force at times to transmute density Duality etc. and we simply don’t have extra to go towards digesting food or growing hair or nails or digging ditches etc. etc. That vital life-force energy is redirected towards transmuting old dense stuff, Duality, negativity, karma, projections etc.

       Another aspect of this hair loss and not regrowing situation so many of us are having is I believe due to the profound toxic levels we live within. Old Piscean Age man-made chemical and petroleum toxins AND now Aquarian Age man-made electronic toxins such as cell phone towers, cell phones, radio waves, microwaves, and god knows what else that I’m forgetting or not even aware of! The negative man-made toxins created so far within the Aquarian Age are causing so much damage to humans, animals, plants, food, water etc. but because these Aquarian Age toxins are unseen energy waves, they go unnoticed much more easily than the old Piscean Age petroleum, petroleum based products, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, toxins in food, water, soil, air etc.

       Add BOTH of these negative patriarchal side effects from the Piscean Age and the early years of the Aquarian Age and it’s no wonder people’s hair is falling out like crazy! When you see products and drugs being created for these negative side effects from man-made chemicals, that should tell you how serious and well-known these side effects are by the patriarchy and “Big Pharma”, “Big Oil” etc. and how much they don’t give a damn about humanity, the animals or the earth.

       We’re evolving and this Process isn’t going to take a few months or years but many, many years and we’re in such profound transition out of the old everything and shifting into the NEW everything that these changes are simply going to be around for a while. Intend that your hair grows back. See it in your mind’s eye and in your High Heart. Consciously Create it as best as you can right now. Use shampoos and conditioners that help with thickening up the hair. Stay out of negative places and situations and emotions etc. Hair loss is only one of many changes we’re going through now and will continue to for a while. Be strong and know that you’re self-empowered and can create what you want for yourself.

I am a very spiritual person. allthough i am very new to this and of young age i can not be certain but i still have to say On certain occasional events i have felt the vibrating/buzzing sensation all over my body with no apparent reason. other than when i get this sensation i mot usual have been in or witnessed a happy moment where you just feel at peace or glad on someone’s other behalf. i suspected that the buzzing feeling was related to something spiritual but was never quite sure off it. i tried to post topics about it and all i got was either “you should go to the doctor there might be something wrong with you. You might have a brain tumor”. no i do not believe i have a tumor well… who knows… anyway i am not sure if this vibration sensation occurs for everyone at these brief moments but i doubt it i would however like a reply on this entry.

       Briefly, these inner body electrical-like vibrations (they start out as mild vibrations but slowly build over time–years–until they’re very intense internally) are really just higher frequency Light Energy affecting, evolving, humanity. The stress I had felt and the pain it has caused. My body still has the inner vibrations and the dreams are like looking in another parallel of my life. 41. Thank you so much for mentioning in your post that these symptoms can go on for years, and in the comments that Fibromyalgia seems to be connected to ascension. I have come across ascension symptom lists a few times over the past year, but people have not mentioned how long they can last for. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 16 years ago as a mid-teen… however I also have noticed so many strange symptoms over the years and almost all of them are listed on the ascension symptom lists (as well as some Fibromyalgia symptoms) but I wasn’t certain if that is what was going on or if it was just my Fibromyalgia and a bunch of weird symptoms because I didn’t know if this would be something experienced over a few hours, days, weeks at most… or if it could actually go on for years. To hear that, yes, this is a process that can last years, is a huge relief to me, especially as I look back on my life and see spiritual/physical/emotional “timing coincidences”.

    I don’t remember how many years ago it was exactly, but it was about 5-10 years ago and seemed to be what triggered my ongoing sleep issues – I would lie in bed trying desperately to fall asleep and instead I would experience this… what I could only describe as feeling like my head would open and expand and literally be connected with the universe – such as I could feel the spin of galaxies connected within my head – it was terrifying because I had no idea what was happening or why and I felt like I couldn’t talk about with anyone without being judged in negative ways for it.        Yes, yes, yes the Ascension symptoms often go on for many years or decades for some people. I’ve lived with them physically since my biological/physical Ascension Process started on Feb. 1999. I’m still having many symptoms today, fourteen years later, but many of those early ones are gone or tremendously reduced and have been replaced with new symptoms… because everyone, this is and has been an ongoing PROCESS! In physicality, it just takes some “time” to move through these tremendous internal and external transformations and other changes. For those of us who’ve chosen to remain in our physical bodies and live through the Alchemical Ascension Process of transmuting our 3D dense duality into higher frequency Light which is NOT dualized but integrated or “unified”, then that Process simply takes some linear “time” down here in the physical dimension.

