WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOU ARE AN ASPECT OF THE ALL THAT IS AND YOU NEED TO FORGET THAT FACT?
How do souls learn, create, play and experience within third dimensional physical reality and a physical body when they are naturally so much more than that? They cut themselves off from Home, from higher consciousness, from higher feelings, from remembering who they are, from remembering that they are multidimensional beings, from remembering their so-called “past” lives, and much more. They intentionally forget all this and so much more so they can enter into a physical body in a physical dimension—one that’s been horribly distorted too—and play there, creating further there, learning more there and experience being in a state of Duality and seemingly completely externalized or on the outside of Source/God/All That Is and everything.
To help them forget everything so they can actually benefit from their experiences and creations within the third dimension, their physical brain is cut into two halves which fully disconnects them from consciously remembering who they really are, Home, where they came from, or that there is anything else in existence anywhere other than dense, physical, 3D Earth. And to totally safeguard them from remembering who they really are, they exist primarily within only one half of their brains—the left brain—where the 3D ego and patriarchal intellect is God almighty. (Stand back because that is a dangerous and wildly imbalanced totally blind combo-pack!)
MY INTELLECT IS BIGGER THAN YOUR INTELLECT
Of course it is and that’s part of your and mass humanities current problem.
For many thousands of years the 3D left-brained ego and patriarchal intellect has been the sole navigator and reality perceiver for humanity. Yes, there have been the occasional misfit who dared to tiptoe over to the edge of their right-brain and then come back and paint something, dance something, sing something, write something, or make movies about something they perceived while over there in crazy, unreliable La La Land. If these people were not living in a shamanistic culture or location where this ability was highly revered, they were either burned at the stake, shipped off to some mental institution or told they were unstable, sick, overly emotional, delusional, untrustworthy and unsafe to be within “normal” left-brained, ego-based intellectual society and were gotten rid of—unless some left-brained person thought they could use them to make money or gain power because of their ability to access right-brain “La La Land”.
The left-brain intellect and ego self are great at balancing your check book, helping you be aware that you shouldn’t step off the curb into traffic, and when to eat and take a shower. They are not the correct tools to use to perceive or experience much of anything outside of that very narrow band of 3D frequency and physical reality however but that was the plan, the desire, the reason for all this remember?
THE SAFEGUARDS AGAINST BECOMING PERMANENTLY LOST IN 3D LEFT-BRAINED, EGO-BASED AWARENESS
Because we’re not stupid teenaged spiritual beings we made sure that this Plan had built-in protections and a time limit to when enough was enough. We weren’t stupid enough to step away from the Light, Love, Home and dive into lower frequency levels and dimensions of learning and not cover our asses. Come on now! We knew long before we left Home that once we entered a physical body within a physical dimension and Dualized Earth world that we’d totally forget most of everything, as was the Plan and our desire. But, to protect ourselves we decided on a timeline for all of this and we also added many other safeguards and etheric body implants or etheric receivers so we could occasionally pick up reminders, messages and transmissions from Home and the multitudes of others who remained at higher dimensional levels and did not decide to involute into lower frequency physical dimension with complete amnesia. In other words, we made sure before we left Home that we could get our dense butts—with amnesia—back out of this dimension and location in 3D physicality and begin the return trip in physical bodies back towards Home again. We wanted to learn and create within dense 3D physicality, not become permanently lost, trapped or sidetracked down here with nothing but Duality and left-brained awareness and negative egos running the show.
THE “SECOND COMING” IS US DOING IT FROM OUR DENSE PHYSICAL BODIES
Once we’d reached that enough is enough point, these many deliberate built-in safeguards were triggered in us and Earth, the solar system and beyond. Obviously there needs to be the first group, then the second group, the third group and so on that are triggered or activated before the masses are. A small group had to get this all started down here within physicality so that, after a decade or more the others could also begin to wake up and step out of their left-brained, ego-based, amnesic, dense physical 3D prison. These first people have been called Volunteers, Lightworkers, Starseeds, Forerunners, Wayshowers, Path Pavers, First Wavers and this whole “waking up” process is the evolutionary Ascension Process.
So, what is the Ascension Process? It’s not as mystical as it sounds actually but it sure is impressive.
It is us reaching 12th grade in high school and having to make all of the adjustments and changes of graduating and moving on to something totally new to us while still in a physical body. Actually, it’s much, much more than that lousy example. It is us intentionally ending this very long phase of learning and creating within Duality everywhere and within physical Earth reality and graduating, evolving, ascending to a higher frequency system and consciousness entirely. Of course, to make the Alchemical jump from 3D Lead to 5D Gold would require plenty of cosmic, astrological, galactic, solar and multidimensional Energy Wave triggers and activations to undo those lower frequency tools that kept us from remembering and perceiving beyond our left-brain ego selves, plus reconnect our long dis-connected DNA. In other words, the Ascension Process is us ending and evolving out of what we—as aspects of Source—wanted to experience in lower frequency, dense Duality physicality within a profoundly narrow band of left-brained ego awareness only.
LEFT-BRAIN EGO CONSCIOUSNESS CANNOT COMPREHEND THIS
You can’t use that narrow band of lower frequency, left-brained ego consciousness to understand or prepare for experiencing the Ascension Process. It simply is not a tool that’s big enough or complex enough for the job. Its range is extremely small. Sorry.
When you are energetically activated to begin the Ascension Process you’ll think or believe that you have suddenly become sick, terribly ill, or that possibly you’re having some sort of mental and/or emotional breakdown or that something wrong is happening to you, your body, your mind and emotions. Why? Because that is how the ego and left-brain perceives what is happening energetically. This too is part of the process and it takes time to learn to let go of all that we must release within ourselves, our bodies, our belief systems etc. You cannot expect your lower frequency, Duality 3D tools of perception to accurately inform you of what exists beyond it. It is impossible.
WHY DOES IT HURT SO MUCH?
Because when dense, lower frequency materials directly encounters higher, faster frequency energies, it just hurts. This is an Alchemical process of turning clay into crystal—Lead into Gold. It was a lengthy and complex process for us to get our massive, big-ass Light/Love selves reduced enough and down into such a tiny and profoundly limited 3D physical dimension and matching physical bodies. But it’s taking vastly less time to reverse that process and undo the deliberate restrictions, perceptual limitations, profound denseness and amnesia and stitch our two brain halves back together, Rewire our physical bodies to house much higher frequency energies, and have our multidimensional DNA reconnected and much more. What took us eons to involute down into energetically is taking us decades in this lifetime to evolve and ascend out of which is truly amazing. And yes, it hurts turning dense old dualized 3D unaware negative ego-based human stuff into 5D beings that house unified higher consciousness and Light in themselves and their physical bodies. Not to worry however because Home has been waiting for us to do this since we decided to leave and go on this long, multi-layered, multidimensional road trip in the first place.

