I created this graphic above in a feeble attempt to visually represent what’s been going on before the 12-21-12 Expiration Date and Paradigm Shift Point, and where we are today within the “Nine Months” period of the Ascension Process. This graphic is meant to be read from the bottom up.
Also, I want everyone to know that the two-colored images in my graphic were the closest images I could find that showed multiple lines — which are intended by me to represent multiple worlds and realities existing within multiple timelines — all compressing and converging into one single line. The bottom image represents before the 12-21-12 Expiration Date and Paradigm Shift Point; the top image represents the same process unfolding for “Nine Months” after the Paradigm Shift Point and before the single line separates into multiple lines again representing the start of the Separation of Worlds and Timelines at the end of the nine months… Fall Equinox 9-22-13. I would have preferred that the two-colored images did NOT have those + signs in them, but they were the closest images I could find so please understand that the + signs are NOT representative of anything I was trying to convey but came from the artist who created those two images.
The rest of my graphic is pretty self-explanatory, so I won’t spend a lot of time explaining what many of you are already familiar with. The main reason I created it was to help any who may be confused about what’s happening, what’s unfolding after the 12-21-12 Expiration Date Paradigm Shift Point and how important this “Nine Months” period is for each of us. I have other articles currently in the works about these Nine Months and the “three trimesters” within them. Stair Steps remember? Always incremental steps within this Ascension Process so we have enough time to physically live through and embody the changes and make the needed adjustments and adaptations to them over and over. If we weren’t in physical bodies in physicality then we’d be able to move through these energetic Stair Steps much faster, but, because we are remaining in our physical bodies this process takes a bit more time, which is really like an added grace period at this point for us all to make whatever further changes we each needed to.
I’ll soon have another article up about the First Trimester which will go into more details about these Nine Months and the three trimesters within them — 12-21-12 Winter quarter or months of the first trimester; the Spring quarter or months of the second trimester; and the summer quarter or months of the third trimester. (Cosmic Awareness created this term — “Nine Months” and “trimesters” which I’m borrowing because they so accurately reveal what you/me/many of us (notice I did not say all of us ) have been living since the “Three Days of Darkness” living Life Reviews we all experienced whether you consciously remember it or not on 12-21-12, 12-22-12 and/or 12-23-12. Actually, my Life Review has felt like it didn’t end on December 23, 2012, but has continued ever since in a less intense way. If you pay close attention, I think you’ll make this same discovery and realize that at some level your Life Review has been an ongoing process, on a less dramatic and intense way, since the “Three Days”. Gestation period indeed!
What’s important now is where we are now and that is nearing the end of the First Trimester of the “Nine Months” period. More about this very soon. Rest, review and release whatever it is that you need to at this point and, here comes the really hard part for many of us, be patient and let these trimesters unfold as they must and USE them in whatever ways you need to now.

We are at such an exciting point in our lives! I just had to share some recent awareness. I have been reading George Kavassilis’ book “Our Universal Journey.” If anyone is interested, I found it here: http://www.our-journey-home.com/.
In his book, he also says the March 2013 equinox is a very significant time for us and our journey “home”, in fact, it is the end of the “cycle” or timeline. He presents cogent arguments that support the idea of an “earth matrix” filled with mind control programs, including religion. However, he goes beyond that and presents arguments for matrices at higher levels, eg. galactic and cosmic levels. I have had such an expansion of consciousness while reading this book. It seems to tie up the remaining loose ends I had and I feel I now have the Big Picture in my awareness and I can “see” the way home.
He is a bit controversial; he tips on its head some of our most cherished doctrine, but it resonates with me so much. One must always use discernment when processing any information, of course.
One of the things he writes that may help those of us for whom Ascension has been difficult is that when we are not in alignment with “the matrix”, ie., mind control programs, it causes pain, fatigue and emotional distress. So, I suppose that means we are actually doing our best when we feel the worst!
So, let’s celebrate that we are so very close to our goal now! Blessings to all!

