March 2021 Inner Body Freeze

It’s not difficult to feel how much higher frequency and more intense the 2021 solar plasma energies, other GC (Galactic Center) waves and pulsations, and entirely higher octave Phase 2 evolutionary ascension energies in general have been so far this year. January and February 2021 have felt like we’re constantly navigating up entire flights of energy stairs faster than we ever have or could before. That is wonderful, but it’s also incredibly intense on our physical bodies and CNS (Central Nervous System).

From around 7 AM this morning, March 1, 2021, I’ve had that ascension symptom of feeling intense inner body freezing cold. Remember in Phase 1 of the Ascension Process when it was primarily intense inner body heat “hot flashes”? It’s now an inner freezing cold that nothing helps warm you up, just like nothing reduced earlier ascension caused inner body heat. You simply have to live through it, embody it, and be permanently changed because of it time after time after time. It’s after 5 PM as I quickly write this and I’m still feeling the inner body deep freeze — and this is the longest I’ve ever experienced it.

The accompanying higher and higher pitched inner ear sounds of constant squealing, and/or the two-toned higher and lower sound tones pattern, and sometimes now a third layer of inner ear sounds stacked on top of each other is the old inner ear “Morse code-like” rapid clicking. All of which are side effects of us being in these higher octave 2021 Phase 2 solar plasma windstorms.

These periods of embodying the latest incoming 2021 solar wind plasma has been causing the inner body freezing cold side effect to last longer each time they happen so far this year. Expect anything with this. You know when you intentionally charge, code or “program” one of your quartz crystals to do something specific? This same process is happening to us and our NEW crystalline physical bodies and inner crystalline grid systems and Diamond HighHearts. These solar plasma winds and other comic energies and Light are “programming” us with more NEW higher energy patterns, codes, templates etc. and this is often felt as longer and longer periods of severe inner body freezing cold, along with body weakness, exhaustion, need for more sleep, inner ear sounds and additional tones and sound patterns. Again, expect anything from here on out and take extra care of yourself and your physical body. These are energies that are higher in frequency with NEW qualities and abilities than anything we’ve experienced before. If you’re very sensitive to them too, then be prepared for much if not all of March 2021 to be energetically intense in multiple ways… not unlike January and February were. No fear, just more naptime to embody.

Flashing Lights In Your Eye

I’ve experienced this a few times over the past few years and haven’t spoken about it because I wasn’t absolutely sure of what it was at those times. And to complicate matters, I’ve experienced something similar, but it was negative, and I did write about it at TRANSITIONS in 2016.

“I have been having Migraine lights in my eyes which I used to get a few years ago but no headache, and wondered if it is EP causing them again. It,s scary when vision is impaired even only for 20 minutes or so and I am left quite drained after for few hours, wondered if anyone else has experienced this? — Linda P., May 21, 2020

Because Linda P. asked me about this in a comment this morning, Thursday, it seemed I needed to share what I experienced on Tuesday. Thank you Linda P. for your share and questions. ❤

I’ve never experienced ‘Migraine lights in my eyes’ as she has. I had plenty of migraines during my twenties and thirties, plus I have seen Lights but never the two together. But I do get one heck of a headache for hours after seeing the specific Lights I’m talking about. Let’s untangle this because it’s rather interesting and probably going to be more common during Phase 2 of the Ascension Process for some people.

Tuesday, May 19, 2020 around noon I suddenly saw something tan colored and transparent manifest to my right side just inside the wall of the living room about twelve feet away from where I was seated. It didn’t have a humanoid outline and was eight feet tall. I know this because I measured the area I saw it in because I was curious about how tall it was. Typically when many of these types of interdimensional physical and nonphysical interactions happen they do so very quickly, in this case from first manifestation for me of this aspect to when I no longer saw any of it took only three seconds.

This eight foot tall tan colored transparent shape manifested to my right and quickly moved across the living room towards the left where I heard one bump or thud sound coming from a wall in my house. This is a fairly common energetic repercussion effect when a nonphysical being has manifested in one form or another in your physical space. The tall tan colored being was briefly joined by a small round white Light and a couple other energy distortions or so they looked to me. Only three seconds of seeing them and then they were gone. I did not see, feel or sense them after this part of the experience ended. I also did not sense they were negative and the entire experience felt very energetically neutral, intentional and specific to me. It wasn’t a big spectacular Light-show by some ETs or Angelics nor was it a negative etheric attack. It was three seconds of an eight foot tall transparent shape moving quickly in my living room accompanied by a small bright white point of Light manifesting briefly and some nondescript energy distortions that resembled heat mirages. That may have simply been what it looked like to me as they exited my physical dimensional frequency and space however.

On second four I saw rapidly flashing patterns of triangular gemstone colored Lights. Because I’ve been seeing the NEW crystalline Trinity, Triality triangle shaped codes since December 2018 in both iridescent pastel colors and deeper gemstone colors against a black background, I recognized them immediately. They were different only in that they were in a specific shape in my right eye and vision and constantly flashed very quickly, spun horizontally for a while, changed directions, position and shape slightly, flashed vertically for a while then rolled rapidly for a while. This went on for nearly 25 minutes and I carefully watched, felt, discerned and paid close attention to not only what I was seeing in my right eye the entire time but remained very aware of anything or anyone that might enter my space while I observed what I believe was a needed Phase 2 crystalline Trinity code adjustment download.

Because I have experienced something similar that was a negative etheric energy barricade—the link above—my first reaction was to discern this entire experience as quickly as I could. After over forty years of forced dealings with Team Dark in many different forms in the physical, etheric and astral etc., I am ultra sensitive to them as any Volunteer Lightwarrior would become. I could even say I’ve got some Volunteer PTSD due to a lifetime of being attacked by different Team Dark beings during this time of Universal ascension. I Work on that just as I Work on all other things I’ve needed to this entire time because it just goes with the job.

Team Dark cannot change or hide their energy signature so once you are very familiar with them, you instantly recognize their energy frequency. The same is true with the Light, and if you are honestly and intimately familiar with both, then you can easily and instantly know whose who and what’s going on based on your ability to energetically read and recognize (discern) those two main energies from very old cycle Duality. The great news is that we’ve evolved out of old cycle Duality into NEW cycle Triality, hence the NEW triangle Trinity codes and others that go with Triality in this NEW great cycle.

A few hours after my 25 minute-long right eye Trinity code adjustment download on May 19, 2020, I got one heck of a headache on the left side of my head for the rest of that day and night. I suspect this might also be partially due to a 2010 left skull and head negative etheric injury I received back then. Either way I was given another type of adjustment download containing NEW crystalline Triality codes that was specific for me personally which, like all ascension related embodying takes some time to recuperate from. The next day I felt good and the headache was completely gone. I did run a low-grade fever late yesterday and today I feel tired, stiff and achy in my bones and joints. More prep Work plus some very fast in-&-out other dimensional assistance adjustments where needed by those who need them now before we go deeper into our individual Embodiment Processes this year.

Expanding Perspectives

I’ve tried multiple times to get this article written over the past two weeks but it just wasn’t happening. It felt like there was more February 2020 living and Embodying that had to happen first. I’m not saying this is fully completed now because it doesn’t feel like it is yet.

February 2020 produced some NEW mandatory process which to me was akin to traversing a divine asteroid field that I had to make my way through. I call this particular Embodiment Process phase a divine asteroid field because it felt like being energetically hit repeatedly and rapidly all month. I kept seeing a mind’s eye symbolic vision of my body in an asteroid field out in deep space and every impact from one of the “asteroids” literally caused a large chip, break off and removal of another exterior piece of my physical body and lifelong memories and old identity. Every asteroid impact caused a bit more of my entire life and memories to suddenly be highlighted for an expanded review from this higher perspective and current phase of the Embodiment Process. Knowing more–greater “clarity”–often isn’t easy and this month’s journey through this metaphoric divine asteroid field was at times difficult, very emotionally impactful, physically painful but entirely insightful.

The way that was written makes it sound rather linear and singular when it was not that at all. Nothing of the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process is singular and linear so here comes the other simultaneous aspects of my journey through this February divine asteroid field.

With every asteroid impact, more of the old me with my lifelong memories and emotions connected with them were broken open. (Good gawd I thought they were many years ago!) This part had to do with expanded levels of opening and reviewing myself and my life as an ascension Volunteer and consciously knowing more about all that as a whole. Think of this like what we’re able to see, perceive and understand on one level compared to what we’re able to at fifty higher levels. The events didn’t change, they just expanded greatly, revealing a much larger field of my entire life.

Every divine asteroid impact opened me more which forced me to know more, see more, understand more about myself as a Volunteer in this Denise lifetime. While that was going on another thing was too. The repeated actions of the asteroids hitting my body caused greater openings which in turn caused expanded awareness about myself and this life, good, bad and everything in-between. These impacts and revelations were simultaneously accompanied by repeated Embodiment of more of my Higher Self, Selves, Soul, Divine Source. This entire thing was about more of the old lower being revealed, known in expanded ways, mourned, loved and respected while greater alignment Embodiment happened with my Higher Self, Selves, Soul and Divine Source and Denise and her physical body. More was removed and known from a much larger perspective from each asteroid impact which simultaneously caused more Higher to be Embodied. What I found the most interesting about this whole February process, so far, was the seeming duality or two-fold nature of the one singular event. I was pummeled all of February by these divine asteroids to further break apart my old lower self and memories while simultaneously being pummeled by more incoming Higher Self, Selves, Soul and Divine Source being Embodied energetically, emotionally and physically.

It was very energetically Alchemical. I cannot think at this moment of a better way to describe this phase of my personal Embodiment Process. I know the Embodiment Process is for each person whose chosen to live it during the Ascension Process, a profoundly personal and extraordinarily unique, divine process. You may not benefit from a metaphorical journey through a divine asteroid field, but I did. I may never experience exactly what you have, are or will be in the near future. This too is as unique as each of us are so don’t ever compare your process to mine or anyone else’s. Just as we are all unique individuated aspects of Divine Source, so too is our Embodiment Process. LOVE is Creativity and the Embodiment Process is a very big and important part of that for each of us and Source LOVE and the Creativity involved with NEW Earth and NEW Humanity.