It feels so soothing to me as well, a hugh blessing. Everytime I try to make the least tiny contact with others, I am pulled away immediately.. I am stopped from making any friends at all. This has been going on for years…and all of the earth family contacts are behind a door that was slammed closed a while back. So, I just go with it. It feels like a protective kind of thing, so I honor that knowing. Again, it is the inner heart activity and the enlivened peace that affords that makes it all possible.

I am so grateful for your list of Ascension symptoms, particularily the ones returning. This is very comforting when there are no other humans to communicate with.
Denise,I wanted to share something with the group if this is the right place to comment. In reading your past posts, I saw something you wrote about Pleidian (sp) contacts last year. That really wowed me!!! The reason being that in 2007, I begain getting impressed about new types of light vehicles that go both up and also down, as in down into the inner earth…I know they are vehicles as I was shown “cars” that were being compared to our 3d linear cars…I think that was just to let me know these were transportation vehicles. Then, around July 4th,2009 I had another download of information about this. I believe I am working with a group of Guardians that are “problem solving” issues like gravity, propulsion and these types of practical issues. Also, I see large hands working like carpenters to fix, repair, secure or create various structures. I am wondering if anyone can relate to this.
So, that’s my little introduction and I hope this fits in under this topic. It makes me feel that we may have more options regarding the way we get out of here!!! I hope so.