Thanks for the confirmation of the planet A/A/B scenario. I think i remember reading a CA channel saying some of us will be able to disappear at will to planet A and return, but not infront of anyone who is not ready to witness such a feat!
So if we do this, my silly linear 3D brain is saying ‘wont people who know me wonder where i am’!…. But i assume planet A is timeless, so i will not be missed?

Dear Denise, I’m so happy to find you. Like many others searching it feels great to finally connect with each other. I do have a question for you. On my journey of transformation are there bad habits I may be having that could hinder me? Such as drinking alcahol, smoking pot or doing drugs. Right now I must confess I enjoy red wine, some pot and opiates. I’m concerned these bad habits may prevent me from my true journey. I’m 54 and going through menapause, unemployment and recent seperation from my husband and some family members. I was in a lot of pain. Doctors prescribed drugs like zoloft and hormones but I hated them. I’m doing better, feeling happier, but have a ways to go. Any advise would be greatly welcomed.

Yes these substances will PREVENT YOU and off-tract you from your true journey. I have an addictive personality and will use ANYTHING deemed positive or negative–it doesn’t matter. So be kind to yourself and get yourself off the drugs & Pray for it and do not judge it. It is a doorway to your true inner Self. The true root to all addictive behaviours is the separation from our Inner Divine Self–which is always available and always there. So get yourself off the drugs and the societal “positive” crutches as well. Your Divine Inner Self IS YOU. And you are loved. 🙂

My opinion only, if you believe what your doing is “bad” then it will probably hold you back. I also would be concerned with the energy imprint of the substances you are using and if you are using them to escape? What are the sources of your pot and opiates? Red wine is good for your heart, I used to drink a small amount with dinner. I used to use marijuana but it got so I did not like how it made me feel. I have found that I have early stage glaucoma which is one of the medical uses for this, as well when I was using it helped with my back pain. It has been a very long time since I have done any of these. To me it just feels like I out grew them as I did not make any effort to stop them.
Look inside yourself for the answer. Take some alone time without any thing in your system and do some deep breathing and meditaiton. Ask for a message in your dream time. I know you will find the answer that is right for you. Much love and peace to you.

None of what I’m about to say is directed at you or you or anyone please understand.
After thousands of years of mind-control and dis-empowerment from all corners, people today still believe, of course, that the answers, the power, the wisdom, “god” etc. exists outside of themselves. Very well done Team Dark, very well done.
The old tools, methods and tricks from the 3D earth school don’t work the same as they did before the Ascension Process started. We’re currently not even in the old 3D earth world/reality that we all incarnated into in these lives, so why bother with old tools when your body/energy bodies/consciousness/reality and everything else has and still is in the process of major change? Because of the current Ascension Process, humanity has Source/God/Divine/Cosmic energy tools at their disposal which naturally evolve (“ascend”) the human DNA and old 3D linear Duality consciousness. But, to assist with these Divine/Cosmic Ascension energies, individuals MUST become conscious of their beliefs about things — pretty much all things! It’s the why of this that’s what’s truly important, especially right now this year during these “Nine Months”. Serious.
You’ve all heard that old line that, “consciousness creates reality” which means that what you, what I, what each of us believes and mentally and emotionally focuses on, especially now is what is and will continue pulling you into a matching, like-frequency world. This is the new layer of responsibility that always goes along with evolving consciousness my friends. So, if you still find yourself believing in or focusing on anything external that you believe holds the “power”, the “wisdom”, the “higher, deeper, wider answers”, the “psychic visions”, the “other dimensional experiences” etc. etc., then you’re still functioning within Duality consciousness and a big maybe invisible to you belief in your own lack of power and abilities and so on. Planet A, Planet A/B, Planet B, or any other of the many, many different worlds and timelines that are currently getting ready to fully separate again and go there own ways (9-2013). Choices, now, but they require becoming increasingly consciously aware of your own beliefs because those beliefs and mental/emotional focus will naturally and automatically draw you to a matching world and timeline. This is really what these “Nine Months” (12-21-12 through to 9-22-13) are about for humanity; a very short extension period (9 short months in physicality) for all of us to work on these very important details so that if you don’t want to find yourself in a world you’d rather not be in, then pay honest attention to your thoughts, beliefs, what you’re focusing on now and so on. It’s full on responsibility time for each of us and we’ve got Source/God/All That Is/Divinity/Cosmos pouring constant higher Energies on us to help us evolve now. That is all the “elevator” that any of us needs. (Loved that great term barb/jerseycynic! 😀 )