Don’t expect March 2020, or any month or minute of this year to be calm, peaceful or anything like Phase 1 of the Ascension Process because it will not be. That’s not where we’re at now in Phase 2. Again, don’t hate the messenger please, but every minute of 2020 is going to be packed full of non-linear, quantum NEW energies, events, awareness, side effects, chaos and nonstop change both internally and externally, personally and collectively. We’re there this year in all ways and levels. And in case some of you are rolling your eyes and thinking the same thing I still occasionally think which is, I can’t do this anymore!!!, know that you and I most certainly can, are and will continue to. And here’s the great news about that, it’s going to be much easier and faster now in Phase 2. Notice I didn’t say the same as Phase 1. How has your January and February 2020 gone so far? Has it been different in many ways from Phase 1? Don’t expect this to slow down because it won’t. The most “slow down” I’ve experienced so far in 2020 is a few hours in one day out of about seven to ten days. And I’m grateful for them and hustle like crazy to get certain physical things done during those brief periods. I know and you know the divine pummeling will return soon in one form or another so we do what we can when we can both physically and energetically.

Let Us Talk Shift

Before the physical level Ascension Process started (1998–1999) I had above average abilities to mentally focus and hold that focus while still being aware of my surroundings physically, energetically and psychically. I could read a book in a day or two and retain memory of all of it and even where certain information was located in the book(s). In other words, before the Ascension Process started I was very good at intentionally focusing on something and holding that focus with little effort. Evidently I had developed this ability to mentally focus to a high degree, which I wasn’t aware of really until the Ascension Process started and this and other abilities were decimated overnight.

I went from loving to read books to suddenly not being able to read much of anything because my well-developed abilities to hold mental focus and retain what I’d read was seemingly unplugged, disconnected, severed by the very Process I was going through. I know many of you can related because you’ve lived this Alchemical evolutionary Ascension Process over these many years too and have gone through the mandatory dismantling of your 3D ego-based, left-brained linear intellect.

Left-brained intellect was a match with the old lower frequency 3D patriarchal Earth world we incarnated into but it’s an impediment and hazard to your expansion and evolution into more complex higher levels of personal integration — inner Triality unity. Because of this, the people living the Ascension Process first have been going through the steady dismantling of their old familiar linear 3D intellect and matching tools of perception. The days of being able to pick up only one channel are over for those living and energetically leading (Pathpaving) the evolutionary Ascension Process. Because of your current accelerated evolution and implementation of more and more NEW codes and more complex DNA, you are increasingly capable of picking up multiple channels simultaneously and on multiple dimensions now.

All this sounds fine and dare I say easy until your old familiar linear mental abilities and focus are unplugged due to compressed evolution. Then it’s (1) a scramble to learn how to function with those old 3D tools suddenly no longer working and (2) quickly perceive in higher NEW and different Spherical ways that are completely nonlinear, minus that old beloved high horse-powered muscle car straight down the linear consciousness runway level of mental focus you once had.

Suddenly, gone are the old patriarchal glory days of parading your overly developed left-brain intellect around, getting paid well for having it, and being looked upon by society as an intellectual superior because you couldn’t do anything other than that one thing, albeit very well at that old lower level of reality and consciousness.

Our transition out of the old 3D consciousness and perceptual tools and energies have meant we’ve been continually losing our old ability to mentally focus in our left-brains to function in that matching lower frequency reality, which has been changing right along with us too of course. This has been happening since 1998–1999 for the First Everythingers but it’s reached a NEW level now in 2019 where everyone else is now having to begin making this and may other inner evolutionary shifts to exist in the NEW.

One aspect of this was aided and anchored energetically by all the NEW Triality-based codes—energetic templates or blueprints—that have been pouring down on us physically since December 2018, in the form of extreme amounts of rain and flooding most everywhere. The rainwater had, has the NEW Crystalline Triality codes in it and has saturated everything, literally embedding them into this physical dimension, us, Earth and all else. You already know about the conductivity of water and the amplification of crystals and Crystalline energies and what the two can do. This has been, since late last year, one main way how the NEW codes and energies have been physically embedding into ascending Earth and those people capable of embodying and Embodying them in their physical bodies and their unifying Selves.

I’ve been living through this constant Ascension Process business of having my old linear left brain intellect dismantled while simultaneously having that replaced, upgraded, evolved into greater and greater higher whole brain unity but this doesn’t end in our heads. This reunification of our two old Dualized brain halves has been evolving us into our HighHearts because that is humanities NEW tool of perception, seat of awareness, consciousness and reality, realities.

As many of you already know from reading the Comments at HighHeartLife, my mom’s health condition has worsened and she’s been in the hospital (two different ones so far) since June 7, 2019. On June 1 and 2 she suddenly started complaining that her ankle was hurting her, and every time I had to get her up to go to the toilet, she’d limp trying to keep her weight off of that one painful ankle. I’m including the dates of these events because they’re indicators of this current MASSIVE ascension related Shift that many of the First Everythingers, Forerunners, Pathpavers have been experiencing in profoundly amplified and accelerated ways since June 1, 2019. So bear with me please as I go through these explanations about what’s happened and continues happening to her, and me, because they are all entirely related to this MASSIVE 2019 Shift happening now.

June 1–2, 2019 is the first my mom had this new ankle pain. I checked it carefully and found nothing wrong with the ankle or bone etc. No discoloration, swelling or anything. The only thing I did find was that the ankle was cool to the touch, which I interpreted as some problem with blood circulation. As some of you may remember, she required an emergency triple bypass surgery in 2014, and had a stroke two weeks later. Stupidly, I didn’t make the connection that her “heart disease” could possibly be manifesting in other parts of her body besides just her heart.

Each day of the first week of June 2019, this sudden new pain in her one “ankle” increased until she couldn’t even stand up for me to take her to the toilet. She’s been rapidly declining in general since February 2019, but that amplified and accelerated greatly on June 1st that by June 6th I knew I HAD to call 911 to get her help. I also knew that the minute I made that call I would be intentionally reentering a much lower frequency, lower consciousness, lower everything old patriarchal run Earth world reality and that my re-entrance into it would instantly not be appreciated by many of its negative human inhabitants. I also knew that the day I called 911 and they removed my mom from my house that I’d become unemployed that day. So, knowing what was coming and that most of it would be negative for me and for my mom but for different reasons, I called 911 the morning of June 7, 2019. Two paramedics came, one sane, honest and helpful and the other the complete opposite as he was very negative and fixated on me in those Team Dark manipulated Portal People sorts of ways. I’ve experienced this so many times throughout my lifetime and can See and feel it, them before it, them and I even come into physical contact with each other in the physical world. This is the past old lower Earth world reality.

Because my mom had bumped her forehead against the bathroom sink on June 2nd because she hasn’t been able to stand upright since the 2014 stroke, plus because her ankle was hurting severely when I made her stand up to go to the toilet, she had a bruise on her forehead. The negative paramedic focused on that only and reported to the head ER nurse that I had “abused” my mom. She attacked me in the ER room and reported this abuse to the police. Welcome back to the very low levels of the old negative patriarchal world with its totally unaware human population. Let the attacks instantly begin on anyone with Light in them who dares to reenter that old lower world and frequency!

Long story short, after many tests done on her in that local ER hospital, they discovered that the artery in that leg with the painful “ankle” was due to it being totally blocked. So it wasn’t her ankle after all, it was a blocked artery in that leg. Three days later she was transferred to a better hospital in another city where they did further tests and discovered that both legs had completely blocked arteries in them, and according to the doctor I talked with, this like her heart has been increasing over the years and didn’t happen last week or last month etc. Big insight for me here; heart disease happens in other body parts too, not only the heart. Who knew, certainly not me.

Need to backtrack briefly for the first part of this article about linear left brain thinking to make better sense. Since the Ascension Process began for me at the start of 1999, I’ve been going through the dismantling of my linear left brain intellect and simultaneous activation of what I’ve called nonlinear quantum Spherical Consciousness which begins from having had one’s left and right brain halves Rewired into an integrated, unified state physically and energetically. That in turn automatically activates the start-up of one’s HighHeart as their NEW evolved much higher frequency seat of focus, awareness and very reality. I’ve Worked very hard since 1999 going through this natural evolutionary shift from left brained patriarchal intellect up into my fifth dimensional and higher unified Crystalline Christ frequency HighHeart as my primary perceptual tool and seat of ascending, merging Self Selves, just as many of you reading this have.

For me to suddenly have to go back down into an old lower dying level of the negative patriarchal world to get “help” for my mom who I know is dying, and have to tap into my linear intellect to give linear dates and related information to those particular people attacking and accusing me of abusing my mom was more difficult than I ever would have guessed. When you’ve moved to a higher more complex level of frequency, consciousness, awareness and being, it’s very difficult to compress yourself back down into a lower state and perceive in a linear frequency only. It’s been hard evolving out of that and it was hard having to go back into it while under pressure from people who only want to harm you for reasons they’re not even fully aware of.

After some work on my part I was able to access the linear dates clearly in my awareness in that limited linear fashion those people needed and expected. What none of us would know for days, a week in fact, was the real cause of her “ankle” pain and growing week-long inability to stand was due to the arteries in BOTH legs being completely blocked and for many years. June 1–2, 2019 was the tipping trigger point with this which is so much more than what it first appears. I’m deliberately describing what I’ve been going through this month in this linear way to help you when you find yourself suddenly having to deal with someone or something from the old lower negative patriarchal world because the First Everythingers have fully entered the NEW on June 1–2, 2019 and we’re having to make massive changes due to this Shift and intentionally disconnect ourselves in all ways from the, from those old lower patriarchal Earth worlds.

As usual, what makes describing any of this difficult for me is that it’s NOT linear at all nor is it a singular, disconnected from everything else event, quite the opposite in fact.

For me this June 2019 event took some professional medical and social worker Portal People idiots accusing me of abusing my mom and having the police come to my house to check me and it out while searching for anything confirming that abuse did happen. None was found because none has ever happened. It took this level of actual bullshit abuse on me however to finally reveal what I now must do (and have done and am continuing to do) which is intentionally disconnecting myself completely from her and all she’s connected to that’s of and in the negative dying patriarchal Earth world. I have intentionally withdrawn all of my energies, energetic connection to and focus on all of it as of last week.

Whenever I’ve had to go back down into lower levels of old dying Earth reality, it’s an unpleasant ordeal for sure. Going to the grocery store and whatnot is one thing because those places and people are closer to the surface of the Light and the NEW. But, those well-established dug-in massive old patriarchal systems, structures and places such as the entire medical system and everything connected to it—doctors, nurses, paramedics, hospitals, pharmacies, Big Pharma, social workers, social security for the disabled etc., police officers, insurance companies, nursing homes facilities and on and on—exist at a much lower more dense and dark location within the old dying patriarchal world. Going all the way down there is very different and far more dangerous and exhausting than a quick jaunt to one’s local grocery store that exists at a much higher level.

