The above image is intended to represent the Separation of Worlds, the old physical Earth world and energies reaching their final Expiration Date December 21–23, 2012 and continually reducing energetically from that date forward. The image shows two parallel lines, one continually increasing, the other continually decreasing side-by-side. Replace those two parallel lines of blocks in the image with two parallel physical Earths, an ascending Earth that’s been returning to full organic energies and continually increasing energetically, and the other old inorganic patriarchal Earth that’s been continually decreasing energetically since December 21–23, 2012.
At some point these Earths that have existed parallel to each other will completely split-off, separate from each other and no longer exist in this old position and state. The NEW organic Earth will continue to energetically and physically ascend while the old inorganic Earth continues to rapidly decline and eventually exist no more. That inorganic Earth world most of us incarnated on in these lives reached its full Expiration Date in December 2012 and will not exist indefinitely. This is the Separation of Worlds and it is now very close at hand physically. Some say it will happen physically in 2019, and for a couple of years I’ve thought it would happen in 2020 due to multiple things, one big reason being the approaching Saturn Pluto conjunction throughout 2019, then it reaching exact conjunction on January 12, 2020 at 22° Capricorn. Look at those numbers!
Before we go further I want to briefly clarify what I mean by organic and inorganic Earth. Earth was originally organic meaning Source designed but it was intentionally manipulated by Team Dark negative aliens and beings into a profoundly diminished inorganic state many thousands of years ago. They did this to parasitically use physical humanity and Earth, the solar system, much of the fourth dimensional Astral plane and more as their personal etheric and physical energy food and fuel sources. They intentionally distorted Earth, other planets in this solar system and humanity so severely that it all was energetically diminished to an inorganic state. Original organic humans were beautiful, loving beings that respected each other, Earth/Gaia, the Divine Feminine, the Divine Masculine, females in general and all else on, in, around and off planet. However, when Earth and humanity were seized by negative aliens, humanity was intentionally distorted into being anti-human, anti-Earth, anti-female, warring and murderous because that is how those negative aliens were and felt themselves; “humanity created in the image of god.”
Some Ascension teachers and some channels have stated that old patriarchal inorganic Earth will last for another 100 years, some claim another 300 years, and a couple of channels have claimed it will exist for another 1,000 years. Based on what I know as of this moment—and I reserve the right to know more tomorrow and the next day and the next—much of when the old inorganic Earth completely disappears depends on the Embodiers Pathpaving from the physical in-body levels now. Don’t feel pressured Embodiers, Forerunners, First Everythingers by this because you have, we have been doing this all along anyway.
The more you/me/we Embodiers, Forerunners, Pathpavers Embody and elevate ourselves, our physical bodies and DNA etc., the faster we automatically pull and lift everything and everyone else behind us up to increasingly higher energy levels. Think how race cars draft off of the lead cars. Like my old cartoon drawing of the Angel with a huge chain over its shoulder intentionally hauling Earth up stair-steps all the way back up to organic frequencies and state internally and externally, you and I have been doing exactly that throughout this entire Ascension Process. We have always been those who Volunteered to incarnate in these current lives to in all ways override and elevate what was long ago stolen and horrendously distorted energetically, etherically and physically by Team Dark negative aliens and other beings. Said simply, the Volunteers incarnate now came in to clean up the negative aliens and beings ancient energetic and etheric distortions done to Earth, the solar system, much of the 4D Astral and to global humanity and continually energetically override and elevate everything back to a fully organic state, DNA, human consciousness, Earth and external reality.
We could have stopped this monumental Ascension Process effort years ago because the agreed upon base ascension level had been reached, however, because we were soul-deep into all this evolutionary ascension business physically ourselves, we decided to pull the whole thing up even higher, then higher than that, and yes even higher than that much to the many cosmic onlookers surprise. Many of them weren’t expecting us to do that but we have and we continue to do so today because we’re of the heartmind of “why not go as high as we can with this now and Embody and Pathpave even higher for everyone?”
Respectable run-of-the-mill ascension wasn’t enough for most of us after the early transmuting and residual clearing Work was accomplished so we collectively decided to go for higher gold so to speak with this Ascension Process on physical Earth. Why the extra Work, aches, pains and additional old negative bullshit from the old lower fronts? Because cosmic spiritual opportunities like this only come around every few hundred million years or more so why not take it as high as we could for ourselves and Embody, build and Pathpave energy migration routes for the rest of humanity coming up in 2019, 2020, and 100, 300 or 1,000 years behind us? We already hurt like hell and had gotten used to being strategically stationed around the entire planet as living Lighthouses isolated from other Embodiers and Forerunners, so a little more of it all wasn’t that big of a deal to us at that point within the Ascension Process. We’ve taken Earth and humanity back to planned Divine Source organic energy levels, plus we’ve taken it to Crystalline Christ frequency availability for every human that may desire that as well. Wind us up and stand back because this is who we are. Source knew we’d make the decisions to go farther and higher long before we knew we would.
Because the Volunteers took a vote over a decade ago about the state of affairs with the Ascension Process on Earth back then, and the majority voted to wait longer in hopes of more people elevating their frequency and joining the Ascension Process by finally getting so sick and tired of the old global negativity, we waited. However, that long wait is now over and the Separation of Worlds is close to happening.
Will The Separation of Worlds Happen On The Physical Level?
Yes.
To discuss this I’m going to use the percentages of 28% existing on the NEW Earth and 72% existing on the old Earth that Inelia Benz talked about in her November 15, 2018 blog article.
Frustrating that it’s 72% after our 2007 vote to wait and give them more time to get fed-up with the anti-human heartless negativity and all else of the old Earth world and start developing heart and a desire to stop the global internal and external personal and collective pain. After all of our individual Forerunner ascension blood, sweat and tears Work transmuting, clearing and continuously increasing our frequencies and Light and Pathpaving energetically for mass humanity, there’s still 72% of global humanity that prefers the old negativity, insanity, personal and collective pain(s) and everything that went with that lower frequency inorganic state, consciousness and Earth world. That’s why I voted for the Separation of Worlds to take place in 2007 because I knew we wouldn’t get the numbers most Forerunners were hoping for and believed was possible back then. They won’t in 2019 or 2020 either which is why the Separation of Worlds is finally going to happen on the physical level. There are many Forerunners, Embodiers, Pathpavers etc. that cannot exist in this in-between state any longer because the gap in frequencies and people is too great and too painful at this point. The full separation from the old inorganic patriarchal Earth and humanity on it must happen soon for the Forerunners to thrive and continue the Higher Work for all.
With some of the earlier choices, votes and Work revisited again here for perspective, we’ve finally reached that point within the Ascension Process where these two parallel Earth worlds cannot continue as they have been since December 2012, and the Separation of Worlds is about to unfold physically. Let’s cover some of that to get a better awareness about how it will most likely look to those in the 28% group. To explain this I’m going to talk about some things I already have many years ago at TRANSITIONS when I first experienced them. It’s time to put these different experiences and events over the years and decades into perspective in relation to the 28% and 72% groups of people on parallel Earth worlds. Become more conscious of your nonlinear being and Work you’ve done and continue doing both in and outside of linear time and space.
I want all the elders and others who’ve been living the Ascension Process as First Everythingers from the very start to remember back twenty years ago or so to when you first noticed other people rudely getting in your way when you were somewhere shopping. Remember how suddenly people were walking up and standing in front of you way too close physically and refused to move out of your way? Remember how they’d just ignore you and your shopping cart and what you were doing and trying to look at on some shelf in stores? Remember how goddamned mad it made you having strangers treat you like you didn’t exist, like you were invisible? Yeah, you see where I’m going with this. Those people weren’t intentionally being rude or disrespectful to we First Everythingers, they did not see, feel or sense us standing right there in front of them and this began happened repeatedly twenty years ago! Because we were vibrating at a slightly higher and faster FREQUENCY than they were, those individuals didn’t see or sense us at all. This has always been about different individual levels and rates of frequency and vibration. Higher and faster, lower and slower. If you doubt this try this. Intentionally induce an emotion in yourself that’s based on something you’ve experienced that caused you to be really angry or fearful. Recreate that emotion in yourself as completely as you can then pay attention to how your vibratory rate drops. After this, intentionally induce an emotion in yourself that’s based on something you’ve experienced that caused you great joy or peace or gratitude etc. Feel that in yourself and your body and honestly compare the radically different frequencies of those emotions and the different levels of frequency they produced in you. Existence today in dying inorganic Earth or in NEW organic Earth basically comes down to which frequency range each of us has within us and maintains. Anger, fear, hatred, greed, causing pain to ourselves and others or respect, honesty, compassion, equality, real freedom, sharing all with all and so on.
Next I want all the Forerunners of the Forerunners and Forerunners to remember back to the start of the physical, biological Ascension Process in 1998–1999, and how when driving your vehicle other drivers would nearly hit you and/or run you off the road. I want you to remember how they would change lanes and almost sideswipe your vehicle, or how they’d suddenly pull out in front of you, how they’d run red lights and almost hit you and on and on and on. Other people drove their vehicles like you did not exist, like you were invisible and simply not physically there. These mega jerks endangering us, themselves and other drivers may have not been the mega jerks I, we first believed they were because over time we realized they DID NOT SEE US which meant we had to pay extra attention to not only our own driving but everyone else’s. We were invisible to many people when we drove and that was truly harrowing and another aspect of us living the Ascension Process first and at a higher frequency level than the majority. Many people couldn’t see us and our shopping carts in stores nor did they see us in our cars when we were driving them. Like living and Pathpaving the Ascension Process first wasn’t difficult, painful and dangerous enough we’ve also had to physically deal with and emotionally cope with our being invisible to a good part of humanity since 1999.
All of us who began the physical level biological Ascension Process first because we were per-incarnationally coded to do so in 1998 or the start of 1999, began living our lives and realities in a higher frequency space from that time forward and has continually increased in frequency and vibratory rate, expanded in size and amount of Light energies we’ve continually embodied and Embodied ever since. Because we’ve been continually increasing our “Light quotient”, evolving, ascending in all ways and literally living and existing within our personal secluded higher frequency physical homes, apartments, properties etc. since 1998–1999, we’ve been living the continually increasing Separation of Worlds the entire time.
I wrote about a few experiences I had throughout the decade of the 2000s that dealt with this from my Forerunner of the Forerunners higher frequency perspective. One of these many bizarre experiences looked to me like I was viewing certain lower frequency physical humans and locations through a very long dark tunnel. One time some neighbors yelled at me from down the street and when I turned to look at them they appeared to me to be small and very far away and I had to strain to actually see them through this long dark tunnel. The first time I experienced this it was shocking and as usual my first thought was, What the hell is wrong with my eyes?! There wasn’t anything wrong with my eyes, I was simply viewing those neighbors and other people who existed in the 72% group frequency, consciousness and old Earth world reality from my position in a higher and faster frequency level.
I’ve had many face-to-face encounters and battles with very evolved Team Dark aliens and other demonic beings etc. and yet, as odd as this may sound to some, it was a physical awake experience I had in the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) in the mid-2000s that really shocked me to my core. Monsters? Yeah, whatever, been there done that. Having physical buildings disappear while I’m physically standing in them is a very different story, or it was to me back then. Today I think I’d be ecstatic to witness the old lower frequency Earth world totally disappeared from my view and personal reality. These past twenty years of living the Ascension Process as Forerunners should have prepared each of us emotionally and psychologically for the ultimate separation from the old inorganic Earth world, reality and its 72% population.
I had to go to the DMV office in the mid-2000s and after waiting in line outside the building for nearly an hour, I finally reached the only public entrance to the office. When I crossed that threshold into the building—which I’d been in many times before—I couldn’t see anything in that large building other than the tiny narrow queue line leading up to only one window. Everything else in the large DMV building was pitch black and literally physically gone from my perspective. The only thing I could see was one tiny narrow line I was in inside the office that was dimly light overhead by one very dim light. I couldn’t believe what I was and was not seeing! There were no sounds at all which is rare in busy loud public buildings like the DMV. I remember thinking to myself how profoundly grateful I was that there were a few people ahead of me in this line and that there was at least the one dim overhead light so I could even see where to go and then how to exit the building. I was in the DMV office for about twenty minutes and the entire time 99% of it remained completely invisible, blacked-out, soundless and with only that tiny single line dimly light overhead the entire time. I was never so relieved to exit a physical building than I was that day.
There have been numerous other similar experiences where I couldn’t easily or clearly see or See at all certain places, buildings and people that exist in the old lower frequency Earth world. Likewise, since 1999, there’s been many people in the lower frequency 72% group that couldn’t see, hear, feel or sense me or you in the 28% higher frequency group. My point in going over these two radically different levels of frequency and existence again in January 2019 is to remind us that we’ve been living the Separation of Worlds ever since it started in 1998–1999 on the physical Earth level. Additionally, its continually accelerated every month and year since December 21–23, 2012. It will most likely reach complete physical separation from the 72% lower frequency Earth and human population on it at some point in 2019.
The big question on most everyone’s heartmind is how will this final physical level Separation of Worlds look and feel to those of the 28% group? And how will it look and feel to those in the 72% group?
From the 28% perspective, physical NEW organic Earth and reality will no longer have the 72% individuals in it. They will not exist in this higher frequency NEW Earth nor will any of the old negative patriarchal systems and structures. That dream I had in December 2018 where a kitten spoke with a human voice, “There’s a lot of Work ahead of us” is making more sense now that we’re in 2019 and facing the completion of the Separation of Worlds physically!
I know that many of you reading this have personally experienced buildings, people and areas suddenly just not be there more than a few times. You’re driving somewhere and old familiar landmarks are nonexistent and you momentarily get lost because of it. They weren’t torn down by physical construction crews, they’re simple gone. Certain places and people just disappear and you do your best to not get rattled by this and continue with whatever it was you were doing when you discover some more of old Earth reality is gone. This is much like what it will look like and be to those of the 28% group on NEW organic Earth; all the lower frequency people and systems and all else will simply not be there.
From the 72% group perspective it will just be what it’s always been to them. They won’t even perceive our departure. The old Earth world and reality they prefer will still be there— for the time being —so to them there won’t be any change whatsoever. What is today, and will accelerate and increase in the old lower inorganic Earth world is its escalated deterioration and eventual total demise. It has no energies supporting it to continue, so for the 72% group, life on old expired inorganic Earth will continue to get increasingly unpleasant. They all have the option of individually migrating to NEW Earth via increasing their frequencies, their Light quotient via the Ascension Process which will help them make the evolutionary transition. Not everyone within this 72% group will do this in 2019, 2020, or 100 years or 300 years or 1,000 years from now however. Most will but not all.
Personally I sense that the remaining time left for old inorganic patriarchal Earth’s physical existence is very short. 100 to 300 years at the very most. The Embodiers been very intensely intending both the elevation and acceleration of the entire Ascension and Embodiment Processes for ourselves and humanity behind us and it’s working. I’ve never sensed that there’s 1,000 years left for old negative Earth to exist as it disintegrates. I feel it’s much less linear time than that.
To gain access to ascended NEW Earth the 72% individuals must raise their individual frequencies up out of all that’s been normal, accepted and encouraged on the old negative inorganic patriarchal Earth world. Again, this is about different levels of frequency and individual “Light quotients” as it’s been called. You either vibrate higher and faster or you don’t. Remember that the Forerunners waited for an extra decade for more of the 72% people to increase their individual frequencies via the Ascension Process energies and naturally evolve, “ascend” to a higher frequency. We waited a long time for them to do this and it was hard on us in just about every way to do so but we did it. The waiting period is finally over however. Now we’ll move on and it’s up to the 72% to increase their individual frequencies and traverse the ascension energy migration Pathways we Pathpaved for them for this very reason.