I wish I could explain it the way you do, Denise. You really make it so clear. All I got is — SHIT OR GET OFF THE POT. How do you remain so patient.
I used to cut folks a lot of slack by repeating over and over to myself: forgive them they know not what they do. I read somewhere that team dark changed that supposed phrase by moving the word NOT in the statement (i’ll have to see what snopes says about this — lol!)

If any of your readers need help in showing others the way, suggest they consider trying out a two sleep cycle method of rest. (it’s the way we are all supposed to sleep) I swear this is what enabled me to get inside my own head without really trying. 2 – 4 am is truly a magical time. Everybody seems to have a difficult time getting back to sleep or staying asleep without “aid”. THIS IS NORMAL. get up and busy yourself with a quiet task (or pleasure) – a book – go outside and look up – put coconut oil all over your skin — whatever!! just keep the lights low and as quiet as possible so you don’t wake anyone up — except the cats, of course!. It’s amazing where your mind can go when there is no noise. I don’t know how to “meditate” or do yoga or anything like that — too much pressure to perform
I’m off to get another glimpse of Planet A/B!

It has been very intense in 2013 and right from day-one — 1-1-13. I suspect the whole year will be one constant change for all…
Absolutely, that is exactly what will happen to and for those who ascend to Planet A which is a fully fifth dimensional, nonphysical, ascended world. Those who are ready to make that huge evolutionary/ascension jump will indeed no longer need their old physical body (the one we each have now in this life I mean). They will have the ability — as do all beings who’ve ascended like this — to go to their spiritual closet so to speak, and put on their old “Stu” or “Denise” energy imprint suit/costume and then manifest as “Stu” or “Denise” within Planet A/B if and when they want to do so.
In many cases, this is exactly what other higher dimensional Beings, Starbeings, Guides, Teachers, Angelics, Lightbeings etc. do for whomever they are manifesting themselves before in physicality and/or the dream state and/or a meditational state etc. In other words, these beings often intentionally present themselves to humans in a form that they already know will help them the most to get their message, their assistance, their teaching etc. to the living human. If that means appearing as a Lightbeing instead of say a monk, then they’ll use the image of a Lightbeing or whatever it is that will impact the human the most and help them realize and remember the exchange with the higher dimensional nonphysical being(s).
But, back to your question. Yes, the people who are ready to ascend to 5D frequency no longer require a physical form to function within and so it is set aside so to speak and they exist and function within a matching 5D frequency “body”. When these people want to go visit Planet A/B to help, teach, guide others there, they can put back on their energetic template clothing that we’d call “Stu” or “Denise”. The best of both worlds and much, much more. 😀

Dear Denise, I have some confusions which I would love you to clarify! I had my own confusion about a month ago, where I was trying to understand light and dark. The crux of the matter is that a long time ago I simply thought ‘high frequency = light/good/following the source’, and ‘low frequency = hate/control/fear/demons’.
However there comes a problem when it becomes obvious that there existed higher level demons, or ‘team dark’ as you put it. I understand this up to the 4D level, but when it comes to 5D (and potentially higher if such exists), if dark beings exist at the 5D level, does that mean they are also living with the profound love and unity connected to the source? If so, what makes them dark, do they live with that energy but choose to deliberately go against the source, if so – why?
I understand that we have polarised 3D, polarised 4D astral and non-polarised unity 5D. My question is that if people follow a path to ascention or find methods to connect to 5D energy and evolve to that level, how do they know they’re not turning into a ‘dark 5D being’ instead of a good one?
Very much hoping you can clarify for me. Thanks a lot.