       And yes, the sensations you’ve experienced in your head is related to the Crown chakra evolving, because you are. Since the start of 2013 my inner head feels there is a good sized ball of energy in there constantly spinning counterclockwise with not only the Milky Way galaxy, but the entire universe. Mico/Macro sort of thing going on in many of us now. The inner cannot change without the outer changing simultaneously and vice versa. ;) What we do and feel within ourselves and our bodies is what the Earth is going through too… and the Milky Way we exist within… and the greater universe that it all exists within and is a working part of… and on and on and on. We are “unifying” on multiple levels and dimensions and frequencies of Being within ourselves and with the Earth, the Galaxy, and the Universe. And it can be scary and intimidating to “grow” so fast and have one’s sense of “self” expand so, but this is what we’re doing now… despite all the damned pain and other associated negativity and BS too! :lol:

Yes, I too feel the entire universe inside my head as you described it, not just a galaxy or galaxies, but the entire universe. It is also a great relief to know that the my crown chakra experience was not limited to me, and that there’s an answer to it… I realize my best guide is within, but it is sometimes nice to know you’re not alone in it, you know?     For a while now every time i get out of a car and touch the car door i get shocked, no madder who’s car it is, and medal patio furniture as well. Also i give off so much body heat when i sleep that i cant lay against or with anyone for more then 5 maybe 10 min at the most. There have been a couple of times where i have had, in a since, out of body experiences. such as everything will look extremely small, its like im there but not there. ive gone some days feeling like ive got to throw up but I dont it really sucks. Help me out please.

       From 1999 through about 2007 I too was carrying so much extra electrical energy (due to the Ascension Process and Kundalini and Rewiring etc.) that I’d get zapped constantly. It could be raining outside and I’d still be zapped when I got close to anything metal. It was so extreme and embarrassing because it happened a lot when I’d be out shopping and try to get some produce off the metal shelf. I’d get zapped and curse out-loud because it’s really hard for me to not curse out-loud when an arch of electricity connects from my body to some metal object and it hurts and startles me! :lol:

       The point is that while we’re going through the early stages of the Ascension Process and living with years of Kundalini rising energies blasting the heck out of us and our inner stuck stuff (suppressed, ignored, projected etc. emotional energies such as fears, hates, guilt, emotional wounds etc.) and our bodies and nervous system (everything!), we often have periods of increased electrical energies within our bodies which causes us to get zapped with static electricity like this.

       Also, due to the Ascension related Kundalini process, people of both sexes typically experience tremendous inner body heat — Alchemical and Kundalini “Fire” — and it manifest as ‘Hot Flashes’ and ‘Night Sweats’ that usually only menopausal females go through. But with the Ascension Process and the Kundalini energies that it naturally activates within both sexes, we get fried from the inside out for as long as it requires this Inner Alchemical Fire to burn away the ‘dross’ within each of us. Welcome to the Ascension party! :D

       Also, many of us have so much Kundalini heat running through us during this phase that it’s painful to wear underwear/underpants/bras etc. and shoes and socks. The bottoms of my feet where so hot for about ten years that I could not wear any shoes except flip flops. I could have stood barefoot in the snow and would have melted it and not felt any cold at all! I used to sit with my bare feet on ice packs when they were so hot it hurt.

       The OOB and other psychic phenomena, Astral encounters both positive and negative, changing and expanding consciousness etc. are all common things that happen to the majority who are activated now by these Ascension energies. No fear, just keep reading through my old articles about Ascension symptoms so you know that this is “normal” for what you and your body/bodies are going through now.