Since my mom had the stroke in September 2014, I’ve struggled with how in the world I could continue my Ascension Process and Embodiment Process while having to continue caring for her. Because she is not wealthy (we are not wealthy), she can’t afford to spend the rest of her life in a Nursing Home care facility, her insurance doesn’t cover it. And because I don’t have the money to pay for it we’ve both been stuck with each other through this entire Ascension Process. I’ve always known there would come a point with the Ascension Process where the two of us could not continue on together any further because it was hurting us both; me because I’ve never been able to give 1000% to my Ascension and then Embodiment Process because of her medical physical and mental conditions which keep her tied to that old patriarchal world, the one I’ve disliked my entire life. And, she’s been tied to me while she constantly diminished physically and mentally since the 1990’s making it harder for her to be around me. Talk about a rock and a hard place for both of us.

However, with negative unaware people with power over me, my life, my income and my freedom at that old lower level coming at me as some of them, not all but some, in June 2019, I was finally given the answer I’ve searched for since 2014. That answer is that I have, you have, we have, and Earth and all the rest of humanity including the majority of unaware humanity, have finally reached the Shift point where I, where you HAVE to intentionally and from our HighHearts release, let go of, disconnect from everything and everyone that’s connected to the old lower negative dying Earth world(s). What I’ve been confused about with this has finally arrived for all of us June 1, 2019 and the answer is for me and many of you reading this, we’ve reached that place and time within the Separation of Worlds Shift point where WE have to consciously and intentionally release ourselves from them, from it, from all that it still is, and from all it has stood for and been in the old patriarchal world. Many of us have made this Shift at some point since June 1, 2019. Many more will do so every day from here on out. Do so when it’s YOUR perfect time to completely release yourself from the old lower levels and world(s), and trust me when I tell you that you’ll know exactly when that is because you’ll absolutely HAVE to do so.

I’ve endured a lot with my mom’s dementia and stroke; hallucinations, her being repeatedly “jumped” by negative entities for the purpose of tormenting and attacking me because I’m of the Light and doing what I am etc. I’ve endured a lot due to her needing to be constantly taken back down into the old lower world where her doctor and pharmacy and hospitals all else exists. And I’ve endured a lot because my income has come from her being elderly, disabled and poor and the incredible bunch of very negative and nearly insane social workers (not all of them but around 98% of them) that I’ve personally dealt with over the years are nothing but Portal People. But it was the accusations of my abusing my mom and being interrogated by a police officer and social worker and nurses etc. that was the last straw for me. Once that level of real “abuse” was reached last week, I knew it was time for ME to send her on her way to freedom from her broken body and mind and me to my freedom from her and her broken body and mind and all that’s connected to that. It’s been MY responsibility since June 7, 2019 to completely and in every way end this with her and the old negative world, and I’ve done just that and I’ll continue doing that energetically, intentionally. It’s now time for this for all of us no matter what your personal situation is. Just do it and do not feel bad or guilty for doing so because it is exactly what HAS to happen now.

Thanks for wading through this lengthy explanation about what it’s been like from my personal perspective intentionally and with great determination, focus and power releasing myself from the old. There’s much more to all this but I’ve probably prattled on enough about my personal first half of June 2019. Why Such Different Levels Of Ascension Pain?

“Like Anna, I also wonder and feel many times like asking you that the First Everythingers like Celia Fenn, Sandra Walter, Lisa Renee, Barbara Marciniak, Aluna Joy, Lee Karol (Kryon) Inelia Benz etc. – do they also feel so awful while going through this AP/EP and for so long like you, me and so many who comment in this forum? I have read a couple of their posts but it doesn’t seem so. Especially those who channel some entities while all of us are going through so much in our lives in the name of AP/EP for nearly 20 years now. So what is the reason for our prolonged agony of AP/EP and theirs not? Do you have some insightfulness from your higher perspective? Please share. Thank you.” — revital71

Anna and revital71 both asked me this in Comments under a previous article. Thank you both for your questions about this confusing and complex subject matter. ❤ There’s a variety of reasons why some Volunteer First Everythingers/Pathpavers experience much more ascension related physical pains and for longer periods than others. There isn’t one or two reasons for this but many. Here’s a few of them. In addition, all of the people revital71 mentioned above are NOT First Everythingers in my opinion, which is why they haven’t experienced ascension caused body pains like many other people have.

Compressed Evolution Is Painful

Some Ascension teachers/writers claim that if you are experiencing ascension related physical pains it’s entirely caused by your ego. That is true and true up to a certain point however it’s not true for most Volunteer First Everythingers/Pathpavers beyond a certain point.

Evolution hurts physically and in every other way too. When wildly higher frequency evolutionary Light energies, energy Waves, NEW codes, consciousness and DNA etc. comes into physical contact with a lower frequency physical human body with a matching frequency ego, consciousness and all the rest of it, it quite naturally causes not only physical pains but psychological, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic pains too. Not only is the physical body being repeatedly affected by higher Light energies continually pushing Universal, personal and collective across-the-cosmic-board evolution, but everything else is experiencing this too (cultures, societies, global belief systems, religious belief systems, financial systems and beliefs, political, governmental etc.) but each time by slightly higher and higher NEW frequency energies. These evolutionary Light energies have never been impacting each human at the same unchanging level and frequency but have constantly been doing so at slightly higher and higher levels over the past twenty years and counting. The reasons for this are simple; the physical human body, central nervous system (CNS) and complex psyche (and external physical reality etc.) could not handle going from such a dense carbon-based third dimensional dualized level, world and reality up to a much higher, less dense, crystalline-based fifth dimensional level and state of individually integrated unification and consciousness while remaining in their physical body. There are no instant Hollywood special effects with the Ascension Process. It is physically lived one energetic Stair-step at a time over linear time so the physical body, CNS and human psyche survive the colossal undertaking that is Universal evolution happening in this lifetime intact, undamaged and profoundly evolved.

There should be no shame or shaming in evolution. The difficulties, traumas, fears and uncertainties that every human ego goes through because of the natural evolutionary Ascension Process is normal for where we all began this process from! In the lower 3D pre-ascension Earth reality the human ego was lord n’ master and the dominant tool and perceptual lens on all of “reality”, so to suddenly have it start a Process of what it perceives is its unavoidable demise is terrifying so it fights hard for its continued survival, just like all else has that came from the old lower 3D patriarchal world. None of this is pretty, easy or pleasant for the most part but it is normal for compressed evolution. So I repeat, there is no shame or shaming in compressed evolution.

YOUR Volunteer Ascension Mission Ground Crew

Many of the ascension timeline Volunteer First Everythingers/Pathpavers were pre-incarnationally coded to automatically begin the Ascension Process in their physical bodies when the Sun reached the halfway point of it crossing the Galactic Equator around 1998—1999. The ‘Galactic Alignment’ period unfolded from 1980–2016, making the halfway point 1998–1999.

When the great call went out that help was needed with the upcoming Universal evolutionary Ascension Process, those who Volunteered to help intentionally inserted multiple aspects of themselves into different physical incarnations on Earth across thousands of years of linear time in different countries. They did this to individually learn and experience certain things themselves but to help with the Ascension Process that would begin on the physical level many thousands of years in the linear “future”. Many Volunteers intentionally placed different aspects of themselves in different “past lives” on Earth across the astrological Ages, thousands of years apart and most of them in different countries and cultures etc. The reasons this was done was to have varied quantum crash-course educations in many of the great Initiatory Mastery Schools across time around the planet. My past life book The Temple of Master Hotei was one of these, as were two past lives in ancient Egypt, the second one a few thousand years later, and a couple other incarnations in Europe and the UK areas. Why did most of the Volunteers do this? It was deliberate prep Work for the timeline incarnation when the Ascension and Embodiment Processes would begin physically on Earth. They all did this to help the aspect that would be the one physically incarnate during the time of the actual physical level Ascension and Embodiment Processes on Earth. I’m talking about you reading this.

This is why most of you reading this incarnated in this life and time with multiple highly knowledgeable Initiate incarnations and credentials behind you. They all were meticulously planned to take place in locations around the world in different times and cultures so as to best prepare and help THIS aspect of you directly living, embodying, Embodying, seeding and anchoring the Ascension Process and NEW Light energies, codes, consciousness, HighHeart and DNA into you and your body for all future humans and more too.

If some of you are whirling from that larger and more complex realization and perspective of how valuable this version of you actually is —no pressure of course—here comes the extra responsibilities, pains, traumas, wisdom, benefits and integration Work because you are the Ascension Process ‘Standard bearer of your Soul’ (an old Barbara Marciniak’s Pleiadian term) of your entire Ascension Mission Ground Crew.

When those who Volunteered to assist with the Universal Ascension Process placed multiple aspects of Itself into different incarnations in different times in different locations around the Earth, they did so to quickly and thoroughly educate themselves and give each aspect all of the Higher Awareness tools they needed to collectively aid the one aspect that would incarnate during the actual physical Ascension Process time on Earth. There are of course other aspects of US that did not incarnate into physical bodies in the third dimension but continued Working from different higher dimensions, different star systems, galaxies, Light realms and so on. I am however talking specifically about all those aspects of you/You/YOU that did incarnate physically on Earth across linear time to gain firsthand training and knowledge about being human, being physical, being in Duality etc.

As you hold that higher level perspective of yourself/selves and why they did this in your awareness, the next step is to reverse it all because it’s this version of you that’s currently bringing it all Home from the ascending physical dimension. The YOU that Volunteered and sent multiple aspects of Itself into different physical incarnations around Earth and across linear time, did so to quickly collect the necessary firsthand Initiate trainings, higher knowledge and important related experiences in both sexed bodies. YOU did this to aid the last aspect, which is this you reading this with your part of the Mission which is living the Ascension and Embodiment Processes in a physical body and seeding the NEW everything for humanity and more. This aspect of you is the one that’s doing all the other aspects the gift of energetically clearing everything each of them accumulated during all of their incarnations, which they did to help YOU here now. See how they prepared and gifted you with the training, tools and knowledge needed for this life and time of Ascension, and, how you’ve gifted them by energetically transmuting and clearing everything they held within each of themselves from having lived difficult lives learning all the things that were intended to help you do your part of the Ascension Process Work here, now?