So Denise dear… in that case… that really sounds to me like… it’s you, the first generation Forerunners who get to go to Planet A… the ones that first shine enough Light here on Earth for us Indigos and other second/third generation. It sounds like Planet A/B is for us younger generation… those who keep on anchoring and continue holding the Torch-Light when you Elders are gone to Planet A.
Ain’t that’s why the holy books say: “And the meek shall inherit the Earth”?
I intuit it to be so even though I would love to go to Planet A. But I sense it’s not yet my Destiny. And I’m still learning about how my Intuition works through me. And yet… I do hope I could also be limitless in this physicality: to have telepathy, see and communicate with positive/ethereal 5D beings, teleport and travel to other planets and galaxies and so forth. I so would LOVE to have return those 5D technologies I know do exists… while at the same time become self-sustainable/contained to create my own supernatural powers to help the flowers grow/vegetables/etc… being a wise Steward of this Living Breathing Planet called Earth.
And o yes: I would LOVE to see all of my Starseed Family far and wide.

Im just wondering. If a person does not ascend to the 5:th dimension this year, or next year, can this person still have a chance to raise the vibrations and ascend to the 5:th dimension in maybe 5 or 10 years, if this person is going to be on Planet A/B at the end of this year? Or is it too late?

This is the whole reason why there’s this extended interim phase for humanity, and also “Planet A/B” available for them.
As much as everyone (Forerunners/Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wanderers/Wayshowers etc.) wanted every human alive on Earth now to fully ascend to a fifth dimensional level of awareness/consciousness/reality etc., I’ve always known that it would not happen, could not happen (hence the reason for my “Lightworker Strike” I wrote about years ago) because the majority of humanity was not and still is not ready to make such a HUGE evolutionary leap in only one lifetime in one body. It was a grand plan and desire but… Stair Steps are absolutely necessary for individuals. Some will be “Harvested” and ascend from 3D Duality to 5D Triality but, for the majority of humans that can only make the “Harvest” at this point from 3D Duality (which we all incarnated into in these lives) to Planet A/B which is still an Earth world where Duality exists BUT minus all of Team Dark — nonhuman and human — controlling the planet and humanities consciousness and spiritual growth etc., ascended Planet A/B will be a “heaven on earth” place in comparison to the totally negative Dark Earth world we all incarnated into! Again, Stair Steps for all who need them. ♥
I thought humanity would have approximately 2,100-plus years (a typical astrological Age) on Planet A/B before that opportunity for everyone incarnate at that time to fully ascend to 5D would happen. But, Cosmic Awareness has said, and I believe CA, that the period is more like 3,000-3,600 years before ALL of humanity incarnate on Planet A/B at that time will ascend into 5D in-mass. So, what’s happened for everyone since the Life Review and “Three Days of Darkness” on 12-21-12, 12-22-12, 12-23-12, was that an ascended Earth world with Duality would still exist for souls who desire experiencing Duality, BUT, it will no longer have the Negatives/Team Dark controlling the planet and humanity and humanities consciousness as they did up until the Expiration Date of 12-21-12. That’s why I’ve always called December 21, 2012 the Expiration Date… because it was Team Dark/the Negatives running this planet and humanity that expired along with the old energies/blueprints/patriarchy etc. that went along with all that. Oh happy, happy day! 🙂
So, more Stair Steps for all who are so far about halfway to 5D now. 😉 They will have this wonderful new Earth world (Planet A/B) WITHOUT ANY Team Dark around, and they’ll be able to experience Duality in a balanced, sane manner which has NOT been the case! Once they’ve experienced Duality in this new sane, balanced way, THEN they’ll really begin working towards ascending/evolving fully out of Duality entirely (which on Planet A/B is within the higher levels of 4D, the Astral) and into 5D Triality. (I’m going to talk about this in my article about the “First Trimester” so you all will be hearing this info again there.)