    I can relate to the nausea and dizziness to the extent of having to do some super concentration just to keep myself together, especially if I have to go out on errands. Let’s hope these symptoms don’t last too long for any of us and, Denise, when you’re feeling better, I would really appreciate it if you could give me some insight into something new, unexpected, that feels good and right, if somewhat mystifying.

    Twice in the last few weeks, once while I was lying in bed awake, eyes open, and the second time as I was standing at the kitchen sink doing dishes, I saw a shape spinning just above and in front of my eyes so that I had to look up slightly to see it.

    It looks like an Icosahedron, or something like that, except the perimeter of this geometric design is round and not angular. It is shiny silver, the many connecting spars inside the round outer edge are the angles of many triangles, and I can see through it so that I’m able to see both inside it and outside it at the same time. It does not spin quickly but slowly and seems to want me to be able to see its silver outline and its transparency.

    Just wondering if you have any insight on this vision, Denise, and wondering if others have experienced this, too. I haven’t been able to get this image to come by my own efforts. What occurred to me is that it is the “new grid” of New Earth, or my Merkaba, and even that it might be my very own “Beam me up, Scotty” space vehicle, but really I don’t know for sure and would really appreciate your thoughts. Barbara, last weekend I went thru days of feeling and seeing my entire body made of these thingies that seem like you describe, angles of many triangles, they are pointy and gathered together by the sides, and very bright, I would say white transparent. I had the impression they were made of even smaller forms. I didn’t see the perimeter tho. The energy from them was so intense I couldn’t even think, it was like they zapped anything out of me, I kept feeling it was a huge ending of something. Then I felt major physical pain for days in specific chakras where I was wounded or leaking energy.
       Later I re-read Lisa Renee’s february newsletter and it seemed a lot like what she describes as “merkabic geometry patterns of the Krystal Star”, altho I’m not entirely sure of all she means. But then the organs and emotions I felt being cleared have been a lot like she described. I found a drawing of acupuncture body meridians online, and kept pressing some points to ease the pain, it helped. Had to let go of some thought patterns that were causing extreme pain too.

       I remember you having described a dream/vision of your body dissolving into dust, right? I felt it too but not that intensely.

       The impression I’ve been having this week is that the old (still visible) body is no longer my true template and I can choose “the truth” about my body now, I keep hearing that, if something is wrong with old body and I think about it, I hear “is that what you choose?” And I’m like, ohnonono, and focus on what I prefer.

       The tough part now is that I’ve had two broken teeth for a while and since seeing/feeling the triangular light they started hurting so much, like my gums, and the whole body, are extra sensitive. Even feet soles were super sore. If I relax and focus on my perfect teeth, than it’s ok, but if I only drink water or eat, the pain explodes. I have noticed that body is responding faster, but tooth ache has been too strong for me to wait until…. until my teeth grow? Or are replaced…? Maybe there’s no words for it. A dentist told me years ago scientists were already able to grow new teeth with genetics… I’m curious to what’s naturally coming to us, but maybe I’ll have them filled so the pain stops. Wish I won’t have to.

       oh, B, I feel that this “new body template” is bigger than physical and encompasses an area around it for protection, so maybe that’s the round silver shape you saw? I really really hope so, protection would be very welcome.

       I’ve been curious to ask others about this, glad you said something, maybe it’s the same event?

          For years I kept hearing in my head the sentence: “Stop recreating the old and what you do NOT want!” What you said reminded me of this very important learning, this change we’re having to make within ourselves and become Conscious Creators instead of endlessly reproducing the old crap we don’t want or like etc.

          I too have been pampering two broken teeth over the past two years. I just don’t want to get into all that dentistry and expense right now (on top of the amplified 2013 “Recalibration” that I’ve been going through) so I’ve put it off. Like you, these teeth (and anything else for that matter) are fine so long as I’m not thinking naughty, fearful, or negative thoughts/emotions etc. at them or ANY body part or anything else! Conscious Creators and the responsibility of being more conscious that my/our thoughts, beliefs, emotions etc. now very quickly cause some manifestation for us… including bad ones so we’re learning. :D