Transitioning out of one ending astrological Age (Pisces – petrochemicals, oil, gasoline, drugs etc.) and into a new Age (Aquarius – air, sun/solar, safe and pollution-free energies etc.) is never an easy situation because so many simply do not want to change (in this case due to money, control, and power). Nonetheless, humanity is evolving, the heavens keep spinning, and we enter fully into a new astrological Age no matter what. But in this case so much more is going on than only an astrological Age change! There is a dimensional shift as well, the ascension process, integration of polarity consciousness, activation of full DNA, and a return to what I call High Heart Consciousness.
People like you and I are here in-body to help manifest higher Aquarian/Uranian/Sun/Leo/5D consciousness and energies for our ascending world. Typically we have unseen, nonphysical beings (ETs, Starbeings, Angelics, and our own Higher Selves) at higher dimensions transmitting information to us as reminders mainly. On the other hand, people like you and I and anyone else who can perceive or read energies at these higher, faster levels, all perceive basically the same things around the same time. We’re sometimes perceiving/reading what’s possible, what we’re getting closer to ourselves energetically which means that higher awareness will help manifest these new Aquarian/Uranian/Sun/Leo/5D type of harmless, safe tools for everyone. When more people are perceiving the same or very similar things, images, energies, that means that it is getting much closer to manifesting within this reality.
The Gulf of Mexico (Piscean) oil disaster and other on-land gas drilling disasters are going to force more people to evolve beyond oil (the Age of Pisces) and move into new clean, safe, free, and vastly more advanced forms for the fifth dimensional Age of Aquarius. What you and I and other people are perceiving like these cars, these transport/teleportation devices are only the beginning of this!
Also about your seeing “…large hands working like carpenters to fix…” I too can relate to. Since the Gulf oil disaster I’ve clairvoyantly seen a few thousand people (living humans I mean) intentionally working from their High Heart consciousness to redirect Hurricanes coming during 2010 to the Gulf of Mexico, and also energetically trying to stop and/or contain the endlessly spewing oil into our oceans. Humans are doing this and it is working. There are also these unseen, nonphysical hands assisting us down here too, but we in-body NEED to fully realize how powerful we really are as far as consciously creating and co-creating now. It is people like us that are running the planetary show from our High Hearts, Higher Selves, and increasingly expanding consciousness, which is the only way it works.

I loved your post, especially the my-IQ-is-bigger-than-yours part. It’s exactly what my Mars in the third house would say. But not anymore, because I can’t find the right words and I have no idea what to write or talk about. My 3D mind and higher mind aren’t always in sync.
If Lauren is right, then we’re in the midst of a time period when things should click together, but there’s a lot of unclicking, reclicking going on at the same time. I feel there’s a wide gap between my inner world and the physical world, it’s like these two haven’t clicked together yet. So I have to work very hard to get anything done in 3D. I also have to step back into 3D thinking sometimes to be able to communicate with others.
One part of me wants to move on and get things done, but another part of me knows that it’s better to wait and meditate until I’ve found enough inner peace and clarity. We’re the ones we’ve been waiting for, but at the same time we’re still under construction.
I’ve been reading about the first and second phase in the ascension process. The second phase is about conscious co-creating. I feel that the second phase just started for me, and that I still need a lot of time to figure out what I want and to get clear about that before I can move into action. Phase two has a lot to do with being conscious of what you want and having the courage to be (more) self-empowered. That’s something I’m working on.
In other words: Espavo, we need that more than ever 🙂

I absolutely loved your profoundly accurate and insightful line of:
“We’re the ones we’ve been waiting for, but at the same time we’re still under construction.” And we all have to remember this and just float and wait when needed…and create like there’s no tomorrow when needed! 😉 And yes again in that being in Phase Two now does not mean we’re all at that point where we know what we want or need to create and co-create with others like us. Stair steps with all of this still. But slowly we just sense, just know what it is that we should be creating at this moment (and it could change very much the next day!) and that too is us “…still under construction…”. We will know/feel – because the two things are becoming only one 5D thing in us finally – what we’re each supposed to be doing/not doing, creating and co-creating or letting ride for a bit longer so that other people wake up MORE and face the ugly, greedy, insane and destructive facts and become emotionally and energetically ready for FULL and REAL positive changes in the world/reality. 😉