I just recently found it now in February, and I am so happy I did 🙂 This process has been long and hard and I have been feeling very alone, like we all probably have. t have to publish it if you dont want to. But I at least wanted you to see it. I was thinking about how sound and music also can hold a high beautiful freguency. And when the soul hears it it totally “hits home”. I just recently heard the new Mariah Carey song “Almost home” and immediately loved it. Not just because of the song itself, but because of the feeling I get inside when I listen to it. I feel like it was almost written for us starseeds with beautiful lyrics like: “Youre almost there, youre almost home, know youre not alone" (I have wanted to "go home" for months!), and "Ive seen the light in the sky burning bright like fireflies…” (this makes me think of the beautiful lightbeings, our helpers, that are watching us from above).The song has given me so much comfort and joy, and I feel like it isn
t a coincidence that this song was released at this time. Almost like she maybe had some help from above with writing the lyrics? ;) I just wanted to share this with you and all my other starseed brothers and sisters. What a creative way of portraying the complex topic of multiple timelines (where we were, where we’re heading) with graphic images! I take it to mean that we are all currently on ONE timeline (the single thread) and will likely stay on it until “the split” of timelines at September equinox.
I read the Cosmic Awareness article of 19 February about our 9-month “pregnancy of the soul” period which they describe as “the soul re-birthing itself.” (Do you see it that way as well, Denise?)
I’m eager to know more about the trimesters as you perceive them and the process we’re all going through.
The “life review” came to me through dreams as well as through thoughts of people/events in my past. I was able to review this with detached compassion and felt a Higher aspect of myself point out the “good” that I derived even from painful situations. I believe we all need to make peace with whatever or whoever in this and all our previous lives (I even saw a “parade” of images from what was likely my past lives in male form centuries ago.)
I am hoping that the intensified light bombarding us now until September will help people to make a timeline choice that is truly for their Highest good… though I understand that each must go where he/she resonates.

Thank you for supplying this visual diagram for us. I am very attuned to the multiple timelines where we reside and to the not “giving any more energy to the the lines where we do not resonate” idea. It is becoming harder, I cannot even read or even open any email or view anything that makes me feel the intent of those who do not feel a same general overview resonance and am not going into judgment but am concerned about gently blessing and letting go more. I am talking about toxic family members who seem to also sense the split, like my mom, but due to her attitude (she has a personality disorder but was never treated), she can fly into rages and attack me simply for having my own opinions–not feeding her energy, and it is becoming more intense like she is rabid with rage of not controlling me, so I am trying to be compassionate, distance myself and get out of her way!!
I still have some contact with them because I am the only functioning child and my father has health issues. I am getting some outside support sessions right now for my inner child who can still be triggered subconsciously at times, BUT my adult me is now so into loving ALL my selves into the light and merging all my aspects and memories and letting it all go to the point that I am still my personality self a little bit, but not really–“that me” has faded away quite a bit to allow the new. So I am a bit conflicted, I don’t want to spend too much time going into old trauma/abuse and get stuck on the “processing treadmill” that can occur in bodywork/therapies as it doesn’t matter–it is all going, all is forgiven and on the other levels there is nothing to forgive-it is just lessons, But I also don’t want to ignore how mom is really intensifying lately. I feel my minimal contact policy may have expired but I also feel the taboo of totally letting go because she is elderly and I do want to help them if I can safely do so. Is anyone else going through this kind of dilemma? I am praying for guidance and that she and I can resolve this somehow for the highest good of all. Or maybe I will repel her at some point so she stops lashing out.

The way I know if I have any remaining inner Denise stuff/junk to be dealt with the way I emotionally RE-act to whatever/whomever etc. For me, that’s my personal clue that I’ve got some more stuff/junk of my own to look at and deal with and then release. Other than that, I don’t focus or get obsessive about the “processing treadmill” (great term!) either. The crap always finds us doesn’t it 😆 so that’s all I need at this point to let me know whatever it is that I need to work on within myself.
Remember too that those people who have NOT done their inner processing work over these many Ascension years, are the ones who are now REALLY, REALLY feeling the pressures to change, die, or go elsewhere! This tension has been and most likely will build, especially now that we’ve gone through the 12-21-12 Paradigm Shift Point and are well in these “Nine Months” period of fix/repair/release whatever is left cause big changes, big separations (of worlds and realities) for everyone is coming at the end of this year! 😯 We’re all going to be feeling the increase pull/push/repulsion of all of the many different Earth-like worlds (and other different worlds, realities etc.) during these three trimesters as everyone increasingly is drawn, pushed, pulled, attracted towards the timeline/world/reality/matching energy to themselves. I’ve been watching and feeling this happening in very strong ways since 1-1-13 and it’s only going to increase in people throughout the Nine Months.
No fear, no guilt, no worries, no nothing because everyone is in the process of going where they need to be next and that is perfect. 🙂 ♥