47. Hello Everyone,

    I’ve been going through the thick of the awakening symptoms especially with the symptoms felt on the right and left sides of the brain for 3 weeks. Some days it feels like I’m going to lose my mind because of how mentally unfocused it makes me feel. I did some grounding outside with Mother Earth while the ground was wet. This made me feel very sleepy, tired and disoriented I guess because I had so many racing thoughts and anxiety going on inside of my mind and body. I normally do grounding when the ground is dry which works in a matter of minutes but it was a very different experience when I walked on the ground while it was cold and wet. I’ve now been experiencing racing thoughts and anxiety upon waking in the middle of the night which makes my brain feel like there’s an imbalance afterwards. I experience these racing thoughts whenever I overanlyze a problem or just simply over-worried. Also, I’ve started back having inner body vibrations and they’ve become stronger in the past few weeks. I’m going to the doctor today to rule some things out. It’s now to the point where the symptoms are causing me to possibly resign from my job. My symptoms are so intense until I can’t even sit 3 hours at work. Then again I’m feeling deep down inside that it could be my current job because I’ve felt so unhappy and disgusted with my job prior to my awakening on October 22, 2012. I really fear letting my job go because of the health insurance and wondering how the bills will get paid. Does anyone have any words of encouragement?

       I’m sorry you’re having such a hard time with these Ascension symptoms. I have to say however that most of the people who’ve Commented here over the years have also not been able to keep their pre Ascension jobs… or much of anything else for that matter! Many simply have to step back for a few years to live through these intense Alchemical DNA evolutionary changes happening within them.

       I got hit on 2-13-13 with some more of the “Recalibration” energies but by the next day (2-14-13) my head was spinning so severely I was nauseous and HAD to remain in bed all day. It’s less intense today (2-16-13) but my head is still hurting and spinning and it feels like the Milky Way is pouring down into my Crown chakra and physical head and body.

       Point is that these things take time and usually they repeat many, many, times so we can safely adapt to the higher frequencies and adjust to embodying them. What it sounds like you’re going through now is a lot of energetic transmuting work in your Mental Body. The ego self is used to the left brain intellect running the whole show but, as the Ascension energies continue to transmute lower frequencies within us so we can embody a bit more and a bit more and a bit more of the higher frequency energies, our “thinking processes” and sense of “self” (the old ego version I mean) take a beating via these improvements. To this old aspect of ourselves it seems like everything is falling apart, not working correctly, is “wrong” and so on. But, from another level and perspective this is the dismantling of those things, beliefs, energy systems etc. that were a match to the old lower frequency world and consciousness. They do not work at all with the higher frequencies and consciousness so these evolutionary upgrades must happen within each of us… and that is exactly what’s happening. No fear. :)

             My head/skull/scalp and on really bad days down into my eyes, sinuses, jaws, ears, back of neck and spine etc. have hurt and been sore to the touch in different places since the start of 2010. This just seems to be the focal point these past few years and/or months with the profound changes (improvements) taking place in our brains, our Pineal, Pituitary, and Hypothalamus glands and corresponding head chakras.

             I’ve tried ice packs on the top of my head/crown chakra on really bad days which helped a bit, but for the most part this has been just something we’ve all had to go through. Yesterday while shampooing my hair I felt two spots on the top of my head/scalp/skull that were so sore they felt like I’d been hit on the top of the head… yet I haven’t hit my head on anything. These head/scalp and even somethings down into the eyes and forehead area sore spots move around slightly but it’s all due to the tremendous Light Energies we’ve been dealing with raining down on us all. Do whatever you can to make these DNA and other physical changes as painless as possible and rest and sleep when needed to help cope with them.