At some point during the last two weeks of December 2018, I had a visitation from a group of seven ET Lightbeing types. I didn’t write the date this happened down so I can’t remember exactly but it happened during that time. I was awake when this group of seven ET Lightbeing types intentionally appeared to me. Nothing was telepathed by them or me and this visitation seemed to be more about them letting me know that I was (as of December 2018) in a NEW higher place and that these types of direct conscious meetings would continue not only for myself but for most all Embodiers.
What struck me about them was that they all looked exactly the same. The image above is a close representation of them in that they all were the same color—white in this case—and all the same height, size, shape etc. They were identical and yet I knew they still had some individuality to them. They all wore the same floor-length white robes, had no hair and barely any facial features and milk-white skin. They were a small group collective but as I said still had some small amount of individuality left in each of them. Everything about them was white and of Light. They stood very close together and didn’t move, speak, telepath or do anything other than reveal themselves to me because I had reached a level where these types of meetings and visitations with new to me ETs and other Lightbeings could finally start happening. These NEW visitations are due to our Embodiment levels to date, the Crystalline Christ frequency DNA continuing to connect within us, our latest intentional positioning within the Photonic Light, and the physical level Separation of Worlds probably happening this year. All those things we’ve Worked so long and so hard to reach are finally starting to manifest in multiple ways because we’re existing at a high enough level for them to do so. And, far more to come all year and beyond as well.
As we continue to Embody Higher Self within lower physical body self; as we continue to Embody greater amounts of NEW Crystalline Christ frequency DNA connections; as we continue to intentionally and consciously drive our Ascension Embodiment Processes, the more we’re going to find ourselves in NEW territory and realities along with far, far more new to us Universal neighbors. This isn’t in the future but in our now lives and realities and it’s all going to expand like never before in 2019 due to the upcoming final physical Separation of Worlds. Well done everyone, now comes the really exciting NEW everything. Are you ready? Are you really ready for it because it’s coming and soon.

