Expedited Evolution

I’ve mentioned before that I check the online USGS Earthquake Map page almost daily because I’m Sensitive to the Earth going through the Evolutionary Ascension Process (EAP) changes, just as we are. (The site’s glitchy at the moment but what hasn’t been lately?)

Here’s a partial list of only some of the larger earthquakes that have happened just in June 2026 so far.

•June 26th a 5.2 quake in Nicaragua, a 6.5 Philippines, a 5.8 in Japan and it’s only 8:30 AM PDT as I write this!

•June 25th a 7.5 quake in Venezuela, a 6.9 in Japan, and a 5.6 in NorCal above Sacramento, 5.1 Somalia, 5.5 in Papua New Guinea and more.

•Last week there was a 6.3 quake in China, a 6.7 in Indonesia, and a 5.5 in Japan all on June 16, 2026. On the 18th there was a 6.6 in the Atlantic, and a 6.6 in Russa.

•The week before there was a 7.8 quake in the Philippines June 8th, a 6.1 in Cuba on the 9th, a 6.0 in New Zealand on the 10th, a 5.1 in Costa Rica, and a 4.1 in Mexico.

And as I said, these are only the larger earthquakes for this month so far. Is it any wonder why you and your physical body and/or your head, headaches, spine, heart etc. have felt extra terrible lately? And there’s more to come, much more.

Nearly twenty years ago (at TRANSITIONS) I used one of my silly but accurate terms—the Cosmic Cavalry—to identify some of the early NEW energies being delivered to humanity and Earth by some very advanced, high dimensional Beings assisting All with the EAP. Since 2020 that “Cosmic Cavalry” has grown and been exponentially increasing the incoming frequencies and levels of NEW Light Energies and energy templates for NEW Earth and NEW Humanity and much more. The past two or three years this whole business has been accelerating and expanding like crazy very rapidly, which is why it’s been feeling worse and more intense to many of us Sensitive to these energies and dramatic evolutionary energetic changes. The EAP has been and will continue to now rapidly go next level because the “Cosmic Cavalry” can finally and fully do the EAP Work They are capable of doing. Translated that just means we’re far enough into the EAP NEW higher frequency energies now that this whole business can, is, and will unfold in the PHYSICAL dimension faster and more intensely than it ever could earlier. It also means that at times it’s going to be rather dangerous feeling and seeming when much larger national and global chunks of past negativity are expelled and replaced with higher NEW energies and energy templates.

Example: Father’s Day here in the USA happened on the same day as the June 21, 2026 Solstice, and for days prior some of us sensed and energetically dealt with what that (the unusual negativity I mentioned recently) was indicating.

Another connected example is that July 4, 2026 is the USA’s 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. On the 4th of July 2026 MARS conjuncts URANUS at 3 Gemini. Mars/Uranus conjunction in Gemini on the 4th of July 2026.

There’s so much more than just the few things I’ve quickly thrown together here for a latest visual, emotional and physical level perspective. The increased number of daily earthquakes plus their getting larger and more dangerous and destructive this year, along with these back-to-back-to-back reality and consciousness changing astrological energies, not to mention the Super El Nino hasn’t even fully flexed its muscles yet, can understandably become overwhelming. We’ve never been where we are now in the EAP and it helps remembering that fact from time to time.

I mentioned recently about how a few days leading up to the June 2026 Solstice were unusually negative. This felt different to me than what I’ve experienced throughout the EAP since 1999. This recent negativity affected my physical body differently than what I’m used to and felt more energetically intense, serious and final. At moments it felt dangerous in my physical body because of the severe energetic contrast (old Duality) to the Light I am and have embodied up to this point. These next level incoming NEW energies cannot co-exist with the old low ones and at certain points in 2026, that fact has felt deadly serious in my physical body and self. The transmuting of negativity used to be fairly easy for me, but we’ve evolved to a higher fully physical level of the EAP due to the arrival of the Cosmic Cavalry and what they’re bringing (more NEW energy templates etc.) to expedite evolution. Now it’s faster than ever but sometimes feels far more dangerous and potentially deadly. I’m not saying it is, only that recently it’s felt that way when energetic contact was made in and through my physical body between the 2026 latest NEW and the past lower energies being removed and replaced.

Daily self-care. As much daily quiet and alone time as you need. Daily HighHeart transmitted Divine Light and Creation LOVE from and through you into ascending NEW Earth. And importantly now, Knowing when to lay low and when not to and why. Pay attention. Discern. Feel. Know. Learn more. Evolve more. Energetically override the lowly people with as much Light and Creation LOVE you can transmit from your HighHeart into ascending NEW Earth. Don’t get manipulated back down into expired Duality frequency by the negative. Stay in the high Light of Triality frequency and BE, Work and Consciously Create from there.