I know how you FEEL Chrys. I’m ALWAYS in La-La Land too. I always catch myself making up stories inside my head… always known to be this way since I first stood foot on this 3D Earth. I could never really be “here” completely. Today and yesterday felt like going deeper into my rabbit hole and oozing in it than “normal”…
I’m always the one who gets caught red-handed talking and laughing to herself—like today (look this evening the door is closed than normally because my neighbors and their friends were looking at me weird… I was doing IT again). Yesterday my natal chart seems to say that my mind is off and running in La-La Land. It looks like it’s so… aaaaaaagain. Could NOT function properly than usual… and now it’s evening time when I attempted to begin my day’s work THIS morning on computer. I was swamping and swimming in La-La Land and I couldn’t seem to stop myself. Time is going too fast for me to catch up… but wait I think I’m pulling through… coming out of it I guess… but it’s night time now and the day is gone.
There were times when I left this world … off to Mars somewhere Mum would say… leaving the water on or chores left undone. That would be dangerous. I usually would be punished mainly because I was in La-La Land… nothing else much. No drugs. No alcohol. No babies. Nothing. Just the day-dreamings. Mum even one time or another threatened to have me go to the mental hospital… and I would be in drama mode clutching her legs metaphorically or literally when she did such things like that. No more guilt trips over that anymore. And yes of course the “weirdo”, “eccentric”, “difficult” or “different”. Always my parents had to explain to my teachers, boss or other authority figures that there’s nothing “wrong” with me in the head… or they would say that there is something to be fixed and thus must be felt sorry for. All I could do or say was put on the mask clumsily… nod my head in agreement… and live it out. They do not know or believe Ascension exists. I tried to explain to the more understanding parent of the two and she just doesn’t get it. O well…
I’m not entirely sure if my Ascension really began and hit in 1998 … but for me overall… my entire Life since childhood was uncomfortable… really uncomfortable. The Ascension just seems to amp it up a bit more… have me more aware. I’ve always been spiritual and wanting to delve deeper into the meaning of Life for as long as I could remember. Even Mum had to hide the self-help spiritual books away from me during my teen years… but I either find them or found another one anyway. So that may have triggered it… or just being an Indigo is enough on its own.
I’ve never succeeded at any academics unless there was a lot of pain, distress and persistence AFTER the hard work was done and failed. The ONLY thing that was fun and hardly no stress was Art: right-brain things. Left-brain things with ego people stresses me out unnecessarily… which I’m noticing. The left-brain however has helped me decipher what looks right and true during my artwork process and doing daily things naturally. My cleansing and transmuting has helped my left make peace and harmony with my right on that level.
I am an Artist… very, very artistic. An all rounded one with a LOT to give to the world. So much so that it hurts. 😦 I’m facing a terrible irony when deciding on how best to sustain myself in the long run… when business-oriented clients are not interested in Art—period—not La-La Land… things that have Heart. They want to make money… want to see how this and that helps them… not how this could genuinely help them deeply and for the planet on the short and long term. Successful business in general requires commitment and left-brain thinking and money making. No heart. I feel like flying through strawberry fields and freed of the 3D responsibilities… and “they” want commitment. Bummer. 😦
But what 5D tool possibilities are out there that can sustain me and us financially… ?
My true Art that mirrors the inner World/La-La Land has stuck with me through and through even after the Void. But it’s challenging to find the thing that sustains during this Falling. After so much holding-spaces and set-backs… I don’t see any 3D business-as-usual is going to be alive and well in my circle… even though it looks like the only ones in my wake that can sustain me financially. Isn’t there another way??? Something that fits who I really am without compromising and downgrading???
I’m still using your suggested prayer that you shared to Tieshla awhile back. Thanks a million times over. I feel I need to continue to get clearer and clearer to the Universe on what I want to really create.
It looks like… as of June 26th… we’re going down like the Titanic and everything and everyone that’s in 3D land… the things that we tried so hard to cope with… will sink fast and be gone in a flash. I just hope that it also means another way to either pay the bills… or no more need to do such dull monthly activity. I throw my hands in the air for that. I’m all open.

Great post! I have been thinking about this. Since the beginning of the play the end was programmed to be now. But I think that this end is not for everyone, it is all about our group. It is like I am in the end of a road, but most people I know is at the middle of this road that I already went trough. The Mayan calendar is about us, 2012 is about us, and not about everyone. I also realized that my people (from the other side of the veil) is working very hard on me and on my process, nobody can do such a thing alone, it is a joint venture. Since I realized that, I stopped complaining about my symptoms. I am not a crying baby anymore! 🙂 But the idea that we came here to play and to create doesn´t feel good to me. Here is not a good place to create, we don´t have freedom for that. Here was never a playground, it is more like a hell to be honest. Maybe we came here to fix something or we were trapped here, or all we could create was the hell. Maybe it is not a beautifull story. I don’t know. What do you think?

From our Higher Selves point of view, it is ALL “play” and “creating”, even what these aspects of us down in it call “horrible”, “painful”, and lack of “freedom” etc. That was another reason why we created this place – to experience these not so pleasant polarized things! Do you think we could have experienced polarity, greed, lies, death, pain, fear, hatred etc. at Home? 😉
And, this ascension process is here now and available for every single human on the planet…all 7 billion of them. It is not for any one group of people only. But, having said that, not all 7 billion people are currently experiencing the ascension process. Many, many of them won’t remain in their physical bodies to go through it for different reasons. Many others have only just started the process, and many others have been living it for over 10 years already and this is why I always use the term “stair steps” with all of us living the ascension process because even though we’re living it, we’re not all at exactly the same place or stage within the overall process.
The original plan for the old lower Earth was to be a physical place where we could play and create and experience things that we couldn’t at higher dimensions without dense physical bodies. But, the original plan for Earth has been taken to the negative extreme and kept there and is far from its original plan and intention…but, that is Free Will and creativity within the overall plan. But, because we won’t allow idiots to destroy the planet and kill-off or enslave humanity any longer, we stepped in and took back the planet energetically so the ascension process would start and we are literally overriding all of the lower, negativity, greed and control people and nonphysical negative beings etc. We’re taking back what we originally created because it wandered so far off-track. Now Earth and the beings living on it will become an even higher world than the original plan because of all that negativity and pain that we all have learned/created/played within! 😉 Soul growth.

