I totally fell in love with Theo when you introduced him and I have invited him to help me many times 😀 He is so great!!! He gives the extra spark to the energy work whenever needed.
I had to confront my house guest the old fashioned face-to-face way but two excellent things came out from that. She promised to move out in the end of February and what is more important, I found The Compassionate Witness lurking inside of me. I think I needed to have this experience to become aware and release some of the remnants of judgmental thinking. Her energy is just so implanted with dark lumps that I had to face all the challenges you can imagine in maintaining the balance and joy. All this became so evident to me that I can’t feel anything else but be sorry for her.
Also I manifested my own borders regarding the dark which is something I haven’t done much so far. I haven’t been this aware of the dark before.
When this polarity stuff is done, maybe we can have a party with Theo and his mighty friends 😉

Just chirping in here briefly, first to say to Matariki how very sorry I am you lost all the work – I have a similar experience, when a family member destroyed some important work because he “didn’t think it was important” (then concocted a lie as to what had happened to it). There’s a lot I learned from it and gained much awareness so I trust this will be so for you as well, as heartbreaking as it is to begin with.

Also … now I have been given the boot that I needed to sort my writing out as well. The idea that everything which we write on these blogs could just be pulled off the internet at a moments notice … made me see a few things very clearly.
It is great to be able to have this support and to be able to communicate in this way.

Who knows why this really happened to you today. (This reminded me of something VERY important that I intended to write an article about but the Universe had other business for me the past three days so I didn’t get it finished in time! It is that today Neptune entered the sign of Pisces after fourteen years in Aquarius. These outer planet sign changes are HUGELY important for everyone.)
Anyhoo…tonight ask your Higher Self to know more about the WHY to your WP Blog and 1.5 years worth of hard work disappearing in an instant. It may have happened to get your attention redirected…maybe. It may have been a clue to us all that the Internet isn’t as stable as we all think it is. I halfway expect the amplified solar energies of 2012 to fry/take out some of the patriarchies technologies on Earth and in orbit around it. As our psychic and telepathic abilities develop and/or advance the need for the Internet will disappear. 😉
I do know that since Feb. 1, 2012 there’s been a big shift in the energies and “reality” has been having more anomalies because of it; important and needed anomalies that are actually helping us even though at first it seems like one huge screw-job! Universal humble pie and different redirects have been on the menu since Feb. 1st big-time and I too am trying to discern the many WHYS to this in my own life and reality. This may be related to Neptune entering Pisces today…just maybe.

I’m really glad to find this site! There is not much ascension symptom management advise out there. Completely amazed with your list! The new/different headaches and tailbone/hips is my major issue. When chiropractor couldn’t help, and my daughter has the EXACT same issues as me I realized it’s ascension symptoms. As one who tries to do everything natural, it is so heartbreaking- when the pain becomes unbearable, how much otc pain meds I have to take!
I have to integrate as much knowledge as possible (I just can’t seem to stop), and the amounts flowing in right now is soo hard to keep up with. I find the more I absorb the more the pains come on. It’s as if the energy back logs in the physical, and the pains show up. I used to be able to transmute and assimilate smoothly, but the rapid onset of the influx is really intense right now.
I can so identify with the “burnt out” feeling you mentioned! I need to release a lot of old/no longer suits me/bad energy. Is there any recommendations you can offer like good websites, books, techniques on rapid transmutation, on how to best deal with the physical pain? I know we are each unique, and what works for one may not work for another, but please help!

Debbie’s appeal touched my heart and I hope my experience from last week might give her some ideas.
I invited someone I know to live in my house when she had a situation she did not have a place to stay although I didn’t know her well. She moved in four months ago and it turned out she has had a fair share of emotional and psychological problems (anorexia for instance). When she first moved in, she was constantly talking with absolutely no breaks at all, and she created quite a nervous and negative atmosphere in my home! She taught my other dog to beg from table although I had specifically told her not to feed them from the table, and when she was blaming the poor bastard for begging, I told her she was the one responsible for the dog’s behavior. Ever since she didn’t talk to me any more, at all. Atmosphere in my home was just getting better, as you can imagine!
I asked her if she is mad me. No. I told her that her not speaking feels rejecting and even aggressive to me, in my mind. She said she has never been physically violent and it is just that she is preoccupied because of other things. I said it’s ok with me, and continued that this is kind of a learning experience for me too because I am practicing to maintain balance in all kinds of circumstances.
I tried to be ok with her moping around but then I watched Lilou Mace’s video diary note on emotional boundaries and I got it! This is my home, I did a favor for her and her behavior is not ok with me. I planned in my mind what I would say to her: that I don’t like her sulking and if this is the best she can do, I wish she moved out.
When I stopped trying so hard to be ok with her, I realized I was actually quite pissed. I borrowed The Dragon Theo someone introduced here some time ago and I cleared my energy of her influence with some mighty fire spitting. That felt good!
The miracle happened. The next time we met each other in my kitchen later that same evening she responded to something I said and the atmosphere is perhaps slightly getting better now. I did not actually need to say the things I had planned to, it was as if she had heard my point!
What I get from this is that the situation was solved on the energetic level when I recognized and started to respect my own emotional boundaries.