       My heart goes out to you. I have been there for years – on and off working. I am single adult female with no savings to count on. I ended up getting fired, but that helped in that I was able to receive unemployment – $330 a week minus taxes. Of course, you can barely live on that, but I was able to keep my apartment for a while. Eventually, lost most everything and found out who my real friends/family were/are. I lost most and gained some I would never have thought would have helped. In fact, my family quit contactnig me I guess for fear I’d ask for help. While painful, it was something I needed to acknowledge – they are truly not my family – not at least the way i define family. I actually had one person from this website offer to help. So hows that for family. Thing is, it was a huge time of growth for me so in that it was a great experience. That said, I understand the scare and concern. I still have trouble functioning in this world, but am doing much better. If you have to leave work for medical reasons, you may be able to get unemployement or some type of disability which will help. Anyway, stay one day at a time, one moment at a time. Try not to worry and take advantage of your free time. Also, you have everything within to heal yourself; so health insurance is very easy to live without once you make the plunge. I know this is a big serving of reality, but it may help to realize the amount of programming we are under as to needing insurance, and a certain lifestyle. I was able to just barely live on the $330/week, but I realized how much I considered a ‘must have’ when they were truly preferences. Anyway, thinking of you and look forward to your future posts. Hold that you will be just fine. I look back at how worried I got on some days; other days I was more than fine. If I could do it over, I would have just enjoyed every day. Yes, I put in my job applications, many every day, but beyond that there truly was not much else I could do but enjoy the ride and everything I learned from it. Blessings to you, Morgean

          it was a huge time of growth for me so in that it was a great experience.

          As well as having to deal with all of the physical awfulness of all of this, I have also been given a month’s notice by my landlords on where I live (ending March 6th 2013), because they did not like the fact that I spoke my truth to them after being extremely tolerant with them and their busyness. I knew what the consequences of doing so might be, however, inspite of the fact that I am completely on my own and with no one to help me out, I confronted them about their deliberate or otherwise complete failure to honour some serious health and safety issues over the past 4 years. They are kicking me out on the grounds that I was about 5 weeks behind in my rent and moreso because I will now not give the rest of it to them. It is much easier for them to get rid of me than losing face if they were to come clean with themselves. I have been told by a Solicitor that I can either drag it through the courts, which could take months and take a huge toll on my body as it would be unable to cope with this on top of what it already has to deal with, or open myself up to a miracle as I only have a couple of weeks or so left! Thank you Morgean and Sabrina for strengthening me as I continue to face these overwhelming challenges, trusting that it is indeed a “huge time of growth”. With love and much gratitude. Katerina

    Today it happened too. I was standing outside on the ground, and felt that my whole body was lifted up, as if i was floating in the air and then i came down again.
    Do you know what this is and why it is happening?

       I too have many times felt the solid, physical floor under my feet literally disappear and feel like I suddenly drop down about three feet. It’s a weird feeling but just another of many Ascension related anomalies that growing numbers of people have, are, and will be personally experiencing.

       All these types of Ascension related anomalies are due to us reaching another (of many) energetic Stair Steps as I call them, where a group of people farther up those Stair Steps will move up even more into new pristine energy space/place/location and embody it, anchor it, and hopefully be able to maintain and hold it in place.

       Every time this happens everyone on this VERY long row of energy Stair Steps also moves up or forward energetically one or more steps too. This is why there’s so much similarity and yet simultaneously such seemingly difference between what one person is experiencing via the Ascension Process at the Stair Step they’re currently on, and what another person is at the level and Stair Step they’re currently on. They ALL are experiencing these changes, these anomalies, but they’re doing it at the particular level and awareness level and energetic Stair Step that they are at that time. This is why people like myself and some others can holler answers, insights and awareness like what I’m doing here over our shoulders back at the people right behind me/us on these Ascension Stair Steps and they in turn can holler them back to others on the Stair Steps behind them and so on. ;)

       I know that, unless one is highly sensitive and feel and/or clairvoyantly see these energy changes, the “physical world” around us looks like nothing has changed at all, when in fact it does change very much every time we move a few more steps forward. Typically our physical bodies will give us clues when we’re moving up another Stair Step or two. Our ears will buzz, ring or feel inner pressure building just like when we change elevations physically. Same is true when we change elevations energetically. We’ll feel these changing pressures and shifts in our bodies and heads/skull too and will have all sorts of physical aches, pains, pressures because of it. We’ll also register these energetic shifts and changes in elevation and frequency in our bodies as a sudden sense of movement up or down such as what you’re experiencing. You ARE “ascending” or evolving your inner frequencies which is making you, your physical and energy bodies, your consciousness/awareness/perceptions and of course external reality change as well.