Obvious “reality glitch” experienced today: I wasn’t sure where to post this, but thought it should be mentioned. A friend and I were driving slowly this afternoon on a major artery in my neighborhood (snow was falling) when suddenly the familiar landmarks disappeared (entire streets, stores and shopping centers that normally appear on that route) and we found ourselves driving into the industrial area which was still some distance away. What also struck me was seeing a Maxi store on the south side of the street where none exists.
We were driving back after having lunch and coffee (no wine) and were both mystified as to what happened. It may have been a jump into a parallel dimension. What also struck me was that a Maxi store appeared where none exists. I seem to have returned to “normal” reality but wonder what happened… any ideas would be welcome!
Thanks for sharing your experience Thelma because it’s going to help others better understand just how weird, strange, surreal and otherworldly their reality could suddenly become. It was great that there was another person with you at the time that experienced the same anomalies too. It’s always great when someone else is there with us and experiences so-called reality doing things like this.

I’ve experienced my local reality suddenly having new buildings where none ever were, streets gone, seeing crystalline transparent buildings superimposed over actual physical buildings and then they’re gone, old familiar landmarks not there one day but back again a few weeks later the next time I go out and so on. It can really throw you when suddenly your familiar town is not your old familiar town anymore but this is part of the Separation of Worlds.
Instead of writing an article about this I’m going to add it here because it’s related to your experience Thelma. Monday April 8th and Tuesday the 9th I’ve been Seeing and sensing the ‘third (Trinity) April 2019 Wave’ as Sandra Walter calls it. She said it would arrive mid-April, but as usual many of us start feeling, experiencing and being affected by big NEW Light/energies/Waves before they arrive here in full-force. For me this started on April 8th and I sense it will just continue most all month.
This third (Trinity) April 2019 energy Wave is presenting as a series of, I don’t know what to call them but I suspect they’re higher frequency energy “Gateways”. When I See these I always do from overhead so they look to me like energy walls set on the right and left sides at different locations that we — Earth and all of us — have to navigate our ways through them. These particular April 2019 energy walls or “Gateways” are different looking and feeling than the ones I’ve Seen before. These are Crystalline with each one being more refined and of a higher frequency/vibration than the one before it. I’ve been Seeing four or five of them that we’re going to be passing through in April and each time we do we’re entering (again) into MUCH higher Light energies, MUCH deeper Photonic Light and space and so on. We’re going through these four or five energy “walls” or “Gateways” this month in rapid succession and each one lifts, ascends us and Earth higher into more refined Light and energies etc. Fabulous news but it also means this month is most likely going to cause most of us some more and/or new types of physical pains, pressures, aches and so on. It could also cause a lot more of these external “reality” changes like what you experienced Thelma so everyone be prepared for “reality” to suddenly look different to you in any number of ways. This too is just more and deep Separation of Worlds process so everyone, deep breath, self-care, expect the unexpected and miraculous constantly. ❤ ❤ ❤

Denise, thanks so much for sharing your perceptions and your own experiences in the same vein (buildings disappearing and new ones replacing them in a higher frequency, then familiar landmarks reappearing later). I can understand how others who have NOT experienced anything like this would disbelieve…
For me, 10 city blocks just “disappeared” and even this morning, my friend is saying, “that was WEIRD.” Of course, she has no context for what has likely occurred.
And thanks for the heads up on the Third Trinity Wave already being felt, and all those crystalline gateways! I think you WILL write an article one day about this and more, especially as others here begin to experience glitches in physical reality.
If anyone is reading this, I want to reassure you that there’s nothing to fear. Even “weird” can feel normal when you understand what’s happening. If our physical reality is holographic, then big chunks of it CAN disappear and be replaced with something finer to better reflect our frequencies.

Denise, can I equate Gateways to Portals? I ask because based on the knowledge that the Volunteers are spread all over Earth, and I, for one, have tried on numerous occasions to move from the area where I live, and have lived for the last 20 years, I was always guided to return to this area. Actually, more than guided… call it smacked!
Seems to me that this area may be where I arrived eons ago, and I need to be in this area for the Separation of the Worlds and my eventual return home… i.e. the reversal as you mentioned in your recent article.

First I need to say that I’ve never really liked the term ‘Gateway’ but that’s just me being weirder than usual. To me ‘Gateways’ are comparable to cosmic thresholds, cosmic mile-markers if you will, cosmic energy “walls” that let you know you’re about to cross into another and more different NEW territory and energies way out there in the Photonic energy band and/or other cosmic energies. Hi Denise and all, is it me or is everything just lighter? The energy, vibes, mood.., I don’t know but lately I’ve been feeling really great. There isn’t any earthly reason for this cuz my 3D world responsibilities have gotten bigger and heavier but I just don’t give a shit. I mean I’ll do them but it doesn’t drag me down or worry me like responsibility/duties used to.
And while I’m floating away I’m noticing people around me spaced out, worried, stressed and totally out of it. It literally feels like I’m in my own bubble of happiness and THEIR shit can’t touch me, I’m doing a bad job of explaining, I’m sorry.
The point is, I can’t relate to anyone and that is fine by me! I’m rather happy in my ‘aloneness’ but it doesn’t feel lonely anymore.