You reading this are the aspect that’s been the one clearing all the past karma, traumas, negativity, wounds, etheric scars, negative etheric alien implants, guilt, fears, attacks, being different, being tortured and/or murdered for being the Light throughout the Darkest ages. You reading this are the aspect that’s been Working on resolving and clearing all the stuff and junk from all the other Volunteer Ground Crew aspects. Because of this and other reasons, you have had far more on your Ascension plate than most other people which means you’ve had more physical pains and other issues because you’ve processed far more over the past 20–30 years. Not everyone living the Ascension Process chose this quantum crash course multiple lives across linear time tactic which is why everyone does NOT have the same level of physical pains due to the Ascension Process. Not everyone was willing to risk so much and take on so many more pressures, responsibilities, pain, suffering, knowledge and power on within that one individual aspect—the you reading this—who was designed and greatly aided to incarnate and bring it all Home.

Beware Of The Egos

I know there are some ascension teachers/writers/lectures who have not publicly shared their personal Ascension Process journeys and related physical pains, emotional and psychological difficulties and attacks by Team Dark. I know some of the reasons why some decide to not share them with their readers. I know this because I’m someone who has intentionally shared my personal journey—the good, bad and the ugly of it—with my readers from the start and because of my honesty I’ve come under repeated ego-based, lack of higher awareness attacks, disrespect, preaching and promoting of other people’s information and insistence that I read it and/or someone’s channeled messages by certain readers. In their minds what I write about that’s based on my personal experiences and current Higher Awareness isn’t correct and they try to promote certain other people’s writings on my website. I could have spared myself all this bullshit by not publicly being honest and sharing what I’ve experienced but that’s not who and what I am and is the exact opposite of why I write about the Ascension Process. Light is information, even when it’s dark, unpleasant and painful.

Some Ascension teachers/writers haven’t publicly shared their personal ascension related pains and difficulties because they have always known that ego-based people with little to no Higher Awareness will immediately attack them for being honest, for being “transparent”. Those people are ever ready to lecture you about what all you’re doing wrong. They see your honesty as weakness and automatically attack and insult, disrespect and preach what they believe to be “the truth” at you. They believe you haven’t eaten enough broccoli, haven’t mediated enough, haven’t cleared your energy field enough, are the only evil, haven’t had enough body workers work on your body for you, haven’t read the right channeled material or found the right teacher, guru, book, belief system and on and on. To unaware egoic people your honesty about what you have and are personally experiencing at your current level and ability is entirely wrong because they are stone-cold clueless about embodying (lower case e) the Ascension energies, and Embodying (capital E) your Higher Self/Selves, Crystalline Christ frequency, Triality, Divine Mother Father Source and more. But that’s how egos roll.

More importantly to me is the Work, the journey itself, and oftentimes the difficulties and in this case the downright negativity of what I have, you have, we have personally experienced and learned that’s so important to honestly share with others. Again, compressed evolution hurts, and in this case it’s been negative, dangerous and highly unpleasant at times too because where we started the Ascension Process from was total Darkness and negativity. To me it’s all part of the Ascension Process and no one part of it is better or more desirous than any other. I’m not saying I want any more attacks from Team Dark but I’m also not fixated on bliss or nirvana or any other sort of endless fluffiness, that’s too much old Duality consciousness for me. Get rid of the monsters, open your HighHeart, then keep opening it a lot more and continue doing that because it’s time to let a lotta Source God All That Is is back in and be Embodied. I may feel totally different tomorrow about this but for today, I’m content being this much closer with Source in and through my evolving, Embodying physical body and self. Sensitives, Empaths & Ascension

This one is obvious. If you’re a Sensitive you automatically feel more from everything all the time and always have. If you’re an Empath you feel more from everyone else all the time and always have. Translated, you hurt more because you feel more yourself, and if you’re also an Empath you feel even more than that because you feel what other people feel. How adorable is that? And if all that wasn’t enough, during the current global Dark Night and Separation of Worlds, feeling humanity and Earth, Elementals and animals, planets and Suns etc. has been and often in 2019 is way too much which is another reason abundant quietude, privacy, physical stillness and self-care time is mandatory every day. The majority of pains Sensitives and Empaths have been feeling the past few years is due to the constant NEW and higher Light energies, NEW codes and DNA and simultaneously feeling humanity freaking out from experiencing the global Dark Night. It’s shit-show time out there and we’ve known it was coming for many years but none of that reduces what most of us are feeling coming from humanity and from the end of the global patriarchy. The amplified and in your face polarization taking place around the world is not easy for anyone and very much so for Sensitives and Empaths.

I feel other people whether I want to or not and in the world today with all that’s been going on in so many governments around the world, we empathic folks are being constantly bombarded by other people’s fears, egos, anger, hate, greed, stupidity, panic, lack of discernment, common sense and hourly increasing imbalance. For Sensitives and Empaths, which most Blue Rays and other Volunteers are, just being alive now hurts more in every way imaginable. Whatever, keep Embodying and doing your job but know that you won’t always have to feel them like you have.

Team Light & Team Dark

Another reason many of us have always experienced more Ascension related pains than other people is because we’ve been the first ones under constant attack by Team Dark. It’s because we incarnated with an agenda and Light from Source. We’ve been on the most important Mission imaginable—breaking humanity, Earth and all else out of invisible Team Dark prison. And because Team Dark hasn’t wanted to lose anything they stole long ago, they fight back hard and continuously to survive this Ascension Process and Separation of Worlds and Timelines.

When a group (the Ground Crew) intentionally arrives on Earth to stop you from para-siting off of humanity and Earth anymore, those parasites typically attack that group. They don’t run down the street and randomly attack Joe Blow watching TV guzzling beers or whatever. They attack and continue attacking people within that group who they know are here now to end their reign of terror on humanity and Earth. Not much else needs to be said about this aspect of why some of us experience far more pain and painful attacks etc. than others. If there’s no threat, there’s no attacks.

What Sign Are You?

Another reason some are far more affected by the ascension energies has to do with their ASC — sign ascending or on the cusp of the first house, their Sun sign, house emphasis, element(s) emphasis, aspects and everything natal astrology related. If you’re familiar with Astrology then you know that some signs are naturally far more sensitive than others, and some signs are much less sensitive and so on. So, in all fairness, every persons individual energetic astrological template blueprint—what astrologers call their Natal Charts—should be taken into consideration in all this too.

For those of you with astrological knowledge, and can see into your own current life’s natal chart and understand exactly why you have the planets in the signs and houses and aspects and even transits too throughout the Ascension and Embodiment Process. You know your natal chart from a higher level of awareness and purpose and that is directly connected back to the YOUR Volunteer Ascension Mission Ground Crew information. Don’t you know that YOU would have you energetically imprinted at physical birth in this ascension incarnation with exactly what you needed astrologically to not only learn from this lifetime but do your Ascension Mission Work as a First Everythinger to the best and highest of all your abilities? Every bit and aspect of all this is intentionally created with and for maximum and highest possible end results for this you aspect and for All else as well during this Ascension Process. View your Natal Chart with this in heartmind, along with all the transits that have taken place for the past 20–30+ years or so and you’ll be astonished at the complex perfection of it all. All that’s left is the living and Embodying of IT.

There are more reasons than what I’ve listed for why many of us feel ascension pains more intensely than most but this should give you a good sense of the many whys of it. So don’t ever feel bad for feeling bad via the Ascension and Embodiment Processes because there are many reasons, important reasons why you feel things in such amplified ways. A November To Remember

How is everyone doing and feeling after the intense 11-11-11 and substantial ‘trajectory shift’ transfiguration month of November 2018? A little bruised and sore here and there? More major Pineal and Pituitary “renovation” expansion head pains and pressures? Some occasional NEW Code nausea and vertigo? Oh, and how about this NEW abrupt in and out of time business happening? And increased sudden in and out of reality/realities business? Yeah, me too and more.

We knew November 2018 was going to be a doozy and it certainly was and continues to be. Only hours away is December 2018, and it will make the entire 11 energy year including the epic month of November pale in comparison. Doesn’t matter if we’ve fully adjusted and adapted to the accelerated Embodiment Process and latest collective ascension trajectory shift that took place this month. We’re only hours from shifting into the last month of this incredible 11 energy year of 2018. You know more and higher comes with our entrance into December, and then it will up-shift dramatically again when we transition into January 2019.

I’m going to list some of the main side effects I’ve dealt with the entire month of November 2018, and then experienced some of them amplify greatly throughout the collect ascension ‘trajectory shift’, which for me started Sunday, November 18th and continues today but is less severe. Again, your mileage may vary with these particular Embodiment Process and trajectory shift side effects. Also many of these side effects are ones I’ve had, you’ve had repeatedly over the past few years, however they reached very severe levels of intensity this month because we are now rapidly evolving both internally and externally.

SEVERE HEAD PAINS & PRESSURES — I’ve had this off and on since 1999, but for all of November 2018, it was at a level of intensity I’ve never experienced before. It has felt like Source has been jack-hammering my physical skull with highly focused Light to install more higher frequency Light (Photonic) energies into very specific areas in my head such as the Pineal and Pituitary glands. These head and skull pains are always incredibly precise like some form of evolutionary Light brain surgery is taking place. That’s probably closer to the truth than we know! Needless to say, it hurts, a lot physically while taking place.

The first-half of November these precise head and skull pains would suddenly move from one specific location on the top of my head to two smaller focal points on the top of my head and skull. After an hour or so it would move to another location on my head, mainly the top area but also to one side, then another side, then the lower back of my skull and then back up to the top of my head/skull and so on.

The second-half of November this Divine evolutionary head drilling, Light inserting process changed from incoming Light energies being drilled and injected into my Pineal and Pituitary glands to, both glands being etherically expanded greatly to be capable of radiating NEW higher frequency Light energies. So November 2018 was for me and many of you about having the “Light quotient” dramatically increased in our heads and endocrine brain glands—old school Crown chakra and Brow or Third Eye chakra—into very NEW and improved and tremendously expanded, more complex enlarged brain glands with matching NEW higher abilities. Hence why we’ve experienced abrupt in and out of time shifting and other related things recently.

At some point in the first-half of November 2018, I clairvoyantly Saw an image of a small quartz crystal cluster in my Pineal gland. I Saw it and thought, “Oh, look at that, how nice I have that in there now.” In the second-half of November this small etheric quartz crystal cluster had grown in size so greatly that all the points of it now stick out of my skull in all directions considerably. No wonder my head and skull has hurt so severely throughout November. When I clairvoyantly Saw how much this etheric and symbolic image had grown from the first-half to the end of November, I realized that this image represents a third Crown for me, or the start of something that December 2018 will manifest more completely. Evolutionary Stair-steps.