       No fear because this anomaly is just another of many that are strong signs, clues that you/me/each of us are in the ongoing Ascension Process and making our ways up those energy Stair Steps and across The Bridge to the NEW. :)

49. Dear Denise and All Here:

    Things are getting weirder and more wired every day! Last night I went to bed early after an exhausting day of vertigo and fatique, and of course couldn’t sleep, and then it started happening. I felt like my head was falling off my shoulders! Oh, crap, what next? So I move my head around to make sure it’s still connected (seriously!). It is, so I think just go with it, relax everything is okay, and I can literally feel the inside of my head like it’s disintegrating into bits and pieces. And then that feeling began to move down into my shoulders and by then I was very, very interested. I thought perhaps this was what Divsy, and I know others, mentioned, my body turning from carbon into crystalline. I can see inside my shoulders and head and the interior is literally disintegrating and becoming powder-like. And then, thankfully, I fell asleep, to the ringing in my ears and wondering whether or not I would find myself whole physically in the morning or be discovered by others as a pile of powder! I have no idea how long this experience lasted, but it was perhaps the most bizarre ascension symptom I’ve had to date. And thank heavens for you, Denise, otherwise I would probably have been shocked by this incredible experience and checked myself into a white room! Denise, I hope you are okay. I’m sure you’re needing a break from the consciousness police and I send you love, and to All Here, B.

       I too have had an onslaught of positive but intense Ascension related energies, changes, deeper insights into Self and “downloads” happening since Sunday 1, 27, 2013 through today, Monday 1-28, 2013. All very positive but potent…I don’t expect anything less now in 2013! That was a heads-up everyone! Expect the unexpected and No Fear because there is no longer anything to fear. :)

50. Can you please explain what’s happening? My Kundalini Awakening started 8-9 years ago. For at least five years, I am drawn to look at the clock at 3:33 am or 3:33 PM. I am a night owl and are usually up at 3:33 am. Its not often enough to be a routine but often enough to be acknowledged. I actually made a point to avoid looking at those times then it pop up as :33 at diffent times of the day.

       Many millions of people have been seeing different numbers and number combinations for the past 20 years or so. Typically they’ve been seeing the 11:11 and/or the 1:11 but also these numbers have been repeatedly seen too (and still are as I’m still seeing them nearly every day post Shift) — 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55 etc. etc. The same number, and here comes the big clue, but in three’s … triplets. That is the deeper level message behind all of us seeing these numbers for over a decade or two; that there’s THREE of them which has been and still is and will continue to try to get humanity aware of the fact that we’ve Ascended/Evolved out of the old lower frequency awareness and global systems and energetic blueprints of two’s … which represented DUALITY.

       From Duality to Triality, and the double numbers that we’ve seen for many years such as 10:10, 11:11, 12:12 were portals or gateways (and Stair Steps also) that humanity had to slowly move through over the past decade or more much like what’s seemed to use in 3D like slow motion so much so that many haven’t been aware of what’s really been unfolding energetically! Point is that these dual numbers have been energetic and Initiatic Stair Steps that we’ve been moving up over the years all so that we could better cope with the BIG TRANSITION out of duality and into triality.

       Triality is what many others have called “Unity” consciousness and being, and/or 5D consciousness and being, and I’ve called it High Heart consciousness and being etc. It is the state and frequency that exists beyond lower frequency duality and are worlds and worlds and universes of difference!

       I’ll never forget many years ago when a pair of Unseen hands gently took my face and turned it so I’d see my digital clock which read at that moment 11:11. We’ve been assisted by the positive Unseens, our Ascension Guides, our Star families who stayed at Home but have very much been our guides and helpers while we’ve been here in physicality and so on. So when you’re drawn to look at the clock, or even woken up in the middle of the night just so you’ll see some triple numbers at that moment, know that there is a very big and important reason for it all and it’s all about the Ascension Process. :)

       I should also mention that this same evolutionary Shift has occurred with the old lower frequency and level of learning/being/creating etc. of 12, and us having Ascended into a much higher frequency and level of learning/being/creating etc. which is represented by 13. Huge and very positive changes.