That’s why you/me/we can see it, the old 3D patriarchal world and reality “shit” etc. and even deal with it when we have to, but we’re NOT emotionally or energetically connected to it, a part of it, pouring our life-force into it or letting it or anyone parasite off of us anymore. We’ve literally evolved beyond “it” and “them” and all that crap and very importantly we’re Neutral about it all. It is all going away faster than most know at this point all the while we continue blazing NEW trails to the NEW Earth right here, right now. Nothing else matters. When it first happened I thought I must be depressed (again) or wondered if I was turning into a cold hearted bitch, as nothing touched me…I could stay neutral and removed…it was so FREEING and peaceful …not have all that emotional angst and energy draining! When the feeling stayed and has for a good 3 plus years, I suspected it was as you described but it is great to have you validate it. So thank you!
Glad you made the connection with this one as it can be confusing. I remember being a child and having this higher frequency Neutrality about many things despite my being an empath. Most things I was emotionally and energetically Neutral with but as I got older there were things, situations and people that got me and my ego going! I’ve spent a lot of these ascension years learning how to not be reactionary when my Emotional Body was being triggered by someone/something. We’re Working towards total Neutrality which really means evolving beyond the old lower ego and those lower hooks and snags in whatever form they take. Being Neutral does NOT mean that we don’t care or have compassion or empathy etc., it means we exist above the old ego self that was anything but neutral! 😉 Think Angles and Lightbeings and very advanced ETs and this Neutrality is always visible in all of them.

I’m sure it was symbolic of more important things beyond the Lunar eclipse supermoon itself but, that asteroid hitting the Moon during the eclipse is not what’s important in my opinion. It’s something to pull focus away from what is important I believe and that’s why I didn’t publish your link. I’m writing an article about the December 21, 2018 Solstice and Earth Core changes, AND the January 2019 Lunar eclipse supermoon and what these two events have changed so far. (It hopefully will help explain my actions here.) There’s MUCH more to come throughout 2019 and it will be almost constant.

My head was pierced last night in frontal cortex, felt like a laser needle through the brain, then through the jaw, then chest, painful, I sat up shocked at the suddenness, then…voila! Resolved! Less than 2 minutes!! Wow. Blessings to you and all, hope it’s not hurting too much. Though I am so GLAD that SO MUCH MORE has been accomplished than anyone knew…!!

I live in San Francisco. During the most recent fires up North, San Francisco was plagued with a most toxic air for several days. One morning during the worst of it, there was one bird in my back yard; The sound he was making sounded like whimpering — very sad. A few birds — not many– have been coming back.
Dear Denise, my experience has been strange on a feeling level. Its as if I feel weighted down and each atom feels heavy. It tkes a effort and decision to not fall into depression. I cant really describe it. Its almost like I can’t find my center and I have to dig so deep to remind myself of the Truth and the truth of the truth and gives thanks for the truth and hardest of all to anchor in the truth, peace, and trust. I think too im aware of not wanting to think so much anymore, and yet I have a storehouse of negative mental history i.e. negative thinking to the max from a lifetime of it waiting and wanting to resume….. Im talking sheer habit. I must remain vigilant! And my inner sensitvity to others around me has increased, so Im thinking I can be feeling so many people having reality shift under their feet simply from the shutdown. Last week I walked away from a customer to find an item and the next thing I knew Is I began to tell myself a story, I said to myself that as soon as I reach this area the man is going to take the part on the counter and walk out the door. (I then could hear the sensor at the door beep) and I said to myself, “and there it is!”. And i came back and another customer told me that the guy I was helping walked outside. Yup. Gone with the part. Also my guts have turned to massive gas churnings. And wanting to feel depressed from an increased isolation or maybe deprivation. But these challenges force me to turn within and dig deeper. But Im grateful I can reach out for this brief bit. Man, the gas!!!😮

Hi Stu. I’d suspect it was because we’ve been in a huge energetic change and expansion since the December 21, 2018 Solstice that’s still unfolding now. The Earth’s inner core has/is going through another mega change into the NEW higher energies and along with this the Sun is matching these NEW higher Earth energies etc. Everyone reacts to big magnetic changes differently just like we do from solar energies and changes in the Sun and sunlight etc. but I’d guess that your body is manifesting this side effect from these two big and still unfolding Earth core and Sun changes. Rest, nap, self-care and quiet and solitude for as long as you need my friend. ❤

Our Higher Self can and does intend for us to do all sorts of things in each lifetime but that doesn’t mean we do them or even a few of them. The potential is always there but once we’re incarnate on Earth in physical bodies and all the rest of it, it’s really easy to get sidetracked, go off higher script, or any number of other things. Free Will, even to screw up.
In these current lives we’re all having now, humanity is in the Ascension Process whether they’re aware of it or not. Many, many energies are here now to help everything and everyone evolve very quickly but even that isn’t always enough for every human alive on Earth now to utilize these evolutionary ascension energies. Many people do not want change, are afraid of change, hate letting go of the old negative patriarchal ways, beliefs, power over others, greed, violence, money, consciousness, structures etc. and resist with all their strength to prevent any change from happening in them and in others too. This is now really visible in politics here in the USA and elsewhere too.
The energies are here pushing everyone to evolve now, or, go elsewhere and try again later. Later as in a few years or decades or many lifetimes. It’s up to each individual and they can and do resist their own Higher Self AND these incredibly intense evolutionary ascension Light energies. When a person is willing to change their frequency and evolve, they will and quickly with all these energies pushing everyone to do exactly that now! But, not everyone will take advantage of these energies and that’s their right in a Free Will space such as this.
Kudos, Denise on your great reply to vitomarin! You captured what I believe to be true and what so many just don’t “get.” That we are each accountable for ourselves in this human life and unless we surrender to our Higher will and consciously pursue a higher path, we easily get pulled into all kinds of distractions. I see it as an abdication of self-responsibility, wanting “someone else” to get the job done … it’s very prevalent in our society.
People are encouraged to rely on so-called “authorities” in many ways and to feel disempowered instead of learning to trust their intuition and feeling with their hearts. Ascension is indeed a POTENTIAL that unfortunately many people are not even considering at a time when the energies are supporting this shift. So so SAD about that!

Every soul incarnate on Earth now during this Ascension Process (AP) is here because their Higher Self wanted them to be on Earth during the AP to experience it and evolve greatly from it. But like I said before the human aspect, the “ego-mind” as you called it, can choose to not take advantage of the AP energies and not even be consciously aware of why their Higher Self wanted them physically present on Earth at this time. So, “personality ego-mind” can mess things up, derail them, get sidetracked, resist evolving etc. despite everything that their own Higher Self and Divine Source/God/All That Is has and is currently doing to evolve everyone and everything everywhere. This is one big reason why all this can take so long and why everyone is at very different levels of development and focus.
Dear All, for the past few days I’ve been hearing the birds chirping and watching them do a happy dance. The temperature dropped 20 degrees overnight and winds are 22 mph gusting to 36, but I’ve been watching from my LR window wave after wave of robins—and smaller birds which I haven’t been able to identify—flying back and forth and all around the courtyard. What happy sights and sounds … a real boost, especially when some of them come so close to my windows and alight briefly in ‘my’ tree.
I’ve also been enjoying the comments posted here and have said “ditto” to many. Some interesting physical symptoms have manifested, the latest being a lump in my throat that makes it difficult to swallow. It comes and goes and can be pretty annoying at times, but then it will disappear as if it was never there. Oh well, this too shall pass. As a 73-year-old woman who came into this world with a heavy dose of homesickness, started on a spiritual path in the early 1970s, made a huge shift in 1987 and almost exited in 1999 but was told I needed to stay because I had more work to do, I am grateful to be here NOW.