You really know how to bust through to the essence of what is occurring. This is a real gift that you have. I know that everyone is truly going to their spiritually appointed “where they need to be” timeline place and it is for their personal, and our collective, highest best outcome and I am reminding myself to be more detached and trusting in my own process. Source and Higher Selves know what is best. Period. Just be in compassion and try my best not to take ANYTHING personally. Well, Morphqueen, this is not going to sound particularly erudite, but HOLY CRAP! You just described to a “T” my own mother & what is happening between us! And you worded it so well, I too am trying to stay out of the line of fire having exhausted all efforts of finding common ground to connect on–& now her knives are flying so fast & furious it seems best to simply take cover! (just a guess…bipolar mom?). Every time someone here manages to put into words something that I myself am experiencing (& thats happening a LOT lately), I gain so much clarity & comfort. I am so grateful for the sharing here. And it encourages me to join in on the comments, even though i get self conscious about talking too much–because i see how much hearing all your stories HELPS & SOOTHES me, & i hope that my own comments might have that effect for others too. I’m so sorry that you can relate! I mean, it is not fun but hang in there. 🙂 See the neutrality like in the sundeck dream where I manifested Queen Lizzie (with all the connotations) in the neutral zone “if you know what I mean” and I served her tea, this was NO ACCIDENT. Sort of like when Stuart Wilde talks about getting to the place where you can have tea with Hitler without reacting. So that is the gift! I would love to meet you on the sundeck and partake of your ginger tea, and serve you fresh raspberry and lemon swirled sorbet. There will be music and dancing and invitations also stand for all who are really over-ready to celebrate now.

BRILLIANT post. Thanks Denise for taking the time to clarify so much for us once again! Love the image. It shows SO clearly what we are going through now and where we’ve been. I appreciate you mentioning ‘life review’ as I have observed I am still going through a mild version of the review I underwent in December last year. In December, it was one image after another – about 4-5 images per second…quite ‘spinny’ when it went on for hours. Now it’s slowed down to an image of a certain event every hour or so, and only when I am having ‘quiet’ time ie not in active ‘thinking’ state.
I have actually observed this for years (since the mid 90’s), having random thoughts come up, and I always explained it as my ‘unconscious mind’ bringing up ‘files’ to check in with me, ‘Do you need this stored anymore?’ Most of these thoughts or memories were quite random, such as remembering a shop I used to visit in a city I no longer live in. They didn’t seem to have emotions attached to them. I hadn’t thought of these as ‘life review’, but possibly they were?
When I observed the intense life review in December, some were ’emotional’ images and some were not. I knew I didn’t need to DO anything, simply observe them. I knew there was some sort of power in the process of watching them.

I found it quite interesting that what I called a “life review” went on for weeks (info as a way of validating your words). It was really odd that it was happening, but I also heard from at least one other person who seemed to be experiencing the same thing.
Denise, this is truly, truly exciting. What a wonderful visual explanation of where we are, why, and how to “get there from here”! As I looked at the upper diagram, I thought I should choose one line, one thread of my own, and put everything into and on it that I would love to create. Arcturian Heartmind asplody!
Do you think there will need to be enough awakened ones in the “collective unconscious (4D)” to make the timelines a reality or is this something that does not require the 100th monkey? Just looking at the diagram and the descriptions brought me such joy, thank you! Love, B.

