More Embodiment Process Changes

I’ve mentioned multiple times since 2020 how there are additional layers of higher frequency NEW energies, Light energies, energy templates, patterns and codes continually being added to the NEW Human, NEW Earth energy structures. There are numerous steps and layers to this so everything can more safely and easily evolve from the past lower frequencies and energy templates, patterns and structures of Separation, Duality and severe density, far up to this more complex higher octave configuration. This cannot be accomplished in a single “event”. It must be accomplished in steps and layers so we, Earth and all else survive this phase of the Evolutionary Ascension Process with our physical bodies intact and not blown to bits by the sheer creative LOVE of Divine Source. Even at that, there’ve been many times since Phase 2 of the Evolutionary Ascension Process began in January 2020, that many of us have wondered how much more we and our physical bodies, Central Nervous System (CNS), psyches and wallets could take of all this.

I know there are many that continue to believe a single external special effects “event” will happen and instantly cause, as the old Bob Marley song goes —

“…You see, most people think Great God will come from the sky, take away everything and make everybody feel high…”

People are currently living in the Evolutionary Ascension Process and still don’t understand, don’t see it or even realize it’s happening.

For those of you who’ve been feeling an increase of Ascension Process symptoms since 2020, more so in 2021, greatly in 2022, and off the charts in 2023, know that it’s all normal for what’s happening internally and externally, personally and collectively.

If you’ve been reading my online ascension information for years, you know that I write from my personal physical, etheric and multidimensional experiences and Higher Awareness. To me it’s more helpful, comforting, and relatable when complex Evolutionary Ascension Process information and symptoms are expressed from a personal, firsthand perspective. I Know what I AM, so I don’t have a problem or negative ego with honestly writing about the less than perfect, less than blissful, less than shining and attractive periods of this incredible and often physically painful Ascension Process. I’ve referred to this in the past as comparable to human puberty and how we look, sound, move, behave and act like hormonally challenged hybrid fools for a while. Compressed evolution is similar but vastly more potent and deeply spiritual. Have a heart, have a sense of humor, have patience, have greater understanding, and for god sake have respect because none of this has been or is easy no matter which ascension energy stairstep one is currently on.

Take an honest look back over what all has happened to you and your life since January 2020. Keyword here is, as always, HONEST. You might read or re-read my articles from January 2020 through to this one. It helps to review and be consciously aware of how much profound ascension ground you’ve actually covered just since the start of Phase 2 of the Ascension Process in January 2020.

(1) First there was what I called the Divine Cease & Desist Order that started January 1, 2020, and continues for the rest of our lives. The pandemic and all that went with it and still does to this day was/is a large aspect of it. Simply put, the Divine Cease & Desist Order happened because humanity needed to cease with the old because the higher NEW was activated to start replacing it at that time. The 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order was an extremely important Divine Intervention Aid cutoff and shift point to ease and hurry our transition out of the old lower reality octave and into the next higher one. Many human egos took great offense to having any of their old favorite physical habits restricted or ended in any way and resisted what was happening and continued doing them regardless.

(2) Next 2021 had most of humanity learning how to improvise and adapt to our personal and collective lives and realities being continually changed in numerous drastic ways. Many old things disappeared, many permanently, as did a lot of people around the world in a very short period of time. No one was untouched by the Divine Cease & Desist Order and the numerous ways it has manifested in all our lives.

For people living the ascension Embodiment Process, 2021 was the start of their ongoing personal Life Review, which causes repeated sudden Knowing more about oneself, one’s whole life, their genetic family members and various other things. It continues to be a case of stop doing that old stuff, start your Life Review because you need to prepare to purge a lot more you don’t currently know is within you in 2022.

Why the need for certain people to start their ongoing personal Life Review in 2021 and beyond? The deeper the Embodiment Process of integrating and merging one’s Higher Selves (You) and Soul (YOU) is lived by physical incarnate (you), your Life Review naturally expands to include all aspects of Embodied you/You/YOU. This means you and your life has gotten larger and more complex because there’s now more to “you”—you/You/YOU—than there was before you started living the Embodiment Process. This expansion of “you” and your consciousness caused by the Embodiment Process means your life and what all it contains needs to be consciously known and Reviewed, and repeatedly when needed as you continue progressing into more vast and complex levels of you/You/YOU via the ascension Embodiment Process.

Nothing is put on the back burner to be dealt with later anymore because that takes one out of empowered present energetic purity, integrity and clarity. What we used to work on and resolve in ourselves and lives through our dreams in the sleep state in the past lower frequency level, we now instantly work on and resolve in ourselves while awake in every present moment. There is no more delaying or putting off or working on it later as NEW Humans of NEW Earth. There is continuous, moment-to-moment Higher Awareness and energetic corrections of whatever it is in each of us that needs to be in full permanent alignment. This is one of many side effects of the Embodiment Process where greater You and YOU is integrated with physical incarnate you. There’s too much at stake in this higher frequency, integrated Triality-based NEW Human state to let anything wait and “ride” for a while! You and YOU won’t allow you in physicality to do that anymore. Pay attention to how you’re no longer resolving personal issues while asleep in the dream state. As an ascending NEW Human, you’re doing all these things and much more while awake in the physical. Less old lower frequency Separation means we’re quickly learning to be capable of greater integrated Now Moment existence and functionality as an Embodied NEW Human that’s consciously aware of its natural multidimensionality, nonlinearity and much more.