I’ve only recently started to post, and the reason I don’t do so more often is because it’s difficult to find the words. And anyway, many times somebody else—you or one of the commenters here—says it for me.
I must get back to birdwatching now. They’re flying to my tree more frequently now, and I’m hoping they’re scoping out a place there for a nest.

It was after the December 21, 2018 Winter Solstice that I too began hearing and seeing birds singing and coming to my birdbaths in my patio. (I place two birdbaths in front of my sliding glass door so I can watch them splash, dive and play in them.) I’ve never heard or seen birds carrying on like its springtime in the middle of winter, even here in southern California. But I’ve had my Blue Jays, Mockingbirds, Fly Catchers and smaller birds I call Lime Babies that look sort of like Finches, all coming to my birdbaths and singing and behaving like it’s spring instead of early winter. Lauren Galey and Sandra Walter both talked about this and how they both have heard and seen birds very active and loud like they do in spring and Lauren lives in Colorado and Sandra lives on Mt. Shasta, CA. in the video link I’ve shared recently. Sandra said it’s due to the Earth Core changes to higher NEW energies that started with the December 21, 2018 Solstice and is still happening now. The energies, the Earth’s Core energies, the Solar energies and us too believe it or not are now very NEW and it has the feel of springtime and renewal etc. which the birds have been reflecting since the December Solstice. Added to this is the massive increase of Divine Mother/Feminine returned and returning to Earth now and throughout 2019 and things are already feeling very NEW and improved!
Many of us in this age group did a lot of re-educating ourselves in our twenties with whatever spiritual, occult, metaphysical etc. materials we were drawn to. And 1987 was Harmonic Convergence, the start of the Ascension Process and decades of the Sun crossing the Galactic Equator. 1998-1999 was the halfway point of our Sun crossing the Galactic Equator and this was the time when many of us were energetically activated to start the Ascension Process on the physical biological level. That’s why these dates were so powerful and meaningful to us; they were Soul Contract activation points where we were triggered to begin the Ascension Process as First Everythingers.

There have been many years here in SoCal where I didn’t even hear or see birds at all and I wondered if they’d all left or died off. I love birds and used to feed the parking lot birds as I’ve called them birdseed because they hang out in shopping store parking lots around grocery stores and fast-food places hoping for scraps from humans. How long do birds live on a diet of french fries I wonder? Very sad. Bad times are over however. “Crazy old cat lady” has nothin’ on me!
I remember reading Barbara Hand Clow’s great book Alchemy of Nine Dimensions: The 2011/2012 Prophecies & Nine Dimensions of Consciousness (2004/2010) and appreciated her talking about the seventh dimension — 7D — and the Photon Band of Light, and birdsong.
And on and on it goes. Somewhere she talked about how physical birdsong on Earth is directly connected to the Photonic seventh dimension — 7D — of Light and sound (“the word” etc.) and is very high vibrationally. It makes sense to me that we’re deep enough now into one of the Photon Bands of 7D Light that the birds on NEW Earth are feeling, and clearly signing about, the present NEW energies that have a feel of profound and constant RENEWAL now in 2019. Denise – you cracked me up with the Beatles song comment. And your mention of feeding the birds in parking lots is something I used to do also. There was a period of time here (Decatur, GA) a few years ago when there were no birds, squirrels or chipmunks in the courtyard and it was very distressing. Eventually they gradually started showing up again, but they’re really showing up big time now. So wonderful!

Hi, i experienced the high energies in the first row, many times it felt like dying. but here i am, feeling better than ever . still like those chocolat cookies with coffee 😉 but here is the thing, i may not totally understand your vision about the seperation of words Denise. i asked my guidance, and the answer i got is that there is no planet B . i think were at the dawn of something new. but for me it feels like that there will be 2 groups of main consciousness, with also enough high energie in the second new group of high consciousness to transformate, mutate everything around us . so lower energies, food, lower feelings, emotions won’t effect us. at the same time time we lift up the people arround us and they will enjoy beeing around us ( and also in the way of quantum fysics, what happens here happens everywhere ) . over a period of time everybody of the lower will die naturally or a unnatural way, and every newborn will already be in the new consciousness .what is already happening for most at this time. could be this way. but it does not matter wich vision will be the most correct one . as it comes we know it will be a wonderful new good experiance..

But for awhile now I’ve been intentionally meditating on opening my third eye, holding space for myself to trust it and not be afraid (feels like maybe some old baggage needed to clear around this). Last week, with my eyes closed I Saw behind my eyelids a dot of bright light and then there were two. And I just knew it was eyes of someone else. Then I saw other sets of eyes. Some with different shapes, it seemed. I had this sense of MANY beings watching me and it felt like they were excited, “she can see us! Thank you Georgia for sharing your comment regarding the Jan 2-3 wave along with that link, and thank you Denise for your responses!
That Jan 2-3 wave explains why suddenly on the evening of Jan 1 I ended up getting a viral infection that I’ve only had twice before, this being the third, with the last one being 5-6 years ago. My body usually starts to feel the waves coming in prior to the dates as I felt as if something was happening to my head from Jan 1-3 in addition to running a fever those days.
Been recovering but despite all that, I’ve been feeling as if spring is coming ever since we transitioned into January. It’s winter here, it’s showing a low of -22 C (-7.6 F) on eclipse day. I felt this lifting of darkness somewhat, lightness, excitement as if spring is coming (which I usually feel around March-April) which is several months away as the winter jackets usually don’t come off till the end of May some years. Or maybe it’s a calm before the intensity this year is supposed to be.
Another hard to explain thing I wanted to share was for quite some time now I’ve been feeling as if the family I had this life (and others I once knew) are from a “past” life rather than having known them this life due to the huge gap. It’s strange because it made me question multiple times did I really know these people this life.
Regarding the physical split of worlds, there is the 28% who will experience new earth and 72% who will experience a deterioration of the old earth (with option to ascend). Denise you mentioned large numbers will be physically exiting in 2019-2020, are they part of the 72% (reincarnate on another planet similar to old earth)? Or will those leaving the planet can also be part of the 28% if their soul reincarnates on new earth with an updated dna/body depending upon their frequency/light. Meaning the one’s who choose to stay on old earth (rather than exit) will be experiencing descension? I hope that question made sense and I’m understanding this correctly (please correct me if I’m not).
It was nice to see the articles that the north pole is shifting/accelerating and they didn’t know why, thanks to Podvig for sharing that physical proof. Is the pole shift something that will be experienced by both 28%/72% populations? I know those scientific articles said the pole shift can take upto 1000 years, but seems like it might be much sooner (a precursor perhaps to the actual physical split?).