Hot Damn Denise, that was awesome! I LOVE La La Land. Over the years I had to hide that that was where I lived (most of the time) because, as you know, you are made to feel like an outsider. I can’t say that I am really artistic but I’ve “known” things, “seen” and “heard” things for forever. And because of pressure from the outside world, there was a time I tried really hard to block it and be – ah – normal 😉 I was miserable. I can’t even begin to explain, but I know you know, how horrible it was to work with a LOT of left-brained, ego-based, power hungry people. I really really did not want to feel like a victim, but I felt so tromped on that I got stuck in that mode. Poor me! Then one day I remembered who I was meant to be. I walked out of the office, looked at my bitch boss, and said Kiss My Ass! Woohooo, I got my power back. I came home and celebrated and I didn’t know how, but I knew I wasn’t going back. THEN, the ascension symptoms hit me like a ton of bricks. All the things you explained, big time. I was having them while I was working, but walking out of that life and having time to work on myself really brought a lot to the surface. Thank God I found you on here because I had no idea what was happening to me. Aches, pains (which totally confused me because I thought I would feel better physically once I stopped dragging myself to work) crying, crying, crying, exhaustion, feeling oversensitive to absolutely everything. Oh gawd, I hate that one.
Anyhooo, you are so dear to me and I thank you from the bottom of my high heart for helping me understand What the Hell is Going On! (oh, and don’t forget the farting and the pooping) 🙂

What I’m going to say about this should be a whole post. I do have one in the works and will try to get it done and published asap. And what I’m going to say here is NOT directed at you please understand.
There’s so much information like this (plus plenty from supposed ETs through human channels) but it won’t happen in the old lower 3D world sort of way. What’s going to happen as best as I can perceive to date is that we are evolving/ascending to a point (which is close now that we’ve reached the last half of 2010) where WE can individually and directly perceive and communicate telepathically with many different interdimensional ET species on our own. The whole ascension process is about humanity evolving beyond what we’ve known and how it’s been in the old lower 3D world we were born into. Ascended humans will not need to rely upon other humans (or ETs) to define reality for them for the simple reason that they can finally do it for themselves! Ascended/ascending humans do not need to be “saved” or “rescued” by any ETs for the simple reason that they are ascending/evolving and their Higher Selves have their back. 😉
In other words…so much of this type of thing is still totally based from within the old lower 3D world reality and polarized, dis-empowered, not ascending consciousness. That whole world and way and lower awareness is rapidly going extinct right now and will continue to. So, we don’t require any of those old world politicians or leaders or ANY of them to give us anything because we are currently evolving/ascending into a new species with new and vastly expanded consciousness and we will be returning to “Universal Society” soon on our own thanks to the hard work of individual ascension. They know we’re soon going to be out of their reach and able to access the truth on our own. This is the reason why the BS and negative lower stuff and beings are freaking out; because we’re evolving up and out of frequency range (from 3D to a 5D state and consciousness) from all of them. 😀

Is this lunar/solar eclipse creating a new reality for us Ascenders … while the Old World collapses THIS rapidly (I’m feeling the Storm coming on)… going within to be truly self-sustainable on the inside… without the need to work for it the old fashion way? What would THAT look like? Okay I guess it’s up to me to create THAT part… I guess… hmmm…
Lauren seems to be mentioning this thread too. I’m putting the pieces together… and can’t… not with my head only. I feel very grounded… calm enough… while my bank account is shrinking to its very last… not yet collapsing on my heels over it… yet… but I am expecting myself to scream in Hell on the inside any time soon…
And o by the way: THAT incoming eclipse on the weekend looks SO potent that I ought to shut down my computer the whole day… assuming that it’s going to be serious solar flares that are capable of damaging tech gadgets like bolts of lightening. Or am I being paranoid? I don’t know… (hands in the air).

Yep, totally agree with everything you say. Perhaps with things like this it can be a bit of a push for some people to go….”oh Shit! Life is not as it seems, I better go do some soul searching!” which can only be good for the planet as a whole in our ascending state. Or am I wrong? I guess everyone who reads your posts is already pretty wise and aware so its not really the right place for something like this, I agree in hindsight. Sorry.