RELATED EYE & VISION CHANGES — Because of the Pineal and Pituitary gland expansions, you may have also had your eyes go blurry, unusually dry and/or numb feeling at times. You may have also seen that familiar white colored mist-like energy when viewing inside your home or elsewhere. Many have experienced this side effect off and on since 1999, and it has to do with periods where we’re energetically shifting to higher levels of being. Typically our physical vision will experience blurred vision and/or seeing the white mist everywhere.

INNER EARS RINGING CONSTANTLY — This side effect has become so familiar that I don’t pay much attention to it anymore. When your inner ears start ringing again, it means you’re encountering higher frequency Light energies and your physical body is being affected and further evolved by them.

SEVERE INNER COLD — This side effect doesn’t happen a lot but it usually manifests when we’re shifting rather dramatically again. When we enter NEW higher frequency levels internally and spaces externally, we often feel a pretty extreme inner cold that nothing warms up. I’m having it again now as I write this along with those old ascension related random HighHeart thumps and poundings. I will finish this article no matter what however!

GREATLY INCREASED NEED TO SLEEP — This side effect has been profoundly increased throughout the month of November 2018. With such big and NEW Embodiment and trajectory shift changes taking place in us and our Physical, Energy and Light bodies in November, many of us have HAD to sleep at any time of the day to keep up with all of these ongoing and higher level changes. That plus it’s just faster and easier to Embody them while we’re out of our physical bodies for a few hours. Just sleep when you need to and don’t worry or feel guilty for doing so. Oftentimes I don’t sleep much overnight because other things are happening so when I suddenly pass out during the day because my physical body is going through another big evolutionary Embodiment change, then I sleep and am grateful for it!

WAVES OF VERTIGO & NAUSEA — As we continue becoming more and higher frequency Light, these two side effects should almost be expected. I know some people experience vertigo much more severely than other Embodiers while some never experience waves of nausea and so on. Just be careful when the world suddenly moves on you or drops away beneath you etc. Sit or lay down until you can safely move about again.

HIGHHEART THUMPS, BUMPS & MOVEMENTS — Most of us have experience this side effect many times over these ascension and Embodiment years or decades now, but again, in November most everything has been greatly increased. Because we’re about to shift collectively into 2019, which is much more elevated energetically than 2018 was, the Embodiers have been and continue experiencing amplified side effects.

Also when there’s more fluctuations in the magnetic field, my heart HighHeart typically experiences more inner thumps and bumps and poundings etc. Also increased crying over anything that moves me one way or another. It’s all more HighHeart expansions and Embodiment of greater and higher Light inside of us and our physical bodies.

INCREASED MOMENTS OF REALITY SUDDENLY DISAPPEARING — This one may sound fun until you experience it, then it’s like “Where did everything go?!” I’ve experienced this a few times in November where suddenly and abruptly everything is instantly gone. The world, my house, everything familiar in the physical world is not there, in an instant. A few moments later the old familiar external reality returns and you carry on as usual, while glancing over your shoulder occasional! Anything is possible from here on out fellow Embodiers, and we are after all intentionally shifting the human collective and assisting with the entire Ascension Process and continually lifting it all even higher for everyone that may eventually want to have a go at Embodiment too.

INCREASED PERIODS OF ABRUPTLY EXITING LINEAR TIME — I’ve experienced moving in and out and back in and back out of linear time many times over these ascension years, however, November 2018 caused me to suddenly and very abruptly shift out of linear time and “later” shift back into it. Remember years ago when one of the common Ascension side effects was forgetting something a half-second after you’d thought about it. You thought of something and got up to go into another room to get it or do it or whatever the case was but before you took three steps you’d forgotten what you were doing and why. Well, this is something like that in that more of us are suddenly and abruptly exiting the frequency where linear time is still happening and find ourselves outside of it.

I’m not talking about being in the Now Moment because I’ve been increasingly there for the past few years. This strange side effect we’ve experienced in November 2018 was and still is caused by this latest big ‘trajectory shift’. Because of all the changes taking place in us and our bodies, heads/brains and consciousness, AND because of the ongoing evolutionary Stair-step up-shifting, uplifting process, more Embodiers have been abruptly jerked out of old lower but familiar linear time and space too for that matter. Just enjoy the transitional weirdness and anomalies and don’t fret over any of it.

INCREASE SEEING LIGHTS, PATTERNS, CODES, ENERGIES ETC. — I’ve been experiencing periods where I See different energies and etheric things, patterns, colors, Lights and so on both with my eyes open, closed and when I naturally blink. The first time I Saw colorful rainbow patterns and Light codes was during the second-half of November when I normally blinked. I was washing my hands when I Saw this and played with it and could only See it when I blinked. That was new and NEW.

Seeing more new Light patterns, codes and other energy patterns and colors, and of course the Light that is YOU flashing externally around you, has continued and now happens anytime whether my eyes are open, closed, or while I naturally blink. I think this is just one more NEW to us side effect of our ongoing Embodiment Process and the ongoing higher and higher trajectory shifts and other related tweaks and adjustments in our, in the overall Ascension Process. Expect the unexpected.

Something else I very clearly and consciously experienced through these November energies and changes was what I’m going to compare to being in rehab, although I’ve never been in rehab. While I was in the middle of one of these November Embodiment processes, I was more clearly aware of the rapid-fire consecutive energy steps and automatic consequences or side effects of them than I’ve ever been before. It was amazing to be conscious enough to perceive this energetically and also unfolding in myself and my physical body. It was amazing, physical painful, then emotionally and psychologically painful and downright miserable, followed by completion of said transfiguration energy blast. The easiest way for me to express this is to use my experience with it in the second-half of November due to the trajectory shift.

I would clairvoyantly See another wave pulsation of Light come in, enter my head then and down into my HighHeart (upper chest area) This would immediately cause some physical pains and pressures in both my head, skull, Pineal and Pituitary, face and eyes etc., then down into my HighHeart. The moment that happened this unfolding Embodiment Process would cause me amplified emotional pain, frustration, anger, resentment and general pissed off feelings about certain things that are obviously still “issues” for me. This process took one or two seconds to happen; Light into physical head, down into HighHeart which automatically activated ANY remaining stuff and junk I had/have within myself still. This was a super quick boom, boom and final boom thing that happened so fast and with such amplification it was shocking.

While this was happening to, in and through me during the trajectory shift, I realized that the almost instantaneous activation of any remaining lower frequency stuff within me was much like it must feel when one goes through drug or alcohol rehab. There’s a period of intense and extreme detox while one’s personal “demons” of choice are “cast out”, expelled through the physical-level detox process. That’s the realization I had while going through a very intense phase of this November trajectory shift and amplified Embodiment. The shift placed me—and you reading this—in another higher level of energy, being, reality, consciousness and awareness etc. which instantly revealed ANY lower frequency emotional stuff or junk each of us still has within us.

This isn’t new at all and is exactly what we’ve lived through via the Ascension Process since 1998–1999. Suddenly dealing with Light coming in, being deeply affected by it in all ways, having symptoms and side effects because of it, and lastly having that Light make contact with our lower frequency stuff and “issues” etc. and having that cause emotional pains. This boom, boom and boom Ascension Process used to take years, then months, then weeks and now at the end of 2018 it takes minutes, very intense minutes but only minutes if you’re brave and willing to fully release! None of us can make higher and higher ‘trajectory shifts’ and Embody more and more and do so with any old lower residual stuff, junk, issues in us. It’s an impossibility, I know because I’ve experienced this cosmic Law many times over these ascension years. 100% pure or no-go with a lot of additional pains both physical and emotional so just give it all up. Nothing and I mean nothing can be hidden intentionally or unintentionally from within The Light.

My only comfortable and sane location for my being now is my HighHeart.

Excellent November shift fellow Embodiers and collective ascension drivers. More is coming in December and beyond and every layer now is more amplified and faster than the previous one. Pay attention to whatever it is that you need to see, See, feel, know and therefore improve.

Growing Instability From Greater Higher Light Energies

I’ve hesitated writing about this latest side effect unpleasantness now while such positive November 2018 triple 11 energies and incoming NEW Angelic level codes are upon us all, and to be Embodied by those able to do so. However, these positive energies will further push other people into greater mental, emotional and physical instability if they’re not prepared to cope with these latest NEW energies. For those who are living the Embodiment Process now, these energies are just another layer and aspect of it all, but as we Embody these November 2018 and beyond NEW codes, that too will further push some people into greater instability.

So, as we continue the Embodiment Process and go through more evolutionary changes in our selves and physical bodies, consciousness and all else, so too will mass humanity be forced to evolve more and quickly as these NEW codes and Light energies arrive in this dimension and ascending Earth worlds. And as if that weren’t enough, November 2018 is the mid-term elections here and that too will add to the upheavals, chaos, hatred, negativity and dying of the old negative patriarchy and global patriarchal consciousness. The Separation of Worlds escalates greatly this month. Hold the higher in yourself and be the higher that you are and continue becoming by Embodying more and more of it each month, each year, each decade.

Over the past six months or so of 2018, I’ve witnessed more and more people around me getting increasingly unstable in different ways. A few times I’ve watched my mailman stop at my mailbox and put up the red flag (informing him that there’s outgoing mail he needs to collect from my mailbox) and quickly drive away. He didn’t even open my mailbox to get my outgoing mail, nor did he deliver any mail, he just put the red flag up and quickly drove away. Different mailmen have delivered the wrong mail to me and other people and other such mess ups this year. Different UPS and Fed-Ex drivers have delivered certain large boxed packages to me, that I’ve paid plenty for in shipping costs, only to have them throw them and/or flip them from edge to edge to edge instead of picking them up and carrying them. I’ve stood there watching these guys abuse my packages, some of which were broken, dented, shattered or scraped when I unpacked them and I had to repack and return them myself. I paid hefty Shipping costs for this?! Typical lower frequency crap and I’m so done with it and that level of consciousness.

The people doing my paychecks have gotten them wrong lately. Some handymen have just messed up jobs like they weren’t paying any attention at all. Some cashiers have made mistakes with money exchanges this year. Some phone refund people have also made mistakes with returns/refunds and removing the charge from my credit card and on and on. Mercury hasn’t been retrograde recently, people are just having a harder time living, working and functioning in these increasingly intense higher frequency Light energies and more Embodiers Embodying them which further accelerates the entire Ascension Process on Earth and beyond. This has been very noticeable this year in more people. Those of us who’ve been through changes like this years and decades before know very well how hard it is to suddenly find your mind not capable of focusing and remaining focused on something, anything, and how difficult physical earthly life can be because of it. We know but they do not, and as November 2018 (11-11-11 energies and Angelic codes) arrive, we’re going to see more of them not coping so well with these latest NEW energies and related changes in this and other countries.