Wow, thank you Linda and Denise for that wonderful question/response. I remember coming across some information stating there won’t be a prey/predator relationship anymore among the animal kingdom on new earth, so it’s amazing that Denise too has mentioned everything will be light-filled (including what we eat and what the animals eat).
I too experience many symptoms/reaction/pain if I eat something with chemicals/preservatives along with many many other things that have been cut out of my diet over the years since this all began over the decades such as animal products, gluten, sugar, junk foods, gmo’s, etc. This also includes a sensitivity when it comes to any chemicals touching my skin or smelling them (I get an instant reaction even from a distance, be it smelling other people’s perfume/air fresheners/plug in mosquito repellent’s/laundry detergent etc). Lately from the ending of Dec to Jan I’ve been getting repetitive strong intuition to step it up even further and avoid the few times I would occasionally have things with sugar (especially the white kind even though I still experience symptoms with more natural sugar alternatives) such as mixed in a condiment for example. Even chocolate which used to be my favorite and I could have as much as I wanted, my body can no longer tolerate sugar and chocolate for the past 6 years. I have been having a very small dairy-free piece here and there since then as I loved it. It all depends, sometimes my body can tolerate that small amount (same goes for sugar), other times I have a reaction within a few minutes. I have been noticing over the years especially the past month or two a new symptom after ingesting sugar/chocolate is anger. For many hours throughout the day/night I get very anxious, agitated, restless, insomnia, heavy breathing, heart racing/palpitations, that poison feeling Denise mentioned and how I should stop doing that to myself, not worth going through. I need to make some changes.
Thank you, Denise, and everyone for your comments… sure do help. For a few months, I’ve been experiencing major body synapses prior to sleep. Some are extreme, come with a snapping noise, and some are not so bad, all are electrical in nature and jolt my body and can’t be controlled. (Once I even snapped myself in the head with my left hand!) For the past week, the synapses have lessened, but I’ve been streaming clear fluid from a very congested head and face via my nose, eyes and even ears. The fluid is clear, but when it makes its way to my tummy, oh gawd, the nausea. The heat, sweating and nervous tension from all of this is also electrical and almost constant. Anyway, I gave some thought to this particular sequence of events and decided I’m either “draining the swamp”… sorry, that pun may not work… or I’m having what I’ll call plasma overload release. I’ve done some research on the Sun’s plasma and its electrical charges, and could be our bodies are replacing some of the negative ions with positive. I’ll go with that for now! I’ve had the middle area of my belly suddenly spasm like something got changed, shifted, released or who knows. Haven’t had this one a lot but it always happens suddenly and is like a muscle spasm. I have had the ear draining clear liquid thing many times and the nose doing so too. More Divine in which automatically pushes much more old toxic stuff out. Not a pretty Process but who cares when one is being freed from darkness and density and taking in more and more of Divine Source and Higher Self/Selves. Drain the swamp because Higher Selves and Source are moving in!
Be careful with old duality thinking like negative/positive ions or anything else. We’re beyond that and in NEW higher territory — aka integration, Unity, Triality etc. — which is producing all sorts of NEW to us physical bodily side effects, mind’s eye and open eyed visions, encounters, NEW abilities, Higher Awareness and so on. 2019 is going to be all this and more 1000-fold more than what we’ve ever experienced.

I have seen it silver, for a while…. had to work on my solar plexus, for a while due to anxiety.. days spent clearing brown gunk.. ( i think residues, of food, emotions etc.) Then a lovely flushing, with white water…. then seeing rightious anger, all 3d crap from birth, and releasing it, to be transmuted to healing love for gaia…. then a silvery gold sun, seems to be burning, continually, from there….. seems like yr experience, and other comments. I appreciate you reminding me that we were strategically placed all over the planet. I totally relate with many others here who shared them feeling alone, or invisible. I too have felt that way my entire life. Been in hermit mode for almost 6 years now, plus an additional hermit 3 years from 2007-2009. Reading about your driving/shopping cart experiences reminded me of several memories that surfaced. Similar to a reader commenting others not seeing her but see their partner, this has been my experience too over so many years now. Lets say we go on a walk at the park, majority of people only look at him and either smile or say hello. They don’t even look in my direction, despite walking literally 1 foot beside him as if I don’t exist. Or going back 15 years ago when I went to a water slide park where I ended up getting stuck in the tube. No one came to help me (not even any life guards) as I struggled to crawl out with the water pooling up behind me raising in level. Half an hour later I finally managed to slip and slowly crawl out and found out my family (including relatives/cousins) left that ride without me, not even realizing I was missing. Or going back even farther to about 20 years, when I was walking home and I was crossing the road. It was quiet and I was the only one outside walking, it was quite a long one and width-wise it was a single lane road. I looked both ways before I started to cross and there were ZERO cars on the road either way. When I reached about midpoint suddenly out of nowhere a vehicle came at me full speed while honking (did not slow down either as the vehicle was about a foot or two away from hitting me). I sprinted and collapsed on the other side, it never made sense to me as where this vehicle came from as you can see/hear a car coming from a distance. I had come across how eventually when we raise our frequencies others cannot perceive us in their reality. I first realized this 4 years ago with an experience that blew me away. It confirmed to me that I did not exist in that person’s reality. They were being taken away by police. I was standing right beside one of the officers the entire time, who even safely escorted me later on down the stairs (where my parents were standing) right past and infront of this person. Later on I found out according to that persons statement’s the only 2 people there were my parents, when infact I was fully there the entire time! This was when it officially hit me that I was actually not visible to certain people at times.
Denise, thank you so much for sharing your experience of going into that building where certain areas weren’t visible and you saw them as black. You helped me realize I had this experience 1-2 times in 2011. I didn’t experience it to the same extent as the whole building vanishing or large chunks of it being black for long periods though. I had walked into a university building and suddenly upon entering everything turned black in the form of multiple flashes. I thought something was happening to me health-wise so I rushed past a crowd and quickly ended up running into the men’s washroom by accident!!! I couldn’t see where I was going as everything was turning black, vision coming back, and black again.

I agree with the post from soul perfection that most ascension messages have become irritating. Any message that starts with Dear ones etc is barf material because this process has went on so long Except for the messages from Denise and a few others whose experiences match my own even to the dates. I thought years ago that I would become lighter and fluffier as time went on and probably just float up to be a wise and a wise and gentle counselor. The years have taken their toll and now I am afraid I have become somewhat cynical and frustrated. I know I was one of the ones who voted no in 2012 to continue this process. I truly hope that our sacrifices and our great losses over the last seven years and long before will soon be over and our hearts made glad again and that we will know our true worth. Despite my many losses and heartache I know this will happen in the perfect time. I have already lost a loving spouse most other relationships have dissolved , been bankrupt, unable to function much of the time. Hey it’s got to be all uphill from now. Clogged ears who cares.
Is anyone else experiencing severe head congestion. Mostly in the temple between eyes and clogged ears. I can hardly hear most of the time. In addition is the constant cricket sound in ears I have had for years. It is just so hard to function but of couse this is only one of the irritating symptoms I have had so long. Still better than the vertigo, diarreah and vomiting phase I went thru several years ago.

I, too have the ear symptoms you describe, for the last 9 months or more. I just accept them and by now they have faded into the background. A week or so ago while partially awake I heard tones inside my head going from one ear to the other, in different time sequences and pitch. Very interesting!

The purging lasts for several days with just one day of feeling stronger and then back to the purging. Ughh!

Experiencing cold energy running from my head downwards on right side of body only. This started back last February and the flow was just in the head. Over the months it has gradually moved down all of the body. I have only been able to find info indicating it is the feminine lunar energy. I am thinking it’s cleaning up the male side of the body.
I havn’t heard comments from others regarding this so perhaps it is not happening to many. Usually there is so much heat and now it’s the opposite.
hi Lyn, during the last couple of months I have had several episodes of freezing organs, never had anything like it before, it occurs in the same place – gall bladder / lower liver area (had problems with pain and tenderness in this area for many years) it feels like solid ice, but without the heaviness, it can last for hours at a time. Perhaps it’s a high vibe healing technique preparing me for the launch ?
Also had flashes of white light over the last year or two (mostly during daylight hours), the latest one was about a week ago, during early hours of the morning – I was sitting up in bed (no lamp on) with my eyes closed when a bright white flash lit the room, I opened my eyes to a dark bedroom.
Bumping into furniture, feeling of toppling, ground swaying, floaty etc., all happening on and off, dropping things regularly, very blurry vision when strong energy waves come in.
The eclipse on monday (uk) should be fun …….. 🌙 😴