During the Life Review on or during the “Three Days of Darkness” period of 12-21-12, 12-22-12, 12-23-12, everyone had a little chat with Source/God and made their choice as to what they needed/wanted/desired to continue working on. This was like the “weighing of the heart” after death etc. The Life Review was done during the “Three Days” and everyone made their choice as to which timeline/world/reality they are going towards — Planet A/B, Planet A, Planet B, or a number of other possibilities, including physical death of the body etc. So basically the choice has already been made by everyone whether they remember having gone through this process on or around the Winter Solstice 2012 or not.
From what I’m able to perceive about this so far, is that, like usual, we’re still having to wait a bit longer — these Nine Months — for more people to make whatever needed changes so they’ll reach Planet A/B and not go to Planet B. Also there were many who, upon their Life Review, decided to remain a while longer and enter Planet A/B instead of immediately entering Planet A during the “Three Days”. So there was, due to each persons/souls Life Review then, some who made changes to what and where they were going at that point. Now that’s not saying that they cannot make further changes or different decisions today, tomorrow etc. because they can. Some people however will not take advantage of these Nine Months to get themselves aligned with Planet A/B instead of Planet B.

I do find this interesting! What I am curious about is how most humans on the planet would witness the splitting of worlds? Let’s say you have a family and the father is going to world A, mother world A/B and daughter world B…would these three suddenly split up? I’m trying to work out how it will work.
On another note, I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but I had a rare experience on the early hours of 22nd December 2012, I would like to hear what you make of it:
I suddenly felt flooded with ‘rainbow light’, all colours and tastes could be felt within me as I was bathed in a feeling of union and rainbow light.
This felt really good but also weird! It went on for some hours, then I took a walk home. When I stepped on the ground I noticed this odd sensation in my feet – I was able to feel the texture of the ground through my leather shoes! It was as if I was walking everywhere with bare foot and could clearly feel all the bumps, textures of concrete and grass and so on.
The ‘feeling through the feet’ persisted to this day, the rainbow light feeling calmed down after a day or two. Have you heard anyone else experience this?
I do not consciously remember the life review but that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen! It must have been unconscious.

Thank you, Denise, your explanations shed so much light, I am deeply appreciative. The visual in this post affects me profoundly and I’m working on the why of that. Hi Denise, I’m in Australia and get alot of use/help from your blog, thanks. Last week I felt a very very nice energy while asleep and as though I had gone into another realm/dimension. This week I feel alot more empowered/confident/happy at work, and am trying to use what I have “learned” or gone through in physicality in the “past” to meet my mission. Here Down Under we are in Summer, going into Autumn not Spring, but I suppose the energies are what count, not the climate. Look forward to your next article. Take care. Celine

I should remember to include this, sorry I forgot yet again! Yes, in the Northern Hemisphere it’s just the opposite as it is in the Southern Hemisphere, so we’ll be entering the Spring Equinox on March 20, 2013 here in the north and you in the south will be entering the Fall Equinox then, but these changes are the same in both Hemispheres. That just hurt my dyslexic brain! 😆

this is lovely info, but i do feeL discouraged that persons who write articles/opinions such as this ‘forget to remember’ to design their writings and articles with the whole populatation instead of their local.. if it is meant to be aimed at the world view, than writings need to associate that.. ie: americas seasons are not worldwide.. what happens in the U.S. isnt happening everywhere else.. we awakened ones are spread at far ends all over this lovely planet.. for eg.. ‘Fall’ in australia is ‘Autumn’ and in march not september.. etc.. our writings need to display oNeness {~*~}

You’re right and please see my Comment response to Star Wise about this opposite season business between the Northern and Southern Hemispheres which, as an Astrologer, I’m well aware of but do indeed forget to spell-out for everyone only because I take short cuts typing sometimes simply due to the volume of writing I do every day and not out of ignorance or disrespect to anyone anywhere.
As far as the “whole population” and/or “worldwide view” you mentioned, I’ve never directed one of my articles towards them because everyone has not and still is not all functioning on or even near the same exact level of awareness, spiritual development, current life focus etc… those Stair Steps. It’s been very difficult just trying to write/talk with those people who are within the same range and level of awareness about the Ascension Process, such as this moment you and I are having now, about these profoundly huge, complex and multidimensional topics.