Just do what you’ve done all along which is live the Ascension Process and your personal ongoing Embodiment Process, embody the NEW Light and codes, Consciously Create the NEW Earth, hold these higher frequency energies and continue being changed yourself which automatically further changes the external world(s). Yes, the chaos will increase but it’s doing so because you and I have been and continue Embodying and the Separation of Worlds accelerates greatly. Many believe that LOVE (in caps I mean) is warm and fuzzy when in fact it’s often so intense it seems brutal and heartless to the unaware. LOVE (in caps I mean) is Divine creativity, Divine creation and we’re very much in this now. Walk through the triple 11-11-11 energies of November 2018; Embody the November NEW Angelic codes; let the mid-term elections and post dramas and BS unfold and continue holding higher all along. Be the Light, radiate the Light, Wayshow with your constantly expanding NEW Light and let the rest fall where it may.

Accelerated Incoming Higher Energies

We’ve Worked, watched and waited a very long time to finally be where we are now experiencing completely NEW energies and codes entering and overriding everything from the previous Evolutionary Cycle. I’ve expected to be out of my mind crazy happy about our reaching this point finally after the darkness and brutality of getting here, but I guess I’m too frazzled at the moment to give this the appropriate fanfare it deserves. Please ignore my current monotone state about this cosmic spiritual energetic milestone we’ve reached and do all the celebrating you want. At the moment I feel like an ancient god whose weary from the Great Work, ancient battles, chaos and endless personal transformations I’ve had to go through to get to this point within the Ascension and Embodiment Processes both personally and collectively. Since June of 2018, it’s been mega intense and shockingly positive and progressive, and of course there’s more coming.

There was a Full Moon on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 that was part of a Grand Fixed Square I was just informed. Whatever all has been unfolding this week, intensely so since the day of the Full Moon, it’s been profound and has caused further physical body energy changes every day. Wednesday morning I’d planned to go grocery shopping but after getting ready I suddenly got hit energetically and knew I wasn’t going anywhere that day other than to sleep almost immediately! I felt that familiar sensation pushing me to go to sleep (this was around 10:00 AM) quickly and get out of my physical body because more evolutionary upgrades were about to begin again. So I put my comfy grubby cloths back on and promptly passed out that morning with zero effort.

This sudden mandatory late morning get out-of-body nap was the most comfortable, nurturing, uplifted, silent, high frequency suspended state I’ve ever felt while napping during the daytime. It was blissful in its quietude, elevated isolation, peace and restful soul-deep comfort. It was energetically delicious and could not have been more opposite from what I usually feel, see, hear and experience during those sleep times when I’m suddenly energetically pushed out of my physical body during the late morning hours.

For many years this has been about suddenly being shoved out-of-body, primarily in the morning(s) but not always, energetically because more Embodying is about to begin. I’ve learned the hard way to not fight this process when I’ve made plans to do other things like go grocery shopping, mop the kitchen floor, blow the leaves out of my yard and so on. The Divine Ascension and Embodiment Process doesn’t give a hoot about my little earthly plans and chores; when it’s time to Embody something like more NEW DNA or more Crystalline/Christ frequency into your HighHeart, you are laid out flat in seconds to do so. End of story, end of puny human plans. More Embodiment, or get the car washed? Guess what wins every time and isn’t it good that it does.

Full Moon Wednesday, October 24th I’m suddenly feeling this coming on again and head for my recliner chair to pass out and do some more Embodying. For many years this has gotten increasingly intense, audibly louder and almost violent at times while being lucid when asleep and witnessing my Light body and Physical body inch closer and closer energetically to full alignment and merge. The closer this Process has brought me to this alignment, the more loud and intense the inner body vibrations and sometimes violent shaking has grown while I was out-of-body and could experience and perceive it from that vantage point. From our lower Selves perspective this lengthy alignment Process inching its way to full merge has looked, felt and sounded like we’re in the center of a raging tornado. From a higher Self perspective it’s more like lining up two radically different energy frequencies close enough so that eventually they fully align, merge and unify in the physical body.

After experiencing this lengthy alignment Embodiment Process for many years, to suddenly experience the total opposite of it Wednesday and just float in quiet peaceful silence told me that some very important NEW level has been reached by me. And if I’m experiencing this now it means some others are too and more will soon follow.

When I woke up from this lovely mandatory nap on Wednesday, I sat there with a smile thinking how great that was and how it just kicked the poo outta going grocery shopping! While basking in this peaceful state and mood I noticed I was seeing patches of pale pastel colors on the white ceiling. Didn’t think much of it at first but as the minutes ticked on I realized my seeing these patches of pale pastel colors on the ceiling and elsewhere is a NEW side effect and clue about how we’re changing again. There’s no iridescence to them but with what’s coming in November 2018, I expect many more things, including each of us, will be changing greatly and getting increasingly iridescent.

Thursday, October 25th there were more careless, hair-brained screw ups by other people which tests me if I’d let myself be emotionally affected by them or not. I’ll talk a bit more about experiencing more and more unaware people not coping well with every NEW Light energy and NEW code that comes in and is Embodied by those of us Embodying in another article because it deserves its own space and attention.

Friday morning October 26th I rushed to the grocery store because it was needed and after I’d gotten home and put things away I suddenly got hit again energetically and got to my chair just in time to fall asleep and get out-of-body. I sensed this was coming and was grateful to get grocery shopping done before this week’s ongoing Embodiment business started again. I was quickly exited from my physical body late Friday morning and proceeded to spend an hour and a half in a lucid state while asleep witnessing and feeling my heart pound so hard it felt like my teeth were rattling and my body was moved slightly by each hard-hitting heartbeat. I’ve experienced this many times over the Ascension years as it’s a common side effect of our physical hearts and energy HighHearts evolving and expanding to Embody greater and higher frequency Light energies and/or Crystalline/Christ frequencies. But like everything else, this too has increased in intensity to the point that if one didn’t know what was happening with this intense heart pounding while at complete rest, one would think they were possibly having a “heart attack”. One is not having a “heart attack”; one is experiencing their heart and HighHeart expanding and elevating into greater Crystalline Christ frequency alignment Embodiment yet again.

Sounds so exciting and intriguing, and it is until you wake up from the latest cosmic spiritual Embodiment “alignment treatment” to find your physical body utterly exhausted, weak, sore from the inside out and in need of days of self-care, rest and recovery time after such profound energy expansions and Embodiment activities in one’s heart HighHeart. And that’s just been since Wednesday and there’s more coming as usual.

Pluto is/has crossed the ecliptic recently which is why I re-posted my April 2018 astrological article mentioning it. I’d forgotten all about it just like many of you.
November 2018 is the mid-term elections here in collapsing USA. Don’t fear the changes.
More unaware humans becoming noticeably imbalanced by these higher frequency energies being Embodied by many of us now.
Increased weather changes and Earth changes for the same reasons.

The 11 energies of November have always been important energy threshold crossover points within the ongoing Ascension Process. However, given how amplified 2018 (2+0+1+8 = 11) has been, this years November energies certainly will not disappoint.

Since June 2018, I’ve perceived a cluster of massive, never before experienced Energy Waves coming from the Angelics and Angelic realm and arriving in November 2018. That June awareness made me perk up and wonder what in the multidimensional cosmos was coming from the Angelics in November of this year?! I’ve had interactions with a few Angelic Lightbeings over these ascension years, but this is different and will be vastly more intense both personally and collectively, and consciousness, life and reality-changing for each of us and everyone else too.

Almost immediately after I had this June 2018 Angelic insight about November 2018, the typically painful but necessary energetic prep Work for this coming event began. Like many of you reading this, we’ve been constantly going through layer upon layer of inner expansions and rapid evolution within our heads, brains and brain endocrine glands—Pineal, Pituitary, Hypothalamus—skull, spines, eyes, hearts and more and it has hurt-a-plenty at times. The last week of August and much of September I thought my head was going to “explode” from these particular Light expansions taking place in there. I’ve experienced these types of intense head, brain, brain glands, skull, eyes and so on evolutionary Light onslaughts before too but this Mastery 11 year energies have definitely been next-level. [My previous article talked about some of them.] To wear a Light Crown/Crown of Light requires a lot of personal prep Work. Have you clairvoyantly Seen and/or dreamed of seeing an ornate Crown or triple Crowns recently? I have, and it (a single Crown) was the most ornate brilliant white diamonds and pearls creation I’ve ever seen. No wonder our heads have hurt so severely this year! It’s now time to put on our NEW Light Crown(s) and Consciously Create accordingly.

The other aspect of this that I’ve been fascinated by has been how, from my personal perspective and experiences, the Inner Body Vibrations have steadily evolved over the years. All these things are connected of course, but as usual there’s often sections, aspects and certain energy Embodiment events that are, for a multitude of reasons, kept from us/me. Oftentimes the end punchline to these yearlong and decades-long evolutionary Ascension Embodiment Processes are intentionally kept from us so we’re not swayed or focused, fearful, worried or distracted by what’s coming instead of living and Embodying in the current moment(s) so we’re capable of Embodying each layer that’s coming down the cosmic evolutionary road. In my case a whole lot of physical pains and pressures in my head, heart and/or certain body parts does the trick with this for me. These 2018 head pains and pressures—on top of everything else happening in the world and our personal lives—has kept me focused on not much other than what I’ve dealt with. For a few pain-filled months I never even thought about or remembered the Angelics incoming Energy Waves arriving in November because I’ve been soul-deep in what’s been happening in and through my physical body, consciousness, life and personal reality in preparation for that. Most of you reading this have been. NEW Angel energies and codes arriving in November 2018, wonderful, but until then I’ve got to go through what’s happening in my head, heart, body, HighHeart and Self/Selves. One evolutionary energy Stair-step at a time even though we’re bounding up them now faster than ever.

When the Inner Body Vibrations started in me around 2001, they went on for many years as slow but steady electrical-like inner vibrations inside my physical body. I’ve paid close attention to this Ascension Process side effect both while awake and while out-of-body since they started and they’ve steadily expanded in my body, and lastly my head, to become a constant full-bodied faster inner vibration. This inner body vibration has increased tremendously in speed, size and intensity over the years, going from a mild inner vibration in the beginning to intense and extreme almost violent inner shaking by 2017. That greatly amplified inner body vibration and eventual shaking evolved in late 2017 into flashing inner Lights which have amplified throughout 2018. [I’ve written about this in another recent article if interested.]