I’ve had the inner freezing cold energy side effect off and on over the ascension years. Nothing like the inner heat/hot hot flashes but have had them many times. In November and December 2018 they returned after not experiencing them for a good long while. In my case I repeatedly had the sudden inner freezing cold sensation on the surface of the tops of my thighs from hips to knees. (I’ve had this exactly at the HighHeart upper chest area; super freezing inner cold in very specific areas on and in my body.) Then my hands and lower arms and so on.
Everyone needs to remember that our personal ascension and embodiment and Embodiment Processes will CONTINUE to produce all sorts of unusual “symptoms” or side effects and that it’s normal even though they’re really weird. I’ve had my face and eyes go numb feeling for periods. Not painful just very strange sensation of not being able to feel that you have eyes! 😮
And on top of this is the fact that we haven’t plateaued with the Ascension (AP) or Embodiment Process (EP) and reached the completion point with it and the side effects caused by it. What CONTINUES to happen is that the AP and EP just keep going higher and higher and higher — which is happening AGAIN now everyone — because we’re evolving/ascending/traveling further into NEW and higher frequency Photonic Light, plasma energies etc. Because of this we’re going to CONTINUE experiencing NEW to us types of side effect in our physical bodies, our surroundings, lives, homes and interactions with other people and other nonhuman beings such as other dimensional ETs, Angelics, Lightbeings and more. This is our lives throughout all of our lives. The physical pains and aches etc. will and have been decreasing in comparison to what they were for the first 10-15 years of the AP! The more Light you/me/we embody and Embody, the less of the old lower everything we have within us, our bodies, our consciousness and external reality so this Process is actually getting easier, incredibly faster and far less physically painful.
Because we’re in ANOTHER big move deeper into the Photonic Light right now, we’re having these NEW to us side effects in our bodies and many are also seeing and Seeing more NEW to us Lights and Light energies etc. I saw some NEW Light manifestations in my house yesterday and into the evening hours that I’ve never seen or clairvoyantly Seen before. And there’s a growing sense that we’ve got more and very NEW to us “company” all around us. Company as in NEW to us ETs and other beings that exist above them.
I almost tipped over yesterday. Not fall but discover that I’m tipping over and I couldn’t tell which way my feet needed to go for it all to be “right”. Another weird side effect and it’s usually experienced every time we go through another big change in the magnetic field and/or in Earth’s CORE which is CONTINUING. Lots of immediate changes and this will only CONTINUE throughout 2019 so expect pretty much anything while you CONTINUE to intentionally experience “NEW Earth Now”. ❤ ❤ ❤
Thank you Denise for your follow-up comment regarding symptoms and flashing lights. As we are embdying higher and higher Light/Energies, I am noticing that my 12 year old cat is experiencing them too. Back in the beginning of December, she lost most control of her left side. She came out of it within a few days. I felt her central nervous system was affected with the big blasts and affeted her balance/equilibrium. Has been normal since then until yesterday, she is wibbly-wobbly at times. And appears to be receiving jolts of electricity (sudden jerks, kicky paws) in a flash of light. She is looking around and UP more. She’s watching things. Wants to cuddle more and sleep too.. I assure her that it is the incoming energies/blasts and to hang in there. That I am with her (she’s been my AP buddy), I support and nurture her in anyway possible. Just thought to share with you all.

They have been and continue going through all of these evolutionary energetic blasts just like we do. They'll go as far as they can and want to in their current bodies. Some reach a point where they're older and would rather exit their physical body and return later in a NEW and improved updated model. My cat was 11 when he just had to go (late 2016) and I was glad for him because being my buddy was no easy or safe thing all those years. Love to your elder feline buddy Karina.

Third Eye experience is helpful also. Mine is cleaning out and the headaches radiating out for the third eye area are very persistent and have considerable strength.
I have been experiencing regular clicking sounds in my right ear for months and it’s something like when you are trying to tune a radio to a certain station but it has much more clarity.
I too sense excitement that I am getting closer to “being on air”.

When reading all the pov out there it seemed to me that duality consciousness was being fractalised into infinity. And people seem solidly polarized. I mean there appears to be zero give and take. I’m still continuing my ascension journey being an anchor, for i simply cannot do otherwise… but i have found my self reaching a point of becoming dissonant to anything ascension related. I was reminded of what someone once said: “You will never influence the world by being just like it.” I suppose this is why we “renegades” (to utilize an old term from Barbara Marciniak”s “Bringers of the Dawn” and “Earth”) have embraced our roles in effectuating evolutionary changes from outside the prevailing energetic matrix and that, ultimately, we were/are unable to be and do so in any other way! As I continue to both develop inwardly and deconstruct the inner paradigms that no longer apply – and connect with others like yourselves who have gone/are going through similar experiences – I certainly get how it is that Denise feels “blissed out” in her HighHeart. You’ve alerted me to a very astute distinction as I assess my own relationship to both the Light and the Darkness…I’m reminded that I have no ability to gain any perspective on my personal history while I’m immersed in it…but after having crossed an “evolutionary bridge” (of which there will be many), I can say that looking back at global darkness while residing within the Light is infinitely more pleasant than when I was caught up in the darkness and negativity of it all, clawing and grasping for any available Light I could get my hands on! Your insight also reminds me to remain in “vibrational equanimity” (my term) as I’m presented with the difficulties (me and) others will encounter in integrating the “higher frequency NEW energies, consciousness and HighHeart in themselves.”…even though we will never advocate that anyone need experience any pain, struggle, suffering, drama or lack while doing so! Raymond, same here; love those moments of bliss that come periodically as I “deconstruct” old paradigms that no longer apply – habits are hard to undo as they are mostly unconscious behavior. I hadn’t heard anything about this but it does makes some more sense about the collapsing global patriarchy. Astrologically Mars has, I repeat HAS represented male/masculine energies and drive but with a lot of lower consciousness so it’s been manifest as warring, violence, elitism, the patriarchy etc. In some cases like this these events are representative of these old Mars energies being “pummeled” into evolutionary change and that fact is better recognized by some people as these types of rare space events. Or, you can watch an hour of World News on TV and see it actually playing out on the world stage. 😆 America and the UK are deep in it and “it” will only escalate like crazy this year and next. Mega changes coming for all.
Denise, thanks for making that point about Mars having been expressed mostly as war, violence, patriarchy, etc. It will be refreshing to not see the planets in extreme polarities (positive – negative) anymore as we move higher up the stairsteps!

Today is January 17, 2019 and I clearly saw a huge flash of white Light out my kitchen window today. It’s been raining all week — it’s so wonderful! ❤ — so my first thought was that it must have been a lightning flash. I waited for the thunder and none came and I realized that what I'd seen outside was a NEW higher frequency flash of Light, not lightning at all.
I see flashing sunlight constantly coming from me like I'm radiating the same solar Light that's flashing, which is what many of us have been doing for a year now. But, what I saw today outside was something different and NEW to me and feels like the time leading up to, through and beyond the Sunday January 20th Supermoon Lunar Eclipse is us entering another higher level/frequency of Light and all that goes with it. Be open to experiencing NEW to you phenomena and such this week and next. It feels like we're on the higher move yet again which also means we'll be seeing, feeling, hearing, sensing and possibly encountering more NEW to us things etc.
Denise, thank you for sharing your experience. I have been seeing flashes of light too but the past few days the flashes have been brighter and more intense (yet softer). I had a dream at the beginning of the year that I heard from a light being, “Go! When you see the Light open and flash”.
Last night I had a deep level of purging emotionally yet had a quicker “recovery time” and able to be back in my HighHeart with divine neutrality. THAT was a first. Going to bed, saw the flashes again. I look forward to all the NEWNESS. It’s exciting! Love you.