I finally had the time to run in and read (part of) this Jan. 26th channeling by the “Shimmering Ones” you shared. What I read of it I could not agree more with and have talked about those very things myself for years. Not as sweetly and politely as they did but there ya go! 😆
It’s bugged me for years that so many, too many, are obsessed, fixated on having “disclosure” finally happen by the government. It’s fucking ridiculous to me and a total waste of valuable ascension time and awareness, but, in many ways that’s the real reason behind it; certain negative alien “mischief-makers” want as many people as possible obsessed over something so they miss the ascension energies while waiting for the government to be honest! I’ve said for years that as consciousness evolves so too will our ability to naturally perceive and interact with many of these other-dimensional ETs and other non-physical Beings.

for the past 5 weeks i have had the worst sinus condition – ever – pains in my head and chest – plus constant hot flashes – i feel like i’m going to spontaneously combust – but when i feel my skin its cold – also been feeling spaced out – weirdly fearful – many other v odd things going on – i’m sort of hoping they are to do with the solar flares – would explain a lot!!
about the ascension process – i’ve noticed that when one person is far ahead of the people they are living with they sort of pull those along with them so you all move forward – maybe not at the same level but but so no one gets left behind – is just happens –

Keep reading through my old articles here debbie because there’s plenty of Ascension related material that will help you with what you’re experiencing with you stuck husband.
You may not want to hear this but many of us have had to leave loved ones, family members, friends, lovers, adult children etc. behind so that we could continue evolving within this process. The biggest confusion with the entire Ascension Process is in my opinion the misunderstanding that everyone is NOT at the same identical level within the ascension process. If they were then you wouldn’t be enduring what you are with your husband.
The other thing you need to keep in mind/heart is the fact that your husband may be so far behind you developmentally that the two of you will make each other crazy enough to separate. Just be prepared and don’t wait forever for him because that’s not positive for you or any of us.
Even with two people who are both living the ascension process and doing so together (as mates or lovers or friends or family members etc.), there are many times when one person moves forward energetically a bit ahead of the other person and until the other person catches up vibrationally, there’s a gap between the two people as one struggles with and lives with certain energies and symptoms etc. that the other person hasn’t reached yet…but will in a few weeks or months. I’ve experienced this over and over again over the past 13 years and know that eventually both people return to a frequency range that’s much closer which makes the relationship–whatever it is–vastly easier for both parties.

I’m still detoxing rapidly both physically and emotionally, and having dreams that could be made into miniseries for TV. Over the last few weeks I’ve noticed that a lot of my Facebook friends and their family members have been having sudden, drastic changes to their health, and a few have passed on. My intuition is telling me now that there will be a lot more of this throughout 2012.
Absolutely Tom, many people will be exiting their physical bodies throughout 2012. Look at how potent just January has been with the new and greatly amplified solar energies, and this is just the start of this!
I’m working on a quickie article about the 2012 January solar activities/energies mainly to let people know that the symptoms of them are and will be slightly different for different people based on which Stair Step or level within the ascension process they’re in now.

This one line made me giggle, perhaps a little hysterically — “…we advise you to be fully present and aware, and completely in charge of your physical body…” Oh, gawd, how I’d love to be completely in charge of my physical body and I might just be able to do that some day if and when the energies/frequencies/CME’s stop flattening me. My tummy is still upset and occasionally I get the distinct feeling that my head is being squeezed between half-a-dozen two-by-fours.
But I do love Barbara Marciniak and her P’s, and I’d like to quote a line from their book, Family of Light, page 214: “In December of 2012, when you are poised on the brink of 2013, the time lines will open.” With 7 billion people now on Planet Earth, there could literally be millions of time lines open if I read Barbara M’s words correctly as each of us will be creating our own realities! And I can definitely understand that those realities may cause gridlock while they sort themselves out. I’m sticking with my original plan to go home to Arcturus regardless of what happens. I just hope I’m not in my nineties before it happens!
In my last comment I actually said, “Time to play” or something just as crazy. In that I realize now that I have forgotten how to play, and any play that I do remember does not interest me anymore, I’m once more in limbo land. Oh, well, might as well get back to being completely in my poor old worn out frazzled physical body!
And Stubeing, yes, please, bring on the paranormal events. I will fit right in!

I’m in the midst of my second kundalini rise right now. It’s different than the first one. The shuddering and other physical stuff happens when I’m awake, either before going to sleep at night or before getting out of bed in the morning.
The first one culminated in three days of exceptionally strange and seriously scary phenomena, followed by about two years of extreme fatigue, excessive sleeping, double vision and dizzy spells, weird appetite cravings (sugar, especially), a 60-pound weight gain within in a couple months, and incredible continuous synchronicities happening nearly every day.
Not sure what’s to come, but sure I’ll be able to handle it.
How does one differentiate between destructive inner forces and the three seemingly external nonphysical energies Barbara describes? Ultimately, does it matter to the tormented individual? Would it change one’s approach in dealing with them?

Unfortunately most people aren’t aware when they’re under some negative type interference or influence and that’s the big problem. No I don’t think it matters at all to the “tormented individual”. And yes it would or should change and help loved ones or friends or whoever it may be that’s trying to help the person who has these etheric parasites attached to and possessing them. Different methods would be used when dealing with a dead human, especially if it was someone the living human knew when they were alive, as compared to the other two categories.
I think the real question is how can we discern these types of things in ourselves and are they “destructive inner forces”. When I experienced a demonic entity (2000-2004) that possessed my next-door neighbor trying to manipulate me mentally, I could tell the difference in the manner of inner mental talk happening inside my head. I’m intimately familiar with how I talk to myself inside my head (inner dialogue we all have with ourselves) and this demonic being talked very differently. It was monotone in nature, flat, unemotional, and repetitive. Said another way, I’m intimately familiar with how I think inside myself so I can much more easily recognize when I’m perceiving someone or something else that is not me. This ability comes with being psychic and is a necessity to master for multiple reasons.
In the past when I’d become emotionally upset about something I’d become VERY emotional (angry, frustrated, sad, depressed, worried etc.) and intense and dramatic and that was how my inner dialogues sounded, not flat and unemotional. That was how I was able to recognize that I had a demonic entity trying to mentally influence me to do very bad things to those possessed neighbors. [See A Lightworker’s Mission for more info.]