I’ve felt, heard and watched this inner vibration expand and speed up since 2001, so much that it recently morphed from an inner body vibration frequency to inner Lights that constantly flash, move and pulse inside my and our Embodying bodies and Selves. Said another way, our Light bodies and our Physical bodies have finally aligned, synced up and vibrationally merged and greatly expanded throughout 2018. This is manifesting as us literally seeing ourselves as physical Light beings who continue to Embody higher, higher and higher frequency Light Energies and NEW Codes. The coming November 2018 Angelic Energy Waves about to start being Embodied by those capable of doing so now are another very big and important layer of these ongoing evolutionary Ascension Processes and related external changes they automatically trigger.

A Dream Vision From The mid 1990s

Around the mid 1990s I had a dream that I knew then was highly significant but also didn’t fully understand what all it was revealing to me at that time. In this dream I saw a stunningly beautiful conscious energy thing come down from above and slowly and gently fold back and forth on itself like warm taffy or soft folded ribbon candy. It moved and flowed like thick liquid Light and folded gently on itself in a way that felt as meaningful as its overall appearance. It was shimmering iridescent pastel colors of pale pink, baby blue, mint green, lavender and pale yellow liquid Light. It felt profoundly loving and feminine but was beyond lower frequency masculine/feminine duality. It was a slow-moving, gentle liquid Light Energy Wave that was conscious and deeply beautiful in every way. In this old dream it was mainly just making a first conscious connection with me by revealing itself in this way and giving me plenty of time to view and feel it. It was many years later into my physical level Ascension Process that I began to understand it was an energy aspect from the Angelic realm. Many of the dreams and other dimensional experiences you and I have had throughout our current lifetimes have been about the Universal Ascension Process. Working in linear time space and simultaneously beyond it does, at times, get a little weird and mystically wonderful! Such is the evolutionary business at hand.

Greater Embodiment Produces Greater Old Negative World Collapse

I’ve tried many times to convey the difficult concept of having positive evolutionary changes happening simultaneously to increasing negative old patriarchal world “end times” events. This is hard to wrap one’s awareness around until you remember that lower and higher frequencies cannot co-exist in the same space. Then this bit of different frequency, consciousness and reality weirdness makes perfect sense.

Another aspect of my June Angelic insights about November’s 11 energies had to do with this simultaneous “better and worse” Separation of Worlds business. The November 11 energies have always felt to me like spiritual energetic thresholds we cross through in that month. November 2018’s 11 threshold we’ll pass through, no matter which world or Stair-step each person is currently on, will produce the largest collective shift for all groups and levels. If this confuses you, think back to last week or last month or four or five months ago and remember what all you and your body have gone through at this much higher amplified and quickened level. There have been important reasons for all those physical head and body pains, pressures, deeper Work on Self, and greater Crystalline Christ frequency Embodiment plus NEW DNA activations so that you’re capable of crossing this 2018 November threshold and Embody these NEW Angelic Light Codes. December 2018 should see some of us Embodiers going more Light than we’ve been able to before, plus more Light Crowns manifesting for more of us as well. But first we’ve got to live and Embody through the November 2018 Angelic Code arrivals.

Inner Body vibrations have increased and expanded to inner Flashing Lights.
Inner Flashing Lights are living Sun/solar connections between us and it, it and us. We have become Unified.
Inner Flashing Lights have triggered NEW Crystalline Rainbow DNA activation and Embodiment in some of us this year.
Crystalline Rainbow DNA activation and Embodiment has prepared some of us to be able to Embody NEW Angelic realm Codes in November 2018.
NEW Angelic Codes Embodied will further the Embodiment and activation of Crowns of Light/Light Crowns in December 2018 and 2019.

It’s astonishing how much progress has happened throughout 2018, and by reviewing what the Embodiers have and continue to achieve individually and collectively it’s clear that accelerated change is the norm. Get ready for more throughout November and December 2018 as you, me, we continue to evolve and Embody more and more. It shouldn’t be a surprise at all that 2019 is going to be extraordinary as well. Well done everyone, now get ready to Embody November Angel energies.

Some Current Alignment Side Effects

I know this portal is opening and affecting everyone massively. feeling v bloated/upset stomach/sort of cystitisy feelings – needing to wee a lot more and rushing to the loo more generally – headachey/pain over one eye blurry eyes – feeling like you’re living in a parallel in universe where everything is the same but nothing is – feeling v down, tearful, generally odd, doomy feelings – hot and cold temp changes back again – feeling vaguely fluey – sleeping for short periods of time at odd times of the day and night – I am awake in the middle of the night – feel like my day and night are reversing and so on… Susan “

I wanted to write a little something about the latest potent cosmic alignment blast that arrived after the August 11, 2018 Solar eclipse but I’ve needed some recuperation, integration and recovery time because it was that intense. From my perspective the ongoing Embodiment Process is simply intense, with certain massive phases such as what’s just happened on August 12 through the 13th thrown in that take all this to another level we’ve not experienced before, ever. By August 14th it felt like I’d adjusted and recovered just enough from the 12–13th blast, but this morning August 15th, another type of higher energy is here now. Such is 2018, Mastery on levels we didn’t even know existed.

As is always the case with the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process, your mileage will vary because we individually experience these evolutionary processes uniquely. We all agree that another big and very intense energy blast happened during the days mentioned, but how we personally experienced it, them, is unique to each of us.

About a half hour after I went to bed on Sunday August 12, 2018, an AI inorganic device creature thing manifested etherically in my room. Before it appeared etherically however, it manifested a really horrible burning smell which was so physical that I thought something was actually burning inside my house or possibly outside. As you know we’ve had multiple fires in this area for over a month but this particular smell was not the same smell as burning hillsides. This had a more chemical smell to it so I got up and checked the house inside then went outdoors to check on my A/C unit to see if it was okay. (In this heat it runs almost all day.) Everything was fine, in fact it smelled nice and clean outside so I went back to bed and turned off the light. It was about fifteen minutes or so after this that I clairvoyantly saw the etheric manifestation of an AI device creature thing manifest in the space at the end of my bedroom. I’ll share what it looked like to me ONLY for educational purposes, not to titillate or fixate on or fear.

[If you’ve read A Lightworker’s Mission then you may remember that a demonic entity and/or negative aliens—basically the same things—placed an etheric box-shaped AI device at the threshold of my physical bedroom door in that house. I could clairvoyantly see it sitting there for months and so too could one of our cats. He would jump over it every time he entered and exited my bedroom where our second cat acted like it wasn’t there.]

After smelling this unpleasant burning smell for almost a half hour while lying there in bed trying to figure out what it was and wasn’t, an etheric flat circular-shaped AI device the color of inorganic fake “White Light” appeared in the air a few feet away from the foot of my bed. It looked somewhat like a 2.5-foot circular shaped circuit-board that had AI intelligence. The second I saw it I knew what it was and that it was producing the horrible burning smokey chemical smell. That smell is fairly common when negative aliens, demons and certain Team Dark AI devices are present, but this time the smell was slightly different from what I’ve smelled before at another house between 2000–2004 while under demonic and negative alien attacks. (See A Lightworker’s Mission for more information about those events.) This event of August 12, 2018, just before midnight in my bedroom smelled slightly less strong, less potent than what I’ve smelled years before. Nevertheless I discerned the situation because, to be honest, I was surprised that a negative thing could manifest inside my house in 2018 and stink the place up to the extent it did. This negative burning smoky chemical smell lingered for three days and nights in my room and house after I removed the etheric AI intruder the night it manifested. Something else was happening in relation to this attempted attack and I wouldn’t understand it all until August 13th when something else happened. I was aware when I was viewing it of having a sense that this etheric AI device was about to die, about to be permanently destroyed and that this was its last attempt at doing harm to me.

The next day, Monday August 13, 2018 I awoke and scanned my room, house and property for the etheric AI intruder creature thing and it had remained gone. I could still smell the scent it produced in my bedroom and different areas of my house from time to time, but it was gone. I went about my morning routine and got things done that needed to be taken care of when suddenly I got hit and hit HARD with the most intense and potent ascension related cosmic alignment energies I’ve experienced to date. What I’m going to describe next, I’ve experienced dozens and dozens of times before over the years, but never as big and strong and powerfully as the energies that arrived most of the day on August 13, 2018.

Thankfully I got my morning ~~choirs~~ chores completed when these cosmic alignment energies arrived and the phase of Embodying them began for me about 12 hours after the negative etheric AI device and stink manifested in my bedroom. A short 12 hours later Source-sent evolutionary energies arrived to be Embodied by those of us able to house them in our physical bodies. I spent the entire day flat on my back with my heart pounding so hard in my chest than anyone else would have rushed me to the ER! I knew what it was however and immediately surrendered and fully opened myself to it, to this level of energy and Embodiment Process and let my heart and HighHeart pound and expand and push out a lot of old lower frequency stuff inside my body, my cells, my bones, my muscles and organs etc. I lay there and had my heart and HighHeart pound so hard all day as I viewed old lower frequency codes, energies, patterns, beliefs, habits, density, toxicity and so on literally be pounded out of me and my physical body by incoming higher frequency NEW Light energies. It was glorious… and painful… and freeing to a degree I’d not experienced to this extent ever before. As another layer of old density junk, gunk and muck within me was permanently pounded out like a chef hammering thin a slab of meat, I knew why the negative etheric AI device had manifested 12 hours earlier; it was taking its last attack swing at me before it was destroyed. 12 hours later some more of my own old lower stuff was also permanently destroyed via extended heart and HighHeart jack-hammering by Source delivered energies. When it’s time for another big layer of old lower residual stuff—personal and collective, positive and negative, internal and external—it ALL gets cleared out in many different ways.

After the energy pounding Embodiment Process I and many of you experienced since the Solar eclipse of August 11, 2018, my physical body was so sore and swollen, hot and beat up feeling like I’d been hit by a truck, that I had to do very little Tuesday the 14th because I was so weak and sore. Today, August 15th much of those side effect pains, weakness, body aches, bruised ribs front and back, internal heat and internal swelling from SO much super high frequency Light energies having been Embodied has eased up and I can do a bit more now. But because this latest cosmic blast was more intense than anything we’ve experienced before, give yourself and your physical body and anything else that needs it, plenty of time to recover from Embodying so much so quickly, and from releasing so much so quickly simultaneously.