(3) Next up, 2022, and for some of us that year activated different types of difficult purging of specific ancient and current negative distortions from the collective human template. 2022 caused some to experience ascension symptoms that looked and felt like horrendous toxic negative distortions being cleared through our personal physical bodies. For me, this deeper level of specific negative distortion purging began in the second half of 2022 and continued through the first ten days of July 2023. I felt that specific purging energy Work abruptly end in early July because those negative distortions have been completely and permanently removed. Not everyone was on this particular purging energy Work detail in 2022 into the first half of 2023. You may have gone through something else or didn’t have energy Work similar to this in 2022 and 2023. But if you did, then you Know how difficult it’s been to clear these intentional ancient negative distortions done to humanity long ago. (We’re going somewhere with all this of course.)

(4) Next up, 2023 and some of you have been—as I have—experiencing certain ascension symptoms that have been EXTRA intense and far more potent than usual. And we didn’t think that was possible, or we thought they’d be reducing, not increasing at this point. This brings us back to what was said earlier about the ascension Embodiment Process.

I’ve mentioned in multiple articles this year how I’ve been having ascension hot flashes again and how they’re almost as severe as those I had every 20–30 minutes for the first five years of my physical Ascension Process that started in February 1999. They very slowly reduced over the first decade and nearly stopped altogether towards the end of the second decade of the Ascension Process. However, they’ve returned in 2023 with such force and internal heat that I knew some of us have been and still are embodying not only greater higher frequency NEW Light template energies and codes coming from multiple cosmic sources this year, but ALSO because we’ve Embodied, integrated and unified with more of our You (Higher Self/Selves) and YOU (Soul) aspects which means we’re now existing with greater amounts of Source on a physical, conscious level. That may sound simple, but it isn’t as you’ve been increasingly experiencing personally in 2023. And there’s more coming this year and next and the year after that. Lean lovingly into it with your whole HighHeart, Embodied Self and Higher Awareness. It’s more of the Embodiment Process at this point and level.

In Phase 1 of the Ascension Process (1998 through end of December 2019) the main reasons Volunteers experienced evolutionary ascension symptoms was because we were energetically clearing and transmuting epic amounts of alien and human negativity, Duality, distortions and severe density throughout the past Dark Ages of the Galactic Night (at a bare minimum the past half 12,000 years of one precessional cycle).

In Phase 2 of the Ascension Process (January 2020 through…) the main reasons Volunteers are experiencing ascension symptoms is because we’re Embodying more of our You/YOU aspects into our physical “you” selves, consciousness and bodies, embodying more Triality-based frequencies, more NEW Human NEW Earth energy template patterns and codes, and in 2023 we’ve been experiencing our personal Star Codes being activated within ourselves and bodies in entirely NEW ways.

Why is that happening now? The Embodiment Process. What are personal Star Codes? They’re your personal Star Codes from different multidimensional star systems and your stellar kin and the teachings, knowledge, trainings and abilities you’ve received from them. Example: I (physical incarnate Denise) have personal Star Codes from eighth dimensional 8D Orion, 6D Sirius, 5D Pleiades, and certain areas in the Andromeda galaxy. I sense there’s more but don’t have full conscious awareness of it yet, and to be honest, I don’t care much at this point. This is not an egoic list of alien credentials proudly tacked on behind my name. It’s just some of my personal multidimensional galactic and different star genetics and connections. You are the same, but some of your personal Star Codes are different from mine.

Why are individual Star Codes an issue in 2023? Because of the ongoing ascension Embodiment Process at this point and level. We cannot forget that as each of us integrates more, embodies more, Embodies more of our other multidimensional aspects and identities into our physical incarnate ascending selves and bodies, that more and more of what has been Separated in the lower past cycle is currently being integrated and connected into by us and vice versa and is becoming Embodied and consciously accessible by us. In other words, less and less Separation from our other aspects and identities is changing us and our consciousness quickly and dramatically. And this has only just begun fellow NEW Humans.

That said, please do not get hung up on or fixated on Star names and locations etc. There are more NEW Triality codes, there are Star Codes, and in our near future we’ll be dealing with embodying more additions like Angelic Codes, Light Realm Codes and so on. Again, less old lower frequency Separation means greater higher NEW integration with numerous other levels, dimensions, our individual multidimensional aspects and identities that exist in the Milky Way and other galaxies, dimensions and realms. Egos externally attach to labels and names; NEW Humans do not because they Embody them.