Denise, I mentioned awhile back about schools. How kids have changed. The social dynamic massively transformed over the past 3-4 years, dramatically. As of last year, there was a circa 30% stronghold of purely positive, self-empowered, kind, humane energy collective, showing up in a unified group of unique kids of all kinds. They are the dominant force now. As with all youth, they must align with a groups to go through development, the strongest group…wins. They control the state and dynamic of their culture and environmental development. I wanted to remind you of this last article. Not that you need any reminding of anything like this because you know this is happening. I just want to say how magical marvelous and miraculous it is to be in a microcosmic environment with 2,800 people and witness it, witness the new majority – the new New. There are kids holding darker stuff still in the negative, but they are now singular and collect only in small groups of three, I’ve noticed. There’s no power in their force, there is no power around them or to surround them. Their issues are like close they are individually wearing. They are seemingly alone. There are still teenagers with angst and issues, of course. But the new positive dictates their ebb and flow. They can’t/don’t “go with it” the way they used to be able to, unless they’re truly stuck on that side of it. And then they go it alone with one or two people. This is Los Angeles, that’s what makes it even more amazing, to be in a city so corrupt, so modern day Babylon like, so filled with heaviness and darkness (pre-fire, that is) that it’s utterly astounding to witness this self-empowerment in teens and brightness in their life force now. They are utterly completely and totally different from anything I’ve seen in the city in over 20 years. They are unlike any former generation ever. They are proof like no other, in my opinion. Also, I believe that (and your article has inspired me to find out) the size/percentage actually may have increased!!! It feels like it’s increased, I don’t know how much though! I walk around now and I have to look to distinguish the negative, which made me aware that the positive must have become larger. I’m not centered in the middle of the school during the day anymore. But I’m going to take a look at lunchtime, doesn’t take very long to pick up on it. I do believe the group has actually grown in size, though. And of course it would! I can’t believe I didn’t even think of that! I didn’t let myself, I was so excited to see what I saw, as it was!!! And this is a very very very good report !⚡️ These kids are not only a sample of the future. They ARE the future. The influence upon their generation and the ones to come can’t even be assessed, it’ll just grow exponentially, it has to. They don’t comprehend nor do they agree with the negative anymore, they don’t even understand what older people are on about sometimes. At large, I am also aware that the top is off the bottle for the” bad” out there now. It’s downright violent and spewing where it can, when it can. Also, friends and family in recent weeks are telling me dreams their shown about relatives etc. More are getting direct messages and making shifting choices, at least those I know. They’re done, some of them. They state this to my face. I’m hoping that this could mean that our wait was wise, at least somehow it saved some, 99 go back for the one AND I also see now how for REAL the mad stuff is and was, as all my victim shit is floating behind me and the boat I’m sailing in now.. I don’t feel sorry for anyone anymore. I feel overwhelming compassion, but I don’t feel weak or willing to give in.
You know, I personally noticed every time you used the word “back“ in this article. I kept thinking of the film “back to the future” and the phrase itself. For me, Marty & “ back to the future” is tremendous metaphor for my life (probably not the only one). I knew at 20 I had to just get to the future. Rogue One, Marty, Rudolph whatever!! I had to get back to the future, Han Solo style. Three years ago, this kid all alone walks past me in white converse tennis shoes and a “back to the future” T-shirt and then another crosses the quad right toward me with a “heaven on earth” T-shirt. The sweet message wasn’t lost and the funny thing was it happened on about the date in the movie when Marty returns to the future in 2016! And all of this occurred as I was placed in the middle of the school during breaks 3 years ago. I got to watch the kids and their entire dance manifest, in all the glorious energy that bathed them, woke them and reinvented them. Now I can’t believe it, what a gift, what an absolutely perfect place to be to witness. I love when humanity creates things and does not know what good it does and how it serves!💗.
By the way it’s been a really really hard energy week, really hard!! Vomiting (acid reflex on crack), hardly able to get out of bed! That letting up soon??! And I want to move! Now!! To the Sierras, into nature so badly!! And leave where I am working (mission done) so very very much I’m about to scream!! I feel like popcorn in a popper!!! Agh!! Kathy you’re welcome! I couldn’t find recent remarks about food but I know what Denise has said before about listening to guidance/intuition about food. I usually do that after a day or two of suffering! A guide yelled “yoghurt!” at me as I woke earlier this week! Bought some goats milk yoghurt (it’s lactose free I think and loaded with minerals, beyond cows milk) It worked, live culture, cooled it a lot, duh! Only thing else is mashed potatoes – they don’t seem to cause a problem. I crave them now and know it will be okay eating them. I don’t normally crave potatoes. Not into white food. Funny, speaking of guides, many visited and worked this week in AM and at night (see their funny faces waking, looking at me, finishing up whatever) yesterday one said “are you okay?” I wanted to laugh but it’s been one of those frying baking frizzzled crashing weeks, so I just said “yah it’s just…” and I went about weird dreams to him! So much visual stuff, images of Egypt, really old b&w film reels, not intelligible, very confusing!! Also what’s hard with food is rising in AM to eat in the morning. I could barely move when I woke this whole week so no time for breakfast before work, an alkaline breakfast might have helped! And also I know in some cases nothing would help; I’ve had it surge on a completely empty stomach. I will be purchasing some Rolaids too LOL.

Joined a co, that finds them for you…. cleaner supplied, very down, emotionally, but he got more and more peculiar avoiding doing job. Walking up and down stairs. . What to do?????? I put intention, only love and light, may enter house…..I no longer go out, into 3d, it is actually dangerous. Except to go to holy well. If i go to supermarket it so low tone, most people hardly have energy to do job, then you get a loving , bright spark who makes your day……
At mo i am tryint to understand, , how the predator, prey, among the animal kingdom, will work, on new earth….. in 3d beings have to eat other beings to survive. This is perfectly ordered in nature, a perfect balance. You said once “there is no death” do you think predation, will cease in 5d……. i so loved yr comment, your house, is going with you!!!!! My crystals, and books and tuning forks, going with me. Even though, i will be in contact, with their ideas, and essence,more fully.

I have no recall of ever having said, anywhere, that there is no death, physical death. Moving right along…
Yes. Think about how over these ascension years everything we’ve been able to eat and drink has been changing because we are evolving physically, energetically and in every other way too. What you, me, every person whose been living the Ascension Process for the past 20 years has normally eaten (and drank) and never had any problems with has increasingly made us feel horrible, sick like we’ve been poisoned. Over these AP years, what we’ve been able to eat has decreased tremendously and most all of us have HAD to lighten up what we eat. Example: I can eat vegetables with no negative reaction in my body, stomach, digestive tract etc. When I eat anything with preservatives in it I become sick, poisoned feeling within 10 minutes. What I’m saying is that due to our ongoing evolution, what we’re able to eat and digest easily and so on has, is, and will continue to change dramatically.
3D dense lower frequency, lower consciousness, lower energy, lower everything old Earth world and humans needed much heavier, more dense protein foods but evolved 5D Light-filled, NEW DNA humans do not. Some of us are already capable of feeding and fueling our physical bodies through taking in Sunlight energies, inducing happiness, LOVE (all caps type of higher LOVE I mean), and creativity which is LOVE. Oh we’ll still eat more Light-filled, less dense foods but animal protein foods is already being greatly reduced by more and more people. Another important part of this everyone, is why some of our beloved pets have died recently. They too, the animals, are evolving and their diets and digestive tracks etc. are too of course. Everything on NEW Earth will be Light-filled which means what we eat, what the animals eat and so on is all evolving to a much higher level and frequency. Food is Light and food is LOVE, with some veggies thrown in when needed. 😉