This morning I feel different energies coming in, more Solar feeling and in the head than what happened the past three or four days. 12 to 24 hours now seems to be the time we have between evolutionary cosmic energy onslaughts so use them wisely because the recovery down-time doesn’t last long before another bout arrives. So no, you’re not doing anything wrong nor are you failing your personal Ascension Process or Embodiment Process, neither have you gotten lost within the process or hung up on old lower stuff; you’ve just gotten hammered in whatever ways and areas you personally need by Divine Source and the cosmos so you can get another good-sized chunk of HOME Embodied within yourself and your physical body in this here and this now. ❤

Getting Familiar With The 2018 Next-Level Energies

“We know why the December 21, 2017 Solstice through March 20, 2018 Equinox quarter was extra difficult and isolating for many of us; we’re about to get energetically blasted like never before, so an intense preparation period was required beforehand to be able to Embody and seed what’s coming. We (specifically the Forerunners of the Forerunners, the Forerunners, the First Ascenders, First Embodiers etc.) have completed another flight of Ascension / Embodiment Process energy Stair-steps and reached a totally NEW higher frequency Landing and are about to start ascending a NEW flight of Stairs. Because of this, most of us have found ourselves confined over these winter months (in the Northern Hemisphere, summer in the Southern) forcing us to deal with whatever issues each of us needed to be consciously aware of, see, feel, resolve, release.

I’ve never felt any previous winter quarter keep me as isolated and housebound as this one has, and not because of bad winter weather, but because I had some more things, issues, old 3D focus and emotions to go through before they were released. This mandatory personal inner focus time finally released for me at the end of the second week of March. It still amazes me every time I find more stuff and junk I have remaining in those tiny unlit blind corners of my inner self after three-plus decades of continuous serious Inner Work! Packed to the Crown chakra we’ve all been with stupid dense unaware tidbits, old 3D habits, beliefs and limited expectations that cannot go one more step with us on our Embodiment Process. Every time we reach another higher Landing, we’re confronted with whatever remaining stuff and junk is in us that has to be acknowledged, transmuted and released so we can ascend to higher frequency ground minus any remaining old dense 3D travel souvenirs we were still hauling along with us…”

Linear time and consciousness continues disappearing and being replaced by Now Moment quantum consciousness. Just roll with it and be glad you’re functioning from each Now Moment. Remember how Saturn was hit by seven solar flares in April 2017? Remember how I repeatedly mentioned it (still am) and how excited I was about it having happened? I knew at the time that everyone didn’t understand what I was saying in relation to Saturn being freed from old Team Dark encodments via seven solar flares and why I was so excited about it. Point is that you’re feeling it, living it, dealing with it and Embodying it throughout 2018 and beyond but at these next-level, higher frequency, energetic Stair-step level(s). The old reality codes and magnetic glue that assisted in holding it all in place within old 3D Earth physicality is no more, and the Forerunners, First Embodiers, Pathpavers etc. have been feeling all this in new-to-us ways ever since. This is us heading up a totally NEW and much higher flight of energy Stair-steps and it’s why most of us have experienced some super amplified AP and EP symptoms or side effects.

The more habituated I become to existing within Now Moment quantum consciousness, the more difficult it is for me to locate myself within linear time and space etc. The old familiar AP side effect commonly called ‘brain fog’ was mandatory to help us, help humanity expand beyond the limitations and narrow consciousness blinders of old lower frequency 3D physicality on Earth. All those old constraints to our consciousness, perceptions, linear thinking, awareness and sole egoic self focus and consciousness had to be incrementally undone to free us from the old lower codes and templates, grids and magnetic glue, hardcore linear left-brain patriarchal consciousness and more. Was it fun or pleasant not knowing which end was up due to your old wiring being Rewired to embody tremendously higher frequency Light energies and NEW codes? Of course not, but it was necessary, just like all the other AP side effects were and continue to be today.

All of the now familiar Ascension Process (AP) symptoms or side effects happened to us, in us and through many of us at much lower frequency Stair-step levels of the AP. This is important to keep in heartmind now because you/me/we are not existing at, functioning from, Working within or Consciously creation from the same level or levels that we have since 1998–1999. What I’m saying is that experiencing ‘brain fog’ today is nothing like it was a decade or more ago. Neither is experiencing another bout of inner Kundalini heat in 2018, or dreams and dreaming, empathically feeling and effected by humanity’s fears and/or anger over just about everything now, and living through other AP and Embodiment Process (EP) side effects.

When my AP started on the physical level with the start of 1999, not only did I have severe brain fog much of the time but I also suddenly couldn’t accurately interpret some of the physical objects I’d see. A piece of black plastic trash-bag hooked to a barbed-wire fence looked and felt to me like a dead rhinoceros on the side of the road. “Reality” was suddenly not clearly discernible and glued and locked in place for me when the AP started back then. It was and continues today to be an ongoing incremental process of dismantling the old and all our tools of perception etc. that went with it, while simultaneously Embodying more and more NEW levels and layers of New Earth and all the NEW tools of perception etc. that go with it. On the best of days that is an absolute mind blower!

Unless I make a notation on my calendar about when I experienced something, it’s become really difficult for me to remember when it or much of anything happened. For this reason I’m going to say that it was sometime during the first half of 2018 that this old familiar ‘brain fog’ side effect returned for me, but, it did so at this vastly higher frequency level and space of being we’re in now. How brain fog affected me nearly twenty years ago is nothing like it is today, which is the case with most all other AP and EP symptoms or side effects, including the also recently returned inner Kundalini heat I’m feeling in the bottoms of my feet again. I recognize these old AP symptoms yet they’re very different now because I’m very different now due to having lived and Embodied since 1999. Pull way back and up for better perspective when in doubt.

A couple of months ago or so the old ‘brain fog’ thing returned, but it’s been a very different experience from what it was a decade or two ago. Now it encompasses both a continued dismantling and freeing of Denise self and familiar identity with ongoing Embodiment of greater and higher Self/Selves, some consciously known and remembered and many not. In 2018, ‘brain fog’ is happening on a vastly larger scale and with far more players involved than previously consciously known or capable of. What’s scrambled now is our own sense of self and Self and SELF as they continue merging and melding one into another like a grand spiritual Family Reunion. It’s glorious, it’s disturbing, it’s indescribable, plus I know there’s much more to all this coming. Brain fog used to be not being able to remember the correct word or name for things; now it’s not being able to clearly define one’s current sense of Self and Selves “identity” while the NEW continues being created and the old continues being un-created. Is it any wonder…

Another normal side effect of our 2018 next-level AP and EP processes is one I think many need to be reminded of now, and, with ZERO guilt or shaming or insulting or anything else like that over it. It is the business of one being in an evolutionary Ascension phase, Process and Stair-step level where one cannot get one’s backside extricated from where one is at that time no matter how hard one tries. Said another way, I can suddenly find myself once again in an unpleasant place emotionally, psychologically etc. and be very consciously aware of this fact and yet I’m not able to lift, push, insult, threaten or hug myself out of it. I’ve learned, repeatedly over these many long hard evolutionary years that when one is in the muck, whatever the muck is for each of us, that it is profoundly important and each of us needs to utilize our being in the muck once again to… Master the muck. Yes, this is about each of us Mastering our personal muck, and also Mastering most of humanities muck too, which is in my opinion the highest thing anyone could do to help themselves and All others as well. It just is what it is, which in this case is the AP.

When I find myself deep in the muck yet again in 2018 mind you, and cannot get myself out of it, it’s an important situation for each of us experiencing it now. There’s so much more going on than what we might think at first, like is this my muck or is it someone else’s or is it mass humanities muck that’s currently flying all over the place due to the accelerated dismantling of the old everything? Does it even matter at this point whose muck it actually is? That question was directed to the Forerunners. My answer is yes and no; yes if it’s my muck because I can learn more from it, and no if it’s humanities muck because I’ve been clearing their mass muck across time on Earth and the Astral and higher since 1999. This too just is what it is which is part of the Great Cosmic Janitorial Work that some of us excel at. 😉

The point to this is that it’s one hell of a place to find oneself in, this squeezed out of the old lower patriarchal world with its escalating insanity and collapse, and simultaneously not yet fully anchored into the NEW ascended 5D Earth world and matching reality. Not pleasant at all in fact being in this transitional weirdness of not all there and not all here yet either. After almost twenty years I’ve gotten used to lingering in this transitional place and state of evolutionary shift and have made myself a temporary “home” in this not-here not-there ascension zone. What pisses me off however is when the old lower patriarchal world demands that I jump through some more of their corrupt, dysfunctional failing hoops and pay top dollar for it. For me the gap between myself and them has become so great that it’s physically painful and profoundly insulting to me and I do not want to ever have to jump through patriarchal hoops for any reason whatsoever anymore. I’m so, so done with it and them.

How do I and you reading this that can honestly relate change all this? We Embody more, we Work more, we evolve more, we dive in fully into these much higher frequency next-level energies of the AP and EP processes because there is nothing else for us to do but this. Yes it all feels slightly different from what we’ve already been through but at least you’ve got that to use as a comparison. Most people don’t have a clue about what’s going on now and why and continue to drink deeply from the patriarchal Orange Kool-Aid being pushed at them constantly. So the bottoms of our feet are on fire again, it’s because we’re building the Pathway to NEW ascended Earth! 🙂 So our perceptions occasionally get scrambled and we can’t extricate ourselves from another Shit Pit layer for a short period. It’s because we’re Divine transmuters clearing out more lowly crap that has to be removed from ourselves if that’s the case, and/or from the negative leftovers created by mass humanity. It’s AP and EP business as usual in other words, just at this MUCH higher, much more complex, higher frequency next-level than what we’ve become used to. Just do it and don’t judge self or others for anything. We are renowned throughout the Universe for being Mighty Muck Masters so don’t beat yourself up—or let anyone else do so to you—for having this much-needed higher ability.

Briefly because I’m tired, since June 24, 2018 the physical pain level of these different next-level AP and EP things have been record-breaking for me and many of you. And then yesterday, July 2nd happened, which was an epic culmination pain-wise since June 24th. Yesterday, all day and even after the sun set, was one of those lay there and don’t move or think days and just open and do your best to survive what’s happening energetically inside and through your body and being. But as is always the case, when I/we get through one of these next-level levels, we instantly gain more, know more, are more and Create more. And repeat as usual too.