(5) Next up, the remainder of 2023 and what’s increasing politically and legally here in the USA with the Orange Menace (Trump & Com.) and everyone else. And you may have been wondering why in the holy hell did Pluto need to retrograde back into Capricorn again?! This is one of many big reasons; the forced conscious realization that the entire patriarchal system in this country (and all others) is wholly corrupt and must be dramatically changed immediately to prevent the anti-human people from doing any more damage than they already have.

I said publicly a few years ago that the old patriarchal Duality system of USA red and blue Republicans and Democrats was ending because Duality reality has expired. We’ve entered Triality frequency and reality and are currently in the chaotic and volatile state of the old lower ending and the NEW higher manifesting via evolving human consciousness and activation of HighHeart. It’s just going to be a wild ride for a while people, sorry, it comes with the compressed Evolutionary Ascension Process, Galactic Return, astrological Age change, dimensional shift up, entire energy template upgrade and everything else.

To prevent the ‘good Christians’ from continuing doing what they’ve done worldwide since first manifesting in the Piscean Age which is — kill them, crush them, suppress and disempower them if they won’t convert to our beliefs — higher energies, consciousness, beings and powers are in control. The patriarchal diehards will indeed die hard because after the past 2,100 Piscean Age years they’re completely used to getting away with these negative tactics on global humanity. All of us are living through these very intense current evolutionary shift changes in 2023 through 2026 and beyond for a while, so deep breath, expand your HighHeart and Know that this is necessary for multiple reasons in this dimension and world and others and vice versa.

The 1861–1865 American Civil War was severe Duality reality and consciousness in this country. What we’re living through today is humanity’s evolutionary exit out of lower frequency Duality reality and consciousness up into higher frequency Triality reality and consciousness. This monumental Evolutionary Ascension Process shift change won’t happen in a year or two. It is and will unfold throughout the entire astrological transit of Pluto in Aquarius — November 2024 through January 2044, AND these final critical months of Pluto retrograding back into Capricorn to finish off the corrupt global patriarchy and patriarchal rule over global humanity and Earth. Today Pluto is 28° Capricorn 48′ retrograde. January 22, 2024, Pluto re-enters Aquarius but takes one brief FINAL retrograde back into Capricorn in September to mid-November 2024. By November 20, 2024, Pluto re-enters Aquarius and remains there until January 20, 2044. Here in the USA, the next Presidential election takes place on November 5, 2024.

This does NOT mean that the Volunteer First Everythingers and those ascending individuals coming up close behind us won’t continue being the first NEW Humans of ascending NEW Earth. We have been and will continue being the first experiencing this volatile, compressed evolution. Remember the NEW Codes we continue embodying and Embodying? Have you noticed that the Sunlight and everything in it including us and Earth continues getting brighter, more crystalline Diamond clear and that the sky often isn’t sky-blue colored anymore but a pristine deep blue color of space? The timing of all this isn’t a coincidence. More about these things and more in upcoming articles.

Recap. Don’t forget the ongoing evolutionary changes each of us is living with and through now in Phase 2 of embodying ever greater and higher frequency NEW energy templates, patterns and codes—Star Codes and otherwise—plus our Embodying ever greater amounts of our personal individual You/YOU identities and aspects with our physical selves is causing us to become conscious of our multidimensional selves, states and higher abilities. The more you Embody You and YOU, the more you/You/YOU become ONE integrated NEW Human operating system that’s conscious of itself as Source incarnate functioning in multiple dimensions, worlds and realities at once. And at this point doing so is causing some really EXTRA intense Ascension Embodiment Process symptoms such as severe hot flashes I mentioned earlier. Plus certain other symptoms like needing to sleep more at any time of the day, needing to be alone during these profound personal inner evolutionary Embodiment changes where you and Source get much closer and you learn how to not only survive that but Embody it! Suddenly experiencing your old familiar consciousness not be familiar at all because it’s being Rewired yet again but at an even higher frequency than previously. And all this while the world we live in and the galaxy we live in and the universe it all exists in goes through these nearly incomprehensible evolutionary ascensions up to the next higher octave and expression and all that goes with it.

Give credit where credit is due, rest and sleep plenty, isolate when needed or desired to deal with all you, your body and heart and soul are going through now. Don’t freak out if and when your mind does something weird suddenly like not work in the ways your used to. Do your best to take a neutral moment to observe how it—whatever it is—unfolds within you, your awareness, your body, your Divine Source Self, your personal life and world and so on. What’s going on now has never happened before, so like I said earlier, lovingly lean into it and pay attention to how you are quickly changing because of your ongoing Embodiment Process. Also be consciously aware of how those changes in you affect the people you come in contact with. Some people are highly attracted to the Light you are and radiate while certain other people are instantly triggered by it and defensively lash out at you because of your growing extensive Light reflectivity. Learn from it all and remain HighHeart, HighAwareness open to ever greater, higher, larger personal internal and external evolutionary changes.
